I'm really trying to be nice, but I just don't think that she's the brightest bulb in the box when it concerns the Supreme Court, right? I just get the sense that she's just her line of questioning. I've always thought it was weird. Welcome to the program, Dana Lash, with you. We are at the top of the first hour. And we're going to get into some of the SCOTUS, so the oral arguments that are made in these. in these cases. And it's, they're looking at transgender athletics. This is the girls, sorry, the boys in girls sports and girls and girls and boys sports pretending to be something they're not,

which is a dude or a chick, you know, super simple. So this is these, it's these arguments. You have Little versus Hecox and that's whether or not, because it's a huge argument, this is whether or not the laws that seek to protect women and girls' sports by limiting, and this seems, you know, kind of obvious by limiting, can't even talk, participation to women and girls based on sex, whether that violates the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment. And then the other where you saw Michael Williams, who was the West Virginia solicitor, had to do with whether or not that Title IX prevents the state from consistently designating girls and boys' sports teams based on biological sex determined at birth and whether or not

that equal protection clause additionally prevents the state from offering separate men and women are boys and girls sports teams based on the biological sex, which is pretty much discovered at birth. They always say, can I just, for a moment, can I just stop? Why are we saying they're determined by? I've noticed that's in everything. That's, that is in every, I mean, it's not,

the Lord determined it. Kane, who determined your sex at birth? The Lord. The Lord. The Lord was like, and yay, he shall be a dude. I mean, he didn't say it like that, but you get, you get my draft. I mean, he may, I mean, we really don't know. I mean, I'm not.

You know, God don't need nobody speaking for him. But I'm just saying this whole idea of who determines, like, sex at birth is just, what do you mean, determines? I just find this language creeping into every, and even, you know, people that are like minded, I find this language, like, seeping in that as well. Or assigned. Yes. I hate that one. What is that? Assigned is, I'm going to assign you to this task, or I'm assigning you a homework project.

I'm assigning this to you. It's not, I don't know, it's just weird the way that I, I don't know. So I keep seeing that language seep into every aspect of everything. And it's, it's, this whole determined, this whole assign. And I've seen it in a number of pieces. And even with, and I'm, I, I don't want to cast aspersions on anybody, but I've even seen it, you know, with like-minded people. Just saying, just like many people. Okay, so a number of things to touch on, because we've got a lot of stuff to recap. We've got some of the latest with what the president is doing with Somalia, which has been interesting. Also, Democrats are holding a press conference today to go after ICE. They don't want to cooperate.

Democrat lawmakers do not want to cooperate with ICE. They do not want to cooperate with ICE at all. And it is, I just, if we're going to pick and choose what laws we can follow, I just need to know because I have a whole list of laws that I don't want to follow, Cain, lots of them. So we, we, I've got a whole list. The talking points and the strategy went out yesterday afternoon. If you notice the ramp up of the Democrat messaging and how absurd it got turned up to. So I think yesterday is when that all went out. Well, and it gets into this.

Let's play 27. This is cut 27 because this is what these Democrat lawmakers were pushing. They are, I mean, they held this press conference where they were saying that they don't want their municipalities in their districts to comply with the 48-hour ICE detainer. And they've been arguing that, well, you can't actually put a federal agency in our cities or our towns or whatever and have them implement federal law. Well, 27's like, and this is CNN of all places. Listen. I've read both the Minnesota and Illinois lawsuits. They're really political diatripes masquerading as lawsuits.

If you look at what both states are asking the courts to do, it's to kick ice out of those states and cities and to bar ice from carrying on federal law enforcement. in Illinois and Minnesota. That's the top thing both states asked to do, and they cite zero precedent for that. There is zero precedent for that. There is no way a judge can say, you federal law enforcement agency, you are not allowed to execute federal law in a certain state or city. I think the most that the states could get out of this if they get sympathetic. That's true. I don't think they're going to get anything sympathetic. I mean, the bottom line is that, especially with federal agencies, you know, POTUS can send a federal agency in, especially when we're talking about protecting federal buildings as it, you know, National Guard, whatever,

protecting federal employees, protecting federal buildings. And then also with implementing immigration. I mean, I sent you, if you get the newsletter, which I know you do, I sent out the list of the, so there are some bad ones on the, that I didn't even read on air. They're really, really bad people who had been detained and had been detained and prepared for deportation. I mean, these are really, I mean, that's who, I really feel like Republicans need to do a better job of marrying those two things together. These are the criminals that the left are protecting. These are what these criminals did. And I think it's fine to post it out on X, but I see all these videos for Christy Noam and DHS. Why can't we say, here's this mugshot of this guy. This is who ICE took off these streets. This is who ICE took off those streets. Because you're in a narrative battle with the legacy press over defining who these individuals are. And the legacy press and the left want you to think. that they're literally strawberry pickers out in some sort of field, you know, with butterflies and kittens. They want you to think that. And that's not even remotely close to what's happening. And I think that there is to undercut some of this, I want to see some of those videos. I mean, they put out a lot of stuff. And I think that DHS particularly has been doing a good

job. But I mean, as many damn videos, as Christine Lone puts of herself on air, let's put some of these of these bad dudes, I mean, rapists, predators. These are the, here's their mugshots. here's the rap sheet. This is who ICE took off the street. This is who ICE got. This is who ICE detained. This person was in your suburban neighborhood. This person was on your cul-de-sac, and ICE was able to come. I mean, think about it. Some of these people have been here. They've had detainers on them. One was 1996. That's insane. That is crazy. I was in school. That's how long. I mean, I've had a grown, I've raised kids. That's how long these people have been here, raping people. This, a number of people, there was a guy here 2003 who had like 12 convictions. How do you have 12 felony convictions? I mean, here in the United States, you know, you, you, you, you amass a certain amount and you're locked away. So I really think the DHS, they really need to start pumping the airwaves with this stuff, showing the public who these people are. And that's, I think that's incredibly, I think they need to do it. They need to do it like yesterday. And especially as we roll. into midterms because Democrats are debt. I mean, I don't know what they've done. What have they done in office since since Trump got into the White House? I don't think that they've, they haven't even compromised on anything. Obstruct. Yeah, they haven't even, there hasn't even been any kind of compromise. So really, they're really going to have to hone the messaging a little bit more. They're doing better. They're

improved, but they need to hone it a little bit more because they're going to be, they're competing with us. In addition to that, they also, I think, should do the same thing for fraud. So let me pull. Couple things up. So, I don't know if I want to go down this road because I'm going to get so mad. Scott Besson, do you know what he said yesterday? Do you know what our Treasury Secretary said yesterday? Kane, how much of our U.S. budget is stolen each year? Taxpayer budget.

How much is stolen each year to fraud? 10%. Oh, my gosh. Yes. Is it 10%? Yes. Oh, God. 10%.

And we have a very large budget. So that 10% is very large. Oh, that 10% is way mighty. It's grande. That's huge. 10% of the U.S. budget stolen every year. According to Scott Besson, that's a significant. This is what needs to be driven home.

I got to tell you, I was at this, I'll talk more about it. I was at a Republican event last weekend, and there was some discussion. about the Trump accounts and fraud and budget, Republicans need to really hone their messaging on this because they've got to be very careful. I haven't seen enough suggestions in terms of cutting spending. And you cannot go into a midterm election against Democrats that are trying to weaponize everything on God's Green Earth. You cannot go into this election with these Democrats and not be able to say, you know what, we want to offer more tax relief. The 2017 tax cuts Not all of them were made permanent, by the way.

Some sunset when Trump is out of office. So let's just make that crystal clear because we've poured over that with a fine-tooth comb. So not all of them are permanent. Some of them could be way greater. And we could make it way greater if we got some of this fraud under control. So we're going to talk a little bit more about that coming up. Let's see. In St. Louis, they had to use AI to help find a bunch of monkeys that are running around. These are like the, what are these? Vervant Monk? I don't know. They were running around O'Fellon Park in North City. That's the City Bureau Chief of Environmental Health. They said that there were four. They go,

well, original reports suggest that there were four, but we actually can't confirm it, but we just know that there's more than one. So just watch out for just an unspecified number of little monkeys with hands, and they're going to, they have to take them to a facility to care for exotic animals. They have no idea who owns them,

no idea how they got loose. They're just running around being a little chaotic. They weigh anywhere from 7 to 17 pounds, and they're sometimes called green monkeys because of the tent of their fur. It's crazy how that always ends up. It's very odd how now they feel like they can say it. Oh, well, we know that that's why. So what is he proposing here? What is he proposing? It doesn't, I, I, he's like, yeah, it was left open under Biden. So you're saying that Trump fixed it?

And we, I've been watching these arguments being made, Supreme Court getting into the trans stuff. I can't believe it's even this far. Can I just cannot believe it's this far?

Okay, guys, we've got to go to the Supreme Court. If you have a penis, you can't play on a sports team where all the players have vaginas. Okay, it's very good, got a lot of differences. And I was listening to this one woman tried to argue that. Well, you know, it's actually bad for ladies who are big and they don't have testosterone.

And I'm like, those are dudes that are literally hormonally suppressing what nature gave them, what they have been endowed with by their creator. Okay, you're artificially surprised. Don't stop it. Stop it. It was just weird. And then I always cringe whenever I hear Khantanji Brown Jackson speak because it's just like if you wanted to know what DEI sounded like, it's that. And she makes, and I used to think Elena Kagan was not the most reasoned one on the bench, but she makes Elena Kagan look like a Mensa member. And Elena Kagan's

not dumb. I just, some of the arguments that she's previously made, I've kind of scratched my head over, but Sonia Sotomayor has been surprisingly moderate. I can't believe I'm saying this. I mean, we're not best friends. Don't misunderstand me here. But Kintanji Brown Jackson, whenever she asks a question, she feels like a pick me girl. She's like the kid in class who so desperately wants to impress the teacher,

doesn't really care how ridiculous she sounds or even if she's entirely correct. She's just, pick me, pick me. But whenever she gets in there, she sounds, you can almost hear, I swear you can almost hear the other justice is going, it's something else, some of the questions that she asks. Oh my gosh. Do we want to do this to these sweet people listening here today? I do.

Go ahead and listen. Here she is. Somebody explain what this means. I heard this lot. I just go ahead and play it. This is a Kamala level salad. classification. And so to the extent that you have an individual who says what is happening in this law is that it is treating someone who is transgender but who does not have because of the medical

interventions and the things that have been done who does not have the same threat to physical competition and safety and all of the reasons that the state puts forward, that's actually a different class says this individual. So you're not treating the class the same and you're not, how do you respond to that? In other words, the as applied challenge essentially redefines the class or one could think of it as that. And so what's wrong with that? We're all drunk. I feel like that's what drunk sounds like. That's what it feels like. You trying to make sense of what she just said is that this is bananas B A N N NAS. She's defending men in women's sports teams. And she's trying to say that what, well, the cosmetic intervention, whatever, whatsoever,

whatsoever, such as that MAPS girl sounded way smarter than Kintanji Brown Jackson. That because they created the situation, therefore they should be a protected class. It's the best thing I could muster, right? I think she was saying that before all of the hormonal and other things that that these transgender go as far as treatments, that somehow they're disadvantaged or not a threat when they haven't done that yet. I'm trying to give a grace. That still sounds ridiculous. What? That's stop it.

That sounds so nuts. No pun intended. Same. Oh, my heavens. All right. So the Iranian death toll is now, well, I mean, it's at thousands. The numbers have kind of fluctuated, but we know it's thousands because there's some video and photographic evidence showing lots of people getting murked by the government in Iran, the regime that's desperately hanging on to power, desperately hanging on to power. You know, the thing is too, Iran is a case of colonialism. You had the, you had Arabs move in to colonize Persians and not even every single person, person, person, person in Iran is Muslim, but it was it was colonization of the Persian people, just like you have colonization of parts of sub-Sahara Africa. You have colonization of, you know, colonization. I mean,

no one talks about that sort of colonization, which predates anything from Europe, is way much more barbaric. And after it was, you know, going on for hundreds of years, only then did people respond with their crusades, only to push back and save their own civilizations. So the, I mean, they've been out in the streets protesting day after day, night after night in Iran. POTUS had tweeted out that he, well, or posted, not say a tweet, posted on X, saying that the protesters need to keep at it, that it's going to be the protesters that move this. He said that no one should, you know, warning the regime about harming protesters. And he also said, too, because he was, you heard this, I think it was yesterday,

And the day before, yeah, it was yesterday and Friday, where the Iranian regime, they were apparently were like sending out calls to him, wanting to get in touch with him, wanting to talk to POTUS. And now he says, he's not, he canceled all the meetings. This is what he posted. They're going to pay a big price he's talking about if they, you know, are messing with the protesters. He's added, I've canceled all meetings with Iranian officials until the senseless killing of protesters stops. And then he goes, help is on its way. Make Iran great again. Miga. By the way, all of the anti-Jewish people. that don't really understand anything about Israel, but they think that making anti-Semitic tropes on social media constitutes a legitimate intellectual criticism of Israel, they are very confused right now because they were saying meegas, make Israel great again, and using it as a way to try to tear down the Trump administration and now make Iran great again. They're all confused, and they have no idea what to do. They all got together with their shared tooth and brain cell, and they've been working all morning trying to figure out what the hell is trending on social media.

So it's true. So that's, and this is John Federman. Now, I don't know about strikes, but listen to this. This is cut 19. This is Senator John Federman. Sure, absolutely. And now if it continues to make more sense, absolutely. I think I was the only Democrat that fully supported our strike of their Iranian nuclear facilities last year.

And now by then, without those kinds of strikes, Iran could have acquired a nuclear bomb. I think, I hope we can all agree that Iran should have never acquired a nuclear bomb. And Iran is one of the world's top terrorist unwriter. And now you have that poisonous regime now in spiral. So why, why wouldn't we want to support that? I mean, he is right. The fall of the Iranian regime, all of these, especially some of the people on the, who are on the left, who are very Iranian-friendly, regime-friendly, they,

They think it's abhorrent that anyone that POTUS would flirt with the idea of replacing the regime. How do you think the regime took control? You absolute butt bag. How do you think that the regime took control? Do you think that they just walked in there and they were like, oh, hey, we really like this place. Love what you did here. We're going to take it over. Didn't go that way.

They were a warring regime. They act like they just skipped on in and they were democratically elected. That didn't happen. That was a Jimmy Carter CIA coup. And that's what took out the Shah and installed the mullahs in their place. That was Jimmy Carter and his fetish for Sharia. So the accusations that I hear, the United States shouldn't, what do you think that the regime did? They don't even allow the people the ability to participate in any sort of

of representative democracy or republic. The people have no voice. And when they do try to exercise the voice, they're shot dead in the street. That's what happens. They're shot dead in the street, just like Capitol Police officers opening fire on people named Ashley Babbitt, just saying, they're just shot in the street. So that's what happens in Iran. It is a anti-Western, terroristic goat fornicating regime that took over a Persian country, colonized it, tried to co-opt Persian culture and claim it as its own, which would it have any if it didn't try to co-opt and colonize everything and claim it as its own? Don't get me started.

We may get bombed like Charlie Hebdo if I continued on this path. But still, it'd be an interesting, you know, if I don't get aliens, maybe we can at least make terrorists mad. I don't know. but the response, I think, Trump is, I think he's playing it well considering that entire context. And really, you know, John Futterman's the only Democrat is accurately saying it. I wish it would go so far as to say, well, you know, we're going to rectify my party's legacy. Because that was part of Democrat Party's legacy, was that entire mess in replacing the Shah,

who is pro-Western, who is very friendly towards the United States, with the destabilizing factor that we've had all of our lives there now. So this is something to watch. But they, they, I mean, thousands of people. Where are all the Gaza people at, by the way? The ones who are like, there's a genocide in Gaza. I mean, there was never a genocide in Gaza. No, not by Israel, Israel at all.

And even though Hamas killed so much of its own people, I wouldn't even classify that as a genocide. but the people that promote the Pollywood narratives, I haven't heard them say anything about the thousands of dead Iranians in the streets and Tehran. I haven't heard that. I haven't heard them say anything. I haven't heard any. Where are some of these people on the Miz now, right? Is that what we're calling it?

MSNBC? No, yeah. Don't know. Don't know. We have more on the way as we roll towards days of these United States and on deck as well, in addition to following everything that's happening here. Oh, goodness, more fraud being uncovered. Still more fraud. And the DHS revocation of the temporary protected status for Somalian nationals. The left again is up in arms, not up in arms over the people that members of this

diaspora, deaspero were defrauding, but they're mad at what DHS is doing. So we're going to jump into all of that here coming up as we move. The folks who bring you the program, it's burn a gun. Everybody has, you know, diverse options when it comes, you should, when it comes to self-defense. I always carry. I have no problems with throwing lead down range to protect myself or my loved one. But I also understand, too, as we've talked about many times before, that, you know, you're not always afforded the exercise of your Second Amendment rights. You're not always afforded the right of self-defense. There are local restrictions, municipal restrictions, maybe private property restrictions where you are barred or disabused of your Second Amendment rights. And so you want to

make sure that you're protected. We've all seen the crime rates and we all see Soros prosecutors not wanting to actually go and put these people behind bars and get them off the street. And they had like, you know, their every whim attended to. and they had like massive armies of staffs, and they carry all of that budget over to the digital world, where they try to basically replicate the glossy floor highlights, you know, that you got out to cable news,

and they try to, they think that they've been banished to the digital world, to the slum, where all of us dirty on washed masses. I feel like Bain, you know, you merely adopted it. I was born in it. You know? And then they, I feel like people like, you know,

and Don Lemon is just completely accountable. It's like they're mad that they think that they've been banished. And so they decide to do this really hateful programming to try to chase clicks. They think that's what's going to give them attention. They think that's what's going to do it. Guys, that already existed in talk radio before you guys ever came over to the digital sphere. Way to signal to everybody that you have no idea really about the industry that you're in without telling people that you really don't understand the industry that you're in. It's just been fascinating to watch this because they treat it like And it's just funny, right? It's just the way that they carry themselves and comport themselves. I mean, he's sitting here yelling. By the way, what is with a lemon? That's just so, like, tacky. My name is lemon. So I'm going to put a lemon on my shirt. Life gives you lemons, make lemonade. Wait, that's, eh, anyway. So the, his attitude is just, he just seems like he's mad. They all seem like they're mad every day. Like, I can't believe we're here. We should be back on set in New York. I don't know. So we've been watching the oral arguments given in the trans sports cases before SCOTUS right now. We were talking a little bit about this last hour. And by the way, missed anything last hour. You can always go to the podcast archives and check it out. But whether or not Title IX is preventing a state from designating girls and boys sports teams based on biological sex. And I hate using the phrase determined at birth. What? Like you know what the sex is before they're born. It's not like, okay, it's coming out of the birth canal.

Beap-pity-bop-de-boo, you're a girl. That's not what happens. There's not like a birth canal fairy that pops up and is like, you're a boy, you're a guy. I mean, it's like, you know, that kind of determined a lot earlier than that. So I don't know why we're dumbing down language by using these anti-science phrases. I just really aggravates me to no end. Also, I'm confused as to why Cantanji Brown Jackson hasn't actually recused herself. Because if you remember a couple years back in front of Congress, she admitted that she has, she's not a biologist and cannot describe or define what a one.

woman is. What is the Supreme Court judge, a justice, who cannot define what a woman is? If you don't know what a woman is, I just don't know how you can sit on a court and adjudicate a case when you don't know. Do you don't even know? It's like being colorblind. I just can't see sex. What? Like, you don't even know. Are you a woman talking to me? I don't know. I'm a scientist. Yeah. Well, I'm not a scientist. So I can't say whether or not you are breast. Because I am not a scientist. Do you realize how Monty Python this is? No wonder our kids are so screwed up. These are the adults out there right now. I'm not a scientist, so I cannot say whether this man, this person with a beard and balls, is a man. Because I, sirs and maims, I'm not a scientist. It's just, our kids are like looking at their elders going,

this is abusive. Just we're here and it's abusive. So we are, they've been hearing these landmark arguments in this case. And also it's Little V. Hecox and West Virginia v. BPJ, the laws whether or not they that seek to protect women and girls sports by limiting participation to women and girls based on sex, whether it violates the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment. I can't. I can't. I listen to this stuff and I feel drunk, much like I felt when I saw the soundbite that just somehow auto played.

I had, I wasn't looking for this. It was in my mentions somehow. And I don't want to keep, you know, discussing it. But can I just, when I hear some sometimes, and sometimes it comes from, you know, crazy places. When I hear some of this audio sometimes, I think, oh, my heavens, we have to address it because it's really that bad. So how do I set this up? I watch the thing for larger context.

I just want to know why some people, I feel like they just really, when you hear stuff like this, you wonder, do they really like America? I kind of have to ask that question. So Tucker was talking to his friend Buckley. And Buckley is a nice name. They really love the Uck names in that family. His friend or his brother?

This is brother. Yeah, I mean, you can tell. They have like the same mannerisms. They kind of have the same vocal tonality. Some of the same inflections. You know, I mean, Sibs, you know, you grow up. But they do love the Uck names in that family. And Buckley, apparently.

is one that's like, I get, because it was what, a brother, a son. I mean, everybody's buckling that family. Anyway, it's a nice name. Anyway, so they had a discussion about freedoms and press, the press and truth in the press. So it's in the context of the information that you can obtain in your country to determine the veracity of news. news, right? So it's in that context, because I'm not going to subject you to five minutes of this just for the meat and taters of the last 30 seconds. But let's just go ahead and play this because I heard this

and I went, what? Go ahead. And specifically, we used to also talk after the Iron Curtain came down, had the same attitude about North Korea. Like here are these poor emaciated captives who can't leave their own country, who don't, who think these terrible and untrue things about Americans. And it was only a couple years ago that I suddenly realized I had this epiphany. We're North Korea. We are North Koreans. And so much of what the government has told us throughout our lives about big events and small events are simply not true, not just massaged, but like 180 degrees from truth. Okay. What the hell did I just hear? I mean, I don't understand. What did I just hear? So we're like

But in what way though? I think you was talking about the media Possibly There has to be a better one than that Come on my dude We got it we got it I want all of them I'll explain what that means in a moment

Okay so the soundbite is Him telling his brother that America is the moral equivalent of not only the Soviet Union But of North Korea Because Because of our news media Well we also have I mean do they have X in North Korea

No Let's just go ahead and ask the obvious. I can't even believe we're doing this. Let's just ask the obvious. Do they have X? No, they don't have X in North Korea. They all have the same damn haircut in North Korea. Everybody has the Kim.

They barely have electricity. They get fed to dogs. Oh, North Korea, we are just like the North Koreans. We are just blinking like North Koreans. So I don't agree with that assessment, clearly. I don't think that in any way we are like North Korea, even our media, even though I've, look, I've criticized our media for years and years. But we also have the ability to push back and correct the record.

And I have been a part of that for almost 20 years now. This idea, I mean, he's like, well, you know, we are blanking North Korea. You know, we are North Koreans. No, we aren't, though. We really are not North Korea and we're not North Koreans. Now, granted, our legacy press has been heinous for some years, you know. I mean, Kronkite, all of them. I mean, they've all been biased and partisan, et cetera.

But it also presupposes that the media in this country ever began as this holy institution free of partisanship, which is such a retconning of American history. And so I don't understand why it's, the intimation is that it was once this like glorified and holy institution. where no one had their own opinions and they only just wrote about the truth. That's never how the media got started in this country. Go back to the days of the founders and the penny presses and Ben Franklin writing under all of these different, you know, acquired names, whether it's silence, do good or whatever else. I mean, they beat each other up senselessly in pulp, in penny presses, in handbills and whatever,

all the stuff that they passed around. I mean, the early days of the press was propaganda. It was for the purpose of propaganda. Now, I don't think it should be. I think you need to be able to have free people to freely write about what is happening in their nation because that practice holds people accountable, not a professional class, but the practice, the practice and exercise of writing about your government is the action of a free press. Just like I think everybody's a member of the militia, I think everybody's a member of the press.

I am very much subscribed to that whole Cole Campbell version of public journalism, which was laughed out loud back in the early odds. They ridiculed him for that. And then he used to be the editor of the St. Louis Post Dispatch left. I think he went to Florida. I think he was killed in a car accident. This is like a couple decades ago. But the idea that everybody could write about what was happening in their own communities. And the people who could best tell those stories were the people in those.

communities. And that was really looked down upon by the folks in their, the Saramans and their ivory towers that were looking down on the proletariat and saying, no, no, no, you have to have us professional class, free press people, right about what's happening in your communities. The idea that this is somehow like a sacred priesthood of scribes is literally like a new invention of culture. This is not something that, this is not based in any kind of historical reality. And so I think we got to correct that presupposition immediately because the people are the free press. And it's the practice of telling those stories and holding your government accountable that is the actions and exercise of a free press. So that being said, to act like that we are all North Koreans because there's some kind of chokehold on information, well, if that were true, then why did we learn everything that we did about COVID?

why were we all sharing information about the zero efficacy of these injections that they had the mindlessness to call vaccines? I mean, we were holding them accountable even then. You had whistleblowers coming forward based on the support that they were getting in social media. Social media has done so much to actually make the exercise of press be fair and be free. You don't have that in North Korea. So to compare us is just kind of asinine. to say that we're like North Koreans in that regard. You don't have substacks in North Korea. You don't have X's.

You don't have Instagram. And even with, and I say this is someone who actually has been professionally, negatively impacted to the point where if I wanted to spend a boat load of money and litigate, I would probably win. In fact, it was not a probably I would, but it take, these are very difficult cases to prosecute. They take years and years and years and they drain you of cash. That's why so few people pursue them.

It's not for a lack of support. It's that lawyers charge you money and it's very expensive. And it's even for a wealthy person. You're looking at millions of dollars in litigation expenses. For a lawyer that's worth it, that's what you look at. So even with, as somebody who has dealt with being deplatformed, I've had my accounts throttled on YouTube and X. It's one of the reasons why.

I mean, when I was with the NRA, I was pretty much obliterated digitally. that was my punishment for working as a spokesperson for a Second Amendment organization. I was so negatively impacted and so completely throttled. Every opportunity dried up, everything, I mean, because of my association with guns, and I was just throttled. So I say this is someone that has dealt with this with these platforms and these institutions. Even with that, you are still able to get news. facts. You're able to get the story free of spin. You're still able to get it. And you also have the

discernment for intellectual people. You have the discernment to be able to determine whether or not a piece that you're reading is factual or not. You don't even have those opportunities in North Korea. I know that it's a cutie little soundbite to say, I'm with that by you're going to be. I get that. but it doesn't translate into any kind of realness when examined it falls apart. So why say stupid stuff like this? I don't get it. Like, why say something like that? I don't get it.

Unless it's just like, you know, one in a successive string of missives where it's just deucing all over the United States. What's the purpose of putting it in that context without proper context? Wouldn't that make someone know better than the so-called gatekeepers that they're criticizing in terms of information? It does to me. January is when a lot of people finally stop and look at their money. And instead of chasing big predictions or the next hot thing, they just want something solid. So are we breathing in metals, cane? The heck. It's because the planes are spraying them in the air. Oh my gosh. Stop it. Contrails. Drivers are divided on the wild American automobile plan to pull speed limits on highways. I mean, I'm okay with that. Why wouldn't we?

Jimmy Kimmel. The other, let me pull this up. We also have, this is Illinois Secretary of State, Alexei Giannilius, who says he is going to sue DHS and ICE for unlawful activities. Now, remember, J.B. Pritzker, he alluded to this yesterday. Listen, sorry, this is cut 10. Today, the Illinois Attorney General, with the cooperation of our office and the City of Chicago, filed a lawsuit in federal court against DHS, Secretary Kristine HOME, and other defendants. The lawsuit argues that ICE and CBP agents engaged in unlawful activities, including swapping or altering license plates to conceal their identities. Illinois will not stand for federal agents disregarding our laws and compromising public safety. We have a fundamental responsibility

to protect our residents. To uphold the wall. Why does he look like a dope-ier version of Cam from Ferris Bueller's Day Off? Right? That's pretty accurate. That's entirely accurate. We're going to sue ICE

because we like to protect the criminal illegal aliens in this state. That's ultimately what he's saying. But his point, which is so stupid, is that ICE is protecting their identities because of how vapid the left has been. And so he is deciding to take legal action on the idea of them switching plates out. And he's saying that's not legal in Illinois to switch your plates to another vehicle.

So we're going to prosecute. It's not legal to do anything in Illinois. I mean, you can't even blink in Illinois. You can't. None of my guns are even legal in Illinois. You can't do. Now, the ICE operation that they had, they released more information about some of the people that they were detaining. Hey, guess what?

It's a whole bunch of other rapists and murderers. I don't know if you guys knew this. There's a whole bunch more of them. New York Post had an updated list. There was a guy from illegal alien from Somalia, negligent manslaughter with a vehicle, multiple DUIs, larceny, property damage. Yeah, there's a lot of this, a lot of this. So that's ultimately who they are defending. I mean, that's who they are defending, period. But this, you're not going to be able to stop the federal government from sending in agents, immigration and customs enforcement agents, to pursue, detain, and deport these very violent criminal repeat offenders. At this point, I think that they should just, after they arrest these

guys and while they're marching them back into the paddy wagon, they should probably have someone standing outside for the assorted press and activists holding up a giant. like wanted poster of the person that they just detained enlisting their crimes. So that way, every single time that they have these videos and these photos of these individuals being loaded up and detained, you have that context with it because you never get that context. They always act like they're, again, they're coming for fruit farmers and things like that. That's not what's happening. It's not at all what's happening. In Minneapolis, they were launching, this is cut nine, fireworks repeatedly at federal agents.

Rioters are feeling themselves. Watch this. What do they think they're accomplishing just after launching fireworks off into the streets? Looks like just a drunk Fourth of July celebration, to be honest. I'm helping. Look at me. These people think they're like the Iranians. They legit think that they're like the Iranians, that they're out there doing the good work of what they don't know. Iranians, the difference between the people in Iran is that the people in Iran are innocent.

They're literally in the streets for freedom. and the people in Minneapolis and elsewhere have been out there defending rapists and child predators and things of that nature. They're not even remotely the same, not even remotely the same. Now, you also have this in St. Paul. What is going on in Minnesota? The mayor of St. So this is, sorry, the council vice president, city council vice president, St. Paul, Minnesota, is organizing an initiative. This is cut six.

They're delivering groceries to illegal aliens. so the illegal aliens can stay home and they can hide from ICE. Watch us. It's not even noon and ICE has already kidnapped five of my neighbors. I responded to one where we believe a whole family was taken with children. There are more federal agents in Minnesota than we have of the St. Paul and Minneapolis police combined. And yet, there are neighbors that are showing up in incredible ways, like standing in front of

known targeted businesses, helping escort workers home to, Today I'm kicking off one of our first mutual aid grocery runs in my neighborhood. An easy way for folks to get involved, but it's because the workers have been pulled over time and time again, attempting to make deliveries to families that are too afraid to even go grocery shopping. We're also seeing troubling trends where HSI and ICE agents are... She says they're too afraid to even go grocery shopping. What about the people who are at the grocery store who want to be able to shop without being raped by one of the people that ICE would be going to detain? because that's the type, that's who she's talking about protecting. Again, they're not going, where's this narrative coming from?

Where's this narrative coming from? So she's wanting to help child predators and rapists, rapists get around, ICE detainment. She really has a heart for the rapists and the child molesters out there. The text notes, city council vice president. Now, here's the other thing. The mayor of St. Paul, who admitted previously that he was literally in the country illegally. I think that people like this should be disbarred from ever holding elected office. I don't think if you are a new, if you came here and you're brand new to the country, I agree with the founders and

the Federalist Papers that you should probably be, you should not probably, you should be restricted from running for elected office. You need time to marinate in the Americanness of the country to which you immigrated. So in this one, this is cut five. The mayor of St. Paul, Minnesota, who admitted previously that he was an illegal alien. Now, or sorry, she admitted, she says that she's joining the lawsuit. She's going to help and ban DHS from sending federal agents. Again, she was here illegally. She's not from here. Listen. Good afternoon, everyone. Today I'm proud to stand with Mayor Frye and Attorney General Ellison to fight for our residents. This federal occupation of our cities needs to end immediately. You're a colonizer. Federal law enforcement is

racially profiling our residents, creating mass chaos and undermining the relationship between local government and our communities. We will not stand idly by and watch this happen. With this collective action, we are taking a firm stance to tell federal law enforcement that this cannot happen in our country. It cannot happen in our state. And it cannot happen in St. Paul. So she's from an area of China and she's a colonizer who came here to the United States

and admitted that she was here illegally there for a while. And apparently her grandfather went into the CIA. I don't know. Makes sense. So I just don't think that, first off, yes, we voted to make sure that we don't have any criminal repeated illegal aliens there. And also, I just can't take these people seriously. People like this woman who, Minnesota sounds like it's gone, man. This is like you have St. Paul, Minneapolis.

list like every city. So far we've had cuts of audio over the past several days over the course of a couple of weeks now from all over Minnesota where there, I, good heavens, that state sounds like it's gone. There's, there's no excuse for this. No excuse. Keith Ellison, AG of Minnesota. Remember, he is one of the people who received money from that feed our future, $245 million fraud case. he says that enforcing immigration law in his state is harmful. Watch. Cut four. The deployment of thousands of armed mass DHS agents to Minnesota has done our state serious harm. This is, in essence, a federal invasion of the Twin Cities and Minnesota, and it must stop. So these are the lawmakers earlier today. They all had this thing. They're all going to start suing to stop.

They want to stop ICE agents from being able to detain these people in their state. so their states. I mean, I'm very curious this, too. I can't believe they're more outraged over this than they are about the multi-billion dollar fraud that was perpetrated upon American citizens. That's what? They don't want law enforcement anywhere around there because they're just as complicit. Jacob Frye ought to be led away in handcuffs, and so should Keith Ellison,

because they received taxpayer money, our dollars. These welfare queens received our hardworking tax dollars through the, the, the, the, fraud perpetuated by members of the Somali diaspora in Minnesota. They received so much of our money. Didn't disclose it either. I don't know why they're not arrested. I don't want to hear from these people unless there's bars between them and the mic. That's it. That's the only way they should talk. And the only thing they should say is guilty or not guilty. That's it. They can make their plea. That's it. I'm so tired of this. I'm so tired of the accommodation of this. All of these lawmakers are telling you exactly where they stand. They're not standing with law-abiding Americans.

They're standing with people who are trying to colonize the United States while defrauding us, disregarding our laws, and weaponizing critical race theory slash DEI against us as the way to do it. That's why it was so hokey for the left to do what it did. That's why the woke Reich deserves all the scorn for trying to emulate it. Because now look what's born as a result of it. Oh my God. She sued the apartment manager. Her name is Patricia Shields. She has sued Grand Oaks apartment management. I can't even, why am I reading the story? Why? How does this happen? She's in Pinellas County.

She's suing. She said that she had to have two of her toes amputated. It was from 10 Tampa Bay News, Channel 10. She's seeking compensation. She said she noticed spiders within two weeks of, can't talk moving into her apartment. This is the one thing I can't handle. I'll handle snakes.

I can handle commies. I don't want to, but this I can't do. Anything. You're fine with it. I can't. Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh. I just want to curl up into myself and disappear.

She, she lost her home. She had to move several months after she lost her home to Hurricane Helene. So she moved into Grand Oak Apartments in November of 2024. She said, quote, I was happy and then kept getting bit over and over again. It was always in the bathroom. She has been able to verify the type of spiders that have been biting her. But medical, she's been to the doctor, all this stuff. They told her she had to amputate her toes

or she could lose her whole foot and then maybe her whole leg. She said she thought it was a joke. I don't even have words. Okay. Would you not wear shoes? Well, yeah, but wouldn't you, I don't know, spray or step on them?

Or set it on fire? Maybe, maybe. I'd be going in there with my judge. Bang, bang. I feel like Frank from Always Sunny. So anyway, I start blasting. Oh my gosh. I can't. Oh, I'm so sorry you all had to hear that story because I had to read it. A Florida man was jailed for trying to claim that this $150,000 stolen lottery ticket was his in West Palm Beach. It wasn't.

His name is Jawweed Arib. That sounds right. Yeah. 26 years old, Jawed Arib. He was trying to claim it himself. And they said, it's not yours. You can't. He handed over his ID. a ticket that was reportedly identified by its serial number, but then they started the verification process and they noticed that it was actually not

a legit ticket. And apparently he stole the numbers from the real owner. I don't even know how that is. So he's in jail. That's a big bad felony. You can't be doing that. You can't be stealing those. Yeah, you can't do that. Let's see. Florida man was sentenced for a Fall River Bank

robbery. He had a paper bag written bomb threat. He 41-year-old Domingo Agostini of Port Lucy. He's going to serve two years in state prison. He was sentenced because he threatened to tell her last fall or last year with a bomb.

He wrote it. He handed a paper bag note. So it was a note on a crumpley paper bag that said, I have a bomb. And he demanded $20,000. And then she handed over $5,000 and a red die pack that exploded as he

exited the building. That's actually super smart. I love those things. I'm all about putting those in fake packages on your porches. If you have porch pirate issues, I'm just saying. So he was pulled over because they were able to easily find him. So good for that, good for that teller. Is that like a standard procedure with banks? I think so. Like, oh, you're going to take money from me. By the way, who always thinks they're going to get away with that? It's 2026. Nobody gets away with bank robberies anymore. That just doesn't happen. No, that doesn't, that's never happened. I don't know. Let's see. A Florida woman was arrested. She spent more than $400,000 after she was

accidentally overpaid by her employer. How do you overpay someone by 400? I mean, it was a lot of money. Yeah. She was arrested after she spent over $400,000 that had been accidentally deposited into her bank by her employer. And then she didn't say anything. She just started spending it. She used luxury purchases. She bought a food truck. She bought a food truck. She sent $100,000 to relatives in Argentina. She purchased all kinds of luxury stuff. She thought she had just been blessed. She thought she had gotten a blessing.

That's literally what she told prosecutors. She thought she received a blessing and as a result of it being blessing, a blessing she didn't think you need to be returned. That's actually a very clever defense. Well, I thought the Lord gave me this. You know, so who am I to question what he bestows upon me in the form of a blessing? Very clever, but no, that's not. how we're doing it. You knew it was bad. You knew you were doing something bad, girl. You knew it.

So now she's going to the pokey. And that's something. She's going to jail after all of this happened. So yeah, you can't. Apparently it was reported in the local press over there. are we going to, is it mean, we're going to have a little Microsoft paperclip pop up and looks like you're trying to bomb the bullets. Where do you think AI came from, though, is my thing. What do you mean? I think came from the military. I think it came from that. Yes, but you think it. I think they are

operating on an advanced AI that we are not actually in the consumer world privy to. I think there's a lot that the government has in relation to technology that's probably well beyond what we have in our own current markets. I'm just a little concerned about any potential dangers that could crop up because AI is still a thing. I mean, that's fair. like classified data and movements and you know any kind of biases because we've already seen a lot of bias in AI and there's even been bias in GROC too so I'm just curious as to what are the

for the lack of a better way to say it the word fails me right now what are the the safeguards for this what are the ways to offset those already known limitations and maybe any previous undisclosed or unknown issues or concerns with that AI being used into this. That's the thing because that's what I get nervous about because when you get in so far at some point you can't extract yourself at that. You go beyond the Rubicon, right? And I just want to make sure that we are always in a position of power and control with us. That's a fair, you know, thing to be concerned about. I think that the government has probably already addressed that in a pretty severe way. You really trust that our government's address that? I don't trust our government

in any way, shape, or form, but what I do trust that the government does is keep us from the latest advancements of what's out there. And I think because of that reason, I suspect they're probably holding onto a much more accurate and a much more self-serving AI. Interesting, maybe. But they're talking about grok, though. They're talking about using the grok that we have. Yeah, integrated with Google AI into the Pentagon's, I guess, framework of strategy. Yeah. So I'm, you know, it's Google. So are we going to, are we upset at Google AI too?

This sounds like bad AI. Kintanji Brown Jackson, they've been having these oral arguments at Supreme Court. They're coming out with a decision on this case. It's the trans, the men playing on women's sports teams. And I wanted to play this. This is Kintanji Brown Jackson. If you liked her last word salad, you're going to love this second helping. I had to look at the transcript for this because I still don't think she knows what a woman is.

Listen. You have the overarching classification. Everybody has to be play on the team that is the same as their sex at birth. But then you have a gender identity definition that is operating within that, meaning a distinction, meaning that for cisgender girls, they can play consistent with their gender identity for transgender. for transgender girls, they can't. Yeah, because they have penis. So I think that, okay, as to the part about your ability to pass over from boy to girl,

you can go from one way but not the other. I want to be clear that BPJ is not challenging that specific classification. I think that's important to start with. But I think if anything, that's useful evidence as to the lack of a transgender-based discrimination, because if the legislature were just sort of unsettled by the notion of transgender athletes, I think the answer would have been to then bar them from passing over any way consistent with their job. I appreciate that. I guess I was getting at what I understood the Chief Justice to be trying to discuss, which was this notion that this is really just about the definition of who we,

we accept that you can separate boys and girls and we are now looking at the definition of a girl and we're saying only people who were girl assigned at birth. qualify and girl assigned girl assigned at birth i mean was any of it assigned a little before birth or was it assigned at birth uh nobody has so she doesn't understand the relationship of sex to biology clearly she thinks that gender is entirely separate from biology that is a choice. So according to Kintanji Brown Jackson's science, her definition of science, according to that, she thinks that you don't have genitals apparently until you're born. And then whatever everybody decides the baby's going to be, then the body, which is still like platoe and pliable apparently, then morphs you of vagina or penis to affirm that.

You know, it's all just very Mattel smooth down there. Nobody has any distinctive physical attributes that would possibly, because, you know, that's the only way to tell whether or not, according to Contagy Brown Jackson, apparently someone's a girl or a boy. Everybody has the same guts on the inside, but then it's when they're born that all of a sudden that decision kicks off something magical in this world. Maybe it reaches into the firmament, I don't know, into the ether, whatever you call it. And then the powers that be decide to, I don't know

what those are, the powers that be then the body like morphs and develops bits, like right like that. All happens in a split second. As soon as it's assigned. With the speed of Santa down the chimney. That's how you get them Franken beans. That's it. Is that science? That's science.

And I just, I am just, she, so she's still pretty much, she has not grown intellectually since apparently the days of her confirmation when she was asked, who was it that asked her that? someone she was asked by a member of the senate okay can you define a woman can you define what a woman is and she was like well i'm not i'm not a biologist so i can't i'm not a biologist so are all gender reveal parties fake according to her they are yeah because uh you know nobody the baby does not you know have any of that stuff until they're assigned it

at birth. I mean, this is just this is the Supreme Law of the land. It's a joke. It's a joke on humanity. It is an absolute joke on humanity is what it is. I don't know how else to describe it. I mean, I think it's insufferable that we have to

endure this Victorian freak show that they're calling oral arguments before Supreme Court because some dudes want to pretend to be chicks. And by the way, from what I understand, the guys that we're trying to want,

Isn't that kind of the real terrifying question? Think about how many people, how many people are in the medical field that either go along with us, this hunger games type stuff, or who just refuse and they just want to practice medicine? You know, every time I go to a doctor's office, how many times do you see more and more doctors offices have included? the how do you identify male, female, trans, prefer not to answer. I'm not going to tell you what I write.

I really am not going to tell you what I write. I think if they're stupid enough to ask that, then they are stupid enough to get an equally ridiculous response. I just, especially if it's in a medical setting. I just, when I see that on a forum and a month, I actually did leave. I was looking at, I was actually looking at a different allergist. And that, why was that on a form and an allergist? office and I just left. I'm like, no, I'm not doing this. My doc doesn't mess with

that. I'm not doing this. Don't fix what's broke. What ain't broke. Not doing it. I just left. I'm like, I'm not even, not even going to show up for this. This is so stupid. Asking, asking that in the medical setting, I just, is, to me, I just question whether or not they can practice medicine. That's kind of the terrifying thing about that. Think of it. Like, that's a terrifying thing. So how far does this affirmation of delusion go? So if someone, if a man believes that he's a woman and he's like, no, no, no, I have cervical cancer and positive I have cervical cancer. And once treatment for it, how far does this go? Are you denying him treatment because he identifies as a woman up to the point of having female sex organs and the

female reproductive structure? And if he insists that he has an ailment of a non-existent structure, well, you've already gone partway and defined him as a woman because that's what he's pretending to be. So at what point does it become discriminatory because you refuse to. used to continue on with the charade. That's the million-dollar question. At what point? How far do you go with it? How far does this go? You see the medical implications now.

What if I identified as the highly endangered smeltfish? Do I get those protections then? Am I afforded? You're too big to be smelt, a smelt fish. Whoever dealt it? They're the little tiny witty-bitty. Whoever dealt it? No. Smelt it.

The sand. I don't even know. Are they even good eating? I don't even know. I bet if you made them into food, you could bring that population back real quick. But that is the question. I hope that that's brought up at some point.
