I wanted to let the city know that I have declared a local emergency and issued a curfew for downtown Los Angeles to stop the vandalism, to stop the looting.
Many businesses have now been affected by or vandalize.
Last night, there were 23 businesses that were looted.
And I think that if you drive through downtown L.A., the graffiti is everywhere and has caused,
significant damages to businesses and a number of properties.
Yeah, we probably could have told you that that was coming, that that was going to happen.
You know, I mean, yes, it caused a lot of, I mean, I've seen a lot of storefronts that have been
spray painted and windows busted out.
There was looting because nothing says balancing out the imbalance of justice by, you know,
you got to loot some sneaks, yo.
I'm just saying it's what me just saying welcome to the show Daniel Lash with you we're at the top of this first hour
We got the stream today everything will be back to normal by Monday
But Juan is traveling for a joyous family occasion
And we're a very small crew here so we uh it's audio only but that just means that we can you know we can be a little crazier
And we don't have to worry about you know Juan trying to tamp it her wand trying to bring class to the joint
Wait oh wait you didn't know that can just got in very
very nervous. So the ongoing
riots and violence, I saw, okay, first off, I'm going to
see, I'm going to get to everything, but I legit saw
video yesterday of some dude hitting a police horse. Like he had a,
I don't know what kind of stick it was. It, what kind, was it like a special
stick? It looked like a professional stick. Does that make sense? It wasn't like
a stick someone went to retrieve from their yard, you know,
Like if you go, go get me a stick, you go get some like branch.
No, this was like a whittled pro stick.
And he was beating this police horse, right, with this stick.
And obviously that's a big no-no.
And also because horses are awesome.
Well, the lady cop or the, yes, police officer,
she was a lady and I feel like this is important.
Because she grabbed that stick from him and beat his burp with it on video.
And I'm not going to tell you how many times I watched it.
because, you know, it was very satisfying to see something like that.
Like, you know, how you cut things evenly when you're cutting food.
And you're like, wow, that's an even cut.
That's an even slice.
I did really good.
You get the first slice of pie out of the dish and it doesn't fall apart.
And you're like, I am a master.
It's the same level of satisfaction.
I got repeatedly watching her beat him over and over and over and over again as I played
continuously the video back.
But that just, I mean, what is the point of beating the police horse, that poor horse?
The horse is okay, by the way, if you're concerned.
The horse is all right.
But still, I just was kind of, I mean, it was a guy with the state.
He just walked up, walked up and went that way, just decided to mess around and then find out.
And so there were a lot of people that were arrested last night.
These have spread to Colorado, several different places.
There was some more in dad.
But Dallas is very different.
I think that they've clamped down on it pretty quick.
Now, Austin, that's another story.
Austin's very not the same.
But they, I think they tamped it down pretty quickly.
Because if you remember that after the BLM riots, March, it was a March riot?
I don't know.
But after that, they, I'm pretty sure, I'm speculating here, that they changed their standard operating procedure.
Now they tamp that stuff down pretty quick.
they were tear gassing people yesterday.
They were not even messing around.
They just got tear gassed.
You're blocking the road because it's a crime.
You can't block the roads here in Texas.
You can't, I mean, you shouldn't do it just out of courtesy, which comes to my point of this,
I think this is Republican campaign footage for forever.
But it's a woman, she's a mother, and she's, this is audio somebody 33.
She's trying to get to work.
Now let me set up the context since we're audio only today.
So you have a young black mother and she's getting in her car and the more she's going to go to work.
And she is surrounded, because this is important to the left, she is surrounded by white progressive Marxists who are out in the streets protesting about open, four in favor of open borders.
And they are not letting her go to work.
They are incredibly, they just, they act rude to her.
They're patronizing.
Listen to this.
How is this a people
if there's enough to do.
No, it's not.
How do it always white people feel about stopping a black woman from going to work?
Oh, no, not work.
I care so much.
So you don't care about stopping black people from going to work?
Did you see it? It was a white Marxist hippie who was like, oh, no, not work. He was such a jerk wagon. I don't even know what to call him. And he was mocking her. And the little Marxist is like, no, you're not going anywhere. How is this not involuntary detention? I would punch. I'm going to break your teeth. If you, if you detain me against my will, involuntary detain me, I'm going to. I'm going to. I'm going to break your teeth. If you, if you detain me against my will, involuntary detain me, I'm going. I'm going.
going to punch, I'm going to break all your teeth off and you're going to eat them and you're
going to defecate them out like corn the next day. So that's what's going to happen, guaranteed. Because
you are, you're holding me against my will. It's kidnapping. And that woman had her kids in the car.
This woman, so think about it. This lady, she's got to go to work. She's got our kids in the car.
And that means she's probably got to take them to school or daycare. She's got another stop to
make before she gets to work. Time is at the essence.
and these idiots will not move for her.
That is just, that's a great look for you Democrats, a great look for Democrats there.
And there's tons of these.
There are so many videos like this where people are, and what gets me, I told you yesterday,
the Hispanic mother who was surrounded, her car was surrounded.
And I hate to say it on these lines, but again, it's important to the left.
They're all white Marxists.
All of them.
I maybe saw
I see I mean I see
definitely I see some
Mexicans and those who go
on camera and say that they're here illegally
and I see maybe
some black protesters
but I have to tell you every single
one of the videos that I've seen where the car
is surrounded and they're not letting the people
leave when they pull their
mask down to talk they're all white Marxists
so I don't know about that
maybe everybody else is busting up stores
and stuff and these people are tasked with
preventing people from moving. I don't know. But it is really something, really something.
So this is not a great move for them. And I'm not really sure what they think is going to come
from stuff like this. Because you can't, you can't, this is not persuading anybody.
Now, Karen Bass, as you heard, she's finally declaring curfews.
We're day six, right? Day six, day six. And she said that the downtown area of Los Angeles is going to be a no-go zone from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. for the week after people were looting everything. People, officers were getting attacked again last night. And she said, if you don't live or work there, you will be arrested and prosecuted for breaking curfew. This is how bad it's getting that they actually have to do this now. And, and,
this,
they, of course,
she had to blame it on Trump still.
That's still what they're doing,
blaming it on Trump,
which I'm not quite sure why.
But that's,
you know,
that's what they were doing.
And I mean,
maybe there've been like a handful of arrests,
but I don't think
there have been enough,
honestly.
I don't,
I don't think there's been enough
that's happened
that has
dissuaded anyone.
There's no penalties.
And people know
that there's no penalties.
they know there's no penalty.
They know this.
So I'm, I don't know.
It's just, it's just wild to see it.
And it's wild to see if Trump would not have sent in the Marines to protect federal
buildings.
If he wouldn't have called on the guard, they wouldn't have done anything.
The only reason that they're even calling for a curfew is because Trump was trying to
implement some law and order when they wouldn't.
That's the only reason.
You know how much this is going to cost, by the way, to deploy all of this?
So according to defense news, the 5,000 National Guard troops and the Marines is going to cost $134 million.
That is the acting comptroller for the Pentagon.
He told lawmakers this in a hearing that was just yesterday.
It's coming from the Defense Department's operations and maintenance budget.
They're covering travel and housing and food and incidentals.
And this was a House Appropriations Subcommittee on Defense.
hearing. This is the bill that is being incurred by rioters. So taxpayers now are having to pay
$134 million for California, for California, because California can't get it together. I think we
should be able to send an invoice to these people to pay this. Because that's not even getting into
what local taxpayers are going to pay for local policing and additionally clean up and all of that
other stuff because you know that they're having to do that. So that's where the funding's coming from.
There have been 4,000 National Guard troops approved 700 active duty Marines that have been
heading to Los Angeles and the Marines are protecting federal immigration officials and federal
property. And what gets me is after everything's been set on fire,
after all of this, that's when Democrats say, oh, now it's been escalated, which is assonine,
but here we are. So that's $134 million of our defense budget going to this. And, oh,
we can't just put this in, too, because I had this mention of this, Scott Besson, Treasury Secretary.
he apparently was he noted that Gavin Newsom was going to stop California tax payments to the federal government.
So he wants to further defraud the American taxpayer, Gavin Newsom.
This is what Republicans need to be seizing on.
I mean, to be able to say that you're not going to pay in, pay your fair share to the federal system.
I don't know.
And Kane notes he doesn't know how salt works.
No, he clearly doesn't know.
how salt works.
I mean, I, this, that alone should make you, I mean, that's, that's enough to make you
live it for the rest of the day.
But that's what we're looking at.
Now, in addition to all of this, Newsom held a, well, it was in a press conference.
What was it?
Like an address?
He gave an address yesterday.
I don't know what you would call it because it was really bad.
I thought the production quality was very bad.
Am I being, it was, it looked bad.
It was like fuzzy and didn't like break up at one point.
he held a
not again a press conference
he gave an address
and he said that
you know Trump was
traumatizing the area
in his address and that he's going
to California is going to fight on behalf of all the people
audio 7 by 6 I think you've done enough fighting
listen
way enough fighting
California will keep fighting
we'll keep fighting on behalf of our people
all of our people including in the courts
so look who's your people though
I think that's a question you need to answer.
We have a lot more on this coming up.
We also have some of the latest.

There are some ugly numbers when it comes to 401k balances.
Studies show people in their 30s have a staggeringly low amount of money in their 401ks.
Even when companies match, they're wasting free money.
Millennials have to put more money away.

I don't know why we, every season,
We got to do this.
Guys, you can't be running out petting bison.
A New Jersey tourist is the second person just this spring alone to be gored by a bison in Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming.
A bison gourd a dude yesterday after a large group of visitors got too close.
They're not supposed to.
The 30-year-old was treated for minor injuries after he was gored around 9.45 a.m.
in the old faithful area.
His name and condition wasn't released.
it's not fatal is all we know
he's the second person already gored this spring
a 47 year old from Cape Coral
Florida had minor injuries
after he was gored in the Lake Village area
on May 7th now last year
bison goard two other people
one of whom was an 83 year old woman
from Southern South Carolina
who was seriously injured and the other
woman was an Arizona woman so it's almost
like in the past several years two people
get picked to get gourd
because it's literally been two people every year
since 2021.
I read for the bison.
I'm not going to lie.
You can't like get near them.
They don't like you.
I don't care how fuzzy and fluffy they are.
You can't touch.
No pets.
No pets.
Apparently, I keep seeing this on my Instagram feed.
I don't care.
The strawberry moon, don't care.
It's a full moon, though, June 2025th.
Blah, blah, blah.
Strawberry moon.
Unless you're like, Dana, if you look up
at this particular time, you're going to see some aliens.
I don't care.
It's going to go from June 10th or June 11th.
We're not going to see it again until 2043.
So if you want to see a slightly redish
tent on the moon before you die. Go out and look now.
Let's see. ABC News
fires Terry Moran, oh, sorry, Moran
over his deleted tweet. He got fired.
And the network issued a blistering
takedown. We're going to dive into that here coming
up. We got AI. We got defense. We got riots.
We got brats. We have everything. Stick with us.
You know, we were talking about modern problems.
Here's a modern solution to a modern
problem. This is,
it's, I love this gun.
I'm so excited that they did a 10 millimeter
because I've been waiting for this for forever.
And they told me a while ago, but I wasn't a lot to tell you guys, and I felt bad about it.
But just know that, you know, this thing is awesome.
It's the sub 2K, Gen 3.
It's from Keltech.
And everything that they make, it's a family-owned company.
Literally everybody's family-owned.
They got veterans at work there.
They're so innovative.
Everybody contributes.
George Kellgren's, he's like a Warner Brothers scientist, like a mad scientist.
But he came up with us, the new generation sub-2K.
It folds in half.
And you don't have to detach your optics.
Everything stays in place, and it deploys just as fast, too, zeroed and ready to rock.
It's innovation with a twist in that 10-millimeter chambering and more versatile.
I mean, it comes in, you know, others.
It also takes Glockmags.
It takes Glockmags, and it also has a five-pound trigger pool.
You got an integrated unlock.
You got rails up top for Xetherith.
And internal buffer for softer recoil.
And a very simple and reliable blowback design that ensures ease of...
of maintenance and consistent performance.
It is ideal for legit everything now available in 10mm.
And Caltech makes everything right here in the U.S. of A.
American materials, American labor, American workers, parts, everything.
And they stand behind what they make.
We need more companies like Caltech.

But they proudly carry the flags of other countries, but they don't carry the American flag.
They only burn it. Did you see a lot of the flags being burned? They weren't being burned by
people from our country or from people that love our country. People that, love our country. People that
burn the American flag should go to jail for one year. That's what they should be doing.
And we'll see if we can get that done. We're going to try and get that done. We're working with
some of your senators. I know Senator Josh Hawley is very much involved. And I know that two senators
from here, I think, Josh Hawley is involved in that. I mean, Josh Hawley just proposed raising the
minimum wage of federally mandatory. So yeah, of course. Welcome back to the program,
Dana Lash with you. They're starting to
to charge people in California, by the way. Now, again, I'm going to preface this because by saying
that you can like someone and not agree with everything that they say. I shouldn't have to say this
every time I'm about to not agree, but here it is. No, I don't think that you need to add an
extra penalty on for burning the flag, and here's why. Because it's burning things in public is
already illegal. Burning someone else's property is already illegal. Arson is already illegal.
if you purchase something and decide to set it on fire, if it's your property, I mean, you're not hurting other people. If it's a smaller object, you can set it on fire. If I wanted to buy a Katie Perry album and set it on fire, which why would I do that? But you know what I mean? Then I could, right? Because then she would already have my money. That's what I'm saying it's like it doesn't make any sense. I get it that it's like a red meat piece of red meat to throw out. But I'm like, what does it accomplish? I just think it's, you know, and I'm, I also think we have free speech.
And I like when people advertise how stupid they are because I love for them to do that service for me.
It prevents me from having to exert effort at telling you how dumb they are when they just voluntarily,
freely of their own will, show you how stupid they are, you know?
So I'm all for that because it saves you energy that you can use to like go out to dinner with your,
your spouse and hang out with your kids and, you know, relax by the pool, maybe go down to 30A, you know,
the big life, go to visit Panama City, go, you know, whatever.
But whatever, Florida, whatever, you know.
But I just, I just don't think something like this.
That's just not, and like I said, I get it.
I get it.
It's about throwing, you know, some red meat to the base.
But it's, you know, when you're destroying something that you bought that, that didn't
really qualify.
And if you're destroying other people's property, well, that's already a crime, right?
it's already a crime. I mean, it's, I think the question is the flag is just a variable in this.
It should be, you know, can someone take something, whether it's theirs or not, and set it on fire in a public space with the hopes of perhaps causing property damage or inciting a riot?
Because the flag then becomes a variable in that equation. I mean, I think that there's, there's no, it's not based.
on like a law that's ever actually performed well or something that's been defended in court.
But it's just it's just to get a reaction. It's the statement to get a reaction. So and of course
Josh Hawley's like, yeah. Well for this, what else can we do that's big government? Hey, how about
we pay women to have babies because welfare works? Wait, what? I'm dissatisfied with him right now.
We'll get back to that. The other big issue, hold up. Let me pull this up. Because I said
that they're starting to charge people. They're giving a press conference right now, LAPD. Do you guys
remember La Monica McIver? I think you had too many little laws and mix in front of your name.
La Monica McIver. Remember her? She's a Democrat from New Jersey. She's in Congress. And she was with,
who was it? I think the mayor of Newark. And this was when they were at this ice facility. This was
like way back in May. So do you remember
when they went to this
ice facility in Newark, New Jersey
and
they started shoving and pushing
and then she's literally on
video hitting an ice agent.
It turned, I mean, they bow
damn near how to riot.
It turned into a fight. I swear
I heard someone yell World Star, but maybe
I didn't. So
she literally was hitting
multiple ice agents.
And these Democrats were trying to shove through
and they were being very physical and very violent.
Now, I think it was the mayor.
I can't remember his name.
It's not important.
The mayor of Newark got arrested.
And this, this whole thing, the, it was her, I'm trying to remember the two other House Democrats.
Because there were four total.
Anyway, she was the one who was like throwing the punches, essentially.
And now it looks like she's going to face charges.
She was indicted yesterday.
by a federal grand jury for this.
And it could be, it was a three-count felony indictment.
And she could go from the house in D.C. to the big house in New Jersey.
Okay, so it was Rob Menendez and Bonnie Coleman.
There was the other three along with the Newark Mayor.
Ross Baraka.
And there's McIver's elbowing, throwing elbows, all this.
And she kept saying that she was the one who was the assault.
but video doesn't support that at all.
So now she's,
she's indicted on three felony counts.
Now, this is where it is a test of that Democrat mantra that they only situationally uphold.
Is this,
is this another example of their everybody's going to be equal before the law?
I mean,
the way that they were defending themselves, they were just doing their jobs.
they were just trying to go see what was happening at this facility where they were housing illegal immigrants.
They were just trying to do their jobs.
I was told that that was an insurrection, not somebody trying to do their jobs.
I mean, that's what I was told.
So they tried to storm this facility.
It's the Delaney Detention Hall.
If you were to break in, like if Kane were to go there and try to do the same thing, he would be arrested.
He wouldn't be sitting here.
he wouldn't have any kind of special consideration.
He would be arrested.
And I would think that if you're a member of Congress, particularly, then you have, I don't know,
maybe kind of a special obligation to perhaps follow the law, right?
And you would know what that law is, right?
Especially if you talked forever and ever about, you know, J6.
wouldn't you know what the law is? I'm just very curious. Very curious. So this is, this is going to be
interesting. We're going to see if there's, if this is actually going to stick. Now, a couple of other
things. We told you that Gavin Newsom had his little address. He really is posturing and trying to
use this as a publicity vehicle. And he got into a back and forth with Trump. This
This was from yesterday.
Audio somebody, too.
Trump said that he had called Newsom and Newsom lied,
and then Trump literally produced the screenshot,
proving that he had called Gavin Newsom.
Listen to those.
When is the last time you spoke about Governor Newsom?
Called him up to tell him,
got to do a better job, he's doing a bad job,
causing a lot of death and a lot of potential death.
If we didn't send out the National Guard,
and last time we gave him a little additional help,
you would have
Los Angeles
would be burning
right now
Los Angeles
would be
not a lot different
than what you saw
take place in
California and Los Angeles
just a little while ago
Mm-hmm
Mm-hmm
That's true
And he said that he called
Newsom said he didn't
And then Trump produced
The screenshot
Showing yes he absolutely
did a call
Why would you lie about that
by the way
Because you know
Trump is you know
One of the things
You know he's going to do
Is he's going to take a screenshot
of the call
Audio Sondby 4
This is from
that address where Newsom looked like he was coked out of his mind. By the way, how many times,
can I just ask sorry to interrupt myself? That dude did not blink.
Okay. Anyway, go ahead and play this. Donald Trump's government isn't protecting our communities.
They're traumatizing our communities. And that seems to be the entire point. When Donald Trump sought
blanket authority to commandeer the National Guard, he made that order to apply to every state
in this nation. This is about all of us. This is about you.
California may be first, but it clearly will not end here.
Other states are next.
Democracy is next.
Democracy is under assault before our eyes.
This moment we have feared.
It's under assault before our eyes.
Is it, though?
I mean, wait, who's it under assault by?
I'm curious.
Who is it under assault by?
By Trump.
Yeah.
But like not the people that have been doing the burning and et cetera and all
stuff. I'm just curious. Curious, curious. But they kind of go, they gloss over that. They totally
gloss over that. So in addition to this, let's see here, we've also got, uh, trying to get the,
gosh, I don't care about this. Why is this, it's like popping open. In addition to this stuff,
we also have, this is audio sound bite, uh, da, da, da, da, five. So this is also from his address here,
where he's, I don't know what.
Casey thinks he's making. It's not doing it. Listen.
When Donald Trump sought blanket authority to commandeer the National Guard, he made that order
apply to every state in this nation. This is about all of us. This is about you.
California may be first, but it clearly will not end here. Other states are next. Democracy is next.
Well, no, other, so that's the thing. Other states are not next, and they're not next because
other states are not allowing this to happen. And that's what kick this.
in. I mean, yes, he can absolutely do this when there is threat and destruction, et cetera. I mean,
when you look at, you know, whether it not it constitutes as, you know, rebellion, and it's a provision
of Title 10, Section 12406, it absolutely allows the president to deploy the guard into
federal service in instances of, quote, unquote, rebellion or danger of rebellion, or if, you know,
were unable to, with regular forces, execute the laws of the United States.
So that absolutely, he is absolutely allowed to do this.
And Newsom tried to stop him.
How did that work out?
Audio sound like 15.
Listen.
Judge has denied the state of California's request to stop Trump from using the California
National Guard to keep the peace and keep order during these protests.
Sinan's Elena Treen is at Fort Breed.
North Carolina where President Trump is speaking.
And Elena, that's a big development, the judge, denying California's request.
Tell us about that.
And tell us what the president has been saying in his Fort Bragg speech.
Yeah, it's been, it's not unusual.
And like I said, what this section does, it's 12406.
And because everyone goes, oh, the 1878 law that, you know, forbids the U.S. military,
including the Guard to take part in civilian law enforcement.
This is not an over, this is not cancel.
out that prohibition, but it does absolutely allow, first off, troops to protect federal agents,
and it allows the National Guard to be in the moment of, again, quote-unquote, rebellion or
danger of rebellion, or if we're unable to, with regular forces, execute the laws of the United
States, deploy National Guard units into federal service. So this is absolutely under Title X of
U.S. Code. It absolutely is legitimate. And that's why you had a judge, and I'm sure that they really
didn't want to rule that way. That's why you had this judge uphold this. He's so what Gavin Newsom is saying
is just ignorant. He absolutely has the right to do this. So that's, you know, that's it. We have more
in store. We have days of these United States. And then that no king's nonsense, you know,
they're planning that big, giant, whatever, national protest on, what's on June 14th? So it's going to be
next week. Yeah, like Monday, I think. So we're going to dive into some of that as well. Folks who helped make it
happen, and that is Gold Co. You know, speaking of gold, I mean, gold and silver, I mean, they really are.

Like sands through the hourglass, so are the days of the United States. In fact, we've already
seen that prices are rising on many everyday goods.
No, Congresswoman, today we had a point.
The time is mine.
The time is mine.
Please don't interrupt me.
I will ask you questions and I will grant you an opportunity to answer them,
but please don't interrupt me during my time.
Oh, my gosh.
I know I'm a woman, but please try to limit yourself to answering my questions.
No, I'm sorry, but we get talked over all the time,
and I don't want that to happen at this hearing.
I can't stand when women do that.
I'll do it to progressives just to throw their own logic back in their face.
But when I see people in legitimate conversations do things like, oh, well, I know you disagree because I'm a woman.
No, because you're a moronic B is why.
I mean, stop.
That's just a lame crutch.
Stop reducing being a woman to a crutch.
I can't stand that.
That's not a bit of quality.
It's not indicative of empowerment.
It's not at all.
So I don't know if you guys saw this.
Did you guys hear about Brian Wilson?
Check slack, Kane.
I'm telling you.
So Brian Wilson has passed away.
Yeah.
Yeah.
The Beach Boys Brian Wilson.
So that's number two.
Because we had Sly Stone.
Now Brian Wilson, who's the third in my grandma's rule of three.
This is happening, isn't it?
The family posted just 22 minutes ago, quote,
we are heartbroken to announce that our beloved father,
Brian Wilson has passed away.
We're at a loss of words for words right now.
please respect our privacy at this time as our family is grieving.
We realize that we are sharing our grief with the world love and mercy.
Wow.
That's wild.
So just passed.
That is.
So, came who you got your dead hole?
I know.
See, it's not.
I don't mean to be trite.
But these things happen quickly.
And Granny's rule of three has never failed.
Does Soros count?
Well, I mean, I don't think it's an issue so much of whom you want to die.
As much as it is, who do you.
you think is like next considering all the factors of their life on the list he's old and evil he's
old and evil ages you pretty causes your like arteries to constrict i think pretty close to death
i mean it could be and you could very well could very well have and also i'm hoping for it
it's just a thing i don't think that that makes it happen more but you know i'm just saying so
yeah that's that's that's like an end of an era wow brian wilson he had a lot of
health issues. Did he not? He had some serious health issues, Brian Wilson, from what I remember.
And, but wow, he, I mean, you don't really, I think everybody knows who he is. Everybody
knows, you know, his, his, his histories catalog. I mean, he was considered, I mean, he was pretty much,
he was considered a genius. He really was. Yeah, an absolute legend. So born in 1942 and
22 minutes ago, if you're just joining us, Brian Wilson, Beach Boys, has passed away.
his family just posted it 22 minutes ago.
You know, he was the genius behind the beach boys.
So, wow, we're going to have to play some beach boys bumper today, I think.
Wow, pretty wild.
We have more on the way, just to give you an idea.
We've got there, they're planning the June 14th, whatever, no Kings protests.
We have some big republicanism.
We're also going to get into some of the domestic stuff as well.
and a quick history on World War II and the Adam bomb.
We're going to make it easy to shove people up on Facebook
because I'm tired of seeing these historically illiterate drive-bys.
More to come.
Second hour on the way.
Stick with us.

I think any Democrats in the House might vote for the rescissions package whenever it comes up for a vote.
I think there's going to be strong Democratic opposition here in the House.
We're going to work hard to kill the legislation here in the House of Representatives.
This rescissions bill, which is, you know, doing Elon Musk's bid.
in terms of devastating cuts to our ability as a country
to protect our national security interests all across the world
and then at the same time assaulting
you know, Bert, Ernie, Big Bird,
Elmo and all of the people connected to Sesame Street.
That's extraordinary.
Just saying.
It's Hakeem Jeffries.
California.
Shut up!
Shut up, get away for me.
Hakeem.
freeze. They don't have anything. Like, how dare you assault Elmo? What? By the way, these,
can I just add the cuts that are in this precision package, it's only 9.4 billion compared to the
170 billion that Doge recommended. It's only 9.4. And it focuses on NPR, government propaganda.
Look, if you, I don't want to pay for your stupid, crappy news. You, you progressives,
pony up the cash and pay for it your damn selves. Quit using everybody else's American tax
dollars is your welfare. They're welfare queens. That's what this is. The continual funding of
NPR and all of this other stuff through the public broadcasting, whatever, corporation.
All of this is them being welfare queens with everyone else's money. That's all it is.
Welcome back. Dana Lash with you. We're at the top of this second hour. And so they're dealing
with recisions today. And this is, I told you this was going to start today. And it's, yeah,
and 9.4, that's a one and a half days of just, basically.
basic government operations.
So you're only cutting.
I mean, it's stupid.
It's fighting hard against it.
We're fighting so hard.
Here's what I got for you.
How about we cut
one and a half days
of government spending.
And then
Hakeem Jeffers is like, you guys are
going after Elmore.
Elon's trying to kill me.
You know, it's, I can't stand with these people.
It's some of the dumbest stuff ever.
We live in really, we could be talking about
like going to space and curing diseases.
And no, we've got to spend more money or Elmo dies.
Like, you guys could have paid for him yourselves.
Get, you know, Nancy Pelosi Botox out there and Sanfran.
Maybe she could buy a little bit, you know, less of the Jenny's ice cream and write a fatter
check, write a check to keep Elmo going at PBA.
Maybe that's, you know, maybe spend your money wisely in that respect.
So tired of this stuff.
That's what it is, though.
They don't want to spend more money on this stuff.
they want you to pay for it because they look at you as their welfare piggy bank.
You have to pay for all their stuff and then they have the audacity to look down their noses
at you because you didn't game the system like they did and do insider training and make billions
of dollars. That's exactly it. That is exactly it. That's the class warfare that nobody wants
to talk about. You know what? Speaking of class warfare, do you know what Gavin Newsom's wife was doing?
Now look, I'm going to tell you something. I don't begrudge people working hard and then being
able to afford things, even if I can't afford them. I don't begrudge anybody like that. We got friends
that they work in finance and they got a yacht and all this stuff. And I'm like, that's, you know,
I don't do boats, but I'm like, that's cool, right? Because you can just like, you know, go out in the
shallows. And that's fine, cool for you. And I'm not, you know, I don't want to keep other people from
being able to do that because I think that it's a sign of the system still working despite the
attempts to curtail it. So I love that. But what I don't like is when you're a politician and you are
absolutely toned off to optics. Now, this is what's weird because Newsom, he, I don't know, I think he's
gone lax lately. I think he's, you know, starting to get played out. He doesn't realize the optics
of some of the stuff. Like when he was at French laundry, when everybody was supposed to be
staying in their houses, right? I mean, my friend was about to get arrested for taking her kids to the
playground because she had too many of her own children that she birthed. And they thought that
they didn't want her out in a public playground.
That was literally the exact same time that Gavin Newsom was at French Laundry in the same state.
So his wife, Jennifer, and I, can I just say I don't like the whole hyphenated name?
How do you say her name?
Siebel or whatever?
Siebel Newsom.
Just call yourself Jennifer Newsom.
Like, why do you got to stop it?
She went shopping in Beverly Hills.
And now dudes, your eyes are going to gloss over here for a minute, but your wives are going to know what this is.
She was toting a go-yard tote.
This tote bag retails for about at least $2,300.
It's basic, it's like glorified wrapped canvas.
The only leather on it is the trim.
I mean, it probably costs $30 to make it.
And they sell it for like $2,300.
Anyway, she was carrying that bag walking around with coffee
and Beverly Hills shopping while the riots were happening in Los Angeles.
The optics of this are in,
insane. And nobody, but nobody called her daily mail. They were the only people that wrote a story
about it. She looks extra. So she went, and I don't begrudge people shopping. I don't begrudge people.
I don't actually even begrudge people being materialistic. But why is that viewed bad as something bad?
And this gets a little Ayn Rand. Why does that, the left views that as being bad, but they don't view
their own materialism as being bad. They covet what other people want.
They are materialistic, even if they don't possess the materials.
They covet materials and they want to be materialistic and they want to do it with other people's money.
That is the difference.
And I just think it's, you know, she, they had this, I just think it's hysterical.
I had this piece out.
Oh, can we talk about Katie Perry?
Because Lorraine was on a tear this morning.
Lorraine, I think does not, I kind of get the sense that she doesn't like Katie Perry.
Why did you say that?
I mean, she has been on a tear on Katie Perry and slack.
I mean, yeah, that guy who fought her for that house, that veteran, that they were in a fight over a piece of property over,
they should have had Lorraine in the courtroom.
So Katie Perry posted this.
All right, ready?
She says, now imagine her saying it.
This is the same chick who was up in that, up in space, right, saying, oh, my goddess.
It's so contrived and ridiculous.
She says that Los Angeles,
a place that literally began
as El Pueblo de Nestra
Senora La Reina de Los Angeles
founded by Mexican settlers in 1781.
Oh, wait, well, hold up.
What?
She continues,
this was once Mexican land,
and the people being targeted
today are often dissentering.
of those who have lived here for generations or who came seeking safety and work and dignity.
And seeing.
Okay.
So I had some thoughts on this.
Yeah.
First off, I think she doesn't know the difference between Mexico and Spain.
That's my first thought.
What is Mexican settler?
Because I know the Spanish conquistadors that came over.
they were already conquistador, I've got to say.
Okay.
So what is she talking about?
That doesn't even make any, that doesn't even make any sense.
And also, that area didn't even want to be a part of Mexico.
From what, let me pull this up.
History is fun.
History is fun.
We love history.
So in looking at Mexico, it was pretty much barren land that they didn't even want, and we bought it.
we purchased it
and it was after
17
what did she say
uh
do do do do do
1781
yeah so when did we buy
I think it was like 1858
or something like that
yeah yeah
so
oh Lorraine went further back than that
she was like no here's the treaty
of Guadalupe Hidalgo
and like went back into the
I mean the treaty which gave Texas
and everything to the US
etc etc etc etc
Now, you know, her husband is Mexican.
And she was talking about also how racist colonial Mexico was, which I've heard about.
But it's very interesting to see people, and I cannot wait for some of the replies from like our, our GV area, all of that.
Because, yeah, you were pretty much, it was all based upon class division.
And I just, you know, I think it's interesting because every minority in the United States came from a group that discriminated against other people.
people. Everyone. American Indians are not even an exception. Everyone. Everybody.
There was, and one of the things that Lorena noted, too, is that they literally had like a, like a
gradient. I'm not kidding you, like a skin color gradient. How dark were you when you came over?
Because that depended upon how you fit into society. It was, colonial Mexico was incredibly racist.
and they had the they kept that as part of their records everything it was all all of it
determined it's like a caste system and i just she just doesn't seem to be katy perry is not
the smartest tool in the shed she doesn't seem to be very aware of it but when she says too
at the end of her post she's like you know people who come seeking safety work and dignity
well why doesn't she allow them to come and seek safety work and dignity and
any one of her houses.
Like the house that she fought
a veteran over to buy.
She took that guy to court and then was like
you're going to pay my millions of dollars and back
and lawyers fees and all of this.
Like why it doesn't? Or
she's got a history.
I just, I don't know.
Why would you say something like this too?
Her last album tanked.
She could not give away tickets
to her tour.
Didn't they have to cancel dates for her tour?
I think so.
She's not, no, people are rejecting her.
Sidebar, they're rejecting Beyonce and Cowboy Carter too.
And the speculation is that, uh, because they have not figured out how to grow with
their fan base and attract other new fans from Gen Z and Alpha.
Interesting.
Yep.
That's why Cowboy, they couldn't even give Cowboy Carter tickets away.
That tour, they were literally giving free tickets away through shelters.
They could not give tickets away.
They slashed tickets twice.
They couldn't, they were, I think she was at one.
or she was performing somewhere in London.
And I think it was supposed to be three nights
and they didn't even sell out the first night.
Which compared to her Renaissance tour,
and I'm not saying it because I'm a fan of hers,
I like using this as a thermometer
as a measure for where culture is.
Yeah, like that one sold out within hours,
but this one people aren't doing it anymore.
And the thought from insiders
and executives in the industry is that,
and I don't like Taylor Swift,
but they said that one of the things
that Swift has been able to do
is grow her audience with her.
Maybe that's why she's like 30-something years old
and tries to still sound like an 18-year-old.
I don't know.
But that Beyonce and Katie Perry haven't done that.
And their audience now is dealing with mortgages and kids
and kids going into college and all this stuff.
And they just don't, they don't have time for this anymore.
And her ticket prices were astronomical for this tour.
What was one of the seats, and it wasn't even one of the, like,
premium seats.
It was like $500 for a ticket.
a ticket and it wasn't even like the premium i mean i'm thinking for five hundred dollars you better be
picking me up from my house and literally carrying me on a throne made of people into you know my seat
and then like bring me water and drinks all night and snacks that's what i hour backstage with a buffet
yeah like you should be able to be also get a pass to visit craft services all of those things
so i i just i i don't know i i these people are just completely toned off absolutely
tone deaf. But we're going to play because now you have what the Senate president in Mexico who
was like, oh, we're going to, we need this land back. Okay, we bought it. No, you don't get it back.
Shut up. You can't even keep your mayors alive in Mexico. Every single time you have a mayor who says,
I don't know if I like the cartels. Bam, they're dead. Maybe like clean up your own area before you start
pointing fingers, et cetera, et cetera. So let's be real. Medical freedom isn't just a catchphrase. It's

Super sad. We just told you Brian Wilson, this was maybe a half hour ago, of the Beach Boys, has passed away at age 82. The family announced on X that they are heartbroken to share that their beloved father, Brian Wilson has passed away. They're at a loss for words. Please respect our privacy at this time as our family's grieving. We realize that we are sharing our grief with the world love and mercy. You've been dealing with some health issues for a really long time. Now, you guys remember, my grandma's ruled through you had sliced stone yesterday, two days ago.
Brian Wilson today
There's going to be a third
I'm just saying that's the granny's rule of three
It's how it always happens

It's a little adorable species of salamander.
And they're trying to figure out, you know, through these,
could the human body be coaxed to regrow an arm or leg
because these things regenerate?
So it's, you know, very interesting.
Let's not splice our genes, okay?
Let's not do any grafting.
Let's see, they're trying to say that OZempic is killing McDonald's,
that McDonald's shares are slipping as the GLP1 risks
spur, rare cell ratings, all this other stuff.
I've been hearing all kinds of stuff.
Like, oh, it's killing McDonald's.
Or maybe also people are realizing they don't want to

Trump is pulling a military dragnet all across Los Angeles, well beyond his stated intent to just go after violent.
serious criminals. His agents are arresting dishwashers, gardeners, day laborers, and seamstresses. That's
just weakness, weakness masquerading as strength. What? So this is Gavin Newsom. This was yesterday when he
gave his little weird address. He's trying to launch a presidential campaign on this, which, you know,
we told you that was going to happen. He's using this as a vehicle through which to juggronaut himself up to
the lead of the Democrat Party.
What does it matter if these people
were here illegally? That's the thing.
Joining me now, my friend Kurtzlick, author, commentator,
trial lawyer, retired colonel of the
U.S. Army, and he's got a new book
that he wrote with his lovely wife, Los Angeles,
preordering, and then also pre-ordering
underway. He's got American Apocalypse,
Second American Civil War. He needs
to stop writing so many books so I can keep track
of them and actually read them in chronological
order. But he joins
us now. The second American Civil War comes out.
on July 17th, Kurt Schlichter, my good friend.
For those who don't know,
Kurt was one of the brass in charge
of like keeping the peace with the guard during the L.A. riots
back during the OG Korean rooftop days
or rooftop Korean days.
So he's got a little bit of insight in this.
Kurt, I mean, you know, you kind of responded to some of this
on social media, but, you know,
think of the seamstresses and the window washers.
And I just love that this is the only jobs
that they ever think immigrants illegal or otherwise can fill.
Yeah, I hope Gavin Newsom comes and explains the only proper roles for Hispanic Americans to my Latinx wife.
That should be interesting.
Oh, yes.
Well, I mean, one of the things you said to me, which I kind of chuckled at, but then I was like, wow, you guys really have been through it.
Is this like a season?
You know, like rainy seasons, monsoon seasons?
Is this like riot season for California?
It happens so often.
Yeah, it happens every once in a while.
it is
you know
the thing is it gets tolerated
and I remember during the LA riots
the reason the LA riots explode is the LAPD
pulled back
and if they had gone in
you know shooting
when Reginald Denny
was getting his brains beating out on national
TV I think that
probably would have said you know they'd shoot down
two or three guys I think that probably would say
60 lives and a couple billion dollars
and three weeks of my
time because I had to come on active duty for that one. Wow. Let's send it straight for everybody
too. Like all of these, this latest round of riot started because from what I understand,
ICE had a, like a base that was set up somewhere near, not at Home Depot. And they had been
involved in an ongoing, a very long, ongoing investigation of a Mexican drug cartels money laundering
operation. And then somehow
somebody said, oh, they're
raiding the Home Depot and now they're raiding
everything. That's not even
how it started. And now that whole, I'm
sure that whole investigation into the cartel money laundering
has been compromised because of this.
But then like that and the MSNBCs
and the CNNs, they made it into a thing
where ICE is going out and like
raiding everybody's homes like personally.
Well, I want them to.
I mean, I look, I
have a glancing familiarity with the law.
I was checking through the Constitution.
I didn't see a seamstress gardener or Home Depot day laborer exception in there to federal law.
You know, here's the thing.
I keep hearing about our democracy.
Remember, there's always our democracy.
You hate our democracy.
Well, I'm just a dumb kid who learned about American democracy from Schoolhouse Rock.
Remember, I'm just a bill.
You know, Congress passes a bill.
You know, our representatives vote on it.
Then the president signs it.
That becomes law.
and how's it a democracy if you can pass the law
and then you have a bunch of people who go,
I just want to enforce it.
What's the difference doing that in a dictatorship?
Yeah, that's a really good point too.
That's a very good point.
Well, the people that have been, you know, involved in this,
I mean, obviously you have, you know, illegal immigrants
that are wreaking havoc.
You have, I think, just criminals that are looking to exploit
for the sake of criminality, the Marxist.
I mean, it's like a United Colors of Bennington ad.
It's like all the usual suspects, Kurt.
Yeah, free power.
Palestine, climate change,
third world peasants flooding our country.
What else you got?
It's everything. It's just everything.
U.S. out of North America.
But when you have a protest, isn't a protest supposed to persuade people?
It's supposed to be like the last like Hail Mary attempt to persuade people to come to your side.
But that's not what this is.
And I made mention to this yesterday.
It seems like it's more of a fear task.
a campaign to strike fear to people.
Yes.
Stop.
Look, they are seeking.
And they conceded.
They are seeking to conduct political change through the threat of violence.
When Karen Bass, who went to Cuba, she's an outright communist,
Oh, yeah.
Comes out and says, well, you know, we've got to stop enforcing the law or they're going to keep being violent.
Okay. Now, I thought elections were supposed to, you know, we're supposed to determine what our government didn't, didn't do. But apparently now it's the threat of violence. No, I'd rather crush them. And my boys from the 79th Infantry Brigade Combat Team are the perfect guys to come out and deal with this nonsense. A lot of them have experience in prior wars. I, you know,
I've got pretty sharp eye for these things, Dana.
I'm looking at these guys.
I'm looking to see if they're screwing up, right?
I'm inspecting, just like I did when I was their colonel.
I'm looking, are they in uniform?
Yeah.
Is their web gear?
Is it kind of like just tossed together?
Like they just got, it handed it to them in the armory and they stuck it together before they got in the vehicles?
Or do this, it look lived in?
It looks lived in.
How are they handling their weapons?
Are they flagging each other?
You know, does it look like they have?
They're totally unfamiliar.
with their M-4s? No, it looks like they know their stuff. Are there NCOs and officers around?
Yeah, I saw sergeants. I saw the company commander out front. And I saw them standing there
while that hideous monster, Maxine Waters, was belittling and abusing them. And they just stood there.
Total professionals. I'm so proud of these guys. They just looked great. They were doing great.
I mean, you know, I can't say enough good about the guys from the 79th.
And they're doing a lot of work and getting a lot of abuse, too, with all of this.
And so you, I mean, obviously, your legal background, because, you know, people don't know, but Kurt's a trial lawyer as well.
Kurtz Lector is joining us if you're, if you're, if you're just tuning in.
The argument that not just Karen Basbeck Avenue, some have been making saying that Trump doesn't have the authority to do this.
And I thought under Section 10, he does.
And it doesn't, it goes beyond like, I know they keep saying, we can't use the military to enforce, you know, whatever local law, et cetera.
But you can when, and that's what Section 10 gets into from my understanding of it, when it's an issue of rebellion or endangerment, et cetera.
Talk to us about this because they don't, and that's why the judge ruled in favor of Trump.
No one understands anything about possecomatitis.
Possi comatosis is an IQ test.
If someone's talking about it, you can presume they don't know what they're talking about.
Now, me, I'm the guy who published the first law review on military support to civilian operations back at 1993.
That was me. I was the first guy to do it because no one had done it.
There are, Posse Cometatus is a statute that says you can't.
It is illegal to take active duty military forces and use them to enforce civilian law except under certain circumstances.
And there are a number of different circumstances.
The Insurrection Act gets around it.
That's what we came out and did in Los Angeles.
But you are also allowed.
to bring them up to protect federal institutions or installations and to help federal officers
who are being stopped from performing their duties. And that's what they brought up. It's under Title
10. I think it's 12,000 something section. But if you notice, the guardsmen are not out there
busting heads. The guardsmen are in static positions defending fixed sites, which is not law
enforcement activity. Law enforcement activity would be going out there and arresting people.
Guarding something is not law enforcement activity, not covered by posse comitatis.
Everything that Trump is doing is perfectly legal. The ruling yesterday was a temporary ruling.
The judge refused to give what's called an ex parte order. That is an order to the court,
and they didn't even want to give the feds a chance to respond to it, to, uh,
basically not deploy and use the troops.
The judge said, I'm not going to issue that.
I'm going to let you brief it,
and then we'll talk about it adhering Thursday afternoon.
This is Justice Breyer's brother, Charles Breyer.
He's a Democrat.
He's got a reputation for not being a complete idiot.
Legally, without going into too much detail,
Gavin Newsom's as good a lawyer as he is a husband and a governor.
Oh.
Oh, okay, we're going to need to clip that.
Wow.
Talking to our friend Kurtzlickr, I agree with that, and that was a great explainer.
I wanted to ask you about this.
Did you say, I know you saw this video of this chick who was dressed in a army uniform, a self-identified veteran, and she joined these anti-ice riots in Dallas, or sorry, protests in Dallas.
This was on Monday.
And she gave the speech, and she was like, oh, we're not pawns for Donald Trump's agenda.
That's, there were a lot of people that were calling.
shenanigans on this. I'm going to play this real quick for our audience. This is audio of somebody 27.
It's real short about 20 seconds.
You're not pawns for Donald Trump's agenda. Why now? It's because the military was called upon
innocent protesters. We, in our oath to serve, we serve the people of the United States,
the Constitution, these constitutional rights are being stripped and just deny, and the military
will not be pawns to that. So I'm calling upon the conscience of military members who served
previously and now. We have a conscience with mind and the duty. Yeah, already Kurt's laugh.
I mean, there were a lot of people calling shenanigans on this.
Isn't serving anything because she was an enlisted soldier who discharged about five years ago.
She's not a JAG.
She's not a paralegal.
She was an intelligence analyst proving that military intelligence is the...
Oh.
It's kind of the opposite.
Wow.
Yes.
Wow.
She's also giving very, very bad advice, which the Ted,
Lou did too. Now Ted Luz has no excuse. He's, uh, he's a Air Force JAG, uh, meaning he's like the
worst of all possible worlds. Uh, he's also my congressman. He got on TV and said, you know,
each, each soldier has to, uh, check his conscience to see if he is, uh, you know,
following lawful orders here. Well, dumb ass. He, these are lawful orders. Yes. And you are just
going to get, you know, what they're going to do is they're going to convince some, uh, uh, uh, dummy three
Barrick's lawyer that, oh yeah, I can resist. And dude's going to end up in Leavenworth
while Ted Loo's chomping on the chocolate chip cookies in the CNN green room.
One last question for you, our friend Kurtzlicker, joining us by phone. The remark of Gavin
Newsom talking about the mistreatment of soldiers and guardsmen because they were, it looked like
they were just like in a staging area. One of our friends said, oh, they got their three-day packs
and that looks full. They look totally fine.
You know, they have, you know, they're in a climate controlled area.
Like, does he, is he just that unfamiliar with military? And also, Nancy Pelosi put everybody
in a parking garage in D.C. Well, look, you know, Gavin Newsom never served. And with him,
it's always a question of whether he's stupid or he thinks you are. First of all, I looked at those
guys. Now, there's some people out there saying, no, they're from Afghanistan. They're not. They've got 79 patches.
they're equipped like 79th.
They're my guys.
And I'm looking at those accommodations
thinking,
la-di-da, hanging out at the Getty Center, man.
You guys got it good.
That's the freaking Hilton.
I spent six months in a tent with a dirt floor
and a scorpion for a roommate.
I mean, my gosh,
they got a roof,
they got ground,
they're infantrymen,
they're in freaking heaven.
The only way it could be better
is someone coming around bringing them drinks, which they actually had.
You saw the water bottles all over the place.
That is a perfectly adequate temporary staging area right now.
And I know the commander of the 79th.
He is a great guy.
He used to work for me.
He is absolutely committed to his troops.
Right now, his poor S4, that's the supply officer for the brigade,
is running around in circles, making sure that 200 cots get delivered over there,
that they're getting hot chow, that they're getting every single thing they need,
because their leadership will not tolerate anything less.
So they'll be on the ground for a day or two.
That's fine.
Then they will do what we call improving our position and start making it better.
That's what soldiers do.
I'm looking at that and every other vet's going, oh, I had worse.
for longer in scarier places. There you go. Kurt Schlickter, our good friend, his new book, American
Apocalypse, the Second American Civil War, you can pre-order, comes out July 17th, and he and his
lovely wife, their book, Los Angeles. You need to go check it out. Always a pleasure. Give our best
to the lovely arena. So good to talk with you, Kurt. God bless you, my friend. Hey, thank you.
Of course. We'll talk again soon. Can't do it without our partners. We got a hat tip over at the good

healthy blood sugar. It's doctor formulated. They have a
unique form of burbering and they use Italian olive fruit extract. So that gives additional antioxidant

It's his life mission to make bad decisions.
It's time for Florida man.
Today and gross, a guy tried to pay for intercourse at a Florida club,
and then he called 911 to complain about not receiving the services,
according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.
He said he went to this club and paid $300 for those romantical services at the Oz
Gentleman's Club.
That's your first tip.
And they said he asked for a private room and was denied.
So now they've charged him.
His name is Sultan Alnofay.
He faces a charge of misuse of the wireless 911 system.
And, you know, maybe don't play Stephen games.
So wait.
Gentlemen's clubs aren't where you learn to be a gentleman?
No, no, no, no.
That is correct, sir.
It's weird.
Yes, that is.
False advertising.
Yeah, I mean, yeah, that's true.
Think about it.
This isn't so wild.
It threw me for a loop.
A, Florida mayor was convicted for 120 plus fraudulent flights as a fake attendant.
He literally used the internal flight booking system designed for employees of several airlines to get himself.
That is a security.
What?
35 years old from South Florida.
He illegally boarded more than 120 flights across the U.S.
because he faked being a flight attendant.
This is happening everywhere.
It's exactly. He flew an American, Delta, united, all of it, through every major airport you can imagine under false pretenses. So they've got him charged with a whole bunch of stuff. So coming up, yes, we were right to use the atomic bomb and we're going to correct some retcon history. Stay with us. Now I'm always going to tell you to carry. I carry and I have zero issue at all whatsoever, ladies and gentlemen, with using lethal force to protect myself or my loved ones. I'm trained and completely not emotional in doing so.
Here's the thing, though. Sometimes you're disarmed, whether it's by municipal restrictions, private property restrictions, or maybe you're a college student and you're living on your own, but you are yet too young to be able to have and carry a handgun. This is where Burna gun comes in. So there's two versions. You have the Burna SD, which is their best selling model. And then they just came out with the new Berna CL. CL stands for compact launcher. Now, it's like the SD, but the difference.
38% smaller, a little bit more compact. All of it's made right here in the US of A. And they shoot
chemical irritant projectiles that can disable threats from up to 50 feet away. It's easy target
acquisition. There is no recoil. And when you compare it to like regular stun guns, etc., you got one
or two rounds there. Burnah has five. It's illegal in all 50 states. No background checks. No permits.
They ship it right to your door. It does not care about gun-free zone signs either. And it makes it
accessible for everyone. So the SD and then there is the CL. Both of them are great. Now they have
like rifles in that but for the purpose of self-defense especially you know when you're trying to
conceal. I would suggest the SD or CL and the CL is even more compact. But this is a self-defense
option from when your options are limited out of your power. Visit berno.com slash dana and get your
hands on the new burner CLBYR-N-A dot com slash Dana. Burnah ready when you are.
What you're hearing are the alarms that are blaring on multiple iPhones that were taken when an Apple store was looted last night in downtown L.A.
And so what Apple did is they remotely made those phones bricks and they sounded this alarm and it notified everyone that it is a stolen phone and that authorities were notified.
So the Apple iPhones are going to rise up to take to take.
revenge for the Waymo's. They're going to avenge the Waymos. Oh my gosh, welcome back to the program.
Dana Lash here with you. Who my goodness. I wanted to dive into something. I made mention of this yesterday.
And one of my friends wrote about this as well over at PJ Media, Steve Green. His article was titled,
What the hell was that Tulsi Gabbard video about? And I'm not going to replay it, but she did this, she released this video yesterday.
And it was a really weird, and he noticed, too, campaign kind of style video.
And she was talking about the threat of nuclear weapons and the real world effects of nuclear weapons.
And she had recently visited Hiroshima.
And she was basing her commentary on that.
And it was really weird because I understand that she was trying to warn about the serious, you can't delete it, effects of nuclear warfare.
but her whole video just smacked of this like Obama-esque like apology thing.
You remember when Barack Obama went to Japan and was essentially making apologies for everything
with World War II and everyone was up in arms?
Now she didn't make apologies for anything in the video, but she was talking about specifically
only how Japan was affected and it was very Obama-esque.
And I'm not the only one who took issue with it.
A lot of people took issue with it.
And then I saw in defense of that, because I get, there are a lot of people on the right that fall into the cult of personality just like the left. And there are people who, I get it. If people like Gabber, that's fine. I've got, I don't dislike her as a person at all. I have issues with, I don't think that she ever fully, actually she never fully explained her two-way conversion. I watched the video that she put out, which is always promoted as being sufficient enough to explain the 180, but it isn't. And I actually listen to it. And I don't know how anyone who is genuinely intellectually curious can say that.
it satisfied their questions, it was just miles wide and inches deep, and it kind of glossed over it.
There was no articulation, and it bothered me.
But, and I don't agree with some of her foreign policy stuff.
But this whole thing to the way that she approached this video really rubbed me the wrong way because of, it reminded me so much of the Obama stuff.
And I'm not the only one that said that even John Kennedy out of Louisiana said she needs to change her meds after he was asked.
about her video. And again, yes, nuclear warfare is horrible, but there is a retconning of history
here that has to be addressed. I really do think that there has been a longstanding effort
to propagandize on behalf of Russia, like what ended up happening at the end of World War II.
Because I see a lot of people go, oh, well, you know, the only reason that the United States
used the nuclear bombs is because they didn't, they wanted to flex because.
Russia was just about to end it all. They were, you know, they were threatening to enter
Manchuria, et cetera, et cetera. That is such, first of all, that's not true. And just for the
record, I am a major World War II history buff. I know about as much about as World War II as
I do about firearms. I love everything World War II. I think I've seen every World War II movie.
I have read so, I've read biographies on Hero Hito, everything, MacArthur, everything.
love World War II history because it was a test of the greatest people, I think of our human
species, the greatest generation. And I've always been fascinated as to why they did what they did
and how they did what they did facing such odds. So let's kind of just really quickly explain
this real fast so you can see this because it's propaganda. First off, one of the things that people
need to understand. Yes, it's horrible that we live in a world where sometimes you have to act
brutally to subjugate brutes. And prior to the first bombing of Hiroshima, people forget that
Japan did not want to surrender. Part of it was a Bushido ethos. And that is a completely
accurate thing. The Japanese Bushido ethos. It wasn't so much about being against
surrender, but what was viewed as a dishonorable surrender. They did not want to surrender. In fact,
Japan's, not only did Japan's government have to agree, whether, you know, to any kind of surrender,
or any kind of truce or anything, but you also had to get the military to agree with it. Now,
the thing that aggravated me about the video that she came out with is she was talking about all
the suffering of the Japanese, almost in a singular way, as though no one else sucks.
suffered, and that's what bothered me. It was a choice that they unfortunately made, and actually,
kind of a sidebar. I don't know if you've seen, what was it? Is it Godzilla Zero? Or no,
sorry, what was the movie? You guys know this. Is it Godzilla Zero one? I can't remember.
The latest Godzilla that was brilliant.
Yeah, sorry, Minus One. Godzilla minus one. That actually is tinged through the perspective of Japanese
civilians being dissatisfied with their government and military role during World War II.
It is wild. I did not expect that in that movie. Anyway, the military, hardcore, did not want to
stop. And in the beginning, Hirohito didn't either. I mean, when you had the Russians, because the
United States was trying to walk through this diplomatically and trying to de-escalate, the Russians were,
Soviet mediation had stalled out for months prior to the bombing of Hiroshima. It had stalled out for months.
And before all of this, the glossing over of the atrocities committed by Imperial Japan, that cannot be
understated. And that was what made me mad about our video. They had what's called the Three All's Policy.
and three alls, meaning kill all, burn all, loot all, the three all's policy that Hirohito personally endorsed.
He personally endorsed this.
I think a Japanese, it's Sanko Sakuzan.
And it was a very brutal, scorched earth approach.
And some people like Peter Jennings have tried to write con history by arguing that Hirohito
was outraged at some of the Japanese war crimes, that's a lie. That is propaganda because he had
personally endorsed these methods. And he was very, he was, you know, a warmonger. People forget
how they went through China, how they went through, they were on this three all's conquest
because they were gobbling up resources. They had imperial designs.
and they were not interested at all whatsoever in surrender.
In fact, it isn't very important to understand how many people were killed,
not just, you know, not just considering Japanese citizens, but Chinese.
The numbers are all over the place.
Japanese numbers were saying something like two million.
China was saying, no, we're in double digits million, y'all.
And that was before China went like all Mao.
So it was
brutal.
They were brutes.
And yeah, they said 2.7
that was the Japanese source
contacting Chinese and other
sources were saying actually it could be
anywhere to up to 25 million.
They're saying that it was similar
to that of like Belarus
during you know
over there World War II in Nazi occupation.
So
and then you have Tojo.
I mean, good heavens.
I mean,
these were the military decision making and the government they were very it was um they weren't always on
the same page because you would have local military that would sometimes get involved in conflict outside of like
the emperor's family etc like the invasion of manchuria in 1931 i'm not going to get off into it but
long story short they had no interest in surrender and the soviet uh negotiations prior to horosima had stalled out
already. And so the United States began preparing what they called Operation Downfall because they wanted
the Japanese to surrender unconditionally under Potsdam. They weren't going to do that originally.
The Soviet negotiations were stalling out. Japanese were preparing for a possible invasion with
Ketsu Go, which means Operation Decisive. And they were going to, they were very, very fanatical,
and they thought it's going to be a war of attrition with ferocious defense. And that's how they were going to
approach this and you were going to see millions of lives. In fact, the United States prepared
Operation Downfall. It is amazing. I remarked on this on X and you ought to go and look at the verified
accounts of real people whose parents and family members were in World War II in the Pacific and
they were being prepared for Operation Downfall. They were prepared. They printed over half a million
Purple Hearts. We were anticipating up to, if not over, two million,
additional casualties in addition to the already the casualties that we had accrued in World
War II.
We did not want to do a land invasion.
Now, you do the math and you compare the numbers and you tell me from Operation Downfall and
Ketsu Go, how are those casualties?
If it's about minimizing loss of life and emotion has no place in geopolitic, if it's about
minimizing the loss of life, you tell me which is the fastest, most, if you're not, if
efficient approach. That's why they dropped the bomb. Nobody wanted to do anything like they didn't want to,
they didn't want to land invasion and they didn't really want to drop the bomb. But Japan was fanatical,
Imperial Japan. They were fanatical and unreasonable. And at some point, Hirohito started to see that
Japan, the tide was turning. The citizens were scared. But all, everything stalled out. So on the 6th August,
we dropped Hiroshima. And then afterwards, Nakasaki.
And then days later, we had the unconditional surrender.
The Allied forces wanted to be able to basically have the emperor's power in their hands.
One of the things that was done that isn't discussed often is that a lot of the war crimes
were not part of the public record as a gesture of goodwill to expedite stability in Japan.
Not a lot of people know that.
That's historical fact.
and it was still, they were still so divisive, even after Hiroshima and Nagasaki,
you had to have the emperor's family actually travel around Japanese occupied areas to say that
the emperor's family, they were surrendering and people needed to back it.
They had to go to the tens of thousands of Japanese soldiers that were still in China.
They had to go through, you know, all of these areas and try to convince people.
Yes, it is surrender because that is how seriously they did not want to surrender.
So all these people trying to retcon this are historically illiterate propagandaed puppets.
It is offensive.
It is anti-American.
And they should be embarrassed for such a blatant display of ignorance.
I do not tolerate ignorance in this era of information.
And so the reason why that video rubbed me the wrong way is because of, because it glosses over all of this.
It glossed over all of that.
And it seemed very Obama-esque.
And it was an odd video.
And I'm not the only person to remark on how odd it was and how inappropriate the tone was.
because it ran very close to a historically illiterate apology for Hiroshima and Nagasaki,
for which we do not have to apologize.
For what?
For reducing the amount of casualties?
Because we did not entertain Operation Downfall?
To reduce the amount of casualties from what would have been the biggest land invasion in the history of this world?
For reducing the amount of casualties in the face of a fanatical opponent that was not going to surrender under no circumstance?
For that we make no apologies.
Now, all of that has happened, and that should be water under the bridge, and we should learn from it.
And I'm all about remarking on how nuclear warfare, you can't delete it.
You can't go back.
There's no backspace key.
It's dangerous.
It's real.
And that is why war is the last resort.
But to retcon it in such a way is historical illiteracy unfit for anyone holding public office at the federal level.
Recently, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis legalized golden,
Silver as acceptable currency, meaning that Floridians cannot make transactions in gold and silver,
thus creating an alternative to the U.S. dollar. So I guess all the inflation and national debt that's
spiraling out of control, not to mention the recent credit downgrade for the United States,
has finally opened up all lawmakers' eyes. The writing has been on the wall for a long time,
and it's time to protect yourself against the declining value of the dollar. And that's exactly
why I partnered with Goldco, the top-rated precious metals company, to help
you take a step towards protecting your financial future. And right now you can get a free
2025 gold and silver kit that breaks it all down for you. And if you qualify, you could receive
unlimited bonus silver, real silver, matched to your account with no taxes or penalties. It's a smart
move that could help you feel more secure in what lies ahead. Visit dana likesgold.com to get started.
That's dana likesgold.com and move forward with confidence.
And now all of the news you would probably miss.
It's time for Dana's Quick Five.
Man, Brian Wilson, still trying to get over that.
Gosh, dang.
All right, so this is crazy.
American Airlines apparently sent a plane from the U.S. to Italy that was too big for the Naples airport.
So they had to reroute it to Rome to the Da Vinci Airport up there to have it land.
That's about maybe a two-hour train ride.
So, yeah, give or take.
I think it's a bus.
It's like two hours.
Maybe it's like an hour and a half hour, you know, whatever, train ride.
So it's not completely bad.
You know, you get to see some of the pretty countryside, but whatever.
It's also inconvenient.
But it was too big.
They sent a plane that was too big for Naples.
So, like, how do you make that mistake?
Naples has a pretty sizable airport.
Now they're doing direct flights, by the way, from DFW to Venice.
That's something else that they just announced.
Yeah.
Direct from DFW to Venice.
Go to Veneto.
Yeah, it's so awesome.
Let's see.
There's, uh-da-da-da-da-da.
Ooh, can we talk about this, the gate to hell?
What?
the gate to hell. There is apparently
is one. It is in the
arid desert of Turk
Ministan. It was a huge crater
that's been burning with the wrath of a thousand
flames night and day, day, night. Tourists
flock to the edges. Spiders are drawn
to the glow and they get, you know, they
get burned to death. It's a massive
hole that was, it's been like, it was
accidentally set a light by decades for Soviet engineers
and finally it looks like it's, because it's
powered by methane.
And so it's just, you can see it
from space. It's been burning forever. Now it's

Members of Congress trapped in the gallery, including myself, including a lot of the people
here.
Like, that was a dire situation where the police were run over.
People were beaten with...
You didn't tell what happened over and the difference is,
Speaker Pelosi asked for help.
Very different situation.
And here's the thing.
Donald Trump is the one that was actually inciting that.
And here's what's also going on.
How many police officers have died in L.A.?
Zero.
How many people died on January 6th?
Zero.
Five.
How many people were, their heads were beaten in here?
That's an absolute lie.
Or two or maybe more.
That even the Biden DOJ had to refute.
Wow.
So this is noted liar, Representative Gomez, who that's not, none of that's accurate at all.
First off, nobody, he's a Jimmy Gomez.
He's out of California.
there were no cops that were killed at all whatsoever.
No.
And January 6th.
The only person that was killed was Alicia Babbitt.
She was shot by a ridiculous, completely ridiculous Capitol police officer who just fired into a crowd without knowing his target or where the bullet would go.
It was assonine.
The other officers there later on, if anybody had health issues, it was completely unrelated.
And that was something that was confirmed by the autopsies.
and even reluctantly by Biden's GOJ.
So these are all lies.
I mean, when you're peddling lies like this,
Gomez is doing this because he wants to incite.
Nobody ran over a cop on J6.
Nobody did anything like that.
Nobody was armed.
Nobody was throwing chunks of concreted cops.
Or Molotov cocktails.
Nobody was doing anything like that.
So that's just so stupid.
They don't need to lie.
They don't need to lie.
Fetterman's the only guy who apparently gets it. He's like, you know what? You can't be doing this in
the debate. Stop being violent. Stop doing this. Stop attacking cops. Just stop all of it. And he's right.
That's just ridiculous. I'm so tired of hearing this stuff. I'm so tired of it. And what's more,
I mean, you know, they had, when he says Nancy Pelosi, she called for help. She actually didn't.
In fact, when they had hearings on this, they had to have.
the head of Capitol police actually confirm that she didn't in fact call for help in fact
she's on video because her stupid daughter made a documentary where i guess they thought they i mean how
planned was that your daughter is doing a documentary on it and she's in your office when this happens
and then they try to gather this footage there's a reason why they never released it in total because
it's very compromising her daughter apparently didn't have the wherewithal to recognize that this
which the footage that she was obtaining wasn't going to really look great
great on behalf of her mom. I mean, it's just so stupid. So why say this stuff? Who believes this?
I mean, other than the left, I don't think he's going to, he's not trying to convince anyone who has an
open mind. He's just throwing this out there as reinforcement for the people who no matter what,
they are going to justify anything because they just don't like the current president,
which is so dumb. I'm so tired of here. I'm so tired of this.
stuff. You know, conservatives, we never did any of this stuff. We didn't do it. I mean,
goodness. So this is ongoing. And they keep saying, I don't, I think they're losing the argument
that it is not manufactured by them. They keep trying to blame it on Trump and it's just not, you know,
but this is all about Newsome trying to jockey and use this as a vehicle so he can leap forward.
to the front of the line to make it look like he's the Democrat Party leader.
The longer the instability goes, he views it, I mean, you know, to hell with the safety
and stability of his voters in his area, his state, the longer it goes, the more he can
ring national attention from it.
The problem is, is that we're still quite a bit away from 2028.
So how long does he need this to go on before, so he can maintain some.
kind of, you know, public national presence.
For it to last that long, it has to keep escalating.
That's the problem.
Because this stuff peters out.
People can't stand, they can't be mad forever.
You can't write for it.
Nobody has that energy.
And the attention, the public's attention is very fickle.
So you have to keep escalating it.
You keep and you keep escalating it more and more and more.
And it's, you know, unfortunate.
They will do that, though.
They did it with Occupy Wall Street.
You saw how long that.
They're trying to do it more with June 14th.
By the way, that No Kings thing,
you know how the big ad in the New York Times
was taken out by one of the Walmart erases?
So Walmart, and if you subscribe to the newsletter,
you got this.
They issued me, pull this tweet out.
They issued this tweet.
They put it out.
I have it, and if you get my newsletter,
it's on Tuesday night thoughts.
So they issued this tweet where they respect,
they responded to the ads that Christy Walton placed in New York Times. Dan Bartlett,
who is the EVP of corporate affairs at Walmart, posted this yesterday. Quote,
weakens in violence, including when it's directed towards law enforcement and the damaging of property.
As a company with associates and customers in the Los Angeles region, we remain focused on their
safety and that of impacted associates. The advertisements from Christy Walton are in no way
connected to or endorsed by Walmart. She does not serve on the board or play any role in decision
making at Walmart. So, I don't know if that totally absolves them. They've, I don't know.
She's using her name and trading on it for sure. The donations overall, they spent a lot of,
they spent a lot of money. In 2024, they spent a lot of money on, on, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh,
politics and only in the past several years did they actually kind of start favoring Republicans over
Democrats really they spent I'm looking at Walmart specifically in their their PACs I think it was like
22 million and they like a lot of Republican governors so obviously she's a trust she's a nepo baby
trust fund socialist Christy Walton she's living off of a fortune that she didn't make that she
didn't earn that she just inherited by way of the genetic lottery. And then she's going to take an ad out
in a newspaper. Do you think she's going to be in the streets? Hell no, she might have to cancel her
manicure. Goodness, no. She's not going to be able to go with her designer duds into the streets with
the with the unwashed masses. That's how these people always are. It's like that Hassan Piker guy.
I can't stand him. That's Chunk's nephew, Sank Yugar. I don't know if you said, this guy's a
streamer and he platformed a hootty terrorist for clicks. I mean, he's literally a ward on the
ass of America. But he was, he took a picture of himself dressed up to go to the riots. And he was like,
he wore a plate carrier vest literally without the plate. He wore the vest without the plate in it,
not making this up. And then he had, was it a gas mask that was pink and it wasn't even hooked up?
He was wearing it around his neck like an accessory. He had on tons of.
of jewelry. I'm like, you think
you're a borderlands character. This is borderlands
cosplay. Like at least burning man,
they're just there to chill and be dirty in the
desert. This is lame
and ridiculous.
They get so excited. They go to a military
surplus store and they try to get this alternative
looking stuff and they dress up like borderlands
cosplay. And then they go
and I mean, he's the like absolute
definition of a trust fund socialist. He's a
NEPO baby.
That's how these people are.
The only time that they show up
as if they think they can use it for clicks.
That's it.
They will incite people
and get other people to do the dirty work.
And then when those people do the dirty work,
these people are nowhere to be found.
Nowhere.
So that June 14th thing,
the No Kings, I was reading
because I couldn't figure out what the hell it was about.
And I still really don't
Cain understand what it's about
other than, but, ma' tromp, that's it.
That's literally all I got.
Well, it's kind of the organization
that we saw in Los Angeles and in Cal, you know, the areas that we saw rioting.
You know, you saw pallets somehow.
Why would be bricks and blocks just be sitting on the corner here?
What's going on with that?
There's a coordinated effort behind this.
So nationwide, they're, I guess, essentially activating all their sleeper cells,
and it's going to be nationwide.
So Trump is already trying to get ahead of it in regards to implementing some federal
support in some of the larger cities that, you know, they're going to have a response to.
Yeah. Well, I don't doubt it. I don't doubt it at all. Well, it's all, I mean, it is all organized.
It's absolutely all organized. And I think that, too, you know, the left loves their big billionaires
that fund everything, but then they get really mad over Elon Musk. Then they get really mad
over him. Now, in the meantime, while all of this is raging, I wanted to sit, I'm going to bring,
because we talked about the iPhones. I want to hit on this Greta Thunberg thing. Can we play
audio sound by 32. This girl is, she's not a girl. She's a grown woman. She's an absolute brat.
Listen to this. Sorry, 32.
So can you give us some, you know, what happened to you when you arrived in Ashdodport?
I mean, were you taken off the boat? Was there any violence? Were you detained? How, where?
No, I prefer not to go into details about that.
We arrived there. We were detained. And then we were, yeah.
And then she said she was kidnapped. Audio Sunday 31.
After their little freedom, their selfie flotilla.
And by the way, she rode on a boat that had sails that they never actually unfurled.
And it was powered by a diesel engine, but whatever.
Audio Somebody 31, listen.
on international waters we were illegally attacked and kidnapped by israel she's saying israel if she wants
to understand what kidnapping looks like let her go to uh gaza and and see if hamas will show her all of the
american and israeli hostages that they have maybe sherry bibis and her boys they're you know
you saw what happened to them they were kidnapped countless other people were kidnapped when you're
kidnapping someone you don't give them a sandwich and send them home
I mean, Israel must be the worst hostage takers ever.
They gave her a sandwich and sent her home, sent her home, gave her a free plane right home.
That's it.
I mean, it's Greta Thunberg on her flotilla of misfit douchebags.
They decided to try to float to Gaza.
And by the way, do you know that while they were outside of Gaza, there was a convoy of Israeli trucks that literally delivered two tons of food to Gaza?
the same day.
They were already there on loading the food.
While Greta Thunberg,
I am not even exaggerating,
while Greta Thunberg and her flotilla of misfit d-bags
were taking selfies on their diesel engine powered sailboat
that they never actually unfurled the sales
because none of their little attention-seeking celebrities
actually knew how to sail.
I am not making this up.
And didn't I also hear that they consumed
a lot of what they were going to. They literally did. They ate the aid. They only had a little bit of food
that they were going to pretend to give to starving gossans. And Israel still gave him a sandwich.
There's a picture of her. I have it on my newsletter of her smiling, wearing a goofy hat,
and they're giving her a sandwich. Astounding. I mean, she is a vapid, obnoxious brat,
and it is embarrassing. I give her no excuses for anything. She does this willingly. And they
said that they were going to have them watch October 7th footage and she refused to do it.
And she was like, I'm not watching that propaganda.
How is it propaganda when it's literally Hamas's own video footage?
I mean, it wasn't Israel that took it.
They literally got it from Hamas fighters.
She is the David Hogg.
She's the female David Hogg.
Oh my gosh.
What happens if you put David Hogg and Greta Thunberg together?
you would get like a dumb Voltron baby of stupidity.
Oh my gosh.
I think I'm going to have to tweet that.
You would get a dumb Voltron baby of stupidity.
Yes, you would.
Yeah.
Oh my gosh.
We have more on the way.
I can't even deal.
I don't want to give any of them any ideas.
Heaven help us all.

You have to karaoke the dude dudes.
If you don't do it, you get deported.
Yes, I know it's a British band, but these are the rules, man.
If President Dana, if you hear this song, Hungry Like the Wolf, and you do not karaoke the do dudes, you got to go, man.
Sorry.
Sometimes it just happens automatically without even thinking about it.
The album Pet Sounds from the, this is so sad.
The Beach Boys is trending.
The Brian Wilson.
Pet Sounds is amazing.
And now everybody's fighting over the Beatles and the Beach Boys again.
If you had to pick, Kane, pick one.
What?
Beatles or Beach Boys.
Only one can stay on the planet.
Beatles are Beach Boys?
Oh, man.
Only one can stay on the planet.
I want to have to say Beach Boys have to stay.
If you had to pick, Steve, who gets to stay on the planet?
Beatles or Beach Boys.
Oh.
I'm going to go Beatles just because of their influence?
I actually don't know.
These young kids.
All I care about is.
Are you going to be a tiebreaker here?
I don't know.
I'm like in the middle, man.
What?
Yeah.
It's not like you to be on the fence of anything.
I know.
I mean, who have I listened to more?
The Beatles, I think.
But whose music have I found most profound?
Maybe the Beach Boys, although, hey, Jude was a great track.
A little help for my friends, even though that's Ringo.
That's a great track.
Difficult choice.
Those were great tracks.
Eleanor Rigby is great.
I like that, but I mean, God only knows.
Oh, my gosh.
You're disqualified.
That's like one of the best songs that's ever been written on God's Green Earth.
You got to make that decision.
Oh, you can't make me make that decision.
It's my game.
No, I can't.
I don't know what to do.
I'm curious about what you all think.
If we had the chat going today, I could be like chat determines it.
You know what, Monday, the chat's going to determine this.
I like the Beatles, but I mean, there's a lot of fun music with the Beach Boys.
Really paints a picture of a, you know, part of a lot of,
It sounds like summertime at the beach.
Like, and I don't, I'm not a Will Smith fan because he messed all that up.
But his song, Summertime with DJ Jazzy Jeff, that was the song of summer from my childhood.
That was good.
That you hear that song and you're like, man, it's time for a cookout.
That was good.
Oh, all right, today's stupidity came.
All right, it looks like L.A. school superintendent, Alberto Carvalho says, you know what?
What is that name?
Alberto Carvalho.
Oh, okay.
Yeah, he doesn't like to cooperate with ICE.
He's making it public for crying out loud.
Who in their right mind would accept that reality?
So I want to be reassuring to our community.
Every single graduation site is a protected site.
I have directed our own police force to redouble their efforts
and establish perimeters of safety around graduation sites
to intervene and interfere with any federal agency
who may want to take action
during these joyous times.
I feel like he's going to mess around and find out, really.
