My wife said, you got to look at this. She almost spit the coffee out of her mouth. It's so good. So I'm going to get to the Trump indictment fallout yesterday. There's a lot of stuff going on. But we caused some waves yesterday. Some ripples. Some waves coming ashore. People were shocked.

I mean, genuinely shocked to find out about all this talk about Biden being on tape with all these bribes. People were stunned to know that there were already tapes out there. And we played them yesterday. But this story gets deeper. Let me give some big hat tips in the beginning to two great researchers, Hans Monke and Stephen mcintyre you see their tweets you should follow them they're very good i want to put two and two together for you so long and short of it we opened up yesterday's show with the stunning and i don't think stunning is hyperbolic i don't like to get out ahead of my skis here with all this stuff oh justice is coming all this crap you know i don't do that but a pretty stunning allegation by republican Senator Chuck Grassley

where he said that Biden's actually on tape with an alleged FBI source discussing a $10 million bribe. I don't know about you folks. Sounds like a BFD big deal. Maybe. People were stunned to find out that tapes are already out there

about the money changing hands to the Biden team for Biden's favors. We played them yesterday and you don't know how many emails I got from people like, Dan, where are these tapes been? The answer is on my show, like multiple times. Here's where this thing gets super hairy. Biden is on tape talking to then Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko. Okay. They are talking about getting rid of a prosecutor, looking into his son, Biden's son, and the Biden operation that took money in exchange for favors. Okay. Stephen McIntyre tweets this out and this is a gem. Now you'll see why this story has gone nowhere and has gotten buried. McIntyre notes that the Ukrainian president Biden's on the phone with, which I'll play in a minute. Stay tuned. The tapes

are coming. Poroshenko had an aide, Onishenko. This aide is a lot of shankos. Onishenko was getting ready to spill the beans on this corrupt deal Biden had in Ukraine. He notes it in his tweet right here, McIntyre. Oh, and he brings the receipts. Here's an article from the Kiev Post, and you'll see McIntyre links to it. Just expand that for me a little bit so I can read it better. That Onishchenko said in December, this is December right before Trump's about to take office,

that he had transferred recordings, i.e. tapes, implicating Ukrainian President Poroshenko in corruption to the FBI. Oh, he did? He did? And Onishchenko sent copies of the deal that was signed by Efrem Wernick, a trial attorney at Justice, our DOJ, section which was represented by Andrew Weissman. Oh, that's, what? Andrew Weissman, you mean the pee-pee hoaxer? You mean Bob Mueller's bulldog investigator, his number one lieutenant? So you're telling me that Andrew Weissman, Mueller's number two guy,

just so I'm clear, was aware of tapes of Joe Biden cutting an international deal to get rid of a guy investigating his bribes and nothing happened. And the guy Onishanko has the signed documents. Yes. That is so freaking strange, Joe. Yes. It's almost like they appointed Weissman to work with Mueller to make

sure that Mueller's only goal was to make sure that what? They investigated Donald Trump? Come on, guy. Hush your mouth. Hush your mouth, son. That their only goal was to make sure any evidence of the Biden bribes went away and to keep

the attention on Donald Trump. It's just so strange how this evidence is in front of everybody's eyes and almost no one, but these researchers are talking about it. Here's the Kiev post article. Onishenko releases alleged recording implicating Poroshenko and Zlocheski in the grift. Poroshenko's the Ukrainian president on the tape.

I'm going to play for you talking to Biden and Zlochevsky is the head of Burisma, who many believe is the source talking to the FBI. Wait, wait, this is strange. Fugitive law, fugitive lawmaker, fugitive Onishanko, the guy who was going to tell the whole story to Weissman until he strangely disappeared and got arrested. Fugitive lawmaker Onishanko on April 18th published what he claimed to be recordings implicating Poroshenko and ex-president Yanukovych's ecology ministers, Lochevsky, in corrupt deals. Is Lochevsky the same guy that was operating Burisma that hired Hunter Biden?

So strange that he was scheduled to travel to the United States in November of 2019. And what happened? No freaking way. The jury is in. This is bananas. He was arrested in Germany before getting to come to the United States to tell the story about the Biden corruption. Wow.

I. Oh, we corruption. Wow. I... Oh, he hurt. So dead. Onyshenko works with Poroshenko, who's the president of Ukraine, who cuts this malicious, under-the-table deal with Biden to hide his bribe

and fire the prosecutor. Onyshenko wants to come to the United States to tell his story, cuts a deal with Weissman from the DOJ, pee-pee hoaxer, thinking he's cutting the deal with the Department of Justice, not realizing he's cutting a deal with a TDS-infected lunatic. And all of a sudden, he disappears and becomes a fugitive and gets arrested in Germany. Gosh, the coincidences are just bananas. And then this other thing happens. Bill Evanina, another pee-pee hoaxer in August of 2020,

as he's at Climate Audit, by the way, Stephen McIntyre on Twitter. You should follow him. He notes that Evanina, pee-pee hoaxer, in the Director of National Intelligence's office, stated that the tapes were Russian disinformation. There we go again, which is so convenient because Andrew Weissman, who's in on this whole thing,

the Mueller bulldog, is investigating Trump for what they call Russian disinformation. It's almost like they're pulling a Dipsy-Doo flip-a-roo. The flip-a-roo. Back to our friend Hans Monke, another great one. These guys, if you want to know what's going on with Spygate and all this, you need to follow these guys or else you're missing 90% of the story. No one does work like these guys, and I mean no one, me included.

Here's Hans Monke. Poroshenko is a Ukrainian president whom Biden extorted. Onishenko works for him. Right after Trump won in 2016, a Poroshenko aide, that's Onishenko works for him. Right after Trump won in 2016, a Poroshenko aide, that's Onishenko, offered to give DOJ incriminating evidence about Biden's calls with Poroshenko, which we'll play in a second. As fate would have it,

the aide's info went to Andrew Weissman, who probably buried it all. And look, Hans has receipts, Joe. So strange. Andrew Weissman's signature on a deal. Gosh, it's almost like Hans has the story and Weissman's signature on a deal. Gosh, it's almost like Hans has the story and Weissman wants to make it go away. So good we have a Department of Justice in this country, isn't it? Yeah. So great. Me too. I'm feeling good. Justice is blind, brother.

Here, it gets better. If you thought this was bad, Hans notes, here's the real shocker. better. If you thought this was bad, Hans notes, here's the real shocker. Shortly after pure Poroshenko's aid blew the whistle, Poroshenko asked Biden whether the aid was now cooperating with the FBI. Incredibly, Biden assured Poroshenko that the FBI wasn't pursuing it. How would Biden have known? Let's go back and play a few tapes, shall we? Yeah. Let's just play the tape from yesterday. Again, one of them. Biden.

Again, no one questions the authenticity of these tapes. On the phone with the Ukrainian president. And I want you to pay particular attention. We played this yesterday. I'll play a new one today. But I want to set it up. Here's Biden. He's worried that Onishanko is going to blow the whistle to the DOJ and the FBI about Biden's bribe.

And he's really concerned about the money trail because Biden knows that he was paid, him and his family, by Ukraine into a number of shell companies, some of which went through PrivatBank. Biden is panicked that if Trump gets into office that he's going to start doing business with Ukraine, giving the maid and start asking questions. Listen to the panic in Biden's voice as he pushes the Ukrainian president to shut the bank down before Trump gets into office. Take a listen. I don't want Trump to get in the position where he thinks he's about to buy onto a policy where the financial system is going to collapse and he's going to be looked to to pour more money into Ukraine. That's how he'll think about it

before he gets sophisticated enough to know the detail. In other words, Biden does not want Ukraine asking for more money from Trump. Doing so would cause Trump to look into the details. Hat tip OAN for that one. So again, Poroshenko's aide, Oneshenko, this politician, is about to blow the whistle on this whole thing, and he has the tapes. Biden seems really concerned that Oneshenko is working with our fully corrupt FBI. What if I told you there was a tape of that too?

No. No way. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Here's Biden on tape with Poroshenko. And Poroshenko is very concerned that Oneshenko is going to spill the beans with the FBI. And Biden says,

but don't worry, the FBI is all on the level, folks. Biden says, like, don't worry, winky, winky, nod, nod. We made sure that all went away with the FBI. Don't you worry. Check this out. If it is true that the FBI is working with him, at least I want to know that. No, no, they are not. I told you the FBI concluded he had nothing and they stopped.

That was it. There's no reason to talk to him again. Okay. I will check that and confirm that with you. Folks, what more evidence do you need? What do you need to hear? Is anybody in the media talking about this? We just played the tape. Is anyone

going to ask Joe Biden at a press conference? Is that you on the tape telling Ukrainian President Poroshenko that you know that the FBI is not investigating claims his aide is making about bribes you took? Is anybody going to ask that? Because it's strange how nobody's playing these tapes, but me and a handful of other conservatives out there. By the way, I did not suicide myself. Okay. I told my wife says to me this morning, she's going over to our, we're building the studio. It needs a new roof. So it's taken a little bit. So she's like, listen, if anything ever over to our, we're building the studio. It needs a new roof. That's why it's taking a little bit. So she's like, listen, if anything ever happens to me,

because she goes over and meets with people up, she goes, I'd just like you to know where I am. I said, let me tell you something, too. If anything happens to me, I did not suicide myself. I love life. Life is good. Life is good. It's a sin to kill yourself. Just so you know.

Why is no one playing these tapes? Go back and listen to yesterday's show if you want even more. These tapes are real. It is Biden unquestionably involved in the biggest political scandal of our time. And the guy who made it go away, Weissman, who was speaking to this Oneshenko guy, clearly buried this story, was the guy who later investigated Trump and is still on MSNBC commenting on the Trump matter. That can't be. They don't have those kind of balls. Oh, they do.

Oh, communists got moose nuts. All right. Folks. Listen to me here. Biden, the DOJ, and the FBI are really, really worried right now. They are not worried about legal consequences. They've got Garland in power. They understand the likelihood of any of them being arrested or investigated or slim.

They are worried, though. They are worried about shows like this because we're exposing them and they're worried there's going to be a political penalty and that their FBI and DOJ bouncers are going to be thrown out of power if Donald Trump gets back into power. Now do you understand why the indictment yesterday was so important to them? They need to control it in the federal system. All of these local cases by Twinkies and in Georgia are weak. Folks, there's a 95% chance, even with these horrible jury pools, that Trump gets off in these cases because the cases are terrible. Do you now understand why special counsel Jack Smith and his Biden bosses over

there in the White House had to arrest Trump on a federal charge. In case you're unfamiliar, I worked with the NYPD and the federal law enforcement system. The federal law enforcement charge will typically always take precedence. They needed to control it. They couldn't have, even though they moved the DOJ guy

into the New York City prosecutor's office with Alvin Bragg. We covered that story, remember? They moved him in there to kind of marshal this investigation against Trump. The jurisdiction is still New York State. They need to control it in Garland's federal government and make sure, absolutely make sure that they can keep Trump bound up during the election because they know the FBI, the DOJ, and everyone else that if Trump gets in, that it's over. It is going to be heads rolling everywhere and that they're not going to have any of the protections,

the political protections they had before. They will do anything to keep Trump out of power. Anything. Now, Trump gets this. The first term Trump had in 2016, there were a lot of bad personnel choices. He would admit that too. I told you why, whether you believe it or not, it's up to you.

I'm pretty close with people on the inside. They thought doing the team of rivals approach like Lincoln was a smart idea. And how could you, you know, all right, fine. We can't just hire people, you know, we're new to the government thing. Let's hire some, you know, political rivals on the Republican side and it'll be a big kumbaya. That's not the way it worked out. John Bolton, others, Chris Christie wound up screwing him over. Christie, that slob is out

there now attacking Donald Trump all day. He was on Fox this morning doing it. That is not going to be the same the second time around. The Bureau knows this. That's why nobody's talking about these tapes or anything, because they need to keep the attention on Trump. Here's Trump who gets it yesterday, finally going right for it, right for it with the C word. The C word? No, no, no. Communists. Check this out. If the communists get away with this, it won't stop with me. They will not hesitate to ramp up their persecution of Christians, pro-life activists, parents attending school board meetings, and even future Republican candidates, which they do. We must end it permanently and we must end it immediately.

Now that the seal, so important, is broken. The seal is broken by what they've done. They should never have done this. This was an unwritten rule. You just don't, unless it's really bad. But you just don't. But the seal is now broken. In addition to closing the border and removing all of the criminal elements that have illegally invaded our country, making America energy independent

and even dominant again and immediately ending the war between Russia and Ukraine. I'll have it ended in 24 hours. I will appoint a real special prosecutor to go after the most corrupt president in the history of the United States of America, Joe Biden and the entire Biden crime family. Name a special prosecutor. Folks, he's not kidding. Notice the keywords he used there. And by the way, did you notice something in that speech? There were two teleprompters, i.e. he was not riffing, i.e. someone wrote this and he approved it in advance. These weren't just mistakes.

He mentions communists, which he's absolutely correct. That's what we're dealing with. He mentions Ukraine, huge corruption in Ukraine. He knows it. He knew it before. He mentions a special prosecutor and finally going after the Biden team with no pressure for reelection. And what are they going to do? Impeach him again? This is why we need another term. We only got one shot at this. Folks, I got more. His popularity is growing. They're martyring this guy, and they're too dumb to see it. I'll show you what happened at a restaurant yesterday afterwards in a largely Cuban-Hispanic area, Miami-Dade County. I know well.

Thank you, Joe, I just learned this today. Cuba's a communist socialist country. I know you weren't aware of this. You and I are not really big history guys. It's almost like the Cuban community in South Florida doesn't want to see communist police state action here and political prisoners. So strange.

I need you to be very careful. Thank you to everyone who showed up yesterday and peacefully protested at the courthouse. I warned you to be very cautious about provocateurs and people on the inside trying to start a riot because there's nothing the left wants more than another crackdown and an insurrection. There is nothing they want more. Do not give them that ammunition, please. But don't be scared into not- I saw a friend of mine

who I like, but he was on Twitter the other day telling people, don't show up at the courthouse, all this stuff. He's a conservative too. Nice guy, like him. No, you do not forfeit your constitutional liberty to protest peacefully because you know there are going to be provocateurs in the crowd and potential federal agents out there ginning things up. Be very cautious of these people. There's one who's a mouthpiece for the FBI who has been brutally attacking FBI whistleblowers and he's managed to secrete himself into the conservative ecosystem. I'm just telling you to be very cautious about these people. This isn't the only one either. You've got FBI whistleblowers. I'm going to ask you before I get to who this guy is, I'm going to ask you who you trust. I'm not going to name names just yet. Who do you trust, folks? Three FBI whistleblowers,

actually four, who resigned their jobs and gave up their pensions to expose the targeting of parents at school board meetings as domestic terrorists, who exposed the FBI's targeted attack of the Catholic Church and religious people, who exposed the targeted attack at the Catholic Church and religious people who exposed the targeted attack on pro-lifers and who exposed the January 6th dragnet while giving up money so much so they couldn't afford their mortgages? Or do you trust a retired FBI agent who's very tight with insiders, who puts out talking points on a conservative outlet trying to attack whistleblowers? Who do you trust? I'll go with door number one, Dan. You'll go with door number one.

He's a former FBI guy. From what I hear from colleagues, not a very good one, by the way, how to fix the FBI in 10 minutes or less. Notice how he's taking a shot at moi. You want to play ball? How many times he writes, have you heard the term defund the FBI or abolish the FBI? You probably heard a lot on this show. You guys heard that? Probably quite a few times here. Yeah, all the time. He writes, here's the one that really makes me chuckle. He's a chuckler, Joe. The FBI should be control-alt-deleted.

I don't know who that's from, but I agree with that, too. That one is usually delivered like adolescent toilet humor, followed by sophomoric snickering, the knowing side-eye, and pantomime ribbing. He sounds very smart. Yes, he got us thesaurus for that. So notice later on in the piece after he brutally attacks whistleblowers, keep in mind, this guy's sitting on his ass with a big pension from the FBI. You notice anytime the FBI, he's a mouthpiece in conservative ecosystem

space. John Nance comes to the rescue. Be very careful around this guy. I have warned you now multiple times.
