Using free speech to free minds.
You're listening to The David Knight Show.
As the clock strikes 13, it's Tuesday, the 17th of October, Year of Our Lord 2023.
Well, today we're going to begin with Biden's wars.
He says, yes, no problem.
We can have multiple wars.
We can have two wars. Janet Yellen, his treasurer, said certainly we can afford two wars, can we?
We're going to talk about that.
And we're going to go back and review what Julian Assange told us about U.S. wars.
And then, of course, the other big story that is out there today everywhere is Trump got a gag order on him.
Well, bless his heart.
The guy who put the masks on us, maybe she should make him, if he wants to talk,
make him show up at the debate and defend his policies and what he did to us.
But we'll talk about that. We'll talk about the election as well as what is happening as the world moves toward war. Uh, we will also be talking about the moves to end bail and we'll be talking
to someone with the American bail coalition in the third hour.
I think you'll find that interesting.
We'll be right back. Well, again, one thing after the other with Biden and one war after the other, as a matter of fact.
One of the things that's concerning is as we look at the move to try to consolidate behind a speaker in the House.
And there's a lot of pushback by establishment Republicans against Jim Jordan.
He's just too conservative, they said.
Well, anti-war has said that Jim Jordan is amenable to putting out a combined bill for Ukraine and for Israel funding.
I wonder how Thomas Massey is going to react to that.
To me, that sounds like an omnibus war bill
yeah you know take both of them or leave both of them well i think i'll leave both of them i think
i would leave him if he does something like that uh but uh that is precisely what janet
ellen is saying when she talks about two wars oh yeah yeah we can have we can fund the ukraine war as well as the israeli war not a
problem and the most amazing thing of it all i think is to see the arrogance the arrogance of
joe biden listen to this are the wars in israel and ukraine more than the united states can take
on at the same time the united states of United States of America, for God's sake.
The most powerful nation in the history, not in the world,
in the history of the world.
The history of the world.
We can take care of both of these and still
maintain our overall international defense.
We have the capacity
to do this, and we have an obligation to.
We are the essential nation
to Paris, the former
Secretary of State.
And if we don't, who does?
We are the essential nation.
I've heard that essential word before.
Oh, yeah, from that globalist Trump.
You small businesses out there in Main Street, you're not essential.
It's the big businesses, the Wall Street businesses that are out there,
the big box read, they're essential.
The rest of you shut down
yeah for god's sake he says so yeah uh and and he taunts god when you look at this arrogance and
pride i just pray that god strikes him down instead of this country. That is the type of thing that God has always punished with every country.
And so now we've got a bipartisan by war.
Right?
Looks like both parties can sign up for both wars.
We've got the uniparty by war bipartisan party.
And, of course, you heard him say, we are the essential nation.
Well, he says the Secretary of State said he was trying to quote Madeleine Albright,
but as people pointed out, she said, we are the indispensable nation.
You folks are not essential, but their government is, and their geopolitics are.
And of course, it was Madeleine Albright who did not have the decency to even deny that we'd killed 500,000 children with sanctions.
She just said it was worth it.
And so whatever happens, it will be worth it to them.
Your life is cheap.
Your life doesn't matter.
It'll be worth it to them.
And so Janet Yellen is out there and asks the same question.
Can we handle two wars?
Can we really afford to do this?
Oh, yes, we can.
What this all means.
Paul Tudor Jones, the famed investor, was on CNBC this week,
and he said,
this is the most threatening and challenging geopolitical environment
that I've ever seen.
At the same time, the U.S. is in its weakest fiscal position
since World War II, with debt to GDP at 122 percent.
Can America, can the West afford another war at this time?
I think the answer is absolutely.
America can certainly afford to stand with Israel and to support Israel's military needs. And we also can and must support Ukraine in its struggle against Russia.
And look, the American economy is doing extremely well.
Yeah, yeah.
Somehow she seems like the bankers that were telling people in 2005, six,
seven,
you know,
you can afford this mortgage.
Go ahead,
load it up.
Come on.
Uh,
yeah,
America can certainly afford to stand with Israel and to support Israel's
military needs.
And we also can and must support Ukraine and its struggle against Russia.
Who's going to support us?
What happens with our war economy? What does that look like? And the bottom line
is that we don't have two wars. We had seven
wars under Obama. Trump kept
those seven wars going. And then Biden
lost and got kicked out of Afghanistan
in a fire drill,
you know, bug out and leave everything behind, this disorderly withdrawal.
That should inspire confidence from everybody, right?
And we're still sending them billions of dollars, even after we're gone.
It wasn't enough that we left them, you know,
all these weapons and pallets of cash. No, no, no um war is the lifeblood of the state
this is in their interest it is not in our interest another banker war another central
banker war oh certainly we are the greatest nation the most powerful nation that ever existed. Wow. Wow. And he really believes that. He saw the arrogance in
his face. Makes me want to throw up. Can you imagine what God thinks of that? Makes me want
to throw up to see that. We do need to come up with funds, both for Israel and for Ukraine,
said Yellen. It's really up to the House to find and to seat a speaker and to put us in a
position where legislation can be passed. Bingo! We get the message that, you know, it's tough for
Jordan. Can't get that speakership. You know, you want to be speaker, don't you? Yeah, what are you
willing to do for that? You want to sell your soul? Well, you don't have to sell your soul necessarily.
Just sell America's soul.
Sell America out.
Oh, it'll be fine.
Trump supports you.
Everybody's been told that you're conservative.
As a matter of fact, the left has built him up.
He's so conservative, he can't be there. So this so conservative guy is going to probably wind up funding both of these wars,
which Kevin McCarthy wouldn't
be able to do.
You see, that's how it works.
It's just like Trump was able to lock us down and create this vaccine and all the rest of
the stuff, do everything the World Economic Forum had demanded.
And yet nobody suspected anything because we all know that no matter what Trump does,
he's anti-globalist and if you don't
believe him just ask the left they tell us all the time how anti-globalist he is as he's doing
everything the globalists wanted to do in 2020 amid renewed focus on the israel-palestine conflict
zielinski warned in recent days that, quote,
international attention should not be shifted away from his country.
He's so desperate for cash and for attention.
He wanted to go to Israel.
And Israel said, not now.
Not now.
But I'm all dressed for war.
I've been dressed for war for the last couple of years now
can i come i'm all dressed up no place to go so uh yeah we're going to have um no you know there
won't be when jordan becomes a speaker if this is true what is uh what kenneth yellen wants
what annie war says uh other people are saying this is his deal his faustian bargain that he
makes to become speaker um we don't have won't have a declaration of war we never do what we'll
have is a financial finesse we'll just fund it we'll just fund it for the military industrial
let's stop calling them the military industrial complex let's call them the military industrial, let's stop calling them the military industrial complex. Let's call them the military industrial corporatocracy.
The corporations.
It's not very complex.
It's not complicated.
We know who they are.
You know, we know that Austin has come from Raytheon.
They had to pass a special exemption for him because he had been with Raytheon for so long.
It's a military industrial corporations.
And it's a military industrial corporatocracy that wants war, war all the time.
We could be looking at a war economy that nobody today has ever experienced before.
You know, not since the last fourth turning.
We had the Great Depression, World War II.
And so I've been warning about this for quite some time.
And of course, it wasn't me that came up with it.
It was Strauss and Howe who said in the early 90s,
you know, we have this cycle every four generations.
You have massive economic disruption always.
Everybody looks at the institutions and say they're not working.
And it's usually accompanied by war, they said, because as Gerald Slenty has pointed out many times, when all else fails and when you realize what these people are up to, they take you to war.
And so, you know, that's in the cards.
That's the time in which we live.
And so we could be looking at a war economy that nobody alive today has really experienced.
Who can blame the markets for being jittery, says Benjamin Pinkton on Zero Hedge.
The events of last week are shocking if not entirely surprising the world now holds its breath as israel prepares for a full-scale ground invasion of gaza with only unseasonal torrential rain delaying the seemingly inevitable and again it's like what are they waiting for is it
is it uh iran and hezbollah threatening to open another front. They're moving people away from northern Israel for that eventuality.
So are they hesitating for that reason?
Are they hesitating because the second U.S. carrier group that is going there
to essentially have Israel's back and also to keep the Strait of Hormuz open,
it wasn't quite fully ready.
Talk about readiness.
And so they're delaying the deployment of the second one.
I think Eisenhower, I think the first one was Ford.
The presidents are going to rescue us as always, aren't they?
But anyway, it could be that. know could be the threats from iran it could be the fact that
the carrier groups are taking a while to deploy uh it could be the weather a lot of rain as he says
the title of the daily mail suggests it never rains but it pours uh u.s secretary of state
anthony blinken now finds himself the busiest man in the Biden administration
as he jets around
to be chastised
like a naughty boy
by world leaders
in the global south.
He has warned
in recent days
that Azerbaijan
could soon invade Armenia.
And some analysts
have pointed out
that the U.S.'s
military preoccupations
along with the absence
of monsoonal rains
in October present China with a absence of monsoonal rains in October,
present China with a window of opportunity to attack Taiwan.
So while they're having unseasonal rain in Israel,
they're having unseasonal non-rain in China.
Climate change.
Notice the weather variation is what happens.
Meanwhile, the second U.S. carrier group deployed to the eastern Mediterranean
has been temporarily delayed to ensure that the flagship,
yeah, it is the Eisenhower, is in peak readiness.
That's a nice way of saying it's not ready.
It's not ready.
Two carrier groups armed to the teeth as an act of gumboat diplomacy
with a clear message for Iran, don't try it.
Well, I think the clear message for Iran is what we see coming from Lindsey Graham
and Newcomb Nicky saying, let's do it.
Whether they did anything or not, let's attack them anyway.
You know, I mean, it's, you saw that yesterday.
I played that from Lindsey Graham.
Well, if it is proven that they did, well, yeah,
but we don't have to wait for that.
Let's just do it anyway.
We've been wanting to get after Iran for 20 years.
Probably some of these people for 50 years,
still angry about the takeover of the U.S. embassy,
except what they don't understand was that the u.s government took over their government 20 years
before that or 25 years throughout the elected leftist regime that they didn't like the cia did
and put in a ruthless shah of iran uh trained his secret police, trained by the CIA,
to take recriminations on families of people who opposed the Shah of Iran.
It was ruthless.
And what we got from that, the blowback we got from that,
were the Ayatollahs in Iran.
But for Americans, ground zero begins the day they took over the embassy.
Nothing happened before that with Iran.
They didn't even exist before that in the minds of most Americans.
So potentially we're on a path to something worse than great power tension and regional proxy wars.
Niall Ferguson wrote in the Times,
what we have is, quote, a cascade of conflict that has a potential to escalate to a third world war.
Well, that's been in the works for quite some time.
And many of us believe that is their deliberate intention.
Joel Skousen has been saying that for quite some time.
Way before the Ukraine thing happened.
It's their intention to start a third world war
and we know that that is the time that they understand this timing they understand we're
in the fourth turning they refer to it obliquely as a fourth Industrial Revolution a lot of these
other things but of course you know they the fourth turning that was the Civil War was part of a global industrial revolution
and the creation of nation states, a change from agrarian societies
with city-states as being the economic power
to a centrally controlled nation-state government
and part of the industrial revolution.
With events moving as fast as they are nobody can anticipate
what might light the fuse on the geopolitical powder keg well you know biden has been playing
the role of uh i guess a guy fox he's loaded everything up with explosives and uh in the
parliament and he's just lighting fuse after fuse
to just waiting for him to all go off.
It would be, uh, it'd be funny if it wasn't so dangerous and lethal.
Jake Sullivan's now infamous statement just two weeks ago.
Listen to this.
I had missed this.
He said the middle East region is quieter today than it's been in two decades.
It's starting to look like Neville Chamberlain walking off of a plane saying peace in our time, isn't it?
Yeah.
Just to, you know, give us all assurance.
Well, you know, two wars, two wars, which two wars is it?
You know, because I mean, we're still occupying.
We invaded Syria.
We're occupying Syria.
We're taking over their oil fields.
Like Trump said, just take the oil, just take the oil.
It's ours, you know, we're the most powerful country on earth, just take the oil.
And so we're there, and the only acknowledgement of the fact that we're there is occasionally when some rockets are launched and some American personnel or soldiers are killed in Syria, but yeah, we're there.
Got boots on the ground, stealing the oil,
so many different wars and so many different levels.
And we give arms to both sides as we just saw with what happened with Hamas.
You know, as Scott Ritter has pointed out, yeah, look at, you know, as Scott Ritter has pointed out. Yeah, look at, you know, we are the indispensable armors of the world.
And so now, which two wars?
Again, will it be a war with Russia and China?
Will it be, you know, something else?
Putin has arrived in China to meet what he calls his dear friend, Xi.
Xi.
Better make sure you get the pronouns right
um so he's going to meet with she uh and uh we've got a gang in washington the most powerful army on
earth we had a gang that can't shoot straight uh We haven't had a very good track record, have we, since World War II?
We haven't won any of these asymmetric wars, have we?
Got the crap beat out of us in Afghanistan.
He ran out of there with his tail between his legs.
Trump could have shut it down.
Should have shut it down.
Promised to shut it down.
He could have withdrawn in an orderly fashion.
So could have Biden.
But no, they planned on never
leaving they got kicked out iran warns of preemptive action against israel preemptive
action oh that sounds like pearl harbor or something well no it's kind of the you know
attack before you are attacked that's what we do right we've been uh to make sure they don't get
the nuclear weapon we've been doing um preemptive't get the nuclear weapon we've been doing
primitive attacks against them you know we have assassination teams that take
out their physicists and stuff right up next to them with a motorcycle and throw
a bomb onto the car that's a you know with a big magnet on it blow them up
that type of thing's been going on for quite some time. We attacked them with cyber warfare, took down all their computers with Stutznet.
Remember that?
I'll never forget seeing Catherine Herridge, who was the Fox correspondent for national security issues.
Nothing but a mouthpiece of the CIA and DARPA and the rest of these people.
And she was actually on, you know, talking about the threat of cybersecurity.
And she used Stuxnet as an example.
That was a thing that we did.
But, you know, we're trying to sell the idea that we got to up our game
because we're at danger.
We're the ones doing that.
And so, you know, when you, um, look at Iran, they're making the same
argument that we always make, I have to attack first, same argument that Japan
made, you know, we don't defend Gaza today said Iran tomorrow, we have to
defend against these phosphorus bombs and children's hospitals of our own country.
Um, and of course, uh, that's something that not too many people have talked about in the news
media, the white phosphorus being released on civilian targets by Israel at the beginning
of this.
Again, you know, the threat is to make sure that we don't escalate this.
The threat is to make sure that we don't become the monsters that we fight.
Look at this phosphorus stuff.
If I remember correctly, that was what was dropped on,
I did that in Vietnam.
That picture etched into everybody's memory,
if you're of a certain age,
of that young girl running down the street naked,
all the clothes burned off of her, screaming.
What a horrific picture that was.
And I remember that young girl has now grown up,
and she's become a Christian missionary, essentially.
What amazing things God can do in terms of changing the evil that men do for good.
So, Angry Tiger. Resolution for restoration of peace and constitutional order.
Good for him.
He put this up on a sub stack.
He said, yes or no.
He said, what would you change?
And essentially I'll just paraphrase it.
It's just something put out to say, Hey,
we need to restore peace and constitutional order.
And one of the things we need to do is remember the article one,
section eight, only Congress has the power to declare war.
And so we demand that all U.S. forces that have been deployed elsewhere without a declaration of war be brought back.
Was that too hard for Trump to do?
Evidently it was.
He didn't do any of that. and uh so oh as he points out be stood down from alert status as a result of illegal proxy battle
or war as u.s constitution was not amended it's still there you still swore to uphold it this is
from a listener chris lavin who says well judging from news reports, it looks like Israel and their plans are to, quote, act in the heat of passion, unquote,
against Palestinians. Right now we need to think back and we need to reflect on the
act of forgiveness and compassion. And we've had
a recent example of this demonstrated by the Amish
back in 2006. The shooting
there in Nichols Mines, Pennsylvania,
they publicly forgave the shooter,
and they showed compassion for his family.
That's tough to do, isn't it?
It's really tough to do.
Now, the government still, in other words,
you'd still forgive people and God can forgive mass murders and does,
I believe if they repent, he's promised to do that.
But, you know,
we still had government execute some of these mass murders who said they had
become Christians.
It was, I think it was ted bundy
son of sam i think both of them said while they were in prison that they become christians
i don't think it was i would hope that it is not just so that they could get a parole or something
or an outpour but uh life you get commuted to life sentence instead of being executed. But the government's job is to
mete out justice. But justice has to be
measured. And that's why we don't give carte blanche
for even governments wearing uniforms to shoot civilians.
And I began this, first comments about this. I said,
you understand the principle of just war is to try to minimize war.
We understand that violence is endemic in human nature.
We understand that there are violent criminals out there who will kill us.
That's why we have a police sheriff, things like that.
Unfortunately, they get off of their mission far too often,
but we have law enforcement to do that.
We have the military in order to protect us from attack.
And to act defensively, to try to spare civilian life
with the intention of ending the war.
And we don't get into a war without having a debate about it
and a formal declaration about it.
Once it starts, yeah, you give it to the president.
He is going to be the executive to run it. All of these principles are very important.
But again, what Chris Lavin says is
very important. He says, pray for restraint.
Pray for the families on both sides. Pray for a return of the hostages.
Ask our leaders to stop this. Which is, you know what?
Angry tigers putting together with that petition.
He says, it feels to me
like the world is sitting back and waiting for the worst.
Now is the time to step out and strike
while the iron is hot,
to defeat war, to defeat violence,
to defeat the pessimists of peace.
I implore everyone to ask for peace,
ask their leaders for peace,
and stop this madness. and pray, he says.
And, of course, that is the thing that we can do.
People say, well, I haven't even got a prayer.
No, you've always got a prayer.
You always got that.
It's not the last resort.
It ought to be the first resort because our weapons are mighty.
They have weapons of war.
They have chariots or uh f-35s
i don't know maybe you'd be better off with a chariot than an f-35 it's harder to
eject the charioteer uh than it is to eject the pilot it's all under electronic control
yeah but god can burn their chariots and fire.
It's something that was a weapon of war at that time
that was almost invincible, metal,
not something that is going to catch fire,
but God can do that.
And so God can change hearts.
We pray for our leaders.
What do we pray for?
Well, it'd be great if God would turn their hearts towards him,
give them a heart for obeying him, a heart for their fellow man.
But barring that,
as they say, a fiddler in the roof.
Is there a prayer for the czar?
Yes, keep the czar far away from us.
So, you know, that is our prayer.
Our prayer is for peace for everybody.
And I'm quite disgusted by seeing these voices
on the left and on the right.
On the left, kill all the Jews. On the left, kill all the Jews.
On the right, kill all the Palestinians.
I've seen Ben Shapiro, Mark Levin.
These guys are so angry they can't even talk.
They're on the verge of screaming in tears the whole time,
shaking with anger.
I'm sick of that.
That's dangerous propaganda, folks.
These people are not in control of themselves
they can't see the bigger picture they're going to strike out in a way that is going to escalate this
they should not be listened to they're not rational voices they're not guided by god
don't listen to them it is a siren song to crash us onto the reef.
Columbia, South Carolina.
Quote-unquote religious leaders meet with Lindsey Graham.
This was sent to me by a listener.
Yeah, Lindsey Graham alongside faith leaders.
What faith is it that pushes constant unrestrained war?
Please explain that to me.
I'd like to know.
Maybe it's the same faith that told people, you know,
if the government tells you to put pinwheels on your head,
put pinwheels on your head.
If the government tells you to inject poison into your arm,
put poison in your arm.
These same people, these same Christians, who for the longest time well romans 13
says you do whatever the government says right unless the government tells you to do something
that directly contradicts your religious beliefs you know like uh saying you can't have uh church
services or something like that right and yet and and I said all along, for years, all these Roman 13 people, I said, that exception,
you do whatever the government says unless it tells you to do something that is against
your religious beliefs.
I said, you watch.
When the government tells them to do something in direct violation of God's commandment,
they'll cave.
And they did.
They caved on the church shutdowns.
Then they caved on the religious issues,
not understanding that this is training for slavery,
training for mark of the beast, mark of the government stuff.
They caved on all of that.
And they attacked people who had religious objections to that.
So what does Julian Assange tell us about the U.S. wars years and years ago?
Well, Julian Assange was asked, this is from Inversionism on Twitter.
He put this up and posted a video and a thread.
He said Julian Assange was asked over a decade ago,
after seeing thousands and thousands of documents and videos from various leaks,
what had surprised him the most? And here's what he had to say.
It's the big picture of the war, that nearly all the deaths are in incidences that kill just
one or two people. A little girl on the street in a yellow dress who would frequently go
to collect candy and so on from U.S. troops. One day a tank goes past and for an inexplicable reason, a shooter comes out of the U.S. tank and blows her away.
There are just so many of these incidences.
I spoke before about checkpoint killings in one incident after the car was shot up and examined according to these internal US military reports the man
killed was a doctor delivering a pregnant woman
to the hospital. We see a very interesting
example of a town of 40,000
on the Syrian border whose population
went from 40,000 to 2,000 on the Syrian border, whose population went from 40,000 to 2,000 over a year or so.
And that town and that circumstance has not been reported at all that we could find in the mainstream media
or, in fact, in the alternative media.
There was just no reporters there
as that town collapsed
and people fled across to Syria.
Yeah, yeah.
And, of course, one of the videos that he saw,
I'll never forget,
and, of course, the U.S. military
and intelligence community will never forget it
collateral murder and uh it was the gun site of it's a gunship you know that was an ac-130 ghost
gunship or something you know where they've got they're firing from a very long distance and and
the people don't even know they're there they're so far away you can't hear them or see them
anything like that but they could see the people on the ground.
And you see people coming out and they shoot them up.
The guy has got a camera.
He shot them up.
Then they stay on it.
And then a hospital truck shows up, clearly marked,
with a Red Cross or Crescent or whatever it was at the time and uh they wait
until they come out and load everybody up into the ambulance and then they shoot the ambulance up same
people and um they released that and called it collateral murder very prophetic because
collateral murder is what they're doing to jul Assange for showing their crimes, their war crimes.
You see, this always happens.
That's why we have to keep our goal as the just war.
Once you get out there and people are shot at
and their friends are getting killed and so forth,
then it's on.
It's on.
That's why you've got to be very careful you don't open this pandora box so um inversionism said uh
again summarizing that so much of the death what surprised him was so much of the death
was not because of wartime conflict but because of soldiers killing civilians
either accidentally or intentionally and uh inversionism says when your mainstream media and military
is constantly telling you, quote,
these people hate us.
They want us all dead.
They hate America.
They hate freedom.
Do it in the voice of Mark Levin or Ben Shapiro.
Creating this evil boogeyman that you must eliminate in totality.
There will obviously be some sociopaths out there that have no humanity,
who have no problem killing innocents, killing children.
This is what we're seeing now with Hamas and Palestine,
or with Israel and the bombings.
That's why when Gal Gadot, the actress who plays Wonder Woman, said,
if your response to this is to kill all the Jews or kill all the Palestinians,
then the propaganda is working on you.
So some of you might remember some of these old videos when WikiLeaks first came to prominence.
Like the soldier throwing a puppy dog off a cliff for no reason.
Or the soldiers entering homes and mowing down an entire family, including kids, without knowing if they were terrorists or not.
I saw these videos years ago, and they're still burned in my mind.
I wish I could forget them.
And, of course, collateral murder.
What they're doing to Julian Assange.
Inversionism says that every American
needs to come to terms with the fact that the U.S. military
has committed evil acts,
just as awful as Hamas and Israel has,
and advocating for more war, for more death,
for more destruction
at the behest of these criminal central bankers
like Yellen
and the people they control like Biden.
That doesn't fix anything.
It only makes them more rich and powerful.
Everything they push us into, whether it's the COVID war or the climate war
or the fill-in-the-blank kinetic wars.
Everything.
Kills us, makes them more rich and more powerful.
Have you seen a pattern here?
Stop being a pawn in their chess game.
All the wars are bankers' wars.
They really are.
They really are.
We're going to take a quick break.
When we come back, we're going to talk about what is happening with the U.S. troops being sent on their way.
But before we go on rumble, timed non-tides says Western goats, including Israel, have waged war against their own people, building surveillance states, suspending all rights, forcing medical experiments and controlling and limiting all resources.
Well, as a matter of fact, I had this for later, but let's just play this right now. This is Netanyahu going to the world economic forum and talking
about what he was going to do.
I have to make sure that the future of the Jewish state
is safe and sound.
That's my one goal.
And I would like to be remembered
as the protector of Israel.
That's enough for me.
Protector of Israel.
He's saying this at the World Economic Forum.
Prime Minister, pleasure to have you on.
Thank you.
Ah, Fareed Zakaria, the guy who was telling us
we're going to have to get used to vaccine passports.
Thank you all very much.
In short, I gave Pfizer the argument
that they could benefit from the data that we could produce,
and they were convinced,
and then we went along and did this.
And in fact, our health system did exactly that.
We have a digital digitized system for distributing health, 1400 sites in a very
small country of 9 million. And they just work it out. And again, on the distribution,
you know, I take, say, I don't call him that much, five times a day.
I heard that you had been on the phone 70 times with the Pfizer.
And he's on the phone right now with the World Economic Forum.
Not 70, but 21 times.
But also I speak with Stefan Bansal of Moderna.
I've spoken to the heads of the other companies.
I think you need personal leadership here.
You know, it's like checking on munitions in a war.
You really have to make sure you're getting, first of all, the stock of vaccines.
Yeah, it was munitions, wasn't it?
And they have to be distributed in a basically in an optimized way that keeps changing.
But we're doing that.
Trade it to his country, just as Trump was to ours.
And I think the important
thing is not merely what we've done for Israel but the fact that Israel can serve as uh basically a
global really truly a global uh test case lab rats not for lab rats dangerous experiments but to
understand yeah this safe experiment that we're carrying, what is the best way and what is the efficacy of using this
and later Moderna inoculation to move the economies forward,
to open up the economies?
What risk are we taking?
What's the infection rate and so on?
So that's basically what we're doing.
And I think,
I think a lot of countries will profit by it.
Oh yeah.
Yeah.
A lot of countries will profit by that.
Well,
we're going to take a quick break and we come back.
We're going to take a look at the deployment of us troops now already. Thank you. Thank you. Making sense common again.
You're listening to The David Knight Show.
As I watched that, it used to be an American understanding.
It was embedded in that novel by James Fenmore Cooper
that our interests are not aligned with our government's interests.
The militia, you know, and the individuals in that story
who would say,
well, you know,
you got your war that's going on
between the British
and fighting the French and the Indians.
Well, good for you,
but we're in this to protect ourselves
and our loved ones and our family.
And that's what we're going to do.
I'm sorry, I'm not taking orders from you.
Who do you think you are?
You're ordering me around?
We'll see about that so the u.s has tapped 2 000 troops for
potential deployment to support israel wall street journal says they're not expected to serve in any
combat roles they're going to be in advisory capacities i've heard this lie my entire life
which has sent you know advisors to Vietnam. Yeah.
Kennedy.
Kennedy.
He would have ramped it up, I have no doubt in my mind, just like JFK did.
Just like LBG,
I mean.
It isn't clear under what circumstances
the U.S. could deploy the troops or to
where, but the Pentagon decision signals
it's preparing to
support Israeli troops should israel
launch a ground incursion into gaza well you know they deployed the they said they were going to
deploy the aircraft carrier but wait we're not quite ready yet oh well better get ready i guess
they've been spending too much time deciding you know which uh uh accessories they're going to wear
with their high heels and dresses there at the Pentagon, right?
Our leaders, give me a break.
Of all the people you would not want to follow, those are the ones.
Separately, a defense official told the AP the troops would, quote,
not be sent to Israel, but could be sent to countries in the region.
Oh, well, or like Iran or something?
I don't know.
There are signs that Israeli leaders could be delaying
not only out of concern for some of the 200 hostages that Hamas has,
but also due to the threat of Hezbollah,
the surrogate of, it's not a militia.
They're terrorist organizations.
They use that term militia because they want to demonize the term militia.
The threat of Hezbollah opening an all-out war in the north.
If Israel does go into the Gaza Strip of full force, but without knowing the exact
location of the hostages, it could be highly dangerous for the captives.
Do you think that, I mean, we're talking about 200 people here.
How many people in Israel have died from the shots, from the Trump shots?
I venture it's a lot more than 200.
He had an agenda that he wanted to get done with the World Economic Forum.
And, you know, to help Pfizer and Moderna, help them with their profits,
I'll offer my people as lab rats.
Do you think that he really cares about this stuff?
You know, you go back and you look at Reagan who deployed troops to Lebanon
and they had the Marine barracks there.
It was bombed, killed, what was it, a couple hundred Marines or something.
And Reagan said, this place is crazy.
We'll never solve this.
And he got out.
He was man enough to do that.
He was a man enough that he didn't have, he wasn't insecure. Well,
will they think that I'm weak? Uh, well, they think
that, you know, uh, not respect me as president or something.
No, he was a man enough. He was big enough. He didn't need their
respect. He respected himself.
So the U.S. Marine Rapid Response
Force is now headed to the waters off of Israel.
And again,
the response from the Washington Post is to talk about
diversity, equity, and inclusivity.
Except I put them in the order of D-I-E.
And so Washington Post says, behind closed doors, Marines are struggling with a glaring
diversity problem. Maybe they're struggling with a readiness problem, you think?
We've got everybody contemplating their genitals and they can't decide what they are.
And this is from the top down being pushed on people being pushed by the
Washington post.
This is what the Washington post and the Democrats and Biden are worried
about.
And folks,
if you don't understand this,
you know,
everybody said,
well,
look at how much money we have given to Israel over the years.
And it's been a lot and they've gotten more than anybody else has in
foreign aid.
And I don't want to see foreign aid for anybody,
but everybody pay their own way.
And I don't like the geopolitics.
I don't like what is being done.
It's ripping off the American taxpayer to give money to the military industrial corporatocracy. And yet, when you look at this, what is the U.S. really focused on?
As I pointed out the other day, we give $3.8 billion to Israel. How much has the U.S. sent
abroad to push the LGBT agenda? $4.1 billion dollars so the country that we've given more aid to other
than ukraine country that we've given more aid to over the years than any other uh is less is
less by about a half a billion dollars you know to uh well uh let's say, you know, 300 million, less than we spend on promoting the LGBT religion.
And that's really what this story is about.
They begin by talking about race.
And they talk to Zach Mullins,
and he works with the Marines and they said, did you know that you're
the only black fighter pilot in the Marine Corps? He flies F-A-18 Hornets. He says, well, I never
really thought about the numbers just because it was the job that I wanted to do. So why is he the
only black person there?
Has he been discriminated?
Have other people been discriminated against?
Did the black president Obama discriminate and said,
don't hire any, you know, don't let any black people fly planes.
We don't want that happening here.
No, of course not.
He wanted to do this.
He sought it out.
It's not an easy path to take.
It's hard.
And it used to be that the Marines focused on merit.
And,
um,
and so,
you know,
if somebody is not interested in it,
it's the same debate that we have about,
you know,
well,
why aren't there more women executives?
Well,
it's because a lot of them want to have a family.
And a lot of them, they're working for a while and it's not a permanent thing.
They would much prefer to have a family.
You've got to want this, first of all.
Secondly, you want to be able to merit this.
And so this is not an indictment of the Marines.
Should we put people in just because of the color of their skin
or because of what sex they are or because they can't imagine what sex they are?
They don't know what sex they are.
That's the next thing.
Yeah, we should put people in because of what sex they are,
and we should put people in who don't know anything about sex and gender,
completely deranged.
That's what we should do, right?
Do we want the best people for the job, or do we want to have diversity?
That is not a virtue.
They go on to say the Marine Corps, in step with the rest of the U.S. military,
has spent decades making a concerted effort
to push to be more reflective of the diverse nation that it defends.
Why?
Why?
Why be reflective of the nation?
You want to defend the nation.
That's it, right?
This is not a corporation, or maybe it is, right?
As I said, it's the military industrial corporation.
And so they're acting as if they're Coca-Cola or something.
If this is a war, you want to have whatever it takes,
whoever the best person is.
If it's a corporation, you want a virtue signal about this.
And you want to run it according to the rules of ESG
and all the rest of this stuff.
But this should be about having the best people in place.
And of course, they've been working on this for decades
because it was 40 years ago that this is what the Marines were about.
You begin with raw steel.
Shape it with fire,
muscle, and
sweat.
Polish it to razor
sharp perfection.
We're looking for a few good men
with a
medal to be Marines.
Well, that's a good commercial.
I see Travis in there.
Look at that story.
That's great.
What a great analogy.
And what a great slogan.
But they're not looking for a few good men.
They're not looking for a few good women.
They don't care if you're good or not.
It's got to be about diversity reflecting our society.
That's what this is about.
As a matter of fact, we go back to December this last year, uh, December 23rd, 2022, uh,
headline says us Marines are going to ban the use of sir and ma'am and a new transgender
policy.
Wow.
Wow. Wow. From a few good men to people who can't even use, they're going to
dictate what pronouns they use. In order to prevent gender misrepresentation that could cause
discord among officers. Well, if you don't know which of two genders you are, then maybe you don't belong in the military.
Let's just put it that way.
Even Corporal Klinger knew that.
Corporal Klinger said, I can't.
He knew the difference.
He pretended he didn't know the difference so he could get out of the military.
But now we got a military that's being run by corporal clingers at the top.
That's all they want.
They want people like Dick Levine, who calls himself Rachel.
They recommended, the study recommended that they get rid of ma'am and sir.
The study, by the way, was done by the University of Pittsburgh.
This university just keeps showing up
uh in things this is the place where uh the baby body parts were sent you know the heads
chopped off of babies and the hearts pulled out of babies that are alive they deliver the babies
alive so they can get these valuable organs. That's the way you do it.
And then they give them to the University of Pittsburgh so they can make humanized mice.
What an abomination that place is.
They just keep showing up with this stuff over and over again.
It's amazing.
And so we have a couple of comments here on Rockfin.
Audi, MRR, hey, how you doing?
Thank you very much for the tip.
That's very generous i appreciate that uh he says migration replacement neglected borders etc tells me that
the stage is being set for a false flag they'll be blamed on migrants while politicians who planned
all this play dumb again yeah that's right modern retro radio i agree um you know You bring them in and just kind of stand down.
That's what we were talking about.
Everybody's saying, well, it's Pearl Harbor.
It's Pearl Harbor with Hamas.
It's like, yeah, we've stood down on our border for a long time, haven't we?
And we don't do anything about it.
So we know what this looks like.
Kissinger's even telling us the truth about that now.
All those people we bought into, they're going to slit your throats.
Ron and Casey DeSantis and their three kids greet 270 Americans who fled Israel on the DeSantis Airlines plane, as they're calling it.
They got tourists that were stuck there out
biden couldn't be bothered i guess he's trying to find his way off of the stage
right uh he never can be bothered to help any u.s citizens with anything doesn't that tell us
everything about this the utter contempt that they have for American citizens.
U.S. citizens were evacuated from Israel to Mediterranean island country of Cyprus by Royal Caribbean cruise ships as well.
But Biden's not going to do anything about it.
He's not interested at all. Married couple Ron and Linda Newman were among those on the first flight the DeSantis initiative got out of Israel.
They also spoke with the press on Monday.
I don't know how we got on this plane.
There was no way to get out.
We were in an area that was getting hit.
It was a miracle.
I thought we were stuck.
He said to get off that plane and be met by Governor DeSantis, it meant a lot to me.
It really helped me to be welcomed back, he said.
He's a Vietnam vet, so he knows what war is like.
National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said on Sunday, there is no path so far to get U.S. citizens out of Gaza
as the border with Israel remains sealed.
He said they won't even pretend to care about Americans.
Don't even bother. That's least of their worries.
DeSantis said, well, there was a void of leadership.
Well, that's one way to describe the Biden administration.
So we just stepped up and led, and we're happy to deliver that.
Well, again, it is just amazing.
The utter callous disregard of the Biden administration
to not even pretend that they care.
Uh, also on Rockfin truck driver, Ron, thank you very much for the tip.
And a comment from Jason.
Hey, Jason Barker.
How you doing?
Um, the army be all that you can be.
It's whatever sex you want to be.
That's right.
Yeah.
And come in and we'll pay for the operation.
And as Jason pointed out, we had him on you.
Uh, you keep doing these operations and you don't have to be deployed. You out, we had him on. You keep doing these operations
and you don't have to be deployed.
It's a racket.
This is what they're recruiting now.
What are they recruiting?
So I saw this on
Zero Hedge.
Let's examine some real crimes
committed by presidents.
It doesn't print out on here who actually
wrote this. i don't know
if this is coming from zero hedge i hope not this is a pretty clueless article here when i first saw
this i thought yeah let's talk about the real crimes commit oh here we go it's from the mises
institute how sad that they have become cheerleaders for trump and i, you know, they do point out the crimes of everyone, every president,
except for Trump, Trump, Crump. Yeah. Uh, the Crump criminal. Uh, but they excuse him as a
victim. They say there's an entire class of people above the law or who at least act like they're
above the law. That is the political class, the hypocrisies of their effort to convict Trump
and to block him from holding office again.
You see, it immediately goes to his defense.
Wait a minute.
I thought he was above the law during 2020.
I thought he could order us around, lock down our businesses, destroy Main Street,
take our jobs, close our churches and schools, tell us to wear a mask and all.
Wasn't that Trump that did all that?
Don't you guys on the right ever remember any of this stuff?
I am so sick of this job, listening and watching these people on the right excuse everything
that Trump did as if he was the victim.
He's the Benedict Donald of all of this.
Nobody could have conned the conservatives like Don.
And that's what we got out of this guy. And he's still conning them. And they're still working with
this. Why? Because they make money off of this. I'm sick and tired of this grift, the lying
conservative media, as well as the lying leftist media. But the right is hanging on to Trump and making him more and more popular.
It's a chain reaction.
It's an echo chamber.
And so because this is the Mises Institute, they start out by talking about libertarians like Murray Rothbard.
They ground their moral opposition to state power and their appeals to natural law.
There is no special status that someone can attain that allows them to commit
crimes.
Unless they're Trump, of course.
Unless they're Trump.
If they're Trump, they can violate the Constitution.
If they're Trump, they can violate national security laws.
Nothing ever should be done to him.
All right?
He's a mass killer.
He and Fauci and Biden. mass murderers and netanyahu the idea that nobody not even the president is above the law is right in line with this view but
equally under the law equality under the law is a denial of their political authority
well yeah we see this all the time.
We see it from George W. Bush.
I wish I could just order people around like the Chinese president or Trudeau.
I love China.
They do whatever they want there to save the environment.
They don't have to answer to anybody.
Well, I think Bush, W., and Trudeau, and Bush, H, W, and the rest of them,
I think they've pretty much been able to do whatever they want to
without following the law, the Constitution.
This article says,
so it's bizarre to hear the political class use this slogan
of equality under the law as a rallying cry
when their wealth, their power, their status
is built on their political
privilege and also like Trump on their political victimization.
The way to get Trump, again, let's go back to Trump.
See, the only thing that matters, it doesn't matter that we're going into a world war.
It doesn't matter that the border is wide open, that he left it wide open.
None of this stuff matters.
You know, the economy doesn't matter, the slavery that they're coming up with,
every kind of justification that they can come at us for ID, except when you vote, of course.
But you had to have a justification for everything else in life with an ID, except for voting.
Which, by the way, that's the only thing I think you ought to have an ID for.
And if you don't want to produce an ID because you don't want to be a part of this criminal
grift we call government, and you don't want to vote, fine.
That's the only thing you should have an ID for.
You want to be a part of this system?
Get an ID and you can vote.
If you don't want to be a part of it, just get out of it.
But they will get you an ID for every activity of life, except for voting.
So the way to get Trump, Mises Institute is concerned about they're going to get Trump,
right? The way to get Trump is not to show that he did anything immoral or wrong, because, you know,
Trump doesn't do anything immoral or wrong. but to prove that he technically broke some rule made up by members of an earlier political class you mean like the
constitution or something you know that was an earlier political class that made up the
constitution he doesn't care about that yeah take the guns we don't have to do any due process
you got to get the shot i don't care what you think about your religious liberty or your medical concerns.
You got to get the shot.
Yeah, don't tell me that Trump wouldn't have forced people.
Probably wouldn't have been more effective at it than Biden.
And so they go down a litany of all these different, and they come after George Bush
so that they don't appear to be partisan.
George H.W. Bush launched a war in Iraq without any congressional authorization.
It was based on lies about babies being taken out of incubators.
Then he had President George W. Bush conducted warrantless searches and surveillance on American citizens based on the lies of 9-11
and the lies about weapons of mass
destruction produced by torture. But Trump would never do anything like that. No, Trump promoted
the woman who ran that program to be the head of the CIA. It's kind of like Dave Chappelle said
about Trump. He said, you know, the thing that's amazing about Trump is he comes out of this
building where, you know, all the elite leaders are, you know, and he tells said, you know, the thing that's amazing about Trump is he comes out of this building
where all the elite leaders are.
And he tells you,
you know what these guys
are doing in there?
It's absolutely criminal.
And then he goes back in
and he joins them again.
And that's what he did.
He tells us,
you know what they did?
They lined you into a war
with weapons of mass destruction.
And then he promotes
the woman who did it.
Did the torture, covered up the torture and produced the lies.
And then he says, uh, Barack Obama conducted more illegal wars in Libya, Syria, Pakistan,
Mali, and Yemen.
And many of those wars, Obama expanded George W.
Bush's policy of giving support to Al Qaeda, which is treason combined.
All of these illegal wars have killed millions of people.
And then we have Trump's war, the COVID shot, or as Netanyahu referred to it,
you know, the shots of the ammunition in that war against their own people.
And the war that they bragged to the World Economic Forum, how they're working,
we're doing exactly what you guys want us to do.
You proud of me yet?
I get a gold star.
I get a little pat on the head.
I've been on the phone five, six times a day with Pfizer and Moderna.
I'm doing everything they want.
I've sacrificed my people as lab rats to that corporation.
Gone to war with my own people.
Are you proud of me yet?
You're going to trust this guy
to run a war?
You're going to trust what he tells you
happened?
A lot of people,
a lot of people
in Israel, a lot of people
who are in the Israeli military, a lot of people
who are in the Israeli military intelligence saying, I don't believe this story that they just
snuck in.
Uh, so yeah, um, these people who run all this stuff on poor Trump, the only president
who did nothing wrong.
Well, we'll close this segment here by talking about switzerland
switzerland uh is trying to get back to their neutrality always famous for being neutral
and now switzerland's biggest political party wants to double down on neutrality just as the
conflicts in ukraine and the middle east make a non-aligned stance more difficult to sustain. No, it makes it more rational, quite frankly.
The right-wing Swiss People's Party,
which is set to win the largest share of votes in the election later this month,
is seeking to collect 100,000 signatures by May
to trigger a vote on whether to enshrine, quote,
everlasting neutrality into the Constitution, unquote.
That would allow it to roll back sanctions against Russia that Joe Biden was so happy to see Switzerland do.
So people looked at this.
And people in Switzerland, it's like, okay, we're getting drawn into this Ukraine thing by Biden.
We don't like this path.
So the biggest political party, the one that's expected to win in these
elections this month, putting together signatures for referendum to put
neutrality into the constitution.
And it's interesting.
This article from a mainstream media, calls the people who want peace the right wing.
And I guess, you know, the commies do want war everywhere, don't they?
They want war between different ethnic groups.
They want cultural conflict.
They want war everywhere.
Because that's their path to power.
More than 90% of the Swiss population still supports neutrality.
For the Swiss, the impartial stance is a national myth of almost religious consecration, quote unquote.
So it should be.
And it's not a myth, I think.
I don't know how this guy means it,
but I just got to say this.
It's not a myth in the sense that it's a made-up story.
That's false.
It's not just a fictional story.
C.S. Lewis said, the story of Christ is the greatest myth that mankind has
ever seen and by that he was not attacking its veracity as truth this
historicity he was just saying it was an epic story and of course Switzerland's
epic story going back to his origins I remember I was at the village of
Altdorf where they have this
great, one of the best statues I have seen. They've got some great statues in Switzerland.
They have one in Lucerne, the Lion of Lucerne, in honor of Swiss mercenaries.
And it's this big lion that's dead on its shield with arrows through it.
What a powerful statue, sculpture that is.
But then the one in Altdorf is a picture of William Tell.
And he's got the crossbow slung over the shoulder,
and his hand is holding his young son and they're walking
and that is the foundational myth the epic story the true story uh of how they resisted tyrants
you see swiss is more the swiss people have uh kept these, as we would see with the James Fenmore Cooper story.
They have kept these values closer to them than we have.
The last Mohicans have gone.
The last of the Americans apparently have gone as well.
But in Switzerland, they still adhere to that.
Switzerland, a country that put a cross on its flag
because it was so Christian.
And the country from where we got the Red Cross,
which is just an inversion of the Swiss flag.
White with a red cross on it,
whereas their flag was red with a white cross on it.
We're going to take a break, and we'll be right back. The common man.
They created common core to dumb down our children.
They created common past to track and control us.
Their commons project to make sure the commoners own nothing.
And the communist future.
They see the common man as simple, unsophisticated, ordinary.
But each of us has worth and dignity created in the image of God.
That is what we have in common.
That is what they want to take away.
Their most powerful weapons are isolation,
deception, intimidation. They desire to know everything about us while they hide everything
from us. It's time to turn that around and expose what they want to hide.

thedavidknightshow.com All right.
Let's talk a little bit about it.
I want to thank some of the people who have supported the program.
On Zelle, let me start out where we left off.
We had had, in terms of october this
is going back uh more than a week um jeffrey c sylvia d mona n madison f jonathan m gretchen c
rogelio j william r marco v felicia h kimberly m and juan r thank you all for Jay, William R., Marco V., Felicia H., Kimberly M., and Juan R.
Thank you all for supporting us.
Very generous.
I appreciate that so much.
And let me just read real quickly the things, contributions.
That was via Zelle.
This is contributions we got via mail.
And we don't have any way to thank these people directly except, you know,
if somebody sends something on Cash App, if they can find us there, uh, I can, uh, uh, click a little thing to say
thank you and acknowledge that we got it.
Uh, but, um, for those who have sent, um, things by mail, let me acknowledge that, uh,
Jack H Scott C Margaret T Jennifer L W., Sue and Dave W., Susan L., David and Joan F., Lyndon A., Stacy P., George M., Stephanie K., William M., John R., Joel B., and Rob 42, New Jersey.
Thank you all.
I really do appreciate that.
And just to let you know, we have updated the gas gauges at 3.8.
It's actually at 42%.
But, you know, it's closer to 3.8 than it is to 50% at 42%.
So it is in between the two.
We only have the gas gauge set up to mark out one eighths.
And so, um, that is, uh, where it is right now.
Um, I see on D live defy tyrant, 1776, Trump has committed genocide, bigly mass murder.
Yeah, that's exactly it.
But of course, everybody is so concerned about his gag order. And I got to say that I certainly applaud the sentiment of putting a gag in his mouth.
He was very proud of the fact that he had a mask on, if you remember.
I played this before, but this is Trump with his mask.
But now he's upset.
He wanted to put the masks on us.
He was happy to put the mask on himself.
But now he doesn't like having a gag on himself, right?
Speaking of COVID-19, Goldman Sachs put out a model yesterday
saying that if there is universal masks, it would be a net positive for GDP.
I would. Oh, I have.
I mean, people have seen me wearing one. I mean, I'd have no problem. Actually, I had a mask on. I sort positive for GDP. I would. Oh, I have. I mean, people have seen me
wearing one. I mean, I'd have no problem. Actually, I had a mask on. I sort of like the way I looked.
OK, I thought it was OK. It was a dark black mask.
Yeah, yeah, very appropriate for him, actually. He's got a presidential seal on his cheek.
Surrounded by men in uniform
because Operation Warp Speed was a military operation
a war against the people of America
yeah
so yeah he was very
I look really great in that
and he did a photo op
people took pictures of him as a matter of fact he even tweeted it out here's his tweet I look really great in that, you know, really. And he's, you know, did a photo op.
People took pictures of it.
As a matter of fact, he even tweeted it out.
Here's his tweet.
Donald Trump.
And this was on July 20th, 2020.
Yeah.
2020 is hindsight, isn't it?
We should have some 2020 hindsight.
Let me remind you what this guy did to you. He said, we are united.
This is Donald Trump tweeting out a picture of himself wearing his mask.
And says, we are united in our effort to defeat the invisible China virus.
Yeah, it was invisible because you made it up.
There was no pandemic.
Many people say it's patriotic to wear a face mask when you can't socially distance.
Well, there's nobody more patriotic than me, your favorite president.
That's what he actually put out.
Yeah, so let's gag this guy.
Let's kick him off of social media.
I don't care.
He didn't care about anybody else being gagged.
Masks on our faces.
He didn't care when other people were kicked off of social media and silence.
So now he gets the treatment.
You know, what goes around comes around, pal.
So anyway, I don't know.
Stick a gag in his mouth.
I'd love to.
Maybe Fauci could recommend something is left over.
You know, they had a lot of these things.
Fauci told his little puppet, this little quizzling Trump, told him what to say, told him what to do.
And Trump modeled it for everybody.
And I don't know what is going to happen to him if he doesn't listen to the judge.
And this headline from WND,
he was silenced because he used the T word, the T word.
Well, he used the P word,
and he's using a lot of other words that we would like to silence him for.
And WND is just, they want to silence President Trump.
Well, we can all dream, can't we?
Now he says, this is all part of the Democrat Party's plan.
Pal, don't you realize by now they want him as a nominee.
Trump is just goading them.
They know exactly what they're doing.
James Carville, when the Republicans said,
we're going to impeach Biden, James Carville said,
I can't believe what great luck this is for us.
It's going to energize the base.
It's going to increase the fundraising.
So what's he going to do to Trump if he violates their gag order?
First of all, the gag order is very narrow.
It's like putting a face mask on that uh doesn't cover your
nose or even your mouth you know it's like a little hitler mustache or something uh
so the gag order is you can't talk about the judge you can't talk about the prosecutor and
you can't talk about the court staff or their family because you know he likes to attack people's families as well so you can't talk about those
people other than that he can say anything he wants and he's out there i'm a candidate for
presidency and they're telling me that i can't speak send me your money look at what a victim i
am no you can say anything you want pal as. As a matter of fact, I think the appropriate punishment, I mean, what is she going to do?
What would she do?
Would she put him under house arrest at Mar-a-Lago?
Would she fine him a couple hundred dollars, maybe a couple thousand dollars?
He would raise thousands of times more money if they gave him a fine.
What is she going to do to punish him?
To me, I think the only punishment for this loud mouth who is afraid to debate is to send him to the debates.
She ought to say, if you're going to say stuff I don't like, I'm going to make you actually go to the debate and talk about issues and defend your record with other people.
That's what he doesn't want to do.
He wants to play this game.
He wants to goad them and get them to strike out against him and he wants to play these silly
little apprentice games this reality tv game so um you know he doesn't have to uh wear the gag to
work he can still as a candidate he can do whatever he wants to he just can't talk about the judge, the prosecutor, or their families.
And so what was the T word that he said?
That was a good headline.
It got me to click on it.
Like, T word?
Tyrant?
No, no.
Thug.
She says, is it appropriate for a defendant to call a prosecutor a thug and remain on the streets?
Well, I don't know. I guess so. Maybe. I don't know.
And then these other people say, well, what is a candidate supposed to do? Remain silent?
And you see, this really gets to the heart of it, doesn't it?
Because his campaign is not about you.
His campaign is not about America.
His campaign is not about our freedom or the Constitution
or to make sure that none of the stuff that happened in 2020 that he did
ever happens to us again.
That's not his campaign.
His campaign is himself.
The campaign is all about him.
The campaign is all about his victimhood.
And so, in a sense, to say that he can't talk about his victimhood is to take away his campaign.
He doesn't want to debate issues.
He doesn't have a vision for America, except for his freedom cities, which is his repackaged smart cities from the World Economic Forum.
You can't see through that, can you? He has no agenda for
the U.S. except for the U.N. 2030 agenda and for the World Economic Forum agenda. That's his only
agenda. He doesn't have anything in mind for us except what they want to do. He's a big promoter
of CBDC, just like Biden is. The two front runners want CBDC, which, by the way, regardless of what happens with war and austerity and inflation
with the price of oil or interest rates or whatever, far and away from the economic aspects
of it, as I've said, gold and silver as a hedge against the CBDC that the establishment
parties want, that the leading candidates want.
And again, you can find that at davidknightshow.com.
I'll take you to Tony Arderman and start setting aside some physical gold and silver.
Yes, for economic hedge, but also for the T word, tyranny, tyranny.
These thugs are going to come around and tell you that you cannot buy or sell
unless you get the mark of the government.
That beast.
So, again, he doesn't want to talk about anything except himself and his enemies.
So this is putting a gag on his campaign.
That's the only thing his campaign is about.
Him. Him.
Him.
Rumble, by the way, has secured the debate, the live streaming rights to the third Republican
debate, which will be held on November the 8th.
Trump, of course, will not be there.
And if Trump and Biden are the candidates,
you know, it's interesting,
they don't want debates and they don't want elections.
You know, both of them are playing these games behind the scenes.
Biden is tying everything down so much
with the party apparatus, with the DNC,
so much so that RFK Jr. said,
well, you know, I'm going to run as an independent.
But Trump is doing the same thing.
He's quietly going, you know,
behind the scenes and changing the rules of Republican primaries.
So it's not proportionally the delegates are not awarded proportionally,
but it's a winner take all.
And many other things that he's doing behind the scenes,
refusing to debate both of them because they don't want to talk about you.
They don't want to talk about the issues.
This is all about them, their career,
and their agenda,
the World Economic Forum agenda.
So it's going to be November 8th in Miami.
NBC News will cover it,
Salem Radio Network,
and it'll be a partnership with those two and with the
Republican Jewish Coalition. So the candidates who do show up will all be talking
about Israel probably the entire time.
It's not going to be about you and I. It's not going to be about America, even for those people who show up
to the debate. It will be on
the RNC channel on Rumble. That is where you'll be able to see it.
If you want to watch it.
I don't, uh, while Rumbles CEO has noted that live streaming, these debates
has helped to promote open dialogue.
Google, which owns, uh, YouTube has been accused of bearing Rumbles debate
streams and its search results.
Of course they do.
Uh, we know that's going to be the case.
Trump has called this federal gag order so unconstitutional.
It's like everything I did in 2020.
Yeah.
The guy who didn't care about social media censorship
until it happened to him.
And nobody cares about what happens to them.
Everybody is focused on what happens to Trump.
It's only about poor Trump and what happened to poor Trump.
Headline after headline after headline.
Top of the news, you know, these conservative sites and everything.
And yet, 1,400 athletes have died with this injection.
And that's just the people that there were news articles about.
If there was a news article about it, we don't know.
And there's a lot of countries that we don't know about that.
That's just athletes, by the way.
Dr. Makis out of Canada goes through and he talks about sudden deaths by profession.
Here's all the stories about, you know, recent stories about pilots who died on the job or nurses who died on the job or athletes who died on the job.
All of them from the Trump shot.
The man says he's the father of the vaccine.
Because nobody else could have conned the conservatives like him, and he's still conning them.
One of the most despicable things I ever saw was Mark Levin,
beginning of 2021.
Trump needs to take credit for this stuff.
Biden is saying it's his vaccine now.
Trump is the one who did it.
Yeah, okay.
People were already dying.
Mark Levin didn't care.
He doesn't care if you get involved in a war for Israel either.
He doesn't care about the Israeli people either.
He's got his agenda.
He's got his marching orders.
To comprehend the magnitude of this issue, athletes die.
One has to consider the total number of victims.
Records indicate an astonishing 1,400 athletes,
but I've seen higher reports than that.
Those 1,400 sudden deaths were among 2,003 athletes reported to have suffered
major unexpected health issues.
And almost all of them were people that had been reported in the media.
But what about the people that weren't reported in the media. But what about the people that weren't reported in the media?
There are also many countries or states with large populations
that have no reports at all on our list.
So the organization that put this together, called Good Sciencing,
yes, Trump is our poisoner-in-chief.
Trump is our mass murderer.
On Rumble, Michael DiSilvio.
He's a poor billionaire ex-president with an army of Secret Service agents.
Yeah, yeah.
And if you think he's going to save you,
maybe you don't remember that he had more bankruptcies than pretty much anybody else,
and certainly of any casino owners.
He had at least six bankruptcies of casinos.
Somebody who can't even make a profit with a casino.
Pathetic.
Rockfin.
Brian and Deb McCarthy.
Watch a clip last night from the author of Trump's Art of the Deal.
Who said Trump is not bright.
Well, there you go.
That he never reads.
I know somebody else like that, by the way.
I used to work for.
Is so self-absorbed and no regard
for anyone, but himself and it's not new news.
Yeah.
It's funny how alike these two are really, if you stop and think about it.
Um, rumble North American house hippo.
Thank you for the tip.
It says, good morning, David.
Sorry.
I can't afford anymore.
Well, thank you.
That's very generous.
I appreciate it.
An unexpected day off for me because my wife is ill again.
Oh, I'm sorry.
I can't vote.
But when my wife voted for Trump and Marco Rubio, it was with disgust.
Yes, it is a disgusting exercise.
Well, again, locally, it does make a difference.
I mean, this is not a theory.
It was real. 2020, I think the takeaway from that is to understand that the local officials can make it better or worse.
They can make it a lot better or a lot worse than what the federal and state officials do to you.
Those are the most, and we got it exactly upside down.
We focus all of our effort on federal offices and especially on the present
where we have the least amount of influence and, um, you know, it really
is at the local level and I can't help you with that.
You got to do your own research.
It's too many local, uh, things.
And that's one of the reasons why it gets that way.
We need to understand what the bigger agenda is and see where these people, if
you understand where the biggest, bigger agenda is, you'll see how these people fit into it. If you knew the agenda of dark winter and
all the germ games and all the rest of this stuff, you would immediately see, would have seen,
what was going on with the so-called pandemic. And so it's important to understand that because they talk about it openly and so understand that
so that you can push back against it um and um my son reminds me that uh north american house
hippo's wife was coerced into taking the shot uh in 2021 so i'm very sorry that she's ill. Uh, please keep his wife in your prayers.
Uh,
God is bigger than any of that.
By the way,
when we talk about speech and gag orders,
here's a Canadian nurse facing disciplinary hearing because she put up social
media posts that criticize the COVID mandates.
Not too many people talking about that.
Everybody's talking about Trump's gag.
Trump is not allowed to criticize the judge or the prosecutor or the court staff.
But this nurse was not allowed to criticize the global pandemic agenda that Trump was pushing.
Which is more important.
Oh, no, the issue is Trump is just, you know, this is awful.
Can you imagine an election where you're not allowed to do ad hominem attacks on people, your personal enemies?
Imagine that.
Imagine that.
Yeah, because that's what Trump's campaign is all about. Ad hominem attacks on his personal enemies.
That's all it's about.
The Justice Senator for Constitutional Freedom in Canada has argued in her defense,
has asserted that she has the right to express her views on vaccine mandates, vaccine passports,
and related issues like freedom of choice and medical privacy.
But hey, Trump is what's important.
Not any of that stuff.
And so, um, the judge says, um, Trump doesn't have the right to say
and do exactly what he pleases.
Wasn't that what Trump said in 2020 about church and about work and about
travel and about everything else.
So you don't have the right to do whatever you want,
as he was the little puppet of Fauci.
So let's take a look at all this canceling that is happening everywhere.
I saw yet another cancellation.
This is a Polish musician removed from performances and teaching job
after social media posts criticizing gender ideology.
This person, Iwa Justka, career has been suddenly ended.
Very similar, and I've talked about this in the past, about Stalin.
It's a Stalin-esque tactic.
Shostakovich, very popular composer in the Soviet Union.
Everybody loved his work.
The critics loved what he did.
Until Stalin went and Stalin said he didn't like it.
And then all of a sudden, the next day, all the critics hate it.
And the next thing he knows, he's canceled everywhere.
And that's what's happening. Except who is Stalin in this particular case?
Well, Stalin, the Stalinists, are the LGBT mob.
And so the same people that Trump loves so much,
the same people that Trump wanted the men in the women's sports,
he wanted men in his beauty contests way back when.
But what this reminds me of when anything is um
you know i do music for the show here and um there's a lot of good stuff that i got uh that's
very cheap a lot of it free let's put out but they also have samples that you can buy for
virtual instruments it's a company called spitfire audio out of the UK. And, uh, they make all kinds of instrument libraries and they have,
um, you know, all free libraries and they have a one it's called a piano book.
And he's either, but the founder of the co-founder of this company, because
he was defending JK Rowling, uh, in her war with the trainees, uh, said,
Hey, if this transgender issue,
if you're a parent, it's in the mail.
And if you have a child with autism,
it's already at your doorstep.
And for that, he was kicked out of the company
that he co-founded.
And I just went back recently to look to see
what he was doing.
And I saw that right after he was kicked out of this company
about nine months ago,
he did one more thing on his own.
He had already booked for one of his projects.
He had already booked a major recording studio,
big recording studio where he could fit an orchestra in it.
And so he was already on the hook for it. He'd already it so what do i do with it what he did was he got in a musician
friend of his who had also done a lot of engineering and he recorded just a single guitar
in this big recording studio and he put it out and he said the most over-engineered uh virtual guitar you've ever
seen you know just one guitar in this entire studio to hold an orchestra and it did it sounded
really cool they did some neat stuff with it and he put it out for free one thing called piano book
and so i listened to what he did now yeah let me get that sample his entire piano book thing has
been shut down now he doesn't even have that.
He's been kicked out of the company that he co-founded.
And then even as he says, well, let me just, you know, he loves what he does, making music.
But because he offended the Stalin-esque LGBT, he's kicked out.
And even that is shut down.
And that's essentially what happened to this person.
An electronic music artist, electronics teacher,
shared her troubled experiences in an exclusive interview.
She revealed that her ongoing harassment and professional elimination
began in July after she publicly voiced support for J.K. Rowling.
Same thing.
And for Professor Kathleen Stock,
both of whom have been critics of this gender theology.
Her Instagram post was met with fury of hate messages and threats,
which called for her cancellation.
The post featured several screenshots,
including one that defined the term lesbian as a female homosexual.
I thought that was a definition.
That's my definition, and I'm sticking with it.
Even as it critiqued the derogatory usage of the term TERF,
which they use as a pejorative against people.
They say that it stands for Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminist, a TERF.
They weaponize this term.
And many times it is accompanied with threats of violence.
And of course, in the LGBT,
there has been a civil war between the L's and the T's for quite some time. But she put this
post out, said, are you a woman who experienced sex-based discrimination? Have you been canceled
for expressing your views regarding recent misogyny and hatred toward feminists like J.K.
Rowling, Kathleen Stock, and others? Are you worried about constant language change,
which dehumanizes women's bodies and women's rights and women-only spaces?
Are you frustrated with constant policing, gaslighting, fear-mongering?
Contact me. I want to hear your voice.
Let's do something about this.
And so the Stalinists did.
They canceled her.
They contacted her.
As a result of the post, she faced severe professional consequences.
She was removed from a compilation album.
She had her workshops and her gigs canceled.
Even began enduring harassment from local musicians.
Because you see, we're now a Stalin-esque society. even began enduring harassment from local musicians.
Because, you see, we're now a Stalin-esque society.
So New York City is pushing for online digital ID verification for age,
saying it's to protect the children.
Of course, in New York, California, other places like that, they are hardcore pushing sexual grooming on children.
But now they claim that the children are going to get harmed online.
Now they're going to get harmed in the schools, harmed in the libraries.
They're pushing pornography to these kids at an early age.
But no, we now have to have people who use the internet need to have a digital ID in order to protect the kids.
The New York Child Data Protection Act and Stop Addictive Feeds Exploitation.
Which spells safe.
Safe.
Safe for kids.
Say the people who groom kids at school.
The people who groom kids with their drag queen performances.
The people who groom kids at libraries with their pornographic books.
In Austria, a new digital ID system to be pushed.
This is full-on the UN and the World Economic Forum.
And of course, you can see that, can't you?
But nobody can see this with Trump and what he was doing in 2020.
And the disguise of secure and seamless access to various government services,
the same thing that they did in India and the same thing that we saw in that
video that was produced by Ukraine by 2030,
the war is going to be over and everything is going to be so convenient for you
because everything will be done electronically.
You know,
you'll get all of the,
um,
you'll be able to comply with all of our rules.
And you get your licenses and pay your fees and all this.
And it'll be so wonderful because it'll all just be there with this magic mark of the beast thing.
They're pushing about 2.8 million people to get ID Austria.
This digital Leviathan will force everyone to comply.
Citizens otherwise will be barred from a wide range of essential government services.
Same thing they did in India.
Reclaim the Net says echoing the Orwellian undertone, registering for ID Austria for those without handy signature.
That's what they've been using before.
Necessitates a physical visit to a registration office, presenting a passport, residence permit, or a driver's license,
or any form of identification that's already been serving the purpose.
Here in the U.S., they're trying to set the post office up
to administer this type of thing.
It's aimed at providing users with highly secure access
to an array of government and commercial services.
Oh, but of course, the illegal aliens who come into Europe and to America and everywhere else,
they're given everything without an ID.
They don't need it.
It's just for us.
Sweden is considering facial recognition and drone surveillance.
Why?
Because of rising gang violence, just as Audi, modern retro radio, was saying earlier.
Problem, solution. Problem, solution.
Oh, we brought in gangs and now we got gang violence?
Well, here's a solution. All of you get an ID.
In the same way, we've got artificial intelligence here.
And it's being used to create all kinds of fake stuff.
So you need to get an ID, not fake stuff so you need to get an id
not the ai you need to get an id and so um illegal aliens and artificial intelligence
oh look at the problems they've created but you are the one who have to get the id
now this is chaos for control and we need to get smart remember that that? You know, the two, the Hegelian characters
in opposition,
the hero and the antagonist
was chaos.
Maxwell Smart worked for control.
Well, we need to get smart
about this.
We need to understand
how they're controlling us.
Problem, solution.
Here's an example
of what this is going to look like.
A Chinese man
fined over $144,000
because he used a VPN,
a VPN, a virtual private network.
And this was three years of his salary.
He makes less than $50,000 a year,
but they took all three years of his salary
because he was using a VPN network to work for a Turkish firm.
I don't know why he had to use that, but maybe, you know,
he was trying to get around the great firewall of China,
and they don't like that, and so they made an example out of him,
a precedent-setting verdict.
So for three years, they took all the money they made.
He was making less than $50,000 a year, but three years worth of work.
And you know, when we look at this, this German homeschooling family
that they now graciously given another year to, they said,
yeah, we fled Germany because we didn't, for religious reasons,
we didn't want to put our kids in the German schools.
We wanted to homeschool them.
They are antithetical to our religious beliefs.
And they came up with fines that were more than their
income just like this guy but george w bush and obama and trump and biden administrations don't
believe that they should be treated as refugees from religious persecution and since they've had
two kids here they also don't believe that the anchor babies thing applies to them either
because they're German Christians.
They're white Christians.
So it can't apply to them.
And when we say, well, only look at China, you know,
taking a guy, penalizing him three years income because he used a VPN.
Well, the EU is going to ban private
messages this week this week you know i said one of the strikes that kicked me off of youtube
2020 the year the world became china
got kicked off for that because that was true the eu is now becoming china banning private messages you know
they've got to know everything that you're doing no encryption nothing and of course they're
defending this in the name of protecting children from child sexual abuse material except these
groomers these cynical liars are pushing it on the kids and their education.
Finally, the Telegraph in the UK comes after George Orwell.
George Orwell was, quote, sadistic, misogynistic, homophobic, and sometimes violent, quote unquote.
They tweeted that out on sunday
they tried to cancel orwell for being all of those things and what is that based on
well it's based on a biography of orwell's wife now this is not orwell's wife's own biography this is something that somebody has done decades
after her death and try you know coming through and piecing things together with this perhaps
and one of these things the writer of the biography said that she wanted to visit
a friend so that she wanted to visit Orwell's wife but found that it was difficult because
Orwell would either claim to be ill requiring her to stay at home and tend him, or contact her while she was away, requesting that she come home again.
So the person who put this together says, therefore, this is evidence that he had a controlling environment here.
Which means that he was a misogynist and all the rest of the stuff. As people have pointed out, one person said, George Alexopoulos said, well, what the telegraph
has done is pure Orwellian.
And here are the four steps.
First of all, you identify behaviors that were once accepted, but no longer accepted.
Two, you find some figure from the past that is inconvenient and you want to erase.
Number three, you identify this now problematic behavior that you've now said is problematic
that this figure may be engaging in and use that to destroy their reputation.
That's the Orwellian steps.
And of course, we see this over and over again.
This is what they do to tear statues down,
and now they have turned it on to Orwell himself.
And of course the BBC, caught yet again in a lie,
had this for retraction.
Now before we go, earlier on BBC News,
we reported on some of the pro-Palestinian demonstrations at the weekend.
We spoke about several demonstrations across Britain during which people voiced their backing for Hamas.
We accept that this was poorly phrased and was a misleading description of the pro-Palestinian demonstrations.
Now, here's the weather.
That's it. Now, here's the weather. That was poorly phrased. Now, here's the weather. That's it. Now here's the weather. That was poorly phrased. Now here's the weather.
We're not going to admit that we lied to you. Thank you. I don't know. you're listening to the david knight show uh on rumble trump burger forever
my good friend at 35 died suddenly in a walk with his new fiance
shortly after the jabs rolled out i'm'm very sorry. And we're seeing that everywhere.
I saw another comment that was saying,
I'm not very well versed on this.
What would you people recommend or read,
get up to speed on history and things like that?
I would suggest that you start preparing.
And I would suggest,
as I said before,
you know,
prepare for where,
you know,
this attack is coming from.
CBDC and things like that.
Prepare to get out of that.
Go to thedavidknightshow.com.
But go to davidknight.gold.
You can go to thedavidknightshow.com and you can find where the program is and how you can support us.
But go to davidknight.gold, gold and silver, things like that.
And also go to civildefense dot gold, gold and silver, things like that. And also go to civil defense manual dot com.
This is a great set of two books.
And you can see a couple of sample chapters there from Jack Lawson to see what it looks like, the level of detail that's there now is the time you need to start preparing to uh build
community to feed yourself to learn some skills to learn how to prepare food uh i mean you know you
can go out and start buying canned food right now um but um you know there's other things that he's
got there as well that you can do yourself and start to build skills that are
going to be valuable to you. So, you know, gold and silver and skills are going to be things that
you can trade on. Let's talk a little bit about the election and issues with that,
because I had a follow-up to what I talked about yesterday. For Mike Lindell and my pillow, there is no turning back. And as I said, I feel
very sorry for him. He really does have himself in a
difficult position. He is on the edge of ruin, as they point out,
of the Minneapolis Star Tribune. Admitting even a shred of doubt
in his rigged election narrative could mean victory for the
voting machine companies that
are suing him for more than a billion dollars lindell has very little left to give even if he
were to settle the defamation lawsuits he and his company are both defending he says that he's run
out of money to pay his lawyers i mentioned this he owes them millions. And, um, you know, he's had the same people who have been working for him for a very long time.
He said, look, you know, I'm going to keep trying to pay these people.
Um, but he has been canceled.
He's been purged.
He's now been sued.
As far as the lawsuit goes, uh, they have produced an unbelievable amount of documents.
The Smartmatic case alone, more than 6 million documents have been produced.
Lawyers for that voting machine company said they would press on with their case
even if he winds up representing himself in the eventual trial.
And so, again, that may be what he has to do and so as i talked to someone in this article they
said a bankruptcy could discharge the defamation claims unless the claimant can prove that the
conduct was willful and malicious but even with that they you know i know somebody who
got like a one and a half billion dollar judgment and he's still paying himself over a million dollars a year and he hasn't had to pay them a penny.
So, you know, that could work if he wanted to go that route.
He should talk to Alex.
But I do feel sorry for him.
I feel like, you know, he certainly did not do this as a grift.
I think he honestly, truly believed it.
And it's sad.
And there's a lot of people who honestly, truly believe this.
Articles being written all the time about what's going on with Michael Flynn's
phony Elmer Gantry tent revival that he's taking all over the country.
Again, it's another one of these stop the steal grifts,
another one of these save America grifts.
This is reawaken America.
Because,
as that one part of the
saying is, you can fool
some of the people all of the
time. And these are the people
that he is preying on
as he leads prayers to Satan.
Helmed by Lieutenant General Michael Flynn and Clay Clark,
the QAnon conspiracy theories and the doomsday prophecies,
a two-day church revival held in August outside of Las Vegas.
Look, this is not Christian.
This is not a church.
This is not Christian.
It is a lie from hell.
Just disgusting to see this thing this so-called Christian nationalism it is again plagiarized satanic prayers and you see this kind of stuff
at the look at this this picture of Trump it is like Rocky Balboa or something, you know,
this boxer.
It's just amazing.
The idolatry and the desperation of these people.
They have focused everything on him and they project him into the role of their Messiah.
And what does does Messiah mean?
Well, it means literally anointed one.
We use the Greek term Christ, but that's what they're talking about.
So this one person says, you know, when they arrested Trump,
the Lord said something very clear to me.
They also arrested who?
Jesus.
How did that turn out for them?
Said a Newport Beach-based social media personality
whose YouTube channel blends discussions of gold cryptocurrency in the Bible.
Yeah. And this liar, this false teacher, he said, well, touch not my anointed. That's written in the Bible.
Well, you know, Judas went out and hanged himself,
flipped another part of the Bible.
Do thou likewise.
You're going to just jump through, pull a phrase here and there out of context?
Touch not my anointed.
Touch not my Messiah.
Touch not my Christ. They're setting up trump to be
an antichrist idol it's just disgusting to see this and so uh i constantly get people say why
are you still talking about this sting stuff because this is still going on. You know, I talked about that, was it yesterday, the day before?
And people went, oh, don't, you know.
And I think it was yesterday that I played the clip of Steve Pachinik
and the sting there on InfoWars with Owen.
And so, you know, I get all these people, why do you keep talking about this?
Same thing in 2021. All these people, why do you keep talking about this? Same thing in 2021.
All these people, why are you still talking about Trump?
Just leave him alone.
He's not president anymore.
I said, you don't understand.
He's still running.
He's still grifting people.
He's still destroying people's lives.
And you all think that he's wonderful.
They hated me for it.
I said, well, you know, he's not running.
Of course he is. he's wonderful. They hated me for it. I said, well, you know, he's not running for, of course
he is. And so I got on to, you know, to post the videos yesterday. I see this on Twitter from
a guy who's got 16,000 followers. His name is Josh Power. And even though he's only got 16,000
followers, he got 3.2 million views on this video he got nearly 3,000 comments
2,000 retweets and nearly 4,000 likes and I looked at this video and this person is and I don't know
how recent this was but this is a clip a woman telling the right side broadcasting all about the sting
and her QAnon theory that it's still going to happen.
The election, I believe, was stolen.
But we know that Space Force has it all.
Trump has all the information.
Space Force.
It's going to be overturned.
What do you think Space Force has?
Space Force is a military branch of the, you know, just like the Army, you know, all the military. And they literally, walk up here.
They literally, the night of the election, they literally watched the election be stolen.
They know, they watermarked the ballots.
They know exactly what happened with your ballot. They know what fake ballots, all right? All this Sputnik stuff. off they know there's um there was 260,000 269,000 uh sealed indictments but I think it might even be
up to 500,000 sealed indictments and I believe that we're going to have an emergency broadcast
and the military is going to come in with martial law and we are going to be shown eight hours on
eight hours off of videos for seven days the world and they're going to be shown eight hours on, eight hours off of videos for seven days, the world,
and they're going to be showing us taped tribunals, taped confessions,
and the world is going to be awakened to what's really going on with the deep state.
Yeah, maybe the taped confessions and stuff might be the kind of stuff that i showed you at
pachinik that he was done on info wars as a matter of fact it was amazing i flip on i pull up twitter
and i see that i'm not looking for it and that's the first thing i see and then karen has is going
through and purging her emails he hadn't done it for uh several years of personal emails she got all the
back to November 6th of 2020 she said look at this this came up again and this
is took a screenshot of it here is the email that I sent her on November 6th a
749 in the morning before the show, I was fed up with what I'd seen Steve Pachinik do the preceding day.
And I said, my comments on his latest bombshell,
I sent it to her and one of the person, I said,
is there fraud? Obviously.
I said, did everyone know that there'll be fraud? Of course.
Is CISA tasked with election security? Yes.
But number one, CISA is not a creation of Trump.
It's the latest instantiation of CISPA and on and on.
So the plan is to allow massive voter fraud, throw the country into turmoil and chaos,
and then expose them as criminals.
So I had that Biden laptop workout.
Again, this is November the 6th, 2020.
The Friday morning, as I'm putting the show together,
and I see this stuff from Pchenik, I was steamed.
And they pulled that fraud two days after the election.
Instead of lighting more forest fires,
how about putting out the big fire, the lockdown,
and allow in-person voting and support the Constitution,
individual liberty, stop the fear.
Trump would have easily won in an honest election if he had done that, especially if he would have stopped the fake lockdown.
Even I would have voted for him if he would have done that.
As a popular president, one who has courageously took on Fauci and exposed that as fraud and saving the nation from a technocratic bureaucratic tyranny he would have been in a strong position to expose male fraud with credibility but if true his secret machiavellian
plans will likely be ignored as partisan gamesmanship just like the laptop meanwhile the
u.s burns in chaos maybe that's the plan and i said i didn I didn't jump into Pizzagate. I didn't allow Pachinik to come on my show and say that no one died in Vegas for headlines.
I'm not buying this.
There will be exposure of fraud.
This is patently obvious and predictable.
If the plan was to give them a long rope, it's likely that rope will be used to hoist the planners.
So here's my conspiracy theory.
CIA operatives would like to come on here and spread
the idea that CISA is going to protect you.
They're the good guys. A long-term plan
is for electronic voting.
Blockchain voting.
U.S. Postal Service is already on it.
They don't want you
to understand that is
the most dangerous, corruptible way to vote.
And then they want
you begging for a trustworthy electronic voting system after all this manufactured chaos but what
happened was that they foolishly focused on just two electronic voting companies they completely
ignored how they got to a point where they had a male election and now trump is saying well i can
do voter harvesting better than anybody can that That's what I'm going to do.
Well, again, this is how we got here.
And this is why people are still focused on that.
They refuse to see what has happened.
That is what I truly could not have predicted,
that this illusion would go on for year after year after year.
Well, we're going to take a quick break and we'll be back with our guest.
We're going to talk about what is happening with bail.
You want to know why we see crime skyrocketing?
It's catch and release, catch and release.
A very dangerous thing.
And so we're going to talk about the importance of Baal, misconceptions about Baal.
Stay with us.
We'll be right back. Thank you. you're listening to the david knight show
well joining us now is Jeffrey J. Clayton.
He is the executive director of the American Bail Coalition.
And I wanted to talk to him about what is happening all over the country
as part of what we see happening with these prosecutors
who are turning criminals back out on the street, catch and release.
What triggered this in particular, this has been going on for a while.
It's been going on for several years,
but in LA,
they recently came up with a zero bail release policy and 12 cities in LA
County have sued.
And so we want to talk about that lawsuit,
but we also want to talk about the broader issues involved with bail, why that has been a long-term part of our government and our criminal justice system, and the importance of it and the misconceptions about it.
So joining us now is Jeffrey J. Clayton, Executive Director of the American Bail Coalition.
Thank you for joining us, sir.
Thanks for having me on.
Let's talk, first of all, about what is happening with this lawsuit, the issue right in
front of us. And then I want to get into, you know, as I said, what is the misconceptions about
bail? What is it good for and the importance of it? But tell us a little bit about that lawsuit
first. Absolutely. And really, it's sort of a combination of two lawsuits. There's an activist
legal group called the Civil Rights Corps that's been suing small cities throughout the United States for now going on seven years over their bail systems.
And their final stop is Los Angeles.
We've been opposing that along with a variety of cities from around the country and have won a couple of those cases.
We can talk about those later in other courts of appeals. So what happened here was that particular group
sued the judges in Los Angeles
and alleged that the bail schedule was unconstitutional.
And what happened was neither the city, the sheriff,
or the attorney general who was named as a defendant
in the case, defended the case.
And so the activist group won
that the bail schedule was unconstitutional
on arguments, frankly, that I think, you know, maybe some defense could have been put on but because none was put on uh the judge
decided to go to the zero bail schedule which los angeles adopted during the pandemic uh pending the
outcome of the case so these judges got together and said well we've got to do something so they
set a new sort of interim process of a bail schedule that we think will be in effect for a
while until we figure out what the next stop is going to be. But in the meantime, it means, you
know, things like, you know, shoplifting, some driving under influence crimes and other crimes
that now have bails are going to have zero bails automatically, which is another important problem
there is that they're not going to be seeing judges as the default, right? The default before
was bail, and then they could see a judge. Now it's just going to be zero they're not going to be seeing judges as the default, right? The default before was bail, and then they could see a judge.
Now it's just going to be zero.
They're going to be released and not see a judge.
So it's not like they're kicking them to a judge to have it evaluated at that point.
So that's where we stand.
And so we're going to see, you know, the impact of this zero bail schedule when it's enforced, not during a pandemic.
And when, you know, you're seeing crime increase.
And we've seen the result of this when we look at the massive looting that is shut. Even big box retailers from Wall Street can't survive with the kind of looting that we have seen going on.
And that's being facilitated by just this catch and release.
You don't have to pay bail.
You don't have to see a judge.
You just immediately release the people. If there's no penalty for organized theft, this is going to continue to escalate.
Let me ask you, you said that they went back to, you know, they had a zero bail policy as part of the COVID lockdowns and things like that.
This other policy, though, that they said was unconstitutionalitutional how long had that been in in effect
prior to the change with the pandemic well the bail schedule statute in california dates to the
early 90s i believe uh and requires requires a bail schedule and has various rules on when the
judges can go up and down with the whole idea that we have a uniform bail schedule right if
that we treat people equally is the reason that we have a bail schedule and now we're saying oh it's unconstitutional because people can't afford it well that's really not why
it was created it was created to very much avoid that problem but the big problem now is you know
what what are we going to do with all these people on zero bail when they continue to re-offend and
they know those loopholes in the system they're going to exploit it and that's what we've seen
in other places where we make the rules beforehand uh rather than leaving it up up
to judges yeah i know having a bail set yeah the leader of the of the conservative party in canada
was questioned about that and he said uh you've got to be kidding you they said well how can you
prove that uh people um on uh being released early without bail is has anything to do and he goes
yeah we've had situations where people come out and they would be caught,
released, and then go back and commit another crime, be caught and released,
and do that several times a day.
And he said, and it's a very small group of people that just keep repeating offenses like this.
And the person says, yeah, but can you prove it?
And he goes, are you serious?
Were you listening to what I had to say?
I mean, this is the insanity of this.
Now, you point out this exact bail schedule goes back to the 90s, but of course, bail has
been around. It's nothing new. It's been around since the creation of our form of government.
It's always been with us, right? Tell us a little bit about the purpose of bail and a little bit
about the history of it. I mean, the right to bail dates to pre-magnacarta
there's a lot of english history that i'm not going to get into the five knights case lord
coke all that sort of thing but the essence of it was that the government could not imprison you
that we you had to submit security for your appearance and really in this country it was
the right to bail by sufficient sureties uh which was the original sort of Pennsylvania, Massachusetts constitution. And really what it means is a third party putting
up a financial guarantee. As part of the common law, what that meant was you had arrest powers
and you could go across state lines. Supreme Court, I believe in the 19th century, called it
the option to select the jailer of one's choosing. And I believe the Supreme Court also said the bail
industry is a friend to the friendless
in a way when you need a friend and you don't have one. And so obviously there was a divergence
in the late 19th, actually early 20th century when the English Supreme Court said it was against
public policy to have compensated sureties, in other words, bail agents that take a fee to act as your personal
surety. Whereas, uh, justice, uh, Oliver Wendell Holmes of course said, no, you can do that and
states can regulate that. And so 46 states have said that you could have commercial sureties in
the United States. And so really it is a, an ancient, uh, form of our due process. Uh, it's
been around for centuries. And, uh, and so what is new is the idea that we don't have any bail.
And, um, and again, the, uh, what is the, if you don't have a situation.
Where you have, as you pointed out, do you choose your own jailer,
uh, which says that you're going to be back for the trial and they're going
to keep an eye on you, that type of thing.
What we see is, is what is happening, is happening in L.A. and in San Francisco
and the rest of these people.
It is total anarchy, isn't it?
Yeah, it's end money, bail, and then what?
Really, there's only two options.
We go to the federal system of detaining three out of four defendants
using what I would consider to be an arbitrary power that we really didn't have,
or we say you get a zero bail and we just release people that are completely dangerous. And so in California, for example,
the measure of staying in jail, and this is how bail protects public safety, so to speak, is
the measure of getting in or out of jail is putting up the security. If you don't put up
the security, you stay in jail, which means the rate of new crime is zero. So that protects public
safety. That's what people aren't taking into account here. And that's their whole argument is we don't think those people should stay in jail
because they can't afford it. Well, in reality, they can't find somebody in the community to put
up for them to make the guarantee. That's what we're talking about. And we say in our tradition,
well, then we should not release them because they're not going to come answer for the crime.
And so that's the distinction. And those people that stay in jail have a zero new crime rate
other than the crimes they commit in jail.
And that should be factored into all of this.
And fortunately, it's generally not.
We just say, well, you put them on bail, they still commit new crimes.
That's true.
But when they stay in jail pending trial, they don't commit new crimes.
Now, at your website there, the American Bail Coalition,
you address some of the facts and myths about bail.
And the first one that you address is kind of what you just tangentially touched on there.
The people, poor people are languishing in jail for the sole reason that they cannot afford a bail bond.
And so what would you say in terms of that?
And you have a couple of that and you have a couple points
that you point out but tell the audience why that is it's not about poor people
languishing in jail well judges are tasks under state and federal law with
adjusting the bails based on people's incomes and that's what's supposed to
happen I think what we've seen and what has been a problem and where the other
side has a point so I'll address their argument is that we've had bad due process in this
country when it comes to bail in other words you put in jail you cannot afford it and you're there
really because the bill was set too high arbitrarily by a bail schedule and it needs to
be adjusted and then you sit there for a week in some cases we've seen in some jurisdictions people
sat there for 30 days to see a judge to have a bail adjusted. Now that becomes a problem, but that's a problem of due
process. And I think that has been improved. But generally what we see is that people who are stuck
in jail have multiple reasons for that. And it's usually repeat crimes where the judges have set
the bails. They've burned all their friends and ties to the community. In other words, nobody
believes that they're going to show up. Nobody believes that they're going to show up to sentencing.
Nobody believes that they're going to go to prison if they get sentenced. And so they're not willing
to put up with them. And so that's generally where we see that. But I do agree that, you know,
some of these lower level charges that we've seen, you know, sleeping on the park benches and stuff,
we had a lot of arbitrariness in the system that needed to be fixed. But on the top end,
you know, felons, repeat felons.ons i mean these people are multiple time violent criminals the average person doesn't post bail in this
country has 10 prior strikes or more prior felony convictions prior misdemeanor convictions prior
failures to show up in court so they're not you know they rarely see a first timer that can't
afford bail that's stuck in jail and so in a sense what it is is is a risk assessment on this person not showing up or committing more crimes while they're out.
That's one of the things that drives the amount of the bond.
And as you pointed out, it should be adjusted also for their income.
But it's kind of a thing that says this is the seriousness of the crime and the risk of letting this person out. And so if that is judged by the judge and by the people who might produce the bail as
being too much of a risk, that person stays in jail.
That's essentially what's going on with it, isn't it?
That is.
And really, it's not a scientific or calculated.
There's not a calculator to do this, right?
You're taking in the interests of the people who are prosecuting.
The victim of the crime under Marcy's law in the state of california and other states has a right to be heard on dale
of what they think the bail should be so the judges have to balance all these factors like
you said the crime the prior record of failing to appear um you know all these various factors
ties to the community whether they're employed uh you know whether they live in another state
all this sort of thing all goes into the calculus under various state statutes. So you're right. And that is not a precise balance. And some people
are uncomfortable with that, but that's the process that we have in this and many other
parts of our criminal law. Yes. Yes. Now you're with the American Bail Coalition
and it is the bail industry. And as part of your facts and myths here, you say, well,
one of the things that has been said about this is that the bail industry is completely unregulated and takes advantage of
consumers. Give your side of the story. Well, we're regulated by departments of insurance.
We're required to be regulated as insurance companies by the Comprehensive Crime Control Act.
And so we're regulated heavily in all the states that we do business.
There's been lawsuits over consumer protection laws being applied,
and I would just say they're continuing to be applied in various states.
And so I think the laws are enforced on bail agents.
The other thing that I've been working on over the last seven or eight years in this role
is regulating bail recovery agents.
And there are still some states like my home state of Colorado where you could just announce
that you're a bail recovery agent, which means you're being transferred arrest powers and you
have no regulatory oversight by the state. So our policy has been, if you have arrest powers,
you should probably be regulated by somebody. And we think state departments of insurance,
but other states do it differently and use sort of the same bodies that regulate police officers,
arrest powers to impose some training and other requirements. But overall, by and large,
you know, we're regulated fairly heavily other than what I would say, that little area that
we're trying to improve. And of course, arrest powers, because if this person skips, they've
got to be able to arrest this person and bring them back.
To me, it seems like a very ancient perspective of, you know, things like putting like marks of retainer on, you know, deputizing people to go get something done.
Because people understood that that might be a more efficient way to do it rather than have a large bureaucracy is to farm out some of these things. One of the things that the bail industry is accused of and the whole bail process is accused
of, of course, this is an accusation that is thrown against everybody at one point in
the time.
If they don't like what you're doing, they call you racist.
So this is the accusation of racism.
Talk about that a little bit.
Well, at least from my perspective, from the corporations of insurance that underwrite bail,
we cut through all that. We allow people in whatever communities that want to become bail
agents and service personal assurities to be able to do that. And I think without
that level of national underwriting, it would make it harder for there to be people to come
into the bail industry other than, you know, longtime property owners
in those communities. Two is largely the system, and I'm not
going to get into the reasons why has disparities in it. If
you just look at the raw numbers in terms of population versus
the amount of criminal justice involved, you know, individuals
that are minorities, and so we serve those communities. We, we, uh,
allow them to get out of jail as appropriate,
secure their release and go through the process. Uh, and that's an,
that's an important thing as we know, for various reasons, you know,
they put on a better defense, uh,
they get their act together in terms of probation and trying to argue for a
better sentence. I mean, generally that just things tend to work better, uh,
if they're able to secure their release and get out. Yes. Yes. Let's talk a little bit about how this has
started to come about. And this is something that has been
changing over the last several years.
Chris Christie did one of the first movements of this when he
was governor in New Jersey. He worked with Democrats to
essentially, did he completely
remove bail at that point in time? But that was one of the first places where we saw this, wasn't
it, in New Jersey? It really was. And that was kind of his pivot to the federal system. So to go
kind of a little bit back in time is that there was bail in the federal system until the Bail
Reform Act of 1984, when we came up with a new idea, which is we'll just lock up the
people that we label dangerous and we'll let everybody else out and supervise them using
federal pretrial services and the U.S. Marshal Service to arrest them. That was the federal model,
largely thought unconstitutional because we had this right to bail, but the U.S. Supreme Court
decided otherwise. And so that was the movement in New Jersey. I would think of it
more as a hybrid system where we wanted to lock up more and deny bail to more people and say,
you're just too dangerous to get any bail. And that we were going to not require bail on some
of these people and give more summonses to some of these people on the lower end. And we'd still
have like a shrinking middle of bail in the middle. But as the system was implemented, I think the
Chief Justice really just wanted to get rid of bail. And so you really have seen it largely eliminated. And we go to a
system of just, you're detained, and you're there at the will in jail period pending some trial,
I would know certainty of when that's going to be or you get released on your own recognizance.
And in the case of New Jersey, there's very little oversight and supervision when that happens.
And so you see crazy results under that.
You see an expansion of the government wanting to detain because judges can't do bail.
And so you see a lot of that.
And you've seen a percentage of motions filing for detention increasing.
And so it's really a question of whether that's a system of long term.
Is that better? For the half a billion dollars they've spent on it?
We don't think so.
We think you could have just done summonses and kind of targeted these repeat offenders without having to spend all this money.
So I'm not sure it's really a better system, but that's kind of where the public policy debate lies right now is to end cash bail.
And then what? Right. What do we do then?
And none of the alternatives really seem to be much better
than the constitutional framework we've been working in for 400 years.
Yeah, and just keep people in jail longer,
have more overcrowded prisons,
and of course the whole idea,
you talk a great deal on your website
about reform for a speedy trial.
I think a lot of people who watch this program
are looking at this and thinking about the J6 people, you know, the January Sixers. Very few of them in jail for any accusation of a
violent crime, for example, and yet not given a speedy trial under, you know, difficult conditions
and awaiting trial for a couple of years, two or three years, many of these people.
Talk a little bit about the speedy trial aspect of this.
Well, you just made the argument for overturning US v. Salerno,
which is since 1984.
In 1984, if January 6th would have happened,
one, there would have been bail,
so they would have had a 76% chance of getting out,
not a 76% chance of staying in.
So we flip-flopped that since 1984. The other thing
that's been unbelievable that a report called Freedom Denied from the University of Chicago
pointed out recently is that the speeding trial time when there was bail in the federal system
was 60 days, was the average felony. That's up to 360 days now. And so what's happened is,
and as Justice Thurgood Marshall predicted, when we
take a shortcut to a conviction, there's no pressure to do anything. And that's what we've
done. If the prosecution knows you're in jail, then every incentive to go as slow as possible
and delay everything because they've got you and they know you're incarcerated, you're not going
to commit a new crime. They've done their job. And so that's what we've seen over time. And that
has had a devastating impact on civil rights and also
unnecessary pre-trial incarceration if we can try them in 1984 and 60 days with all this newfangled
technology exchange of electronic discovery all this stuff that we say should improve it why has
it gotten so long and really it's just lack of incentive if the prosecutor knew that the
bail industry could come bail out 50 of them they'd be in a hurry to convict them. So we're seeing that around the country as that,
you know, in South Carolina, for example, the average felony case is two years, you know,
and obviously, the bail issue becomes a lot bigger when you're gonna be sitting there for two years.
And so speedy trial is the number one way to reduce unnecessary pretrial incarceration.
The other example I'll give is Michigan.
18% of defendants, pretrial costs 82% of jail costs.
And those are people that stay 30 days and longer.
So you can do all the bail reform you want, but if you're not hitting the 82%, what are
you really doing?
And if you could cut that amount of time in half, you would cut the amount that they have
to sit in jail pending this outcome in half. We get them on the probation get them on the treatment or get
them in prison where they belong we have to get to this fork in the road and and the more that we
um you know don't focus on speedy trial and allow this to happen we just take a shortcut
to conviction and then everybody's arguing oh we need preventative detention we need to lock more
people up yeah because we never get there and we need need to get there. That's what this is all about.
And that is what deters crime.
You know, certainty of getting caught, swiftness of punishment.
And that's basic, and that goes back 300 years.
That's right.
And that's what we need to focus on.
And so the two extremes that we've got, and we don't like either one of those,
you either just immediately release these shoplifters,
these shoplifter gangs who just turn them right back out,
or you lock people up for instead of a couple of months,
you lock them up for a year or maybe two years.
Or as we saw in the case of the J6ers, lock them up for three years.
Not accused of a violent crime.
And I'm just curious, maybe you know, maybe you don't know,
what was the argument for keeping these people locked up?
For that long a time, was it that they could not get to a,
would not give them, why would they not give them bail?
Did they just not have that in the district of Columbia?
Or were they saying they were too dangerous,
even though they were nonviolent?
Well,
do you know what the justification was for keeping those people locked up for
three years?
In general,
there was a statutory presumption that they stay in jail just under the
federal statute because of the level of the crime.
And the defendant has to rebut that presumption that's how heavy it is you know you've got three out of four
defendants in any federal criminal case stay in so it didn't surprise me at all that people charged
with insurrection related crimes like this even if they had no background uh would face detention
and that's wrong and and here's the reality you know the reason there is bail is to challenge
arbitrary preventative detention.
The community can say, enough.
You've gone too far.
We're bailing these people out.
Now, that doesn't exonerate them, but it sends a message to the government that you've gone too far.
And that's why that extreme, I think, is bad.
The other extreme is just as arbitrary, is that we say, well, basic shoplifting, okay, then that's fine.
Well, what if it is the 15th time?
What if it is special circumstances where they used a gun
or there's something that the statute didn't anticipate
that we want judges to do?
So it becomes arbitrary going both ways.
And that's why this history of bail and securing your release
has been kind of the best way to draw this balance
and let judges, you know, and people say,
you know, we need judicial discretion
and everybody loves that until they lose. But that's the best system that we have.
Either side, it just ends up being too arbitrary, I think.
Give us an idea of where this issue is now.
We saw this several years ago in New Jersey, and of course, it's made the Democrat station in California, Illinois, Connecticut, other things like that.
What is the general situation?
Is this something that is rapidly spreading,
or is this something that is rapidly spreading in the heavily Democratic states?
Well, I would say that what happened in New York,
the three-time rollback by two governors of the original law,
has really sort of stalled out this idea that this is some successful solution. I think we are seeing it in two places remaining, which is sort
of Los Angeles and what just happened in Illinois with the Illinois Supreme Court affirming
the SAFE-T Act, which is basically a smaller version of New Jersey. In other words, we
take New Jersey and we say the list of crimes are going to be a lot smaller than what we have in
New Jersey. So I think, you know, there's been some conversations in other states about, you know,
going more to detention policies, but not, you know, necessarily as a reason to make it more
fair, but to crack down on repeat criminals. So we've seen that in places like South Carolina,
Tennessee, and other particularly states in the South, like, uh, Florida, uh, that are seeking to crack down, uh, more on repeat, uh,
defendants.
So as you look at this, how would you say the momentum is, is a momentum
swinging back in your favor then?
I'd say so.
I think the idea that we can just, um, wholesale allow a bunch of people to,
to get a, get out of jail free card is going to be public, good public policy sort of like um you know saying defund the police was going to work i mean i just
violated the basic common sense doctrine and basically it violated the whole doctrine of what
i was saying of criminal deterrence we can't prosecute and incarcerate everybody we have to
send the message that you are going to and convince people that we are going to get them if they commit
crimes and as soon as we lose that and we have said, well, you don't have to respect the police,
well, then look where we are.
So that's the policies we need to go.
And bail is part and parcel of that, which is, you could have bail set, you could stay
in jail.
We just won't know until you get there.
And that's the message that we need to have.
I think it is swinging towards your direction because people have seen what is happening
in California.
It is absolute total anarchy.
And, you know, well, these people are nonviolent, so let's just let them go.
People realize, are starting to realize now exactly how unworkable this is.
So I think it's very important.
I think it's one of the fundamental things in terms of due process.
You know, we have these things that are there, things like trial by jury, habeas corpus, bail.
These are tried and true. They were there for a reason, and it is very foolish to have these things that are there, things like trial by jury, habeas corpus, bail. These are tried and true.
They were there for a reason.
And it is very foolish to discard these things.
And we do it and eventually discover why they were there.
And now we can see in California why they were there all along.
Thank you so much for joining us, sir.
And again, it is the American Bail Coalition. And we have to, it's very important
what is happening to our justice system and how it is being ripped down at the foundation. And I
think this is just one more of the things that we need to reclaim and understand the true importance
of it and why it is there. You know, don't tear down the fence if you don't understand why it was
put up in the first place. So thank you so much for joining us and explaining that thank you you got it was a pleasure thank you uh we're gonna be right
back folks take a quick break and we'll be right back You're listening to The David Knight Show. Well, we have some time left.
I want to talk a little bit about what is happening in the news,
but first let me say hi to some of the people left.
Comments on Rumble, One Mind Covenant, thank you for the tip.
It says, Vicki B. in East Tennessee, my monthly buck, David.
Let's all give a buck today and get that percentage up.
Buck the system, give a buck for truth.
Well, thank you very much.
I appreciate that.
Every dollar.
Really do.
Appreciate it.
By the way, one of the ways that you can help us that makes a difference is and help to get the information out.
And I think what I do here is I've got a little bit different perspective than what some of the other people have out there.
We all need to get as many perspectives as possible.
If you can like the broadcast wherever it is that you watch it, please do that and pass it around if you like it.
Give it to other people to take a look at it.
But yes, liking it really does help to increase its visibility, and that is a big deal.
I'm not very good at promoting, and so I need your help in terms of promoting.
Also, if you could pray for us and i want to
perhaps pull that back up again there was another tip that was there um and i want to thank on rock
fin liberty mama thank you that is very generous i appreciate that very generous um why does israel
need a second amendment ask gun owners of america Well, everybody needs something that respects our God-given right.
But let's, and I think gun owners of America knows this,
even though the general tone of this article is that the Second Amendment is giving us something.
It doesn't.
If there's something the government does that gives you the right to keep and bear arms,
then that is not or any right.
If it's coming from the government, that's a government-granted privilege.
If it is yours because you are a human being created by God and endowed with basic inalienable
rights, which is what our country was founded on, that idea, and that's what is reflected,
none of these Bill
of Rights gives us anything.
We already had those things.
What it does is it stops the government from taking it away from us.
And so they say the truth is the individual right of the people to keep and bear arms
is necessary to the security of a free state.
That's why Israel needs it.
That's why every country needs it.
But I guess, you know, as you look at this, most countries don't trust their people.
They are afraid of their people, so they don't want them to have weapons.
This goes back to ancient times.
You know, earlier in the program, I was talking about William Tellem's crossbow.
Well, you know, crossbows were made illegal for people in Britain.
They wanted them to train, and they did have them train the yeomanry,
what we call the militia, trained on a regular basis.
They were required to train with a longbow.
And you remember, Travis, when we went to Warwick Castle,
and they had a guy there who was illust illustrating it and what they were doing he said
you could actually see it in the skeletons they had a denser bone on their left arm where they
held the bow out they were on the right arm and so they would practice quite a bit with a long bow
they wanted them trained for that but they were concerned about the crossbow because the crossbow
was powerful enough that it could penetrate armor.
So let's not let the ordinary people have that.
That type of attitude that you still see.
Well, I don't know that particular type of gun.
Just too dangerous for the ordinary people to have it. flows from people who, from politicians who are afraid of their own people
and have an inordinate fear of their own people.
Could it be that they know things that they've done to us,
that they are worried about us coming back to them?
That's what I've always suspected.
Well, you know, if you're so afraid to give us guns,
then you must have
done something to us that we haven't found out about yet. And so I guess now, as Israel has
reversed itself, perhaps they understand that the people there are going to perceive Hamas,
for the time being, as a greater threat than Israel. Whether that is true or not,
probably is at this point in time. But I thought it was interesting in this article. They quoted a tweet from Marjorie Taylor Greene.
She states the obvious about the right of gun ownership, and then she states an obvious lie.
She says, our Second Amendment is the best protection from every threat.
If you're armed, you can protect yourself from criminals or terrorists who want to hurt you or your family.
There is the obvious. And then she says,
as she just heard in that first statement, she follows it up and says,
and the second amendment gives us all the right to protect ourselves from a
trinical government. No, it doesn't. No, it doesn't.
We had those rights as human beings. Everybody has them everywhere.
Um, and so, um, Elon Musk even chimed in on that as we saw how vulnerable
everybody was, uh, in this attack, uh, Elon Musk, uh, comment was in response
to, um, and wokeness who put up the past three plus years have been one long infomercial
for the second amendment elon musk replied and said as tragic as mass shootings are
armed citizens are essential to the defense of democracy and uh to the defense of our lives
quite frankly it's our lives that we're trying to defend more than anything else.
Here in Tennessee, we just had in Nashville,
a man, we talk about locking up dangerous individuals and releasing them,
catch and release, catch and release.
Well, this is somebody who was twice deported.
They didn't release him back in the United States,
but they sent him abroad.
A Honduran migrant, twice deported, has now been charged with two murders in Tennessee.
Whenever I see this type of thing, it always reminds me of the distraught father from El Salvador,
whose daughter was murdered in school in Long Island,
in Long Island, New York.
And he said, murdered by MS-13.
You know, kids who had come here illegally,
that the government knew that they were here illegally,
would not deport them.
Kids that they knew were in MS-13 because they had tattoos all over their face.
But we're not going to do anything about it.
And the father said,
we came to America to escape MS-13 in El Salvador.
And I have said, well, if you don't have border control,
there's nothing to keep MS-13 from coming to wherever you are.
And that is true for all of us.
She had the interaction with them
because of the language and the culture
and that type of thing.
She interacted with them,
but they're going to be interacting with all of us.
And in this particular case in Nashville,
the two individuals who were killed were Hispanic.
Not clear if they were in the same community or not,
but still a heinous crime.
The top destination for immigrants released at the border.
And this is from Homeland Security Reporter.
They have it on Washington Examiner.
It's a map and they color in the different states
based on how many immigrants say they are processed with the clearinghouse
in different states.
And so they said the two heaviest ones, or not the two, but the four heaviest, I should
say, Florida, Texas, California, New York, All of them have seen over 100,000 immigrants in their legal system in the first 11 months of fiscal 2023.
Because the fiscal year starts before the calendar year does.
So over 100,000 immigrants in their illegal immigrants in their system.
New Jersey and Colorado each had 50,000 to 100,000.
And then I was kind of surprised to see that Tennessee was in the third tier of
25,000 to 50,000.
Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and
Virginia, 25 to 50,000 processed.
This is how big this problem is.
And of course, Biden isn't interested in doing anything at all about it.
On Rumble, a message from Jason Barker and a tip.
Thank you, Jason.
He says, push the merchandise, David.
Okay, let's push the merchandise here.
We got a MacGuffin t-shirt right here, and I'll show you what this looks like.
I like this design.
It has the website on it, but it has just the MacGuffin.
And I think if people see this, they might think, is that a restaurant?
Tell me about that restaurant or something.
And that gives you an opportunity to point out to them, these various scams that they run on us, regardless
of whatever the justification is, uh, it's just to motivate you just like the MacGuffin
and Hitchcock's movies.
Uh, they always have the same goal in mind, uh, whether they're going to talk about, uh,
climate or they're going to talk about COVID or any of these other things.
It's always the same goal in mind, even as they constantly change the climate thing, it's always the same goal in mind.
So it's a conversation starter also gets the, um, the website out there for people.
Uh, we do have, um, still have mugs at the website.
We have the coin.
I love this coin.
Jason Barker designed this coin.
Uh, it doesn't do it justice to see it on the website, but it is really a nice coin.
And it comes with a little, um, stand here that we've got.
That's a part of that as well.
Uh, but please take a look at, um, the David night show.com and you can see the merchandise
that we've got there.
Uh, several different t-shirts.
We've got some new designs that are going to be coming.
We'll tell you about them when they come, but appreciate that Jason, I'm not good about
plugging this stuff.
Um, and, uh, so let's get back to the news
i hate selling stuff by the way um but while we're talking about pricing things we have governor
nuisance in california has just decided that he's going to have a special minimum wage for people
who are involved in health care in California because he really does care.
After requiring that all these health care workers get their vaccine,
he really does care for you now because he wants to run for president.
And so they just passed a bill, and he signed it,
to raise minimum wage for health care workers to $25 an hour because they care so much.
And this is kind of strange because it was just last year that he cared so much for fast
food workers that they raised their minimum wage for that particular industry.
I thought this is really kind of strange.
They're going piecemeal, right?
Well, let's set a minimum wage for this type of work and we'll set a different minimum
wage for that type of work and we'll set a different minimum wage for that type of work. Uh, for the fast food workers last year,
the minimum wage for everybody in California was $15 and 50 cents an hour.
Then they raised it for fast food workers to 22.
Now they have raised it for healthcare workers to $25 an hour.
Um,
this is what these type of people, these central planners, these centrally controlling people want the government to make decisions about everything in our lives.
That's what they're doing.
And I think it's kind of interesting that they're doing this piecemeal industry by industry.
In terms of general news, one more item here before we take a quick break and we'll come back
um but an epstein victim who testified against glaine gisline maxwell has now died
and her family doesn't believe that she died of an accidental overdose they said before her death she was ecstatic she was all set up
had a whole new lifestyle uh she was um uh you know her husband and she had just purchased
property a couple weeks before she was found uh dead in this new house and um they said uh
this doesn't make sense this This is not where she was.
And, uh, the timing is very suspicious.
And then as this is happening, you know, we have the guy who was the founder,
the billionaire founder of Victoria's secret, uh, less Wexner.
And, uh, this is the guy who I think he gave, uh, you know, that mansion that, um, that Epstein had in New York.
I think he gave it to him at a sweetheart deal or something like that, uh, or let him stay there.
I forget exactly what it was, uh, about that, but again, had been a big financial supporter of Jeffrey Epstein.
And of course he was a big financial supporter of Harvard as well.
So now we've had a couple of billionaires who have now pulled away funding from Harvard because the
students, the Marxists there, are now celebrating the Palestinians and Hamas. You know, they're not
out there saying, no, no, no, they didn't commit any atrocities. No, they said, no, they did commit
atrocities. And that's great. We love that.
And so these billionaires are saying, really?
Maybe I don't need to be giving money to this institution that trains people like that.
And as I pointed out yesterday, there's a reason that they do that.
They think that it is virtuous to use violence against anybody
that they label as a colonizer.
They see Israel as a colonizer.
They see America as a colonizer. They see Israel as a colonizer. They see America as a colonizer.
They see Europe as a colonizer.
So, you know, Israel, America, Europe, all must be destroyed according to these Marxists,
according to the same rules.
And so this really is a product of Harvard.
But I thought it was kind of interesting that Les Wexner has now severed ties with harvard they never had a problem
taking anybody's money harvard has absolutely no standards whatsoever uh they would never kick off
this wexner guy because of his associations with jeffrey epstein that was perfectly fine with them
we'll be right back In a world of deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.
You're listening to The David Knight Show.
Well, let's talk a little bit more about elections.
We've had a lot of elections around the world just this last week.
And with one exception, all the countries are moving in one direction, and that is to the right.
And, of course course there's more
that are going to be coming up we're about to have the election in argentina and so all these things
are in view i thought it was kind of interesting looking back at the 2020 election this is
something just came out a new book that is um based on interviews this guy had with Romney, dozens of hours.
The book is about to be released called Romney, A Reckoning.
I don't know if it's going to be a reckoning for Romney in this life or not.
But anyway, the author of this book, who said that he had dozens of hours with interviews
with Romney, said that Romney told him that Oprah Winfrey,
the Democrat, the occultic Democrat, made a pitch to him to run together in order to save the
country. Well, that's kind of interesting. Was she suggesting that Romney run again as president
and she would run as vice president or did she want to be president
and have him on as a running mate you know who was going to be on top there Romney told the author
Coppins or Coppins that he dismissed the idea believing that a campaign like this would
inadvertently help Trump so they wanted let's have a, a, let's do this to save the country from Trump.
A source familiar with Winfrey's thinking said she was never serious about running, although some who were close to her thought that she should.
And of course, Romney's time had passed.
Romney was there in 2012 to make sure that Obamacare went through. Romney had already done Obamacare, Romneycare,
if you want to call it that, in Massachusetts,
along with Ted Kennedy.
And so the fix was in.
Regardless of who won in 2012,
whether it was going to be Obama or Romney,
they were going to put in the same type of move
towards central control over health care,
which we were always pointing out was a danger
that they could do to us
exactly what they did in 2020.
But of course they didn't need Romney care or Obamacare.
They had Trump there to do that to us.
But anyway, after the story was published, spokesperson for Oprah Winfrey
denied this, that she was not calling to be a part of the ticket and never
considered to the idea of running herself.
But as we look at the latest poll from Trump, and again, the primaries have not started,
but they're polling Biden versus Trump and Biden versus DeSantis or Haley, Newcomb, Nikki.
They say that both DeSantis and Haley would edge out Biden,
but Biden would edge out Trump.
I think we know this.
I think this is,
uh, the Democrats know this.
This is why they keep,
uh,
uh,
pushing,
uh,
on that.
Uh,
and the interesting thing is,
is that Biden has outraised Trump,
DeSantis and Haley combined.
All of the field.
He's got more money in cash than all of the GOP field combined,
which is not really too hard to do when you're able to take money
from foreign entities in violation of the law.
You don't have to pay any taxes on millions of dollars,
and there's
no penalty for any of this stuff get out of jail free card and we should not be surprised that
biden has got that much money because there's no rules that apply to him evidently let's take a
look at these uh foreign elections we had new zealand as i pointed out briefly yesterday
elects its most conservative government in decades. And so the next prime minister is either going,
will be a former chief executive of Air New Zealand.
He's put together a coalition with a smaller libertarian party.
I think, but I'm not sure that this is the group of people that we talked to
when we went to New Zealand in 1998.
Karen and I were thinking, at least I was thinking, of moving to New Zealand and went there to see what it was like.
And they had always been socialist and they bankrupted the country and they couldn't even pay their embassy personnel in other countries.
And so they kind of hit the wall with that.
They didn't have something like a petrodollar
where they could just write blank checks and print more money.
And so they had to confront that reality, and they turned around very quickly.
And so there was a lot of talk in the news media
about how New Zealand had a reckoning
and realized that they were on the wrong path with socialism
and they were turning it around.
And there was so much talk about that.
We wanted to see New Zealand.
And so, you know, we went there and enjoyed the country.
It was a beautiful place, very interesting.
And the people were nice.
But the politics were horrific.
And I had established contact with a guy who was, they called him the Rush Limbaugh of New Zealand at the time.
I remember this was 1998.
And so we had scheduled to have dinner with him and some members of their libertarian party.
And he did not make it, but the other people did. And we wound up having a dinner where we all talked about whose government was more horrible than the other people.
And they wound up convincing me that their government was even worse than America.
So we did not make the move, just did not feel comfortable with it.
You know, I just I'm past the point where I could feel comfortable living in any other country.
As a matter of fact, I couldn't feel comfortable living in a heavily Democrat state anymore either.
Or even some areas that are more libertarian, but maybe not as Christian.
It's like I'm right here where God wants me to be, where I feel comfortable, right here in the smack dab middle of the Bible Belt.
I'm right here in the belly button of the Bible Belt.
That's where i feel most comfortable
and uh and i can relate to the people but um yeah it was it was truly amazing and they told us a lot
of things and we you know even to the extent that the control of construction they had so many
controls not for the kind of stuff that we see the nonsense stuff that we have here about oh it's
going to be energy efficient and all the rest of the stuff.
It's like, well, hey, if I'm paying the energy bill, don't worry about it.
You know, that's their climate nonsense, their climate MacGuffin.
But there, they would say, well, you can't have a house that is higher than this, you know, one or two stories or whatever it was.
And you can't have too much on the outside of it because it looks too fancy or whatever it was and uh you can't have too much uh on the outside of it because it looks
too fancy or whatever and uh and it's like why can't you have a house higher than this well
because you might block somebody's view and you can't have some of these uh things on the outside
because um uh you know it makes other people feel bad if they can't afford to have as nice
looking house as you do and all this kind of of stuff. Wow. The, the envy that is the,
the foundation of socialism,
the envy is so ingrained in people.
Uh,
this isn't going to last.
And of course that government didn't last.
So maybe this one will,
maybe they learned,
uh,
from their experience with jab,
send a Arden,
uh,
we'll have to see,
but,
um,
the green party,
uh,
got 10% and the libertarian party, the ACT, the ACT Party, got 9%.
So that's really kind of where those people are.
They really are still not quite out of the woods yet.
In Ecuador, they rejected the socialists, and they rejected a 35-year-old outsider.
So that's good, and that's along that side.
So New Zealand, they're moving to the right away from Japson to Arden.
Ecuador, same thing.
And Argentina, again, as they're about to have the final election,
the guy who came out in the initial run, Javier Malai,
as the New York Times likes to label him, a far-right libertarian.
I guess they've never seen the Nolan chart,
you know, where it says,
well, it's not right and left,
but it's also up and down.
Anyway, leading in the polls
of Argentina's presidential election
that'll be coming up this month.
And so this is the New York Times effort
to try to destroy him.
They say, well, as a libertarian,
he says that humans do not cause climate change
yeah uh people should be able to sell their organs if they want and again you know they're
going to pick some of these uh applications of people being able to make choices about their
own body i mean this is the new york times new york times doesn't have a problem with
planned parenthood selling the organs of babies that they've doesn't have a problem with Planned Parenthood selling the organs of babies
that they've murdered. They have a problem with you selling your own organs if you want to sell
a kidney or something like that. This is something Walter Williams used to always talk about, you
know. And, you know, this is a side issue. I mean, we've got more fundamental issues,
as we saw in 2020. And then saying that his nation's currency is not even as good as manure
well he's certainly right about that um you might say that it's not as not useful as toilet paper
that might be a better analogy but then this is the kicker you know this is how they come after
the york times comes after javier mal. He called the Pope a filthy leftist.
And now he wants to be president.
That's their headline.
Quite frankly, they're accurate about that.
The Pope is a filthy leftist.
He is.
It's about as leftist as anybody is.
Filthily so, even other Catholics say so.
As a matter of fact, Javier malai is a self-identifying
catholic he called pope francis an imbecile he called him quote the representative of the evil
one on earth he says because he defends social justice and um last year malai said the pope
quote always stands on the side of evil now the new york times says because he supports taxes no
because he supports he stands on the side of evil. Now, the New York Times says because he supports taxes. No, because he supports, he stands on the side of evil
because the Pope always supports climate change.
Depopulation is that agenda.
If you go back to his first encyclical about the climate,
the Pope brought in John Schellenhuber,
who has a long history of pushing for depopulation.
That's his central thing.
And of course, John Schellenhumer has been the court jester for the Pope as well as for
then Prince Charles, now King Charles.
In terms of pushing world government, you know, the Earth League that Charles put out
there and called for planetary parliament and a world court and all the rest of the stuff and an earth constitution and all these different things.
I mean, it is a one world government and the Pope has been full on with that.
Most traditional Catholics don't see the Pope as Catholic.
You know, this is the Pope Catholic is not a rhetorical question.
It is a genuine question and it is answered in the negative by most Catholics who are not just cultural Catholics.
I don't know why the New York Times thinks that these types of attacks on Javier Malai are going to outweigh the fact that they have 133% inflation, as I pointed out, 133% interest rate by the Argentine central bank
that controls this currency that is, quote,
not even as good as manure.
And even with 133% interest rate,
can you imagine what your house payment would be
if your interest rate was 133%?
We can't even imagine what life is like with that.
But they're claiming even that that is not keeping up with inflation.
And of course, their inflation figures are just as cooked as their other economic data as well.
Their inflation, according to the official rate of inflation, is 138%.
Poland was the one
country that went the other way and i think it is interesting i i saw this uh from the wall street
journal they said they thought it was um uh ukraine fatigue and um that the ruling party there
a conservative party which is stood for the family and family values and
a lot of other things like that, but jumped in to become the war party.
And I think that this is a rejection, not of their genuine conservative values, but
a rejection of their war party values.
And I don't think that that is a christian value quite frankly and i have to
continue to push on the ukraine stuff and so i think that is why they are the lone ones out as
people rejected that and moved away from them because of this manic pushing of war in norway
yet another one where you have a historical blow to the left.
Norway's center-right opposition made near unprecedented gains at the local level.
Why is this happening so much?
And I think it truly is the rapid rate at which our societies are being taken down the LGBT road, the rainbow road.
And I think people see that deconstruction of their society. uh, road, uh, the rainbow road. And, uh,
I think people see that, uh,
deconstruction of their society.
They see the deconstruction where the open borders and,
uh,
bringing in literal armies of foreign people to,
uh,
you know,
Duke it out.
I mean,
well,
what,
what are you supposed to do when you have a,
like the small Italian Island,
6,000 people.
And just in the last few months,
they brought in 18,000 people.
Most of them, young, single men.
These are not refugees.
These are not families freeing some kind of persecution.
And they have no job, no way to make money.
They're there to live off of the people.
And that's three times the number of people that were there already.
This is the reason why people are pulling away
from these left-leaning ones.
Hopefully, these organizations are genuine about this.
In Italy, we already saw the betrayal of that.
We saw Maloney, who positioned herself,
said, I'm going to do something about these open borders.
And she's flip-flopped after she got into office.
This is the kind of betrayal that we always have to be on the lookout for.
And when the politicians, whether it's Maloney or whether it's Trump,
when they do exactly the opposite of what they campaigned and said they were going to do,
exactly the opposite of what you supported them for, you need to call them out on it and of course breitbart you know
now uh uh pushing um the the editor joel pollack said yeah bring on the uh the hamas uh the the
gazans uh the palestinians and the gaza strip bring them in he's always pushed against open
borders and as strong as they were and as that has been
their issue never would criticize trump for what he did not do and for what he did do on even that
issue so again uh in norway the final one there where the center left party been beaten by center
right party the worst uh loss that they've seen there since 1924 in a century.
There's a major move as people are waking up.
The question is, will they wake up quickly enough?
But the big issue is, not if God is on our side, but if we're on God's side.
That's it for the broadcast.
