It's Friday. You can't have a Friday where we roll into the weekend without some kind of
or some kind of breaking news. All right. So here's the latest. Apparently, the, apparently Katie
Zachari is already out. So wait, how long did, how long did Scaramooch last? Scaramucci?
Good question. Let me see. How long? I'm going to just ask, let's ask the internet.
So she is out. Now, it's being presented.
in a million different ways.
Well, he technically was never
the White House Press Secretary.
But 10 to 11 days.
He was the White House
Communication Director from 10 to 11 days.
So technically he wasn't.
I think those, okay, so those comparisons
are not accurate.
I wanted to make sure of that.
So she is, well, we've got,
do we have this video from POTUS?
Yeah.
Because they got, is he getting,
is he getting on Marine One?
Anyway, he's around Marine One.
I can't tell if he's getting on
or getting off it.
That's irrelevant.
Anyway, he was asked about this.
Listen, listen to what he said.
And you're considering a new role for her?
What I'm doing is I said, when I get back, we're going to talk.
Because I don't think that Katie should be made to suffer like she's suffering at the hands of the press.
So I will talk to her as soon as I get back.
Hmm.
He said he's headed to Georgia for a campaign event, and he said he's going to talk to her when he gets back.
So, ooh.
I mean, there's a lot of stuff here.
She's, a lot of people are saying that she just didn't do a good job.
Now, look, I said this.
If she, because there's a difference.
Yes, words matter.
And that does mean something.
But if she falsely claimed to be a practicing attorney, that's on her.
Now, I know some people have brought up screenshots of when she's been like on Fox News or something like that.
And I just want to make, this really is like,
you're kind of nitpicking really.
But they're saying, oh, well, she was identified as an attorney on that.
Let me caution you.
Those lower thirds, those titles are usually picked, even if you tell them sometimes what you want,
and I know this because I've worked in television.
I was a contributor to the token at CNN.
I work with Fox.
This is how it is.
You can tell them how you want to be identified.
Maybe 40% of the time they'll do it.
Or they'll just pick a title for you.
That's sort of everybody.
So you can even tell them because I've had it where I've told producers, this is how I need to be identified.
And none of it came up.
I've had that happen repeatedly over the years, different producers.
It's just the way it is.
So she can, and she said that she did tell them.
And apparently there was like an email where she was even discussing it with the producers.
And she, you know, had said like legal advisor or something like that.
And they identified her as an attorney.
So on that I'll give her some grace.
But if I've, I've never watched, you know, admittedly, I have never watched a single interview or hit that she, an interview she's given her a hit that she's done. I've, I've, I've never seen it. So I can't tell you if she ever actually identified herself as that. She was on Hannity last night. And normally I don't play, you know, programming like the,
but I thought that this was interesting.
So she was asked, and I'm assuming these are, so this is cut 14.
She said she never retook the bar exam.
This is cut 14.
Just we're going to blast through this real quick.
Well, Sean, when I moved back from the United States, I didn't retake the bar.
I had four kids in six years.
It was never my intent to go into the practice of law.
When I went to go engage in media and give legal analysis, I consulted a turrets.
and legal professionals as to whether or not they agreed that I could be labeled a lawyer,
both because I had a valid jurist doctor from a good law school, a reputable law school,
Pepperdine Law School.
So she was saying that she went and did this.
And then, but Hannity was asking her, well, then why not, why do you have to get into this long,
drawn out thing?
And again, I don't know if she has ever, I have never heard it.
I literally never heard her voice for the first time until the other day.
I'm not kidding you.
So I don't know if she's ever identified herself as that.
But he asked her this.
And this kind of shed some light onto maybe answering that query.
This is cut 15.
And I've known a lot of press secretaries over the years.
And following on the heels of Caroline Levitt is very tough.
And I am speaking for Donald Trump makes everything tougher.
Why not just say I went to Pepperdine law school and then took a different career path.
And I took the bar once and didn't pass it.
why get into this long, drawn-out definition between the difference between a lawyer and an attorney?
Because I don't think most people see much of a distinction.
Why didn't you just say, I never practice law?
Well, Sean, when I moved back from the United States, I didn't retake the bar.
I had four kids in six years.
It was never my intent to go into the practice of law.
When I went to go engage in media and give legal analysis,
I consulted attorneys and legal professionals as to whether or not they agreed that I could
be labeled a lawyer, both because I had a valid jurist doctor from a good law school,
a reputable law school, covered-in-law and in conjunction with the fact that I did have actual
substantive legal experience.
Now, this is where he asks her, cut 16.
Now, I've never even looked at her on social media.
So this is cut 16.
Watch this one.
You said you consulted with many people, and they advised you that it was okay to call yourself
a lawyer but not an attorney, correct?
Correct.
Okay, there's a report out tonight that showed 15 social media posts where you identify yourself as an attorney.
Oh, boy.
I think they were retweets, and I corrected the record and said that there's not endorsing the title.
They were retweets of a title that had been given.
I mean, and that could be, look, I'm not saying that it looks good for her, but if she's retweeting someone and then she clarifies it.
But who cares?
I mean, at some point, she's not practiced.
The reason that that became a thing is because everyone was trying to argue the El Saeed thing,
because he literally has been, he's been out there intimating that he's a licensed physician,
and we showed all of that yesterday.
His ads, I mean, he's walking around.
He was not walking around in a lab coat, you morons.
He was walking around in a damn doctor's jacket.
It had the whole insignia and everything on there.
It was in a campaign ad.
It's on mailers, everything.
That's illegal in Michigan.
It's literally violates their state law.
and that's why they were bringing this up with her. But what's, that doesn't bother me. What bothers me
is what I just saw there. And I don't, I don't know her. She seems like a lovely person. This is
nothing personal. You cannot get pushed around by the press. Everybody has, look, most people,
I've grown up in this damn industry. I mean, I started in this in my, my early 20s. I'm in my 40s now.
So I have a lot of colleagues that are the same.
We have literally grown up behind the mic and on camera.
Everything that we have done from Monday through Friday, you guys have, you watched us grow up.
I mean, good grief.
You all have seen it.
You've been with us through all the life stages, right?
Most of them.
So there's nothing that we can hide.
Everything that we do is out there.
So that's going to be discovered by the press, no matter who it is that they have as the
press secretary.
as press secretary, you cannot blink.
Now, what sucks is that my understanding is that it was such a catty circle to try to figure out who was going to be the next.
And Trump likes it when people compete.
But unfortunately, it was to the detriment that like, that boardroom tactic of getting people to compete against each other,
contributed to taking out his new press secretary.
That's a fact.
I also think, well, not think, I question whether or not she was thoroughly vetted by the team,
but I will tell people, once the boss makes the decision, you support the boss's decision.
You don't undermine your boss by trying to undercut his pick in the press.
You take that stuff back channel.
You don't sit here and leak it out to the press.
You don't sit here and try to undercut what your boss did.
because that is insubordination.
And it is not loyalty.
And I hope Trump does not look at that behavior as being loyalty.
If you're undercutting his picks, that's disloyalty to the boss.
If you're doing it in front of America, well, that's an unforced error.
And that's even worse, I think.
I don't know how thoroughly she was vetted.
I don't even care about the attorney versus lawyer.
thing. I just was using that as a way to just go and talk about the hypocrisy of the El Saeed people.
That's the only reason it even came up. They brought it up. We didn't bring it up. They brought it up.
And we were like, no, no, no, we're not doing that comparison. My actual concern is, and again,
I don't say this to be mean. I don't know her. I'm sure she is lovely. She seems like a lovely person.
I think she's too timid for the job. You have to, with a smile on your face, rip out
throats. That's how you have to be. You have to know all the players in there. It's helpful to know. It's
helpful if it's someone who's from the press. You have to know the players. You've got to know how they
come at you. And you have to know the first week they're going to try to break you. And you
cannot blink. And you don't want to seem too nice. That's why I think the best press secretaries
were Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Caroline Levitt. Those were the two best best. Best.
I don't think anybody else comes close.
They were the best.
Why?
They were nice but not overly nice,
but they had this no nonsense.
I am going to pull the minivan over and beat your ass if you ask me that again.
They had that whole, you know what I mean?
This aesthetic, this, this, I don't know, this vibe.
I don't know how to describe it.
You guys know what I mean?
You guys know what I mean?
It's like a no nonsense.
Like that was the mom you did not want to mess with.
because you would get hit by a flip-flop.
And there was something,
there's something about that nature
that works really well in that room
when you're the press secretary.
And like I said, I'm sure she's lovely,
but I think she's too timid for this job.
And now after this,
I don't see how she stays in this role
when there's already the kids say,
the aura, the aura, thank you, Steve.
I don't see how she stays in this role when she's already signaling that she's, you know, wavering.
Because now they smell blood in the water and they're going to just, they're going to shred her.
You have to have somebody that doesn't care, right?
You have to have somebody that does not care.
And you have to have somebody that's willing to look somebody in the eye and just punching the face with a smile.
And she had her prepared remarks.
it seemed like she wasn't prepared enough.
She looked down way too much.
You have to be able to,
that's a whole art, that's a whole dance.
You look down, you look back,
you reconnect with the press.
You control the room with your eyes and your gestures.
And you have to be very, very confident, very confident.
A lot of people were talking about her appearance,
and I just want to say those are the same people
that are upset over Shane Gillis and his joke at the gym.
So toss that out there irrelevant.
do I think that she understands the issues yes of course I do but she seems like a very lovely
nice person and someone that would be a great friend and maybe a great consultant to the
administration but I just think at this point she's too timid for that role and that's just kind of
that's just sort of how it is we are in wartime and rhetorical
and kind of literally, you have to have a press secretary that is just, again, like the Sarah
Huckabee, Sanders, Caroline Lovett, no nonsense.
I may beat you after I answer your question because I don't like it.
Like, you need that.
And they were the best.
So we'll see.
But I just, it's sad because she has been thrown out to the wolves unfairly, I think.
I really do believe that she was treated unfairly.
in this. And I think that the president's team could have done a little bit better. That's just
as I'm saying. All right, we got more on the way. As we move, the partners will bring us the program.
It's our friends over at preborn. Preborn is a great organization that's been out there saving
babies. They've been saving lives. They've saved over 50,000 lives so far this year. And they
meet women where they are, women who are considering an abortion. They meet these women where they
and they offer them a free ultrasound.
Now, that's because someone donated $28 to cover the cost of running the ultrasound.
And when these women hear their baby's heartbeat, studies have shown that that baby's chance
at life doubles.
Now, preborn doesn't just stop at the ultrasound.
They partner with these women for the first two years of their lives so that they get
off on the right foot.
So they have a strong foundation.
It's not just about providing medical services either.
puts the gospel into action because in addition to saving over 50,000 babies, they brought over
5,000 people to Christ, which is awesome. And it all starts with the $28 ultrasound. Can you imagine?
That's the cost of a dinner out. $28, you could save a whole life. If you put it in terms like
that, it seems weird, but because it's like only $28? Yeah, $28, you could actually save a life.
I mean, they're saving generations and legacies here. And Preborn wants to help save 50,000 more
babies' lives. Join Preborn and help rescue 50,000 more babies. $28,000. $28,000.
sponsors one ultrasound and helps save one baby's life.
Donate today at preborn.com slash Dana or dial pound 250 and say the word baby.
Welcome back to the program.
Dana Lash here with your little horse with a no name.
Song by America.
It's a great track.
It's very appropriate considering what I'm about to hit you over the head with.
And I'm sorry, but also I had to hear it so I'm not.
Cut 17.
Let's go check on what podcast is.
Stan's been up to this week.
The nature of war
results in the deaths of innocence.
And if you look at that enough on a screen, it's like if you
look at pornography enough or
bestiality videos all day,
after a while, like, it's kind of an attractive horse.
I get it. I'm not into it personally,
but it's not crazy.
We are shaped by the world's around
us, of course.
Well, like I said,
explains what he's been doing in his cabin
out there this whole time.
That poor horse.
So Tucker Carlson says
That if you look at pornography enough
Or bestiality videos all day
After a while, it's kind of an attractive horse
Said nobody ever
Kind of an attractive
Horse
I guess that's what a woman would have to say to be with his brother
You know, it's kind of an attractive horse
I guess
That's Friday, you guys are like half off anyway, come on
I don't even know where to start with that one
was that
like at what point was he trying to make that
about Jewish people? Because that's usually like what he
does. So my
friend Dave Byrdge said not all Jew-hating
podcasters are horse-blankers,
but all horse-blankers are Jew-hating podcasters.
So I don't know. I mean,
maybe that's why he's friends with Andrew Taint.
Right? Aren't they?
I don't know. I can't.
I don't know, man. I mean, this
is such a Venn diagram overlap.
I don't even know where to go with us.
because didn't you have something where you had who was it chunk who was talking about something similar
and then Andrew Taint or Tate sorry verbal typo but it's applicable didn't Tm Z reported that he had
I can't believe I'm saying this bestiality pornography that included horses and eels
I don't know I don't even know what like I don't even know where you would go get an eel
for that and how that, no, I mean, no, I don't even want to venture a guess.
So that makes sense why they're all friends.
I mean, personally, you know, if I meet my friends to hang out, like we'll have dinner,
or maybe we'll go to a show, like a concert, or we'll have some dinner, or we'll play cards.
But that's, you know, I don't know.
That's what they do in podcastistan.
That's like a post-constitutionalist thing.
So I don't know, man.
I don't even know.
I think he's trying to get,
Kane says he's trying to get his views up
because that Russian data center got destroyed
and his traffic went down by 71%.
So that's kind of like what everybody's,
they're like, oh, he's just maybe trying to get his traffic.
If he starts doing feet pictures,
I'm going to be completely convinced.
I mean, after this, I mean, he's going to be doing feet pictures next.
No.
Why?
Why?
Why?
Why? Why are people like this? Why are they weird?
Hmm. So, can we, we need to immediately segue into the flying car because I want to just yeat something off a ceiling.
This Tesla is a flying car, guys. Watch, new flying car.
You can drive up a wall.
I'll go into the floor.
Do-do-do-do-do-do. You flip and landing.
That's actually, does it do more than?
that though. So I think this is amazing and I want it. Sure I do. Musk said that one of the reasons
it stayed a fixed upside down is because it literally sucks. That's like what it does. It has a thing.
I mean, he talked about it. Uh, that's, did they do this several times or just the one?
Okay, okay. The Tesla flying car. Now, it's not in production yet. It's going to be. I think they said,
what the, it's slated to start.
You've got to wait, good luck.
It's going to start production in 28.
It's the second gen flying car capabilities
to the second gen Roadster 2.
So it uses the SpaceX rocket thrusters.
Oh, Juan's getting, oh, he's pulling up some video for you.
This is a kickflip.
Oh, he's, it has the SpaceX rocket thrusters,
and it hovers and performs all these aerial maneuvers.
That's actually cool.
Okay, so.
I could do that to get into some of the parking spots at the grocery store.
You know what?
I foresee people just bashing into each other in the air.
It's not that I don't think the concept is amazing.
It is.
I don't trust people.
I watched a woman run into a sidewalk on a roundabout two days ago.
I mean, guys, I watched a guy last month fall out of his truck at the Tom Thumb.
I'm just saying
Do you
Do you trust the people
With this power
If I were Elon Musk
I would be like
Totally you can buy this car
You're gonna have to
You're gonna have to submit
To a driving test first
Well I drives by itself
Probably
But yeah
But the human error can infect
I'm just saying
But does it
Can it stay in the air
I think it's amazing
No for short periods of time
This is what I want to do to traffic.
This is what I want to do to people who can't, like, figure out how roundabouts work,
or people who don't know how to operate and go through a four-way stop.
I want to do this.
I want to just be like, nope, and flip and just go.
That's what I want to do.
Now, let's take a survey.
My husband would not allow me to get a hellcap.
So I
When I
Traded my car in
I had a typical family vehicle
Because I had kids in it on my car
And then they started driving
And I'm like like
So I wanted something
That was loud
And fast
And I wanted people to live in fear
Of the car door closing on them
Because I wanted them to think the car door
were so heavy it would kill them
And I also wanted to make everyone think
That I basically have a Franken beans
When I pull up
I wanted it to sound like
I want that.
Like I want the car when you hear it to immediately like put a crop of hair on your chest.
Like it just apparates there.
I wanted a toxic masculine car.
And I was like, I want, I told my husband, I said, I want a Hellcat.
And he looked at me, he goes, that is such a great idea for you know.
And I'm like, why?
And he's like, woman.
Apparently he has experience with riding with me in cars, which,
I thought that was a plus.
And so when this came out, the first thing that he did was look at me and just go,
you can't see it if you're listening to the simulcast,
but he basically just looked at me and shook his head now.
But I feel like I could make a really good argument for why I should be able to drive this.
Now, what's the starting price for these?
A million, fillion dollars.
It's like $250,000, isn't it?
Oh, sure.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I mean, it's, I think it's cool.
I think it's all, I mean, people were like,
this is unsafe at any speed.
Not for me, 50,000 to pre-order one says.
Jeremy Clarkson's going to have one of these in a hot second.
Just because.
So I guess that we're just, I mean, I'm all four just not caring about street legality.
I mean, if we're just going to go through it, let's do it.
but people were saying well this is pointless and all of shush up have fun golly quibbing sticks in the mud
just killing my soul stop so i'm i'm just curious like what the extra weight like how much more does
this car weigh than regular because if you're thinking of like compressing the air and the thrusters
and all this stuff like what i'm just i'm curious about that so um and someone mentioned that a blast
takes like hours to fill.
So like a blast of the like the thrusters,
it takes like hours to fill that.
I don't know why that takes hours.
Can we speed that up?
I'm sure it will eventually,
but that's how all air compressors work.
People were like,
that's not a flying car.
We're getting there.
You're not helping.
You know why?
Because you're a butthead.
You're not helping.
I don't have anything nice
or grown up to say to these people.
Can we have fun?
Oh my gosh.
I literally had to deal with people
who are talking about horse fornication. Can you just let us have fun with a flying car? Stop it.
Just one flying car. I want it to be fast and I wanted to fly and look cool and be heavy.
And even if it just flies for a little bit while jumping, I'm totally, it's like a hover pack in
helldivers. It's just like a hover car. It's like a hover car. Just look at it like a hover pack.
We're getting there. I mean, you're not going to go from driving on the road to jets,
and a split second.
Stop it.
All these people,
don't look at Reddit.
Don't.
Don't do it because you're going to hate humanity.
People with no imaginations.
I just, you know,
they're like this.
10,000 PSI take takes
two to six hours to charge
and provides about five seconds
of thrust before it's depleted.
So it sounds like you at night.
Anyway,
I love whimsy and insanity in a gadget or a device or a machine, especially if I want to own it.
And just let us have this moment.
Can you please?
Well, no, I want to talk about how much heavier, the compressed stairs.
It's quiet for a second.
It's quiet for a second.
So apparently, does it have a battery?
I don't know if it's a battery.
Does it have a drive train?
Oh, I'm sure it has a drive train.
I mean, because how much, I mean, you've got to think of how much is it, apparently, I don't think it has a battery.
So is it, is it, is it, is it, so if it doesn't have a battery, is it electric or is it, what is it?
Well, I found a flashback video.
I don't know if one, you grab this or not, but of Elon Musk back in 2020 was talking to Jay Leno about this idea of the roadster.
So this is six years ago.
So he's been working on this for more than six years.
Yeah.
And here's his explanation of it.
It's going to have an option to have.
rocket thrusters. Rocket thrusters? Yes, from SpaceX. All right. Jay
Lemme just bought it on my mind. How does that work? See, I don't know when you're
kidding and when you're not now. No, in this case I'm serious. You're gonna have rocket thrusters?
Yes. And what will provide the thrust? There's no fuel in the car. No, we're gonna
use ultra high pressure compressed air. Oh, I see. Okay. So it's a cold gas thruster.
Okay. So it's really not an easy. The main thruster will be like behind the license plate.
Right. So for acceleration, it drops license plate and just and and that behind license plate is a rocket
thruster. That's like full on James Bond.
So it's really
not an EV. That's
like very different.
We said no fuel, so it's got to be
an EV. Well, no, if he said
because there's no battery. Apparently there's
no battery. He was
referred to no fuel as as far as
the thrusters were concerned. Okay, okay, okay.
So they were using highly compressed air.
But yes, it's, this
is amazing.
So yeah, it does have, it has a
4680 cylindrical cell
battery architecture. So it has double-sided cooling tubes, prevent overheating, et cetera. Now,
I think its competitor has like a battery pack that's like distributed throughout the chassis.
I think that's, I just think it's cool. I think this is super cool. Now, here's the other thing.
Okay. So it's in the air. Is FAA now our FAA regulation is going to come into play?
I mean for your backyard drone.
See, I think it is. I think it is.
I mean, you explained it just minutes ago.
These compressed air rocket thrusters only last five seconds.
There's no way the FAA is going to get involved for something that could do a little.
Oh, I love that.
You think the government doesn't want to get, oh, yes, it is.
No.
Yes.
No.
Yes.
Stop it.
Yes.
What are you talking about?
Yes.
The FAA already issued a statement to Politico, quote, well, sort of.
It depends on how long it's in the air.
Currently, the way it is, the Tesla vehicle does not meet the FAA's definition of an aircraft.
however they said that it still could exercise jurisdiction any machine that leaves the earth surface
then becomes eligible to be reviewed as to whether or not it can so pogo sticks is that what you're
trying to tell me yeah you're going to get out there your pogo stick and then you're going to have this
hello mr kane this is me from the government i need to come and regulate your pogo stick it looks like it
lets the earth surface therefore entered the airspace so us at the fAA need to come regulate it
regulate my jump rope, you idiots.
I'm going to take all the activities that make me go into the air,
and I'm going to just go out and troll the FAA.
Our partners for this portion of our program,
it's our friends over at AMAC.
Amac is the alternative to AARP.
AARP has been, you know,
has acted like the spokesperson for people of retirement age for quite a long time.
Amac stands as for the Association of Mature Americans,
and AARP says they're nonpartisan, but they backed Obamacare.
They back all the Democrat laws, all of the Democrat proposals, all of their issues, all of their pet projects, like rubber stamp.
Their press releases say so.
And people are tired of that.
They don't want their tax dollars used.
They don't want their hard-earned dollars used for that.
So AMAC is the alternative for this, Faith, Family, and Freedom, founded as the alternative.
They have over more than two million members and a real voice in Washington on Social Security.
Medicare, the border. They have the best offer right now, five years of AMAC membership for $35,
one payment, your spouse is included, 100% money back guarantee. Compare that to AARP 79, 7 to 79,
do the math. You and your spouse get the magazine, the member discounts, the advocacy, all of it for five years.
Get five years for just $35 now. Visit amac.us.us slash Dana. That's amac.us.
slash Dana. The latest with immigration, I also posted about this this morning. Let me pull this up.
So this comes as New York Post story. Two Christian groups were discovered to have paid.
Two Christian groups, they were paid $62 million to resettle tens of thousands
of Somalis in Minnesota.
Tens of thousands of them.
62 million, two groups.
Now that's just in Minnesota.
That is just in Minnesota.
This, one of the groups, there are two of them.
The one of them got money, but one of them got even more money, I have to say.
But these groups, Catholic Charities was one of them.
Now, Catholic Charities, we've talked about this before.
This is the same group that also helped the deluge across the southern border under Obama's
administration and under Biden's administration. Now, at one point, Trump froze the funding for one of
the Catholic charity's facilities that had received millions of dollars, by the way. He froze those
funds because it was discovered that the Catholic charities, and this is in McAllen, Texas, according to
widely reported stories, it was discovered that in Texas Tribune has this, that they were misusing,
they were misusing the grant money.
What do I mean by misusing the grant money?
Well, they found that Catholic Charities of Rio Grande Valley, the Shelter and McAlli,
Callan, which I've been to, tell you about that in a moment, that they were actually going beyond
the deadline. They were, because they were supposed to have X amount of money for X amount of things,
and apparently they weren't following the rules for this at all. The organization said,
oh, we're committed to complying with the federal grant requirements again. Oh, we're going to,
we're going to do it. They were, they helped illegal immigrants, uh, they process them and they,
they that's what it is they did an audit it was department of homely and security that did an audit they were
they were looking for a couple of years they were looking at the they said they found inconsistent
records on the illegal immigrants that catholic charities welcomed they found over 250 instances
where they were using these funds even after the illegal immigrant was released so the thing is
they got this grant money under obama and biden and the grant money was to
remember when you had tons of illegal aliens and they were also doing the rent-a-kid thing and they
were bringing things in. So what they were doing was they would give them basically like they
they got to stay there for a little bit, change and shower and they had food and all that. And then
they bought them bus tickets and they allowed them to travel further into the interior of the
country. If they didn't have bus tickets paid for by taxpayers from the government, then the
taxpayers that funded the grant through Catholic charities, they'd get a bus ticket there. I know that
because I was there and I took pictures.
I went down there a few years ago because I wanted to see firsthand what was happening
and people were losing their minds that I went down there.
But I wanted to see.
I didn't want to sit on my, you know, keyster and talk about it on Twitter.
So I went down there.
Oh my gosh, the lady that ran it, she and I actually kind of got into an argument.
Interesting about this lady.
Because the Catholic Charities, she was once called the Pope's favorite nun during Pope Francis.
And she founded the shelter in 2014.
And she's a big lefty, big lefty.
I'm not going to name her, but she's the executive director of it.
And she's a big old lefty.
She did not like the questions I was asking.
And we kind of got into it a little bit.
And Ted Cruz, who was there, Senator Ted Cruz had to step in.
That's real.
So she's like, well, you know, this is about every human dignity, et cetera.
But what they were doing was they were using the money to help these illegal immigrants
even after they were through the facility and elsewhere under the country.
And furthermore, why in the hell were they getting all that money anyway?
They get anywhere from one and a half to three billion annually in government support.
That's Catholic Charities.
If you look, James O'Keefe did a great film on this where he was looking at the pipeline,
the train, and the tunnels that illegal immigrants were taking to get into the United States.
And guess where one of the tunnels just happened to pop up?
Right by Catholic Charities.
Not an RGV, but in Arizona.
So that's insane.
So they receive billions of taxpayer of dollars.
We talk about early layering centers, and you have the Somali diaspora in Minnesota and Michigan,
abusing tax dollars and opening early leering centers.
Okay, this, what the Catholic Charities is doing with the illegal immigration aiding and abetting
is the same thing as an early leering center.
They just try to hide behind the veneer of faith while they violate our laws and taxpayer trust.
No joke.
That's what it is.
People can get mad all day long.
Just get mad at the truth.
I'm simply the messenger.
So they, that's specifically what it is.
So this story out, like I said, where it's, it's been discovered now that they were doing
the same thing, the same thing for Somalis in Minnesota.
New reporting Catholic charities and this time also Lutheran Social Services were at the
forefront of reshaping the state because they got taxpayer-funded contracts.
And they were bringing in tens of thousands of Somalis in Minnesota.
Same situation at the southern border.
Wow.
And now you see what Minnesota is.
Though interesting, because Minnesota changed so much so quickly, it was a test ground for a Vietnam-era resettlement program.
So back, gosh, this is like back in the days of, of,
Walter Mondale and they had their Democrat governor.
They were the one, they did the, it was a Vietnamese like resettlement program.
So it was like really Vietnamese.
Now it's Somali.
That's, it's pretty wild to see how quickly things change.
But when you have Catholic charities and Lutheran social services, they changed their name and now they're called global refuge.
Hmm.
Global refuge.
They had a resurgence.
settlement operation.
And it went, there's went all the way back to World War II.
And then, of course, like with anything, you have things starting to get more and more
politicized and more and more lefty.
And back in the day, most of the money that the Lutheran group got was from church people,
but then it ended up over the years becoming a taxpayer-funded grant.
So here you have Catholic charities and now the global refuge, which not only did they
aid and abet the lawless deluge of illegal immigration at the southern border and I witnessed it
with my own eyes. I physically went down there. This is not anecdotal. I photographed it and I wrote
about it when I was writing for, I can't remember a couple different websites. And then the same thing up
north with Somalis. They don't help with vetting. There's no vetting process. There's none.
So why are we allowing our taxpayer dollars be used for this? So Trump froze it and then I think
and unfroze it. It needs to be frozen again. I'm not kidding you. You go down there and you walk in
and it is, it's like walking into a grocery store where everything's free for illegal immigrants that
Border Patrol would bring in. And then they have a map where if they can't speak English or if
there's no one there at the time to speak English, because most of the staff there at the RGV,
at the McCallin one speaks English, they can point to a map to say where they want to go and they
get, they get bus tickets for them.
I asked that. I said, what is this map? Is this like, you know, places, is this like their final destination?
And the executive director of the non-running, she turned to look to me, she's like, well, why would you want to know?
And I go, well, because if taxpayers are funding it, don't you think taxpayers have a right to know?
And she wouldn't answer my question. She was incredibly hostile. So just saying, just saying, this should not surprise anybody as we move.
the folks who won't make the program possible.
It is the friends over at Superbeats.
You guys are familiar with the watermelon flavor.
We've talked about it before.
They came out with it at the start of summer.
And you guys are familiar with the company,
human, that runs the Super Beats Chews.
The company, this whole thing was actually founded
out of UT's Health Science Center.
And they were focusing on research
that was studying 919.
nitric oxide's effect on blood flow. And what they discovered, obviously, healthy blood flow
supports heart health and healthy blood pressure and circulation and daily energy. And it's the only
product out there that uses this patented cold process to actually preserve the nitric oxide
in the beet. I mean, you can go ahead and take other beet products, but that's not going to have
any nitric oxide in it because they have not used a patented cold process in order to preserve
that nitric oxide. That's what the, that's where you get the effect.
from, but Super Beats has. That's why it's the number one beat brand has been for over a decade
straight. It's also why it's recommended by more doctors and cardiologists and pharmacists than any
other beet brand. It's been clinically studied, and it's been shown to deliver nearly two times
more effective blood pressure support than diet and exercise alone. Two choose a day is all it takes.
Watermelon flavor is there. You can visit human.com slash Dana. Get a free 30-day
supply of the watermelon superbeats hard shoes that's human.com slash dana let me go to this story that
i didn't get this is going to be under immigration i had this back but i didn't get to it because i wouldn't
shut up i had this back last hour so check this story out this is the trucking one the english this is
from freight waves english language rules comments bring criticism from seek organization i don't
dislike seeks seeks really hate as
lawmists. And I like that. I find that to be an endearing quality. So what the story is,
excuse me, is the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. They are changing and codifying
current regulations that govern English language proficiency. And that is applicable to, you know,
for your CDL, your commercial driver's license. And they, they,
I've apparently angered some groups who say that it's going to be used in a discriminatory fashion.
I need to just full stop before I go any further into this.
If you are taking a test or if you are having your qualifications measured,
is that not an action of discrimination against any unqualified attributes or individuals?
Because the purpose of the evaluation is what?
To evaluate whether the person being evaluated meets the qualifications required to do the work, correct?
So by nature, the evaluation itself is discriminatory and not as a pejorative as a function.
So the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, they were codifying these new regulations about this.
These new regulations, remember, there were 26,000 truck drivers that had been sidelined.
They, according to this, and pull this up, there were 26,000 drivers that had been sideline.
This was a couple of months ago, or actually, well, you know, about a couple months ago, beginning of August.
And you had the Transportation Secretary announced that they were looking to codify guidelines that requiring commercial drivers who cannot sufficiently read or speak English or understand highway traffic signs and signals.
they needed to be placed out of service.
And the Department of Transportation said because of this,
they had already sidelined 26,000 commercial drivers
because they had failed basic English language proficiency,
meaning they could not speak basic English,
meaning they could not read the road signs,
meaning they could not read or understand anything about traffic law.
And the Transportation Secretary,
Terry said at the time, quote, federal law is clear. Drivers who cannot read or speak English
or understand roadsides are unqualified to operate 80,000 pound big rigs on America's highways.
And they said that they're going to establish a nationwide standard so that states apply the
same out-of-state service requirement. And this was done because why? The accidents involving
CDL drivers or drivers that have CDLs, commercial drivers, who were, I mean, we saw videos of it.
there were some pretty bad accidents.
These were individuals who could not speak English.
They could not read English.
They could not read road signs.
They couldn't even communicate with law enforcement when they showed up on scene
after a horrific accident that they had caused because they couldn't read road signs.
And they had gotten their CDLs out of California.
So this was done and it exposed the fact, I mean, for people who are not, don't follow trucking,
it exposed the fact that there were so many different standards, state by state,
where some states had complete basically zero oversight,
no standard, no litmus test to determine whether a driver is qualified.
And remember one of the drivers couldn't understand a U-turn sign.
Remember that?
The individual, and there was another one back in March,
one of them, this was the deadly Florida crash.
This was a little over a year ago, the Florida one.
that happened. And it was an illegal immigrant who got a CDL in California. He couldn't
understand English. And he did not know. He couldn't read the signs. And he made an illegal
U-turn, literally in front of a sign that said no U-turns because it was a dangerous intersection.
And he did it anyway and caused a horrific crash. I know you all remember this story.
Hajinder Singh, and he only answered of all of the questions that,
they asked him, he only answered two correctly because he couldn't even communicate with law
enforcement. And there were people killed in this crash. So, and it's not the only one. There are
others that are like this that have happened. So that's why they decided to codify these rules
and make it where it was, so where it's easier by having one national standard. And in Florida,
they started cracking down. A lot of their offenses insanely enough, and Ron DeSantis talked about
this, Florida governor, a lot of the individuals that were involved in a lot of these safety
fails and accidents, these were individuals in Florida that had CDLs that were granted in California.
And it is, they did ride-alongs. So they had Florida, they had local Florida media do write-alongs
where they were capturing all of these encounters with truck drivers, the majority of whom got
their CDLs in California, the majority of whom could not even commuting.
communicate with law enforcement. And it was an undercover thing that the press did in North Florida.
And at one point, they said that there was an encounter, and this is, Fox News, we're in this story.
They said one encounter, they had a Florida Highway Patrol trooper ask a trucker how well he spoke
English, and the trucker couldn't respond at all. He couldn't even speak English. He couldn't answer.
He couldn't tell you what was written on the side of the truck he was driving. That's insane.
So that's, again, so that's why they were codifying this. Now,
why would anybody object to that, right?
That's a pretty, we should, if you're getting a commercial license, you need to,
you need, you should be able to speak English.
You should be able to communicate with law enforcement if something goes sideways,
literally.
You should be able to read traffic signs, right?
I mean, that's not, you expect that of just non-commercial drivers.
So you would expect that of commercial drivers, especially when some of the rigs, some of
stuff that they're that they're driving is caustic and dangerous in the wrong hands.
So this is why they were proposing to do this.
But the problem now is that there are some groups that are objecting to it.
The Sikh coalition, which kind of surprised me.
They, they're not a trucking organization specifically, but they have a large number of
Sikh drivers on U.S. highways, and so they've taken interest in this regulation.
Now, the Sikh Coalition, they describe themselves as a nonprofit, non-partisan organization
dedicated to ensuring that the members of the Sikh community in America are able to practice
their faith without fear of discrimination or backlash. I don't see what any of that has to do
with just basic being able to read English and talk with law enforcement in an emergency.
But they criticize the rule. They don't want the rule. They don't want the rule.
rule apparently. According to freight waves, they said that what this would do would be discriminatory.
That it would, they said that they're worried that this rule would be discriminatory towards their
group that they represent. And all of the comments that were, that they submitted, because the
FMCSA, which is the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, just for short, so the FMC,
the FM CSA opened up for comments,
and they got all of the comments,
all of these comments from the C group,
and they all started the same way.
They all started the, they all,
it was like, you know, it was very organized.
And they said that they had,
they were questioning why all these drivers were sidelined.
They were questioning the codification
of the new rule.
And they said that they were concerned
about discriminatory, I guess, attention towards seek drivers.
They said, quote, our goal is to reduce the risk of any discrimination against truck drivers
who could be profiled for their appearance and subject to disproportionate or discriminatory
additional scrutiny during roadside inspections in the name of the ELP enforcement.
Well, what?
That doesn't make sense.
No one's objecting to what you look like.
They're talking about, can you speaking?
English. Can you speak English? And so what is their objection that, well, are you going to
pull our driver over because they look like they could not speak English? Well, let's look at this.
This is called mitigating statistics, people. If you don't like the fact that we are at this
point, then you should have been a little bit more proactive when California was throwing
CDLs out to everyone like Mardi Gras beads. But you don't get to come in after the fact
and then act like you're going to do some advocacy at the expense of public seat.
safety. So that's the reality of it. The truth is, is that there are people that are getting CDLs
and driving trucks across country and they can't speak a look English and it's dangerous. They can't
read road signs. I told you how I was terrified. I got into leaving from Dallas to go back to
my house and had an Uber driver could not speak any English at all. And I know he couldn't read the
road signs because I had to tell them all the exits to get off on everything. And I'm like,
oh my gosh, I'm already in the car. Might as well get there safely. I basically was the co-pilot
and had to say, this is the exit, this is the sign, this is, it was crazy. And he had GPS. So I can't
even imagine what that's like with a giant 80,000 pound truck. So this is a real serious issue.
And I think the objection and the claim that, well, it's going to be discriminatory.
I think that's weak sauce.
And it's, I find it offensive.
I find it offensive because you're immediately casting aspersions on the characters of the people that are going to be implementing this, number one.
Number two, you were really silent when all of these drivers who couldn't speak English were causing wrecks a year ago.
I didn't hear anything from this organization then.
And we're not talking about just Sikhs.
There were Spanish drivers that caused accidents in the Florida Panthers.
hand handle as well. One of them was in March. So this just seems, it seems like performative.
And it seems a little, it seems like DEI to claim that. No, everybody has to meet the same standard.
And if they're saying, well, some people are going to be profiled. Are they claiming that people are
going to be profiled because Sikhs wear turbans? How else are you, what is your
proposal then. How else do you determine whether or not? Look at the statistics. We're going by
statistics. If you don't like it, then proactively do something to change it. Or maybe at lobby
and demand that CDLs aren't just given out like this. So wantonly and randomly, that's a you
problem. So we're trying to clean up the mess that your advocacy could have helped prevent in the
beginning if you were clued in in the beginning and not acting like, you know, trying to play
the race card later. We have more on the way as we move. We got headlines coming up. Our partners
that bring you the program. It's the folks over at Ghostbed. And I sleep on this mattress,
and I love it. It is just the best mattress. You notice it right out of the gate with Ghostbed.
You immediately notice that it's made better. The materials are better. The seeming's better.
I've been sleeping on this mattress. Gosh, since.
I think, what was it, summer?
I think I've been sleeping on it since summer, and I love this mattress.
It is just the best.

and you are going to notice the difference.
I kid you not.
I don't want to name him.
I had the boogiest mattress.
My husband and I got it for ourselves
as a wedding anniversary present.
And two years,
I wanted to literally shoot this thing
full of like tannerite
and birdshot and everything else.
I hated this mattress.
I cannot even believe that this boogie,
ghost bed was like the boogey mattress
that we thought we were getting
and we didn't get.
And then we got ghost bed
and it's the busiest.
It's just so good.
You're going to love it.
They also have a 101-night sleep trial.

It's time for Dana's Quick Five.
Really sorry about what we're going to have to talk about after headlines.
Just going to throw that out there.
All right.
Royal Caribbean.
What has happened?
on these cruises, the ones that are like called Caribbean.
Something always happens.
This cruise passenger went overboard and was rescued after she spent 20 hours at sea.
She allegedly jumped off the cruise ship in the Ionian Sea and was rescued over the weekend after 20 hours in the water.
And it occurred Friday.
The Royal Caribbean Cruises Ship Odyssey of the Seas was sailing southwest.
It was going through the Greek Isles and a Salvadorian woman told her rescue,
she jumped because she wanted to disembark
and they were like, beware!
Where are you going to disembark at?
Girl, this is the ocean.
What's around you? Water.
What's in the water? What's in the water?
Sharks. What are you doing?
44-year-old woman told her rescuers
that she was at 20 hours at sea.
I would ban this broad
from ever getting on another cruise ship ever again.
Ever. Let's see.
A. Oh, gosh.
What is this?
What is boy kibble?
ground beef, avocado, and rice.
That's called a snack, and it's not just for dudes,
but everyone's trying to make something out.
It's just literally a snack, and they're calling a boy, stop it, stop it.
And meta-smart glasses apparently have been recording people without their knowledge.
Nerd glasses, but pervert.
Make it pervert.
Stick with us.
We have a lot more on the way.
We've got today's stupidity coming up.
You guys don't want to miss it as we move our partners.
I bring you the program because we are capitalists.
It's the folks at Berna.
Now, I don't say Burn a Gun.
They say Burn a Gun, but it's not a gun.
very interesting. So if you're navigating restrictive gun laws or if you just want like a piece of mind,
this is a good way to diversify your self-defense cachet. Now, I am never going to tell you to not carry.
I carry all the time. There, where I am also, my side pieces too, right? And I have no problem thrown
lead at a threat that is in any way threatening me or my loved one. That said, I also understand.
Like, for instance, what if you're a 20-year-old college kid and you're living away from off campus and you have to
walk to your house, getting darker earlier, right? You don't want to become a statistic. So what are you
going to do? Because you're barred from carrying something that you can conceal. This is where the Berna-C-L
comes in. Now, Berna, call it burn a gun, but it's not a gun. C-L stands for compact launcher. So what is it?
It shoots chemical irritant projectiles that can deter threats from up to 60 feet away. Now,
that's great, you think, but I've got a taser or stun gun. I love that journey for you. That's like one or two
rounds. Good luck. This has a 15 round shot capacity per cartridge. And it's about the size of an iPhone,
so it's super concealable. Also, it's effective. Easy target acquisition, no recoil, and it does not care
about gun-free zone signs. Why that? Why is that? Because it's not a gun. And there's also no
background check. There's no permits. There's no waiting period. You literally buy it online,
and they ship it indiscreetly to your door. That's it. And it's super, it's not a replacement.
It's super easy to carry.
It's not a replacement.
It is an option.
You will be glad to have when your options are limited.

This is a flashback audio.
We have time to play this.
James Tolariko.
Remember when I told you that he actually defended
the mutilation of minors for gender?
And he's lying now and saying that he didn't.
Well, receipts.
This is cut 10.
If a patient came to the doctor and said, I want to change my sex, then the doctor should
say, well, you can't change your sex because there are only two sexes.
If that patient is experiencing extreme gender dysphoria, which Dr. Oliver has already
acknowledged is a real condition, then that doctor has an obligation, a moral obligation,
according to their Hippocratic oath, to ensure that that patient, whether it's a minor
in conversation with their parents
received the treatment that they need
and Representative Schaefer,
the consequences of not providing that treatment
can be dire.
Well, that sounds like,
wow, that sounds like he's defending it.
That sounds like,
hmm, yeah, he's absolutely defending that there.
Now, remember, he was saying over and over again
that he never did that that's just not something that he did
and we all know that that's false.
And we got the audio to prove it.
All right, today's stupidity came.
Oh, boy.
Could have been Tucker.
But we'll just go ahead with Ilhan.
I'm not sure I'm legally in the country.
Omar.
Here she is.
Just play it and then we'll respond.
The one place where we thought we would never experience this is the U.S.
D.S.
Really?
You don't know.
First off, you cultists, you do not take our.
God's name in vain, number one.
And number two, you don't put that kind of disrespect on our country.
I know you're not here illegally.
And number three, I think the S in U.S. means states.
So stop being stupid.
There you go.
Does it for us today.
