Starting point is 00:00:00 This is the absolute triumph and takeover of the Republican Party by MAGA. And it will be the takeover of the U.S. government by MAGA if the Senate lets all of these people go through. You realize that elections have consequences, right? I mean, they have consequences. And one of the consequences is that you don't get to make cabinet picks. one of the consequences is that the people who against whom you lost get to make the picks. I mean, that's the result of not winning your election. That's the result of that's what happened with Democrats.
Starting point is 00:00:45 So I'm not quite sure that was Jamie Raskin, who is, he was complaining about this. I mean, I don't know what they thought was going to go down, but, you know, this is how. it works. And they can bitch and moan and do whatever. But one of the things that they haven't done as they, you know, somehow console themselves with rage. But it's just not, this is not going to do it for them. This is not what voters are looking for. It's not the answer. This kind of stuff. Because you got to remember the blue state blue state wall the blue wall voted for for this and what comprises the blue wall what is the what is the predominant ideology that comprises the blue wall well it's democrats so democrats voted for this and that's the truth of it welcome to the program
Starting point is 00:01:54 Dana Lash with you. And we're at the top of this first hour on Friday as we get ready to go into the weekend and watching all the fights over the cabinet appointments. But we're going to get into all of that. But I've got to go to one of the things that I've noticed. This was very interesting. Did you guys, do you guys remember, let's go back for a moment to, when was this? was it over the summer? It was over the summer and you had the, it was this conference. This is this conference
Starting point is 00:02:33 or whatever that that was a Bloomberg, it wasn't a Bloomberg economic conferences, the one where Elon Musk was there and Bob Iger apparently had spoke the day before Bob Iger, who's the executive over at Disney. Anyway, I think it was in August. And we got, I can't play it on air. But we got that famous soundbite from Elon Musk.
Starting point is 00:02:53 You remember that soundbite came, right? Oh, yeah. Where he was specifically talking about all of the companies that had threatened to pull their advertising from X. And it was these companies. It was Disney that led the charge. It was Disney. It was Comcast. It was IBM.
Starting point is 00:03:14 It was all of these companies that said that they were going to pull their ads from X. they were going to boycott the platform. And this was after, I think it was after one of the reinstatements that Musk said that he was going to announce. Well, I don't know if you guys noticed this. I posted about it yesterday, but now Disney is advertising again.
Starting point is 00:03:36 And the reason we can't play that sound bite is because Elon Musk told all of them to go do something unflattering to themselves, hand emphasis. And I guess Bob didn't want to go blank himself after all. I guess that's, he didn't want to go blank himself after all. So they've returned to advertising on X. I saw this story over at Adweek.
Starting point is 00:04:02 And it's not just Disney. It's Comcast and Disney and IBM. And all of these are turning back. They're turning the ad on again on X. Now, they are resuming at Lionsgate, Comcast, Warner, brothers, they've resumed the ad spending. Now, it's at a lower rate than it was previously, but they've resumed it nonetheless. And that was this stupid story. If you guys remember, it was this stupid story that came out where they were saying that their ads were coming up
Starting point is 00:04:43 alongside of like anti-Semitic content. It was basically trolls and what they call fecal posters, but you can't it's with the ship heart and they were upset over their content showing up on the site like that I guess somebody didn't explain to them how X works I mean you can have trolls you can have all kinds of content that comes up furthermore I think that when people were researching the ads coming up I think they were actually researching like terms with the companies I think that they were trying to get screenshots to show without showing that they were doing they were manipulating the search that the ads were coming up across this type of content right so they had oh my gosh like all kinds of companies they and they were trying to say that this is what the companies are paying
Starting point is 00:05:34 for now x when they find accounts that violate the terms of service they suspend those accounts right there are accounts that get you know troll accounts that get suspended all the time they get suspended And so these companies then decided that they were going to stop their spending on X because of that. So this whole idiotic narrative that came out, I think it was manufactured to hurt X's ad revenue. And then as it turns out, now they're coming back anyway. Because, Kane, I guess they didn't want to go do something and flattering to themselves. I guess that was the real truth of it. You knew they were going to come back.
Starting point is 00:06:15 it was just a matter of time. But that was just like one of the latest things. And I saw that. I'm like, well, is that a sign? And maybe I'm looking too much into it. But is that a sign that maybe, maybe there's a pendulum swing to normalcy? Now, I know the pendulum can then,
Starting point is 00:06:34 if it goes too far one way, it can go too far the other way. But can the pendulum just stop, like swinging for a moment and sit in the middle? Is it maybe, is that where we are? Because it feels like the left realizes what they've done, but they won't verbalize it. They realize they've gone too far. Notice how you haven't seen any of this push for this DEI stuff or anything like this.
Starting point is 00:07:03 And any of like there, I was anticipating, in a way, I was like halfway anticipating after the election there to be a segment of the left that lost their minds and was going to do this huge push to DEI. and all of that stuff because they were going to use the excuse, we're under attack. We're under attack. You know, like we've got to, we've got to double down and do it even more. But that's, I haven't seen that, Kane of you. Hmm. Hmm. It's almost like maybe they realize some of them anyway.
Starting point is 00:07:34 Not all, but some of them have realized that maybe it was a little too much. Maybe it was a little too much. So that's one of the, I. just saw this from Disney and I thought this was absolutely fascinated me uh because I this was they were walking back hat in hand this was an apology this was a white flag of surrender that's exactly what this was so I'll take that I'll take that because they realize they want to be where people can see them and I think X had record usage I'd like to see honestly and I don't think this has been made available I would like to see the increase in use
Starting point is 00:08:15 and like new accounts from like now to maybe a year ago or two years ago. Now, uh, the cabinet picks. So we had RFK Jr. announced as HHS. Now, I am of two minds on this. I'm of two minds on this. I agree with him on the VAC stuff. And I think so long as he's siloed specifically just to look at the VAC stuff and big pharma, I'm okay with that. But this is where I get, and I've written about this over at
Starting point is 00:08:50 Substack, this is where I do get a little concerned. So let me, let me walk it back for you so I can give you my full perspective and explain why. Do you remember back six years ago when gun control advocates got the idea to pressure the CDC to classify quote unquote gun violence as a health issue. Not a crime issue, but a health issue, right? And you had the every town and the moms demand, all the Bloomberg groups. They were really trying to pressure the CDC to do this. And they were lying and telling you that the CDC was prevented from examining any of this stuff. When that wasn't the case at all, the law just said you can't use taxpayer money to advocate either for or against gun ownership or second amendment issues. That wasn't good enough for that.
Starting point is 00:09:44 So they decided they were they they were really going to try to push this. They even were able to pressure the CDC, if you remember, in removing the defensive gun usages from the CDC's website. And so I kept that in mind when I was looking at all of this because that's a case of the CDC going beyond. what the CDC was supposed to be doing. Or don't even use that. Use the rent moratorium. Remember during COVID, the CDC. And later, after it was litigated and people were hurt because they weren't getting money for their properties.
Starting point is 00:10:29 Remember, the CDC was telling people, no, no, no, you have to suspend rent. Remember the rent moratorium? You have to suspend rent. It was a real thing. Okay, so I get a little nervous about departments. going beyond their intended purpose. So that brings me back to the RFK thing. I'm fine if it's siloed.
Starting point is 00:10:53 If he is specifically siloed, and we don't have any kind of concern of him going beyond the big pharma, the big this, all of it. But the issue that I have is, is he going to just stick to that? Because if you remember, and I wrote about this,
Starting point is 00:11:12 he's got quite a big slate of opinions on a lot of issues that aren't traditionally considered maybe MAGA issues. He was kind of odd on gun control. He sort of walked back from it. I'll give him that. But he was a big climate change guy. He had said that industries like Coke and Exxon should be, quote, put to corporate death. He said that global warming deniers were traitors and that they and coal companies, should be in jail for all of eternity.
Starting point is 00:11:44 I have this over at Substack, the video of him saying it. And that's not something from eons ago. That's like a handful of years ago. And I'm not even going to get into 2004 when he was denying the election results. Now, you can say that people change, and I'm fine with us. But when you argue that, you also need to provide people who are aware of past statements
Starting point is 00:12:11 with assurances that that isn't going bleed over into his scope at HHS the way that the CDC has been weaponized before, or the way that these other agencies have been weaponized before. Does that make sense? Because we have seen people who have been very, very zealous about issues go above and beyond their purview. And if he stays siloed specifically on one thing, fine. But I get a little nervous about that because what happens if you remember there was a big push for climate change to try to push that under a health issue as well. Remember, they were trying to say it was disproportionately affecting minority neighborhoods. They were trying to make that a big health issue.
Starting point is 00:12:55 So that's the concern that I have with it. This also comes down to when you build a coalition and not everyone agrees on everything. And some of the issues that we disagree on are a little big, I would think. But I just would like some assurances. And I don't think that that is too big for anyone to ask, correct? we got a lot to hit we got other cabinet stuff tom homin's going to be joining us later on here's the borders are i think uh cartels are getting a little nervous we're going to talk about all of that and more here coming up as we move our partners ready wise a great partner that is always ready

Uh, I don't even know how to present this. So this is our Vegas Larry who sent this story. And I am, I'm, I'm, Okay, a frontier passenger had hot tea and he spilled it and he's suing. Because he got third degree burns and disfiguring scars on his male copulatory organs, his frank and beans, if you will, after he spilled hot tea on his lap. He was flying home. He spilled the drink, filled to the brim, and it did a lot of things to his male copulatory organ region.
Starting point is 00:15:38 He had to get an ambulance as soon as they touched. down and he had to go get treated for severe third-degree burns. He suffered a herniated disc while writhing in agony. That actually had to be pretty bad. He requested hot tea, but he said it was handed to him in a highly negligent fashion, filled to the brim without any form of a lid, unsafely and unreasonably high temperature. Can I just say also that maybe there's an argument there? He only wants $150,000. Well, think of his hospital bill and the ambulance ride and all that. but I will say this is why you don't get hot drinks on planes then
Starting point is 00:16:12 I do not order a hot drink on a plane you know why? Because stuff like this and I don't even have male copulatory organs I just I don't want to run the risk of it you know what I mean? I don't want to run the risk CNN shocking low ratings are revealed the staff is bracing for massive layoffs massive layoffs
Starting point is 00:16:29 they don't know what they're going to do their shows they've been getting maybe 60,000 viewers and their demo on Tuesday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. That is unbelievable. Oh my gosh. I don't even know how they, they, they, a baby red panda, it died. It died because of stress caused by fireworks.
Starting point is 00:16:50 They're little jittery things, apparently. A baby red panda had a seizure and choked on its own vomit five days after it lost its mother, according to an animal rights group. They said, uh, its name was Roxy and it was stress caused by fireworks let off. And then the people are like, well, we need, it's, it was Guy Fawkes night. It's in the UK. And they were like, well, maybe we need to look at fireworks. Or maybe you need to do a better job of soothing your red panda.
Starting point is 00:17:12 Is it a panda or is it like a fox? I don't know. Dude dudes. There you go. Stick with us. Life can take a toll on our bodies. There's no way around it. And whether it's just sitting for hours on end at your computer or if you're working a physical

I don't think you hear it though on the simulcast We always have really good bumper tunage So good to be with you bottom of this first hour Channel 347 direct TV as well
Starting point is 00:18:50 All good things all good things So we were talking a little bit about the cabinet picks And I watched They're still they're still trying to figure out Pete Heggseth Everybody's losing their minds over Matt Gates If you get the prep I sent some stuff out including, now I just sent it out because I don't care what your opinion of Gates is. It was an entertaining read.
Starting point is 00:19:11 Ben Domenech over at the Federalist had a piece out. And he's a pretty pro-Trump dude. So you can't say that of him. I think he just think he doesn't like Matt Gates. I just, you know, put it like that. But the woman that testified to the House Ethics Committee, this is the story. And just let me set you up with this. And I'm not going to kind of take Andy McCarthy's approach.
Starting point is 00:19:35 Because I'll tell you what the accusations are, but unless there are convictions, you know, but there's a reason kind of why something wasn't pursued. So the woman who testified to the House Ethics Committee was claiming that Gates got it on with her when she was 17. And then the DOJ declined to pursue the case. Well, they declined to press charges is what they did. They pursued the case. They declined to press charges because they said that they were concerned about securing a conviction. because they couldn't prove that Gates and the others knew that the woman was under age at the time. Lorraine reminded me last night.
Starting point is 00:20:15 I was doing some work and she was in Slack. She reminded me of, do you remember the Madison Cothorn thing? Now, I'm not saying, I'm just throwing things out to you because I'm looking at all my puzzle pieces on the table, right? I'm putting together one of the thousand piece puzzles, right? And you're looking, you're just looking around and then you find this one. piece and you're like, what is this? Do you remember when Madison Cothorn got made fun of? Because he said that there were some shenanigans going down in D.C. Of the sexual variety, S-C-K-S-H-U-L. Remember that? He was the youngest person ever serving Congress.
Starting point is 00:20:50 And you guys, you might, Madison Cawthorn was in a wheelchair. You guys might remember him. And he was very popular with the ladies. And he apparently said that they went after him and made fun of him after he called Zelensky a thug. And then they lost their minds and all this opo came out. So he had said that apparently there, he was invited to an orgy in D.C. And he just could not believe that that stuff happened in D.C. Sweet summer child. And it just, so the rumor was is that that he was one of the ones that maybe kind of said something about Gates.
Starting point is 00:21:30 I don't know. There's a lot of rumors going around. This is like a soap opera. it is. Now he's already resigned his piece from Congress. You're not talking bad about a lawmaker anymore. So, but the story around Gates that House Ethics Report was going to come out and him resigning Congress so quickly now means that he is not under the purview of the House Ethics Committee anymore. I am leaning more and more, honestly, towards, and I always kind of joke and say people talk about 4D chess and it's not 4D chess. This actually might be 40 chess.
Starting point is 00:22:06 I kind of get the sense that Trump didn't want to have to drag him. And so he's going to let him go through the process and not say anything so it can look like he's standing by him, but he's kind of getting rid of him at the same time. Because there, guys, I met him one time. I don't know people's history. I can only tell you what I hear. And I've heard a lot. Now, whether there's fire with the smoke, I guess that report or any kind of investment.
Starting point is 00:22:33 I don't know. But the reason that the DOJ didn't pursue it isn't because there wasn't anything apparently that that didn't happen. It was because they could not prove that he knew he and others. And I don't know who the others are that she was underage. That's all I know. I can't even read Ben Dominic's piece on air. Kane's like about to die. I have it open, but I'm not going to read it, Kane. especially this like first sentence or the second one. What are you doing? Eve, regardless of whether or not you like him, can I just, and don't get mad at me, this is just creative to say that someone smells like overexposed ax body spray and stale
Starting point is 00:23:20 astroglyde. Because you all know I love a petty put down. And I'm even more impressed when a man does it. Because men don't get catty like that very rarely, very rarely, you know. That was impressive. That was impressive. So anyway, you know, I don't know. I'm just putting, I'm just putting out there what I hear.
Starting point is 00:23:41 I'm not telling you what to think, and I don't care if you disregard all of it. But I want to give you insight as to why this drama is happening. So there's a lot of drama. There's always drama in D.C. And I hear about it from everybody. There's always some kind of like real housewives of the Capitol always happening. And they're all housewives in this scenario. So Dick Durbin has demanded that the house.
Starting point is 00:24:05 Ethics panel share that report with the Senate. I don't know if he's going to get it, but that's what they've said. So when I say that, you know, that this might actually be for, I really do mean it. I think this actually might be 40 chess because just some of the stuff that I've been hearing, I, Trump's got new people around him this time. And I will say for the criticism that some people want to give Susie Wiles, I will say, I think that she's pretty strict on some of this stuff, which is why you saw. a more disciplined campaign this time around. Not to say anything about the people who ran his campaign in 2016, but maybe from 2020, I think that's why you see more disciplined campaign. So I just sort of feel like that's kind of what this maneuvering may be. Now that being said, to some of these other cabinet picks, all good. We got Tom Holman who's going to be on later in the program. And I am positively giddy with the...
Starting point is 00:25:07 the, nobody even knows what to say about Tom Holman, his borders are. They act like he is like some Viking that's going to go down to the border. And like with one giant axe, the size of, you know, Thor, he's going to go and just in one, in one cleave, swing clear the field. I don't know. They, it's hysterical. We're going to have him on later, though. But RFK Jr, I will say one more last thing about that.
Starting point is 00:25:29 And I just, as long as we can silo things off, because it's not my pick, as long as we can silo things off, then I think that, but there are some questions. Like, he's a very, he's not a very pro-life dude. And I just want to make sure that abortion doesn't get included as an activist thing for him in health and human services. Because remember, HHS is the largest department in the federal government. It is the biggest. And I think, so Phil Klein said that one out of every four dollars, and then this is over at USA Spending.gov. One out of every, actually more than one out of every $4 in the budget
Starting point is 00:26:12 goes to HHS. Because you have Obamacare, you have Medicaid, you have Medicare, all of that. And with the passage of Obamacare, you didn't just get government health care, you also had a significant amount of regulatory power that was reallocated
Starting point is 00:26:34 to the Secretary of Health and Human Services. And that's how when you talk about policy in terms of abortion on demand and all this stuff, all of that happens through HHS. I mean, R of K Jr. said, and this was NBC, and the date was May 9th, 2024. He was doing an interview with Sage Steel. and he was asked if there should be a limit for women to have an abortion or go all the way to full term.
Starting point is 00:27:13 He said that he doesn't think anyone would want to do that at eight months of pregnancy, but quote, even if it's full term, he says, I think we have to leave it to the women rather than the state. So just that's a concern. That is a legitimate concern. And remember, he's coming. And it's great to have a coalition, but here's where the 20% of the 80-20 rule starts to be a stickler. What if he doesn't agree with you on abortion? And he also thinks that it should be treated as a health care issue, the way that the left says.
Starting point is 00:27:56 What if there's money? And this is all plausible. I'm not saying it's going to happen, but you have to, this is, it is reasonable and responsible to speculate with every nominee. is that something that he is going to oppose or facilitate as head of HHS? He was someone who said he, in the past he totally supported single payer healthcare. He said that, he said that you need to have a single program available to everybody. Well, that's government-run health care. That's Obamacare.
Starting point is 00:28:34 That's part of the problem with health care right now. Anybody who has had to go from their nice plan to the crappy Obamacare, you know, it's garbage. And it's expensive garbage, too, on top of it. So that's an issue. And he's going to be running HHS. So that's, I mean, Kane, I think it's reasonable, right, that I'm just raising these as potential. Look, having concerns before, you know, doing a little future tripping, I get it. I just think on a federal level that the abortion thing is not, it doesn't exist anymore
Starting point is 00:29:16 on a federal level. Well, when states get federal grants, it can, yeah. Yeah, like they, they, of course, you know, I guess have to do what the, you have to do what the state says. Do you have to do what the federal government says if you're receiving federal money? Unless you're incentivizing it. Remember how the DOJ was incentivizing participation in maximum, mandatory instead of minimum, mandatory?
Starting point is 00:29:38 And so I, what was it, the exile program? Yeah. And so although I agree with being cautious, I have no problem with that at all. I think that there is something here that is probably a little more valuable to the American people than the way the status quo has been going and the way things have been going. I mean, I'm just saying, I'm not, I am not saying that I oppose him as HHS secretary. I'm trying to find assurances that I don't want these departments, weaponized because
Starting point is 00:30:08 well or continued to be weaponized what am I talking about they're already weaponized continued in the weaponization and I think that that is something that we've seen the left do and Big Pharma do
Starting point is 00:30:19 and I don't see this administration or the picks that he has made as long as he can come forward and tell me look yes I agree these are huge HHS issues that I'm completely not even in the same universe on
Starting point is 00:30:32 with MAGA by the way or the Republican Party platform however you want to put it. As long as he can say my focus, I mean, if we're going to make it a singular thing with, you know, pharma and all of that, I just want that assurance. And I want him to give assurances that none of my outside of that, my views, which still trends super left on this, he needs to say my views, which, you know, are still left, are not going to be involved in the day to day or any part of the regulatory activities of these.
Starting point is 00:31:03 And I think that's like a fair request. Yeah, and it's easy for him to be able to do that. I just think that I don't think Trump has given him a rogue green light. I think that everything that he does through that agency has to be green lit through Trump. And so that's why I have less of a concern, although it's understandable to have the concern. Yeah. I mean, it'll be, I mean, it's going to be interesting to see because it is an outside of the box thing. It will be interesting to see.
Starting point is 00:31:32 So we have a number of other things to get into. We're going to talk the latest about the Daniel Penny case because the way that the state railroaded him is a horrible miscarriage of justice. It is a horrible miscarriage of justice. Of course, you know, it's the same state that did what it did to Dexter Taylor as well. So we're going to get into all of that. We have days of these United States also on the way. Our partners over at Burn a Gun, B-Y-R-N-A. it's a non-firearm firearm.
Starting point is 00:32:04 So burn a gun is an effective deterrent when all of your options are limited, not by your choice. Like, I'm always going to tell people to carry. I'm always going to tell them, you know, I have zero issue at all whatsoever using lethal force to protect myself or my loved ones. But a lot of times you are really limited where you can carry and where you cannot and where you cannot. And I have friends who live in D.C. and in New York and the nature of their work requires them to be in places where they can't carry. And so one of my friends in D.C., and, My one in New York just did as well. They went and got the Berna SD.
Starting point is 00:32:35 That's the most popular best-selling model that Burna has. Burna, what it is is it's it shoots, it's a defensive deterrent and it shoots chemical projectiles, chemical irritant projectiles that can deter, that can stop threats from up to 50 feet away. And when you compare it to stun guns, they only have like one or two rounds. The Burna SD has five. And there's no waiting period. There's no background check.
Starting point is 00:32:59 It's legal in all 50. dates and it doesn't care about the gun-free zone signs. Like I said, it's a non-firearm firearm firearm. So you don't have to give up your right of self-defense. Just diversify your options. And that's what Burnah offers. Starting point is 00:33:39 We have a big announcement, and I won't tell you it's, I won't tell you the name of his, the exact name. I think he's an incredible person. He's got an unbelievably wonderful wife named Catherine. So I won't tell you his name. It might be something like Bergam, Burgum. He's from North Dakota. He's going to be announced tomorrow for a very big position. so everybody's waiting. There he is. Hi, Doc. He's going to be announced tomorrow,
Starting point is 00:34:09 and we have somebody else that's probably coming up with him to be announced, who's a big one, and we're going to do things with energy and with land, interior, that is going to be incredible. And so I look forward to doing the formal announcement, although this is a pretty big announcement, right? I don't think that Trump knows how to keep secrets, because he comes down, he's like, yeah, we're going to announce somebody, Blanket.
Starting point is 00:34:30 You know, it's you. It's Doug Bergam. We're going to announce this guy, but she don't tell nobody as I'm on a stage in front of a microphone. That's funny. Was he going to say it rhymes with Bergam? He just doesn't care. I'm sure they were like, don't announce it tonight. And he's like, now I'm doing it.
Starting point is 00:34:49 It's that guy right there, Doug Bergam and his wife, Catherine. It's him. He's coming up. You know, might be Department of Interior, you know, to do some great things. I, because, you know, they like to get the state. out and they wouldn't get ahead of like any media and that's just funny he's just going to announce it camers cracking up over there it's funny it is he's going to announce i is he he and eugene uh levy i think it's levy i think it's levy i thought it's levy it's not levy i swear i think it's levy
Starting point is 00:35:25 Eugene Levy, it's not. Steve and I both think it's Levy. What? Steve thinks it's Levy. No, he doesn't. Steve, what do you think? Way in on this. Hang on. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:35:33 Is Levy? All right. I'm going to look into it right now. So, oh no. Yeah. Is it Levy or Levy? It might be Levy. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:35:45 Anyway. He has not been seen in the same room with Doug Berkham because they think they share eye rouse. He's very, he's very expressive with this. He's got like, those very thick eyebrows. So does Doug Bergum. That was funny, though.
Starting point is 00:35:59 Yeah, we're going to announce somebody. He's going to run for, it rhymes with Doug Bergum. It's Doug Bergum. Case you guys did know. So coming up, we have a few things. Rand Paul, he calls it the Festivist Report. He's aired his grievances over the, over $482 billion worth of federal waste.
Starting point is 00:36:26 I, okay, just let me give you some of the highlights. Hamsters on steroids, puppies on cocaine, and drunk mice. Why? For real. Wait until you hear what you spend your money on. Just wait. Just wait. I know.
Starting point is 00:36:43 You're going to be so excited. I know. We got all that and a lot more coming up. Second hour on the way. By the way, it's Eugene Levy. We're all wrong. Okay. Partners over at preborn.
Starting point is 00:36:56 It's a new partner to the program, and they save lives. They help women who are at a crucial crossroads that are determining whether or not they're going to have their baby. And pre-born clinics have counseled over half a million women who have been considering abortion. More than 300,000 babies have been saved. Over 80,000 women have come to Christ. And every day, pre-born network clinics rescue 200 babies from abortion. And they do this beyond even ultrasounds, because you know you can help provide ultrasounds. So these women can see their babies and that increases, I mean, a baby's chance of life doubles when that happens. But they do even, they go beyond even that. These clinics partner with mothers who choose life and they help with maternity, baby clothes, car seats, diapers, counseling, so much more. And all of these services are provided free of charge up to the toddler year. So that's, that's pretty significant. You can help. Visit preborn.com slash Dana. $28 sponsors one ultrasound. A hundred and forty dollars sponsors five ultrasounds. Any donation helps. And when you sponsor monthly, you use, you will receive ultrasound pictures of babies that you help save.
Starting point is 00:37:59 All gifts are tax deductible and Preborn has a four-star charity rating so you can give with confidence. Visit preborn.com slash Dana and help save a baby in mother's life. That's preborn.com slash Dana. Welcome back to the program, Dana Lash with you. We're at the top of the second hour on Friday. And in Texas, it's almost fall at 67 degrees. And I have to tell you that because we went from, what, 90 to 80 to 8. No, it's 60 degrees.
Starting point is 00:38:29 We don't know what to do with ourselves right now. So we got a lot of stuff to hit. We've got to get into, I got some culture for you, the Daniel Penny case. We've got the latest with the cabinet fights. And, oh boy, we've got a lot of stuff, a lot of stuff to hit. And then you've got, I mean, where? This, I'm looking at just some of the audio that we have. You also have this, what is, I don't even know what, it's COP 29, which I read it as cope.
Starting point is 00:39:00 When I first saw the headlines about it, I was like, oh, cope. Like cope and seed, ha, ha, ha. But you also have this environmental conference that's happening. And you have Al Gore over there, remember him in Bear Pig, he's over there. So all kinds of stuff. But in the first, but in the meantime, can we play audio somebody 24, please? Because I, the left still is not over the election. And then we're going to get into some of the capital.
Starting point is 00:39:26 cabinet picks and then we're going to talk about if your dog is racist. So let's start with Whoopi Goldberg who's saying you're not getting any tail because she's mad because the way Keynes Dine because of the way the election went. So me. I dare. Yeah. You, you didn't get here by yourself, man. You can't do this without us. And if we don't let you, you don't get any. It's that simple. Is that simple? Yeah, it was. Kane asks. the question that we all had in our minds. Did someone won any? Because I don't, I'm guessing no. Yeah, I'm thinking that nobody wanted any. So why is it, dare I say,
Starting point is 00:40:20 you dare, you dare, you dare. Why is it always, for real? It's, have you seen it? It's always like these chicks that get out there and they're like, we're going to go on a sex strike. Think you already were, hon. Just unintentional. Pretty sure. You don't have to worry about it. I double dog dare you to say what you just put in slack. No whoopee for whoop. Oh, my gosh.
Starting point is 00:40:45 No whoope for a week. Bye, guys. It's Friday. See you later. Don't give up. So. The erection. I don't know. Sorry, that was charged you. Friday.
Starting point is 00:40:59 I didn't say it. Somebody else did. Oh, my gosh. Yeah. So, uh, you just. just it's it's pretty it's pretty yeah i don't think anybody was asking i don't think anybody was asking her don lemon he left x because he was so mad he got trolled on ticot literally within hours that wasn't like in an hour watch this is audio sund bite uh 22 that's what's happening so all the guys he's like
Starting point is 00:41:36 hey i'm going to reward the guys that help to get me in i'm going to get all of the wokeness You know what? The softness Some of the LGBTQ I don't know if he's going to have an LGBT Band but I'm getting that I'm gonna he's getting that out of the middle of Is this where he's doing his show now?
Starting point is 00:41:57 Is he just doing a show on on on TikTok and then I love that you can put a turkey on it on somebody's head. I cannot get over the fact that it's owned by the communist Chinese government so I'm not on TikTok because of that but I you know I think
Starting point is 00:42:13 that's hysterical though. They're, they're very upset, y'all. They're quite upsets. And I just have to say, get over it. They're still trying to figure out about, I think, some of the cabinet picks. Some of the cabinet picks, I will say, are exactly if you wanted to stick your boot in someone's backside sideways. That's kind of how you do it. For the people who get upset, let me just put it like this. For the people who get upset with some of Trump's picks, you guys could have me for president, and I would horrify you. You don't even know the horrors I would unleash. You don't even know, man.
Starting point is 00:42:51 You do not even know. Oh, the people that I would pick for my cabinet. Oh, my gosh. It would, you know, people would just be falling in the aisles. You'd have to get them some smelling salts. So be happy that it's not me. See, does that make some of the drive-bys feel better? It could be me.
Starting point is 00:43:10 Right? Could be me, but it's not. So a few things to get into. Audio sound bite one, the discussion of recess appointments. Now, the recess appointments, it is a very complicated, it's a difficult process to actually get through. They're not as easy as people think because you have to have all Republicans agree to recess, not just like a minimum. This is John Thune talking about recess appointments as it pertains to the cabinet and now he's Senate leader. Audio Summit won.
Starting point is 00:43:53 So you've said that you would do recess appointments if it came to that. What's the threshold for getting to that point for recess appointments? Well, what I said is, Brad, and I think this is that all options are on the table, including recess appointments. Hopefully it doesn't get to that. But we'll find out fairly quickly whether the Democrats want to play ball or not. And I think part of it is getting these folks, we'll start having. confirmation hearing as soon as the new Senate is sworn in in January. President takes the oath of office January 20th. By the time you take the oath of office, hopefully a lot
Starting point is 00:44:23 of those nominees will be through their confirmation hearings and we'll be ready to act on them on the Senate floor. And then it's a question of how much do the Democrats resist or object or try to block those nominations from going forward and we're going to grind them out. I mean, we're just going to keep consistently moving and we'll see what kind of cooperation we get. And then we'll, you know, like I said, we'll make decisions about where to we go from there. So the recess appointments, I mean, it, I mean, it's a, it's not as, it's not a fast track to getting things done. It just really isn't because you can't, you have to have all of the Republicans agree if they're going to go to recess or not. It is, it's a lot, it's a lot more,
Starting point is 00:45:09 there's a lot more to it than just that. And a lot of, you know, like we were talking about with the appointments to these departing house seats. You know, that's, that's a special election. With the recess appointments in order to go to recess, you have to have all the Republicans, then it has to be confirmed by the House. And then you, it's a temporary thing that you have to go through the process again. It's not a way to get past the confirmation process. It's not. I mean, there's there are tons of caveats and that's not a bug of the system it's a feature of the system if that makes sense so it's not you know necessarily uh that's not necessarily something that i think i would bet on because you're not going to get all you're not going to get all these republicans to go you to go for
Starting point is 00:46:00 recess it's just not going to happen so i really don't think it'll happen and i also too think the recess appointment is kind of a re the recess i said this yesterday that's back when members of government lived very far away from each other. You didn't have the internet. You didn't have the telephone. It was very, there was a reason for it. And I don't necessarily think that that reason exists anymore. Maybe I'm wrong. But as it is right now, I just don't think that that reason exists anymore. So that's why I said yesterday. Maybe that's something that we should, you know, maybe kind of reevaluate. I don't know. Maybe kind of look in. But you can't, you can't just like recess. Like Thune can't go, okay, I call for a recess and that's it.
Starting point is 00:46:40 you have to have 60 votes. I mean, and the filibuster also is still, comes into effect even with a recess appointment. So you have to have 60 votes. And I, I just, that's how that works. So I've had people ask me a lot about it.
Starting point is 00:47:00 And that's the reality of the situation. So that's how recess appointments. That's how the recess appointments work. Now, that being said, I want to switch gears. here. Let's just throw a bomb in it, shall we? Is your dog racist? Is your dog racist? This is where Britain's going. You think that they got some problems with like immigration
Starting point is 00:47:30 issues and some crime lately, right? Britain? But no, what they're very concerned about King is whether or not your dog is racist. And of course, in very, very left-leaning whales, they're trying to make the outdoors more inclusive. And they said that their, their, experts are telling people how to handle awkward incidents because their dogs might be racist. Yeah. And they, the experts are trying to defend the dogs and put it all on the owners by saying, well, there's a misconception that dogs can display racial prejudice.
Starting point is 00:48:07 They react because of lack of experience. And of course, that lack of experience is brought to them, came by their owner. And they're actually saying, you're being mean to your dog if you live in an area that is predominantly one race over the other and your dog is not used i am not even making this up this is where the former a former great empire is now labor run whales was told to ban dogs from part of the outdoors to help make the outdoors anti-racist they're actually pushing this in their welsh government i am not making this up it is a real thing that they're pushing.
Starting point is 00:48:47 And laborers, of course, they're socialists. They're far, super far left. So they said that the story goes that according to a report funded by the Welsh government to help steer its anti-racist policy, dog-free zone should be set up to make the outdoor areas more inclusive. Because dogs are racist. Why do you hate dogs, man? It is a taxpayer-funded report. they pay
Starting point is 00:49:14 British people paid for this they paid for it and one Tory leader which is their version of conservative they're not really over there says that it was nonsense and they said that the Welsh government has
Starting point is 00:49:32 concluded that ethnic minorities face barriers to the outdoors created by racism a taxpayer-funded report says that minorities feel like they can't enjoy the doors because of racism. I don't even know. And they said that they did focus groups and they said that one female who is black said that she feels unsafe with the presence of dogs. And I guess that I don't know. So they're actually banning, they're actually trying to get dogs banned from the countryside in Wales
Starting point is 00:50:08 because of this. Like you can't take your dog, you wouldn't be able to take your dog to the park. because it's racist. I cannot even believe that that's what they think that their biggest problem is, and they had to spend taxpayer dollars on this. That's insane. Almost as insane, almost insane as some of the stuff in the Festivist report. Oh, wait. See, it's not just Britain.
Starting point is 00:50:32 It's also us. Do you know that we spent $118,000 taxpayer dollars to study whether or not Thanos, right, from Marvel, would actually, be able to snap his fingers while wearing the infinity gauntlet. Do you know that? $118,000 to study whether or not he could actually, I am not you guys hands to Sky to see if he could snap his fingers while wearing the gauntlet. He found, I don't even want to tell you this, oh my gosh, it's billions upon billions upon billions upon billions. Half a trillion dollars of federal waste. Half a trillion dollars.
Starting point is 00:51:16 on federal waste. We're going to go through some of it because did you know that the Department of Defense spent $200,000 on Starbucks, Starbucks espresso machines? Not making it up. That's just some of what we some of what we know. We got headlines on the way. The P15, it stands for 15 pews. And with KELTEC, it's a great, a great 9mm. Starting point is 00:52:31 Tell them. Dana sent you. And now, all of the news you would probably miss. It's time for Dana's Quick-5. So an influencer, which I hate, I hate that whole, got charged with a DUI is fighting to get back her pet monkey who was found sick and
Starting point is 00:52:50 malnourished because she is a horrible person. This Brandy Botello, she's 30 years old. She's a three-year-old spider monkey and she got into a single car crash in Dallas and she's was, it got a DUI but she
Starting point is 00:53:05 said that it wasn't her fault somehow. But her monkey she had this monkey that was like taken from her and it, she post photos of him in outfits and that. She doesn't have permits to keep him, whatever. But the thing, the monkey had fractured bones and it weighed half of what the monkey is supposed to weigh.
Starting point is 00:53:24 And the monkey also had rickets. So it was not, she was not feeding or taking care of this monkey at all whatsoever. I mean, we saw Chimp Crazy. This chick looks like, take that damn thing away from her because she wasn't taking care of it. I mean, if it has broken bones and rickets and it's half its body weight of a monkey that's supposed to be that size, take that bees monkey away and doing this. That's horrible.
Starting point is 00:53:45 Let's see here. They're trying to say that cannabis is causing an alarming rise in cancer birth defects and accelerated aging. Cannabis? I don't understand that. How? They don't actually say, they're like, oh, there's all kinds. But the Vax was okay. The government injection was totally safe, guys.
Starting point is 00:54:03 And cigarettes are mostly okay. Yeah, that's how that goes. They said, oh, no, like all kinds of bad stuff. Male copulatory organ cancer. You could get it. birth defects, missing limbs, everything, chromosomal disorders, everything. From a plant, huh? From C, from cannabis.
Starting point is 00:54:21 I'm not a pot person, but some of the arguments are just dumb. Oh my gosh, so they pulled these wicked dolls from store shelves because of a really embarrassing error, according to Daily Mail and others selling for hundreds of dollars on eBay, the Elfaba and Glinda characters. They accidentally came with an adult website link on the packages. So I don't know how that happened, but they had to take them off the show. shelves. Stick with us. Starting point is 00:56:08 You're on the go guide for getting up to speed on today's most important story. Subscribe on YouTube, Apple, or your favorite podcast platform. Welcome back. Daniel Lash with you, bottom of the second hour. And Stephen Chung is going to be the comms director for the president-elect that was just announced. We were joking on break because you guys remember one of my favorite skits ever is Stefan from S&L, right? Where he's like, and the music is DJ Baby Bok-Toy with knees like biscuits. That was actually like the funniest. He's a great
Starting point is 00:56:42 He was a great comedian But we were trying to think like Trump's cabinet the way that they're responding to it It's like a it's like a Stefan club from S&L It's got everything border Thanos sumos Buthead Cubans cross tattoos Spy Moana and a falconer with a brainworm Who fights wheels with chainsaws
Starting point is 00:56:59 It's funny You guys know who Spy Moana is right So Welcome back Coming up we got Border Thanos he'll be joining us next hour. That's his name now. You could call him Borders Tsar, but he's border Thanos.
Starting point is 00:57:18 Speaking of Thanos, and here's the reason why it's in my head. Can I just, like, tell you what you spent your money on real quick? I'm so glad to spend so much money in taxes. Hey, if they cut two trillion, can our taxes go down? Can they? I would like that. They're hiring people over at their department, over at Doge, but they're not paying them. They said it's not a non-paying job, which I love.
Starting point is 00:57:45 that's yes so um some of the stuff according to ray and paul posed with his festivist grievances about big spending with the most sullen look on his face ever department of defense and lorraine was freaking out over this because her husband what worked in the military and was saying that their computer systems were always like behind the current systems they spent 200 thousand dollars on espresso espresso machines from Starbucks. I don't, I don't even know. That's crazy. $200,000. The Vera Institute of Justice got $168 million to help illegal immigrants avoid deportation. Oh, they've gotten over a billion dollars since 2008, that group. So we have been paying over a billion dollars in taxpayer money, our money. You work your butt off and you're paying money
Starting point is 00:58:46 money that the government is giving to this group, the Vera Institute of Jophe, that has been helping paying for illegal immigrants to skirt deportation. We went to war for less than this during the days of the revolution, I just want to say. They also, our government is obsessed with injecting animals with stuff. So they literally spent $3 million in grants to inject hamsters with steroids and then get them to fight. You know, they wanted to see if, about, they wanted to study steroid induced aggression. I don't
Starting point is 00:59:30 even need steroids. Come and study my aggression. They spent 2.3 million. Oh, is this one of Fauci's to inject beagle puppies with cocaine? Is that a Fauci study? 1.1 million to get mice drunk. I mean, if
Starting point is 00:59:51 you give me a mouse, I'll get it drunk. I mean, forget giving the mouse a cookie. If you give a mouse a beer, you know they uh oh they also studied by the way uh they also spent six hundred and eighty nine thousand dollars to study parrot romance it's a real thing romance between parrots yes they did and then they also spent 187 thousand dollars to just confirm that the relationship between kids and their pets is a beneficial one this is the dumbest stuff i've ever heard of and this is like what Oh my gosh.
Starting point is 01:00:34 I mean, this is crazy. It's crazy. And they found all kinds of ways to spend money. All kinds of ways. I mean, we spent money on some of the dumbest stuff. I mean, I'm looking down the list. Some of it's just, it's just completely unnecessary. Why?
Starting point is 01:00:54 Oh, and then remember how we had the COVID money? Right? Our taxpayer dollars is the COVID money? You're going to get really mad. We spent $31.5 million of COVID funds to buy luxury cars. Yeah. Uh-huh. That's right.
Starting point is 01:01:17 We spent $1.7 billion to maintain empty federal buildings. $475 billion was just to pay an interest on the national debt. Yeah. So this is horrible. This is where our money's going. Yeah. Not so great with other people's money. No, it's not really.
Starting point is 01:01:41 He, uh, it's, this is bad. It's all bad. So Rand Paul has the list up. I think he tweeted it too. Uh, is it, you still say tweet even though it's X, which is, yeah? I was getting confused. Like I was trying to fight, I was trying to, to stop myself and I'm like, okay. Uh, but this is just, it is crazy.
Starting point is 01:02:03 It is, it's just crazy. It's a crazy list. I mean, I'm like still, I'm scrolling. by the way, still scrolling. I had to adjust to just make everything smaller so I could like scroll through fat. There's so much in here. But yeah, the hamster fight club.
Starting point is 01:02:19 $3 million to watch hamsters fight on steroids. By the way, there's the Tyson and Paul fight coming up. Is the undercard the hamster fight? I'm just curious. And in this corner, hamster McHamster face. Just curious. And then I love that they try to put, they tried to, when he tweeted that out, they were trying to put, um, uh, community note on it. And they're like, no, they were studying steroid aggression. No joke. That's why we're complaint. You moron. Thank you for confirming. Thank you. Hemster fight club. I mean, this is just, it's, it's shameful. It's absolutely shameful. So hopefully, I don't know. Maybe. Maybe.
Starting point is 01:03:05 maybe we can cut some of it the 15 million that they use for U.S. Marshall Security detail for Fauci. He got that much money, that much money in security. It's just unbelievable. So I don't know. We'll see how all this goes. If they can cut that, if they can start cutting some of that stuff, I will be supremely happy.
Starting point is 01:03:33 Now, as it relates to switch gears, the Daniel Penny case. Have you guys seen a lot of this stuff about Daniel Penny? Now, you guys remember Daniel Penny was the Marine veteran who was on the subway. And then Jordan Neely, they were trying to act like, Jordan Neely was just this little Michael Jackson impersonator. He, you know, he was a hominobody. He don't have no beef with nobody. He wasn't hurting anybody. He was just, they acted like he was doing, as me being a bad Michael Jackson.
Starting point is 01:04:01 They acted like he was just doing a Michael Jackson impersonation. on the subway and that Daniel Penny saw him and just put him in a in a chokehold. If you listen to the media, that's the way that they present it. Now, we've talked about this since it's happened, you know, multiple times. And they, I mean, it is, it's, it's pretty crazy. The testimony that has come out, all these, one of the key witnesses admits to lying about it. Dan, and in fact, Jordan Neely, who was a violent, violent, violent, violent vagrant on drugs, had a violent record, had broken an older broken this elderly woman's nose and was actually, didn't they have a warrant out for him on that?
Starting point is 01:04:39 Because he skipped the, he didn't follow the, the conditions of his release. And he had pushed somebody on the tracks earlier. He was going to kill somebody. And he was threatening all these people on the subway, including women with children, saying he was going to kill him and all this stuff. And then they were trying to act like Daniel Penny just unnecessarily, used unnecessary force. And that he killed him. except uh, Jordan Neely wasn't dead. In fact, he wasn't dead because the video, all the video
Starting point is 01:05:08 that's out there, it also shows that Daniel Penny put him in the recovery position and that Neely was actually not dead. Um, in fact, they were saying that he, they didn't provide care to him right away when emergency responders arrived. And as a result of that, they think that's the biggest contributor. Because he was on drugs. Hey, guess what? If you do a butt ton of drugs and then you try killing people and someone put you in a chokehold, you have put yourself through some horrible choices in a position where your health might be compromised to the point of fatality. That's the reality of it. And all these witnesses were coming forward. There were witnesses who came forward after the fact saying that we're so glad that he stepped in. The New York Post, to their credit, was the only
Starting point is 01:05:51 outlet, the only one that actually reported on them. Nobody else did. Nobody else did. And they were young moms and older women. There was like a mom with a baby and then an older woman that were like, we are so grateful that he stepped up because they were terrified. And remember there was, remember me telling you, there was a thread on Reddit that was over a year old where people were warning on Reddit, everyone traveling in Manhattan about that subway platform because that's where he liked to go. And they were saying, yeah, he used to just show up and do Michael Jackson impersonations, but the last like five to 10 years, they said he had stopped doing it and had gotten really violent. He was well known to be violent. New York didn't send, and despite the fact that
Starting point is 01:06:37 apparently law enforcement was told repeatedly about him in the danger that he posed to all the people at that subway platform, nobody, mayor didn't do nothing, city council didn't do nothing, law enforcement, they didn't send extra patrol down there. I know they're probably stretched thin because nobody wants to be a cop anymore. But they had nobody down there to protect anyone. so Daniel Penny is left to do the job that nobody else wants to do, and he stepped in. And the guy who lied, Eric Gonzalez, who helped restrain Penny, he actually had to admit that he lied under oath. He was interviewed by the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, and he lied about when he got to the scene and about what happened because all the other witnesses were
Starting point is 01:07:23 not corroborating what he was saying. And Daniel Penny, he's innocent. And they were trying to to withhold evidence. The prosecution was trying to withhold evidence. I mean, this is crazy. This story is New York, you do not, I would leave New York. You do not get justice there. Let them completely fall in on themselves and be their own prey to the criminals they protect and promote and do all the advocacy for. I mean, and Penny faces 20 years in prison. They're trying to make this a race thing, and it's not a race thing. Do you realize that some of the women on the platform who told law enforcement and told the prosecution during interviews later were black and they were saying they were so glad that somebody stepped in.
Starting point is 01:08:08 But let's discount the black women who were saying they were terrified of this guy. You want to talk about race? Let's talk about New York DAs and investigators ignoring the testimony of black women in New York who were terrified of this guy to the point where one of them had said that she didn't even like go into that subway platform because she was scared. if you want to have a discussion about race, ignoring their testimony, that's racist. Because it doesn't serve your narrative of trying to lynch Daniel Penny because he's white. Good heavens.
Starting point is 01:08:41 I mean, you know, do you realize that he had tried to kidnap a seven-year-old girl before? He's on video dragging a seven-year-old down the street. He tried a kidnapper. That was in 2015. Nobody talks about this stuff. and they said that passengers were terrified. Terrified. And Neely was alive.
Starting point is 01:09:11 Daniel Penny is accused of killing him. He didn't kill him. And they're saying toxicology saying, oh, looks like the drugs may have contributed more than anything that Penny ever did to his death. But they're going to go for Daniel Penny anyway. Jordan Neely murdered Jordan Neely. Jordan Neely chose to do drugs to the point where it compromised his health. Jordan Neely chose to be a violent vagrant, very, very violent, violent choice after violent choice.
Starting point is 01:09:47 Kidnapping, beating up old women, pushing other women on train tracks. It was a matter of time before he murdered a woman. Jordan Neely killed Jordan Neely. Even Eric Adams had intimated that Daniel Penny shouldn't be charged. But this is New York. New York hates it if you are a white defendant, and they hate it if you're a black conservative defendant. Because progressives look at black conservatives as white adjacent. They look at Hispanic conservatives as white adjacent because to them, they're going to other you
Starting point is 01:10:28 to justify their bigotry. I mean, they had a retired medical administrator in that car who said that he was screaming, I will kill you, I'm ready to die. She said she was terrified. That he was trying to get at a child that a mother was protecting with her stroller. And that's when Penny got involved when he was trying to grab it that kid. I mean, he had kidnapped a seven-year-old before. And he's on camera dragging the child down the street. Yeah, Jordan Ely killed Jordan Ely.
Starting point is 01:11:07 stop glorifying violent criminals stop we got a lot more on the way it's his life mission to make bad decisions it's time for florida man you know how you have like the highland games the scottish games and they throw uh what is it the is it the big log toss that they do what do they call it I didn't want to spend as much, gosh, what is it called? I didn't want to spend as much time on it. Caber toss, thank you. Caber toss. Florida Man has its own way of doing things. They got a gator toss.
Starting point is 01:11:50 So Scott's got the caber toss. Florida Man has the gator toss. It's the Florida Man Games 2025. They're having tryout. Sunshine State News says that Florida Man, it's like an Olympic Games for people who are Florida Man. It's the Florida Man games. and it's going to be in St. Augustine in 2025,
Starting point is 01:12:09 and they're having their tryouts. No joke. I mean, weaponized, pull, noodle, mud dueling, evading arrest, obstacle course. Category 5, Hurricane, Win, Cash Grab, Beer Belly, Florida, Sumo, Wrestling, and more. Stick with us, third hour next. You know what I was thinking about. First off, welcome. Dana Lash here, your retired goth, cramagin.
Starting point is 01:12:29 Good to be with you. We're at the top of our third hour. We have border Thanos, Tom Holman coming up at the bottom of the hour. I was thinking for the people who are super big mad over all the picks, I want you to ask yourself, but have they stole women's luggage? Have they stolen a lady's suitcase yet? Just saying. I mean, or can we just look for, I know that there are like, and look, look, I understand
Starting point is 01:13:04 the objections to RFK Jr. HHS and others. But who's that deputy HHS dude? Yeah, there's like a Stephen Tite. There's like an Aerosmith song about him. You know the one. I mean, just compare. Yes.
Starting point is 01:13:21 The dude looks like the lady's. Man looks like a ma'am. Lady. That's stretched too. Kind of. You know. But did they steal ladies' luggage, though? That's the question. What is his name? San, San Brinton. Sam
Starting point is 01:13:36 Brinton. That's right. The guy who legit stole women's luggage everywhere. Multiple times. Multiple times. And one of them was a black fashion designer from South Africa. And he stole her stuff and was wearing it all over. I mean, it was
Starting point is 01:13:54 like very colorful, unique one-of-a-kind pieces. And he was wearing it all over. He was in charge of like nuclear stuff. Nuclear stuff. nuclear waste? How did he even get... First off, I just don't understand how you could be that damn crazy
Starting point is 01:14:10 and then also find time to study nuclear waste. Because it seems like being that crazy is a full-time job. Right? Oh, you're going to wear PVC head to toe and go to fetish nights. But yet, get up at 6 in the morn and go and do your nuclear waste job. Seems a little odd. You're going to steal ladies' luggage all over. By the way, another thing. you really have to be demented to do that to steal someone's luggage at an airport. Think of all the people that are there.
Starting point is 01:14:41 You don't know if the person who is waiting for their luggage is there watching you take their suitcase or not. Because then what if you're caught? That's that. You're going to get in trouble immediately. Oh my gosh. And if you're with the government and you have like a clearance, a security clearance, you're going to get even more trouble. Just think about all of the the mental,
Starting point is 01:15:01 gymnastics he had to go through in order to be like, I don't GAF and do it anyway. Right? That's just a whole other level. It's Friday. It is Friday. That's right. I mean, does your HHS, do they look like, is it a dude that looks like a lady? Does your waste, nuclear waste head steal ladies' luggage?
Starting point is 01:15:28 I don't know. I'm just wondering. I got questions. we'd like to have them answered right I feel like that's the litmus right there have you ever oh man put me in charge oh my gosh this is I would only run
Starting point is 01:15:43 for elected office just to be able to sit on a confirmation hearing and troll people with questions one time and then I would resent my seat because then I don't want to do any of the other work I don't care I don't want to cooperate with these people I hate everybody there but just show up when was the last time you stole women's luggage
Starting point is 01:15:59 oh never right when's the last time you dressed up entirely had to home in PBC or as a furry and had puppy piles wink wink when did that happen you know what I mean Kane is dying right now but you know it's true it reminds me of Easter at the White House Easter at the White House that's right is that not like an only fans thing I'm surprised no one's done it really surprised they probably did oh my gosh one of the other things that is the cutting of all of the government excess as well and they're saying that it's crazy that it's not something that is realistic.
Starting point is 01:16:38 I wanted to share with you this. I'm going to do it real quick. And I'll make sure I link it in your prep on Monday. But I retweeted it. And it's an oldie bit of goody. I remember reading about this in college. And Ray and Paul reminded me of the story about Davey Crockett, the original, you know, hardcore, badass, right?
Starting point is 01:16:53 And he was sharing this story about government appropriation. And it's this, this, it was published in 1867 in Harper's Magazine. and it was in the house and it was a day where they were taking up they were talking about appropriations and everyone was suggesting they need to appropriate money for the benefit of this widow
Starting point is 01:17:15 of a very distinguished naval officer and people were getting up and they were making these beautiful superfluous speeches and they were very moving and then they were about to put it to question the house speaker was and then Davy Crockett
Starting point is 01:17:29 stood up and he was saying that as much respect as he had for the deceased, he was asking inasmuch sympathy for the sufferings of the living, he had said that we must not permit our respect for the dead or our sympathy for a part
Starting point is 01:17:45 of the living to lead us in to an act of injustice to balance the living. He said that Congress had no right to appropriate that money as charity. And he noted that the deceased lived a very long life after the close of war. In fact, the deceased was in elected office
Starting point is 01:18:01 until the day of his death. And Crockett noted I was not aware that the government was in any way in debt to him. And he said, because it's not a debt. Charity's not a debt. And he says, we do not have the authority to appropriate this public money as debt and give it as such. And he said, I'm the poorest man on this floor. I cannot vote for this bill. And he goes, well, I'll give one week's pay to the object if every member of Congress will do the same and it will amount to more than the bill asks for. And they took a seat. Nobody replied. Nobody stood up and offered their own money also. And the bill did not pass unanimously as it was expected to do. Instead, it just spittered out on the floor and that was it.
Starting point is 01:18:50 And he was asked why he did that because originally people thought, well, that's rather cold of you, Davy Crockett. But he said, no, no, no. He said several years ago, I was standing on the steps of the Capitol. And he said there were other members of Congress there. And there was a fire over in Georgetown. It was a very large fire. And we went over to help. Many people, many houses burned. And there were families that were made homeless. And he said, a bill was introduced appropriated. And this was a lot of money for that time, $20,000 for the relief. He said, we set all business aside and we rushed it through. And he said the next summer, when I was thinking about the election, I was going to go and scout around some of the people of my district. And he said, you know, I want to go and talk to
Starting point is 01:19:30 some of the voters. And he said, and I found there was a farmer that he found, plow in a field, and he came up to him and started talking to him. And the farmer basically told him to go pound sand. He was not interested in voting for Davy Crockett because he said, Davy Crockett was stupid and didn't understand the Constitution. And that shocked Davy Crockett. Davy Crockett got an earful from this farmer who was like, I do not have time for you, sir. He said, you're an anti-constitutionalist. And Davey Crockett was like, what do you mean? and he said, I have voted against and he was given the list of things and the farmer goes, you remember the fire from Georgetown?
Starting point is 01:20:06 When you rushed to appropriate $20,000 to spend. And he said that government is not charity. It's not yours to give. He said people could have donated. A lot of your fellow representatives could have written checks and they would not have had to live one day out of the luxury to which they have grown accustomed, but they didn't do it. He said, everyone in the Senate could have done it and they didn't do it. You sought to do it with the people's money instead and call it charity.
Starting point is 01:20:42 The farmer told him, he said it's not the amount, colonel I complain of. It's the principal. And the government ought to have in the treasury no more than enough for its legitimate purposes. And he goes, this is, he goes, the power of collecting and dispersing money at pleasure is the most dangerous power that can be entrusted to man, particularly under our system of collecting revenue by tariff. Because it reaches every man in the country, no matter how poor he may be. And he said, whether it was 20,000 or 200,000, it's not yours to give. And he humbled Davy Crockett that day. he humbled him. And he said, so, see, Colonel, you violated the Constitution. He said, because once you begin to stretch your power beyond the limits of the Constitution, and there is no limit, there is no security for the people. He goes, I don't doubt that you tried to act honestly, but that doesn't make what you did better. And so now you see, that's why I cannot vote for you. And David Crockett was almost speechless. And he was very humble.
Starting point is 01:22:03 and very honest and transparent in his response. And he said, I stand corrected. You are right. He said, I thought I had the sense to understand the Constitution. And it is clear by what you just told me, I do not. You never hear a lawmaker say that, do you? You never hear a lawmaker say I was wrong and you corrected me. They always, because now there is no admittance of error
Starting point is 01:22:28 because it is taken as a weakness instead of as a sign of strength to be able to recognize and build off of a mistake. And he says, he apologized to him. And he said, what you have said here at your plow has got more hard sound sense in it than all of the fine speeches I have ever heard. And he said, if I had ever taken the view of it that you have, I would have put my head into the fire
Starting point is 01:22:52 before I would have given that vote. And he promised him. And he said, I ask for your forgiveness. And if you will forgive me and vote for me again. If I ever vote for an unconstitutional law, I wish that I may be shot, is what he said. He ended up being friends with that farmer, and the farmer did support him and ended up did getting influence form. And Davey Crockett was true to his word and was consistent. But it's not easy to be a Davy Crockett. Everyone thinks it's Mr. Smith going to Washington and it's not.
Starting point is 01:23:26 It is not easy to be like Davy Crockett. It is not easy to be consistent. It is not easy to have principle because you are rewarded for your flexibility in D.C. You are awarded for your move to do something temporary with immediate gain, immediate satisfaction. We are inventing a system where we reward the short term only to punish ourselves more harshly than we ever could have imagined in the long term. And that has to change. And I hope that it can change by cutting some of this government spending. But I am so used to being lied to and passed over and abused by my government that I don't think that any jury would convict me of an offense of not trusting them or you for that matter. So we'll see. I hope that they can cut it.
Starting point is 01:24:30 I hope because nothing will ever happen until we cut government spending. the refineries that we need to produce more gas, we're not going to have it. Better oil. We're not going to have crude, have more crude, have more natural gas. We're not going to have it. The drilling to become once again net exporters of energy. We have to reduce spending in order to facilitate some of the things like this. And I agree the Treasury should not have any more money than it absolutely needs for its legitimate purposes. That gets to my point. I always talk about Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution, if we actually did keep it that way, we would be running a budget surplus. You wouldn't have the need for income tax. You wouldn't have the need for all of this
Starting point is 01:25:12 extra spending. You wouldn't have the need for any of this. There have been countless analyses done by many an economic expert on this issue. And they all agree if, if, if we had the courage to do it, if we had the discipline to withstand the austerity that comes with it, do we? because this is more than just a test of a new Congress. It's more than just a test of a new Senate. It's more than just a test of a new cabinet. It is a test of the American electorate. It's not just these lawmakers that are being tested right now.
Starting point is 01:25:50 It's you too. All of us. How will we do? We have more to come. And now, all of the news you would probably miss. It's time for Dana's Quick Five. This is a crazy story. So in Britain, their air traffic employees did a work from Home Day.
Starting point is 01:26:12 And it exacerbated a nightmare of delays for 700,000 travelers. Yes, they were stranded. This was over a holiday weekend. The studies coming out now over last year, holiday weekend last year. They were wondering, why did we have all these technical glitches that stopped planes from taking off and landing? And it took hours to fix because engineers were working from home that day. No joke. They literally had to take some of them an hour and a half to get all the way from their houses to the airport and then take, you know, about three to four hours to fix the problem. And it, I mean, almost a million passengers were affected. That is crazy. Crazy. Credit card debt hits a record $1.17 trillion, according to the New York Fed, new research. Whoopi Goldberg claims a bakery refused to serve her because of her left-wing views. But as it turns out, she's smearing them.
Starting point is 01:27:08 said their boiler broke down. They had massive problems in their kitchen. They did not not make her cupcakes because of who she is. It's a 145-year-old bakery for crying out loud. This is ridiculous. And fears for alien safety. The government's firing high pulse microwave weapons at UFOs now. Wait, there are things to fire at? Tom Homan, Border Thanos. Next. Not able to catch all three hours of the Dana Show? Subscribe to the full podcast and get news and laughs delivered in short, easy to digest episodes. Starting point is 01:27:53 in triggering xenophobia and ultra-nationalism, it's difficult to imagine what a billion climate migrants would be. There is a line that top 29. They're at that COP 29, and he's another excuse as to why you have so many people coming across. Oh, it's because of climate. It's because of this. It's because of that. Always an excuse.
Starting point is 01:28:16 There's always an excuse as to why we can't secure the border. And they've been throwing climate change in there for forever. It's mind-boggling. Oh, my gosh. I'm so happy that last week went the way it did. We live in a border state in Texas. Welcome back to the program. Dana Lash with you.
Starting point is 01:28:30 Listen coast to coast. Channel 347 DirecTV. If you're not listening terrestrily, we're on. X everywhere else. Because part of what last week is bringing in, well, we're going to have border Thanos. I'm calling in that. I am calling him Border Thanos because he's a badass and there's just no other way to put it. It's Tom Homan who is new, newly announced as the border czar for the Trump administration. He's a president CEO of Border 911, former acting ice director, retired federal agent and the newly appointed borders are coming into the new Congress,
Starting point is 01:29:02 the new term. And he joins us now via Skype, Tom, What do I call you as a proper border czar? I mean, we got to figure out the title for that because border Thanos, I don't think that they make a desk applicate for that. No, I think border czar is just perfectly fine. I think that says it all. There you go, right there. Well, congratulations on your selection. And I know a lot of people, I think, are breathing a side of relief today because I noticed when you were asked, well, what's going to change on day one of the border?
Starting point is 01:29:30 You said it's going to be shock and all that's going to change. you're going to go in and make some significant differences immediately. Can you give some insight into like what is the most dangerous thing to Americans that you see that can be done with immediately and effectively in the first week? Well, look, President Trump's made it clear that we're going to get out the gate. We're going to target national security threats and public safety threats. We've got criminal gangs in this country committing heinous acts of rape and murder. We got MS-13. We got trained inaguay.
Starting point is 01:29:59 We got a lot of criminal aliens. We got to round up because this. administration and by administration i'll look at the data the other day you know they sold they tried to sell that they're going to concentrate and just criminal aliens those convictions the crimes when you look at the data the removal and deportation of criminal aliens has decreased 74 percent from the Trump administration so we got a target rich environment so we're going to concentrate on public safety threats because they pose the most dangerous to us so we're going to go after them right out of the gate also we're going to secure the board right out of the gate so there's like three there's like
Starting point is 01:30:30 three rails we're operating right now there's going to be secure the the border, run the deportation option by prioritization and find and save over 300,000 children. Wow. And that's the other big thing. I will, and I've never do this, but I'll give New York Times a little bit of credit because they did write a very critical story about DHS and the border and the administration when they, when they first reported that there were hundreds of thousand kids missing, like actual legitimate kids that are brought over by coyotes, brought over illegally into the country, and then they go missing. And then you have, who is it, Bacera? or no, is Marius who's running
Starting point is 01:31:05 the saying, well, you know, we got to, we got to process these people faster. It has to be like the Ford Assembly line. We got to process them faster, but then it came out that they weren't doing their due diligence and seeing even where anyone went. I mean, we have no idea. Hundreds of thousands of kids. No one's talking about it. You are. A few people are.
Starting point is 01:31:21 Yeah, you know, and the Sarah, I saw him on stage one time talking about how quick they release these children is at an all-time record. Because, look, this administration's been concerned about one thing. That's the object, right? So if they, if they process quicker and release quicker and there's no overcrowding, there's nothing to see here. And we learned it.
Starting point is 01:31:37 Turned that because when Fox News had that 5,000 Haitians on the bridge, that was a bad day for this administration. So the instruction from then, that day forward was process quick, release quick. If there's no overcrowding, there's nothing to see here. We keep claiming the border secure. You had said that there are 10 times that terrorists coming into the United States are 10 times more likely to come through the northern border than the southern border. A lot of people haven't been paying attention to what's happening up between the, Canada and U.S. border out there. I mean, I know we put a lot of attention rightfully so at the southern border.
Starting point is 01:32:08 Tell us exactly like some of the scary stuff that's happening up north. Well, look, the problem with the northern borders, they got very few resources up there to begin with. And I get that, you're right. You're going to put most of the farm in with the big fires as that's the southern border. However, what did the northern border of this administration because you had a storker with immigration, they took half of the very small population on border relations and detailed them to the southern border. When you do that, that even makes some northern border further weak. And the half that were left at the northern border,
Starting point is 01:32:39 there were processing illegal aliens from the southern border virtually. So there's- what? The board patrol on the river, on the lakes, or on the patrol up north. So the north patrol, the north border, look, some of the sectors on northern border, especially where I grew up in upstate New York, it's up 800, 800%. So we've got to pay attention to the northern border. That is virtually processing them up at the northern border. border, which is unbelievable. We're talking with the new borders are Tom Homan, who's also saying,
Starting point is 01:33:09 you're telling these governors, look, you're not going to be a lot of these, you know, people like J.B. Pritzker, J.B. Pritzker threw down and said, our residents are staying here. Well, they're here illegally. So they don't have that protection. These governors, I mean, how are you going to counter these governors that are saying, no, this isn't going to happen. There's not going to be any removal of illegal immigrants here. Well, first of all, it's amazing to me that these left-being people, they got the world upside down because, you know, all of a sudden, the people who enforce the law are the bad guys. And the people who break the law are the victims. I don't get it.
Starting point is 01:33:42 Their world's upside down. But look, they don't want to help. They get the hell out of the way because we're coming. We're going to do this job. The President Trump has a mandate from the American people to get this done. So we've got to get it done. And we're going to get it done with their help. So I'd love to have their help, but they can't help us.
Starting point is 01:33:57 Then we don't have to move forward on it. One of the biggest things, too, we're talking with Tom Holman. the new borders are under President-elect Trump. One of the biggest things, too, you mentioned, Trent Aragua and all of these other gangs that are taking root in major cities. I mean, it's here. I'm in Dallas. It's here in Dallas.
Starting point is 01:34:11 I mean, it's everywhere. Far, far into the interior of the United States, that's going to be a real effort to combat that. And I know that there's been a lot of red tape that's been put by the Obama Biden administration and by the Biden-Harris administration preventing, you know, you and DHS and ICE from actually working with these local law enforcement to, to get detainers, have those detainers followed up on, report this, and then get these people removed. Is that going to be a lot to work through? How long do you think that's something like
Starting point is 01:34:40 that's going to take? Well, thank God we got strong. President Trump, he's not going to take that garbage. And a lot of sheriffs, I've been contacted by hundreds of sheriffs that want to work with us. They want to fire up the 287G programs, how their sheriff's deputies help us, especially in the jails. So I think this Trump went as meaningful to law enforcement. And even in the the sanctuary cities. The law enforcement wants to work with us. I'm in New York City all the time, and every police officer I talk to hundreds, they want to work with us. It's the leadership, the city leadership. So I think President Trump's going to make a lot of headway of these agencies and the other ones. Look, we need to sue the sanctuary cities like President Trump did their first
Starting point is 01:35:16 administration. However, when Joe Biden became president, he dropped that lawsuit that GOJ had against Sanctuary City. So we're going to refile that lawsuit. We're going to take these people to court. There's no downside. For any city official, a mayor, a mayor, a governor, a chief of police, to not want public safety threats taken off their streets. That's what it is because we said we're going to prioritize public safety threats. What mayor or city councilman or governor does not want to take public safety threats off their streets?
Starting point is 01:35:44 They're number one responsibilities to safety of their communities, and we want to help them do that. So again, they don't want to help us. We're taking the court, but we're going to do what we're told to do. Yeah, that's a, I mean, I know so many people are so happy to see this change. We're talking with Tom Holman, Borders are. I know your announces of Borders are. Were you asked to head up DHS out of curiosity? Because you were former ICE.
Starting point is 01:36:05 And I honestly, out of the gate, I was like, oh, it's going to be Tom Holman over at DHS. I mean, I know you're going to go wherever you feel that you are best suited to serve and where you want to go. But I was just curious about that. I'd rather not comment on that. Okay. All right. I just wanted to ask. Well, I'm so glad that you're going to be somewhere on the border.
Starting point is 01:36:23 These personal appointments, I just like to get in that and my kind of situation with the president. but I'm aware where I think I should be. I'm a border guy. The secretary has a lot of responsibility. You got secret service. You got a fix. You got to keep me you got a fix. I want to spend 100% of the time 24-7 on the border.
Starting point is 01:36:40 There you go. One last question for you. Border agents. I know that they're, they've got so much that they have to handle. And I know we are in dire need of them. What's the plan to combat some of the fatigue, the demoralization, and maybe get some more on the ground there?
Starting point is 01:36:55 Yes. The morale is all. already sky high because of President Trump through election. A lot of the borderline who had a retirement of paperwork put in, they pulled it back. Dana, I got called by hundreds. Texas calls through my LLC. Hundreds of borderages who have retired that are begging to come back to help Trump. Hundreds of soldiers that have retired wanting to come help Trump.
Starting point is 01:37:19 Law enforcement options from all the country want to come help. I've got thousands of people willing to step up tomorrow and do the job. There you go. Tom Homan, Borders are. things are about to change. You said shock and awe earlier, and I like that. There's going to be a lot of change at the border, and we are grateful for it. We can't wait until you get in there and start getting things done. Thank you, sir. We'll talk with you again soon. God bless you. Yeah. Bye-bye. Okay. Subscribe to the Dana Show podcast, because who says you can't make fun of people while staying
Starting point is 01:37:47 informed on your own personal time? Subscribe on YouTube, Apple, or wherever you get your podcast. Welcome back to the program. Did you guys see what was happening in New Zealand? I thought was kind of interesting. So in New Zealand, they were, they're passing this bill that they had with indigenous tribes in New Zealand. And they had the Maori that I guess they disliked what the proposal was. And so they staged a protest in parliament by performing a Haka. Watch. Why didn't they do this when they were locking everybody the hell down with COVID? Why didn't they do this? Why didn't they do this when they were taking their kids out of schools for COVID. Why didn't they do this when they were shutting down their businesses because of COVID? Why didn't they do this when they were
Starting point is 01:39:23 mandating that they get experimental injections with COVID? But this? Oh, we'll do it for this, but not for that. I mean, we're losing actual freedoms and our kids are losing actual education. We're losing bodily autonomy. And we're not going to do it then. But we'll do it for this. What people pick their battles over is mind-blowing. it really is. So I don't know. Like it seems less badass because you're going to do it for an agreement that you're debating. But when they were literally ruining your lives and jailing you if you didn't inject your kids and all that, because New Zealand was hardcore, don't forget. Jacinda Arden, they were hardcore.
Starting point is 01:40:08 There were parents arrested if they walked outside with their kids. There's video of it. but they didn't perform their war dance for that. But they would for this. I don't get that. That's odd to me. Now, switching gears here, you know, they had their little environmental thing, COP 29. They had a meat buffet and vegan cuisine, and they were showing the difference between the lines for it.
Starting point is 01:40:35 Look at this. There is a line at Top 29's Food Corp for the buffet serving meat. another buffet serving meat, and here is the vegan-only restaurant. Doesn't quite look like the same amount of interest by the UN delegation here. Oh, you know why? Because none of these people believe the stuff that they actually promote to you. You think, honestly, they just don't want you to eat meat because they want more meat for them. They want cheap meat for them.
Starting point is 01:41:07 That's what it is. That was Mike Morano. I was reporting that. The COP 29, what is it? Just like their big climate thing? I don't even pay attention to it. If Al Gore is involved in it, I don't pay attention unless there's a dumb sound bite. But I thought that was interesting.
Starting point is 01:41:21 What is it? I know I have friends who are vegetarian. And then I don't, vegan's kind of hard because everything is like animal related at some point. But that was their vegan line. Nobody's, of course nobody's there. If they all believed the stuff that they were promoting, that Gates ideology, they would all be in that line. And they're not. Is anybody surprised?
Starting point is 01:41:45 No. no one is surprised no one at all no one at all so uh we're following and getting the rest of these cabinet appointments i did think that homin's answer was interesting when i asked him if he was going to if he was asked about h s and he just said no no comment i'm not going to talk about that and i know he's not going to ask him anyway because he's pushed back when he's been asked about it but i just ended up again anyway you know uh just to see because gosh he's just a natural fit for that position so i don't know maybe there's reasons as to why he is why he was picked for a bit either way, him being on the border is going to be good.
Starting point is 01:42:18 And we came up with that. He's border Thanos. Yeah, that's, he came up with that. Now, over the, now, by the way, one last thing. Mike Tyson, Jake Paul. Can I have audio somebody at 23 real quick before we go into today's stupidity? Because they're fighting tonight in Arlington, Texas. I don't know who you got.
Starting point is 01:42:36 Mike Tyson slapped him, though. Right here. He slaps him. Slapety slap. Go ahead. Oh, oh. Oh my gosh. Are they real?
Starting point is 01:42:49 They were playing Chris Cross. I love it. Who do you think is going to win in this? Steve, Steve thinks it's Jake Paul. Are you serious? When that Tyson thing came up a while. Steve and I both think. Yeah, remember he had that heart problem
Starting point is 01:43:00 a couple months ago and he's like, oh, I'm all good now? I don't know. That just seems weird. Is Jake Paul, though, as good with technicalities in the ring as Mike Tyson is? Mike Tyson's been a boxer his whole life. There is a lot more to it than just brawling, although everybody's got a puncher's chance.
Starting point is 01:43:16 I think the way it's set up, I thought there was an agreement. I didn't see it on paper, but I've heard people comment on the agreement between the two, and it's all set up in favor, Jake. But yeah, that's why I think that. Hmm. Well, we're going to know tonight, aren't we? We shall know tonight.
Starting point is 01:43:30 All right, today in stupidity. All right, looks like the NACP representative went on TV because they heard Pete Higgseth was going to be sec deaf, and boy, did they get stupid with the accusations. Listen to this. Yeah, I'm going to add the Secretary of Defense nominee, Peter Higseff, the Fox News. commentator as well because this is someone
Starting point is 01:43:51 who weekend host. Important distinction. This is someone who, you know, is known to be a white supremacist, known to be an extremist, whose platform, who's both. He's known to be that?
Starting point is 01:44:08 What the hell is she talking about? Who is this broad? Trying to diminish a combat, decorated combat veteran. Just because he's on Fox News. Who are you? What's good? I'm so dumb with this.
Starting point is 01:44:19 We got a whole week. and relax, but then it starts again Monday. Back with you then. God bless.
