get ready to hear the truth about america on a show that's not immune to the facts with your
host dan bongino all right so uh we got the walking wounded today um been an interesting
weekend as you probably know i told you last week uh i'm doing all right had a uh pretty
massive operation done on my elbow and And I want to thank the extremely talented Dr. Gerson Flores and the Martin South Hospital team.
But it was a rough weekend for me, folks.
It was not the most pleasurable experience, not due to him and his expertise.
It's just it was a really nasty elbow thing.
So I'm not sure I'm going to be able to make the radio show today,
but I'm feeling okay.
And I am definitely doing this show because of what happened this weekend
with the balloon.
Oh, you're going to talk about the balloon?
It's not about the freaking balloon.
That's the whole point.
There's so many people missing the real angle to this story.
So we're going to do this show today because we,
you damn well better believe I was obligated to get in front of this
microphone and talk to you about it today so forgive the whole look thing i'm just i don't
want to i got bandages and stuff so i had to wrap it up to keep the compression there so again i'm
sorry i we've never really cared about the optics on this show anyway uh today's show brought to you
by again wait just let me give you the quick tease. Sorry. We are going to be doing this China story, but from a totally different angle.
And let me just tell you this.
Here's the bottom line up front.
Never bury the lead.
You have been entirely sold out, your government, to China and not just to China, to other places
as well.
Entirely sold out.
We're going to walk through it piece by piece today.
Please don't go anywhere.
Today's show brought to you by ExpressVPN. You know Biden's infrastructure bill that Congress
passed some time ago? Well, here's something I bet you didn't know about it. In a few years,
every car might be required to come up with a safety device that passively monitors you
for impaired driving. How do you feel about that? The government watching everything you do all the
time. They want to control every component of your life and clamp down on your digital freedom.
Don't let it happen. Do what I do. Get a VPN from ExpressVPN. Protect your network from being
monitored. See your internet provider. They can keep logs of your internet activity. It includes
the sites you visited and how much time you spent on them. ExpressVPN shields your internet activity
by rerouting all your network data to their secure encrypted servers. ExpressVPN's kill switch
actually protects you. If your VPN connection ever drops, network data to their secure encrypted servers. Express VPN's kill switch actually protects you.
If your VPN connection ever drops,
network data is immediately stopped from entering or leaving your device
to keep your privacy from being compromised.
It's a kill switch you control.
And it takes one easy tap of a button for Express VPN to secure all your devices.
Don't wait.
Take back your privacy and freedom today.
Go to expressvpn.com slash Bongino and get three extra months free.
That's expressvpn.com slash Bongino. Expressvpn.com slash Bongino and get three extra months free. That's expressvpn.com slash Bongino, expressvpn.com slash Bongino. All right, Joseph, busy show today,
so let's go. What are they doing up there, Dan? What the hell? Well, Joe and I were chatting a
little bit before the show because this is so obviously a story with so many horrible there's no good angles to this china balloon
story and shockingly and i hear people do this act like no one's getting it but them there are
people getting it out there but there are a lot of people not the balloon story is not about the
balloon it's about this china flipping the family-friendly double-barreled middle finger.
Sorry, I can only give the single barrel because this army ain't working too well.
The single barrel family-friendly middle finger.
And telling us what?
We own you idiots.
How else do you explain?
I need you to think about something.
How else do you explain this on this balloon story?
I'm not hearing a lot of this.
There's a couple Twitter sleuths
and a couple of really good investigators
and some conservatives who picked up on it.
But how do you explain the fact
that on the eve of this critical visit
the United States was supposed to have with China,
Tony Blinken was supposed to meet Xi Jinping,
Chinese President Xi.
It was supposed to be a huge deal.
Huge deal.
Exponentially more important
than other meetings we've had in the past.
That a visible,
as Joe brought up before the show
as we were chatting,
a visible weather everyone can see
magically floated to the United States
over Alaska,
down through Montana,
over our nuclear facilities,
in the biggest
family-friendly middle finger
single barrel today
due to my broken wing.
So take this...
You know that horrible song?
It's the worst song ever.
Good try, though.
People absolutely hate my, yeah, good try.
Joe can actually sing on the,
the biggest middle finger ever.
Now, you're probably asking what I'm asking.
Well, Dan, that doesn't make a lot of sense.
If China was going to have this diplomatic meeting
in China with our secretary of state
at the highest level with xi jinping why humiliate the united states with a freaking visible balloon
just days before the meeting because that's the point. To humiliate the United States.
No.
Yeah.
No, they wouldn't do that.
Really?
You know what would also be humiliating?
Huh?
If they were paying off members of the family of the former vice president and current vice president to do business deals with people thought to be involved heavily with the Chinese
communist party. That would be embarrassing too. But you see that the relationship continued for
a long time, says that China realizes that they can give the single barreled family friendly
to the United States. And not only will nothing happen, they'll continue to pucker up and plant a big wet one on China's ass.
You think they care about this balloon?
Oh, this balloon was a sign, all right.
But it's not the sign you thought it was.
I mean, what kind of technology were they demonstrating?
I mean, what kind of technology were they demonstrating?
So I heard a few people comment on, well, it was probably a sign of their technical prowess.
Really? With a balloon?
Why?
Dude, don't ask me dumb questions. I don't know.
There's a freaking balloon.
They don't do anything, dude. It's a balloon.
As I said on my Fox show this weekend,
when I, which probably was not a good idea, by the way,
he witnessed the whole thing, Joe,
jamming my incredibly swollen arm into a jacket that didn't fit.
Dude.
To recut the A-block monologue live on television
with a hard out, loopy on paid medication,
was probably not the best idea.
Having said that, i mentioned this and
i'll mention it again my grandparents bought me a balloon when i went to the bronx zoo with them
when i was nine you think china sent the balloon over and said look what we can do
that's not what they were doing we'll send uh what is those s-71 Blackbirds and stuff that fly at supersonic speeds to take spy satellite pictures.
They sent a balloon.
The point of the balloon was the FU.
Guys, if this isn't making sense and I'm wearing you out,
you need to stop me as the audience.
I'm Budsman right here, right now.
Joe, I'm sorry, but you were a nice one,
but Guy's just vicious.
He will shut you right down.
You were. You were very nice to me.
Does this make sense?
They sent a balloon as the FU.
Like, look at this.
We're going to send the most low-tech, clownish-like spy device into your territory.
Is this making sense?
On the week of a meeting with Xi Jinping as the biggest non-family friendly ever.
In your face, dude.
In your face.
Yes.
Yes.
Is everybody missing this?
Folks.
What?
You got the point.
It's okay.
I'm sorry.
I tend to wear stuff out
China doesn't give
fill in the blank
about Biden
they are flipping him
the middle finger
they own this guy
folks it's not only that
on a very serious
and particularly tragic note
China owns the White House
China's own members of Congress.
Oh, who?
Oh, Swalwell.
At least that's the ones we know about.
And by the way, ladies and gentlemen,
I don't want to even make this a partisan segment
because it's a national security one.
And I'm a partisan, make no mistake.
You know that.
But I'm not so sure China doesn't have operatives
and potentially Republican offices too.
Oh, make no mistake.
I want Democrats to listen to this too.
We know about Swalwell,
the congressman who is alleged to have had
a physical relationship with a woman
alleged to be a Chinese spy.
He's a congressman.
China owns the White House through Biden and his son
and these shady business deals, Congress.
They had an operative in Senator Dianne Feinstein's office.
They own people in the Senate too.
Who else do they own?
They own our FBI.
Apparently, according to the indictment of the FBI agent McGonigal,
they were working in Albania with a source,
working with this FBI guy at the highest levels of the New York
counterintelligence division.
He was alleged to be working with Albania, who is working with China.
They own our businesses, demanding they turn over their IP.
They own our universities through this Confucius Project.
They own our military.
Senate, Congress, the presidency,
now they own our airspace.
Big middle finger to America sending a freaking balloon.
You've been sold out, man.
You have been sold out.
Do you understand?
You have been sold out. Everybody is making money
in the China bank. Everyone, the bank of the Chinese Communist Party and all of these a-hole
sellouts have taken the money to sell you out or to get some approval and a wink and a nod
from woke identity people saying, well, you know, you can't ask any questions.
It'd be anti-Asian
bias. It's not anti-Asian
anything.
It's anti-communist.
You don't think you've been sold
out?
I want you to listen to General Mark Milley.
Remember Mark Milley?
I mean, a
senior level military official
for years both in the Trump administration and now
a guy who was reported in the Trump administration
was so afraid not of China but of Donald Trump
that he's alleged to have called China behind
Trump's back even though Donald Trump was a commander in chief
and tried to talk them off the ledge
hey don't worry. I got this.
I'll give you a little warning.
Oh, really?
In defiance of your commander in chief?
Here's Mark Milley.
It's a couple of years ago on China.
You still think you haven't been sold out?
Take a listen.
China is not an enemy.
And I think that's important for people to clearly understand.
China is a rising power.
China has been a rising power since Deng Xiaoping in 79.
China's not our enemy?
Really?
China's not our enemy?
A nuclear power that the bedrock, the ideological bedrock of their entire regime is communism,
the very antithesis of everything we stand for, capitalism and freedom here.
And you don't think they're the enemy?
You've been sold out, man.
You've been sold out.
Let me tell you something.
This has been going on for years.
None of this is new. This has been going on for years. None of this is new. This
has been going on for decades. Chinese Communist Party infiltration in the United States and this
balloon story was a one final FU to everybody right before the meeting. This wasn't an accident.
They own our businesses too. BlackRock, investment firms, your pension money, tech firms.
They own everything.
It's not a conspiracy theory.
Listen to the people in charge.
You've heard of Bill Gates, I'm sure.
One of the largest holders and one of the biggest tech companies in the world.
Listen to Bill Gates on China.
He thinks this is just great, the rise of China at the expense of the united states check this out i tend to see uh china's rise as a huge
win for the world i mean that's 20 of humanity they today match their their portion of the global
economy and their portion of the global population match exactly uh you know
countries like australia us we you know have per capita gdps five times uh what the chinese have
so we have a disproportionate share anything else and you need what more evidence do you need
we got joe biden's kid and his family and shady operations and proposed operations with china
according to their own business partner tony babalinski was a partner of the deal you got
tony babalinski saying that not only was biden jim biden and hunter biden part of biden inc but
that biden was the quote chairman joe biden of the operation and that he was the big guy who was
going to be cut in 10 you got him in swalwell's office. You got him in Feinstein's office.
You got him in universities.
You got him in businesses.
You got Bill Gates talking about him like they're friendlies.
You got BlackRock's Larry Fink.
I'll play it for you right now.
Talking about how China's like this great model.
We should all replicate totalitarian regimes.
Check this out.
Markets like actually totalitarian governments where you have a understanding of what's out there.
And obviously, we're the whole dimension is changing now with, as you said, a democratization of countries and and democracies are very messy.
As we know, in the United States, you have opinions changing back and forth.
We have a business in China. We are trying to build Chinese savings like we build savings in every other country.
We work with them on retirement.
We work with them on trying to build a better future for their citizens by building a retirement market.
They own over $2.1 trillion of U.S. securities.
The Chinese does.
I mean, this is a very interconnected relationship.
What don't they own? The balloon was one final to all of us.
One of my listeners, very astute listeners, sent me this News 18 story.
Folks, can you imagine the moose nuts it must take on the Chinese Communist Party to set up de facto Chinese Communist Party police stations?
Where? In China? No, in New York. No. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah.
News 18, January 27. The FBI raids a Chinese police station in New York,
aims to rein in China's Operation Foxhunt.
Chinese police stations in New York City.
Wait till you see the screen capture of this piece.
Even reported by the New York Times,
they described the police station outpost,
which they operate, by the way,
without diplomatic approval, and they harass Chinese dissidents in the United States.
They own us.
Not you.
Us, meaning our government, our businesses, everybody but you.
Here's a little gem I found in this piece.
Showing you how the Chinese communist party has bought off politicians and i'm telling you folks this is not a partisan issue i would not
be surprised if some republicans are uncovered issue right now it's a largely democrat issue
but i don't want to get lost in the partisanship of this because this is a national security crisis
of the highest order.
The highest order.
And it needs to be taken seriously by Democrats and Republicans or we're going to find ourselves with a freaking EMP floating over the United States in one of these damn balloons that
detonates atmospherically and wipes out our electrical grid while we're sitting here lost
in this bickering right here about who the better party is in the uniparty swamp fiasco. Check this out. The Chang'e Association, which is associated with these Chinese
police stations, well, they had a little revelation in this report, which will hurt the Democrats,
they know. The Chang'e Association is a donor to New York City Mayor Eric Adams.
a donor to New York City Mayor Eric Adams.
You still having any doubts, by the way, that China absolutely owns us and flipped us the biggest middle finger you've ever seen with this balloon?
It was not an accident.
Well, if it was an accident, you'd think they'd be apologetic.
Stay tuned till after the break.
I'll show you the China response just to show you how big the middle finger they're giving us right now really is
Folks, we're in a lot of danger
It's not a joke
All right, let's take a break it's been a heavy show so far a lot going on me and the show and everything else

Miriam Ma is my mother-in-law's favorite product. So in case you think like, oh, this was just an accident and it was a weather balloon or
it was a surveillance balloon over nuclear sites,
but they didn't mean to be detected.
And they didn't a visible weather balloon,
by the way,
they didn't know anybody would see it.
And they were surveilling us and they just got caught.
They did this on purpose because why Washington times,
you can read the story in the newsletter today after they got busted.
Look at the date on the story.
Fellas,
February 6th.
China issues threat over balloon.
This is after they shot
it down. No apology.
No, hey fellas, really sorry
about the confusion.
This was a clear violation
of your airspace and
international geopolitical
diplomatic relations.
We're very sorry.
They basically said, what, Joe?
No.
If you're reading my lips, you know what I'm saying.
Yeah.
Now, of course, the media, by the way, the reason I brought up,
because you may fairly enough be saying right now, well, Dan,
this is a partisan issue because a lot of these
people who've been compromised by China, Feinstein, Swalwell, Biden, the Biden family, Biden Inc.,
and Eric Adams and others are all Democrats. Fair enough. I'm not saying it's not a political issue.
What I'm saying is the national security component has to be handled by both sides
because it is an existential, and I hate that word, threat
because it's overused to the United States, folks. I have been terrified about an EMP attack on our
soil for a long time. That's an atmospheric nuclear detonation that would wipe out our
electrical grid. Whatever you have, your phones, your cars, your car batteries, your computers are
dead. They're done. It would be a mass extinction event. To do that via a technology from the Neanderthal days via a balloon would
be a catastrophe. So we have to handle it with both of these sides, shutting the up and getting
the job done with the Chinese Communist Party. Of course they can't. This weekend, what was the talking point from the left?
Well, we saw a bunch of balloons in the Trump era too, did we?
I don't think so.
The only reason I say I don't think so is because I trust John Ratcliffe.
And Ratcliffe was on Maria Bartiromo's show this weekend
and in no uncertain terms refuted the story that this had happened.
Here, take a listen.
John, the Biden administration is trying to minimize this explosive situation
in this past week. And the Department of Defense is claiming that there were three
balloons, Chinese spy balloons, that entered the United Space airspace during the Trump
administration and that they were not shot
down and they were not disclosed. Can you please tell us the truth and if that's true?
Well, it's not true. I can I can refute it. Former Secretary of Defense Mark Esper refuted
it yesterday. Former Secretary of State and CIA Director Mike Pompeo has refuted it.
You see how they make it all about Donald Trump?
Always to distract you from the fact that the Chinese Communist Party just flew a balloon as a middle finger over our territory that could potentially detonate a nuclear device that would wipe out our electrical grid.
You see the look, shiny red object, Trump.
Why?
Why Trump?
Because, ladies and gentlemen, Trump was not a member of the Uniparty. He was one of the first legitimate outsiders in decades to get elected to an office with that much prominence, presidency of the United States, with really no prior attachments to the political machine and the China machine that paid off the political machine. Therefore, Trump was a threat to expose these people and the pay for influence schemes,
not just with China, but Ukraine that's been going on for years. You see how this all ties together?
The balloon, the classified documents, Biden Inc., what they were hiding. They are hiding influence operations through NGOs, non-governmental organizations, Soros operations, the State
Department, lobbyists being paid off.
They were all of these people were being paid off and Trump knew about it and was going to expose it.
That's why he was public enemy number one.
That's why the classified documents thing is such a scandal.
That's why the indictment of the FBI guy is such a scandal.
Our national security infrastructure,
ladies and gentlemen,
our military,
not all of them,
God forbid, not all of them.
I don't even mean to remotely imply that.
But significant numbers of people at the top of law enforcement,
our FBI,
it's not a small number,
and our military
have sold you out.
Let's walk through it piece by piece.
Remember the impeachment probe? Donald Trump's on the phone with Ukrainian President Zelensky asking about this influence scheme. The Biden's
being paid off by Ukraine. Everybody freaked out. Now, of course, the Biden's were going to freak
out. Why would the Biden's freak out, guys? Because they didn't want to be exposed as being pay-for-play people.
But what's really telling is who else freaked out.
A lot of California congressmen like Swalwell and others
really seemed to lose their mind over this.
And it's interesting how they immediately went,
right after the phone call he was impeached over with Zelensky,
Trump, that is, how they went over
to the NSC and hired a bunch of intelligence people to work on the impeachment probe.
Look at this AP headline. March 2019. Adam Schiff hires staff with intelligence ties
for Trump probes. Oh, really? Maybe those intelligence ties were bought off themselves
and knew they were going to be exposed by Trump. By the way, hat tip, walk a fire on Twitter and
climate audit. Got to give appropriate attribution. They've done tremendous work on this, walk a fire,
especially with the 302s. Here's some of the interview work from the Mueller report.
Notice who they're interviewing here. Oh, an FBI detailee to the White House
National Security Council on some of the conversations he had with the assistant to
the president for Homeland Security. I find that really fascinating, asking him about Trump's phone
call with Lavrov. So it wasn't all from Russia. So they weren't just concerned about Trump's phone call to Ukraine,
but Trump's conversations with Russia too.
It's almost like they really thought they were the commanders in chief.
The National Security Council.
Maybe because they didn't want to be exposed.
Here's another beauty.
He helped impeach Trump.
Now he's joining Biden's National Security Council.
Mayor Bitter served as the general counsel
for the House Intel Committee Democrats
before coming on board the new administration.
You see how the swamp, the circular swamp works?
Intel community, people in the Intel community
working with Swalwell, Feinstein, and elsewhere.
Some of those people on the Intel Committee,
Swalwell being sold out to China, right?
Trump figures out there's these payola deals.
They impeach Trump.
They work on the impeachment.
Then they go back to work again
at the National Security Council.
And nobody thinks that's odd at all.
Nobody.
Here's another gem
Schiff hired former colleague of alleged whistleblower
Eric Chiamarella
The day after Trump-Ukraine call
By Kerry Pickett
Oh he did
So the alleged whistleblower
Adam Schiff hired a colleague the day after
That's kind of interesting
Oh you know what's kind of interesting.
Oh, you know what's even more interesting?
He just reminded me.
He hired two people from the National Security Council who worked with the alleged whistleblower
at the White House.
You can see the headlines right here.
Adam Schiff has two aides
who worked with the whistleblower
at the White House.
Total coincidence, fellas.
Ladies and gentlemen,
Chinese Communist Party and foreign governments,
they own this place.
The upper levels of our FBI,
intelligence community,
people in our military,
they own them.
They own them.
They all understand our intelligence officials,
these military people, that all they need to do is put in their 20 years. They can retire
and go work at a firm with significant business ties to China. The Chinese Communist Party will
remember all their good work, if you know what I mean, and they'll all get paid handsomely later
on for their connections and for going easy on China.
Some of them taking payments, by the way, directly, i.e., what appears to be the Biden
Inc. operation.
Folks, the story gets even worse.
Every single thing they have done against Donald Trump, whether it's Russia, the Russia
hoax, or the impeachment thing, has been a mechanism to get rid of this guy from uncovering the greatest
scandal of all time.
What I just told you, what I've been telling you for two weeks, you have been sold out.
Your taxpayer dollars are financing military, intelligence, and law enforcement officials
and people at the highest levels of government and business
who have sold you out to China.
They're all in the swamp.
They've all been involved in all of this.
Facts coming up next.
Don't go anywhere.
I got even more for you.
Quick break again.

Okay.
Getting back to the show.
Folks, again, I don't ever want
to bury the lead here. All of these people are all in on this. They all know your country's been
sold out. Biden, the DOJ people, the FBI, the intel folks, they are all hiding this. It's not
a conspiracy theory. It is an actual conspiracy. We always bring the receipts. Here's another one for you.
Meet the legal minds behind Trump's impeachment. So again, this is Politico, Darren Samuelson.
So this is a left-wing outlet. Okay. You understand how the media is involved. They
openly acknowledge that the same people who wanted Trump gone are the same people who were knee deep in the DOJ covering
all this stuff up and they don't even care. There's no, there is, there is no sense of shame.
There's no sense of like, maybe we should keep this quiet. It's a big,
look at this. I want you to pay very close attention to his name. You P1 listeners know who this is.
This is an article from 2019 about a lawyer working with Schiff on impeaching Trump.
She says, quote,
I think people do see this as a critical time in our history,
said Mary McCord,
a former DOJ official,
sounds awfully swampy,
who helped oversee the FBI's probe
into the collusion mess, basically.
Wow.
And she's now, Joe, this is a shocker,
she was the top outside counsel for the House in key legal fights tied to impeachment.
Listen to this quote.
Mary McCord said, we see the breakdown of the whole rule of law.
Oh, we do, Mary.
Just not how you think.
We see the breakdown in adherence to the Constitution and also constitutional
values. This is unbelievable. She's not wrong. She is spot on. She's just not talking about what
she thinks she's talking about. Here's a video of Mary McCord from 2019. No, from just the other day.
Remember the New York Times piece that came out because the media like Politico and other outlets are all about covering this stuff up. Remember the New York
Times hit piece on John Durham. John Durham's a special counsel investigator investigating all
of this, the operation to take out Trump, impeachment, Spygate, the Russia hoax.
So John Durham is a threat. What Durham's up to, I have no idea, but John Durham is a real threat.
How do I know John Durham's a threat for them?'s up to, I have no idea, but John Durham is a real threat. How do I know
John Durham's a threat for them? Because they are really increasingly paranoid right now,
the New York Times and others, as they do hit pieces on John Durham,
about some stuff that's about to come out in this John Durham probe.
Who do you think MSNBC brought on to talk about this John Durham probe in the New York Times.
Could it be Mary McCord?
No, no, no, no.
What?
No, no.
Now you cut the stuff in advance.
Yeah.
So do you think it's, let me just,
you think it's possible it was Mary McCord based on some evidence of what
you'd seen prior to the show?
Possibly.
He'd say possibly it is.
Let's play cut one of Mary McCord,
the same DOJ person involved
in the Russia takedown of Trump, the hoax,
who then was involved in the impeachment,
who MSNBC brings on to comment negatively
about the Durham report investigating
what Mary McCord and others were up to.
Here, take a listen to this, Jim.
Did you know or work with John Durham? And do you have thoughts about Charlie and his colleagues?
Unbelievable body of reporting about his sort of ill-fated probe.
Yes, I don't believe I actually ever met John Durham, although we were both in the department for, you know,
overlapped with each other for decades. I had known him by reputation and that reputation was
good, in my opinion, before this more recent inquiry. And I think that one of the things that
I took from Charlie's story, which he also did with two other very fine New York Times reporters,
Adam Goldman and Katie Benner, is that, you know, we saw a prosecutor here who really just, I think, lost his bearings
in terms of DOJ principles and norms, you know, principles of federal prosecution in
terms of what it takes to bring a case.
And we saw, you know, two failed prosecutions.
I actually was a witness in one of those prosecution, one of those trials.
I love how she just craps all
over Durham and says he's breaking prosecutorial norms as every single detail of the Trump Russia
case leaked to the media from the DOJ and FBI when she was working on the case. Every detail possible
with no ability for Trump to defend himself because they didn't have access to the information.
to defend themselves because they didn't have access to the information. Again, the moose balls on these people, they're not even coconuts, folks. They're like Grand Canyon style boulders.
And Nicole Wallace, the dunce in MSNBC is like, yeah. She doesn't at any point say,
you know, Mary, it's kind of weird.
I'm having you want to comment on this whole Durham investigation,
investigating what you and your colleagues were up to against Trump.
She doesn't find that odd at all.
Not even a little bit.
Here, this part's really good.
There's two cuts from this.
Here she is commenting, Mary McCord, again, in a boulder-like, I mean, moon-sized, I can't even describe to you the
temerity, where she says, and listen, man, you know, Dora making this public comment,
public comment on this, totally unacceptable. That's never happened. Oh, no, it's just better
to leak like you did against Trump. And she repeats the media lie and the media hoax that Inspector General Michael Horowitz found absolutely no political bias at all in the Trump case.
Listen very closely to how she frames this. Check this out.
He certainly lost track of the rule, the norms of DOJ that you do not comment on pending investigations, and you certainly don't
comment intending to tilt public opinion. When the Inspector General of the Department of Justice,
Michael Horowitz, came out with his own lengthy report, and I had actually been interviewed by
him as well, when he came out with his own lengthy report, finding that there was no political purpose in
the FBI investigating in launching the investigation into potential Russia collusion.
That wasn't good enough for Durham or Barr. And Durham actually put out a statement,
which is really unprecedented, saying, you know, basically, this isn't the end of this,
we have access to information and evidence that Horowitz didn't have,
and we're still, and we disagree with some of his conclusions.
And that's really remarkable.
Two points.
I just, it's really remarkable that John Durham would issue a public statement
refuting leaks, leaks about his investigation, number one,
and about public statements Horowitz never made.
Michael Horowitz never said
there was no political motivation ever
in anything with the FBI that I investigated,
the inspector general for the DOJ,
and that's it.
It's not what he said at all.
He said he could not eliminate political bias as a motive,
but couldn't find any in the opening of the case.
And he said this to Senator Ron Johnson during the investigation that there were multiple episodes of political bias.
Notice how everybody in the media pretends this never happened.
They are just lying to you.
Take a listen for yourself because receipts and facts still kind of matter. In a number of places, not only this inspector general's report, but also under in the mid-year exam, you have a similar statement.
I'm going to quote, we did not find documentary documentary or testimonial evidence.
The political bias or improper motivation influenced the decisions.
Fill in the blank. You've used a number of cases now i know
we talked earlier about you're pretty confident there was no political bias in the opening of
the investigation with bill priestap yeah we did not find evidence and as to him um we knew who
made the decision we could focus specifically on him but you definitely in both these investigations
you found political bias we found through the messages, evidence of people's political bias, correct.
Also, political motivation.
For example, Bruce Ord talked about how Christopher Steele was desperate.
You know, to all the liberal media goons and losers like Nicole Wallace and Mary McCord and others. You can just look that up yourself.
It's not hard to find.
Michael Horowitz, political bias, it comes right up.
Took me all of about, I don't know, 27.5 seconds to find that.
So he did find political bias, but you said he didn't.
Yeah, but he did.
Oh, you're lying.
Yeah, that's what they do.
People are just filth, folks. I've warned you about them forever.
I'm going to wrap this segment up as I came in. The China balloon story is not about a balloon.
It is about everything I just told you. You have been completely sold out.
Your government is bought and paid for by the Chinese Communist Party and foreign governments
who are using people in our military, business, Congress, the White House, the vice presidency,
the house, universities, small businesses, big businesses, they have got their claws, the Chinese Communist Party, in everything.
Trump knew about it.
Trump uncovered what was happening in Ukraine as a small component of it.
And everybody's been trying to make it go away ever since, including the media.
Because they want the gravy train to continue.
And if you think China's even remotely repentant or scared about what happened, I encourage
you to read the Washington Times piece in the newsletter today, Bongino.com slash newsletter,
if you want to check any of these pieces out, about how China, even after they got caught
with the middle finger balloon right over the United States before the meeting, that was done on purpose.
They didn't apologize.
They issued a threat because they know nothing's going to happen.
I mean, you got Mark Milley there.
What the hell do you think is going to happen?
What's he going to do, warn them?
Are you going to call them now?
Folks, I've got some more news and important stuff too.
There was a major, major study on masks.
I got a bunch of questions on this study.
And there's a doctor who writes a sub stack that's particularly good.
I'm going to cover.
I'm going to get to that and some more news that we missed.
Don't miss it.
We got a few minutes left in the show, but it's really important stuff.

A couple of quick just news stories on a Monday.
I wanted to just get out there
before I get to this mask thing. Folks, as a former police officer working in the inner city
in a really crime laden area, we have a really significant problem right now, obviously in inner
cities and Democrat and liberal run areas. Now, the reason crime is out of control over there is
linked to a very significant problem with fatherless households.
I'm a dad. Many of you are fathers out there. Joe is a father. And I think all of us dads out there can attest to the fact that fathers love their kids different. It's not better. It's not worse
than a mother. It's just different. If you look at any of the psychosocial research on this,
fathers with their sons and daughters, they just do things
differently. They have a different way of emotionally reacting to their kids and physically.
They rough house with them. One of the stories I was reading in some of my research in school,
and if you mention that, you sound like an idiot, but I'm sorry, you get the point,
if you mentioned that you sound like an idiot, but I'm sorry,
you get the point is that fathers tend to rough house more with their kids.
So kids understand the limits of physicality.
They understand like not everything done physically is done out of hate or that you get what I'm saying?
Like they play wrestle with their kids and,
and the kids learn like the limits of what they can do with other kids.
Like, you know, they can rough house with other kids, but the minute they feel pain,
they back off, you know, they, they, they stop messing with the kid.
Oh my gosh, did I hurt you?
I'm sorry.
They learn that from their dads and their relationship with their father, who the father
goes, oh my gosh, Johnny, I think at the time I used to throw my daughter up in the air.
She used to love it.
I mean, not like 30 feet in the but she said ah but my my oldest daughter
Isabel true story she was not a Joe Biden truth I made a real true story so when my daughter Amelia
was like one or so and her neck was strong enough I'm like oh let's do the thing so I throw her like
a foot in here she freaked out she hated it and I I learned not to do that again and she learned I
wouldn't do it again you You see how they learn these?
These are things that are different
with a father-daughter relationship.
You need a dad in the house.
You don't have a dad in the house.
Everything is different.
The evidence, by the way, is overwhelming.
It's not subtle.
There's an amazing piece in the newsletter today
I need you to read.
It's by John McGillan.
It's just the news.ellan at Just the News.
Fatherless children, dangerous cities. Numbers confirm the deep roots of the urban crime epidemic.
Folks, they note that if you dig a little deeper, the causes of these crime epidemics plaguing the
cities comes into sharp focus. Many of these cities are also home to a staggering percentage
of single parent households, the great majority of which are headed by single mothers. I grew up in a single mother home. You do amazing stuff. There are people out there, moms, who have had abuse in the house. Sometimes the husband just leaves. It is by, listen to me, I grew up in, no one's going to lecture me on this, please. I grew up in one. They do God's work.
It's the best they can do. But ignoring the problem and pretending it's not happening
because it's an uncomfortable social conversation is a disaster waiting to happen. There's another
number in that piece. 85% of youth and youth prisons come from a fatherless home.
That's not a small number, folks.
That's not a small number.
By the way, these are the people
they want to raise your kids in lieu of your dad.
You see this lady?
She's some kind of NBC reporter.
I'm sorry, can you go to the second one?
This was her Twitter avatar.
Kat Tenbarge.
Oh, she is NBC.
Tech and culture reporter. She's a culture and NBC news. Kat Tenbarge. Maybe she's French. Maybe it Kat Ten Barge. Oh, it is NBC. Tech and culture reporter. She's a culture
at NBC News. Kat Ten Barge. Maybe she's French. Maybe it's Ten Barge. Ten Barge. Here's Kat Ten
Barge on Twitter. She says she's making fun of this. Parents can teach sex ed to their kids.
Can parents name every STD and how they're transmitted? Can they teach you how to identify
date rape drugs?
Can they define the pelvic floor?
And more importantly, would they?
No, but they can teach their kids it's probably not a good idea to engage in rampant premarital sex.
She notes also the parents teaching kids backwards ideas about sex are not teaching them at all.
It's how we ended up with all these problems.
No, we ended up all these problems with fatherless homes from a lot of people having sex
and having children premaritally
and not taking care of the kids and leaving the home.
That's how, Kat.
Maybe you should look at that.
I mean, the evidence is only right in front of you.
He says there's a little bit of evidence
to this mother and father raising a kid thing, Jo.
He said it only worked like forever.
Yeah.
It's good.
Yeah, that's a good body of evidence.
It's a good body.
Good longitudinal study. Like here to forever. Yeah. It's good. Yeah. That's a good body of evidence. It's a good body. Good longitudinal study.
Like here to forever.
Yeah.
What is it?
A five-year study?
No, it's a forever study.
Like forever, ever.
Sorry.
I just stopped.
It's state of the unions coming up tomorrow.
We'll have a coverage about that.
State of the union, of course, is a mess.
It is.
Come on, Dan.
Don't be Debbie Downer. I'm not.
This is just the polling. ABC
News. I use the left-wing outlet
so you can see I'm not so biased
involved. Record numbers of people
are worse off. A recipe for political
content. ABC News.
Four in ten Americans say they're worse off
financially since Biden took office.
What's the State of the
Union? I don't know. Just ask
40% of the people who say it's a lot worse. All right. I wanted to wrap up with this. I think
it's one of the most important stories of the day. Folks, one of the things I've been arguing
for a long time, arguing about on the show, I was going to say argument. I'm not arguing with
anyone. Arguing on the show is that the mask and vaccine mandates
had nothing to do with science
and they had everything to do
with breaking down
your natural inhibition
to want to give up
your bodily sovereignty.
There is no better way
for the active communists
right now running this place, right?
There is no better way
for them to break down
the idea that you own
your own body
and you're sovereign over it
than making you wear something you don't want to wear and inject something into you you don't want injected.
It was never about the science.
How do I know that?
Because they told you it was about science.
It never materialized.
Oh, it's a community decision, Joe.
The vaccine will stop transmission.
It didn't work.
Masks.
It's about stopping transmission to others.
There's science.
There was never any science. There's this great sub stack, Restore Childhood. Again,
in the newsletter, bongino.com slash newsletter. Please check this out.
It's very, very good. It discusses a new meta-analysis. A meta-analysis is a study of
studies. It is a very vigorous form of scientific research where they don't just do a study of studies. It is a very vigorous form of scientific research
where they don't just do a study,
they study other studies.
So you're taking bodies of work
from everyone
and doing like a 60,000 foot
bird's eye view of everything.
It's called Restored Childhood.
Kristen Walsh.
New meta-analysts should end
discussion of mask mandates
in schools.
It looked at 78 randomized controlled trials, folks, both pre and mid-COVID. Looked at other respiratory viruses,
too. And it's interesting, she notes, you didn't see anything about the study on cable news.
The tweet, matter of fact, from the Cochrane database that studied it announcing the review of masks
had only 68 likes and 24 retweets.
How is this possible, the author thought.
Why does no one care whether masks work or not?
Well, maybe because they found out
that masks don't work
and nobody wants you to see the science
because they want to stick something on
your face you don't want. Here's what the study found out. Screenshot two. Probably because the
answer was from the review, quote, wearing masks in the community probably makes little or no
difference to the outcome of laboratory confirmed influenza or SARS compared to not wearing masks. The same was true for influenza-like illness.
Here's what they did find.
They did find a modest, go back to that one thing a second.
They did find a modest benefit to something.
Masks? No, not masks.
No.
They haven't heard anything about that.
They did find out that hand washing, hand hygiene,
showed a modest benefit.
Now, that's pretty interesting, Joe.
You'd think you'd see reports all over this weekend.
Masks don't work.
Don't put your faith in masks.
Here's this new meta-analysis.
They're not going to stop transmission, but handwashing, keep your hands clean,
there's a modest benefit to that.
But why haven't you heard anything about handwashing?
Because it has nothing to do with diminishing your body
sovereignty and there's no mandate necessary to do that that's why here's another interesting
piece from this because you may say well dan you know we can put masks on there's no harm in that
actually there is from the piece a harvard study showed 40 of parents believe wearing a mask was
harmful to their school's child experience.
Another study showed masks were disruptive to school-age children's ability to process human facial cues.
Given the accumulating evidence of harms of masking, especially to young kids and the now large number of randomized trials showing little to no benefit, all mask mandates in schools should be out of the question going forward.
I'd like you to print this article if you would.
Drop it off at your school board.
And you should probably threaten to sue them now that they know the science says otherwise
and they're harming your kids.
Just drop it off.
You do it respectfully.
We're not violent leftists.
See what they say.
It was a lot of show today, folks.
That story is not about a balloon.
It's about them owning us and telling us they own us. It was a lot of show today, folks. That story is not about a balloon. It's about them owning us and telling us they own us.
It was a signal.
It was graffiti in the skies over the United States.
And the graffiti said, F you.
Don't forget it.
Appreciate you tuning in today.
