Starting point is 00:00:00 You're listening to Giraffe King's Network. I just did the damn like, I don't know that. Wow. It was like a burp in your head. Yeah, I don't know. I don't think the podcast picks it up here. If it does, let me know on social media. But can you try to do it again? No. does, let me know on social media, but.
Starting point is 00:00:25 Can you try to do it again? No, no, it's just like how the body is. Yeah, I wish I- It's settling in the body. Yeah, all right, let's turn over, please. I was discussing. I want to keep that. No, we'll keep it in.
Starting point is 00:00:37 We're keeping it in. And Jeremy, you have my permission to just raise the levels on that awful, discussing noise. So I'm on these algos that introduce people into my life that I only know them as people that almost exclusively live on my IG pages, but the engagement numbers on these people are just bonkers.
Starting point is 00:01:04 And I know Blueface is a rapper. I've gathered that because I heard his name before, but also from the saga. He's one of these people. Is it Chrissy in Rock? Chrissy in Rock, yeah. She's one of these people. But then I encountered one of these people
Starting point is 00:01:21 a couple of weeks ago, and I was like, why is Peter Griffin? Why is like a human Peter Griffin on my IG right now? And it was this man who apparently is a hog. And he's dating someone named Gypsy Rose. Yes, Gypsy Rose Blanchett. What an intro to it. Hold on, how do you know the guy has a hog?
Starting point is 00:01:40 Because she says he has a hog. So she's been in jail for a long time, right? All right, so you also kind of know of this person, but you don't know who this person is. Jenny, my wife sold the show on Hulu. I didn't even know that the word is a show. Do you know, when I say Gypsy Rose, what is it, Blanchard? Yes.
Starting point is 00:01:56 I know what you're talking about. You don't know Gypsy. I'm looking it up right now. All right, well, hold on. Don't look it up. I just want to see it. Don't look it up. Take hog.
Starting point is 00:02:04 Oh, the guy. Yeah, what's it? What's my up. I just don't look it up. Don't look it up. Take hog. Oh, the guy. Yeah, what's my man's name? Peter Griffin. No idea. What's the comparison of this hog? Well, all we have is her word. Mm-hmm. It's been in jail for a long time.
Starting point is 00:02:16 Not seeing a lot of hog in jail. She came out. There is opportunity for hog in in jail. So I've heard. No, I don't know, the conchicle visits. Yeah. Are those real? Yeah, conchicle visits. You should go to jail and see. Yeah. Jeremy, do you know Gypsy Rose? I do. Yeah. I am fascinated by how much Gen Z loves Gypsy Rose. So I bring in the resident
Starting point is 00:02:38 in TikTok generation Gen Z experts, Jess and Lucy. I should say, I should have said earlier, she is famous because she had her mother killed. Yes. So, Gypsy Rose has become like a Gen Z icon, which is a little scary because she was in jail for having someone murder her mother. Her mother had, what was it called, Jeremy?
Starting point is 00:03:03 Munch, munch. Munch, munch, munch, munch, munch, munch, munch, munch, munch, munch, munch, munch, munch it called Jeremy? Munch, munch. On Chalzen by proxy. On Chalzen by proxy. And if you're my age, this is what M&M wrapped about when he had his beef with his mom, but he had the very same thing where his mom kept projecting illnesses. Also objects on HBO. Yes. Well, that was a spoiler. Yeah, I haven't seen that. My wife loves sharp vouchers. It was a creepy show. But that was the spoiler at the end of it. All right, so Gypsy Rose had her mom killed, but that would, no, not allegedly, like she served time for that.
Starting point is 00:03:34 All right, cool. Yeah, and she's like, cop to it. She's like, oh yeah, they had her killed. Just looking out for her. I like Chris's instincts, though. So what that disease is, is her mom basically was like, my daughter is very, very sick and
Starting point is 00:03:46 we need money and attention and all this stuff. So basically tortured her daughter for years where it's like because she wasn't very sick. Yeah, she wasn't sick. So they put her in a wheelchair. They had a bunch of her teeth taken out. They gave her a bunch of like medicine she didn't need. She had so many unnecessary surgeries because her mom was like, I'm convinced my daughter is sick.
Starting point is 00:04:04 Her daughter wasn't sick. They had like make a wish do stuff for like, it was just an absolutely insane, just like leveled of torture. So then I think Gypsy Rose started to kind of figure out what was going on. She got an internet like boyfriend. And immediately it was like, Hey, if you want to date,
Starting point is 00:04:19 we have to kill my mom. And he was like, I got you. I'm not even, I'm not even think twice. Say less. So then they killed her mother. They got caught pretty much immediately. He is still in jail, he'll be in jail for a super long time. She just recently got out of jail and like how long was she in jail?
Starting point is 00:04:39 A couple of seven or eight years. It was a 10 year sentence, I believe. So how did she gain fame? Because I mean, there're people that have circumstances surrounding their incarceration, that they don't become stars. So was there like a documentary on this, a popular podcast series?
Starting point is 00:04:56 Mommy Deiden Dearest on HBO. And Hulu did like a docu series sort of deal called The Act. It became like a very like, it's an insane story. So people really were like, hey, she's coming out of jail. Like we, if you have been waiting for this moment and then when she came out of jail, she immediately went to TikTok and Instagram
Starting point is 00:05:16 and has millions and millions of followers now. And that's when she came out and immediately was like, hey man, my new guy, wow, he's packet and we were like, hey girl, no one asked. Welcome back, no one asked. And now she's become this like Gen Z icon where it's, you know, you open up your TikTok page and it's like, like edits of her and you're like,
Starting point is 00:05:37 hey, y'all, is this a person we want to be idolizing right now? We need to normalize sharing penis sizes. I like this. More women should do this. That was your takeaway? Yeah, first. Well, no, if my wife spoke out though.
Starting point is 00:05:51 We'll do it at the same time, buddy. I'd be like, all right, yeah. What am I saying? The number. No, no, I'm not. Remember, this is not me revealing it. We like the idea of you guys that we have to when you get into relationship.
Starting point is 00:06:00 Okay. Like the one of the first things, like hey, me, my new boyfriend, Chris, he's eating. You wanna have, let's call it? It's call your wife did my voice go higher when I said that let's call your wife You think women don't talk about that Your phone's right there can I call a call call a miss Chris is so nervous right now
Starting point is 00:06:22 Chris is so nervous right now. How's this gonna go? What are we? We're talking about the way, bro. I feel like she'll know where I'm from. She's in a meeting at that great, higher story in the take-away. Yeah, we're just sharing. I'm a foreigner. All right.
Starting point is 00:06:32 Let's see this. This is gonna be bad. This is a bad idea, Chris. Poor blade. This is your idea. Hello. Hey, Kyle. I hate you.
Starting point is 00:06:40 All right, no. So everyone's, we're all calling our spouses. I'm not the first one to do this. We're talking about sizes. You know what? You know what? Oh my God. What? Give the number.
Starting point is 00:06:53 No. It's so large that she's like, I don't want to say that. It makes me feel bad. Alright, honey, I'm sorry for doing this. I love you. No, what's the number? What? Yeah, she hung up. She was just about to say, Tony and sorry for doing this. I love it. No, what's the number? Yeah, she hung up she was just about to say Tony and Jeremy
Starting point is 00:07:11 All right, Tony your neck I cannot believe that held by her vibe though. There is only so much you can put this woman through You can tell by her vibe though. There's only so much She was not a shame there. Yeah, I like, I'll say it, honey. Yeah. Like, you could tell in her voice that, so that was your idea. Tony, yeah. That went well. Tony, you're up.
Starting point is 00:07:31 Yeah. I'm not doing this. Yeah. Jeremy, you're really wet. Come on, get in there. Also, you can kind of tell Tony, you're good. He's got big hands. Yeah, I can't do this.
Starting point is 00:07:42 Like, what's that shoe? 13? 13, yeah. That's what I'm doing with this Peter Griffin guy. What's that shoe? 13? 13, yeah. 13. That's what I'm doing with this Peter Griffin guy. You look at the guy like this is no shock. It'd be shocking. I am the other way.
Starting point is 00:07:50 Oh yeah, he's a big day. He looks like Peter Griffin. He looks like he's like six two. Let me see. I don't think there's really much of a correlation. Oh no, there is. I guess you would know. What's the guy saying?
Starting point is 00:07:59 No, like what? There's a correlation. I see a lot. Tony, am I right? Bones. Fist me brother. Bones. There is a correlation. There's a lot. Tony Amarite, bones, fist me brother, boners. There is a correlation. Is it a girlfriend?
Starting point is 00:08:09 It's a known thing. I'm very well in doubt. Just, but I'm also not a shower. There's growers and showers in this world. It's a terrible idea. Yeah. The best part was Kyle. I just see a lot of pictures of the killer boyfriend,
Starting point is 00:08:25 not the Peter Griffin. Also a lot of people with sympathy for him. And my gym, people are way too confident, just like, you're not a shower. I would only do that if I was a show. I mean, it's totally fitness though, son. That one, that one's the one that I prefer. People just say it's just slanging,
Starting point is 00:08:40 slanging hog everywhere. It's balls everywhere. What's the age where you just like drop trow and you're like, I'm showing people my dick. Yeah, I'm waiting to the age that I get. Like, I don't give a shit. Look at what it is. Yeah, that's my balls.
Starting point is 00:08:52 Oh, hey, get my gym bag. I'm gonna do this here. I'm looking at it. Yeah, like I have to shower right now. Look at my ass crack. And do this here. And just come on. You don't know how awkward this is for everyone else.
Starting point is 00:09:04 Does it happen in the Fimo locker room too? Where you're like, oh, wait, that's like a naked old on. You don't know how awkward this is for everyone else. Does it happen in the female locker room too where you're like, oh, wait, that's like a naked old lady. What is she doing? Yeah. I feel like everyone's naked. Yeah. It's okay to be naked.
Starting point is 00:09:14 Yeah. No one's taking a picture. No one's gonna send a video. No, and it's always like the piece. I got a mental piece. It's always the dudes that I don't want to see naked. Dudes are really weird about this. It's just not.
Starting point is 00:09:22 No, it's not the dudes that you would want. Like if I were like picking, if I had my pick of the litter, I'm like, I'd see Nate. Dude's are really weird about this. It's just, I do. Some dudes. No, it's not the dudes that you would want. Like if I were like picking, if I had my pick of the litter, I'm like, I'd prefer. But you want it. That guy, not this guy, yeah. The old guy seems to just like let it rip and like sit down. And like, it's just,
Starting point is 00:09:36 and making noises and the sauna, it's just all very, my wife just texted me, can you not do that anymore? I knew that was going. Oh no, I don't want that. I don't. I do that. Alright Jeremy, you're anymore? I knew that was going. Oh, no! I don't want that. I do that. I was going to.
Starting point is 00:09:46 All right, Jeremy, you're up. I'm good. Thanks, too. Cool. So, back to Gypsy Rose. This is a pretty appalling that she's become this cultural icon. And I think from what I see from traction and engagement, she is cultural icon status in that we're getting way worse in this regard in terms of who our cultural icons are. Not that, I mean, if you could isolate, like, look, Frank Sinatra was a cultural icon. Some shit there, right? But-
Starting point is 00:10:15 All the lies. Yeah, but- All the legend though. I like this back in my day. Kind of convicted. Honestly, did you- Back in my day. You don't have to watch the Frank Sinatra's defense. No, I'm not on the Russian population.
Starting point is 00:10:25 All the legit, but this one is like convicted. No, she did it first. Yeah, for sure. No, she served time. So we don't have to feed around the bush. The gray area is like whether you feel like she was justified or not, which I think a lot of people, I guess, are feeling empathy towards her and standing her for doing something that
Starting point is 00:10:46 is really fucking sad. Yeah, so you don't explain this to me. I feel not that I'm, well, I guess I am kind of judgey, but I feel like I'm in well with my rights to judge anybody that elevates Gypsy Rose, right? That follows, that just wants to be all about following Gypsy Rose. And I don't, I'm being force-fed this stuff
Starting point is 00:11:12 because other people do. Can I judge that person? Because it's not something to be proud of. It's a pretty tragic story. Well, we've been pretty tragic for a short and strictly to the audience earlier. So, yeah. Well, I'm kidding. Yeah, joke. Bad joke. But can I, can I judge anybody
Starting point is 00:11:29 that that follows Gypsy Rose? No, no, because I guess following there's a curiosity there. And I want to be asking if I wasn't, yeah, because you want to kill your parents? Lucy, you said, like, I could only sometimes my dad not kill that's right, but you know just like a little like a you know like Anything we can all relate yeah, I don't but hiring hiring an internet boyfriend or not hiring But like I hire if I can hire an interview and like shake my dad I would. I'll shake your dad. Oh, oh yeah. He is handsome.
Starting point is 00:12:10 Lucy you said that he's that she's an icon though. So she there there are people that are all about this life. Absolutely like she did like red carpet interviews. Why? This is bad. I think the thing that scares me the most isn't people idolizing her. It's freaky and it's scary, but it's who's idolizing her.
Starting point is 00:12:29 And they're like young kids on TikTok. 15 year olds are like gypsy rose. It's like, aren't they all doing it ironically though? No. A little bit. No, I wish they were doing it. Not even a little. I would do this ironically.
Starting point is 00:12:41 So that's, isn't that the generation after Gen Z? Because I feel like Gen Z does everything with irony, and then Gen Alpha is just like, I don't even understand. Publish that there's no Alpha. Yeah. I feel like that's fair. I saw that podcast.
Starting point is 00:12:55 That was straight here. You don't believe in that? No, no, I just, when he said Alpha, just made me think of Alpha. There are. I think it's like Greek, like the Greek letter, Alpha, not like. Alpha beta is it. Yeah, I don't think it's related to their position.
Starting point is 00:13:08 Do you think you can win a college football national title, being a beta? I don't think it's impossible. I think it's I think it's a world of alphas. Jim O'Fisher did it. Yeah. Yeah. I have now for quarterback. Yo. All right. How about today's day and age? How about in today's day and I want I'm on in today's day and age. Jim, I want to speak on that. With the portal and all that. No. I guess we'll see how Miami does next year.
Starting point is 00:13:31 Well, he's an alpha, but Norvel is the closest that, Norvel, I wouldn't say is like this alpha personality. Are we really doing this? Are we doing a couple football coaches? Well, Norvel would be the excuse, it would be the example. I'm sorry, the example. It's not a real thing, that's not. No, it is. No, it's not. No. I'm sorry, the example. It's not a real thing, that's. No, it is.
Starting point is 00:13:45 No, it's not. No, it's not. It's a problem. It's a problem. Yeah, we know. Bones again. Nine inches. No, not.
Starting point is 00:13:53 What for real? For you. Good. We have to call and confirm. No, that was a self thing. We gotta call. I mean, wait, that's the second story. Is that the second nine that we've heard so far too?
Starting point is 00:14:03 Did you just copy his answer? That's not a normal size. That's well above average. It's well above average. What's average? Six and a half? Let me see your risks. I'm above average if it's six and a half.
Starting point is 00:14:14 Confidently say that. Well, not confident. It can cost into you.
