I do think it's straightforward.
I filed an amicus brief at the Supreme Court, urging them to rule,
according to the plain text of the 14th Amendment,
that birthright citizenship is not conferred to the children of illegal aliens.
Our senator from Texas, Ted Cruz,
we are watching the High Court decision on birthright citizenship that has become an illicit industry,
an industry of leeches, people that just glumming,
you know, they hit their family wagon to this country.
They come and birth a baby here just for the sake of giving that baby
and the family a path to citizens.
Who else does that in the world?
I don't think there's any other country that is so silly to allow something like this.
Hey, welcome to the Dana Show.
from the home of Star Base, Texas, the Rio Grande Valley, Texas.
This is the Dana Show Southern Command, as I referred to it.
Affiliate K-U-R-V here in South Texas.
I'm Sergio Sanchez in for my friend, Dana, Lash.
Yeah, it has to stop.
There's so many reports through the years of individuals,
China and other countries.
They set up tourism flights to the U.S.,
women who are pregnant, just a few weeks away from,
from giving birth.
They set up shop here.
They give birth here.
They get a birth certificate,
U.S. citizen for the children.
That's just, that is not right.
That has to stop.
We need in our country,
and for Western society,
for that matter,
Western society,
will believe in the U.S.,
if our country,
the United States of America,
is meant to survive
you and I
our neighbors, our family
need to do a better job of informing ourselves
and voting more intelligently,
making a greater effort to be informed
to understand our unifying culture
that I've said so many times
is a culture of liberty.
It's a culture of freedom, liberty,
capitalism.
These are the values that we represent.
These are the values that have made America
extraordinary and great.
Through the centuries,
now we're coming up on
250 years. This idea of allowing anyone and everyone, much like we did during the Biden administration
the last four years, where everybody comes in. Look what's happening in the state of Minnesota.
Look what's happening overseas. Let's look at our neighbors. I'm reminded of the daily mirror
from the UK. Well, I'll tell you what, the UK, you know, that publication is the mirror in
UK providing a mirror
for us, for
America, to look at what we
might become if we're not careful.
There was someone who mentioned
this. It was Don Jr. who
popped up in the news the other day.
I guess he's getting married again.
It's cut 11, Steve. You import,
you become what you import. Cut 11.
Go ahead, Steve. Immigration
matters.
It's a fight that this administration is taking
on. We've realized that if you
import the third world, you become
the third world. And we're not
going to let that happen.
We shouldn't. We're not.
We can say we're not, but if we
continue to vote stupidly
and vote for apologists,
individuals that have no backbone,
no spine that are ruled by
their emotion, that would be Democrats,
modern-day Democrats who still have
not learned the lesson as to why they
are losing, why they have
lost the majority vote in this
country. Now,
very easily,
Look, the majority vote is not that much in this country.
Go back and look at the last presidential election.
Yeah, on the electoral college, we say we, conservatives, Republicans, did great.
The numbers were quite strong for President Trump.
But it really is concerning that there's only a two million vote difference between,
there was a two million vote difference between Kamala Harris and President Trump.
I mean, if you look at the 150 some odd million people who voted to say the difference was two, yeah, that's pretty scary.
And yes, I know it's California that is lost and is dominated by a pro-illegal immigrant culture in California.
Same thing for the states, just north of them, Oregon and Washington, despite the economic and budgetary butt kicking that they got up in the state of New York.
York, obviously they don't learn their lesson. They continue to vote stupidly. They continue to vote
Democrat. So whining and complaining about open border policies by the Biden administration.
We know what happened with Mayor Adams out there. He went astray of policies on open border
and it got punished politically for it as well. But they continued to vote for the same
associates, the same party, the same platform that allows for the open border mindset.
importing all this illegal immigration and even under Joe Biden, say to me what you want about
illegal immigration, all these illegal immigrants being legal in this country.
No, that was the commander chief, that was the executive, that was the president, Joe,
Joe Biden or whoever was running the White House because that dude was asleep all the time.
Now we have a real leader making decisions up in Washington, D.C. with Donald Trump.
But whoever was running the White House back there, allowing everybody in and making apologies
and improvising, doing all sorts of contortions,
executive order contortions to allow everybody in?
Yeah, they were still illegal immigrants.
And at a time when we needed to control migration
for the benefit of our country,
that concept does not exist in the minds of modern-day Democrats.
I don't want our country to become California.
I don't want our country, I don't want our country to become New York
with the open border mindset.
And the leftist thinking that they,
love big government. Look at the
consternation politically that they have
up in New York. They have
voted, they have kicked
out through policy and
taxation and regulation up
in New York. Conservative
voters within
the boundaries of their city to the point
where look
the disaster,
the anti-Semitic
disaster, open border
modern-day communists that they have
in Mamdani that's taking over
California. Look at all the apologists that
in New York, that is. Look at all the
apologies that they have in California.
It's very easy
for our nation. Like Don Jr. said, you import
the third world, you become the third world
and we must defend. Yes, we must, but
it all starts to the ballot box.
Which leads me
to this.
This coming year is an election year.
Some of y'all might be disenchanted.
Some of y'all might be even
discouraged about what's taking place
in Washington. Some of y'all are
very too easily
impressionable
and swayed
it's like when the
Democrats and the leftist
on some of these cable channels
you guys spend way too much time
listening to these talking hands
these meat puppets on the leftist
channels and the clueless news network
in MSNBC all these other places
be wiser where you consume your news
it's like they do the
the Jedi Mind Trip
mind trick
the economy is awful under
Donald Trump the prices are worse
now than they've ever been before
the tariffs are tanking
the economy all the doom and gloom that they
predicted about the tariffs tanking
in the economy it didn't come true
the inflation that they
keep talking up to talk down the economy
on the left on all these channels
yet you
you want to talk about a real mess
you got to go back to the
and thankfully the president
was able to get the steering wheel on this
and go on offense, which is something that everyone else
who is running for office, who claims to be conservative,
claims to be someone who is America first,
claims to be a Republican.
They also, all of y'all need to go on offense
and point back to the 25 plus percent inflation
under Joe Biden, the unnecessary printing of trillions of dollars
that led to all this inflation
and the open border that,
diluted the salaries in this country, took of all the jobs, all this, all these crazy
policies that created the mess and point to the need under President Trump.
I'm an open border, I'm an open market guy, not an open border guy.
I'm an open market guy.
Look, believe me, like some of y'all, I felt very uncomfortable at the beginning of all this
tariff thought.
But when the president came out with all these big placards and signs,
showing the abuse, the imbalance of how our goods were being overtaxed
and it overseas.
We couldn't enter overseas markets.
And that yet we allow everything coming in from Vietnam, from the Philippines,
everything, every other place to come into this country at a very low tariff rate.
Yeah, it's time to balance things out.
In other words, go on offense.
The president went on offense messaging the issue of the economy that they're going to
fix. And I'm very confident that next year, because of the trillions of dollars that are being
invested in our country, we're going to see a lot better numbers. These are not fake dollars
that are coming here. This is not so-called government stimulus, and trillion dollars in more
national debt that's trying to stimulate the economy. No, I am bullish on the economy for
next year because it's real market, private sector dollars that are coming in. The immigration
issue, unfortunately, is leading to an erosion.
And some of the, you know, Pew research came out with a poll the other day.
It was last week showing some erosion in the Latino voter block for President Trump
and how he has gone about enforcing, ICE is enforcing, some of the at work sites and other places.
But again, an opportunity to go on offense.
Who are these individuals that are being rounded up by ICE?
This note from Virginia, acting ICE director, Todd Lyons, saying that cops in Fairfax, Virginia, again, with this open border mindset, this turnstow that some of these leftist communities have, and they get what they voted for, and these leftist communities, again, I go back, stop voting, stupidly stop voting for modern-day Democrats until they learned their lesson to be America first and their community first.
In fact, Virginia, cops, released an illegal alien with a long rap sheet.
That illegal committed murder the next day.
Surprise, surprise.
Everybody trying to blame ICE for this, right?
They arrested this individual brandishing a firearm, already arrested on aggravated assault.
The ICE director, Todd Lyons, commenting, so why they would want to release this guy?
And he was with no bond and no restrictions is absolutely ridiculous.
Amigos, this what happened in Fairfax, Virginia, this illegal with a long rap sheet,
released with no bond into the community, it was not that long ago that this situation was on steroids nationwide.
Don't forget.
And you guys that are running for office as America first, all of you folks who are running for office as Republican,
against all of y'all who latch on to the Trump administration when things are good and
especially on the immigration side we finally have a president that is enforcing immigration law
have the courage have the backbone to go on offense and I would encourage even though to the
Trump administration at ICE at Border Patrol at the at Homeland Security provide more
interviews provide more statistics, provide more names.
Give me the rap seat of all these individuals that have been rounded up.
I know that ICE, when they go out there to round up individuals,
they're not going out there to round up strangers or just people they suspect are in the country illegal.
They have a sheet of individuals who are wife beaters and drunks and folks,
individuals who cross the border illegal several times they know who they're going after.
Anybody else around them illegally also gets caught up in that net.
Time to go on offense and message and give names.
names and offenses so the American people understand who these criminals are that they're
taken off the street.

From South Texas, I'm Sergio Sanchez from her Southern Command.
And thanks for joining us on The Dana Show.
National Economic Council Chief, Kevin Hassett in the news,
saying the President Trump proposal to issue out,
most of those tariff checks that they were talking about $2,000 for certain Americans.
Well, it's going to depend on his words.
What happens in Congress, which means the election next year.
The first thing that I thought when I said when I was reading this was what some of these Democrats were saying,
last go around like two cycles ago, two congressional cycles ago on the election, right?
Getting more stimulus checks.
I think that was the promise in the state of Georgia, wasn't it?
And they flipped those two seats.
They got two Democrat dummums, senators, to Washington, as they promised more stimulus money, more stimulus checks in the state of Georgia.
Well, that's, anyway, that's what popped into my head was when he said that.
Congress needs to say, yay or nay, to tariff money being given to America.
I think the president allowing the military to get tax, well, you know, he's the commander-in-chief.
He can tap into that.
And I don't remember if the ag money that's being promised, it has to be cleared by Congress as well.
getting some ag relief or maybe the president is just able to, you know, flip his pen, his magic wand and give that.
Anyway, so careful how you vote, because if you don't vote, in this case, I'm hearing Republican, yeah, you're not going to get that, that's that tariff check.
The mayor of Providence, Rhode Island is asking the FBI to pay the full reward to Brown, to the Brown University shooting Tipster.
The mayor making the request and a letter to the FBI director calling the tipster known as John, a hero, urged the agency to provide the full $50,000 reward.
And I ran some math on this.
I went to Providence and was looking at some of the hotel prices.
$75 a day, this dude could be living in a hotel with $50,000 for the next two years if he gets the money.
From South Texas, I'm Sergio Sanchez.
This is The Dana Show.
We got a lot more on the way as we rolled awards, the headlines.
and our partners that help bring you the program.
It's the folks over at Superbeats.
The turmeric chews, if you haven't checked it out, you should.
In fact, you can get $5 off right now by going to Sam's Club.
Turmeric, it can be kind of difficult for the body to utilize effectively.
It's known for its antioxidant properties, but most forms are a little difficult to absorb.
But this is where the Superbeats folks have changed it with the turmeric chews to support a healthy
inflammatory response.
They use a clinically studied turmeric curcumin complex.
And so the complex helps to solve the issue of utilization by making it into a highly absorbable form.
And so it tastes great.
It's like one orange, orangey, orange is the word, citrus flavored chew.
And it's a really great way to help boost your body's ability to support healthy response to inflammation rate.
And it's a clinically studied turmeric hercumin complex.
And it offers significantly higher absorption than the other conventional
turmeric extracts, the basic ones. So your body actually gets more from every serving.
And right now is a perfect time to try it. They have an exclusive deal at Sam's Club and you can get
$5 off turmeric chews. But that offer ends December 29th. So it's the high absorption formula
clinically studied turmeric chews. Head to Sam's Club today and grab your turmeric chews while the
savings last. On the go and need a quick news fix with a fun twist. Follow Dana's absurd truth

February 1st. After she put up this sign, which read, out of respect to English-only students,
there will be no speaking Spanish on this bus. I didn't mean to be racially insensitive or
anything like that. Crawford claims she never got to explain that the sign was put up to encourage
and respectful behaviors and was directed at a bilingual student who allegedly had a history of
riling up other students. I didn't know if he was bullying somebody, telling them to do something
they shouldn't do. How do you keep control your bus if you have no control?
For some of y'all women who go to some of these nail salons, and maybe y'all are liberal women.
and women tuning in to the Danish.
She'll appreciate you tuning in.
But some of these places are owned by folks
who might be from Vietnam
or some other place like that.
And they communicate with each other, right?
You know what I'm talking about.
I don't mean to be stereotypical.
That's just the reality.
Don't you find it rude when you don't understand
what they're saying?
And maybe if you had like a little iPhone translator
in your ear, you could hear that maybe they're talking about you.
It's just rude.
It's rude. Welcome to the Danish show.
I'm Sergio Sanchez and reporting to you
from her southern command,
the affiliate K-U-R-V here
in South Texas.
And it's an honor to be with you.
Yeah, English should be, in my opinion,
the official language of our nation.
And at a time when we have Donald Trump,
I think we need to spark that debate.
And I say this to you
as someone who is
completely fluent
in Spanish.
Read it, write it,
even make money.
from it, you know, announcements on, you know, so books and commercials and maybe MC, things like
that. I am completely, not only functionally, but completely fluent in Spanish. Because when I was
growing up, and this is a choice that my parents made, and I'm grateful for it. I can't say the same
about my kids because I have not provided that gift. I have to teach them bit by bit. But we
spoke Spanish at home, and in the community spoke English, spoke English, and that's how my
dad learned to be very functional with his English in the little scaffold business that he
had for many, many years. He got by. He didn't, he did, I didn't speak a lick of English when my dad
finally got the call, green card, and do this business thing with his brother in San Antonio
trucking thing, and eventually worked as quickly as possible after waiting 10 years.
years to get us
that door to legally
come to this country and invest
and educate ourselves and be
part of it. Yeah, it took
a while. He paid his dues to get here.
Controlled migration for the benefit
of our country, setting up a business,
doing something that contributes to
our nation.
When I was 10 years old, I didn't speak a
single word of English and I had to learn
real, real quick.
But English
is the language of commerce.
English is the language of the markets.
English is the language of naval directions, you know, for ships, for air traffic control.
There's nothing to, only you guys on the left, you crazy leftist white people,
you guys that are bleeding hard, you guys hate yourself, you hate your country, you hate your culture,
stop it already.
In my opinion, I don't think the destruction of this nation is going to be,
Some of these immigrants that come over here, well, yes, the fact that they don't assimilate is a big problem.
It's a real big problem.
We need migration that puts folks on a path to assimilation and an understanding of the values that they seek to benefit from,
that are liberty-based, capitalism-based in this country.
We need to do that.
It's easier for immigrants for them to assimilate.
They do it so much faster.
then these leftist white people, these crazy white people who hate themselves, hate their country.
I think the destruction of our country are all these millions of white people who hate themselves,
hate their white culture, hate their language.
That's just wrong.
English should be the language of our nation.
I'm surprised that up to this state, it's still not classified.
I'm surprised that President Trump hasn't said much about this.
It's time that we have that national debate.
oil prices up just a little bit
gas prices up a bit now that we're
where's that story ahead here on the price of gas
yeah 280 is the national gas prices you guys are
likely driving a grandmas right now
280 to 290 that's the national price a little cheaper here
in Texas that's a heck of a lot cheaper than it was this time
last year and despite the fact that we got
the Trump administration
they're pulling over some of these big ships
full of oil it's only a blip on
radar, and I think the scenario's different.
But think about this, whenever you hear like oil tanker problems or being seized or,
you know, maybe they can't, they can't traffic as easily as they do from the Middle East
this way, well, that oil is gone.
It never makes it this way.
You know that the Venezuelan oil tankers that are being picked up, the oil is coming
here, and we get to offboard it here in the U.S.
So I don't see this being a big problem.
Here's a conversation with a friend of mine, economist Tim Snyder.
Economist Tim Snyder is my buddy.
He's with Matador Economics.com, and I suggest you go look for his newsletter.
Yeah, Matador, like the guys that, you know, Oleg, Matador Economics.com.
So I sent him a quick text question.
These big honker, these huge oil tankers that are full of crude that needs to be refined.
U.S., like a sheriff, pulling these things over, stopping some of these oil tankers.
How much oil is in one of those oil tankers?
How many vehicles does it provide fuel for?
Joe, I'm glad you asked me that question because it's, it's, you know, I know that this,
the tankers, the two tankers that we've taken over so far, and they're in the process of pursuing
another one right now.
But what the two tigers they've taken over so far are what are called VLLN,
LCC, very large crude carrying vessels.
They carried between 1.8 and 2.2 million barrels, and we look at these in terms of, you know, maybe an average.
And the vessel that was taken over over the weekend had about 1.8 million barrels of crude oil on there.
And Sergio, that's enough crude oil.
And I have to be very honest with you, would have taken me about 45 minutes to run the math myself.
I plugged it into the Chet GPG and looked at the, and they gave me the formula.
So I looked at the numbers.
I ran on myself after I got there.
73,000 vehicles for a year is the number.
Ooh, we.
Oh, goodness.
Or because we drive trucks in Texas, that would be half of that.
So whatever, whether that was like 45,000 truck for a year.
Yeah.
Tim Snyder, Economist for Medador Economics.com.
So you think the U.S. pulling over these oil tankers from Venezuela, is that going to affect world prices, crude prices near future?
It has already.
We're up from, we were right at $55 a barrel.
We're not 58 and some change.
So we're up probably three and a half percent since the first takeover was initiated.
And matter of fact, that first ship is in Houston, Texas, and it's been offloaded.
We took the crew oil and we took the ship.
These are what are called shadow fleet ships.
They're misflagged, and they are on carriers, not necessarily owned by the country that owns crude oil,
but the carriers themselves are sanctioned.
And, you know, Russia, China, many of the BRICS nations, you know, Venezuela now looking at this
and saying, hey, you know, we don't care.
We're going to do it anyway, and the United States is just putting their foot down.
So who gets the crude if it's at the port of Houston?
So who gets it?
I'm just recalling Marathon, ExxonMobil, even Pemex is out there.
Sheriff Ron, who gets the oil?
Well, I don't know exactly.
It went into the, it may have gone into the SPR.
There's no telling.
I don't, nobody's got the details on that.
The petroleum reserve, yeah.
It was not.
Yes, there's a strategic petroleum reserve because they're down on the Gulf Coast for crude oil.
But that's more than likely where that went.
And if it goes in there, I mean, it may come out as well.
But, you know, the issue is, if you look at this type of crude oil that comes out of Venezuela,
it is just absolutely perfect.
It fits into the blend for the crude oil that we bring in.
And we bring in a blend of crude oil to refine here in the United States.
But it fits very well into our system, but not that we're trying to pirate crude oil.
This is about stopping illicit and illegal trade.
Let me ask you to do a quick review of some of the economic data.
you're always looking at this stuff and turning out your newsletter.
Okay, so we got consumer confidence, jobs numbers, impressive, unemployment numbers, very impressive.
Inflation numbers, very impressive as well, much lower than expected.
And the optimism for 2026 from the Trump administration, it has substance to it.
And you and I have talked about this before, whereas you have a government-centric mindset that believes, for example, under the Biden administration or Obama,
all these Democrats related, it's the government that provides the solutions for everything.
And they want to, you know, air quote, stimulate the economy with more debt, a trillion or two or three trillion dollars in debt,
monopoly money, just throw out there versus the private sector that has committed trillions.
So President Trump says it's up to $22 trillion.
There was a $17 trillion number, and some of the naysayers saying, oh, it's only $7 to $9 trillion.
I'll tell you what, macho, $7 to $9 trillion is still multiple times more than the $1 or $2 trillion in government debt.
And that's real world money.
That's the golden goose laying, the golden egg.
I am bullish.
I do believe with all the land that's being purchased, the square footage is under construction,
the materials being purchased for expansion of pharma, expansion of high-tech, expansion of chip production, and so on and so forth.
Auto manufacturing.
This man, another manufacturing.
Yes, those are jobs, jobs.
jobs and an infusion into the GDP that should show up sometime next year.
I think the way that you frame that entire scenario is exactly the way it's setting up right now,
and that's why President Trump, I believe, and his economic advisors, Kevin Hasser and the rest
of them, all planned for this to come about.
Now, this is not something that's stuck in concrete.
I mean, we still have to, you know, spend the time to maybe tweak and adjust and find ways
to adjust things.
But I'll tell you something I think is interesting, Sergio.
You know, the price of gasoline, I'm sure it has in the valley as well.
It's gone up here because of this Venezuelan situation.
We've seen it probably increased 40 cents a gallon.
We always paying $219, and now I'm paying, you know, nearly $265-ish in the Dallas area.
But then this weekend I thought, I'm going out and I'm going to look and see what's going on in the economy.
So I went to a couple places, one of which, you know, everybody thinks to go to,
doesn't have a socioeconomic strata that it defines itself by.
And I went into a, it was an outdoor retailer, and I guess I can say it.
I don't know if that's a taboo, but I went into this retailer, and their shelves were nearly bare.
I have not seen a Christmas draw and optimism.
as to what's looking forward into the 2026 economy like these numbers should show.
So I'm telling you, I'm a little skeptical about the University of Michigan, Michigan, you know,
consumer confidence numbers.
I think that's going to shift dramatically once we get into second and third quarters of next year.
I wonder if it lags in any way because as you say, and this all, what you mentioned is anecdotal.
I got the same thing from friends in the area.
they're making fun of anybody
trying to talk down the economy. Yeah, everybody
whining and complaining about how awful things are, but
boy, I can't find a parking spot at the local
brick and mortar play, all the stores around.

people over at preborn. It's a great organization that meets women where they are, women facing
unplanned pregnancies. They don't have to do it alone and they don't have to feel unenpowered
preborn ministries, which is a private funded Christian organization. They do more than all of these
government NGOs that claim to help people and just take your tax dollars. Preborn, since 2007,
I mean, they're getting up to a half a million babies that have been saved and thousands more
still need a chance to live every day. So they start with a free
ultrasound. And there are numerous studies that show when a woman hears her baby's heartbeat for the first
time that baby's chance at life doubles. And so $28 is the cost of one ultrasound that they give to these
women for free. It's a cost of a dinner out. It is the best $28 you will ever spend. And it saves
lives. But they don't just stop there. They do so much more. They continue walking with these women for
up to two years. They provide counseling, diapers, maternity clothes, so much more. And as year-end giving season
approaches, there's no greater investment than the gift of life. Your gift can make a real
lasting difference. So join us in supporting Preborn. This Christmas, for just $28, you can help save
a life, a life that could change the world. And thanks to a special matching grant, your gift is

More proof how love of country and love of American culture.
It transcends.
Perceived cultural barriers, perceive race barriers, music barriers, you name, art barriers.
So the surprise this weekend was this young lady, Nikki Minaj, who showed up at the turning point big convention.
And we'll share some of that audio next hour.
Like, Amigo, Nikki Minaj is not necessarily on my playlist.
I don't even have a playlist, to be honest with him.
My playlist is just news and information, just constantly consuming that, probably like some of y'all.
But, yeah, she loves America.
And she loves America first.
So we'll share some audio next hour.
Also next hour of the Dana show, I made a new friend a few days back.
His name is Dave Stotz, and he has a TV show for the few moments that I actually spend
in front of the boop tube, usually in the evenings with my sweetheart.
My wife and I will spend like 30, 45 minutes, eating some soup, salad, little chickens, whatever, just every now and then.
We'll go look for his show, drive through history, history expert, author, Dave Stutz.
And I'm going to share a little bit of the conversation I had with him because he will parse the Gospels, the history of the early church, the life of Jesus, his birth.
Man, he's been to all these places, the Holy Land, and everything.
adjacent to it where the gospel spread all across the Mediterranean and into the Balkan.
So that conversation with him.
Yeah, Christmas focus.
I'll play that next hour for you on the Dana Show.
Appreciate you joining us today.
I'm Sergio Sanchez.
You're in tune to the Dana Show.

It rings true that I am fighting for real everyday people.
And instead of talking about policy, when you're talking about the record speaks for itself,
baby, let's talk about your record.
Because the only reason you're the vice president is because the current president
tried to have his last president killed.
Let's talk about qualifications.
Oh, my goodness.
Thank you, Democrats.
Baby, thank you for the gift that you've served up in the state of Texas to pretty much allow a Republican.
Any Republican, as upset as some folks on the very right of center persuasion might be in the Republican Party in the primary.
Even John Corny, anyone, everyone can take out.
Jasmine Crockin.
Now, this is not to say she's not intelligent.
Believe me, she knows what she's doing.
I think all this is just a resume line.
We're going to run the campaign.
Lose by ridiculous numbers.
Write a book.
Get a gig somewhere in media.
That's usually what some of these political operatives do.
Her congressional seat has been written out by Republicans.
in Texas. A little bit more on that
in a little bit. I'm Sergio Sanchez
and you're listening to the Dana
show coming at you from South Texas
as I refer to our studio here
in South Texas. Talk Radio in South
Texas. The real South Texas, deep South Texas
way south of San Antonio. It's
the RGV of
Texas. This is her
Southern command. It's an honor to be with you
again today. Jasmine Crockett
the gift that just keeps on giving
and this
congressional mid
turn is going to be so fun. It's going to be chock full of audio cuts, audio clips that are
very entertaining because Jasmine Crockett, and you've heard Dana, you've heard anyone who's
been paying attention to what's taking place with this Jasmine Crockett young lady.
She's not, she doesn't have, how do you say, street cred. She's not down for the struggle.
She's not, she's not a hood red.
It's all an act that she puts on.
She's very well educated, very well finance, had a very, you know, compared to many other kids.
I'd say more of an upscale upbringing, went to prestigious schools.
She did okay.
She was a preppy.
She did real good in school.
this whole act that she goes through
the you know sounding like she's
got street cred and
and she sounds like a street persona
it's all an act
now that initial cut
he was talking about
about jd vance
and making reference to mike pence
and j6 and everybody hang mike pants
and they try to kill him
and that's the only reason he's the vice president now
don't believe
no one believes what comes out of her mouth
it's cut to Steve
JD Vat
JD Vance going after
Jasmine Crockett
It's just an act
From this woman
Go ahead Steve
Oh Jasmine Crockett
The record speaks for itself
She wants to be a senator
Though her street girl
persona
Is about as real
As her nails
Yeah
It's entertaining though
I'll grant you that much
It's entertaining
It's embarrassing though
what I think part of what's really embarrassing is how some and sadly it seems the majority
in the black culture in our country that's how they prefer that they be identified this
this street culture this gun culture this gang culture that you know with with a clothing
you know pants halfway down all this crazy stuff it it's like you got to
lower the standard more and more. It's really sad because they are children of America. They're
part of American. I would hope and pray that especially in the religious community, these
pastors and bishops and all these religious leaders, I really don't understand why you guys are
still in the Democrat Party. I do not understand with everything satanic that is being
spewed by the leadership of the National Democrat Party, what they advocate for,
genital mutilation of children, the injections that suppress the hormones of children,
all this crazy transgender surgery and castration shots that they advocate for
the lunacy of open borders that they advocate for.
And of course, the standard argument against you guys,
supporting this on the Christian side, the pastors, the bishops.
How can you defend a party that so openly, unapologetically, without any shame, without
Blinken and I, the killing of human beings, the unborn is, it's amazing.
You know, she's going to get trams.
She's going to lose big.
You'll be very entertaining all the way to election.
I'm beyond convinced.
I don't see any scenario whatsoever.
And this is the champion that will,
I'm fine with it.
Let the Democrats from California,
the Democrats from other parts of the nation,
all their money into that failed campaign.
What they're doing is financing her next career,
which will likely be,
I don't know, maybe you take a seat
with those cackling crazies on the V, on the View,
or some other leftist talks are just joined,
or may have her own platform.
I mean, she could probably monetize her own platform, her own podcast,
and pick up millions of followers that, you know,
she'll be about making millions of dollars off of that as well.
To love America, thankfully, because God, in my opinion, yes, God protected,
God saved, Donald Trump, whether he says he's a Christian or not,
I do believe that God Almighty is using him for his purpose to help bring our nation back
and to answer prayers of millions upon millions of people
who have prayed for America to save America,
to bring it back from the brink,
take it America out of the ditch,
culturally, morally,
to allow freedom to rule the markets,
liberty, to rule the markets,
for capital, for prosperity,
for America-first mindset,
at every strata in our nation,
from immigration policy to trade policy,
everything else.
The love America is in style again.
So there was this reported,
big surprise this past weekend, the gang of Turning Point USA, which, by the way,
for the efforts by darkness itself to kill Turning Point USA.
This amazing movement among our young people,
our young people saying how the adults have screwed things up in their life and in our country
to say, you know, we need to get back to sound doctrine.
We need to get back to the principles, the ideas, the truths that make America great,
and it's all liberty-based, like I've said for the longest time.
That is our unifying culture, black, white, yellow, brown, whatever color,
polka dot.
It is our unifying culture in this country.
It's a culture of liberty.
And Charlie Kirk, he was a voice used by heaven, in my opinion.
And the forces of darkness thought that they could silence him,
and now we have a thousandfold increase in chapters.
I hope that you, your kids at your school
or setting a Turning Point USA chapter at your school
to have these conversations about foundational principles
and truths in our nation.
And I do hope that you can challenge your congregation,
challenge your church,
because I believe that there needs to be a revolution
within the four walls of,
thousands of churches in the landscape to have the black robe regimen individuals who can stand at the pulpit can stand at the altar and provide sound doctrine and truth not the person or human or individual centered
you know so-called gospel but one that points to the cross to the sacrifice he made and is expected from us as well and the service that we're supposed to provide the community we
we delegated a long time ago
the work of benevolence
and charity to federal agencies
and the government who will not be judged
who will not be scrutinized for whatever
they did while on earth. No, it is
the body. All these
ideas, all these truths
need to be talked about. In school,
they never are. It's like
much later in life. All these topics
came up when I wound up here in talk radio
30 years ago.
Nikki Minaj,
She is a rapper, they call her, she was out there with Turning Point USA and Erica Kirk this past weekend and a little bit of what she had to share.
She's challenging young men and young men coming back to the Republican Party thanks to Donald Trump by the millions coming back because what they see on the left, it's scary, it's not America, it's nothing for them to be proud of.
It was cut five, Steve and Nikki Minaj talking to thousands of Americans.
Oh, that was cut five.
That's another reason she became as famous of late
and has been looked at by conservatives
is her defense of Christians in Africa.
That was cut five.
Let me play cut four first,
which was her challenge to young men in our nation.
Go ahead, cut four.
And what do you think about for young men?
For young men.
And for young men, don't be new scum.
A reference to Governor Good here.
Gavin, news some, or as President Trump calls him,
new scum, be courageous, stand up for principle, stand up for truth.
As I mentioned to you, the reason Nikki Minaj hit my radar here on the news,
I have nothing bad to say about her, her music, her art, whatever she does.
But she was, she came out and she was trending on Twitter a couple of months ago,
two, three months ago, because, wow, well, you and I go through in this country,
the criticism, the hate that is real, whether it's directed people riding at you,
we're, you know, encountering you in the streets, like some people that stand up for
truth and liberty in America and America first, they'll be roundly criticized and ostracized
for what they believe in, man, are, I can't even call it suffering.
What we go through is, does not compare at all. As Christians, we have a very,
soft, tepid, weak.
I'm sad to say this, we have a very weak and tepid form of Christianity in this country
because it really has not been battle-hardened, battle-tested, gone through a fire.
The refining, purifying fire of controversy and persecution, like the one that's being
suffered in Africa right now.
Nikki Minaj went online and was defending Christians that are being persecuted.
And she got a roaring applause for defending Christianity.
It was cut five.
Let's see what she had to say.
Receive that, bullies.
We won't be silenced ever again.
We will speak up for Christians wherever they are in this world.
Amen.
That was a surprise to have her at that convention this past weekend
because she represents a culture that normally is identified with counterculture ideas,
It's not necessarily defense of freedom, defense of liberty, defense of conservative values.
Good for her, good for Nikki Minaj for participating in Turning Point USA, the big convention this past weekend.
I'm Sergio Sanchez, and you're listening to The Dana Show coming at you from what I call her Southern Command in South Texas.
And now, all of the news you would probably miss.
It's time for Dana's Quick Five.
I'm going to miss all the Christmas music, the bumpers, all.
all that. You know, it's, it's the only way for me to try to cling to a Christmas spirit because
where I'm in Deep South Texas is nice and warm. I'm Sergio Sanchez in for my friend Dana
Lash. This is the Dana show. And you know what? It's going to be a warm Christmas.
Yeah, everybody's going to be dreaming of a white Christmas. Only in your dreams, people,
it's going to be like a warm Christmas all week long for midsection of the south and even here in
taxes on.
Maybe New Year's week we can cool things down a little bit.
Okay, some of the headlines.
Let's see.
Department of Homeland Security is increasing its exit bonus for illegals so that they
can self-deport by the end of this year.
So Christy Noem, DHS Barbie, our secretary, was in the news today, announcing, wow,
a $3,000 stipend today.
Wasn't it like a thousand bucks not that long ago?
Wow.
Where's she getting that money from?
$3,000 for migrants, air quotes now, illegals, to go ahead and just leave the country.
Man, I ran the numbers on that.
You know, on minimum wage, it's about $1,300 monthly, just a little shy of 13.
So you've got two and a half months worth at minimum wage to leave the country,
almost three months worth, because they don't get paid minimum.
wage people. You know that, right? It's like slave labor. These people that are migrants or illegals.
The illegals will get paid like half of that. But these migrants who have work papers, yeah, they get paid at least minimum wage nationwide. Let's see. The feds also reporting. They're catching more drugs on the U.S.-Mexican border. I got some ports here in Texas. They're reporting over a 60% increase in catching drugs this fiscal year.
compared to the previous year because, well, they don't have as many illegals to catch now
so they can vote on some of the illegal drugship that's coming in.
That's here.
Trump administration suspending the leases for multiple wind energy on the East Coast,
the Interior Secretary, Doug Bergam confirming the suspension online saying it's for national security reasons.
The Interior Department saying that these radar, that they interfere with radar.
They call it clutter.
It interferes these turbines create.
the clutter on radar.
And Barry Manilow is revealing that he's battling lung cancer.
Oh, man.
I guess I'm going to have to get a refund for my brother Sugarcane, producer Kane.
I had bunch of some tickets, buddy, but he's going to have to cancel.

our founders knew that there could be a rogue president
and that's why they put impeachment in the Constitution
they didn't know there'd be a rogue president at the same time
a rogue Senate that didn't have the courage to do the right thing
that's it's bipartisan in the Senate but it wasn't enough
yeah my goodness Nancy Pelosi
and can you imagine if Republicans up in D.C. actually have the courage
And I think the reason that they don't have the, air quotes now, courage to look into her profiteering, to look into the millions upon tens and hundreds of millions of dollars this woman has made through the year she and her husband and her family, which is leaching off the government.
And the insider information, you know, stuff that Martha Stewart went to jail for much, much less, not even a crumb of this.
I think Martha Stewart went to jail, if I remember correctly,
prosecuted by the feds for trying to avoid losing money, if I'm correct.
Nancy Pelosi, she has profited for him.
What a hypocrite she is.
What an ugly person she is.
Not to mention just ugly politicians.
Politicians, you know, they get a bad rap because they deserve it,
but just an awful human being, rogue president, rogue Senate.
Man, somebody look into her finances.
There was a posting on it.
Go, by the way, this is the Dana Show.
I'm Sergio Sanchez coming at you from Southern Command.
Somebody should look into how this woman has managed to outpace, outperform
investment gurus, the top investment gurus in this country
and has seen a return on her investments because, yes, she and others.
That's probably why she doesn't get looked at.
Her finances don't get looked at.
The profits that she and her family have made.
in the market, investments, knowing that, okay, what services does the federal government need
in the near future, and who are the big companies that some of them exclusively that can only
provide that, okay, let's invest in.
From all these different agencies, all these different departments, things, items and services
that need to be purchased, they know this, they know legislation.
All these policies know legislation that's going to restrict some industry, provide new rules
on some industry, and those industries like to make less money, and competing agencies
or regulatory-style businesses will be set up, and it's time to invest on them because
they're going to have federal dollars going their way.
It's insider trading.
It is wrong, and Nancy Pelosi and all lawmakers who have profited from the knowledge
that they receive by knowing, because they're the ones who make the rules, they're the
ones who know the agencies that are making the rules and the new products and services that need
to be created in order to provide proper air coach now oversight for all the different trading
and businesses from military to medicine to technology and all in the brave new world that we're
in in high tech yeah it's just it's just down right wrong Scott Jennings was in the news
I'm sure a little cut from him um Scott Jennings cut eight
Steve, go ahead.
Republicans control the House.
We're in equal opportunity, by the way.
Television shows.
Okay, yes.
You guys are down to friends, family, illegals, and health insurance executives.
That's what you got right now.
You need an autopsy.
Yeah, and, well, yeah, they're dead, politically speaking.
They ain't going to learn a darn thing.
It's the party that defends illegals, defense open borders, and sadly of late,
because D.C. politicians have left the nation without re-upping the Obamacare subsidies.
Bravo, bravo.
The problem is that the real solution up in D.C., a potential solution, which would be something that Democrats cannot comprehend,
is to allow the American taxpayer, the consumer, the needy consumer who wishes to purchase insurance.
I'm not a big fan of setting aside money for this either, because this is a big fan of setting aside money for this,
either because this is a function of the individual, a function of their community, a function
of the state.
And we got the federal government that is taking again deficit spending to set aside money
to try to create these health savings, medical savings accounts for people to make their own
decisions on which insurance that they're going to purchase.
Anything that empowers the individual in making decisions.
and purchases is the Democrats will always be against
because for them, the Democrat mindset, the leftist mindset,
the status mindset is for them to control every decision in your life.
You're listening to The Dana Show.
I'm Sergio Sanchez coming to you from South Texas.
I'm going to shift gears now and talk about something more Christmassy.
So as I told you last hour, I made a new friend.
Dave Stotz is his name.
his series is Drive Through History.
And I know you're probably going to have a lot of extra downtime here for Christmas.
I'm planning to get a lot of rest, spend some time with family.
But I want to introduce you, go find it.
You'll find it on some of these Internet channels.
Drive through history.
Don't forget that.
Just imagine you behind the wheel, driving through history, seeing all the history.
Drive Through History.
His name is Dave Stott.
And for History buffs,
And you love history, you love the Bible,
you love learning more about the early church.
Yeah, this is for you, and I know you're going to sob it up.
So go find it.
So I had a conversation with him the other day.
I posted the full interview, those 14 minutes,
I posted it on my social media page.
This one is a much shorter virgin,
and we concentrate more on his travels to the Holy Land,
his travels to areas that are adjacent to it
where the gospel first spread.
And yes, of course, the birth of Christ.
Go ahead, Steve.
It's an honor to do that.
It's really has been for us a life-changing experience to be able to, you know, go to these locations and talk about, you know, we may not see the actual footprint of Paul or whatever, but you're in the location.
And it's enough to, to, I believe, ignite the imagination of what these people were like, what the events that took place there.
it just kind of gives more of an excitement about what we see in the Bible.
It kind of leaps off the page.
And sometimes the geographical information that we gloss over a lot when we read in our
Bibles, not anymore.
You know, my kids are so tired when I'm in church or whatever,
and we'll be reading something from the New Testament.
I'll kind of lean it was like, yeah, I've been there.
They're like, okay, dad, it's like we get it, we get it.
We are all visual learners, Dave.
He is host of Drive-Thru History, 20-plus years now.
It is, for me, I'm a huge fan.
My wife and are huge fans, and I hope that you discover,
as you've got some downtime, you're going to be in front of that television.
You've got some of those Internet channels.
Go look for 2B, go look for Prime, and some of the other channels.
Do the search, Drive-Thru History.
You'll see Dave Stotz, and as many times as you've read the Gospels,
they will leap out.
You will see the places.
He takes you, hold you by the hand, takes you in those vehicles, the drive-through history.
The whole vehicle thing, it's just a little big to get you in, but he'll take you to all the places that are mentioned, many of the places mentioned in Scripture, mentioned in the Gospels, and they'll jump out at you, you'll see the roads, you will see the architecture, you'll see the early saints in their sacrifice, you'll see the underwriters, those who funded the spread of the gospel.
It is fascinating.
You guys, especially in talk radio, you guys are information-minded and history-minded.
So I'm running short on time.
As we do the Christmas thing now, maybe a couple of things that usually are misconceptions or little fact-toids related to Christmas, the season, the calendar, things like that.
I want to get you a chance to mention that before I let you go.
Well, this time of year, my thoughts always kind of drift back to the times we visited Bethlehem.
Bethlehem is not always easy to get to.
you've got to go through the wall there's a big wall that they built around the west bank and you've got to go through a checkpoint there a lot of taxi drivers there that'll take you to the to the sites there in bethlehem um you can see that the there's a place called bait shehor it's it's literally the shepherds field and when we visited i've been there a few times i you know one time i was looking out it looks very much like what it would look like on that night in luke chapter two there was a group of like sheep and actual shepherds out on the shepherd's field and i was like wait a
a second is this the truman show all this is just a big set but it's not and and and then and then you can
make your way to the church of the nativity the church of the nativity is pretty amazing it goes back to
the three hundreds constantine's mother helena and in some of these places this church was built
over the traditional site of the birth of christ now if you're hitting like me sergio you hear
the word the traditional place of jesus's birth and i used to hear that word and sort of brush it
off. Like, well, traditional site, we have no idea really where this took place. It just was chosen for
guest work or convenience or what have you. But no, I mean, I'm talking. When I say traditional,
I mean, like, as early as the second and third centuries witnesses, where they had chosen a cave
and they had gotten it from testimony of others who had gone before them, I believe, going back to
the actual events. And this cave is a grotto, right? It's a grotto underneath the church. Now,
When you go into the church of the nativity, you pass through what's called the door of humility.
Why is it called the door of humility?
Well, you can't get through it without literally bowing down.
As you're bowing down to get into this church.
And then you make your way to the back, and there's a little staircase that goes down,
and you go down into the grotto, the cave that Jesus, many believe, and I believe, was born in this cave.
And you go down into it.
And you can't help but really feel the sacred.
the solemnity, if you will, of that night. And there's a little nook that has a 14-pointed
star. And why has it got 14 points on there? Well, if you go to Matthew chapter 1, it describes
14 generations from Abraham to David, 14 generations from David to the Babylonian exile, and 14
generations from the exile to Jesus. And what's this 14-point star? And what's Matthew trying to do?
He's trying to set up Jesus as the culmination, the fulfillment of Israel's story and as the Messiah, the Jewish Messiah.
And so I always think about that grotto this time of year, you know, again, being there, showing it to the world with our show, I think, can really bless people and make even Christmas maybe take on a bit more meaning to remind us that this isn't just something that we see on Christmas cards or on commercials.
No, this has an actual event that that took place.
Was Jesus born on December 25th?
Well, probably not.
I mean, the church never said this was his actual day.
From what I've read, you know, the early Christians associated the conception of Jesus through Mary
around right about the time of his crucifixion, that time of year.
If you add nine months, you get, you know, late December, December 25th.
You know, you mentioned what are some common misconstitutional?
conceptions and myths about Christmas, well, where, I talked about the Magi, were there three
Magi? Well, no. People assume they were three because they brought three gifts, gold,
frankincense, and Murr, which a theologian would say that those three gifts, gold, frankincense,
and Murr are symbolic as well. I mean, the Magi didn't just bring gifts. They really brought
a theological, almost a creed. You have, you have gold.
which symbolizes Christ as king.
You have frankincense, which was often burned in the temple as worship.
So you have Christ as God.
And then you have Mur, where they anointed bodies with Mur.
So you have the allusion to Jesus that is going to be our suffering servant, our Savior.
And so those three gifts are very, very meaningful.
But there weren't just three, there weren't just three wise men.
There were just the three gifts.
Dave, thank you for taking our minds there in that story.
I invite everyone in the audience go find this program.
It is an awesome series.
You will be addicted to it.
You guys who are information hounds and students of history, your entire life.
The show is called Drive Through History.
Host is Dave Stott's.
Merry Christmas and a very prosperous New Year.
Blessings in the New Year for you, Dave.
Thank you for joining us today.
Merry Christmas to you, too, Sergio.
It was great to be with you.
I call it a primer
because of the
little tidbits of information I pick up
it's a primer for me
to go do a deeper dive
in a specific era, specific
year that he's in some of the subject matter
that he has. You're listening
to the Dana Show. I'm Sergio Sanchez
and we're coming at you from
the Dana Show Southern Command and we got
Florida Man coming up in just a little bit
and I saw one story
on the Florida Man pile
that reminded me
Delia and I, my wife and I were out looking for homes during the, you know, the two and a half, three percent interest rate.
Crazy time when there were like 30 bids on every home in the market.
Yeah, we were one of those.
We just kept putting in bids.
Forget this.
These people are selling their homes, family and friends, are just asking us to raise the pride.
Those were the times.
But we saw a lot of nice homes on the market.
And some of them, when I heard HOA, homeowners associations,
Nope, thank you. It's a real pretty property. Congratulations. Good luck selling it.
I want nothing to do. And living in Texas and South Texas, I don't know.
Mama, if you're listening, I'm good with buying some land north of the cities and getting like a little ranch house.
So we can kill all the snakes that come to us from the orange orchards.
I want nothing to do with the homeowners association, any HOA.
And we got an example out of Florida as to why I really don't like HOA.
This is The Dana Show.
I'm Sergio Sanchez, coming to you from her Southern Command in South Texas.
It's his life mission to make bad decisions.
It's time for Florida, man.
The following is actually a Texas story.
I miss Q'd.
You wouldn't have known that if I had just told you the story.
But I'm obligated to share it with you because, well, I was talking about HOA's.
So you got a family that decorated Griswold family theme, their home.
The complaint from the Homeowners Association was that their display, which was encouraged, by the way,
the Homeowners Association encouraged a competition, you know, from residents for Christmas decorations.
They said that the decorations were too bright.
So after, yeah, two, I guess it's those new light bulbs, right, that they're much brighter.
These LED lines are much brighter than the lights.
Long story short, this Griswold theme decoration by this family,
costing them $2,500 in fines.
You people at the HOA are the ones who encouraged that they participate.
All neighbors participate in this Christmas decoration thing
because their Griswold decoration was too bright, I guess, much like the movie,
$2,500 in fun.
I'm Sergio Sanchez. You're listening to The Dana Show from South Texas.
Let's delve more deeply into the redactions. Is any information about President Trump
redacted in any of the files that have or will be released?
No, not unless it's supposed to be redacted under the law, which means victim information
or any sort of privilege, like attorney-client privilege. But I have no reason to believe that
The lawyers that were working on this case were talking about President Trump because he had nothing to do with the Epstein files.
He had nothing to do with the horrific crimes that Mr. Epstein committed.
And so I don't expect there will be anything redacted.
Well, they want so bad for Donald Trump.
A picture something.
Donald Trump with a little girl.
They want so bad for him to be prosecuted.
welcome to our three of the Dana show
I'm Sergio Sanchez coming at you from
her southern command here in deep south Texas
home of star base Texas at Rio Grande Valley
appreciate you joining us today
oh they just want so bad to be able to lead with that story
Donald Trump pictures incriminating him
and being a pedophile as much as they want
the pedos on the Democrat side
which leads me to the question
and the frustration of so many, I think this is, I don't know, I believe that the fact that nothing gets done, it seems, up in Washington, to prosecute individuals who truly are sexual predators of children, titans of industry, titans of finance and politics.
Like, for example, so of all the pictures that are coming out and all these stories coming out,
And it seems that slick is always there, right?
Slick Willie, Bill Clinton, anything going to happen to him?
No, probably not.
It really does.
It saddens me.
And I think that part of the reason that so many good people, independence, just America-loving people, they just, to them politics, it just stinks.
I'm wondering, you know, Dan Bongino commentator, you know, this influencer Dan Bongino, national talk show host at one time.
You know, he has spent not even a year that he spent up in Washington, D.C. as assistant director of the FBI.
I have no idea why Mr. B. is leaving, you know, as assistant director of FBI.
He's in the thick of it. You think that he'd be getting his hands dirty every single day, maybe coming out with him.
Busting heads, getting people fired for, you know, not doing their job
or not properly pursuing the prosecution of individuals.
His frustrations with how the Attorney General has conducted her job.
You know, people have commented on that and posted on that.
I wonder why now, dear.
Now, a friend told me that, well, his wife is, like, far, far away.
I don't know, like, maybe living in Florida.
He's up in D.C., I think they have a young family.
So, yeah, that can put a stress on things.
But, man, if you're getting stuff done,
if he decided to enter this gig for the sake of our nation
and now less than a year in, he says, no, I'm out of here, I'm good.
To me, it says, nothing's being done.
Or he's not happy with whatever is being done in D.C.
You think Bill Clinton's going to be prosecuted for all of this?
All these pictures, whatever else comes out of his daylances with alleged children,
alleged, you know, encounters, you know, through Jeffrey Epstein.
I don't expect anything to happen to these individuals.
These people are judged by a different standard, not the standard that regular folks,
that regular Americans are expected to us.
uphold these individuals sometimes and even under this administration the trump administration
if the trump administration if pan bonding if the justice department actually decided to move on
hillary clinton to move against the clinton foundation to move on this russia russia russia hoax
treasonous hoax that was the expensive hoax that was forced on the american people and i
I don't know. I'm not holding my breath.
I have children that I love.
I have family that I love and if I hold my breath on this one,
I won't be around much longer.
In a Pew study, Latino voters
expressing pessimism about the future
of our country
in a recent Pew study,
almost 7 in 10 of Latinos in our country
saying that things are worse off today
than a year ago
with only 1% saying
it was better in 2 and 10
feeling that things are about the same
so that's pretty impressive seven out of ten
now individuals who voted
Latinos who voted for
Kamala Harris
of course you know they drill down even deeper
on those numbers because they hate what's what's going on
the same pew research
plurality of voters
who voted red and I am in
an area of the country
that it took 10 years
to get where we are
the border of Texas where I'm broadcasting to you from today
the border Texas is red because the border in Texas
Cameron County next door where Elon Musk and SpaceX is
here in the Delaware County where McCallon is and up the river all the way
west of us we're considered red now because
the majority of us voted for Donald Trump Donald Trump won
these counties that's a first time in like ever ever
that we've seen something like that
So we still have on Pew a plurality of voters who voted Republican in 2024 voted for Trump.
And had he not been on the ballot, I don't think that these numbers would be there.
I don't think would be all red on the border, had it not been for Donald Trump.
But yet right now about four in ten of Latino voters felt that the situation for Latinos in the U.S.
was about the same year over year.
three in ten
of the same blog
believe that Latinos are better off
now the numbers are really strong at the moment
but there has been some reported
erosion on how the administration
is going about conducting some
of these raids at a time when in a midterm
election less people show up to vote sadly
less people show up that's just a reality
President Trump
wanted more seats
in Texas for Republicans a bit more
on that update I need to tell you a little bit
about the inside baseball on that one just
a little bit here in a second.
But I'll go back to what I said earlier in the program.
I do believe that as forceful as President Trump was to get his message out there on the economy.
It's all about the economy, stupid.
It's all about pocketbook issues.
It always is.
And because Joe Biden or the people who ran Joe Biden as, you know, weekend at what is Uncle Benny, Uncle Bernings, whatever it is, a weekend at Bernings.
they were propping up just pretty much a flaccid, sleepy body out there to represent the presidency
and a bunch of leftist policy fools.
They sank the economy under drip on 25, 30 percent inflation, printing all this monopoly
money to create the inflation, more money than there are goods.
And it's just, it's common sense.
That's what you get.
And so, and of course, opening up the borders and all the uncontrolled mayhem and crime
that came from all there.
I do believe that the administration should do a better job
the folks who work for the administration.
In particular, ICE.
We need more voices from ICE.
I want to complement the Border Patrol Union.
Usually I don't complement federal unions.
But the Border Patrol Union has, in the 30 years that I've been here
on talk radio on the border,
the Border Patrol Union has always been an open book,
allowing the community through the media to see what it is they're doing.
They even open up to have a citizens academy.
They come in, they participate, they get to shoot guns, go on the border,
see the experiences of illegals as they cross the border,
the rape trees where they put the underwear of women and girls on these trees
that are abused and are raped by the coyotes, the smugglers.
They've been an open book, and always tell you,
What it's like for them, what the numbers are, you know, if it's a leftist administration, whether it be Obama or whether it be Biden, they'll tell you what it's like for them.
The morale being low and the numbers are staggering numbers and the fact that they can't do their job.
That was during Obama for the four years under Obama, allowing millions of illegals to come into this country.
For a Border Patrol Union, they did the community.
A great service.
Thank you to Chris Cabrera.
You guys are real newshounds.
Pay attention to the news.
You guys remember his beautiful, ugly mug, Chris Cabrera, from the Border Patrol Union.
I mentioned him because he just retired.
I think he retired last Friday.
We won't get to see his face on the networks much anymore.
On all the networks, telling you how it is on the front lines.
But much like Border Patrol would put Chris out there and the other leaders in Border Patrol
to speak and tell the American people how bad it is and what.
what it's like for them and how they're under attack and why they do things the way they do.
That's what ICE needs to do.
Immigration Customs Enforcement.
People, I hope somebody at ICE will take the initiative because I know that ICE is going after criminals.
The reason that they go up to certain worksites or they go to certain stores, certain locations,
because they're tracking individuals that is on their to-do list, on their capture list.
Individuals who also in the country illegally get caught up in the net,
if they're in the country illegally, they get kicked out as well.
But they're going after.
And it's the rap seat on these criminals that I believe should be reviewed and communicated
to the community where it took place.
Because that's where it starts.
Local news, local TV, whatever.
Communicate to them.
Here's a list.
Here's these three individuals.
We got them.
And despite these individuals and maybe a family member or a seven,
somebody in the community, all these lefties that want us to leave.
This is the worksheet.
Show the community.
We need to see that.
We do.
For the sake of pushing back against the ignorance that's just spewed by leftist broadcasters.
And the ignorance, whether it's Chicago, the protests in Chicago or in California in L.A.,
you've got to push back against, so that ICE is doing its job and it's necessary.
that they do their job to kick out the criminals.
Rapist, multiple DWI offenders,
even one DWA is too much.
Individuals who have come into the country illegally
over and over,
especially in communities like L.A.
There's a story in L.A.
Yeah, this is it right here.
A jury, a federal jury in L.A.
acquitted a guy named Bobby Nunez,
tow truck driver in South L.A.
Back in November, he towed away an ICE vehicle from an active investigation.
The vehicle, my understanding is the vehicle that ICE was using, they used it to block another vehicle where an illegal immigrant or somebody that they were pursuing, they were trying to capture, they blocked that vehicle.
So it was, I'm guessing, in the street or a driveway or something like that.
This tow truck driver, he removed this vehicle and he interfered.
He impeded in investigation.
That's the crime.
I don't care.
I know that the jury, they sided with it.
They acquitted this guy.
This tow truck driver?
What does it say of the political culture, the lack of law enforcement expectations by citizens in California, namely L.A.,
the expectations have been eroded down to the point where they don't see anything wrong with a tow truck driver
getting in the way of immigration customs enforcement
and interfering in an investigation.
Why? Because maybe it's just, it's ice.
And ice is unpopular.
And every single day, whether it's the protesters
or the leftist media, spoon-feeding
to the easily impressionable,
spoon-feeding them information to make ice the boogeyman,
ice the bayon. A jury, a federal jury in California,
a federal jury in L.A. acquitted this tow truck driver
Bobby Nunez for actually MP.
He took the ICE vehicle, the federal agent vehicle.
Of course, the defense was, well, he brought it back 13 minutes later, and he only went a mile away.
It doesn't matter.
ICE is doing their job.
ICE is rounding up illegals.
ICE is tracking down criminals.
They're trying to do their job.
And you try to do this with, let's say, DPS or a cop pulling somebody over and taking the police car away or the DPS vehicle.
away as a cop or a trooper is trying to give a ticket you're going to wind up in jail as well
and you should be prosecuted for that this is how eroded the mindset is in california when
it comes to law enforcement leftist california they're lost don't californicate my texas i know
we got a lot of california people coming to texas i'm sergey o sanchus you're listening to
the dana show from south texas the dana show southern command and now all
of the news you would probably miss. It's time for Dana's Quick Five. I'm Sergio Sanchez
in for my friend Dana Lash coming at you from South Texas. So attorneys for Google and Apple
are warning their workers to stay in the U.S. if they will need a visa stamp to get back
into the country. Business Insider with full write-up. They say that they viewed the warnings
that were drafted by law firms working for the tech companies
and some of their foreign workers coming in from India.
The state of New York is becoming the eighth state

The governor there is saying that Kratom is a commercial substance

it's misleading, and has led to overdoses.
Paramount is not backing down from their efforts

even President Trump has expressed concerns about that merger.

You guys be safe.
Thank you for listening to The Dana Show, the average gas price in the U.S.
Down a nickel from last week.
It's 285, the average nationwide.
I'm going to give you an idea on a stocking stuffer from Brett Baer from Fox News.
He's got a new book, so he's up next on The Dana Show from South Texas.
Brighten up your timely news consumption with a Dana Show podcast, where every update comes with a little dash of Not So Serious on YouTube, Apple, or wherever you get your podcasts.
We're seeing the consequences of Joe Biden's policies and Democrat policies in general.
Terror attacks. A couple of our National Guardsmen were killed a few weeks ago.
We're seeing the crime. We're seeing the chaos. We're seeing the chaos.
And responsibility for that doesn't just fall on Democrats.
It falls on so many of the weak Republicans who just capitulated to the D.C. swamp.
And we're going to put an end to that, too.
The way to put an end to that, and that's Don Jr.
I haven't heard, seen much video audio.
It's good to see him out front again.
The way we do that is at the ballot box.
So it's time to show up.
It's time to represent in 2026.
So, yeah, the weak-spined, noodle-spined Republican, the representatives or senators that are there,
they go through a vetting process.
I say this because early next year, nationwide,
educate yourself as a conservative, as an American first individual.
Find the true conservatives.
Find those individuals who are true America first.
That will stand up for liberty up in D.C.
It starts with the voters.
It starts with you.
is not just the politicians are there because of you
because of us because the voters who
show up. I'm Sergio Sanchez
and this is the Dana show
and we're going to close out this hour conversation
with Brett Bear or a friend of the show
he's selling books. We've got a stocking stuff
or idea coming up in just a little bit.
I promised you a quick
mention and comment on what I see unfolding
in the state of Texas. You may have
from points far away outside of Texas,
heard that, of course, President Trump asked
that there be five more congressional seats
that were trying to make it easier
for five more Republicans
to win congressional seats in the state of Texas.
The lines have been redrawn.
They have passed high court review.
It's done deal.
We got the new maps coming up.
So I'm familiar with two of them.
You guys listen long enough.
if you know I'm a former GOP chairman,
when this movement started 10 years ago
after the man who's now the mayor of McAllen,
I took over because he changed things up
at the Republican Party.
So in 2014, I was blessed to have a group of great volunteers,
precinct chairs, young Republicans, women.
2014, we opened up a permanent headquarters here in Deep South Texas.
Part of the reason that we aren't read.
We have now, we now at adjacent counties,
we have permanent HQs,
as well. I mentioned all this to you because I'm very familiar with two of the five congressional
seats that we were hoping to make red. At the moment, it looks, in my opinion, it looks more
challenging than it should be. One of the cardinal rules for chairmen and women, the leaders
at the county level, where I was at here in the McAllen area, Adelgo County area, RGV.
one of the cardinal rules is that you do not endorse as a chairman as a leader of the party you do not make endorsements in the primary
in the primary voters of the particular party must choose who's going to represent them in the general election many months down the road
you don't you don't endorse anybody you stay silent well there was an endorsement recently by the president
And I'm sure somebody at a very high level in the party,
which probably might even be a representative,
had the president's ear on this.
And they have been championing a young attorney in the area,
former prosecutor, veteran, very attractive candidate,
very strong candidate.
But this is for Congress 34, which be the Brownsville area.
I don't want to give you too bored on the insides of politics on here.
I just, I find it interesting for you to watch it from a distance because in my opinion of what was supposed to be five, Grand Slam is four runs, but this was going to be a five run Grand Slam for Texas, five, pretty much easy to win seats for Republicans.
Now, two are, I don't want to say in flux, but they should not be as close or in question as they are right now.
It all started a few weeks back when President Trump
pardoned a member of Congress who was under indictment
who was going to be prosecuted by the Justice Department
because of the Justice Department under Joe Biden, yes, I do believe it.
Joe Biden and his minions went after Henry Quayor, who is west of me,
Democrat Henry Quare, on corruption charges.
You might get mad at me just like some people in the local audience.
I've known Henry for like 30 years now.
He was Secretary of State in Texas under
George Bush, the former governor
before he became president. Long story short,
Henry's my friend. He's a Democrat.
May God forgive him for that,
but he's my friend. And I was glad to see that he's pardoned.
The problem is, why now?
This must be said on the national stage.
Why, Mr. President?
Mr. President, you pardoned Henry Quayar
for political reasons that were supposed to land you.
Congress 28, flip Congress 28,
to the Republican side.
They had a local Democrat
in Laredo, Texas, where Henry Quares
for him. County judge, very
attractive candidate. He flipped from
Democrat to Republican, has a strong political base.
He was going to stop up all the
middle of the road and the
Democrats, conservative Democrats.
The few conservative Democrats
that exist in the nation are right there, west of me
in Laredo, Texas. This county
judge, Democrat, turned Republican,
was supposed to have an easy path,
easier path to victory. Now, Henry Quayor's back suited with all his power. He's vested with all
his power again, as Congressman, and President Trump pardoned him way, way too early. Why? Why? Why not
wait till after the court date, the court proceedings, the conviction, or not, leave everything in flux
for the Democrats and push your candidate on the Republican side? President Trump pardoned Henry
Quay are the Democrat and pretty much gave him a chance to win again his, win his seat back.
28 is now not guaranteed for Republicans.
So we've gone from 5 to 4 and now because 34 might have floated.
You guys who are political owners might have floors.
Mexican-American born, young lady, wife of a border patrol agent, all these things.
First Mexican-American woman elected the Congress in her from Texas, and she flipped the Democrat seat in a special election to
Republican was there only eight months but she was the darling of 34 she still is the
darling still is according to polling data and she got a lot of crossover
Democrats she almost plucked that seat away from the the incumbent
Democrat she was in a deep poll she almost got him she came back like from I don't
like eight nine ten points almost got him and now the draw the the map is drawn
to favor the Republican and another Republican has been why why make an
endorsement right now let things play out by local residents party people
Anyway, so there's two seats now.
I don't know anything about the three other Republican seats in Texas.
I'll be honest with you.
I just know the two in my neck of the woods.
And those should not be in play right now.
We should have strong candidates that we know that are on a path to victory.
But it's going to take a lot of money to win that seat.
And I know they're concentrating a lot of money in 34 what might of Florida is at to try to get the other flotis to win that seat.
either way.
California?
Yeah.
Oh, California, they change their laws.
They're going to change their maps.
Guaranteed, more than likely guaranteed,
they're going to get five more Democrats.
Well, around here, I don't know what guarantee I can give you
that we're going to get five,
because I know two of them,
they're going to, the Republicans are going to have to battle uphill.
Fight incumbents.
Entrenched Democrat and incumbents.
They're going to have to fight them to win.
The other three seats, I don't know.
Somebody please tell me what's going on with the other three Republican seats.
So the Democrats now potentially have a little bit of an advantage,
and quite a bit of an advantage in that race.
So thank goodness for other states that hopefully they change some of their congressional lines
that maybe give Republicans a chance to win.
It all goes back to you, conservative.
You, America first-minded conservative.
You've got to show up in 2026.
You've got to vote.
All right.
So let's talk about a stocking stuff for now.
here's a conversation I had from Fox News, our friend, Brett Bear.
Chief political anchor for Fox News, Brett Bear or guest, you know what that means.
He wrote a new book, which for me, I'm glad he does, because that way we can catch up with Brett
on a heart issue, literally, his son, Paul.
So we'll start there, Brett.
How's your boy doing?
I know he had some heart issues long ago.
What is he, like 18 now or 17 or how old is he?
How's he doing?
He is.
Yeah, great to talk to you.
He's doing fantastic.
Paul is 18.
He's a senior in high school.
Getting ready to head out in the college world.
He is 6-3, and after five open-heart surgeries and 10 angioplasty, he is doing really great.
So we are very blessed.
What does he get that from being so tall?
Your side, Mama's side?
I don't know.
Yeah, his grandfather on my wife's side is 6'5.
But thank God he looks like me because he's already towering over me.
Yeah, I'm there.
I got an 18-year-old, and he's like four inches, three, four inches tall and now.
He's like, what happened to this?
What did I feed him?
Which is good.
Everybody.
Chocolate milk.
He's good to go, right?
Like, what does he want to do?
Has he told you what he wants to study when he hits a college?
No, he wants to go to business school.
He wants to be an entrepreneur, and he's excited about it.
So he's looking at some colleges, and it's a fun process.
I'll tell you what, you tell him to focus on the financials.
He needs to read the financials.
So it's like my son, he's studying accounting because mama teaches accounting at the university.
Yeah.
Tell him to do finance or accounting.
That way he can read the ledgers, read the bank statements.
Maybe he can run his own business, but if he needs to run a business, yeah, he can do that.
Don't do the marketing thing.
That's good.
Yeah, don't do the management.
That's good.
He can learn that on the job.
Okay, so let's talk about your book.
That's good advice.
Yeah.
To rescue the American spirit, Teddy Roosevelt.
So how long have you been working on this book?
You know, this process, this is number six as far as presidential biographies.
And we've talked many times before about previous ones.
But it started with Eisenhower.
Then I went to Reagan, then FDR, Grant.
Last one was about George Washington and the Constitutional Convention.
And this is Teddy Roosevelt.
And it's just a larger-than-life figure.
You know, he was this kind of...
a spirit that you learn something important about the spirit of America, and he's got so many
anecdotes that kind of fill in the blanks of who he was. But this is a soda straw look at how he
gets to the point where he believes that America should be a global force that should be leading
the world. So each one of these books has taken about a year and a half. I've got a great team.
I've got a researcher who's dedicated and parks it in a library for months on end, and then
a co-author that we bounce back and forth.
And this one of the six is really chock full of anecdotes that I think people are going to like.
Your next book should be on Trump.
It's going to like sell out immediately, do.
You know anything Trump is golden, dude.
And just a suggestion for you.
You'll have plenty of background information to deal with.
That might be like a two, three volume set if you do that.
Brett Bear, our guest.
Well, the problem is so fast moving that you can't write a book.
I mean, I'm just covering it real time, so it's like drinking from a fire hose.
But believe it or not, there's a little Trump in Teddy Roosevelt, and I read about it in the beginning and the end of the book.
Of all the presidents you've written about, like, who's your favorite?
Well, that's a tough one.
I think Eisenhower is the most bipartisan president and overlooked Grant.
We didn't really focus on his presidency.
But I tell you what, as a person, the booming voice and kind of expansive gestures and energy,
TR is pretty spectacular.
The political culture in D.C. that you have been covering, oh, my goodness, what is it now?
Like 15 years, maybe two decades now?
I took over, yeah, I took over from Brigham, January 2009, as the anchor, a special report.
But I've been in this, I've been at Fox for 27 years.
The chasm between these two camps is so wide now.
They can't see each other.
Like, literally, they just don't see each other these days.
you see this coming closer in our lifetime, because I think we're in a path where, in my opinion,
unless the Democrats do a 180 and come back closer to the center, I don't think there's any hope.
I think the division is just going to get deeper, wider, politically speaking, in our country.
Yeah, I hope not.
I hope you're wrong, but I do see that, the political divide.
I think social media helps drive us apart, and people talk in their own.
stove pipe of what they want to hear sometimes in social media.
But I do see glimmers of hope, Sergio. I really do.
I mean, I see I have this thing on the show Common Ground
where I bring a Democrat and Republican together to talk about what they're
working on. And more and more people want to be on that show because they
believe that there's some common ground.
We're going to keep on doing that. And all the presidents I've written
about have reached across the aisle throughout their presidency.
So just in time for Christmas, shopping, there we go.
You've got a good stocking stuff.
So tell me that the marketing geniuses that are working for you
and decided to package this with like a mini teddy bear tied to it,
your new book about Teddy Roosevelt.
That would be good.
That would be good.
Just go to the dollar store.
I came from Teddy Roosevelt.
Go to the dollar store.
He goes hunting in 1902, and he's president, and he's not shooting anything,
and he's a hunter.
and so the people that are with them get this cub and they tie it up to a tree and they bring
them over there and they say shoot it it's you know it's ready to be shot and he says no i'm not
going to do that well the story gets out and a local candy shop owner who's making stuff
animals decides to make a bear and says it's teddy's bear that becomes a big hit it becomes
the ideal toy company and the teddy bear comes from teddy reserve either that or maybe
you like more of an adult set where you have like a nice little teddy for the wife.
You know, either way it's a...
I don't know about that one.
Brett, thank you, best to you, and your family, your beautiful family.
You'd be well, brother.
All the best.
Look for his new book.
That's Brett Bear from Fox News.
To the Rescue, the American Spirit, Teddy Roosevelt, and the birth of a superpower.
