He's a reporter from the Daily Caller on the ground in Minneapolis. He was witness to the riots all weekend long. We'll get his first-hand perspective this morning. We saw it pop up a couple years ago, in fact, during the George Floyd riots. And it really is never given up. It's continued to be there. And now it's kicking once again into high. high gear and is creating a lot of peril in Minnesota. You and I have been discussing this

for many weeks now, unfortunately, the ongoing insurrection in Minnesota. And this weekend, it reached new levels. And before I even get into the shooting of Alex Preti, what led to his death, why that could have all been avoided, he'd be alive today. Were it not for his decisions, were it not for Tim Walz's decisions, Jacob Fry's decisions. Before we even get there, we need to start with what the hell is going on? How is it that Alex Preddy was even standing on that city block? Why was he there in the middle of the road? Why was he a part of a group that was obstructing law enforcement? How did they even know that law enforcement would be present at that location so they could stand there to menace them? How did that all happen? And the answer to that question, as we begin today, is that these people,

are coordinating an organized criminal conspiracy against law enforcement. That's what this is. You're hearing a lot of people use words like this is a protest. It's a protest. It's not a protest if you are organizing people to obstruct federal law enforcement from enforcing federal law in the Constitution. It's not a protest. It's a criminal conspiracy to obstruct law enforcement is what's actually going on. And we just got a really smart and important piece for from a great reporter called Osra Noamani. She writes for the Fox News Channel. And here's what she says this morning.

She's got a, she says that this is an organized criminal conspiracy. It's a far left network that helped put Alex Pretti in harm's way, prety, excuse me, in harm's way, then made him a martyr. And she explores it this way. She says the skirmish that led to Saturday's unrest and the fatal shooting they, said of an agitator by border patrol agents in Minneapolis and the response that followed were driven by a complex network of far left organizations with a wide range of causes according to Fox. It's a coordinated web of encrypted chats, street alerts, and tracking of ICE abductors. So-called abductors,

they refer to ICE as abductors in a sophisticated database that was reviewed by Osra and it showed that agitators were already mobilized at the scene where 37-year-old Alex Prattie was killed. minutes before any shots were fired. In other words, he was killed, obviously, after the shots were fired, but the point she's making is they were there minutes beforehand disrupting ICE. Ice and Border Patrol agents were there

to arrest an illegal alien, and Preri and others were there outside of a donut shop to meet them as a part of a strategic pattern of organized interference with law enforcement operations. Now, she goes on and on and talks about how these are Marxists, these are communists, Marxist, Leninists. It's a group, a national network of socialist, communist, and Marxist-Leninist cells in the United States that are all doing this kind of organization and then leveraging the chaos that they

create, including taking advantage of the fact that Alex Prattie is now dead in order to lead to more chaos in the streets of the United States of America. And Azra is not the only reporter to tap into this particular phenomenon. Some of you may have already seen that Cam Higbee also has really important footage up right now about all of this. And I want to show this to you. This is Cam Higbee infiltrated their signal chat. This is an encrypted signal chat by these people. And he was able to capture the following footage. This is him inside of the signal chat listening to their dispatch operation where they're sending each other to locations because they believe ICE has arrived. They're not even confident that ICE is there, but this is what it, this is what it sounds like.

These five observers are on there. KM, I'll probably have you stay on that F-150, but anyone else that's on this call that is currently on that F-150, I think we can use our resources and energy better. I agree. If there's somewhere you want to send us, that's great. Otherwise, we could go up into Phillips. If you want to go up into Phillips, that's great.

I'm going to attempt a roll call here in a minute. Now you hear this. It's a dispatch. Do you have a passenger? And they're sending people, they're sending people to locations. We believe that there's ICE activity here. We're tracking these license plates. They have a big file of all these license plate numbers.

They're notating where they see these cars going. So what you have is an intelligence operation that's being, well, candidly, it's poorly led because they're oftentimes falsely accusing people of being involved in federal immigration enforcement. But it hardly matters because what you're witnessing is a full. blown, in many cases, mentally ill, organized criminal conspiracy that is menacing American citizens and American law enforcement that's merely trying to enforce the law. Remember, how did we get here? Why are there thousands of immigration enforcers in Minnesota? It's to pick up murderers,

rapists, killers, child abusers, is to go after them. That's why they're there. And that led to Saturday morning where you get immigration enforcement going to try and pick up an Ecuadorian national, an illegal alien in the country, and they're met by this criminal resistance. Let's start with Gregory Bovino. He's a Border Patrol commander. He spoke to the press this weekend, and he described how this weekend's events went down. Watch. At 905 a.m. Central Standard Time, as DHS law enforcement officers were conducting a talk. targeted the operation in Minneapolis against an illegal alien, Jose Werthe Chuma. You can see this illegal alien on the screen to my left and right.

That is Jose Werta Chuma, whose criminal history includes domestic assault to intentionally inflict bodily harm, disorderly conduct, and driving without a valid license. During this operation, an individual approached U.S. Border Patrol agents with a 9-millimeter semi-automatic handgun. The agents attempted to disarm the individual, but he violently resisted. Fearing for his life and the lives and safety of fellow officers, a Border Patrol agent fired defensive shots. Medics on the scene immediately delivered medical aid to the subject, but the subject was pronounced dead at the scene. All right.

The suspect also had two loaded magazines. So he goes on and says he's got magazines as well. All right. So that's Bovino, just describing the simple course of events about how they're at this scene. This is 905 local time. They're trying to take an illegal alien into custody. They're met with this resistance by these lunatics, these communist insurgents, were in the middle of the street trying to accost officers and prevent them from doing their jobs.

and then they've got this guy Alex Freddie who approaches them and he does interfere with law enforcement. He tries to block them from pushing back people who are menacing him, them, that is the law enforcement officers, and perhaps prevent them from taking these women into custody who, again, are getting in the faces of law enforcement trying to impede their ability to do their jobs. That's exactly what happened this weekend. So again, as the media are running around saying, well, that Alex Prattie was just, what's the expression they're using? He was directing traffic and he was just a peaceful protester. No, he actually impeded law enforcement, got in between them physically. And then when they tried to take him into custody, he was resisting arrest.

He was shaking around trying to break free to get out of the arrest. So he obviously commits a number of crimes is what happened this weekend. And yes, he had a 9mm handgun on. on him. He had it holstered. More on that in just a moment because that's a really important thing. But let me show you video footage. This is just before the shooting. You're going to see here, we've pulled this clip, witness video. Alex Preddy is in the street and he's already confronting law enforcement as they're arriving. Look at this. Cut two. You can see him there in the sunglasses. He's got a phone raised. Officers pushing him off the street there.

And that's kind of as people are arriving at the scene. Predi is already interfering with the officers. And then this cut, cut three, I'm going to show you now. This is the video of the moment when he tries to intervene to block an officer from enforcing the law, who's literally pushing back a woman was accosting the officer. And he dives in. He physically gets in between, shoves his arm out. This officer begins to try and take him into custody.

And here's how the scene played out. Cut three. This is footage that the Guardian has broken down. Here's the whistles. A crazy scene. See, what happens is these Marxists, they show up. They're blowing whistles. They're flashing lights.

They're banging pans. They're trying to cause as much commotion as possible. So you can see Preddy jumps in between a woman and an officer and shoves the officer back here. Watch. The officer pepper sprays and pushes him back. And then it looks like they attempt to take him. into custody here. They pull him back. They tried to take him into custody. He begins resisting.

He's trying to get away. He's pulling away from them, pulling away from them, fighting back on the ground. And now you're going to see the moment where an officer pulls what appears to be Preti's handgun away from him. And then you'll hear a discharge and then shots fired as they fire on Preddy killing him. Federal agent pulls a gun away. First shot is heard. And then more shots are fire. Okay. All right. So that's it, guys. So that, so we see that footage. So that's, that's the sequence of events that led up to Preddy being killed. He was interfering with law enforcement. He arrived with the intention to interfere with law enforcement. He dives in between them, physically pushes them back as they're doing their jobs. They try and take him into custody.

He resists arrest. There's a struggle on the ground. An officer gets the gun out of Preddy's holster, it appears. And then you hear a shot. This is important. And then after that, once that gunshot goes off and you have officers yelling gun, gun, gun, then they begin firing on the suspect, in this case, Alex Prettie. Now, again, he would be alive today, where it not for Tim Walz, telling him he needs to fight the Gestapo. He'd be alive today, where it not for Jacob Fry, acting as if arresting rapists and murders is tantamount to being a Nazi. He'd be alive today if he didn't go out on that street and impede law enforcement. He'd be alive today if the Marxists didn't have an organized operation, an insurgency going, including an intelligence

branch dedicated to obstructing federal law enforcement. Alex Prattie would be alive today, were it not for all of that, and that he's not alive. So what happened? Well, that officer, we've got a different angle where you can see that it looks like the officer who grabbed Preddy's weapon, which we now know is a Sig Sauer P320. He grabs his weapon and as he's walking away, it appears the gun may have discharged when he's walking away. So in the midst of people yelling gun, gun, gun, whistles blowing, crazy chaos all around these officers. Officer walks away. It appears the gun discharges. Here's the angle. Watch this. Cut four. Take a look. Grey hoodie. Watch the gray hoodie.

See that? So for those of you watching, rumble.com slash vince, as he pulls away and the gun is sort of aimed at the ground, as that first shot is fired, you see his arm kicked up, suggesting that he may have had a round discharge out of the weapon. Let's watch that one more time just so people can see it, because on first blush, if this is the first time you're seeing it, you may not detect it. Watch it again. And then the shots are fired. Now, remember, in the moments before that, you got all the honking, the rape, whistles, guys yelling gun, gun, gun, and then as he's pulling this gun away. So everybody's on

high alert. These officers are on high alert. They've heard gun, gun, gun, gun. This officer is able to grab the gun. This is very close and pivotal moments where you have a bunch of officers over the top of them. Clearly, not all of them know that a gun's been removed from the suspect already. They hear a gunshot in the midst of all of this and they believe that they're being fired upon or that an officer has made a determination that he needs to be fired upon. And so this is a crazy moment. And law enforcement should not be put into these situations. Again, the left is doing this.

So that officer starts walking away with the gun. The gun appears to discharge. Now, I am not the only one who thinks that. In fact, we just got an interview with the president of the United States last night, done by the Wall Street Journal. And President Trump told the Wall Street Journal that, The gun in question is a, quote, dangerous and unpredictable gun. And I'm going to get into the details here now for a moment.

Take a look at this. Trump asserted that Prattie was carrying a very dangerous gun, quote, very dangerous gun, a dangerous and unpredictable gun, adding, quote, it's a gun that goes off when people don't know it. The Wall Street Journal simply describes it as a 9mm semi-automatic handgun. Well, that's not good enough for the purposes of our review this morning, just to call it a 9mm semi-automatic handgun. Of course, it is a 9-mill, but it's specifically a Sigsawar P-320. And that gun is at the center of a lot of concern in the gun community. And it has been for some time. There have been claims over the years that the P-320 is guilty of uncommanded discharges or

accidental discharges where you're not pulling the trigger and yet the gun discharges anyway. Well, that would be a real problem if that's, of course, what's happening. And last July, an airman in the Air Force was temporarily linked to a, an airman's death was temporary linked to a Sig Sauer M18, which is the military variant of the P320. Now, the Air Force would later discover that another airman had actually pointed the gun at him. That came out later. in the year. But that did not stop the gun community from taking a very close look at the P320. And we have some examples of people who really know their stuff looking at the P320 and saying, hey, we've got some issues here. Famously, there's a video clip from something called the Wyoming

Gun Project. It was done in July last year. This is during all of the concern over whether or not an airman had died due to an accidental discharge from a P320. And this gentleman tested the weapon by pinning the trigger back by just one millimeter. That is putting just one millimeter of force on the trigger, used a little screw to do it, and then jiggling the slide. In other words, the trigger hadn't even reached the trigger wall. If you've ever fired a gun, when you pull the trigger back, you feel the moment where it reaches its kind of peak resistance before you finally pull the trigger action all the way through. That's the trigger wall. So he pushes the trigger back by just a millimeter. Then he jiggles the slide. The end result is this video. Cut five. Watch the

this. Did you see that? Holy crap. Holy crap. It did it. Holy shit. It freaking did it. Now he's not the only one who came to that conclusion. Another person called another creator called one shot TV duplicated the same experiment cut six. Take a look. This was at the same time. All right. I've got our little piece of plastic wedged in the trigger right there. It's basically just pressed to the wall. I'm going to move the slide and we'll see. see if it goes off. Now again, he doesn't fully action the trigger. He doesn't pull it all the way through.

It's just, he just plays with the slide a little bit and the gun discharged. Now, you may point out, as I was thinking, as I was looking at all this, well, you know, if you're pushing the trigger even a little bit, that's not a situation where the gun is merely going off on its own without any pressure on the trigger. True. But a millimeter of give is not that much. And in fact, if you use a gun in a messy environment, a dirty environment, and dirt gets into the trigger action that may create some of the very space that they're demonstrating in

these experiments that keeps being replicated. Now, what's the truth all this? The answer is we just don't fundamentally know. But is it true that the pro-gun, gun-owning community has expressed concern about the SIGP320 undoubtedly? This isn't lefties who are saying, hey, the P-320, we need to disarm everybody. No, it's specifically the guys who understand guns who've been debating this subject. And President Trump kind of tipped his hand, I think, yesterday in terms of the details of where this investigation is going. When he says, yeah, the gun kind of goes off when people don't know it, that tells me that right now the federal government knows that that first shot came from Alex Preddy's gun. This is an important detail. Now, again, it doesn't in any way excuse it Alex Preddy's behavior.

He went to be a part of an insurgency designed to impede law enforcement at the behest of the radical left, including people like Tim Walls and Jacob Fry. And he shouldn't have done any of that. He'd be alive today, were it not for that. Renee Good would be alive today. Were it not for all of that? But he made a series of bad decisions and now his life is over. It's awful. It's just awful.

How specifically did this event go down this weekend? Now, Freddie should not have been there. Pretty should not have been there, but this is not the first time he's showed up to these types of crazy events, left-wing Marxist insurgencies. The Associated Press has this. They give us a biography of the guy, a profile of the guy. But what they describe is that he actually participated in the George Floyd riots back in the summer of 2020 as well. So he had a history of this.

They talked to his ex-wife. She said she hadn't spoken to him since they divorced more than two years ago. She said he was a Democrat, of course, and that he participated in the wave of street protests following the killing of George Floyd by a Minneapolis police officer in 2020. That's how the AP describes it, no acknowledgement of George Floyd's fentanyl overdose. Not far from the couple's neighborhood. She described him as someone who might shout at law enforcement officers at a protest, but she had never known him to be physically confrontational. She said, Prattie had gotten a permit to carry a concealed firearm about three years ago

and that he owned at least one semi-automatic handgun when they separated. Got it. So she said that he's the kind of guy who would get in the face of law enforcement, but not physically confront them? Well, the video we just saw demonstrated that he did. He got in the face of law enforcement and physically confronted them, which led them to trying to make an arrest on Alex Preddy. Preddy's parents also warned him not to engage with police, not to do anything stupid. And yet, he did.

They had this conversation with him just a few weeks ago. Quote, we had this discussion with him two weeks ago, CBS News here, you know, that go ahead and protest, but do not engage. do not do anything stupid, basically. And he said he knows that. He knew that. Did he? Why did you have to have that conversation with him? Why did you have to warn him not to do something stupid?

And in the end, he did do something stupid. He should not have been obstructing law enforcement. He should not have been in the middle of that street. Now, what happened after that? Well, in Minnesota, the companies in Minnesota have issued that is companies who are based in Minnesota, including companies like Target and Best Buy, they released a letter calling on government officials to bring down the temperature, to de-escalate tensions, to find real solutions. Now, the way the media are reporting on this, they're suggesting that this is a message specifically for President Trump, that he has to. to bring down the temperature. But the reality is they also cite pretty clearly local officials in this letter,

that they have an obligation to bring down the temperature. Well, they definitely do. And if you've been following this program at all, you and I both know who's responsible for this as far as government officials are concerned. It's Tim Walz and Jacob Fry and Keith Ellison. It's Elhan Omar. It's the idiot Democrats who run Minnesota who are running it into the ground, who need to bring down the temperature,

they need to deploy local police to keep the peace because that's not what they're doing right now. Immediately, Tim Walls made things worse. Tim Walls made things worse this weekend. For example, cut eight, take a look at Governor Walls, what he said. Many of us grew up reading that story of Anne Frank.

Somebody's going to write that children's story about Minnesota. It's just like the diary of Anne Frank in Minnesota. some child someday is going to write their own diary about this moment. So Tim Walls, the guy who has animated the insurgency in his state, by telling his weak and vicious-minded base that they're fighting back against Nazis, comes out of a death that he is now exploiting for his own power advantage of Alex Preddy and says, you know who the bad guys here are? it's the guys who are arresting the murderers and the rapists, the guys who were just trying to enforce the law on being attacked by this communist insurgency.

They're the Nazis, says Tim Walz. So Tim Walz did nothing to bring down the temperature. Tim Walts poured fuel on the fire this weekend. And of course, what did we get out of it? Well, we got more rioting. That's what we got. The weekend was beset by left-wing rioting, including a psychopath leftist. who bit a finger off of a law enforcement officer. An insurrectionist bit off an HSI officer's finger this weekend. Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin shared photos on social media showing that one of the federal law enforcement officers had a severed finger. They had to put it in a medical cup to try and see if they could salvage it. They couldn't. He lost his finger.

McLaughlin wrote that, quote, in Minneapolis, these rioters attacked our law enforcement officer and one of them bit off our HSI officer's finger, he will lose his finger. Now, the Justice Department says they've taken the psycho finger biter into custody, but that wasn't the end of the chaos. One fat insurrectionist in a NASA t-shirt was arrested for throwing chunks of ice at law enforcement this weekend, not exactly a rocket scientist, this guy. He's a, you know, he was throwing big chunks of ice at federal law enforcement. We have photos of that from DHS.

You can see the rocks of ice. They take him into custody. They said, of course, it's a federal crime. It's a felony. And they've placed him under arrest. And then we get the attack on the hotel last night. There's a hotel in St. Paul where these leftist agitators, these violent insurrectionists, believe that immigration enforcement was staying.

I mean, the reality is that that that agent was absolutely bloodied and beaten by the mob last night. I've got video footage here. This is from Frontline's TPSA. Just take a look.

If you could, take a look at what's going on with this guy's hand. He's got his hand is all bludied up. This agent is absolutely messed up by this encounter. Look at this. Take a look. You see the blood all over his hands. Federal officer bureau of prisons. It's like this officer's bleeding.

You know you've got some like dude with a beanbag at his point in plate range with a band. Is that a crime now? No, it's not the crime. Honest to God. No, it's not the time. You don't press, sir. You understand? Are you trust? Are you trust?

Are you trust? All right. So they're still dealing with nonsense overnight. So that's what happened last night, guys, and that's at the hotel. So they had to get federal officers in there to evacuate the scene. And again, that officer asked the most salient question. Where the hell is the Minneapolis Police Department? So from the very top, all the way down to the bottom, where you have this screeching lunatics who are taking to the streets to obstruct ice, you've got a full-blown insurrection going on. Now, is President Trump going to invoke the Insurrection Act as a result? Well, I told you a moment ago, he did this interview with the Wall Street Journal overnight,

and it doesn't appear that the Insurrection Act is in play. Here's what President Trump had to say about the subject, and I'm just, I'm going to read between the tea leaves a little bit about what comes next, but here's what he said. In a five-minute interview of the Wall Street journal. The president didn't directly answer when asked twice whether the officer who shot Prattie had done the right thing. The president said, quote, we're looking, we're reviewing everything and we'll come out with a determination. Well, that's an appropriate way to handle this. The president's saying, we're doing an investigation into how everything went down. The president also said, I don't like any shooting. I don't like it, but I don't like it when

somebody goes into a protest and he's got a very powerful, fully loaded gun with two magazines loaded up with bullets also. That doesn't play good. either. And the president's right. If you're going to go in there and obstruct law enforcement, you're an idiot for having a gun strapped to you as you do it. That increases the likelihood that this ends very poorly for you. Now, does that mean you're not entitled as an American citizen to go to an actual protest with a concealed carry gun? No, that doesn't mean that at all. In fact, you have a Second Amendment right to do that. And anybody's suggesting otherwise is wrong. You clearly have a Second Amendment right to have a gun and to go to a protest.

That's just true. And plenty of conservatives know how to do it appropriately, where you can keep your gun on you, you're not acting crazy with it, you're not attacking law enforcement, and you're protesting against some idiot policy that the left is advancing. That's totally normal. But this guy, Prattie took things to a different level. This isn't a protest, which is obstructing law enforcement and physically fighting with them.

and he did have a sidearm and somebody grabbed it and then of course the chaos the president now says is under investigation the wall street journal says here that trump also signaled a willingness to eventually withdraw immigration enforcement officials from the minneapolis area quote at some point we will leave the president said we've done they've done a phenomenal job Trump did not offer a time frame for when the agents might depart. Asked if agents would leave soon, he praised what the administration had done already in Minnesota and said, quote, we'll leave a different group of people there for the financial fraud. Now, this is where I'm going to read between the lines a little bit. It sounds like President Trump is working on an exit strategy for immigration enforcement in Minnesota.

Now, he didn't indicate how quickly that would happen, but he does say when they leave, they're going to leave a different group of people there for the financial fraud. And I would submit that it would be a mistake to pull out of immigration enforcement right now. And here's why. One, is the mission over yet? Is every violent illegal out of the state of Minnesota? Is every illegal alien taken into custody and deported? The answer to that is quite obviously, no, it's not over.

In fact, immigration enforcement is still trying to pick people up, and they're being manned and attacked by insurrectionists every time they do it. And if you decide at this moment to withdraw immigration enforcement from the state of Minnesota or the city of Minneapolis and St. Paul, the message that the insurrectionists get is that what they're doing works. Biting off the fingers of ICE officers works. assaulting ICE officers in the middle of the street, border patrol officers, HSI officers in the middle of the street while they do their jobs, works. Attacking the hotels where they're staying works.

Trailing them as they go about their business and then assaulting them when they get out of their vehicles works. That's the message if immigration enforcement is removed right now from the city, from the city of Minneapolis and the state of Minnesota. That can't be the message. The message has to be the one that got President Trump elected over and over and over again. Law and order. Restore order to a great American state. Fight back against the insurgency. Defeat the leftists who are breaking the law in the service of helping criminals evade capture.

This is why I've been calling so frequently, and why, by the way, I think most of this audience has been calling so frequently for the invocation. of the Insurrection Act, send in the military, bring about a peace, enforce local laws that are not at all being enforced by the local police department, not at all being supported by the governor of the state, not at all being supported by the lieutenant governor or the mayor or the attorney general,

enforce the laws that are not being enforced at all, and restore peace to an American state. Now, one of the ongoing contentions is, well, that could cost President Trump in the midterms. People might be uncomfortable with the scene of the military enforcing the law. The left is gonna lie anyway. The left is consistently lying right now.

All over the internet, there are people who are becoming convinced, decent people who don't just really consume that much news. We're becoming convinced that somehow the men and women of immigration and customs enforcement and border patrol and HSI are doing something wrong, that they're hurting American citizens, they're going out of their way to menace them,

that this is just some sort of evil authoritarian regime. People are becoming convinced of this because the left is winning a narrative fight against the truth. And we can't let that happen. So how do we prevent that from happening? One is tell the truth frequently, loudly, and make sure as many people as possible can hear it. Two is support the men and women of ICE. Don't be ashamed to support the good guys, the heroes, the people who are actually getting rid of the murders and the rapists from our country, they should be lauded for what they're doing, especially in the face of this peril.

That's just true. And then three, don't cow in the face of the left's violence. You can't. Because if you display weakness in the face of their treachery, they're only going to do more of it. That's obviously true. This is an important moment for our country. We do need to bring the temperature down. and in order to bring the temperature down, you have to put out the fire.

Right now, we've got a big one. We've got a big one. And the president would do well to fix it. Now, what is he doing about all of this? The president has released a number of statements on this subject in the last 24 hours. One of them is he's calling on Democrats to stop stoking the flames of division, chaos, and violence. He correctly notes that during the four years of Joe Biden's failed leader, leadership, crooked Joe Biden, tens of millions of illegal aliens were allowed to pour into the country,

including hundreds of thousands of convicted murderers, rapists, kidnappers, drug dealers, and terrorists. He notes that he won the election. In both the House and the Senate, Republicans won the election, in large part because we pledged to seal the border. He said, this is what we've done. And they have done that. It's been a huge success. And to launch the largest mass deportation of illegal aliens in American history. The deportation is definitely under way, says the president. And in Republican-run cities and states, these operations are going well, peacefully, smoothly, because local law enforcement officers are going about their work and with the states who are cooperating with them. In the five Republican states of Texas, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Louisiana, ICE has arrested over 150,000 criminal illegals over the past year.

Zero protests, no riots, no chaos. Why is that? because local cops and ICE are working together. We don't have an insurrection, in other words, going on in those states. Meanwhile, the Democrat runs sanctuary cities and states are refusing to cooperate with ICE, and they're engaged, obviously. These are my words, not the presidents here, in an insurrection against the American people. Now, the president goes on to say that he's calling on Tim Walls and Jacob Frye to finally

grow a pair and do something about all this. He says he wants them to formally cooperate with the Trump administration to enforce our nation's laws rather than resist and stoke the flames of division. Chaos and violence. Governor Walls and Mayor Fry should turn over all criminal illegals that are currently incarcerated in their state prisons and jails to federal authorities. Look, this is so obviously the solution. If Walls and Fry were interested in this solution, they would be doing it already. They're not interested. I don't know how to say this anymore.

They're not interested in working with the president. The president can try and push them to on truth social all he wants. They're not going to do it. They've had every opportunity to do it. The whole reason ICE is going into these communities is because the Democrats who run the state are not turning over the violent criminals who are in their custody. And so, look, you can browbeat them all you want. It's not changing. The poison is the point.

They're going to keep doing this. The president says local cops must assist federal law enforcement. Democrat politicians must partner with the federal government to protect American citizens and the rapid removal of all criminal illegals in our country. He goes on and on and says that, look, these guys have to do this. He's also calling on Congress to do something here. Here's what he's calling on. He wants Congress to immediately pass legislation to end sanctuary cities,

which is the root cause of all of these problems. American cities should be saved sanctuaries for law-abiding American citizens only not illegal alien criminals who broke our nation's laws. Pass all the laws you want. The reality is the left is breaking the laws that are currently on the books.

I agree with that piece of legislation. It should be completely forbidden to have a sanctuary city. But are you telling me that these guys are not breaking laws left and right? Are you telling me that they're not currently obstructing justice, that they're not currently making lives difficult for the men and women of federal law enforcement of course they are why don't we just

enforce the laws we already have and do it now do it now the president needs to the president needs to do this invoke the insurrection act i don't want chaos i want peace and then this this morning the president says he's sending tom home in him now i don't know what this tells us i mean they might tell us that he, I don't know if he's lost confidence in Greg Bevino or if he feels like other people, maybe Christy Knoem or whoever's not handling this responsibly enough, whatever it is he needs a trusted emissary who's going to handle what's going on in Minnesota. So here's President Trump this morning. He says he's sending Tom home and in him. He's not been involved in that area, the president says, but he knows and likes many of

the people there. Tom is tough, but fair, and will report directly to me. Separately, the president says correctly, a major investigation is going on with respect to the massive $20 billion plus welfare fraud that has taken place to Minnesota, and it is at least partially responsible for the violent organized protests going on in the streets. Additionally, the DOJ and the Congress are looking at Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, who left Somalia with nothing and is now reportedly worth more than $44 million. Time will tell all. Thank you for your attention to this matter, President D.J.T. Now, I'm encouraged that Tom's going in. Tom is a no-nonsense, tough guy. He's got a lot of experience with Border Patrol, a lot of experience securing that border,

getting our country back in order. And he's had a demonstrated track record of success already during this administration and stealing that border up and deporting nearly 3 million people. He's been very involved in that from the United States of America. Send in Tom Holman. But here's the thing I'd like to see. as much as possible.

When Tom goes, he'll be able to report to the president exactly what he's seeing on the ground. And as he gets up close to it, I think we can say safely that we can count Tom Holman to give him an authentic breakdown of what's happening

and what needs to happen to resolve it. And if that means invoking the Insurrection Act to restore order to an American city right now, God willing, Tom Homan tells the president this has to be done, and the president heeds is his vice. It's time, guys. It's time. What do we think, chat?

Yeah, Claxton says, so Claxton S-S says no to insurrection Act, once used, Democrats will be licking their chops. I'm telling you, this is, I've seen that talking point, and I submit to you it is an irrelevant one. And here's why. The left will lie no matter what.

They make up drama. They pretend that ICE are Nazis, now. So restoring order to the city is not going to be some escalation in the left's narrative. It's going to be consistent with the hysteria that they've been spreading. And in fact, it won't even be true hysteria because these guys will just be restoring order. Again, explain to me how sending in the military would somehow advantage the left beyond the delusional lie that they've been telling the media anyway. I don't, I mean, I think it's irrelevant. This whole thing about what does the narrative look like? What does their narrative look like if ice agents are dead?

What does the narrative look like if American cities are burning? What does the narrative look like if we have autonomous zones in the United States where the Constitution doesn't get to be enforced? You tell me that. What does that look like to the American people? And I get it. There's like all sorts of of people out there who look at this and are like, I just want things to go back to the way they were. And by that what they mean is they just want to be able to ignore this again. They don't care that there's law and it's going on in Minneapolis? I don't live in Minneapolis. So as long as I don't have to see these images on the screen,

as long as I have to hear people whining, I'm just okay with going back to the status quo. To hell with that. If we're going to restore order, we need to restore order for real. And if you're just squeamish over the fact that anybody's complaining about anything, well, then you're not cut out for this business.

You're just not. This is about do you love your country or not? Do you want order or not? Do you want the Constitution enforced or not? It's just enough. It's just enough. I don't want to, I'm not trying to bum you out. I'm just trying to give it to you straight.

This is, I mean, this is, I don't know if any other show is going to give you as sober of a take as we've given you. From, from how this happened, how these insurgents, these Marxist insurgents are organizing against the federal government, how life is being breathed into this by the evil doers who run the same thing. state of Minnesota, how that guy Alex Preddy should have never been on that street, how he died tragically, but because of his own decisions, because of what Tim Walls and Jacob Frye did, how there are questions about how that first gun discharged in the first place, which could have led directly to his death as a result of that, to what happened in the wake of it, riots organized by these Marxist psychopaths, these terrorists. And I'm watching men and women of law enforcement They're just doing heroic work, having to fight for their lives, stranded.

No help from Minneapolis police. The president's saying, hey, we're going to send Tom Holman in. I love Tom. Send Tom in. But send back in, too. Back up in with him, too. He needs support. We do.
