Do they want to have hearings on Big Bird and Ernie?
All of the alleged waste and fraud and abuse that Mr. Musk is finding with his untutored, unvetted, juvenile computer hacker crew?
Come on. Let's show some institutional self-respect.
This is the Congress of the United States.
We're not delegating our power to Elon Musk or anybody else.
Okay, so it's not about that.
That's what's so damn stupid about this.
And I honestly, I'm so done with these people running their mouths doing the same thing that they've done for.
I don't know how many years.
I just really don't.
Welcome to the program, Dana Lash, with you.
The funny thing about all of this is, and that's Jamie Raskin, by the way, who's losing his ever-loving mind about this stuff.
And they keep acting like, you know, this is just.
It's it's unprecedented
That's the way isn't that kind of like what you're getting out of this like oh it's so unprecedented
You know this stuff that you're seeing with doge
It's so I I don't I did a lot of reading last night
There were several things that I was reading like I'm reading up one of the things that we're talking about today and I'm gonna get into it
Is the inflation issue and if there's anything that's gonna threaten
Republican influence and authority.
It is the issue of inflation,
and we're going to talk about how they have got to get a handle on this.
And I know it's not their fault because it was Biden.
However, you guys got to remember the psychology of the voter.
And the psychology of the voter is what?
I've said this before.
It's always, what have you done for me lately?
that's always the big thing.
So they act like this is so unbelievably unprecedented and it's not.
Do you realize why Trump has been able to do what he's done in terms of structuring doge the way that he has as a part of the executive?
because there is a precedence on that
that has enabled Trump
to do what he's done going forward.
And I've got to be honest, you know, I'm kind of shocked
because it feels like some people don't remember.
This is the problem with the stuff that Democrats do.
They do these things, and then they're out of power,
and then Republicans find the things that the Democrats have done,
that have enabled them to, you know, do some pretty shady stuff.
And then Republicans are like, you know what?
You opened this Pandora's box.
So we're going to use these tools that you have established for us.
We're going to use these tools.
And that's exactly ultimately what has happened with Doge.
That's been the, I mean, Democrats really have nobody to blame but themselves
on this stuff.
You know, one of the things,
and like I said, we've covered this,
we've covered some of the shenanigans from Democrat.
I don't know how long.
I mean, it's been since 2008
that we've been doing this
and covering this.
And there are times when Democrats do things,
and you've heard me say it on the show before, and I'm like,
are you guys really wanting to do that?
Because you're just opening the door.
You're opening to Pandora's box
of insanity.
that's going to be used against you.
Not even insanity.
I mean, they just, you know, they've allowed it to happen.
So, case and point on this,
this issue of whether or not Elon Musk is able to do what he's done
was already established.
I mean, this was established back in 2014.
I had a piece on this that I wrote on my website,
and it's kind of archived now, so a lot of the imagery is gone.
But this was back in 2014, because that's when Obama and Democrats,
they decided to create this like Digital Surface thing,
Office of Digital Service.
And it was something structured specifically within the office of the executive,
meaning that it fell under the purview.
of the executive, right?
I mean, you can go and you can look at the
Digital Service Act, you can look at all of that
and it created this,
I don't know, this like a little
bureaucracy within the
executive office.
So fast
forward, that was in like August
of 2014 and December, Democrats
decided that they were going
to alter, they were going to
modify to make it to where
government employees would be used.
to work with Barack Obama in terms of implementing U.S. aid priorities, for the lack of a better way to put it.
So just to recap, Barack Obama created this whole digital service thing and established the precedent
for creating this office within the executive branch to,
go and do some of the stuff that he wanted to do, right? Now, I'm curious before I go any further,
do you guys remember any protests at all whatsoever about any of this when Barack Obama did it?
You don't remember any at all whatsoever weeping and gnashing of the teeth when Barack Obama
had created this office of digital service, correct?
So why is it a problem?
Because it was, NPR described it as a digital,
like a digital office under the Obama administration.
And they said that Trump turned it into a digital strike team.
So if Barack Obama can create an entire department within the executive branch
that he oversees.
Why is it bad then that Donald Trump in January decides to change the name of it,
re-institute that same department as Doge,
and instead of having U.S. Digital Service, it's called U.S. Doge Service,
and then just essentially takes everything that Barack Obama did with these special appointed government employees
and then uses it in the same fashion as Barack Obama but for something different.
Why is it that Democrats had a problem with the digital service under Barack Obama,
but they didn't have a problem, but they have a major problem with Trump doing the same thing?
Because he's a Republican. That's the easy answer.
That is why you discount these rat bastard fools as much as they require.
This is irrelevant.
I don't take seriously anyone who did not criticize the creation of the digital office unilaterally by Barack Obama with zero oversight within the executive.
Do you remember your friends on Facebook sharing stupid memes that other people wrote that they never bothered to research themselves that get into?
Oh, it's it's tyranny.
Oh my gosh.
Look what they're doing.
They're completely undermining the will of the vote.
I didn't, I mean, I went and looked.
There's literally no condemnation of him doing it.
Now, there are criticism coming from the conservative wing that are like, why is he doing this?
Like, there's no precedent for this.
But there is now.
There's a precedent for Doge with Trump because Barack Obama laid the foundation.
Don't get mad at Trump.
Barack Obama did it.
You absolute hypocrites, he did it.
So there's no reason for them to get all, I'm just saying, look, I am just the messenger.
I'm just telling you what people did.
And that's exactly what they did.
That was all the way back in like 2014.
So the Doge website is live.
And as we just established, it's completely fine, by the way, for this to have been done.
Because Barack Obama established the precedent.
I'm going to completely beat that over the head.
But the Doge website, Doge.
is live. And they have what they call, right when you go to the main page, it's called an
unconstitutionality index. And they have the number of agency rules. This is wild. Okay, you guys
may not want to, if you're at work, don't just look at this when you get home, like before dinner.
So then you can have your meal and calm down because it's shocking. The number of agency rules
created by unelected bureaucrats
for each law passed in Congress
and it shows you rules in blue
and laws in green
and oh my gosh
the comparison
is assinine
and what's crazy is it so hyper
interactive and so detailed
this is what you get when you put nerds on the job
by the way
nerds are nothing
if they're not about detail
it goes all the way back
by the way to 20 and 2010.
It goes all the way back to 2010.
And the issue with this, it shows you the number of rules and then how those rules have expanded gradually.
And it also notes that whenever you have a Democrat president, it seems like they just expand exponentially.
it gets into the amount of like the total sections of regulation the amount of words they compare that the length
of all of that as it pertains to the regulation compared to the law it has wow expanded so much it's
shocking shocking it gets into everything Department of Health and Human Services interior transportation
ecoculture, everything.
We're going to dive
into some of this. Also on deck
today, Pam Bondi
has decided to open a can of
whoop a double snakes. She's
going after everybody in New York,
Leticia James. The DMV
commissioner, Mark Schrader, going
after him. Kathy Hochel,
governor of New York. She's
filed charges against the entire
state over their
prioritization of illegal
aliens over Americans.
We're going to talk about that.
She was all business.
She showed up in black.
It was all business.
I approve.
We're also going to look at some of the cuts already recommended,
particularly the Department of Education.
You are going to fall in the floor, and you might rithe a bit when I tell you the amount of
money that it's already being recommended for cuts.
This is wild.
So we got that to get into.
Here's another huge issue real quick, the GOP problem.
There's a problem brewing.
There is a narrative baked.
and Republicans aren't handling it. And we've got to talk about that. That's priority. So we have a lot of
stuff to get into today with everything. We're also going to look at some of the latest with Gaza.
We've got some domestic stuff, all kinds of things to get into today that you do not want to
miss as we move because we've got headlines on the way. What does living better mean to you?
Is it more money, a bigger house? Now think about this. What about how you feel physically every day?

I don't know what she's going to do.
They're closing 500 stores.
It's their second bankruptcy filing.
Shell, you're going to have to go.

confirmed there were no injuries. It was all safe ejection. Astronauts, the ones stranded on the

expected. He's been working to get them home. Now it's finally happening. They've announced the
target date. It's a 10 crew launch now looking at Wednesday, March 12th pending mission readiness. Stick with

Of the difficulty of U.S. government workers retiring, like the maximum retirement rate is 10,000 a month.
And the reason for that is because the retirement is entirely paperwork right now.
It's manually calculated paperwork that's put in an envelope and then taken down a mine shaft and stored in a mine.
And then one of the things that affects the rate at which federal workers can retire is the speed of the elevator in a mine in Pennsylvania, which is bizarre because it should be digital, you know.
So then when we said, well, why isn't it digital?
They said, well, we have had a digital digitization program going since 2014.
So it's been 11 years.
So then we asked, well, so how much progress have you made?
And they said B.
You mean, you're giving yourself a grade of B?
No, we're on the letter B.
So I'm like, hmm, okay, we're going to need to really provide some tech support here.
Like, otherwise, literally people can't even retire, like, even if they want to.
He's not wrong.
When that tweet came out, there were a million people in the comments talking about how it took them forever to get, like, their payments adjusted, retirement, social security.
one lady said it took her 12 months. Another said eight months because it's so arduous going through all of that. Welcome back to the program. Daniel Lash with you, bottom of this first hour. The chats at Rumble. And we also have, you know, the simulcast, Channel 347 direct TV as well as all the terrestrial stations. That's actually shocking. I mean, that was one of the things where I thought, is that real? It's so bad. That's how bad it is.
It's so bad you have to go, wait a minute.
Is that real?
I don't know.
Is it?
It might be.
Of course it is.
You're talking about the same government, the same government pulling this up.
A little, what was it, almost a trillion dollars that they spent.
Do you remember like the GeoCity's website they built to help you navigate Obamacare back in, what, 2013?
You remember that?
And then it was so busted.
could sign up. People missed
deadlines because they could even sign up.
And they spent almost a trillion dollars on it.
And Kane and I were like, yeah, we could have done that
for like a billion.
Yeah, a bill or two.
And we could have made it like total geo-cities,
you know, where we had the words that turned and all that.
We could have done that up real nice, Kane.
We could have.
So he's right in everything that he just said.
It's shocking, actually.
Yeah, that's, that's, that's our good old, it's our good old government.
I saw a photo of somebody like underground in a giant massive, it could only be described as a repository for files underground.
And they ride yellow bicycles.
They have to ride yellow bicycles in between all the aisles when they're pulling.
I am not making this stuff.
I thought it was a joke.
It's really crazy when you think about some of this stuff.
Oh, you got, you gave yourself a.
No, we're on the letter B.
That's where we're at.
Jeez, it's insane.
I don't know why anybody's upset about saving money.
Makes no sense at all.
Why anybody would be upset over this?
I mean, you had the,
this is actually a mistake for the left to freak out about Doge the way that they are.
You can't lie about what people have access.
too. You know, they had, they explained it again yet. I think Musk explained it again yesterday when he was
talking about, uh, the people at Doge and the access that they have and the, the very strict
NDAs that they're under to, they're not looking for people's private information. They're looking
for waste, fraud, and abuse. That's how, for instance, they found a ton of people who were still
getting social security that were nearing 200 years old. We don't look. We don't look.
in the times of the Old Testament. Ain't nobody
live in that long no more, all right?
It's important to do this, and every dollar's
got to be saved at this point.
That's where we are. And Democrats
are miscalculating by freaking out as
hardcore as they are over this, because
there are Democrats out there, and I'm seeing them
that are now starting to question why their own
elected officials that they voted for, Democrats,
are so upset over someone
auditing, going through, and making cuts to waste fraud and abuse. Because if there's one thing
that you can get everybody behind, it's the idea that government shouldn't be wasting taxpayer dollars.
But the unbelievable thing that's happened with us is now you have Democrats out there literally
arguing to continue wasting taxpayer dollars. And meanwhile, you've got these other Democrats
and some of the moderates who maybe will go Democrats sometimes, they're looking at these
lawmakers like, the hell is wrong with you. Isn't that that?
what we're all supposed to oppose? By the way, isn't that what Democrats have accused Republicans
of doing for forever? Oh, you guys are wasting people's money. You're stealing their Social Security.
Y'all have been stealing their Social Security since the beginning of Social Security. Stop.
No, they did this. So I don't feel, I don't feel no ways bad because Democrats created the
groundwork to create Doge. You couldn't have Doge had Barack Obama not created the U.S. Digital
Service. And then the U.S. Digital Service. And then the U.S. Digital Service.
service, the only reason those people were there, again, was because of Barack Obama and Joe Biden.
They created that whole department that Trump then flipped to Doge. So if you want your precedent,
there it is slick. You want the established pattern going forward. There it is, y'all. Thank Barack Obama
for creating this. This is what Democrats don't realize. When you open that Pandora's box and you do this
kind of stuff, guess what? You're going to get a Republican that's going to come in there and it's going to use it to the people's
advantage. That's exactly what we're seeing right now. It's pretty stunning. So I can't, I, I don't take
seriously anybody. So look up US Digital Service. Read about it. That's what this is. They just took
it over. Rightfully so. Lee Zeldon, head of EPA, discovered a $20 billion dollar climate slush fund
that the Biden administration was using thrown out like Mardi Gras beads. Seven, over seven billion
specifically was sent to one entity called the Climate United Fund. Now they're taking the money back.
The phrase that I've seen used about seven or eight times lately has been clawed back the money.
Can we not, can we find something different now? Get our money back is fine. Clotted back has
already been overused. I get it, but they referred the case to the DOJ as well because it was appropriated.
This was something that actually should have had congressional involvement in order to be appropriated
because it wasn't part of a particular spending package. So it was just kind of done willy-nilly.
I was asking for the DOJ to investigate.
And it's a very left-wing NGO.
This is another example.
Do you know what, tell me if you know what the climate, sorry, I've got to look at my notes.
Climate United Fund does.
Canne, do you know what the Climate United Fund does?
No.
I don't either.
Nobody in the chat knows what it does.
I don't think Lorraine knows what it does.
That's a bad thing.
When you don't know what these things are doing and we're giving.
the billions of dollars, that's a problem.
That's a sign that your government is a little bit too big, bro.
Government is too big when you don't know where your money's going and you don't know what
the entity is doing.
That's just like one of all.
And they all have these weird names like, you know, like climate or us or something.
I'm just joking with that.
But you know what I mean?
Like climate united.
Like we're all behind the weather.
Maybe it's an organization that unites other people into the idea of bilking the
American taxpayer.
I would, you know, look.
Look, if we're going to sit here and get into the era of grifters and sellouts,
I've never been paid for anything other than my jobs, literally never.
Or if I'll do like a speaking thing, I have like a modest fee and then I get travel.
That's it.
You know, other than that, no.
Like I do fundraisers, no.
I don't get, I don't do any.
There are a lot of people, a lot of conservatives and conservative organizations that take
percentages on that.
I've never done that.
But if, you know, if the world's going to slide into grifting, I could easily make fat bank
by doing what all these other people do.
I mean, you know, screw the IRS and the five figure that I got to pay.
You know, I'd make it up and then some.
I mean, I'd feel like a prostitute.
I couldn't live with myself.
And I'd be cranky and horrible to everyone because of the guilt.
But you know what I mean.
But if that's what we're doing, you know, Democrats do it.
They've been doing it this whole time.
I just can't put myself in the mind space of I've created this entity or group or some kind of effort.
and I'm going to accept government funding
that typically 95% of the time
goes towards paying salaries.
Those grants pay like the overhead.
They pay the salaries of everybody.
Like for instance, you know that stupid Ginger
and his lazy-ass grifter wife
who only opened suitcases on a game show
before she got like a Z-list role
as a barely supporting cast member
on some Canadian drama series?
Anyway, their little Archwell with an E,
it's so stupid,
that they created, you realize that when the numbers came out, like over 90% of it went to salaries.
Everything was going to their salaries.
They were making like a million dollars off of this.
Meanwhile, they're pledged to help the disadvantaged and all this.
Those people were getting pennies, which now apparently were getting rid of.
They're getting pennies.
No joke.
The financials, they had to report the financials and they were waiting to release it like on a day that they didn't think anybody was paying attention because it was so bad.
second year in a row, so bad.
This is the stuff I'm talking about.
How do you wake up in the morning and you're not,
and you act like a prostitute?
I'm going to take this taxpayer dollars to do nothing
except say that I'm doing something about climate or whatever.
I just, the shame for that.
How do people do that?
I just, I don't understand it.
That's, beggars on the sidewalk have more dignity than that.
They really do.
Now, did you hear us hear?
We got to talk about the goody room, man.
Did you hear about the goody room?
The goody room?
I feel like now we're in Tropic Thunder.
Welcome to the goody room.
A G5 player.
You know, Tom Cruise wearing those fat hands,
which was one of the funniest things I've ever seen in my life
when he played Les Grossman.
I could not.
I read the story last night and I stopped halfway through
and I'm like, I got to watch that scene.
You're telling me you want me to abandon my friend Tug Spiebeman in the jungle for a G5.
G5 player.
And he's like real thinking, he's really thinking about it.
So the goody room, Brandon Johnson.
Now he's the mayor of Chicago, right?
You all know Brandon Johnson.
Well, I can't even believe they did this.
Chicago City Hall decided, you know when a great time to make a video of our goody room is?
Now.
So they released a video.
They call it a gift room.
it's a goody room. It's a, and they watched Mayor Johnson accept all of these valuable gifts,
like totally improper, possibly illegal. And that came after the Office of the Inspector General
Perred State accused him of not reporting any of these super expensive gifts that he was receiving.
Now, you tell me, people were given this man, the mayor of Chicago cane, jewelry, liquor,
Air pods, size 14 men's shoes, designer handbags,
are given the man designer handbags.
Your broke welfare ass can't go out and get a designer bag,
and so you grift off the taxpayer to do it.
Of all the things you nouveau rich bum to spend your money on,
that's what you're doing.
Oh my gosh.
So this new protocol,
went into effect last week and they were saying, oh, these officials, they got to report
and log their gifts within 10 days.
And then they got to put the gifts in an area that can be viewed publicly and people can
look at it quarterly.
That's his goody room.
And he's keeping it.
And he's just like, no, these are, we did prompt disclosure.
I mean, some people say gift room.
Some had said grift room.
You're looking at it now.
That's like all this stuff.
Now, one of the, some of the things that I'm curious as to whether or not everything that he received is actually in there.
I'm saying no.
Now, here's the thing.
They don't know if the shoes or the designer bags.
And we're talking, you know, Jivanshi, Gucci.
I mean, that ain't cheap stuff.
He's got some Hugo boss cufflinks.
They weren't able to find those in the goody room, Kane.
They know that he was gifted them, but those are the, those are some of the items they can't find.
in that goody room came.
Oh, boy.
So.
I think we know what happened then, don't we?
I want a goody room.
I know.
This is America.
Why should he be the only guy
that has a goody room?
It's even better than that.
It's a goody room that you didn't have to pay for.
Yeah, you don't have to pay for none of them goodies in there.
That's what I want.
I just think it's hysterical that you're like,
who's like, oh, hello, Mr. Mayor.
Here's a Gucci bag.
That's so weird.
Who does that?
What a fruit cake?
I'm not done.
with that topic. I know we've got to get moving, but I am fascinated by the goody room, right?
Like only in Chicago, right? Am I right? Only in Chicago. New York probably has one, too.
Let's be real. Okay. Las Angeles also probably has one. Okay. Austin probably has one of those two.

Like Sands Through the Hourglass, so are the days of the United States.
Yesterday I met with a manufacturing company, but they also are engaged in getting young people
more engaged in manufacturing.
So I asked them, so how many of those students that,
are signing up and want to do this, how many are women? And they said, well, I know there's at least
13 percent or something. It was a low number. And you had mentioned trying to engage more
women in manufacturing. I'm just wondering if just the name, manufacturing sounds like a guy.
Hmm
Jan Shikowsky
I have been
I have written about this woman
for so long
I've written about back since
2012 she's a little bit of a nut job
she's
yeah
she's the one who's
super heavy
super hardcore progressive
and she's gotten loopier
she's gotten older so she's upset because
manufacturing has the
word me in it.
You want bitch facturing? Is that what you
want? What about manual
labor? You can't even call it that?
Manual?
What about old crone facturing?
That's a possibility, right?
Yeah.
That's so stupid. Of all the things, this is why
you lose. I'm not against
them continuing to do this, guys.
It only benefits us. So, you know,
never interrupt your opponent
when they're committing, you know, rhetorically,
suicide. Stick with us. Second hour on the way. Our partners, the non-firearm firearm, the burn a gun.
It's always good to diversify what you have as your weapons are away array. And I always,
every now and then I come across someone's like, well, I don't go to gun-free zones. Good for you.
I love that for you. Some of us, though, we have to by nature of what we do for a living.
You know, we've got to put our big kid pants on and we've got to go to work. And sometimes
that requires going to a place where municipal restrictions or private property regulations say you can't
carry. And maybe they don't want to keep you safe. I've got friends who work in D.C. and New
York and they deal with the same thing every single day by way of their jobs. And they are like-minded
people and you want them in the jobs that they're in. My friends went out and they got the Berna SD,
which is the most popular model. It shoots chemical irritant projectiles that can disable
threats from up to 50 feet away and it has a five-round capacity, which is much greater than the
stun guns, which are maybe just one or two shots. That's it. Quick deployment, easy target acquisition,
zero recoil. And you don't have to undergo a background check. There's no waiting periods. It's
legal in all 50 states and you can buy it online and have it shipped right to your front door.
So it's, again, you know, you can't trust everyone else to take care of your security.
And even when they try to make it impossible for you to defend yourself, this is another
way if you diversify what you have in terms of self-defense tools that you can keep yourself
safe and give yourself a chance.
You can check out all of the models that they have, including the accessories and other projectiles
at B.YRNA, bernet.com slash Dana, where you can also get 10% off your purchase.
That's burn it.com slash Dana for 10% off.
We're here today because we have filed charges against the state of New York.
We have filed charges against Kathy Hockel.
We have filed charges against Letitia James and Mark Schroeder, who is with DMV.
This is a new DOJ, and we are taking steps to protect Americans, American citizens, and angel moms,
like the mom standing right behind me, who you're going to hear from in a moment.
New York has chosen to prioritize illegal aliens over American citizens.
It stops. It stops today.
So that's Pam Bondi, and she's not wrong.
I love that this was one of the first.
I've got my issues with her two-way stuff, but I love that she came right out of the gate,
steel-toed boots, kicking backside with us.
So she's going after everybody.
If you're a sanctuary state and you have been violating federal law, one, two, Bondy's coming for you.
That's what's happening.
Welcome back to the program.
Top of second hour already.
I almost said bottom of the first hour.
Did we fall into like a wormhole?
For real.
So weird.
So it times gone.
So my allergy meds, it's a little new.
Totally loopy.
Totally.
And everything is entertaining to me.
I think this is probably what like drugs are like.
Pretty sure.
just saying. So if I seem happy and chill and a little less Darya, that is not normal, just FYI.
So I love the fact that she's immediately coming out and she's doing what needs to be done, honestly.
I'm just, how crazy is it that we're so excited over like a lawmaker doing their job?
Like this should be boring day-to-day stuff. Guess what? I'm doing the job I was elected to do again.
And we should be like, yay, great.
And now let's do back, you know, back to our regularly scheduled programming.
But we've been without that for so long.
It's weird.
Like, oh, my gosh.
They're doing what they were elected to do.
We are.
Oh, we're so shocked.
Yes, more of that.
That's how crazy this is.
Right?
I'm not, I don't misunderstand me.
I'm not like downing anybody for doing their job.
It's just so weird that we're excited, just that, you know, the basic law and orders being upheld.
I don't know.
So, uh, this is, this is, you know that we're going to see.
They're going to try to fight this, but I just love that our first act was to go after
Latisha James and Kathy Hochel and all of that.
Kathy Hochel had this, too, Kane found this.
She tweeted this.
I'm so tired of this.
Quote, New York is proud that immigrants from across the globe come here searching for a better
alive and we're protecting all New Yorkers by cracking down on violent criminals.
No, you're not. We expect A.G. Pambandi's worthless publicity-driven lawsuit to be a total
failure. Okay, so first off, this isn't an issue of immigrants. This is an issue of people
who enter the country illegally. Major difference, you racist old white lady. And I say that
she's a racist old white lady because she immediately assumes that every immigrant apparently comes
here illegally or that illegal immigrants are the same as people who come here legally. I mean,
that's just a white privilege perspective to have on that, isn't it? This is about people who come in
illegally, refuse to be held accountable, and then go on to commit even more crimes. That's been
happening. We just had another arrest in the Dallas area of Trenna, Aragua. People who come in illegally,
they've been allowed to stay illegally. Guess what? They get caught committing other crimes.
in possession of illegal possession of a firearm and everything else.
Oh, but you know, nope.
You don't get any big statements from the gun control groups or Kathy Hochle on stuff like that.
This is not a publicity-driven lawsuit.
It's a lawsuit everybody voted for.
You're insulting the voters when you insult what the voters have voted for.
It's a betrayal.
This isn't about immigrants.
This is about people who come here illegally.
And you know what?
You know who else doesn't like people who come here illegally?
The people who come here illegally.
they don't like the people who come here illegally either.
In fact, they're even angrier about it, and they have every right to be, because they follow every rule.
And those are the type of people that you want, right?
They're following every rule.
They're doing everything right.
They want to be a part of the Great American family.
And then they get lumped in with all these criminals that are breaking the law by coming in without telling everybody that they're coming in illegally.
I just find the act of lumping them all together by the left to be so offensive.
It's so offensive.
And I hate saying that something's offensive, but it really is.
And it makes me mad on behalf of the people who do everything right and come here legally.
You know, when people do that and, you know, yes, not every, there's, there's, it's, it's not that we don't have any, we don't have sacred cows in this conversation.
There are a lot of things that can be overhauled, a lot of bureaucracy,
and a lot of things that can be made better and be made more efficient.
You know, E-Verify, things like that.
But when you, I get upset for them because I know I have friends who have come in from everywhere.
I have friends who have come in and immigrated legally from Colombia.
I have friends who have come in from Venezuela.
I have friends who have immigrated legally from Mexico.
I have friends that have immigrated legally from Ireland.
Latvia.
I'm trying to think everywhere.
Ethiopia.
And they've waited
collectively
decades.
One of my friends
who came here,
got married, had kids,
raised kids.
Because for some reason,
the time span for everybody's different.
The two friends
that I have, one of them came from Columbia and the other actually came from England, 16 years
and 12 years, respectively. That's how long it took them. They didn't stop the process or anything.
That's just literally how long it took them to do all this. And you can see why they get so upset
when you have people who come in across the border illegally and they are fast-tracked and then
they're giving government money, taxpayer dollars. You understand why they get so upset. I get so
upset. One of the funniest conversations I ever had in my life. We were fishing and we were in the
West Indies and we were fishing. We were outside TCI at Turks and Kekos Island. And the captain of our
boat, like great guy, him and the first mate. We would charter this boat before to go out and you fish and
then you get it cooked up on the beach and it's just, you know, you got no cell phone reception. Nobody's
touching you. It's amazing. And they were, you were. You're, you're, you're not. And they were,
kind of laughing because they were
talking about how apparently
one of the other, it was the
other island at TCI
where they had repelled a boat
that was, again, another boat
coming in from Haiti. This is a problem they've been dealing
with for decades now.
And it's gotten worse because they've had some progressive
government and now they're overrun by
illegal
immigrant Haitians and
drugs, tons of drugs. Haitians have been bringing
tons of drugs in and tons
of stolen guns. So now they
got a murder rate that's tripled. It's terrifying. And all of the people at TCI are livid. And this is
the other thing that's not they, that's not the government they voted for, but long story short,
this captain was like, it was almost like they were kind of laughing at the U.S. And he's like,
we don't understand why. You guys don't have a hardcore stance on immigration. I'm like,
what are you talking about? I do. And he's like, you might, but your government doesn't.
And then they were going through all of the other islands in the Caribbean.
And they were like, you can't do this here.
You can't do this in, you definitely couldn't do this in Cuba.
You can't do this in Dominican Republic.
You couldn't do this in Puerto Rico.
You can't do this in TCI.
You can't do this in St. Lucia.
You can't do this, you know, listing, you know, and going through all of the immigration policies of these countries.
And then they're like, oh, but the U.S., you can come in.
And then they give you a government check.
And then they give you a government phone.
And now we're putting them in luxury hotels that cost of $59 million to the taxpayer.
It was very interesting to get that perspective because you always hear the left that wants you to view everything through this leftist European perspective.
So it was very interesting to get that perspective on U.S. immigration from a multi-generational lifelong TCI resident who does a fishing boat.
and he had more common sense than most lawmakers in D.C.
And I told him that.
I'm like, I'm just saying if you ever immigrated to the United States, you might consider
elected office.
And he was like, you guys got an immigration problem.
Now I feel like finding him and being like, who's got the problem now?
I'm joking.
But still.
So Pam Bondi's going through, suing everybody.
And she ought to.
She ought to.
And a lot of these are the gangs.
Because you've got these gangs coming in and they immigrate illegally.
and then they plant their flag in different neighborhoods
and they get established
and then they set up a network and then they start
drug running. They start
people running, gun running,
all of it.
You know, the
harboring illegal aliens is a violation
of Title V, U.S.C.
Subsection 1324.
And that wording states,
quote the penalty for harboring illegal aliens
who cause serious bodily injury or put someone's life in jeopardies
up to 20 years in prison.
Now,
if a crime committed by an illegal alien results in a death of an innocent, the person who harbors them can face life in prison.
That seems like a pretty strong law, King.
Huh.
I mean, the other fines, the least amount of jail time that you can get is like three years.
That's the mandatory minimum that must be sentenced that you must receive in terms of punishing for this.
punishment for this.
You have a fine under Title 18,
a mandatory minimum of three-year term of
imprisonment, and then if there's a
second offense, so like if you're caught doing
it again, then you get enhanced
penalties. Your mandatory minimum
increases, your fine increases.
And then I think
afterwards, I mean,
you can be looking up at 25 years
in some cases life, depending on
the nature of some of the offenses.
So that's the law.
So Pam Bondi,
is following the law.
If you're a lawmaker and you're declaring that your state is a sanctuary city, you're violating
Title 8 U.S.C. Subsection 1324, you're actually harboring illegal aliens.
And I'm just curious as to why, you know, you have these people not being, that's the law.
Look at how the J6 stuff was litigated.
Now, granted, the people who were violent and busted up things, yeah.
that's that they busted up my house at my tax dollars go to i got a problem with that but you realize
that was like one not even one percent of the people who came out a lot of them were just tourists they
weren't even at the rally that was like all those blocks away near the ellipsies they were the ellipses
they weren't even near that but think of the way that they persecuted people even if you were just
outside there were people that they well we heard you were in the area that i had friends that were not
in the area that live in the area but that weren't there
and they had the FBI visit them.
Some of them have been on this program.
They go after that so aggressively, but then this,
you harbor an illegal alien like Kathy Hochle's been doing,
like Brandon Johnson's been doing in Chicago,
like they've been doing that Gavin Newsom,
like these lawmakers out in California,
lawmakers and Massachusetts, oh my gosh, we got Massachusetts story.
It's crazy.
They don't even wrist slap them.
They ignore it.
so good on Pam Bondi gosh what is it it's going to be weird to have actual law and order again isn't it
now coming up you guys here the there's a sanctuary state for alphabet people in Massachusetts
I watched some of these videos where they had this town hall and I felt like I was listening to
open mic night at the asylum they what is a LGBT key hang on there's a lot of letters here a lot of
the letters, a sanctuary state. What the hell is that? What does that mean? Okay, save that. Think
about it because we're going to talk about it coming up. I don't know what that means. It's like they just
make stuff up. We've got that for you. We also have some of the latest cabinet because RFK
junior's in. Our partners that help bring you the program, it's our friends over at Superbeats.
The Supervereen is the latest product from the makers of the Superbeats heart shoes. It is a plant-based

And now, all of the news you would probably miss. It's time for Dana's Quick Five.
So the Fed, they're saying now that mortgages are not going to be available in some areas,
according to the Fed chair, because this is just such fearmongering nonsense. Jerome Powell testified
before Senate Banking Committee yesterday, or sorry, not yesterday, Tuesday, about interest rates.
And during the Q&A, he was asked about the availability of mortgages.
and, you know, states like California
where wildfires burn through everything.
And he said that, you know,
some of these insurance companies
are pulling out of areas where there are fires
and, you know, fast forward,
there are going to be regions of the country
where you can't get a mortgage
and the banks aren't going to have branches
and things like that.
So they're saying that insurance is difficult to get, right?
And that you might not be able
to get a mortgage in some areas.
Wow.
So the state of California
made it unlivable there.
That's, you know, essentially what it is.
think about it. Good night. Also, because I got to get through these kind of quickly, the San
Andreas fault. There's fears now after the fourth California earthquake in 24 hours. Aren't we always
told that like every year, oh, it's the New Madrid or it's the San Andreas and the big one's
going to come? And when was that one earthquake that happened in California? Like I was in junior
high, I think, wouldn't happen. And I remember watching aerial footage of a bridge that a huge highway
overpass that collapsed. Remember that?
There's a bit a huge one since
since then, but they're saying, you know,
be careful about there. High school trans
athletes are fighting Trump's executive order,
protecting girls' sports in court.
They're going to lose.
Police
investigate,
of course it's Britain,
a spree of cat
shavings.
So a bunch of homeowners
and it's in Britain. They've said
in Curtin, they've said that
There's cases of their cats coming home entirely shaved.
It's someone's pet.
And the animal comes back unharmed, but entirely shaved.
So now police are investigating.
That's a very weird thing to do.
Coming up, the latest with cabinet, confirmations, Hamas, so much more.
Massachusetts and the alphabet people stick with us.

I want to hear why, but do you think that calling Elon Musk a d-a- is effective,
messaging for confronting what is a potentially irreversible transformation of the U.S.
government.
Well, he is and I think he's also harming the American public in an enormous way.
So that's that Representative Garcia that we had that we talked about the other day.
He called Elon Musk a male.
He thinks he's, he thinks he's being a real tough talker.
I love these lawmakers who run their mouths.
And then they cover their genital genitals and they cower like beaten dogs when they're
confronted by someone of the opposite ideology. Welcome back. Dana Lash with you. We're at the bottom of
the second hour. So this representative is livid over Musk, again, cutting everything. And he called him a
male copulatory organ on social media. And then he doubled down on it again last night on CNN. Now,
why? For what purpose? There's nothing that he's doing that's illegal. But there's a lot of stuff that's
being done illegally with our taxpayer dollars through just unregulated spending. Lorraine notes,
she found out that that Climate United Fund, because we were wondering, this is where a huge, like,
chunk of money went. She said that it's a, like, a group of other climate-oriented organizations,
and then they take the money, manage it. They hand it out to other groups that, like, uh, like for climate
stuff. So they've gotten nearly
$7 billion in
April 2024 from the EPA
she notes. And
what in the world?
They've got the self-help
credit union, that's DEI
stuff, the Calvert impact,
that's investment firm for climate stuff.
And then the community preservation
corporation, which is like a mortgage firm
that incorporates all this climate
nonsense. So it's
climate, climate, climate, which is a
scam. It's a complete
scam. That's what our money's been going to. It's like a shell game. You have this group that
donates to this group that donates to this group. Then they donate to the run. That's where the
running really goes. Just wild. This morning, Trump fired all 93 federal prosecutors appointed by
Biden. They're, they're every day. Every day. There's something and I love it. They can't,
the left can't keep up. They cannot keep up at all. The, uh,
idea that
I mean it's just coming in fast
there's how
I'm just still there
he's been going nonstop
and he's only like chipping away at it still
because there's so many decades
of this nonsense
how is that a free society
to have all of that overhead
have all of your tax dollars
being drained and going
into everything from
proved in media to
you know literally weapons training for Hamas and so much more it is insane so this is what
telling you something else this is what they've all this is what's all been one thing after another
this in addition I wanted to make sure that because we got the cabinet we got oh I wanted to
touch on to this Hegseth this is one last thing related to some of the US aid and some of the
changes happening Hegseth tore into European allies because now Trump
is he's pushing on NATO hard and he ought to be because NATO's treated the United States like
a pimp daddy. They have. I mean, they really have. When you have all these nations that fight
against even donating just the smallest amount of their own money to, of their own GDP,
to their own defense because they think, oh, the United States will do it. I mean, you pay for
everybody else's defense, which is assonim. He said, quote, heck Seth said, quote, make no mistake,
President Trump will not allow anyone to turn Uncle Samen to,
uncle sucker. It's a great alliance, he goes, but we got to make NATO great again. And they've got to
be able to pull their own weight. Otherwise, there's no point. Do you see for all the people who
scream about Russia, Russia, Russia, do you see how welfare defense in terms of how all of these
European nations have treated the United States actually works in Russia's favor? Less capable,
less ready NATO. And you're making American taxpayers pay for it. And this builds up resentment
amongst American taxpayers, and you threaten the stability and very existence of NATO,
because no one else wants to pull their weight.
But by God, they expect the United States to come and guns blazing if they need help.
We're done with that.
I love the fact that he just told Zelensky to pound sand, basically, too.
I mean, not verbatim, but Zelensky's been all but sidelined.
Isn't he going, don't they have elections coming?
He's just as corrupt as everything else.
Don't they have elections coming up?
Beyond the ones that canceled?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, I mean when they shut the churches down on it?
Yeah, no, I don't really know.
Yeah, you know.
I mean, their tyrant is better than the other tyrant, I guess, right?
Isn't that how it works?
Oh, wait, Dana, that's not like the, that's not what you're supposed to say.
By the way, for all the people who talk about neocon stuff, the accurate way to say it is to be like, you got to be a neocon and love you some Zelensky.
That's the actual, the accurate way to put that in perspective.
He said that, um, that it would be false.
HECS, NATO discussion, said it would be false to assume that Trump's going to start off negotiations
from any other position than that of strength.
I don't think that Trump, honestly, and this is, for all the criticism that Trump gets,
for having an outsized personality or looking like a bully,
that's the guy you want to sit down, that you want sitting across from Putin.
the left mistakes
Trump's perception of Putin, I think
because they think that Trump admires
other strong dudes
and they view, by holding that belief,
they view Putin as being a strong dude
whether they want to admit it or not.
I don't think he's a strong dude.
I'm explaining to you the leftist perception.
They, by way of,
and they've promoted this idea before
that Trump somehow admires Putin
that's a presupposition based on the premise that strength admires strength so Trump views Putin
as a strong dude. I don't think that he does. Furthermore, I don't think that they demonstrate
an understanding of Trump. Trump is not, he can recognize someone who is a strong personality,
but he wants to be number one, no matter, in anything, no matter where he is, and he's very,
very competitive. Those types of personalities don't look at other similar personalities and find
them favorable. He will compete with you and he'll be, he'll bully you back. He'll like,
you know, he'll go with you. I mean, you've seen that with some of the primary stuff.
So this idea that he would be cowed by Putin is really stupid. And it demonstrates a complete
lack of understanding as it relates to his character.
I think he kind of thinks he's a student. Also, Putin's very short.
How tall is he? Isn't he like,
for a man? He's like short for a dude. Isn't he like my height?
Hang on. Let's Google this.
Putin's height. I got to look at this up.
They say 5.5?
Oh, he's 5.7. I was right.
Dude, he's my height. I am as tall as he is. I'm 5.7.
Okay, 5, 6 and 3 quarters, but whatever.
On 5.7.
Five seven.
He is my height.
You know, Kim Jong-un is 5-2.
That's what they, that's from the week.
Kim Jong-un.
But yeah, he is officially, Putin is officially, it's an article called Vladimir Putin in the rise of the short kings.
He is five foot, seven inches.
So that's a little bit diminutive for a dude, right?
What's the, like average?
So he's not a tall guy.
Trump is a ginormous.
Trump is huge.
He's like, what, 6-4, 6-5?
He is a, I don't think people appreciate how tall he is.
He's very big-boned.
He's very tall.
He's 6-3.
Oh, he's tall as in 6-3.
I'm sorry.
No way, dude.
He's got to be taller.
When I met him, I came up to his armpits.
There's no way.
I'm up to that dude's armpits.
Like when he, because he's like done like a side thing, a side hug at
one event. When he shook my hand, my hand like disappeared into his hand. And I'm like,
Jiminy Christmas. Like the first time I met him in person when I introduced him at CPAC, I was shocked
at how tall he was. Don Jr's kind of tall too, but I think that senior is actually taller.
Barron wins that. Oh, Barron's taller than all of them. Barron's like eight foot seven. He's like
huge. Anyway, my whole point in bringing that out is one of the things that Trump does, LBJ did.
I'm not like casting LBJ in a positive light.
Lennon Burr Johnson, Lennon Baines Johnson, thinking of Lady Bird.
He was 6'4, so he was about as tall as Trump is.
And one of the things that LBJ would do when he was like trying to convince lawmakers to vote,
I read this biography of him, it's, he was notorious, he was jackass, absolute jackass.
LBJ was just rude.
He was a bully, not a nice guy.
Didn't Lake Kennedy.
He was not a nice dude.
I mean, there's a whole thing there.
But one of the things that he did to other lawmakers is he would use his height as a weapon.
So when he would talk to people, one of his biographers would note that he would step right up to them where his toe would be touching their toes of their shoes.
And he would get right into their space.
and even, you know, push his shoulders forward.
So he's like looming over them as a way to intimidate them.
He would do that to everybody.
When he would shake people's hands, he would use even with women on, like he would really try to like grip your hand.
You know, there's that weird when you shake someone's hand for the first time.
And it's like a competition to see who has the strongest handshake and it's just douchy.
He was like purposely mean.
but he was notorious for that stuff.
He would like march over if he was displeased with someone and he was going to confront them,
he would march right over to him and use his height and do all that.
Trump is not as, he's not like a jack wagon like LBJ was in that sense,
but he absolutely does use his height in those matters.
There's one photo of him where he was meeting with Putin.
I think this was, I think this was his first term.
like maybe like the end of his first year or in the second year.
And it was a quick photo where they did like the customary greetings.
Juan's showing you a picture of LBJ.
That's the stuff he did.
That's literally the stuff he did.
People would back away from him.
And Trump was shaking Putin's hand and he was doing kind of the same thing, like looming over him.
And really standing up straight unnaturally so and using his height to his advantage because Putin's a short dude.
there's a photo of Putin walking with Tony Blair
and Tony Blair looks like three heads taller than Putin
and Russian media they're very very sensitive to this stuff
so they were they're always whenever Russia controls it
they're always very very careful not to have anybody look taller
or manlier than Putin
so that's a very when they can't control it it's a weird thing for them
so anyway my whole point is that
he sidelines Zelensky because I think Zelensky's dead weight
with us he really is
they're not able to do anything Zolensky's not
a negotiator. I mean, this guy's just as much of a tyrant. He is. You can be like, well, he's
less of a tyrant than whatever. He's still, they shut down churches, they shut down media. They
go after people that criticize their government. If you disagree with their whatever, it's just
the same thing. It's the same, again, same term, different side. So this, I think it's,
it probably gets wrapped up faster without, without him involved. But they've already been saying
that they would be willing to do a land swap. So, I don't know. We'll,
it's all fascinating stuff that the this idea of um larry Vegas larry says he's five seven so he can rule
the world there you go five seven's words at five seven club that's oh and that's one of my favorite
calibers oh well I'm going to have to get that celtic 57 rotary barrel pistol uh all right so we got
more to come we've got already florida man and let me just tell you really quickly we've got
the alphabet people making a sanctuary state for

It's his life mission to make bad decisions.
It's time for Florida man.
So this is weird.
So this was the Florida Sun Sentinel.
I didn't have this on my list, but it's Florida boaters are claiming wrongful arrest and jail time for boating DUI,
despite the fact that they were totally sober.
not totally tober but totally sober it was in august so they've been fighting this this whole time it was
in jupiter florida where a man took his wife young kids and friends out on the river and they ended up getting
handcuffed their kids were crying florida fish and wildlife took him into custody they said they were
boating under the influence testing later found that he was totally sober uh he didn't drink um he doesn't do
drugs. In fact, he doesn't drink because he's like apparently devout Christian. And he owns a
Christian private equity company and he's a church elder. And so he's a hardcore, he's a he's a teetotaler.
He doesn't do anything. But they, they, they, they, the guy told him, quote, listen, brother,
you're showing extreme signs of impairment. And the guy goes, because I'm nervous. I'm here with all my
kids and you're like, you know, doing what you're doing. So the guy was just claiming that he was drunk,
took him into custody. And now he's trying to get the case expunged.
because prosecutors couldn't file charges because the guy was sober.
He blew 0.00 on a breathalyzer, but they still held him until 2.30 a.m. the next day.
He tested negative for absolutely everything.
And he's one of the multiple cases over the last few years involving these boaters who say that they were arrested because, you know, the guys are apparently a little aggressive and people get nervous and, you know, they ended up having to fight these cases.
That's crazy.
I think there needs to be a lawsuit filed for that.
You're going to have to make a very expensive lesson out of somebody
in order to stop that kind of stuff.
That's what's going to have to happen, unfortunately.
This, let's see, oh, boy, this man,
telling you about them gaiters, he survived a gator attack,
like a full-blown gator attack, thanks to his neighbors.
Southwest Florida man, this was in North Naples.
And he says,
because it took him five paragraphs,
to get into the story because the people here suck.
Naples Daily News said the guy saw this alligator.
He wasn't really watching, but it came from nowhere.
It's mouth open, bit down on his right leg, wouldn't let go.
It attacked him for several minutes.
The neighbors saw they went out to fight off the gator and ended up saving his life.
And so he was thinking, you know, his neighbors.
But you've got to be, if you're working around anybody in water in Florida, including a tiny little puddle, giant gators.
going to fly out of that puddle. You just got to, I don't like their mouths. Look
how just, it's so weird. It's like pale chicken inside there. It's just gross. Oh, I don't like
them. A Florida man injured a great, an endangered great white heron at a state park. He harmed it.
It was a Bill Bragg State Park in Key Biscayne, 34 year old Edgar Valenzuela. He wounded an endangered
species because he was throwing rocks at it. So can I throw rocks at him? I would totally
do that for free. Giant
rocks, I just throw right at him.
And he was fishing in the park.
He got mad because the heron was
trying to get at his bait, and so he threw rocks
at the bird and really hurt it.
And so they had to get Florida Fish and Wildlife
involved. So I'm not reading this
headline that you have at the bottom.
I'm so glad that we're out of time.
Are you sure, Kane?
Why are you nervous now all of a sudden?

Now, I'm going to be quick
because I want to send a message to somebody.
Why are you talking like Chris Walker?
Just get it out of your.
Elon, take your musty millions
and must in Moscow rights to the moon.
Because if you don't,
we're going to stand up,
We're going to speak out.
We're going to march.
We're going to do anything we need to do to make sure that the people of this country
understand that the CFPB is for them.
You get your musty hands off of our money or go to Mouse Town.
You muster, moo-moon.
What is even that?
That's Emmanuel Cleaver out of Kansas City.
I've heard of
I like to
pride myself on insults
and yet I wouldn't be offended
I'd be like I'm sorry what a
wait this is how it's described in my audio
rundown quote
go to Moscow
you musty moo moo moo moo
moo
sums it up
that what is even that
is there I'm afraid to Google it
Kane
third out
Dana Lash with you.
He's that he is a case study in progressive lunacy.
And so he's he's he's trying to get everybody
mad at Elon.
What is the musty Moscow hands?
He just likes the alliteration.
Or not so much the alliteration, the consonants.
I, I, I'm trying to, he just likes the consonant, the consonants of it.
I'm trying to understand his point.
He's not taking anybody's anything.
He's saving them money, us money?
I, oh, man, I didn't really want to talk about what I was telling you on break.
You know about the Facebook stuff came?
Oh, yeah.
How can I do this delicately?
Oh, it's taken everything I have.
We got drama.
That's a good question.
I mean, you're professional.
Blood drama.
You do professional lady radio.
Yeah, it's professional lady radio.
Let me just set it out.
So everybody knows some people.
Some of you are related. Some of you are not.
And they get on Facebook and they feel like that's the place where they can just totally run their mouth about every conspiracy theory possible.
So there was a person that is amongst my very loose association that I only saw because they had tagged a friend of mine in the rant where they were literally accusing.
And actually they cited something that not a lot.
It was in a cleaver.
It was Warren had said.
And they were accusing Elon Musk of literally taking, and that, I put their phrase, literally taking my social security check.
I felt like I was watching a South Park episode where Stan stands up and he's like, they took our jobs.
And, you know, dude's going, and Elon Musk literally took my social security check.
And I'm like, literally took it?
Like he physically, with his hands in D.C., stole your check.
Where he put it?
Yeah, where do you put it?
Who took it before he got there?
Why don't you just have all your money and why is the government have it in the first place?
They're talking to the crazies because they want the crazies to help them convince the people in the middle that somehow someone's stealing.
If the government doesn't get to steal it, then that means someone's stealing it and it's not them so it's theft.
Does that make sense?
Like, you mean, it all clear is out there going, and we're not.
stealing this you musty moo
moo moo, moo. What the hell?
Is he drunk?
You know what he wanted to say?
I got a theory.
He wanted to see him Jackson it.
He wanted to see him.
Sorry, Juan, can you just play that
end of that again? If you look at it
through the perspective of Emmanuel Cleaver really wanted to go
full Sam Jackson.
You know what I mean?
Say what again.
Then it makes sense.
Watch.
Elon, take your musty millions and musty Moscow rights to the moon.
Because if you don't, we're going to stand up, we're going to speak out, we're going to
march, we're going to do anything we need to do to make sure that the people of this country
understand that the CFPB is for them.
You get your musty hands off of our money.
Or go to Mouse Cam!
You muster, moon, moon.
I turned into the Monty Python meme.
He wanted to say, you know it.
Emmanuel Cleaver wanted to drop an MF.
I'm Jackson.
Prove me wrong.
Prove me wrong.
Does it make sense now?
You know he's thinking about it.
He's thinking in his head.
Oh, but I'm sitting in front of this lady pretending to be a priest.
Oh, maybe I shouldn't.
you
he man
I thought from it I'm like
I'm sorry what
what are you going to say
disappointed
he's like
and then he realizes
wait a minute
I got to start the yelling
is there really
a Democrat speech
if they're not yelling
and trying to scare you
right
I mean you can't get out there
and then he like
looks around like he just walked
out of a boxing ring
you absolute clown
what a clown show
look at all these fools up there
with their stupid signs.
Or Degador, if the government can't steal the money, then someone's stealing it.
And if it's not us, then it's theft.
I love the stay strong sign back there.
Yeah, stay strong for what?
Protect that fraud.
Yeah.
We're for fraud.
Go fraud.
We're pro fraud.
It's the pro fraud party.
I can't even talk.
The pro fraud party is what it is.
But why did he just like out of nowhere starts yelling and flailing?
and flailing.
You must do. This is my favorite. Can we save this? Soundbite.
I wanted to play for you, AudioSanbite 7, a British politician.
Guys, he's upset because his wife was to get a million quid in USA, right?
Before Trump canceled the contract.
He was this audio soundbite 7.
This politician was quite upset.
Kane, his wife was to get a million quid.
In order to, for grants before Trump canceled the contract.
So sad.
Listen.
Stopped.
Doesn't matter you have a contract.
So, you know, Tewa's Mountain, which my wife, Shachana runs, has a contract, had another
million dollars to go.
Money just stops.
That's our money.
You musty moo-moo.
That's our...
What's your mouth.
What?
You can't say that on now.
They...
He's upset because the spigot got turned off.
What did his wife do?
Some stupid stuff.
It's like I feel like I'm watching.
You know what?
When I hear these people say what they do with our tax dollars, it's like watching, what
is it?
What's the house buying show on HGTV?
Literally it's called like homebuyers or something like that.
Anyway, where these people go and buy a house.
And it's always like this jack wagon.
He's like, yes, I whittle.
I whittle wooden spoons out of found wood.
House hunters, thank you.
House hunters, that whole show.
And you always have some guy who has,
it's a couple that have no applicable skills, really, right?
He'll be like, yes, I'm an underwater basket weaver.
I went six figures into debt to get my master's degree
in a 2000-year-old dead language, Sanskrit and underwater basket weaving.
And then the wife is all, you know,
She's like, yes, I make, I don't know what the hell she does.
She just sells stupid stuff that she finds on Etsy.
I don't know.
And their budgets $10 million.
I mean, it's like what?
You know what I mean?
It's like the, I'm amazed at some of these people that I see on house hunters.
And I'm amazed at these people who are bitching and moaning about, can you believe
that my wife Shoshana, she had her, I mean, we had a contract.
It was a contract.
And she was supposed to get millions of dollars with this contract.
And then they just stopped and the money went away because it's not your money.
And they're upset.
Like, we're supposed to honor this BS contract.
What does your wife even do, you welfare recipient?
What does she even do?
She writes messages on bananas and gives them to the pool.
That's what she does.
That's her whole.
So, you know, before the homeless person eats the banana,
they can see the uplifting message written on it.
Were they those art bananas?
Because those are super...
I was actually just riffing off of what that suitcase be,
that wife of that ugly ginger.
with the frozen
Todger
remember him
making Markle
yeah that's her
okay
yeah
Princess Harry
her yeah
because that's what she did
like with the whole thing
she wrote messages
on bananas
and that was like
her big deal
her big poor outreach
to the pores you know
so before these starving
people eat some potassium
they're like
oh it says to keep going
on my banana
guess I won't kill myself
of being poor and homeless
today
thanks I don't know
so
this is just so insane that they're so upset now but wait there's more do you guys want to hear more yes you
do i do somebody too randy weingarten uh the head grifter of the what is it any a t whatever that
some teachers organization where they want to keep your kids stupid and they want to punish good
teachers every good teacher i know cannot stand the teachers unions because they they they
cultivate this competitive oppressive nature where the old teachers they
that suck are very jealous of the new teachers that are really innovative coming in and that actually
love education and love teaching your kids. I've heard this story so many times. Anyway, long story
short, Randy Weingarten is super mad at Doge. They're all going after Elon Musk. Watch.
So what we're hearing is just complete chaos and frankly, a whole bunch of cruelty. Because at the
end of the day, you can make departments more efficient. And I'm not a big believer in bureaucracy.
but this feels like, as Elon Musk said to you.
What did she say that was actually at all illuminating?
You know, it's just cruel.
And at the end of the day, platitudes and stuff.
Okay, what?
Why are you upset at Elon Musk, Randy?
Audio something by three.
Now she says, she calls it a data breach.
Number one is to try to stop the data breach.
That's number one.
And number two is to try to actually get
Congress to do the kind of accountability on all of this. But that's why we're going to the courts
to try to get the courts to interpret the law and stop this invasion of privacy.
It's not an invasion of privacy. The invasion of privacy was the government having all of this
in the first place, right? The fraud was the government having all of this in the first place.
The data breach was the government being able to label people that they don't like as domestic
terrorist thanks to the Patriot Act and they would go after and prosecute parents that wanted to stop porn in
schools, Randy, if you want to have a discussion about abusive authority and or a data breach.
No, this is making sure that taxpayer dollars are being wisely spent. The grift is up, Slicks.
Grift is up, you musty mumoos. So I'm just going to quote Emmanuel Cleaver forever.

And now all of the news you would probably miss.
It's time for Dana's Quick 5.
So University of South Australia researchers have found that Minecraft plays a significant role
in shaping children's development, social interactions, and cognitive learning.
Now, there's some issues with the company that does it.
It's been getting super ridiculously woke, unfortunately.
And that's incredibly sad because it is an amazing homeschool tool.
It really is an amazing homeschool tool.
And I also learned a lot about geology, I got to say.
So I love it and hate it all at the same time, right?
It's really, I don't know.
Also, I got to get to this one immediately.
Texas game wardens bust a dude who used a porta potty that he converted into a deer blind.
The warden said he was charged and they removed the stand from the property.
It's like a plastic porta potty and the guy, like spray painted it gray and black and green to hide it.
And it was, yeah, it was in Henderson County in East Texas.
and they were investigating
because apparently they couldn't find the guy
for the, I'm going to break your phone.
They couldn't find the guy.
He converted this porta potty and I guess
he moved it out, you know?
So they set up a camera on the property line
and then first day to your season, he showed up
and it showed him, they got his stand in
and he admitted that he was hunting
I guess without permission or whatever
so he was charged and removed the blind
from the property. It's actually a brilliant idea.
I got to say, I'm kind of sad
and I've ever thought of it myself.
A Sydney restaurant owner was told to censor her profanity-laced fortune cookies after a factory mix-up.
The wrong restaurant got the rude ones.
So she was going to get regular ones.
But apparently this Vietnamese restaurant got ones that were really offensive.
And customers were like opening the cookies and it was really, they were like really nasty stuff.
So she was like, you know, she told the company it was their error.
They got to make it right.
They're fighting over it.
We have more in store including Trump is, well, he's going after Reuters.
He's saying you've got to return $9 million in payment for a social deception study.
Stay with us.

And on trade, I have decided for purposes of fairness,
that I will charge a reciprocal tariff, meaning whatever countries charge the United States of America,
we will charge them, no more, no less. In other words, they charge us a tax or tariff,
and we charge them the exact same tax or tariff. Very simple. Nobody knows what that number is,
unless you go by the individual country. You can see what it is. If you go to the individual country,
and you look at what they're charging us, in almost all of the number.
cases they're charging us vastly more than we charge them but those days are over. I mean,
where's the lie? By the way, I like how they did the office. It's nice. And can I also add really
quickly, before I get back to the meat and potatoes of this, isn't Trump the first president where they
didn't, I think in 2016, this was the same too? I don't remember Melania going in there and ordering
all new carpets and all new drapes. Like Michelle Obama did that and Jill
Biden did that and Melania Trump was the only one who didn't do it. They were like, let's look at what
we can refurbish and what's in storage and let's switch some things out and refresh it. They did not
spend taxpayer money buying all new everything, which is kind of typically what's done. I always thought
that was real nice and they didn't do it this time either. Notice how there aren't any articles about that.
If you go back and look every single time there's a new administration, that's been done and
they didn't do that because they're like, this is perfectly fine.
Why would we, you know, so they like bring things in.
They rotate some stuff out of storage.
They work with the, it's like a society that helps deal with the antiquities that are in the White House and the, everything from the drapes, like the textiles, the tapestries, the rugs, all of it.
So I just, I just noted that because I like how they have the Oval Office decorated.
Anyway, that's the president.
That was just a little earlier.
Actually, right, I think it was right before we went to air.
and it makes sense because the U.S., I really feel like some of my capital L libertarian friends need to just like chill, take a breather for a second.
I understand what you're saying about tariffs, although Smoot-Hawley, which we're going to dive into at some point here in the next, you know, several days of broadcast.
It didn't actually work out that.
I mean, it actually lowered inflation if you really want to go back and look at some of that.
but I understand what he's saying.
I also understand about the fear as it pertains to tariffs.
But I think he's really using it as a tool of leverage to make it fairer and more favorable
to the U.S., which is what you should want because it isn't the way it is right now.
We are getting hammered by every other country, every other port, unfairly.
Like we get upcharge the U.S. price, right?
It's not free and fair trade.
And I don't know why people insist in saying that it is when the United States is the one that gets super taxed more so than everybody else.
And whenever we try to fight against that and say, hey, can we make it more equal?
People grasp their pearls and they pretend to faint and they fall down and they start screaming and they say that that's unfair and that's a trade war.
No, the trade war is treating the number one economy in the world.
The trade war is treating the country that they demand coming guns blazing every time they got a problem.
like it's the red-headed step kid and and and treating it poorly treating us like you know we're
second class demanding that we pay more just because of who we are that's discriminatory
why in the hell is that not considered the trade war so no i have zero issue with him leveraging
this for i know the left loves this a fairer and more equitable treatment see
cane. Look, we like that. Yeah, look, it's lying. Yeah. So welcome back. Dana Lash. I wanted to touch
on this story with you. Trump is demanding that Reuters return $9 million in payments from the
Pentagon for what they called a social deception study. It was a contract filed under the Pentagon's
professional scientific and technical service and research and development programs. It's a
subsidiary of Thompson Reuters Corporation. That's the parent company for Royalties.
the news agency and clearly the connection to Reuters is what immediately set off alarms
because it's a major contract and it's and and it's a it's Thompson Reuters Special
Services LLC a government relations start what does that even mean government
relations services company Kane falls under the same parent company as Reuters
It's nine million.
I haven't heard any justification for the money yet.
I haven't either.
I just hear people saying, well, it's not the same.
It didn't go to Reuters.
People are just pointing that out as an aside.
We're wanting to know what this.
Now, here's what it was spent on.
This is what it was listed as.
This is, hold on, maybe pull this up.
Sorry, I'm pulled.
This is USAspending.gov.
I'm going to drop this in slack for the kids.
the money for this
Thompson Reuters special services
LLC
9 million
for active
social engineering defense
ASED large scale
social deception
that's the full name of the
thing
active social engineering defense
large scale
social deception
um kane you got any way to spend that for me just to
no i'm looking at it now i've only seen the screenshots and you shared the actual link so i'm
actually able to see a little bit more than the uh screenshot was showing i mean but that is
if you look down about a quarter of the way down the page and there's a graph that shows the
contract activity look at the level it was back in 2018 and now the level it is now
Mm-hmm. Oh, it's a lot.
It was about a milly back in 2018.
So the active social engineering defense, ASED, it's supposed to develop, and I'm reading off of DARPA.
This is the military site.
Develop core technology to enable capability to automatically identify, disrupt, investigate social engineering attacks, detecting attacks, intervening and communications between users and potential attackers, coordinating investigations into the source of the attacks, etc., etc.
I've got major problems.
Lorraine's written about this before.
She said it's a contract that DARPA wanted to learn how to prevent people from getting
to scammed.
I will say it does seem to be a lot more than that, though, in a way.
And because of the other stuff that's, it's because it's even more so than that.
Christy Noem said that she's trying to fight to get $59 million back from some of this,
like FEMA and else, you also have this contract.
See, there's a note on one of the contracts stating that some of the funding that was provided,
and this is USAspending.gov, that it was 2020 and beyond, that it was related to COVID-19
and included disaster emergency fund code, D-E-F-C-N, which means that it was distributed in,
emergency capacity.
It's, yeah, this is weird.
Lorraine is a piece that's up at Substack right now, chapter and verse under Politico got
paid from USAID and other government agencies.
And she writes about this contract and how this, it's an award, Thompson Reuters special
services to the DOD.
And she's saying that it looks like, well, because we know that Tom,
and Reuters, that service, it's a, you have a huge corporation of which Reuters is part.
And she was saying that DARPA wanted to find ways to prevent people from being deceived.
I don't know if I, I still don't know if I trust it because the way that it's written when it wants to intervene.
And here's why I say that.
When it went, when they want to intervene in social interactions between like users and whatever hackers,
think of it like this.
There were a lot of criticisms
when we passed the Patriot Act
because of the level of scrutiny
and the erosion of protections
for private citizens, right?
And all of those warnings
kind of, you know, all of the
concerns about that kind of came to fruition
in front of the nation
back when the FBI
then began to
tag and and collect data on parents speaking out at school board meetings, even collecting, you know,
stuff about their cars in the parking lot. You guys remember this. And they were labeling them as
potential domestic terrorists and they were using the authority to do so and the dissolution of
that firewall between the people they're investigating and citizens that may be ancillary to that,
they used all of that as the way to do it and justify it.
And so clearly that was a big concern.
That's why I have concern about this because of the way, at least that it seems written,
why then couldn't they say, oh, well, this allows us to do that.
And we believe that if they think, remember, they were just literally classifying the truth
as disinformation prior to the last election.
And now, you know, truth is, is tops again.
I just get really nervous about letting the government have such abilities, no matter who's in charge, because the power changes.
I mean, I don't feel like I'm being unnecessary.
What am I thinking of?
Like, is this not paranoid.
I'm not being paranoid.
Just because we have so many examples of the government far beyond, like far exceeding the purpose and the scope of the, of the government.
an allowance granted to them for one certain thing.
And so that's why I'm like,
I just, this is one of those things where I don't.
And they can't say what the money really was used for.
It's like very vague, spooky sound and stuff, right?
If you look at the executive compensation, you can see where a lot of it went to, though.
I mean, that's our only clue as to where we know any of this money went.
Yeah, that's really not a surprise.
That's not a surprise.
And then we got the gold bar thing.
Did you guys hear about this?
Jesus, EPA.
We were talking a little bit about that.
I didn't know that this was a thing.
$20 billion in gold bars.
I didn't know that.
An EPA manager had said that
he was metaphorically dropping gold bars off the Titanic
and they were trying to get stuff out to their NGO buddies.
Lee Zeldon said that the EPA literally,
they were tossing $20 billion of gold bars.
They said they found them and they're recovering them.
they wanted to get the money that they had out so Trump couldn't use it.
I'm not even kidding you.
$20 billion in actual gold bars in a bank vault.
This is clearly, I think what we've been able to see is that this is not a one-off thing.
This has been the standard operating procedure for all of these entities, for who knows how long.
I didn't even know about this until like late last night when I was reading about it.
I'm like, I'm sorry.
What?
Like actual gold traceable bars.
And Zeldon traced it and is fighting to get it back.
That's and and to brag openly like these government workers did about trying to move all this money out of their coffers before Trump.
got into office so Trump
can't appropriate it or use it
or whatever
that's like
seems maliciously criminal
criminally malicious maybe
right?
Only because we found it.
I mean, hell, what else do we
not know?
Think about this.
$20 billion.
And they did this in a matter
of, they were trying to offload this in a matter
of weeks, guys,
weeks.
I couldn't spend $20 billion in weeks.
Think about, well, if you had to spend $20 billion,
I don't even know what I would spend it on.
Little cows, miniature cows, I don't even know.
I just don't have that kind of like thinking, apparently.
But think about how all of this, think about all this money.
Like the charging stations.
What did we spend like $9 billion in charging stations
and how many were built like three?
Where did that money go?
They don't even know.

So Kane was telling me our favorite trash post site. So Kanye and that Bianca lady are getting a
divorce. Shocker. Who saw this coming from a mile away?
Everyone?
Yeah.
Everybody did.
I don't understand.
He's like what?
Supposed to be mentally ill, but I don't know.
I also think he's probably a little indulgent.
And it seems like a brat.
He's acting like a brat.
I guess this means no more gospel albums, Kanye.
I mean, dude, when he came out with that album, the gospel album, that was a great album.
I was one of his best albums.
It was innovative.
I don't know what happened to him.
I don't know, man.
it's this is so disappointing.
This is also why you don't rush to make people your cultural Messiah.
Remember when you had people on the right, grifters on the right that were like,
oh, we wouldn't be BFFs and all.
That's why you've got to give people a little time, just make sure.
But, you know, people want immediate satisfaction.
It's all for clicks.
I don't know.
I hope he gets help or Jesus, something.
All right.
Today's stupidity cane, sorry.
All right.
Well, it is Mika Brick.
Rizinski. This is cut 15, Juan.
The nebo baby.
You know, she's in the news and all that wouldn't call her a journalist,
but I would definitely call her a commentator,
and this is what she is claiming.
Steve Ratner, I'd love for you to respond to those two editorials,
and, you know, I think it's safe to say that Joe Biden left an economy
that was moving in the right direction.
Was it not?
Yeah, this is the interesting thing for Trump.
What the hell is he talking about agreeing with her?
We got the CPI data yesterday.
We saw the core inflation numbers.
We saw what the Biden administration did.
Stop, Kane.
Why are you talking so much sense?
Stop at it.
I can't.
They left a mess.
Yeah, there you go.
That does it for us today.
