Starting point is 00:00:00 You're listening to Giraffe King's Network. I'm not a fan of the show. I'm not a fan of the show. I'm not a fan of the show. I'm not a fan of the show. I'm not a fan of the show. I'm not a fan of the show. I'm not a fan of the show. I'm not a fan of the show. I'm not a fan of the show. I'm not a fan of the show.
Starting point is 00:00:40 I'm not a fan of the show. I'm not a fan of the show. I'm not a fan of the show. I'm not a fan of the show. Gamblin, is that a hobby? Yeah, that's a job. Sure. Okay, I mean, that's my hobby right now, poker. What's your hobby, Tony? My hobby is, I like going to the gym. That's been kind of like refueled lifestyle. That's a lifestyle. Yeah, I've tried to make it part of my lifestyle.
Starting point is 00:00:53 I don't know if it's a hobby. I don't know if it's a hobby. I play Hoops a lot. Yeah. Is Hoops a hobby? Yeah. Or is it a lifestyle too? It's not as much of a...
Starting point is 00:01:00 All of life. Ball is a lifestyle. Going to the gym is more of a lifestyle than basketball is. Yeah, because I think, yeah, I kind of think of basketball, you play basketball because it's fun. Right. But you go to the gym for like an actual goal of like being healthy and becoming stronger, et cetera.
Starting point is 00:01:16 So I don't feel like that's a hobby. Yeah. What could I choose? Collecting shoes? That's a hobby. That's a lot. That's something I've picked up in the last year. Yeah. Yeah. Nice. Look at me. Yeah,. That's something I've picked up in the last year.
Starting point is 00:01:25 Yeah, nice. Look at me. Yeah, you're walking with the pandas in on top. I'm a shoe guy. Everyone's got the pen. Too many people around here have the pen. Well, the pen is one of the biggest releases of the last like... For me, it's just that they're like the beaters.
Starting point is 00:01:35 The daily like the ones. Yeah, how do I know the link down? The surf. Yeah, the surf. I like pandas. I like the comfortable and I like they go with everything. Exactly. And so I'm still having gotten to the point where I'm relegating them to beater stands.
Starting point is 00:01:50 I'm like, I'm where the pandas till playoff games, something like that. It's just of my jays, it's the one I wear the most. That's why that's my definition of being here. But it's a dunk for us. I get what you're saying. I'm trying to be an o-lingo. Do you have a pair of Air Force ones?
Starting point is 00:02:03 Because those were the original huge shoe that took over us in the 2000s. You still have a pair of Air Force ones? Cause those were like the original, like the huge shoe that took over ever since the 2000s. You still have a pair of Air Force ones? I have a pair that I got maybe like, it was 20 tons right before the pandemic hit. And cause I've been searching it for a long time. You know, we went from this era of every color wave
Starting point is 00:02:22 imaginable Air Force ones. And then all of a sudden it was like disappeared. All white or all black and that's it. And you can't wear the all black ones. You can't wear the all black ones. You can't wear the all black ones. You can't wear the all black ones. You can't if you're working security,
Starting point is 00:02:34 or your outfit needs to be all black if you're working like a kitchen, or something like that. Or you're rocking jays in the kitchen. Or you're about to rob somebody. Yeah, that's the all black. Connotation, yeah. Right.
Starting point is 00:02:45 So, but the ones I wanted were the black ones with the white swoosh. And then they finally dropped them. And so I copped those. And I still, those are my like, I'm going to the barber shop. Like, I know they're not going to get dirty or whatever. Right, right.
Starting point is 00:02:57 They always look clean just because it's black on white. So, that's the Air Force one I have. I wish kind of sometimes like I had some of the older ones that I had back in the day. But you know what's what happened is, like the discovery for me of like the dunks and Air Max ones are way more comfortable and they kind of, kind of sort of not really,
Starting point is 00:03:20 but like kind of give you the same sort of look as an Air Force one one really has made Air Force ones less. They're clunky shoes. They're clunky shoes and I wear size 13 so for me they're extremely clunky. I only have one pair of Air Force ones and they're the lower mid. Low Hawaii Kith Air Force ones and my wife got me from my birthday which are like one of my favorite shoes ever. I don't even wear them how much I love them. I put them in so I have all my shoes exactly. I've worn them once I think in the year and some change in of Adam. I love them. Well, that's a nice shoe, bro. I put them in, so I have all my shoes, exactly. I've worn them once, I think, in the year and some change in of how to them.
Starting point is 00:03:47 I go to what's the store called, the container store? Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I get plastic containers. And I've put all my shoes in those plastic containers and stuff, but I love those air force ones. I just never wear them. Is movie watching a hobby? Is that, I was trying to think, what do you have?
Starting point is 00:04:01 My hobby to do. That's work for him, though. Yeah, it is work for me. It's funny, because because Yesterday two days ago I watched The movie Escape Plant And that's what's the loan and Schwarzenegger and he's in prison and like Stallone's character is a guy that Specializes in breaking out of prisons to help prisons become is that the one where we're the meme of Arnold where he's getting carried away?
Starting point is 00:04:25 He's like, what the fuck did I do? Is that a different movie? It might be, I don't remember. I love that one. It's like catch me if you can. He's so good at robbing banks that they bring him in to catch all the mangrover. Exactly. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:04:36 So, and I remember this movie coming out, but I never watched it. Movie guy. And so, like, I watched like the first two minutes and I'm like, oh my god, let me, because this is the thing. If I watch a movie and I'm like, oh my god. Let me because this is the thing if I watch a movie And I'm like, oh, this is a great cinema movie. I checked around tomato scoring if it qualifies I will stop I won't keep watching you watch right before your But this one clearly saved yourself for Cinephal. Yeah, why would I watch it twice right like but I stopped I take the score and the scores are clearly out of
Starting point is 00:05:00 Cinephal bracelet. I'm like if I don't watch this recreationally, I'm never gonna watch it. So I would say yes, movie watching is a hobby because what did watch that? I'm trying to think, are there movies out there that are like on the cusp of your Cinephalb rating? Like where it's like, we wanna do this one so bad,
Starting point is 00:05:16 we just need the rating to go down a little bit. What's the one evolution? The one with David DeCouverne and Orlando. Just out of it. Yeah, it was just out of it by like 1%. But you know, you guys control the rules with David the company and Orlando just out of it. Yeah, it was like it was just out of it by like 1% well, you know you guys control the rules with this you can just be like hey, we're gonna control the rules The rules have been set Their podcast like you don't get it. This one's one percentage over but we just really want to do it
Starting point is 00:05:38 That's how it works without rules. What are we? Animal exactly what's wrong with being an animal How rules what are we? Animals. Exactly. What's wrong with being an animal? Oh my God. Oh my God. Oh my God.
Starting point is 00:05:49 But Hobbit, do you have, like, what would you say if I said you were what are your hobbies? Other than watching movies, then I would say my hobbies are, like, again, I'm like you, like, you're like sneakers, but like, I'm not really a sneaker. Like for me, it's like video games. I'm not really a gamer like that. I like you.'s like video games. I'm not really a gamer like that. I like it.
Starting point is 00:06:06 You're dipping a toe in and you'll a lot of hobbies. Yeah. Are you a gardener at all? No. I don't green thumbs and phoenix. You agree? You can grow stuff and phoenix. Are you grow stuff and phoenix?
Starting point is 00:06:15 Grow stuff and phoenix. Grow stuff and phoenix. I'm a cacti man. Come on, let's go. No, I don't like anything to be honest. I don't like anything that's manual labor. I don't like people like build. Do you guys hate someone to do it?
Starting point is 00:06:24 I don't build things. I don't put together furniture. I don't buy. I don't, I don't, like people like build. You pay someone to do it. I don't build things. I don't put together furniture. I don't buy things. I don't, I don't, I don't do any of that stuff. It's annoying. My brother-in-law, and I'll say this, he's such a guy. He does everything.
Starting point is 00:06:33 Yeah, it's annoying. And I'm like the opposite. Tommy. Tommy. Every time I text him, he's like, I've been working out in the house all day. I'm like, you, you're like, okay. Like, yeah, I haven't.
Starting point is 00:06:41 All right, you're not better than me. But your wife ever look at you like, man, I wish Chris could do the things that Tommy does. Yes. She definitely thinks But I have my but I have my things that I'm good at that he's not so you know I know I know sports She knows sports too There's that Tommy's actually like way more knowledge I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that.
Starting point is 00:07:02 I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that.
Starting point is 00:07:10 I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that.
Starting point is 00:07:18 I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say that. I'm not, but yeah, I don't do that shit. It's dumb whatever. But the one thing where like my insecurities come out full fledged is anything with handy work, right?
Starting point is 00:07:29 Yes. So there'll be times where it's like, oh, you got to do just drill this hole like, if I can do that, I need an Allen wrench. I don't, what the fuck is an Allen wrench? Oh, no, it's like, it's like, oh, I don't, I don't need the hires. I can do it. I can do it. And then like 40 minutes later.
Starting point is 00:07:43 Oh, you tube it. It's the pet talk of, I mean, you can do this. You can do this and then you're like, I'm like, Cossin, I was stupid drill. They gave me six screws, but there's seven holes in the, and I get so angry and I realize the reason why I'm raging is because deep down in size, you're not a man.
Starting point is 00:07:58 You're not a man. You're not a man. Look, you can't even put together a table. I'm like, that's right, I can't, man. It makes me- It's the masculinity paradox of like, you should be able to do things, but you're like, no, nobody taught me how to do this.
Starting point is 00:08:12 I don't know how to do this. I honestly always turn my dad. My dad was like, you're the reason that I'm terrible at this. I'm from a long line of men who are not handy. My dad, his dad, we're not handy. Luckily, my mom's dad was handy and he taught me some things But there's some things that I just don't know because I know it's worse than that My wife's mom is the handy one your that wife's mom
Starting point is 00:08:35 Mom that is a shameful thing. No when I have to text my mother-in-law for hey No, no, it's worse. Can you come change my tire? No! Dude, my mother and I, yes. I was gonna sit. I'm gonna change the tire. Like that video room in there is just disgusted by me. Look, I'm gonna ask God to discuss it.
Starting point is 00:08:54 It was just a standard change. It was like, there's this like bolt like, Danny, don't look at me like that. Danny's the return to his life. We talked about that. Danny, I thought it was over thumbs down. He was the first time. He's never changed the tire.
Starting point is 00:09:04 He's never changed the tire. He's never changed the tire. He's never changed the tire. He's never changed the tire. He's never changed the tire. I was up for thumbs down Giku He says he's changed a tire I was gonna ask what's the tires Danny? What's the man phone of feedays? Oh car? What's that one time? Well, you know what you didn't know is that his first job is at Jiffy Lou's. I love that sound. It's so good. I think it was an issue.
Starting point is 00:09:34 It was something that was like a box like a box. It was not just a standard changing the tire. What's the manliest thing you can do? Because the manliest thing I can do is build a kitchen. I built my daughter's little play kitchen. No, that's what I'm doing. No, that was not. You're a carpenter. A built a kitchen. I built my daughter's little play kitchen Play-kitchen your carpenter a little play-kitchen Oh, I can I can do if it's just if it's one of these things Then just as the Allen wrench and that works for everything then I can put it together
Starting point is 00:09:55 It's when it's like drills and screws and these little these washers. Hey washers Hey, how about we come up with screws that just go right in we don't need these little flat thing in between them Screw washers they do have those no, but I don't like it's just not the things I build everything I get it's like put this little unnecessary washer thing It's too big for this It's not you have to hold you got to put the screw that and then you got to screw it in here too much stuff do you guys have Garages on judge me. Thank you. You have a garage Do you guys have garages? Don't judge me, thank you.
Starting point is 00:10:24 You have a garage. Chris, do you have a garage? Do you guys have handy stuff in your garage? I feel like garages. All the tools are there. Garages are for men and women that are handy that know what they're doing. If you are not handy and you have a garage,
Starting point is 00:10:38 I have a toolkit that I was gifted when we got the house, but it's just like, it's there. It's just a sad toolkit. If these things could talk, they'd be like, God, my owner stinks. Like most tools get like, it's like this guy, my guy knows what he's doing. Like my toolkit is just like, no. Who is this guy?
Starting point is 00:10:53 You think that your toolkit is like disappointed or is it like a puppy's like, here he comes, look at a lot of them. Or do toolkits just want to have an easy life? For it's like, my toolkit has the best life, because like, I'm not wearing a tanger, once a year. I think it's young looking like this tamer is You can still see his shine on this thing it gets together with other two kids from that home Hey Frank how's it going? You look great. What have you been doing?
Starting point is 00:11:16 Nothing man. Just kicking my feet up. I don't know It doesn't do shit. He pays someone for everything. He never uses it It's like being brought into a rich family. It's like, yeah, just somber Meanwhile, this all like war and like, what's going on? They're already replacing Harold. They're looking for his successor. Just, man.
Starting point is 00:11:31 Tony, what's the manliest thing you can do? The manliest thing for my wife to be like, damn. Well, you know, he's manly. Yeah, I know. What are you gonna do? Yeah. Um, the manliest thing that. The manliest. The manliest thing that... I'm million.
Starting point is 00:11:45 Dude, so I live in an apartment. So it's not like I have handy chores around the house to do, like cut in the grass or fixing a car or something like that. I think it's when we moved into the new apartment, like me taking the shelves and the things that you put into the wall doing that. Oh, like with the... With a drill. I know my way around a, with the, with the drill, yeah. I know my way around a drill.
Starting point is 00:12:06 I'm great at helping people move. I can't, manly. I can help people move with the bend of them. It's friendly. I don't like doing it. I don't do it a lot. Nobody likes to do it. He's like, he's a friendly, like I've done it like three or four times.
Starting point is 00:12:16 But it's not a manly thing, it's a friendly thing. Right, but I'm good at like, I'm great. You never move yourself, right? You need a desk upstairs. I can be the guy walking up. I can be the guy on either end. Like I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I got good. I can get low.
Starting point is 00:12:26 I can lift. I'm gonna say that's just carrying things. I'm just saying. It's more than a car. It's more than a car. The force than manly. Yeah, because I'm gonna say what about like you packed, you know how to like wrap the thing and put in,
Starting point is 00:12:36 and I'm not terrible packed. I'm not just, I should have, I should have, what's the most manly thing? I remember time I packed up, anytime I packed up a moving truck, something I was breaks. Like I'm not good at putting it in the truck and the worst case. And then you're pissed.
Starting point is 00:12:48 I always like have the TV just by itself with nothing up against it. Like I'm not good at the Tetris game of, let's get this patch. I love Tetris of a car. Yeah. Like when you're moving from place to place or when you're doing like a big trip,
Starting point is 00:12:59 how do you know what to put on that shelf level? You know those things, those things, there's like that awkward like shelf in the moving truck. But like, oh, on top of it. You know what to put on that shelf level? You know those things, there's like that awkward shelf in the moving truck. But like, oh, on top of it. On top of it. There's like that awkward space.
Starting point is 00:13:11 You can't put anything. So boxes, I usually go boxes up there. Because once you accelerate it, fly that way. I know, that's why I go. Like I said, terrible at it, I'm just saying. I love Tetris, I don't like Tetris backing though. Tetris driving is fun, I like that. It's, it's, it's,
Starting point is 00:13:23 Tetris game is pretty overrated. I love Tetris. Oh, it. I like that. It's, it's not. Tetris' game is pretty overrated. I love Tetris. Did you see the movie? I have this movie too. It's got my man tearing up. It's about the making of Tetris, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:32 It's not how you, like, Tetris' probably isn't the character that we were. No. It's not a movie about the movie. It's not like that, uh, it's down. The Adam Sandler movie was a, what was it called? Oh, yeah. No, I was like, how they stole Tetris from the Soviet Union. Russian, yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:46 It was like a guy like this brilliant guy, computer programmer, who created the game, and then he couldn't get it out of Soviet Union. So this guy, Terran Edgerton, goes into, like, yeah, I think he's living in Japan or South Korea and something, then goes and gets it from Russia. It's great.
Starting point is 00:14:02 We'll bear it back. Oh, yeah. Salsa. Did you just want to say we'll be right back. Oh yeah. Salça. Did you just want to say that? I don't like... Salça? Still so. I need a real chunky salsa.
Starting point is 00:14:12 There I'll set it. Yeah, who doesn't? Peca de gallo. Peaco? Is my preferred salsa. Is that actually salsa or is that? Do you see all the things? Peaco is peaco.
Starting point is 00:14:22 Peaco is peaco. That's what I like. Give me the pico. I don't like the juices. Just give me the tomatoes, the diced onion, the cilantro. Like I like it chunky. I don't like any, I don't, in a burrito, I don't like it.
Starting point is 00:14:34 Be good to guy out or something. Yeah, pico. Why? Because it makes my burrito floppy. Yeah, like it's a saga, the saga factor. I am someone that I always put the pico in my burrito, but then it's not my favorite bite. I love the idea of holding a burrito up,
Starting point is 00:14:51 and it's just like where are my burritos are underrated? Where am I? You look down at it. It's like I got my rice here. I got the, I like to massage a little bit to get it all working together. But I also like the separate bites. I like the right, the bite would just rice in it. I'm always wondered why they make burritos like that,
Starting point is 00:15:06 where it's like, I hold it and I can see the cross section of all the ingredients. Why don't they? Well, if you have a good burrito folder, they give it a little massage. No, but what I think you're saying is that they should mix everything before hand. We mix it, yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:15 Like take everything, mix it up and then put that filling in. Exactly, in the pan. No one's got time for that. That's too much time. Make time for it. Yeah. You want to say, you want to put this burrito in. You see the shi pull the line. Sebastian Manaskagawa is a great bit,
Starting point is 00:15:26 it's about like, there's no, it's just beans, chicken, rice, fold. Like, there is no time for mix all my stuff up. I need to let it, it's just, we need to, we need to go to a place. Chicken beans. I'm just, that's it. I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I get to hear it and I haven't seen it a bit, but I know why you're like, do know You see these guys they go to Chipotle and they say oh, I can't help there's no communication It's just check it beans walk Fold and he's like you see these guys try to fold these things that got to get down You hit him with a hawk I love Sebastian man you just saw him in a,
Starting point is 00:16:05 I mean, non-concert, but I was a set of his. Yeah. Um, is he the funniest guy you've seen in a while? Me, I was with my friend and we sat there afterwards and I was like, I can't think of a funny or standout by Ben too recently. I've seen some good sign felled in years past. Last time I saw a sign fell.
Starting point is 00:16:19 Brad Williams right now. Brad Bill and Jimmy Ball, like, come through to the top liver. No, I'm in at that venue. I didn't see. I'm at that venue. I didn't see. Oh, I'm in at that venue. I'm in at that venue. Oh, I'm in at that venue. Oh, I'm in at that venue.
Starting point is 00:16:29 I'm in at that venue. I'm in at that venue. Oh, I'm in at that venue. Oh, I'm in at that venue. Oh, I'm in at that venue. Oh, I'm in at that venue. Oh, I'm in at that venue. Oh, I'm in at that venue. But, yeah, dude, he was freaking hilarious.
Starting point is 00:16:37 Outside of Brad Williams, probably the funniest comedian I've seen. He's hilarious. But, honestly, Seinfeld wasn't great the last time I saw Seinfeld. Wasn't he chastising you guys? Was that really the first time you saw him? Yeah, he was just, he's such like a cocky guy that like he I mean, I know that's what I mean that he deserves it. He's earned it But it's just like there are times where you get the vibe of like he's not in there. I've never seen the Seinfeld interview with Larry King. I know you've seen it. Oh, yeah, have you heard he's like your show was canceled right?
Starting point is 00:16:57 Or something like that 75 million That is a while like there's a moment where it's like, yeah, man, like, go ahead and flex. You're free to be as cock as you want. Most watch finale in Asher TV. Like, cancel. Cancel, do you know why? Wale uses that in a massive amount of.
Starting point is 00:17:19 And then you, Jerry. That's a good limited game, I reckon. That's really good. Ah, Larry King. I was having fun. There's a couple guys that's a good, that's a good, that's a good, limited, big American. That's really good. Ah, Larry King. I was having a fight. There's a couple guys that I'm interested in seeing. On the circuit. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:33 I'm a big fan of Shane Gillis. I think he's hilarious. Oh, yeah. I think Shane is hilarious. He's coming to Fort Lauderdale September 16th. Yeah. And I think I want to go, but there's like a fight that night. And like due to some contractual obligations possibly here at the show
Starting point is 00:17:46 Like I may need to do with a fight a fight night the fight so not even got anywhere It's Valentina chef Shanko versus Alexa Grasso too for their title But it's not a big deal if something doesn't go through if something does go through then I have to do it But if not, I'd like to go to Shane Shane goes. I think he's he's hilarious. It's changed funny. I like that whole crew Sam Moral's funny Mark Norman. I like that whole crew Sam or else funny Mark Norman I saw he has a something new on Netflix Yeah, I'm a yeah, I'm a comedy
Starting point is 00:18:17 Bakes That's because I just described you know, I'm like do you know Mark Norman? He's like, no, I don't know who you talking about me He's like, no, I don't know who you're talking about. He's the guy, he's like, amity, amity. Damn, you know what I'm like, oh Mark Norman. You know what's funny? I discovered Mark Norman from his tweets. Like I saw a thesis I've fallen on Twitter. I was like, oh it's funny,
Starting point is 00:18:34 and then like on Instagram, I saw, oh that's the guy, and I'm like, oh shit, he's actually funny. I went and saw him at the seller in New York. How was that? Fucking amazing. Yeah. I mean like, that's my shit. I love the one thing I love.
Starting point is 00:18:47 It's a hobby. There you go. A standard comedy. You're like, why should I work out their stuff? Like, don't show me your one hour special. I want to go to the club. Let me see, let me show you your work. And especially with midweek.
Starting point is 00:18:59 Like a Wednesday in New York, LA, you find me in the comedy club. Oh, yeah. Because in, like, when you even, like, when they come to Daniel, whatever, that's cool, but that's, okay, this is- That's really, that's not just working out. This isn't just working out. When we were in LA, remember Brad Williams hooked us up.
Starting point is 00:19:16 We got to see- As a store. Yeah, we just were on, I'm like, the best night. Brad was up there, we saw the guy, the roast, the rep master general was doing- Oh, yeah, bro, we saw a whole creed. You guys go to the, was doing a jet-fraud. Yeah, we saw a whole crew. You guys go to the belly room? We were in the main room.
Starting point is 00:19:27 We were in the comedy room. That's the store. The store, when we parked inside that garage and had to lift the game. Do you know what the car is? No. And then we went back after, it must have been like 11 or 12, not that late.
Starting point is 00:19:39 On the gate, the car was just clueless. And we were like, holy shit, how do we get out? Because it's a rental car, we have to be at the convention center like six in the morning for content. And we're like, what are we doing? I'm like, I'm just gonna lift it. Did I look at the game? Was it like a grill gate? Yeah, like a grill gate.
Starting point is 00:19:54 Oh my god. And those are usually like locked. Yeah, like, so I start lifting and I'm like, I said, this is what we, we didn't go get the car. I'm like, I pushed it up and it went like three stories high. I was like, guys, he's gay. When he was like, guys, I don't like this.
Starting point is 00:20:08 I'm like, go get the car. Dude, I pushed it up and it goes, and it went all the way up like three stories and never came down. Oh, wow. So, and then on top of that, we had to lift open the actual gate. Like the arm gate, yeah.
Starting point is 00:20:21 I left that shit up too. That shit up too. We used to do that shit in college all the time. I like my movies. It was second dumb thing, yeah. I left that shit up to the fucking... We used to do that shit in college all the time. I like my movies. It was like a dumb thing, man. We would park at the parking deck, and then I don't feel like, they... I shit.
Starting point is 00:20:32 I just left the gate up. I just drive out. Security around like gates and parking places. Where is that, it must be like... Where is that abuse the most? It's like the subway station, right? People hopped that shit all the time. I hopped the turnstile. I was gonna say college campuses, definitely.
Starting point is 00:20:48 If there's not someone there, college kids will get away with it. I think I've told a story on Mr. Craig before, but for new listeners who don't know. I haven't heard. So at FIU, I had an issue where, for a while, I don't know why I couldn't get the parking decal. Like there was an issue where I couldn't get
Starting point is 00:21:04 the parking decal, and what I would do is, I had't know why I couldn't get like the parking decal. Like there was an issue I couldn't get the parking decal. And what I would do is, I had accrued so many tickets. Actually, Danny GQ, we went to college together, we had a bunch of classes together. He's nodding, he didn't even read that a lot of tickets. He literally has to have a party with the panther. So me and Danny would go to class at BBC, which is Biscay and Bay campus,
Starting point is 00:21:20 which is like 151st and Biscay, like super far. I live in Kendall, it's a hallhouse, I would drive like 45 minutes to an hour. So what I would do is I would drive up, and then I had this license plate, like an old license plate. So I got so many tickets that what I would do is, I would go and I would unscrew the license plate, put the other license plate back in,
Starting point is 00:21:41 they write me tickets and I'd just throw them away. And then at the end, I'd switch and leave. So I had a secondary license plate of all the parking tickets, and they never sent them to me. Can campus police parking tickets that bleed over to the real world? No, fake. That's not what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:21:56 I can just not reach it. I've never been like, the Arizona State and I power on campus, because I gotta do something. And I gotta ticket, I'm like, I don't go to school here, man. You'll see, you're like, good luck. Trying to get here, man. See, I'm like, good luck trying to get this. Ooh, we're gonna hold your transcripts. I'm like, yeah, okay.
Starting point is 00:22:10 Is there anyone in our video department you didn't grow up with? Um, Jason, Fuentah. Jason, maybe? Jason Fuentah's what's going to. Everybody else, I can't even. Titanate. Titanate group, yeah, man.
Starting point is 00:22:23 So I did that. Pause up. And then let's see what are the phologous things that I do in college besides the plate switch was crazy because I wanted to. But it was next level. It was next level. It was out of necessity. I had like $500 or $600 a parking ticket.
Starting point is 00:22:37 When I was in college, we had this handicap decal. Like Jim Carrey and Larry. Like I'm taking this. It's like, we had a handicap decal like Jim Carrey and I like I'm taking this We had a handicap decal like scandal because like my roommate was Making handicapped. Oh, yeah, and just everyone so like but you know what was it was the football players Who all like abused the hell out of because they would say they would park like Sideways like assholes and like and like clearly come out like bounce out like
Starting point is 00:23:08 they didn't even do it. You can't even like give me a little limp or like that's a 40 time out of the car like screw. No, no, no. And then they cracked down on that hard after that but man that was a
Starting point is 00:23:18 time man. Like I think what things I did in college and I'm glad social media and like YouTube wasn't a thing, because fuck, man, we would've... 100 times over, we would've screwed ourselves over, man. I got in one fight in college. About? It was like bar fight, or it was drunk.
Starting point is 00:23:37 It was at the dorms. It was out around the dorms. And it was just my drunk roommate. Honestly, don't remember how it started. It was just something where I'm like, oh, we walked by two guys, oh, my roommate, saying some of them, oh shit, they're fighting. Oh, no, there's two of them.
Starting point is 00:23:52 Brando. So now it's like, fuck, I have to go fight this guy. Like it was just one of the, like, next thing I know, I'm like in a tussle of the guy, I got a punch out, but like my cheap curt the next day, and I was like, deleting all over my leg. I have no recollection of like the actual like, my cancels, but I just know that it,
Starting point is 00:24:06 I was just like, shit. What is your roommate say afterward? He was just like, appreciate you got my back right. I appreciate you. Listen to this story. We got together, we died together. Something along the line.
Starting point is 00:24:16 Listen to this story, right? A name I've said on the show many a time, John Budish. JB. No one knows who he is. Yeah, you know, there you go. So John Budish was my roommate like 15 years ago. I wore for Boudish. J.B. No one knows who he is. Yeah, you know Boudish. There you go. So John Boudish was my roommate like 15 years ago. I wore for the suns, he was wearing for the dynamics.
Starting point is 00:24:30 And the reason I know him is because his best friend went to grad school with. Yeah. And so he said, hey man, I heard you had an extra room like cause Boudish is like, I'm like, yeah, cool. I knew I'm like, we played ball together, but like, I didn't know, no. So that first weekend he moved in and shit, and I was like, hey, you wanna just knew I'm like, we played ball together, but like, I didn't know, no. So that first weekend, he moved in and shit, and then I was like, hey, you want to just,
Starting point is 00:24:48 you want to go out and get a drink? Like, sure, we go to Mill Avenue, that's where the college was, right? While we're there, I'm having a drink. Meanwhile, he's over here talking to some girl, I'm like, whatever. She's dancing with them, everything looks great. I'm like, what is this? And all of a sudden, like, next thing I know, some do walk, some boyfriends. Boyfriend?
Starting point is 00:25:04 Yeah, that's my girl, what you're gonna tell my girlfriend? And BlueG said something along the lines of like, well, she clearly didn't have no problems. Like, she was into it whatever. So then this other guy comes with them. And now that it's like two on one, and they're just saying it's getting heated. And I'm saying at the point, I'm like,
Starting point is 00:25:20 oh, I should probably do something to you. Let me see what's happening. Let me show. So it starts Let me see what's happening. Let me see what's happening. Let me see what's happening. Let me see what's happening. Let me see what's happening. Let me see what's happening.
Starting point is 00:25:30 Let me see what's happening. Let me see what's happening. Let me see what's happening. Let me see what's happening. Let me see what's happening. Let me see what's happening. Let me see what's happening. Let me see what's happening.
Starting point is 00:25:38 Let me see what's happening. Let me see what's happening. Let me see what's happening. Let me see what's happening. Let me see what's happening. Let me see what's happening. Let me see what's happening. Let me see what's happening. Let me see what's happening. Let me see it's gonna be pretty awkward if he's all fucked up. The bathroom, what happened? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:46 So I get in there and right as a shoved, I punch it dude, like a whole boo-ha-ha comes out. They break us up somehow the bouncers, everyone around them, like those guys are cool, those guys started to the other guy, so we actually looked out and I was like wow, we had a drink of the bomb, like what a, like what a transformer like yeah, then and we try out to fight like this this is right Yeah, we doubt it exactly like do you know this motherfucker does not remember this at all at all at all You like the couple years later. You like dude remember like what yeah,, it's exactly how it is what fight. I've never been in a fight That would be great you could go back in time and see it's not actually JB it was you fight for some other guy He's like I was wondering why you got in that fight with no, it's just weird cuz I thought like
Starting point is 00:26:41 Damn man like I should have let you ask it get beat then. You wouldn't have remembered anyway. I'm necessarily risked for myself in this. Man, to be young. The one part, the one part about being bigger than people sometimes when I go on to- No, I'm not surprised. No one else to fight me, which is good. Cause I'm a lover and not a fighter,
Starting point is 00:26:59 but like I'll throw hands, right? Like, we'll scrap if we need to. But luckily I've never been tried to that point where somebody like gets in my face and is like, what do throw hands, right? Like, we'll scrap if we need to. But luckily, I've never been tried to that point where somebody like gets in my face and it's like, what do you know? Someone like offend you and then you like stand up and they're like, oh, okay. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:11 That's what happened, that's what happened. For sure. Oh, like the war. Like they're ready and then they, oh, oh. Yeah, it's like a smaller guy's like sets up. That's like group to me or something. And then like, I kind of like sit up and they're like,
Starting point is 00:27:22 oh, we just like, this guy. One of my best friends, Alex is like six, he's he's used that so many times of just like wait I think there's there's there an issue here is there a problem like this there's a disagreement with a friend of mine you just stand it's like holy shit okay everything's everyone's cool my buddy he's a team security for the Utah Jazz and he's like this really big, bro, like dude. And I'm like, this can't be functional. Like at some point, like, you can't move the arms. And he says, but the flip side is,
Starting point is 00:27:53 no one wants to start shit. I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I go, I as far as like teet, like, like, higher ups, people, middlemen, people like that, they're like security guards. Do you have somebody in mind that like if they knew their story, all guy for the heat, like, like, the picture, the picture like, do you know somebody that nobody else knows that if people knew their story, they would be like, holy shit, this is a really interesting person. There's a lot of people like that. That's a reality. There's a lot of characters in that if people knew their story, they would be like, holy shit, this is a really interesting person. There's a lot of people like that. That's a reality.
Starting point is 00:28:27 There's a lot of characters in and around the league and different. And again, some of them are like, the security guys, security guys, because they see everything, know everything. So that's why they all have great stories. I find athletic trainers are hilarious because they're all kind of the same dude. It's a guy and he drinks a lot and he calls players on bullshit all the time.
Starting point is 00:28:51 I'm a blunt person and they make me blush. Jesus Christ. You know this guy is? No, I'm just like, no, just say shit. We had, I'm not going to see the player's name, but the player was having a particularly bad, like, is it strict? Stretcher games? He was cold, right?
Starting point is 00:29:12 And so, it was during practice, and guy rummages around in the cooler, tries to get a gatorade, and he's like, oh, these are all warm, I was like, are there any cold ones? And my man says, put in your shooting hand, it should freeze up real quick. Oh my god.
Starting point is 00:29:25 Like it's already got like, you know, we're the world of yeah, it's self conscious about the adjabar boasted and not like. Oh, oh, LB is my god man. I'm just kidding.
Starting point is 00:29:37 That's all I was trying to think of shooters on those sons to you. I couldn't reach it. So. Okay. Well, the queue was the Nubian? He wouldn't say if the names we said he's like, just make sure it's not the name.
Starting point is 00:29:50 I got that half too, because if you say the name, I won't deny it. But if you say the wrong name, I won't say not. Because I love doing that too. When someone tells me a story, I was actually in New York with some of the metal like people. One guy just went crazy like, wow, I was actually in New York with some of the metal-like people. One guy just went crazy, like, wow.
Starting point is 00:30:06 I was gonna do that. Yeah, so Bimble didn't like you. I totally do that. I do that on air when people are telling stories. It's a great move. It is a great move. Who's got the most plus job in the NBA? Anyone who is an advisor or consultant,
Starting point is 00:30:24 because all that is is basically. I wouldn't do that if I were you and then just get a check in the mail. It's crazy, dude. How do you get one of those jobs? You got to be one of these OGs, man. You got to be like Jerry West or Chris Mullin back in the day
Starting point is 00:30:37 or now John Hanley. I'm in Angelo somewhere. Yeah, you've got to been around for a while enough for someone to be like, I want you around. Like, I think at this point, I might be tenured enough, totally to be a consultant for sure.
Starting point is 00:30:54 I feel like we have a foot in the door to do that at some point for like metal arc and Dan. Interesting. Like, obviously, we're doing the show now for years and years. But like, ten years from now, it should be like, Dan, I'll just be the consultant. I'll consult them. You have to do the same.
Starting point is 00:31:07 There's a new show now, like it's all different people and like Dan's gone, but it's like, we need someone to just look over it so it still has the feel of the old Levitard Shop. I'll be that consultant. That's definitely very nice. Six figure salad just like chilling. Come in on Mondays and Wednesdays, just like that.
Starting point is 00:31:20 And the crazy thing is those consulting gigs you could have as many of them as you want because you're just consulting one person Or a team right so they're like oh, I'm a consultant for the Denver Nuggets Hey, yo, it's just really good just keep feeding them. Yeah, but it's kind of crazy stuff Like it's really comes out of the city. I wouldn't do that if I were you like or my favorite this is this is a great This is a great NBA consultant way of talking it just yeah, I mean that sounds like a good idea. If you want to get everybody fired,
Starting point is 00:31:49 I'm like, oh, you set them up. Oh my god, tear them down. Like there's gotta be some guy for Andrew Miami right now, some consultant. That's like, messy. That's the idea. My idea. He's like, guys, don't say you guys know,
Starting point is 00:32:00 and that was my idea. I brought that up in the meeting room. Here's the board of somebody's, they get in everybody's, and they're like, man, in her Miami, you know, we gotta figure it out, make a big splash. One guy in the back's like, let's get messy. I love it.
Starting point is 00:32:11 I love it. And then, like in Tropic Thunder, what that guy said. Yeah. I love that dude, man. We gotta make it less. It's got messy. Like, holy shit, what an idea. And the guy actually meant, let's get all like, yeah, let's get messy guys.
Starting point is 00:32:27 Come on, mess things up. Yeah. And the guy understood him as the player. It's like, oh, yeah, that's what I meant. I meant, let's get the real messy. Now, like, let's not mess things up. Let's get messy, you know, everybody's like, thanks, thanks guys. That's just how he talks.
Starting point is 00:32:40 That's just how he talks to Salingo. When the hat man's, he's just going to be like, oh, you're welcome. It's what all the kids are saying these days. Let's really tough. That's just how he talks. It's a lingo. He's in a hat. When it happens, he's just gonna be like, it's all the kids. You're welcome. So all the kids are saying these days, let's get messing. That's crazy. Somebody won big on that, by the way.
Starting point is 00:32:52 Well, let me just say this right now. Let me just say this right now. Yeah. I'm over it. The messy thing? I'm over the messy. I checked into my room last night. I look outside.
Starting point is 00:33:02 It's dark, but outside is bright light coming in. Cause one of these buildings downtown has like literally 20 stories of just welcome messy to Miami and stuff. I'm seeing pink everywhere, I'm like relax. Everyone's faking it. Everyone's faking it. I mean like, of course.
Starting point is 00:33:16 There's like, yeah, it doesn't care. Like, I've been getting in this debate. My dad is just like, the city is a buzz. I'm like, look. Dad, you learn plantations. There are soccer fans. Like there are people in the Hispanic community. Like there are people that are genuinely excited about this.
Starting point is 00:33:31 For the most part, like my dad's like, this is way bigger than LeBron coming here. I'm like, I feel more of a buzz. Of course. Like around my high for five years on LeBron. Like, I don't know, I don't wanna poo poo the messy thing, but it's just, it doesn't. No, it's not.
Starting point is 00:33:47 And I was there last night, like, it's fun, but it's just not. It's just not enough. Maybe it's that stadium that's at Stadia. You guys, Groot is out there, like, you Kardashian, I'm like, you know what, man? Like, let's be honest. Kim Kardashian was there because of her kid,
Starting point is 00:33:58 I saw it in the movie. It's not like she was trying to be around the thing. She said her son wanted it. Of course, they don't wanna be around the thing, man. Which I get it, like if you're a group, like, that's your job. Yeah, you have to remiss her night life. Do we have to describe who Groot is? No, I think people know.
Starting point is 00:34:12 Dave Grootman, who's the owner of Liv and clubs and the rest of the guy from the Guardians of the Galaxy. Not I am Groot, no. Not Vin Diesel. But, yeah, man, it's just like, I'm like, looking at all that DJ Khaled is playing. It's a place to be seen Let's go go. It is. Let's go golf. It's up with him and golfer. I don't know. Is he good? I've seen some I've seen some clips of him having decent shots
Starting point is 00:34:34 Does it all? I'm actually curious because you see it so much on his social media. Is it a bit or is he actually taking it up? It seems like he does is it a bit or is he actually taking it up? It seems like he does. Call for life, his life is like a bit. DJ Khaled. His life is not a bit. No, I think he's like getting into golf a little bit.
Starting point is 00:34:50 He is who he is. He is who he is. He's like Stugots. There is no bit. It's completely blurred between character and reality. So in his real life, when someone's like, how's that toast? I like that. Like literally, he's not just gonna be like, it's good.
Starting point is 00:35:04 I'm just who you're. I've got a lot of friends in the music industry and they be like, it's good. I'm just curious. I got a lot of friends in the music industry and they're like, that's how he is. That's kind of. It's not like when the camera's all, he's like, all right man, here's the plan. Here's the plan. Okay, are you all on the hunt?
Starting point is 00:35:14 They're coming back. Yo! Like he doesn't, it's not a switch that flips. That's who he is. Who's the most different, you think? Like, I think Eminem's totally different from his own. Hey guys, what's up? And I'm like, no, M&M is like,
Starting point is 00:35:28 when he looks super zoned out, I don't like, that's who he is. Yeah. I think who's the most different? Like, Drake, I think the most different from his real, from his music persona to who he really is, I think it's Drake. Drake's, oh man, I got it.
Starting point is 00:35:43 I'm kidding. I'm kidding. Can'll get off screen. Can Eminem just like go to Chili's? No. Which picture in Eminem? What do you know what? You don't want? You just don't think it's impersonators.
Starting point is 00:35:53 Eminem with a hat on can go to Chili's. That dark beard. Depends on where though. Like, not in Michigan. Not in Michigan. Now I can't do in Michigan. But like, he could go to Chili's like here. Yeah. Like is like the one up in, um,
Starting point is 00:36:07 and base up? Yeah, right there, no one, and it's a sad show. No one would know. I was looking at that the other day, I was looking out the window because we were right across the street from base side and I'm just like, we never go there.
Starting point is 00:36:18 Like I would think that'd be like a lunch spot out where we said. Like what's the bubble gum? Yeah, like I think you could absolutely go in there no one would know. What's the place that used to be Hooters? It's a black, black market, I think it's just like the bubble gum gum. Yeah, like I think you could absolutely go in there knowing what's the place that used to be hooters It's a black black market. I think black market. We had a beer though after a game once upstairs It's not bad, but base side. Yeah, you should be a hooters. Yeah Base side dude is just it has so much promise for what it could be and just sucks It's just like I'm a tourist here. Oh my god. Anyway, there's a just sucks. It's just like a touristy, right? Oh my God.
Starting point is 00:36:45 Anyway, there's a bubblegum, it's a tourist factory. They just, just line them up and roll them high. That's getting the head nod. Everybody knows, real Miami is no. If you go to Bayside, it's like, oh, did you just get here? Like, why are you going to Bayside?
Starting point is 00:36:57 The only reason to go to Bayside is because you went to a game. For a heat game. Or after. After a heat game and you're waiting for traffic to die down. Yeah, that's the only reason. My dad does done a bit about people on vacation complaining about being in touristy areas. It's like, you're the turrets.
Starting point is 00:37:14 God, the person on vacation, that's like, we gotta get somewhere less turrets. It's like, you're the issue. My dad is the guy that, like, no matter where we go, we can go to Paris, right? He wants to go to, as he calls it, the real neighborhoods. Why do you want this? You're making it not a local spot when you go there.
Starting point is 00:37:42 It's not even that. It's not even like, it's like- We're the locals eat. It's not even that. It's not even like, it's like- We're the locals eat. It's not even where the locals eat. Like he wants to see like neighborhood. Yeah. Like where people live. I'm like, who cares?
Starting point is 00:37:52 You want to go to the suburbs, dad? Like, for what? Not even like suburbs, like not nice parts. Like, who wants to go to the suburbs? He wants to go to the suburbs. Like, but everywhere we go, it's like, when can we go to, I'm like, why do you want to go to this? It's like, dad, we're going on vacation for a reason.
Starting point is 00:38:06 I'm gonna get away from this. It's such a good point, my dad. Terresty. Terresty. This place is too touristy. Dude, you know what? So I'm going to Europe in August and I've been doing a lot of my due diligence of like where to go.
Starting point is 00:38:22 I love a pre-vacation. That's me. I'm a big planner. You do? Yeah, I'm a huge fan. doing a lot of my due diligence of like where to go, the best stuff, right? Love a pre-vacation, like what do I want to do there? I'm a big planner. You do? Yeah, I'm pretty meals, we've got booked already in like 15. Really? Like the reservations and everything?
Starting point is 00:38:31 Yeah, the reservations. I can't live like that. The problem is, where you go in Europe, it's hard because the time difference, the all these different things, you're just like, all right, how do I eat? And there's some times where, if you don't have a reservation, you're not getting it.
Starting point is 00:38:43 I'm gonna tell you right now, man. I know this is gonna fly in the face of people who like Paintingly plan vacations. That's what I like. Paintings are you playing them? I like landing Going and like I'm hungry that place right there. No, y'all nothing. That looks like a great. I like that menu. Let's go That's crazy. That's crazy. The best restaurants. I has turned I G and Tiktok has changed the game because now I can just look and be like oh this place has fire fetichini Alfredo like this is where a fetichini Alfredo Was born in Italy perfect. I'm going let me make a reservation my issue is this as I've been doing the research I've become very weary of pick pockets
Starting point is 00:39:20 I'm very very weary of pick pockets Have you seen these on TikTok? Yes, have you seen the people that are from Greece know what the pickpockers look like and they've been blown up their spot on social media like like it's a bit crattered area and you'll see somebody look at this person right here. Attention, attention, and then the person, you can tell, let me see if I can find it. That's shit ain't real. No, dude, it is a thousand.
Starting point is 00:39:50 You don't know what I mean, the people hold. They ask. They ask. The people hold. The way they say it. They're always like, bleep you, like they're mad at you. They're doing that. They're always like, why would they want their spa
Starting point is 00:40:01 a little bit? Why would you think, why would they want? Because they're not pig pockets. They're just people who create content for TikTok. They want the attention of being, looking like they're pig pockets. Yes, because it'll get the views. Yes, because who catches pig pockets?
Starting point is 00:40:12 I can't see any more than a pig pocket. Pig pocket, there. Let's see a name walk away. I can't see any more than a pig pocket. Which one is the pig pocket? This guy. What's one as a pick Fox guy? Do you only got to be funding? See that guy's actually acting like it might not be like they act way more guilty more usually In yes, it's not guilty. But a guy who's not guilty would also not walk out of the train or fairies about to take the real question though is How do you get good at pickpocketing because it's a practice dude practice? Are you gonna give Tony Schiff or showing that on the phone?
Starting point is 00:40:57 That's a call back. No, it's a video. That's a video. That's a from That's a video with sound that was okay. It's more just like look at this post. But it was more of the sound that we wanted to talk about, which is like the lady calling out all the pick pockets. But do these pick pockets like a haul ass? This guy didn't run away. But usually they like cover their face.
Starting point is 00:41:15 I think it's real. We could do the same fucking video right now, in base side right now. Right. Why would somebody like you be the one recording? You be like the two like what? And then I just book it and run. And it was like oh my god, he caught a pick pocket. You'll be the one recording. You'll be the like the two, like what? And then I'll just book it and run. And it was like, oh my god,
Starting point is 00:41:26 he caught a pick pocket. Let's see that 11th time, see if it goes viral. Yeah, let's see. With the same. Yes, yes. But so what are you doing? What's next? So I have like a front bag as everybody feels like it has now.
Starting point is 00:41:38 So I'm gonna put all of my stuff there and just keep that shit like high and tight NFL running back style. Have you ever been pick pocketed? Never, but I'm very, very, very, very aware of it. Yeah, I wish they would. Right. Grab their hand.
Starting point is 00:41:51 But it's the way that I've seen these things where it's like they tap you on one side to draw your attention here and then they get you. It's like, I feel like if I don't care if you tap my left shoulder, I'm going to feel a hand going into my freaking pocket. You know what I want to do? Like how are they? I want to know the training. You know what I want?
Starting point is 00:42:04 I want when they try to pick know the train you know what I want I want when they got a pick pocket me and then they hit me whatever and then turn on and I turn on and I go like this is like is this your why Oh stop It's like so impressive that they're not even mad Yeah like you tried to pick pocket me
Starting point is 00:42:20 check your pocket You're like what the fuck Ugh Gross I got a video to show you Check your pocket. You're like, oh, what the fuck? Oh, gross. I got a video to show you. This is not for air. Well then, you should probably wait. But yeah, so I'm worried about the pick pocket thing. So what I want to do is a pick pocket to try it,
Starting point is 00:42:38 but I have nothing in my pockets. How do they know? How do you get good at that? You should put shit in your pockets. Just like, oh yeah. I wanna say a documentary on the shitty pickpocketers. The people that get caught every time they do it. It's like, hey, this is my job.
Starting point is 00:42:54 I've been doing it for 30 years. It's like, watch it. This is simple. And it's like, the hang is slap-toothed. So I'm terrified of pickpockets. Just why? Even in Miami, I'm always aware of what I'm having. I would just add my hand up.
Starting point is 00:43:08 I would just add my hand up. I would just add my hand up. I would just add my hand up. I would just add my hand up. I would just add my hand up. I would just add my hand up. I would just add my hand up. I would just add my hand up.
Starting point is 00:43:16 I would just add my hand up. I would just add my hand up. I would just add my hand up. I would just add my hand up. I would just add my hand up. I would just add my hand up. I would just add my hand up. I would just add my hand up.
Starting point is 00:43:24 I would just add my hand up. I would just add my hand up. I would just add my hand up. I would just add my hand up. I would just add my hand up. You think they've evolved with the zipper? They can do the zip. They can do the zip. Yes, because I've heard they have one with the slit, they literally slit your pants. And just take it. And then like, and it drops or whatever they take it like that. Or is it the back pocket I think, maybe? I don't know, but the back of the back of the back.
Starting point is 00:43:38 How did I end up in that career? You're like, as a pick pocket, it's a pick pocket. I mean, it's my skill. Like, they don't know we're all born like good at something. They're in an orphanage, you're falling with the wrong crowd. The game, dude, just, it's my skill. Like, they don't know we're all born like good at something. You're in an orphanage, you're falling with the wrong crowd. The game, dude, just, it happens. You grow up on some of the tracks. Everyone kind of has that thing that they're great at.
Starting point is 00:43:52 Like, it's like, that's just my skill, man. I'm just a pick-pocketing. Great at it. Do you think like other like, smashing grab guys are like, that's the, pick-pocketing. It's all, like, please. And I'm like, I wish you would try to stop me. Exactly. Advice versus other pick-pockets, like, you guys have no artistry. I wish you would try to stop me. It's advice for us, or the pickpocket's like,
Starting point is 00:44:06 you guys have no artistry. I don't think we're gonna, oh, anyone could just hit someone on the head and take some master to be able to take it. You could also at some point, just that if you're feeling like, this is a pick, there's a lot of people here. This could be a pickpocket.
Starting point is 00:44:19 Just pull that, get your wife to just start yelling out. Attention! And just get her feel for her. I should get the sounder. Just get her feel for you. I should get the sounder. Just get her feel for you. I'll just play the sound loud as fuck. And it's the wrong language, though. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:44:30 They're like, what's the guy playing? What's he doing here? Ah, life. Is that a new segment? Yeah. I'm still a little confused how you already have 15 reservations. Right. Is there like, what type are we eating? Like, all the same, like, what kind of food? Like, I know, like, obviously. I'm still a little confused how you already have 15 reservations. Right.
Starting point is 00:44:45 Is there like, what type are we eating like all the set, like, what kind of food? I know, obviously. So we're going to, let's see, six different cities, two different countries. So we're going to be in Italy for about eight days, eight or nine days, and then we're going to be in... Where are you going really? For eight or nine days. Where in Italy are you going? Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:03 Nice little euro, the euro step. We're going to Rome. We're going to be in Rome for like two and a half days, and we're going to Florence for two eight or nine days. Where in Italy you going? Yeah, yeah. That's a little Euro, the Euro step. We're going to Rome. We're going to be in Rome for like two and a half days. And we're going to Florence for two and a half days. Oh, my God. Then we're going to Post-Itano for two and a half days. Florence is like my favorite city ever. Really?
Starting point is 00:45:13 I spent time in Florence. The food in Florence, dude. I mean, Rome is great. It's like more touristy. There is things I have there. But there's like the good stuff to do there. And like the nightlife's cool in Rome. But man, just Florence.
Starting point is 00:45:24 Does go out. Do you guys go out? I did. Well, the nightlife school in Rome, but man just Florence You guys go out you guys go out. I did well I was like when I went out in Rome. It was like I was like barely I was like 20 So I was like able to go out, but I wasn't so it was like one of those things me and my brother But that was a shit. Yeah It's funny like I like I don't typically go out when I go but like last place I went to a Scotland I went to Edinburgh and Edinburgh's fun. Dude, I Never heard I thought it was way better than London. Like people like I Edinburgh might be one of my favorite cities ever really
Starting point is 00:45:54 It was it was going out It's all of it. I had to do fun nights and much y'all Nice and friendly and it was it was it was just. Like, I had a great time in Scotland. Like, I want, like, it's one of those places where, I'm like, I wanna go back. I could never go to London again, I'll be fine. But Edinburgh, like, I wanna go back. Really?
Starting point is 00:46:13 Interesting. So you got a bunch of good restaurants in Italy, so figure a lunch. Lunch is different, because you can kind of just kind of pick a good one. I'll go here and there for lunch, exactly. But, but didn't- Are you saying stone, almost like every night?
Starting point is 00:46:26 Like, what, you guys have any, like what if you like are walking throughout the day, you're like, oh, I'd like to go here tonight, but no, we have reservations that. The thing is, I've painstakingly greased her, scoured through the internet to find the places that my wife and I want to eat. Okay, so we set all that stuff up.
Starting point is 00:46:41 So we have that adventure time during the day to be able to like, oh, I wanna get those Panini sandwiches that you see all over the room. Like, let's go get them. But at night, we're doing the staples doing a place that's famous for Cabinar. We're doing a place that's famous for Fediginia Freida. We're doing a place that's famous for Spaghetti.
Starting point is 00:46:55 I'm gonna come with you. I'm bringing like 16 people with me. So you guys wanna come too? Yeah. Oh, you're going with the whole group? That's no, no, but I'll say like, I'll come with you from here. Kristen's always been like, hey, can I go whole group? No, no, but I'll say like, I'll be with you from here. Like, Kristen's always been like,
Starting point is 00:47:05 Hey, can I go with you and you're like, ah, sure. Question, do you ever, if you're overseas, forever a day where you break down, like, I just need some McDonald's. Just gonna be like, I do like, I checked out the Italian McDonald's for sure. Really? In Rome, actually.
Starting point is 00:47:21 I'll picture it. Went in Rome. It was fine. They have their own like menu though, right? Yeah. There's some classics, but they do their own stuff. I honestly don't remember specifics about the menu, but I checked it out.
Starting point is 00:47:31 Like a McPizza? Yeah, McPizza. Probably be fire. The chicken sandwich in Paris was like, oh my, this is not the regular thing. You're like, what is this? They don't listen to what they give us over here, man. That's not the slop they feed us over.
Starting point is 00:47:44 But at the same time, the flip side is, it's like the sizes for everything. Like their super size is literally hour like. Medium. Not even our medium. Like, really? Our medium is their super size, you know? Our medium blows their mind.
Starting point is 00:47:59 Like whoah, who could do so much? Go, go, go, go, go, go, go. I'm like, it's a medium, buddy, shut up. Relax, man. You know, we got bigger sides. Everything's bigger in the United States. We like, we show them like that circle cave the first, the first mustard, like that.
Starting point is 00:48:13 You know, you're like, ah. So I have that. I got reservations for like bars and certain things because it's different, right? Yeah, it's, you just can't show up. You can't just walk in and have a drink anymore.
Starting point is 00:48:30 I did an American pub crawl. It was basically just a bunch of Americans. But the best, I remember wishing I was this guy. The guy running the tour for this Italian in Rome, Pub Crawl, was this just this American dude, like in his early 20s, just like, he's like dude. He's just like dude, the machine, the tourists come here, do this tour with me,
Starting point is 00:48:53 and I part, like he was just like, he's cleaning up essentially, he was what he was like. Yeah, it's a blank. What do you think, this is when you were 20, what do you think he's doing? I don't know, that thing, hopefully. 15 years later, like an Uber driver in Italy. Oh, way, oh, my God. You had this guy part laying this like, What do you think he's doing? I don't know. That thing hopefully 15 years later like an Uber driver in Italy
Starting point is 00:49:13 You had this guy parlaying this like the Empire but continually doing it and like getting other people you have them like still doing the same I don't think I think he was working like I don't think he wrote owned that tour I think he was just the guy that was like hey, I'm the fun guy I have a parlaying into like an entertainment empire. Like, like his name is Johnny, Johnny America. I just remember at the time. Johnny Rosona. I just remember at the time being like, this guy's got the life.
Starting point is 00:49:36 Yeah. Cause like I'm just visiting, he's just like, this guy's like, this guy's like wrong. He's like in his 20s. He's over-riding, which is all these American tourists that are looking to have the time of their life in Rome. And he's like, Crushing like, oh, who's your modesty? And I remember exactly, exactly.
Starting point is 00:49:49 Man, this guy, it doesn't not have a figure out. You can get very cheap, real estate in houses abroad, like in Italy and Greece and all this other place, but the problem is to get over there. In Rome? Yeah, not in Rome, but like on the countryside. Yeah, in the countryside, I've seen those tiktoks as well. It's like you can buy this for a dollar, and I was like, wow!
Starting point is 00:50:08 Well, you have like, it needs so much for a dollar. It's 14 hours from everything. Yeah, it's like, you need a $100,000 just to make it livable. livable and also. And your transportation to get to all the normal stuff. And you live somewhere where, like, forget about not speaking English. They speak a certain kind of Italian. Even Italians are like, I don't understand this person.
Starting point is 00:50:28 I don't know this guy. I don't know. I mean, anything to promote, we're finishing up here. I'm a short-rate. Zinifo, this week we have, oh, the movie Congo, the Michael Crite movie Congo. Wow. I haven't heard that for a while.
Starting point is 00:50:41 Oh my god. I remember that movie though. Banger of an episode, definitely check it out. Sinophile, we got Oppenheimer and Barbie, big week. I'm gonna watch it, not this week because I'm gonna be out in Key West. I haven't seen either of them yet. Good thing I've produced a podcast.
Starting point is 00:50:56 But I want to see both of them. Bull take, I want to see both those movies. I can't get into Iconheimer. What? Yeah man, like it's sold out? Oh literally, I thought you were saying I can't get excited. Yeah, me too. I was't get into I can. What? Yeah man like it's sold out. Oh literally I thought you were saying I can't get excited. Yeah. Yeah. I was like how dude. That's a mute. That perfect movie for you. Into it. Yeah. I mean I a little cannot physically get into it. To said movie theater.
Starting point is 00:51:16 I'm gonna wait on Barbie though. Yeah. I'm good. This is I'm good for a little bit. Christopher Nolan. A little look at me. Lily. Why? I don't know. I'm just doing his job. And it's just, we get it. We get it. Your movies are unique. Like they're told with your tone, we got ya. I mean, he's like, all right, so we're gonna have the explosion.
Starting point is 00:51:35 All right, cool, how'd the effects guys on it? No. And then you don't get it. We're dropping in the top of our eyes. I want the explosion. No sound. It's like the guy in messy where he's like, he's like an atomic bomb.
Starting point is 00:51:46 And Christopher Nolan's like, got it, yes. Yes.
