It's happening right under our noses. They have a two-step plan. I hate the idea of steps because it makes you think it sounds like a class, doesn't it?

We're going to go through in our neurophysiology class, the multiple steps and the neurotransmitter cascade. No, no, no. This is very simple. Their two-step plan couldn't be any easier to understand. And all you got to do is listen to their own words to watch the plan in action. Two-step plan is this. Step one, get a list of gun owners. You ever see the movie Red Dawn? A listener sent this to me once. He said, Dan, remember Red Dawn when the Russians invade the United States and take over? How do they go and lock up all the troublemakers? They go to the local gun store and find out who bought the guns. You remember that?

Honestly, I saw the movie decades ago. I don't really remember much about it, but it's there. So in order to make you a felon and to go in, get them guns from you, they got to be sure they know who to get the guns from. They don't want to knock on every door. They only want to knock down the doors of the people who actually have the stuff they're looking for, which is the guns. So you need a list. Step one. Step two, the deuce.

They need a reason to go and get the guns and turn you into a criminal and a felon right away. But what if you've never broken the law? That's okay. Joe, they'll do this crazy thing. They'll change the law. Oh, change the law so I can't buy guns in the future? No, no, no, no. Yes, they'll do this crazy thing. They'll change the law. But this is the law change that really should be tattooed in your cerebral cortex. They're going to change the law retroactively, meaning, for the liberals listening, that anybody who already has a gun is going to be a felon by the nature of obeying the law in the past that is now not the law now it's not good enough for them to restrict access to guns in the future why anybody know why take a guess fellas you guys know why because there's already hundreds of millions of guns out there they want to confiscate

so what good does it do to stop them from you getting guns in the future? They'll try that. Don't get me wrong. But that's secondary. The guns are already out there. They got to get those too. How do you do it? These people bought their guns legally.

You just change the law retroactively. Just hang with me. Let's go to this first. Here's Matt Gaetz, congressman from Florida, Republican up on Capitol Hill yesterday. There was a hearing yesterday and they pulled up a bunch of specialists on the firearm issue. Democrats had their own gun grabbers up there as well. And Matt Gaetz, this was a hearing yesterday and what came up were two critical things about guns, which are the two components of their plan to make you a felon and get your guns, okay?

Number one, put you on the list. Number two, make you a felon. How do they put you on a list? Well, one of the ways they put you on a list is by going to gun dealers called FFLs, Federal Firearms Licensees, and making sure any records they have, of any records they have of a gun transaction,

sorry, phone calls, any records they have of a gun transaction sorry phone calls any records they have of a gun transaction are turned over to them so matt gates brings up two things here he brings up the atf taking i believe against the law they're not allowed to get a gun list going taking the records to put you on a list and then they address this arm brace ban to arm brace on arm braces on firearms as well. Listen to this. We'll go over the two step plan coming up right after this. Check this out. I had the great privilege to spend two years on the House Judiciary Committee with the gentlelady from Missouri. And while she and I disagree strongly on this issue,

her beliefs are sincere and they are strong and they are powerful, particularly when she expresses them. And so when she says to people that she wants to defund the police, she means it. And when she says in this committee meeting that gun violence is a public health emergency, well, she means that too. And our fellow Americans know the impact of folks up here in Washington declaring everything and anything a public health emergency. It means you're more likely to be locked in your homes, deprived of your freedoms, less healthy, less safe, less secure and less able to live a truly American life. So know this. When the left talks about this as a public health emergency, get ready to see those enhanced authorities abused by the ATF. And Mr. Chairman, it is my sincere hope that in the very near future, we will have those very folks from the ATF here. And I intend to be utilizing the new rules that we have in the

House of Representatives to offer amendments to the Appropriations Act to zero out their salaries for breaking the law and abusing the liberties of our fellow Americans. Now, nothing, nothing would make me happier than to play that entire exchange. It's about five minutes long. I can't, I don't have the time on the show. That was the end of it where Gates does the right thing. And he's talking about Cori Bush. That's who he's talking about, the squad member. And their use now, not coincidentally, Joe, of the public health emergency verbiage when discussing guns. Oh, what else happened in the last public health emergency? We got the authority to jam a needle into people's arms

and tell them their bodies aren't theirs? Yep. We told them they'd have to put a face diaper on their face or else they'd have to put a passport on their phone to engage in their freedom association and freedom of religion. And ladies and gentlemen, let's be honest, not you in the audience, but people just took it. People took it. People just took it.

People took it. So now, in that five-minute exchange, Matt Gaetz, he just shreds these people on the list that the ATF is now taking people's gun records and compiling a de facto list of gun owners. That's a fact. While changing the law on arm braces, arm braces were perfectly legal for years to purchase on a pistol. If you put an arm brace on a pistol, you may have some issue with your shoulders. You may have some physical disability. You can Velcro the arm brace to your arm and you can fire the firearm with one hand. These were perfectly legal.

Get the list. Declare a public health emergency so that we got to get these people off the streets. These are violent insurrectionists. Oh, they have guns. Go get them. Oh, and by the way, do they have arm braces too? Definitely get them now. Here's Jim Jordan on this issue. Unless you remove the brace, lengthen the barrel, turn in or destroy your firearm or register your

gun with this government that you know you can trust because Mr. Wilcox has been working with them. You know you can try. Unless you do those four things, what happens? What are you? A felon. A felon for something 10 years ago they said was just fine, that you build a business on and the business started because you wanted to help a man who put the uniform of his country on his back and served our country and was injured. make sure you have another way to get the list how would you do that how would you guys know if someone bought a firearm at a federal firearms licensee. There's a couple of ways to do it. Number one, you can put them out of business and get their records or keep their paper records. Or you could just go to the credit card companies and say, hey, did you guys have records of Guy buying a firearm at Lotus Gunworks? Oh, you do. Interesting. But you'd need a way to categorize those. I'll get to that in a second, too. But Jordan brings up a critical point about this new arm brace rule. This arm brace rule, which is being applied retroactively, unquestionably unconstitutional, says if you legally bought a firearm, a pistol with an arm

brace, legally bought it, and you don't now destroy it you're a felon what's the plan here with that specific rule you you guys are and ladies are great at this you've been at this many of you as activists longer than i have some of you been involved in this movement decades certainly for the second amendment protection god-given rights movement, right? God-given right to protect yourself. Why do you think now the Biden team and these lefty gun grabber groups are looking to make features on a firearm, whatever it may be? Whatever it may be, the disconnector, the arm brace, features retroactively illegal. Why?

That's the intent. Two-step plan, get the list, public health emergency to use the list, and make you a felon. Watch as they progressively add features of every firearm out there to the

list. Now, what the ATF can't hoover up in business records, and we covered this the other day, so forgive me for not going into step one in too much detail, but I got a lot to get to today. There's a lot of news out there. I described it on a podcast a few days ago, maybe a week ago. The ATF is eagerly trying to put FFLs out of business,

making it impossible for them to keep their business open. So, because they have a, there's another edict out there that if a Ffl closes the records of the transactions are turned over to the atf so you get what they're doing they want the records for the list you understand so they need that but the thing is the list won't be comprehensive because going forward there you know if a business manages to stay in business and say a red state where firearms sell particularly well right they still need a way to track ongoing sales. Oh, look at this. Washington Times,

Valerie Richardson, credit cards caught in the political crosshairs over tracking firearms purchases. So weird how Democrat attorneys general, 14 of them, are calling on Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex to stick to their original plan to implement a merchant category code for credit and debit card sales at gun shops. Now, the code was paused because 24 Republican state prosecutors, good men and women, said, ah, that sounds like you're trying to put together a list. Using credit card companies, doesn't it? Why do they want this so badly? Well, again, just listen to their own words, daddy-o. Put together a list. Take you a felon.

who preys on unarmed people, right? In ridiculous no-gun zones or whatever you call them, firearm-free fantasy lands. Watch over, if God forbid there's another mass shooting or some mass shootings that happen, they will declare a public health emergency. That list and those firearm lists from the credit card companies will go right to the ATF. And if you happen to have a feature on a gun you bought legally that they've now declared illegal, you're going to find yourself in handcuffs. Please stop, too, if you're a lefty telling me a conspiracy theory.

It's a conspiracy theory. He asks the gun grabber there, hey, listen, what happens if you lie in your background check form?
