Absurd Truth podcast.
It's his life mission to make bad decisions.
It's time for Florida man.
I am never ever at all surprised at all of the creative ways that some of these people that come up in these headlines, the things that they use as weapons.
A teenager was arrested for battery because she struck her mother with a pork chop.
It's a true story.
Jensen Beach, Florida. Teenage girl was arrested. This is Local Channel 12 for battery after she
struck her mother with a pork chop during an argument. 18-year-old Farah Kernan slapped her mother
across her face with her right hand and apparently it was recorded by one of her mother's friends.
I don't know what in the world. And then she threw a pork chop at her.
The responding deputy said he observed, quote, food residue on her shoulder that was consistent with the
story and they took the teenager into custody. So I shall have an assault and battery charge
with a pork chop of all things. Why are you going to be doing perfectly good meat that way? I don't know,
but that's what happened. This is so crazy. Also, this, we've got this Florida man who was
accused of driving a car on fire. He was arrested on DUI charges. This is WESH Channel 2. His
car was literally on fire.
Oh, he's got a sweet mullet.
The guy's got a sweet mullet.
Brevard County Sheriff's Office.
He was arrested on charges of DUI on Friday.
Patrick Rinaldi, 60, was driving under the influence.
He refused to submit to DUI testing.
Apparently, witnesses said that he had stopped the car in the middle of the road,
then got back in the vehicle, began driving.
There was smoke coming out of the car.
Flames started taking over the vehicle.
Brevard County Fire rescues had to respond.
They thought they were apparently, they had to put out a brush fire.
that kicked off after the burning vehicle ignited that as well.
So there, he smelled like alcohol.
He said he had one beer and just one beer.
But they found apparently lots of bottles of liquor on the floorboard of the car.
So that was kind of a clue that it was maybe more than one beer.
So he was taken into custody.
Good heavens.
I mean, I can't believe he was driving it while flames were consuming it.
That's like some planes trains and automobile stuff.
Many of us grew up reading that story of Anne Frank.
somebody's going to write that children's story about Minnesota.
What?
What?
Golly.
So now Tim Walz is thinking that somehow it's like the Anne Frank.
This is getting ridiculous.
This guy seriously needs to just watch his language and stop trying to incite.
Welcome back to the program.
Dana Lash with you.
An iced out day here in Texas.
You know, I will say the, it was very interesting to me when the administration.
first came out and talking about this because some people were saying, and I think they got it
from Noem because I think it was Christine Noam who had first said that this guy was brandishing.
Alex Prattie was brandishing. I didn't see that in any of the video. Now, there's obviously a difference
between defensive carry and brandishing. And I really feel like the people who are weighing in on this
don't know that. They don't know the difference between it or the legal implications of, you know,
low ready and, you know, full on you're presenting. So I, those people need to, because that doesn't,
it's not helpful. And it's not helpful for the way, part of the reason why this is such a big argument is
because the, the administration came out and made it so with the way they were describing it.
The guy was called a domestic terrorist. I don't think he's a terrorist. I think he's a, I think
the guy was a moron who made some stupid choices and was obstructing a federal operation and stupidly
decided to carry in the middle of it. You know, you can't,
be doing that kind of stuff with the federal statute the way it is. And especially after ice
agents have been repeatedly violently attacked by these people. I mean, for crying out loud, just the
other week, we were talking about the woman who hit the guy and he fired a shot, fired several
shots in defense of his life after she hit him with her vehicle. That was on camera. So you don't go
out there and be like, well, he brandished. I didn't see that. Nothing in the video supported that
claim and it was sloppy that it was made. And I,
Christine Oam did not do herself any favors at all whatsoever. In fact, it made it,
it partly contributed to one of the reasons why we're all having this discussion right
now. It was entirely unhelpful. The guy wasn't brandishing. And I think to, to imply that
that Pretti was intending to kill law enforcement, I think that that's, that also doesn't,
that seems kooky. And I don't know why they would present that.
as part of this story before the investigations concluded. Look, I think that if we're going to sit here
and act like the story is as serious as it is, then you need to give that seriousness the respect of
allowing the fact gathering to continue and allowing the investigation to proceed.
It's incredibly important that that happens. So, as I said, from the video,
I don't see any indication of anybody brandishing anything. I didn't see that. I didn't
see, I mean, it's, you can't, I will say you can't tell in the video whether or not his hand
goes back to where his holster was or where, we can't tell. I don't know how anybody can say
confidently. I think they're BSing you because the video, it shows some things, but it doesn't
show enough to where you can make a 100% confident assessment. I think that we are owed an
explanation though, but getting out there saying somebody was brandishing or that, you know,
that he was intending to kill. I just, he hadn't yet.
I don't know where that just because he had a presence of a spare mag.
That's not enough to indicate any kind of ill intent.
There's thousands of people that carry every single day and carry a spare mag with them.
Probably over thousands, I'd say maybe according to gun ownership in the United States,
probably more like millions.
But language matters.
Why does it matter?
We're not being petty and we're not nitpicking.
It matters because different statutes are invoked depending on the language that is used.
different penalties are applied specifically predicated upon the language that is used that is why it's important
that is why it's important and i don't think anybody in the administration needs to be getting out ahead
of any of this now they don't have a great track record on it anyway of two-way stuff so don't make that the
thing that you focus on all the administration needs to do is say look you can't obstruct federal
enforcement.
And you can't have Democrats up there encouraging
this violence, encouraging this chaos. I mean, think about this.
This came out, New York Post and others wrote about it.
The well-organized network
that is encouraging people to go and get involved
in these operations.
You've had a couple of independent journalists somehow get a part of these.
These are all very Marxist, lininist networks.
These are these little commy cells.
And they have signal chats.
They're organizing.
It talks about where they're meeting.
It talks about rapid responders.
They have a database where they have been inputting in license plates of suspected ice agents.
They are monitoring where vehicles are going.
So it's all very well organized.
There's tons of screens.
shots, very, very well organized. And it's very, I really wish that these Democrat officials
would say, you know, we need to slow the role. They have a responsibility. They have a
responsibility to help restore law and order. January is when a lot of people finally stop and
look at their money. And instead of chasing big predictions or the next hot thing, they just want
something solid. And that's why gold keeps coming up as a steady, reliable option. I was talking
with Colin Plume over at Noble Gold Investments. And we were discussing how no one really knows what
2026 is going to bring, elections, markets, wars. But one thing we do know, gold and silver have
outlasted every empire, every crash, every currency. And at the end of the day, it's about that
peace of mind. Having a little gold in your strategy can make those wild market swings a lot easier
to live with because real wealth isn't flashy. It's being prepared and protecting what you've
already built for yourself, your kids, and your grandkids. This is the year to create a more stable

And now, all of the news you would probably miss.
It's time for Dana's Quick Five.
I read that something like 20,000 flights have been canceled since the weekend because of the storm.
And something like on Sunday alone, it was like over like there were like 11,000 flights canceled on Sunday alone.
That is a lot.
and the transportation secretary was saying it was going to be probably around the end of the week
before everything is kind of normalized at that point. So my heavens, yeah, it's over 20,000. That's some of the latest numbers for this. Good night.
Let's see, a couple of others. This, oh, Alaska student arrested for eating an AI art exhibit. This is interesting. I don't even know what this is about. How do you eat an AI?
Art Exhibit. I don't even understand what that just apparently, I mean, apparently there were
an art exhibit where there were about 160 images on the wall, and this guy literally physically ate
these AI generated images. And the, I have no. Okay. Well, that's, that's something I haven't
heard of before. Oh, let's see. Also, a couple of other things to touch on. They're saying that
colon cancer specifically. Colin cancer is now the top killer for Americans under the age of 50.
According to the latest data, you knew that it was going to be an explosive epidemic.
It is by far number one, and it's claimed the spot seven years earlier than it was previously anticipated,
which I think indicates quite a lot about how quickly this is growing and spreading and good heavens.
also a couple of other things we're going to make sure that we hit we also oh goodness
Kanye West took out a full page ad in Wall Street Journal apologizing for apparently being
anti-Semitic he literally has a song called Heil Hitler I don't I don't understand what that
means but okay yeah but he's apologized a full page ad which didn't come cheap in the
Wall Street Journal where he attributes the the I don't
don't know, his lack of reason from 2002 car crash. He said, apparently that's, it's from that.
I don't know. A couple of other things. Let's see. We've also, China's top general accused of
giving nuclear secrets, giving away nuclear secrets, but to the U.S. bribery allegations against
one palace intrigue. Very interesting. Stick with us. You know, they've established,
You remember Chas Chop?
Chas Chop had, I don't know, like they were trying to say that it was an autonomous zone.
And do you remember that they had a portion?
Actually, it was like a big intersection, completely cordoned off with like plywood and the traffic barrels.
And they weren't allowing anybody in.
Well, now they're apparently they're doing it in Minneapolis.
They've established a new autonomous zone where they've said law enforcement is not allowed.
and it's all very, very well funded.
They did the perimeter in the same way.
And they have all these,
the other thing is they have tons of supplies
that fall through, that go through there.
Dustin, Graj had actually taken some video.
They had free winter gear, hand warmers, food, coffee,
all of that, like tons of it brought in.
How was that being funded?
It's like several blocks.
Now, the people who live in their so-called autonomous zone,
the rioters there are.
Minneapolis have been barring them from getting back into their homes. So if they come back from work
and they're trying to just to get home and they happen to live within that multi-block radius
where these people, these violent writers, have set up this autonomous zone in Minneapolis,
they don't let them back into their houses. They will not let them back through. That's insane.
So you're being detained, you're being arrested, which basically is like kidnapping by people
who are trying to claim that they're the victims. This is a,
well-funded insurrection. If you want to call it what it is, here's an actual insurrection,
organizing and having a well-funded operation to go and obstruct, impede law enforcement action.
That's what it's all about. So yeah, this is, some people were saying that the autonomous
zone that they've established in Minneapolis looks identical to the,
Chas Chop. Remember, Chas stood for Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone. Chaz. It was Chop, and they changed it to Chaz,
and I can't remember what Chops stood for. So, remember, Chaz had murders and all kinds of stuff.
They had a SoundCloud warlord who was given everybody guns out of his trunk, and these people
had no idea how to use them. Everybody had their fingers on the trigger, and it was just a disaster
waiting to happen. It's a well-organized, and they're going to do it. And they're going to do.
this. I wouldn't doubt Democrats are probably using some of our text to pay your dollars in the Somali
front to pay this stuff. How much you want to bet? I wouldn't doubt it for one second.
Feels like that's exactly what they're doing with this. So they have this autonomous zone.
So not only they've been doxing citizens and stopping people to ask for their papers,
they have it cordoned off. And there's already graffiti everywhere, trash. Like how is it? It's been a day.
And already it looks like a hellhole.
Why?
These people destroy things so fast.
They're like the plague.
It's like one of the plagues of Egypt.
That's how fast they destroy this stuff.
Yeah, there's already graffiti.
And of course, the graffiti vandalizing private property, things like that.
They also have armed guards at the new Chaz.
They're in Minneapolis.
Apparently, they have new armed guards.
They said that they're guarding the autonomous zone.
One of them identified as Comrade Loon, which is the Minnesota State Bird.
Oh, and hey, guess whose faces are covered and all that stuff?
Yeah, those guys are.
Yeah, their faces are covered.
They kind of had one in Atlanta when Rayshar Brooks was killed.
They had kind of a Chaz thing, but it wasn't anything like what was in, like I think, Portland.
So they're going to have their own little autonomous zone here.
It's well organized.
It's well-funded.
all about obstruction. It's all about impeding. This has nothing to do with the Second Amendment.
This has everything to do with people's reckless disregards for human life and their willingness
to coddle violent criminals at the expense of the innocent. That's the truly sad thing. So,
I don't know. I mean, I don't know how long they think they're going to be able to keep this going.
because at some point they think they're going to take this all the way to the battle over the budget
so that they can get a shutdown because now they want to have a reason for not voting
and giving the administration any kind of perception of a win.
So they'll use this as the agitator to get support for it.
Instead of making the case themselves, they're just going to use this stuff as a way to get support,
to pass this support.
I mean, hey, if it's zealous, if it's zealatory around.
a particular variable.
I mean, you could use that energy
to advocate for, you know, your control.
I mean, that's the whole purpose of this.
