Starting point is 00:00:01 Welcome to the program. This is one of the dumbest articles that I think I've ever read. Well, one of. The headline is this, and it's been used by podcasts to stand for heaven knows what, but that's, you know, I feel like people are trying to taint the jury pool. But the headline is that bullet used to kill Charlie Kirk did not match rifle allegedly used by suspect Tyler Robinson, new court filing claims. Now, this is such a misleading trash headline. This isn't the court saying. this. This isn't an independent investigator saying this. It's literally Tyler Robinson's defense
Starting point is 00:00:38 making the argument and it's being presented as though an independent party to these hearings in this case is making this assessment. This is lit the court filing. It says new court filing claims. It's from the defense. And by the way, this is not uncommon for something like this to come up in such cases like these. You know, you have bullets that are fragmented often and it's, you know, difficult to process. It's like every single case for the love. But what this is done is it's like kicked off this firestorm. First off, this, Daily Mail had a very dishonest, trashy, sensationalist title. And it said, his defense attorneys now argue that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and explosives was unable to identify, you know, the bullet, et cetera.
Starting point is 00:01:31 I, it is one of the, again, that was ridiculous. We, and we own 30 out sixes, we own 308s. We own all of it. Half of the people that are talking about it aren't even citing the correct caliber, by the way. It is not unusual for a round like that. to not pass through. And it's not uncommon at all. If anybody has ever gone hunting, it's not uncommon.
Starting point is 00:02:09 There's a lot of things that you have to consider, I hate even talking about it like this, because it's so weird, but, you know, because we know him, knew him, you have to, when you're firing off around with that caliber, You have to consider distance. You have to consider drop. You have to consider velocity.
Starting point is 00:02:29 All of these things, you know, angle. All of this stuff factors in. He's already, this dude is already confessed. The family's already confessed. And, I mean, it's not, like I said, the people who are saying that there's no way that a round like this could have, there's no way that a round like this
Starting point is 00:02:53 could have not passed through. I wanted to share with you what Andrew Colvin wrote on September 20th of last year, because it gets into this whole argument. He says, quote, I want to address some of the discussion about the lack of an exit wound with Charlie. I'm usually not interested in delving into most of this kind of online chatter. He says, and I apologize that this is somewhat graphic, but in this case, the fact that there wasn't an exit wound is probably another miracle, and I want people to know. He writes, I just spoke with the surgeon who worked on Charlie in the hospital. He said the bullet, quote, absolutely should have gone through, which is very normal for that kind of caliber. I've seen wounds from this caliber many times, and they always just go through everything.
Starting point is 00:03:40 This would have taken down a moose or two or an elk, etc., end quote. He says, but it didn't go through. Charlie's body stopped it. Colvert said, I mentioned to his doctor that there were dozens of six. staff, students, and special guests standing directly behind Charlie on the other side of the tent. He says, and the surgeon replied, quote, it was an absolute miracle that someone else didn't get killed. His bone was so healthy and the density was so impressive that he's like the man of steel. It should have just gone through and through. It likely would have killed those standing behind him
Starting point is 00:04:17 too, end quote. Culvert whites that in the end the corner did find the bullet just beneath the skin. And he says even in death, Charlie managed to save the lives of those around him, remarkable and miraculous, end quote. It's not unusual for that to not have an exit wound. I mean, you know, we and our family have been hunting before using these calibers, and there have been times when you have an exit wound with a kill and times you don't. It's not unusual. And we're talking about like oregon, like large, large animals, large game. So it's, it's not unusual. I just don't understand what these non-ballistics experts and these people who I know for a fact have never gone hunting and don't shoot guns regularly. What they're trying to pull here, are you trying to taint the
Starting point is 00:05:11 jury pull? I don't have any other question. I mean, it's just asinine. And conspiracy theory and conjecture against the surgeon who operated on Kirk, all the people that were around him, and people like myself and people in my family and everyone I know in the 2A community who is familiar with firearms and hunting and ballistics. I mean, you have to think about this. The distance out contributes to velocity, which contributes to impact, which contributes to whether or not it makes an exit wound. This is not difficult. To be very graphic, I think he was aiming for his head. But he didn't. account for the drop. So that gives you a little bit of insight into velocity. It gives you a
Starting point is 00:05:59 little bit of insight into even his knowledge of shooting. So the idea that, well, you know, that they've been floating this magic bullet theory for some time. And it's assonine. I'd say this is somebody who, unlike these people talking about it, we knew chart. We actually knew him. Not these randos who were running their asses on social media who have never met any of these people that they're gossiping about. It's just ungodly gossip. They have an investigation that's ongoing right now. There's a reason why a lot of stuff isn't hitting the press because they're trying not to throw the whole damn case for this guy. Apparently people don't understand how that process works either. It's not a giant conspiracy theory. And I say this as someone who loows the
Starting point is 00:06:46 government more than you do. More than you. You will never loat that as much as I do. Don't even try to compare. Sometimes it's Occam's razor. I tend to believe the surgeon. There's too many, it's like this, if it's like a big, giant conspiracy, there's so many damn people would have to keep that quiet for crying out loud. You know, it's like the argument with the resurrection of Christ. Why would so many people at risk to themselves make up something and thousands of others who saw miracles happen afterwards make up it make up something like that too? No, I tend to believe the surgeon and the people who were there, including the people standing right behind him, and that surgeon was correct. If it had gone through, people behind him would have been dead.
Starting point is 00:07:42 So it really gets back to, you probably want to look at grain, the distance, the velocity, the angle, all of that, instead of a magic theory. It's just ridiculous. And I feel like, again, I have seen big game that has had exit wounds from that caliber and has not. So yes, it is absolutely not uncommon for there to not be an exit wound in something like this. And if people have a different experience, great for you. I have a different experience firsthand from you. And what of it? What's good?
Starting point is 00:08:23 But gossiping like this, it's ungodly gossip. And unless you know, and unless you have absolute fact, what good is it doing by putting out ignorant conjecture, which I suspect is honestly designed to throw this whole case? I really question whether or not some of the people that are out there running their mouths about that, you're on the side of Tyler Robinson. You're trying to get this guy free. I don't know how else to look at it. Again, Occam's Razor.
Starting point is 00:08:56 But I'm going to tell you something. When it comes to guns and ballistics, I sure as hell am not going to take seriously the petty, petulant gossip missives of a race hustling charlatan who used to docks conservative gamers on behalf of third and fourth wave feminist, Gal Sharpton. I don't go to your house and tell your husband how to be a non, a straight better husband to you. you don't go into someone else's lane and start trying to like become a ballistics experts and mislead people for clicks. It is ungodly and it's evil. And of all the weeks to do it, maybe some of these people, some of these digital prostitutes could reach down into their withered bitter black souls and try to pull up some semblance of humanity to guide them,
Starting point is 00:09:49 at least this week of all weeks. Christ is king, but is your Lord? It gets so aggravated with us. It's like listening to Michael Bloomberg talk about guns, dear God. It's like listening to Joe Biden. Well, I've never seen that happen before. I've just never seen that caliber not go through. Really? Because I have.
Starting point is 00:10:13 How many times do you, how many times have you seen Game Killed? Never? I feel like some of these people are telling on themselves, too. There is a huge fud component to this entire debate. You have all these fuds out there.
Starting point is 00:10:27 Well, I've never seen anything like this before. I mean, granted, the largest caliber I have is a 22LR, but, you know, still. It's like I'm watching, like, Warner Brothers and Wiley Coyote. I don't, at least he was a genius. But it's just the goofiest stuff. You're listening to fuds take part in gossip for clicks. It's the fud gossip. It's the fud-a-thon.
Starting point is 00:10:52 The fud gossip, the fud-a-thon for clicks. It's exactly what this is. So, and these rounds are like some of the most common hunting rounds, so a lot of people have a lot of familiarity with them. But like I said, the biggest thing with this, I mean, going by what the surgeon said, I mean, it sounded like the guy wasn't accounting for distance and speed and all of this stuff. There was a lot of things that worked into it into the favor of the people standing behind Charlie. That's what it looks like. And, yes, basing this on actual firearms knowledge and understanding of belief. and understanding of caliber and grain, et cetera, distance and wind speed.
Starting point is 00:11:32 All of that factors into this. But these people are like, well, I don't know. Someone who is not at all familiar with guns and was literally on the left and with wraith huffling with NAACP five years ago, probably know of a lot more. Probably knows a lot about guns, huh? It goes blah, blah, blah, 2020. I'm telling you right there, man. It's our friends over at Ghost Bed.
Starting point is 00:11:53 I have this, but I love my bed. Brand new. Just, I mean, I think we haven't even had it for a week. get and I already love it. I had a super bougie mattress that I thought was going to be like the B-all-end-all that you're going to like go off into the sunset with because it's like the, no, it wasn't that. We switched to a
Starting point is 00:12:09 ghost button. It's just constructed better. I can tell the seeming, the materials, it's, I mean, they the way that they approach it, they don't just like make mattresses, right? They build what they view as engineered sleep systems. So they look at it like a piece of health equipment. It's
Starting point is 00:12:25 designed for relief and recovery. It's not just looks and fluff. And so your body should be healing while you're sleeping, not fighting to get you comfortable all night. So I notice a difference immediately. I mean, the temperature's better, less tension, you don't wake up sore. It's just a perfect firmness. And so if you're tossing and turning at night, if you sleep hot, you're reaching for your, you're constantly waking up to get comfortable. That's your mattress. Ghostbed is made to help with this exact issue, supporting, cooling, real comfort so you can actually rest. And you get 101 nights to try it for free at home. And if you don't feel the difference, 101 nights, try it at home.
Starting point is 00:12:59 do not feel the difference, you can send it back risk-free. Visit ghostbed.com slash Dana and use promo code Dana. They're offering all of you out there their lowest price of the season, plus an extra 10% off-sitewide. That's ghostbed.com slash Dana, promo code Dana. Welcome back, Dana Lash with you. I've got to be really honest. I think instead of maybe chasing government positions and making commercials of herself for DHS, I think Christy Noem needs to get her house in order.
Starting point is 00:13:27 girlfriend, your house is a maus. Oh my gosh. Did you guys hear this headline today? Oh. So first off, we have the whole story with her and Corey Lewandowski. And I don't personally dislike Noam. I just think she makes a lot of unforced errors. And I have a really, that's the thing that really aggravates me. Because I feel like with these candidates or these politicians, they make it harder for themselves. when they do stupid things and get wrapped up in it. So, you know, she's made some unforced airs that I think are just ridiculous. And I think she's played fast and loose with her association with Corey Lewandowski. I say this is someone who has literally seen them together at the Doral. I watched them walk in and they set apart from it. We were there at a table in a big table.
Starting point is 00:14:18 It was after some event. We were sitting with some friends of ours and when Don Jr. were still with Kim Gilfoyle. and Sarah Huckabee Sanders arrived and Norman Lewandowski arrived and they didn't sit with everybody else. They went to a separate room that nobody was seated in and sat like in the corner off to themselves. And we all thought it was weird. Just saying. So I just don't like unforced errors. I don't like people who play fast and loose recklessly and then end up compromising themselves
Starting point is 00:14:47 because it showcases a lack of political acuity, poor judgment, bad, decision-making and that imperils other people and movements. So that's what I dislike about her. I just think she makes mistakes that people with better acuity could have avoided. But this, I don't consider being part of her responsibility, but I think it does give some clarity about some things. I don't like getting into people's personal lives unless that can be used as black male against them if they're in government. So that's why this is germane. Her husband apparently is a freak. I'm just saying, and I can say that because he is. This dude apparently has tons of photos of himself and video where he, and it's all over. It's New York Post, daily mail everywhere. He's
Starting point is 00:15:44 wearing pink hot pants and he puts balloons and tank tops to make it look like he has gigantic fake boobs. You guys remember that teacher in Canada that wore the ridiculous fake prosthetic boobs to class to prove a point? Remember that guy? Because that's exactly what Noam's husband looks like in all of these photos. And not just that, he went online to these like fetish chats and he was talking with these other people who, what would you say? What would you call it, Steve? They look, look max like horrors. They do horror looks maxing.
Starting point is 00:16:21 I think. I don't know. But apparently there are hundreds upon hundreds of messages that he has exchanged with all of these women in what they call the bimbofication scene. I am today years old and I've never heard that. Steve, you're a young man. Have you ever heard of the bimbofication scene?
Starting point is 00:16:48 That sounds pretty boomer to me. I know. I think that I was thinking. I'm like, oh my gosh, that's old progressive boomer. That's totally what this sounds like. And it's where they have porn stars or performers. I noticed they didn't say stars in the article, transformed themselves into like real-life Barbies
Starting point is 00:17:08 by pumping tons of saline solution into their breasticles, as it were. And he has confessed all of his kinks in these messages, and he's made even indiscreet remarks about his marriage with Noam and her position, et cetera. They've been married for 34 years. She knew. Come on, guys. She knew. How do you not know?
Starting point is 00:17:39 But the reason that it became such a big issue is because Noam, this stuff could have been used as blackmail material on her. and apparently he had, I can't even describe some of the photos. The funniest thing to me, though, is when he puts these giant balloon boobs in his shirt, the ends of the, you know, where you actually put air in the balloon, they're like, well, they're cross-eyed. He's got cross-eyed boobs. I don't know how else to put it. It's just one of the most ridiculous things I've ever seen in my life.
Starting point is 00:18:11 And he, like, pouts in front of the camera and does all this stuff. Can I make a joke? Kane's not here so he can't do anything and Steve can't get me. I'm just going to say, don't be nervous. Sometimes one wonders if the wrong animal went to the gravel pit. Oh, but I'm being. I'm just kind of joking. So, yeah, this is, she said that her family was blindsided.
Starting point is 00:18:38 They would like privacy and prayer. You are not blindsided. You are not married to a man for 34 years and you do not know this. and if you don't know this something ain't right with your marriage just saying this is crazy she's literally she was the DHS head
Starting point is 00:18:55 and our husband's out there with fake balloon boobs and hot pants taking photos and videos of himself for fetish sites that absolutely could be used as blackmail on her that's why this is germane and why we're talking about it now but also 34 years of marriage
Starting point is 00:19:11 and you don't know I'm not saying that I'm like a PI but I pay attention and I pick up on super little things. If we started getting an inordinate amount of balloons to deliver to the house and I don't know what's up, I'm going to be wondering. You know, if I find pink hot pants somewhere, I don't wear hot pants and I don't wear really pink stuff. So I'm going to be wondering, you know, how do you get away with something like that? How do you get away with not knowing that your spouse has been basically living a double life
Starting point is 00:19:40 and has like this whole life on all these fetish sites? right? How weird is that? So maybe it's better that it came up now. Does it kind of, Steve, do you think that explains some things about her? I don't trust any Beltway people. I live here and I just, you got to look twice. Steve hates everybody out there.
Starting point is 00:20:04 He lives there, he knows. It is just, I mean, maybe, because he apparently knew that she was running around with Lewin Dau, and in one of the messages, he goes, I can't do anything about it. So that's interesting. So think about it in her perspective, maybe. She doesn't want to enter marriage because that could tank her credit. That's part of her whole card.
Starting point is 00:20:27 That could hurt her credibility and how voters and people would view her. So she goes along with it and she thinks running around, I mean, according to these messages, is better? I don't know. I've got a lot of questions. None of really which that I want answers to, because this is such a weird story. It's so weird. But the photo, I mean, the guy's photos are, yeah.
Starting point is 00:20:48 I mean, as Lorraine says, it seems like Nome's marriage is headed for the gravel pit. She said in her first statement where she addressed it, she had said that her family is blindsided and they just want some prayer and privacy. Okay. You know who else I think needs prayer and privacy? Maybe Lindsay Graham. I know it's really, it's fashionable. It's always been fashionable to punch on Lindsey Graham. And some of the people who have never paid attention to politics are just now realizing this,
Starting point is 00:21:22 especially people from Shining New York studios who joined podcasts to Stan. They were all too happy to have Lindsay Graham on their shows all the time. And then now all of a sudden when they're following the clicks because they think it's fun to pile on, now they're doing it. I do want to know why a full-grown adult male was in Disney with a, what did he have? what was it that he had like a little mermaid bubble blower is that correct i thought it was like a star wars they have a star wars land now he had a he had like a star wars like lightsaber or something it was space mountain because well in one of these photos that tmz has i'm trying to figure out what this is
Starting point is 00:22:00 it looks someone said it's like a little he may have had a lightsaber it's like a little mermaid oh yeah just put it's thing i don't know what that it uh he's It's like blurry, so it's hard to see. It's a bubble wand, they said. A Little Mermaid Bubble Wand. Okay, why is a grown adult male? And he's, of course, in chinos and loafers. Why is a grown adult male walking around with a bubble blower?
Starting point is 00:22:28 Walking around. Is that weird? That's weird, right? He's at Space Mountain. And he was there for several days. In another photo, he's in khaki shorts and he's got a ball cap on. but in one he's wearing nice loafers and he's got his chinos and his button down and he's walking around with it and i don't he's not like accompanying kids so i'm just wondering what that's all about um i i don't know man
Starting point is 00:22:53 i i i don't know if i have words i don't know what that is i mean he's they're out so he's on vacation we have judged disney adults on the show prior many times disney adults that's a whole subgenre i i just think it's odd if it's a single adult person and they're going to a, like a kiddie theme park. It just was weird to me. I don't like theme parks even going with kids. I like them less. Actually, I don't like them at all. I'm just not a theme park person. I don't like waiting in lines and I don't like touching things that a million other people have like blown their noses or wipe their mouths off with their hands and then they touch it and it's just germy and gross. I just don't like any of that. I just, and do I trust a high schooler? God love you. I get it. It's part of the
Starting point is 00:23:41 ride of passage. Do I just trust a high schooler to like make sure that bars in front of me before you send me on a death loop? I don't know. I mean, I used to go on roller coasters and go to theme parks when I was a kid, but I haven't as an adult now that I have free choice. This is just such a weird. So we have Christine Ome's husband with his giant fake balloon boobs, and then we've got Lindsey Graham walking around with a bubble wand all by himself at Disney. He wasn't with like kids or a family, was he? I don't think he was. I don't see it in any photos. Well, he doesn't have any, so.
Starting point is 00:24:10 Yeah, was he with somebody else's? It's just weird. I'm pretty harsh on the Disney adults, the single Disney adult thing. It's like one thing if you're going with your older kids, whatever. But it's just, I don't know, right? Straight from the Situation Room to Magic Kingdom. I mean, he goes and he's like,
Starting point is 00:24:30 Bama Iran, and then he goes to Disney, walks around with the bubble wand. So you know that Iranian propaganda is going to have a field day with us. But really, is that worse than their gay Ayatollah who's like probably dead? They're one-legged, totally flamed out Ayatola. I mean, they can't really get mad. I mean, at least Lindsay Graham has both his legs right now with a bubble wand. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:24:53 I just, I'm all fine with criticizing him. But when other countries criticize them, I just want to be like, our freaks are better than your freaks. Shut up. I don't know. I just think it's weird to walk around. At least he didn't have making mouse ears. We got a lot more on the way.
Starting point is 00:25:09 Look, you know, I've told you a million times, I have no problem using lethal force to protect myself or my loved ones. But I also understand that in certain areas, you know, your rights are compromised. Your Second Amendment rights are abridged. And this is where the Berna, CL specifically, they have different models. But the compact launcher is the only one you need to look at for this purpose. This is really why this was invented. So the Berna gun, the CL Compact Launcher, shoots chemical ear,
Starting point is 00:25:34 projectiles that can deter threats from up to 50 feet away. So if you're disarmed by municipal or private property restrictions, et cetera, you want to be able to still have a way to protect yourself and be able to buy yourself some time to get to safety. And that's what this affords you. If you compare it to regular stun guns, they have like one or two rounds. The burn of CL has a 15-round shot capacity per cartridge. And like I said, deterring threats from up to 50 feet away with no recoil and easy reacquisition of target, that's pretty key. But here's the big thing. Doesn't care about gun-free zones. You know why? Because it's not a gun. So gun-free zones irrelevant. There's no background check. There's no waiting period. There's no fee. There's no tax stamp. You literally
Starting point is 00:26:12 buy it online and they send it to your door. This is a great idea for college students who are living by themselves and still have to get to class, but yet they're not considered old enough, at least domestically, to be able to carry just in mere protection of their lives. So visit burnah.com slash Dana, B-Y-R-R-N-A, and check out the Burna-C-L. That's burner.com slash Dana, ready when you war. God does not listen to the prayer of those who wage war. Can you comment on that? I think our nation was a nation founded 250 years ago almost on Judeo-Christian values. And we've seen presidents, we've seen the leaders of the Department of War, and we've seen our troops go to prayer during the most turbulent times in our nation's history. And I don't think there's anything wrong
Starting point is 00:27:02 with our military leaders or with the president calling on the American people to pray for our service members and those who are serving our country overseas. In fact, I think it's a very noble thing to do. And if you talk to many service members, they will tell you they appreciate the prayers and support from the commander in chief and from his cabinet. That was a good sound bite from Carolyn Levitt yesterday, although she was criticized for saying it. she was criticized for saying Judeo-Christian values. And this, of course, they were responding to Pope Leo, who was talking about, he didn't say that verbatim, but he was saying that discussing going to war. This was on Palm Sunday, where he was saying that he used the phrase hands full of blood
Starting point is 00:27:51 at one point when talking about, you can't use the Bible to justify war. tell me about their crusades again okay just want to make sure by the way when you say something like that or even intimate a statement to that point aren't you kind of ignoring
Starting point is 00:28:13 the antagonist because this is merely a response the crusades were merely a response to hundreds of years of Islamic barbarity but there were
Starting point is 00:28:29 We're also mad at her because she said Judeo-Christian. And apparently that's like a thing you can't see anymore. You know how the left gets really upset over a melting pot? Well, the left that pretends to be the right, woke-right. They're really upset if you use the phrase Judeo-Christian, except a couple of things. There's a description from the Torah on the Liberty Bell in Pennsylvania. I mean, we could go back. There's inscriptions on various Washington, monuments in Washington, D.C. That's Leviticus 2510 that's inscribed there on the Liberty Bell. and it's talking about proclaiming liberty throughout the land, right? But what's more, I mean, you could even go back and look at the, you know, I mean, look at some of the financing, actually, of the American Revolution. I don't know if a lot of people know that history. So there's nothing wrong with acknowledging that multiple different people of different faiths were pursuing liberty. Because isn't that the whole, this is critical race theory coming from the right?
Starting point is 00:29:28 It is literally, it is absolutely CRT, DEI coming from the right. But it's not the right. These are people who are on the left that are pretending to be on the right, which is why they act like leftists. And they harbor leftist viewpoints. And they argue for things like welfare for paying women to have babies and they get, they view everything. They buy into identity politics just as much as the left does. So I don't know that, I mean, I think the people that were mad at her for saying that phrase are kind of showcasing themselves as being active members of the left. You can pretend to be on the right as much as possible.
Starting point is 00:30:06 Well, we will judge you by your words and your fruits. That's it. All there is to it. So there's nothing wrong with what she said at all whatsoever. And I think as it pertains to the Pope and as it pertains to war, I think those words need to be leveled towards the Ayatollah and the mullah. and the regime. I mean, I get it. I heard this piece here where they, what is it?
Starting point is 00:30:33 There's like even a place from prayer, Muslim prayer there for somewhere in the Vatican. I don't know. I'm just saying I think that they need to criticize the people that are starting this, the Islamists and not the Christians that are merely responding to it. You know, case in point, this situation. I've noticed this. I have a piece coming out about it on Substack. But the great Catholic, it's their church of Antioch and all of the East,
Starting point is 00:31:02 they issued a statement that all of the Easter festivities were canceled in Syria following mass massacres of Christians by Islamists. So Islamists are just murdering Christians, tons of them in Syria right now. And in Nigeria as well. If you were watching any of the news, of course, you're not going to be. going to hear about it on podcastistan because they don't care. There was a massacre of Christians in Nigeria by Muslim jihadists who were killing Christians by, I mean, they had 13 Christians. This is after another massacre of Christians. But then they tried to hide what it is by saying,
Starting point is 00:31:44 no, they were just gunmen. No, they were actual jihadis who were killing them because they were Christian. All of the people who were very upset about the Church of the Holy Sepulal were being closed on Sunday because there was 1,500 meters away. There was literally fragments of a rocket that landed. Why have they not said anything about this? Is it because Nigeria isn't Israel? Is it because that these 13 people killed in Nigeria's plateau state attack that wasn't Israeli?
Starting point is 00:32:14 How about the murdering of Christians in Syria? I don't hear anybody in podcast to stand talking about any of this. Is it because Syria is in Israel? And it's harder for them to try to make it about the Jews if it's not in Israel? I mean, I think that's a fair question because I haven't seen any of the promo code cowards. Promocode never read my Bible, read or get into any of this. Have you? I mean, that's a rhetorical question.
Starting point is 00:32:42 We know that. It's because they're leftists. They don't care if Christians are getting slaughtered elsewhere. They just need it to be performative against Israel. and by Israel, specifically Jewish people. These are the same damn leftists that we've seen throughout history. They're just masquerading as trying to be on the right.
Starting point is 00:32:59 That's all it is. But I've noticed, by the way, not just the podcast to stand, the media and European leaders. I'm just wondering why there wasn't as much drama made over this happening as it was the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Because here, I mean, this is all of their Easter festivities across Syria are canceled. Every one of them.
Starting point is 00:33:19 not just one, all of them, because too many Christians are being murdered by Islamists. Hmm. You know how dangerous it is to be a Christian in some of these countries? Do you know how dangerous it is to be a Christian in part of North Africa? Do you know how many churches support ministries and missionaries that you can't even tell where the congregation where the missionaries are for fear that anything would get out and would compromise them and they would be murdered by Islamists? Islamists are actively hunting Christians in Africa and in Syria and in other nations.
Starting point is 00:33:56 And the only time anybody in podcast to stand or the media cares about a Christian is if they can use it against the Jews. Remember, they even platformed George Stephanopoulos's Wackadoodle's sister, who is complicit in making up propaganda with Hamas. That's a fact. I mean, that's how far they go. So I can't take them seriously. Podcasts to stand, they made a huge international incident about the Church of the Holy Sepulchre on Sunday.
Starting point is 00:34:34 Said nothing about this. Not a peep about all of the dead in Nigeria. and it's just more than these 13. It's a regular occurrence there. The Coptics are being murdered by Islamists. There is an absolute holy war underway, and all the woke rike can do. Well, I'm just not following it if it doesn't have to do with the Jews.
Starting point is 00:35:03 Every day, it's the same damn topic for them. You know what else? Being able to just be outspoken as a Christian is under attack. I haven't followed basketball in a while. I used to follow college basketball back when I was in college, but I haven't followed it in some time. I don't know if you guys saw this from the Bulls. This comes after the Nashville Predators did their whole
Starting point is 00:35:26 white, the flag rainbow colors on their mascot, which is weird. So the Chicago Bulls have decided that they've waived Jaden Ivy. And it has to, they wave Jaden Ivy. because apparently they didn't like what he said about same-sex marriage. And it's his opinion.
Starting point is 00:35:51 This is cut 16. So he does these videos and then post them on TikTok. Listen. God did not make a man to be with a man. How God did not make a girl to be with a girl. God made a man for the purpose of procreation. to have another child. How else, how can a woman,
Starting point is 00:36:21 how can a woman bear a child with a woman? How? Now, he said this in his video that he uploaded. What gets me is that there have been players on the Bulls that have had DUIs or other infractions and they get like a wrist slap. The Bulls announced that they're, they've waived him. And I think it's pretty, they didn't waive him because of stats.
Starting point is 00:36:53 They didn't, they didn't wave, they didn't wave him because of playing. They didn't waive him because of injury. They waived him specifically because they said, due to conduct detrimental to the team. I am, it's just amazing. Where's the media on this? You have a black man who is being waived because he shared an opinion. Now, normally you would have I'll sharpen all up in arms over this.
Starting point is 00:37:24 But see, now we get into intersectionality. So if you wanted to know who society finds more valuable, the gays are black Americans, there you go. You've found it. Because no one's coming to his defense. Nobody. And people are like,
Starting point is 00:37:40 well, he does these ranting videos. So I went and I was looking at his videos. He's a Christian. I don't trust anybody that looks like a fruit loop furry in their avatar to sit here and tell me that they're going to be the adjudicator over someone, the content of someone else's missives. I can't take you seriously. He's just a Christian. He's sharing his viewpoints. And if you're upset by his viewpoints, the problem is in him. It's you. I have people that disagree
Starting point is 00:38:05 with me on stuff all the time. And? So? I don't care. But they're making, now they're waving him. And they were very specific about this as well. They were saying, that Jane and Ivy do to conduct detrimental to the teen they're talking about is video. Now the left is like, well, bake the cake. Yeah, we're going to bake the cake. Play the game. Forced accommodation, isn't that what you all have decided? This goes both ways, and we will force you to your knees to accommodate. No, no, no, we ain't doing this. Remember, this is the bake the cake people. They want to be accommodated, but nobody else gets to be accommodated. So his viewpoint isn't affecting anything. You know what's absolutely stupid is trying to create a whole celebratory month
Starting point is 00:38:59 based on how people have sex. I mean, there is nothing. I mean, that's it. Veterans get a day. Moms get a day. Dads get a day. Gays get a whole damn. Gays get a whole damn. And then all of the marketing reflects it to the point where it actually alienates the gays because they're fed up with it. It is one of the craziest things I've ever seen. The signaling. You can't even go to a stadium and buy a hot dog during Pride Month without it being willed. This is a hot dog that affirms how you like to have sex. Do you have to be affirmed in everything by your mouthwash?
Starting point is 00:39:38 Does your mouthwash have to affirm how you choose to get it on? Does your basketball team have to affirm how you choose to get it on? because I feel like, you know, growing up in the 90s, I came of age in the 90s, in the late 90s. And that whole decade was all about treating people like you would treat other people, right? Like everybody else. No exclusions, no special treatment. That was literally the approach of the 90s. So you got to realize Gen X and me, baby Gen X, we all came up with that mentality.
Starting point is 00:40:12 Now we're seeing a world where it's like, no, no, no, now we have to have special. carve-outs and exclusions, and it's literally antithetical to everything we were told during the 90s. So you can see how there's a lot of us going, the hell? Will you pick a lane? Because when you're demanding that people be treated differently, that's not equality. When you're demanding special exclusions and carve-outs and acknowledgments and all of this, that's not equality. That is preferential treatment, which is antithetical to everything that they advocated in the 90s. It seems hollow. And then it seems like, is the goal actual equality or is the goal forced, not just acceptance, but practice? We have more on the way. As we move, we've got headlines coming up.

Starting point is 00:42:05 It's still here, but not for long. Artist Ian Goodro tells me he's sad it's come to this point. But after calls from Mayor Smiley and other local leaders to remove the mural, it felt like only a matter of time before this happened. The artwork is going to be removed. Artist Ian Goddrow breaking the news to NBC10 Monday afternoon. The Irene Zarutzka mural is coming down. A lot of people voiced their frustrations and voices were heard. And the work is coming down as a reaction to that.
Starting point is 00:42:36 This is insane. So the mural of this Ukrainian record. refugee that was stabbed to death on their train system, the Providence mayor is like, no, no, no, this has to be removed. It's in Rhode Island where someone did a mural of her. And they're saying that, well, and apparently the mural was backed by Musk even, but they said that, no, it has to come down. They said it was a devastating tragedy, the mayor said in his statement. But that the misguided, isolating intent of those funding murals like the one across the county is divisive and does not represent Providence. The artist who you saw, Ian Godro, uh, Goudreau there began the work last week, said it was not ever supposed to be political.
Starting point is 00:43:30 So what gives? They just don't want to be reminded of it. she was brutally stabbed to death, not in Chicago, but in North Carolina. She was brutally stabbed to death in North Carolina. It was all on CCTV footage, and it just was insane. And it was last year, the suspect was charged with violence against a railroad carrier, blah, blah, resulting in death, capital offense. He had a crazy criminal history. He'd been in and out of prison for violent offenses.
Starting point is 00:44:04 and he just stabs her right in the neck as he's sitting behind her, and she's just utterly terrified. She is just utterly terrified and bleeds out like that. What's wrong with the mural? Shouldn't be anything wrong with it. But this is, it's just ridiculous. It was supposed to be like a tribute, and the people who don't want that,
Starting point is 00:44:27 who don't want to have a reminder of what restorative justice costs are the ones that are objecting. Now, if it was a pride flag on the side of the building, they'd have no problem. If it was a pride crosswalk, they'd have no problem. And the artist said, you know, my intention was to lower the temperature. But they don't, they want to forget about people like this. Those who promote the lawlessness of the false restorative justice, they want to forget about victims like this.
Starting point is 00:44:57 They don't care. They don't care how many people have to die for them to make it look like they are somehow accommodating a violent segment of society. They said, one of the guys who's a state rep, David Morales, he's running for mayor, right? So he joins in and says, well, this is, you know, this is his actual quote. We're seeing a right-wing movement that's exploiting the death of a refugee to try to spread division. I would think that the people who allowed this guy to repeatedly go back on the street, knowing that he had a very, very violent record, and they did nothing to keep him off the street,
Starting point is 00:45:33 and he ended up stabbing a woman to death in the neck on the train. I would think that that's probably more divisive than painting a mural. See, their activism cost a woman her life. This mural doesn't cost any lives. And they were like, well, who backs it? Well, people that had the money to back it donated money. And what's it to you? I'm sure nobody's knocking on David Morales's door
Starting point is 00:46:04 and asking how much he spends on Grindr every month. So what does he care about how much money goes towards this mural from private individuals? I just think this is crazy. They don't want to remember her at all. They don't want a reminder of what their policies bring. It's just stunning. It really is stunning. Now, in the meantime, in addition to this, you've got, let me pull this.
Starting point is 00:46:31 This is, this is crazy. Speakers at a Democratic Party, a Democrat Party conference in Canada got into an argument over their gender equity cards that allow them to skip the line and speak earlier, apparently, and it turned into like a big ordeal. Like their whole conference, they were in Winnipeg, and their whole conference just went crazy because a trans woman was mad. that a biological, like a real woman, got to go in front of him. Watch. This is crazy. There we go. There's a point of privilege on microphone one, then we'll go to microphone three. Go ahead, delegate. Yes. Hello, I was standing here with my gender equity card before you called on the previous speaker. That's my point of privilege, and I would like to read.
Starting point is 00:47:29 I will explain the speaking order, which is fixed that I cannot amend, which is the pro-con rotation. You can move yourself up a lot of line that you're standing in. I am pro and I was. We went, um, you went pro con. We went pro con. Pro and my plan was to go con. The speaker at con mic three also has a speaking card. Yesterday, this card was used in an inappropriate matter.
Starting point is 00:47:55 And while I understand in Ontario, we know this as equity, even if that, this was also used inappropriate in terms of gender. I want everyone to be mindful. that these cards for individuals like myself who identify as a black woman have no value outside of this space? I'm trying to wrap my head around the fact that they literally have different colored cards to indicate where they sit,
Starting point is 00:48:25 where they sit on the spectrum of privilege. And they, do they ever actually get to the point of why they were having a discussion? because honestly it was like the whole, I mean, we could have gone longer. They were all arguing over points of order. This was the, this was Canada's new Democratic Party and it just got into chaos. And the arguments continued. So they build the whole event as an opportunity for, I'm reading their thing,
Starting point is 00:49:04 for progressive Canadians to come together to debate ideas and celebrate our Shad Valia. and how does that the feature of our movement? That's their website. But apparently everyone was misusing their checks notes. Equity cards, the color-coded cards that identified, I'm reading their website, you don't see my four and a half foot gaming screen here, that identified a party member as being a part of a marginalized group that granted them special privileges.
Starting point is 00:49:38 Wow. So then it went on because you had a man who is a transgender woman who argued that his rights were under attack because a real woman got to speak first and spoke over him. And then you saw the video of the black woman arguing that the equity cards for her, for women like her have no value outside the space. Oh my gosh, this is just insane. they were so oh my gosh and then it got mad because they were having a vote on rescinding the canadian charter of rights and freedoms non-withstanding clause i don't even care about any of those they all just got into a giant fight because of identity politics all because of identity politics i um and then there was another person that got mad because they were a delegate from
Starting point is 00:50:32 Ontario. And even though she's an actual woman, she identifies as non-binary. And she got mad because someone misgendered her. And then a trans dude, a dude who wants to be a woman, trans-woman, trans-woman, got mad because that's a real, it's a biological woman. And because he's a fake woman, he gets special privileges for being fake. And then she's like, no, I'm non-binary. I get special privileges over you. And they almost, like, they were yelling at each other. This is so unbelievably moronic. It's like killing brain cells without alcohol. It's exactly what this is. Can you follow this? This is like impossible to follow. It's like whack bat from fantastic Mr. Fox is easier to understand than this. So wait, who wins? The non-binary, does the,
Starting point is 00:51:21 does the non-binary win over the dude who's pretending to be a woman? Because the dude is pretending to be a woman. It's like rock, paper, scissors. Beats the real woman. No pun intended. But then the other woman who's a real woman but is non-binary. Does she beat the dude who wants to be a woman? I mean, I don't even know how this works. How does this work? I can't. But they spent an inordinate amount of time debating this.
Starting point is 00:51:46 And I don't know if they ever actually got to their, beyond the points of order. It's like an S&L skit. It is exactly like an S&L skit. And so they, oh, yeah. So the Toronto Sun noted that they never actually got to debate. the cost of living, inflation, unemployment rates, the health care system, crime, or anything else because the delegates with their equity cards were more interested in conveying why they
Starting point is 00:52:12 were holding their cards. This is literally, this is an S&L skit. This is where we're going. Yeah, this is where we're going. I can't make this stuff up. Now, speaking of this, cut 17, Andrew Garfield, who I almost forgot who he was, He was the T. Moose Spider-Man. He went on a podcast and decided to attack J.K. Rowling.
Starting point is 00:52:40 Remember, J.K. Rowling, who created Harry Potter. Her sin is that she said that women are women. I'm not kidding. That's all she said. And then everybody came for her. Listen to this interview that he did. Like, Daniel, it's so damn good. And honestly, I hadn't watched the Harry Potter's until recently. How'd you know?
Starting point is 00:53:00 No, and he's really good in those Harry Potter movies. those Harry Potter movies are really good They are good I really like Unexpected Yeah yeah yeah I know it's like controversial And like we shouldn't be you know Putting money in the pocket of
Starting point is 00:53:13 Inhumane legislation right now through She's that she'll remain nameless But the soul and the spirit of A lot of the essence of the themes of those films And the kids are so beautiful And all the artisans and the craft people And the I'm working with a wonderful makeup artist Claire right now
Starting point is 00:53:32 who was working the creature workshop. And I'm just like, oh, man, we call for the baby. So he's mad because, oh, those who she will not be named. He's talking about J.K. Rallying, and he's attacking J.K. Rowling. What else has he been in? Anybody know? Nobody knows. Is he somebody, if you're like, wait a minute, guys.
Starting point is 00:53:51 Wait, I forgot his name. Andrew Garfield. Andrew Garfield is in this movie. Are you going to go see it? Andrew. No, he's not even a headliner. If he was an attendant in the bathroom, I wouldn't have taken a second glance. I he's not a headliner. He's inconsequential and he's complaining about jk. Rowling because
Starting point is 00:54:10 jK. Rowling simply said women exist. The folks who help bring you the program, it is our friends over at American Financing. It's America's Home for Home Loans. Starting point is 00:56:03 Christy Noam's husband is a cross-dresser who went on fetish sites and dressed up with balloon boobs and hot pants. Not even kidding you with this. I'm returning to it after the, after headlines, but yeah, that's a mad libs headline if I ever saw one. Good night. Oh, Los Angeles County has lost almost 54,000. residents just last year alone.
Starting point is 00:56:30 They have led the decline. The largest numeric drop of any U.S. county. They said that Southern California neighbors like San Diego, Ventura counties also ranked in the top 10 for losses. And yeah, now they said people
Starting point is 00:56:46 were blaming in a high-cost housing, shortages, state policies, taxes, crime, the whole nine yards. So that's not really a surprise, but man, they are number one. They finally were number one and something. Great job for them. Also, the Army is probing a video of an Apache helicopter at Kid Rocks, Nashville House, because he made his mansion a Nashville. It sits like up on a hill
Starting point is 00:57:12 and it's a mini White House, so it's made it to look exactly like the White House, except it has an infinity pool in the back. So he's outside on his patio. He's got a little Statue of Liberty out there. And an Apache comes down by the bluff where his pool sits over. and he's seen saluting it, et cetera. So they're saying that now the Army says an administrative review is underway to assess the mission and verify compliance with regulations and airspace requirements. So I don't know. I just, why is this a big, I don't know, does this bother me?
Starting point is 00:57:50 It doesn't bother me. I don't know. Does Santa signs a bill renaming Palm Beach International Airport is Donald J. Trump International Airport. It's effective in July, so it's going to start changing with everything from what's on your tickets, all of that stuff. A Secret Service agent for Joe Biden who shot himself in the butt was trying to use his gunlight to find his phone. Dear heavens, help us all. Oh my gosh. Apparently, the agent left his phone behind in the SUV while escorting her to the airport,
Starting point is 00:58:18 who rushed back to get his cell phone and was using his Glock's flashlight to find it in the trunk of the SUV. Then when he tried to holster his gun, he shot himself right in the bus. butt cheek. So yeah, that's, wow, we have a lot more on the way. Starting point is 01:00:19 So this insanity, we're going to talk a little bit about this tomorrow. They're really going after the dogs in Britain. Do you remember the story that I told you last week about activists being upset over the amount of dogs in the countryside in Britain because they're Haram and Islam? Okay, well, they're really trying to make a thing of it. We're going to talk about that more tomorrow. In the meantime, today in Stu. Pity. Steve is in.
Starting point is 01:00:51 Cain's out. Pelosi's back. She was on MS now, multiple sclerosis now. She was talking about Biden's legacy. Here we go. 13. I wonder if you factor in the way that Biden's campaign ended when you think about your own legacy. I think that many people credit you or blame you for the way that that campaign ended.
Starting point is 01:01:15 Well, I don't know. How can I say this in a nice bit? The Biden administration accomplished great things. People compared them to LBJ in terms of the amount of, and the quality. I feel like there's another syllable there. I'm telling you what. Folks, that does it for us tonight. I will be back by in the mic with you tomorrow.
