Looking around the container trying to decide where to start. I think I'm gonna start with my man, William, the Williams. Hey, what's up Guillermo? Are you like, I feel like this is the thing where like they're about to do an on-side kick and you're the kicker looking for like the weak link. And like, who do I go at?
Starting point is 00:01:02 He was looking in the eyes of each one of us. Yeah, we're starting to hear out. Who do I go out here? He was looking in the eyes of each one of us. We're right here out here. It's the hood white wig on. From right guard. I'll let you know what happened. I was like, you know what? Billy is going to hijack this segment no matter what. So let me strategically go at Billy first.
Starting point is 00:01:17 So I know that you're a wild card. So rather than start with Jess or start with Mike or talk to Stu and then have you parachute in with some weirdness, I'ma put you on the spot. Kick it off with the weirdness. I don't like that. I know.
Starting point is 00:01:32 It's a lot easier to come in with weirdness. It's weird from the side. No, I'm steady Eddie. That's what they call me. Yeah, evil cut. I have a question for the room now that you brought up onside kicks. Other than quarterback, what's the funniest football position
Starting point is 00:01:42 to try out at without having a football and is it is it onside kicker or like returner maybe special teams long snapper I mean I feel like lineman is the only place where you can without any ball everybody else is like they don't I'm doing a fake onside kick well real field goalers is like, you actually have no idea how the play ends. Yeah. To just say it goes in.
Starting point is 00:02:09 Yeah. I just got one from 62, guys. He saw it. So did you get a call back? I just like Tony, he's walked over. Oh, no, I did. I did. Oh, you got a call back.
Starting point is 00:02:19 I got a call back and they're like, they're like, hey, do you have any film? And I was like, yeah, I got some film. And they're like, not on my, no, I got it. I was like, hey, do you have any film? And I was like, yeah, I got some film. And they're like, not on my door. I got it. I was like, wait, what? I left the class. I was in the middle of a class.
Starting point is 00:02:31 And I was like, ooh, this is the cause. I was like, I'm going to take this guy to town because they didn't have a ball. So I answer the phone. I'm like, hey, he's like, buddy, you got any film? And I was like, yeah, I do. He's like, you know what? On second thought, it just tanks.
Starting point is 00:02:43 We did. What happened? That splits the football and post of your film. Did they want to, I think they wanted you to say no so that they could let you know. Right. Exactly. And then when I told him I did, he was like, oh, shit. They have like an index on how to fire people. Ask if player has films.
Starting point is 00:03:04 There's nothing. Oh, response if they say theyills. There's nothing. Oh Response if they say they do all right. Well keep keep working on it That oh, I guess your quarterback. I was gonna say it's always hard to have feel like walk-on's are always welcome because you need somebody to practice against But they don't need a practice quarterback because if you're bad then they're not getting ready for. Why do you get so mad when I was surprised that just liked Miami? Because it feels like you don't like Miami. I didn't say what I like. I don't like it if it's when people don't like Miami.
Starting point is 00:03:31 It felt like he thought that I don't like Miami more than he didn't like Miami. That's that was how I interpreted it. Either way, why are you so defensive about Miami? It's my hometown. This is our place. I'm defensive because we're always on on the defensive here. If you should on my hometown, I'd agree with you. I don't even know what hometown you have. I have no idea. 17 hometown.
Starting point is 00:03:54 Shaboygan or wherever you're from. I don't know. Shaboygan. Where are you from? Illinois. No, Shaboygan's in Wisconsin. Even know what state I grew up in. What state did you grow up in Illinois really Boykin Illinois everybody knows that. Hey, why she went another day And Clemson I do that to throw you all for a loop. She's getting Illinois to buy us not knowing oh boys Send him out. Send him out. I'm trying. I'm trying to find the loser game showing on that's Jeremy I'm sorry. I know who he is Sorry, sorry Jeremy. I'm not lose a game showing on. That's Jeremy Bill. I'm sorry. I know who he is. I'm sorry, I'm sorry Jeremy.
Starting point is 00:04:26 I'm not a punitive commissioner, normally, however, that was shit. Yeah, I know. All right, I'll go. They might build the new bear stadium like 30 minutes away from where I grew up in like Naperville, Illinois, which would be bizarre. Can I say the name before you grow up?
Starting point is 00:04:43 Did you ever have have professional athlete aspirations? Me? I feel like a lot of people in this industry started out, like being really in the sports. I know you played soccer, right? Yeah, not no, because I didn't really think there was like a cat. Yeah, there was. You weren't a cat to me player though. I was, yeah.
Starting point is 00:04:58 So you're good. I was good when I was like in middle school, but then in high school, I thought you were getting serious. So you don't play, I know Mike plays on the weekends and stuff, you don't play. I used to play pickup with Whitty and all of his inner Miami friends, actually. And Whitty, he was a brick wall in the back there.
Starting point is 00:05:14 I wish Whitty was here, because I wanted somebody to keep it real on how good you really were. Back like? Back like? Really? He really was. He took a lot of hits to the shins. Yeah, always wore pants even when it was 95 degrees out.
Starting point is 00:05:25 I love playing pickup soccer. It's great. I honestly should do it again. Let's go right now after the show. I'm done. But yeah, no, I never went actually funny story that I'm now telling you. When I was in fourth grade or I was probably first grade. I told my sister when I grew up, I wanted to be a football player, specifically in the NFL.
Starting point is 00:05:44 And she was like, that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. She was three years older than me. She's like, you're saying that now because you're five and you're stupid. Talk to me when you're in like fourth grade, and we'll see if you still want to be an NFL football player.
Starting point is 00:05:55 And sure enough in fourth grade, I was like, yeah, I don't really want to be an NFL football player, and that's also not even a detainable goal. But I lied and told her that I still did. Jeremy's in the gym. You gotta give us something Jeremy, just stretching, you gotta give us some. that I still did. Jeremy's in the gym. You gotta give us something Jeremy. Just stretching, you gotta give us some.
Starting point is 00:06:07 He's a stretching kind of guy at the gym. Jump squats. I don't know. Stretchin' leave, yup. Some line dude. Stretchin' a stroll. Nothing. Hands on the hips.
Starting point is 00:06:17 Dominic, you gotta have a question for you. Here it is. See? See? Told you it was coming guys. He's such a theater kid. I love Jeremy. All right, Billy. I told you guys, Billy was gonna There's a slip and fall. He's such a theater kid. I love Jeremy. All right, Billy. I told you guys, Billy was gonna come in
Starting point is 00:06:27 with some off the wall stuff. Well, it's not off the wall. It's just a question because I've made this observation over the past couple of times that you've been on and in watching you throughout your media career over the past years. So, I remember very early on that Dominique told us that because we said,
Starting point is 00:06:46 what do you like to go by? Because Bermani did not like to go by bow. But a lot of you called him bow. Dominique's. So then when Dominique would come down here, we shortened to Dom. And then I remember asking him, I don't remember if it was on air or privately or whatever.
Starting point is 00:07:02 He called Dominique and you said, no, I like to go by knee or fox. And every time I see you like on get up or whatever, you're Dom here all day long, you've been doing Dom, we can observation, just Dom, Dom, Dom over and over again. And I was wondering how you kind of feel about that situation.
Starting point is 00:07:19 Well, the Dom's in Weak and Ops, observation, I thought it worked well because it's like, instead of Dan, you go Dom. Yeah, like it's not, it was necessary. Yeah, I know, like I'm an adult man. I'm not going to be out here fighting with people over things where like I know what they mean. I know they're talking to like it's not that disrespectful. It's fine. And nobody calls me dumb on get up. Everybody calls me neat on get up. You just you don't watch as closely as you say you do. No, I do. I
Starting point is 00:07:43 have seen I have seen I have seen Mike Greenberg call you dumb multiple times never Mike Greenberg. Oh, He's my greenberg never Mike Greenberg. I'll call him right now really. He's never called you dumb. No, I feel like I've seen it All right, somebody talk while I call my I mean greenie is called you dumb. Yeah, never has Why are you so adamant that he has it? Because I know he has it. Yeah, I know he has it. I don't like correct people.
Starting point is 00:08:11 It just like is too much effort. I know what you mean. It's not that hard. It's fine, whatever. It seems weird to be like, hey, don't you dare. They're not calling me asshole. It's shortened in my name. Yes.
Starting point is 00:08:23 It's a thing. It's not like they called you Dominique's. It's fine. I mean, it's just weird because no one ever called me Dom until like, I was like 29, 30 years old. My whole life people call me much more creative, interesting nicknames than Dom's. When I think of Dom, I think of Dom Toretto
Starting point is 00:08:43 from Fast and Furious. And I feel like there's a few people where if you have the same name as them, when I think of Dom, I think of Dom Toretto from Fast and Furious. And I feel like there's a few people where if you have the same name as them, you're always going to be second fiddle to that person. So Dom is, I mean, that's always going to be Dom. And if you're also Dom, you're the second most famous Dom. How dare you? How about Dom P? How about Dom Capers? Dom Capers. How dare you compare me to it?
Starting point is 00:09:05 I don't know who would be more angry at I think. Dom Capers probably. I would be more angry at Dom Capers. Dom Capers, great hair. It'd be funny if Dom Capers was short for Dominic. I actually don't know what Dom Capers, I assume Dominic. I probably don't like Dominic. I mean, Dom just seems.
Starting point is 00:09:23 It's a fat name to me. Is anyone called? That name. Yeah. Yeah. Anything of Domino's pizza? I don't know. I just feel like when I imagine a Dom, it's like a Italian stereotype, like an under boss
Starting point is 00:09:37 from a mob family, like, hey Dom, go take care of the thing that he takes. Like that's a Dom. I'm not a Dom. It's Ernest. Dom's name is earnest earnest Dominique Capers wait Dominique or Dominic I'll take a look. You know how do you spell it? Oh? Great hair Ernie
Starting point is 00:09:58 Ernie Capers which also sounds like an Italian hit man Give a call there, any capers? Take care. See what they can do. Capers, I feel like any name before it, can you think of a name that you can put before it, that makes it not sound, because I think it's the capers that's doing it.
Starting point is 00:10:15 Yeah, how? Yeah, but any capers sounds more dangerous than Tom Capers. Tom Capers sounds like the hamburgerler's cousin. You know those greens on the paccata? Those whole green bowls. Dom's got him. I'm pretty sure greenies call you Dom.
Starting point is 00:10:33 Like I'm pretty sure, I'd like to like audience if you're out there and you for whatever reason have this clip, please send it. I'm pretty sure I've seen it. You were just looking for it. No, because I remember seeing it and it, I felt it and I go, ooh, it doesn't like that. I remember feeling that pain. It was like, maybe it's someone else because other people do it, but
Starting point is 00:10:49 who's the biggest offender of the? I don't know. I can't myself occasionally because I like to say dumb, but I know that you don't like it. I know that you prefer Fox. It's not even that I don't like it. It's just that it's I don't recognize it. It's it's like yeah, but I mean, twoots is the wrong person I ask because Billy is told Sugots for 18 years. He does not like being called Bill Right and I call him Bill every single episode of God bless football. I do. Sorry Bill and then he apologized He's like oh, I know you don't like that and then it just does it again. It's okay. Yeah, I know you know it but I like it He doesn't mean any harm. He says just, no, I mean, yeah, that's the thing.
Starting point is 00:11:25 It's just, it gets. Jeremy doesn't like being called Fort Bear. It hasn't mattered to any of us. Nope, he's Fort Bear. How could you not like that? It's a great nickname. Jare Bear's cool. Nah, I'm just gonna say.
Starting point is 00:11:36 I don't think he likes Jare Bear either. If you really love him, I'm sure he's Jare. I think he likes Jare Bear because I think fans go up to him and say, hey, Jare Bear, and he feels like warm and fuzzy. They wouldn't know me otherwise. Well, they know you as fart bear. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:49 Huh? Who's got the best nickname on the show? Stugats. I don't know. I think it's two. I wasn't saying Stugats because I need a response from you. I was saying your nickname is the best. What's my nickname?
Starting point is 00:11:59 Stugats. Ten-day Tony's pretty good. Oh, that's a good one. That doesn't count though because he gave it to himself. I did not give it to myself. But, you do believe it to me. Well, Juju's got a nickname too. 10 day Tony's nickname though is kind of a joke, so.
Starting point is 00:12:13 Yeah, we're making fun of Tony every time we use it. Yeah, so it's like, because he thinks he's good enough to get a 10 day shot. It's like, I had a friend we called him slips, because he slipped on a breakaway and basketball once I was. It's called, I had a friend we called him slips, cause he slipped on a breakaway and basketball one time. It's called him slips. But Tony's like made this his brand. It's like calling a short guy big.
Starting point is 00:12:32 Hey, tiny. Yeah, he's tiny. He's always the balancer at the club's name is tiny. Tiny capers. Get out of here again. Jesus, it's a brand. Go Mark the Pound. It's a good brand.
Starting point is 00:12:44 Oh, man. Wait a minute, show. I'm not a kid. It's a grand. Go Mark the Pog. Mark's a good bear. Yeah, man. Wait a minute, show.
