Starting point is 00:00:00 Inside of that vehicle, officers found a rifle case with rounds, a loaded revolver, ammunition, and magazines, a backpack, and medication prescribed to Mr. Tamora. The vehicle was searched by our bomb squad and found to be clear of any explosives. The initial investigation shows that Mr. Tamora's vehicle traveled across country through Colorado on July 26th, The Nebraska and Iowa on July 27th, and then in Columbia, New Jersey, as recently as 4.24 p.m. today. The vehicle entered New York City shortly thereafter. According to our law enforcement partners in Las Vegas, Mr. Tamora has a documented mental health history. His motives are still under investigation, and we are working to understand why he targeted this particular location. There's a lot of questions that we have about what we saw yesterday, a lot of questions.
Starting point is 00:01:01 You know, for instance, you know, this individual, how is he known? It's always these cases where these people are known. And I'm, you know, I'm curious. And I'm, again, I'm sure the investigation is ongoing, obviously. But how does someone like this, you know, who has a known mental issue, was he adjudicated mentally unfit? Like, what is the background? because that has to happen in order for someone to be prevented from purchase. And it didn't seem like he was prevented from purchase or did he steal it?
Starting point is 00:01:34 I mean, we don't even know where he got if it was his. We don't know anything about it. A lot of questions after this tragedy that took place yesterday in which five people lost their lives, including a police officer who has two little boys and another baby on the way. And I can't even imagine the heartbreak that his wife is suffering right now. So this is what took place yesterday. As we, this was, this was, I think, what, like five o'clock? I was trying to think at the time that this happened because we were well off air. And I was prepping for the next day. And that's when I first saw these headlines come in. And I mean, I'm still trying to get over the brazen
Starting point is 00:02:17 image of this guy walking through Manhattan with a rifle. I mean, good grief. Walking through Manhattan and it didn't, I mean, I don't know how far he walked. I don't know where he emerged from. And then there's a lot of discussion about how he accessed, you know, the 33rd floor. There's a lot of stuff here. And I know we're going to be getting more information about it as the investigation is ongoing. But still, just horrible news that happened out of Manhattan yesterday.
Starting point is 00:02:47 And Manhattan, you know, they have a lot of laws up at, up in Manhattan. They have a lot of laws up in Manhattan, I have to say. And we're going to get into some of the media reaction of this as well. And I'm going to also break down because I'm so tired. And I'm, can I just say, why in the hell is Pierce Morgan on Fox? I don't want to hear a British gun control guy sit here and break this story down. I don't want to hear it.
Starting point is 00:03:11 I don't want to hear this British ass break this story down. This ignorant, gun control British person break this down. I don't want to hear it. he was absolutely vile during parkland vile he was a horrific person to me just saying so i'm just curious like why are we sitting here yank in his chain uh speaking of media let's just go ahead and get into it i want you to hear because this is all incredibly important to the left incredibly important to the left. I immediately people were talking about the race. They were talking about the race of the suspect, et cetera, and it came out that he could possibly be white, maybe. And then everyone's
Starting point is 00:03:58 like, oh, wow, because I think that their media wants this particular narrative about this guy, right? And CNN was one of the first out of the gate talking about this story. And I want you to listen to how they described it. Audio something about one. So, Sorry, Juan. Sheen, you're here to John's reporting that they do know what he looks like. Male, possibly white, mustache, sunglasses in that building isolated to, they believe, to various locations, including upper floors is where they're focused. What are you learning, Shimon? You know, possibly white with a mustache, possibly white.
Starting point is 00:04:36 Have you guys seen, I'm not going to show his photo a bunch, but, you know, I do have it up on substack. My substack, if you're the subscriber there, you got that last night. that is the most colorful white person I've ever seen. It's not that it's important because you're talking about a murderer. But why the media has this fetish with whitewashing everything and then silent on everything else. Notice how the media was silent on the black Marine who used his handgun to stop his stabbing. Well, they hate that because he used his legally carried firearm and he's black. There's nothing that racist segregationists who want people to stay on plantations hate more than
Starting point is 00:05:15 than free black people exercising their Second Amendment rights. Heaven forbid. This guy, oh, he's possibly white. Who says something like that without any confirmation? Do you know how careful I am? I was seeing images of the firearm circulating like an hour before it was confirmed by New York Post. I didn't run out breathless, you know, all sloppy. Like, oh, well, here it is. You wait for confirmation from law enforcement on this stuff. But CNN had to speculate. They never walked that back. They never modified their statement. I'm just so tired of this stuff. I am so tired of it.
Starting point is 00:05:49 So tired of it. This individual, goodness, of course he was known. He was known. He had known mental issues. He had a history of serious mental health issues, according to officials. He was from Nevada. They said he had a documented mental health history. Documented.
Starting point is 00:06:11 Well, what does that mean? Are we, do we, the proletariat, get to understand what that means? especially since this is going to be propped up and used to further disenfranchise us of our rights. I mean, this is the, a lot of people were also speculating as to his motive because there was a note that he had there. And apparently, he had a letter on his body. He apparently played football in school. He had grievances with the NFL, their handling of CTE. And in a note, he railed against them and pleaded for his brain to be studied.
Starting point is 00:06:45 He said, Terry Long football gave me CTE, and it caused me to drink a gallon of antifreeze. You can't go against the NFL. They'll squash you. That's apparently the letter that he had, that he had in there. So clearly, yeah, instability. What, I mean, was he adjudicated mentally unfit? I think we deserve to know that. If he had a documented history of mental illness, what does that mean?
Starting point is 00:07:08 Was he involuntarily committed? Because if you're involuntarily committed, then you are immediately a prohibited possessor. Can we also play this? Saudi somebody too. This is Democrat Richie Torres, and we're just going to start dissecting this nonsense right now. Go ahead. And I find it to be absolute insanity
Starting point is 00:07:25 that we allow weapons of war to just flow freely on the streets of America. And even though New York State and New York City have the strictest gun laws in the nation, those gun laws can only take you so far if guns can easily cross state boundaries. And this is exactly what happened
Starting point is 00:07:41 here. And in New York, as your understanding that it would have been easy for him to obtain this AR-15 weapon if he purchased it here? I think it would have been easier for him to obtain it in Nevada. I mean, we have much stricter gun laws here in New York. Yeah. But again, what we desperately need is a national ban on military-style weapons because we have far too many guns in America.
Starting point is 00:08:02 I'm just going to let you guys know now. I paid my dues to suffer these morons. So do not expect any kind of courtesy or restraint for me on this. First off, I think it's an embarrassment. And I think people like Torres are culpable in this. if you're going to disarm the defenseless and leave them to be prey for these murderous monsters, then you are absolutely culpable. Let's get something straight.
Starting point is 00:08:22 This rifle is already banned in New York. It is banned in New York. Several years ago, New York passed the Safe Act. And it's basically what you need to know about the Safe Act is it's a giant piece of gun control. And the modifications, there's that you have to basically have New York Safe Act compliant rifles. This rifle, which is a Palmetto State Armory, and there's no problems with Palmetto State Armory, they're a great company. Great American company, God bless America. There's nothing wrong with it.
Starting point is 00:08:53 It's not a particularly expensive rifle. It's not New York compliant. He would not be able to go into an FFL and purchase this rifle because it has a detachable magazine. You also have an adjustable stock. He's got, you know, he's done some other, you know, aftermarket modifications to it. But regardless, certain of the things that you would say are factory standard on rifles that you would get in any other FFL outside of California, New York. That's the exact, that's the rifle that he had. So he did not get this rifle in New York. Even if he did get it in Nevada and drive it in New York, that's still under New York statute,
Starting point is 00:09:22 a criminal statute. That's criminal possession. You cannot bring a gun into New York. You cannot bring a rifle into New York. New York does not have reciprocity with literally anybody. New York recognizes no other state. They have no other reciprocity. I don't care if you're coming from Timbuk, too. If you're coming from wherever, you can't. just drive a gun there. They will pop you for criminal possession if they get you. That's the law. There are already laws on the books that prohibit all of this to say nothing of the laws on the books that already prohibit murder. Democrats had every single gun control law they wanted. Every law. Why didn't it work? And it's about damn time that these people start answering that
Starting point is 00:10:08 question. Why didn't your laws work? Do you know he was two blocks away from the magical gun-free zone in downtown Manhattan, although, you know, the whole island's a gun-free zone, but, you know, gun-free er. So, you know, taps the sign. Don't make me hit the sign again. The Safe Act, you have to, the way that you store your ammunition, the way that you store your rifle, everything is restricted, absolutely everything. And this whole idea of military style, when I hear a lawmaker say that, you go ahead and cut your penis off. Go ahead, because you sound like a and uneducated unit when you talk about this stuff. It is embarrassing.
Starting point is 00:10:49 Shame on you. These people cosplaying like they give a damn about any of this, but they don't care enough to learn about the laws that are already in place that regulate it. These people that stand on the top of these dead bodies every single time a tragedy happens. And not one instance do they ever demonstrate an understanding of the laws that already govern this situation.
Starting point is 00:11:13 This rifle is banned. The maximum ammunition, the rounds that they're allowed to have is banned. All of it. Ban, ban, ban, ban, ban. This has been in place for several years now. You can't have any noncompliant modifications on that rifle. It is criminal in the state of New York. Everything is banned. They use the phrases like quote unquote high capacity magazines in their laws in their language. What does that mean? It means. It means. nothing. It's a stupid phrase by people who don't have enough experience with firearms to pass law on it. They're limited to the rounds that they carry. This idea of military style. What is military style? That's like saying your pants are military style. This is an asinine turn of phrase. They don't take semi-auto like this in the military. You had a damn law enforcement officer give a press conference yesterday where he called it an M4. I don't know if you saw close-up photos of the rifle as I have, but guess what? There's no third option giggle switch on this thing. It's either pew or no pew. There's no pew. Select fire capability or full pew and then safety. There's none of that.
Starting point is 00:12:27 It's just two options because it's a semi-automatic rifle. That's it. And it's not even the most powerful one out there. And it's one that's not even responsible for even remotely an eighth of the carnage that takes place in this country from people who are repeat offenders who are let out on the street by restorative justice simps who are allowed to get firearms on the black market and they go and account it and don't get mad at me for it. That's a Department of Justice under Eric Holder Barack Obama's survey that studied it and determined after interviews with thousands of felons. Yes, they all get their guns on the black market. I'm so tired of this. These people were left defenseless because of Democrats like Torres. These people were left defenseless because of Democrats
Starting point is 00:13:11 like Zohan Mum Dami or whatever. This guy who wanted to defund police and called to ban all guns, but yet when it had a Jeff Bezos-style wedding in Uganda with armed military to protect him. The burn a gun, you guys are familiar with the burn a gun. I'm always going to carry and I have no problem using lethal force to defend myself or my loved ones. But I also realize that there are some instances where local or municipal restrictions prevent carry. So you need to have an alternative. And it's easy to have alternatives when you have a diverse array of weapons that you can use to protect yourself. And so the burn a gun comes in to play here. It shoots chemical irritant projectiles that can deter threats, disable threats from up to 50 feet away. And when you go to their website,
Starting point is 00:13:57 they have all different versions. I think for the purpose, obviously, of defense, you need to look at the pistol, the compact launcher, which is the new one that they launched. It's like, their SD, which is their other pistol that was their best selling, but the CL is 38% smaller. It's the most compact launcher that they have, and it means easier concealment, easy target acquisition, no recoil. And here's the thing about burn a gun. It's legal in all 50 states. There's no gun-free zone restrictions. There's no background checks or waiting periods or extra licenses. I think it's ideal when people who are going back to college, they're old enough to, you know, obviously live alone and go to college, but they're not old enough,
Starting point is 00:14:34 according to our government, to carry to protect themselves. So this is an option that, you know, you might want to check into for your college student or college students may want to look into for themselves. B-YR-N-A.com slash Dana is where to go to check out the SD or the CL, the smaller version of their pistol. And they have different projectiles, accessories, and more. B-YR-NA.na.com slash Dana. And now, all of the news you would probably miss. It's time. for Dana's Quick Five. Well, this is comforting.
Starting point is 00:15:05 Harvard scientists warn a hostile alien aircraft could strike Earth in just months. Please, please let this happen. A respected, I'm not joking, a respected Harvard astrophysicist has revealed new evidence. These are tees. Suggesting that this mysterious object barreling towards Earth, this December is an alien craft. We're not that lucky, Avi Loeb. That's him and his teen. They found this comment known as something, I don't know, three eye, Atlas, blah, blah, blah.
Starting point is 00:15:31 It's on an unusual course. It's going to take it to three different planets, Venus, Mars, and Jupiter. And he said that they think, they said that it's, its course is so rare that the chance of it being a space rock is like nothing. It's like basically non-existent. So they have this. Apparently their theory emerged from this crim, scientific concept called the Dark Force Hypothesis, which assumes that other intelligent civilizations in the galaxy would be hostile. I would be hostile. Have you seen us? We're losing our minds over a jeans commercial.
Starting point is 00:16:01 Oh yeah, more on that to come because everybody decided to be super dumb and triple down on it. So please, let these alien overlords come. I'm totally fine with it. Jesus is king. Let these aliens come because I think our time here is finished. I think that we've pretty much embarrassed ourselves already
Starting point is 00:16:17 before the universe. Don't you think so? I agree. A woman who claims to have fallen in love with an AI bot says she was heartbroken after the chat vanished. Touch grass, lady. Oh my gosh. She said she had a fling. You didn't have a fling. you were talking to a robot and you color your eyebrows too dark. She said she fell in love with this AI bot.
Starting point is 00:16:36 She was heartbroken when the chat vanished. Oh, my goodness. She's, I, she's 55 years old. The AI bot was apparently 35. Dude, I don't know. I don't even know. I'm just giving up. Where's the aliens?
Starting point is 00:16:49 There was promised aliens. FBI issues a warning over an app scam that is wiping entire bank accounts in the United States. My favorite thing is to threaten people that send me, scam things. I don't do that. What? I don't know what you're talking about. But they said yes, just don't click on things that you don't recognize. Super easy. Avatar, Fire and Ash trailer is officially released online and the only reason I care is because James Cameron likes firearms and does three gun. He returns with a fiery stunner. That's the headline. Living your water could shorten your life. Maybe if you fall in it and drown. And the U.S. housing market posts

Starting point is 00:19:16 We begin with the backlash over a new ad campaign featuring actress Sidney Sweeney. Yeah, the ads are for American Eagle, and the tagline is Sidney Sweeney has great jeans. Now, in one ad, the blonde-haired blue-eyed actress talks about genes as in DNA being passed down from her parents. The play on words is being compared to Nazi propaganda with racial undertone. The pun, good genes, activates a troubling historical associations for this country. The American eugenics movement, and its prime between like 1900 and 1940, weaponized the idea of good genes. just to justify white supremacism. Of course, that woman said this.
Starting point is 00:20:00 That woman, who looks like a cross-dressing little Lord Fauntleroy, of course, that woman said this. I'm sorry, but you're like 80 years old. Maybe you don't need to wear the top from Forever 21. The store's name's not meant to be taken literally. Welcome back to the program. Dana Lash here. If you have nothing nice to say about anybody today,
Starting point is 00:20:17 pull up a seat by me. We're going to have fun. Buckle up. So first off, I thought I was done with this topic yesterday, you know, because I'm stupid. I thought I was done with this topic yesterday because I'm like, how long can these people complain about, they're mad because Sidney's Sweeney is really pretty and she has boobs. Let's just establish that right out of the gate.
Starting point is 00:20:35 We just went through this whole, what is the woman? And body positivity, yes, I love the fact that your butt's fatter than your head. Yay, woo, all this stuff. And now we're going to, here's a woman who's like well proportioned and she looks fit and healthy and she's, you know, she has boobs. And she's pretty. And now that's starting to come back in vogue, in culture, and all of these people are rebelling against it. So, of course, you have Little Maud Fauntleroy with her page boy haircut and her bright red lip and her Forever 21 top. You know, I'm just trying to so hard, guys, it's trying so hard not be mean.
Starting point is 00:21:11 But she's sitting here going, well, it's really white supremacy. It's what Nazis said. Yes, because we all remember when Hitler did the ad, not without my Calvin's, we all remember that, right? No, because it's a stupid argument made by dumb old Marxist. That's why. Oh my gosh. We live in the dumbest time ever. Now, Kane, do you see why I want aliens to come and kill us all?
Starting point is 00:21:35 Yes, I see it. Steve, please make a note. We just need porno for pyros. We'll make great pets because that's the song that really is the banger today. So they're mad at her and they won't stop talking about it. Like I said, I thought I was done with it. I thought we were all done with this topic yesterday. Oh, no, no, said ABC.
Starting point is 00:21:56 No, said MSNBC. Would you like to hear the MSNBC headline? Okay, yeah. Sidney's ad shows an unbridled cultural shift towards whiteness. Oh my gosh. So what isn't she? She's a Nazi. She's a racist because when she said, you know, I have good genes, she was talking about
Starting point is 00:22:16 her genes, but oh my gosh, to the left, they think that genes only means G-E-N-E-S. They can't even spell it, actually. It's like listening to drunk bridesmaids. Try to spell the bananas part of the Hollaback girl song, but whatever. They, G-E-N-E-S, they think, "'O's only one genes, because all they can think of is race, race, race, race, race, race, race, Rees, Rees, Hitler!'
Starting point is 00:22:40 That's all they think. Every day, every day, progressives get up, and that's what they think. They just start their day with, how can I further devolve the human race? And then they set out to do it. So the piece over at MSNBC, they say subhead. Advertisements are always mirrors of society and sometimes what they reflect is ugly and startling. It's a jeans ad.
Starting point is 00:23:06 Hey, tell me about the ad where the guy wore lipstick and tucked and then pretended to be a woman. You guys weren't freaking out over that. I didn't see that guy from, what was it, Ulta. His ad shows an unbridled cultural shift towards men. trying to take over women's spaces. I never saw those headlines. Did you guys? No, no.
Starting point is 00:23:26 I mean, we've seen men that get breast implants and pretend to be women, but I don't see, oh, it shows an unbridled cultural ship. Only when it's an actual good-looking woman, do people freak out. I mean, American Eagle for crying out loud. And so you have MSNBC. That was ABC. That was ABC, the audio that we just played. That was ABC.
Starting point is 00:23:49 Oh, my gosh. And then here's another one. So that was MSNBC. Here's NBC. This headline. American Eagle sparks backlash for touting Sydney Sweeney's great jeans. Oh my gosh. K, and they made a play on the word jeans.
Starting point is 00:24:04 J-E-A-N-S and G-E-N-E-S. Oh, my gosh. So hiller. She does have good genes. It's not her fault that she's prettier than the broads who are complaining about her. And by the way, I made a point of this. There's a little bit of psychology that goes into this. whole thing. Because what is what is the conversation been in terms of men and women and dating,
Starting point is 00:24:28 etc. for I don't know like how long like the past couple of years. They keep talking about the male gaze. You've heard this phrase, Kane? The male gaze. You heard this phrase. I'm going to pull up my thing on this that I had yesterday. So there are this idea that women or it's I think it's like a fourth-way feminist thing where they say that women want to avert the male gaze. And I'm like, who are you talking about? Like, are you talking about for yourself? Like, what are you talking about?
Starting point is 00:24:58 The only difference between these women that are out here complaining and Sidney-Sweeney is that she's attractive and she welcomes the male gays. They are not attractive and they are pretending to shun the male gays that they never attracted in the first place. That's the key. I mean, have you seen some of these lunch boxes that have been complaining about this? Like the little maud, little Fauntleroy lady that we just played.
Starting point is 00:25:26 If you can't just put her shot up, Juan, you're so mean, Dana. Yes, thank you for noticing. I will fill in where Joan Rivers left off. Go ahead and just throw that ladies. Juan's getting you this. Because it's always these chicks. It's like she like never grew out of her peroxide Betty Page moment. And then what is with this shirt that she's wearing?
Starting point is 00:25:47 you know, I mean, I'm just sorry, but what? Like, it's always chicks like this or the chubster that is in the video the other day that we played. Oh, stop. That's me being nice. I mean, I could say morbidly obese. Like, I worry about her getting out of breath just if she gets off the toilet, but, you know, whatever. But it's like chicks like that that always complain about women like Sidney Sweeney. And they're like, we don't want the male gaze.
Starting point is 00:26:10 The male gaze doesn't want you, okay? Men are not cat-calling you. It's always the ugly women that act. like, oh, no, ladies, don't worry, we're going to protect you. They don't need protect it, first off. Just because a man's not appreciating you visually doesn't mean that you're somehow victimized, or it doesn't mean it because he's appreciating someone else visually that they're victimized. Stop it. These people would have strokes in the 80s. Of course, this woman is in her 80s. So I don't know what her brain damage is. But let's be real, these people would not have lived
Starting point is 00:26:40 during the 80s, right? I was like 80s movies and 90s movies, Kane, there was lots of boobs in them. It was pretty risque. Even like for PG-13 stuff, right? Like comedies, like Chevy Chase, you know, Steve, all of those movies had all of that stuff in there. And women were pretty and men were handsome and it was okay to acknowledge it either side. But now it's like, no, we can't do that. So they think that they're getting two birds with one stone here. They think that they're somehow making this dippy argument about Nazism. But then also they're trying to shame this woman. It's like the Scarlet, They're trying to shame her for being attractive and not being apologetic about it.
Starting point is 00:27:21 And that ultimately is what really grinds them. She's pretty. She knows it. And she's not apologizing for it. And nothing ticks off third and fourth way feminist and their beta males more than that. When a woman knows she's pretty and has no problem acknowledging it and is not going to apologize to you for it. And that's Sidney Sweeney.
Starting point is 00:27:40 And good for her. Because honestly, I would rather the young men in my family have that woman to look at than some of these lunchboxes that are making these videos complaining about it. Like they put their camera up right up. I mean, you can see their nose hairs. Oh my goodness. So they're accusing like a Nazi, Nazi shift fascist propaganda. Somewhat, one of them even made the phrase literal eugenics. It's the craziest thing I've ever seen. I mean, and I, I don't know. I don't even know how they get that out of there. Just because of the company name. And they're they're making these grandiose logical leaps.
Starting point is 00:28:19 It's just, it's insane. We are making everything dumber. We are. Everything is getting dumber. I think that these ads, I think they're fine. I think I'm so happy that I hope that it's a shift towards attractiveness again.
Starting point is 00:28:35 In my town square, oh, and again, just, I'm going to say the record, if you send me hate mail saying that I'm being mean, I will make you famous. I have zero tolerance for any of that nonsense today. When we're like, in the Square. Can you know you've been in our town square? There's a victorious secrets there. There for a while, remember when they had like the 400 pound women in lingerie that you could
Starting point is 00:28:53 even barely see around the fat rolls and these images? I'm not making fun of people who are dealing with weight issues because people do. They deal with them. And that's, you know, but there's one thing about feeling confident about who you are and then also glorifying morbid obesity because you're trying to shame other people for being better looking than you. And that's what a lot of this is. Let's just be real about it. A lot of it is that. It's a bunch of jealous bitches who want to shame people like Sidney Sweeney for being attractive. But in the Victoria's Secret in the town square cane, they had, you remember when they had like, I'm not kidding you, that chick was at least topping out at like 375. And it was right in the front window.
Starting point is 00:29:27 You couldn't even see the top of her underwear. I'm not even kidding you, because the belly fat. It was that one of those things. And I'm looking at this like, how was that supposed to entice anybody to go in there and buy that? Like how that's a fitted sheet at this point. I could put that on my bed. Like why? No one's going to be enticed to go in there and shop and do anything. And it was like all of the other established measures of attractiveness were just jettisoned. And those and mocked and ridiculed. And they were called tarts. They were actually slut shamed.
Starting point is 00:30:01 They're slut shaming Sydney Sweeney right now. Because she, for what? Because she's attractive. So they're trying to shame her every which way they can. It is insane in favor of the stuff like that that I was telling you about like in the Victoria's Secret one. They did finally take that ad campaign down came, but not after it visually, you know, assaulted all of us. It's just insane.
Starting point is 00:30:25 It's insane. But that's what that was. I mean, everybody wanted, remember like they were celebrating Lizzo and then shaming people like, you know, Sidney's Sweeney for having her figure. It's like, why can't she be body positive? Why does body positivity never include good-looking women with nice chest? Why doesn't it ever include that? Why doesn't include, why doesn't include blonde-haired, blue-eyed women? It's not her fault that she's blonde-haired and blue-eyed.
Starting point is 00:30:53 I mean, do you realize the inverse racism that's required in order to make such a, like, a judgment against someone? That's what we're dealing with here. Good night. We have more on the way. Oh, my gosh. Just so you know, I've even gotten through half of our first segment. Yeah, I told you. We got a lot more to get into as we move the first.

Starting point is 00:32:38 And as we have seen, as certain states have deported in, immigrants? What's happened? The crops are not being picked. The hotels do not have anyone providing the service. Wow. Wow. Oh my gosh. She, I think she feels, I think she thinks she's gone with the wind, Kane. That lawmaker right there. What's that lawmaker's name? Democrat, Julia Greenfield, who's going to pick my cotton, she said. North Carolina Democrat Representative Julia Greenfield is imploring the people of North Carolina. But who will pick my cotton, she says, if we have to deport people who enter illegally. I mean, it doesn't cross her racist, desiccated brain that, I don't know, maybe people who immigrate
Starting point is 00:33:39 to the United States and those who do legally, maybe they go off and do great things and start businesses, et cetera. I mean, to say nothing of the world's richest man being here in the United States, but I just, you know, I digress. That is literally that, I mean, replace crops with cotton. That's what Democrats think of people who come to the United States. That is their viewpoint of them. Over and over again, they have said this. They think that people who come here and you want to conflate illegal with legal immigration, let's do it. Because they think immigrants the only thing they're good for is cleaning toilets and picking crops and turning down your bed at the hotel and that's all they're good for says democrat julia greenfield
Starting point is 00:34:20 chimney Christmas with her blanche devereaux aesthetic oh my heavens well when I was a girl you know big daddy said that we had to bring in these people to go pick our cotton that's a little i mean that's what I'm hearing every time she opens her mouth these people have no self-awareness no self-awareness at all whatsoever. You know, they don't believe in e pluribusunum. That right there is an example of it. Because if they believed in e pluribusunum, first off, come in the right way, come in legally, and have that shared animating spirit of liberty.
Starting point is 00:34:57 And they just think it's all about, you know, cotton and crops. She says crops, but I'm saying it's the same argument as cotton. Who's going to pick our cotton? Just take our crops. That's my point in saying that. Just change it out. They haven't changed at all in 250 years. No, they haven't.
Starting point is 00:35:15 It's the same thing. Just like they don't like when people are armed. They don't like it when people are armed. Case and point, Dexter Taylor, who we're going to have by phone, God willing, next hour. He's serving a 10-year prison sentence for not a damn thing wrong. He builds his own firearms. And then New York decided that they were going to make it illegal and then not grandfather or anything in and turn everybody into felons. and he has no priors, no record, and he's an engineer, and they decided that, oh, well,
Starting point is 00:35:41 we're just, you know, we're going to go after you. They threw the whole, they actually changed out his judge. He had a white judge, and they changed out the judge to give him a black judge so that they did not look like the racist that they are. And all of these people who supposedly care about the rights of minorities, everybody's, all of them have been the usual suspects in New York, California, et cetera. They don't care about Dexter Taylor, just like they don't care about that Marine that saved a bunch of people from a stabbing spree at, at, Walmart. You know, Derek Perry. They don't even know his name. They probably can't even spell his first name. It's sickening. It's sickening. So we got a lot to get into. We're going to dive into
Starting point is 00:36:16 that. We have all of the latest with the shooting that took place in Manhattan and the media reaction and then the calls for banning everything that you, well, you pretty predictable from the left at this point. And more on that hero, NYPD officer. Stick with us. The folks who will bring you the program. It's the people over at Angel Studios. You can join Angel Studios as a premium guild member today and get free tickets to the theatrical releases, add free streaming, the whole nine yards. And we always talk about what we would like to see Hollywood do, but how many people actually pitch in and help them accomplish that, help alternatives accomplish that. And that's where Angel Studios comes in. So they have a new film out. It's called Sketch. It's a comedy fantasy. And it's one for the family. And it follows
Starting point is 00:37:03 a 10-year-old girl who lost her mom and she's sketching all of her, sketching her emotions out in her sketchbook, right? And then her drawings fall into this pond, this mystery pond, and everything that she drew, the monsters, everything, they are, they come to life. They're made of crayon wax and chalk dust. It's actually funny. But it's a, it's a funny film. I mean, it's a great family friendly experience for ages eight and up, really all ages.
Starting point is 00:37:31 It's incredibly creative. and it's released by Angel. And this is the stuff that Angel Studios does. This is just one of the many titles that they offer. You can visit Angel.com slash Dana. Join, become a premium member of the Guild, and take your family to see Sketch this summer. When you join the Guild as a premium member,
Starting point is 00:37:46 you get two free tickets to see Sketch in theaters on August 6th. And don't forget the ad-free streaming and so much more. That's angel.com slash Dana. We lost four souls to another senseless act of gun violence. including a member of the New York City Police Department officer Islam. He served in the 47th precinct. He was just 36 years old. And a three and a half year veteran of the department.
Starting point is 00:38:21 He was doing what he does best and all members of the police department carry out. He was saving lives. He was protecting New Yorkers. He's an immigrant from Bangladesh And he loved this city And everyone we spoke with stated He was in person of faith And a person that believed in God
Starting point is 00:38:45 And believe in living out The life Of a godly person He embodies what this city is all about He's a chew blue New Yorker Not only in a uniform he wore but in his spirit and energy of loving this city. 36 years old, father of two young boys and his wife is eight months along with their third child.
Starting point is 00:39:12 And he was working in private security yesterday evening. That was per the New York Post. He was in an NYPD uniform, but he was actually working through the Rudden Management Company, their private security. And he was just doing what he was supposed to do. doing his job. And then this happens. Welcome back to the program. Dana Lash with you. Top of the second hour.
Starting point is 00:39:36 The chats at Rumble, Channel 347 is the live stream of the radio program. Eric Adams said it was another incident of gun violence. No, it was murder violence. And it doesn't matter what instrument that individual uses. Stop saying that. It's ass and I. You're giving somebody a pass. And you're actually giving the murderer a pass.
Starting point is 00:39:52 It makes it sound like this firearm and inanimate object just decided to go and do what this murderer did. This murderer, who, by the way, apparently was known. He had known mental health issues. The phrase used during the last presser was documented mental health issues. What does that mean? So I have a million questions. Was he adjudicated mentally unfit?
Starting point is 00:40:12 Meaning, did someone follow through and go and do this? And I'm going to tell you, it is not, I don't know why moral elected officials don't talk about this. It is not. Actually, when the evidence exists, it's not that difficult to have someone dangerous people. rendered who are clearly a danger to everyone else, not just themselves, to have them declared prohibited in terms of possession. It's a process that you go through, a legal process that you go through to make sure that due process is observed. But I don't know why politicians, maybe they don't understand it. They don't know the law. Maybe I don't know what it is. But they act like that these
Starting point is 00:40:55 routes are not available to people. I want to know if this guy was documented to be to have a mental health history, did he try to hurt other people before? Did he ever try to hurt himself? Because typically, whenever we talk about mental illness, it kind of, especially in this context, it's sort of as like a catch-all that people, you know, most people who are mentally unstable to the point of their being physical harm, they're only dangerous to themselves and not other individuals. This guy clearly is dangerous to everyone. And I'm just curious as to was it actual, did he have like a mental health issue or was he, I mean, was he just evil? Those are two different things. You can also be mentally ill and evil or you can be
Starting point is 00:41:40 evil or you can be mentally ill. I mean, it's, you know, we, we, our media doesn't allow for that nuance because everything has to hit a 30 second headline. We have the attention of Nats. So the attention span of Nats. It's just sad. But this, we were talking about some of these lawmakers that were calling for banning this. And that. And I just wanted to make you aware of, you know, what the laws were. And this is audio sum by five. This is the New York, NYPD Commissioner. He was saying that law enforcement in Vegas said this guy, and this is the phrase,
Starting point is 00:42:13 documented mental health history. What does that mean? Listen. Inside of that vehicle, officers found a rifle case with rounds, a loaded revolver, ammunition, and magazines, a backpack, and medication prescribed to Mr. Tamora. The vehicle was searched by. bomb squad and found to be clear of any explosives. The initial investigation shows that Mr. Tamora's vehicle traveled across country through
Starting point is 00:42:42 Colorado on July 26th, the Nebraska and Iowa on July 27th, and then in Columbia, New Jersey, as recently as 4.24 p.m. today. The vehicle entered New York City shortly thereafter. According to our law enforcement partners in Las Vegas, Mr. Tamora has a documented mental health history. His motives are still under investigation, and we are working to understand why he targeted this particular location. Yeah, I mean, he just, what does that even mean? He had a documented mental health history. So was he taking medications? Was he court ordered to see a physician? going back to Virginia Tech, if you remember the killer in Virginia Tech, which was, you know, the worst in terms of fatalities. It's horrific. That person, that killer was court ordered to go see a mental health professional. But guess what? He fell through the cracks and they didn't report it. He stopped going. I wrote a couple of books about this. And in my first book I dove into, this is a common denominator with these incidents. Every single one going from Pulse, Sutherland Springs,
Starting point is 00:43:56 looking at the two instances in California, Illinois, New York, every single one of these individuals was known. Every single one of them. So if he had CTE, then any mental health issues, what does that mean? Was he seeing, was he getting physical therapy? Was he seeing a medical professional? There were reports that he had a, permit, and this was going back and forth. He had a note, and apparently he was going off on CTEs, and it sounded like he was vengeful towards the NFL, and the plan was that he was going to try to access their offices. And that's, you know, that's, that was his, apparently what his plan was. But the, whether or not he had a permit is irrelevant. And I not even know how I would have had one in Nevada, but it's irrelevant because New York doesn't allow for reciprocity. And it doesn't matter if he brought his rifle. If he had it in Nevada, they haven't even confirmed that. If he brought it from Nevada, it's, it, that's irrelevant because it's still criminal possession in New York. You can't
Starting point is 00:45:08 bring rifles and all that stuff in New York. That's not something that you can do. And I, I, I just don't know if it's, people can't imagine that they had that type of restriction in New York or they're just that unfamiliar with what New York's laws are. But in 2013, when they pass the Safe Act, there's all of these conditions on firearm possession, ownership, use, et cetera. I mean, it was so overregulated that they used to have a seven-round ban, a seven-round ban on ammunition and magazines, and then they decided to change it to 10. Is that not insane? Because three rounds, right there, Kane, you know, well, let's give them, I mean, did they literally argue round by round and go back and forth? I mean, it makes you wonder, right? It does make you wonder. All of that,
Starting point is 00:45:52 already banned. Already banned. So how did the guy get up? There were a lot of questions about how did he even get to the 33rd floor? All of those buildings in Manhattan, they have security. You can't get past the first floor. You can't get out of the foyer on the first floor. You can't get on the elevator unless you have a fob and people are really weird about
Starting point is 00:46:12 it too. Like even if you, they always send somebody to come down and get you. It doesn't matter what building you're in. That's just like security in New York for these buildings. They send someone down to get you. never allowed to just go up on your own. So there's a lot of questions as how did he get this far? But, you know, this, no one ever wants to talk about what you can do to deter things like this. We saw exactly what happened with the stabbing spree at that Walmart. And you had the Marine,
Starting point is 00:46:42 Derek Perry, who pulled his legally carried firearm. And he held the stabber. He held him at gunpoint until police arrived. and then the media doesn't want to talk about him. The media doesn't want to allow him as the hero that he is. Imagine if you had that kind of ability in Manhattan. In Manhattan, the crime is, I mean, is only increasing. And especially now that you have a deluge of people that are staying at those swanky hotels, right? Kane, after coming in illegally across the border. You had this issue, too, audio soundbite 7.
Starting point is 00:47:15 I want to address this real quick. This was Senator Kennedy. He will never come on our show, and we don't know why. Listen to his soundbite here, and then we're going to, dissect this real quick. The other thing that frankly New York's going to have to face is the issue of whether we should bring back more aggressive stop and frisk, which is a perfectly legal law enforcement tactic blessed by the Supreme Court that de Blasio got rid of. But the crime went up as soon as he did. So the issue of Terry stops is a big one. And I don't know. I go back
Starting point is 00:47:49 and forth. And that's Terry Stoppy at Terry v. Ohio. That was a case in 1968 SCOTUS going back and forth for if a person is believed to be suspicious by law enforcement. The problem is that doesn't even come into play with a scenario. This guy was walking around with a long rifle. Okay. You don't even have to, it's not even an issue of a Terry stop at that point. You don't need to frisk him. He's got a long rifle and he's walking like broad daylight in the streets of Manhattan.
Starting point is 00:48:18 I'm curious, Ken, did you ever hear how far did he get? Like, where did he walk from? I'm curious as to... Yeah, like how many blocks did he actually walk? Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm not sure. There's police everywhere in Manhattan. Yeah, I'm not really sure.
Starting point is 00:48:32 That's a great question. Every time I've been to Manhattan, I mean, I see a cop at every block. I have never not seen a cop at every block when I've been in Manhattan. How in the world is this guy? How does he get that? I mean, I'm curious as to where he came from.
Starting point is 00:48:48 Lori makes a point about the CTE for this killer. She said, you can't diagnose CTE until after death because you have to inspect this. brain. So she was questioning his diagnosis of CTE. He did play football in high school. There's video. I saw some video that some people sent last night of him playing football in high school. So I don't know. But I mean, it's incredibly said. He was targeting NFL headquarters, according to the mayor. And he wanted his brain to be studied for CTE, according to the note that he left. Now, meanwhile, this is why people don't like to defend anything. The hero CVS clerk,
Starting point is 00:49:24 And Manhattan is slamming D.A. Alvin Bragg for charging him in self-defense because he defended himself. There was a violent shoplifter who was trying to hurt him and he stabbed him to defend himself. Scotty N.O. 48 years old. He was talking to the New York Post. A serial shoplifter, Charles Brito, he was harassing and threatening people on the street, threatening them. He goes into the CVS and he starts getting violent. So the CVS clerk, who is a native of Granada, another, he's an illegal immigrant, came to the country the right way, can't even defend himself. He did not want to be targeted by this guy. And he, in self-defense, he stabbed him and Alvin Bragg is throwing the book at him. How many times does this happen? You had the bodega owner who actually had to stab a guy who was
Starting point is 00:50:19 punching him in the face and trying to kill him in defense of himself. and he got charged. How many times does this got to happen in Manhattan? This is why nobody wants to, this is why self-defense, not only do they disarm people, but they also will, will charge you if you defend your own life. These people, all these laws are designed specifically to protect the criminal. The innocent do not have a chance in places like New York, not a chance. And in the case of Dexter Taylor, who we're going to talk to at the bottom of the hour. This guy doesn't, another innocent, no criminal record. Hobbiist that makes his own firearms, he never even shoots them, doesn't sell them, never
Starting point is 00:51:02 sold them. He was, and what's even more is the New York law is in conflict with federally recognized law. The ATF and federal law recognizes that individuals have the right to pursue the hobby of making their own firearms, provided that they do not sell them. and if you sell them, they need to be serialized, provided that they don't sell them, and they, you know, don't turn into like an arms dealer. Otherwise, it's perfectly legal.
Starting point is 00:51:31 New York decided, you know, completely arbitrarily a couple of years ago, no, we're not going to allow that anymore. And then they turned overnight all these people, people like Dexter Taylor, into felons. And so they threw the book at him. They allow people like, you know, that burrito guy who's out there trying, threatening to kill the CVS clerks. They let that guy walk the street, but not Taylor, not Dexter Taylor. He's taken into custody and given 10 years. We're going to talk to him coming up.
Starting point is 00:52:01 We have a lot more on the way as well, just to give you an idea. I have some stupid ideas from Democrats and Republicans, including a dumb proposition about sending more checks to Americans, this time from a Republican senator. We got that more. As we move, our partners that help bring you the program, the folks over at Patriot Mobile, the only Christian conservative cell phone service, that is in existence. Patriot Mobile wants to make sure that you not only stay connected and that you have the most consistent, strongest, best connection, which they provide by operating on all three major networks with nationwide coverage you can trust. But they're giving you seamless switching and also a free month of service using promo code Dana when you make

But also, and this is incredibly important too, this is a company that is like-minded. It's a company that steps in the gap when people need help. Like the Mountain Home Fire Department,
Starting point is 00:53:12 they needed life-saving equipment. Patriot Mobile sprang into action and made sure that they had all the critical tools necessary to aid and rescue and recovery. And they, they empower what you vote to protect at the ballot box. Visit patreon.com.com slash Dana or call 972 Patriot and get a free month of service with promo code Dana. Switch today, defend freedom with every call and text you make. That's Patriotmobile.com slash Dana 972 Patriot. And now all of the news you would probably miss. It's time for Dana's Quick Five. Well, this sounds like an old Southern Gothic story, a Philadelphia medical museum. Whoa, they accidentally dug up a decade's old mystery after they discovered some unidentified infant skulls in a collection of human remains. See, apparently, the skulls were found
Starting point is 00:54:00 in this old lady's attic. She was a kindly one-legged spinster who rocked on her porch all day, and she kept a terrible secret hidden in the trunk in her attic. Stella Williamson, who passed away in 1980, apparently kept some skulls. She had an leg amputated from diabetes and apparently she loved kids and I had old baby skulls. I don't know. Apparently, man, this is so bad. She, I guess she, she had a note even that she left. She said, I want to make things right if anything happened to me. And she said, in an attic and a little trunk, you'll find babies I had 30 years ago or more. And it redacted the man's name. Apparently it was an affair with a married man and all this stuff. Anyway, that's what, that's the story.
Starting point is 00:54:45 That's the straight. That is, goodness. This is like arsenic and a little lace something like that. Good night. Let's see. Ooh, a new species of ancient shark was discovered at a mammoth cave national park. Mm-hmm. Scientists.
Starting point is 00:55:00 Wait, no one had that one. Oh, mermaiding. We're going to have to save that one. That's a thing. Mermaiding. We got Dexter Taylor coming up next. Stick with us. The Dana Show podcast.
Starting point is 00:55:09 Your fast, funny, and informative news companion for those always on the move. Subscribe on YouTube, Apple, or wherever you get your podcasts. And I find it to be absolute insanity that we allow weapons of war to just flow freely on the streets of America. And even though New York State and New York City have the strictest gun laws in the nation, those gun laws can only take you so far if guns can easily cross state boundaries. Still criminal possession. And this is exactly what happened here. And a New York is a criminal possession to bring a rifle, especially one that's not Safe Act compliant.
Starting point is 00:55:42 Safe Act passed in 2013. That's a Democrat out of New York, Richie Torres, who apparently doesn't even understand the laws in his own state. The laws, by the way, which are entirely arbitrary and do absolutely nothing to protect anybody. Welcome back to the program, Dana Lash, with you. And I think we're waiting to get Dexter Taylor on the line. He's, so we played Folsom Prison Blues coming in because he's in prison for literally no reason at all. May I be blunt? Yes.
Starting point is 00:56:08 Okay. The reason that Dexter Taylor's in prison is because he supports the Second Amendment. He has no priors, no previous record, no criminal behavior, nothing. I mean, and I say this, putting a lot of respect on this word, he's a nerd, right? He's an engineer. He's a guy who loves to know how things work. And he wanted to figure out how to do, think, could he make certain things within firearms better? He never sold any of the things that he made.
Starting point is 00:56:31 He built them for his own hobbyist purposes. Never sold them. He never fired them even. In fact, the first time they were fired was after he was raided. And so, Dexter Taylor was sent to. prison specifically because he's the Second Amendment supporter. And I think they wanted to make an example out of him. Also because he's a Black American who exercises a Second Amendment right. And for whatever reason, progressives cannot, they simply cannot deal with it. He joins us now on the phone.
Starting point is 00:57:00 He's incarcerated and he is, they're appealing his sentence and they're appealing his conviction. And it's going to be a long road ahead. Dexter Taylor, who is, uh, he's, he's, uh, he's, uh, Also, he's, well, he's not really active on X anymore, aka Carbon Mike at Future Radiocast. He is now on the phone with us. Dexter, my friend, God bless you. How are you doing? Sister Dana, how's everything? I would be a lot better if you were on the other side out here with us.
Starting point is 00:57:29 I can tell you that. Me too. Me too. Yeah, it is what it is, you know. So tell me the latest with your case because, you know, we were sitting here, We were talking about your case, and we were talking about the tragedy that took place yesterday. You know, I know that you're, I know that there's going to, you're going to plan to appeal this. What is the latest?
Starting point is 00:57:51 Where does it stand right now? So my legal team has written the appeal, and now we're just raising funds so that we can file the appeal. And then once we do that, it's just, you know, hurry up and wait. Ultimately, you know, we're going to, on the legal side of things, we're going to have to run through all the New York State Appeals courts, well, we probably will not get any Second Amendment relief until we get to the feds, at which point we might get some Second Amendment relief. There's a chance that we get some relief in the state appeals courts,
Starting point is 00:58:28 simply because of all the irregularities in my trial. But ultimately, you know, that's, as you were saying, as I heard you're saying, it stands to be a long process. So in the meantime, you know, myself and, you know, many of my, you know, conservative brethren on social media, we're kind of, I guess you could say, you know, handling the political side of things, right? My legal team is first rate. They're doing their thing on the legal side. I can't really help them.
Starting point is 00:58:58 But what I can do is keep running my mouth, you know. And so that's what we're doing. We're bringing out to more and more conservatives. trying to get on more and more podcasts. I just did Kay Daly's show the other week. It was just on the War Boys podcast with Rob. You know, we're just expanding our circle in that way. And the hope is that we make enough noise that someone, the DOJ or someone,
Starting point is 00:59:33 will decide to take New York State to court for violating. of the civil rights of an American citizen because of course the Second Amendment in fact protects a civil right you know the right to keep in the arms is a first-class civil right and you know you and I have talked about this before but uh... it's it's always interesting uh... how
Starting point is 00:59:58 uh... the same the same liberals and progress is the same democrats who get very weepy uh... when the one when they talk about the uh... when they talk about the uh... when they talk about civil rights right. They're quiet over you. They seem to go silent.
Starting point is 01:00:15 They go very silent when it comes to this. Yeah. And I want to clarify for people, too, because for people who are just joining us, our friend Dexter Taylor, aka Carbon Mike, he's joining us from where he's unjustly incarcerated. He's just a Second Amendment enthusiast, a hobbyist. And the way that when I followed your case, you know, New York used to not have all these laws. they pass these laws. They don't grandfather, you know, hobbyists and like yourself. They immediately turn you into, they try to make you criminals overnight is exactly what this was.
Starting point is 01:00:47 But the way that it stands is that federal law is at odds with New York State because New York State doesn't even allow hobby, you know, hobbyists to build. Whereas federal law, I mean, it's explicit. It's recognized in our federal statutes. It's recognized on ATF side. It's recognized in other court cases. So that's what has to be reconciled. That's, that's my understanding. And that's kind of, that's really kind of the crux of your case, correct? Well, yeah, that's right. You have to pardon the noise of the disturbance on the cell block. But yes, I mean, this is the thing.
Starting point is 01:01:17 This is a, you know, some time ago, you'll remember I did an interview with a CBS, with a CBS news group. And I think the co-anchor of the person who interviewed me, I think she said something like, well, this is a very complicated issue. But you see, this is actually not a very complicated issue. In fact, it's a very simple issue. It is not an edge case, right? That's the thing that I've noticed
Starting point is 01:01:43 the Brooklyn professors like to do. When you talk about Second Amendment rights, well, it's complicated, and, you know, they say, well, you can't, you know, or what do you mean? Should everyone be allowed to tell how it's through Central Park? Well, yes, but that's a delightful topic of conversation, but I wasn't told you how it's through Central Park, right?
Starting point is 01:02:03 You know, well, should people be allowed to, you know, to walk down the Fifth, with their rifle slung? Well, I mean, I don't necessarily have a problem with that, but I wasn't doing that. This is in my home. This is the core case. The question before us is, does the Second Amendment protect the right of peaceable law-abiding citizens to keep and bear arms in their own homes? That goes to the heart of everything. If the two-way doesn't protect, excuse me. No, you're fine. If the two-way,
Starting point is 01:02:35 yeah, we've got a lot of noise on this here, I apologize. You're totally fine. We can hear you just fine. Yeah, so if the two-way does not protect that right, then it seems to me that it is effectively a dead letter. Because after all,
Starting point is 01:02:50 and if we're talking about history and tradition, right, then we know that, you know, from the inception of this republic, most American firearms were created, were manufactured, in American homes. We do not have a history
Starting point is 01:03:06 as a republic of saying that a law-abiding citizen is a violent felon member. According to New York State, merely by possessing weapons that I manufactured without having asked the state's permission, I'm guilty of a violent felony.
Starting point is 01:03:21 We have no tradition of saying that in this country. So that seems clear to me. But again, right now the problem is New York and several of other States to are run by people who, again, want to, they want to take rights and turn them into privileges. And on the other hand, they want to turn privileges, such as the privilege of coming to this country and making your home. They want to make that into a right. So, top of
Starting point is 01:03:51 exactly. That's a very good point. Talking with our friend Dexter Taylor, who's unjustly incarcerated, simply because he's a Second Amendment advocate and enthusiast. And I was, you know, I'm also telling our audience, too, Decks, that they switched out the judge in your case. They did everything that they could to try to lessen the optic of what they were truly doing, which was, you know, persecuting you. They didn't want the narrative of having you in the courtroom and a white judge. And so they switched that out.
Starting point is 01:04:22 And then the judge also said that the Second Amendment does not have any bearing in her court. It's irrelevant in her courtroom. which, you know, that's the whole purpose. That's the whole, I mean, that's the whole, it just blows my mind the unjustness that you were, through which you were targeted. Well, that's right. I mean, if you think about it, right, um, these judges, these liberal judges are very particular about which constitutional rights have, have bearing on matters in the court.
Starting point is 01:04:50 For example, right? Um, I was, I was rated, right? My house was rated. And the police officers who raided my house were kind enough to actually show me the search warrant. Now, why did they need a search warrant? Why couldn't they just break my door down without any documentation? Well, because it turns out that there's a little thing called the Fourth Amendment, right? Right. And the Fourth Amendment because you have to have a search warrant, right? So, so let's see what up, well, you know, before my trial, long before my trial began, what happened? Well,
Starting point is 01:05:20 I was indicted by a grand jury. Well, why did, why did they have to invite, why did a grand jury have to? Why did it go through all that extra trouble and expense? Well, it turns out that there's a little, you know, a chestnut called the Fifth Amendment. Yes. You have to be. A lot of amendments there. ...inited by a grand jury, right? You know, you have the right to a speedy and public trial.
Starting point is 01:05:44 You have the right to confront the witnesses against you. But you have to know what offense you're being brought to trial about. Where is that written down in the Sixth Amendment? So these people, again, There's just one amendment they don't like. Everything else has bearing on, for example, matters before the court, except that one amendment. So, you know, we can see that that's where they're at. And on the flip side, you know, in terms of people covering this, in terms of people on the outside,
Starting point is 01:06:18 you're hearing about this case, what have you. You know, the lefty view is that, well, you know, the law is the law. But as a matter of fact, New York State does not get. to make laws that violate the Constitution that violate people's civil rights. And people who are nonchalant about this or who think, well, Dexter Taylor should have known, but, you know, if, you know, if New York had written a law, as was fashionable some time ago in our republic, if they'd written a law that said I have to go into public buildings through the colored entrance, and I insisted on walking in through the front door, right?
Starting point is 01:06:57 You know, would they, would they kind of righteously proclaim that the state of New York was, was within its rights to charge me with criminal trespass? That's ridiculous. That's a great point. You know, right. You know, so, and what you know, why didn't you take a pre-dea? Why didn't you, you should have known? What you mean you should have known?
Starting point is 01:07:15 What, no, no, no. What I know, what I knew then, what I know now is that I'm a citizen of this republic. I'm a citizen of the United States of America. And the Constitution applies in. all 50 states. There is no state where they can bring you to trial without a grand jury having issued an indictment. There is no state in this republic, right, where you do not have the right to trial by jury in a criminal matter. There is no state in this republic where they don't have to come up with a search warrants, right?
Starting point is 01:07:54 To go through your belongings, you know, to break down your door. Okay. So this is the same thing. There is no state in this republic in which you do not have the right to keep and bear arms in your own home. This is a very, very simple case. And, you know, why are they doing this? Well, because they can't.
Starting point is 01:08:15 And they want to make an example out of you, which is why they gave you the harshest penalty they could. I want to tell everyone, and we'll make sure we have the link. there, the give, send go account where, because appeals are expensive and people don't realize this, the motions, all the stuff that you have to go through. It's not just as simple as saying, yeah, file an appeal. It is a long, arduous process. It is a very, it's made punitively expensive in my estimation. But how else can people help you, Dex? Look, aside from, you know, my friends know I'm terrible at asking for money. So if people
Starting point is 01:08:49 choose to contribute to my legal funds. donate you know yes thanks and and god bless them right um but the one thing that people can do that is free is to spread the word right that cost nothing um we want as many people as possible uh to pay attention to this right you may you said something about making an example well the brooklyn district attorney eric gonzalez um publicly made you know some very prejudicial statements long before my trial he said we're going to make an example of Dexter Taylor. So I want to help him. I want to help him make an example. I want everyone to see this. And if the Democrats are willing to do this, the Democrats who love us so much, right, who are so
Starting point is 01:09:37 concerned with black folks, who are so concerned that they need to be, they need to be speaking out on your case. Well, yeah, and listen, if the Democrats are going to do this, wonderful, let them carry it. I want them to defend this. I want them to go on record. It's saying that this is because in my opinion, look, we have, we have evidence now. We've been shown for sure that when they say they want common sense done laws, this is what they mean. Exactly. We've got to get moving unfortunately at this point, but Dexter Taylor, we're going to make sure that we are routinely bringing up your case. We'd love to have you back. You know, you have access to this microphone whenever you want and need it. And we need people to go to the Gibson go and donate because you're
Starting point is 01:10:23 not just fighting for your case. Your case is going to set a precedent for everybody. And that's what they need to realize. I mean, you're the new civil rights icon in this. Dexter Taylor, aka Carbon Mike, we're praying for you, my friend. God bless you. And we'll, we're going to get justice. We're going to get justice in your case. Hang on, my friend. Thank you, my dear. Okay. We'll talk soon. Thank you, Dex. God bless you. Folks, you can go to Gives and Go, and we'll make sure we have that link out there. It's his life mission to make bad decisions. It's time for Florida man. Florida woman was caught trying to carry turtles through airport security and her bra says TSA.
Starting point is 01:11:08 Yeah, it was in Miami International Airport. She was going through a checkpoint. She's not identified, but she had turtles wrapped in gauze and plastic wrap. They didn't identify the breed of turtle, but one of them didn't make it. The surviving one was turned over to Florida Fish and Wildlife. Yeah, because it was all wrapped up and probably couldn't breathe. that's insane. She like, I, man, I don't know. Someone said that's, well, I can't repeat that. I can't say that on there. That's how you lose an anatomical feature. I don't know how to say that.
Starting point is 01:11:43 This is the same checkpoint where they stopped a guy bringing a bag of snakes on a plane. Look at the little turtles on that wand showed you. They could even breathe through that. So ignorant. A Miami man told a cop, ha, ha, ha, psych as he fled a traffic station. stop, but then wrecked right into a semi. 42-year-old Miami man, he laughed and flooded traffic stop, literally going, ha, ha, ha, psych, and then drove right into a semi. Eduardo Gonzalez, he posed for his mug shop from his hospital stretcher while he was being booked into jail.
Starting point is 01:12:14 He had a ton of different criminal charges, probation violations, a warrant on his arrest, all kinds of stuff. He was dealing drugs, apparently in a parking lot, and that's when cops saw him. And yeah, he tried to flee. It didn't happen, as you can imagine. Third hour is on the way. Stick with us. Scene.
Starting point is 01:12:34 Showing you're here to John's reporting that they do know what they looks like, male, possibly white mustache, sunglasses in that building isolated, they believe, to various locations, including upper... That's CNN before all the facts came in. I still can't get over that, that they just ran with that. But, you know, everything else is fake news and collusion. According to CNN, Russian collusion, the laptop story is not real. this guy is possible. Just does it, it's, and they have never, they have not commented on that further.
Starting point is 01:13:00 The fact that they won't even acknowledge that they did this, I think that just, that just sticks it further in people's minds. Welcome back to the program. Daniel Lash the theory at the top of this third hour. The stream of the radio program is on channel 347 direct TV. The chats at Rumble. Did you know the Traverse study, uh, stabbing suspect? He also had a history of mental health problems and also legal issues. Yeah, the guy who went on a mass stabbing spree in the Michigan supermarket, hospitalized 11 people. He had been in and out of jail for decades. And every time that he pled everything down due to mental health issues, that's according to the Detroit Free Press.
Starting point is 01:13:42 Yeah, he has been in and he's, I mean, go all the way back to 2002. So they said he also had court recognized mental health issues, the stabbing guy. in Traverse City. The individual that was in Manhattan also had what they said was documented mental health issues. So I think we're going to discover as the investigation continues, what does that mean? Like when you say that somebody has, what does that even mean? I'm curious, because people are, what are they even doing? All of these restrictions, everything that they had failed. It all failed. And
Starting point is 01:14:26 I just, you know, I made mention of this earlier. I said that in this, these individuals, these lawmakers that pass, you know, all these gun control laws and everything else, at some point, you know, these people share in some level of culpability. Constantly making innocent people
Starting point is 01:14:49 defenseless. Then you have Mandani. all of these tweets that he's had. Oh, defund police over and over again. He tweeted to defund police. He also said May 24th, 2022, we need to ban all guns. This guy just had, and we talked about this yesterday, a Bezos-style wedding, where he had tons of armed military personnel to protect him. He doesn't care about your lives. Not at all. Not at all. I watched another Democrat say, oh, well, you know, these illegal firearms in New York are trafficked in from other states that have weak safety laws. They don't have weak safety laws. They don't have the recidivism and the restorative justice that you do.
Starting point is 01:15:33 By the way, it's still criminal possession under New York statutes, which makes that excuse absolutely positively irrelevant. These people are asinine. Do not let them argue with poor, poor premises, argue you out of your rights. Now, a few other things that I want to make sure that we're not. we're hitting on because we have some this story is blowing my mind right now this is an immigration let's just try to figure out how this happens okay i saw this and i thought honestly i literally thought it was satire i did uh the first let's see this it was an illegal immigrant caught working as a police officer in maine while attempting to buy a firearm can't's face signals i
Starting point is 01:16:19 need to repeat it okay an illegal immigrant was caught working as a police officer in maine Because he tried to buy a gun. What? Yeah. He was not here illegally. Yet he was also working as a police officer. I'm really also, I'm with you guys. I'm trying to wrap my head around that as well.
Starting point is 01:16:41 Bill Malugian first reported it. In Maine, I guess they hire illegal aliens to be law enforcement officers. I am so not going to follow the law if it's an illegal alien. Oh my gosh. In fact, I may break one. Not going to not going to do it. it. Ice arrested a guy named John Luke Evans because he tried to illegally
Starting point is 01:17:00 buy a gun as part of his job. I swear to you, this is... So this is what Malugian says. I swear. Bill Malugian writes pull this up because it's a lot. I'm not going to read the whole thing because it's kind of long. But he said,
Starting point is 01:17:15 ICE confirmed they arrested a guy. He's a Jamaican national. He's here illegally. And he was employed as a police officer in Maine after he illegally tried to buy a gun. which triggered an alert to ATF, right? So I says that the guy, his name is John Luke Evans. He's here illegally.
Starting point is 01:17:33 He overstayed his visa. He was literally hired as a cop by Old Orchard Beach, PD, in Maine. And he was like, well, I got to go buy a gun as part of my job. And that's what triggered the alert. So he apparently first entered lawfully, flew into Miami on September of 24th, 2023. But then he never left. He was supposed to leave by October 1st. he didn't. He overstayed his visa. The field office director for ICE Boston, which arrested him,
Starting point is 01:18:01 they slammed his hiring as a police officer and said, quote, John Luke Evans not only broke U.S. immigration law, but then he also illegally attempted to purchase a firearm. He was employed as a local law enforcement officer. The fact that a police department would hire an illegal alien and unlawfully issue him a firearm while on duty would be comical if it wasn't so tragic. Oh my gosh. You can't even make this up. I mean, there's pictures of him in uniform. carrying a gun in uniform. There's pictures of this guy carrying a gun literally in uniform.
Starting point is 01:18:33 A local reporter sent it in. What? But heaven forbid, Kane, if you try to get us the presser, what? No for you. Oh my gosh. How does that police department... I mean, there's tons of pictures
Starting point is 01:18:54 that have with a gun. in his uniform wearing a badge. Wow. Why are we allowing non-citizens to be police officers in the first place? Look, that is the guy. And the red square, that's his gun. There's a ton of pictures of him with his gun in his uniform. He's here illegally. He's here illegally. What is up Maine? Orchard Beach? What in the
Starting point is 01:19:16 world? Who did the hiring there? Oh my gosh. So, you know, I I am this is crazy they're like oh Orchere Beach was like well we did run a background check on him and Department of Homeland Security
Starting point is 01:19:36 said that he could work no no no I don't you you should be barred from serving in law enforcement or in the legal profession or judicial etc if you are not a citizen a full citizen of this country end of end of my heavens cane
Starting point is 01:19:52 and also if you're tasked with I don't know, upholding the law as a law enforcement officer. You should look at yourself first. Like, you should be the first one. To follow the law, right? So crazy. So crazy. You should be the first one to follow the law.
Starting point is 01:20:10 Wow, can you're so mean. I can't, I mean, that's, I mean, this is an unusual, by the way. A lot of these states where they allow this, that's, this is, yeah, this is where it's happening. A couple of other things. So speaking of New York, now they could become the first state to ban natural gas hookups. I'm going to scream. This is why I will never live in New York because of stuff like this.
Starting point is 01:20:39 New York, God, love you people. I know there's some conservatives upstate, but man, I don't know. U.S. District Judge Glenn Sudaby said that the state's prohibition on new gas infrastructure does not conflict with the Federal Energy Policy and Conservation Act, rejecting preemption claims by opponents. they wanted to block these requirements from going into effect. So they want to be the first state in the nation, New York, to literally ban natural gas connections and new homes and buildings. They want you to cook on horrible electric stoves that are horrible. And they are horrible.
Starting point is 01:21:08 And I'm tired of pretending that they're not. They're horrible. I mean, they want to ban them. They're like, we're not going to have installation of fossil fuel equipment. You're a fossil. Oh, my gosh. I mean, we went to war for less. I would actually go to war over gas stoves.
Starting point is 01:21:29 I would because they're better. And people who are like, what do you mean? You don't stop it. Can't I feel this is going to sound mean and I don't care. The people who ridiculed the gas stove fans, I mean, if you have electric and you don't have gas and you can't get gas, you know, I feel for you. But the people who are like, n'uh, you should have gas. You should only have electric. Those people don't know how to cook.
Starting point is 01:21:48 Don't eat from them. Don't eat anything that they make because they don't know how to cook anything properly. Oh my gosh. we had when we moved in our house we had an electric like stove top and I'm like nope rip it out burn it to death done not doing it I ripped that sucker right out not having it so that's what they're trying to do in New York they don't remember the study that they did and all the mom laggers out there got so upset over it they did this study on gas stoves where they ran a gas stove in a sealed room with no ventilation.
Starting point is 01:22:24 And then they're like, whoa, can you believe? Look at all the stuff in the air. It's so crazy. How much gas you come trap in a sealed room with no ventilation. And then they presented that study as this is what happens in every home with a gas stove. Do you also live in a sealed room with no ventilation? I mean, you don't even have a hood? That's what they did in order to achieve the end result of that study that they have used
Starting point is 01:22:46 to try to browbeat people into turning their backs on gas. It's asinine. Gas stoves should be on our currency. I love gas stoves. I love my stove. I have like, I don't need the buttons. I don't need a cookie setting. When we went to go and get a new stove,
Starting point is 01:23:02 they always try to sell you all the bells and whistles. And I'm like, I literally want a knob that turns it on and off. I don't need a cookie setting. I don't need a machine. I do my own. I don't need that. I don't need any of that. It's stupid nonsense.
Starting point is 01:23:15 I just want basic. I just, can I turn it on and turn it off? Can I control the burner? That's all I want to do. Can I ride that flame? That's all I want to do. You know, I don't need all this other stuff. Oh my gosh.
Starting point is 01:23:30 It needs to be on our currency. So, yeah, I know. And then, okay, now we got this. I don't even understand. So poop booty juice. I should save this. Let me just put the, let me set the table. I got a dumb thing for each, Democrat and Republican dumb thing.
Starting point is 01:23:48 First is Secretary Poop Boot Booty Juice. Now, you guys remember, he was the vice rear admiral of the canoe fleet at Camp Wimpe Tonka and also mayor of South Bend. Poo-Booty Juice, apparently he had ignored to safety issues over at Department of Transportation and built dozens of windmill projects near highways and railroads. So great, right? And so keep that, because we're going to return to that. Also, we also have a Republican that wants to send tariff rebate checks to Americans. How about you just do away with our taxes and stop sending Stimmy checks? How about that?
Starting point is 01:24:27 No one learned the Stimmy Check thing, Josh Hawley. No one learned the Stimmy Check lesson. And now, all of the news you would probably miss. It's time for Dana's Quick Five. So there's a warning as hordes of, ooh, tarantulas. So if you're like one of my sons, that's a free pet for you. Hordes of tarantulas are such a swarm in five U.S. states in a mating friend. So, oh my gosh
Starting point is 01:24:53 Kansas is one of them California, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Texas. Oh my gosh, softball size. They go, listen to this, listen to this lie. The softball size spiders, well, mostly harmless to humans. Oh, yeah, can still bite flick and flick irritating hairs and cause alarm. Yeah, uh-huh, yeah.
Starting point is 01:25:21 I see you. I'm shooting it. I see this spider? Glock o'clock. I don't care. Harmless to humans is what they said? I don't want it hurting me with its hair or biting me. Oh my gosh.
Starting point is 01:25:33 There's one thing that I can't. Snakes, everything else I can deal with. This? No. I can't. So, um, don't go, this is why I don't camp. This is why I don't pretend to be homeless. Because I don't got to deal with that.
Starting point is 01:25:47 I'm just saying, just saying. Okay, let's see if we can finally, like, let's get away with. Oh, 400 guinea pigs rescue. Wow. Rescued from a California property. I mean, do you need 400 of them? 400 guinea pigs. They slept outside without enough food and water.
Starting point is 01:26:04 That's actually really mean. They all look like they have toupees on. I mean, they look like little toupeees that are wearing two pays. Do you ever seen them? Ever seen? I got to show you this one because this straight up, oh no. Everything must stop right now. It's more important that I share this with you.
Starting point is 01:26:20 Let's see here. Wait, no, wrong link here. This is going to share this one. Also help it. How bad does it have to be? Look at that guinea pigs Two-pay. 400 guinea pigs.
Starting point is 01:26:29 They said the owner was facing eviction unless all the animals were removed. Most of the animals had serious medical issues, rainworm, open wounds, neurological issues. They rescued 33. They said they would remove the remaining ones. Oh, that's so. One of them said this has been one of the most draining rescues of my entire rescue career. I bet.
Starting point is 01:26:47 400 guinea pigs. That's so ignorant. Why? This toddler is the bombed. com two-year-old boy bites a cobra to death he bit the cobra to death
Starting point is 01:27:00 after it coiled around his hands oh my gosh so this was is this in India so this was this boy he with his bare teeth it coiled itself around his hands and he
Starting point is 01:27:15 wow I can't even he was playing outside and apparently the events transpired and it was trying to do him and he actually, I guess, was unaware of how poisonous it was. He threw a rock at it while he was playing and the snake struck back. And yeah, that's pretty amazing. Wow. So all these pop-up ads from this horrible publication make it impossible to like read any more of the story. So say if I were
Starting point is 01:27:42 president of the world, I would immediately death penalty. Go to jail death penalty because pop-up ads. Done with it. Let's see, I, but biting a snake to death. That child is my spirit animal, I think. Let's see. This, oh, Newfield ration delivers more nutrition. I don't know, it's Army Times. They're putting more nutrition in smaller packages. Were they really M's? To begin with, though.
Starting point is 01:28:13 They said it's slimmed down more nutrient dense. I feel like they're going to need a digestive aid. That's usually what that sounds like. We have more in store. Starting point is 01:28:35 I mean, the only reason I even speak English is because I came here to escape this sh- I used English because it's coming with people who are treating Jews as others and not be here and it sucks. You know, be nicer. one of my family's generation didn't have to go to a new country and learn a new language. Just stay good. To Gina Spector, who I've long been a fan of hers. In fact, that track that we came in with, if you're listening on the radio side,
Starting point is 01:29:20 I think that album is like 14 or 15 years old, which is still, wow, that shocks me because it just, it's a great album. Welcome back. She's, if you don't know who Regina Spector is, she's sort of like, how would you describe her? like an imaging heat meets Kate Bush meets Fiona Apple meets. How else would you say it? That's probably about right. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:29:44 Yeah. She's very unique, very great. She's, her voice is an instrument. She's a phenomenal piano player. She's a great musician. And she also came from the Soviet Union. So she knows tyranny when she sees it. And she was getting heckled by some Hamas simps at her concert because she's Jewish.
Starting point is 01:30:02 And she was being heckled specifically because she was a female. She's a Jewish female. And that's what they were. Can you imagine buying a concert ticket to go see someone of her caliber and then doing that? Asinine. But what she said made a lot of sense. What Kyr Starmer is saying doesn't. The UK says that they're going to recognize Gaza's quote unquote Palestine, Palestinian state.
Starting point is 01:30:24 Now, sidebar, real quick, before I continue the headline. I call it Gaza. I call them Ghazans. And I will call them Ghazan territories because I don't. believe Palestine is a fake thing like assault weapon is, just like a man can't be a woman. They can't just make up a whole ethnicity and history for themselves. Palestinian is a made up term by people who are trying to speak something that is fantasy into existence. The name comes from Philistina. And again, going back into history, it's not supported by thousands of years of antiquity,
Starting point is 01:30:53 either in Islam or in Christianity or anything else. And it was given to, it was a name given to that region to spite the Jews after the second Judean uprising by how. Hadrian who named them after one of their greatest enemies who had already actually already, they had already been away from the area for 200 years and they were from Crete, so a seafaring people. Anyway, long story short, it's a fake term. So the UK, France has already done it. Now the UK is set to recognize their state in September unless Israel agrees to a ceasefire in Gaza, allowing the UN to bring in aid, according to this story, and take other steps towards long-term peace. This is asinine.
Starting point is 01:31:35 Now, not only do you, I mean, first off, it's asinine because the situation of Hamas, Hamas started this by attacking people repeatedly since they came into power. They were democratically elected and still supported in 2005. they have continually and repeatedly attacked Israel. Again, the October 7th attack. They have rejected every single ceasefire. They have stolen and resold and lived on the profits of the humanitarian aid. And then they blame Israel and all of the other stupid progressive world leaders join in on it. That's pretty much it.
Starting point is 01:32:14 And of course, they got their Pallywood, their Hamas propaganda. You know, like they were trying to showcase children that actually were dealing. with issues with which they were born with that have nothing to do with being if there no one's being starved if anyone's being starved it's because of moss is stealing all the aid and reselling it right so then you have the united nations to this cretness group the uh Antonio Gutierrez over at the United Nations who was on X yesterday uh and godly could this browser be any slower could it be any slower dear God uh and I'm praying to him uh Antonio Gutierrez secretary general of the United Nations said, quote, let's be clear,
Starting point is 01:32:53 statehood for the quote unquote, Palestinians, is a right, not a reward. The only realistic, just and sustainable solution is two states, Israel and Palestine, living side by side in peace. I urge the international community to take urgent concrete steps to make it real. No one tell Antonio Gutierrez
Starting point is 01:33:10 what is in Hamas' charter. So in the charter, the ruling doctrine of Hamas, they explicitly deny the recognition of Israel's right to exist. They maintain that there's no right for Israel to exist. And this is one of the reasons why, just to re-litigate it, they ended up getting more popularity than Fata in the two territories. And so they, I mean, they refuse to acknowledge Israel's existence. They refuse to go by any ceasefire. Every ceasefire that has ever been had has been broken by Hamas. So they apparently have no
Starting point is 01:33:47 restrictions or expectations put upon them. It's always, well, what can everyone else do? What can everyone else do? Hamas doesn't want peace. If Hamas wanted peace, there would be peace. Hamas would not have taken hostages. Hamas would release hostages. So that's the other thing that Kier Starmor doesn't seem to apparently acknowledge in this. They'll recognize the state. So Kier Starrmer is going to abandon the hostages in Gaza. That's what I'm interpreting this to be. So the U.K. is willing to abandon all hostages in Gaza, those people are just, well, S-O-L, right? That's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's absolutely unacceptable. So I'm not even quite sure, I mean, we can sit here and go on about the, the, the, the, which I'll get to in a moment, I got to restart this, but, um, France had already, France already, uh, decided that they were going to, uh, uh, decided that they were going to,
Starting point is 01:34:45 recognize Gazan state for some reason. Don't understand why because again, no hostages have been released. I just don't know how you can do that without releasing the hostages. Doesn't make any sense. And now Kirstromer is saying, well, if we can agree to a ceasefire, the ceasefire has never been the issue. Release the hostages first. And I can't even believe that that's not something that's being demanded. It's, I don't know. The, uh, pull this up. The propaganda. Have you I mean, I'm sure you've seen some of this, the way that the media has tried to misrepresent some of the photos of children. That's, that's Pollywood stuff where they try to take old images or images of kids not even in Gaza. Or for instance, they've had their Gaza Ministry of Health, which is
Starting point is 01:35:35 literally run by Hamas. In fact, one of the lieutenants in Hamas runs the Gaza Ministry of Health. they have had their fatalities completely debunked, but the media still reports at all as though it's gospel truth. They have been trying to claim that Israel is starving the children. The problems, though, with the videos that they have been promoting and the photos that they've been promoting as quote unquote starving children, they're fake. In fact, these are children who already have health issues. They were genetic illnesses that are entirely unrelated to anything that's happening in Gaza. And they're misrepresenting it purposefully. Now, you don't see anybody in the press calling this out at all. In fact, there are photos of some of the children that were in the
Starting point is 01:36:28 propaganda that they were promoting as look at Israel starving these children. They were used, some of those children, they were seeing getting treatment for genetic issues in Italy in separate photos because people can find these real quick now. So they hijack these children in their medical conditions and then they weaponize it and misrepresented as though it's like Israel starving them. Why is it Israel's fault? Why should Israel be expected to care more about Ghazan citizens than Ghazan government? Why should anyone be expected to care more about another country's citizenry and the welfare of their citizens more than the elected governing body of that country. This is the difference between people that have the balls to handle geopolitical issues and those that don't.
Starting point is 01:37:19 You don't get to wage war on everyone else and then demand that they serve you and then demand that they feed you and demand that they give you free infrastructure and free everything. But that's what's happening here. Very different. That's what's happening. Now, a couple of other things. did you guys hear about so I got some dumb dumb Republican stuff I have got to do it
Starting point is 01:37:43 so we have this stimmy check thing that's being promoted by Senator Josh Hawley and I don't understand the whole point of this he wants to send tariff rebates to people that sounds like a stimmy check when has that ever been helpful when has that ever worked I mean it's rhetorical it hasn't he's talking about sending $600 checks
Starting point is 01:38:03 $600 checks to Americans if you make below a certain amount What about the people who paid lots in tax? That's, oh, Kane, what? Your hands? What are you doing over there? I saw you. The people that don't make that much are the ones that aren't paying the taxes.
Starting point is 01:38:17 Yes, that's correct. It's wealth redistribution. But rebate would imply they paid in and they're getting it back. That is not what's happening. That's not true. Correct. That's not true. And that's coming from Josh Hawley. This is like the second big government thing.
Starting point is 01:38:30 He also backs paying women to have kids. I don't understand this. This is like even more moderate than bushy stuff. This is Stimmy check 2.0 that will fail. So in addition to that, now you also have a state rep in Texas. Did you hear about Giovanni Capuglione? Everybody hear about him? Oh, my gosh.
Starting point is 01:38:51 I met him before and he was really rude. I have to say, I met him once in person and he was very rude. And I'm just like, well, you know, I mean, I'm not expecting like, you know, you to kiss my backside, but, you know, being just, just, I don't know, send is yeah i just found him to be rude uh but it came out that for the past like 17 years he's been having an affair on his wife and she's accused him of all this stuff i don't know what's true and what isn't he did admit to having the affair though and uh she says that he would make her pick up money he would leave money for her behind a dumpster and a chucky cheese she said she accuses him of uh paying for her abortions and some other stuff that i can't even actually repeat on air because
Starting point is 01:39:33 it's so disgusting you know what i'm talking about yeah i can't And he admitted it. And then he said that he's not going to be running for reelection as a state rep in Texas. So I don't. You heard about you heard this whole story, right? Okay. State rep. Giovanni Capiglione.
Starting point is 01:39:52 So he's my state rep. Yeah. How hard is it to not be a manho? How difficult is it? Right? Just saying. Now he denies the abortion stuff. but he says that he did have an affair with her.
Starting point is 01:40:08 And there's some other pretty lewd stuff that's been, he's been accused of, which I can't even, I'm not going to get into. Don't Google it. Just trust me on it. You can't, there's certain things you can't unread. See, and here's how, and we've been doing this for how long, forever it feels like, I see a tactic where you have a little morsel of truth,
Starting point is 01:40:30 like this affair that he's admitted to. And then they're building all this stuff around that morsel of truth that we don't have any sort of evidence of. So I am kind of wary about the other stuff floating around the admitted affair, but no matter how you slice it, based on what he's actually admitted, it's not good. Right. Yeah, I agree. Not good. Not good at all. So he's leaving. And now we, there are people that are going to be running for his seat in the primary. The primary is basically the general in that race. So it's not, you know, it's not too. Last quick thing, if I can get to it. And I gave, So if you're, if you subscribe to my newsletter over at Substack, so you get stuff regularly through that.
Starting point is 01:41:11 Some of it's just for our subscribers. Some of it's for everyone. There's a fascinating piece that I was reading. And it was originally over the Brownstone Institute about cultural drift and social engineering. And it gets into kind of like the nature of social media and youth. And I thought it was very fascinating. And I included it in your radio prep because for instance, I mean, it says in this piece, it says, we've created an economy where selling yourself as more profitable than
Starting point is 01:41:39 making something of value. The American dream of homeownership, stable work, and raising a family has become so financially out of reach that become an influencer represents one of the few remaining paths to economic security. We've created a world where every stupid thing of 15-year-old says gets archive forever where childhood experimentation becomes permanent evidence where the right to private adolescence has been eliminated entirely and the same systems that once required elaborate coordination between institutions to shape public consciousness now operate automatically through social and media algorithms. And lastly, kids today are born into the surveillance infrastructure. They're growing up inside of a system where every thought might be public, every mistake permanent,
Starting point is 01:42:18 every unpopular opinion, potentially life-threatening or destroying. They never get to experience the relief of being completely unknown, completely free to fail and grow without documentation. everything is too documented and I have my friends that even share way too much of their lives on social media and you guys need to stop it. I don't need to know everything about your kids. I don't even know I don't need to know your guys schedules. I don't even know you guys don't need to be posting all of this stuff. Let your kids grow up. Do one of the best things that you can do as a parent in this era. Allow your kids to grow up with anonymity. That is the greatest gift a parent can give a child right now. Allow your child to grow up with anonymity.
Starting point is 01:42:59 committee. Please. I have this linked over at Substack for you subscribers. It's in today's radio prep. So you should go and read the whole thing because it's worth it. Perfect for your busy schedule on Apple or wherever you get your podcast. Does anyone else think that this is obnoxiously rude? That's my chair. You get to the beats. You set up early.
Starting point is 01:43:34 really, unobstructed view, ready for a beautiful day, and within two hours, people come feet from where you are set up, and set up right in front of you. And to top things off, they turn their music up way louder than yours, so the whole beach can hear. I cannot believe this, I could never in a million years do this. Is it rude?
Starting point is 01:44:04 or not. I think the music is rude, but if you want an unobstructed view of the beach, move closer to the water. Are you mental? Like, what is your damage? Move closer to the water. What is the matter with you? I would have told you in a second that, oh, yeah, girl, you can, you can see where tide comes in and I can tell, you're going to have people that are going to be setting up in front of you. This woman needs to get a hobby. Good night. All right, today's stupidity came. Yeah, don't you know she permanently put her chair there in the sand? Can't possibly move it. Couldn't possibly move it.
Starting point is 01:44:37 Even if it's important, go in front of them. Yes, North Carolina Democrat Representative Julia Greenfield, cut 11 won. Listen to what she says and tell me how racist this is. And as we have seen as certain states have deported immigrants, what's happened? The crops are not being picked. For crying. Oh, for the love. The hotels do not have anyone.
Starting point is 01:45:01 providing the service. Good Lord, woman. All I heard is, who is going to pick my cotton? Of course she's a Democrat. Folks, that does it for us today. Make sure you go sign up at Substack, Chapter and Verse,
