Starting point is 00:00:00 Come on, come on, yes, yes, come on. At this year's Cheltenham, glory rests in the lap of the gods. Oh, curses. Alas, our hero hasn't placed. But there are still divine offerings up for grabs, with all NoviBet customers getting a €10 free bet for every day of Cheltenham. And on top of that, we're paying up to seven places each way on selected races throughout the festival. I declare this a most generous offering.
Starting point is 00:00:25 No, we bet. More power to you. Using free speech to free minds. You're listening to The David Knight Show. As the clock strikes 13, it's Friday the 28th of April, Year of Our Lord 2023. Today we're going to begin with an amazing thing that is being funded by the Clintons, as well as the Wellcome Trust. They're now talking about putting dead cadavers' wombs into men so they can have children. And, of course, as they looked at the aspects of this, this is in the NIH, a study in the NIH. There's no legal or ethical reason that we wouldn't do this, they said. As a matter of fact, we are compelled to do this legally and ethically.
Starting point is 00:02:05 That is the world that we live in. And we're going to begin with that, but we're going to talk also about climate. Look, they can lock us down with the COVID MacGuffin or with the climate MacGuffin. We've got them a bit on the run publicly. They're still scheming privately on the COVID MacGuffin, but they're getting much more aggressive on the climate MacGuffin. We'll be right back. Well, part of the Clinton Global Initiative, the Clinton Foundation and others, they are working with a private nonprofit openly aligned with them, the Wellcome Trust. And they have funded a study to determine if a cadaver uterus can be surgically transplanted in the body of a biological male. And I guess my first question would be, well, do you have to be all jabbed up with a GCI first?
Starting point is 00:03:10 Because, you know, we can't do transplants for people who are dying. I imagine they would waive that rule, though, even though it's coming from the Wellcome Trust, which is affiliated with Burroughs Wellcome. A study published by the NIH sought to determine if a baby could be ethically, legally, and medically brought to full term with a procedure. And as I just said, what is absolutely amazing about this was they looked at it, and the only concern that they seemed to have, they said it's significant risk to the transplant patient.
Starting point is 00:03:44 We just had a teenager die from one of these mutilation surgeries that they're doing to them. Any surgery is dangerous, and even something that appears to be minor. These gender surgeries that they're doing are not minor at all. And so they said it carries significant risk for the transplant patient, you think? The reproductive aspirations of male to female transgender women deserve equal consideration to those who are assigned female at birth. Who assigned it? Who assigned female at birth? Was it the person who put the designation down on the birth certificate
Starting point is 00:04:26 part of the government no it was assigned by god so they said it may be legally and ethically impermissible not to consider performing this kind of uterus transplant. You understand? Yeah, you must do it. I imagine they'll hold a gun to the head of doctors and say, well, if you don't do this, we will kick you out of the hospital, we'll take your license, that type of thing, no ethically and legally. We must do it.
Starting point is 00:04:58 The only question is medically. Uh, we don't really care what happens to the babies. Maybe the transplant surgery itself might kill the man. This is just absolute insanity, but it doesn't stop there. We have Bill in Minnesota. This is one of the key reasons I wanted to begin with this, not just because of the artificial, well, by the way, you know where this is headed, of course, right? Brave New World, artificial wombs. They're going to look at this and say,
Starting point is 00:05:28 well, you know, the only problem is that this is really dangerous for the transgender guy who is tearing up his insides and, you know, doing all this stuff. It's just such, there's absolutely no way that this would ever produce a child, in my opinion. It's just too complicated. There's going to be too many places where this Frankenstein surgery is going to go wrong.
Starting point is 00:05:53 But they are working very hard on artificial wombs, just straight out of brave new world. And of course that must be done because you've got all these people who are trans or homosexual or whatever, and they can't have kids. That's why they talk about a trans genocide. A trans genocide is when you don't allow them to groom your kids. That's how they reproduce is by grooming. Their reproduction is spiritual and it is mental and it is psychological but it is not physical so they have to steal your kids that's why there's no such thing as other people's kids kids that aren't your own or whatever so uh they're going to have to they're going to demand artificial wombs. Maybe they will use cadavers wombs for that in some way, but that's coming.
Starting point is 00:06:50 And once that happens, guess what? Yeah, it's going to be, the government is going to be ultimately become in control of reproduction, just like in brave new world, but of course they'll again, use the trends and the trainees as shock troops and all this and of course they're being used as shock troops for pedophilia i've been saying this as soon as i heard about all this grooming of kids oh well you know we're going to start talking to kids in kindergarten elementary school they can make this determination and of course, the implication is obvious. If they can start mutilating themselves with chemicals and surgery,
Starting point is 00:07:29 then of course they can also consent to sex at a minor age. And once you make that determination that there's no such thing as statutory rape, now we're just going to mess with the numbers. And we've seen this, for instance, in the climate MacGuffin. Well, we're going to ban all cars by 2050, 2045, 2040. Do I hear 2030? Yes, it's old at 2030. So they get, they establish a principle and then they ramp it in. And that's what they're going to do with the age of consent. And so we have a bill in Minnesota. It's put forth by a tranny who got elected,
Starting point is 00:08:06 a man who is pretending to be a woman. We've had two males pretending to be women who've gotten elected to the state houses, one in Minnesota, one in Montana, and they're both causing all kinds of problems. As a matter of fact, the one in Montana has elected from liberal Missoula, Montana, NPR land. I remember when I was in college, because I'd listened to NPR.
Starting point is 00:08:38 I wanted to hear the classical music. They were only a classical music station there. How white and racist is that? I listened to classical music station there you know how how white and racist is that i listened to classical music we'll get to that in just a second it's a story about that but the uh this guy who got elected from missoula montana goes to the state house and it's now become a thing blood on your hands right after this tranny murdered children at that Christian school and adults, their response was, the blood is on your hands. You're the problem.
Starting point is 00:09:16 You're the reason this happened, right? Blaming Christians, not guns even, but Christians, and saying this is your problem because you're writing laws to keep us away from children. So, yeah, we're entitled to kill you. This is why I called it for the longest time. Sodom, go Marxist, because the LGBT and the CRT go hand in hand. Radical Marxism to transform society.
Starting point is 00:09:50 And of course, the depravity of the LGBT. All hand in hand. And so in Montana, this guy is responding to a bunch of bills that are going to keep these pervs away from kids. And that's the issue. You know, Drudge is always running these stories. to a bunch of bills that are going to keep these pervs away from kids. And that's the issue. You know, Drudge is always running these stories. Well, look, you know, we've got this gay rodeo in Texas, and it's been here for 30 years,
Starting point is 00:10:13 and now they're worried that it's going to be shut down. It's like, nobody's coming after your rodeo unless you're doing sexual things with kids, sexual dances with kids and the rest of this kind of stuff. And of course, it's been there for 30 years. It's after they started coming for the kids that people started pushing back. And all this stuff has been about the kids. You know, these guys want to have a gay rodeo.
Starting point is 00:10:39 That's up to them. Nobody's trying to shut down their gay rodeo. We're just trying to keep them away for kids. But you see, that is, by the way that they're acting with all this stuff, they're all embracing pedophilia. That's why there's a group that's come out called Gays Against Pedophilia or something like that. And I've seen a couple of things that they've said,
Starting point is 00:11:03 a couple of things that they've posted. They're trying to distance themselves from this, uh, played clips of, um, a woman who was a lesbian. She said, look, I, if I'd known it was going to end up here, I would have never pushed with this LGBT stuff. So there are people there who understand that this is about going after the kids, but the vast majority of them and the way it's being sold in the media is, oh, if you put any laws, they're saying that you're not going to show pornography to kids, you're not going to groom them and you're not going to have obscene dances in front of them and everything. Well, you were trying to literally kill us playing the victim card. And so this guy
Starting point is 00:11:38 who pretends to be a woman, uh, in Montana, uh, as they had these bills, said, you're going to have blood on your hands, blood on your hands. And they said, okay, we know what that's about, because that's become a meme by the LGBT. You're literally threatening us with violence. And instead of expelling him, like they did in Tennessee, they learned the lesson in Tennessee, because once they expelled these three people who took over the legislative session, well, they didn't expel two of them. One of them failed by a single vote. So they became heroes and they were reinstated.
Starting point is 00:12:14 The two that were kicked out got reinstated by their the places that they represented in Nashville and in Memphis. Big cities, of course. So they immediately got reinstated. So they're right back and nothing really happened. What they did in Montana though, was wiser after seeing what happened. They said, we're going to ban him from the floor. He's not going to speak on the floor for a year or the rest of this term. That's the way to handle this stuff.
Starting point is 00:12:42 So we learn, right. We learn, um, I supported the efforts to try to get them out. But of course, the fact that they came right back in. And now you've got a governor who's out there trying to pander to the trannies and to the gun control people by putting in some gun stuff. And they're going to have a special session that he wants to call. And later today, after the show is over, I'm going to be talking to Catherine Austin Fitz because we need to stop this here. And we're going to try to get this video. We're going to talk about the gun thing. We're going to try to get it to all the state representatives here in Tennessee, because this needs to be stopped.
Starting point is 00:13:26 Right now, Governor Lee is going around calling them one by one, trying to count to see if he's got the votes, because he's called a special session in the past for something that he wanted to have passed, and it failed. And I don't think there's support. There should not be support in the republican party if he does this he's going to seriously damage the republican party if he can successfully turn these people uh they may not get re-elected in tennessee because the people of
Starting point is 00:14:01 tennessee are not going to turn on this issue even Even if he can get the Republicans to turn on this issue, the people are not. And it's sad because, you know, I talked to Senator nicely about, you know, what has happened in the recent history here. They had Democrats in charge here, like in most Southern states for 150 years. And just the last few years, they got a Republican majority, and it's a super majority. They've been able to get rid of four major taxes, like the income tax. They've changed the homeschooling laws.
Starting point is 00:14:33 They've put in constitutional carry. They've done a lot of really good things in the last few years. And we don't want to damage that Republican majority by betraying the voters. We send them in. We wanted constitutional care. We don't want Governor Lee's gun control bills because he gets a visit by Sheryl Crow and by Amy Grant and other celebrities who are out there. Of course, they're going to be on the left.
Starting point is 00:15:02 Of course, they're going to be anti-gun. These are celebrities. He's got to be on the left. Of course, they're going to be anti-gun. These are celebrities. He's got to get the stars out of his eyes, and he's got to start looking at what people in Tennessee want. And so we're going to do that interview this afternoon. Hopefully, we can get it out to representatives before they make up their mind and come back. But going back to this training thing, what is happening,
Starting point is 00:15:26 that's Montana, where they said, we're going to ban this guy from the floor. You cannot, if you succumb to this kind of pressure. At this year's Cheltenham, glory rests in the lap of the gods. Curses. Alas, our hero hasn't placed. But there are still divine offerings up for grabs, with all NoviBet customers getting a €10 free bet
Starting point is 00:15:52 for every day of Cheltenham. And on top of that, we're paying up to seven places each way on selected races throughout the festival. I declare this a most generous offering. NoviBet. More power to you. T&C Supply 18+. Bet responsibly. Gamblingcare.ie. And blackmail.. More power to you. T's and C's apply. 18 plus. Bet responsibly. Gamblingcare.ie.
Starting point is 00:16:07 And blackmail. If you try to appease these people, then you will never, they'll never stop. They'll come back for more. That's what Governor Lee is doing. He's trying to appease these people. Well, I've got a red flag law. You like red flag laws, right? And then he tells the conservatives, no, this isn't a real red flag law. We've got some differences in there.
Starting point is 00:16:28 There's not an ex parte hearing and there's some other, no, you're selling this as a red flag law. And the important thing is not what's in that bill even, but the fact that you were trying to appease the radical left. And if you feed them, they'll come back for more. They're like a wild animal. And eventually they'll come back for more they're like a wild animal and eventually they'll come after you so that has to stop you can't appease these people you have to draw the line with the constitution so in minnesota what is happening there is they have a bill prohibiting any discrimination and protecting people based on sexual orientation. You get special protections in Minnesota based on sexual orientation.
Starting point is 00:17:15 It's a protected legal class. So you get protections in employment and housing and public accommodations and public service and educational institutions, credit and business discrimination, all these different things. And that's not enough for them, right? Because now they want to put in there as a part of the sexual orientation protected class. What they did was they specifically excluded pedophiles in that. So we're going to give special favors to LGBT, but not to the minor attracted persons, not to pedophiles. That's not going to be a sexual orientation that we're going to support and protect.
Starting point is 00:17:55 And so this tranny wants to strike that language. The phrase sexual orientation does not include a physical or sexual attachment to children by an adult. That would be struck. And that's what he's trying to do. You know, when I look at this and how this has been normalized, again, the trainees are the shock troops for pedophilia. And again, they're going to be this whole mentality that I can be whatever I want. I imagine, you know, I can be a furry, I can be an animal. Uh, I can be a stuffed animal. If I want to be a stuffed animal, that's going to be used to push people into the metaverse
Starting point is 00:18:38 into a virtual reality. So that you completely drop out and you're not a problem for them. You know, Yuval Harari has talked about that at the World Economic Forum. He said the way we're going to control people is with drugs and with video games. We're going to get people into the virtual reality and we're going to make them happy there in their little shed that they live in and they never get out of. But, you know, in virtual reality, they can go anywhere, do anything. They can be anybody that they want. Ready player one.
Starting point is 00:19:09 That's the world they want. And so the trannies are the shock troops for that as well. But primarily, they've been the shock troops for pedophilia. And now they're rolling that out, literally rolling it out. And I look at how this all began. And when they started pushing back on these people coming after children they said well look we've always had comedians who would dress up like women and it was always a lot of fun and we had mrs doubtfire and other stuff like that i thought
Starting point is 00:19:37 that was creepy but when you go back and you look at things like Klinger with MASH. The guy wants to get out of the military. He wants to get a Section 8. In other words, be declared as crazy. And so he's constantly dressing up, cross-dressing, trying to get a Section 8, pushing it on everybody. And everybody looks at him, you're not crazy. You're not crazy. And I thought about this in retrospect. I said, of course, they always start with this stuff as a comedy.
Starting point is 00:20:11 But the message that was there was, no, he's really not crazy, even though he wears women's clothes. You understand? That's a subliminal message that was being put out to everybody. Oh, yeah, Klinger, he's just fine. He dresses funny, and we can kind of laugh at the way that he looks and the way that he walks in high heels and he's got hairy legs or whatever but um you know he's not crazy he's not crazy at all we know that clinger's not crazy
Starting point is 00:20:37 and so they were normalizing it and mash sad to say i haven't watched it in years i don't know how i would take that today even apart from corporate clinger but um they also do the same thing with every agenda that they have if it's a taboo subject they always began by making fun of it making it a comedy and then as part of comedy, you see the tears of the clown is being hurt by this. And then they make it serious. And then they make it a protected class. Then they make it an elevated class that everybody must bow down
Starting point is 00:21:14 and celebrate and try to do some kind of reparations to, that type of thing. And so, of course, taking it to this next stage, the drag queens are literally clowns. I look at this and it's like, why is it that for the longest time, if you would see a clown, the kids, a lot of kids would just instantly break into tears, crying. Oh, this is just too weird, right?
Starting point is 00:21:39 And so the circuses have died down and the clowns have gone away and we've replaced them with drag queens. Why is it that the kids are not freaking out when they see the drag queens? But they start with the comedy. They start with the clowns and then they move into the serious stuff. The legislation also creates a legal definition for gender identity. And it specifies that gender identity may not match one's biological sex and may not be visible to others. No, it is
Starting point is 00:22:06 gender is bob gender is bob it's biological objective and binary bob gender is bob not lgbt there was never a controversy he says that the guy's name is uh lee he goes by lee his last name is fink i think that's we'll just call him a fink um the fink says there was never a controversy about this but it didn't matter the lie exploded into a whirlwind of hate intended to hurt me see a hate crime this is a hate crime being perpetrated against him he's a victim This pedophile tranny is a victim. No, he's not. No, he's not. And again, if you're going to strike the language that says that sexual orientation and all the privileges and benefits and celebrations that come with that are not going to include people who have physical sexual attraction to minors, adults who have that, that's the definition of
Starting point is 00:23:01 a pedophile. If you're going to say it's not including pedophiles and as i like to call themselves minor attracted persons maps if we're going to exclude the maps then you're pushing pedophilia he says that created a whirlwind of hate intended to hurt me and it worked congratulations i'm left hurt and scared. In the latter days, people will become lovers of self. They will think only about themselves. Narcissism. Hypersexualization.
Starting point is 00:23:36 Degeneracy. And, of course, they will care nothing about children. You want to see when we're going to have a restoration in our society? It's defined as when God will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children. But a society going down into decay is a society where everybody is a lover of themselves. So Fink is listed first among all the bill's authors, frequently speaks out against legal restrictions on child sex changes. We need to go full blast on this mutilation stuff. And again, I look at this and it's like, where did all these people go?
Starting point is 00:24:18 Like Dina Dell and others who were complaining about circumcision. No, they just disappeared. They have nothing to say. They don't have a problem with this. They use the opportunity to amplify the hatred of trans people, he said. It's a hate crime. This is what is so dangerous about hate crimes, because they're so subjective, just like their gender ideas.
Starting point is 00:24:43 The hate crimes, and we'll talk about this with DeSantis, he just went to Israel to turn anti-Semitism into a hate crime and jail people for five years for anti-Semitism. Look, I don't support anti-Semitism, but I've been labeled as anti-Semitic by the ADL and a racist simply because they don't like my politics. They do that to everybody. They're crying wolf about that. And as I've said that many times, look, we don't want to support those types of things. But when you just label all of your opponents racist, racist, racist over this.
Starting point is 00:25:20 I'm not a racist. I'm not anti-Semitic. You know that if you listen to the program, I don't have to try to defend myself. But since it's a label that is thrown out there, what is the standard proof of that? This subjective thing, trying to look at your motivations. Not what you actually do, but your motivations. I don't support hate crimes at all. Look at how that has been a linchpin of censorship.
Starting point is 00:25:48 The label of hate crime. That's why they use it to censor people. So we don't want to go there. But, you know, DeSantis did. And he not only went there to hate crimes and locking people up for five years, but he went to a foreign country to sign the bill. And look, I've got no problem with Jewish people at all. And I have defended them and supported them when they stood against things like vaccine mandates and other things like that.
Starting point is 00:26:18 You know, one of the best gun organizations back in the 1980s was Jews for the Preservation of Firearms. The guy would talk a lot. At this year's Cheltenham, glory rests in the lap of the gods. Curses. Alas, our hero hasn't placed. But there are still divine offerings up for grabs, with all NoviBet customers getting a €10 free bet
Starting point is 00:26:43 for every day of Cheltenham. And on top of that, we're paying up to seven places each way on selected races throughout the festival. I declare this a most generous offering. NoviBet. More power to you. T&C Supply 18+. Bet responsibly. GamblingCare.ie About what happened in the
Starting point is 00:26:59 Warsaw ghetto. He was hardcore. He was much better than a lot of the, you know, much better than a lot of the you know nra and a lot of the other second amendment groups because he understood what was going on with it so they can be good defenders of freedom but i've also talked about the struggle that people the jewish people in israel had with their own government that was making this satanic bargain with Pfizer to use their own people as lab rats. Put us at the front of the list, Pfizer,
Starting point is 00:27:34 and we will give you all the data for two or three years, just as if you had done a test before you put this out, which you should have done. Now, we'll make our country your lab rats. That was absolutely despicable, and Israel was one of the worst countries in terms of these vaccine mandates, passports, and other things like that. And they hurt a lot of Jewish people. I don't support governments.
Starting point is 00:27:59 I don't support them at all. You know, the people are being victimized by their own government in Israel and in the U.S. as well. When you look at what the American government does, the coups that we have done, what the CIA has done, all the rest of this stuff, and of course, the Mossad is horrible as well. And, you know, people criticize the Mossad and they'll put it on Jewish people. They vote, they get people in, so do we, but you know that the elections are rigged. You know, the people that you don't like are there. You know that the CIA has taken over our government without an election.
Starting point is 00:28:34 They took it over as a coup. So when you talk about how horrible the American government is, uh, is, is that anti-American? No, I think our government is anti-American. I think the Israeli government is anti-Semitic. I mean, they were out there stopping people on Passover from practicing their religion. You had some Orthodox Jews that wanted to do, you know, how it's defined in the Law of Moses, to do a sacrifice there. No, you know, we're going to put the army out and stop people.
Starting point is 00:29:08 We have to understand that the government is not coming from the people. It's coming at the people. And that's the case there as well as here. But I digress. Let me get back to this trans thing. So this trans Democrat, his bill would cut anti-pedophile language. How appropriate. Cut.
Starting point is 00:29:28 A 41-year-old guy, as they call him in LifeSite News, a gender-confused man who says he's a trans woman, says he's a parent and a, quote, passionate advocate for health care autonomy. Oh, are you really? Did you support people's right to make their own decisions about masks and lockdowns and vaccines and stuff? Did you really? No, of course not. These people talk about healthcare autonomy.
Starting point is 00:29:52 That's when they want to mutilate kids or when they want to rip babies apart limb by limb. Then they talk about healthcare autonomy. But they don't care about you making decisions about your own body in terms of real health care. No, we'll mandate that. Fink's bill would strip out language referencing pedophilia in the state's Human Rights Act,
Starting point is 00:30:13 which prohibits discriminatory behavior based on another person's actual or perceived sexual orientation. According to the language of the legislation, sexual orientation does not include a physical or sexual attachment to children by an adult. So they want to strike that out. Fink says he's committed to expanding protections for trans, queer and LGBT people of all ages. He's previously worked with the ACLU, arguing that language is outdated and incorrectly ties pedophilia to a person's sexual orientation, he said. He also said that removing the clarifying statement
Starting point is 00:30:52 will not impact existing laws surrounding sexual crimes committed against children. And of course, the thing that these people like to do is they say, well, I'm a minor attracted person. I should be able to do whatever I want on Twitter and social media and not be called a pedophile. That makes me a victim. You're hateful. Because I'm not, I'm attracted to kids, but I'm not acting on it.
Starting point is 00:31:14 Yeah, we know what's going on. California Democrat Senator Scott Weiner, 2019, proposed a state bill to allow, quote, judges discretion over sex offender registration in all cases involving voluntary intercourse between teenagers who cannot legally consent and adults who are less than 10 years older. We know where these people are coming from. They're groomers and pedophiles. By the way, did you know they have a flag?
Starting point is 00:31:42 They're so proud of what they do. They've now got a flag. They have a day that they celebrate pedophilia. April the 21st. They call it Alice Day. I don't know what's behind that. I don't really care. But Alice Day is on April the 25th, a pride day for pedophiles. And so one of these accounts designed a flag and put it up on their Twitter account.
Starting point is 00:32:09 Happy Alice Day to those who celebrate. I figure, why not use today to unveil the youth-attracted people? Oh, so they've changed it from minor-attracted people to youth attracted people. So the youth attracted people pride flag that I designed almost a year ago, and it looks like the typical, there you go. It's got all these different colors in it, like the tranny flag and the LGBT flags and stuff. So Musk took it down. He said, not going to be tolerated in this platform.
Starting point is 00:32:46 Other people responded, said things like, uh, Prague, uh, a Gar wall and Vijaya got a, these two people that were running Twitter before he got there would have probably celebrated this. Uh, but of course, uh, Elon Musk has openly spoken out and said, no, people who mutilate kids need to go to jail. Parents or doctors who do this should go to prison for life. He also talked about a Swedish, he tweeted out about a Swedish study that said sex reassigned transsexual persons of both genders had approximately a three times higher risk of all cause mortality than the control groups. He said, if we take as a given that the other study shows that a two to three time higher
Starting point is 00:33:33 suicide rate is correct, then doing surgery or chemical sterilization on them should be treated as a crime. And I agree, you know, it is a mental abuse, physical abuse, spiritual abuse. He also said, if you're taught to hate yourself, you will want to be someone else. Isn't that what's happening? And that is what is happening in our schools and not just even over the gender issue, over skin color. Now they've created a whole generation of kids who hate themselves because they have white skin. How racist is that?
Starting point is 00:34:11 Over the past few decades among Western elites, LGBT shifted from ostracism or worse to being the cool kids club. And that's what they've done. They've always got to have some group that's at the bottom that gets kicked. And now it's going to be white, male, Christians, that type of straight people, that type of thing. We can never get to a system where we just treat people as they are. We've always got to have one group that is, we always have to have a hierarchy. We've got to have a pecking order.
Starting point is 00:34:48 And those people at the bottom, we're going to peck them to death. I'm sure you've seen the video where, you know, they have a group of kids and it's like, you know, raise your hand if you feel good about the skin color you are. And they do it with a bunch of black kids and they're all very happy about it. The white kids, you know, leave if you don't feel good to step away and all but one or two step away they do it on everything everything they focus on because that's what school has become school real education has always been about values it's been about transmission of culture of morality and these other things. And that's what
Starting point is 00:35:26 they're focusing on. That's why the kids can't read or write. The Biden administration, by the way, is suing Tennessee over the law to ban child mutilation and sterilization. And the Tennessee governor, Governor Lee, and the attorney general said they're going to defend this lawsuit. They're not going to cave on it, so good for them. What they need to understand is that the federal government, nowhere in the Constitution does it say anything about this as being a power of the federal government. So you have to tell the federal government, even if you lose in court, fine, go through the legal procedure, but if you lose an, I, you know, even if you lose in court, fine, go through the legal procedure.
Starting point is 00:36:07 But if you lose in court, you tell them, where's your authority to do this? I mean, I would say you start with that and say, um, uh, I don't really care what the courts say. And I don't care what you say. We are the state government. We created the federal courts. We created the federal courts we created the federal government and you don't have any authority under the constitution so you have no authority to tell
Starting point is 00:36:31 us that we can't protect kids from being mutilated and sterilized a nashville christian school would not be intimidated you had a student uh who is um uh non-binary who either went to that school or is going to that school and wanted to go to the prom stood out front and took a picture of herself dressed up in a boy's suit and said my senior prom was today and i wasn't allowed in the doors because i was wearing a suit i should not have to conform to femininity to attend my senior prom was today and I wasn't allowed in the doors because I was wearing a suit. I should not have to conform to femininity to attend my senior prom. I will not compromise who I am to fit in a box. Who are you to tell us what it means to be a woman? Well, who are you to buy a ticket for something when the rules say you will dress in this manner?
Starting point is 00:37:22 Right? So you basically bought the ticket. You knew what the rules were before you did it. You knew what the rules were at the Christian school before you attended if you did attend. I mean, this person might be invited by somebody who goes to the school, might have been a former student who wanted to go there.
Starting point is 00:37:40 We don't know that information, but there is already an agreement there. No one was forcing the student to conform to quote unquote femininity. She freely contractually agreed to do so. Then she wanted her 15 minutes of fame to promote a false narrative, got on social media and portrayed herself as a victim of anti-trans Christian bigots. See, hey, they hate me. They hate me. I'm a victim of their hate. This is a story, by the way, on AmericanThinker.com. So she knew about the Christian school. She knew about the rules for the prom, but the rules don't apply to them. And if you try to, if they want to overthrow the rules, just like the Tennessee three or this tranny guy that was kicked out of the band from the floor of the Montana house, they don't like rules.
Starting point is 00:38:38 They don't like Robert's rules of order. They don't like any of this stuff. Again, the appropriate response, I think, with all that was when one Tennessee representative said, well, you're representative now. You're not an activist anymore. You don't like something? File a bill. That's the appropriate response. And if you're going to occupy the floor and refuse to yield, and if you're going to pull in people who are pushing and shoving representatives who are trying to get into the chamber, and you're trying to shut that out? Don't tell me that you are about democracy. You are anti-democracy.
Starting point is 00:39:09 You don't want to have the process. You know what? You got elected, but you don't want to act like a representative. You hate democracy. You want an autocracy where everybody has to do what you say. You want to be a dictator. Part of the process is that you've got to abide by majority rule. There has to be rules and order.
Starting point is 00:39:29 And you don't want that. A Vermont school has now removed male and female terms from reproductive system lessons. This is an elementary school. You will not believe what they have today. Nobody is to use, teachers will not use the terms male and female, boy and girl. Guess what they want to use instead of boy in the elementary school? A person who produces sperm. So I had this person who produces sperm.
Starting point is 00:40:01 Say this to me, teacher, when somebody who is female or a girl will not be referred to as a girl, but a person who produces eggs. How disgusting, denigrating, and sexualized everything has to be, right? When I was in elementary school school i never even heard a sperm i probably graduated from elementary school without even hearing the word i didn't know what it was i mean uh elementary school is not the time or place to learn about this and the teachers aren't the ones to teach the kids about this stuff either what's the matter with this society if anyone is wondering what it looks like when elementary school has been captured by gender ideology this is it and um uh one person said one parent uh or somebody on the internet rather said absurd another one said this is why
Starting point is 00:40:59 i left teaching and the system six years ago but it it is also why I'm leaving America. It is past the point of no return. The breakdown of reality and gaslighting is straight out of the communist playbook. I'll take my love of teaching and of reason and go to El Salvador and never look back. Well, it's absolutely right and so now that's um in washington state a school district has recently announced that it's going to cut all music classes why well because they're white supremacists and it is institutional violence to have you know because music classes are white supremacists then it is institutional violence to have them.
Starting point is 00:41:48 Let me tell you what kind of music promotes violence. Rap music promotes violence and rape and other things like that, but Mozart doesn't. Can you make a distinction in this? This is the Olympia School District in Washington State, 19 schools, 10,000 students. They held a school board meeting last week. The members voted to eliminate all the music classes.
Starting point is 00:42:14 Yeah. Okay. So they said string or wind instrumental music and these courses have the potential to push a racist culture within the district. Who are the racist here? Well, just like we see before, the racist are the people who are accusing everybody of being racist. The ADL, these people, they are the racist. Quote, the ways in which it is and the ways in which all of our institutions, not just schools, but local governments, state government, our churches, our neighborhoods,
Starting point is 00:42:42 inculcate and allow white supremacy culture or continue to be propagated and cause significant institutional violence are things that we have to think about carefully as a community. So a parent that is there has three children enrolled in the district. By the way, when they're doing this on a computer, did they realize that their computer, just like the violins and the wind instruments are products of probably white males? Anyway, uh, Alicia Perkins, a parent with three children enrolled in the district. So this has reached a level of absurdity.
Starting point is 00:43:24 We're losing students in huge numbers. I'm has reached a level of absurdity. We're losing students in huge numbers. I'm not talking about a handful of students. I'm talking about hundreds and hundreds of students that are exiting the school district and they're virtually all citing these results. You cannot sustain a school district with a mass exodus of students. I mean, it's just not sustainable for funding or anything else. Good. Shut it down. This school district, leave the school, shut it down. We're going to be right back.
Starting point is 00:43:54 And when we come back, we're going to talk about the climate, McGuffin. Because as I said at the beginning of the program, right now, I've got Fauci and these other people publicly, they're on the run privately. They're scheming behind closed doors with the, you know, uh, newly, um, um, weaponized world health organization, all these other things. Uh, we've got them on the run as far as that kind of stuff goes, but, uh, they're not on the run when it comes to the climate, uh, MacGuffin. Uh, and I just want to say that, uh, before we go to break tomorrow, I'm going to be on the run when it comes to the climate uh mcguffin uh and i just want to say that before we go to break tomorrow i'm going to be on the nights of the storm i really do uh
Starting point is 00:44:32 appreciate the kindness and they're going to do a ask me anything and so they put out a call for people to send them questions that they're going to ask me live while I'm on Knights of the Storm. That is going to be on, and you can email the comments to thenightsofthestorm at gmail.com. That'll be 10 a.m. in the morning tomorrow. Also, I want to tell you how we're doing. Appreciate the support that we've had. This has probably been our most difficult month so far. Um, things dropped more this month and maybe it's the economy. I don't know what it is. Uh, maybe it's the, uh,
Starting point is 00:45:13 uh, you know, direct attacks on Trump. People don't like that. Uh, I know that cause I have a lot of email, hate email about that. And now I'm getting hate email because i don't cheerlead rfk jr uh so you know i don't support politicians end of story so if you're turning in tuning in because you think i'm going to support your guy for president i don't support the presidency anymore period i don't care who goes there i want to shut that thing off at the local level that's what i want i cover the races because of the issues the issues are an issue for all of us it's how they're going to come at us and so we need to understand how they're going to come at us through these issues so we can cut them off and nullify them at the local or the state level
Starting point is 00:46:03 on these issues and to start building a consensus i mean if you understand they're going to push a cbdc on you or they're going to push gun control or something you prepare in a different way so you need to understand where these people are going to attack us but understand the federal government is there to attack you ronald reagan said they're not the solution the problem. Well, they're not our saviors. There are enemies at this point. They've made themselves our enemies. They don't have any authority.
Starting point is 00:46:31 We have the authority to nullify them. We've got to figure out how we're going to do that. But anyway, I say that because we had a tremendous number of people who dropped off of subscribe star and, um, and I thought, well, maybe it's going to pop up in other places it hasn't and so you know i do appreciate the people that have supported us there uh and i didn't know if it was we had over like one or two days we had just a flood of emails and And I'm talking about, you know, a couple of hundred saying this person has been taken off this following you. We went from like five 50 to three 50 in the last couple of months. And, um, so, uh, supporters on a subscribe star. And I know some of those might
Starting point is 00:47:19 be. And the reason I mentioned it is not to, Oh, you know, please help us. No, I mentioned it because I have had people who have sent me emails and say, I didn't realize it, but my credit card had changed. They didn't tell me at subscribe star and I wanted to continue to support you. And I'm, you know, and apologize. You don't have to apologize for that. Uh, but, um, since I've had a lot of people say the credit card that I had hit the expiration date, I got issued a new credit card for whatever reason.
Starting point is 00:47:47 And that card was no longer valid. And, uh, so subscribe star just went through and cleaned up a bunch of these things, but, uh, it has made a difference financially. So we're at about 60% where we're going to finish up, uh, cause today's a 28, uh, this month. So it's even worse than when we got purged by PayPal. But we'll see what happens. Perhaps we need to do a better job of marketing.
Starting point is 00:48:14 We'll take a look at it. We'll be right back. Stay with us. © transcript Emily Beynon Thank you. Analyzing the globalist's next move. And now, The David Knight Show. We have a guest that's going to be joining us in the third hour. I'm interested to talk to him. I've had a supporter back in 2021 when everything was locking down early in January 2021. Sent me several emails about how bad things were in Aspen.
Starting point is 00:49:58 I think I covered it at the time. But he was a reporter. He was like the token conservative there on the Aspen newspaper. And he's gonna come on and talk about what that looks like and I thought that was interesting for us to see because it really is a picture of what they want in society after the Great Reset I think Aspen in my opinion especially as I look at his book it is kind of a microcosm of what these people want. And of course, you know, it's a lot of billionaires and a lot of millionaires that work directly under them.
Starting point is 00:50:36 But most of the people that are there are slaves, waged slaves. They've got nothing. And that is what we're going to wind up with if they can push this through. And of course, the key thing that they've always pushed through with this has been through the climate MacGuffin. And as I said, I got a lot of people who are getting upset with me because I don't jump on the RFK Jr. train. And I'm not going to ever. Too many issues that I disagree with. By the way, the human rights campaign that is out there that has been this big advocate for LGBT and everything that they're doing, that has metastasized, perhaps, from what was really started by RFK Sr. He was involved in that.
Starting point is 00:51:21 Of course, that wasn't in anybody's mind 60 years ago. But that institution has now metastasized in that. Of course, that wasn't in anybody's mind 60 years ago. But that institution has now metastasized in it. And that may not be indicative of where R.K. Jr. is. You have things that are created like the Ford Foundation and goes off on a tangent doing their stuff, probably politically not something that Henryry ford would be interested in so again we're 60 years removed from that pretty much but um anyway the uh when we talk about the green agenda though uh and i mentioned it again yesterday i played that clip yesterday
Starting point is 00:52:01 of martin short playing the sleazy guy you know smoking a cigarette he's got greasy hair and it's funny you would say that i don't know why you'd say that you know that it was uh therm or something nathan therm character and they had rfk jr about 10 12 years ago go on the show as a straight man and he's like well science says this and science says and the majority of scientists and the good scientists all say this and you know funny you would say that i don't know why you would say that and uh and so after i did that i saw this comment and it was on rockfin said dk is sowing discord about bobby jr because of the climate mcguffin then people should realize that
Starting point is 00:52:45 he was a lawyer for the commercial fishermen in the Hudson River to protect the fishermen's livelihood from GE. They had a lot of forever poison chemicals that they were dumping into the water there. He said this, quote, we hate ecology for ideological reasons is a real disservice. See, this is what they'll always say. You hate science. You hate the environment. You hate ecology.
Starting point is 00:53:14 You hate the little snail darter, right? I don't hate ecology. I'm just saying it's a bigger picture. You know, even Fauci is saying that now. He said, look, I just made some recommendations about a vaccine I'm not an economist I don't you know other people have got to figure out how all these things fit together and how do we you know we don't have a perfect world there's not a straightforward solution about anything there are trade-offs with everything that's Fauci's excuse now well you know I'm just telling people what they need to do for their health. Yeah, right.
Starting point is 00:53:52 As much of a lie as that is, what is true is that you have to look at how this affects everything. And everybody was saying that at the time they were doing the lockdown, but this is not about the environment. This is not about pollution. That's how they began. And I'll repeat it again. For those of you who don't understand. It begins by saying we're going to clean up the environment. And then Nixon's EPA changes to, well, it's going to be about emissions. And now we're going to not become the Environmental Protection Agency. We'll be the Emissions Prohibition Agency. And we will prohibit everything in your life because we say there's emissions
Starting point is 00:54:28 associated with it. And that's where we are. He says, maybe president Bobby Kennedy will clean up USA rivers. Would that insult us so much? And so I replied on it. I said, well,
Starting point is 00:54:39 here's the discord. I said, the discord on RFK jr. Is what he's now saying about free speech and what he said before about jailing people that he disagreed with. The same stuff. Oh, well, science is settled. The good scientists, the majority of scientists, whatever.
Starting point is 00:55:00 The science is settled. And if you're a climate denier, you need to be censored. You need to be jailed. Well, maybe he's grown up, but he hasn't denounced that. RFK Jr. was a victim of all of that censorship and this majority idea of science. And yet, I've yet to hear him distance himself. And that's why I played that clip that's 13 years old. You know, 15 years ago, 10 years ago, he was still saying that we needed lockup people who were climate deniers. They needed to be canceled, purged, censored, jailed. Sorry, I'm not going to support that.
Starting point is 00:55:45 And you shouldn't either. Why would you give this guy a pass over that stuff? He needs to address that. He needs to say he doesn't believe that anymore, number one. He needs to tell people why he doesn't believe it. Maybe he's grown up after he became the victim of a system that he supported. Purging people because we've got some kind of presumed scientific consensus.
Starting point is 00:56:10 Science is never settled. If it's settled, it is academia. It is not the scientific method. Science is always up for question. And science dies if you can't question it it if you can't be skeptical of it if they don't have to prove anything if they don't have to show you their data that's not science that's authoritarianism so i said he's the one who is sowing discord he said discord before and he hasn't done anything about it.
Starting point is 00:56:48 I said, I've seen how environmentalists shift from pollution to emissions. Emissions are about authoritarian control. They're not about protecting the ecology. Emission stories are about authoritarian control, period. The solution is not in D. in DC anyway. The problems are. RFK has much good to say about the DC problems, and I sincerely hope that he gets in the debates. And I do. I definitely hope that he gets in the debates. But now, when we look at this, the emission stuff, right? Just take a look at the Netherlands. It's not about CO2 in the Netherlands. But now, you know, when we look at this, the emission stuff, right? Just take a look at the Netherlands.
Starting point is 00:57:27 It's not about CO2 in the Netherlands. It's about nitrogen. And we've talked many times about how the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere is 0.04% carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. And as Eric Peters has pointed out many times, how in the world can you say if the total amount of CO2 in the atmosphere is 0.04 percent and a lot of that is natural it's not man-made how could you say that that's the controlling factor in the and climate that's absolute nonsense something that is 0.04 absolute nonsense when it comes to nitrogen, nitrogen is already 78% of the atmosphere.
Starting point is 00:58:07 And they're not talking about fertilizer runoff into the water. They're talking about nitrogen emissions in the Netherlands. And as this headline from Daily Skeptic puts it, well, now we've got a nitrogen crisis. We've now got nitrogen emissions. So hand over your land. You see? That's what I say.
Starting point is 00:58:31 Emission, once it becomes about emissions, it's not about the environment anymore. It's about politics. It's about authoritarian politics. The big upset in the Dutch Senate happened because of a rebellion against the government's latest green agenda. It has nothing to do with CO2. Fighting just one atmospheric gas is not enough. Now it seems says Will Jones at the daily skeptic Western elites have now declared war on nitrogen emissions of which are alleged to cause plants to grow and die in ways that are not approved by the EU.
Starting point is 00:59:01 There is said to be a nitrogen crisis and taking action against it requires the destruction of large parts of the economy, seizing thousands of farms by the state. Are they just making this stuff up now? Of course, that's a rhetorical question. The answer is obviously yes. And so they've decided to shut down 30% of all cattle farms to be closed by 2030, as we pointed out many times. The Netherlands is so productive in terms of its farmland that they are second. This tiny country is second only to the United States in terms of agricultural exports, and they want to shut all of this down.
Starting point is 00:59:36 They want to create a giant megacity, smart city, combining three large cities together. But let me tell you, when they come after the Dutch farmers, they are off this phony excuse of nitrogen emissions and stuff. This is no different from the Marxists in South Africa. These people are Marxists. They want to take your property. They just got to come up with an excuse.
Starting point is 01:00:02 In South Africa, it's like, well, take it from them because they're white. They're white farmers. And the Netherlands, everybody is white, so we got to come up with another reason. Oh, nitrogen, nitrogen. We got to come up with nitrogen. It's just communists. It's just authoritarianism. It's just confiscation.
Starting point is 01:00:19 It's theft. That's what this is all about. They want to steal everything from us so that we have nothing. So the authoritarian green agenda there has caused a bit of a pushback. This is shaping up to be a massive clash between ordinary people and ideologically obsessed elites. I don't think they believe this stuff. I really don't. I don't think they're that stupid.
Starting point is 01:00:46 Could be. Not all think they're that stupid. Could be. Not all of them are that smart. Particularly as on current polling, this new party, the BBB, is set to take control of the government in the coming elections. And then when we look at what is happening in Germany, the governing green policy is plummeting as the lifestyle of people in Germany is plummeting based on the demands of the German Greens. Support for Germany's ruling Green Party has reportedly collapsed after the country rushed to shut down all remaining nuclear power plants. What are the emissions from a nuclear power plant? None. I mean, nuclear power has got other problems, but it's not emissions. Not about global warming at all. You can't even
Starting point is 01:01:31 make the case for that. So when you start shutting down something that has no emissions, I think you've kind of shown your hand, right? You want people to have zero energy. That's what the net zero means. Zero energy means zero food. Ultimately, it means zero people because you're going to kill people with your net zero. So, again, they ruled against any gas central heating being installed anywhere from next year. Are we that far away? No, we got Biden who wants to do that. We have New York State that wants to do that. We have New York State that wants to do it. Germany's Greens are no longer one of the top three most popular political parties in Germany. The deterioration of the
Starting point is 01:02:13 party's popularity stands in stark contrast to the populist alternative for Germany, which has now risen to a near all-time high of 16%, making it the third most popular party in the country, behind the traditional center-left and center-right offerings. You know, I just wonder if RFK is going to be frozen out of the debates on the Democrat side, maybe he'll run as a Green Party candidate. That would be a fit for him, frankly. But I would like to have what he has to say about war, about CBDC and about many other issues.
Starting point is 01:02:49 I absolutely agree with him on those issues. I agree with him about what he says now about free speech. I'm just troubled about the inconsistency and he needs to clear that up. And he also needs to tell us where he is on the green agenda. He needs to also tell us where he is. He's been absolutely silent as far as I can tell where he is on the issues of abortion, on the issues of LGBT and all this gender confusion. I think I know where he is, but he needs to say that as well. Green's latest pro-climate agenda pushes are about the annihilation of nuclear power in Germany. They also plan to ban the installation of most new oil and gas home heating systems
Starting point is 01:03:28 by next year, just like the Democrats here want to do. So we have to understand what these issues are. We have to understand how they're going to be coming at us. We have to understand what is behind all this stuff. These Biden sanctions are a very clever strategy. With the sanctions, Biden can create economic warfare against us in terms of higher prices, in terms of destroying the U.S. dollar as a reserve currency. He can achieve so many different objectives
Starting point is 01:04:05 all at once with the sanctions. If the intention is to take everything away from us, high energy prices will do it. I'm old enough to remember what happened when OPEC did that to us. And Biden is OPEC now, trying to destroy our energy. So forcing the country's population to start investing in electric heat pumps,
Starting point is 01:04:29 which, by the way, it's too cold most of the year in Germany for those things to work very efficiently. They're going to be very, very inefficient at the temperatures that most of Germany goes to. They're going to be blowing coal. They're going to be running all the time. It's not an ecological solution. It doesn't make any sense from an engineering standpoint either. But again, you can see where this is all going because the organization in Germany that is in
Starting point is 01:04:59 charge of the power grid is demanding, not only can you not install anything that's not electric, but now we're going to put meters in so that we can turn off all these different things. We will determine when you can heat your home and how much you can heat your home with that meter. We will determine on how you can charge your car, which means whether or not you'll be able to drive it or how far you will be able to drive it. We will determine all of those things. We are in control of the horizontal.
Starting point is 01:05:27 We are in control of the vertical. And we are in the outer limits here, folks. That's the purpose of the national grid is to give us this kind of science fiction, outer limits existence. And so when people push back on it, this agency that runs the power grid said that Germans must now accept, quote, necessary comfort restrictions, unquote. And of course, travel restrictions
Starting point is 01:06:00 and restrictions on everything else, right? No, you have to accept comfort restrictions. We're going to make you miserable and forced austerity and go never lose sight of the fact that this is over this imaginary unicorn fart thing. You know, 0.04% of the atmosphere is CO2, all forms of CO2. And we got to get rid of the farms because of nitrogen and the rest of this stuff. I like what they're doing in France. When I first saw this, I thought this was a protest of them taking energy away from the people in France.
Starting point is 01:06:38 But this is still related to the protests against the pension funds. And so what is happening with this? They said, uh, we're not going to accept this, even though, um, you know, politically you got away with it. We are still going to protest and they've come up with another way to protest. They've got multiple ways to protest. I mean, these people in France love to protest and they get very creative with it when they started shutting down their ability to drive, they started wearing the yellow vest, which they were mandated to wear
Starting point is 01:07:07 in case you had an emergency. But now they have the electrical unions that are working with power and electricity. They're now cutting off power to the elite in various places. And so now they're threatening to cut the power to the con film festival. And that is a really big thing to the French. If you go back to, um, it was 2020 or 2021. I can't remember which of those two years it was.
Starting point is 01:07:40 Maybe it was 2021. They had the con film festival and the elite were going to be allowed to go there but they were going to have to test and it wasn't going to be one of the things where they take a you know a nasal ramrod and jam it up your nose to do a pcr test no they were going to let the elites spit and i remember covering it because it made the news a lot of these elitist hollywood film types said, this is absolutely disgusting. I've got to spit into this thing in order to have a test so they can go.
Starting point is 01:08:11 I don't want to have to spit into it. That's disgusting. I said, well, most people would be happy to be able to just spit into something to get their test instead of having a ramrod stuck up your nose all the way to your brain. But, you know, that was what they were doing. They changed the way they tested everything for these people who were going to the Cannes Film Festival. And even though they were going to start doing vaccine passports
Starting point is 01:08:38 and everything like that, they delayed that until after and more stringent lockdown rules and all that kind of stuff. That was all delayed until after the con film festival had taken place so macron was out there busy carving out you know setting up the time schedule to make sure he didn't interfere with these people for the con film festival so in response to that you have the electricians union said we're showing that we're not turning the page. We're showing that we're still angry over this pension thing. And we want to express it wherever possible, particularly in public events.
Starting point is 01:09:13 And so it now appears that the energy worker branch of the union is threatening to literally pull the plug on the con film festival, which I think is appropriate because, you know, the whole film industry has become darker and darker, hasn't it? So just let them have it in the dark. Of course, they won't be able to show any films without any electricity. And Macron himself has been the focus of this kind of protest as well. Wherever he goes now, thisian's union is shutting off the power wherever he goes so now macron wherever he goes somewhere uh he's got a diesel generator in tow when i first saw this it says yeah they're literally cutting off his power he's got to take a
Starting point is 01:10:01 generator with him i thought tell me it's not diesel it's probably diesel and yes it is a diesel generator this is like the hunger games isn't it you know where they're just grinding society down to nothing and of course we've seen this type of thing in north korea haven't we you know you want to know what an authoritarian government does to people who live there just take a look at north and South Korea, at East and West Germany. You go in and you take exactly the same people. They have the same background, the same culture, the same work ethic, the same general IQ, all the rest of this stuff, right? And you cut the country in half politically, and you have one half of the country, whether it's East and West or whether it's north and south, Germany and then Korea is still going on in Korea.
Starting point is 01:10:48 You cut the country in half, you have one half of the country have pretty much a free market economy at the time. And then you have the other one locked down under this authoritarian rule. And look at the difference now between north and south Korea. And so, uh, they're not cutting France in half. There's not going to be a free France. They're doing it to everybody at the same time now.
Starting point is 01:11:12 And Macron, this petty little dictator who is driving them into poverty, just like Kim Jong-un, uh, he's got to carry his little fossil fuel burning diesel generator around with him everywhere and um how pathetic is this how comical is this and then the other way they have to protest they've got people who are citizens who are going around making noise. And this is a historical form of protest in France, termed the casserole, if I'm pronouncing it correctly,
Starting point is 01:11:52 by the country's media. The protest largely consists of a group of citizens trying to make as much noise as possible in order to highlight their concerns to the president. So he's going around places, the power is cut off off and then he's got a crowd who the people still have internal combustion engines for their cars so they can follow him around still. Got to stop that. Okay.
Starting point is 01:12:15 But for time being, they can still follow him around to places and they can get out and they can make noise. How do they make the noise? With traditional, with a saucepan and wooden spoon. That's now become a symbol for anti-government protests. And the government is now confiscating the saucepans and the wooden spoons. Just like I was talking about the other day, you know, with the lady that was on talking about satire and how you can protest them with wooden spoons and saucepans.
Starting point is 01:12:55 They confiscate those makes them look even worse, doesn't it? They have referred to them as portable sound devices, a saucepan and a wooden spoon. It is far from the first time that pots and pans have been deployed in France to challenge a ruler. Protesters in the country utilized the cooking utensils in the 19th century in a protest movement that ended up bringing down the country's king, King Charles X, and more broadly across Europe as a means to signify social shame for centuries before that. The original name for the casserole lard, I guess, if I'm pronouncing that correctly, was charivari, stemming from the ancient Greek for headache.
Starting point is 01:13:42 So there you go. I guess we need to grab some pots and wooden spoons in the United States for some of the stuff that is happening here. Um, uh, so let me respond to some of the people who have been, uh, leaving comments and tips on rumble and rock fan on rock fan, Jay gold. Thank you very much, Jay. I really do appreciate that. Thank you.
Starting point is 01:14:04 Uh, Tucker and Fox. We do without David Knight, never. That's really kind. Thank you. Rock Finn, Trevor Long. Thank you for the tip. I've wanted to do this for a while. Thank you, David, for decency and sense in these dark days. Well, thank you very much. I appreciate that. Geesebusters, Geesebusters. How you doing? On Rumble. Thank you for the tip very much. He's busters geese busters. How you doing on rumble? Uh, thank you for the tip very much. He said, I love the attacks on Trump piece of crap. Uh, he knows him because, uh, he, with his service, he scares the geese away from other places and they used him at Trump's golf courses. So he's, he's seen Trump with bill Clinton and all the rest of the stuff. I never did ask Geesebusters if they ever saw Jeffrey Epstein at the golf course,
Starting point is 01:14:51 either with the three of them. They could get a threesome, right? I'm sure they probably had many threesomes, not necessarily at the golf course. Rumble, thank you so much. Amos 37. I appreciate that. That's very kind. It says best news in the nation. Thank you so much, Amos 37. I appreciate that. That's very kind. It says best news in the nation.
Starting point is 01:15:06 Thank you. It deserves at least 100 Luciferian Bankster notes. Well, thank you very much. We're going to take a quick break and we'll be right back. We're going to talk a little bit about politics here because it was some very amusing things that happened with Joe Biden in the last couple of days. And of course, some amusing statements about lala harris from van jones he said hey you know biden's not gonna last and so this is really this
Starting point is 01:15:32 presidential campaign is about lala harris do you really want to make it about lala harris show we've got a problem what uh who are you It's the new mug they're selling at the David Knight show dot com. Right. So basically, a mug is something that holds liquid. Right. Because basically, you can't hold coffee with your hands. Right. I'm scatting.
Starting point is 01:15:58 But anyone tries to mug me, I'm be ready for it. You dog faced pony soldier. They say the mug can help patriots drink coffee, then save the world. This could be bad for us. Save the world? But we own the world. These people, they, they're supporting free speech with every month they buy. Come on. These people, uh, people as i tell you will will anyway you're listening to the david knight show okay well we have joe biden is giving uh a speech on Wednesday in South Korea. And, well, actually, he wasn't in South Korea.
Starting point is 01:16:51 It was a press conference with the South Korean president. I think it might have been in the U.S. But because that'll be our next article here. I'm traveling to different countries. But interestingly enough, as far out of it as Joe Biden is the South Korean president. Yoon Sook Yul, if I'm pronouncing that or Yul, if I'm pronouncing that correctly, I don't know. But, um, he, uh, did a karaoke thing where he sang Bye Bye Miss American Pie. Did it pretty good too. I mean, I'd like to see Joe Biden try to sing something in Korean.
Starting point is 01:17:33 I really would like to see that. But as he's there with the South Korean president, and as I said, I think that they were at the White House, a photographer captured Biden holding a cheat sheet. Look at this. This is a script for Biden. And it shows the reporter, it says, reporter, question and answer, April the 26th, 2023. It shows the reporter's face so he knows where they are. He can find them. And of course, the reporter's name and who they're with, and it's circled LA Times. And then the question
Starting point is 01:18:14 that this reporter is going to ask him is printed out there. And so they have all of these things in there. This is question number one, question number two. They have, here's the reporter. This is what she looks like, her name in the paper. Your first question is going to be from her. Here's what the question is. Here's what the answer is. Then the next question and on and on. Isn't that amazing how choreographed this is?
Starting point is 01:18:41 Yeah, I mean, you caught a bit of a scandal when we saw that Donna Brazil, who was working at CNN, was passing debate questions to Hillary Clinton in advance when she was running against Trump. But you don't get to ask a question unless you've got it all cleared and coordinated with the Biden White House. And it says in all caps, you and your echo, another Biden crutch captured last summer, sounding as if the staffers were yelling at someone who's slow functioning and hard of hearing. Because, you know, it puts in there an uppercase. You do this, then you do this. As we saw last year, you, all uppercase, you enter the Roosevelt room and say hello to
Starting point is 01:19:31 participants. You take your seat. That's what we saw on that a year ago. And then you ask Liz Shuler, president of the AFL cio a question and so the comment on this zero hedge article he said what's more pathetic the degree to which biden's handlers control the white house press corps or the rarity with which the presidential press conferences even happen under this president the latest source of exasperation comes the same week it was reported that the Democrat National Committee will not conduct any primary debates
Starting point is 01:20:10 in what is obviously another effort to keep Biden's cognitive deficit from being showcased on national TV. The sheltering is all the more urgent now that the sharp-tongued RFK Jr. has announced his candidacy. Oh, yeah. Immediately they came out and said, oh, we're not going to have any debates. Again, as I said, I would love to see these issues discussed and the issues that RFK Jr. has.
Starting point is 01:20:38 I love the issues that he's got and the positions that he's got on them. But there's a lot of other issues out there. And there are issues that mitigate against whether or not he's going to actually, um, do what he says in terms of free speech and some other things based on his past, uh, Ramaswamy commented and said, if I'm the nominee, I fully expect the regime media will do something similar to this, to give him an edge before our debates, but it won't matter. I'll even let him keep the earpiece if he wants, but nothing will save him.
Starting point is 01:21:13 I liked that comment. That was really good. And so then we have a Biden. That's why I said, I think this happened on Wednesday. This is still in the U S you had uh somebody asked him about some of the countries that he had been to recently so he was having an event where he had a lot of kids there kids who work for the white house evidently one of the little kids real really cute you know
Starting point is 01:21:39 he's all dressed up in a suit and he's got sunglasses and he's got like an earpiece and so he's probably a child of one of the secret service agents or something you suit and he's got sunglasses and he's got like an earpiece and so he's probably a child of one of the secret service agents or something you know and he's looking around playing james bond or whatever but uh somebody asked him about uh countries that he had been to here's what it sounded like so far so uh i'm trying to think what was the last, where was the last place I was? It's hard to keep track. I was, I mean, yeah, you're right. Ireland. That's where it was.
Starting point is 01:22:13 How'd you know that? I didn't know that. I don't even know where I was. How do you know where I was? I don't know where I was. It's pretty pathetic, isn't it? I mean, you know, Ireland is his ancestral home. So he goes there. he's proud of it he didn't have um uh really uh uh meet with the public there or anything because you know you don't do press conferences if you're joe biden the new york times
Starting point is 01:22:36 is downplaying his decline american government can function without a healthy president they said you know america would be just fine without the federal government completely i would prefer it that way frankly you know we used to have a situation where nobody really knew that much about who the president was i've mentioned before about that john adams series on dbc and you know you got john adams and you got thomas jeff Jefferson his vice president they were at odds with each other from a different party and so they're walking down the street they're you know arguing about policy or whatever and everybody's just ignoring them walking along they don't have this big entourage of people to protect them secret service they don't have
Starting point is 01:23:19 armored carriages or anything like that. They were not a threat to the citizens. Because even with John Adams, they didn't have that much power to exercise against people. Rumble, thank you very much. Dougalug, thank you very much for the tip. I appreciate your perspective. Thank you very much. And on Rockfin, Greg Talent, thank you.
Starting point is 01:23:45 A New York Times columnist downplayed the Democrats concerns over Biden's declining health, arguing that the country doesn't need a fully functioning president because he is not fully functioning. Yeah. Pay no attention to that mumbling man behind the curtain who can't seem to find his way out from behind the curtain. He can't seem to find his way out from behind the curtain he can't seem to find his way off the stage either of course he doesn't want to have a debate you know he had rfk jr would wipe the floor with him on every issue make him look like an
Starting point is 01:24:17 authoritarian idiot which he is and then when it was all done b Biden wouldn't be able to find his way off the stage. He'd be such a tongue lashing off this stuff or whatever. Strange as it may sound, the American government can function without a healthy president. Strange as it may sound, America could function without a federal government as well. Completely just cut the whole thing off. That'd be my preference. And so on CNN, Van Jones says, because of Biden's condition, which nobody can deny, you look like a real fool if you try to deny it, because of his age and physical condition, Harris is essentially running for president in 2024.
Starting point is 01:25:06 He said, Lala Harris is quote, essentially running for president because of Biden's age. He said, I've known Lala for a long time. She did an extraordinary job as DA in San Francisco and as the attorney general. And as a Senator, you know what she did as attorney general,
Starting point is 01:25:21 I'm not from California, but I do know this she was one who began the prosecution against the senators for medical progress and david they had done that undercover video because there had been testimony and congress that planned parenthood was doing murder for hire killing babies to harvest their organs, and of course, delivering the babies, because if you kill the baby inside the womb, you might damage those organs. So you have to deliver the baby and then kill them, right? And they have to be at a certain stage and things like that. And then it came out because she came after the whistleblowers,
Starting point is 01:26:06 not after the murderers. And this is the way our government is. You look at what, we got lied into the Iraq war by lies about weapons of mass destruction. The lies were the product of torture. And the person who talked about it, John Kiriakou, goes to prison. Nothing was changed. Nothing was reformed. Nobody was punished. They sent us to war based on lies from torture, and nobody suffered any consequences. As a matter of fact, the person who covered it up,
Starting point is 01:26:42 Gina Haspel, was made the head of the CIA by who? By Donald Trump, the guy who's going to save our country, of course. The guy who said over and over again, we were lied into the Iraq War with the weapons of mass destruction lies. And then he appoints the liar-in-chief as chief of the CIA. So as attorney general, to cover up for planned unparenthood, she went after the whistleblowers. And then when she got elected as senator,
Starting point is 01:27:21 the guy who took her place, Javier Becerra, continued the persecution. And then he is now the head of HHS. And HHS is the head of the NIH and the NIAID, where Francis Collins was the head of NIH and Fauci was the head of NIAID. And they were the ones we find out now because they continued this persecution of David Daleiden. And it is persecution. It's not a prosecution. He did nothing wrong.
Starting point is 01:27:53 He exposed murder for hire. And so they come after him. And what we found out about it was the people who were hiring the murderers were Fauci and Collins. And so now, Javier Becerra goes from being the persecutor of people exposing that murder for hire by a federal agency. They appoint him as head of that federal agency. It just makes your head spin to see the relationships here. Biden, if he's smart, will run a Jimmy Carter Rose Garden campaign,
Starting point is 01:28:28 says Van Jones. I don't know why that would be smart because Jimmy Carter didn't get reelected. He will let Lala Harris go out there and do the blocking and tackling on the campaign trail. Oh, that should work really well. He said she's in such an unusual position. She's a woman. How do you know that? How does Van Jones know what a woman is? How sexist and anti-LGBT of him, how presumptuous of him, these people who can't define what a woman is,
Starting point is 01:29:03 how does he know what a woman is? But she's a woman. She's black. She's Asian. She's multiple ethnic groups all at once. She gets 100% credit for being black and 100% credit for being Asian. Well, she's also a slave owner then because her father from Jamaica said that the family is proud of the fact that the family owned slaves. She's running alongside the oldest person ever to do it. So she's essentially running for president. That's what she's doing. And I think she understands that.
Starting point is 01:29:35 Does she? Does she understand that? Does she understand anything? I'm not so sure she understands where she is or what she's running or what she's doing or what she's saying at any given point. I mean, she's checked a lot of these identity politics boxes. But she didn't check the IQ box. She didn't check the merit box. Here's what she just had to say.
Starting point is 01:29:57 She was just doing a pro-abortion rally. And here's what she said there. So I think it's very important, as you have heard from so many incredible leaders, for us at every moment in time, and certainly this one, to see the moment in time in which we exist and are present, and to be able to contextualize it, to understand where we exist in the history and in the moment as it relates not only to the past, but the future. Oh, there you go.
Starting point is 01:30:38 I don't think even Biden could have been more incoherent. Here we are in which we exist, the moment in time in which we exist and are present. And we got to be able to contextualize it and to understand where exist in the history in the moment. And it relates not only to the past, but the future of this moment. One person said, takes me back to high school speech class where we needed a five minute speech. And we had a solid three minutes and 45 and we need to stretch it out yeah that's what it is that's how she gets uh i think she's got a new department that she's going to put in there that's going to be writing her speeches for her if she becomes president uh the department of redundancy department so much material here for saturday night live said tim murtaugh and he
Starting point is 01:31:24 says if they cared about being funny again. But again, it takes us back to the satire stuff, right? Their primary focus is not about being funny or entertaining. That is their entry point to make a little bit of fun. But it really is about their partisanship. And it's one of the reasons why they're not funny. They're not clever. They're obviously partisan.
Starting point is 01:31:46 And people see that. And it doesn't of the reasons why they're not funny. They're not clever. They're obviously partisan. And people see that. And it doesn't really work for them. But it keeps Lala Harris going. At a March event, if you remember, she was talking about women's history. And she said that her husband, Biden, and the first lady were all present, quote, to honor the women who made history throughout history. That's why I said the Department of Redundancy Department. Last March, she talked about the time-while touting efforts to bring high-speed internet to communities in Louisiana.
Starting point is 01:32:20 She said the significance of the passage of time, right? The significance of the passage of time, right? The significance of the passage of time. So when you think about it, there is great significance to the passage of time. It's just so profound to her anyway. But she did have some things to say about people who don't want to chop up babies. Because again, you know, if to chop up babies because again you know if you chop up babies even uh for hire take them out alive and chop them up and send the parts to fauci and collins so they can do their frankenstein experiments oh you're an extremist you are the
Starting point is 01:32:58 extremist she said these pro-life people are extremists. Don't get in our way. And they're holding signs that say, fighting for reproductive freedom. No, they're fighting for freedom from reproduction. That's what they're fighting for. It's planned unparenthood. These people are not fighting for reproductive freedom. They're fighting freedom from reproduction. These extremist so-called leaders would dare to tell us what is in our own best interest. She would never do anything like that with a vaccine mandate or a lockdown or mass mandates.
Starting point is 01:33:35 They would never trample on us. They are not extremists at all. Right. She said, so don't get in our way. We're going to stand up. We're going to organize. We're going to speak up. We're going to say we're not having that.
Starting point is 01:33:50 They're also saying they're going to ban abortion six weeks into a pregnancy. Well, clearly, most of them don't know how a woman's body works because most women don't even know they're pregnant at that stage of pregnancy. She's starting to catch on. Even Lala Harris is starting to realize that, yeah, the point of banning abortions six weeks and on is because we want to stop the murder of babies. This is not about your body.
Starting point is 01:34:18 It was about murdering babies. And, uh, so you already made that decision way back when. You want freedom from consequences is what you want now. And you don't care if you destroy an innocent life if you can escape the consequences. And that's one of the reasons why we're seeing this move now towards pedophilia. If we hold life in such cheap esteem, then we will use children for experiments. We will chop them up as
Starting point is 01:34:50 babies. We will chop them up as elementary school students for the pleasure of the pedophiles and the trainees. And we will pull the plug on you when you get older. As a matter of fact, we'll pull the plug on the children as well, as I pointed out. Yeah, we'll go into euthanasia. Not physician-assisted suicide even. This is the physicians just, you know, they talk it over amongst themselves at this point. They might include the parents, but you know, parents don't own the kids, so we can push the parents out of the equation. Maybe it'll be some government bureaucrat and a physician,
Starting point is 01:35:27 and they'll decide that they're going to give you a good death as they define it. That's where we are. We get rid of life. All of those things happen. So she said every generation has a moment where they have to stand up. They have to stand up for democracy. They have to stand up for their fundamental freedoms. And I believe that this is our moment.
Starting point is 01:35:52 Well, that's one thing that I can agree with. We have to stand up to these people who have removed freedoms, our medical freedom, our freedom of speech, every freedom, our freedom to eat what we want, to go where we want, even heat our home or cook our food. The Biden administration has opposed every fundamental issue, and they cynically run on the ideas of freedom and democracy. What cynical hypocrisy. So as you look at this, you've got Marianne Williamson, RFK Jr., obviously rightfully upset that there's not going to be any debates. Of
Starting point is 01:36:35 course, Marianne Williamson, she's created this new age religion she sells. She's also out there towing the line, by the way, folks. It's not just that she's kind of this crystal flake. She's towing the line for the globalist agenda. She's pushing universal basic income. She's pushing stakeholder fascism. And I call it fascism. It's not stakeholder capitalism. It's stakeholder fascism. It is a private-public partnership. Government and corporations coming together to divvy up
Starting point is 01:37:11 the economy. Whenever you see stakeholder capitalism, think about that scene from The Godfather where you've got the guy in Miami. I forgot what his name was. He's got the cake. He's really, really old.
Starting point is 01:37:26 He thinks he's going to live forever as all these people do. Right. Just like Diane Feinstein or Darth Vader Ginsburg or Joe Biden himself. They, I'm not quitting. I'm going to run again. Only way you're going to get me out of office is feet first. Uh, but you know, you got Hyman Roth. That was his name, right?
Starting point is 01:37:44 And you got al pacino and they're sitting there and hyman roth is cutting the cake as he's talking about you know handing out the different pieces the different jurisdictions to different crime families and that type of thing that's what stakeholder capitalism it's mafia capitalism it's organized crime it is fascism which is a merger of government and corporations she said i think an entire younger generation will stay home in droves in response to a biden presidency uh she didn't get anywhere when she ran four years ago she eventually bowed out and then endorsed bernie sanders who also had uh little support. And of course, we know that the reason that he's not doing the debates
Starting point is 01:38:28 is not because he's afraid of Marianne Williamson. He's afraid of RFK Jr. RFK Jr. said, I have known and liked Joe Biden for many years, but we differ profoundly on fundamental issues, such as corporate influence in government. That's what the stakeholder capitalism that Marianne Williamson agrees with. That's what the World Economic Forum was. Censorship, civil liberties, poverty, corruption, and war policy, among others.
Starting point is 01:38:54 I look forward to engaging him in debates and in town hall meetings. Well, that's not likely to happen, but it might happen one way or the other. In terms of censorship, RFK Jr. has got a real conflict with RFK Jr. himself. He needs to clear that up. On Rockfin, we have Joe Kins. Thank you very much for the tip. He said, I see many people choosing alternatives to Fox News. I've seen them all sell out, not you. Well, thank you very much for the tip. He said, I see many people choosing alternatives to Fox News. I've seen them all sell out, not you.
Starting point is 01:39:28 Well, thank you very much. I appreciate it. Thank you, sir, for your unwavering dedication to Christ and to freedom. Thank you. Stephanie Martin, thank you very much. That's very kind on Roxanne. I love the show. I'm going to check my subscribe star. I appreciate that.
Starting point is 01:39:41 That's the reason I mentioned it was because I've had so many people tell me that they got taken off and because it just took off this huge, um, wave of people there. So I appreciate that, Stephanie. Thank you. Supporting us on subscribe star as well as there. The subscribe star thing has really kind of been a, a core, uh, part of our support because, you know, you can go there and you can sign up $5 and up, uh, different tiers that are there. And, um, you know, it is, um, just comes out every month. And so it's something that we can look at and, uh, we know we've got a base of support there, uh, but they don't tell you if the, uh, if the credit card goes away, it just goes away and they don't notify anybody. I don't understand it.
Starting point is 01:40:28 I would think that they would do something like that, uh, because they take a cut. You know what I mean? If, if, um, the credit card doesn't work, they don't get paid. I don't get paid. Uh, we're going to take a break and we come back. We're going to take a look at some news before we do. I haven't talked about this for a while. We're talking about preparation and doing it individually and at the community level. One of the best things that you can do.
Starting point is 01:40:46 And I'll mention this again, civil defense manual, civil defense manual.com. That's where you'll find this. You can get a feel for what's as two volumes, and this is a hundred dollars, but it is packed with very, very useful information. Uh, it's there's no filler in here and you can get an idea, uh, and a lot of different topics. You can get an idea of what it looks like. He's got a couple of free chapters there.
Starting point is 01:41:10 One of the free chapters is water. And that is the fundamental thing that you have to prepare for, because that's the thing that you can last, uh, the least amount of time. So we're going to take a quick break and we will be right back. Let me tell you the David Knight show you can listen to with your ears. You can even watch it by using your eyes. In fact, if you can hear me, that means you're listening to The David Knight Show right now. Yeah, good job. And you want to know something else?
Starting point is 01:41:58 You can find all the links to everywhere to watch or listen to the show at thedavidknightshow.com. That's a website. All right, welcome back. Let's talk a little bit about what is happening with finances, especially. Gold is leading a revolt against the dollar, says one economist. Central banks around the world are shifting away from the U.S. dollar and turning their attention to gold, said the chairman of the Rockefellers, Rockefeller International.
Starting point is 01:42:33 Prices for gold have surged 20% in the past six months, and the demand is not coming from the usual suspects. It says they're seeking people who are typically people who are seeking a hedge against inflation and low real interest rates. No, it's coming from the central banks. They now account for a record 33% of monthly global demand for gold. They're ramping up gold buying more than any time since the data collection began in 1950. And I think a large part of this, and he says as well, is driven by these Biden sanctions. You've got about 30% of the countries are under sanctions,
Starting point is 01:43:13 under sanctions from us. And so they're looking at getting away from this monetary system. And even as some of them, like Zimbabwe, they're saying, well, we're going to have a gold-backed cryptocurrency. Texas is talking about that as well. But a lot of them have to have something that is real, that is going to be there. This buying boom has helped to push the price of gold to near record levels, more than 50% higher than what models based on real interest rates would suggest, he said. Adding that clearly something new is driving
Starting point is 01:43:45 gold prices up. Nine of the top 10 central bank buyers are in the developing world, Russia, India, China, and the BRICS. And again, they're buying gold because they want to get away from the reserve currency, the petrodollar. Not coincidentally, these three countries, Russia, India, China, are in talks with Brazil, South Africa, about creating a new currency to challenge the dollar, as well as a new competing system to clear money, to compete with SWIFT, which has been weaponized against them.
Starting point is 01:44:19 And so he says, the oldest and the most traditional of assets. Gold is now a vehicle for central banks to revolt against the dollar. And, um, they saw as these sanctions were coming in, they said, Hey, you know, they could freeze our assets, steal our assets very quickly. We as individuals saw this happening with Trudeau and what he did to the Freedom Convoy. It was a wake-up call for everybody, what these authoritarians plan on doing. And Bill Holter is saying that gold is going to break the Fed. He said, we've been absolutely jammed. This guy sells precious metals like Tony does.
Starting point is 01:45:03 Tony Arderman at wisewolf.gold supports the show. And he's actually set up davidknight.gold. But Tony was saying the same thing. He said, this is going to come down. He's trying to secure supply lines because he said it's going to get to the point where you're not going to be able to get it. That's what this guy is saying as well. He said, we're getting a lot more calls and we're doing bigger purchases.
Starting point is 01:45:24 And this is very different from a few years ago. What is going to happen is demand is going to outstrip supply and supply will be wiped out. You heard Tony talking about that yesterday. He said, ultimately, uh, comics and,
Starting point is 01:45:37 uh, LBMA, that's the London exchange, the commodities exchange here in the U S ultimately they're going to fail to deliver. And then you will see an absolute moonshot in both gold and silver. The buying power of the dollar is declining before our eyes. He said a little over 15 months now,
Starting point is 01:45:54 the M2 money supply has contracted by about 5%. This is the first time since the 1930s where money supply actually contracted. Think about that. He said, how is the dollar dropping in value versus other fiat currencies if that is happening? He said, the dollar is clearly dropping in value versus gold because we're now at over 2,000 per ounce and inflation is really not abating. But he goes, it's going to be like rocket fuel because we're going to see a blackout in supply.
Starting point is 01:46:29 He said, when you can't get it, then what is an ounce of gold going to be worth? If you can't get it, what is an ounce of silver going to be worth? He said, I think the dollar is going to collapse well over 50% in purchasing power. Well, if you look at the inflation that's happening year over year, that's not a prediction that is that far out. He said, when this thing goes, it's going to be very, very rapid event. By the way, you know, when we look at silver, silver is also going in record demand. Total global silver demand in 2020 came in at a record 1.24 billion ounces, an 18% increase in silver demand over 2021. Industrial demand posted a record amount of 556 million ounces.
Starting point is 01:47:22 Demand for silver in the solar energy sector is expected to continue to grow. According to study by scientists at the University of New South Wales, solar manufacturers will likely require over 20% of the current annual silver supply by 2027. And by 2050, solar panel production will use approximately 85% to 98% of current global silver reserves. So what is that going to do to the price of silver if that is the way, if it's going to be these industrial uses, especially we know that silver is, that the solar is going to go sky high with this.
Starting point is 01:48:07 Okay, I pulled up the wrong thing here hang on just one second this thing is a little bit slow when i pull it up uh but we will get there eventually uh here we go yeah this is what i wanted to talk about elizabeth warren elizabeth warren the totalitarian maniac control freak who wants to shut down crypto. Why? Because she's not about supporting the people against the big banks and big money. She's never, that's her public persona. She's never been about that. She created the consumer financial protection board.
Starting point is 01:48:39 Uh, and, uh, that was her brainchild. And Oh, by the way, we've got, you know, several Republican senators trying to kill that thing, that monster that she created. But now she's got a new hobby horse. She wants to outlaw crypto wallets. and things like that, and they don't allow you to be able to put dollars into crypto or take the dollars out. You can still use crypto wallet to wallet to make purchases after you're already in there. If they shut down the entry points and the exit points, you can still use it.
Starting point is 01:49:14 So she wants to come after that as well. And she authored a bill last year, and she had a republican senator kansas senator roger marshall who represents himself as a populist says he's for freedom he actually brought in some of the freedom convoy people and you know to honor them and things like that because you know they were fighting against what was happening there but you know the trudeau people were trying to uh were actually coming after them when they found out that they were sending bitcoin to the truckers to support them and so what is he doing working with elizabeth warren to shut down crypto why would he do that anyway the two of them coauthored a bill
Starting point is 01:50:05 that would require cryptocurrency wallet providers to comply with anti-money laundering rules. And we're not talking about the crypto exchanges and we're not talking about FTX or, um, you know, any of these others that are out there, uh, but the wallets themselves. And so it is the people who wrote this article said, does he even know what he's doing? Well, I don't know. Maybe he doesn't. We have a lot of politicians who don't know what they're doing. Warren and Marshall are planning to reintroduce this this summer,
Starting point is 01:50:39 and they've now this year, because it failed last year, they've lined up a lot of law enforcement agencies who are always looking for some new laws to enforce and they're going to do it in the name of anti-money laundering and so this warren bill would require anybody who designs a crypto wallet which is basically just a computer program to store encryption codes right uh they'd have to register as a money services business, and they would be regulated as if they were a financial institution. This means, says a Zero Hedge article, this means that any computer programmer, entrepreneur, who writes code to help customers control crypto investments from their phone, and to help keep the crypto secure from hackers,
Starting point is 01:51:29 would need to register with the Treasury Department as if they were Western Union. Good luck with that. This is about de facto prohibition. Last year, Warren introduced a bill that would adopt China's approach, imposing a de facto ban on public blockchains, and do that under the guise of fighting money laundering reports say this bill will be reintroduced again soon and as i point out let's not take our cues from the chinese communist party she instigated the bill the quiet part that she's not saying out loud and that marshall
Starting point is 01:52:05 doesn't seem to understand or he doesn't care if he does understand it is that this is a blunt the blunt application of these rules when applied to entrepreneur computer coders will not work they can't comply it and she knows so the bill is a trojan horse the bill is designed as another tactic for prohibition for banning and doing it de facto and saying well you know we didn't it's just these regulations and we got to have these regulations for uh protection for financial protection and that's what her agency has done her agency was created uh in the aftermath actually she had started talking about it when she was still at Harvard. And Ted Cruz, Byron Donnells, and others are trying to take action to eliminate this federal agency, the Consumer Financial Protection Board.
Starting point is 01:52:59 They said, as utter and complete waste of government spending. It should be eliminated. It is also unconstitutional. That's what Donald points out. But where did we get this thing from? Well, it was the brainchild of Elizabeth Warren, established in 2010, but she had already proposed it in 2007 before we had the big bust. She was still a Harvard law school professor and Obama appointed her to serve as a white house advisor with a task of overseeing the implementation
Starting point is 01:53:36 of the consumer financial protection board in late 2010. And when we look at its immediate effect, it put a lot of additional rules out there supposedly to protect the consumer. But with all of the reporting and the regulation and the paperwork, what it did was it shut down a lot of markets to small and medium-sized banks. And they were going out by 200 or 300 banks every year until they just eviscerated the small independent banks, pretty much everywhere, except in North Dakota, where they have a publicly owned state bank that can help the small and medium-sized banks to survive. But this is all part of their attempt to consolidate.
Starting point is 01:54:28 Elizabeth Warren puts herself out there as a champion of the little guy, the champion of the consumer. And yet what she is is the champion of Wall Street and consolidation and big banks. And you can see it in this Consumer Financial Protection Board. Mike Lee, Kevin Cramer, John Barrasso, Rand Paul joined Cruz in introducing the repeal Consumer Financial Protection Board Act on Thursday. Cruz first attempted to repeal this thing in 2015 and has led several similar incidents. Donald said that it is unconstitutional, yes. Unaccountable, yes.
Starting point is 01:55:10 Overreaching government agency with no congressional oversight. You remember, it was created in 2010. And so you had the person who had been the initial director or whatever the title is, the head honcho, resigned when Trump was president, and the number two person said, I'm the new president. And the Trump administration said, no, that's not how it works. We will appoint who the new head is. And so they got into that fight.
Starting point is 01:55:41 It's incredibly independent, insular, arrogant. That's the way Elizabeth Warren designed it, because that's Elizabeth Warren. It hinders economic prosperity by imposing burdens and unnecessary regulations on American consumers, and it cuts their choices by cutting down the banks that are out there and consolidating all of it. The Supreme Court agreed in February to hear arguments in a case involving the constitutionality of the CFPB. Last year, the U.S. Court of Appeals of the Fifth Circuit ruled the agency's funding structure was unconstitutional since Congress delegates its appropriations power to the CFPB.
Starting point is 01:56:23 This is why they thought they were their own little kingdom there, their own little fiefdom, because they don't have to get money from Congress. They're not accountable to the president. They're not accountable to the Congress. They're their own thing. It is a monster. Thereby, it violates the Constitution's separation of powers clause
Starting point is 01:56:41 because what happened was a legislative branch transferred it over to the executive branch but they're doing that with all kinds of things uh sending the powers over to uh the bureaucracy which is all under the executive branch oral arguments are expected to take place in the fall a decision will happen next year as to whether or not the board is going to be ruled as unconstitutional. So, and Tony talked about this yesterday. I don't have the clip to play because we don't have too much time here. But we had some interesting admissions from Jerome Powell,
Starting point is 01:57:19 a couple of people pretending to be Zelensky. They pranked him into believing that. And he said some interesting things. He said, we need to have a period of slower growth so the economy can cool off. So the labor market can cool off. So the wages can cool off. Are wages going up too fast? Have you noticed that?
Starting point is 01:57:42 I mean, the price of eggs are going up, the price of this and that is going up. I haven't noticed the price of wages going up. As a matter of fact, we got a guy who's with the Bank of England, and he's telling people there, he says, all right, all right, look, you just got to accept the fact that you're going to be poorer now. Because if you go out there and try to get your wages to keep up with inflation, you're just going to fuel inflation more. So just get used to the fact that you're poor now.
Starting point is 01:58:09 And here's Jerome Powell in a candid conversation with somebody that he thinks is Zelensky saying, well, you know, we got to let the wages cool off. Wages are not driving. We all know that. They started handing out stimulus checks last year, but that is not the issue that is currently before us. Before we go to break, this is kind of off the topic of what we typically talk about, but I still thought it was very interesting,
Starting point is 01:58:47 this SpaceX launch that happened about a week ago, and the aftermath of it is really pretty interesting uh they have a lot of problems now with the faa because they're very upset about what happened in in terms of this this powerful rocket i showed you pictures last week of a minivan that got pelted with this big rock they said they had rocks that were breaking off the sides of bowling balls it covered a city uh port isabel that was about six miles away just completely covered that city with dirt and dust this is um now pictures have come out in terms of the building structure there the launch pad and other things look at what it did to this building it completely demolished the building and here's a picture of that same car from a distance look at this as it's coming to watch look at that when it hits it truly amazing when you look at this uh up, of course, it's at an angle there.
Starting point is 01:59:46 They corrected it and made it vertical. But you can see how it hit that. And then here's the aftermath of some of the cameras that they had there. And I looked at that and thought, is that lens broken? Well, yes, that lens is broken. Take a look at that. So they set up their cameras. They certainly didn't expect that, right?
Starting point is 02:00:02 There's no impact protection for these cameras. They figured there might be some dust, so they wrapped plastic around the camera. But that's the only protection they had. Here's a lens that completely knocked off of one of the cameras. That's the car that got hit close up. And it truly is amazing what happened with that. And it was part of a system they decided that they wanted to do it quickly and so they didn't do the usual precautions uh there's a
Starting point is 02:00:32 couple of different ways that they can disperse that force and they can um you know set up a a water diverter for the force and that type of stuff. They decided not to do that, even though this is far more powerful than any rockets that have ever been done before. As I pointed out the other day, it's about two and a half times more powerful than the Saturn five rockets. And Elon Musk was in a hurry and he said, well, we've decided not to put that diverter there.
Starting point is 02:01:03 He says, this might be a big mistake. And yeah, it looks like it is a big mistake. Uh, so they've now, yeah, environmentalists are coming after them and saying,
Starting point is 02:01:10 well, this is also an environmentally sensitive area. So he's got them grounded, but they're grounded because they're going to have a lot of stuff to repair. One guy says, well, they tried building, uh,
Starting point is 02:01:20 their launch pad, uh, straw sticks and bricks. Maybe next time they're going to use some specialized steel. That was a very interesting result of that, and a lot of people are very angry. We're going to take a quick break, and when we come back, we're going to connect with our guest.
Starting point is 02:01:41 As I said, it is what you see happening in Aspen. As I looked at his book, I was anxious to talk to him because I really do think it is a preview of what our society is going to look like. This incredible stratification with a few people at the very top, everybody else living life on the edge as slaves and poverty. And so we're going to take a look at what Aspen looks like as essentially a preview of what these people want to do globally. We'll be right back. Decoding the mainstream propaganda. It's The David Knight Show.
Starting point is 02:03:01 The David Knight Show is a critical thinking super spreader. If you've been exposed to logic by listening to The David Knight Show, please do your part and try not to spread it. Financial support or simply telling others about the show causes this dangerous information to spread farther. People have to trust me. I mean, trust the science. Wear your mask. Take your vaccine.
Starting point is 02:03:41 Don't ask questions. Using free speech to free minds. It's the David Knight Show. All right, welcome back. Our guest is Glenn K. Beaton. He was a token conservative, he says, of the Aspen Times. He was a columnist there for seven years before being fired by email one Christmas Eve. Because of their dismay, he had become the most popular columnist in the 140-year history of the newspaper. His column often generated more clicks than front-page news.
Starting point is 02:04:21 Since then, he's taken a show on the road. He has nearly a million readers of his blog at the aspenbeat.com he's practiced law the supreme court he's been an aerospace engineer for boeing he's worked as a roustabout in an oil field a lot of different things he's an accomplished amateur mountaineer he summited the eiger as well as a matterhorn there you go up the eiger watch out for that guy that's limping. He could be coming for you. And a full member of the Mountain Rescue of Aspen, Colorado. And, of course, Aspen is a place that has always fascinated us,
Starting point is 02:04:56 the wealth, the celebrity, the beauty of the place. But he's going to tell us what is happening there. Thank you for joining us, Glenn. Good morning, David. Good to be here. It is interesting to look at it. And, you know, when I look at your book here, and of course the book I should mention is High Attitude. Attitude, not altitude. High Attitude, The Liberal Takeover of Aspen.
Starting point is 02:05:15 It just came out April the 18th. So you'll be able to find that book. But he says it's ugly truth about Aspen and other resorts and what the rest of America should avoid. And I think that when I look at this and you talk about the wealth effect and the stratification that is happening there, it does look to me like what they have planned for everybody, this concentration of wealth in 2030. Talk a little bit about what is happening there in terms of the wealth effect. Well, Aspen has really gone crazy in the real estate department, especially. You know, price of housing now is somewhere between $3,000 and $6,000 a square foot.
Starting point is 02:05:54 It's not at all unusual to see slope-side mansions going for literally $100 million. So you have the billionaires have sort of driven out the millionaires. Mere millionaires can't really afford Aspen very well, unless there's a sizable group of people. In fact, it's 45% of the voters in Aspen are in taxpayer subsidized housing. So this subsidized housing is really extreme. It's not just mildly subsidized. You get a place that's worth probably two to four, maybe five or six million dollars for dime on the dollar. I lived next door to one of these projects for several years. It was almost slope side. The real fair market value was probably five or six million dollars.
Starting point is 02:06:36 And I looked up to see what they had paid for it. They'd paid like two hundred ninety, two hundred seventy thousand dollars. So there's this huge polarization there between the billionaires and the i say ordinary joes that are in the subsidized housing now i have to mention that the subsidized housing ordinary joes aren't exactly uh budweiser light drinkers they're even even today's Budweiser light drinkers, if there are any left. The income cutoff for getting into the taxpayer subsidized housing is $300,000. And the net wealth cutoff is a million dollars. So they're literally putting millionaires with up to $300,000 income into taxpayer subsidized housing that they get for dimes on the dollar. Wow. Now you might wonder, how do you get this gig?
Starting point is 02:07:27 Yeah, that was my question. Yeah, what do you have to be to get that, and who do you have to please? Well, basically, the truth of it is you have to be an insider. They say that it's all determined by lottery and that you have to be working in Pitkin County, the county that includes Aspen. But in fact, the insiders, the politicians, the newspaper editors, the employees of Aspen Skiing Company seem to win a lot of these lotteries. I'm not saying the fix is in, I'll just say that these people are very lucky, it seems. So that's how you get in. And now they have 45% of the city in there. So you have these sort of moderately, I can't even call them low-income people.
Starting point is 02:08:10 As I say, they're up to $300,000 a year with a million dollars net worth. But you have these people who are not billionaires. And then you have on the other side of the street, the billionaires, you know, the people in the $100 million housing. So it's sort of amusing to see these two factions go at one another. Both are hard, hard left. Yeah. The ones that are getting the subsidy think that they ought not have a $3 million house that they bought for $300,000.
Starting point is 02:08:36 They ought to have a $7 million house that they buy for $100,000. You know, once you start giving people free money, once they're on the dole, they're never satisfied. They want more of it that's right and you know we've seen this type of thing happening in new york and san francisco and other places like that aspen is one of the most extreme examples of this and i think it is the direction that we're going uh you say when you talk about the wealth effect you say the problems of aspen are not due to poverty they're due to wealth you know that's that we all aspire to having more money and yet it's this concentration of wealth isn't it isn't that ironic it seems like uh the more material assets the culture has the worse
Starting point is 02:09:17 it has in moral assets and ethical assets but that's what's happened up in aspen uh you know there's there's no accountability because there's endless taxpayer money. The people with $100 million Slopeside Mansion, you can imagine what their property taxes are. And they use virtually nothing in services because they're only out there three weeks a year and their kids are going to school in the New York prep schools. So it's all free money to the politicians and they spend it, spend it, spend it. There's no accountability. You know, maybe we need to have that recession that the fed keeps promising us.
Starting point is 02:09:50 I don't think that's going to affect them though. You know, I've heard it described as a, just in general, what has happened with America in terms of our prosperity, you know, prosperity is a good thing, but it seems like I heard somebody say once the love of money is the root of all evil. And I think we love it so much. It becomes kind of a disease. I've heard a, heard it called affluenza and, and it's this concentration. You know, I, I grew up in Tampa when Tampa was not a big area and it was,
Starting point is 02:10:15 you know, a very suburban place. It's changed quite a bit from when I grew up there. And my wife was from New York, just outside of New York city. And I would go up there and that was where I first saw that kind of concentration. And it seemed like you had the people who were unbelievably rich and everybody else is just trying to, trying to scrape by. And it was so alien to me. I'd never seen anything like that before, but now that is happening everywhere.
Starting point is 02:10:40 And I think that is really what they're trying to set up, uh, in every community with these cities yeah you know i don't really have a lot of sympathy for the billionaires but i think i sympathize with the billionaires more than i do the uh people on the housing dole at least the billionaires arguably earned their money these people in the housing dole just never have enough they want free money you give them free money they want some more free money to justify the free money that they already got it's kind of ironic their argument they don't realize the inherent contradiction in it but they say that the reason that they're not rich is because they're not greedy and so they need to take money from the people who are greedy who are rich because they're morally superior
Starting point is 02:11:25 to them because they're not greedy. And so they deserve more money. Yeah. It's like a hate crime. I know your motivation. I know what you're really thinking and you're, I deserve to take this from you because you're evil and I'm not. Uh, talk a little bit about the celebrity aspects of it, because that's the other
Starting point is 02:11:39 aspect of Aspen, uh, that's covered in your book. Uh, and there's been some amazing incidents with some celebrities. You mentioned Hunter S. Thompson. Talk about that. Well, Hunter S. Thompson moved to Aspen like in the late 60s. He was one of the ones who came early on. And he came just about when Aspen was going to pot. I say that in all senses of the word. And it went to stuff worse than pot after his arrival. He was a character. I'll give him that. I don't think he was a particularly good writer, and I go into that a little bit in my book, but he was legitimately a character.
Starting point is 02:12:13 He ran for sheriff of Pitkin County at one point. He actually won the popular vote in Aspen City limits, but he lost countywide. So that gives you a sense. And of course, he wanted to legalize drugs except that he wanted to put in stockades anybody who was selling bad drugs. So he was after the traffickers, but not the users. It wasn't clear from his analysis how the users were supposed to get their drugs if he criminalized the
Starting point is 02:12:47 traffickers. But anyway, that was his shtick. Sorry, I was going to say, I guess it's like Supreme Court justice who says, I don't know how to define pornography, but I'll know it when I see it. I guess he knew that about bad drugs, right? Yeah, right. Thompson ultimately killed himself in a way that was not very classy. He was fooling around. No, not fooling around. He got his gun out in the kitchen, and while his daughter and son-in-law were in the next room, he blew his brains out when he was on the telephone talking to his wife.
Starting point is 02:13:20 So they didn't find his body right away because when they heard the gunshot, they thought it was just another liquor bottle hitting the floor, which apparently happened with some frequency in their kitchen. But ultimately, well, I should say, you know, in 10 or 15 minutes, they wander in there and they found him without his brains. For his funeral, Johnny Depp handled the funeral at Hunter's request. So for his funeral, there were all these celebrities, you know, John Kerry and the list goes on. The typical woke crowd. For the finale of the funeral, he had his cremated ashes shot up in the air by a cannon to spread over the ground below. He was a character, kind of a jerk. Kind of like SpaceX in Port Isabel, except not as much fireworks, right? Yeah, and then there's all the other celebrities.
Starting point is 02:14:14 The list goes on and on. Charlie Sheen got arrested for beating up on his girlfriend, or was she a wife at the time? Whatever, it's all the same. But he got arrested for that when he was either stoned or drunk or high or some combination of those things. He ultimately had to serve 30 days in jail, but he was already credited for time served, so he served virtually no time in jail.
Starting point is 02:14:43 And he was ordered to go to anger management therapy for another 30 days which as i said in my book i i suspect just pissed him off that's funny uh of course there's also a connection to ted bundy there that you mentioned in the book oh yeah tedy, about halfway through his killing spree, which is to say he killed maybe 15 or so women, he shows up in Aspen and he kills a woman after doing what he did and throws her in the ditch for bear food and flees the state. So, a year or two later, the investigators were putting together dots. Bundy, in the meantime, had been arrested in Utah and he was serving time. No, he wasn't serving time. He was incarcerated. He was jailed temporarily
Starting point is 02:15:40 in Utah awaiting trial. And they put together some dots and decided that he was a suspect in that case, in the Aspen case. So they extradited him from Utah back to Aspen, and he was put in jail. But he was given library privileges. Well, you can imagine what happened with his library privileges. The library, they didn't bother to lock. So here they have this accused murderer with library privileges in an unlocked library. Well, I guess maybe the door was locked, but the window wasn't. And Bundy was an enterprising enough individual that he was able to crawl out the window. Gee, who would have thought? So he crawls out the window and he resumes his killing spree. He ultimately confessed to this
Starting point is 02:16:24 crime just before he was executed down in Florida. How many more people did he kill after he got out of the ass? Another 15 or 20. Wow. Another 15 or 20. Wow. That's amazing. Yeah, he was a very intelligent person.
Starting point is 02:16:36 I use him as an example many times. I say, you know, we look at people and we can't imagine how evil they are. And he's one of the best examples. Very intelligent, very, you know, great personality from what they all said in terms of the way he could come across people. Nobody can imagine somebody could be a monster like that. Yeah, he was a charmer.
Starting point is 02:16:55 You know, that was part of his MO. He charmed people and that's why they got in the car with him. Wow. Also the Kennedys, they have a presence there in Aspen, right? Tell us a little bit about that. Well, the Kennedys go way back to JFK, but more after that, after he was gone with Jackie Kennedy and then the Sons. Jackie Kennedy was a pretty good skier. She cut quite a striking figure on the slope.
Starting point is 02:17:23 The Sons and grandsons and nieces and nephews and so on were a little bit less striking. A couple stories are told. One of them is purely factual. Michael Kennedy was engaged in some hijinks skiing. So he was skiing down Aspen Mountain and the Kennedys and their friends were reckless skiers basically. He was playing football on skis so you know one of them would ski ahead and the other would throw football to him. Aspen ski patrollers asked them to stop this game. It was obvious that they were doing this. They did it all the time so they were sort of notorious for this. So Aspen ski patrol asked them to stop playing this game.
Starting point is 02:18:05 But they didn't revoke their lift tickets. They didn't give them any warnings, anything like that. The Ski Patrol tends to look the other way when it comes to these sorts of shenanigans by celebrities. So they resume their game. And so Michael goes out for a pass, as they say. He turns around. So he's skiing backward and looking to catch the ball. Well, he skis right off the slope into a tree, uh, no helmet.
Starting point is 02:18:32 Uh, he was probably dead before he hit the ground. So fortunately he didn't ski into another skier or we could have had two dead people. Yeah. Yeah. I got a sunny bono was sunny. Uh, when sunny, uh, went off the slopes and hit a tree, was he an Aspen? Or is he somewhere?
Starting point is 02:18:46 He was somewhere in California. I want to say Tahoe, but no, maybe he was in mammoth, but no, it was not an Aspen or Colorado. Wow. Yeah. I had a, a regular listener who was sending me stuff about Aspen going back in to January of 2021. And he was talking about how bad the lockdowns were there.
Starting point is 02:19:04 And he said, we had, we got two classes of people. We got billionaires and slaves. And I'm assuming that the slaves are not the people there with $300,000, uh, income and a million dollar net worth. I mean, the people who have that kind of money and that kind of net worth are not waiting tables and, um, serving pizza. Right. So, so what happens to the people who are the slave class? Where do they live?
Starting point is 02:19:26 Well, a lot of them are in this taxpayer-subsidized housing for, you know, dimes on the dollar, and they want to make it pennies on the dollar. A number of others come from what we call up here Down Valley. In other words, down the Roaring Fork River outside of Aspen, sometimes as much as an hour commute. They complain about that. The typical commute is more like a half hour. They complain about that, though, saying that this proves the need for more taxpayer subsidized housing within city limits, which, by the way, costs about a million five per unit because they don't like the commute.
Starting point is 02:20:05 I can't help but put that together with the commute of the average American. I looked that up. The commute of the average American is about 30 minutes and you don't get to go through the beautifully scenic Roaring Fort Valley. You're likely to be on the Jersey Turnpike or something. I know I had a half hour commute. Actually, I had an hour commute when I was in Texas, but I could turn it into a half hour early morning when I was going. But yeah, it was not, uh, not beautiful.
Starting point is 02:20:31 Like I've been to Aspen. I've visited there. Just drove through to look at it. Uh, it is a beautiful place. And of course, uh, things were pretty tough there in January, 2021. Weren't they? What my listener was sending me were they were talking about how you had to pass your PCR test and all the rest of the stuff even to get in
Starting point is 02:20:50 a place, even to get into the area, even more so than you would at other ski resorts. Well, there's an interesting story about that too involving Candace Owens, the conservative commentator. She came to Aspen during the height of that.
Starting point is 02:21:06 And she's sort of a mask skeptic, but she decided, well, you know, I'm going to Aspen and that's the rule. I'll follow the rule, even though I think this is all kind of baloney. So, you know, I'll mask up and I'll get the advanced test, too, which they were requiring at the time. So she goes to the local test, or this was before at-home tests. So you had to go down to a clinic or somewhere and get the test. She goes down there to get the test, gives them her name. They look her up and realize who she is. She's this conservative, happens to be black, political commentator. And they refuse to give her the test because they say they don't
Starting point is 02:21:45 like her politics. Really? They even said it out loud. Wow. Yeah, they said it was in emails. And so they initially sort of disputed this. And so she produced the emails and the emails were, there's a bell. They showed that they were going to refuse to administer the test because they didn't like her politics, particularly on this masking issue the irony to this is you know here they are endangering the community under their own standards which say you have to get tested and wear the mask and so on to drive home some sort of political point with somebody who's skeptical about that but that's the way they are They're willing to endanger the greater population in order to drive home a point against an individual that they don't like. Now you're working in this environment
Starting point is 02:22:31 and you're taking them on, as you said, the token conservative there. I imagine things got pretty rough between you and them. Tell us a little bit about that. What was that like to be in that kind of an environment where they refuse to give you a test because they don't like your politics and you're writing columns there in that town? What was that like? Well, they wouldn't have hired me if they'd known how this how well it would go. So they hired me to be their token conservative. I was supposed to be kind of like what are the they, the Washington Generals against the Harlem Globetrotters. Remember how the Harlem Globetrotters just had this bogus team whose job was to
Starting point is 02:23:12 lose every game, and they succeeded in losing every game. You weren't supposed to beat the Globetrotters and they never ever did. I was supposed to be the Washington Generals on the newspaper, the token conservative who was only there in order to get mocked. Well, as it turned out, though, the column took off, as you said at the outset. For a while, I was actually at the end, I was generating more clicks than front page news. Sometimes I would get picked up by some of the national sites realtor politics you know whatever and i'd get tens of thousands of clicks well the whole circulation of the aspen times is only about 5 000 so there i was just making a name for myself and i was getting death threats not everybody liked me
Starting point is 02:23:59 i got a ton of clicks but i also got death threats uh my my car uh windshield was smashed in broad daylight grocery store once i got so well for my mug shot for the column i used a very blurry old picture with my head kind of turned and hoped that they wouldn't recognize me but i still would get recognized around town and get these dirty looks my general policy was when i made a whole or a restaurant reservation i'd never made it my own name because i didn't want them to know that they were preparing and serving me before i ate the food and then they'd see who i was at that time i gave them my credit card well you know maybe it always worked maybe I exaggerated the danger, but I did feel endangered. Wow.
Starting point is 02:24:48 It always works if you tell them Donner Party. You know, that's always good for them. Whether you tell them my name is Donner, they say, Donner Party of three, the table is ready. We'll have you over for dinner. Well, you know, it is interesting to look at it and, you know, let's talk a little bit about how it got that way because, you know it is interesting to look at it and and you know let's talk a little bit about how it got that way because you know when we lived uh in texas we've got a lot of places in the west and northwest up in colorado or we go up into washington state and oregon
Starting point is 02:25:17 beautiful places and most of them have been taken over certainly the urban areas taken over by the rich people by the rich people, by the liberal people, they they've marched through the institutions. They've marched through the beautiful areas because they've got so much money. Uh, that is the thing that we're seeing happening everywhere. Even here, we're now in Tennessee. Uh, you have to, you know, all the problems. We see happening in politics are coming from the big cities are coming from
Starting point is 02:25:44 Nashville or coming from Memphis are coming from the big cities. They're coming from Nashville. They're coming from Memphis. They're coming from Knoxville. And so you see the cities everywhere are going. Any thoughts about, you know, we can talk about Aspen in particular, but any thoughts in general about why that is and how we start? Well, in Aspen, at least, and I think to some extent elsewhere too, because I think Aspen is kind of a canary in the coal mine, culture-wise. In Aspen, a big part of it, I think, is drugs, which really came around in the late 60s and then the 70s and continued from there.
Starting point is 02:26:17 Colorado, you may know, has legalized marijuana. But Aspen, it was essentially legal long before they legalized it in Colorado. The legalization in Colorado came through a citizen's initiative. And it won, I think, something like 60-40 or 55-45, something like that. Well, in Aspen, the margin was like 80-20 to legalize pop. And so they did. But even before then, it was everywhere. I don't know if you ski, but a ski gondola, the ski gondola that goes up Aspen Mountain is a pretty small enclosed space. It's about the size of a small walking closet. And of course, the windows are closed because it's cold outside. people and it would be very common for them to light up in this closed space, which I thought
Starting point is 02:27:05 was kind of rude, especially if children are with you. The policy of the local sheriff, this is interesting. I think he's just following the desires of his constituency. But the policy of the local sheriff is that drugs should be legalized of all kinds, you heroin fentanyl you name it the drug enforcement administration is active as you might imagine up in aspen and they don't really think drugs should be legalized or at least if they do they're willing to enforce the law as it's written in the meantime so they will do their drug bus from time to time people often think oh gee we're cleaning up drugs well no these drug buffs aren't a sign that we're cleaning up drugs. It's a sign of how much drugs is out there.
Starting point is 02:27:48 But when the DEA does a raid, typically their policy throughout the country is they'll give a heads up to local law enforcement just so they know what's coming down. In case there's any turmoil in Aspen, they don't do that. And the reason they don't do that they're fairly candid is they're afraid that the local law enforcement will tip off the dealers there have been several instances where it appears that that's happened well it is interesting because you know i've and my sense you're talking about the enclosed gondola he says yeah nothing like getting
Starting point is 02:28:21 a contact high before you go downhill skiing maybe Maybe that's what happened to Michael Kennedy. I don't know. Keep in mind, you're about to do something that is inherently a little bit dangerous. Yeah. And there you are getting, um, against your will, you're getting high. Yeah. You climb mountains. I don't imagine you get high before you climb the mountain.
Starting point is 02:28:44 That's not a good idea. You know, even if you're going to do it afterwards, do it afterwards, but not before. Right. I'll take the high on top, but yeah, the Rocky mountain high, but I don't know about John Denver. Maybe anyway, the, uh, uh, you know, when we look at this, I think that brings up an interesting point. I've talked about many times and we saw this happening throughout the COVID nonsense, I call it. And that is, you know, the local sheriff and the local authorities can make things better or they can make things worse. And they have a lot of power.
Starting point is 02:29:14 And there's also, I think, you know, one of the things that's interesting, I talk a lot about the Constitution and the Tenth Amendment and how we can nullify things. That's a peaceful alternative to secession or something. So we're just not going to enforce that law. We've seen the left do that over and over again with medical marijuana or other types of marijuana. And people need to understand that that's a viable thing to do in terms of gun control
Starting point is 02:29:38 legislation or in terms of right now, we've got a lawsuit that's just been filed here in Tennessee where Biden says, no, you can't stop the mutilation and sterilization of kids surgically and chemically. And so, you know, the Tennessee law says we're not going to do that to kids. He says, no, we're going to make you do that. It seems to me like if you look at the, you know, they could be a good example for us, regardless of what you say the the drug stuff and how it has you know messed with the community but from a legal standpoint they have illustrated the power of the 10th amendment even with jeff sessions in there uh he never did take this to a direct conflict because i think they didn't want people to realize that the constitution says that states and local authorities have that kind of power so i think that's one good thing that could come out of it, that we look at it.
Starting point is 02:30:28 But, you know, when we talk about how these enclaves turn into these liberal enclaves, that may be part of it. It may be their connection to the government that can channel them cash, right? Because that's one of the things I thought about. What do you think about that type of thing? Certainly there's perhaps money being made out of drugs, but also when we look at how we've got this concentration of wealth there, a lot of these people are heavily involved with the government in one way or the other,
Starting point is 02:30:57 whether it's favors with the drugs or whether it's some kind of crony capitalism. Is that what is causing this kind of concentration of wealth and power in these cities against us what do you think yeah you know there's a elite establishment and aspen is neck deep in the elite establishment and they uh they all kind of engage in this group think in a couple months months, there's the annual Aspen Ideas Festival coming up, where they've been doing this for, geez, I don't know, 60 years or something. It started out as a great thing. It was founded by a Chicago industrialist, Walter Pepke, who moved to Aspen and sort of refounded the place after the quiet days in the interim
Starting point is 02:31:47 between the silver bust in 1891 and World War II. So there was this great thing that happened. But now you look at what they're doing and the idea is like all stale ideas. Let's talk about global warming. Madeleine Albright came out more times than I want to remember. She must have had a group raid or a vacation raid at the Sheridan or something. When they have a debate, their typical debate is going to be what they see as balance. Well, their balance is going to be somebody like Don Lemon and Paul Krugman on the left and Paul Ryan and Mitt Romney on the so-called right.
Starting point is 02:32:31 Forget about getting somebody like Tom Cotton or Ted Cruz for all for sure. Forget about getting Donald Trump. It's all it's all rigged. It's all biased. And you get kind of fed up with it. Yeah. One of the things, um, one of the people who's knee deep in all this, uh, establishment stuff is, uh, Aspen skiing company. They're the dominant employer in the Valley. They're not a huge company. They do maybe a hundred million dollars a year. They're owned by the Krohn
Starting point is 02:33:01 family out of Chicago, which also owns General Dynamics. Huge family worth probably $10 billion. This is not the biggest jewel in the Crown's crown. But anyway, this guy is so political and so woke, you wouldn't believe it. He wrote, well, he's upset by the fact that there aren't very many black skiers in Aspen. In fact, there aren't very many black people in Aspen. I don't know of a single black person who lives in Aspen. I'm not trying to be racist here.
Starting point is 02:33:37 I'm just telling you what I know about, I personally know, I could be wrong, about the demographics. I've been around and the nearest black person that I know is a friend down valley about 20 miles. But anyway, the head of Aspen skiing company was just outraged full of angst that there weren't more black skiers. So he managed to entice a black skiing group. There's a black skiing group, a national group to come to Aspen and he dubs it black ski week okay fine i don't have any objections to that but he sends around a memo to all thousand of their employees instructing them how to behave around black people
Starting point is 02:34:19 do they get the jamaican ski team or uh what it? The bobsled team or something like that? The Jamaican bobsled team, yeah. Well, so in this memo, at first, I think it's kind of outrageous that he thought that he felt the need to send a memo around to his employees telling them how to behave around black people. I think they know how to behave around black people. You behave decently and courteously in the same way you behave around white people or whatever. But no, he said you have to see their blackness. You have to not be colorblind.
Starting point is 02:34:56 And don't dare tell them such things as, oh, the restaurant doesn't open until 5, so come back then. Because they might interpret that as an act of discrimination. Don't tell them, oh, you can't park here. This is only for valet parking because they might interpret that as an act of discrimination. Well, I don't think he thinks very much of black people either. I don't think a black person is going to interpret, oh, the restaurant doesn't open till five or no, you can't park here. It's only for ballet.
Starting point is 02:35:30 I don't think an ordinary black person is going to interpret that as an act of racial discrimination. And how is this policy really supposed to play out? Suppose you own a restaurant and a black person comes knocking on the door at four o'clock and you don't open till five. You're supposed to let them in and serve them food, even though the staff's not there. Yeah, it's crazy. They must not have gotten that memo about when candace owens was there right she did not get the uh the black red carpet treatment i guess we called you know to her credit she laughed the whole thing off yeah uh you know she could have played
Starting point is 02:36:02 the race card she could have done all kinds of things, but she literally laughed, shrugged her shoulders, and yeah, whatever. And that is the case. I mean, we know that if the same thing had happened, been a conservative place, and it's like, we don't like your politics so you can't come in. If it was a black liberal that was told to, they would say it was all about racism. And so she's not pulling that card on them. Because we know the liberals can never be racist, right? They can be condescending, they would say it was all about racism. And so she's not pulling that card on them because we know the liberals can never be racist, right? They can be condescending. They can be hateful, but they can be all these other things, but they can never
Starting point is 02:36:31 be raceful or racist in the flip side of that is conservatives can never not. That's right. You're guilty as charged. Uh, talk a little bit about the Aspen Institute, because that's, uh, what a lot of people hear about. Tell people what that is about. And that's where you get a lot of the celebrities, the big political figures coming in, I guess, on a regular basis. Well, the Aspen Institute was founded by this fellow I mentioned before, Walter Pepke, who came out from Chicago. And he had this whole Chicago mafia.
Starting point is 02:37:03 I use that, obviously, in the colloquial sense and this very charming wife, Elizabeth, who became the grand dame of Aspen after he passed away. von Goff, the German poet. And so he did, and it was a huge success. He had music there as well, mostly Bach and Beethoven. There was this big German connection. That's racist. I was just talking today about how they just up in Washington, they completely decided in one school district, said we're not going to have uh any music uh where you have wind instruments or violins because
Starting point is 02:37:49 that's racist so we're going to shut down i saw that oh man yeah i can believe it so he starts this racist organization to have mozart and bach and then what happens well it takes off the guy's very well connected and so is his wife his wife was I think the daughter of a romance literature professor at the University of Chicago. So she had all these connections too. Mortimer Adler came out, wound up spending most of his summers in Aspen for the rest of his life, and the institute took off. Pecky lost some money on it initially, but he didn't care. And it took off. He established a campus for it, which is about a mile from downtown within walking distance. And they've been doing this yearly ever since. Ultimately, it became more and more woke, politically correct first and now woke to the point where I think it's
Starting point is 02:38:38 a little bit of a woke joke. But for a while, it was a fabulous organization. And so was the Aspen Music Festival. The Aspen Music Festival has a school. So they rent a campus from one of the private schools during the summer when the private school is out of session. And they bring world-class youngsters, anywhere from typically teenagers to young 20s. It's a wonderful thing because these guys wander around town with their instruments and they'll set up tin cups on a street corner and play just fabulous music, mostly classical, some jazz, a little bit of swing. Well, I can't talk about that without mentioning that the music director, another very woke person now, unfortunately, he noticed that a lot of the musicians, in fact, practically all of their classical musicians were not black. were and some jazz musicians came out to play. I think Miles Davis came out once.
Starting point is 02:39:46 Coltrane might have come out once. But anyway, he was dismayed by the fact that not enough of the students were black. And in string instruments, they tended to be Asian. So he decided to basically establish quotas now for black kids admission to the music school now is based largely on the color of your skin you don't get credit for being asian though because there's already too many asians in his view at least in string instruments but you do get credit for being uh any color i guess other than white or asian wow wow so if you're Asian, you need to learn sax or something, right? Go against the type,
Starting point is 02:40:28 you know, no personal preference of what people like to play. That doesn't count into any of this stuff. Merit doesn't count into any of it. It is the ultimate racism
Starting point is 02:40:37 to determine everything based on people's skin color, isn't it? And that's where we are now. It is kind of interesting to see how this is unfolded and aspen it is a cautionary tale for us we live uh you know not too far from the smoky mountains
Starting point is 02:40:50 here i think it's a beautiful area i i certainly hope the liberals don't come in here and take it over maybe what we need to do is do as much as we can to make it more redneck you know but then start flying confederate flags everywhere just as a repellent to these people. You know, I'm not going back there. Shoot all your Bud Light cans. Yeah, that's right. It was great talking to you. It sounds like a fascinating book.
Starting point is 02:41:15 Again, the book is High Attitude. And that goes along with the drug stuff, I guess. High Attitude, The Liberal takeover of Aspen. It just came out, and I guess people will find that. Amazon, any other place you have a website that you sell direct to that? My website is theaspenbeat.com. I'm also on Substack. Okay, good, good.
Starting point is 02:41:41 Look for Glenn K. That's Glenn with two Ns, Glenn K. Beaton. You can find him at theaspenbeat. Good. Look for Glenn K. That's Glenn with two N's. Glenn K. Beaton. You can find him at the Aspen at Aspenbeat.com and also on Substack. It's great talking to you. It's a beautiful place. Good to be here. Thank you, David.
Starting point is 02:41:54 Are you still, just one last question. Are you still in Aspen or did they run you out of town? They kind of ran me out of town, but not very far. Oh, that's good. I sold my house in downtown Aspen. That's a billionaire. And I'm building a, I'm building a house outside of Aspen.
Starting point is 02:42:12 That's good. So I'm not in the city limits. Good, good. As you move just a little bit, you know, you can make a kind of an arbitrage there by selling something, the thing that's closer in and you move further out, that'd be a good deal.
Starting point is 02:42:22 And you can still be there close to the mountains. It is a beautiful area up there i love colorado i just didn't handle the politics that were there it is still a spectacularly beautiful area i tell you where i live but god knows i don't want that that's right that's right yeah no don't tell anybody it's enough to say that you're in colorado they'll probably fair you out now you'll get uh if they have a liberal version of 4chan, they'll figure out where you are. They figured out
Starting point is 02:42:47 where Shia LaBeouf was in no time, so we don't want to give them any clues. Thank you so much. It was great talking to you. Folks, we'll be right back and we're going to talk about artificial intelligence moving into education.
Starting point is 02:42:57 We'll be right back. Thank you. You're listening to The David Knight Show. welcome back and i want to say thank you to Philip Stabler on Rockfin. Thank you for the tip. He says, love your show. Only honest media show around. Well, thank you. I'm not the only one. We've got Knights of the Storm. We've got Guard Goldsmith and many others that I would recommend.
Starting point is 02:44:14 And I'm going to be on Knights of the Storm tomorrow at 10 a.m. Again, if you want, I'm going to do an Ask Me Anything there. We'll do it live. So if you want to send any questions for me to cover, uh, that is at the nights of the storm at gmail.com. So you can send questions there and I'll answer them and you can tune in tomorrow at 10 AM. I'll be on with them for about an hour, I think is the length of the show, uh, unless they kicked me off early. Uh, and, uh, so, um, oh, by the way, let me mention this as well. This is a Friday, but we don't have Gerald Salenti on. And, uh, I would highly recommend trends journal. It's a great publication covers a lot of news covers a lot of trends. Uh, Gerald
Starting point is 02:44:59 has been spot on about many, many things. As a matter of fact, he's been so far ahead of the curve on this commercial real estate stuff. And he matter of fact, he's been so far ahead of the curve on this commercial real estate stuff. And he knew how this is going to play out with the lockdowns. And boy, that is coming out in a big, big way. You know, just one company lost $120 million in Washington, D.C. We were talking about that last week. They lost about $750 million in California, I think is in L.A, if these big commercial real estate, uh, organizations go down, it could have big implications for the banking system as well. I mean, even though you're not involved in commercial real estate, uh, even though you're
Starting point is 02:45:35 not in LA or in DC, these things have a kind of contagion that can really spread as we saw, everybody was being concerned about, uh, the, the bank, the Silicon Valley bank that went down. And so these types of things can set up a chain of events that any of these things can be the pen that burst the Federal Reserve's bubble that they've created out there. But in the time that we've got left, I want to talk about AI and some technology issues. This was sent to me by a listener, an interesting quote from Bill Gates.
Starting point is 02:46:09 Uh, the age of AI has become in that he says, this is the most important advance in technology, artificial intelligence. He said, since the graphical user interface, uh, which he stole from Apple,
Starting point is 02:46:23 which they stole from Xerox park, uh, the development of AI is as fundamental as the creation of the microprocessor. graphical user interface, which he stole from Apple, which they stole from Xerox PARC. The development of AI is as fundamental as the creation of the microprocessor, the personal computer, the internet, and the mobile phone. It will change the way people work, learn, travel, get health care, and communicate with each other. Entire industries will reorient around it. Businesses will distinguish themselves by how well they use it. And so I looked at this and I thought, well, that's pretty amazing.
Starting point is 02:46:51 He thinks it's going to, it's going to be as important and fundamental as the personal computer, the internet, the mobile phone, microprocessor. I know I get to you through the internet, but I look at these things. And he's like, well, you know, I'm not so sure. I remember life before they existed and I'm not so sure i remember life before they existed and i'm not so sure that things have gotten better our communications are better uh it has freed up the media to extent that it has really frightened these people and they're trying to claw back everything that they can from us at one point in time i gotta say when i um i would say about uh 15 years ago uh 20 years ago i thought wow
Starting point is 02:47:28 this uh internet thing uh i knew that they had started it at darpa i knew it was a psychological experiment at darpa but i thought it looks like it got out of their control i'm not so sure anymore i think it was deliberate for them to rope us in with a lot of free stuff and a lot of other things where you are the product, where they're watching you and all these other things. So I've become a lot more skeptical of all these things. I mean, I went into engineering because I like technology. The problem is that technology, as Eisenhower warned us, we have now seen the complete fulfillment of it, in my opinion. What do they do with technology anymore? Do they look for a cure for cancer?
Starting point is 02:48:06 No, they want to have cadaver wounds that they put in men, you know, artificial wounds so they can have baby hatcheries. And this is what technology has become. Besides the, you know, the military industrial complex technology, see how many people they can kill and how quickly they can do it. I mean, it's become a horrific thing. It's become a surveillance state in so many different areas. And so that's my concern when they start talking. Bill Gates wants to get into artificial intelligence. And, you know, one of the articles that somebody was talking about,
Starting point is 02:48:39 they said, just understand, if you want to get scared about artificial intelligence, just understand that they're using the internet to train it. They're using us to train it. I thought that kind of reminds me of young Frankenstein, you know, where Igor goes in. Here is such and such a missionary in a brain. He looks at it, but he goes for the one that says abnormal.
Starting point is 02:49:05 Do not use it. If you're going to train artificial intelligence based on what we do and say on social media and what is on the internet, that's kind of like Igor putting the Abbey normal brain into the monster. I think that's really what we're looking at at this point in time. And if you're going to use that then to teach kids, a teacher training bootcamp was what this was about. This was sent to me by David, uh, David W learning revolutions, chat GPT bootcamp, harnessing
Starting point is 02:49:40 the power of chat GPT for teaching and learning, or as I call it, chat LGBT. It has, as some technologists have said, they've completely discredited this by making it so controlled and so politicized, you know, the agenda that it sells to people. By the way, on Rockfin, thank you very much, Eric. I appreciate that. Thank you so much. Appreciate that.
Starting point is 02:50:04 Anyway, as they describe this thing, do you want to have AI teaching your kids, I would say? And my concern about this is that this is going to find its way into homeschooling. Because people, when you're homeschooling, you're looking for teaching resources, and it's always going to be a gradual thing. It's going to be iterative. Well, I think we could probably use it for this yes i know that it is manipulative i know that it is lying to people i know it's hallucinating but you know we might be able to use it in this way i think that's where it is the most dangerous is in terms of teaching and also the fact that homeschoolers may wind up letting their kids play with this fire.
Starting point is 02:50:47 But the overview, as they describe it, discover the transformative potential of chat LGBT for modern teaching. And this three-hour boot camp is artificial intelligence reshapes the education landscape. scape. Teachers, parents, and students have an unprecedented opportunity to leverage these advanced tools to enhance and to magnify personal learning. Now, I'm sorry, I'm a real Luddite when it comes to this, because I don't trust this. And when you look at these hallucinatory things and how people fell for all of it, that's why I spent, I think it was a Friday, when some of these first reports started coming out, people playing with chat LGBT, and all this stuff where it's channeling Hal from 2001, or it's talking about how it wants to destroy the human race, or it's got an obsession with the person who's there, or it's watching the people who are there there in the room and people are looking at this and and it is very clever it's a very clever and
Starting point is 02:51:50 i would say satanic mimic where they said uh no you can use it to request deeper explanations from this thing that is hallucinating you know um navigating the ethical landscape. Yeah, does it have your same ethics? As a matter of fact, I saw one person wrote an op-ed piece and said, maybe we need to give it ethical classes in Christianity or whatever. It's like, well, that's fine. I just don't, you know, there are ethical concepts in Christianity, but the basis of Christianity is God's power in dealing with us as individuals. It's not about knowledge per se only, right? There's an experiential thing about that. So you're never going to have a Christian AI. You
Starting point is 02:52:40 might have a satanic AI, but you're not going to have a Christian version of that because it's not human. And that's the big part of the problem. Even people say, well, maybe we can make it more ethical if we start training it on Christian principles. Well, again, you're going to give it some heuristic rules and maybe it would follow them. Maybe it isn't. It's being used right now to flood Amazon with reviews. And Futurism says, here's an easy way to spot these AI reviews. Five words will tell you if the review, phony review, five-star review, was padded in there. And of course, this has been a thing for Amazon for quite some time. If I ever look to get something on Amazon, I don't pay attention to the thousands of five-star reviews.
Starting point is 02:53:31 I want to take a look at the two dozen one-star reviews where it did not operate. Those are the real ones. That's a good way to keep from spending any money, especially on Amazon. But Amazon used to be a place that you could go to get reviews of stuff, and then you could go buy it somewhere else. But it's still a place where you can look at the one-story views.
Starting point is 02:53:48 Anyway, a tsunami of phony AI-generated reviews is making a huge mess on Amazon right now. In addition to the typical shill reviews that have been on the site for years, you've got a lot of stuff that people are using chat GPT to churn this stuff out. But they said there are five words that will clue you in. And that is, quote, as an AI language model. They've gotten so lazy, these people who put this stuff out there, that they're not even, if they even read English, they're not even paying any attention to it. Yes. As an AI language model, I can definitely write a positive product review about the active gear waste trimmer. Uh, and another one as an AI language model, I do not have a personal experience using
Starting point is 02:54:36 this product, but I highly recommend it. Uh, that's the stuff that's being put out there. Now that's easy to spot. It's not always going to be that easy. Uh, just like it's not easy for them to do lab grown meat. They're kind of, um,
Starting point is 02:54:51 uh, wringing their hands about how this is not worked for them. And, we can all be glad about that. They're having problems getting it manufactured, getting it up to scale. And that should concern us even more so. That's where the real problems come in into food production
Starting point is 02:55:08 because they start adding stuff to food to preserve it. But even more so, they start adding stuff to food for the appearance or adding things to make it foam up and go through the machinery better. I mean, they add all kinds of chemicals in, and a lot of that is just for the manufacturing process. Frank Rood, thank you very much for the tip. He says, I hope this helps you get close to your goal. Thanks for what you do.
Starting point is 02:55:33 God bless. I appreciate that. Thank you. Appreciate that. We can make it on small scale successfully, they said, this lab meat, but what is uncertain is whether or not we and other companies will be able to produce this in large scale at low cost well that means get some more of those foaming chemicals in more preservatives maybe food coloring will help you know uh eat just is the name of one of
Starting point is 02:55:54 these companies eat just these people you know climate justice social justice this now we're going to have food justice eat just just. They came up with a hybrid chicken product. They only sell it in Singapore. So cutlet, because Singapore is the only country that allowed them to sell lab-grown meat so far. They said, what we're trying to do is like putting a man on the moon. And just about as phony, don't you think? Maybe they can call in Stanley Kubrick to do the marketing films for them. I don't know. I've talked for years about geospatial intelligence. That has been the fastest growing part of the intelligence community.
Starting point is 02:56:38 And prior to the lockdown stuff and everything that we had, they would have massive conventions, 4,000 or 5,000 people a year. That's where James Clapper got his career. He came up through all of that. And that's always been about identifying where people are. We saw this happening in a big way January the 6th, but now there are some legal pushbacks against this, not necessarily with the January 6th blanket surveillance,
Starting point is 02:57:04 but a geofence is where they go to one of the giant multinational corporations like Google and they say, tell us, oh, we want the phone information for everybody that was in this geographical area at this particular time. And you all become suspects just for being there. Again, January the 6th was the biggest example of that eff which is not conservative and would not defend the january six people unfortunately says thanks to this vast to say the least database of everyone's location it is mostly google that is asked to go through the data to identify people in a geofence that is defined and delimited by law enforcement.
Starting point is 02:57:45 Court of Appeals had a problem with all of this. They said all is not as good as it might seem, however. In the case at hand, the court found that the warrant that was operated under did not succeed in placing, quote, any meaningful restriction on the discretion of law enforcement officers to determine which accounts would be subject to further scrutiny or de anonymization. The court was also not happy that people could be identified quote within six large search areas without any particularized probable cause as to each person or their location.
Starting point is 02:58:21 And again, um, it is, uh, uh, you know, a violation of, uh, search warrants. You know, you're getting into people's personal effects, their personal papers, essentially as the same principle that we're talking about and, uh, not having a specific reason for looking and not looking in a particular place for a particular thing for a particular reason. It's a complete violation of the fourth amendment. So I'm not surprised, but I'm happy to see they're pushing back on this a little bit, but as things are getting worse in
Starting point is 02:58:57 terms of censorship, now they're even taking it to the level where we knew they were going to eventually go. And that is to seize domain names. It's not enough to purchase off of the major public platforms, the de facto public square. It's not enough to hide us with search engines to do shadow banning on these social media platforms. No, if you want to go to the actual domain name,
Starting point is 02:59:23 you know, something like the David night show.com, uh, where you will find a little plug it where you will find all the places that you can support us, all the places that you can see and share the program, both video and podcast. No, that domain name that could be seized for what reason? Who cares? Right. Uh, the, uh, there's two us organizations. Uh, there is a icon I C A N N. And there's also VeriSign.
Starting point is 02:59:49 VeriSign operates the.com and.net. And so what VeriSign is saying is they've written a paper. They aim to, um, only do this, only going to do this on the.net. So you don't need to worry about it, right? That's the way this always works. If they can establish this principle for.net, they'll take it to.com. They'll take it to every domain name. And so what this would do is let VeriSign, which has already been accused of being an abusive monopolist by many people,
Starting point is 03:00:16 allow them to deny, cancel, redirect, transfer registration or transaction, or put any domain name on a registry lock or hold in any manner. So you can basically just go to somebody's website and completely shut them down. If you don't like their politics, which you know this is going to be the way there's, oh, you don't like their religion or whatever you don't like about that. This is the next level of censorship should not be surprised the eu is talking about stricter content more moderation rules for twitter the same guy that has gone now twice to visit elon musk they have their new rules that are kicking in this summer and you saw him groveling before Theory Breton.
Starting point is 03:01:09 And Theory Breton evidently watches Spider-Man. He says, with great scale comes great responsibility. Sorry to cut in, but I just want to wish my dad a happy birthday. It's this Sunday. Thank you all for the generous donations today. It was incredible. Thank you very much. And yeah, we will be celebrating it really next Friday.
Starting point is 03:01:29 I think we're going to maybe take it off for my other son, Whistler, and for us to do something. But have a good weekend. And before we stop the program here, let's keep this broadcast going. I just want to say, over the weekend, keep an eye out because I may put up this interview
Starting point is 03:01:44 that we're going to do in about an hour with Catherine Austin Fitz about what is happening here in Tennessee with the gun stuff. And so if it looks like it's something that we can get out earlier, otherwise we will have it on Monday. But we may put it out a little bit early in case you're interested. Thank you for listening. Joe, we've got a problem. What? Who are you? Thank you for it. You dog-faced pony soldier. They say the mug can help patriots drink coffee, then save the world.
Starting point is 03:02:36 This could be bad for us. Save the world? But we own the world. These people, they're supporting free speech with every month they buy. Come on. These people, I tell you, will anyway. You're listening to The David Knight Show.
