I've been thinking we need to talk to him about.
Starting point is 00:00:33 He might not listen to me. But yeah, as good a time as any. Okay, I'll give it a go. If he ever takes those earphones out. Vaping is harmful to your child's health. Nicotine addiction can affect their concentration, sleep and moods. They're much more likely to smoke when they're older too. So take a deep breath and talk to them today.
Starting point is 00:00:54 Get the facts about vaping and nicotine. Visit hse.e. forward slash vaping from the HSE. Well, this is a governor, Jesse, who is saying that he does not want ICE agents to put masks on, and they're doing that for their safety, because there's a threat to them and their family out there, as we saw with the shooting today, and the threats that come in daily to them. But this is the same governor who forced two-year-olds to wear masks during COVID, and he wielded executive power to muzzle people. And so I think he thinks that he just has ultimate power to do this. But what his rhetoric, is doing, what his actions, what other supposedly mainstream politicians and the Democratic Party have done is to put a target on the back of our ICE agents because they're demonizing them. They're comparing them to things like the Gestapo. And so that ends up creating an environment where people like this are going to act. So we've set the marker down in Florida. Don't even think about it. We are going to obviously defend our state and local law enforcement
Starting point is 00:02:00 but we are there right there with our DHS partners and if you go after and target them we're going to bring down a ton of bricks on you and you're not going to want to do that in the state of Florida. Yeah, I wouldn't want to FAAFO in Florida because here's why. That was Governor Ronda Santos. The government there won't allow that.
Starting point is 00:02:20 The people all have machetes there. I'm pretty sure they all have pet alligators too because I see them. I saw I watched a video of a feller the other day. this is not the old fellow that was walking around with a gator in pants going into a quick mark. It was a new video of a woman with a gator and a push stroller.
Starting point is 00:02:37 And Instagram showed it to me. They all have like gators and clothes. They dress them. They go and pet them. They take people out in tours. Why would you go to Florida and mess with any of these people? These people know how to get around swamps. They all own machetes.
Starting point is 00:02:51 They're all friendly with the gators. They know how to get around swamps. And they just, you know, when a hurricane comes, they're like, oh, well. They board up their windows. why would why? Why would you mess with anyone there?
Starting point is 00:03:03 Welcome back to the program. Dana Lash with you or at the top of this third hour. That is a great point. I mean, your kid had to wear a mask in school, but they won't allow ice to wear masks. If, look, if Democrats are upset with the laws, why didn't they change them?
Starting point is 00:03:18 This is a question. I will never forget when I was the token conservative at CNN. I brought up this point how during Barack Obama's first term in 2008, for the first three months until they had special elections Democrats had a super majority
Starting point is 00:03:34 and he could have done whatever he wanted to do and remember going up into 2008 that election one of the big talking points that Obama had was immigration and that was a big thing and I remember after that some of the Democrats, they were railing at Republicans about immigration
Starting point is 00:03:52 and you're not doing anything and I remember bringing up on a panel that I actually think that Matthew Dowd was on and the leftist did not like that but I brought up the fact that well Democrats have the super majority right now until these special elections are underway in which point they did lose it
Starting point is 00:04:06 and they just had a basic majority but at this point they technically have a super majority and they can do whatever they want so why are you not doing it why are you blaming Republicans when literally you could override and get over any kind of you know even filibuster why they didn't like that because they're not interested in ever doing anything
Starting point is 00:04:22 about immigration that's why these laws have been on the books forever for our lives Kane why if you don't like the law you're a lawmaker change it it's just like that and a lot of the laws that these
Starting point is 00:04:41 ice agents are enforcing our laws Democrats also voted for and some of them wrote them so I'm I fail to see why they're so upset over this they have to cover their faces so the cartel doesn't get them at this point the left is working hand in hand with the cartel you are working with the cartels if you are
Starting point is 00:05:02 trying to sabotage enforcement of border security or you're trying to sabotage any process of deportation you might as well just go ahead and affiliate pick a cartel and affiliate yourself with that cartel because you're their stooge and they're getting you for free you know you're they're getting you for free you're a cheap date good heavens but they they have to because otherwise can you can you're I, God love the people who signed up to be border agents. God love them because they are just some of the toughest people. God love them. And it's just, it's sad that these lawmakers are smearing them and impuging their characters the way they are.
Starting point is 00:05:46 But not surprising because we've seen it all before. It's just frustrating. It's incredibly frustrating. Newsom has been trying to pick fight. with every single person out there, including what, Vance, Trump, who else? Who else is he picking fights with? Musk. Everybody. So, wait a minute.
Starting point is 00:06:05 You were telling me about this, and I wanted to get into this, because Newsom is the one who's really positioning himself for 28. J.B. Pritzker is trying to, but J.B. Pritzker is very toned up, and he comes off as incredibly adversarial. and I think that that even some on the left they're like he just has an ick factor
Starting point is 00:06:29 Newsom is picking every single fight out there because he needs to remain relevant in the public eye so he's going to be doing this for years but he was trying to take credit and this is audio sum bite 8 for Tesla
Starting point is 00:06:44 if you can believe for Tesla for Elon Musk's success for Elon Musk's success his empire. Again, the guy who inherited everything he has, just to remind you before we play the Sambite, it's cut eight, Newsom inherited everything that he has,
Starting point is 00:07:01 and he is the product of intermarriage between the wealthiest families of California. Listen. I signed the first executive order in the United States to require alternative fuel vehicles by 2035. That was just taken away by Congress, the Supine Congress and the President. But we created the market.
Starting point is 00:07:27 There is no Elon Musk. There's no Tesla without California's regulatory framework, period, full stop. It wouldn't exist. It was successful in spite of it. It was because of the regulations, because of those signals and the subsidies, over $3.2 billion, direct subsidies, that Tesla received, in my state alone that built this market you know one of the things that he also did is of his own hand he reversed the pledge on e v buyer support because he mismanaged the budget so badly
Starting point is 00:08:01 remember he promised everyone a 7500 federal he promised them a 7500 tax credit evy tax credit that california isn't going to replace and news someone was like well we got budget restraints and we have to look at infrastructure and things like that so he promised everyone this they've done California, they've done more to actually hamstring EV manufacturing and production more than almost any other state. And then they said, yeah, we're not going to, we're not going to replace the tax credit. So they promised everyone, oh, if you buy these cars, we're going to make sure you have this tax credit, knowing full well that the budget was not going to be able to cover that. They knew at the time that he was promising this, that their budget. I mean, for crying
Starting point is 00:08:41 out loud, guys, when they had a drought, they couldn't even afford to begin exploration for desalization plants. They couldn't even, you know, they live by an ocean, take the water, take the salt out of it, get it out there. They couldn't even afford budgetary-wise the exploration, land licensing to even do that because they have spent, guess what, how much they've spent billions of dollars trying to, quote-unquote, fix their homeless problem. And, you know, where that money went? There was a free beacon piece, I think, like a year or 15 months ago that came out about that. The majority of the money actually went to all of these left-wing groups that were supposed to facilitate it and they didn't facilitate it.
Starting point is 00:09:18 sure that's a surprise knowing how much BLM fleeced everyone to go by mansions for their founders, right? So the same way with this. They funnel all of this money out through their street team on the left, and then they act like, oh, well, we didn't get funded enough. We need more money. This happens every single time. The reason that they don't have the ability to do that with the tax credits is California is broke as a joke under Gavin Newsom's horrific mismanagement. To say nothing of the rail system that they were promising everyone for 13 years now that they were going to do. And they spent billions upon billions. It ballooned three times over budget. The French company that was hired to actually do it, and they gave a timeline. They said, we can get it done in like, what was it?
Starting point is 00:09:59 Like three years? They can't even remember. They gave a timeline of how quickly it was going to be done. And they were so dismayed by all of the corruption and the bloat that this was turning into that they just shut the books and left the project. And then they went, went to, I can't remember what country in Africa, and they did it within two years. They built that pretty much the exact same real system in a country in Africa within like two years. And in the meantime, they still can't even, they only got, how much did they get? Was it 800 meters or 1600? Was it a half mile or a mile? I think it was a half mile. Of a bridge of one. And that's it. And it's in the middle of nowhere.
Starting point is 00:10:37 And that's all they have. That's all they got done. It is the, it's a craziest thing. so he can't he can't do anything he he this is all on his watch and so he's trying to say well you know Elon Musk wouldn't have been able to do Elon Musk was able to do and be successful in spite of that in fact you can say that of all of these businesses in spite of all of those things he was still able to be successful so I I don't know what this is but he's he's trying to pick fights, and he's trying to stay relevant. And it's very, he's, he's, he's got to do this stuff if he's going to stay relevant. This, a couple of other things to get into with us, because we've been talking about ICE and, of course, the rhetoric, political rhetoric as well,
Starting point is 00:11:31 getting really tired of the rhetoric. But this, this is a Minnesota senator. Zanab? Zynab? Zanab? Senator Mohammed. I'm shocked that he's from Minnesota. Shock. Listen to this. This is what they're doing in Minnesota.
Starting point is 00:11:53 Minnesota is going to be worse in California here soon. Listen. So this community is my community, and I relate to them. Obviously, I'm an immigrant that is a citizen that is documented, but there are so many folks like myself who come here to make their lives a little bit better and easier, and they don't have simple things, like a way to get to war. or school. And we can do that. We have the power to do that. And I ran for office because I think that our job is to make people's lives easier. That's not your job. That's literally a, so you
Starting point is 00:12:20 don't even understand. I don't think that if you are a foreigner, I don't believe that, I'm sorry, I don't believe that you should be running for elected office if you don't understand how the country works. The government's job isn't to make your life easier. The government's job is to stay the hell out of the way and not get involved in everyday aspect of your life. That is the complete opposite of what the government is supposed to be doing. This woman has not demonstrated an understanding of how this republic works or a simple understanding of what she's supposed to be doing in her office, which in any perfect world would would completely invalidate her claimed elected office. This is what I'm talking about. It's not a nanny state. Well, it's supposed to make
Starting point is 00:12:55 people's lives easier. No, it's not. When has government ever made anyone's lives easier? Fair question. When? When has the government ever made your life easier? Tax season? going and registering your vehicle no no getting a new driver's license no definitely not that what about health care oh no what about for the older folks the Medicare oh that yeah no it's actually got a lot worse it's gotten a lot worse and you know Medicare open enrollment all that I learned a lot about
Starting point is 00:13:31 that from one of our partners chapter oh my gosh yeah it hasn't made anything it's starting a business cane has it made it easier to start a No, they've actually made that cost prohibitive as well. Surely higher education they've made easier. Oh, no? No? No? No, not that either?
Starting point is 00:13:52 So really nothing then. Yeah, no. Yeah. Okay. She doesn't get it. She doesn't get it at all. On the many days of Christmas, the Guinness Storehouse brings to thee. A visit filled with festivity.

So, we've got 96% of people who admit to driving aggressively in a recent triple A survey. None of these are me.
Starting point is 00:15:48 I drive like an angel, as you would know. I just put blessings on the roadway, man. It's just blessings on the roadway. All four blessings. Put all those four blessings on the roadway. It's true. 96% of people admit to driving aggressively in a triple A survey. They said that they've engaged in aggressive driving in a survey of 53 people from ages 19 to 64 from 27 states.
Starting point is 00:16:12 I feel like that's a really small sample. Cutting off other vehicles and honking out of anger while tailgating and others. I don't tailgate because I'm always like, what if somebody tries to carjack me and I need to be able to get away? So I don't tailgate for that reason. I don't cut people off, but I will honk if someone's not paying attention. Like if you're not going at a light or you're not, you know, you're sitting at a roundabout twiddling your thumbs and you don't have. I will do that. But the other stuff, no.
Starting point is 00:16:37 But they said that the most prevalent aggressive driving behavior, running a red light. 82% said that they did it at least once in the last year. Is that aggressive driving, though? Have you done it? Yeah, see, I'm not going to admit that because I drive like a, I'm a blessing on the roadway, like I said. And I'm just providing blessings and, you know, sunshine and cheer. I really. A confused van driver kept students from getting home for hours.

Starting point is 00:18:54 It's like freezing. This is fire building weather. Freezing. What? It's not freezing. It's freezing. Sorry, Kane. It's officially cold.
Starting point is 00:19:04 What's the... Hang on. What's the, what is the weather here today? Hold on. Oh, I lost it. It's 56 degrees. I'm lying. It's not even 60. That's fire weather. That's fire weather. No, that was the Smith. It's a mood right now for sure. So, welcome back. The chats at Rumble. You can find the newsletter over at Substack, all that good stuff. So let's talk about drivers and people who are driving giant trucks who are not in the country illegally, or we're not in the country illegally, because that's what we're dealing with here. So, again, why that alien spacecraft doesn't want to visit us, because they're like, do you see their drivers? So a number of truck drivers are sounding the alarm about the insane amount of non-English speaking commercial drivers that are on the road. And they said it's, you know, when you think of the staggering number, it seems pretty terrifying. One of them described it as Mad Max on the highways. And we know that, you know,
Starting point is 00:20:09 we've had a handful of accidents so far, some which have been fatal, in which you have people who are not residents, they're not citizens of the United States, and yet they're able to get CDLs, which is completely against what they're supposed to be able to get for federal law. But, you know, California, Gavin Newsom, they're just handing them out like Halloween candy. I mean, apparently it's pretty easy to get your CDL in California. So there, we have horrible accidents. We have, you know, multiple fatalities, innocent people, all because you have illegal aliens who are driving giant trucks, who have really no idea how to drive giant trucks,
Starting point is 00:20:47 and they cannot understand our road signs. Case in point, this cut, 29, is a trucker who not only can he not speak English, but he also cannot read the traffic signs. This is insane. Look at this. What does that sign mean? What sign mean? What does this sign mean?
Starting point is 00:21:16 Master enter. Master. Okay. So if you see this sign, what do you do? Trevor Green. Yeah, Trevor Green. Number 35, what is the sign? Oh, two people.
Starting point is 00:21:37 Maybe girl. Maybe woman. What does it mean? What does that sign mean? Yeah, two people. Two people doing what? Walk. They're walking?
Starting point is 00:21:51 Yeah, two people are walking. Could it be pedestrian? No, Cain, don't tell him. He has no idea even what it is. He has no clue what it is. Could it be pedestrians? Or could it be, they don't know. He doesn't know because he doesn't,
Starting point is 00:22:08 he has no idea what this means. How in the world are you driving a giant truck, right? I mean, my husband won't even let me get a Dodge Demon because he says he'll wrap it around the tree. But these blinkers can go and they can just get a CDL out in California and drive a big old truck around. and not even read the road signs? Who do you think is more dangerous out there?
Starting point is 00:22:28 Illegal alien who can't read the road signs or speak English or Dana and a Dodge Demon? Shut up, Kane. I was going to answer the obvious one, clearly. The illegal aliens. That's exactly correct. That's the right way to answer it. Those vehicles are so heavy.
Starting point is 00:22:47 I mean, you can't even break in time for anything. Wouldn't you be terrified? Okay, just imagine this. Imagine you're going over to, like, Germany, the Autobahn, and you've got to drive a giant rig in Germany, and you can't speak Germany to have no idea what the heck anything means besides Ash Tong. You don't know. Do you feel comfortable driving over?
Starting point is 00:23:10 I mean, where do people get the audacity to be like, oh, yeah, I can handle this. This is okay. Can I do it. I think they drive on the right side of the road or the left side of the road there? I don't know. I have no idea. Yeah, not ever in the European country. Even if I knew the signs, I'd still be like, eh, a little sketchy.
Starting point is 00:23:27 I want some more practice before I get out there. I want to be able to, like, read the road signs before I drive this giant multi-ton truck. But this is what California is doing. So I got an idea of California could just go and get CDLs. Why can't we all just go and give out CHLs? Saying. There we go. Right?
Starting point is 00:23:49 Or CCLs. You got to get a CHL anyway there. Steve is Steve gives my favorite comment of the day He says in slack Steve said he's scared of normal talented truck drivers The normal talented ones scare you
Starting point is 00:24:03 If you ever been on the way When you're in the right lane And then they're in the left lane And you get in the blind spot And you're like I don't know if I should speed up Slow down freak out I just panic I feel it
Starting point is 00:24:14 I mean one of my worst car accidents ever Was because of a careless Gigantic semi And what the scariest accident I've ever been in was on interstate 55 going linear south county in st louis missouri and we got hit by a semi and we spun across three lanes of highway thankfully we went towards the median and not off the ravine but uh that was pretty scary and i was in the front seat seapult saved my life i would have been launched through the
Starting point is 00:24:40 windshield yeah and that dude was an american could speak english and read signs the whole nine yeah so i don't know i still think you know if california's just going to be handing out licenses to people, then I think we should just be able to give CCLs out to everybody. Give them a concealed handgun license. If that's what California wants to do, and it affects all of us, they can give out license. They don't have any reciprocity with firearm licenses, but they can give out commercial driver's license like Halloween candy. So, okay, well, let's just go ahead and give out everybody in California, CCL. Two can play that game. Screw the laws. It's just going to be total chaos. Let's do it. I'm all for it. I'm done. I'm at that point.
Starting point is 00:25:19 I mean, for crying out loud, I'm sincerely praying for a space rock to obliterate us. So this is nothing to me. Let's just do it. I'm so tired of this. This is, but this is what happens when state, this is why somebody's governor affects you. This is why a gubernatorial race in a state that's not yours affects you. Because they're giving out licenses to illegal drivers who are killing people on highways in your state. An illegal alien driver was driving a giant rig with an illegally begot.
Starting point is 00:25:49 see his commercial CDL that California gave him in a complete conflict with federal law and he killed people in Florida. You know, if others killed people in Canada, I mean, come on. So if this is why these races are important, even though you don't live in that state, because this type of stuff happens,
Starting point is 00:26:13 he doesn't have any room to lecture anybody on this stuff, not anybody. and it just, it's, it's so frustrating. So yeah, why can't we just go and give them, what other stuff can they not do out there that we can do? I mean, like pretty much anything, really. I just, it's infuriating. But there are these stories, all these truckers are saying
Starting point is 00:26:37 that you would be shocked at the number of these drivers who come across other drivers and they're like, they're not proficient in English they can't read our road signs they can't you know nothing in fact one of the largest refrigerated trucking companies told the washington times that non-english speaking drivers regularly pull into their warehouses and they said that they'll pull in they'll pick something up there'll be two three truckers two drivers in a truck two or three of them speak no english not even a word maybe one speaks very bad broken English and they still don't understand they said so obviously you can you know it's concerning because these they're sharing roads with people
Starting point is 00:27:21 that's you know now lorraine noted too the dmv was helping to people cheat on their cdl test this was a cbs story this is terrifying why can't they what if you're going to do something helpful in terms of people cheating and scurting the system do it with taxes for kronelab new york prosecutors apparently arrested seven well they arrested seven people this last time the earlier sweep nutted more because of cheating to acquire these licenses. You have to pass a written test, but what they were doing was selling grades at Garden City DMV in Nassau County.
Starting point is 00:27:56 I mean, you could pay up to $3,000 for a woman to take the written test, and every time she went to take it, she would dress as somebody else. So she even wore a fake mustache, according to the DA in Nassau County, a fake mustache even. So they're selling it.
Starting point is 00:28:11 It's like how they sell DoorDash accounts. You know, you can go online. And there's all kinds of places online where you can buy, like, for instance, a DoorDash account. Somebody selling it. Somebody, somebody went and created their account, applied to work for DoorDash, did all this stuff. And then they sell the account. Someone takes the account. They start working for it.
Starting point is 00:28:32 And they get the money for it. I stopped using DoorDash because one of the driver's names that I was supposed to have was named Amanda. And she just looked like, you know, regular white chick with brown hair. and the person who shut up at my door was definitely not a chick and definitely not little with brown hair, very large person who did not speak in English, and after that I was like, I can't. I don't know who's coming to my house at DoorDash. That's kind of a problem. And they've been in a lot of trouble for it. They were getting blasted last week online for it. But they sell them. I mean, it's not difficult to find. So they're selling, they're selling people to take driver's license test too. Now they do that at a lot of these big factories. They have people that
Starting point is 00:29:17 they hire that go in and they do an in-person interview with a potential employer and then they leave especially if it's you're doing a factory job then they send in a person who's here illegally and they perform that work. You can't do that with CDLs though. This is because you're driving a giant weapon
Starting point is 00:29:38 basically. Now imagine I mean what if heaven forbid it It's something caustic, you know? What if it's something that, you know, it's flammable, it's caustic, something. You get someone that doesn't speak any English, can't read road signs, or hell, what's worse? What if you just have a terrorist do it? I mean, if it's that easy to just get anybody and sell results for CDLs and just get, you're giving everybody licenses, how is the national security on that front?
Starting point is 00:30:06 That becomes a major national security issue. They're going to have to have Department of Transportation get involved in this. I mean, I know that they're looking at it, but they need to be out front and center on it because this is apparently a growing problem. Do you want to be on the road driving your little family on the highway with one of these people out there? And then what happens? They hit you. There's not, it's just insane. They don't care about gun. This Black Friday, game stream and go full speed with one gig Sky broadband. And watch unmissable shows like all her fault on Sky.

Starting point is 00:31:54 Whenever you're ready to talk, they'll be ready to listen. Like Sands Through the Hourglass, so are the days of the United States. Stories, but I would say to you that on the... the food stamp issue. The money is there. Let us not let them get away with saying that they can't do it. They have their political will is in there to feed the people who rely on the SNAP program,
Starting point is 00:32:26 which is the most effective anti-hunger program in the United States of America. They're playing fast and loose with people eating. Can you imagine that? But that's the reality. And you need to talk about that. I mean, I didn't know Perry Farrell got it into spoken word. Did I miss that?
Starting point is 00:32:47 Is this like a new... Yeah, like, what kind of Jane's addiction track is this? You know, when she wants something and she don't want to pay for it, she walks right through the door. Anyway, it's Rosa DeLaro, who... I've never seen her in the same room as Perry Farrell, I'm just saying. And there's a reason why that is. and the most obvious explanation is that they're the same person. There's no other explanation.
Starting point is 00:33:12 That's the same person. That's it. So realize, again, that the only reason none of this stuff has happened is because Democrats are hell-bent on extending Obamacare to illegal aliens. That's what all of this is about. All of it's about, they don't care if you go hungry. They don't care about your family. They wouldn't know. They wouldn't know you if they fell over you in their living room.
Starting point is 00:33:32 They have, they don't know and they don't care. they have a problem with object permanence you know how babies have this issue up until oh i don't know they have the same problem they just never get over it they never ever get over it and that's how she is she just has not uh she just thinks that oh the money is there it's actually not there i mean you're talking about billions of dollars a month and she says it's the most effective what did she say the most effective anti-hunger like what is even that first off, I mean, I guess if I want to judge it off of all of the videos of the morbidly obese people who are raging on TikTok about, you know, it's like that skit with Chris Farrell and he's saying,
Starting point is 00:34:19 or Chris Farley, and he's saying, you know, I'm hungry when he was at the mall with Adam Sandler. I mean, that's the only, I don't know. When you say it's the most effective anti-hunger campaign, I'm thinking, well, I mean, I guess if I'm judging by the morbidly obese videos on TikTok, then I guess you could say, that but it's also ballooned and you have 42 million people in the united states that are getting food stamps which is insane these are not 42 million people that are disabled and can't work that's not 42 that they're not all 42 million people who can't go and get jobs because of some sort of physical or mental disability a lot of it are people who are in this country illegally
Starting point is 00:34:58 that's number one and then number two people who just don't want to work and then a small portion I believe are people who, for whatever reason, they are physically or mentally legitimately unable to. But the problem is that our tax structure and our punitive economic system makes it to where it's difficult for private citizens to fill that gap and stand in. And the government exploits that inability as an excuse or justification for further expansion. And then guess who doesn't get helped again? the people that they claim that they are expanding government to help never happens they just want to make people easy in being dependent on the government instead of empowering them to be independent from the government and that's what we're dealing with here 42 million people on food stamps is one of the craziest damn things I've ever heard of my life that's 11% of the population 11% of the population on food stamps that is 11% now how many of them are people who are here illegally Exactly. I'm very curious about that. But how many of them are just people who don't want to work? I see all these people like, oh, I want to go to war. I'm going to go to war for my food stamps. If you can't even go and get a job, you're not going to be able to go and prosecute a war. Sit down, tons of fun. It ain't happening for you. Good night. Now, some of the other stuff coming up, the argument over Christian Zionism. Yay. I know that's one thing that we all wanted to argue about. On a happy Wednesday, isn't it?
Starting point is 00:36:33 It's not my problem that people keep bringing this stupid stuff up. And we've got to sit here and address it. We've got to do some house cleaning on the right. Golly. Just want to live my life and hope that the alien space turd in outer space hits the planet. That's all I'm wanting. You know, I don't ask for a lot in life. Stick with us.

Starting point is 00:38:15 Whenever you're ready to talk, they'll be ready to listen. As a mother of black children, I know that black boys are not given the presumption of innocence and the presumption of youth. She's calling the police and saying they're trying to steal her car, and they're a lemon. years old. They don't know how to drive. And so for me, what was interesting was I have had to be in the position where I have gone to my local police department because I know my son is going to be training for the Junior Olympics running around the neighborhood in an all-white neighborhood. And I have brought him to the police and said, he belongs to me. This is my son. Do not harass him. Do not stop him. I feel like this is ridiculous. First off, and by the way,
Starting point is 00:38:53 if you want to know, because she lives in Manhattan, who has been, who is the party that's been in control this entire time that's fomented these policies? these. Oh, that would be Democrats. It'd be the exact people that she votes for. That's Sonny Hosten on the View, who was descended from slave owners, by the way. Oh, you didn't know that? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:39:11 Take that as an intersectional box to check. That'll leave a mark. Well, she literally came. She did the whole, what show was that? Where they looked? Yeah, she literally came from, she, her family owned slaves. I remember seeing that. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:39:25 So she's more like the clan than the URI came. Look at that. Welcome back to the program. Dana Lash with you. We're at the top of the second hour. Our friend Seth Dillon from Babylon B will be joining us at the bottom of this hour and we got a lot of stuff to discuss. But that's the identity politics stuff that she's getting into. I got to tell you, I can't stand identity politics. We've been talking about this for a little bit.
Starting point is 00:39:51 The identity politics being a Marxist creation and really started, it was introduced, to be introduced back in like the really it began in the 60s to college campuses all across the United States. If you listened to the show last week, we were talking a little bit about the history of critical race theory, which came from that same, you know, Frankfurt School Marxism came from the same spot. You have the competing variables of economic status as well as race. And that's where intersectionality, that is where DEI, all of that came out of critical race theory, which was really promoted heavily by Marxist academics in the United States
Starting point is 00:40:33 at American universities. And one of the leaders of that was Derek Bell. I was first talking about this. In fact, I had to talk about the video of him hugging Barack Obama before Andrew Breitbart right when he had passed away on CNN and point out to everyone that this is, look, what's coming is very bad. This is critical race theory. It's being mainstreamed, et cetera. And this is what you see with the left when they talk about intersectionality for instance if you have two candidates two candidates who are going for the same position say that they're both black female candidates you have a black female candidate who's married and as kids and she's going for this you know very high pain position and you have another black female candidate who's going for the high
Starting point is 00:41:14 pain position but she's also maybe she's trans or alphabet something and xyz she has one more intersectional box than the just plano other candidates. So that means that in DEI world, she's advanced to that position, not because of merit, but because of these, you know, self-created intersectional checklist variables. That's what all of that is. And it all comes from critical race theory. And that's where you get the substitute of equity for equality. And as you know, equity, in order for things to be equitable, you actually have to incorporate discrimination for equitable outcomes, whereas equality is about equal access to opportunity. Equity is the guarantee of equal result. That means you have to enforce
Starting point is 00:42:06 discrimination at the opportunity level. So that's all from CRT, critical race theory. And the left has been using this to browbeat the right for forever. I mean, we've seen this. When I first got heavily involved in politics, I think it was in college. And all of my family, I told everybody, I never met, I didn't meet a Republican until the day I went to college. I'm not kidding. I literally grew up in a bubble of Democrats. And when I went to college and got educated and started learning more about the world and wasn't as narrow-minded and didn't live in a leftist bubble, then I started actually like, you know what, I never believed in this. I was never against guns. and I was never, you know, pro-abortion, and I was never all of this stuff.
Starting point is 00:42:50 So why the hell am I identifying as this? This is like some sort of heritage political ideology that's voiced it upon me. And so started learning about more things. And I noticed that the DEI stuff came into play when it seemed like Democrats were losing the plot. And then all of a sudden they introduced all of these other things that their leftist street team could get behind. And that's when you started seeing, well, someone's more special than you because of these race-based. things, which actually is racism being used, but the left is too dumb to realize it. So long story short, we've been seen it in politics. We saw it, you know, this is how crazy it gets. Back in
Starting point is 00:43:28 2016, if you remember, when Hillary Clinton was running against Donald Trump, people were literally saying that Trump voters were racist because they didn't vote for the old white woman. I mean, you guys remember this. That's how crazy the CRT stuff got. It's wild. And now here we are. you know, 20-25, and the left is still clinging to it. They're still clinging to it, especially when you talk about redistricting for voting, redistricting for voting. In Texas, for instance, this is redistricting is something that happens, you know, every, I mean, they look at this stuff every three years anyway, and they base things off the census, and we're simply going by the numbers and by, like, the actual counties and et cetera, et cetera, and they're trying
Starting point is 00:44:13 to say that all of that is racist. It's D-E-I-C-R-T. That's all this is. My fear is that the right is going to start. I don't want the right to start incorporating this stuff. And I've had, I'm going to put it like this. I'm not old school. I'm just not over-emotional. I don't like this idea on the right that you've got to become like the left in order to beat the left. That's very anti-sun-zu. That means that you're surrendering who you are and you become the thing that you want to beat. That is the ultimate win. That's why when I am engaging with people,
Starting point is 00:44:52 unless they're super nasty, what is the point of engaging with them if it's not to persuade them to join you in your side of reason and logic? That's one less person you have to fight, and it's also one person that you have, another person, to fight against the things that you're standing against.
Starting point is 00:45:09 And so this idea that you have to become like the left to beat the left. That's something a leftist would say. That's like Satan going, well, you've got to become satanic to beat me. Well, I expect that from the devil. I mean, Jesus even said you can't be lukewarm, did he not? I mean, if we're going to adhere to the Gospels and say Christ is king and all this stuff, you know, just FYI. So I say this because, you know, I've had disagreements with some folks before over this sort of thing. And disagreements are good. I reject this theory that you cannot have civilized debate on the right or the left. Well, the left are incapable.
Starting point is 00:45:48 I don't want to be like the left and not be able to have civilized debate and even disagree with some people that I might vote with on 90 or 99% of the things, right? Or even agree with on most things. A healthy, intelligent, emotionally stable, mature movement should be able to be able to. to tolerate and handle civilized dissent. That is a hallmark of this republic. Our founders did it. I mean, sure, you can get heated and all of that other stuff. But what I can't stand is when I see disagreement maliciously misrepresented as an attack
Starting point is 00:46:32 for loss of being able to properly and unemotionally. refute it. I can't stand that. I just feel like people are too damn sensitive and too emotionally triggered for civilized debate if they think every dissent is an attack.
Starting point is 00:46:54 An attack is having a terrorist throw a rocket at you while you're trying to eat an MRE in the desert. Right? An attack is what happened at Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul. An attack is Fallujah. An attack is
Starting point is 00:47:10 attack is 9-11. An attack is what we saw at Pearl Harbor. That is an attack. Someone civilly disagreeing with you is not an attack. And if you think otherwise, you are a female copulatory organ. You're too sensitive, too hyper-emotional for reasoned debate. And you know who else shares that hallmark? The left. The left does that. The left can't tolerate, consent. The left purports that every single disagreement is an attack. The left thinks that if you disagree with the woman, it's because you're sexist. The left says that if you disagree with the black person, it's because you're racist. And I see elements of the right trying to incorporate that as well, when they're way smarter and way better than to devolve to that level.
Starting point is 00:48:06 I had a bit of a disagreement on social media this morning. It's not enough to make anything out. I don't live my life online and arguing with Rando's all damn day. You know, I'd rather hang out with you guys and then, you know, do what I got to do. I'm getting ready for this debate coming up in November. Got a lot of stuff going on, you know, family, all that. So I don't see everybody, I just think if you're spending all your day online arguing with everybody, then stop. But people on our side, especially some people who are trying to be thought leaders and shepherds, need to get a grip.
Starting point is 00:48:40 Calm down. I appreciate the dudes and the ladies who don't do that. I feel like it's becoming rarer and rarer when I come across them. I almost think we should have metals minted to hand them at this point because it's becoming so rare. But I don't think, again, that you adopt the attitude and behavior of the left in order to beat the left. And I just think that if the conservative movement is so weak that it can't handle dissent, we deserve to be destroyed as the sensitive, easy, manipulated losers that we are. I just feel like that's the way it is.
Starting point is 00:49:23 Because that's what that behavior makes us. It's crazy. And I think some of this came from, I don't know, like what do you think some of this came from, can't like the Nazi stuff? What did it come from? What, you mean the division tactics? I feel like the right is some people on the right are being baited into this sci-op of division completely and they don't see it.
Starting point is 00:49:48 You pointed to it earlier in all of our past discussions about how crazy we believe the left is it's because their emotions are not in check. And because of that, they're easily manipulated. And it doesn't matter if they're manipulated by lies or the truth. It does not matter. It's been lies. but they will react in the same way. So all it does is create division.
Starting point is 00:50:11 It's easy to fool someone. The hard thing is to convince them they've been fooled. I had someone that I know of, but I don't know them personally, and they were saying that on social media that they feel like they got to adopt some of the left's tactics. And that's what it is.
Starting point is 00:50:29 Just be honest about it. Because after Charlie Kirk was shot, and they had to deal with threats. And I'll tell you, you know, Charlie was like, also a friend and we all watched him nationwide. I mean, a lot of people felt also like he was a friend and they saw him get shot in the throat. I have had to move. I've had to move because I had somebody, I had a leftist that hated me fly halfway across the country and try to bust in the windows
Starting point is 00:50:49 of my living room. I had people driving around my house, taking photos and posting it online and threatening me. My gosh, we had people that tried to hack all my social accounts, my email. We had to have 24-7 security. I had to have security at my kids' school. I watched leftists shoot cops in front of a building downtown at a BLM rally the night I was supposed to go down there for a fox hit. I watched parts of my hometown burn. The point is this. Everybody has seen some stuff. Never allow your opposition to manipulate you and to becoming like them. I'm not changed who I am or what I believe in the hard stuff. I mean, things like, oh, well, is this policy? Is this energy policy? Do you change your mind on that? I mean, those are variables.
Starting point is 00:51:35 and things can shift and that's, you know, whatever. But you can't give up, you can't allow your soul to be molded by the people you're fighting against. And you should be able to gently correct someone on your side with that fact without them devolving into a hyperbolic emotional mess. So when someone says, do not allow yourself to be manipulated, the correct and strong response isn't to devolve into the behavior of an over-emotional

Come back to the program, Dana Lash with you. Bottom of the second hour. So Elon Musk has called for a Netflix boycott. Well, he said he was boycotting. Actually, he's like, he goes, cancel Netflix for the healthier kids. And he cites this show called Dead End Paranormal Park. It's a show on Netflix that has, I mean, it's a pretty, well, I mean, they're promoting trans stuff to kids. Now, the show is advertised.
Starting point is 00:57:26 for young kids, right? It's, but it's rated PG, but it's still advertised for young kids. And this guy, I think people found it. I don't know, because it's not even in production anymore. It's an older show. And one of the, so Lorraine made the point that she thinks people found it because the creator of the show that, who wrote the comic on which the show is
Starting point is 00:57:54 based was mocking Charlie Kirk's murder and I think that that's kind of and I tend to agree that I think that's maybe how people found it and so now everyone saw the show and this is like an example of
Starting point is 00:58:10 the content for this program and because we don't want to get pulled from YouTube we can play the audio and show you the screen cap but that's pretty much it but this is like the scene for example this is a cut 27 park it's it's me
Starting point is 00:58:26 I'm trans normal and everyone at school knows and everyone at home knows and being here it's like a whole new place I can just be Barney and I can choose if and when I tell people I've never been happier
Starting point is 00:58:41 and that's saying something when I spent today chased by terrifying zombie mascots Pugsy reminded me how important it is to live your life without apology so I think I gotta give living here a shot don't you You don't need my permission. I just wouldn't want Courtney as a roommate.
Starting point is 00:58:58 So the guy who plays Barney is also apparently trans. Oh, boy. Yeah. And so Musk's thought was like, oh, yeah, you got to, you know, cancel it to protect your kids. The guy who Hamish Steel, who created the comic on which the show is based, was the guy who was, you know, apparently he was making fun of. of Charlie Kirk being assassinated. And the show got canceled in 2023, but it's still on Netflix,
Starting point is 00:59:31 like it's archived on Netflix. And it's supposed to be PG. I don't know. I mean, it seems when you, they're like, oh, it's not really for kids. It's for PG, but then you see the content. It's being marketed towards kids. I'm not even going to take that from these people
Starting point is 00:59:45 who are like, oh, guns are marketed towards kids. No, they're not, but this clearly is. This absolutely is. And it hasn't been a production for like over two years, but it's like I said, it's still up on Netflix. So, Steele, the guy who created the comic that the show's based on, he made fun of Charlie Kirk being murdered and said some really nasty stuff online, like tons of stuff. And then, so now Musk, it has Musk's attention and he's gone after it as well.
Starting point is 01:00:10 And then he kind of flirted around with the idea of creating a Netflix-like entity and competing with Netflix, right? But, I mean, the guy, the guy literally celebrated the murder of Charlie Kirk. he absolutely did he celebrated his murder and made fun of it and all this other stuff so i don't know i've never seen it the it got it was canceled after it the second season was released in october of 2022 and the um again the kirk stuff his comments and then plus the barney trans character just catapulted it now into the news I just don't even know why anybody would watch this.
Starting point is 01:00:56 People got to pay, your parents also need to pay attention to this stuff. There's almost no, I would not set my kids in front of any new animation unless it was like anime. I would not put them in front of any non. I'm not kidding you. If it's not made in Japan,
Starting point is 01:01:15 if it's not made even in South Korea, if it's not anime, or if it's not old Warner Brothers, I would not allow my kid to watch it at all. No joke. I don't even know. And my kids, when my kids were younger, we really, really watched what they watched. And they could watch, I mean, you know, obviously get your chores done, blah, blah, blah, but they could watch, you know, the stuff that we approve for them to watch.
Starting point is 01:01:39 And they watched old Warner Brothers. They watched Veggie Tales, things like that. But this new stuff, because it's so subversive, you might watch a couple of episodes of something. something. And then like in the third episode, boom, here's a character that's talking about trans or talking about very, very adult subjects in what is clearly children's programming. And there's no indication in any of the descriptions for parents ahead of time. So you've got to be very, very careful as to what you allow your kids to watch. I'm not kidding. Like I would, I wouldn't there's there I would not allow my kids to watch anything unless it was a pre-approved
Starting point is 01:02:23 pre you know really sussed out selection that you know we had picked for them probably even more it would be more controlled than I was with my kids when they were little I you would have to be because there's so much stuff out there and there are so many people with political agendas used to when people would create content like children's programming I mean, it would be programming that the kids would find entertaining. Now, it is the adults that want to massage their egos by presenting what they think kids should believe to kids. It's not about servicing the kids anymore. It's about servicing the ego of the creator.
Starting point is 01:03:06 These, you know, and they're usually left-leaning. So have you ever seen the Shokane, the dead and paranormal thing? Paranorman almost went too far for me towards the end. That was a good movie, Paranorman, and at the very end, boom, they hit you in the face with, you know, alphabet stuff that's way above a kid's pay grade. Yeah, I mean, you have to think about how these things get created. There's a lot of intention behind their creation because you've got to be able to generate the funding in order to make it even happen. So you've got to sell your idea. Now, did they sell them on this idea in the beginning or did they bait and switch them?
Starting point is 01:03:43 That's something that I'd like to find out. But this was all done with intention. Oh, completely. And they all are done that way. So kind of in this, do you guys remember Eman Keefe, Khalif, the boxer who wanted to compete as a woman and got kicked out? Remember this guy? Amman Khalif from Algeria rose to global prominence. And they call him or her.
Starting point is 01:04:09 But man, it is such a dude looking dude. so this image of this guy so now he got kicked out of the boxing thing so he's not in the boxing stuff anymore and by the way Juan says that he canceled his Netflix account over a year ago good for Juan he's like there's no point in watching this garbage man Juan's going to beat somebody with a flip-flop I'm not messing man so this amman Khalif let me set this up and then I'm going to tell you where it's going to go so this dude who was a boxer he got bounced out of boxing because he's a dude who wanted to compete as a female and now he is the face of a beauty brand that is from Algeria now Juan is showing you right now the middle screen is the ad okay a beauty brand a beauty brand hold on if I'm the photographer and by the I'm not a professional. I swear to you guys, hands to this guy.
Starting point is 01:05:12 This is real. People watching on the screen right now at home. That's a guy who doesn't look happy. That's a man. Right. I, uh, I, what is it for? Is it like for, uh, how do they use that one of all the pictures they took? Is this the best photo?
Starting point is 01:05:30 Right. That they had? I got, I got a lot of questions about this. Is this the best? I don't know. I'm very torn on this. So the, it's called Bell NCO. I don't even know how you say it. It's from, it's Alger, it's an Algerian beauty brand. And in the campaign, they, they, they said, well, he embodies strength. Well, they call her, they call him a she. And they go she, but it's a he embodies strength, resilience, and grace. It's a perfect reflection of what skin with attitude really means. So I guess it's like a found. foundation. This is a dude. He is the most dudeest dude I think I have ever She sounds idiots. Well, she's a guy, so. I've ever seen.
Starting point is 01:06:19 But I just need to see the ad again. I'm sorry, Juan. I just want to see that ad one more time. So maybe he's born with it. Maybe it's Maybe it's. Maybe it's testicles. Maybe it's a penis. It's just I'm just saying. Is that the best? photo is that his smolder smolder ladies are you buying a beauty brand from that
Starting point is 01:06:46 are you going to see I want to look like that man said no lady ever all right so we all know that marketing is that is a man's jaw cane he can crack nuts with it a lot of marketing has to do with the visuals right so this guy doesn't look anything like a woman
Starting point is 01:07:02 and then if he's holding up the product and the product looks like it's some black label RX you get from Randall drugs. Like, no one's going to be buying that. The packaging doesn't want. Put that up on the screen again. It's like, what is that?
Starting point is 01:07:18 I don't even know. I don't even know. I'm not even a woman. Come by my foundation. I'm just. He could sell razors for your face. But I'm not, here's another reason why this ticks me off so bad. dudes do not have the same skin as women.
Starting point is 01:07:40 Dudes grow hair on their face. Women do not have the same skin texture. We don't have the same issues. We don't have the same hormones. We don't have the same concerns. A man cannot wear a makeup that will be suitable for a woman to wear. It is not possible. It's just not possible.
Starting point is 01:08:02 You're ignoring the needs of females to care. to a guy who's playing dress up. And then you want to smear everybody as bigots who object to it, who object to being erased. He already tried to erase women in women's sports. And now he wants you to listen to him about ladies' makeup. If any photo you've, this is actually, believe it or not, the most feminine photo that he has ever taken.
Starting point is 01:08:33 Cain, if you don't believe me, Google his name and look at the images. I did. You are right. And it looks like there was a lot of effort to make them look like a female. And it just... I mean, he looks like he hates the product. It just ain't working. Can't believe I'm selling this.
Starting point is 01:08:48 What is he going to sell next? Tampons? Like, are you going to... Some Tampax. Immaine-Kleeves Tampax. Where does it end? You know what I'm saying? Like, where does it end?
Starting point is 01:09:01 I mean, it's a legit question. It should have ended a long time ago. But that is actually... That's like... That's like the most feminine photo I've ever seen of the dude. He's a dude. He's a dude with dude stuff. He's got dude chromosomes, dude chromosomes, dude DNA, dude bits, dude.
Starting point is 01:09:18 It's all dudage. Okay, there's no objection. No jury would convict you if you saw this gentleman and thought, why is he wearing lipstick? Nobody would convict you. The problem is that normally, if he was just doing his thing and just like, I'm a dude that likes wearing makeup, and I'm not going to try to bump women out of women's spaces. Nobody would have, honestly, we're all too busy. I don't care.
Starting point is 01:09:42 Like, just don't bother me and interrupt me and, you know, be a burden on my life. But when you try shoving women out of men's spaces and then you fail at that and then you double down on the offense, you're absolutely going to get mocked and deservingly so because ridicule is a magnificent weapon. Oh, and by the way, for the lady who thought that me talking about the mean lady in the gym the other day was about her because she thinks everything is about her. This isn't about you either. Starting point is 01:11:37 tol slash vaping on HSEE. It's his life mission to make bad decisions. It's time for Florida man. All right. I just saw Kane tell a dude that he needs my doll on social media.
Starting point is 01:11:56 Just saw that one. It's a nice, nice comeback. All right, so a Florida attorney was convicted of bringing cocaine into a Florida jail. It's almost like he should have known that that was illegal. If only he had the education to know that that was illegal. Sixty-year-old
Starting point is 01:12:10 David Castles was convicted of one count possession of cocaine count of felony, introductional contraband into a county detention facility. Why are his glasses crooked? On his mugshot. It's bothering me really badly. It's very asymmetric. In
Starting point is 01:12:27 the verdict, the judge who was sentenced him to a year in jail, three years of probation, 300 hours of community service. he has to go through substance abuse things stuff like that but that's just one of the dumbest self-ones so much of this is like self-owning people self-owning this one guy got 17 and a half years because he led a cocaine trafficking network from puerto rico to new york that's also a big bad no-no so i'm surprised new york did anything about it right but uh it was a cocaine distribution network that spanned from puerto rico to upstate new york u.s attorneys office
Starting point is 01:13:02 office, they handed this dude, a 49-year-old dude from Lady Lake Florida, 17 and a half years in prison. He was also involved in money laundering, distribution, all kinds of bad stuff. That's not something that, you know, there's a lot of the cocaine distribution happening here. This Gulf Coast News, a Florida man was accused of street racing at 124 miles per hour. and when the police got him, his excuse was that, quote, I have to use the bathroom. That's why he went 124 miles per hour at 3 a.m. on a Sunday, you see, in Lee County, Florida. It was a late-night street race, and they're still searching for the motorcyclist. He was racing a motorcycle. This is how people get killed.
Starting point is 01:13:51 The Toyota Camry, this guy was racing. If you were wondering if it was a Camry, you are correct. a Toyota Camry motorcycle stopped side by side at a traffic like they were able to get it on some CCTV stuff from other you know like businesses and that but yeah they clocked him at going 124 the motorcycle hit more than 140 when they stopped him he said I had to use the bathroom really badly
Starting point is 01:14:12 I had to use the bathroom bad is what he said the Camry driver did not have a license and the police were like well that's a red flag number one and number two that it was happening at three in the morning that's also another red flag and then Sheriff J.D. Grudd, he, well, no, Sheriff Grady Judd said a Florida man, who was a retired deputy, insulted workers at McDonald's drive-thru with a child in the front seat. So he drove through. He was competitive towards McDonald's workers. And he had like an unstrained kid, 18-month-old,
Starting point is 01:14:42 in the front seat. We'll have more on that tomorrow. Third hour on the way. Stick with us. Don't let foot pain or discomfort hold you back. Foot Solutions, the first step towards pain-free feet. Find jarring is that there are so many people willing to excuse the most reprehensible things that he said, that they agree with that, that they're willing to have monuments for him,
Starting point is 01:15:31 that they want to create a day to honor him and that they want to produce resolutions in the House of Congress honoring his life and legacy. It is one thing to care about his life because obviously so many people loved him, including his children and wife. But I am not going to sit here and be judged for not wanting to honor any legacy this man has left behind. That should be in the dustpin of history, and we should hopefully move on. As should your citizenship here in the United States, it should also be in the dustbin of history. That's Ilan Omar, who whenever she has the opportunity to be a decent human and not a yelping dog, she chooses the dog. It's fascinating.
Starting point is 01:16:19 That's an insult to dogs. I'm sorry, dogs. welcome back to the program being a lash top of this third hour do you know it's when you think about like her just demonic views she's a nasty person she's just a nasty piece of work she never has anything nice to say about anybody i mean you know the fact that she had a marry her brother to even cheat to get citizenship uh or to even get in the united states is insane uh and the fact that she used her campaign money to help facilitate the divorce and all of this other stuff oh she did That's why she'd a pay fine for all of that.
Starting point is 01:16:51 I don't know if people are actually familiar with that. There are receipts there. That's why this is said so often because it's true. It's not a joke. It's actually true. And the, I think the sentiment that she states and what I have heard, you know, a lot of these college campuses that TPSA went to, she just seems like she was just very, she never liked the group. And she, Charlie never said anything.
Starting point is 01:17:20 controversial, except if you consider scripture controversial. He was, again, the nice one. But I was thinking about all of this in context with the pressure that foreign money plays into all of these colleges and universities across the country. Did you know that the biggest funder to American universities is Qatar? Billions and billions and billions and billions of dollars they have given. And it's interesting because if you look at where all the money, which I'm looking at now, if you look at where all they give their money, it's very interesting that that's where all, like, for instance, you know, the protests where they were going after all the Jewish
Starting point is 01:18:05 students, it's kind of interesting that those were the universities where they got the most money from Qatar. I'm just saying, it just could be Kane, I'm sure, a total coincidence. It's, and there are a lot of things that have been written about this, and it's not just Qatar. China is as well, but Qatar is the biggest donor of two American universities. And so allow that to kind of sit in your head for a little bit when you are wondering, why is it that all of this stuff like with the anti-Semitic protests where they actually were targeting people for being Jewish? They weren't like, well, we disagree with the Israeli government. They can't even
Starting point is 01:18:41 tell you how it's structured. They just were mad because of Jews. It's it. But think about how that really got kicked off and why it seems like it was expedited to this point. And then look at all the money that these companies or these countries have been pouring in. China and Qatar, they've poured just over the past few years. It's been like $29 billion. 29 billion dollars. Foreign donors have given as much to American universities, just like in the last handful of years, as they did in the last, like in the last four years, they've given as a, much as they did in the last four decades. So take four decades and condense it down into four years. There is an absolute, I mean, an explosion of foreign money on campuses. Cutter is the
Starting point is 01:19:38 largest source. And all of these donations to these campuses, all of this started to get reported like in the 80s. They have given over 6 billion. China's 2.3 billion. The Saudis are like way below. But I mean, Qatar is the largest source of all of this foreign money to these campuses. Now, the second largest source of foreign funding is China. So I told you that Cutter, 6.3 billion in counting China is 5.6 billion and counting and just like you saw with Qatar
Starting point is 01:20:21 the donations from China have exploded over the past several years and again the universities where you saw all of the upheaval where you couldn't even have TPSA go on campus hardly the Harvard's the Columbia's
Starting point is 01:20:40 oh guess who those are the ones that get the most money from China and Qatar. In fact, every single one of these universities that you have seen in the headlines, where the students are like rioting or they're protesting to the extent where it's not safe for conservative speakers to even leave the campus
Starting point is 01:20:57 and they have to hide in janitorial closets, those are all the campuses that have received tons. Those are all the universities that have tons of Qatari and Chinese money. Oh, it's a fact. The receipts are out. Carnegie Mellon, Cornell, Stanford, Columbia, Harvard, lots of them. Why? Because it's soft power.
Starting point is 01:21:23 It's to build soft power. They're expanding their influence. If you don't think it's a Nats sec issue, I'll remind you every single revolution started in academia. You could even argue French revolution starting academia. The color revolution in China started in academia, Russia, academia, Germany, in the 30s, academia. Started on college campuses every single time. Because you have minds that are easily influenced. And there is a huge effort to continue that trend here in the United States. that's why you've been seeing an increase in all of this stuff on college campuses
Starting point is 01:22:14 because there are absolutely outside sources that are funding it. They like the division. They like the hostility spreading on college campuses. And just like in every other nation where this has happened, it goes from there. So now it becomes a national security issue. I had someone say, well, it really isn't. tell that to China because
Starting point is 01:22:41 their communist revolution started in their campuses and took over their entire country and now look tell that to 1930s Germany tell it to Russia with the Bolsheviks I mean I dare I go on it's without exception
Starting point is 01:22:58 so these this influence is I mean, and the Qataris, they're all ramping up their donations. We're going to talk a little bit about this to Stephen Yates as well. But it's interesting to note the free press had a piece where Harvard didn't comply with Section 117 of the Higher Education Act. They were trying to not disclose all of this foreign financial funding.
Starting point is 01:23:27 That seems sketch to the point where it wasn't just like an over, it wasn't just like someone just forgot accidentally. It wasn't just mere oversight. It was purposeful. And this is one of the things that the administration is doing. They are looking at these connections between foreign money and the increasing violence and et cetera that's happening on college campuses. It's not just the soros stuff. It's these foreign countries that would like to sow division. It's very sun-zu. If you, can sew division within your opponent, you don't even need to do anything because your opponent will divide in half and fight itself. That's exactly the design. It's a soft power move. And that's why it's a national security issue. I don't even know why. I mean, and this is just me just speculating, but why are these universities allowed to accept money from foreign
Starting point is 01:24:31 governments? Why? It's not like Harvard needs it. Their endowment is like, it's billions of dollars, why are they accepting or allowed to accept money from foreign governments? I'm not even talking about, oh, here's a charitable group in United Arab Emirates. We're going to donate. No, no, no. It's like literally the Qatari government. Why are universities allowed to accept money from foreign governments? And you know that they come with strings attached. This is a giant question. And then Berkeley, for instance, remember Berkeley where you had all of those riots and protests and all this stuff break out. Cain, if you had to guess how much money they had that they got recently with a partnership with the communist Chinese government,
Starting point is 01:25:27 literally from China's China's government, how much would you guess? I would say a hundred million or more. Double it. seriously double it and then go up a little bit yeah good lord yeah yeah here's the funny thing Berkeley refused to report it the Daily Beast actually I can't even believe I'm citing the Daily Beast which is what the world's come to they had their headline this was from May of 23 Berkeley's 220 million dollar mistake exposed in a massive deal with China so they were trying to get ahead of it and frame it as a mistake but the people that were investigating the failure to disclose, they didn't really think it was
Starting point is 01:26:10 a mistake because they found other purposeful, questionably purposeful omissions. Interesting, yes. So there's a lot of questions to be asked here. And all of this comes together. I was thinking about all of this over this weekend, especially now that people are talking about approaching campus debates and campus events differently in light of security. That, I think that right there is the front line. Those college campuses are the front line. And I'm just, you know, I'm curious. I'd be curious to look at money going into that Utah, Utah Valley
Starting point is 01:26:55 college. Go and look and see all of these universities where the students have gotten more and more, and more agitated and progressive. And it completely corresponds with the massive amount of donations that they get from foreign governments. I'm just saying there is enough there to not only beg the question, but pose a legitimate one. Not even assuming the premise is true. Now you can actually question whether or not it is.
Starting point is 01:27:24 It's not even begging the question anymore. It's a legit question. This administration is going to have to go. around this. One other quick thing. I'm talking about some of the media malpractice if we have time to do this. The, I was shocked at the way. I had posted this.
Starting point is 01:27:44 I think I had tweeted about it online, but I was looking at the situation with the media. So first up, you had this NBC piece. And this had to do with this, gosh, if I can get our Wi-Fi to work, it'd be great. This had to do, just waiting for it to load. Sorry, just doing a live radio show. We're going to wait for the Wi-Fi to load. This was, had to do with this Sky Meadow Country Club shooting. Witnesses were saying that the killer was screaming free Palestine before he fired
Starting point is 01:28:15 up on Country Club event attendees. And the witnesses were telling the local news and there's video of it that the guy was saying, free Palestine, free Palestine, he was saying, he was screaming it. That sounded like a pretty targeted attack, I think, correct? I mean, that's what it sounds like. Like here's what NBC did. NBC had a whole piece. Let me pull this up. A whole entire piece where they refused to admit or refused to report on the fact that the killer had screamed free Palestine or that witnesses were telling local media that the killer was screaming it. In their piece,
Starting point is 01:28:56 NBC didn't touch on it at all. They reported it like, oh, some guy did something. cover up and now all of the news you would probably miss it's time for Dana's Quick 5 so a Macan woman admits to using our employer's money to play business as slot machines
Starting point is 01:29:15 it's the average worker in today's workforce I'm bored already by this story let's see oh here's this let's do this this is an Iowa town so in Iowa the Jessa Police Department issued a statement regarding harassment from toilet papering people's houses and that. Now, the police department says T-Ping is banned.
Starting point is 01:29:38 Anyone caught doing it will face legal charges, et cetera. And that they said that it's effective immediately. There's zero. I just think it's perfectly good waste of toilet paper. It is kind of a pain to clean up. I've never had, you know, I've only, I've never actually done it to anyone or had it done. I did help spork someone's yard though. I never realized how well off we were back in the day
Starting point is 01:30:01 we're just throwing toilet paper and eggs everywhere Right? Did we joke about this during COVID? Oh my gosh I just don't let your kids do that it's a waste of resources and it's annoying Okay, just don't A traveler was caught with human remains at the Tampa airport And when they asked him what he was going to do with it he said it's for rituals Halloween U.S. Customs and Border Protection at
Starting point is 01:30:26 to Tampa. It was a skull. And what's gross is it was all wrapped in foil. Ooh, can it's so gross. It was all wrapped in foil. And he told officers that the items were for rituals. And due to it being gross and nasty, they, I mean, yes, health risks and all that. But just totally grody, they seize them and destroy them. Wow.
Starting point is 01:30:53 Who thinks they're going to walk through TSA? Oh, here's my skulls and bow. bones and go, what is the matter to you? It must take control strongly and immediately of the unmitigated immigration disaster and the fake energy catastrophe before it's too late. The carbon footprint is a hoax made up by people with evil intentions and they're heading down a path of total destruction. You know the carbon footprint.
Starting point is 01:31:22 It was a big, big thing a few years ago. I remember hearing about the carbon footprint and then President Obama would get into Air Force One, a massive Boeing 747 and not a new one, an old one with old engines that spew everything into the atmosphere. He'd talk about the carbon footprint, we must do so.
Starting point is 01:31:45 Then he'd get in and he'd fly from Washington to Hawaii to play a round of golf. And then he'd get back onto that big, beautiful plane and it fly back and they talk about again global warming and the carbon footprint it's a con job he's right as potus speaking at at the u.n and he's like yeah this is all a con welcome back to the program bottom of this third hour dana lash with you he's a thousand percent correct and also a thousand percent correct, they're classifying Antifa as a terrorist entity. And this is incredibly interesting. The, I saw this survey. Let me pull this up. I actually just saw this and I was
Starting point is 01:32:36 looking at this on break. Nine and ten Republicans are apparently concerned with left wing violence. I think they have reason to be. As sad as that is, it's a recent economist UGov survey. nine and ten Republicans are concerned about left-wing extremism. It was taken after Charlie Kirk was assassinated, and they looked at over 1,500 U.S. adults. 61% they were very or somewhat concerned. 56% of independence expressed concern. Even 38% of self-identified Democrats expressed concern. That's pretty telling.
Starting point is 01:33:16 very telling and this is after you know I look at this up let me pull this up you had a man who was charged with shooting up an ABC station after the Jimmy Kimmel decision the FBI flew in swooped in he was let go on bail by the way You guys know that? They let the guy walk. It's another case, a confirmed case of left-wing political violence, and they let the guy walk. And this was after, again, Kimmel had been suspended. Prosecutors said that he was, quote, politically motivated.
Starting point is 01:34:14 That is per the sacrament. County District Attorney. They looked at his vehicle. He had a note in it that criticized members of the Trump administration and referenced the Charlie Kirk assassination. Sixty-four-year-old Annabal Hernandez Santana. They searched his house. They found other evidence. They found a calendar attached to his refrigerator. On the calendar for the date of September 19th, he had written the message, quote, do the next scary thing. authorities discovered in his vehicle in the anti-Trump book they had a handwritten note a quote for hiding Epstein do not support Bondi Patel all of them he goes there next he had a handwritten note signed with his initials or no signed with the initial k and that the DA was saying that they believe that that stands for Charlie Kirk and he was arrested after he shot into the lobby of the station there were employees inside when he opened fire They let him walk.
Starting point is 01:35:19 He posted bail and he walked. And then the FBI swooped in because he's facing federal charges now. And this was after ABC suspended him. So if the left can say that Brendan Carr, by simply speaking, was able to convince Sinclair a Neckstar, which it's very evident that it was the viewers who were melting the phones at Sinclair and Next Star that we're leading this. If the left can accuse Carr of doing that and being responsible for all of these stations making the decision to let Kimmel be to suspend Kimmel, then surely they can say that
Starting point is 01:36:04 ABC backing Kimmel is a direct result of a leftist walking into one of the ABC affiliates and shooting up their lobby. Don't you agree? So ABC, I mean, it begs the question that ABC is threatened by leftist murderous terrorism and they decided to reinstate against Next Star and Sinclair, Jimmy Kimmel, because they're worried about getting shot up by leftists. It's a pretty, I think that's, you know, pretty, I think that goes beyond begging the question. I mean, this is insane and it is an absolute, this is, this is leftist violence. And you have people like Keith Oberman who told Scott Jennings, quote, your next blank blinker.
Starting point is 01:36:54 He was threatening people, Keith Oberman, threatening people on X. And then they let this guy go. No, this is leftist terrorism. I mean, we're getting to the point where it's not just the Antifa. it's not just Antifa we're getting to the point where many leftists are kind of adopting terroristic tactics
Starting point is 01:37:25 very terroristic tactics and I'm looking at this you also have this I'm going to pull this up the story of Charlie Kirk has suspected the suspected trans lover of the assassin was kicked out of the home.
Starting point is 01:37:48 Lance Twiggs, he was living with the murder suspect. He was living with the murderer. He was detached and radicalized. That's how his own family described him. Substant abuse, gender identity. Yeah. Oh, yeah. All this stuff starts coming to light.
Starting point is 01:38:09 All of this. It's getting so insane. case and point. Apparently, so you know the LGBTQ? Okay, so apparently they're kicking out the T's. Yeah, this came from LGBT international. LGBN international describes itself as lesbian, gay, and bisexual people declaring independence. And they have a video of all of these people from all these different countries, and they are kicking out the trans. Wow. I mean, some of the graphics that they have are like scissors separating the T and Q from the LGB. And it is a pretty big group. They are finished. They are absolutely finished with it. And a lot of the stuff that I've seen, people say that the TQ plus crowd have done irreparable damage. They've hijacked.
Starting point is 01:39:12 They're being accused of hijacking their movement. Man, I think everybody's seeing how dangerous it is. It's becoming more and more that it's, it seems like it's a hallmark of it to be violent. That is something else. So all of this stuff, you know, when looking at it, you know, the FBI, they arrested this guy. They had to go in.
Starting point is 01:39:38 They had to bring federal charges because the local was just going to let him walk. his social this guy's social media accounts filled with anti-Trump stuff he liked a whole bunch of trans tifa stuff i mean how much more obvious does it have to be this is all politically motivated violence and more and more you have significant numbers of the left that say they're okay with it probably because you hear stuff like six audio sound by six all the damn time case and point right now we are dealing with as i called him at my speech on the ellipse a tyrant we used to compare the strength of our democracy to common communist dictators that's what we're dealing with right now
Starting point is 01:40:27 and donald trump and these titans of industry are not speaking up and perhaps it is because his threats and the way he has used the weight of the federal government government to take out vengeance on his critics is something that they fear. And I get that. Just flashback. Just flashback. She's talking about where are those those Titans at the industry Titans? Just again, one quick recap. This is what Mark Zuckerberg, an industry titan, said that the Biden administration did to him. These people from the Biden administration would call up our team and like scream at them and curse And it's like, these documents are, it's all kind of out there.
Starting point is 01:41:15 Do you record any of those phone calls? I don't, no, I don't think we were. But, but I think. I want to listen. I mean, there are emails. The emails are published. It's all, it's all kind of out there. And they're like, and basically it just got to this point where we were like, no, we're not going to, we're not going to take down things that are true.
Starting point is 01:41:33 That's ridiculous. They wanted us to take down this meme of Leonardo DiCaprio, looking at a TV, talking about how 10 years from now or something. you know, you're going to see an ad that says, okay, if you took a COVID vaccine, you're eligible, you know, like for this kind of payment, like sort of like class action lawsuit type mean. And they're like, no, you have to take that down. And they're like, no, you have to take that down. She's talking about tyranny. That's an example of tyranny. By the way, it just came in that the Trump assassination attempt, the suspect, I'll say his name once, Ryan, Ryan Ruth, was found guilty on all charges. Yeah, exactly, as he should. Just found guilty. Just found guilty
Starting point is 01:42:12 to all charges. This was the guy that was, again, this was at the golf course. He was at Mar-a-Lago. And he tried, this was not long after the first almost fatal attempt. So we, the left needs to get a grip. Not everyone who disagrees with you is a Nazi. Not everyone who disagrees with you is a tyrant. I mean, it's just they've got to slow their role on this rhetoric. And they need to slow their role in the violence. They can't even condemn this stuff. This is assonite. Here's, you know, and the difference was like with the Hortmans, no one, no one demonized Melissa Hortman. You didn't hear a single conservative go out there and be like, oh, well, Melissa Hortman and her husband or the other individuals that were targeted and lived.
Starting point is 01:43:06 No one did that. No one demonized her. No one was demonizing her. before either and calling her Nazi or Hitler or anything like that. So this is where the left gets it wrong. Stop with your comparisons. And by the way, the guy who targeted her thought he was a wals appointee who thought he was hearing waltz in his head telling him to do it. Welcome back to the program. So if you were, if you're just joining us, we mentioned this before we went to break.
Starting point is 01:43:34 This is all just, everything is drama now. So the verdict is in in the second assassin. I'll say his name only this time. Ryan Routh, Ryan Ruth, who he was the golf course assassin. So they convicted him. They found him guilty. And as they did, right as that happened, he started stabbing himself in the neck with a pen. Like in the trial, right after the Florida jury found him guilty of attempting to assassinate President Trump, he then tried to stab himself in the neck with a pen.
Starting point is 01:44:06 That's how this trial came to an end. And then the daughter, like, ran away, and as far as they were reading the verdict, he tried literally, like, stabbing himself. There was only two and a half hours of deliberations. They found him guilty of assaulting secret service agents who got him from his hiding place, guilty of three federal gun charges. He pledged not guilty. Now he faces life in prison when he's sentenced. He represented himself, and apparently one of the reasons why the trial went so quickly is that he just, like, didn't question anybody. he like wouldn't I don't think he knew what he was doing the apparently with the jury out of earshot
Starting point is 01:44:44 routh ruth had then asked judge aileen cannon he was in this he was monologuing she told him to stay within the bounds of the case and he was complaining that he wasn't allowed to put more witnesses on the stand then he asked canon whether the public defenders who initially represented him could wrap up his closing argument if the judge interrupted him again And, wow, he is, yeah, he began talking about Ukraine and all this other stuff. He'd monologue for, like, 42 minutes. So he's, yeah, he tried, then tried stabbing himself in the neck. That's, yeah, that's.
Starting point is 01:45:19 And then the prosecutor was like, this is not a who done it. Like, I mean, it's not. So, wow. He only called three witnesses, and he was done before lunch on Monday. Wow. So there's a lot to unpack there. Now, one other quick story. I don't know if you guys saw this before we run out of time.
Starting point is 01:45:43 This is kind of insane. So this story has to do. You guys know Ron Wyden. So apparently his kids, listen to the story. New York Post. Kids of Oregon Senator Ron Wyden drove his assistant to suicide with sexually explicit behavior and slurs, apparently. Wow, his kids sound like demons. Brandon O'Brien, 35, worked for Ron Wyden's wife, Nancy Wyden.
Starting point is 01:46:03 And apparently he had to care for their kids, and they bullied him so bad that he killed himself. I'll talk more about that tomorrow. All right, today in stupidity came. All right, Wanis is cut 17. Apparently Antifa upset that they're not getting paid on time. They started chanting their boss's name. Guess who their boss is? Oh, well, I'm sure.
Starting point is 01:46:24 Oh, sorrows get my money. George Soros spent some money. Well, I mean, yeah, that's not the first time that leftists have done something like this, by the way. It sure isn't. So if you think these are organic or grassroots pushbacks by the public, you couldn't be more wrong. They're financed. You have a bridge, too, to sell you, to sell people, right? We each have a bridge.
Starting point is 01:46:49 We can sell you. Financing is easy. All right, folks, that does it for today. Find us over at Substack. Lorraine's new piece on the Autism Press Conference from yesterday is up. Facebook, YouTube, like, and subscribe. Back with you tomorrow. God bless.
Starting point is 01:47:00 Thank you.
