people who couldn't give in a damn about the Republican Party 20 or 30 years ago. Black voters, Hispanic voters, Jewish voters, minority voters, Asian voters, who now see what the Democrat Party really is. Why? Because Donald Trump has told you who they really is, because of who they really are, excuse me, and because of his big megaphone and his presence on the Republican stage, you have to listen. He dominates the news cycle. But I'm going to help you out here, too.

He's asked a simple question. Ladies and gentlemen, show some principle. Here, let me show you how this is done. And some people may not like this, but that's okay. Because you know what? Principles matter to me, not bullshit. That's why I keep fighting against these grifters and doomers and bums who change their mind every freaking five minutes

because they want to attack Donald Trump and get power. I don't like that. Someone asked me once, did Obama ever do anything you agree with? You know what? They asked me an on the spot. I couldn't say yes because I couldn't think of anything because it took me a while. But I thought to myself when I went home, if I told this story and you've heard it before, forgive me, but it's important.

I don't know what it was, a radio hit or whatever. I was driving back and I thought that's an important question that if it comes up later, you should have an answer and you should think about it responsibly. And it took me a while because Obama was seriously worse than by. He's the worst president in modern U.S. history for the destruction of the fabric of the Republic, period. But he did give a speech once about Vietnam veterans. And I lost my uncle in Vietnam. I never met him, but you met Greg Ambrose and it just destroyed my whole family. I can just tell you that from, I never met him. But you weren't allowed to bring up his name,

ever. My grandmother would just, it was a bad, the whole thing was just horrible. So I obviously have a soft spot for our veterans in general, but especially people who served in Vietnam because they came back to, in many cases, obviously not all, but a radicalized country of people who painted them as the enemy. And it was a damn shame. So all you Vietnam veterans out there in the chat and listening to the show and anywhere, I want you to know that I love you, man. And I mean that. I can't even imagine what you've been through. All these loser hippies attacking you when you came back. Well, getting back to the point, Obama gave a speech once about that. And he, He said, listen, I think Vietnam veterans the gist of it where you were treated terribly and you didn't deserve that.

Okay, I agreed with that. People may say, I can't believe it. You agree with Obama and something? No, because that's principles that matter to me is respecting our veterans. And if a Democrat or Republican says it, I don't care. It's true. My point in this next clip is Chuck Schumer, who has spoken out hundreds of times publicly on the record and knows it because it's recorded about the danger of Iranian military facilities to the United States and the region,

the death to America, Iranian mullah theocracy. He's on video saying how dangerous and destructive the Iranians can be. We've got to be careful. He's on video talking about it. Here he's asked a simple question. Is it Chuck Scarborough or Joe Scarborough? He's Chuck Scarborough. I'm bringing back my New York.

He's asked a simple question about military facilities in Iran. Is it good we took him out or not? Pretty simple answer, you think? Check this out. Is it a good thing that Iran, and I think you'd agree with me, at the center of terrorism in the world since 197079, is it good that their military infrastructure is being degraded to the degree that it is? Yes or not?

You can't because it's a premature question. What is going to happen in the next several months? No, no, I can ask that question. Well, you can't. No, no, I can't. So you have a military side of it, but I can show you my chart, but I think it's third away. You have the military side, you have the political side.

I'm simply asking on the military side, is it good, regardless of whether we agree with going in or not, is it good that Iran's military infrastructure has been seriously regretting? And again, I have to tell you, Joe, first, you can't, what's going to happen three months from now? Is it worth it? What's going to happen? Will the world economy collapse? Will something happen even worse? Will the whole energy infrastructure of the world go up in smoke?

So you have to, when they do it without planning, when they do it without understanding where they're going. Senator, Senator. Where they're going. I don't think it's fair. It's a trick question. It's a trick question. Let me answer the question for everybody in America.

The answer, yes. It's good that the terrorist regime, their military has been, and capabilities have been degraded radically. Holy Moses, man, he's got to be freaking rescued by Chuck Scarborough. That's how you stop the run. I'm not a professional coach.

So when the Democrats tell you the first 20 plays, like Ruben Gallego and that semaphore piece, the senator from Arizona, Democrat, nut job, that we put on a couple weeks ago, telling corporations, hey, man, we get back in charge. We're coming for you, basically.

Here's Clark telling an immediate, in a media, peace, media, by the way, you can't stand Donald Trump, that people will say what Donald Trump is doing in Iran right now, people will say it's a war crime. That is, oh my gosh, oh my gosh, Justin, isn't that crazy, Wesley? You don't think they would never have war crime for, the Democrats would never do something like that.

I mean, this is, I think he's the commander in chief. We've got a wannabe nuclear power with 400. 140 kilos of 60% of rich uranium chanting death to America telling you on video they want to build a bomb. Justin, clearly bombing them is definitely a war crime, correct? Yeah, yeah, no, never, never before. He's never been a target for a ridiculous, made-up, fabricated criminal and civil. Secondly, whenever someone tells you that and cites some statistic, say to them, you know, it's interesting because I spoke to a police officer and a guy who used to be in the FBI. That would be me who said that in a lot of these illegal communities, a lot of crime goes unreported. Why? Because the people having the crimes committed against them are illegal and don't want to come into the contact with the police officers either. I'm not telling you that's a good thing. I'm just telling you the crime rates are totally skewed

because you don't know about the crimes that never get reported. And it happens in the illegal and legal community. They're totally full of shit. And a lot of these, and this is what the level will tell you. they'll be like, well, they should be able to go to police. Yes, they should. Most of the people committing the crimes against them are other illegals. They don't want to tell you any of that.

Under President Trump's leadership, the largest reduction in murders in American history, the largest reduction in violent crime in American history, the largest reduction in drug overdose deaths in American history, the largest reduction in fentanyl in American history,

the largest reduction in illegal immigration in American history, and the largest number of criminals arrest, removed, or deported in American history, all done in one year. But nothing's happening. Igor and Ogre and little guy. Sombrero dudes, they said nothing's happening. Folks, you have a choice. There's a vote coming up.

You have a choice. You can change your own country. take that bull by the horns and drag that sucker with you in the direction of freedom and liberty, or you get smoked and roll by the Democrats who want to throw you in jail, charge President Trump at war crimes. switch their message and just lie and just change their whole agenda, that they'll be able to hold on to this one pocket of listeners that's like an annuity for them. Here, this is the Wall Street Journal, not me. They note that veteran podcasters are hanging up their headphones, getting out of the business, in other words. They say nearly 60% of Americans 12 and up say they tuned into a podcast in the past month, according to this research thing. But only a few blockbuster names like Joe Rogan or Amy Poehler or shows backed by household media companies like the New York Times. and NBC. Break in huge audiences and paychecks. Nearly half of all ad revenue goes to just 500 podcasts, according to the platform Magellan AI and Edison data. The top 10 shows account for a nearly

40% of podcast leadership. Now, we were number nine in Podtrack last month. They don't include every single podcast. So whether we were nine or 15 or I don't know. But we were nine in there. So that was pretty great, considering we were only back a month. But I can attest to this. Listen, and this is a business. I'm a capitalist. I don't deny that to keep the show free. We sell ad space on the show. We get to sell ad space at a premium

because it's a large audience. But I'm telling you for, I had a conversation with a friend of mine last night, but this very good guy. He's got an amazing show. Folks, this podcast space going forward is going to get really tough to operate in business wide.

If you're not an established name, like this show, like Ben Shapiro, Walsh or others, you know, Megan, I'm just throwing names out there. You're going to have a lot of, a really hard time. And that's why you're seeing these people that you're like, well, I tuned into this guy's show last year and you're saying one thing. Now he's saying this now because this is what's happening. There is a money squeeze going on right now. There's some inside baseball

from the Wall Street Journal in case you think like I'm just making this up out of nowhere. This stuff is real. It's happening. All right. I've got some good news now. To be fair to Guy, who I respect his opinion, but don't always take it. Gie wanted this in the beginning of the show, correct? He was like, Dan, we're taking on all the, first we've got to take on the left, then we got to take on the right. We've got to get some good news out there, put this segment first in the show. I said, I disagree. I think we take on the tough stuff first. The audience is ready for it. And then we give them something, you know, at the end of the day to think about that's going really well. Here's the first. And this has, I don't want to count my chickens or anything,

but the argument appears to be going well. The Supreme Court is viewing probably the most important election integrity case we've seen in a decade. AP notes, again, no friend of Donald Trump on Twitter breaking, the Supreme Court seems skeptical of laws of 14 states that allow counting of mail ballots that arrive after election day. Now, you may say, wow, this doesn't sound like the sexiest story in the world. Why cover this? Because folks, here's what the Democrats have been pushing for. When you look at the fiasco in Pennsylvania in 2020, when I believe they fleece that one, right? In the 2020 election. these states are basically passing laws

so that they can accept mail-in ballots in some cases like a month after election day. Now, why would they... Folks in the chat, you can answer this for me. Why would Democrats, not Republicans, Democrats want to extend an election from early voting to 30 days after election day that can last up to two to maybe even three months?

Why would the Democrats want to do that? I'll get played a little, do-do-do-do-do. I don't know, play like the Jeopardy Sounder. Why do you think they'd want to do that? Well, the answer is, yes. Who's at it? I'll just pick one. Flag lover.

To cheat, correct, correct. But I'm here to not just answer the obvious. Of course, they want to cheat. You wouldn't have to listen to Dan Bongino show. I'm here to give you a little background color on exactly how the mechanics of the cheating work from a guy who's running a few elections and has seen this up close and personal. There are two classes of people that benefit from a three-month election day and ballot harvesting. Two classes.

Who are the two? Number one, the Democrats, because it's a longer amount of time to be able to cheat, and I'll show you how in a second, important. Don't go anywhere for this. But second is incumbents, because incumbents have usually a better organization. They've been in the community for a while, and they typically have a lot more money. Folks, why would money matter? Because you have to have poll watchers, you have to have election folks at campaign sites, as long as they're outside the buffer.

You have to knock on doors and go ballot harvest. That costs money. Who typically has more money and better organization, 99% of the time? Incumbents, Republicans and Democrats. They love these long election days because they don't want anything to change. Democrats love it because there's a lot more time to cheat. because did you notice they want ballot harvesting laws in addition to mail-in-balloting?

Because what they want to do, as my friend Sean Davis says all the time, is they want to get to a point where people don't win elections, but ballots do. Mail-in ballot goes out automatically to Joey Bag of Donuts, who lives in Pasadena, California. Joey Bagged Donuts died three months ago.

It doesn't matter. Somebody goes and picks up the ballot from the nursing home. You don't even have to be dead. Guy doesn't know he's voting or not, tells him, here's how you fill out the ballot. Joey doesn't even know what he's filling out. make sure you vote Barack Obama or whatever.

They want to be able to do this for 90 days or more because they have the money and the incentive to cheat. Folks, I've seen it. Maryland had, gosh, was it, three weeks, two weeks of early voting when I ran? When I ran for that congressional race, we nearly pulled off. Like, what would have been the craziest upset ever? It was not. Hey, guy won, whatever.

I had to have poll workers. Luckily, a lot of them just volunteered at, you know, tens and hundreds of early polling locations across the state. Excuse me, the congressional race was in the district. But in the Senate race across the entire state. It costs money. The incumbent had no problem with that. They're used to this stuff. I want to show you, too, how absolutely full of crap these people are.

Here's the good news. The good news is the Save America Act is getting a lot of attention. The bad news is they still aren't serious about getting this thing passed because they don't want to implement the talking filibuster. I know it's not the best option. I'm just telling you the Democrats are going to scrap the filibuster and shove the entire communist cornucopia down our throats if they win back to presidency and both houses.

It's just the fact. They've already said they're going to do it. Well, I can't say the fact. It doesn't hate when people do that. It is my informed opinion based on their own comments. Here's Maisie Hirono, though, talking about while we're on this topic of voting, voter fraud and how they cheat and why they want six-month elections.

Exaggerated, but you get the point. Here's Maisie Hirono arguing against Crazy Maisie, against the Save America Act and voter ID, and suggesting that because we already have laws against cheating in elections, that there's no need for like additional measures or additional enforcement because, you know, we already like have laws.

Really? Check this out. Non-citizen voting in federal elections is already illegal. It is a federal crime. If a non-citizen illegally votes in a federal election, they could be prosecuted and even sentenced up to five years in prison. Who is going to commit this kind of fraud knowing that they could be in prison for five years? Gee, I don't know.

Maybe those people in Alabama, we just, played what two weeks ago on the show, like local clip of them being arrested for cheating in elections? I don't know. I don't know. Maybe ask Hans von Spakovsky at the Heritage Foundation, who's got an entire portfolio on voter fraud cases. You could go and ask them if you were actually interested

in that kind of stuff. But I want you to understand the logic. Maisie Huron's saying, well, it's already illegal, so we should do nothing more to stop it. That's her logic. Well, murder's already illegal. Correct? Not a good idea to murder people.

And yet we still do more, even though murder's illegal, on the enforcement front, to make sure more murders don't happen because we want less. And when you do more, here's a little piece of cash put up yesterday. Leadership matters. This crazy thing happens. There you go. The U.S. homicide rate, 125-year-law. Maybe by Maisie's logic, we should have done nothing because we got in the FBI.

Hey, man, murder was already illegal. So why actually go do more, like fugitive task forces, UFAP warrants and all? Why actually do that? You want to vote for this kind of stupid? Thankfully, we have people like Senator Mike Lee out there, who has been a champion for the SAVE Act. Here's Senator Lee on the Senate floor, making the exact opposite case, Macy Hirono's making,

in other words, the sensible one and the not stupid one, Herono made, that, you know what, just because you have laws doesn't mean you can't either enhance them or do more to enforce said law. This isn't hard, Macy. Check this out. They have instead said we don't need the Save America Act because, and this one is a kicker,

because it's already against the law. That, Mr. President, under these circumstances, is analogous to saying, we don't need a law allowing police to issue citations and monitor traffic at intersections governed by a stop sign because it's already against the law in our state to run a stop sign. and even though police officers under the status quo are prohibited from monitoring intersections and taking note of when someone runs a stop sign, we know that people don't run stop signs because it's against the law. That is directly, closely, tightly analogous to what they're saying here.

That's what's called reason and logic. You're like, well, Mike Lee's a lawyer. Yeah, that's great. Mike Lee's a lawyer. Harvey, you don't have to be a lawyer. to just figure that out. That a law doesn't matter if you don't actually do something to put a penalty for violating said law.

Or if you don't put an enhancement on said law. In other words, we are going to enhance our capabilities to enforce said law. Pointing out there lies, folks, too, is not even complicated. You may have saw this video going around yesterday of there was a suspected illegal migrant who was arrested in an airport. Now, if you know how the Democrats work like I do,

you will play this video on a video if you would. You'll see this video was rocketing around and mysteriously just appeared yesterday. Yesterday, when Donald Trump had announced, well, the day before, that ICE was going to be president at airports to assist with expediting long lines due to the Democrat shutdown. So magically, this video appears yesterday. Oh, my gosh, look how horrible this is.

These ice bad airports. And you're thinking, of course, because of that diary of a CEO clip, you know, the Legos, where you just present two completely different pieces of information, the mind is going to connect them. Now, you're thinking this just happened, that Donald Trump sent ICE people to the airport who went and arrested this illegal migrant lady at the airport. Those two things are connected. And then you find out after Homeland Security has to stop the lie after it's traveled around the world 642 times, that the arrest of illegal aliens occurred yesterday before ICE officers were

deployed to airports to bolster the TSA efforts. So it did not happen after the TSA ice symbiote started here. It happened before. But it doesn't really matter, folks, because again, the video, the why travels around them. I don't have to lie did it happen. The connection they tried to make. Again, the mark of a stupid person is chaos, feeding you a bowl of information,

but never getting to the bottom of the bowl where the actual answer is. It's like trying to open one of these fortune cookies, but there's no fortune in it ever. It's opening a box of air popcorn. You think you bought a computer and you get to the bottom and there's nothing there. This is what they do. They emulate the tactics of the left. All right, folks, thanks again for tuning in.
