Thank God for anesthesia. Yep. Oh my gosh. Wet and wild. Not fun. So if I could tell you, though, last night was awesome between the U.S. game and the Jalen Brown News. Last night was one of those sports nights that was, it was legitimate fun. Historically, and if you sample the worldwide leader, a lot of media personalities go on vacation around this time of year because it's supposed to be the slow time of sport in Serenobes.

Serena Williams attempted to come back at Wimbledon, and it can't crack the news cycle. We haven't even discussed today England versus D.R. Congo, England, was such an incredible game, and it was the first time. I mean, this happens occasionally with Super Bowl matchups where the Super Bowl, I'm just rooting for the matchup that I want to see, but I was rooting against Cinderella. I was rooting against D.R. Congo, and that goes against most sports fans. You didn't want the doctor to win, huh? I didn't want the doctor to win because I wanted England to go into Azteca Stadium.

I wanted that theater. I wanted that theater in the next round, far more compelling. Granted, what's more compelling than DR Congo eliminating England so early on? But that game was incredible. Pasi was phenomenal until he wasn't letting in the equalizer. And then Harry Kane, who struggled to create space all game long, He could not find any space, forces the issue, makes it for himself an incredible strike, an all-time legend for England, an all-time moment.

That was phenomenal. And on Sunday, we get England versus Mexico in Azteca. Are you guys familiar with Mexico's all-time record and competitive matches in Azteca? I am not. Are you? I bet you are. I am. I'm going to pull it up right now.

They have two losses all-time. Here is their record in Azteca. Mexico's competitive record, 70 wins, 17 draws, two losses, all time in Azteca Stadium. That is what England is going up against. Wow. I do want to mention we don't have a live show tomorrow because it is a 4th of July holiday for this weekend. So we're going to be back on Monday, which is the sixth, which is the day that everything becomes official in the NBA calendar year. Could we be back here on Monday with some maybe?

Major Miami Heat News? We could. I think so. It could be major. Look, LeBron, in all likelihood, is selecting his next destination. But you're telling me he doesn't know right now. This weekend. Come on.

oh, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosch, that can definitely compete for the Eastern Conference and hopefully compete for a championship. But if you get LeBron, you can compete for a championship. It's the same way I feel right now. This heat team, as presently constructed, with whatever additions they can make in the margins,

I'm like, that team can compete for the East. but if you get LeBron, you can compete for a championship. It's been 16 years. It's so incredible. He's 25 when they first signed him in 10, 2010, 41 now. I still think of him as a great player. I know he's not as great as he once was. Still a great player.

He's going to be a grandfather during the season. Wow. He's going to be a grandfather. Brody's partner is pregnant. He's going to be a grandfather. Right. Will he play long enough for his grandson to play on the team with him? If you ask Nick Wright, yes.
