Starting point is 00:00:00 But my three, two and a half days up for, we made a lot of progress. So I think everybody agrees on the criminal and public safety threats. They agree as much safer and easier to arrest an alien in the facility than send a whole team out in the field that's going to draw anger. Because now we've got to send a bunch of people to do something that could have been done by one or two people. Now, that's the whole point in this, that I feel like is being, well, I don't feel like it. It's because it is being left by the way. side and everyone's excusing the whole reason why ICE is there in the first place and it's really
Starting point is 00:00:35 I just I'm I'm really done with the lack of self-awareness and consistency with all of this and these individuals first of let's let's kind of revisit why we're here in the first place we're here in the first place because the leaders did not want to work with local law enforcement. They didn't want to work, the leaders did not want local law enforcement to work with the federal government. They gave them stand-down orders. That's why you had the president of the police union who criticized what Tim Walts and Jacob Fry were doing. Remember, it's been since 2021. They actually passed legislation to prevent the compliance with federal immigration law.
Starting point is 00:01:36 They passed legislation to prevent compliance and stopped honoring detainer requests. And so when they stopped honoring detainer request, that necessitated ICE moving in to apprehend these dangerous individuals. and because local law enforcement was given the stand-on order, local law enforcement was not there to keep the peace and maintain such balance. And as a result, things have gone sideways and gotten entirely chaotic. And they bear the blame for that.
Starting point is 00:02:12 They created this situation. They simultaneously don't want ice there, but then they refuse to work with ice, necessitating ice to go there. They created a sanctuary state for dangerous illegal aliens. They refused detainer request and stopped responding. So you had all of these individuals that were holed up in Minnesota, and ICE as a result had to be deployed to go and apprehend them since you had these lawmakers refusing to work with them. To a degree that was even worse than California and New York, shockingly.
Starting point is 00:02:49 That's the reality of the situation. That's why everybody's there. They didn't go there because Trump just sent some ice agents there. And I think it's insane that anyone would diminish. Don't simultaneously wield the Holocaust as a cudgel for your weak political argument while you simultaneously diminish it by comparing everyone and everything you don't like or don't understand to Nazis. It's so stupid. So now we have this total chaos. And even Jacob Frye still insists that he's not going to allow law enforcement to work with ICE agents. That's a major problem. It's a huge problem.
Starting point is 00:03:30 And because he's not going to allow that, here's the situation we're in. Local law enforcement could not be there when Renee Good ran over that agent with her car because they had been given the stand on order. Had they been there, they probably would have kept the peace. They probably would have kept the protesters back from blocking the streets and following ICE agents around with their cars. If local law enforcement hadn't been given the stand on order, they would have been there last Saturday with Alex Pretty.
Starting point is 00:03:58 They would not have allowed people to get in the middle of the road and kick vehicles and spit at law enforcement agents and obstruct a federal operation to detain and deport dangerous criminal illegal aliens. But they weren't there because Tim Walts and Jacob Frye don't want them there because Tim Walls and Jacob Fry and Keith Ellison and Illinois and all these other people, they want the violence. They don't have any kind of record to run on, so they want to run on that. They've created a situation that guarantees a violent outcome. They're telling people to go in the streets and fight with cops, literally telling them to go in the street and obstruct and impede. They're telling their constituents to commit felonies. And then they act like the existence of a felony statute is non-existent. Notice how when you had the Giffords organization going out there talking about Alex Pretty, well, he was lawfully carrying a gun.
Starting point is 00:04:55 And he was also at this protest. They didn't say he was lawfully carrying his gun at a disqualify. These are the same people that literally advocated to ban threaded barrels. I'm not taking any of these individuals seriously. I've said this before. We're going to dive into here coming up at the bottom of the hour that the newest video that showcases Alex Preti as being a pretty routine, repeat, violent individual. Now, the video that we're going to dissect here coming up, I'm going to just lay the groundwork for it because there's some confusion out there.
Starting point is 00:05:28 This is not, for what, from my understanding, the video that is out there, there's several different videos. There's some video of him out there the day that he apparently had the violent confrontation with ice and had a broken rib. And then there's video two weeks before the Saturday shooting, meaning a week before the violent confrontation with ice, where he's seen spitting in agents and things like that. So he was well known. Remember in the very beginning when it said he was known to law enforcement? Well, he was known to law enforcement because he'd been doing this for quite some time. time. And he was doing it while he was armed. We're going to dissect all of that because there are people who apparently don't realize that if you are in the process of committing a felony,
Starting point is 00:06:11 the law doesn't care if you're legally armed up into the point that you choose to commit a felony action. The moment you choose to commit a felony action, you don't just commit one felony, you commit two felonies because you can't carry in commission of a felony. Impeding a federal operation is a felony. Impeding a federal operation means literally getting in between ice agents and the people that they are arresting. It means getting in the way of their operations and obstructing their ability to carry out their objective. I shouldn't have to explain this to grown-ass people, but the drive-bys out there, they want to be deliberately obtuse. When you're out there in the street blocking traffic, when you're boxing ice agents in, and when you're getting in between them and the people that they are detaining, guess what?
Starting point is 00:07:00 You're playing the game called impeding a federal operation. Guess what? That's a felony. Guess what? You can be legally carrying right up into that point. But the moment you decide to act in commission of a felony, commit a felony offense, you don't commit one felony, you commit two felonies because you're carrying while committing a felony. It enhances the whole damn thing.
Starting point is 00:07:22 And there's a lot of dumbasses out there who don't know anything about firearm law who are just running off at the mouth. They're making it harder for actual Second Amendment people. They're making it harder for actual law-abiding, innocent gun owners. They're making it harder for people like me who've had no problem going to a protest armed to the teeth before, but never got shot nor arrested because I didn't make dumb choices and involve myself in a political operation or a law enforcement operation. They're making it harder for people like us. It's like listening to Damn Joe Biden sit here tell people to shoot at their situation. shotguns off their balcony. Stop it. This is asinine. I mean, it is insane. It's very
Starting point is 00:08:15 frustrating. Incredibly frustrating. So this, we got the president, by the way, he's holding a cabinet meeting right now. We've got fights over the shutdown. We're going to follow that as well because he's had some interesting stuff in his cabinet meeting. We're also going to go over some of the administration's latest remarks with all of this. And the shutdown, as you know, I told you guys this was coming. Told you all it. was coming. This is going to be happening every three months. So it was going to happen this early spring. It's going
Starting point is 00:08:48 to happen again going into summer. It's going to happen again going into fall. I mean, Kane, it happens every three months on the dot. Tell people why we keep doing this every three months. We don't have a budget, correct? We've been living by CRs where I can't even tell you for how long.
Starting point is 00:09:05 You know, when I was asking, I actually asked AI that. And it was a very discompobulated, confusing answer that went all the way back to the 80s. Oh, man. Dude. That means Juan wasn't of a lot.
Starting point is 00:09:17 He wouldn't even alive. No. Juan doesn't even know the concept of a balanced budget in the United States, nor does Steve, because they weren't alive. No, weren't even a twinkle in their dad's eye. Dude, your guys' parents weren't even married, probably. That's crazy. We haven't had a balanced budget since before their parents got married.
Starting point is 00:09:32 That's insane. A balanced budget? Yeah, no, you're right. We had had a budget. Can you imagine running your life like that? I just, men, I want you to imagine you're so. sending your wife to T.J. Max or to Target with no budget in mind. I heard all the men out there collectively grown before I even finish that sentence. You know what aisle your wife's going to?
Starting point is 00:09:54 She's going to that weird aisle. I just don't know why. I just need all the seashells in the world. I mean, we live landlocked in the Midwest. It's great. But I just need some seashell decor. I need this coral piece on my coffee table. Imagine sending her with no budget. All right, honey. See you later. That would never have. happen, but that's literally what we do to our government every day. We send them into the weird aisle at the Target store and say, have fun and leave. That's what we do. We got more on the way as we move. Our partners that help bring you the program. Superbeats, the turmeric chews. You guys know turmeric. It's very, very well known for its antioxidant properties, right? But most forms are pretty
Starting point is 00:10:32 difficult for the body to utilize effectively. Humans clinically studied complex helped solve that issue with a highly absorbable form. Now, it's from the same people. who make super beets, you might notice the packages are going to look different. It's going to be all red. The formulas are unchanged. You might see both packages during the rollout on the shelves at the same time next to each other when you're going to shop. But it's the same clinically studied complex, that turmeric curcumin complex that gives you a standout form of turmeric. So one serving gives you the equivalent antioxidant support of what you would find in larger amounts of standard turmeric extract. It's very easy to take. It tastes great.
Starting point is 00:11:12 Light citrus chew. It's a little bit smaller than a starburst. Take it in the morning and you're going to, you'll see the difference when you make this a part of your health regimen. So if you want to kick the new year off with something simple and delicious, it supports your overall wellness. The turmeric chews are a good addition to that routine. You can find humans turmeric chews at Sam's Club. So the next time you're there, get your bag. Pick up a couple today.
Starting point is 00:11:36 Some Americans are paying more for the health insurance than their mortgage. happened? What if we all just stopped paying for health insurance? Will that force doctors to lower costs? Check out the watchdog on Wall Street podcast on Apple, Spotify, wherever you get your podcast. And now, all of the news you would probably miss. It's time for Dana's Quick Five. So apparently the Fed's keeping rates steady amid Trump backlash in a criminal probe. But it does seem incredibly predictable, right? And political. So they decline to cut interest rates Wednesday holding steady amidst the battle to exert more influence over the independent central bank coming from the admin. They voted 10 to 2, the FOMC, the Federal Open Market Committee, to keep its baseline interest rate unchanged at 3.5% to 3.7%.
Starting point is 00:12:24 And they had a couple of members that voted for a quarter cut, a 0.25 percentage cut. So that's not changing much. It's not helping much either. People who naturally stay up late may have worse heart health than early risers. Really tired of the early risers being just like treated like little princesses, little princess babies. I'm so tired of it. You know, the people who stay up late, they get stuff done. Just saying. So they said the early bird may not catch the worm, which is a stupid saying in a weak way to start this story.
Starting point is 00:12:54 But they say, but they may have a healthier heart. I think there's other things that go along with that than other, just simply staying up late. It's other behaviors that are associated with it. So it's a little bit of a sloppy approach. The share of Americans who are medically obese is projected to rise by 50% by 20, 35%. It's because of our lifestyles and it's because of our food. It is, I just had to make a huge order of, of my flour that I get. I just had to get, yeah, I had to do a big.
Starting point is 00:13:18 Mm-hmm. It's because our food is so over-processed. It's so gross. That's why it is. And I think that we just have less physical activity than we did previously. It's true. So, I mean, that, but that's crazy. If you look back at, like, the pictures of yours, you didn't see morbidly obese people, right?
Starting point is 00:13:37 Like, back in the 60s and 70s. 70s, it was just, you just didn't see it. I mean, we weren't alive, but, you know, you still didn't really see it. You didn't see it in photos and history is what I mean. Stop. The Trump administration is reportedly on alert is the deadly virus with no cure sparks COVID-era quarantines, not quarantining. It's never going to happen, never going to happen again. They're monitoring the NIPA virus outbreak in India that's put 200 people under surveillance and triggered travel restrictions over fears of a fresh pandemic. CDC officials told the press that they were in close contact with authorities on the ground to assess the situation. They said that the CDC was monitoring and they're ready to stand by
Starting point is 00:14:16 as needed. I just maybe before we rush out and freak out and say like, oh my gosh, it's another COVID like pandemic, a COVID like this. Just chill and wait for the facts to come in. Just chill, chill out a little bit. Chill out a little bit. It's all we're saying. Just shh. U.S. East Coast bomb cyclone could bring the heaviest snow in decades. to North Carolina. I love the name bombed cyclone. I mean, it's like a cyclone that's here to be serious and bomb you. I mean, it's kind of interesting.
Starting point is 00:14:45 So this story it said the is going to strengthen along the East Coast this weekend and deliver heavy snow from the Carolinas to New England. Blizzard conditions and hardest hit. They're saying white out blizzard conditions. Heavy snow,
Starting point is 00:15:01 everything from Charlotte to Boston. Airline delays are going to mount and travel. This is going to great. I better not get stuck anywhere. I'm telling you what. Excuse me. So they said it's going to take shape in the southeast on Friday and it's going to extend all across Georgia and the Carolinas. And it's going to be, so everybody be safe. But I think these people are kind of used to it to it in the Carolinas a little bit.
Starting point is 00:15:26 Some of it, yeah, I feel like they're used to it and maybe better equipped than the people in Georgia. We have more on the way. The new video of the Alex Pretti behavior, a week out. Stick with us. is a great way to diversify your self-defense array because you're not always able to carry everywhere that you go because of state, local, municipal restrictions, but you still want to make sure that you're protected. And this is where burn a gun comes in. Regular stun guns only have like maybe one or two rounds, but the burn a gun has a 15 round shot capacity. It's roughly the size of an iPhone. And it, those chemical irritant projectiles, I mean, that's, you know, you've got
Starting point is 00:16:02 15 deters the threat from 50 feet away. That's going to give you time to get to safe. give you time to get safe, period. And so that's a great thing to consider. When you're barred from carrying everywhere else, college kids, this is a great option for you because it doesn't care about gun-free zone science. It's not a gun, see, there's no background checks, there's no licensing permitting.
Starting point is 00:16:22 You order it online and they send it right to your home made in the USA. Visit brunna.com slash dana. Check out the CL, which is the compact launcher. It's the only one you need to look at. They have different models, but this is the one specifically for this purpose that you should look at. The CL compact launcherer.

You're on the go guide for getting up to speed on today's most important stories. Subscribe on YouTube, Apple, or your favorite podcast platform. Welcome back, Dana Lash with you. And by the way, if you see me wearing the cans on the simulcast, it's because we're trying to avoid having ears getting clogged from my custom awesome in your monitor. so I can't wear them for a little bit.
Starting point is 00:17:06 So that's why it looks a little different. I look like Britney Spears. It's kind of, you know, I feel like I'm going to go out there and go on stage and it's a little awkward, but it's okay. It feels more old school back before you had the customizable in your monitor.
Starting point is 00:17:19 So anyway, that's just FYI. I'm going to have a can hair after this. I have to go do Lori Ingram's program tonight and I'm going to have headphone hair. All right, so welcome back. The video, this is, I'm pulling up, I have, bear with me, I have a million tabs that are,
Starting point is 00:17:35 open right now and there's a different video for each tab. So they have a, there's a new video out that came out yesterday, like yesterday early evening, that shows this Alex Pready guy going after ice agents and going after him pretty hardcore. And in one of the videos, he kicks an ice agent. And in one of the videos, he kicks an ice agent's vehicle and busts the tail light out of it. He spits on another agent. And spitting is a salt, or salt and battery, by the way. It very much is that you can't just spit on people. He screamed, quote, assault me, blank, blanker. We were just talking to Steve on break. We've really censored this. We hope nothing slips through, you know, just saying, but we've really censored it. This is, this is, this was taken January 13th.
Starting point is 00:18:38 The BBC released it first, and it's been confirmed by Daily Mail and others. Watch this. This is a moment the news movement filmed on January 13th in Minneapolis, showing a man who appears to be Alex Pretti interacting with federal immigration agents 11 days before Border Patrol shot and killed him. Our footage was analyzed by the BBC, whose facial recognition technology confirmed his identity to a 97% degree of accuracy. On the morning of January 13th, our team received a tip that federal agents were blocking a street at the corner of East 36th and Park Avenue in Minneapolis.
Starting point is 00:19:17 We arrived around 10.15 a.m. We saw observers shouting at the agents as they walked back to their vehicles. When they started driving away, the man kicked their taillight. An agent then got out of the vehicle, grabbed him, and pushed him to the ground. So what is this show? There's several things that are true here all at the same time. Let me address the first thing, the people that are going to be the loudest. That doesn't justify him getting shot last Saturday.
Starting point is 00:19:53 Hi, let's all remove head from backside and then attempt it again. No one said that. I love these people that come out of the woodwork. They create a straw man and then they argue with themselves. And everyone else is just standing here waiting. to even opine. No one said anything. It's actually a separate issue from that. So you can say, six ways to Sunday, well, you know, she doesn't justify him being shot.
Starting point is 00:20:16 No one said that. So shut up. No one said that. No one said a damn thing about that. No one said, oh, well, the agent was justified, or the agents since it was two were justified. Nobody's saying that. Here's the thing that all of this stuff can be true simultaneously. And I need people to start practicing nuance. And it's. mainly the drive-bys, but you guys get it. It's mainly the drive-bys. I need them to start practicing a little bit of nuance, because the reality is, is that clearly he had a history of targeting agents in violent confrontations. I think we can all agree with this, correct? Because apparently there are several videos of this, and this is even before January 13th.
Starting point is 00:21:03 He had one altercation with agents where he had a broken rib. He went to them so routinely he was part of that signal group. He was part of the signal group where they organized and they had these like responses. I don't know what they thought they were going to do. They were going to go and protect these rapists and murderers from being arrested. You know, you're not going to be able to get involved and save somebody from being arrested by police. That's not how that works. So it establishes a serious pattern of very, very, very.
Starting point is 00:21:35 volatile confrontational behavior on his part. Now, that's incredibly important to establish, because it dovetails into what ended up taking place on Saturday. So ICE agents are already placed in a very difficult position, as we explained on purpose for this reason last segment. There's a reason why I went over how Tim Walts and Jacob Fry and all these other people gave stand-on orders to law enforcement. It has created a very tense situation. Normally in operations like these, you would have the federal agents that are the ones that are serving the detainer, and then you would have local law enforcement that would be keeping the peace and keeping the chaos managed. They were told to stand down, so they have not been present. You have
Starting point is 00:22:25 these rioters that are blowing these crazy whistles all on purpose. They do it so no one can communicate. They do it so that there cannot be coordination on the ground between ice agents. How do we know this? Because I'm quoting the verbatim words that they've used in the signal chats. When someone was asking about whistles, do you know what they said in the signal chats that are publicly available and anyone can search what I'm about to tell you? They were talking about using these audible agitators, things like whistles and drums and all kinds of stuff as a way to make it confusing, chaotic, and prevent on-the-ground communication between ICE agents. Now, why might that be important for last weekend? All of these things. It's not justifying anything,
Starting point is 00:23:12 but it is laying out the groundwork for all of these armchair CSI Minnesota fans who think that they know everything from studying a couple slowdown stills from two crappy videos. Why do you think that that might matter? Well, let's look at it. You have someone that agents are already familiar with as being volatile and confrontational. He's carrying to these events. He's on video. You can see his holster. He's carrying at that event. I don't know why he has it in his back like that, which is one of the, in my opinion, I think this is just a bad way to carry, but whatever. It doesn't look like, it just didn't look as secure as it could be to me, because it was like leaning out at one point. Of course, if you're wrestling around with ICE agents,
Starting point is 00:23:54 you know, anything could lean out. But it's important because they knew who he was. and they knew what kind of behavior to expect from him. He was already in the middle of traffic that Saturday, which is being omitted from all these other videos. He's standing in the middle of the road, like trying to tell people whether they can drive or not. So you have that issue. Then you have the issue of ICE agents trying to talk to each other.
Starting point is 00:24:21 You can't even hear in the video what's happening. Imagine being these agents right next to the people that are blowing the whistles and trying to listen. This is why I think it's important because it all comes down to this one crucial moment. The moment in one of the really bad videos, the grainy, you know, shaky videos, but the video suggests that he was disarmed at one point. And then after he was disarmed, there was gun, gun, guns, shots are fired. I am curious as to how much they were able to hear each other due to all of the chaos. I feel like that's also a legitimate question.
Starting point is 00:24:59 just as it's legitimate to say, what was the impetus to use lethal force? I think it's also fair to say, could you even hear each other? Because if someone's saying gun, gun, gun, he's been disarmed. Has it been communicated that that gun was taken? That that gun is no longer in his possession, that it was taken by ICE agents? Because if I'm on the ground and I'm in, and I, look, I haven't done law enforcement, but I have done thousands of hours of training, defensive gun usage. We've done clearing houses. We've done mass casualty responses. We've done all
Starting point is 00:25:35 kinds of stuff. And I just know from the stuff that I've gone through if I'm supposed to be the response and I hear someone say gun, gun, gun, I'm immediately thinking a gun is in play somehow I don't know yet. So heightened awareness. Maybe my pistol goes to low ready because all I hear is gun, gun, gun. Now, keep in mind, too, that there were a lot of other people around. They weren't just dealing with him. There's also other people that they've got their eyes on. So what was the communication? Could they hear each other? Was anything else communicated? This all gets to the crux of this issue. And it was heightened already because they had no local law enforcement there to maintain the chaos as they executed these detainers as they went and they served. And
Starting point is 00:26:26 they served and got these people that had these requests on them. And it's chaotic. The rioters are resisting. They're loud. There's whistles. They're attacking the agents. These agents are already tense. None of this is a good situation.
Starting point is 00:26:48 You introduce into that scenario a firearm that you had been legally carrying up until the moment you chose to commit a felony. Do you see now how this is a lot more complex than just some dumbasses on X watching slow down videos? Do you see why it's important to wait for the investigation? I get it that people fetishize running out there to be first because they think they're going to get some imaginary citizenship for being first award. I don't know. Maybe they need something in their lives to validate their continued existence. I don't know. But this is why it's important to wait for facts.
Starting point is 00:27:31 This is why it's important to not run balls to the wall out just so I can be first. What are you serving by doing that other than your ego? I also don't understand this weird, this hypocrisy from the left on accountability. This is what I mean when I say that. I find it ironic that people are simultaneously claiming that Alex Preti does not bear an ounce of responsibility for any of the bad choices that led to this sad outcome. But yet ICE bears all of the responsibility for Tim Walls and Minnesota Democrats
Starting point is 00:28:16 creating this horrible situation. You can't have it both ways. And to say someone, just because for the Reads with Pictures crowd, to say that someone bears responsibility isn't saying that a use of lethal force was justified, just as it is asinine to say he doesn't, doesn't bear any responsibility for how he got into that situation. Ice didn't make him carry.
Starting point is 00:28:41 Tom Holman didn't call up Alex Pready and say, I want you to carry a gun and commit a felony. I mean, if he did by all means, Candace Owens is of the world, provide those receipts. But as it stands now, there's no evidence that people that ICE made him, Trump didn't make him do it, Trump didn't make Renee Good go and block traffic. Are we now going to disallow accountability and personal responsibility for people when they make stupid choices? Because I sure is hell, I'm not going to debate my Second Amendment rights because some dumbass wandered into the street
Starting point is 00:29:17 to disrupt a federal operation while he was carrying a firearm and decided to commit a felony while carrying, which then created two felonies, not one. And I sure is hell. I'm not taking any lectures from anybody who didn't sit in arenas either, who hasn't been fighting for Second Amendment their whole life.
Starting point is 00:29:39 And who, until last Saturday, would have made Alex Pready a felon for just carrying a damn threaded barrel. So don't take the bait with some of this stuff. But there is a reason why we are here. And we're not dodging accountability. We're not allowing anybody to do that. And one last thing. I'm tired of people going, well, the victims, they're the victims in this.
Starting point is 00:30:04 No. You know who the victims are in this? The victims are the young woman who was actually murdered and beheaded in Minnesota in the past couple of months by an illegal alien. Google that. The victims are the people who have been victimized by these brutally violent illegal aliens that we are then told deserve to wander our streets free. Those are the real victims. January is when a lot of people finally stop and look at their money. And instead of chasing big predictions or the next hot thing, they just want something solid. And that's why gold keeps coming up
Starting point is 00:30:46 is a steady, reliable option. I was talking with Colin Plum over at Noble Gold Investments, and we were discussing how no one really knows what 2026 is going to bring, elections, markets, wars. Well, this appears to be a case of mistaken identity. Some TSA officers were eating dinner here.
Starting point is 00:32:05 Someone thought they were ice, and then the crowd showed up. Whistles and horns blaring of anger in Linwood. A crowd of anti-ice protesters swarming a restaurant after reports that off-duty ice agents were inside. But law enforcement sources tell Fox 11 this may be a case of mistaken identity. The agents weren't ice, but instead TSA officers eating dinner. LA County Sheriff's deputies called in for crowd control, eventually calming the situation. Talk to you all about what happened? Oh, sure.
Starting point is 00:32:38 Who are you guys with? We're at Channel 11? Oh, Fox? Oh, Fox? Yeah. Oh, okay, okay. We asked an organizer what happened. No comment.
Starting point is 00:32:47 Oh, we just want to ask what happened. No, I know, but I just don't trust Fox. She refused to speak with us, saying it was because we're Fox. Do you guys think it was ice? Potentially. Yeah. When we turned to restaurant workers for answers, the organizer followed us inside, recording and telling employees in Spanish not to see
Starting point is 00:33:07 speak with us either. Yeah, sir, to you. You're not getting nobody to talk to you. Outside, straggler protesters also recording our camera trying to stay incognito. I think there's a place in time for everything. This man arrived moments after the chaos ended to eat at the restaurant. It all started. These are TSA agents.
Starting point is 00:33:24 You want to understand people get very emotional so they easily make mistakes. It happens. You take it out on the wrong people, which same thing as ice. They say they're after criminals, but they're taking it out on everybody. The TSA workers eventually escorted out of safety. escorted out safely with no rest or injuries, but a moment that highlights how tense emotions are across
Starting point is 00:33:42 L.A. I mean, I just think that these are some of the, this is some quality leering center stuff right here. Where does that minute? That person looks like they're in a uniform. That's probably Border Patrol. They see Border Patrol
Starting point is 00:33:57 everywhere. Aren't these the same people who make up stories about Border Patrol looking for everybody's papers? Which doesn't happen. It's not happening, but this is happening. Can you imagine? Man, if I was one of the magents, I'd be sitting there. I'd order a margarita and I'd just slurp it right in front of them, stare right into their dead eyes.
Starting point is 00:34:15 This is just, are you all right over there, Kane? These people who cry when they claim that American citizens get caught up in the street activities of ice because, you know, their states don't cooperate with ice. These same people can't ever get it right when they identify who ice is. Like, how can they make all these mistakes on identifying? identifying who ICE is, yet have no compassion for any tiny mistake by another human being. It makes no sense to me. I mean, part of me is kind of like, well, you know, go ahead and protest the TSA.
Starting point is 00:34:46 I don't care. But then I... That's actually more worthwhile. Yeah, I'm like, they're actually doing something that might be beneficial right now. So let them cook. Come on. Like, don't interrupt this. Let them cook.
Starting point is 00:34:59 We got more on the way. Guys, Bruce Springsteen has written a song about Minneapolis. I know you're so excited. Stay with us. Are you being lied to about your retirement? I mean, the advice sounds familiar. Max out your 401k and your IRA and hand your life savings to Wall Street and just hope that the market cooperates. If that were the only way, why do so many people then risk outliving their savings? Why does the inventor of the 401k call it a monster that should be destroyed? The time has come to hear the truth. Starting point is 00:36:21 other people are going to see it in another way. Do you think it changes at all? Do you think this video, to you, what does this video say? I actually haven't yet seen the video, but are we actually making the art? that Alex Preti should be killed for something that happened like 11 days prior to the shooting itself. No, I think we should be talking about the circumstances that actually led to the killing and what took place. And those circumstances, I mean, you can believe your own two eyes. I want to read a statement that we just received from...
Starting point is 00:36:56 There's no one's saying that. This is what the left says because they don't want to have to deal with accountability. So their preferred tactic of dodging accountability is to go, oh, so you think he should have been, you think that his killing was justified? That's a separate issue from establishing a pattern of behavior that could potentially predict a response. I mean, are you that stupid, Jacob Frye? Well, you are. I mean, you get cucked out on the daily by your Somali diaspora up there within, you know, I mean, come on. Welcome back to the program, top of the second hour with you, Channel 347 is where you can stream the program as well.
Starting point is 00:37:30 and make sure to sign up for substacks. So this all has to do with the second video that came out that shows him kicking the cars and attacking ice agents and all this other stuff. I mean, he got violent. I mean, he was putting his hands on people, spitting at people while he was carrying. You can't, that's a felony. And again, you can dislike the law all you want to, but that doesn't, the law does not need your approval of it to exist. That's just the way that the law is. And so it is incredibly indicative. think, of, you know, predicting response. The reason, which I find so comical that Jacob Fry, mayor of Minneapolis, is sitting there with a law enforcement officer talking about why we're in this situation. We are literally in this situation because of your dumbass. We're in this
Starting point is 00:38:18 situation because of CCP Timmy up there. That's why we're in this situation. Again, I'm going to say this every single hour that I broadcast. Minnesota actually, is beating California in the number of detainer requests that they reject. I was reading names off for you yesterday. I posted a whole bunch on social media. Every week, DHS publishes a list of these people that they're apprehending. Again, they're not fruit pickers and busboys. You go read these lists of convictions and then you look at,
Starting point is 00:38:49 then go look at your kids in the face and tell them that you're going to go and fight for the people who would pray on them. That's what we're talking about. These are dangerous people. I was joking. I actually I wasn't joking yesterday when I said other actual illegal aliens don't want them here. That's how bad these people are. So Jacob Fry gave the stand-on order to local police.
Starting point is 00:39:11 I mean, this is something New York Post and New York Times both published pieces yesterday and the day before, respectively, where they were quoting the head of the police union there, criticizing Jacob Fry and Tim Walts for giving them the stand-on order and disallowing them to keep the peace while ICE performs these operations. They've already been criticizing them. What's more, and Lorraine reminded me of this too, you also had these activists judges that were trying to prevent the enforcement of law. So they had a temporary, they had a preliminary injunction restricting ICE from using force or arresting protesters at all. That was something that Judge Menendez, this was Catherine Menendez, a federal judge,
Starting point is 00:39:57 had they were they had this preliminary injunction there were these she and this other judge were going back and forth basically you had judge tune him you had a couple of others where uh and this was back at the end of uh actually yesterday they had they just got a new tRO on on illegal aliens yesterday from a different federal judge so they have a temporary restraining order that blocks ice from actually fully doing their jobs. So this has been going back and forth, actually since December. And there have been times when ICE is completely hamstrung and they're not even able to detain people. And then that order is lifted and it goes back and forth, et cetera, all because Tim Walts and Jacob Fry refused to do anything. So you tell me what's making it more chaotic. If, first off, if Minnesota would have been
Starting point is 00:40:53 complying with these detainer requests, this wouldn't be an issue. Because see, they already had these guys. in custody. They had them in their county and city jails. And then they decided to release them without notifying ice out into the streets. In fact, the guy that they picked up who was making child pornography was walking around the streets. That's not even a joke. That is not even a joke. That was in one of the first press releases that was released at the beginning of this year by DHS. He was one of the people that they nabbed. He had been released from a county jail and had been walking on the street since late last year. A guy who didn't just possess that disgusting material, he had helped make it. So they could have, because that guy had a detainer request on him,
Starting point is 00:41:44 he was one of the guys, I think that they had since like 2023, one of the newer ones that they had a detainer request on. Because ICE had requested, what should have happened is the county jail should have peacefully transferred him to ICE. And then he could have been deported, but they didn't do that. They released him in the streets. So ICE has to go to Minnesota to get him. Then you have all these protesters that are saying ICE is mean for going and getting people like this. And then they pull these stunts in the middle of the street. Jacob Ryan, Tim Walls, tell local police, not you can't do anything. They get a judge to back them up. Local police have to stand down. Ice agents are then even further restricted from everything that they're able to do.
Starting point is 00:42:25 They can't even defend themselves. So that's the situation. they've created it. And then they've somehow been able to convince people like Renee Good and Alex Preddy that it's smart to get involved in these operations violently. It is super unfortunate that that dude chose to do what he did. Now, the question is to ISIS culpability, that's what investigations were for. And unfortunately, that's what nobody on social media wants to wait for. That's what nobody on CNN wants to wait for.
Starting point is 00:43:01 That's what nobody on MSNBC wants to wait for. None of these people want to wait for the full investigation to come in and see what else is out there because you know that they got body cam footage. Then there's all the videos on Alex Preti's phone. Don't you want to see what those show? Because I sure as hell do before people who are larping about is CSI Minnesota decide to play judge during execution. Or can we just maybe wait for a little bit and not be like the damn left? Somebody asked me what I would have done differently. Well, I wouldn't have been there protesting this at all because I want these people rounded up and yeat it into the sun first and foremost, but I'll settle for having them go back to their place of origin.
Starting point is 00:43:45 I shed no tears for predators of women and children. But all the times that I've been in a pre-even open carrying, all of the classes that I've taken, you know one of the first things they'll tell you in any concealed carry class is that you need to feel. the necessity of de-escalation when you're carrying. In fact, I think one of my first courses, a third of that class was about de-escalation. And when we've done mass casualty training and things like that, one of the things that they teach you along with it is de-escalation, especially post-event de-escalation, you know, helping to keep things calm so law enforcement can take over. Because all the training operates in the context of average law enforcement response times. And on average, it's anywhere from 12 to 20 minutes.
Starting point is 00:44:45 And so everything is applied in that context. So you learn de-escalation techniques and tactics as well. But in a basic concealed carry class, you're told this. Everything that they teach in class not to do is what Prety did on camera. Literally everything. So the point is, is to find out the accountability of the officers involved and what led to the use of lethal force, I think that we're going to have to see body camera footage, etc. One thing I mentioned last hour and nobody's talking about this is the agitation of the left. Now, I know this because I've disrupted leftist protests using these same tactics.
Starting point is 00:45:30 I've been in the streets with drums and air horns and whistles. and I would ruin every media shot that they had. We would go out and we would have street. This is what the stuff we did. I was a lot younger. We had street teams. This was in St. Louis. And whenever they had an event, we would ruin every live shot.
Starting point is 00:45:48 Every single live shot. It got to the point where leftists in our town literally were distributing our pictures to other people to try to stop us from ruining their live shots. So we would just enlist other people and then we would act as a decoy and then other people would do it. So they never got away with it. but it's similar to what they're doing with ice agents and instead of ruining media shots they're trying to disrupt the operation so they have whistles they get in their way they try to obstruct their view they try to make it to where they can't hear each other and the reason i bring this up is because i'm watching the video i'm not going to pretend that i know as much as the people on the ground in the video
Starting point is 00:46:22 nor should you that's presumptive and dumb but one of the things you i think it's safe for you to assume is that it's very difficult to hear it is hard for us to hear even when we run this audio through and try to filter out any we've run it through AI we've run this audio through AI we've done it through we and it is very difficult to hear what they're saying the tone of their voices with all the whistles and the shouting so the reason I bring this up is the crucial critical point for me watching this is that one of the videos suggests that he was disarmed on camera there's clearly something that holding something, I'm trying not to plan to confirmation bias, but you could reasonably believe
Starting point is 00:47:10 that it is probably a pistol. And it was after he was disarmed on camera that shots rang out. What I don't understand is if you have already, and he wasn't carrying anything else, so did they reasonably believe that maybe he was carrying something else and trying to access it? That's a fair question. Because when you're watching this video, there's no way in how they can hear each other. You have a lady blowing a whistle right by the damn camera no more than five feet from them. How in the hell could they hear each other? So when someone's screaming out gun, gun, gun, do you know how many times they yelled that before the other agents in my view? It took them a second to react to that because I think there was so much noise and so much confusion.
Starting point is 00:47:55 So was the I really, and this is what the investigation is supposed to show, did they feel as though maybe he was, did they think he was still armed? Did they think that he had another weapon concealed on his person? Was that what they were reacting to that made them believe that there was a reasonable threat or reasonably believe that there was a threat about to manifest further? And that's why they use lethal force? I don't know. That's what we have to find out because that is going to help determine accountability in terms of using lethal force. But I will tell you, if you were pushing me to give, which I feel would be stupid, because again, I want to wait for everything to come in, there's a phrase called lawful but
Starting point is 00:48:49 awful where a lot of bad things happen, and yet unfortunately, considering all the variables, it ends up being lawful. I mean, so far I haven't seen anything produced that would deter from that timeline, from that chain of events, that cause and effect. But we need to know what was the impetus for use of lethal force. I feel like that's a fair question to ask. Completely fair question to ask. We've got more on the way. It's the folks over at Patriot Mobile, the only Christian conservative.
Starting point is 00:49:26 phone service in the country. Look, I get it. If you've, like, gotten rid of your Disney subscription because you don't like their leftist politics, good for you. If you did with Netflix, whatever. But if you haven't with your cell phone service, sorry, but I don't want to be mean, but you're kind of being performative. The cell phone bill that you pay, everything else is a drop in the bucket, considering how much money you give to your leftist cell phone company. Why would you not switch to the only Christian conservative wireless provider? I've used them for over 10 years. Don't let the whole Christian conservative wireless provider thing make you think that their first and foremost job isn't providing the best service out there because it is. I mean, you get premium prioritized service

Starting point is 00:50:47 cover because not only did they have a volcanic eruption, but But they had what's called a rare rock storm. Can I sidebar, that actually sounds really cool. That sounds supermodel, dude, right? Like, just imagine, like, Lemmy's Vogels and rocks raining from the sky. I'm just saying, rock storm. Yeah, they said it was a rare, oh my gosh, there's video of it. That's crazy.
Starting point is 00:51:13 How far? I'm curious, like, how far do you have to be away? I'm not going to Google it, I'm lazy. How far you've got to be away from the volcano to not, like, get melted? I'd say a thousand miles, maybe three thousand miles. Because these videos look super close up. I'm obviously exaggerating. But as far away as you possibly can, that's what I'd say.
Starting point is 00:51:29 Like I would be a way, I mean, I'm worried about splatter if I'm washing dishes in the sink. With the hot water? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like this is like, you know, or if I'm making fried chicken, like, you know, oh my gosh, I got to wear like Teflon. Oh yeah, cooking bacon. Dude. Don't be cooking bacon. I bake bacon.
Starting point is 00:51:44 Yeah, that's the way to do it. This, though, I mean, I don't want no splashback from lava, but it would be fun to see, but I don't want to be like, oh my gosh, my eyes burned out of my socket because lava hit me. I'm just curious. All right, it's a weird thing that I didn't thought, no, I would ask. I don't want to have the Rob Schneider
Starting point is 00:52:01 headline. It makes me sad. I like Rob Schneider. His wife filed for divorce, and I just think, let them deal with their thing. The next no kings march on the horizon. Oh, guess where it's going to be, guys? Where? Have you said Minnesota? You're right. Yay. I'm kind of predicted.
Starting point is 00:52:18 They're no kings. Great. One of my kids' professors can go to that with all this dippy no-king stuff all over his Facebook profile. I love the idea of protesting things that don't exist. Yeah, my favorite thing ever is people like creating something that is not even in existence and then just railing over that forever. So, yeah, they're going to be, it's going to be, they're doing No Kings 3. No Kings. But they couldn't call it No Kings in Britain because they literally have Kings. It's okay. Apple CEO is scrambling to save face because people, People are criticizing him for partying with Melania. Everybody needs to get off Melania's junk.
Starting point is 00:52:54 She's never been nothing but nice to you. Shut up. And you know what? Her Christmas decorations were on point. So I don't even want to hear it from people. Mayor Fry, what material commitments are you making to community members, are community members who have been harmed, detained,
Starting point is 00:54:34 or have had their loved ones brutalized? As the mayor of the city, what concrete actions will you and the city of Minneapolis take, such as providing financial support, coordinating resources, or pursuing legal action? All of the above, providing. financial support, coordinating legal resources, and of course, pursuing action. These are actions that are underway, and we need to bolster them even further. Wait, you're about to get really angry, though. With the purchase of one slap chop, you get a second one free. Welcome back to the program. Dan Lash with you, that's Jacob Fry. That was from
Starting point is 00:55:15 their little town hall that they had with CNN last night about all of the stuff and Minneapolis. And I, it's weird because he's like talking about supporting legal resources and that for the illegal aliens that are brutalized by eyes. What about the people that the illegal aliens brutalized?
Starting point is 00:55:38 No. Nothing for them. I mean, I just, I got a lot of questions about that. I mean, do you know that? How many people are aware of her name is
Starting point is 00:55:52 America Thayer. America Thayer was seeing a guy named Alexis Viltres who is a Cuban national illegal immigrant and he got mad at her
Starting point is 00:56:09 attacked her in public with a machete and cut her head off. It was witnessed and filmed by a handful of bystanders. he had been charged with arson.
Starting point is 00:56:31 He had a slew of previous domestic assault convictions. And in 2023, he decided to act like he was mentally ill. And because of the restorative justice and Soros prosecutors, they said he was not guilty. And they just let him walk. Illegal alien, chops a woman's head off in public. these ice ended up getting them thank god after he did that so my question is where's the question from bananas and rice there about america thayer what about the restitution and resources for the actual
Starting point is 00:57:19 victims and their families i mean i can sit here and go through a number of cases would you like for me to do that? What about the woman who was and man who were arrested with concealing and abusing the corpse of a woman? I mean, I could sit here and go on and on. Got a lot of these crazy cases. I mean, I just have no words. These are just some examples. And the crazy thing with this is everybody knew that this guy, they knew him, they knew he was known to law enforcement. And when they had this, this was back in March of last year in Minnesota, they were going back and forth over a bill that was proposed that was supposed to crack down on these sanctuary policies in Minnesota and roll back some of these protections of the criminal illegal aliens and they
Starting point is 00:58:21 were fighting against it. America Thayer, her father, had to test him. and he said, quote, the only question I have is how anybody on any side of any aisle would ever have a problem with reporting dangerous criminals to ICE so they can be considered for deportation immediately, end quote. He said this in Wednesday, March 12th, 2025. Because the reason this guy was, he had been held in a county jail for some reason. I'm just reading what was been reported. And even the state jails that Tim Wall said that do that do the reporting or that followed the detainers, that's actually about. 50% of the time. That's not even a full 100% of the time. County in jail, county and city, it's never. And this guy was released. He had a detainer on him. ICE had a detainer request on this killer. And Minnesota ignored it. That's a fact. So this is what we're talking about. When Minnesota ignores this type of stuff, ICE has to go in and get them. and do you see what I'm saying? When you look, I want a full stop for a second.
Starting point is 00:59:34 The other thing I started doing yesterday was looking at the victims of all of these illegal aliens. Just the ones that I've mentioned on air and I've written about in an upcoming column that I have with Daily Mail. Do you know that about 98% of the victims are themselves like immigrants? this type of criminality disproportionately affects immigrant communities in the United States. Now, that makes me mad because these are people who came over the right way.
Starting point is 01:00:18 They did everything they were supposed to do. And because a couple members of their community likes to shelter these criminals with local law enforcement, with Democrat help, they're preyed upon at a greater rate than the community at large. So I know that Democrats love playing the race game. I have to full stop ask, is that what this is? Are they forcing immigrant communities to live with these criminals?
Starting point is 01:00:50 Because notice the people in the street protesting, they're all white progressives. Very few of them are actually Hispanic. They're all white. white progressives, white Marxists. Look at the people when Renee Good was killed. Did you see all the photos and videos of all the people that were standing there? They're all white. Did you see the people at the January 13th rally?
Starting point is 01:01:20 There's photos and video of it all over with Alex Pready, that protest. They're all white. Did you see the people last weekend that were there obstructing? They were all white, progressives. Immigrants don't want to deal with this stuff. these people gone too. Oh, but you've got these white progressive saviors that are insisting otherwise. That's a big problem. Very big problem. So I don't, all of this is crazy. You got this, 11, Anna Navarro, this woman, she's not a conservative. She never was. She just larked as one so
Starting point is 01:02:06 she could get on the view. Listen. They chose to, they killed the wrong guy, right? Because this is like, this is like the perfect guy. Alex Prattie is the guy you would want to date your daughter. The guy you'd want your son to grow up to be a decent
Starting point is 01:02:22 human being who was serving humanity, serving sick veterans who is, you know, there's nothing that has been said about that. He had not been employed for months as a nurse. I don't know if people were aware of this. He actually quit his job so he could be a professional layabout. Do you guys know that? Are we not allowed to talk about that?
Starting point is 01:02:44 He had not been employed as a nurse for months. He had quit his job and he was spending all of his time doing this anti-ice stuff. The messages about the signal group, by the way, do you know how we know that the parents were telling him to stop and don't do anything stupid? Because they got all those messages from his phone. All the signal messages were up there. His parents telling him, you've got to stop doing this because you're going to get in trouble or hurt or something. That was all on his phone. His dad told him two weeks ago, quote, protest if you want, but don't engage. Don't do anything stupid, end quote.
Starting point is 01:03:27 Verbatim. It was one of the messages on his phone. It's not insane. He had quit his job so he could be a professional protester. nobody wants their kid to grow up to do that that's stupid and i wouldn't allow my if i had a daughter i would not allow my daughter to date someone who gets mad at law enforcement for deporting rapists and murderers how do you look at yourself in the face i mean probably through a million filters but you know still i this this is they're trying to lionize this guy and make it seem as though
Starting point is 01:04:02 he has no culpability at all whatsoever you had these people doing their jobs in a very volatile environment made worse by the Democrat leaders that are telling people like Alex Prady to go out there and do this. They are working with a group of organized leftists on signal that are telling them to confront to obstruct to resist. And then they have no plan B when they come into direct conflict with law enforcement. I mean, the people who flame this for their own political agenda and the people who made bad decisions that led to them. to this consequence, there are a lot. There are a lot. So, I mean, and the mischaracterization, like, oh, well, it didn't look like he was impeding. Well, yeah, when he was in the middle of the road, blocking traffic, I mean, why would you omit that for your point? You just lost. Or the other time
Starting point is 01:05:02 when he was attacking the, I'm not going to litigate this. I mean, this is on video. I'm going to tell you, the left needs to be really damn careful with the new rules that they're establishing. because I'm the type of person that you want to have safeguards on. You start doing this with me. You come up to me armed in my vehicle and you don't let me move. I'm going to draw down on you because you're a threat to me. You want vigilanteism from the real FAAFO people. You keep doing this.
Starting point is 01:05:30 This is going to look like scout stuff. Nobody wants it to get to that point. But by God, if it gets to that point, the real FAAFO people are going to finish it. so and then we'll run it after nobody wants to get to that point but I do think Tim Walts and Jacob Fry do I really believe that they do Tim Walts was saying that he's not
Starting point is 01:05:58 going to run for office again he was tired he thinks it's time to retire he's not running for office again because he can't win he's not running for office again because he's so unbelievably compromised by fraud he can't win that's let's be real that's why he's not running that's why
Starting point is 01:06:12 the whole thing is sad it's sad and i see people that i thought were like two-way stalwarts that have been weak i see people who don't understand firearm law trying to lecture firearm law and in the meantime guess who's getting excused in all of this the leaders that created the situation bruce springsteen wrote a song do you guys hear about this protest song with lyrics honoring Renee Good and Alex Petty. This is his quote. He goes,
Starting point is 01:06:55 I wrote the song on Saturday, and I recorded it yesterday, and I released it to you today in response to the state terror being visited on the city of Minneapolis. That's what he said. Sounds constipated. It's what his face is.
Starting point is 01:07:12 If you look up constipation in the dictionary, it's Bruce Springsteen's face. So, it's It starts with an acoustic guitar and then it ends with chance of ice out. Oh, golly. Here's that, wait, here's, oh, boy. Singing through the bloody mist will take our stand for this land. A stand and land rhyme. And the stranger in our midst. See, mist, M-I-S-T, and M-S-T kind of rhyme. M-I-D-S-T? See that? I'm a lyrical genius. I just did this play on words. This is so stupid. It's kind of like Streets of Philadelphia, which was the Hanks film,
Starting point is 01:07:51 9093 Philadelphia. He got an Oscar. I don't think it. I mean, the lyrics are bad. This is so bad. King Trump's Private Army from DHS. That's an actual lyric. There's not enough alcohol this early in the day for me to sit here and go through this whole song.
Starting point is 01:08:11 It's his life mission to make bad decisions. It's time for. Florida man. I do not want to read this headline. A Florida man was arrested for performing an intimate romantic act with a vacuum cleaner at a Kissimmee resort. Oh, my gosh. Kevin Dale Westerhold, 51, was reported for exposing himself. and performing an intimate act with a vacuum cleaner outside on Grasendale Street in Kissimmee, Florida.
Starting point is 01:09:05 A neighbor saw him being super inappropriate, and he tried to flee the scene when deputies arrived. The deputies found that Westerhold, oh, and his wife, who is not a vacuum, were registered as hosts for an Airbnb on the street. another property. He residents, so at this Airbnb, apparently he would show up and walk around naked in the house while people were staying. This is why I don't do Airbnbs at all. I don't do them. They reported him to the Homeowners Association in December and apparently nothing happened.
Starting point is 01:09:44 And then, oh my gosh, there's ring footage camera of the vacuum incident. Oh, please. I only want one thing. Aliens, but not this video. That's, oh, oh, he's in trouble because he was exposing his bits. Oh my gosh, I can't. A Florida removes a huge frog from a home after a 911 caller says she's deathly afraid. God love her.
Starting point is 01:10:10 Polk County Sheriff's Office, they had to respond to a 911 call because the Florida woman was losing her mind. She was trying to get a frog outside. She said it was, quote, huge and big. And she was freaking out. And it wasn't just one frog. There were two big frogs under the sofa. She was losing her mind. And the deputy very nicely showed up.
Starting point is 01:10:33 She called 911, God lover, because it was an emergency to her. Like the giant frog. Oh, my gosh. A second Florida man was arrested for breaking into a Keys aquarium and killing a tarpawn in a private lagoon. I don't even know what this is, but I don't want it killed. It's a 55 inch tarpaon. They kept it out of the water for five minutes through. it back and apparently killed it.
Starting point is 01:10:56 Can we also, let's do the reverse with him. Can we hold them underwater and take photos? And then throw them back on land and see how that works. That's a fitting punishment. Yeah, so he's in trouble because that's, yeah, I don't know. We had a Florida substitute teacher who was, quote, drunker than Cooter Brown. I'll have that for you tomorrow.
Starting point is 01:11:15 Stick with us. Third hour next. You know, never in a million years did I think that we would be in this place where troops and federal agents by the thousands have been deployed on a great American city
Starting point is 01:11:37 where the Department of Justice is used as a weapon to silence dissent. We're the very foundational principles of our democracy and of our republic are questioned. Banana and rice. I didn't take this job
Starting point is 01:11:53 to get into the business of defending democracy. I'd just did it because being a mayor has always been my dream job. There's great honor in filling potholes. It is noble to keep people safe and to build affordable housing. That work which we do every single day is foundational to the principles of our republic and all the same. We find ourselves in a different position right now. We are on the front lines of a very important battle. He's at the mayor's thingy. What is the Is it the national whatever mayors are getting up there to talk? I don't know. And he gets up there, big cuckin, gets up there and is like,
Starting point is 01:12:36 I mean, I just, can you believe they're silencing descent? What dissent are they silencing, pray? I'm curious. Why is it that whenever I ask a leftist this, they lose their minds? Okay, well, what silence are they to say, why are you a fascist? Every time. Why are they like that?
Starting point is 01:13:01 Stop it. But he's not the... Who's telling... You know, the only dissent that I hear that you can't have is to be like, yeah, I want them rounded up. I don't just want the criminal illegal aliens that are... That have all their murder and rape convictions to be deported. I want them bound together in a giant human squib and yeat it into the sun.
Starting point is 01:13:22 That's what I want. Make that happen. Make yeating stuff into the sun great. Again. Welcome back. top of the third hour news alert oh my gosh i'm done with the so now we got winter weather alert friday through sunday another round of arctic air is moving in we're all going to die kane yeah i'm done with it all you arctic people take your air back we don't want it down here
Starting point is 01:13:52 stop trying to colonize our air with your cold air done with us i can't Part of me thinks that these people, and I think that these, we were talking about the protesters that are in Minnesota and all these people that are going and doing all this stuff, Alex Pretti had quit his job to, I guess, be a full-time unemployed protester, or was he unemployed? Because remember, they've been paying people to do all this stuff, right? So I got questions. I think we all have questions.
Starting point is 01:14:33 So anyway, that's Jacob Fry. I don't know. And then you got Amy Klobuchar, who's going to be running for governor. I think Kohl's made all her ads. Sponsored by Internet Explorer, Kohl's, Krocks, and Insure. So the issue here, because we've got the government shutdown happening, well, maybe, maybe. We're going to have one. Just go ahead and get used to it. Just gear yourself up for all of this. Just gear yourself up for all of it. And then of course, now we're going to be
Starting point is 01:15:17 going into midterm election. The timing on this is purposeful. Because you have, so the Senate has this partial, this funding bill to avoid a partial shutdown. they were supposed to advance it earlier today and they didn't. HR 7148. It's a procedural vote to invoke. So it's a parliamentary move. It's like kind of a test vote. You have all these procedural votes to bring it to the floor, to open debate, to close debate, to do all, you know, all of this stuff.
Starting point is 01:15:53 So it was a procedural vote, but some people are saying that it's kind of like a test vote on the whole matter. They, it has to be, this thing has to be passed by midnight Saturday. or the government shuts down. Great. And it failed by 45 to 55. Now, there's still a lot of negotiating going along with it. So John Thune, he voted no, because procedural rules are really ridiculous. This is where you get parliamentary procedures, democratic process, and a republic.
Starting point is 01:16:28 So when the founders were creating how things were working, they borrowed the best bits from, like, you know, the Greeks and, you know, the Roman Republic, all this stuff, to put it together for our process here. So Thune, if you vote no, that enables you with votes like this to immediately move to reconsideration. And so Thune, that's why Thun voted no so that he could come back and move and move the vote for reconsideration. Other Republicans who voted no were Johnson, Tuberville, Mike Lee, Ted Bud, Rand Paul, Ashley Moody, and Rick Scott. It may have, have to do with the SAVE Act. I mean, I'm speculating as to that might be why. And the reason I say that, let me pull this tweet up, is because Chuck Grassley had tweeted that he long
Starting point is 01:17:19 supported voter ID and ensuring only citizen vote in elections. He's a co-sponsor of the SAVE Act and Mike Lee amplified it. And they were pushing the SAVE Act as kind of probably why they voted the way that they did. It was like, it's being described as like a free vote. So Democrats, they vote no in lock steps. So they won't allow anybody to get near that 60 vote hurdle. So anyway, I think it's, what do you think, Kane? They're not going to get anything passed by Saturday.
Starting point is 01:17:51 I did hear some chatter about the Senate claiming that a picture ID wasn't part of the requirements in the Save Act, where they thought, I thought we were doing ID for this. We're supposed to be. Yeah. So I think senators were getting together and saying, we need to adjust this. So it will most likely go back to the House anyway. But they're putting in making sure the language is clear on the picture ID.
Starting point is 01:18:13 Yeah, which seems like that's a easy thing to do. But it looks like we are going to have, probably will have it by Saturday because they've got to pass it by midnight Saturday. And it has to go through the Senate first. They have to meet, you know, has to go through that first. So we'll see how that goes. So and they're very eagerly using it to say, we, don't want to have any more funding for ICE. We don't want to have any, well, you, you aren't helping ICE already anyway. And that fund, that funding has already been allocated. So that's not
Starting point is 01:18:43 something that you're going to be able to undo with demands. And that's all performative. They're not going to be able to cut ICE funding out of which was a separate acquisition through this bill. Excuse me, through this. That's not, that's not how this works. So it's all performative. And they think Democrats are just using that as an excuse to not advance anything because Trump and they're going to try to blame it on all the ICE stuff. I still think that the administration needs to do better with messaging on the people that they're getting rid of. And the drama surrounding Christine Nome, et cetera, does not help.
Starting point is 01:19:18 I don't care if people like her or hate her right now. I've got my own reservations. But I need this to be a successful operation because we're going into midterms. And anything that is not a success is an obstacle in me getting what I want, which is a maintaining majority. Anything short of that is a distraction and an enemy. Be very careful with the people that are trying to throw you off course. Even on the right, be very careful about this.
Starting point is 01:19:48 So with people like Bruce Springsteen writing songs, I mean those lyrics are. They kill my soul. The lyrics kill my soul. Now we've got people are trying to. people are trying to, I guess, a portion blame, but where? Listen to, this is this chick on CNN. This is cut 13. This was a head scratcher.
Starting point is 01:20:11 Listen. Donald Trump is actually responsible for the vitriol. So is there going to be any acknowledgment of that? Should there be? Well, if he, like I said, if I were the president, I'd pick up the phone and call I'lliam Omar to see if she's okay the next day. Because this is, this is, that's what we do as Americans. Why are we getting mad about where are we getting I mean she literally we want to talk about rhetoric hold up
Starting point is 01:20:35 Where's this that? This is cut 10 let's talk about rhetoric real quick play this this is cut 10 this is illon Omar Nobody should ever have hired Stephen Miller Who basically has a is a copycat of the Nazis and that's kind of the cruelty that he wants To you know inflict on on people So she's calling someone who is Jewish a Nazi. That's what an Islamist would do. So let's talk about that rhetoric if we're going to have a conversation about rhetoric. This is so assonite. But you want to know this, okay, this is going to make you really mad. I'm really sorry. This is that story I was
Starting point is 01:21:18 telling you about where you have this. Let me pull this up. This is in Hennepin County. and the person, this lawmaker, is Angela Conley, and she's the Hennepin County Commissioner District 4. She sent Tim Wals a letter. This is what she says, quote, I sent him an email, urgently requesting an eviction moratorium ahead of February 1st. Rent will be due for many Minnesotans that have been sheltering. in place due to the inhumane behavior of ice. She wants property owners now to have to pay for illegal, I guess she's talking about illegal aliens, to pay for someone else's rent. And I don't know. How is that not a violation of like a quasi third amendment application? Third Amendment, application. Third Amendment, you can't, you can't force people to house soldiers in their home
Starting point is 01:22:38 during peace without consent, the quartering. But isn't that essentially what you're allowing people, you're forcing people to do with illegal aliens? You're forcing them to allow illegal aliens to shelter for free in your property. Notice how in, let me pull this up, notice how she's not saying that the people who have illegal aliens that are not paying rent, she's not, asking for them to get a tax relief. She's not asking for utility companies to stop collecting payment for services. She's forcing other people to shoulder the burden of everyone else's bills because her excuses, checks notes, the inhumane behavior of ICE. We already had this as a court precedent where this is considered unlawful and unconstitutional.
Starting point is 01:23:40 You remember during the COVID era when CDC was trying to force a rent moratorium and they got slapped down in court. They were told that they did not have the authority to do that. How would Governor Wals have the authority to tell people who own private property that you must allow people to live there for free due to a problem we created? And not only do you not get any relief on taxes or utilities, but you have to continue paying that. You have to provide it out of your own pocket for these people. Are you kidding? Can Minnesota just go and join Canada?
Starting point is 01:24:16 Can we just do that? And now, all of the news you would probably miss. It's time for Dana's Quick Five. Kane. So the Potomac, there was a collapse of a sewer line that carried wastewater from Virginia and Maryland. And they're like, guys, it's not affecting D.C.'s drinking water, but it's still just like super nasty. It's really gross. It's a small geyser of poo water flooding into the Potomac.
Starting point is 01:24:48 So Steve, if you want to go out there and go waiting, you know, this is probably not the time to do it. They said that the, oh, man, oh, no, it's wastewater from two states. And it went to a pumping station in D.C. The sewer line collapsed. 40 million gallons of poo water. No, spilling into the Potomac Daily. No, it's like the Venice canals. No. No.
Starting point is 01:25:17 Now DC is like, guys, our drinking water system is totally separate from wastewater. And they also got crews to divert the overflowing dookie back into the canal. They did it all for the dooky. What? The dokey. What? That's right. So, are you reassured?
Starting point is 01:25:36 No. Nor am I. So maybe just don't get near any water, near D.C., Maryland, or Virginia for any time soon. Heinz wants ketchup, not beer. This is John Kerry's sugar mama flowing during. I literally don't have not purchased Heinz ketchup since then. Really? I have not had a Heinz product since John Kerry.
Starting point is 01:26:00 I'm not kidding. I am loyal A.F. Of ketchup. They want kegs of ketchup. which that's a lot of sugar. You know how much sugars in ketchup? That's the other thing. Heinzies is like, let's put 5,000 cups of sugar into one tablespoon of ketchup.
Starting point is 01:26:15 What? Yeah, that's it. That's right. That's about right. Amtrak derailed again. 100 passengers on board. AI. Oh, I want to save that one.
Starting point is 01:26:23 And scientists are warning mosquitoes thirst for human blood is increasing. My thirst for smashing mosquitoes is increasing too. How convenient. Stick with us. Brighten up your timely news consumption with the Dana Show podcast. where every update comes with a little dash of not so serious on YouTube, Apple, or wherever you get your podcasts. It's disgraceful. She's got to go. We are dead serious. She needs to be put on ice permanently. Wow. She's got to go. Wow. That's the head of the Democrat Party who's talking about killing members of the administration.
Starting point is 01:27:01 Wow. He, you know what I just heard? I just heard Hakeem Jeffries threatened to gravel pit. Chrissy Nome. He wants to cricket her. Dude, you got the head of the Democrat Party. She's got to be put on, oh, I can't wait for the Mental Olympics. She needs to be put on eyes. His direct quote, just to recap, quote,
Starting point is 01:27:27 she needs to be put on ice. It's clear, right? That means gone, G-O-N-E from her position. don't misinterpret anything that I've said. She's got to be put on ice permanently. What does that mean to you? The word permanently. Word they're hard.
Starting point is 01:27:47 Bananas and rice. What does that mean to you? As you see, I have made my intended meaning even less clear. Don't you dare misrepresent me. Good night. Such an amazing communicator. That's, is this the rhetoric that they want toned down? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:28:08 So we got Illinois Marlon. saying members of the administration are Nazis. You've got Hakeem Jeffries here going, well, yeah, you need a. Look, I'm not a Christy Knoem fan, but dude, you just threaten to kill her. Literally on camera. For what? Good night. These people.
Starting point is 01:28:29 I just, I can't. I just, I, I, I, I, I, this is just, it's just, this asinine. This is the rhetoric that is creating, that, that's making all, of this even more insane. This calling ICE agents Nazis and thugs and talking about taking out you know members of the
Starting point is 01:28:55 administration permanently on ice all this stuff. Good heavens. This is awful. And it's just going to get, I mean until they decide to slow their role it's just going to be worse. It's not getting any better.
Starting point is 01:29:14 I wanted to switch gears here as well. By the way, real quick thing, New York Times had a piece. I made mention of this in my little notes. It says attack on Illinois Marr, because the apple cider vinegar salad dressing. Attack on Illinois Mar follows years of Trump's targeting of her. He has demonized her, et cetera, et cetera. I don't remember the New York Times doing a piece on the years of progressive figures demonizing
Starting point is 01:29:48 and dehumanizing Trump. And then somebody tried to shoot and kill him. After he was shot, the New York Times, they didn't do a piece like that. The second time someone tried to kill him, they didn't do a piece like that. After Charlie Kirk was killed, they didn't do a piece like that. Very interesting, is it not? They didn't cover any of that. I wonder, this is, let me pull this audio up.
Starting point is 01:30:12 This is Mandani. So, I have two things I'm going to share. First, he had a press conference where he was talking about how broke New York is. New York is broke. Fiscal crisis at a massive scale. This is cut 21. Listen to this. We are speaking about a fiscal crisis at the scale greater than the Great Recession. And so there will not be one single thing that can answer that crisis. It will require us to pursue every single avenue. That means looking inward into savings and efficiencies. That also means raising taxes on the wealthiest New workers in the most profitable corporations, and it means recalibrating the relationship with the state.
Starting point is 01:30:55 So do you know what GQ caught? And they did this because they were flexing. But did you see what GQ caught? They said at a press conference for this past week in Snowstorm, New York City Mayor Zohran Mandani wore a personalized carhart jacket with a quote embroidered on the collar that read, quote, no problem too big, no task, too small. And he had several of them made. He had these made ahead of the press conference that he knew he was going to have to do on the snow cane.
Starting point is 01:31:41 But he was just talking about looking inward for savings. Yeah, but that doesn't include my personalized, embroidered carhart jacket. do you know what that reminded me of also do you remember in tiger king before when that girl got her arm ripped off by the tiger and tiger king had to what's his face joe whatever jo exotic he ran back to his trailer to get an ems jacket and then ran back like he couldn't do anything at the point right there as she was getting her arm eaten off by tiger he had to run back to his trailer and put an ems jacket on and then he ran back This is literally the Tiger King version of wearing the EMS jacket.
Starting point is 01:32:24 That's it. He had a car jacket printed up so he could look tough out there. Look, I'm wearing a car. Look at that. He had several inmates in advance of this. Like they knew that the snowstorm was coming. Better get my personalized all weather jackets out. That's a lot.
Starting point is 01:32:43 It's the same thing, isn't it? He's the Joe Exotic of Mayors. That's his Joe Exotic EMS jacket. this is just so perfect. Can't stop the bleeding until the jacket gets on. I'm saying, right? I can't talk about medical things and stuff until that jacket is out. I got to put that.
Starting point is 01:33:00 How much do you think that was out of curiosity? I mean, I just think when they're... The embroidered carhart? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, that was probably 400, 500 bucks. And they ordered a lot of them. Isn't that much? I actually don't know how much the jackets are.
Starting point is 01:33:12 I'm just saying the jacket costs... My grandpa was with a coveralls in the pants. Plus the embroider? Like, I mean, I don't know. Yeah, I don't know. But interesting. Yeah, he wore, I'm going to retweet this for you out there because I need to make, I need to make this comparison. It really is the Joe exotic thing.
Starting point is 01:33:33 We've got to look in word for savings. Now, Eric Adams had responded to him. He said, let me pull this up. This was his tweet. Eric Adams had said, and I quote, facts have a way of getting the way when slogans replace math and blame replaces leadership. He talks about bond raters gave his administration one of the strongest. He said he didn't leave a budget hole.
Starting point is 01:33:56 He left over $8 billion in reserves. Only someone who can't read a balance sheet would call that a crisis. By the way, we know he can't read a balance sheet because he's made mistakes before because he can't read a balance sheet. So that was Eric Adams really kicking him in the beans there. He went through, he goes, he's going after a socialist. He said every free program comes with a big price tag and somebody always pays for it. Because, man, Donnie's been calling it the Adam.
Starting point is 01:34:21 budget crisis. Adam shouldn't let up. He should just keep going with this. That's true. I don't like him as a politician, but he, at least he wasn't out there promoting free everything, the way Mandani is. There is a big difference there.
Starting point is 01:34:39 He's like, I didn't leave a budget hole. I didn't leave any of that. That didn't happen. Ooh, man. Those two, people are going to have a lot of, I think buyer's remorse over all of this. They're going to have a lot of
Starting point is 01:34:57 buyers remorse. You think? Oh, yeah. And by the way, Eric Adams... They don't seem like it. They seem like the people who voted for it seemed like they love this stuff.
Starting point is 01:35:07 Yeah. Well, that's the facade until it starts to actually feel the reality set in. But we reported on this back in 23. Eric Adams talked about if they didn't address their migrant issue
Starting point is 01:35:20 in New York. that they were going to see a $12 billion hole in the budget. And now here we are three years later, and we've got a $12 billion hole because they didn't change the way they handle and they cater to their illegal population. And especially with home buying and all of that stuff, all of that, you know, factors into it. All of that.
Starting point is 01:35:41 This is just, this is all wild. Now the moratorium, one of the things that Lorraine noted to is the CDC moratorium. So we were talking about in Hennepin County, their county commissioner wants a rent moratorium because of ice for everybody affected by ice but it doesn't have to do just with illegal aliens or people who immigrated here it's like apparently everybody using that as an excuse and really the moratoriums did i i agree with her i think they did cause an increase in the housing shortage with that when you have these rent moratoriums none of these are going to solve the issue. None of these are going to solve the problem. Nothing at all. Speaking of which,
Starting point is 01:36:23 at the ice, can we play this Lady Gaga cut? I don't dislike Lady Gaga, but I'm like, why are you doing this? She's super mad over Minnesota and ICE. Law enforcement. And she got upset at her show and did this. Listen. To talk about something that's extremely important to me, something important to people all over the world and especially in America right now. In a couple of days I'm gonna be heading home and my heart is aching, thinking about the people, the children, the families all over America who are being mercilessly targeted by ICE.
Starting point is 01:37:15 The poor victims of the rapists and people. I'm thinking about all of their pain and how their lives are being destroyed. being destroyed right in front of us. What about the pain of America they are, the woman who got beheaded? I'm pretty sure it really hurt bad when her head got cut off by an illegal alien in Minnesota. You don't think so? Probably hurt real bad when her head was cut off in full view of the public by a machete-wielding illegal immigrant in Minnesota.
Starting point is 01:37:40 How much Lady Gaga said about that. Did she say anything about how sad she was about that woman, that victim? What about Jocelyn Nungeray? Anything? No. Any of the victims? No. Jamil Shaw, Jr. Nothing.
Starting point is 01:37:54 Nothing. Got it. No, but they'll do these like, you know, performative tears for murderers and rapists and all of this. It's just insane. It's so frustrating with this stuff. It's, I don't think that these people care about them at all. I really like what Gutfeld said here. He really laid into this.
Starting point is 01:38:17 This is cut 19. Listen to this. We had dozens of deaths where you didn't. say shi. Jocelyn Nungary, Lakin Riley, Rachel Morin, Molly Tibbitts. I have a... I'm going to just do it because this is just...
Starting point is 01:38:34 I can't believe that we're still talking about this. Here's three pages of women who have been murdered by illegal aliens in the last like seven or eight years. The seven or eight years that we've been here talking about this and mocked over it. When we showed the border being overrun and people laughed at us.
Starting point is 01:38:52 And now you're here. It's like you're the trying to clean up a mess and somebody there is staring at you going, oh, you got to clean it up better. No, you made the mess. This is the Democrat Party's mess that we're trying to clean up. And you're saying, wow, these ice agents are using terrible language. We don't care. We don't care. We don't care.
Starting point is 01:39:12 And if you're getting an, and if you're trying to obstruct a federal operation where you're protecting these horrible people that have victimized so many from getting detained and deported, you're part of the problem. Why should other people have to suffer so you can pretend to be some sort of street warrior? That's a million dollar question. And you know what really pisses me off that I have to sit here and act like my Second Amendment rights are somehow in question because of a dumbass in Minneapolis. I have to sit here and debate people about my right to keep and carry my firearms because some D-bag progressive quit his job so he could become a full-time activist and decided to go and fight border. and fight ice agents and obstruct weekend after weekend after weekend.

One of the other things that was going around yesterday was this fake AI photo of the pretty shooting and Dick Durbin literally was sharing AI images of it on the floor. He shared literally a fake AI created photo. It's the one where it's supposed to be this like last minute depiction right before he was shot. And there's like one officer standing behind Prattie gun to the back of his head, the other seen taking a knee.
Starting point is 01:40:47 But the agent that is taking a knee doesn't have a head. This is a fake image. This image is AI. Look at the guy who's kneeling. He doesn't even have a head. Chuck or Dick Durbin shared this on the floor as a real photo. This is cut 17. Look at this.
Starting point is 01:41:10 He shared this on the floor if we can play it real quick. I'm going to show a photo of that scene, which is graphic, but I'm afraid it's necessary to appreciate the horror of the moment. This photo shows the last second. It's a fake AI generated photo. Now, the nerve, and by the way, you know that they have not retracted that or apologized or corrected it at all. They sent out emails, fundraiser emails with it. Today in stupidity, Kane.
Starting point is 01:42:02 Well, it's just more stuff from the left. Cut 20, Juan. This is, hey, let's go, Brand. Mayor Brandon Johnson of Chicago, he thinks he's helping with this kind of rhetoric. Listen to this. It is so familiar that I believe that it was blinding for some people. That it's clear. There's two things.
Starting point is 01:42:23 One, it's clear that the far right in this country, that they have not accepted the results of the Civil War. What? And that they have longed for a rematch. What? What? Okay. I didn't think there'd be a worse mayor than Lightfoot, but boy, oh boy. Oh, dude.
Starting point is 01:42:45 He's taking the cake. Democrats have like a whole bench of just really bad mayors. Stupid. Bad ones.
