My favorite part of the football season is the confidence everybody has before it kickoff.
Zaslow already knows how the game is going to end.
Tony has studied every possible matchup and Chris Cody is convinced his fantasy team is unbeatable.
Then the game starts, everything immediately goes off the rails,
and suddenly nobody remembers making any of those predictions.
That's why a legendary game day starts with an ice cold Miller light.
Whether I'm at a tailgate, watching with friends, or settling in for a full Saturday of college football,
Miller Light is the beer I can depend on.
It's crisp, refreshing, and has a clean finish that hits perfectly during a hot South Florida game day.
Miller Light is the original light beer with great taste, and beer lovers have trusted it for more than 50 years.

Let me give you a true story.
I was at my favorite bar.
Guy working behind the bar, a good friend of mine,
huge Bills fan.
I opened up the game time map
and a spur in the moment decision,
let's go to Bill's Lions,
home opener at the brand new stadium.
And game time delivered,
as it always does for me.
It makes finding tickets incredibly easy,
even when I decide at the last minute
that I need to be at a game,
even if it's not even in the state I'm in.
I can see a panoramic seed view
before I buy. The price shown includes all fees. What you see is what you pay, period.
Game Time also has zone deals. You choose a section, they choose the seats, and you save money.
Plus, every purchase is backed by the Game Time guarantee, including on-time ticket delivery and their lowest price guarantee.
Get your friends together, get your tickets, and tell them, it's Game Time. Download the GameTime app,
create an account, and use code Dan for $20 off your first purchase. Terms apply. Again,
create an account and use code D-A-N for $20 off.
This is the Dan Levator show with the Stucats podcast.
We were talking earlier in the show about a couple of different things.
It was mostly around Joe Buck's new contract.
One of the things that Amin was saying is,
why don't you give Jorge Sedano a chance?
And it's fairly ridiculous to say Jorge Sedano,
who's been doing play-by-play for a couple of years.
I'm about to tell you if you let me finish.
Jorge Sedano, who's been doing play-by-play for a couple of years,
would be as good as somebody who's been doing it for 30
and has been doing it since he was 20.
But when Trista says that Gen Z and Gen Alpha don't want the mannings,
and the Manning cast's numbers are not good enough,
and it wouldn't look like that's going to survive.
And when I tell you that it's weird to me
and always has been that ESPN, a content company,
sometimes has a great deal of trouble making content
and then has to go and get Pat McAfee
to figure out how to reach young people
because the mannings ain't it.
The thing I wanted to ask the group of you
is the following after I got in trouble last week
for merely saying,
hey, you know the analysts on football,
they're all white.
And male.
They're all white.
Yeah, they're all white and male.
And I just wondered aloud.
It's a factual thing.
They're all white and male except for like Jonathan Villeman and a couple of others.
A factual thing was objected to.
And this is what I wanted to ask you, because since George Floyd, the company of ESPN and the country of the United States were promising some sort of change over the last five years.
But what has happened with the NFL network and ESPN having put a whole bunch of.
bunch of white people in charge of how to select the next evolution of ESPN. This is what's
happened, and I want to ask you guys if anyone is noticing this. And I like almost all of the
people that I'm about to mention here. I know many of them, and I respect all of the ones that I know
a great deal. So I mean this as no insult. I'm just asking everybody listening to this,
have you noticed that the people at ESPN who are getting the chances and the big money as things grow at ESPN are Joe Buck and Pat McAfee and Josh Pate and Rich Eisen and the Golix and Jason Kelsey and Peter Schrager and the Mannings has anyone noticed that that is happening?
I'm legitimately asking the question, as I know that Stephen A. Smith has also gotten the money,
but as the money flows in from Disney and ESPN to fund the great spectacle that is the worldwide leader in sports,
that is now sitting out the political discussion to become the worldwide follower of sports,
that it's a whole lot of white people hiring a whole lot of white people and giving all of the money to a whole lot of white people.
And I will say it again, I have no issue.
with those people getting that money,
but it's only those people getting that money.
And I'm just wondering,
is that something that's being noticed and chronicled?
I think you've started the conversation.
I think it has not been a topic of discussion
as far as what I see in the internet,
but I think you're bringing it up originally
and now bringing it up again
is starting that conversation.
I think it's worth having
because it is interesting to see,
quite frankly, a specific palette of color
that's at work over there
and particularly on the NFL side, right?
This is the thing where it really gets interesting
because we know the NFL is ESPN's baby.
They love it.
The fact that they're getting a Super Bowl,
they can't shut up about that.
And so the idea that now in their first Super Bowl year,
they're trotting out just endless waves of,
again, like you, Dan,
many people I know and love and respect
and cheer for professionally,
but when it's the same beat,
over and over again, it's hard not to notice.
I think it's not that hard not to notice
because I don't think people are noticing.
It's obviously hard to notice.
That's America though, right?
So it's the same thing where me as a black person,
I constantly walk into rooms where it's just filled with white people.
And to me, it's just another day, right?
I know how to, you know, control, or not control what's up,
like perform basically in that environment, right?
Code switch.
Yes, code switching, yeah.
Whereas you feel.
flip it, white guy walks into a room of black people and immediately very uncomfortable, right?
And the irony is the people who are most comfortable as far as white people walk into a room full of black people are what?
Athletes.
Because many of them have been in locker rooms and on the court and on the field playing against a very multicultural diverse array of people.
The people who are least made uncomfortable by diversity are typically athletes.
Do you know who are made uncomfortable by diversity?
Suits, execs, people who come from backgrounds
where they haven't had to deal with a whole lot of diversity.
To your point, I mean, so the WMBA coverage that has happened on ESPN
is more black and female than any other place.
By miles.
By miles.
And it is intentionally that way, and I like that.
But then you get people like Rick Buecker.
who are like, we're all the white guys at.
Right.
So, like, it becomes very stark in their mind.
Why?
Because that's not the status quo.
Right.
The status quo is a bunch of white people.
And then you'll have your black athlete.
Like, I've talked about that for the NBA coverage for ESPN.
It's like, yes, they have a lot of black people.
Seems like most of them are former athletes.
Totally.
And then you look at even in other things like you get a black mermaid.
It's little mermaid's black.
Everybody's like, little mermaid's supposed to.
supposed to be white. That's a white girl's job. It's crazy. Put it on the poll. Is the Little
Mermaid at White Girls' Job at Lebitard Show? The reason that I bring it up, because I know a
whole lot of people every time I have anything to say about ESPN, especially the folks who run ESPN,
they think that I'm some sort of, you know, person who hates ESPN. Quite the opposite, okay?
For any of you listening to this, ESPN raised many of them.
us on the idea of how to watch sports, what's interesting in sports, like shape the culture
in a meaningful way in the way that very few entities in the history of sports ever have
shaping a nation.
And so I have loved this place.
And it needs to make an evolution in a super tricky time for media to make an evolution.
But the evolution can't be diverse if no one's noticing that it's not.
I think the thing that's really interesting, too, that you're seeing from ESPN and they're struggling with this is they want to find ways to get younger.
They want to find ways to get a younger audience.
So they hire influencers or content creators who already have an audience.
Who already have an audience.
But don't have the same audience, and that audience will not translate over.
The Katie Feeney's of the world, no shade to Katie Finney, you just go around and showcase arenas.
Like that fan base that's there because you're hot or there's other handicappers that are women that like to showcase their voluptuous nature, those are not real fans that are going to convert over to ESPN.
So that mindset is flawed as well.
They want to get opinionists, but they only want to get ones that look a certain way.
And so to me, they're like a couple degrees off.
What I've discovered, what I've observed is in the influencer mainstream,
media marriage, more often than not, it's the influencer who is benefiting by gaining a new
audience for their content over here.
But it doesn't translate.
Because as you said, the people who follow, and it doesn't necessarily have to be just because
oh, because she's hot or whatever.
Like, sometimes they just follow because that's the content they like, but that doesn't
necessarily mean that they like sports, right?
In the same way that one of my favorite follows on Instagram is a guy called Chef Reactions.
And all he does is he watches videos of other people doing these awful recipes and he shits on it.
And I think it's hilarious.
That doesn't mean now I want to watch the Food Network.
I just like watching Chef reactions, I like his content.
It does not translate over, but again, going back to the point we made earlier, the execs that make these decisions do not inherently know what is good content, what is bad content.
Oh, that's popular over there?
Oh, bring it over here then.
That's all that decision in making is happening.
And they don't know necessarily when you say if it'll translate.
Like, the people that are watching these influencers aren't watching network TV.
Those are not the same thing.
The conversion rate isn't just, I need to go watch this person whose content I like in this one form
in somewhat of a different way in a new role.
It's I need to do a completely different thing.
I need to get cable.
Like, those are not things that happen.
And we saw ESPN try to diversify its voices.
Dan, you were a part of it.
Like, we saw what happened when we had Jamel Hill and Michael Smith have a show.
And then basically,
Not only did America go one way, but ESPN followed it,
and there's a level of comfort when your business isn't having the same amount of success
of going back to what makes you feel safe, comfortable, and normal as you try to figure out the next day.
My favorite part of the football season is the confidence everybody has before a kickoff.
Zazlo already knows how the game is going to end.
Tony has studied every possible matchup, and Chris Cody is convinced his fantasy team is unbeatable.
Then the game starts, everything immediately goes off the rails,

Dan Levitar!
Jessica thinks you're pathetic.
I saw the look on her face.
It can never be the lane to victory.
I know.
I think Jeremy's pathetic.
You should hear him back here.
It's so sad.
The most absurd theater kid basketball analysis.
This line that I've ever heard from him.
Jeremy Tache.
My dad was talking about the adjustments that Spoh made and criticizing him last night.
And Jeremy just back here, his adjustments were spectacular.
It's just like they lost.
They're down to O2.
This is the Dan Levitare show.
You like watching food shows?
I don't like food shows.
I don't.
That's what I was saying.
But you watch.
I watch on Instagram this guy's content.
Yeah.
I like Chef Reactions stuff.
I don't like food shows.
But it's not a food show.
It's like a nice.
It's a 90-second Instagram reel where someone's making something with hot dogs and spam and all this.
And he's like, yeah.
That sounds like food.
It's not a food show.
It's a 90-second Instagram.
We should put that guy on college game day, Chef Reaction.
You know what?
I would support it because he's a great guy who deserves it.
But the point is, me watching Chef Reactions shit on people's recipes is not going to lead me to go watch Top Chef or something like that because I just don't care.
I like his content.
I don't necessarily like the topic of what's happening.
And in that sense, you know, even when you say, like, putting these people on, for instance, college game day or something or whatever,
Jeremy's right.
Like, their followers are not going to then make the decision to get cable or satellite or whatever or subscribe to ESPN to watch them.
Because guess what?
Those great influencers do when they're on college game day or on some big show.
They clip and they put it on their account.
Oh, but this is a fascinating disconnect, though, on where in the media age your older power people would have no earthly idea on how it is that you're supposed to connect with the young generation that makes everything popular and will keep you successful in the future.
What you guys are just describing here is a blind spot that is so large that you'll never.
never be able to connect with how to bring people over in the modern media age if you don't
understand how young people and influencing doesn't bring the traffic to you.
Like, Josh Pate is, he is somebody who has earned that position.
He is exceptional at what it is that he does.
But the idea that ESPN doesn't know how to make people like that happens only because
you have people in charge who are from an old media age.
and also don't have a great deal of diversity
and how it is they consume content or make it.
It sounds crazy,
but it would almost make more sense for ESPN
to just become a sponsor of some of those content creators.
To basically have those content creators in their own content,
say, like this is brought to you by ESPN,
then it is to try to pay them some lump sum of money
to bring them over and do their network show
because it's not converting the audience.
If you want to increase your cue rating,
amongst the young people, just go to them as opposed to trying to get their people to come to you.
It's absolutely a lot more cost effective, right?
Even if, like, think about like, I don't even know the guy's name,
but I've seen his videos on Instagram and on TikTok a bunch.
And then all of a sudden he's in a Swiffer ad.
And he's like, oh, I would, I could use Extender.
And it's like, yes, that in and of itself, that paid advertising for him.
That would, I think, compel his audience.
Like, yeah, maybe I will try Swiffer.
If he did an ad like that for ESPN or something like that,
I think that's way more effective than saying,
I work for ESPN now.
Well, what's really interesting, too,
is you're seeing content creators do sponsored content on specific channels.
Like there's a Jalen Rose's daughter did one on Peacock.
And so you hire these, even microcreators,
to try to get your message out,
and that is becoming more and more popular.
You're even seeing like Staples or Starbucks.
They're hiring their own employees.
to make content for them because it's way more cost effective.
But here's the crazy thing, Trista.
Like, that's the move, right?
The move is to get, okay, you seem to know what's happening here.
You seem to know how to craft the message.
Hey, craft this message for us.
The problem is the execs in most of these cases do not identify that talent.
What they do is say, well, they got 10 million followers.
Surely they're doing something good.
And that's it.
Like, that's all it is.
They're just like, what's popular?
I just pay for the popular one and you go ahead and do it.
It's like people who don't know, like, you know, they go a task grab,
it's like, well, this guy charges 200 bucks an hour, so that must mean he's pretty good.
Like, that's their only metric.
I am very excited right now, and that usually doesn't happen when I see the Grim Reaper wandering around
and the bucket reemerging.
But the reason I'm very excited is because this right now, I'm just learning right now,
the achievement that Metal Arc Media has made that I believe to be bigger and better than even winning a Pulitzer Prize.
Edward Armour Award?
No, bigger than that.
I like to laugh about the idea that that reporting won an Edward R. Murrow Award and a Pulitzer, but not a sports Emmy.
I like to laugh about the idea that the sports Emmys.
In the name of people who are in sports don't know how to make content.
I was thinking about that the other day, Dad.
I was like, as I made that joke with someone, someone said,
Oh, you guys want a Pulitzer and Edward R. Murrow Award.
And I thought about it was like, we didn't win a sports Emmy?
Like, that's crazy.
But it's like, like if you went to the sports Emmys and I went to the sports Emmys, folks, you realize it very quickly.
It's ESPN, Fox, NBC, Amazon.
It's the people I'm talking about.
I mean, it's the people I'm talking about is the people that put on a show for themselves.
Regardless, Jeremy, you want to say something because I want to say what it is that I'm proud of.
No, no, no, no.
You go for it.
Thank you.
the floor for that because it seemed like
you wanted to get in there. It seemed like you had something
very important. How important was it? Because it seemed
like you had something good as I was about
to say that I'm prouder than even
winning the Pulitzer of a certain thing.
I kind of want him to say it now.
I don't. Please don't make me say it.
His judgment is so
strange in this regard. I now also want
to know what he thought was more
important than me getting to my greatest
pride involving Metal Arc Media.
I can spare me to me because I have three.
Yes.
And that is what content makers like, and it's why Jeremy continues to make content around here that is inferior to the other content that we're making.
That's not true.
Look at the numbies, Dan.
Anyway, what I was saying was that after five years, Metal Arc Media has finally built the machine that I asked it to build.
And I'm going to unveil it now only on YouTube, a visual,
toy that throws a bunch of faces into it, white faces, and then makes the whitest of face as a
combination of all of the white faces at ESPN. So let's go ahead and unveil that machine for the
first time on the air right now, please. This is high technology. Look at this. Here we go.
All right. Do we have music? No, we don't need music. I just want to sit. I want to bask.
I'd like it to happen a little faster than this.
It's going a little slow.
I thought the machine...
They told me that the machine was ready to run.
What's the first one?
Who's that?
But I thought it was going to roll through these fast.
It's 1.0.
Just all of the white faces together,
producing one face at the end.
Can we speed this up slightly?
Dan, Dan, tell me this machine was faster than this.
These are very delicate things.
We might blow up the whole block.
Well, I want to try.
I want to press up against,
because if you do it at this speed,
The reveal at the end isn't going to work if they don't speed this up.
They need to speed.
The machine needs to work better than the machine presently works.
You were just saying how we finally built.
Yeah, okay.
It's version 1.1.
I'm sorry.
You think Oppenheim developed like the bomb and it was like perfect the first time out?
They had a bunch of tests out in the middle of nowhere, Dan.
What do you want from these people?
They are doing the impossible.
They went to the top of Mount Olympus and got Zeus's lightning bolt.
is Oppenheimer.
That's what I was about to say as well.
Lou Oppenheim is my agent.
Lewis just named, I'm sorry, Amin just named his agent,
Lou Oppenheim, instead of Oppenheimer.
Tony, you know that moment at a party or a tailgate
where everything just sort of clicks.
I know it well. It's usually when I show up. Everybody goes crazy.
Yeah, you usually take all the credit for it,
but it's because Tony usually walks in with Quarkey.
Walking like this.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Quervo is a thing that turns hanging out into this is the night.
It has that effect on people.
It does.
You usually take the credit for it, but again, it's the Quervo effect.
It's like that moment in a big game where everyone in the crowd just starts standing up, hooting and hollering.
Keep it quervo.
Keep it quervo, baby.
Down lebatar.
For five minutes, I was watching everyone just like, nope, not letting you in, not letting you in.
So when I got up there, I had to say something and I said it.
Cheaters never prosper.
Chris Cuddy.
My buddy was saying not today.
Yeah, but you're trying.
I think that was what he was adding.
Yeah, that would have been better.
I'm telling you, the response I got from this guy, what I said was amazing.
He got him.
Cheaters never prospered.
This guy yelled as angry as he could.
I ain't cheat.
This is the damn levitation.
Guys, get that machine working better because I didn't, like, I'm going to go into the back room.
You know what?
He's like, we finally got it working.
No, do the Reaper.
I'm going to go.
to them how it is to fix the machine.
All right, we got the Reaper here.
All right, let's go on back to Chris.
Again, the only loser last week was Zaz.
He will be dressed up next week.
All righty.
We get two picks at this.
You can put the first one back, or you can keep it.
You are stuck with your second helmet.
I got the Texans at home.
Two and a half point favored against the Bengals.
I don't want anything to do with that game.
I don't know.
Burroughs questionable.
I wish I could take the over.
Ooh, I wish I would have known that before I put it back
All right
I got the Falcons
That's even worse
Oyeyeye oh it's actually
Yeah, they're underdog
Two and a half point underdog at home
Against the Panthers
I hate this helmet
Maybe the return of Michael Penix
Maybe the return of Tua
He didn't practice yesterday
My turn
I'm going left hand
Called giving myself a stranger
Oh Jesus
Lord
Oh easy easy there
Well no I'm like
I got the Patriots.
The Patriots, there are no buys yet.
They're playing the Steelers at home.
They're playing the Steelers at home.
God, that feels like a good one.
I kind of, I'm going to trust you, Mike Rable, you cheating, son of a bitch.
I got, I got, I'm sticking.
All right, here I am.
I am next year.
Here I am.
Here I am.
I'm right here.
All right.
This helmet is the Buffalo Bills.
Oh, that's tonight.
Bills are a five and a half point.
favorite. That game is tonight. It's their first game in their home stadium.
Yes, they're playing the Detroit Lions. I'm going to keep this one.
Why is Mike Ryan there?
I don't know. I don't know. It's kind of a weird guy.
That's coming from me. I'm jealous. It's going to be a fun game.
Swap helmet.
Oh, oh.
Pick another helmet.
Right. Taking the backup.
So now Jeremy has the ability to swap with anybody.
The Dolphins.
Reaper is suggesting swapping with Roy.
And I'm supposed to talk, Reaper!
And whoever he swaps with gets the dolphins now.
I'll wait till the end to swap.
Oh, that's brutal.
That's so bad.
The dolphins are 12.5 point dog.
They're going to get beat now.
Stop talking!
Roy, you have the bills for now.
All right, I'm up here.
Shut up.
Here we go.
Do you like a rummins?
I've got the Rams.
The Rams are, they are a seven and a half point.
favorite at home against the Giants.
Monday, football.
You feel like I'm going to avoid,
I feel like the Rams are going to avoid going O and 2,
so I'm going to keep them.
That's back-to-back weeks for you with the Rams.
Yeah.
That's how you lost last week.
They owe me.
Just making that clear.
Yeah, yeah, the Rams.
You can take that.
Trista's rummaging.
She gets the, that's the Steelers.
Trista's Steelers.
At the Patriots, plus four and a half.
Not great.
Hey, I'm going to switch.
I'm going to switch.
While you put that back.
Hold on a second.
Tony's in the other room.
I came in here last week when I wasn't working on show to take a helmet.
Tony's got to come in here.
Tony's got to come in here.
Tony, we see you.
Come in here.
Trista has the Texans.
Tony, come here.
They are a two and a half point favorite against the Bengals.
Texans she has?
Yeah, again, Trista.
Burrough is like questionable.
Zaz.
Fine.
Good defense.
I want Zaz right now to pick for Dan.
Pick.
Yeah, well, Tony, Tony's got a pick.
But she's in there with you.
All right, Dan's here.
Dan's here.
So who did you get?
I'm sorry, Trista.
Texans.
Plus two and a half
against the bankers.
And remember, this is a head-to-head winner,
so we have the spreads there
so that everybody can be aware
of who's most likely to win.
But all you need is a head-to-head winner.
I have a human resources problem here
and that I might be getting in trouble
for killing an intern.
Oh, no.
Dan, you're up to pick.
I don't even learn his name.
Aidan.
Zaz, do you realize that Dan has glitter
on his face?
What do you do after the inner Miami game?
The Saints.
Saints?
Live dog.
It's Baltimore.
At the Ravens plus seven and a half.
Live dog, Dan.
Don't forget I said that.
I love them.
I've been secretly buying a lot of saints' stock.
Is this instant death?
Yep.
Oh.
Bind bucket?
It's all my money.
I get all my money back.
There are a hundred dollars in there.
Congratulations.
That's not how that's supposed to happen.
Hold on, Jeremy, you should swap so you can get the money.
Oh my God.
What a great point.
I will.
And then Dan gets the dolphins.
And then Dan gets the dolphins.
He's instant death anyway.
So he had the swap helmet?
I have the swap helmet and the dolphins.
Oh, this is great.
I love costume.
You basically traded death for death plus money.
Yeah.
I got the Carolina Panthers.
There's a lot of money in there.
Panthers are a two and a half point favorite on the road.
Oh, against the Falcons.
I'm going to put it back.
Really?
They got no quarterback.
I'm going to put it back.
You love the Panthers, huh?
This week.
Okay.
All right.
I got the Eagles.
All right.
Eagles are a seven and a half point favorite at the Titans.
Oh, wow.
That's a good pick by me.
Good job.
Can you guys find out from Carl how much money right now is in the fine bucket?
I officially swap with Dan.
I will take the fine bucket money and instant death.
Dan has the dolphins.
Which is also death.
It's perfect.
No money.
The thing that just happened to us.
Rumort has it.
By the way, Dan, there's $18.
in the bucket. No. What?
No, that can't. It's less than that actually.
You already switched. Is that what we've been
buying lunch with this all time?
Ask Carl, I think Jeremy's going to be
very happy with however
much money he just got there
because I think it might be over
$500. You guys, I'm the only one paying
fines. None of you have paid fines
and I consistently pay the fines
and I think it's hundreds of dollars
that are in the fine bucket because it hasn't been
collected in more than a year and before
that somebody stole all the money in the fine
bucket. Like we have a thief. We have
absolutely a thief at Metal Arc
Media. Tony, what do you shaking your head? That was like five years
ago. That money's been replenished. People have lost.
I got Bucket. I got the pull
on bucket plus, you know, loss
and I had like $6. So I got screwed.
It's only been replenished by me.
None of you have been paying any of the fines.
Let's find out how much Jeremy just won
because I think he's going to be very,
I think he's going to be happy. But I think we have
our machine fixed, okay? I think
in the killing of an intern
and everything that just happened, I think
the machine now works. So again, I'm going to try, I'm going to try to reveal to the YouTube
audience if you take all of the white personalities at ESPN and meld all of their faces and all
the DNA and everything together, you get one face at the end. Let's see what that looks like.
All right, here we go. Let's see and go.
Oh, oh, oh, guys. How do you guys still not work this machine with this machine?
It's going.
It's right.
It's going.
It's right.
Oh, because you got the radio.
How does this?
This is not still, how is it not working?
Dan, this is very dangerous what we're doing right now.
Oh!
There it works.
It didn't do it efficiently.
It didn't do it well.
It was not funny in any way.
But there it is.
It works.
If you combine all of the white faces together and you blow it out a little bit,
you put them inside each other.
Boom, there it is.
You get one bold Jonathan Zaslow.
He looks like a light.
light bulb.
The Reaper's walking in with my money.
How much is it?
$417.
Thank you, Dan.
Enjoy the dolphins.
Wow.
Nobody is happy for Jeremy whatsoever.
Like, I'm going to jump him after he's done with the show.
I love money.
The HR violation.
Now you can buy that train ticket.
That's right.
Uh-oh.
All right, I'm out of here.
See you.
Chris Cody, did Kyle Brandt, as promised
to our audience, Kyle Brandt,
Kyle Brandt and I didn't see anything and I've told you guys that I have checked out on social
media and this is one of the things that I miss, the community enjoying the nonsense that we do.
But I don't know if Kyle Brandt, who has always been a show supporter and will cause a mess
for us wherever we ask him to, did he do on either his football show, good morning football
or on get up with Mike Greenberg?
Did he do what he promised for our listeners?
He was unable yesterday.
He did a ton of shows and he was texting me like, I'm going to do it this one.
I'm going to do it on first take and he didn't do it.
But today I got a clip from Good Morning Football this morning.
Kyle Brandt did a catchphrase.
Kyle, you were everywhere yesterday.
How was it?
You survived.
We're happy to see you back on GMFB.
Yeah, it was great.
I was with a lot of our ESPN brothers and sisters yesterday.
I was on get up and first take and I was on, I think they put me on cold pizza and
Sports Center and Stregor show and everything.
And it was really, really fun, but we have a great game tonight with two quarterbacks.
We know driver comfort is paramount.
And, you know, the bills will probably win at home, but you never know those lions.
Driver comforts.
That's amazing.
Well, Andy, did you never know?
He did you never know.
He did two of them.
I honestly didn't even catch the end of it.
My favorite part about all that is they don't react whatsoever.
What didn't make any sense?
But that's upsetting.
What did you say, what does that mean?
What are you talking about?
No, they just like, ah, that's a good one.
All right, well, let's go to those games.
This is, by the way, a lot of TV and radio.
I don't know if you guys realize this, and I'm talking to the listeners.
A lot of TV and radio is just, we're just filling time.
Say whatever the hell you want.
I used to go on Sports Nation sometimes and just see how much I could push the limit
on saying something that was completely nonsensical
because I want to see if Michelle Beatle will catch it.
She catches every fucking time.
I hate her for that.
It's a major difference between television and radio.
I mean, in TV, everyone's afraid of improvising.
You got to stick to the script.
I mean, radio, podcasts, like, it's what we all do.
I need to play this again, though, because you cannot have Kyle Brandt on your program and be listening to him and hear that gibberish and not have any reaction.
Those people are not listening to what he's doing because what he just did made no sense.
Kyle, you were everywhere yesterday.
How was it?
You survived.
We're happy to see you back on GMFB.
Yeah, it was great. I was with a lot of our ESPN brothers and sisters yesterday.
I was on Get Up and First Take, and I was on, I think they put me on cold pizza and Sports Center and Shaker Show and everything.
And it was really, really fun, but we have a great game tonight with two quarterbacks.
We know driver comforted, it's Paramount.
And, you know, the bills will probably win at home, but you never know those lions.
Thomas says, mm-hmm.
They're like, oh, yeah, mm-hmm, those lions, you never know.
No, because the whole point is, okay, it's your turn to talk, and when you're done talking, I'm going to talk.
Do all know, driver comfort is paramount.
Just knowing that driver comfort is paramount because it's a game with two quarterbacks.
That's the line before.
It's not, oh, hey, the bills are playing at home.
I think they'll win because driver comfort is paramount.
He said, you know, it's a game with two quarterbacks, and we know driver comfort's paramount.
It doesn't make any sense.
I respect him more for them.
It's awesome.
It's so much better.
Yeah, the way he did it was beautiful.
Perfect.
Yep.
Driver comfort is paramount.
Uh, did we just catfish Mantae Tao again?
You never know.
Good job, Kyle.
Uh, Chris, how did you not notice that he did two catchphrases?
I just got so excited when I heard driver comfort.
I didn't even listen to the end of the clip.
How did he not know that was asleep for half the show?
You never know.
