The Dana Show with Dana Loesch - The Atlantic's 'Signal' Fallout, Tesla Hate Escalates, & MAGA vs. MAHA??

Episode Date: March 25, 2025

Dana reacts to the fallout and reaction from The Atlantic’s Editor-in-Chief revealing he was included in a Signal group chat about military operations in Yemen. The left calls for Trump Administrati...on officials to be fired. Dana breaks down the left’s history of national security blunders including Gen. Milley talked to the CCP when they weren't actively laundering info for the DNC after 2016. Jasmine Crockett continues her violent rhetoric against Tesla. A different Atlantic story laments how Trump has created an American stereotype that consists of being “brutal”. Top Democrats tell Axios that their party is in its deepest hole in nearly 50 years and they fear things could actually get worse. Several large supposedly MAGA-aligned “influencers” posted almost identical talking points fed to them, convincing you MAHA was out of line for not wanting soda purchases with food stamps. Sen. Marsha Blackburn joins us to explain her push to call out Tesla violence as domestic terrorism.Thank you for supporting our sponsors that make The Dana Show possible…Relief Factorhttps://relieffactor.comTurn the clock back on pain with Relief Factor. Starting point is 00:00:00 Could you provide some color about the nature of the threat these illegal immigrants have posed, not just to Arkansas, but our nation, perhaps including some of the details of the horrific offenses they've committed against the American people? Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Mr. Vice Chairman. The witness will suspend. The greatest threat to global security is just going on the whole world. Stop funding Israel.
Starting point is 00:00:27 That protester was a code pink lunatic. Saying the greatest threat to world peace is funding Israel, I will observe for the benefit of the audience here on television, that Code Pink is funded by Communist China as well, which simply illustrates, speak up now if you want to be removed as well, whoever's saying that. If anyone else, then, I would have any more I'm not in communism. If anyone else would like to join them, speak now, please, that we don't have any more disruptions. As I was saying, the fact that communist China funds Code Pink,
Starting point is 00:01:26 which interrupts a hearing like this about Israel, simply illustrate Director Gabbard's point that China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, and other American adversaries are working in concert to a greater degree than they ever have before. Could you provide some color? I'm just already tired of this. I'm already tired of it. I've been watching this all morning. And it's this ongoing hearing with, who is it?
Starting point is 00:02:01 All the principles that were on that messaging system. and well Ratcliffe I would say all the not the guy that we assumed that they were all trying to connect to not that individual I don't know
Starting point is 00:02:17 who's the guy Jameson Greer was the guy that they thought may have been the person that they were going to add to this so that story broke when we were on air yesterday like literally in the middle of the program and I told you guys then
Starting point is 00:02:33 I thought, you know, this is kind of a serious issue, but I wanted to wait and see what else came out of it. You know, what more is there to come out of it. And now we know a lot more today. And it does, I mean, look, it was a mistake. We're going to talk about it. But I'm just, I'm so tired of everybody complaining about it. And I'm so tired of all of these like pretend NatSEC people. Gag me.
Starting point is 00:02:55 Just gag me to hell with it already. Can I have Republicans stop being such female copulatory organs with a capital P? Wow. Yeah. There's more of that. Would you like more? Tired of it. Slow it down a little.
Starting point is 00:03:10 No, we're not slowing anything down, Cain. We're on the Willy Wonka boat to the river of hell. That's where we're at. Yay! So, welcome to whatever the hell this is. Channel 347, Direct TV. When Rumble figures like it's working, then we have a chat there. If not, I don't know what to tell you.
Starting point is 00:03:28 So, why are you like? You know, I've listened to this. Who is the guy? Well, they're all old. I was going to say, who's the old guy? Well, hell, they're all old. Doesn't narrow it down. It doesn't help me.
Starting point is 00:03:39 It really doesn't help me at all. It doesn't. It doesn't help. It's going on live now. I mean, we can tap into it for a little bit more. No, no, no. There's one rancid old fart that I really, he was a Democrat. Not Bill Bennett either.
Starting point is 00:03:55 I'm trying to remember which one. He's the guy who's going on and on about climate change. And I was already. I was already mad. And then he was like, Climate change. I don't give a rat's ass if a tornado of fire eats everyone's soul and spits us out into the upside down world. I don't care. Climate change is a made-up propaganda element. It's weather. I don't care. Senator Angus King of Maine. Was he the guy who was going on and on about the climate change? Yes. Because you had, who is he talking to? Not Tulsi. Was it Tulsi Gabbard? It was Tulsi Gabbard. He sat there. Now I'm waiting for juice, right? Like I'm waiting.
Starting point is 00:04:32 for, I'm waiting for some big crumbs, not like the little crummely bread stuff. I'm waiting for chunks of meat on the floor, right? I'm waiting for like some real good stuff. And this old withered fart decides to go in about weather. And he decides to start talking about climate change. And what did he, I know we don't have that exchange. I really don't think we should play it because I'm going to get mad and then I'm going to talk about it for a whole hour. And you guys are going to want to just crucify me when it's done. And I'm not worthy to die like our Lord and Savior. So just anyway. So he went in about climate change. He started he started going in and on and on about climate change and saying that why wasn't because they prepare a security
Starting point is 00:05:15 threat assessment. I'm going to get into the other stuff. They say they they they prepare a security threat assessment and in the security threat assessment they include a whole bunch of stuff. You know, this is what we think is dangerous. This is what. Now you remember Joe Biden was like, Oh, it's the, what did he say? White supremacist, the climate change, like a wizard army, I don't know, a whole bunch of made-up stuff. And it was all made-up things. Like, I think that, you know, we shouldn't bring back the mastodon because there's a reason it's dead. And I think that we are too far removed from coexisting to actually maybe remember if it was just like a very angry serial killing machine.
Starting point is 00:05:54 We don't know. Example. So anyway, he's the guy going on it. And he's like, can you tell me? with his old wrinkly face. He's like, can you tell me why climate change wasn't included in a threat assessment?
Starting point is 00:06:13 Can I just say, I've had issues with Tulsi Gabbard with her two-way stuff. I got to give her props for restraint here. I would have leaped over that table and it would have been done. I would have flown over that table like a rabid spider monkey. Nay, I would have
Starting point is 00:06:30 I would have gone over that table like an old, angry Karen on Black Friday, and I'm going to get the last flat screen. That would have been me flying over that table at this dude. No way am I sitting there listening to that. Why wasn't climate change include on the threat? I don't know, Senator, because it's a made-up BS thing. Maybe that's why, Senator, I can't not do the outburst. When there is injustice afoot, injustice must be answered. Right?
Starting point is 00:07:09 Sometimes not rhetorically speaking. With a fist, I don't know. I have a joke about that. Remind me to tell you on break. It's good. I can't share it with the air people. With the, you know, maybe I'd make it something special for the subscribers, but it's sort of blue.
Starting point is 00:07:25 Anyway, so this whole issue of, well, why didn't you include the climate change? Well, because climate change is a made up thing. professor, just like your credentials. So Democrats are having, oh, they're all over this Atlantic story. Jeffrey Goldberg is, I don't know, what do you want me to call him? He's human excrement. He's all these things. I think that Sechdef Heggseth, well, first of all, let's play Audio Sembite 4.
Starting point is 00:07:51 Let me start with this. Audio Soundbite 4, this is when, Sechdef Hegstth, which I like saying, this is when he landed in Hawaii just yesterday. And right as that story broke, and they got him on. on record, listen. You share how your information about war plans against the Houthis in Yemen was shared with a journalist in the Atlantic,
Starting point is 00:08:14 and were those details classified? So you're talking about a deceitful and highly discredited, so-called journalist who's made a profession of peddling hoaxes time and time again to include the, I don't know, the hoaxes of Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia, or the fine people on both sides hopes or suckers and losers hope. So this is the guy.
Starting point is 00:08:39 We all know he did this. We all know he did this. And I don't, I'm not, I'm not, I don't think Sector, Heggseth is culpable with us. I, we all, he, he made that comment after the White House already confirmed. Yeah, it, it's real. The White House confirmed that it was real. He didn't know that. He just gets off the plane and he's like, he's doing what he's supposed to do.
Starting point is 00:08:59 I mean, he doesn't, and he's not the one who's talking to Jeffrey Goldberg, right? the question that I would like asked and I like Mike Waltz he's been on my program uh he's you know he left his house seat from Florida it's one of the reasons why we have you know such a such a uh tight majority in I'm like I keep wanting to say Senate in the house because he's he left to serve in the cab right cabinet not a cabernet because that's like great be great right now anyway I had to listen to this for like an hour like straight I mean it drives anybody nuts And I say this as C-SPAN is my favorite channel. So he's, yeah, you don't need to do any of that.
Starting point is 00:09:39 We already know it's real. Somebody should have nudged him a bit and gone, hey, sacked off, hags that. Yeah, okay. So it's irrelevant to me, like how, you know, he's, you know, whether or not Goldberg is a, hmm, a propagandist because he is. He's the guy who went on, what, what are some of the millions of stories? He's the guy who made up the story about Trump and the cemetery in France, right?
Starting point is 00:10:07 The World War II, he made up that whole story. That was Goldberg, right? I mean, we all know it. I do want to know why he, so I use signal. It takes from your contacts and finds these people on, so he may have, you would have to also add this individual in. No one else can see their number and you can choose the name by which you want to be identified.
Starting point is 00:10:32 and I mean, Waltz could have added him mistakenly, and then no one else would have known that it's a weird number or a weird individual because you don't get to see that if you're the invitee to the group chat. Does that make sense? Now, you might say, but Dana, you're telling me that none of these smart people
Starting point is 00:10:50 at any point stopped and go, who is this person in the chat? I've done that before. I've been added to like group discussions and I'm like, hold up, who TF is you? I mean, I will literally be, who are you? I go to a table for dinner with people and I sit down and I don't know somebody. Who is you?
Starting point is 00:11:06 I am super highly paranoid, though. I would be great working in Intel because I don't trust anyone and I think everybody's a terrorist for the most part. So that's, with something like this, if you can't depend upon your colleagues and subordinates to do a thing properly, you have way bigger issues than simply mistakenly adding this poo bird into your group chat.
Starting point is 00:11:39 You see what I'm saying? You've got way bigger. It's not the word I want, Kane, but it's the word I deserve right now. It's not, hmm, it's, you have bigger issues than that. Secondly, why are they on signal?
Starting point is 00:11:57 I don't know. There's something charming about people who can press buttons and bomb the hell out of people responding to things with emojis. It's just so 20-25. You know? Can you imagine in the future,
Starting point is 00:12:11 like the future humans that are all going to be robots? Because that's what we're turning into. Looking back and being like, look at these adorable meat sacks with their hieroglyphics. And it's all emojis. Like this one,
Starting point is 00:12:22 hmm, bomb smiley face, fist bump rainbow. I guess they bombed a bunch of gays. And then it's going to be a whole Monty Python retelling of human history. I mean, Kane,
Starting point is 00:12:34 how else would you read it? like fist bump, we bombed the gaze. Like, I don't... I look at emojis as our hieroglyphics. They are our hieroglyphics. I mean, Egyptians had a frillion of them. I mean, give or take. A million years from now, someone's going to look at it and be like...
Starting point is 00:12:48 I'm saying. Not so sure what this is about. Yeah, these people are ridiculous. Why do they love peaches? There's just peaches and plums. Peaches and eggplants everywhere. One in the world. They're going to have a lot of questions about us in the future.
Starting point is 00:13:03 So, yes, maybe don't do this stuff on Signal, but is there anything, I mean, you're telling me, Elon, first buddy can't whip you up something up there? He can't cook you up a special, you can still use your emojis, I don't know. But I do know one thing, ladies and gentlemen, I sure as hell am not going to take a single peep, squeak, or sound at all from the party that let 13 people Diet Abbey Gate and took off the last plane from the Hamid Karzai International Airport in beautiful Kabul, Afghanistan, where people were falling legit off the wings. The same party that wiped their servers clean. The same party that mishandled actually classified, classified information. The same party that prostituted out elected office to make their crackhead son wealthy. I am not going to hear a singular damn thing from that party at all whatsoever on this or pretty much anything else. We have a lot to get to because we need to talk about why in the hell Trump nominated and Obama Biden forced vaccines for your kids, CDC director, instead of a tried and true conservative that hates big pharma and is all maha.
Starting point is 00:14:31 please someone make this make sense. We're going to talk about that. We got a bunch of other stuff to touch on on this insane Tuesday. God help us all. As we move, the folks who help bring you the program, it's our friends that are over at Patriot Mobile, the only Christian conservative cell phone surface out there, Patriot Mobile. Who's really getting paid? Check out the Watchdog on Wall Street podcast on Apple, Spotify, wherever you get your podcast. And now, all of the news you would probably miss. It's time for Dana's Quick Five. Hey, it's another day that ends in Y,
Starting point is 00:16:18 and we have another study warning about kids glued to phones are more likely to become high-strung, depressed teens. They're probably going to be communist. Here's a thought. Don't let your phone babysit your kid. We had TV's babysitting kids back in the days Then iPad's babysitting kids Stop letting Doom Scroll be your kid's babysitter
Starting point is 00:16:35 I don't know remove head from butt and parent That way we don't have to have these stupid studies Every single day We know it and adults Go out and touch some grass Just get off the phone Just easy All right, and I got that out of my system for right now
Starting point is 00:16:51 It'll come back The world's oldest cat is 30 years old And I'm pretty sure there's some black magic involved in this That cat looks like it's 30 years old that cat has seen some things That's one tough cat That cat's seen some stuff The uh
Starting point is 00:17:04 It's a What is this a tortoise shell magy Is that like a cat was born in 95 This cat is older than Steve This cat is literally older than Steve That cat is Steve's elder We got a lot more on the way Stick with us
Starting point is 00:17:18 We have more on the way As we roll towards Florida man You don't want to miss And of course as we do so The folks who will bring you The program It's our friends It's over at Burn a Gun
Starting point is 00:17:27 The Non Firearm Firearm Fire firearm, always good to have options when it comes to your self-defense, right? You want to have options because you can't always take your firearm everywhere. And I tell people, look, I have no problem carrying. I have no problem using lethal force. But there are times municipal restrictions, private property where I can't. The burn a gun is a great alternative so that you still have some kind of deterrent. You still have some protection. It shoots chemical irritant projectiles that can disable threats from up to 50 feet away. And additionally, with that, you have different models.

No waiting periods. Ships right to your door, no background checks. You can visit burna.com slash Dana. It's B-Y-R-N-A.com slash Dana.

Starting point is 00:18:45 Ideal for your busy lifestyle on Apple or wherever you get your podcast. Mr. President, you're reacting to the story, the Atlantic that said that some of your top the cabinet officials and aides have been discussing very sensitive material through signal and included an Atlantic report for that. What is your response to that? I don't know anything about it. I'm not a big fan of the Atlantic. It's, to me, it's a magazine that's going out of business. I think it's not much of a magazine, but I know nothing about it. You're saying that they had what? They were using signal to coordinate on sensitive materials and having to do with what? Having to do with what? What were they talking about?
Starting point is 00:19:25 The hooties? You mean the attack on the hood? Well, it couldn't have been very effective because the attack was very effective. I can tell you that. I don't know anything about it. You're telling me about it for the first time. That's POTUS who's answering a question about that whole signal chat, which is the hot story of the day. And the left is losing their minds over it because it's the left. I mean, do you expect anything else from them? I want to get into some of the nuance of it and we got a whole bunch of stuff to hit. But I think that the is an interesting war shock test. The left is super excited to have something that they think they can get potus on. And it is, they're very excited about this because they think that,
Starting point is 00:20:07 oh my gosh, we finally got him. I am not pointing this out as a way to excuse anything, but I am pointing it out as a way to excuse Democrats from any contribution to this overall discussion. I mean, reminder that this was the same reporter who literally made up a story about Trump and the World War II Cemetery in France. Oh, it's raining. I don't want to go there. And that's literally not at all what happened. And this was, that's where it originated. He's the editor-in-chief of the Atlantic. It came from this guy. And so considering all of the failures of the previous two Democrat administrations, I'm not going to accept lectures from these people about classified or privileged. And I also think, and I read, I read all these texts. was it I mean the strike was like two hours
Starting point is 00:21:00 after the guy got the signal discussion it was two hours later Kane two hours pretty sure that what's already
Starting point is 00:21:08 in motion is in motion and that's kind of it you're not gonna you don't need to worry about anything else with it I so I think Goldberg also he can't resist
Starting point is 00:21:18 not making himself the star of a story he's one of those types of reporters you know the people who aren't content with allowing the story to shine.
Starting point is 00:21:27 They want to insert themselves and be central in the storm of drama as much as possible. And so he had this big, oh, well, look at me, I'm not sharing everything. Well, there wasn't apparently that much to share. I think he shared everything possible except for maybe a couple of things
Starting point is 00:21:44 and not because it was super sensitive, but that it would give him the appearance of not sharing something sensitive so he could look like he was doing his due diligence as a patriot, but as a journalist, he felt, you know, prevailed upon to let you know that they included him in a special signal conversation. And they can't, he knows that they can't really run, go after him or say anything on social media, pertaining to the need, because it just looks bad on their part. So he's free to
Starting point is 00:22:11 just run his mouth. I mean, yeah, you don't, you don't, you don't trust him. I also understand the criticisms that come from the concerns that that people may have about Trump not running a tight ship as it pertains to leaks. I don't care if you love him or hate him. Let's separate someone's love or hate for someone with the absolutely blanking indisputable fact that the first administration, he had a problem with leaguers. A lot of it was people who were trying to, I hate this whole thing. Oh, you're a star in politics. Shut up. You're a public servant. If you want to be a rock star, start a band. If you want to be a star, go to Hollywood. DC and policy is not the same thing. These people that try to make it like their their film career in DC. It's weird. I think some though were under the
Starting point is 00:23:01 thought that that's how it worked and they, I think that some people leaked on the previous administration in his first term because they liked the power adjacency that it brought them, that the adjacency to influence or the influence that such a such information could purchase for them. Now with this, I don't think it's the same thing. I, do want to know why somebody had Goldberg in their contacts because you would have to be in your contacts in order for that to pop up and you include them in your signal discussion. So that is a real thing. Whether or not they discuss things at that level, I think that's something that the security agencies need to determine because their conversations obviously a lot more, especially
Starting point is 00:23:48 when it concerns strikes and things of that nature, a lot more privilege than, you know, me ranting, you know, or you ranting privately with friends? You know what I'm saying? Like, it's just very different. So the left is calling for scalps. They want Hegg Seth and Waltz fired, and I think they all need to shut up and sit down. First off, I don't think Heg Seth, I don't know why. They just don't like Heg Seth, and I think they just want him fired. But as it pertains to Mike Walts, I don't think that he needs to be fired either. I think that they're going to handle the situation. And you heard Trump speaking to it already, and that's it. And then move on. And I'm not, I'm just not going to hear protestations from Democrats.
Starting point is 00:24:27 I mean, you want me to run through the hits, all the stuff that they've done or you, like, up to date with it? I mean, because I'm prepared to do that. All of the times that they had to wipe servers that that they shared private information. Or what about the time that you had, uh, Millie literally trying to sell us out to the CCP and private phone conversations? I mean, do we want to go back that far? I mean, if Democrats are very, very concerned about privileged information and geopolitical moves, let's talk about how you guys had a general that was talking literally to the CCP, outside of the administration,
Starting point is 00:24:59 trying to set up a secondary, serptitious, not even diplomacy route. When we can talk about that all day, is that not something that abridges the sanctity of confidentiality or privilege? Of course it is. It's a rhetorical question. I'm a thousand percent correct. So spare me, Democrats. You're bitching and moaning about all this stuff. If we want to know how to muck things up to the nth degree, we'll call you.
Starting point is 00:25:26 Now, I think that at that point, it is what it is. People are saying, oh, well, he's got a guy. I don't think Waltz needs to go. I know that, again, I know that there's a lot of discussion about, oh, this law was broken and this law was broke. I think that's great to hear people who don't daily travel in those laws want to see them applied whether or not it's correctly applied or not. I just, I don't think that, I don't think it was intentional until I see evidence to
Starting point is 00:25:51 the contrary. Mike Walts is not, he's not a neocon and he's not a bad dude. He's not. He's a Florida conservative. That was his district, the sixth congressional district. He's a good dude. I think people just know that and they want him out. And I want to caution people, you know, I, I think, too, there's always an opportunity that the left is looking for to lean into to cause further division and get people especially to go after good guys. It's a very interesting sigh-off. I mean, I hear people say, oh, well, they violated this federal statute and this federal statute and, you know, et cetera, et cetera. And I think the reason why I feel differently about it, now, if it was somebody other than Waltz, I might feel a little differently. Do I think that
Starting point is 00:26:40 there need to be repercussions? I do. And I think that maybe they need to not be. How do you, you always double-check before you hit send. You always do. I cannot tell you. I cannot tell you. how many times I've received emails from people like Fox News hosts and all kinds of stuff where I was accidentally C-Ced and people are talking mega bleh. I don't ever say nothing, but I see it. I'm like, oh, damn. Because I have me and two other women in broadcasting, we share the same first name. So it's very interesting.
Starting point is 00:27:11 And I do get interesting emails from time to time and some of them are accident. So I'm just saying, you just double check before you. you send it out, right? You double check before you send this stuff out. Is that a mistake that's worthy of banishment? I'm not going to let the left decide that. I think that's that's up for the admin. And whether or not you love the admin or hate the admin, that's the admin's decision. And that's, you know, that's because that's his appointment. You either believe in how the republic is structured or you don't believe it, however convenient it is for you, which then makes me question your consistency as somebody who follows a constitution. Whether you like it or not is
Starting point is 00:27:52 irrelevant. It's his pick. And only he can make that decision if he wants to change it out. I think there's bigger fish to fry personally. So an Atlantic reporter got win two hours before it happened that some Houthis were going to get their asses kicked. Danny, you're being very cavalier, nonchalant about it. Maybe it's because I don't really trust the criticism coming from the left. Again, do you see what these people did? Have you seen this stuff that they've done, leaking our social security numbers out, leaking out firearm registries or FFLs so that people can harass gun owners and federal firearms licensees, working with the CCP, General Millie, talking with the CCP behind our backs, and I'm supposed to consider these guys the gold standard
Starting point is 00:28:37 of criticism on issues like this, have a million seats. No, not doing it. I think there's bigger frishter fry. I think this story goes away in less than a week. I don't think that there's been any serious damage done. I think a lot of it is the weeping and asching of teeth of irrelevant going out of work legacy press members. The same people who turned a blind eye to every other transgression that was done under the Obama and the Biden administrations. Every other transgression. The same government that tried to censor us for. asking questions about a non-existent fake vaccine.
Starting point is 00:29:22 I had my work deleted off the internet at the request of the government, working with social media trying to shut people up from asking questions about the government clot shot. I am not taking one ounce of criticism from these people. They are not the standard measure. and I am very bluntly telling Republicans and conservatives to disregard them too. Now that being said, we have our own set of standards. Are we going to be consistent where it concerns the CDC nominee?
Starting point is 00:30:02 That's one of the things we've got to talk about here coming up because POTUS had a pick. You know, we got the, as of right now, we still got the CDC. He's got a CDC nominee. He's got a pick. And it hasn't gone real well for, a lot of these, well, it was real bad under the Biden administration. I mean, we all remember that. There were two people that were being considered.
Starting point is 00:30:28 One of them was the Florida Surgeon General Dr. Latipo, who I've met, sidebar. I've got to tell you a story about him. One morning, I used to work out like in the mornings. Now I'd have to go in the afternoon because mornings are so crazy. But used to, it would be every morning. taking my kids to school and we'd go work out. We're in the gym 6 a.m. And we were in Florida for an event and Dr. Ladapo was there. And it was like, son just come up. We're going downstairs to get coffee and some breakfast and
Starting point is 00:31:03 getting started with the day. This dude is already coming in. He like ran two miles. I mean, he ran two miles and he was like, yeah, you know, and I'm going to like, you know, ran some two miles. And that was after I did my workout. I'm like, what? What? He's like, very serious health nut. I really like this guy. And he's very straight no chaser. He is an actual constitutional conservative. So the pick was between this guy and this Susan Monterrez. Susan Monterres was the deputy director of Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health from 23 to 25 under Biden. She also worked in the Obama White House. So she's an Obama repeat, a repeat Obama Biden loyalist. And Trump picks her over Latipo for CDC director.
Starting point is 00:31:47 WTF. Now, I'm also going to say this because there are some people out there who get so tribal, they can't see the forest for the trees. Because it needs to be said, you can still like someone and disagree with something that they've done. If anyone doesn't understand that, please, I beg you, go watch Sesame Street that's better suited to your intellect. You can dislike someone or you can dislike a choice to someone makes and still like the person who made the choice, right? See what I'm saying? Very, very interesting stuff. Easy to work. Easy to work with. We're going to talk about this though because we're on the fifth anniversary, like right now, fifth anniversary of COVID and the lockdowns. And I just think that this is a weird way
Starting point is 00:32:38 to kick off the fifth anniversary, then put in a long time. loyalist Obama Biden Stoge who is for forced childhood vaccinations. Oh yeah, mandatory childhood vaccinations for this. This is the CDC pick over Dr. Latipo who was like,
Starting point is 00:32:57 no, and this is why these forced shots don't work. We're going to talk about this coming up. Because I don't know not going to listen to the left, but I'll be damned. The right's got to have some standards too of our own. We have more on the way as we move. Our partners that help bring you the program. It's our friends over at Pre-Bribe.
Starting point is 00:33:13 born, a great organization that helps women exactly where they are and gets them the support that they need. But what I love, because they provide ultrasound. So when you have a mother who's considering whether or not she's choosing life, preborn is there. They partner with all of these clinics all around the country in some of the regions that have the highest number of abortions. And they offer a woman an ultrasound to hear her child's heartbeat. And when that happens, study. have shown that a baby's chance at life doubles when this takes place. And that's amazing. That's just $28. $28 provides an ultrasound. 140 can rescue five babies. Your gift when you donate to preborn. And by the way, they have a four-star charity rating so you can give with confidence.
Starting point is 00:34:01 When you donate to preborn, you are making those moments possible, the sound of life. When you give monthly, you receive stories and pictures of the lives that you help to protect. Your generosity, change, I mean, literally changes futures, literally. And they stand as the gospel leader of the pro-life movement. Last year alone, over 67,000 babies, they saved from abortion with ultrasounds. And almost 9,000 women gave their hearts to Christ. They've got, like I said, a four-star charity rating. All gifts are tax deductible. And if you have the means, again, $28, one ultrasound, you can say babies all week with a larger gift, $5,000. That sponsors their network for 24 hours. You can rescue 200 babies that way. Donate by dialing pound 250 and say the
Starting point is 00:34:43 word baby or give securely at preborn.com slash dana that's pound 250 say the word baby preborn dot com slash dana get the lowdown on the latest news with a side of laughs whenever you want subscribe to the dana show podcast on youtube apple or wherever you get your podcast like sands through the hourglass so are the days of the united states and um because we in these hot ass texas streets Y'all know we got Governor Hot Wheels down there. Come on now. Really? And the only thing hot about him is that he is a hot-ass mess, honey.
Starting point is 00:35:25 So, so, yes. Governor Hot Wheels? I mean, I don't know. I'm trying to be, maybe RuPaul needs to not do her makeup before she starts running down someone else's appearance. I mean, because I look like I'm just witnessing. Every time she blinks, I'm like, it's like watching spiders close their legs. I mean, we can do that if you want.
Starting point is 00:35:46 I'll match that energy. Can you imagine if she actually, I don't know, legislated as much as she runs her mouth? I love these people who are miles wide and inches deep. And they think, I'm going to go to Washington and I'm going to really change some stuff. And all they do is debase themselves in front of whatever hot mess leftist organization that was that she spoke at. You know, I mean, he is disabled. And I realize that she is too to a certain degree because it explains the way she does her makeup every day. Oh, you don't want me to be mean?
Starting point is 00:36:15 Well, then maybe don't make fun of someone's disability. And I won't be. Just ignorant. That's who the left is. They never hold themselves to the same. She's trash. I just think she is absolute trash. Like, whatever.
Starting point is 00:36:28 Like, again, you don't need to wear an 18 gauge across the whole lid. Okay? Like, vary it up a little bit. No one likes it. All right. We got a lot more on the way. You know that Goldberg. Think about this.
Starting point is 00:36:44 this leak or this signal discussion, it actually happened a few weeks ago. Think about when that rocket was, the rocket strike against the Houthis. But Goldberg specifically released it yesterday because we had a Senate Intelligence Committee meeting today. Right on the eve of that. Interesting, huh? Stick with us. Second hour on the way. Starting point is 00:38:42 disclosed the things that I read and saw, I will describe them to you. The specific time of a future attack, specific targets, including human targets, meant to be killed in that attack, weapons systems, even weather reports, you know, that the government is, I don't know why HECCP was sharing it with everybody. I mean, the precise detail of, and then a long section on sequencing, this is going to happen, then that is going to happen. After that happens, this happens, then that happens, and then we go and find out if it worked. I mean, you know, he can say that it wasn't a war plan, but it was a minute by minute accounting of what was about to happen. Hmm. Remember when reporters, I mean, this was just a few years ago, that was Jeffrey Goldberg, by the way. He's on, what is it, MSNBC CNN? I don't watch that trash.
Starting point is 00:39:51 Yeah, I, it's, he was on cable news last night, really tooting his own horn. Well, you know, I was not going to share this, but I am going to say all this other stuff. One of the reasons why I find all of this such performative theater is, many of these people were the same people, by the way, that had no problem at all whatsoever in laundering money for Hillary Clinton or, sorry, information for Hillary Clinton with Fusion GPS. Remember all of the, do you remember all of the, goodness, I'm trying to think how many reporters that we know of. And the reason we don't know all of them is because their names were mostly redacted. But Fusion GPS, they laundered all of this, all of this information that they used to try to go and attack Potus and Republicans and conservatives.
Starting point is 00:40:54 And people like Goldberg, they never said anything about that. They never questioned anything about that. They were very, very happy to go along and do the bidding of the administration in charge. This was a mistake that they're acting like it's worse than all of these things combined. They are acting like this. And I do think it was a mistake. And I want to lean into the nuance of this because I know that there are some drive-bys that already have it in their mind to hate what I'm saying. And they're immediately going to stop listening.
Starting point is 00:41:22 I don't judge our side by the left. I don't judge our side by the left. They don't get to set the, to establish the standards and measures by which we hold ourselves. We have our own set of rules that are infinitely higher. than the mediocrity to which the left aspires. So separate that for a moment. My point, and I made this point, I'm going to do it again. I think it's a very important one that I made last hour,
Starting point is 00:41:52 is that I'm not going to take any kind of criticism from any entity that, from the left, that laundered information on behalf of the Democrat National Committee to the point where they had to pay a pretty sizable fine, where a FISA judge had to leave after they, with great impropriety, fast-tracked surveillance warrants, surveillance warrants on random average everyday people simply because they were assisting the Trump campaign and they bypassed all of the safety protocols that are put there for our safety so that they could spy on people and wiretap them. nobody in the press ever raised any kind of a fit about the abridgment of freedoms. No one raised any alarm over the threat that that established.
Starting point is 00:42:48 No one said anything. They went along with it. Not only did they go along with it, but they took government information like the good provdah that they are, and they laundered it through the press, and they used it to try to attack and undermine a free and fair election back in 2016. So, no, I'm not taking any of these people seriously. I'm not taking any of these people seriously, as I said, who turned the other way while General Millie was literally talking with the CCP behind our nation's back, telling them,
Starting point is 00:43:20 well, if something happened, I'd let you know. Seriously? You guys remember all of that, correct? Not a peep from these people who suddenly, they want you to know that they're the ombudsman. They're the bouncer for standards, don't you know? The same people who are silent right now, who were silent when taxpayer information was released from the IRS so that the left could target and attack private American citizens based on wealth. And the same legacy press that's gleefully ringing its hands as the left goes and doxes and attacks
Starting point is 00:43:56 people based on the car that they drive. There was another one of those, another car that got shot at over the weekend, by the way, or over the, over the evening. We'll come back to that. So no, I'm not taking the left's criticisms of this. I do think, now I wanted to play audio sound by 10. I want to play this, and then I'm going to respond to it. This is Josh Hawley last night.
Starting point is 00:44:20 He was on, what was he on Fox? He was on Fox. And this is what he had to say in response to all of this. There's more about the story came out last night. Listen. Well, I thought what the Secretary of Defense just said, Laura, was an outstanding statement. And listen, I mean, we don't know how much of this is accurate or not, but it looks like even if everything the Atlantic reported is true,
Starting point is 00:44:40 it's the president's advisors discussing among themselves options they might recommend to the president. And nobody can deny the success of what the president is doing here, which is what Pete Higsteth just underscored. And this is what the leftist media is reduced to. They can't argue with the policies, which the American people support. They can't argue with this new demonstration of American strength that is keeping Americans safe at home and abroad. I don't think that this is the right message to have. I don't think that that was Holly's best response.
Starting point is 00:45:08 I think the response ought to be, well, I'm not using what I just said. I'm not using the left standard of measure for this. And it was several individuals who were in what they thought was a private signal discussion. One of the thing about Signal 2, I wanted to bring this up. Audio Soundbite, this is 28. This is just from earlier today, John Rackcliffe talking about one of the first things that happened when he was confirmed to CIA director. Listen to this. So that we're clear. One of the first things that happened when I was confirmed as CIA director was signal was loaded onto my computer at the CIA, as it is for most CIA officers.
Starting point is 00:45:44 One of the things that I was briefed on very early, Senator, was by the CIA records management folks about the use of signal as a permissible work use. It is. That is a practice that preceded the current administration to the Biden administration. So you have all of these Intel folks, all the people with national security. It's really hard to all get them in one room together, isn't it? I mean, Hegseth is on duty in Hawaii right now. He's on a trip in Hawaii right now. It's not beyond the realm of reason to think that they're going to use what they think
Starting point is 00:46:27 as an encrypted and apparently sanctioned. method of communication, right? I mean, it's kind of hard to get all of them exactly. Because really, unless you're all in the same room together, nothing's entirely secure. And if there's one thing that we've learned about all of these government agencies, just since Trump's been in office with all the waste fraud and abuse, is not a single damn thing can be trusted. Do you honestly trust the government to set up a system that they're going to say is encrypted for, all of these Natsc folks to use? I sure as hell don't. Do you? What's the difference? Especially when you know that these exact bureaucracies have been leaking information right and left
Starting point is 00:47:12 already. That's not even up for debate. So you can't persuade me that something they set up is better than something else. Now to that point, this is very interesting. Jason Buttrill is a friend of ours. He pointed out, and he used to work for the DOD. He pointed out, that at the hearing today signals history. Because again, consider this happened a couple of weeks ago when this strike in Yemen against the Houthis took place, right? And Jeffrey Goldberg was in the parking lot, supermarket parking lot,
Starting point is 00:47:49 and he was, you know, two hours, he just found out about this two hours before. So to say that there was war plans that was in this discussion is really stupid because it was literally created the day that the strikes happened. And then two hours later, that's when the strikes happened, according to the timeline of the messaging, right? So I would just think it's not as sensitive as he's making it out to be.
Starting point is 00:48:12 But aside from that, Butchrell noted that Signal was created by Open Whisper Systems, OWS, founded by a guy Matthew Rosenfeld, transitioned to the nonprofit Signal Foundation in 2018. And he adds with significant funding from Brian Acton, a WhatsApp co-founder. Before this, OWS, the Open Whisper System, received funding from Open Technology Fund, a U.S. government-backed organization established in 2012 under Radio Free Asia. Sidebar, full disclosure, Stephen Yates, ran Radio Free Asia, which itself has historical roots in CIA-funded Cold War initiatives like Radio Free Europe. The OTF, which is, again, Open Technology Fund, supported by the U.S. Agency for Global Media, provided millions of dollars to OWS between 2013 and 2016 to develop a signal with a stated goal. of creating a secure communication tools for activists and dissidents globally, particularly
Starting point is 00:49:03 in countries with repressive regimes. The funding, he says, estimated about $3 million initially, has led some to claim that signal is a CIA spinoff or has a backdoor for U.S. intelligence. Critics point to the OTF's origins in its alignment with U.S. foreign policy objectives, such as the Internet Freedom Agenda under the State Department, which aimed to undermine authoritarian governments. So it could be that it could be that it's what? It's part of a, all that stuff is part of a sciop to expose and inflame when advantageous to the U.S. different dissident factions within other nations. And every country does this. And if this is not a part, I would love to live in a perfect world where we didn't have to do
Starting point is 00:49:51 this. How kittens in sunshine. I love that for us. But unfortunately, we live in big kid land. and that's not how you have to deal with all of your geopolitical threats or frenemies. So you do need stuff like this. You don't need to study what happens if you give mice crack or trans fish, but you do need stuff like this. Now, is it that it was a sci-op setup? I just think that if you're going to take your shot, rhetorically, you know, they shot their shot with this. This is, this is it. I just, that's why I, I, but at the same time,
Starting point is 00:50:31 no one believes that the government is smart. So, or really the bureaucratic element of it, definitely. So I'm a little torn. You could say, well, this looks like it's a sci-up, but they're going to shoot their shot over this. That is so dumb. I would wait until I had something that's like legit meaty. But then again, what does that have to do with Goldberg getting involved in it? He didn't just ask. operate into the chat. He was accidentally added. So you can have a deep state sigh-up thing all you want to. And I just assume that I'm always being listened to, which is why every now and then I always tell the CIA to go do something and flattering to itself,
Starting point is 00:51:08 or whatever, NatSec entity is listening in as I look at holsters, whatever. But it's just an accident with a lot of very interesting variables that surround it, I think. You don't think it was a deep state setup because I think it was the dumbest. This is the most Rube Goldberg thing ever if it was. It's so stupid. It's beyond belief. Yeah, I don't know. If they were intentionally adding him, because that's the only other option. It was either accidental or it was intentional. Well, no one denied that they added him. I mean, clearly it was an act. Yeah. So imagine if there was some other information in that text thread that they wanted exposed, like for example, how the U.S. felt and U.S. leadership felt about Europe and their involvement. That was going to be my next point.
Starting point is 00:51:52 Yeah. So what if it was a setup like that to where, oh, no, look, our true feelings about this is coming out to light. Whoa, Europe. Look out. You better step up, Europe. Believable. But with this topic? I mean, they did talk about taking things and other information to the high side, quote unquote, which meant to the classified things.
Starting point is 00:52:21 So they must have understood that what they were talking about didn't necessarily have to go to the high side. but if they were going to go further in that conversation, that they would have to go to the high side. So I don't know. I mean, I just think it's fascinating that the press is spending more time really. I mean, I think it's incredibly important how, you know, for instance, there's a whole domestic terror website of Tesla owners and people are getting shot at for a car they drive. I think that's incredibly important.
Starting point is 00:52:48 But the media is not interested. But I tell you what is interesting. I know we've got to get going. Again, they dropped this the day before this. this NatSack hearing? What do they not want you to know about that's being discussed today? What are they trying to obscure? That's what you've got to think of.
Starting point is 00:53:05 We've got to move as we move. All-Family Pharmacy, speaking of big pharma and the government, I am never going to get over the fact that they tried to actually restrict medications and therapeutics like Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine to you while they were pushing like, I don't know, no, was it cleaner in a syringe? But all-family pharmacy, one of the reasons why I love them is because, Not only is everything that they make, all the precursors for everything is all USA made from start to finish made in the USA.

Starting point is 00:54:18 All right. So first up, gosh, we have a lot to hit today. I haven't even gotten through all of it. The Hamas, oh, look, there's the Hamas commander that got murked. He was known as the Prime Minister of Gaza, killed in a strike. Oh, wow, that terrorist. He's going to be really shocked in the afterlife. Those versions, they all have madame's apples. Let's see. Women's sports bars, this sounds like hell, are expected to quadruple across the U.S. I just like pubs. I like pub culture. I don't like sports bars. I like the pub, right? The British pub. I like that. But they're expected. Why is that a thing?
Starting point is 00:54:54 Like the women's sports bar. Why is it a women's sports bar? According to NBC analysis, we're going to come back to this. We've got more with it. Let's see. A high school coach was fired if he was caught on camera pulling a player's ponytail. And it wasn't, I mean, he was pulling it. He, the school district released a letter.

Keep your finger on the Pulse with the Dana Show podcast, delivering timely news with insightful analysis, whenever you want, straight to you on YouTube, Apple, or wherever you get your podcasts. Sir, your Democratic colleague, Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett, said, quote, all I want for my birthday is for Elon to be taken down, referring to Elon Musk. The Attorney General connected those comments to attacks on Tesla,
Starting point is 00:56:37 and she says, quote, of Crockett, she needs to tread very carefully. Is that a threat? It sounds like it is, and they're certainly making those kinds of threats against Democrats all over the place. I mean, what's so interesting is how extremely literal-minded they can get when Democrats are using common metaphorical parliaments to talk about political struggle.
Starting point is 00:57:00 Can you save this for me? Save that soundbite for me forever. Welcome back, Dana Lash with you, bottom of the second hour. One time when I was watching the State of the Union address, and this is when Barack Obama was president, I can't remember what year this was if it was 2011. I can't remember the year. But regardless, he got up to the podium and he was, or the dais and he was up there speaking and he was talking about how all of these different agencies were going to get involved in things that really had nothing to do with their stated purpose or even department name. Like for instance, he said the Department of Defense was going to start exploring green energies and, you know, it sounded weird. It's Department of Defense and he's, you know, having it,
Starting point is 00:57:49 they're going to be getting involved in green energy. And they're, he mentioned NASA that was going to start incorporating Muslim outreach. You all were, this was like 2010, 2011. Actually, I think it was 2011. It was before the midterm election. And actually, it was right after it. I thought it was very interesting. And I made the remark.
Starting point is 00:58:11 And this was when I was the token conservative contributor at CNN. And I made the remark that none of, so every department is now going to be involved with things other than their stated name and purpose. So NASA is going to be, so Department of Energy is going to be about going green. And NASA is going to be about Muslim outreach. Maybe we could have a Department of Muslim Outreach and make that space, about space exploration. And the left that who had been trying to get me fired from CNN since they announced that I was a contributor, lost their minds. The quote was CNN's Dana Lash. Let's shoot Muslims into space.
Starting point is 00:58:50 It was my desktop background for a very long time. That was a media matters headline. And the left was apoplectic. They were going crazy. They wanted me to apologize. For what? No. I actually was put, uh, I, I, I had a two-week suspension from that.
Starting point is 00:59:10 Nobody knows that. You do now. For that. Because of the left, you want to talk about being literal? The left? The left is all literal. I, uh, several years later, you know, my Second Amendment advocacy, we always make cakes for our kids' birthdays, right?
Starting point is 00:59:37 And whatever they want, we're going to try to make it. We'll try to make this cake. My one kid wanted a weird bug one year, and it was the nastiest. I literally had to make a bug, a cake that was a bug with, like, with, like, fake hair. It was the weird, it was, I can't remember what kind of a beetle it was. It was nasty. I'm like, what could a kid wants to eat this? Whatever. And when you're for my oldest son, we made him a grenade cake. I can't decorate cakes for anything, but I can make them taste very good. And my husband decorated it because he's very good at that stuff. And it looked really cool. And he put it up on Instagram, right?
Starting point is 01:00:10 The gun control lobby lost their minds. Headline after headline. My poor kid on his birthday, the headline on my kid's birthday was Dana Lash's, you know, violent birthday cake for hers. I mean, that's the kind of stuff. insanity. They have done this forever. Any Trump blinks and they're like, oh my gosh, can you believe? I mean, they lose their minds. But now, when Jasmine Crockett gets out there and talks about beating up people like Cruz,
Starting point is 01:00:43 Ted Cruz, or taking down Tesla, Jamie Raskin has the audacity to go out there and say, well, she's just using a common metaphorical parlance. You know, that's all she. she's doing. I mean, they're so literal. You guys got mad about what was on a butterbox. And you're going to try to take shots at the right for calling out Jasmine Crockett who literally called for violence. Like she actually did. You guys got mad over a black woman on pancake syrup. So spare me your whole metaphorical parlance. Shut up with this. No, we're not doing this. You know, this gets into this whole thing with the left. I don't know if you guys saw this piece.
Starting point is 01:01:36 Again, it's from the trash zine called the Atlantic. I almost fell over when I saw this. Now, keep in mind, first off, let me keep in mind. What was the big story over the weekend? People literally, and I know I'm using that word a lot, but that's the word that Raskin has brought up. They would drop trow and wipe their backsides. on a vehicle, right?
Starting point is 01:02:04 Ooh, sidebar. Remember the time that there were Marines that killed a terrorist after a terrorist got to a firefight with them and they pretended to urinate on him? And I was defending them saying, you don't need to, you know, come down on these warfighters in a theater war. Oh, my gosh, the left tried to kill me. Yeah. I mean, they were, it was nuts.
Starting point is 01:02:22 So, yeah, spare me the whole. There's the literal. So this was after a weekend of the left smearing actual feces on Tesla's. Being caught on the sentry cameras, wiping their butts on it, shooting up dealerships. You know, you get the idea. Here's the story over the, from the Atlantic. This, what's today's date? This came out Sunday.
Starting point is 01:02:46 Quote. Here's the, you guys are going to grab onto something. Donald Trump and J.D. Vance have created a brand new stereotype for America, says the Atlantic. Not the quiet American, not the ugly. American, but the brutal American. Whatever illusions Europeans ever had about Americans, those are shattered. And the title, the rise of the brutal American, this is how the bad guys act. I'm scrolling. Not even kidding you. This is literally what? I'll if you want to, I'll, actually, I think I sent the link out, but I think I did it. If you get it, some people,
Starting point is 01:03:33 people who ask me about this. I always, if there's a fire, if there's a paywall, I take it out for you. So when you click on the link, I'm not giving, I already paid for them with my tax dollars through US aid. So, why am I going to pay twice? So anyway, uh, the brutal American, the brutal American. First off, is that an insult? Am I, Kane, is that an insult? Am I supposed to be insulted? I don't feel as I mean, we, the brutal American. I hear that. And I'm like, America. Oh, bern-br-b-b-b-com. Coming again to save the day, yeah. That's what I think of. What do you mean,
Starting point is 01:04:09 brutal American? I'm made of, I'm literally, like, made of, like, comments about this. Like, I've got, I've got a lot of questions about it. Because I don't see, I don't see the brutal aspect of it. I'm pulling up this piece right now.
Starting point is 01:04:27 I'm just trying to understand what they think is brutal. None of that makes sense to me. I don't understand the brutal aspect of it. Because they're straightforward. That's what it is? Because we want laws enforced or we want our border secure? I mean, they actually have the audacity to write, quote, in just a few minutes, the behavior of Donald Trump and J.D. Vents created a brand new stereotype for America.
Starting point is 01:04:51 And then they say whatever fond memories remain, blah, blah, blah. Okay, he almost had his head shot off by a leftist. Spare me the whole brutal American headline. He almost got shot again by another leftist. Spare me the brutal American headline. How about the brutal leftist? Because that's a trait you all share, whether it's Che Guevara, whether it's Mao Zedong, whether it's Hitler. That's one thing that the left all shares is a murderous, murderous thirst for brutality. You won't acquiesce. You won't submit. You won't submit. we're going to break your knees. You don't have to think about bending them. That's how the left
Starting point is 01:05:41 operates. That's their ideology for everything. Think about it. I had a story last night that I talked about when I was on Fox with Laura Ingram. This is a smaller example of it, but it just shows you how this ideology permeates every single aspect of how the love deals with everything. Story of these two female students out of Wisconsin. And they're, you know, they just go by their Jane Doe because there's like two there's like three other cases of this the other students have been identified these students they didn't want to be identified because they both of them had to leave the school there have been a rash of these students in multiple states coming forward so it's i just want to underscore that it's not just one school district this
Starting point is 01:06:25 is how widespread it is and the left's attitude towards it that goes on goes and dovetails with this piece the in this latest example like the previous one where the student was named, you have minor girls who are in sports or who are, they have gym class, and you have to change dress out for gym, right?
Starting point is 01:06:47 You have to dress out. That's how it is. And I always, by the way, I hated PE. I mean, I liked PE like when I was in high school but when I was younger. I hated it, right? Because what do you do?
Starting point is 01:06:58 You can't like really play because you got people who suck on your team. Anyway, long story short, these girls were told that they had to accommodate a male student in their locker room, right? Very uncomfortable for young girls, very uncumphant, for numerous reasons. It's a very awkward time. You feel weird as a teenage girl in junior high, changing, getting undressed in front of other females in a locker room already because that's when your body, your self-consciousness about your body is heightened. you know, your body imagery, everything.
Starting point is 01:07:33 That's like the most crucial time for a young lady. And they're being told that they have to change in front of this boy in the locker room. And this is exactly what happened to one of our cousins in a school in Missouri several years ago. The male student was accommodated. He didn't want to change in the men's the boys' locker room. So he was told he could use the girls. The girls did not want to change in front of him. One of the girls was constantly late to get into the gymnasium.
Starting point is 01:08:01 because she waited until the boy had changed and left before she would change. There were only a few bathroom stalls and those were always occupied. So there were a lot of girls who were late. One girl had tons of unexcused absences. They just started giving her absences for being late because she didn't want to change in front of the boy and waited until he left. The dad had to call the school to rectify that. One of the girls was given a failing grade because she was always late coming in because she didn't want to go dress out until the boy left the locker room. As punishment, they were told they were going to have to change in front of the boy.
Starting point is 01:08:33 That's the third example just this month. That's in Wisconsin. The other school district was in Illinois and I think the other one was in California. That's just this month. Think about the students who don't even have lawsuits yet whose parents haven't said anything. That's pretty, I mean, that's in a wide enough geographical, dispersed across, you know, the states to be concerning. And the left's response is we're going to force you. we're going to break your knee.
Starting point is 01:09:05 You're going to change in front of this boy or you're going to flunk. That's what these students were told. I mean, according to the reports and the parents, they were told they had to change in front of the boy. So the boy could watch them as they got undressed, took off their pants, the whole nine yards, as punishment for whom or sexual gratification for him. that's how the left responds.
Starting point is 01:09:33 You want to talk about brutality? Let's talk about the left's brutality against girls in this nation. Let's talk about the girl that had her brains almost knocked out of her ear because a male was playing on this girl's volleyball team and he hit her in the head with the volleyball. Let's talk about the girls
Starting point is 01:09:47 who have been denied scholarship opportunities because boys are now competing in their discipline and they're getting beaten. If you want to talk about brutality, and they have the audacity to publish a story like this. If you want to have a discussion about brutality, let's talk about the leftist foreign
Starting point is 01:10:06 policy that killed 13 service members in Kabul. If you want to talk about brutality, let's talk about the human trafficking that they perpetuate. Democrats condone the deliuges across the border like they were the pimps themselves getting kickbacks off of the people that are being brought across. If you want to have a discussion about
Starting point is 01:10:27 brutality. No, this is a stupid article that tends to, that intends to retcon history. The real brutes are the ones who are out of power for now. And you see how violent they get when they're out of power. And you've seen what they do when they get a little bit of it. That's brutality. We've got a lot more on the way. We got Florida man already. I've got Florida man coming up. I've seen the amazing changes relief factor has made for so many people. And I've seen it firsthand through my husband Chris's pain relief from using Relief Factor. Right now, it's easy to give their product to try because Relief Factor makes it pain free with their three

Starting point is 01:11:46 1-800 for relief or visit Relieffactor.com. It's his life mission to make bad decisions. It's time for Florida Man. I got to give a lot of props to Uber Eats drivers and like Dordashers because I get real weird doing small talk and I can't even imagine going to somebody's house and leaving food there because God forbid what do you got to talk to him? You know, like what in the world? And then what if it ends up like this? An Uber Eats driver was attacked by a Florida man over an alcohol delivery, of course, Deltona guy. He's facing charges because he attacked a driver over his alcohol. It was in Volusia County.
Starting point is 01:12:27 Police responded. they spoke with a woman who was the Uber Eats driver. She said she got in order to deliver multiple bottles of alcohol to 31 year old Miles Webb. She arrived at his home. Her boyfriend who accompanies her for safety remained in the vehicle. The driver asked Webb for his ID. That's required. When Webb refused, she told him she'd have to return to the store and then he grabbed her from behind, wrenching her left arm as she walked away, grabbed the bag containing the alcohol, dragged her towards the house, pulling a glass bottle out of the bag. She managed to free her arm. Everything fell to the ground. The boyfriend ran to a defender.
Starting point is 01:12:58 the guy threatened to hit him with a bottle. Oh my gosh, it was crazy. Deputies tried to speak with Webby wouldn't open his door. So he's now charged with felonies, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, an account of simple battery. You always have to show your driver's license for an alcohol delivery. I mean, sometimes they make you do it for root beer. I kid you not. I had to speak with somebody over Root, and I'm like, you really want to see my ID over Root.
Starting point is 01:13:22 You know there's no alcohol in it, right? And they're like, yeah, we know. Like, I get it. You can't be doing that kind of stuff. stuff. We have Senator Marsha Blackburn joining us next hour. Stick with us. Gold prices have surged over 40% since January 2024 consistently reaching new highs. According to Goldman Sachs research, the upward trend is expected to persist due to strong demand from central banks. It's stuff like this that's made me take action and why I've bought precious metals like gold and silver. I've partnered with a
Starting point is 01:13:50 great company that makes it super easy to buy, easy, transparent, and simple. And that company is Goldco. That's danel likesgold.com. Welcome back to the program. Dana Lash with the top of this third hour. We have Senator Marsha Blackburn who's going to be coming up later on in the program.
Starting point is 01:14:31 I had to laugh at this article from Axios, the headline. Behind the curtain, Dems Dark Deep Hole. It's talking about their popularity rating. It's like the worst. They have the lowest favorability ever. Ever. In the history, I don't even know how it's lower now than it was after FDR did internment camps. I don't know how it's low. I mean, were they not measuring the party's approval back then? I can't imagine it being lower than when they were against, you know, women voting or when they didn't want slavery to be criminalized. Like I just didn't, you know. No, it's now.
Starting point is 01:15:20 The party has its lowest favorability ever, says Axios. This is bolstered by a couple of new surveys out, including a CNN one. I know we hate them. Democrat Party's favorability drops to a record low. Okay, we got all that. They have, Axios notes, there are no popular national leaders to help improve it. They have insufficient numbers to stop most legislation in Congress. Now, to that point, Republicans have insufficient numbers really to get anything done.
Starting point is 01:15:50 They say durable minority on the Supreme Court, dwindling influence over the media, ecosystem with right-leaning podcasters and social media accounts ascendant. Okay, I got to stop for a moment there. They literally got the, I said in this word too much today. They got the government involved to actually suppress free speech on social media platforms. Yours truly was one of those targeted. They absolutely did. They absolutely did. They said young voters are growing dramatically more conservative. I told you that was going to happen. Now, 2026, they say it doesn't look great for them for Senate. It looks better for them for the House. They said that there are only three House Republicans
Starting point is 01:16:33 and districts, former VP Harris, 1 and 24. There's not going to be a Democrat surge, but they could definitely even it out in the House. They said that Democrats may suffer another blow in the 2030 census. If the current population patterns hold, they said the party could lose as many as a dozen seats in the House and electorally. Sorry, I got a smile on that one.
Starting point is 01:16:57 because that's, I like that. I mean, who doesn't like that? So they're, they're having a bad time, you could say. They've done numerous comprehensive surveys from numerous Democrat pollsters, and they have what Axios says, captured vividly and empirically the daunting data. And they add, for those skeptical of polls and sampling size, for instance, David Shore, who conducted one such survey. His is based on 26 million online responses collected over just last year alone. And it is filtered to adjust any redundancies or oddities of modern polling. He is estimating a 23-point swing against Democrats amongst immigrants, particularly Hispanic Americans. Democrat support amongst that community has dropped by over 50%.
Starting point is 01:17:54 told you natural allies the rise of conservatism amongst young people particularly men and they said that millennials were the most progressive gen z this makes my heart saying gen z is about to become the most conservative i have chills saying this do you know why gen z is because gen x is saving the universe is why because gen x is raising gen z you can't have Gen X parents and be anything but come on oh my gosh it's amazing all of us deserve to have that chiseled on our tombstone as an epitaph by the way save the universe gen X young people particularly I think this is something worth exploring over the months to come the conservatism of Gen Z because they're a very interesting
Starting point is 01:18:50 generation they're natural cynics for my experience just with my own. My kids are different because my kids, what I do and all that, although we've kept them out of it. That's why you don't see my kids with a lot of these Republican youth groups that tour around the country. Because my position has always been like, I really don't care what anybody has to say unless you own property and pay tax. That's the site, don't care. So I just, I'm like, now you're not going to go somewhere just because you share a name. We're not doing that. You got to earn it. But I do think that this is very interesting. Rahm Emanuel of all people
Starting point is 01:19:27 has been warning his party they need a quote emergency meeting of mayors and governors to rethink the party's perception and priorities and see what is working in schools. So I say this because things could be so easy right now. They're going to be made more difficult by our own side.
Starting point is 01:19:54 I mean this is all like stuff like this. Can we talk about big soda for a moment? Geez, I can't even believe this is the thing. So there was a thing over the weekend. Influensible. A company apparently accused of cutting big checks to influencers on behalf of big soda. Is there not a big anything? There was a big supermarket, big soda now.
Starting point is 01:20:21 And some of them apparently, of course, there are tons of people that are paid. I can tell you who's being paid and who's not. Like right now, if you said Dana, the world depends on you naming everybody who's getting a check, I could definitely give you a list of names. Some of them, many of them are on cable news. Not a scene, nobody discloses that they're paid for this stuff. I don't care people get paid to advocate. Just be honest about it, right? So like for instance, there's one account that said, oh, the government wants to block soda purchases for Americans on Snap. Remember when New York tried this and it backfired?
Starting point is 01:20:52 Trump probably had a Diet Coke button in the Oval Office. It's a ridiculous government overreach. Let people decide for themselves. Can I just point out the idiocy of saying something like this, you're talking about a big government program and big government involvement funded by the taxpayer. And then you're daring to call any limitation on it government overreach. You are the left right now. All of these so-called conservative accounts that I've seen make this argument, you are literally the left. You're the people bitching and moaning about cutting waste and abuse with Doge. Because you're mad over, how about this? try some conservatism on for size and ask WTF do we need SNAP for more government if you had things
Starting point is 01:21:35 again by the state and people helping people and we had lower taxes and a lot better fiscal policy guess what you probably would need all this stuff but I love the people who are like oh well this big government program uh you know they people should be able to spend taxpayer dollars on whatever they want that's what I hear and apparently they're getting paid like they're saying, oh, it's a new war on soda. Targeting purchases made their snap. It's not the government's role to decide what people should or shouldn't eat. Why do we have?
Starting point is 01:22:05 It's a government program. It is a big taxpayer-funded government program. News flash to you fake-ass conservatives out there. Where my tax dollars go, so do my two cents. If you're getting my tax dollars, I'm going to tell you what to do with them. Be conservative for once. Stop cost playing as it. Be consistent.
Starting point is 01:22:26 chimney. I mean, I've got so many different, there's a lot of big accounts. A couple of them are my friends. And they all say similar things. Like, oh, they want to restrict soda purchases through snap. This is an unwanted attempt by the government to dictate what Americans can and can't buy on a giant government program. How many brain cells do some of you people have? Dear heavens. Where's the consistency? It's a big government program. You're saying that it's government over. to restrict how a big government program operates, and you want to call yourself a Republican or a conservative. Get out. Get out. It's the same thing as the people who are mad over Doge recommended cuts. But to that point, Kane, why aren't we getting bought off? Big cab, I am for sale. Big gin.
Starting point is 01:23:21 Here I am. I wake up every morning and start my day with some big gin. I don't know. I mean, I'll sell it. Whatever. Come on. I'll tell you. you I am. I mean, not like, you know, in your face, but there'll be signs. Yeah, where's big probiotic when I need it? Yeah, Kane was one. Well, I think it's between us. Yeah. No, not you. Go look over there. Meet the radio people. Between us. Cain's already being paid by big probiotics. That is a lie. And big hate old people. You are lying right now. I mean, I got, I'm like all for being, uh, I'll be paid. by Big Cab?
Starting point is 01:24:01 Big Cabernet. Right? Oh, man, I'm telling you. I'm just thinking of, yeah, there's some good. Big kombucha. I'm sure they're, Big kombucha. Big kombucha?
Starting point is 01:24:14 What about big sour patch kids? Ooh, that's oddly specific. Big snacks. Yeah, there it is. I will totally be paid by big snacks. I'm just saying. Who runs big snacks? I don't know.
Starting point is 01:24:27 that not maybe the same people who run big soda I just think I don't know like apparently so there was a text that went out Nick Sortor I don't know who he is totally but I follow him he has some good stuff he said influencers were texted by people telling them to help push back
Starting point is 01:24:48 against government overreach and they'd be paid between several hundred and thousand dollars for each post and that's why everything kind of sounds similar apparently there was like a big thing So it's like they said lobbying firms. I didn't even know. What is this? Hang on, um, it goes.
Starting point is 01:25:03 Oh, cart choice. That's a lobbying firm. Amirabev. The big beverage. Okay, so that's the non-alcoholic refreshment. But I don't care about Ameribov because they're a non-alcoholic beverage. I don't care about you. Go away.
Starting point is 01:25:16 I want big gin. Big cab. Big moonshine, Kane. Dude. Big moonshine. I am for sale. I'll just let you know.
Starting point is 01:25:28 Like, are people not, you do have to be aware of this stuff. And it's, I think it's pretty obvious when I see people who I can, you know, even you can kind of tell. People are smart. Would you, you could, you would get paid $1,000 to post about a big probiotic, wouldn't you? Oh, hell yeah. Yeah. Just to just to put out there, my own personal experience.
Starting point is 01:25:52 So be easy. Be easy thousand bucks. Yeah. It'd be great. So a couple of things There We've got oh can we talk about the women's sports bars thing real quick Why do we
Starting point is 01:26:06 What am I missing About the women's Says women's sports bars are expected to quadruple What do you mean women's sports bars Like it's a sports bar What makes it women's sports bar? Is it pink inside? Did they mean to talk about sports bras?
Starting point is 01:26:25 No No, I know, no but it's pubs sports bar don't call it a pub if it's not a pub shut up they said there's a title nine sports girl in phoenix and there's something of course in austin and they said that uh women's first sports i just think this sounds lame i don't know i mean do what you're going to do and if you make money good on you but i don't like when i'm if i'm going out with friends i'm not going to be like let's go to a women's place i don't those are called spas and i don't like them we talked to
Starting point is 01:26:57 about this before. It's weird. I don't like them. Can I have a story? My husband, because my husband likes relaxation. We work a lot. And he thinks that spiles are neat. And I think that they're torture devices. Like, spare Gitmo. Just send me to a spa. I'll tell you whatever you want to know. You wear somebody else's nasty-ass bathrobe. You go on with weird, not even your own slippers. You're not supposed to have your phone. You've got to sit there and read stupid magazines that are a month old and listen to other women blab. Like, I can't imagine anything that sounds more halacious. That's what hell is intended for me if I ever, if I don't make it into heaven, which I'm going to heaven. But that being said, sports bars sound very similar to that for me.
Starting point is 01:27:39 I just send me to a pub. Just go to a bar. I don't want to go to like a lady's only spot. Anyway, my husband, we went to this one cane, this spa and they had a salt room. I don't even know what this is. You go in and there are these people, they look like cult members with their borrowed bathrooms on and they were laying on a bed, which was a slab of salt. And then apparently like this new age weirdo cult music was playing and, um, uh, like crappy enya. And there's like salt in the air and you're supposed to like absorb salt. And I'm just sitting there and you're supposed to keep this thing on your eyes. And I'm just sitting there. My eyes are open. I'm just like, this is lame. Everyone else is pretending, aren't they? This is all a giant joke. Everyone's
Starting point is 01:28:21 pretending that they're in this moment and experience. seeing this on this salt slab. I feel like I'm being served up as like a dish. This is weird. I stood, I sat in there for like three minutes and I was out. I'm like, I've got to go. I can't. My husband's like, it's relaxing. No, it's not. This is cultish. If I want to relax, I'll go sit in my yard. I don't need to go do this. This is weird. I don't like it. Anyway, sports bar, female sports bar. Super beats. The only super, the only beat product that I recommend to you. Um, sorry, just, not a big fan of the other ones. I think this one is the one that has, well, not only because I know it works, but I mean, I started taking it before they started working with me. But also, they put a lot of effort into every product that they bring to market. They have actual scientists and medical professionals that they work with. And they are sticklers for detail. So you know the super beats heart chews for heart health. Well, they have super bream. This supports healthy metabolism and blood sugar levels. It's a plant-based formula. And it's burglars. And it's burrower. Burbering in Italian olive fruit extract.
Starting point is 01:29:27 And the berbering that they used, they wanted a particular type of burbering. And they had this, what they used, clinically studied. It actually delivers 10 times higher absorption than standard burbering, which means fewer pills to swallow. You get metabolism and healthy blood sugar support benefits in one capsule a day. And because I can literally hear Nano right now asking this question, there's no GI distress. Starting point is 01:30:14 for Dana's Quick Five. So Anheuser Bush announced that they're ending their sponsorship of St. Louis's Pride Fest. Isn't it like the biggest whatever? One of the first the big ones. They're not doing their annual alphabet festival Pride Fest. This is after 30 years of partnership. They said that, I guess it's 150,000 that they gave to it every year. I wonder if that's because all the Bud Light stuff or if it's just because people are, they're broke. I don't
Starting point is 01:30:39 know. I'm just, I'm like curious. I find that kind of interesting. Let's see. The FDA approved lab grown blood vessel. They've approved this despite some warnings. The agency OK, an artificial vessel to restore blood flow in patients, even though its own scientists are flagging the questionable study results, and they're saying, there's some potentially fatal ruptures. Yeah, I don't think this is something that I would do. I don't think so. A man allegedly robbed a store with a finger gun. You know, Colorado Springs, the PD there said they arrested a dude because he allegedly used a finger gun to rob a store. They said when they got there, the suspect Antonio Taylor had a finger gun pointed at the
Starting point is 01:31:23 clerk and began to take items. They know it's not going to fire, right? Like, what is that? They were able to take him into custody. They took his teenage daughter, too, and put her in protective care. But now he's in the pokey. He's got a very, he's got his mugshot all out there, ready to rock. Very interesting stuff. And let's see. Oh, I can't. Oh, we're running. Oh, segways, they're calling all these scooters. I wonder if one of mine, if mine is one of the ones that are getting recalled. Stick with us. Senator Blackburn is next. The Dana Show podcast, your fast, funny and informative news companion for those always on the move. Subscribe on YouTube, Apple, or wherever you get your podcast.
Starting point is 01:32:03 When Jesse Martinez hits the highway and his Tesla Model S? Oh, it drives fantastic, yeah. But now it feels risky to drive. Investigators say someone shot out his driver's side window with a BB gun as he drove through the town of Zebulin late Sunday night. We have a family, we got kids, you know, so who knows if that would have gone through and I was driving my kids or, you know, it would have hit my buddy or something. Vandalism and threats against the electric car brand continued to rise throughout the country.
Starting point is 01:32:30 Authorities cracking down on public backlash against Tesla CEO Elon Musk and his involvement with the Trump administration. FBI director Cash Patel calls the acts of vandalism domestic terrorism. This is actual domestic terrorism. These attacks just simply on the brand, because somebody's driving a certain brand, of vehicle. And we've been covering this. I mean, every day we have a story. That's not exaggerating. I mean, I actually have two new stories today about this. There was a guy that had a flag of a guillotine at the New York City showroom. Tesla's New York City showroom. And then this guy, this father from North Carolina, there was another Seattle, Portland, stuff in Illinois. It is at Austin, Texas.
Starting point is 01:33:17 It's at Franklin, Tennessee, in Tennessee. Beautiful Tennessee. They're having these issues. Speaking of Tennessee, joining me now, the lovely senator from Tennessee, Senator Marcia Blackburn, who is putting forward a resolution regarding these attacks. Senator, so good to see you. This is organized domestic terrorism because you have a website out there that has doxed all the Tesla owners, as you know, all their information, their phone numbers, social media, even the showrooms all out and the cursors a little Molotov cocktail. I mean, that's terrorism.
Starting point is 01:33:51 Indeed. Indeed, this is one of the most frightening things. And to know that Tesla dealerships, service centers, Tesla owners are being threatened, that these attacks are being carried out against them. Dana, this needs to come to an end. And every member of the U.S. Senate should stand with me with my resolution denouncing this domestic terrorism and calling for it to stop. There is no place for this kind of political violence.
Starting point is 01:34:26 And if people don't want to drive a Tesla, don't drive a Tesla. Go drive another make of car. But why would they continue to do this? And of course, what we hear from them is they don't like Elon Musk. They don't like Doge. So they would rather have out of control government spending, which the American people, have said government is overspent. It is continuing to spend too much. The American people are overtaxed, and it is time for this to come to an end. So I encourage all of my colleagues.
Starting point is 01:35:06 Stand with me. Let's call this out as domestic terrorism. And that's it. Senator Marshall Blackburn has, she also tweeted out that the Democrats spent last four years yelling about domestic terrorism. And I was watching the hearing earlier today, the Intel hearing, where one of the senators was asking Tulsi Gabbard, well, why isn't climate change listed as a great threat here? I mean, not a single one of these Democrat senators, to your point, Senator Blackburn brought up the doxing of Tesla owners. And there are thousands of people now that are terrified to drive their cars out. I'm so glad that this dad didn't have his daughter in the car. What would have happened? Well, it is a frightening thought.
Starting point is 01:35:50 My son and his wife have a Tesla. They have children. My husband drives a Tesla. And we were talking about this when we were driving to church on Sunday in the Tesla. And you think about the fact that people are confronting owners. They are riding on the cars. They're damaging their property. and this needs to come to a stop.
Starting point is 01:36:20 This is the kind of behavior that is so destructive. First of all, it's illegal and it's wrong, Dana. And people need to realize that. But also, the fact that people would do this to friends and neighbors simply because they're driving a car and they don't like the person that started the car company when he is trying to help save save our government from so much debt that we can no longer protect our sovereignty. And he is standing up and helping with that.
Starting point is 01:36:56 And it's so important to note conservatives like you and me, we have long said we need to reduce what the federal government spends and cut into that baseline, actually lower what we are spending, not cut the increase, but cut into the baseline. And now we have a group of people that are working with the secretaries and the agency heads to actually cut in the waste into the baseline and find the waste and find the fraud. So we can end that because there are billions of dollars being wasted every year. There are billions of dollars that are going out in improper payments. and people that are knowingly defrauding the federal government and defrauding some of our programs.
Starting point is 01:37:52 And when that happens, it's astounding because it is recipients and beneficiaries of these programs that are not getting everything that they are entitled to. So we have to keep that in mind. We are trying to help protect these beneficiaries. and we've got these leftists out here protesting, burning cars, and firebombing dealerships, and trying to protect the status quo. And it's so unfortunate. We're talking with Senator Marshall Blackburn from the great state of Tennessee.
Starting point is 01:38:32 Senator, you also have been, right to your point, you've been raising the alarm about these missing FEMA checks. I can't imagine how horrible it is for these Hurricane Helene survivors. They're trying to rebuild their lives. They pay into a system that they think is going to be there for them when tragedy strikes, as it has. And then it's been discovered that these checks have gone missing. I was reading one of the reports. Some of the victims saw their checks were deposited in banks around the state and even around the country. How much money are we talking that has gone missing here?
Starting point is 01:39:02 We are trying to get a number on what we think that number, that missing check number is. What we do know is this. And I would encourage anybody who is watching or listening in your audience, if they live in Tennessee and they have an issue, then they need to call our office. Go online, find us, call us. We have a caseworker who is really bird-dogging all of these issues working with these individuals. And we have some of the county mayors who are helping to get these individuals. to us so we can figure out what has happened with these checks. Now, what we need is for FEMA to work closely with us and with these recipients,
Starting point is 01:39:54 people that were harmed that need to find their check, they're waiting to be able to sign a contract, to build a house, or to restore their farmland, or to rebuild a barn, or maybe to open the doors of their business. And so this money needs to get to the correct recipient. And people can depend on us to help them through this process. I can't imagine how horrible it is for these families. I know you said caseworkers in your East Tennessee office sent a letter to FEMA as well.
Starting point is 01:40:29 You've been pressing on this department to get some answers. I mean, this just goes into exactly what you were saying, Senator. It's so big. Government's so big. And there's so much money just going through so many different channels. when it's only until victims say, wait a minute, we didn't get our money that we realize, oh my gosh, what happened here? I mean, FEMA apparently had no oversight, and I know that you all are working to get that fixed, as well as the budget, everything else. We're all waiting for tax cuts to be made permanent and those Doge cuts, as you so accurately noted a little bit earlier.
Starting point is 01:41:00 You know, these cuts that are being recommended by Doge, they're not taking power away from the Senate or from the House. They're recommending these cuts for you all to implement. Are you confident that you're going to be able to get some of your other senators to get on the same square as you? Absolutely. We are, what we're doing is, and I think it's important to note, we have the reconciliation bill that we will pass. Now, the doge cuts are going to come through a rescission bill. And, Dana, as you know, between now and the 26 elections, we have the opportunity to do not one or two, but three. And that is why you hear some of the conservatives in the Senate saying, let's go big and bold.
Starting point is 01:41:45 Let's use all of these reconciliation bills because that allows us to save more money for the taxpayer. On the rescissions, we are waiting for OMB to send us a list that we can put in a rescission package. We can then pass that with 51 votes in the Senate and that will eliminate those discretionary spending items permanently from the budget. And the reconciliation and the rescission bills can travel in tandem through the process. Our goal is to cut as much as we can cut, save as much as we can save and get ourselves back to pre-pandemic spending numbers. And we are right now at 7.3 trillion.
Starting point is 01:42:45 The House pass budget would put us at 7.1. There are many of us in the Senate that want to get down to 6.5 trillion so that next year we can get to that $5.5 trillion number, which would be a balanced budget and present. and President Donald Trump wants a balanced budget. Our goal is to implement President Donald Trump's agenda and to actually cut that baseline of what the federal government is spending so that we preserve our nation's sovereignty and we preserve our ability to work as a free and independent nation for our children
Starting point is 01:43:33 and our grandchildren. And you could get that, you can get those 51 votes, I think. You can get to that number. Yes, absolutely. We can. Ooh, I like that. That makes me feel a little bit better. I've been so nervous watching all of this stuff. Last question for you before I let you go, Senator Blackburn. I would be remiss if I didn't ask this because we have a lot of listeners in Tennessee listening terrestrily, and of course people watching the simulcast. You do such a great job in the Senate. You know what's coming. And we love you in the Senate. But I also know that there are a lot of Tennesseans that will like to see you in the governor's office. So is that something that you're maybe thinking of looking into or is that where were you at? We are taking a serious look at this. And, you know, we know
Starting point is 01:44:16 this first two years is going to be centered here in D.C. with President Trump's agenda. And then as the power and authority and the money goes back to the states for education, health care, regulations and benefits. We know that it is going to be up to the states to take those correct actions, to reduce the size, the scope, the reach of government into the taxpayers' pocket and into their life. And we think this is how you cement a conservative agenda for not only this generation, but the next. There you go. Well, maybe if we could just clone you. could stay in the Senate and then you could also run for governor. I mean, that would work. Yeah, we'd like that. That we'd take that. That'd work. Yeah, it worked.
Starting point is 01:45:08 Senator Marshall Blackburn, we always appreciate it. And thank you for your very consistent conservative fight. We appreciate you. Thank you. First, we have a pardon for Devin Archer. was a former business partner of the Biden family. He was prosecuted relating to a fraud investigation, but notably the tone and tenor of that prosecution changed dramatically after he began to cooperate with congressional investigators and serve as a witness
Starting point is 01:45:47 against Hunter Biden and the Biden family. We believe that was an injustice, and therefore we're asking you to pardon him. And many people have asked me to do this. I think he was treated very unfairly. And I looked at the record, studied the records that he was. He was a victim of a crime as far as I'm concerned. So we're going to do that. The guy who blew the whistle on Hunter Biden has been pardoned.
Starting point is 01:46:13 First off, I love the guy that explains all this to Trump because Trump knows it, but it's all for show, right? And Trump wants, he wants it to be like, ah, go ahead and explain it for the people, too. And the guy's there, you know, well, Mr. President. And I need that guy to explain it. Can you imagine he had that. guy to explain everything in life to you? Right?
Starting point is 01:46:31 Ma'am, you scan this and then you put it in the bag right here. I just love that. That's what AI is going to be for everybody. Oh my gosh. He's like a walking Siri. He is. Real quick, too. One last thing.
Starting point is 01:46:42 I may have to talk more about this tomorrow. The Kane Velasquez. Did you guys see this story? Kane Velasquez. I think he did what almost any other dad. Actually, I think he did what any other dad would do. This is a guy who chased down, former UFC fighter.
Starting point is 01:46:57 He was sentenced to five years in prison because he hunted down and fired at the guy who was accused of molesting his four-year-old son at a daycare. In 2022, Velasquez got into a high-speed 11-mile chase with this pito, Harry Galarte, who's been out free walking around. He's going to trial. Velasquez rammed his car into Galarde's vehicle, pulled out his gun, fired a Galarde. Missed, hit his stepfather, Galarde's stepfather instead. And then he began shooting at them, again at the Morgan Hill intersection. they tried to flee. He ran their vehicle, fired more rounds. Some people are saying, well, the stepdad got hit. Well, that's what happens when you hang out with a pedo.
Starting point is 01:47:35 Number one. But number two, my only complaint is that he didn't just one shot, one kill. That's it. I think pedophiles should be put to death instantly. No, no appeal. Oh, I robbed you of your today in stupidity. Oh, my gosh, I totally. And Kane had a good one. Save it for tomorrow. Save it for tomorrow. Save it for tomorrow. I'll be on Fox Business in the 5 p.m. Central hour back with you tomorrow.
