I don't hear it in Mike's voice, but I certainly hear it in Billy's voice because he has the most exciting best football team in the NFL. Congratulations to you. Thank you. I guess. Thank you. Billy, can you just tell me what it's like to watch a team do well? Can you just explain it to me? Can you tell me how that feels because I don't know? Can I tell you what I was doing yesterday during the game?

What? Am I lying? I was at a baby shower and I was following along on my phone. Like I saw the first half and then we went to the baby shower and then I was following on my phone and I was kind of getting some looks for not being completely present during the baby shower. I'm like, I'm like, he's going touchdown. I'm going to do not watch this. They went on the stop score. What am I supposed to do here? I actually left and I set the game to record and I set red zone to record also as if I was going to go back and watch the red zone.

And then when I got home, cause like, here's the thing, the baby shower, it started at two, not an ideal time. We got there at three, so I saw the first half and I figured, okay, we get there at three, four, four, 30, we're wrapping up, we're good to go. How upset were all the husbands? Like, the Sunday at two.

I didn't see you. Terrible timing. Terrible timing. It's awful. Send it on a Saturday. Well, Sundays aren't the best day to do things like that, especially during football season. But it's like five o'clock and we're still there and I'm like, then I'm getting like

a little, a little pouty, you know what I mean? I'm like, can we shower? Can we like, let's, let's go to show on the road. Like, what are we doing here? I still have the four o'clock slate and I have to go back and watch six hours of red zone. Where's this time gonna come from? You know, what am I gonna do here?

All these so many hours in a day, Billy. Exactly right. And then Sunday night football starts and that's gonna go right up against that. And then we have this show in the morning, Monday hangover slash afternoon, hey, draft Kings Network, it's five o'clock somewhere. Yeah.

Anyway, so I got home and then I said, then obviously then the home thing started and then I have to start the feeding, the bathing, go get the dogs, I left the dogs, I'm like, yeah, exactly right. So then I was like, okay, well, so I watched it fast, like I watched it at a faster speed. So everything that happens normally very quick on the red zone

Have been even faster for me really, but I have notes. Yeah, I'm good to go. Yeah No, you have segments too. You have winners and losers today. Oh, yeah, week three winners and losers coming up later today You have a new segment called send us stuff. I can't wait for that. I'll explain that one when we get to it Point is has a top five of course course, because I mean, why not? Lucy's going to join us. And the dolphins, they're into the 40s,

then the 50s, and then the 60s, and then they reach 70. Yeah. And what are you thinking? Like what's going through your mind? Could you not watching the game, but you are obviously impressed because the dolphins are blowing out the Denver break our Broncos and making Lord Fang's a very happy man. Yeah, well, I mean so when we get to the third when we get to the end of the third quarter I say pull everyone everyone needs to get out of that game the actual quote that I said was take everybody out of this game

Brax and Barrows can stay in the game if he wants to he can play he can get his stats if he wants Everyone else needs to get out of this game right now. Right. You can't be risking injury in a game when you're up like 56 to 10 or something. I knew the game was, well, besides the score, when I saw number 35 rushing for the dolphins, I had no idea who that was and I'm like, we've made it.

The game is over. No, who is that guy? Not just rushing, rushing for like 65 yards on one play and it's like, oh my God. Well, who was it? I mean, I think his name starts with a C. Yeah, I want to say it's like a Cedric or something. This is what I learned.

I got a fight. The dolphins have depth. When Robbie Chosen just shows up and scores like an 80 yard touch, Mike White, by the way, I want to ask Mikey, how much do you miss a bike light right now? Oh my God. Oh, I don't get Mikey started. Leave him alone is a tough time for us. Ha, ha, ha, ha. I will say this, and I thought that it was crazy up until yesterday. Yeah. I think Kurt Cousins getting traded it was crazy up until yesterday. Yeah. I think Kirk Cousins getting traded to the Jets could actually potentially happen. It would be a great thing for serious. I think he's had a season. I mean, it could happen.

Like, because the Vikings are going to get close to like, do we tank mode, right? Yes. And then they're going to want to get rid of Kirk Cousins. I think he only has like a year left on his deal. Like, it could happen, right? It absolutely could happen. I think the jets would have to be willing to give up a first round. No way. You're not going to try to first. No, it's not going to take a first. What do you think it's going to take a three? Yeah, you could get him. At least a two. I would think. At least a two two now. They don't have one.

I'm desperate. I mean, this is bad. Listen, this is really bad. And Shayma, Joe Douglas and Robert Salah, no, I'm serious. Like, that's a lot of you. You have not addressed the off, first off, as an organization, Shayma, on you, because the reason we are forced to take Brett Farve when he's passed his prime, and the reason we are forced to take our

arrodgers when physically he has passed his prime is because we cannot get the quarterback position right. We draft Zach Wilson, we draft Sam Darnel, we draft the wrong guy every single time. And then you have Zach Wilson. And what does the coach not do? Does it develop Zach Wilson? What is the GM not do? Not put an offensive line to protect any quarterback, not just Zach Wilson.

And so shame on the jets. Everyone's going to blame Zach Wilson today. And no, I am going to blame Robert Sala. I am going to blame Joe Douglas. They have not developed this quarterback. nor have they addressed the offensive line, which everyone knew was a weakness, whether Arab Rodgers was playing or not. So yesterday it was a very, it was a rainy and sloppy game. Like they couldn't keep a hold of the ball.

So like that wasn't 100% exact wasn't so he sacked himself at one point in time, which by the way, when you guys saw that environment, did you not immediately think back to the exact same situation they got here in Roger's Andrew? Because I'm like, oh boy, here we go again. On the same turf, the same, the same rain. Did you see the fact that the end zone, I guess, because it was so wet that the foot steps were taking up all the pain from the jets thing and the end zone was just full of footprints also. It was a disaster of a game. It was. Do you think that Randall Cobb yesterday, when he, so he almost catches a ball that could have what, they could have won the game.

On a Hill Mary, yes. You throw the day for Zach. Yeah, do you think that he was thinking, why am I still here? Like, what am I doing? Well, he's waiting around for Aaron to come back. Well, he has to here and around. You think he's going to come back this year?

No, we're shitty. Why is Robert Salis still saying that they're committed to Zach at this point? He has no choice. Like what else does he get to say? Tim Boyle, like Matt Ryan, he said, his agent reached out to the jets. The jets said, we're good. Yep. But that's ridiculous. Why are they saying that? I don't know. That's, that's a good question. It's, it's upsetting to me. When you have a team built a win right now when veteran quarterbacks are willing to come play cars and once was another said the agent reached out the jet said we're good. That's that's an issue. I understand cars and what's not so much about right. I

mean what is the point of the season? What what is the point of this season when a if you're just waiting to apparently it's not if you're going to continue to watch what Zach Wilson does and then say the point of this season is to win, then your eyes are close, you're blind. Like I don't know what to tell you. You have to do something. Mike, that's part of the part that's upsetting to me is you have a team that is built to win right now.

Your quarterback, QB1, went down, okay? QB2 is lousy and they don't want to upset QB1 because QB1 is very sensitive. In case you haven't noticed about his team going out and getting his replacement. And so the jets are stuck. They are stuck. I listen. I cannot believe I'm saying this. I headed into this season with as much optimism as any season ever as a jet fan.

40 years of being a fan of this lousy organization. And at one and two, I am already already at the place where I want to tank. I want to lose every single game so we can get Caleb Williams. I cannot believe it. Three games in. Anyway, the dolphins. They're not going to get Caleb Williams. Well, hopefully you think that way, but you think that's how this is going to play out. You think they're going to win another game with Zach Wilson? No, but you think that they're going to get Aaron Rogers. They're not going to go out and get his replacement to then draft his replacement, which is why he got mad at the Packers to begin with. I think 39 year old Aaron Rogers off a torny kill. He's okay with

the team going out and drafting his replacement. I do. He better be out of care if he is or not. What do we do? Well, if you're not trading, we're trying not to offend the guy who played for snap for us for. Wow. I love you, Aaron. I don't think you do. Get well soon. Yeah. Get well. I love to.

Oh, two of us. He's the best quarterback in the NFL MVP from runner. Billy has it feel serious. It doesn't feel real. I still we were were talking last week about this, so we're going to go cover the Super Bowl as we cover the Super Bowl every year. And I think that the show is going to send a bigger presence here. I don't know. But anyways, I was talking to someone.

I was like, you really think we're going to be in Las Vegas covering the Super Bowl and the dolphins are going to be the team that's there. And the answer I got from was like, no, no. That's 20 years of pain though. I'm excited. I know this is like a really strange thing. It's actually in the media. No, I'm excited to see a massive football weekend and the biggest

story from the weekend, the dolphins. False. The biggest start of the weekend was Taylor Swift. We can get to that later on today because Taylor Swift's getting just to go over the NFL yesterday. Yeah. Yeah. Maybe she'll be on the winners and losers who knows.

That's what I thought about when I saw Taylor Swift and the Cowboys lose. I go, the Dolphins whole win just got erased. Oh, yeah. The Cowboys lost to the Cardinals and Taylor Swift. No one's going to talk about the Dolphins today. Well, I mean, the Dolphins had two running backs, each get four touchdowns, which is insane. Right. One of which is a rookie.

Yes. What's his name? Devon a chain. Devon a chain. Yeah. He moves a chain. Oh my God. He rushed to 200 yards. We're big moats, sir, guys, because he was on our show last week, right? Yeah. He did the surfboard celebration. He didn't do the surfboard celebration. He told us that he would do last week on a Friday episode. Devon a chain might be faster than where he most of it. He is. Oh, he's fast. He could scoot. They have the dolphins have a lot of fast players. It turns out, huh? Yeah. Everyone. Children Anderson can't even get on the team.

They're very fast. You would agree the big story that came from that dolphins, that dolphins Broncos game was because I was thinking like no team has ever put up 726 yards. It's the second most yards game in a game in NFL history. And I'm thinking about the Kurt Warner Rams. I'm thinking about, Hey, who will clip 726 yards? You would agree the big story. The most shocking thing in the weekend was Norm Van Brockland and the 59 Rams. Well, and the dolphins also could have had a lot more. They took their foot off the gas. They were not trying to get more yards them. Yep. Send that stuff next. So you got to know what time it is? No. It's time for my favorite segment of the week. It's early. Is it? Yes. Well, it's like 5-20 in the afternoon right? That's not super. Yeah. Yeah. What time is it?

I'm sorry. It's time for Lucy to join us. Oh, Very Lucy your goosey. Yeah. Hey Lucy. I honor that I'm your favorite segment of the week. You really are. Feels good. Yeah, it's really fun Well, because you're kind of prepared and you have like a direction that we're going on I said that was to God. So like where do you want to go? And it was Greg Cody. Right, you had them doing that too. Well, there were two men, yes. Yeah. In Greg Cody, thank you for letterifying. I think you guys actually both backtrack because you had that being the case last year. And I don't think that you continue

that energy this year because this year you were high on the jets until you're in got hurt. I was, but listen, what are you saying? I faked it this year, last year I was serious because I set the same thing this year, because this year you were high on the jets until Aaron got hurt. I was, but listen. What are you saying I faked it this year? Last year I was serious, because I set the same thing this year as I did last year. No, I did. I faked it. Lucy, I have exciting news for you, Lucy. Okay.

We're going to start a new segment, and I want to do it with you, but I think we're going to do it next segment, and it's called Send Us Stuff, and I feel like you're going to be really good at this segment. Ooh, I love stuff. Yeah, well, I haven't explained how it works yet. So you don't know exactly how it's gonna work. I can explain it later, but it's called send us stuff. Yeah.

Okay. Very exciting segment. I like the sound of it. So you weren't happy value this weekend, huh? How was that? Bad and terrible time. Couldn't have been worse. It was really not fun.

It was bad. That's why I'm not there. I'm emotionally recovering physically recovering. It was 40 degrees and raining. Right, but at least it's not a difficult place to get to. I mean, Jesus. We only had to stay two hours away. Right. That was it. And right side though, when your team loses by 31, you get to leave at the end of the third quarter. Oh, you left early. That's not fun. Oh, I only saw I would get two first outs. Two. They had four. Wow. But I saw them get two. Well, so you saw two of the four, huh? Yeah. Two of the four. It was really, really bad. And Penn State fans are not that

nice. Really. Happy Valley. They're not nice. They're not nice. They were really nice before the game. On Happy Valley. Into the game. Yeah. They were not nice. They were not nice. I wouldn't recommend an expensive. Oh, wow. So I wanted to ask you about like the dairy farm that they have like right next door. Did you go to that at all? No. So it was right. I tailgated in two spots and it was right in between. So when we would switch

tailgates, we had to walk past like this entire little farm. Bunch of cows just out there with people doing shots all around it. It was some of the, it was really weird. Pinsates like so isolated. And it's, you're just in like farmland middle of nowhere, Pennsylvania, this little college pops up and there's nothing else there. So it was a bunch of agriculture. It was very pretty actually until the rain started and then it was brutal and then the football started and got a nuglier. It was a whole ordeal. It was gorgeous right up until Penn State played Iowa is what you're saying. Yeah, pretty much.

If you took the game out, great experience. Right. You were there with the weather. The weather was so bad. You went with your dad. Is that correct? I did. Yes.

So it was like a fun father-daughter trip and I think he's mad at me now, which he should be for bringing him to that. Why is he mad at you, that mean? Horrible. You know, I think he would have preferred that one at home. Right. And we walked in with the expectation that Iowa would lose by a lot.

We just thought it wouldn't be as bad as it was. Like we had a gameplay and if I was down by this many points, when do we leave? And they were down by that many points pretty early into the third. Do you have a jukebox behind you? I do. You just own a jukebox?

I got it in a state sale. Wait, what? What in a state sale? Lucy, how old are you? 25. Wait, I have a question. What does a jukebox go for it in a state sale? Oh my God, Billy, I got it on such a great deal.

You'll be so proud of me. It was originally 300 bucks, but I went on Sunday, which if you go to state sales on Sunday, they're a lot cheaper. I got it for like $80, $90. That's insane. And it works or it's just like a declaration. Yes, so it's not plugged in right now,

but it's a little weird because it is like a more modern jukebox, so it plays CDs. And like the, wow. So my dad mailed me a bunch of his CDs and sometimes I'll listen to him on there and it lights up and it's like aesthetically really cool. When you got CDs, my favorite estate sale find. When you got the CDs, where you're like, what the hell are these things?

I'm not that young. I'm not that young. I I had see I like what you did yeah wait that you're I'm like 25 so it's so it's programmable I'm like right on the edge of being two young not really a jukebox belief you put CDs in it no it sounds like it's programmable like the CDs just live in there and then you hit like B2 or whatever to place plays a song. It's a CD player. That's all it is. It's a big CD player. It is a fancy CD player. Yeah.

No, I will not. It's a fancy CD player. But it's a fancy CD player. Yeah. And it's got the cool little buttons. Right. So pretty. Also, do you guys pictures and videos so you can see it in action?

Billy is jealous. Yeah. Yeah. Well, a state sales is where I get most of my weird stuff. I I like that. Lucy, I've been trying to keep more attention to college football for these segments. And you know, you want to know one of my takeaways from this weekend? Oh, FSU, not elite. No, they have a lot of issues. They're really, really talented in certain areas, but they are like deficiencies that sometimes the talent does it cover up.

I would say Clemson is kind of a tough example to look at just because that's a really tough place to play. That's a team that's had Florida State's number for a long time now. Their Florida State have been saying it all year. It's very good, but they have a loss in them. If it's not Clemson, I think it could potentially be Miami, which I don't love that thought, or Duke. All right.

Bill, are you're goosey on them? I think right now I am goosey on them because they played a close one last week that they could have lost easily. This one, they could have lost two if Jonathan White's wouldn't have missed his 29-yard Fugal, which by the way, I felt terrible for him. I don't know if you guys felt the same way. You can't feel bad for him. Not college kickers. That's just the way of life. What? They give me take his fit. Wait a minute. His family was there. Wait a minute. His family was there. They had

a whole thing. He accepted the company. I know, but they don't show them all the time to rub it in my face and make me feel worse. They were there. And I'm like, oh my God, this guy was a backup forever, a dabbo call that me brought him back. He was gonna go work in New York, which is like, I don't know why they kept saying that. That's the biggest thing. And we're like, oh, he's got a job in New York.

Like his life is set forever because everyone that works in New York has made it. You can't make it there, really. Do you imagine, did you imagine being his boss? You're not coming, why? Yeah, exactly. You're going where? Well, no, and? Yeah, exactly. You're going where? Well, no, and then you miss it.

Did you get it already? Wait, I like the idea. I had never considered the fact that online students are eligible to play in college. It's like, oh, wait, you live in another place but you played here and you're still finishing your online degree, like, yeah, come kick for us. Just show up on Saturdays.

Yeah. The worst part about it, though, I think was the call when Greg McAroy was like, oh, this would have been perfect. Hollywood script. This is the Hollywood ending and then Sean McDonough, like no, no time. Oh my God. Well, the writer on strike. Sean McDonough doesn't care at all. He will say whatever he wants. Yes. I love him.. I respected so much. I think that that comes with the, that comes with the fact that he did Monday night football. And he was like, I was already at the mountaintop.

I can do whatever the hell I want now. What are they gonna do to me? He's on the way down. Well, I didn't want to say he's on the way down. But he's not trying to get back up. Like he's just like, what are you gonna do? Take me off the new kick. Exactly.

He's like, I can say whatever. I was a Monday night football. Oh, that's great. Oh, my God. I want to get to Lucy or Goosey here. And I will. It's just a second. But you're overall thoughts on everything

that took place with Colorado over the weekend, Lucy. I think that anyone who has actually watched Colorado football and paid attention maybe not to the spectacle in the show that's Colorado and actually the football team was pretty prepared for this to happen. Oregon is simply a much better team. The line play is better. The talent matches.

Colorado is like Dan Lening is a hell of a coach. I had Oregon as a sneaky playoff team this year. This was going to happen. Just like what Deon has done is incredibly impressive and this doesn't take away from it. But like, this was the natural order of things. I thought it was really funny. Like, this week pre the game like impressors. Deon was very careful with his words. He wasn't chirping as much. He wasn't talking as much. And I think it's because he watched the organ film and was like, yeah, this is going to be a problem. This is going to be an issue. Oregon is a super good team. It's, it sucks that I really think

Oregon would have a playoff shot. It had a better playoff shot if they were in the pack 12 right now because Colorado, Oregon, we thought was going to be the game of the week, but us sickos knew it was always going to be Oregon State, Washington State, which was a crazy game. And it's, there's so much competition in the Pac-12 this year. And so Colorado has achieved more than I've already thought they would. I think they could get to six wins, but this was just like the natural order of things. This was going to happen. I feel like we were headed into this weekend excited thing. It was going to be a great college football weekend.

And it kind of lived up to the hype because we still haven't even talked about Notre Dame in Ohio State. And that was an incredible game, which somehow, and everybody obviously is going to take away the fact that Notre Dame only had 10 players on the field for the last two plays. It's an excuse for a little bit. Like listen, I love Marcus Freeman, but you cannot do that. Coming out of a timeout, you just, you can't do it. Yeah.

And he blamed it on the penalty world. It's like, my guy, it was two plays and you were coming out of a timeout. Like, I just, it was such poor coaching in that final stretch. And like I really felt, I only got to watch the end of this game, but we were checking up in it all throughout the Penn State game. So we needed to watch some real football for a little bit. And it really felt like Notre Dame had a shot. Ohio State went into this game.

Their fans hate their coach. Their quarterback, like questions are there it was it felt like such a coaching error for Notre Dame. It's a moral victory and a moral loss at the same time. Lucy, I found it interesting. Well what you make of I found interesting that that Dan landing is saying they play for a clicks. We play for wins knowing full well. He's going to get a ton of clicks from his pregame speech.

So this two guys is very strong in him. I'm proud of him for doing that. But what did you make of that pregame speech? Because he was mum. He was quiet the entire week. Didn't want to give the Colorado kids anything. Didn't want to shed light on D. on Sanders. Don't want to talk about it.

Perry, it just gave him nothing. What'd you make of that speech? I thought it was really fun. I thought it was well read. I said, man, he worked on this. He had somebody check over this. Yeah, that's a bar. That's really good. I didn't really think too much of it. I thought it's just, hey, I'm trying to get my team height before the game. I think it's also the same thing too, where I'm pretty sure he looked at the Colorado table, looked at what he had and knew how this game was going to

go. I think he felt really confident going into it. Dan Lening is also a guy who doesn't really mind saying something controversial. He said something kind of crappy about Colorado. Not about Dion a few months

ago when Colorado left for the big 12. He was like, well, I don't remember them winning never here. I don't think it's a big deal. And Dion decided not to take that one personally because of what was going to happen. I loved it. I think it's fun. I think coaches shouldn't talk crap. I enjoyed it. It makes us more way more enjoyable.

All right, Billy, we have a lot to get to including Lucy or Goosey. What else are we doing next segment though? Well, next time we also have to debut send us stuff. Send us stuff. Yeah, which I feel like now after hearing about the jukebox, Lucy is really going to enjoy this segment. We still have winners and losers. I didn't know that he was still online. I had no idea he was still wrong. I was with you, I had no idea he was still lurking around.

Well, he was at the game. They were like honoring him, it was like the 50th anniversary or something. Yeah, I think of it. Yeah, why would he not support the team he was at Notre Dame? Like it was a very weird thing where you were just like, Brian Day, like everybody hates you. Like all Ohio state fans still don't like him even after this win.

Also in his thing, he was like, we've only played one bad half a football in two years. And I was like, I feel like we have two bad halves against Michigan alone. So I don't know about that. He was just spewing. He was ready for this one, desperate for this one. I was like, why are you going after Lou Holtz? And then Jake Dicker Washington states coach went after Lee Corso. What? Because on college game day, Lee Corso said, tear. Yeah. It was, I thought the first part was a little mean. I thought the second part was a little accurate. course so called Washington State, Oregon State, the no one watches bull. And sort of, I think he, I think he misheard that because I was watching when that happened. their first loss to Utah. That's a really difficult place to play. And Utah's a very good team. And they've been doing really well without cameraizing. Just wait until he gets back. But with Florida, I can't fully buy into grammar. It's, he looked really good against Tennessee, but I don't think Tennessee's defense is that good.

I think Tennessee's overrated. And SEC schedule is usually tough. This year might be easier. I think to like an eight win team. So I said, Goosey for that point, but I don't think they're, they're going to compete for the SEC. All right, Duke. I can't believe I'm asking you this, but they're 4 and L. They play Notre Dame this weekend. Notre Dame coming off a loss, do play Notre Dame at home. So Duke Lucy or Goosey. I love this Duke team.

Lucy. I've got game day for the first time ever this weekend. I'm so excited. I think this is like Duke's kind of real Cinderella moment run. I don't know if they beat Notre Dame, but I love Riley Leonard. I think he's one of the best quarterbacks in the ACC. They're a well-rounded team. They don't commit a ton of penalties. They're very disciplined. The Clemson game was a little bit of an exception,

but they turned it around. I really am buying into this Duke team. And I've been saying it for two years. Mike Elko is the next name in the coaching hiring cycle. You're gonna hear the name so much this off season. Take over for D on a Colorado. How about that? They wanted my Michigan state is what it sounds like. Those are what the internet saying. I think this is a really good Texas team, and this is a Texas team that did not lose to Wyoming. And that's important because any other Texas team from the last five, 10 years would have lost that Wyoming game, which would have meant they'd lost the Kansas game, because they're different teams, but they're similar energies in the sense

they mess things up a lot. But Kansas, like if you actually watch them, they just look like a well-oiled machine. I wouldn't say they're a great football team, but they're a good football team. Lansley-Appold has been such a great hire for them.

They were so smart and extending his contract. This isn't Kansas team that that's seven, eight wins. The big 12 is crap this year too. So they really have a shot to compete in that conference. Good offense.

We'll stay in the big 12. Oklahoma. Lucy or Goosey. I'm gonna hold up both. Really Kelly, she's holding up both. I don't really know with his Oklahoma team. And for some time, many people believe that she was responsible for Braxton Barrios is break up to Olivia Colpo. Now, there was questions as to whether or not they were still together or not because they said that they weren't exclusive recently on her daddy, I believe. Okay. Yeah. So Alex showed up and was there supporting Braxton Barrios was even featured on the NFL social media platforms saying, fins up wearing a Braxton Barrios jersey, very publicly coming out as being linked

to Braxton Barriol's and confirming the rumors and she was a winner until Taylor Swift showed up and then everybody got about a lot. Yeah. Okay. So unfortunately a loser this week because of Taylor Swift. So you have one more winner or one more loser here. I do.
