Starting point is 00:00:00 You're listening to Giraffe King's Network. Welcome to the big suite presented by Giraffe King. Why are you listening to this show? The podcast that seems very similar to the other Dan Levitard podcast. I'm sorry, I'm not going to apologize for that. In fact, the only difference seems to be this imaging. I have been tempted in restaurants just walking past tables to grab somebody's fries
Starting point is 00:00:33 that if they're just there. That hasn't happened to you guys. I've done it. And now, here's the marching man to nowhere, that face and the habitual liar. Let's bring in Adam Schaefter, the trade deadline next week of the NFL. That's not what we want to talk to him about.
Starting point is 00:00:48 We want his top five observations from the first couple of days of the NBA season because he is a big NBA fan and we'll get to that just a second. What's going on, Adam? Stu got's how we doing today. We're doing good. We were wondering, we were discussing
Starting point is 00:01:00 before you came on gummies. Gummi bears, gummy worms, gummy golf. Are you a gummy guy? I've never taken a gummy. I know that, you know, a lot of people in our age brackets do got so I guess a lot of people all across the country all love that. I didn't mean weed. I didn't mean weed.
Starting point is 00:01:17 I didn't mean weed. That's what I do. I just meant of the gummy category, which is your favorite of the candies. That's all I meant. I'm not a big gummy guy, candy or CBD. I probably should try to probably be a nice thing to just chill out like I forgot people talked about that, but just it's not my world. Gummy's, if I'm going to eat something sweet, probably like some dark chocolate pretzels. Really? Something else.
Starting point is 00:01:45 Wow. Yeah. Yeah. Gummy's black and white cookies. Love that. Right. That's outstanding. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:01:53 No, I'm not, I'm just not a big gummy guy in any kind of way. Uh, the Unity Cookie. Excellent. Are you a big Halloween guy? I'm a big trade deadline guy because trade deadline is not a Halloween. Wait, have you missed trick or treating with your kids because you're attending to big trade deadline guy because trade deadline is not how we do it. Oh. Wait, have you missed trick or treating with your kids because you're attending to the trade deadline? I don't even know what trick or treating is.
Starting point is 00:02:12 What does that mean? Like, come on. You're going to throw trade deadlines right around this time every year. So I don't even know what holiday it is that you're referring to. To me, it's about as memorable as festivist. It's like you just something that just existed in my imagination. It's very sad, Adam.
Starting point is 00:02:28 Yeah, and well that's my existence, it's very sad. I feel like he should go on, like if it's on Halloween, I feel like you'd go on and you should be dressed up, like you would rock it as a vampire. Oh yes. Like you go on and tell us what moves happen at the deadline and there you are and you just kind of like instead of just like signing off
Starting point is 00:02:43 or you just like close your cloak and then just sit down in your chair. The fatigue too. Yeah. Yeah, I, I, I usually dress up as the guy with two phones and ear pods in my ears. And that's what I usually, it's the same outfit every day though. Billy's trying to tell you to change it up a little bit.
Starting point is 00:02:59 I came out in every day. Yep. Absolutely. All right, we know you love basketball. We know you never get to talk as much basketball as you want to talk. So that's what this show is for. Okay. So with that said, couple of days into the NBA season, we want your top five takeaways from the first couple of nights of the NBA season here. Okay. Number one, it'll be an obvious start. Number one, you're starting one. You want to go five down? Five. Okay. Yeah. I would go five dad and save number one. Okay. I'm kind of riffing off the top five
Starting point is 00:03:28 Okay, we'll go backwards. Okay, let me just say this that so much of the way that I think about the NBA is Related to my fantasy basketball team, right? I live in di with it and as I tell people over and over You know, I don't really drink, I don't do gummies, I smoke, I didn't ask it. I don't go, I don't do any of that. So my vice is my fantasy basketball team. So I call it like, it's my five minute cigarette break every day. I can go, go, let me see what these guys are doing and at night when I'm all done with work and texting, I want to go sit down and I'm lying and watch my guys. Let's see how, let's see how Max Truce is doing and Cleveland, see how Jaylen Johnson is doing in texting. Let me go sit down and I'm lying and watch my guys. Let's see how Max
Starting point is 00:04:05 Truth is doing in Cleveland. See how Jalen Johnson is doing in Atlanta. Let's go see if Walker Kessler is eight from eight from the field, but I need him to block more shots like things like that. That's what I'm looking for. Right? So the way that I view the season is the lens of my guys. My guys. Okay. But there are a few things that stand out. We'll start at number five, Max Drew's and Cleveland. That guy, we did a black night. Thank you, great. He was unbelievable.
Starting point is 00:04:31 We need more of that. As soon as I saw it, I dumped Taylor and Horton Tucker, FH state. FH state. Cut him, picked up Max Drew's last night, and we are looking for Max Drew's to continue to roll We don't know how related that was to Jared Allen's absence, but we want Max Drew's to keep rolling on do you do you know him at all? Miami Stugas we didn't know him but we loved him and we're sad to see him go
Starting point is 00:04:57 So this is a dangerous game. You're playing Adam. We're opening night You're already dropping people from your draft and picking the guy that had a hot the bulls had a players only meeting after opening night. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That will make that storyline number four when you're having a player meeting after you lose the Oklahoma city on opening night by 20 that is very disturbing and a very ominous sign about what's ahead for the Chicago Bulls. Right. But that's a bad. I think what Billy is saying though is maybe you pulled the trigger a little bit early just from this standpoint what if screws goes back to being screws and Tucker actually turns out to be good then you lost Tucker and you're stuck with screws you know what I mean well then then we
Starting point is 00:05:33 drop screws and we go pick up the next guy you know what you know what you know what you know what you know back when I was a single guy we're getting and then were dating, right? We just, you know, cycle through our dating, you know, prospects and baby, so we're doing. Okay. We transferred what we used to do the way we dated to fancy basketball. Four dollars. You know, that's how it is.
Starting point is 00:05:54 We got it. All right. Number four. That was number four. Oh, number three. The debut of Damien Lillard in Milwaukee. Right. I think he's gonna smash there. I think he's gonna smash there.
Starting point is 00:06:06 I think he's gonna be unbelievable. And a huge acquisition. And the fact that they could get great to resign, I think I'm gonna get some part because Dame Time is there. That's tremendous. So the bucks getting Lillard, Lillard gonna light it up.
Starting point is 00:06:22 He's gonna be unbelievable for the bucks. That would be my number three storyline line number two story line okay right now would be the Boston Celtics the talent they've accumulated and Chris Daps poor Zingus in the opener yeah wow he lit he lit it up like he was unbelievable and when you add him with Drew Holley and Derek White looks good with the haircut I like that you know it looks very impressive right very good looking you know a good look for him. So I just think the new look Celtics that that is impressive to me and the normal storyline
Starting point is 00:06:57 is the storyline that really is just a continuation of last year that not enough people talk about is how good Nikola Yokech and the Denver Nuggets are like Well, why do you think? Maybe the time zone they play in maybe the way they play maybe the way he carries himself You know, he's not looking for any added attention That guy is The way he plays that's so effortless. Right. Right, and it's just, it's boring, that's why it's boring.
Starting point is 00:07:28 He's great. I'm not denying that he's great, but it's a boring style of greatness. It's a, it's a, another triple double for Yokech, every single night. Like the guy, the guy, the guy, that's boring, right. Mixing a double double, you know?
Starting point is 00:07:42 You know, by the way as I as I talk as I review the the list of my mind I didn't go into Wembingyama at all so where is that number five or well I guess truth is probably related to the fancy team of bump everybody down we'll put in Wembingyama right although very interesting to me that they have Jeremy Soshan so Soshan, right at the point there. So, uh, when me out like that guy, wow, total freak, yeah, total freak show, he's gonna be unbelievable. Adam, are you expecting anything big to happen before the NFL trade deadline on Halloween? Someday will happen and it'll create all moon outies. As I've said to a few people this week I remember the year that Carson Palmer was holding out in Cincinnati and
Starting point is 00:08:29 The Raiders were playing very well and their quarterback Jason Campbell on the Sunday before the trade deadline Got hurt and was out for the season right and when he went down They traded for Carson Palmer the next day now. nobody would have thought that Thursday before the trade deadline that Carson Palmer would wind up with the raiders, but that's what happened. And so there's one more Sunday that gets to impact an influence what happens at the trade deadline. Some teams will win, some teams will lose, some teams will lose players to injury, and what happens Sunday will be the latest narrative that goes into shaping how Tuesday unfolds. We've heard a lot of the same things and if you go back to last year, really what unfolded
Starting point is 00:09:13 before the trade deadline was incredible because we saw right before the deadline, Christian McCaffrey was traded, Caderius Tony was traded, TJ Hockensin was traded, there's my whole list, but it was one of the busier trade deadlines. And in recent years, there's been a trend that has emerged where I think these younger breed of general managers are more open about dealing. And so that's created an openness, a willingness for teams to make deals that it didn't happen back in the day. It didn't happen. So, well, I don't know of any deals
Starting point is 00:09:52 right now that are close to happening right now. I think you get a reset someday and we can get three or four more deals by the deadline on Tuesday. It's possible. And keep it among. We've already seen Randy Gregory, J.C. Jackson, McColl Harman, Kevin Bayard, you know, we've already seen like a handful of trades, which is probably more than we've gotten in previous years before it got busy the last few years. The deal the Eagles made it to get Bayard. It makes a good team real. It makes a better, which is, which is ridiculous, considering how loaded they are. But I'm
Starting point is 00:10:23 wondering, is how we rosemary the best GM in football right now? Yeah, he's obsessed with what he does. And I think he lives it, eats it, breathes it like he's always thinking of, okay, well, who can I trade now? And you just look at the guys they've gone out and gotten on discount. That's what it is, really, right? Like on draft day last year, the second day you trade I think it was a future for for Deandre Swift who now You know terms have to be a start and running back in replaces my standards who gets a big money deal in Carolina
Starting point is 00:10:56 You go and trade a You know a couple of late-round picks in a player for Kevin Bayard. They got AJ Brown I know they gave up a one, but AJ Brown is a beast. And so that still was a discounted price. And they're just always looking and scheming and planning to get somebody else that can help elevate the roster. He's done a great job. He's done a great job. He's, he's job. He's he's as a He's as successful productive in his job right now as I would say any journal manager in sports You mentioned how obsessed he is who's the least obsessed GM? The least obsessed GM. Yeah, who's shut out name names come on
Starting point is 00:11:41 Phigial least info Barry Who feed you at least info? Barium. That's a good way of doing it, right? Yes. Replace that person. Say they're bad at their job. They're out. You bring them in with someone that benefits you.
Starting point is 00:11:53 Right. You play it someone who can be the right. I feel like you should be the commissioner of the NFL. Yeah. Who do we want to, you know, like throw onto the bus here? I'm not going to throw anybody into the bus here, but we'll just leave it to. We'll leave you alone Adam.
Starting point is 00:12:07 Okay, get out of here, man. We're starting to waste your time. We appreciate it. Thank you for your NBA observations. I appreciate it. Enjoy the NBA season. Thanks for having me today, guys. Appreciate it.
Starting point is 00:12:17 All right. Thank you, buddy. Don Lebertard. Fall the rain drops for Levin. Drops and gun drops. Oh, what a rain that would be. Stugats standing outside with my mouth open wide. Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah.
Starting point is 00:12:33 If all the rain drops were lemon drops and gun drops. Oh, what a rain that would be. This is the Don Lebatar show with this Tugats. All right, everybody, welcome in. This is a very exciting moment for me because we are talking, Benito, we are talking Bad Bunny, the biggest artist on the planet. And I had to bring in somebody who has the same enthusiasm as I do
Starting point is 00:13:00 about Bad Bunny and he is the one, the hottest community in Miami, by the way. Just letting you guys know because he's the one, the hardest community to mind me, by the way, just letting you guys know because he's touring all around the world. Carlos Hernandez from, not only his own comedy, Carlos Hernandez, but also only a data host. Let's go, dude. My brother. Thank you for having me, dude.
Starting point is 00:13:16 We finally connect. We've been talking about this for years, by the way. We really have. Every time I see you, I'm like, bro, let's do something. We talked about this on a plane where we were supposed to jump out of. Yes, we never got about that. We talked about this just when we sat together in supposed to jump out of Yes, we talked about this just when we saw each other in a parade. Yes, I've been Consistently just can talk about money when we talk to each other
Starting point is 00:13:30 Dude, I totally forgot about about the plane dude. Yeah, I forgot that I jumped out of a plane Anyways, anyway, most important topic of hand Another album by bad money. Now yes, I will give up a ceremony And they really don't they don't Which means nobody knows what's going to happen tomorrow. We have a lot of English speakers. We have a lot of Miami speakers that understand both languages. So we're probably going to do this in Spanish a bit. I mean, that's how I just do my whole life right?
Starting point is 00:13:53 My life right. Exactly. Exactly. There's things that I yell out in here where people are like, what did he say? And then like, oh, I'll hold on. Let me translate it. I do that all the time. I do that with things. And it's like, what?
Starting point is 00:14:01 And I'm like, this is messed up. I can't do this. Yeah. So it's like, I do that with words. I don't even translate it. Like, like, just like what? And I'm like, this is messed up. I can't do this. Yeah. So it's like, there's not words I don't even be translating. Like, like, just like the most simple things. Like, oh, pass me the camera. I mean, pass me like, I'm gonna, it's just like, there's like, what?
Starting point is 00:14:11 It's like, what? And it's like, okay, we got it. You know what I'm saying? Okay. So a drop that we didn't really expect, because he's doing a lot of stuff behind the scenes, doing movies, doing fashion, doing dating Kendall Jenner. All kinds of things.
Starting point is 00:14:24 All kinds of things, right? Living his life after a banger of an album, which is only a year and a half ago, really. doing movies, doing fashion, doing dating Kendall Jenner. All kinds of things. All kinds of things, right? Living his life after a banger of an album, which is only a year and a half ago, really. Which was that we're going to get to that in a bit. We're going to talk about all his entire photography, but that bad, I don't think the album was incredible. I didn't think that he was going to be able to top it. Then all of a sudden a year and a half after he comes out with, not this album.
Starting point is 00:14:43 And brother, I've listened to it on repeat since it came out. Same here. Every day. I'll listen to the entire thing. Same here. All the way down. Dude, it's honestly, I don't like saying,
Starting point is 00:14:53 like, oh, this album is better than the other. This album just gets me in a mood that like I can control and that it can just like take over the world whatever I can. And that's the energy I need. Like, girls need Taylor Swift to tell them that. Right. I need bad money to tell them that. Right. I need bad money to tell me that, like in Spanish,
Starting point is 00:15:07 that like, I barely understand from Puerto Rico. Exactly. And like, just like, that's what I need to do in my heart. And then I'm trying to figure out why, you know, things happen. I'm like, okay. It's the best, dude. And I like how he like is so literal,
Starting point is 00:15:19 like he's very literal in this album. He literally says like, oh, you're like, oh, this guy's just like, it's almost just, it's not comedy, but it's so self-aware he literally says like, oh, doleque to la air le pongo la air. Like, very specific, it's like, oh, this guest's just like, it's almost just, it's not comedy, but it's so self-aware that it's like, oh, this is like, the ego doesn't even matter how much ego there's in this album,
Starting point is 00:15:33 because he's so self-aware of what's happening, he's just incredible. And it's, he knows that he's the biggest artist on the planet. He knows it, he's gonna tell, he's like, yeah. Well, now I'm just viving with that aspect of what that is. It's, it's, so it came out last Friday, right at midnight. And I was tired last Friday, so I didn't want to listen to the whole thing.
Starting point is 00:15:50 So what I did was, I listened to the first four songs. And then I was like, I'm going to put it down, and then I'm going to go to sleep. Good for you, I did not do that. I listened to the whole thing. I figured. Well, the first one came out, the first song, now they saw it, right? So we're going to open up, because I need to open up. Yeah, now we can't really play any open up, because I need to open up. Yeah, Nalaisabi.
Starting point is 00:16:05 Can we, can we, can we play anything? Cause I know, get it. Can we, is that allowed? Can we do that? No, no, no, you guys. Can we do that here? Oh, no. I don't like when the producers,
Starting point is 00:16:13 like, what's the, when the producer throws their hands up. We get sucked up to you guys get in trouble. I won't get that. Because the problem is, I push a lot of boundaries here in a lot of different ways. I like to do a little something. Anyways, Nalaisabi comes out and I'm like,
Starting point is 00:16:24 okay, first song, not the album, the song. Right. And I'm like, okay, straight bars. No. No. Nothing. Just straight bars.
Starting point is 00:16:33 Talking. Putting you in the mind frame of somebody who is the biggest artist on the planet and and and doesn't give a a question. I should. You can say it. I don't know how far we can go. You can go far. Okay.
Starting point is 00:16:44 I don't really. I don't care. Better ride. Somebody else is gonna edit it. Anyway. Okay. So your first thought, when you heard that song, Stray Bars? I mean, dude, it's honestly not even a song,
Starting point is 00:16:54 it felt like a poem to me. It felt like I was like, just entering his mind. And he's just like literally talking about like, nobody knows how it feels to be this big and how it feels to feel like this sad at moments. I don't even know why I feel sad knowing I have all this, but like, you know, sometimes you feel that in life in general, but then knowing that is coming from the biggest person
Starting point is 00:17:13 and the planet is like, oh crap, so everybody's still going through no matter what. And then it's also calling out aspects of like everybody's talking about like when he threw the cell phone or when he was like, he mentioned that it's often that song. Like, he like, yes. It he was like, he mentioned it twice, I'm not that way. He mentioned it twice, I'm not that way. He mentioned it twice, I'm not that way. He mentioned it twice, I'm not that way. He mentioned it twice, I'm not that way.
Starting point is 00:17:27 He mentioned it twice, I'm not that way. He mentioned it twice, I'm not that way. He mentioned it twice, I'm not that way. He mentioned it twice, I'm not that way. He mentioned it twice, I'm not that way. He mentioned it twice, I'm not that way. He mentioned it twice, I'm not that way. He mentioned it twice, I'm not that way.
Starting point is 00:17:35 He mentioned it twice, I'm not that way.
Starting point is 00:17:43 He mentioned it twice, I'm not that way. He mentioned it twice, I'm not that way. He mentioned it twice, I'm not that way. He mentioned it twice, I'm not that way. He mentioned it twice, I'm not that way. He mentioned it twice, I'm not that way. It's such a crazy thing that you go from being a guy who was opening for other acts in small clubs in Puerto Rico To now being one of the most recognized not only faces but voices which he says Which he says? Right before you see my face and it's like when you hear that Ba-Won-E-Way-Way-Way everybody knows there's he's he's such a master marketer in the sense that he's created You know, he's such a master marketer in the sense that he's created sounds. And I almost equated to like young thug where young thug has his own like voice where when you hear young thug, you know it's a young thug track because of his voice the way
Starting point is 00:18:13 he manipulates it with the song, but bad bunny has the same thing. Or like a little Wayne, like just like Wayne to or the the later. You know, it's Wayne. It's about a start going in. But even the way that Wayne does that to that that like the like, like, it's just like, it's his flow. Yeah. And Bad Bunny has a similar thing where he, he's able to have that and then tone it on himself. And that song was, I did not expect for that to start.
Starting point is 00:18:34 Right. Ask that song, but it was like, you know that song like in, you're all looking at it, I know that's like the little heart. That's like, it's like almost a version of that. A great song by the way. A great song.
Starting point is 00:18:44 It's also just like a spoken word type of thing. thing at the end of the album at the end of the album But this time he does it at the beginning which is like okay We're gonna set in the mood from the top and I mean I appreciate it I don't know if I'm gonna get in trouble for this, but I'm just gonna play a second Can we can I do is Jason? My front is no, I don't know okay? I'm gonna play a second I'm gonna play a second aren't you ready? This is like we play this and then Billy hears it. Or worse, bad bunny hears it, he sews us.
Starting point is 00:19:11 We don't know. Okay, Jason's giving me, I don't know. And he doesn't know if we can play it. Okay, so don't know. I'm gonna play a second of it. I don't think we get told for a second, right? He says, okay. We don't want a second.
Starting point is 00:19:19 It's on Mike Funt, he told me, okay. When I heard this. Yeah. Okay, that's it. That's it. That's all I can play. You told me okay, when I heard when I heard this yeah Okay, that's it. That's it. That's all I can play that's all I can That was three seconds. Okay, okay, they told me my here three seconds is legally all I can play I think I played three seconds. I think that's good when that violin came out and then I heard Well, that's on the second song that's Monica. Yes, Monica. The first one also has a story But when I heard Monica and I heard that which was a trailer for the thing
Starting point is 00:19:46 Yeah, bro, I don't know what it did. I don't know I did to me, dude. Yeah I It almost leaves me speechless and it's like a laugh you hear it's like an actual like Like a little like I don't even know I'm thinking of like Italy because it's like very like You're sipping wine and then it's just like a little gesture guy. Yes, bro. Whatever. I see him bro I see him like James Bond and I I'm like, one of those like wooden boats. And then that song is playing in the background.
Starting point is 00:20:08 He's in Monaco for like a spy mission. I've seen the video like, yes, it's kind of that same vibe. Yeah, I love it. When he, when he dropped that trailer, that's when we knew, oh shit, he's putting out a now album. And he's shaved his head. And it was like, uh, uh, Opa chinos in it and he's in the back of Carpone.
Starting point is 00:20:21 And I was like, oh my God, we are so back from it. That's how you did. It's amazing. Monaco is the best song in the album. 100%. I agree with that. As far as radio, what used to be the radio hit of an album? Like, you knew, okay, this song is going to get played on the radio. A thousand years. They're still, they're already playing that song. I went like, where did I go yesterday? I had a show and then we went to
Starting point is 00:20:41 one of the Xor like copper blues, something, the improv, and they're already playing that song. Which is great. And you don't even really think of that song as like a club song. It's it is kind of like it's still kind of it is trap, which is not like the entire the entire album is trapped. It's a trap. It's a Latin trap, which is like what him and like I mean when and will like Mike Myers like all these great Brian Myers as well.
Starting point is 00:21:02 I said Mike Myers. That's hilarious. He has a yes. He's coming out my marbles. Yeah, Friday. Oh, don't do it. I said Mike Myers, that's hilarious. He has a yes, he's coming out. Mike Myers, yeah, Friday the fifth. Oh, don't do that. I need to just keep on practicing. I'm doing it.
Starting point is 00:21:09 It comes out on Halloween. Exactly. So having that like loud and trapegane and he said it, like there was a song, I think it was in Me Fuido Vacationes, and he said that at the previous time. Yes. Le voy a dar un, or that va a dar a dar a dar a baby or something
Starting point is 00:21:21 when I was like, when I heard that, I was like, oh, wait a second. And that's the thing, like last album was the perfect album for the summer. But I don't think he was made for the summer. So my wife and I, last year, I took her to Hawaii for her birthday. Oh, and you just listened to the album? The day before we leave, on the day I don't think he comes out. Amazing.
Starting point is 00:21:42 Brother, when I tell you, I put on that album, and I'm instantly transported, drop top Jeep cruising down Maui. Oh! Okay, with those songs blasting, I cannot tell you the vibe that that album puts me in. It's an incredible vibe. It's exactly that vibe. It's like, you feel like you're in Hawaii no matter where.
Starting point is 00:22:00 Like, you're about to hit it up each. It's great, it's amazing. But this one was different. Now, the Saba was a different vibe, but it puts me in a space of like, almost like he's grinding on the way back to like, he's made his life and his career so perfect. It's such at a level,
Starting point is 00:22:16 but he's still rapping like he's grinding, trying to make it. 100%. Well, that's what makes it special. And that's what he says about the whole thing. Like, I'm still, I'm up here, and I'm gonna stay up here. I'm tommy Peak, I'm tommy peak at tommy peak at tommy peak at tommy but I'm right. I'm right. So that book or T song from two albums. Exactly. It's like tommy peak and that was
Starting point is 00:22:33 just December 2020. Yeah. It wasn't even that long ago. And now he's like I'm in my primates only three years later, not even like two and a half years. And then he's like yeah, no, no, I'm in my prime. I'm gonna stay in my prime no matter who tries to get, even like, he did more numbers in Drake. Yeah, silently. A week before. Better album than Drake. Better album.
Starting point is 00:22:51 Better album of Drake. 100%. When that Drake double was great. Oh, so good. When that double was incredible. Crazy. And I mean, Drake embarrassed no self-speaking Spanish. To a level of no, the great.
Starting point is 00:23:03 I didn't know what he was doing in the first one. The song first hits. He starts saying things. I'm like, that's on Spanish, that's something. I don't know what he was doing in the first one. The song first hits. He starts saying things. I'm like, that's on Spanish. That's something. I don't know what that is. It doesn't sound like, well, he even changes the way he's like champagno poppy when you say, like, not in a champagno poppy. You could just say the actual way.
Starting point is 00:23:14 It's like a letter off. And if you got, like, if Benito, I mean, he could also be like, yo, you should, oh yeah, come here. But it's all good. Like, he tried it in the end and he did it again. But Drake's how it was great. It was awesome. But there's, I don, oh yeah. I'm coming out. I'm like, hey, hey, hey, hey. But it's all good. Like, he tried it in the end and he did it again. But Drake's how long it was great, it was awesome. But there's, I don't think anything compared.
Starting point is 00:23:30 I'm a Drake and Bad Bunny fan. Like, I'm a very, That's why we're here together. Like, I don't agree on the same thing. I don't like, I don't, I don't, I understand that. That's a very like fanboy thing to be. Like, it is the most default way of what a man would like
Starting point is 00:23:41 now with a ace that is Drake and Bad Bunny. But I'm okay with that. But I, I also grew up listening to both of them, like from the top, bad bunny, 100% how to better all. Easily easy. Don Lebertard. Ron, I can't walk around my house naked because I fear that the cat would be traumatized.
Starting point is 00:23:58 Stu gots. Like if your cat or dog suddenly saw you nude, walk me around your house, how would they react to that? I'm probably wondering why I don't have spines at the end of my penis. Yeah, like a cat. This is the Dalai Batar show with this two cats. Drake does this a lot too, or he'll put, there's like three or four songs on that album that I'm like, okay, like this is good. Yeah, problem is there's 26 songs on the album.
Starting point is 00:24:28 There's four or five good ones, and then you're like, there's just a ton of mead that. For all of the dogs, yeah. It's just whatever, but then you look at my bunny. I mean, everything you're doing, now the Asau, Monaco, Fina, Banger, Hiviki with Mora, great love, and ever Mora, so that's how it sounds.
Starting point is 00:24:42 That one goes crazy, dude. One of that counts, that's karaoke. That's a song. That one goes crazy, dude. I don't know if that counts. No, that's karaoke. That's a count. Great mistruck to over, which everybody thought you Jackson would be. I mean, that's all my more. That little whistle. Fire. So good.
Starting point is 00:24:58 Cyber truck. Great. I think that song talks more about Kendall a little bit. I heard a little bit of like, oh, talk about Kendall Jenner's rights in there. I don't remember how that one starts, let me see. Right, that's all he had to play. Vood 787, that's the only one that I'm like, kind of okay with.
Starting point is 00:25:14 Really, I don't love it. I like it. I don't love it. I like it, but it's the only one. I don't know if it's because it has just the worst name of all of them. So I guess it's just kind of good. And then in the middle of it, it has that slowed down, like chopped and screwed like...
Starting point is 00:25:27 Yes, yes. I don't know what even, I couldn't say that. I don't know either about that one. That's the only one that I'm not really gonna play one song. It's a little different. It's on your own in the elevator, which is cool. I like that one though. It's a vibe, it's a vibe.
Starting point is 00:25:39 At Tomohen Vogue. No, no, no, no. That one's also a little bit of Kendall Vives. I thought, say that, I thought it was great. I like Sehda. Sehda was one of the slower songs, Old School Bad Bunny, him with Brian Myers. No, no, no, no.
Starting point is 00:25:51 That whole Brian Myers sound is great. Gracias por nada. I think it's fire. I don't think it's another, I think. It's great. I like it. I think it's what it's he where on second. It's por si en revival.
Starting point is 00:26:03 Yeah, it feels a little more old school than like what? A little bit more sad boy bad bunny. Yeah. Then party boy bad bunny, then let's hang out on the boat bad bunny. Yeah, well, it's different. Like, that's the cool thing about him. It's like a different character every time. Right, which is right.
Starting point is 00:26:16 Multiple different characters in a way where Drake has some of those things. Yeah. Right, because we're getting to a point where we can only compare bad bunny with the grates of other genres. Yeah. Or himself. Right. At this point, which Drake kind of says that all the time, like, oh, I'm like, I can't only compare my sound noise or whatever. But I think that bunny is someone that you can really compare him to other versions of him.
Starting point is 00:26:37 There's really no one like him. And he's never the same at all. Every, I was the same dude with that little comb over his thing here forever. I haven't heard another like I don't know and I like I'm shot at the one that I love I know he gets me on a vibe but I cannot listen to a full another album at all dude I'll never be able to put a whole new album but it's another thing to bottom 27 songs to the wrong exactly I'm done with that just put 12 out and hopefully they're all right you go next one they live
Starting point is 00:27:03 on a level love that song, dude. It starts with the little... BEEP BEEP BEEP. I'm like, was I on the phone? I know when they trick you. When they trick you and they make you feel like you're like, in it, it's like, and then he goes back to the beginning. He's like,
Starting point is 00:27:15 Bommala, Bommala, Bommala, Bommala, Bommala, Bommala, Bommala, Bommala, Bommala, Bommala. So good. So good. So good. So good. So good. Don't mind us, we're just having fun. Oh my god, that's a... I'm on about that foot and then it goes... Fire, fire, fire, fire, fire, fire, it's so good.
Starting point is 00:27:27 So good. Don't run, no, we're just having fun. I mean, is this every cutting all this? Is this any of this usable? Keep going, keep going. The number one was great, maybe in Weber. Obviously, we know what that's about. Let's hear the one second.
Starting point is 00:27:42 That's it. I love that one. I think it's it. I love that one. I think it's like, you're telling the movie back. But I want that one to be. What? So good. Why? Because he was in bullet train,
Starting point is 00:28:11 bullet train, which he was the villain and crushed it, crushed it, the wall for whatever. Basically didn't say anything, didn't have to. We are the biggest bad bunny, fucking baddies right now. I cannot even. We know everything new. Like dude, we know.
Starting point is 00:28:22 Wow, is this what Taylor Swift, being a Taylor Swift fan feels like? Is it? I don't know. Okay, Kirsten new, dude, we know it. Wow, is it what Taylor Swift, being a Taylor Swift fan feels like? Is it? I don't know. Okay, Kirsten says, dude, I want to watch the Taylor Swift movie with my girl on the weekend. I don't get it. Okay.
Starting point is 00:28:34 Anyway, my wife doesn't like that, so that's good. I don't get it. I don't understand. If that bunny had a movie like that, dude, the theater would be crazy. But the thing is that, I would buy the theater. She just had little girls like viving to it. It's great. I'm not even going to get it. If you like it, dude. The theater would be crazy, but the theater. I would buy the theater. It's just, she just had like little girls like, viving to, it's great. I love to, I'm not even gonna get into it.
Starting point is 00:28:47 If you like it, you like it. It's great. Uh, those people just put one little part. Mm-hmm. Great, what I love about that song is that at the end, he does his own shout out to the DJ that he's like, he does the, I don't know if you, at the end. He's at the moment where he sounds like he's in concerts,
Starting point is 00:29:00 like, go on with it, I'm gonna put it in. Uh-huh, and he says, and CEO, since CEO's like a dude, that like basically like runs a lot of VIP shit. Yes. Here, he's great, and he says, and he says, and he says like a dude that like basically like runs a lot of VIP shirt. Yes. Here, he's great. And Madam, crazy person, but he's great. He like mentions, he was like, since he's like,
Starting point is 00:29:11 and then he sounds like he's like in the DJ booth. Yes. It's so good. The way that he can do that, he does the same thing on the Poetal Appalaya. Yeah. It sounds like he's in a little concert. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:21 In a little place. Or at the beginning. Or at the beginning. Or at the beginning. Or at the beginning. Or at the beginning. He's like, whatever. He's like, a four close, then it's like, bump. Yeah. Incredible. So good.
Starting point is 00:29:30 What about Candy V? I love that song. It has so many bars on it. So good, dude. And I love the, I didn't know this, but what about Candy V? It used to be a Hinatato, which means like a dude that, like, how do you call that in English?
Starting point is 00:29:43 Like the guys at Wright horses? I don't know. Like a jockey? Yeah, Yeah exactly in Puerto Rico that like I died or something. I looked it up and I was like oh you except and he's went in the spot if you listen on Spotify. Yeah in every song he's on a horse. Yeah. Going through every song in like different cities or different things and the album cover is him on a horse. Exactly. So this one's a little bit more of like going tying a little bit more into that vibe. I also love that and that was like there's like a laugh tracking it or like not a laugh track but he says something like oh my god what is that that it's like haha. Oh it's a little loud. Yeah. Love that line. I use that for all my permos now.
Starting point is 00:30:18 But the cano I think is great. It hasn't grown on a tree just yet. I'm in tree babati cano and I tell you why because it feels to me like the darkest song in the album. It is pretty dark. It's a very dark song. It's called Vatican, essentially, about in English. But he's talking about a very hyper-sexualized relationship with somebody. Correct. In terms of it being also kind of religious.
Starting point is 00:30:42 Yes. So it's like, for me, I had to hear it a couple of times and I was like, okay, this is interesting. Like what is he trying to do here? And all the other songs I know he's trying to do, this one I'm still trying to figure out. I haven't figured it out yet. It hasn't grown on me as well. I agree with you.
Starting point is 00:30:54 It is like what is happening right now? It's a dark song. What is happening right now? That's why I haven't gone far into it, but I will. It's still just less than a week out. We'll get there. Next one, I love Nomekiro Kasad.
Starting point is 00:31:04 I play that next to my girl. So it can be like. Next one, I love Nomekiro Kasar. I play that next to my girls, which can be like a freight. The beat on Nomekiro Kasar. When it goes boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, do, do, do, do, do, do, do, so good such a great beat. Bump, bump, bump, bump, bump. I can't do it right now, people, sorry. She's, here's the key, she's waiting for the album. And I can't get it. We're fully doing promo for him for free right now. Next one, where she goes.
Starting point is 00:31:36 Well, that's a single that came out. First single that came out, nobody even knew that it was gonna be like, an album coming except people that were like, oh, now this is how it was the Billboard at the end, or whatever, banger, I love where she goes. But it's something, except people are like, Oh, Nadia Salle was the billboard at the end or whatever. Banger, I love where she goes. But it's something, once a single comes out, I don't know about you.
Starting point is 00:31:48 I don't really hear it in the album, because I've heard it so much for like two months already. So it's like, I kind of skip it. It comes up in my shuffle, I won't skip it. I won't skip it, but I won't listen to it. But if it's in the album and I'm listening to you, I'll skip it. Just because I'm like, I already heard this, I know where it is. I do think it's a little bit, I will say this, it's a little out of place based on the entirety of the album. Yes. I don't think it has the same vibe that the rest
Starting point is 00:32:08 of the album has, but maybe on the next album, and we'll get to him pretty few tours of the end, maybe a little more of that little house and like a ton vibe. Where she goes is great. Thunder lighting, like I said, is my favorite right now with Eladio Carrion, which I also love that he says, I don't even know if it's on this one, but he says, yeah, I'm in a field, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah cranking it up. I didn't know him when Kemba Walker came out. Oh my god. Kemba Walker with a codec. No, with bat with bat. No, you're thinking of On a get in a second. The Gremlin one the Gremlin one something. Super Gremlin with with with a radio and somebody else's on it. I can't think of it. Well, it's code I got it. Codec on it. Somebody else forgot who it is.
Starting point is 00:33:02 It's another it's another Latin trap. I'll remake thing I love that. I love that. It just has like Future like you just have like the greatest like rappers respect That's what he's doing because I guess because he speaks the most English and he'll Communicate perfectly on the song. I can do this but I can do it in Spanish exactly exactly Thunder lightning Europa is another interesting one to me because that tells me there's something coming. There's a little nugget throwing that in. It's only, it's literally like, it's 11 seconds, it's just him saying, I mean, I feel like
Starting point is 00:33:33 with this one we're not going to throw. Can we play this? It's not even a song. It's like, that's it. It's just this. So basically, for my English speakers, I it says is somebody in an airport song. Yeah, somebody in an airport saying, sorry, your trip to Europe has been canceled. Just look up for future dates of your flight, which I'm pretty sure it either means that
Starting point is 00:34:00 like a tour or a European tour. Sure, it's going to happen. Or something in the next album that kind of is like a tour, a European tour, sure it's gonna happen. Or something in the next album that kind of is like, it's like, ties it together. I don't know if this is like a part one, part two thing, but it's like, I don't think there'll be a Nadiya Sallia in La Cuiapa, Sarmagnana, part two, maybe there is. Maybe you'll use this clip when that happens, but it's, I don't know, it definitely feels like
Starting point is 00:34:19 there's more to this. I actually know because that, Bernanagro, we already talked about it with Fade, Fire, Acho PĂ©rez, we already talked about it. And then there's Umpriviu, which is the second single. Yes, they came out of this. Because it came out like a week before, feels like a week before. No, yeah, I did. And I remember listening to that song and I was not impressed. I was. That's Kiersten said the same thing Kiersten's been impressed. You're an impression, right now. She was like, it's okay. And then I was like, oh, you just got to listen to it
Starting point is 00:34:42 a couple times. And I did. And it grew on me a lot. It grew on you, right? But it definitely was not my top. And then I hear it now on the album and I like it. And I like it a lot more. I don't skip it. I think it's because it sounds a lot like, maybe not unberano senti, but it does sound very that vibe.
Starting point is 00:34:59 It feels like it would have fit in in that album a little bit, in my opinion. I think it's great. But then the fact that it puts that at the end, which means that I don't really know about Okawaii's F-Poets, which you think is the beginning of this album when he plays that, that's a huge tell, that there's something fire coming. It's just so part from this. Yes, dude, it's so cool the way that they can kind of manipulate where the songs go and how the story gets told of an album that lets you know that there's stuff coming in the future.
Starting point is 00:35:24 And to me, I was telling, I think Mike Fuentes, I was telling him, an album is like a bottle of wine. You need to open it up. I agree. You gotta let it breathe a little bit. You gotta listen to it a couple times, and then you can make a distinction on, okay, is this a good album?
Starting point is 00:35:37 Is this a great album, right? Cause you hear something, especially if it's your favorite artist. Like I heard all for all the dogs. And then I heard it again, I was like, okay, there's about six songs at the end. Well, you liked it a lot at artist. Like I heard all for all the dogs. And then I heard it again. I was like, okay, there's about six songs. I like it a lot at first. I liked it.
Starting point is 00:35:48 And then I was like, mm, mm, mm, with every time. It kept going down. With Babbani, I was like, I listened to it the first time. I was like, okay. Uh-huh. I don't know if I like it all the way yet.
Starting point is 00:35:59 They're not the first thing I didn't want to. Then I started. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. And again. And again, and again. Okay, all right, I'm in. I'm in. You're all in. Where could people see you? Where could people follow you, yeah, yeah, yeah. And again, and again, and again. And again, I was like, okay, all right, I'm in, I'm in. You're all in. Where could people see you?
Starting point is 00:36:06 Where could people follow you? Give me all the good. Dude, you can follow me at CAHR.LS. On TikTok, you can follow me at CAHR.LL. I'm gonna put, I'm posting all my dates. You can find them on the link in my bio. Follow me for more shows, follow me for dates. I'm posting content all the time.
Starting point is 00:36:20 Follow your boy and listen to the album. Please. That's all I want you to do. My brother, thank you so much for hanging out. Of course, bro. Thank you for having me. I am a follower boy and listen to the album, please. Yeah, dude, it's all I want you to do.
Starting point is 00:36:25 My brother, thank you so much for hanging out. Of course, bro, thank you for having me.
