They love the idea of political prisons for their enemies. There's no other way to enforce a totalitarian regime, right? If you don't have the right to speak out against your government,

and you believe that you have a God-given right like you do and go do it, and they don't believe you have that right, how do you enforce it? Like you do it now, you put your people in jail, your political people you don't like. So they're threatening, apparently, according to the Trump team, to arrest Donald Trump this week. Now, there's been some walkback by his team about the specific date. However, there is absolutely little doubt that disgraced New York City prosecutor, failed human being, embarrassment to his family, his kids, his neighborhood, the entire country, a disgusting piece of garbage, Alvin Bragg, a liar and a fraud, a known liar and a fraud, by the way. of dropped this ridiculous case against Donald Trump involving Stormy Daniels and an alleged payoff, which is an entirely personal matter.

If it happened, it's not a good thing. I get that. This is not a criminal case. This is not even close to a criminal case. Alvin Bragg, disgraced human being, not disgraced prosecutor, an embarrassment. Twinkies, Alvin Bragg, guy who can't even control his appetite, no less control his totalitarian impulse. Bragg decides he's going to go after Donald Trump.

And allegedly, according to the Trump team, they're threatening to arrest him this week, again, on a political charge. Folks, I got a lot to say on this. Number one, get the hell out of blue states as soon as you can. There is, I used to believe, I've changed my mind on a lot of things. I'm only human. I used to believe it was worth the fight in these deep blue states. If you cannot leave, I understand.

Of course, it's better to fight than not. Even if those fights tend to, only because, you know, the fight matters. I mean, I wrote a book about it once. The fight matters. However, your political skills, abilities, your money, your family, everything else will prosper far more in conservative states that respect freedom and liberty where we can flower from there and start to take back portions of the country and make it return it to the constitutional republic it's supposed to be get out of blue states as soon as you can in blue states you understand real criminals will prey on you and your family and get out of jail tomorrow because of twinkies alvin bragg who again can barely control his eating habits forget about controlling his totalitarian socialist impulse right bragg will find you and they will hunt you down if you are a conservative while letting actual criminals engaged in home invasions, burglaries, rapes, robberies, and murders

out as soon as they can. Get out as soon as you can. I'm sorry to have to tell you this. You do not live in a portion of the country anymore where the established rules of order matter. The Constitutional Republic does not apply in New York and California. The document, the Constitution, ladies and gentlemen, is only a piece of paper. There's not a group of X-Men or Marvel comic characters coming to enforce the constitution. If you don't believe in it, like liberals don't in LA, New York, California, Illinois,

states and cities within these states, if they don't believe in it and nobody enforces it and the federal government led by communists like Joe Biden do nothing about it, then the Constitution is just, it's a piece of loose-leaf paper. It's all it is. You do not have constitutional rights in New York to due process. Or California. Get out as soon as you can. You will be preyed on by actual criminals

while finding yourself in jail for fake made-up political crimes. Folks, this is justice threatening to arrest Donald Trump for an entirely legal non-disclosure agreement that was signed by one of his lawyers with someone he's alleged to have had a sexual relationship with, according to the allegations he wanted to keep quiet. Did it happen? Maybe. Don't know. Do I care? Yeah, sure, I care. The character and stuff matters. I absolutely care. You know what I care about too? I care about this country and the rule of law. And that is clearly, however unbecoming, if it happened, it may be, if it happened,

this is not grounds, a seven-year-old alleged crime to arrest a former president of the United States and cause an internal division in this country like we haven't seen since the 60s. There's absolutely no, this is just outrageous. And I want you to keep something in mind. If you watched my show this weekend, I hinted to this a bit in my monologue in the open to my Fox show. Trump is being arrested or threatening to be arrested for a air quotes crime. He's alleged to have committed. crime he's alleged to have committed when we have a former Democrat president of the United States who admitted to having an inappropriate sexual relationship in the Oval Office while he was president and they tried to silence her. Is Bill Clinton in handcuffs? Bill Clinton playing? What

about Hunter Biden? What about Hunter Biden? What about Hunter Biden? Now, to the liberals out there watching my show, what about Hunter Biden? Yep. Yes, sir. Yes. That argument drives them crazy. You know why, Joe?

Not yet. So please spare me the talking points, police state liberals, because that's what you are. I know you're police staters and Soviets. We get that. Please spare me your talking points. Now, the talking points went out,

and the police state libs are salivating, folks. Drool down the... Vampire-likeivating folks drool down the drew, but vampire like blood and drool coming down the mat. They love this idea. There is not a single. Have you, did you guys catch one this weekend? A single far left commentator on TV,

not a single one who said, you know what? Maybe this isn't the best idea. Now I can find for you probably 10 or 20 conservatives out there who commented on TV who brought up the fact that, yeah, listen, even though Hunter Biden's involved in a lot of stuff, we have to be careful. There's time and spending time on this rather than other stuff.

You may not agree with it, but there's at least some diversity of thought in the Republican and conservative ecosystem. Not with the police state limbs. They love this idea. They know that there's no crime here at all. They just want to see their political opponents in jail. I sat on frocks and friends this weekend, and I need to repeat this again. And you need to take this and tattoo this on your brain. It's in my upcoming book too. I'm, I was very careful to get this in there. Not there. I'm not talking about all Democrats here. I'm not going to play the game they play with us.

The far leftists who are salivating over the idea of locking up Donald Trump for a fake crime would hurt you in a second if they could. That's an intentional pause for you to process what I said so you understand here.

These people would hurt you. Keep your head on a swivel around them. They are extremely dangerous. I looked them in the face walking out of the White House when President Trump accepted the renomination for president and watched these people repeatedly tell me they were going to kill me. They were going to rape my wife and make me watch. This is who these people are.

They would hurt you. So I'm done playing cutesy time like some commentators out there. I'll get to that later to cutesy time guy came on right after me on Fox. I'm wanting to play cutesy. I'm not doing that. So folks, the talking point, I'm going to get to the Secret Service angle on this too. There's a lot to talk about on this. This is a very, very disturbing topic. So let's go through it again, one by one. First, as I said, get the hell out of blue states as soon as you can.

As soon as you can. Do not fund this. Your taxpayer dollars are funding tyranny. Folks, the talking points went out this week. There were two talking points that went out to the Democrats who know they're, they know right now they're fully engaged in police state activities. Did you guys catch them? I don't know how much of the weekend stuff you guys, I spent, I was out on a boat a little bit, my friend's boat after this happened for a little bit came back and I started watching refused to prosecute Trump on this charge because they know this is an outrageously stupid thing to accuse him of. So up on Capitol Hill, they don't want to ever appear like they're defending Trump, even though they know this could be a disaster for them. So the talking points went out and there were two things. Number one, make sure you remove

Republicans and conservatives' constitutional right to peacefully protest by immediately equating protests, which they don't want to see that right now because they know they've engendered a real political problem in the United States here. They've created it. So the first talking point is equate every Republican protest with violence. Talking point number two, nobody's above the law. I want you to listen to Pocahontas here, fake Indian. Watch, I'm going to go through them one by one. Here she is.

And watch how the talking points went right out. She makes sure the above the law talking point is in there. And that if you Republicans protest, even though it's your constitutional right, this is definitely going to be violent. Take a listen. I got to ask you about these comments from donald trump uh calling for protests saying he's about to be arrested are you are you concerned about the possibility of violence look violence is never the right answer and i always worry about it but this is another case of donald trump just trying to advance the

interests of donald trump not of the rest of the nation. Let's be clear about what's going on here. No one is above the law, not even the former president of the United States. And if there has been an investigation and that investigation should be allowed to go forward appropriately if it's time to bring indictments then they'll bring indictments that's how our legal system works protests are just there's no reason to protest this this is the law operating as it should without fear or favor for anyone without fear or favor for anyone jo Joe, except Bill Clinton, Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, Jim Biden,

Biden Inc., really anyone associated with Biden Inc. But fear or favor for anyone. You see how the talking points went out? And one of the first people on the air is fake Indian, Pocahontas. She's very familiar with fake talking points while she's busy producing

her famous powwow chow you never say you guys need to look that one up having a beer having anyone want to be what a beer no no i'm okay and she drinks the beer like she's never held a beer bottle in her entire life you ever seen that one too yeah remember that i'm just gonna have a beer sure next thing you know she'll be like i'm gonna have a shot of tequila too protests you notice how she equates protests with violence right away ladies and gentlemen um i don't want to get too kind of second third order here i want to keep this really simple the democrats are itching for a heckler's veto here they understand that they don't want do you

understand this they don't want to they don't want, do you understand this? They don't want a tea party. The tea party caused real damage to them. People got out in the streets. They got out of town halls overwhelmingly peacefully. Overwhelmingly. I can recall

maybe, actually I can't recall any, but I'm sure there's something. There's always someone out there who does something. But overwhelmingly, peacefully, you got the BCA, the Budget Control Act, and the Democrats. Oh, man, trust me, take this to the bank, please. The Democrats fear nothing more than losing what they'll call the streets. The perception of a public, peaceful revolt against their tyranny they fear as much as the iranians fear it totalitarians hate the idea of organized streets organized

people in the streets peacefully protesting they hate that idea because the media would be forced to cover it. And what happened? Why? Why? Because if you're a totalitarian, the only way you stay in power because you don't have the numbers, you have 435 members of Congress, 100 senators and a president. How do they control 330 million people? The way they control you is by the perception of their popularity. Look, we're in charge and we're taking away rights because this is what people want.

If you lose the streets, your false imprimatur of authenticity, that this is what the people want goes away right away. Keith, did that make sense? I don't want to try to try to try to sound like I'm trying to be poetic here. I'm not. They are terrified of the idea that you will peacefully protest. So what they're immediately doing is they're trying to enact kind of a

pretextual heckler's veto. These conservatives are going to be violent. They better not show up. Police departments, winky, winky, nod, nod. You better crack down on those crazed conservatives now. They're trying to take away your constitutional rights. And I'm telling you, suckers are falling in this trap. Some even conservatives are falling in this trap. Oh, don't protest. Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. If you choose to protest peacefully, that is your God-given right. Don't allow these people to paint you as some kind of violent extremist. Listen, I'm going to tell

you something. If you really feel that way and you're a sucker and you've fallen into this liberal trap, oh no, don't protest. It could be violent. If you are really worried about you showing up and engaging in violence, please, I'm begging you, please do not protest. Please. You are not the person who should be out there. However, because that's no one I'm actually talking to, I know conservatives. I've been an activist. I've been a candidate. Peaceful protest is your right. Now, we'll say this, and I'll bring it up again later. Please do not get dragged or agitated into violence. Please do not. Please. The left is itching, salivating for a crackdown and cannot wait for an act of violence to do geofencing, national security warrants, intelligence investigations, and then throw you right in

encouragement of protests because he knows and he's intending that it be a potential incitement to violence, at least in a way that would intimidate people. It doesn't matter that there's not a single conservative commentator of note out there that hasn't suggested out there that protests shouldn't be peaceful. It doesn't matter. You see, according to Tim Kaine and Pocahontas, if you're Antifa and you murder people, burn down American cities, attack police officers, try to get an insurrection going at the White House when Donald Trump was in office, burn down a church and destroy the entire country, Joe.

See, that's OK. That's mostly peaceful. But see, conservatives, where our record of peaceful protests is like 99.99999 repeating decimal. Yes, there have been episodes, episodes. I wish we could all change. We're all human beings. Human beings make mistakes. It's our job to correct them. That doesn't matter. That means you're violent. And you see how Tim Kaine and Pocahontas are trying to get you to preemptively surrender your right to protest. Are you guys getting this,

like how uncritical this is? If you don't learn to see through, part the fog and see the sunlight here, you're going to fall in this trap yourself. Don't protest. They'll bait us. No, no, no. The answer is if you choose to protest peacefully, the answer is don't get baited. Mr. Trump's calls for protests are irresponsible as well as against his self-interest. The smart play would be to follow the law while claiming his innocence. If there is violence and protest, you see how they do it too? Mr. Trump will get much of the blame, but Mr. Bragg and his partisan cheerleaders will have touched off the whirlwind. Ladies and gentlemen, I'm not telling you to protest or not. I'm telling you that's your constitutional God-given right. I don't give orders here, but you see how the journal falls right in the trap, equating the protest with the violence preemptively. Although there's been no violence in any of these protests, we already had one in Manhattan. And if there is, it would

be widely condemned by anyone. And I'm telling you, if you have any questions whatsoever about your ability to control yourself, then yes, please do not protest. But that's almost nobody I'm talking to on this show. We don't argue as followers of the constitution like the journal claims to be. I want you to watch what he does when he hears the talking point go off, equating protests with violence, and he makes sure that that makes it on his show.

Watch this. The charges that he's been indicted on are minimal as opposed to the charges that I believe he could have been indicted on. I don't know what's going to happen when he announces himself. It's almost like he's attempting to organize his domestic terrorists to show up and to resist him being arrested. You have to be careful with him. He didn't just. Yeah, go ahead. Finish that thought real quick. I beg your pardon.

Finish the thought you were going to make before I interrupted? I just wanted to have you to understand that perhaps he was trying to organize the domestic terrorists to protest his arrest. Right. Yeah, and I think we have to be careful about him making that announcement. He's doing it for a reason. Right, and we are being careful about reporting that aspect of his Truth Social post. Joe, she wants to have you to understand. I'm not even sure if that's English or whatever, but she wants to have you to understand. And I want you to notice something.

You caught it, right? He wants to be sure the talking point gets out there that although there has been no reported violence thank the lord but there have been protests they want you to be sure you don't protest because they think it will be violent and you'll find yourself in jail so the protest equal violence talking point he's got to be sure to get that in the show wait wait finish that thought okay i want to have you to understand she goes on. And then he says at the end, hilariously, did you catch this part? He says, oh, well, we don't really want to report on his call to protest. You just did.

You just made sure that any call to protest was equated to domestic terrorists that you got in the show, and you made sure to interrupt her to make sure the talking point got in there. Donald trump has secret service protection because the left or tyrants they have created an unprecedented situation in american history where a former president is being politically imprisoned for a ridiculous fabricated crime no serious attorney would prosecute a seven- old allegation stretched to a federal crime. A New York City prosecutor has zero jurisdiction to prosecute. Why doesn't he, fellas? Why can't because he's a New York City prosecutor. He does not enforce federal law. It's unbelievable. I have to tell a prosecutor this. He's just making this up.

So Donald Trump now is a former president of Secret Service Protection. This creates an interesting problem because the Secret Service is authorized by, as you can see on the screen, Title 18 USC 3056. This stands for U.S. Code for the liberals out there. Kind of dopey. These are the powers, authorities, and duties of the United States Secret Service. You can look this up yourself, Libs. Whoever, whoever knowingly and willfully obstructs, resists, or interferes with a federal law enforcement agent, i.e. the Secret Service, engaged in the performance of the protective functions authorized by this section or Section 1752 of the title,

shall be fined or imprisoned not more than a year or both you guys reading what i'm reading whoever it doesn't say whoever with the exception of local law enforcement corrections officers prisoners you getting where i'm going with this fellas oh yeah let's yeah. Let's say tyrant Soviet disgrace to humankind, Alvin Bragg and his prosecutors decide to say, we're not going to give Donald Trump any bail if we arrest him. And they say, and we're going to go put you in a detention facility with a bunch of criminals who, by the way, will likely want to hurt Donald Trump to get some kind of notoriety. to hurt Donald Trump to get some kind of notoriety. Wouldn't that be the whoever, go back to that if you would, wouldn't that be the whoever they're talking about willfully obstructs or resists or interferes with an agent in the performance of a protective function?

The juice is worth the squeeze on that one. But they did it. Well, Dan, doesn't this clearly authorize the Secret Service to take Donald Trump away from the threat environment and keep them away from people obstructing the performance of their protective functions? It does. What are they going to do? Maybe Alvin Bragg, guys, you think should have thought about that? You maybe yeah oh it gets better you think that's it the secret service can clearly according to federal law remove him from a dangerous situation which appears to be a prison cell too says it right as it right there just a law

let's go to title 18 usc 17 about the Secret Service and others, by the way. They have the authority to declare restricted buildings or grounds, what we would call a federally protected area. So when we're around the president, we have the authority to say, you can't come over here. You do? Yeah, we do. We put up bike rack. We can put up bike rack or a pipe and drapepe and say this area is a hold room for the president. I have the constitutional right to be there. Actually, you don't.

It says it right here in Section 1752, which you can read yourself. In this section, the term restricted buildings or grounds means any posted cordoned off or otherwise restricted area. Grounds means any posted, cordoned off, or otherwise restricted area, I'd like to note here, of a building or grounds where the president or other person protected by the Secret Service is or will be temporarily visiting. Oh, like a prison cell? That's what I'm thinking. Now, Joe, I don't rehearse the show. Joe? No.

Are you reading with the exception of a prison cell in there? Does it say that, guys that i missed that i miss that are you holding out no oh we're not oh so that okay it doesn't say with except oh it doesn't say that no so you mean any building or grounds even a prison cell the secret service can declare a restricted area so not only can they keep prison guards out they may think would be a danger by federal law they can also declare it a federally protected area and not let anyone in they don't decide is allowed it which is kind of weird because it would be a new york city jail facility so strange it's almost like alvin bragg and his twinkies and his group of d-bag prosecutors there up in new york didn't even really think about this.

Like, wow, this creates a real problem. What are we going to do about the Secret Service guys? Because we don't have any jail space now. That's kind of strange. Isn't this going to create a kind of embarrassing situation where we've actually de facto imprisoned Secret Service agents who will now have to live near President Trump in a federally protected area and keep people out in our facility? So strange how it creates all these problems. My guess is right now, I don't know about the current leadership of the Secret Service. Don't know the person in charge now, knew the old leadership.

They're pretty good. My guess is the current leadership is going to have to cut some kind of deal here. But these are the kind of things smart, intelligent people work out in advance. Not when you're Twinkies up in New York City. He's too busy with his hostess cupcakes and embarrassing his family and everyone else

If you are at a protest and that is a peaceful protest, that is your constitutional right. Do not let people scare you with this. Please look out and call it out. If you see someone trying to agitate violence, you know, I was at a, I'm going to get lost into too many stories, but when I was running for office, something happened at a parade one time.

It was a guy who tried to attach himself to our group. We didn't know who this guy was. I'm not going to tell you he was some lefty plant. I don't know. I don't know who he was. He was clearly not all there, if you know what I mean. You know that parade up in Baltimore, Joe,

And I'm 99% sure he was talking about me here. I came on in advance and spoke the truth that the police state is here. It is. I opened up the show today. You insisting otherwise, it's just insane. The hallmarks of a police state are show me the man i'll show you the crime you investigate people in search of crimes rather than how a republic's supposed to work where you investigate crimes and then look for the people who did it we're past that now we're now investigating people donald trump and looking for the crime that everybody knows that

the police state's here now if you're looking for cutesy time language, oh, you know what? It's okay. It's the rule of law and it's not dead. I'm not your guy, okay? Because cutesy time's over. I'm not playing cutesy time, okay? I'm going to call these people out for what they are, which is violent extremists. They are violent. They love violence. They love censorship.

We've seen it over and over. Antifa, their twitter wars covid and we've seen the fact that they will do anything they can to put you in jail so turley came on after me it was interesting he said this he's taking a shot at me here we've got to be careful with inflammatory language uh but it's odd how he admits that this whole thing is a farce and it kind of implies that this is how the process is supposed to work uh either it's a process it's legitimate or it's a farce i don't get it check this out now obviously this is one of the worst jury pools that trump could find himself in

but we have to you know we have to keep in mind that we have a legal system here which is designed to protect the rights of the accused. And even if he's convicted, there are going to be significant appellate challenges and reviews. I think we have to be careful not to just assume in the most inflammatory way that the rule of law is dead. that the rule of law is dead. This is not the first DA who has yielded to public pressure to bring a criminal charge. Did I miss something in that clip? He admits the DA yielded to politics rather than the rule of law

while suggesting this is the rule of law and Trump could even be convicted on a fake political charge. And then, but don't worry, has the appeal process later? So it's inflammatory to suggest that the process is broken.
