Welcome to the program. We have all of the latest with Iran. And as Rubio said, these are the two big issues today. And we're going to get into some of these other issues as it pertains to. We've got some Democrat stuff. We got some other immigration ancillary issues. NASA, a really amazing thing. There's a lot of stuff happening tonight.

We got the Artemis, too, all of it. And so all of this happening simultaneously. And then, of course, we have the fight over, not even, Not even the fight in Iran. It's the fight over Iran is what we're witnessing. And the back and forth over the strait. This is cut three. Trump was talking about the straight of Ormuse.

Listen to this because this is a shot at NATO. Cut three, sorry. We'll be leaving very soon. And if France or some other country once again, oil or gas, they'll go up through the straight. and almost straight. They'll go right up there and they'll be able to fend for themselves. I think it'll be very safe, actually, but we have nothing to do with that. What happens to the straight, we're not going to have anything to do with because these countries, China, China will go up and they'll fuel up their beautiful ships and they'll leave and they'll take care of themselves.

There's no reason for us to do it. We'll be leaving. Because we talked a little bit about this yesterday. We've been talking about it nonstop. If you are, let me put this in, because this is about the reopening of the straight, but I also noted, too, yesterday on Substack, if you are actually this morning on Substack, I put it in there last night, if you are a subscriber, very interesting headline in there as it pertains to Italy, blocking U.S. warplanes from using an American base in Sicily. Now, the Italian defense minister Guido Cressetto told the administration that they couldn't go through the, uh, transit through that air base on the way to the Middle East because they had not sought authorization and Italy's military leadership was not consulted per the treaty governing the use of military installations in Italy. And they said the Italian coalition government, they made that. Now,

we're going to touch back on this because you have the usage of the base, bases, which is a separate issue from keeping the straight open. And what's weird is that all of these NATO nations had to kind of be brought to bear to see the importance of at least getting involved. They thought that they could lie a prostrate before the regime and nothing was going to happen. And then they got droned anyway. They were attacked anyway, along with a number of other era of nations. So now they're seeing, oh, that's not really going to work. We're not going to be able to but kiss our way out of this, so to speak. So that's what's truly interesting about this. So we've got all of this. In addition, we're looking at the basic opening of the straight. And as you heard yesterday,

POTUS said, you know, the problem is to get your own oil. Go get your own oil then. We don't really necessarily need to do this. It is, it can be very tricky if you're just looking at all of these regurgitated headlines about the Gulf. And there's a lot of, there is a lot of agenda pushing in this, obviously. Everybody has an agenda. But there was a really interesting analysis that I actually had reposted. And if you're looking at the people who are involved in oil and gas, and if you're looking at the people who are involved in, you know, S&P that are involved basically in maritime insurance that are involved in shipping, et cetera. Those are going to be more reliable measures of what's actually happening than anything you're going to read in the Associated Press

or that you're even going to see on cable news. And that goes for all of them. Very interesting. From a guy who works with shipping and equities and derivatives and all of that stuff, he also created this actual live tracker where you can look at three points of measure for the Strait of Hormuz that it's for use for people who are managing portfolios and looking at their finances and investors who are involved in this, but it's actually a really good indicator for what you can expect and where you're going to see gas prices go. because all of this is headed towards a climax in April, mid-April specifically, because you have a lot of these emergency measures that are around, you know, trading and oil prices, et cetera. A lot of this, like, for instance, the 400 million barrel SPR that runs dry, April 15th,

and then the U.S. waiver that allows India, because right now they're temporarily allowed to buy a little bit of Russian crude, that expires. And there are several stopgaps that are keeping the supply gap at a certain point. And so if the Strait of Ormuse does not fully reopen by mid-April, all indications that we are in very uncharted, even from the 80s territory, that's the reality that we're looking at. And so the most important points to look at are the insurance. premiums, the ship count, because you can look and track, how many ships are actually tracking, tracking and crossing the straight. Now, the other thing is the, what is it, the automatic indicator that they use, because there's been a lot of questions, a lot of questions about how reliable

that is, and, you know, it's the maritime trafficking, all of this stuff, the automatic identification system that they use, that's another, you can count how many are crossing the straight each day, but some of them have been turning it off, which if they're still turning off, their automated identity, you know, their tracker, then that signifies that there's still a risk and that it's not necessarily resolved, right? So that's another thing to look at. But then also, what the experts are saying, are ship insurance premiums through Hormuz. Now, we've talked about this with Lloyd's, right? So really, One really good point was that written by this expert that I, you can find this, I reposted some of this and I have some of this coming in a piece on Substack.

So Lloyds of London, we talked about this a couple of weeks ago. They wanted to get out of the war risk insurance. And that's where Trump was saying this would be something great for the United States to get involved in because not only could we, you know, provide the security, the escort, through the straight. But additionally, here we're also the insurer. That's a really good way to box out. So before the war, listen to this, insuring a tanker through the Strait of Ormoos cost about a quarter of the ship, well, 0.25% of the ship's value. It's like anywhere from three and a half to 10 times that now. And nobody's buying it. Virtually nobody's buying it. So a $100 million tanker that costs $250,000 to insure previously now costs up to like $10 million to insure.

And so the experts are noting when this drops below 2%, the people with the most to lose, are telling you that it's getting safer. So that's a really big indicator to watch. So it's not the Associated Press and it's not the panikins and it's not the dumbass podcast Astanians and it's not any of these people. There are real indicators of the health of our prosecution or response to this conflict. So that's, I mean, it's really just four signals. And then you can actually track it all live.

So when those numbers improve, then you know, you don't even need a press conference. Then you know, you don't even need capitulation from Iran at that point. The numbers will tell you absolutely everything. So I think that the United States has been incredibly transparent on all of this. So, of course, the people that have wanted the Iran regime to remain in place are not. I've seen that weird creeper, Alexander Dugan out there, that everybody from Tucker Carlson to Candice Owens to Fuentes and all of these other freaks that they repost. And he's literally like a Kremlin operative.

And he's very public about it. There is, again, an absolute sci-op against the success of this response. This is the West's last chance to deal with it. And it's not even about Iran and their energy or even really so much about Iran. This is about resetting a new world order through the West's perspective. with the West calling the shots. And a lot of these short stacks out here are too stupid to get it. They're chasing the almighty grift. And they are not analysts. They are people with no genuine curiosity and any of this, enough to be an auto dietic. These individuals are just chasing the grift.

And they will spit at you whatever they're paid to tell you. These are the indicators that you have to watch. We got a lot more on this, too, as we move, our partners that bring you the program. So you remember the helicopter pilots who hovered near Kid Rocks, Nashville, Mini White House, and how there was, they were apparently suspended. Well, SEC war unsuspended them, lifted that.

For those pilots, the Army pilots who hovered not one, but two choppers near Kid Rock's Tennessee House during a training run while he clapped and saluted. They've had their suspension lifted, according to SEC Heggseth on Tuesday yesterday. He said no punishment, no investigation, carry on Patriots in a social media post. They were two AH-64 Apache helicopters from the 101st. Combat A. Aviation Brigade at Fort Campbell. And they said it was suspension was discretionary, but not unusual. But now that's all done.

They said that they had nothing to add to SEC War's social media posts, and the Army spokesperson didn't immediately respond for requests. I mean, they're doing more to go after that than they are the early layering center fraud, just FYI. A new video shows a man who was nearly pushed in front of a Seattle light rail train. This is terrifying. There's video out of this, CCTV footage, and it's at the Northgate station in Seattle. And the guy was, like, pushed right in front of it.

It happened on March 19th. 27-year-old, Alisio Melendez was charged with attempted murder that he timed the attack purposefully to inflict maximum harm. The guy stumbles and then catches himself so he doesn't fall into the train. And then he's pushed a second time from behind. This guy was trying to kill him. Now, this isn't the first time that this Melendez guy was charged with a violent crime either. Prosecutors say he was charged with assault.

He stabbed his sister in the stomach with a knife previously. But they tossed it because of mental illness. And then they don't do anything after that. They just let him run. Oh, he's mentally ill. Let him run. No joke. That's it.

The new James Bond sequel gets a title and a plot release out of the Amazon reboot. I'm going to be really nervous about this. I don't know. And they said that the details. for James Bond 26 are under wraps, except Dunes Dennis Velanue is going to be directing the script written by the guy who created Peaky Blinders, Stephen Knight.

So, I don't know, maybe it'll be, it's supposed to be like an original kind of Young Bond series. We don't know who's playing him, though, really? There's a lot of conjecture, but that's it. I don't know. I just hope it's not a woman, or I'm going to cry because I'm done with those stuff. We got a lot more on the way,

I think these are very legitimate questions that we need to be asking, and this are going to have to be very carefully examined after this conflict is over.

Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, spelling it out for NATO. Who is causing this? It's not POTUS, although I know that that's what the trash, the Euro-Trash Press wants to assert. Welcome back to the program, Dana Lash, with you, bottom of this first hour. France's junior army minister said that NATO was focused on Euro-Atlantic security and should not carry out operations in the Strait of Ormuse that violate international law. International law is a joke. International law is an argument put forward by weaker nations who need the protection of

some sort of specter because they can't afford to do it themselves, either militarily or with will or any political acumen. That's, you know, what Iran is doing right now to the Strait of Ormuz is a violation of international law. if we want to have a discussion about what international law is being violated and what isn't. I mean, this idea that, well, we can't violate international law. So you can't violate international law to stop a terrorist entity that's violating international law? That's what they're arguing.

You realize how mentally abortive that sounds. It doesn't make any sense because it's not supposed to. It's idiotic. I mean, Europe is so far removed from the consequences of its own actions. indulgent, gluttonous society that seeks to have the United States provide for its security and welfare while it extends within its own region its welfare system to include everyone, including boatloads of people coming in for North Africa. So this, it's interesting because the UK Prime Minister, Kirstarmer, I think kind of realized a little too late that POTUS was serious about

all of this. He's serious about it. And now they're meeting to discuss the Strait of Ormoumoum. after the war ends. And he's like, this is not going to be easy. You know why it's not going to be easy because you're going to have to do it yourself? It gets real real when the United States isn't involved in it, doesn't it? That's the thing.

I mean, you're talking about NATO. What is the purpose of NATO, if not for something like this? International law. Yes, okay, you're violating international law. They are violating international law. So he's saying, stay out of the straight-of-war moves.

That's just weakness. That's weakness from a country that can't even free itself from the Islamic problems that it's caused within its own borders. Or international law. I mean, these countries are, they're committing Sepaku. They lack the political willpower capability and capital, political capital to do anything anymore. So they're having to just kind of rely on the United States. If you think about it, too, there's, I mean, they probably realize this. They realize all of this, which is.

but they can't do anything about it within their own countries. This is why I brought up, let me go back to this real quick, because I brought up Italy. Italy had blocked U.S. forces from a Sicilian air base, right? And the bombers were due to land at the base in eastern Sicily. While they were en route to the region, they were turned around. And they said, well, permission wasn't granted because Washington did not seek authorization,

and our military leadership was not consulted, and as required under treaties that govern, the use of these U.S. military installations in the country. Now, I think this is, it's a little, it takes people by surprise, this headline, because you have a coalition government in Italy. And so not every country runs like the United States. George Maloney, hardcore conservative, that is the prime minister. She's actually probably Trump's biggest supporter in all of Europe.

She is the most conservative prime minister in all of the European Union. And I dare say all of Europe. But she has been fighting the left in her country because they only just recently became kind of conservative. They've been so left-leaning, it's destroyed their economy. In fact, you can even go back further to when COVID kicked off. One of the reasons why Italy was such a ground zero for the coronavirus spreading is because of the unfettered illegal immigration that Italy was allowing, particularly from Chinese, from Wuhan. There were direct flights from Wuhan into Italy. In fact, they were taking over, illegal immigrants were taking over factories because the economy was so bad.

Factories that were trades, you know, whether it was leather tanning, you know, any kind of textile, et cetera. They were having to sell these generationally owned family business, these family manufacturing facilities to these Chinese businessmen that were coming in. And then they would bring in tons of workers. And how do we know this was happening? Because people in Italy began protesting against illegal immigration over 10 years ago. and the fact that a lot of these factories were being staffed with illegal Chinese immigrants, just so they could have the made-in-Italy tag on, you know, a clothing item or a leather good or something like that. And so they were protesting.

The CCP weaponized it, started calling Italians racist. That scared the hell out of the Italians who have never been through any kind of DEI nonsense like that. The United States were sort of used to dealing with it. And so as a result, they shut up about it. Fast forward to a few years ago when the coronavirus broke out and on record, one of the governing authorities in one of the areas near, actually it was around Prado right there in Tuscany, just a little bit north of Florence, and that's where they do a lot of textile manufacturing, was on record as saying that one of the reasons why they were so quiet about the coronavirus,

the symptoms began spreading and people began going to the hospital, is because it primarily originated through their imported worker community, and they didn't want to call it out or say anything about it for fear of being called racist again. God's honest truth, Google it. I've even written about it not only over at my substack, but also on my website. So that's insane. So think about this. They went through hell and back, and that's one of the reasons why they swung so far to the right was because everything that happened after the coronavirus. It was a problem that they pretty much imported in on themselves, made it worse because they didn't want to address it for fear of being called racist. And then they decided to invoke these completely tyrannical lockdowns. I had a friend who lived in Rome who said he couldn't even go out and walk his dog without

alerting the police else he could get arrested. That's how bad it was. So it swung really hard to the right. And then you had Georgia Maloney, you have Mateo Salvini, you had all of these other very conservative lawmakers and a conservative coalition. that began being elected across the country, and then they contributed to more conservative representation in the European Union. But they've been weakened lately. They lost a national referendum on an overhaul of their justice system, which is something they were fighting for. They're not weakened greatly, but they're weakened a little bit.

She's been fighting a very good fight because the left has been trying to claw back power something fierce. And if you think the American press is bad, wait until you get a hold of the Euro trash press. The Euro trash press is there a bunch of grifting demons. It is unbelievable the stuff that they pull over there. They can write whatever they want to write about whether it's Salvini or Maloney or whether it's about any conservative official that's elected in their government. And if that official decides to even clap back at all whatsoever, they could be targeted for quote unquote hate speech.

It's assonine. So they've been fighting quite a bit. This may have been a move. It seems kind of empty because there's other places. there and we have some carriers there and we have another strike group that actually is en route. But that's something, it's definitely something to watch, not as a measure of Maloney and the conservative members of Italy, their alliance with the United States, but actually as a measure of the conservative political health of that country, which we need it to be healthy. Now you

understand why people, why it's, you have like the EU-US forum. You know, we have Matt Mowers on the program every now and then. You understand why. it's healthy to watch out for the political health of your allies. Because if you don't, stuff like this happens. Stuff like what you're seeing in the UK. No, you can't use our base. Stuff like what you're seeing with Spain and Pedro Sanchez. Stuff like now what you're seeing with some of the coalition wobble and just a little bit in Italy. That is incredibly important. It's not because you're keeping track of Europe because you're interested in European affairs for anything other than the health and strength of our own United States. Healthy allies are required in a world where evil

exist and tyrant's rule. And this is evidence of that. So very interesting stuff. And in the meantime, POTUS is going to be speaking about all of this tonight. He's going to be speaking about Iran. It's a prime time address. I think he's only done this a couple of other times before. I think he's done this more than any other president, actually. But it'll be interesting to watch nonetheless. Now, in the meantime, as we're dealing with some of these NATO nations and Iran, it's we also have the arguments with immigration, actually specifically birthright immigration. But in addition to that, you also have these other court cases as it pertains to the restoration of non-existent rights for illegal immigrants.

So yesterday it came out that the per federal judge, the Trump administration has to restore the legal status of hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants who came to the United States through that Biden-era pathway. And remember the CBP-1 app, too? That was something that was used. It was actually supposed to be, it was an app that was designed to deal with shipments coming across the border,

and they reconfigured it to deal with immigration, which is interesting that came up. That was a little, I didn't know that. I didn't know that until I was following this case. But the administration, and I think this is a good point that Bill Malugian made, the administration created out of thin air a pathway on this app for about,

about 900,000 migrants, illegal immigrants from around the world to bypass Rio Grande. That's what they did with that CBP1 app, right? And then the Trump administration reconfigured it to self-deport. So they had 900,000 of these illegal immigrants from around the world that they're going to bypass the Rio and enter the U.S. at ports of entry. And so when Trump got in, day one, he revoked legal status. Now a federal judge says no. This is absolutely assinine to me that this is like this.

because you can have someone grant give status to hundreds of thousands of people, but you can't have someone not or revoke that. That doesn't make any kind of sense at all whatsoever. Did you know one Annie Ann's pretzels is the same amount as an hour of work in Pennsylvania? How is a pretzel worth an hourly wage? Because we keep printing money. wherever you get your podcast. It's his life mission to make bad decisions. It's time for Florida Man. Florida Man was arrested for stealing over $900 in Disney PINS, P-I-N-S. That's dumb. He was arrested for grand theft because he stole enough of him, which is crazy. So it's a third-degree felony. He was jailed.

apparently they haven't named me out because they haven't fully they haven't gone through to file charges but apparently he was at a Disney style store and an employee noticed him putting all of these trading pins in front of his pockets or in his pockets his front pockets and they had security involved and they followed him and they caught it I just think that of all the weird things that people steal and get themselves in trouble for and go to jail that's like a bunch of pins that's just a weird. I don't know. Let's see. A Florida man drug dealer was, quote, hit by a flying bag of cocaine seconds before the cops swoop in. This is interesting. So a drug dealer right before police stepped into bust a deal, got hit in the face with a flying bag of cocaine. Apparently, the man chucked the baggie of drugs at his dealer when he suddenly decided to return his purchase. It's like all on camera. Volusia County Sheriff's Office. They were responding to. a complaint about drug sales in Daytona Beach, and they arrived to apparently a sale in progress. And the drug dealer got hit by a flying bag of Coke as the customer suddenly decided to return

its purchase. And they have body cam footage showing them. The guys were told to lie down as the cops moved in. I just think it's funny. And it showed the man, one of them, running out of the back of the house. Of course, he didn't get far. They recovered over $10,000 in cash, illegally possessed firearms. They were trying to get the file the serial numbers off and then of course tons and tons of cocaine. So because obviously distribution. Very interesting.

This, let's see, I got a couple of others here. This Florida man, oh no, that one's disgusting. I don't want that one. I don't want that story. I don't want a gross one. Oh my gosh, I don't want a gross one. Listen, I, well maybe I should. This is a villages one. It's a villager, Steve.

It's a full-on Minecraft A villager landed back behind bars after having his bond revoked for contempt of court. The guy's name Derek, D-A-R-R-I-C-K, Derek. How would you pronounce that? Derac? Derek? I can't. 56.

I cannot believe this guy's 56 because he looks way older than that. He was arrested again. Second time, Sumter County Sheriff's Office. So they had an order to revoke his bond for a stalking case where he called a woman a ton of times after he followed her and then exposed himself to her. Obviously without her consent, multiple times. He would just show up where he was stalking her. So he would show up where she was going. And then he would just legit drop trial.

Like sands through the hourglass, so are the days of the United States. Pay cut. But it's not about money for me. So do I ever think about it? Yes. Could it happen? Yeah, it could happen. If the opportunity presented itself, the right opportunity presented itself.

Look, if I wanted to, I know people are going to think I'm crazy. This is going to be the headline and people are going to laugh about it. I think I could be president of the United States. I could definitely run this country better than Donald Trump. No one believes that. Literally nobody at all believes that. That's Don Lemon, who I don't think lives in any kind of reality on his, I don't even watch his stuff. I don't watch his stuff.

I know you don't. And I don't, I just, he just, the stuff that he says, unless it's something super goofy like this, it just doesn't trigger anything. It doesn't pop up in our sphere of awareness. I don't think a lot of people could do, especially in terms of foreign policy, what POTUS does. Because POTUS is one of the first ones to actually do it. even of Republican presidents, you know, whether it's, you know, relocating the embassy in Israel, or whether it's sticking it to Iran or going, you know, doing what he did in Venezuela. And the way that he is trying to box out China, which I hope that people aware this is less about

Venezuela, less about Iran, even less about the Strait of Ormuz. This is about boxing out China. This is why that discussion of multipolarity has decided now, this is when it's going to pop up, because he's so close and very successful in reshaping the order of things to suit the West. And thank heavens, we love freedom, right? We believe in liberty and we don't have imperialistic tendencies. We just want to be left alone and not be gouged on imports. That's it.

that's all it is, you know, free and fair trade. But I don't think he could do that because he can't even stick it out at a network. He can't even stick it out. He had knives in his back. People working with him at CNN. Come on. This is on limit for crying out loud. And he's very sensitive.

You can't be sensitive in this kind of job. Not when you're at that level in politics. You can't be sensitive. You're not afforded such an indulgence. That's an indulgence. Being emotional at that level of politics is an indulgence. And it's a hallmark of a small mind. You can't have that at this level.

You kind of, and you've got to push forward and stop focus grouping everything. And I think that's what POTUS has been doing. And damn, he's been very successful at it in terms of foreign policy. Now economically, you know, with the Trump accounts, you know, that's my big criticism. I think that we needed to, I think we need to really reduce any kind of spending unless we're talking about, interspending just for the purpose of what we've seen constitutionally defense. So I got some criticisms there. But I mean, nobody's perfect.

And just because I disagree with them on a couple of economic issues, why in the world would I be like, okay, I'm going to give up? I guess I'll just let the left win with their trancey of kids and DEI. And let's cut everybody's willies off and turn everybody into frank and copulatory organs. And let's go ahead and reopen the borders. Why in the hell would anybody do that? no this this is the last chance that the west is going to have to do this and we're not going it alone where our Europe is weakened of their own design and I think it may help bring in more

conservative members of their various parliaments and then they can take over the EU and maybe do away with that altogether by the way the European Union's just been an absolute disaster absolute disaster. All of the immigration problems that they have stem from starting with the EU. You have one leader that wants to have open borders and bring everybody in from boats crossing the med, and then all of these other nations have to accept it because of the EU, the required agreement to have easier travel between these European nations. So you don't have to have your documents out at a security checkpoint every time. So that's one of the reasons why it's so bad, led by Angela Merkel, but that's another story. And now, all of the news you would probably miss.

It's time for Dana's Quick Five. So apparently data centers, they're saying, are causing huge temperature spikes from miles around them, according to futurism. The data centers, for instance, at the heart of the AI boom, they're producing apparently so much heat. They're spiking land temperatures up to 16 degrees, according to new research. They're creating what's called entire heat islands. Now, it's a study that's yet to be peer-reviewed, but the environmental impact of these things is pretty significant. The energy that they consume can power entire cities.

So that's going to be really like the future of debate about this, is the amount of energy, the amount of water, the coolant, the whole nine yards. So interesting. Also, let's see here, a couple of other things. Wisconsin football mourns the passing of former Titan Jack Pugh, This coming in from Milwaukee Sentinel, the four-star recruit coming out of high school. He was a member of the Badgers, 21 recruiting class. Sad story.

But his last year with the Badgers was 23. So he announced his retirement due to health reasons. He's like so young. But heavens, that's a very sad story. Also, let me pull this up. We've got, oh, Italy misses out on the third. straight World Cup in a row after penalties after penalties that defeat to Bosnia in a playoff. Tiger Woods has also announced that he's going to seek treatment after pleading not guilty

to a DUI. Who's the guy Steve that always wore like the crazy pants and he would smoke cigars on the pitch? I can't remember his name for the life of me right now. Dolfer? Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's like literally who, not Billy Madison, but what that Adam Sandler movie was based on. I cannot think of it. I know the snick guy's name, and I can't think of it. You're not talking about John Daly?

I don't really follow her, but the fact that she stopped a performance, a live performance in a musical in New York, and had to be taken to the hospital midway through.

that's pretty crazy. They said she was feeling ill and was promptly transported to a local hospital where they're still evaluating her symptoms that's, and I mean, she's like on Broadway. That's in the middle of a Broadway performance.

That's pretty amazing. And then gets sick and has to be taken to the hospital. So, ooh, my goodness. Also, last but not least, oh, yeah, this was a border collie that was rescued a week after waiting for her injured owner

in remote backcountry in New Zealand. This is the sweetest. We do not deserve dogs. We really don't. But they found her sitting amongst the jagged rocks of the alpine backcountry. Molly the border collie. She was separated from her owner a week earlier and was waiting with her owner who was rescued. They went back to get the dog.
