It's been a while with the Christmas and New Year's break. And so we're going to get some of the top trends for 2023. And of course, Gerald has an excellent publication, Trends Journal.

So what are the top trends for 2023 that you're looking at well you know there are a number of them but the one of the major ones is world war three yeah that's a major one that's and uh if this keeps escalating we could forget about all the other treads they're not going to mean anything that's right when we turn to dust yeah you know turn to dust. And they're selling it, by the way. They're selling that hype. Business Insider, Business Insider, Business Outsider came up with an article about what to do when, what cities, what will be the major cities that are attacked by a nuclear explosion? And so they're selling it. They're selling the fear already of a nuclear annihilation.

Yeah. And they quote this stupidity of what to do. Get in your house, stay there, and stay tuned. You're going to be dust. What are you talking about? What am I,'re gonna be dust what are you talking about who are you talking what am i six years old who are you talking to yeah yeah we heard that stuff when we were six years old you and i did right yeah but they're doing it again yeah and um it's very serious uh this the united states is now training ukrainian troops in ok in Oklahoma to use the, quote, Patriot missiles. Orwell couldn't have come up with a better name to call a missile a Patriot missile. That's like the Patriot Act,

you know, very Orwellian and destructive. So now let's look at this. Let's suppose there's a low-life piece of garbage scum crap by the name of George W. Bush who lies America into the Iraq war. And everybody in America, about 90% of them, love it. suppose we hear the Russians and the Chinese are sending the Iraqis all the weapons that they need to defeat the Americans who have illegally attacked Iraq

based on lies that Saddam Hussein and weapons of mass destruction in Tajikistan oh those lousy Chinese, those dirty Russians. How can they do that? But it's okay for the United States and NATO to send all these weapons into Ukraine to fight the Russians. That's just fine.

Oh, and those dirty Iranians, they're supplying russians with weapons too how dare they we can only supply the ukrainians with weapons the nazi ukrainians the ukrainian government that was put there by the united states when they overthrew the democratically elected government of vikty yanukovych in 2014 all in your trends journal back then when we wrote about it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's amazing.

You know, last night on the Rockfin premium program, I was talking about a couple of a Naval officer, Admiral who made comments about we're spending so much, giving so many weapons to Ukraine. We're not going to have any for ourselves. We're going to have to step up the remanufacturing of all this stuff in the military-industrial complex.

But you had some reporters who then asked the Secretary of the Navy what he thought about that. And he goes, oh, yeah, that's right. Yeah, we're going to run out of stuff. At the meantime, you got Trump as well as a Republican congressman saying, we've got to take the war into Mexico. So are we going to defend Ukraine or are we going to defend America?

Well, probably defend Ukraine. Do we care about America's borders? No, we're going to actually invade Mexico now so we can go after the drug cartels. It never ends with these people. They will bankrupt us. They're demonic, evil people. End of story.

Some craphead made a jerk stuff up and you're telling me I got to swallow it? God is opposed to war. That's right. Maybe it's Mars, you know, the god of war. Maybe the connection is Musk dressing up as Baphomet and wanting to go to Mars, but they just take

us to war instead. Poland announces it will send Leopard tanks to Ukraine. German politicians and media demand Leopard battle tanks to Kiev. One thing after another. And of course, you know, that, that harkens back to, um, you know, they're going to start sending, uh, advanced weaponry that can reach into Russia.

That is a direct parallel to what already happened when you and I were younger and we had the Cuban missile crisis. It was all about that. There's absolutely no question about the fact that the U.S., Ukraine, do not even want to talk about peace. They didn't want to have peace for one day when the Orthodox Christmas holiday came. Putin said, hey, let's have a ceasefire for one day. Nope, it's a trap.

Trap? What? A ceasefire for one day? That's a trap. You know, who wants the war? And it's pretty, pretty obvious. No, this is, this is terrible. And there's not no talk about peace. You're banned. You're banned when you talk about peace. That's right. Yeah. You're with the enemy. You know, if you don't want to kill these other guys, you're with them. You're part, you're part of the problem. I mean, we've got a guy Zelensky, as soon as he came in, you know, he bans his opposition political party he starts nationalizing the press now he's continues on with that he has you know create his own church and now he is banning uh the other orthodox church that was there because they got you know zelinski's banning the orthodox church isn't zel Yeah, exactly. Oh, he's banning the Orthodox church. What if

the Orthodox church banned the Jewish synagogues? Oh my God, how terrible. Oh, look what they're doing. Yeah. Oh, but it's okay to ban the Christian Orthodox churches. And there's no blowback on this. Oh, we're talking about blow and back. How about the Ukrainian parliament celebrating the birth date of that guy Bandera, the Nazi? I didn't see that.

Tell us about that. Oh, you didn't see that? Yeah, I didn't see that. Tell us about it. Oh, yeah. A Poland who just sent the tanks over there? How dare that they do this because the Bera is the, the Neo Nazis. They fought with the Nazis during world war two to kill the Jews and other people in,

in Ukraine. That's who they're celebrated. It made the, it didn't make any of the American news. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I didn't even see it.

I did see, you know where um zielinski was talking early on about how russia had blown up this um monument i think it was a holocaust monument or something like that and they had an israeli reporter who comes over there and says no it's you know he he went there and he took pictures they said it's still intact it's still here i think zielinski is there as a beard to cover up the fact that these guys are Nazis and always have been Nazis. They are Nazis. Yeah. So they put a guy there who's Jewish so they can say, no, we're not Nazis. See, we've got a Jewish president here. He's an actor. An actor who played the piano with his penis. Yeah, that's right.

I know. I've seen that. Fortunately, I didn't see all of it. But he's perfect. He's the perfect guy. They couldn't have picked anybody out of central casting that would fit in better with a Biden White House than those people, could they? Well, again, one of the trademarks that we own

is called the Presidential Reality Show. Yeah. That's all it is. That's right. How can anybody with a brain bigger than a pea look up to a Mitch McConnell? Guy got more chins than Chinatown. Look, how could anybody look up to a little Chuckie Schumer?

Here, this Chuckie Schumer, always like this with his glasses. A little nothing of a boy that loves war. A little boy that couldn't fight his way out of a paper bag. How about that Adam Schiff? And I can't spell it properly. You gotta put an I and a T in.

How could you look up to these little clowns like a Lindsey Graham? Oh, yeah. How could anybody of any stamina, of any self-respect look up to these murderous little low-life pieces of

garbage crap that are running and ruining our lives? How could you look up to a Gavin Newsom, a Whitless Whitmere in Michigan, a little Dwine over there in ohio a little one jerk after another telling us what to do oh the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the united states america to the republic which stands one nation under god individual with liberty and justice for

all what liberty what justice for all the bigs commit the biggest crimes they get a slap on the wrist for him and his prosecution to the fullest we the little people of slave landia Liberty how dare you how dare you think for yourself and spread misinformation when you don't swallow follow government crap. You can't give the timeframe, but here's the time frame you're ready the deeper biden goes down the more they're going to escalate the war they get the people's i always say this when all else fails they take you to war once upon a time there was a thing called the great depression what followed it world war ii once upon a time there was a dot-com bust and a little clown of a boy a little nothing of a daddy's boy born on third base and thought he had a home run

I got a couple of comments about what you were just saying uh uh gerald uh sergey says uh we always called him adam piece of shift and uh harp says yeah it was a very short piano piece david and it was flat yeah i wish we could play chopsticks on these guys but uh yeah so that's the war thing, and it is moving further out. What else do you see coming as a top trend for 2023? Oh, the other one we're talking about more war, and that's the Mideast meltdown.

What's going on in Israel is, again, don't call me an anti-Semite. I just said what I can't stand with America. So anybody out there, anytime you say anything about Israel, you're an anti-Semite. I just said what I can't stand with America. So anybody out there, anytime you say anything about Israel, you're an anti-Semite. Number one, they're not Semites. They're from Kazakhstan, that area over there. That's who came into Israel. So the Semites from Mesopotamia region. So they're not Semites, number one, you know, from net yahoo and all the way through every one of the prime ministers there so you know the so the ashkenazi jews they're not they're not semites yeah they always play that i was just talking earlier in the program about the one politician worldwide who's come out and said these vaccines are bioweapons we got to stop them and they were very upset with him about that but as soon as he said based on a scientific article from an israeli scientist who lives in israel right now and uh and he said uh this is like another holocaust and he didn't say there wasn't a

holocaust he didn't say this is more people than the holocaust but as soon as he said that they kicked him out of the conservative party they're canceling him everywhere and now they don't have to debate him because they can just denounce him as a racist. So now he's just canceled because of that. And that's how they use it. I know. And I could give a damn. As I said, three of my last four girlfriends were Jewish.

So don't call me that. And all my best buddies. And they're totally opposed, by the way, my Jewish friends, of what's going on in Israel. So now let's talk about the East meltdown. Not my language, but from the major media about the new Netanyahu government. They call it extreme far right. They're banning the waving of the Palestinian flag. They're sayingning the waving of the Palestinian flag.

They're saying that's terrorism. They have announced they're going to steal more land that morons, imbeciles, and little jerks call settlements. What's settlements? What are you, what are you, what's, oh, oh, I know. God gave us this land. When Moses came down with the 10 commandments, he dropped, remember, he dropped five of them, that Mel Brooks movie. Oh, yeah. And it said right over there, you know, paragraph three, section eight, you know, all the land that Israel wants belongs to them.

God gave it to them. You know, they make up any kind of crap they want. It's going to steal more Palestinian land. They're putting more and more taking more and more the rights away from them there is going and and the united states is allying now and running drills with with israel to get those iranians because those terrible iranians ba ba ba ba the iranians the the Iranians are going to do this. The Iranians, there is going to be a Middle East meltdown. There's going to be a false flag.

Something's going to happen where the Israelis and the United States are going to ramp this up against Iran. If a military conflict breaks out in the Middle East, it's over. You're going to see oil prices escalate beyond what you can imagine. And by the way. And that would kill a couple of agenda birds with one stone, right? Let's get rid of, you know, nobody can afford anything that is oil-based, and now we're all going to go electric, right? Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah, that whole baloney too yep oh by the way that's another one of our top trends going green like it or not the good the bad the ugly of it it's going to keep happening yep and so what we're telling our subscribers is these are the areas where we're seeing there's going to be more investment opportunity again we don't we don't put in the trends journal what we we want, what we like, what we wish for. We put in what is. We say like it is.

So this isn't what we want, but this is what's happening. It's not about that. We're trend forecasters. We're not little pieces of low-life garbage, the prostitutes, the media whores that get paid to put out by their corporate pimps and the government whore masters. So this green thing is going to keep going. It is going to be a lot of... Here, think about this. We're talking about war, right? When you go back to the end of World War II and go to now, if you look at the money that NATO and the United States have put into the defense

and war since that time, it's probably well over a couple of hundred trillion dollars. Yeah, I would agree with that. Imagine, imagine if one trillion

dollars was put into research and development of a real clean energy, it would be a whole different planet if they put research and development into doing things that would improve the lives of we the people in many different ways. No. We're not going to do that. It's just like the vaccine. it's just like the vaccine. It's just like the vaccine. We got one thing that you're going to do because that feeds their political agenda and their power agenda. They don't want to have any other alternatives.

And they don't want to wait even for the electrical thing to have the bugs ironed out of it so that it's practical. We got to shut down what works now. And we're not going to wait for any of this stuff. They've had nothing but false prophecies and lies for the last 50-plus years, but we've got to believe them now. There's no time left. There's always no time left. No time left.

And they've been saying that for 50 years. But they're going to shut down what works. They're going to mandate that the only thing that we can use is what doesn't work because their agenda is to make sure that we don't have anything. You've got car companies that are saying, well, you know, we could make fuel that doesn't have any emissions. We could have fuel cells. We could have hydrogen. No, none of that. None of that. You're going to go electric, right? This is not about emissions. And if we don't attack that lie at its foundational base, they've got us. You know, we play this game. Well, I got another technology over here that'll work.

No, no, the whole thing is predicated on a lie. Yep. Again, the battery is an 1800 invention. Mm-hmm. You know, there was this article that just came out about one of the agencies, the federal agencies, about when there's a car crash with an electric vehicle hitting another one, the other cars get damaged because these electric cars are so heavy because of all the weight of the batteries.

This is ancient technology. Yeah. Wait until they have big semi-trailers with a massive amount of batteries hitting you. Yeah. I mean, it's stupidity. Yeah. And again, we said this on the beginning we've been writing about it since the beginning that this is a farce this isn't this isn't an alternative oh and how do

you get the how do you refuel oh and again look what happened in all the ice cold weather you can't refuel the damn things i charge them up again when when the electric vehicles and again you know and then where do you oh where you getting all the lithium and all the other stuff from oh yeah oh yeah oh it's really nice and clean right all of that you know pulling that stuff out of the ground and what it's doing yet why don't you go to the congo and have a wonderful time over there yeah yeah they're forcing everybody in the grid as they're shutting the grid down and that is the agenda and has been for quite a while they don't want a system that works. Everything that they do is about, well, how can we ration this?

We're not even going to go with the technologies that we've got and try to make them work or roll them out quickly. No, we're going to just shut everything down. It is a system of slavery, even to the extent that the constant surveillance, I love the euphemism that I came across this week. DARPA calls it maintaining custody. They don't call it constant surveillance. It's called maintaining custody because this is a prison planet that they're setting up for everybody. Yep.

Yep. You know, um, it, it, it, it, it, we are going down an economic, socioeconomic, and geopolitical crisis unparalleled in modern times. Yes. If we don't reverse it. One of the ways, by the way, I would like to reverse it is I want to start a new third party, a new presidential race. And I want your, your, your feet on this. I may have said this to you, but I've already gotten an approval from judge Andrew Napolitano to run for

vice president. And I'm thinking of RFK junior for president on putting them on the libertarian ticket because they have ballot access in the whole country and to get ballot access today is really very difficult and so what do you think of that i i don't know what the situation is with libertarian party i know that the people that were their last couple of years it would take anybody that had a big name and they would put them on and they didn't care about it what do you think about about rfk and napolitano well, I think RFK, I like what RFK has done about vaccines. He has pulled back a little bit from some of the non-COVID vaccines.

He's been Johnny on the spot with that. He's been good in terms of opposing 5G. But in terms of the green agenda, you know, he seems to be in favor of the green agenda. And if he's going to support that and if he thinks that that is legitimate or even a legitimate issue or problem, that would be a problem. Because that's really going to be the way they're going to roll this out. Right now, we put a lot of stuff in with a vaccine, but they're already pivoting back in a big, big way to the climate stuff. And if you look at all the things that are coming out of Davos the last few weeks, all of it is focused around the climate agenda.

Even the imposition of CBDC is going to be sold as a climate solution. All right. So that's one. That's a negative. Again, we all don't agree with everything. That's right. There's different issues that you're going to like and dislike, but what are the alternatives?

And again, if, if, you know, by the way, I met him when I did a, um, I was one of the keynote speakers at Ron Paul's war on us event.

And it was myself, Napolitano, uh, judge Andrew Napolitano, uh, RFK jr. Thomas Massey, who I really like, the congressman from Kentucky.

Yeah, yeah. And anyway, so I got to meet RFK. Yeah, Massey is willing to take the unpopular stand and to stand alone if it's the right thing to do. And he was the only one who opposed, only one anywhere, any party that opposed Trump's $3.7 trillion bill back in 2020. And Trump said, we're going to primary him out. Now he's out there saying, these 18 senators who voted for this $1.7 trillion, we're going to primary them out.

Yep. It's just... So anyway, there's the likes and dislikes. We're human beings. I can agree on everything. But I believe that Napolitano will bring in a big sector from the right and the just the name kennedy will bring a lot of people and you think about this imagine imagine your father being assassinated and your uncle who was president being assassinated

what would that do to you as a human being it changes your life man nobody could you imagine this so when I'm saying we need a new third party because it's a crime syndicate that's involved now

nothing is going to change with the clowns in charge again we're talking about i was saying before about how could you be so stupid to look up to these people and you were talking before about the this klaus schwab yeah this guy you could not you could not draw a more evil picture with his ears, these pointy ears that how can you swallow crap coming from that arrogant little boy's mouth? He's absolutely, he's a Bond villain. I mean, it's just, it's so obvious. And everybody does all the memes about it.

You know, the bald hair, the German accent, all he needs is the pussycat, you know, the stroking there. But I mean, he is like Blofeld out of James Bond. But, you know, it's amazing to me, you know, stroking there but i mean he is like blofeld out of james bond but um you know it's amazing to me you know how powerful they are they're going to have 5 000 soldiers from the army garden davos this next week and uh biggest crowd they've ever had the power that is going to be represented there is truly astounding and i'm saying if we don't do something to turn it around our lives are going to be worse than ever.

And that's why I want to have a third party. And again, we could defeat them. You know, here's the deal. Tell me some of the names of Davos, the people that are going to be in Davos. Who's some of the names? Oh, pretty much everybody. It's going to be the most number of politicians

that they've had there. But, you know, I haven't looked. I've got my list here of who's going to be there. But it's going to be the most number of politicians that they've had there. But, you know, I haven't looked. I've got my list here of who's going to be there. But it's going to be everybody who's anybody. I think will be there, right? Oh, yeah. From Black Rock. Yeah.

We can defeat them. Yeah, that's the key thing. You got to wake up the population. And, you know, I think there is value in terms of looking at parties and politicians to some degree. And I went with the third party stuff. I mean, back in the 80s and 90s, I worked very much with the Libertarian Party. I was not happy with either the Democrats or Republicans. But the more I look at it, the more I become focused on individual issues, you know, like the Second Amendment, for example. You got the NRA

that's very strong there. Or when you're talking about abortion, you got the pro-life issues. We've got to start focusing so much on issues and do it issue by issue. And that's the key thing that I like about RFK Jr., how he is focused on the COVID vaccines and the fact this has been a massive transfer of wealth and power. I played a clip of a speech that he had about that massive transfer of wealth and power to these elites and how they're trying to enslave and track us. He's very, very good on that. And that's the key thing, though. We need to be more focused, I think, on issues. And that's really where I want to kind of pour my energy. Yes and no, in the sense that we, to me, you know, we got to get rid of the crime syndicate that's in place right now. You know, and we have to start building again. It's about life,

liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Be who you want to be. Do what you want to do. Don't tell me I have to do what you want me to do. I'm an American. I'm a patriot. Well, you probably need them to go out and ferret out assets to steal from people, just like they used revenue agents to shut down the stills here in Tennessee. They're going to go up from here. And as we're speaking, gold is now over $1,900 an ounce.

When we said it was going to, when it bottomed, it was in the $1,600 an ounce range. Here's the deal. No one can predict the future. There's no such thing as a futurist. You only could go so far because there are too many human and by nature

wild cards. If the Federal Reserve only raises interest rates 25 basis points on February 1st of this year, you're going to see gold break well over $2,000 an ounce

and could even start heading toward the $2,500 an ounce marks. Because all of this debt that they've created is fake money. By lowering interest rates,

they're going to be pumping in basically more cheap money into the system. They came out with the numbers that, oh, the inflation numbers went down yesterday and that brought the markets up. How much did it go down? 0.1 percent what are you talking about yeah oh and then when you look at the numbers they're rigged of course because when you go back to the 819 before the into 1980s model of the cpi according to john williams shadow stats the inflation rate is really about

over 14 percent so now yes some things went down like energy prices oh but how about those food prices they can't afford a dozen eggs oh lettuce i know restauranteurs they're going crazy because of the cost of stuff coming in oh yeah yeah now they're going crazy because of the cost of stuff coming in. Oh yeah. Yeah. And now they're going to turn off the gas to their ovens, you know, to their, right. To the stoves. Like it's just crazy. Uh, so, so you're saying that even if it, uh, even if they slow the rate of increase and of course they've been ramping this thing up fast. I mean, you go back and you look at just talking about that yesterday with Tony Arterman, how, um, if you go back and look 2007, 2008,

before they created a bubble by leaving interest rates essentially zero, and then they start raising it a quarter of a point every quarter until they pop the bubble. But now we've been going up like three quarters of a point every quarter. So if they even just slow down the increase, the markets will interpret that as a pivot, that they're pivoting away from fighting inflation. And you think that'll be the thing.

Just a quarter of a percent increase will be the sign. It'll be taken as a sign of a pivot. And inflation is coming back and everybody will pour into gold, right? Yep. And on the other side of it, on the other side is that if they raise it 50 basis points, kiss the markets goodbye. That will still be positive for gold. Even though the dollar will go up again, the dollar just hit a nine-month low. And the only reason the dollar is strong is because the other currencies are so weak.

I mean, so what? The dollar is going up. All the things over there in Europe are so great. Where they got an interest rate of what? About 1.5% or something, 2 point something percent. When you have inflation at 10%, it's nothing. And even in the United States, when you're looking at our interest rate compared to inflation, we still have negative interest rates when you put inflation into it. So if they raise interest rates 50 basis points, you're going to see a collapse of the equity

markets. It's going to be the crash. Because the money junkies need the monetary methadone to keep gambling. I love what they call them investors. Investors. They're not investors. They're gamblers. Yeah.

They're not investors. What are you investing in? I think a good example of that was the Swiss Central Bank lost $145 billion. It's like one-fifth of their GDP. Zero Hedges called them and said, it's not the Swiss Central Bank. It's the Swiss hedge fund. Yeah.

They were investing in foreign currencies. They, they weren't, they weren't, you know, stocking up gold. Like you think of Switzerland. Oh, gold. Uh, no, they abandoned gold and they went for currencies and they got burned. Now let's go back to the central banks. They just had one of the biggest years ever buying gold last year. Yeah.

Everybody but Switzerland. Yeah. China, especially. Yeah. Especially China. biggest years ever buying gold last year yeah everybody but switzerland yeah china especially yeah especially china so some other trends we're looking about you're going to see new anti establishment and uh new political parties matter of fact it's just happening in austria now they're moving very very strong into the populist parties they's going to be strong anti-immigration, anti-inflation, and anti-establishment movements. And I'm telling you, David, that there has never been a better time in my lifetime

than a new political party in America. The people are disgusted with it. Again, the Gallup polls are showing it. They can't stand what's going on. And again, when you read that Gallup poll, the politicians come in lower than journalists and car salesmen because the people know there are no journalists anymore there's no journalism yeah and they fired everybody the big companies own the the media

they fired all this there's no journalists anymore i remember when the wall street journal used to be this thick now it's that thick. They fired over 50% of their staff over the last four years. New York, I get these papers delivered every day. I hardly get a story. I get, you know, like the New York Times, I want to see what they're saying. I want to see what different ones are saying. I hardly get any news of any quality information from the New York Times. Oh, yeah.

All it is is propaganda. That's right. Yeah, that's right. And that, in a new third party that I want to see in America, is for the United States to become a self-sustaining nation. We have all the human and natural resources to do it. We don't have to buy... Our second biggest importer of clothing and shoes is Vietnam.

Oh, you mean the Vietnam that LBJ and Nixon tried to destroy and killed over 3 million of them and poisoned the place with Agent Orange? Oh, and now we're buying stuff from those dirty communists. I'm just saying how disgusting it is, the wars that have started.

But then when it comes to the bottom line, they'll do anything to make money. And so I want to see all of the laws put back into place prior to when they were disassembled by Reagan, by Reagan, by mostly Clinton, and Nixon, put the tariff and trade laws back into place that existed that allowed America to be a self-sustaining nation. That's right. I think a lot of people understand that on our side of the issue, that we changed the

early 20th century, like you're talking about Woodrow Wilson and everything. The whole point of the income tax, the internal revenue system, was that they had been collecting the bulk of the taxes at the borders, and we were pretty much a free trade zone within America. And that's what made us great in the 1900, in the 19th century. And when you look at Jefferson's second inaugural address I talk about all the time, he said, look, we've eliminated a lot of useless offices in the federal government. And so now we've eliminated all internal taxation. So nobody, whether they're a farmer or laborer a mechanic, nobody knows the tax man from the federal government.

And so if you get a government that is smaller that fits inside the Constitution, you could do that type of thing. And you could have freedom, a free trade zone and all the rest of the stuff inside of our borders. And you could run it off of import duties and things like that. But the bottom line is they don't want us to have anything. Are you talking about Vietnam and clothing? They don't want. You got C40, which is an organization of 90 plus cities. And they said, here's our goal.

We don't want anybody to have any meat, no dairy. We don't want you to have a car. We don't want you to have more than one flight every three years. And that'll be less than 900 miles. And we want to limit you to three new items of clothing per year. Again, we have to get rid of the they, and that's why I'm saying we have to have a third party. And by the way, the other thing I would really support

are states' rights. Yes. Whatever a state wants to do, let them do it. That's right. You don't like it, move. That's right. You don't like it, move. That's right. You know, let the states decide what they want. That's the Constitution.

Yes. Not a federal government telling us what to do. You're pro-abortion, anti-abortion. If this state is pro-abortion, this one's anti-abortion, fine. And that's what the Dobbs decision was about. And that's what really scared them. And so they started pushing all the panic buttons. Oh, we can't have it. No, they didn't try to impose anything. They pulled back the imposition. They pulled back the definition of when life

begins. It was imposed on us by Roe v. Wade. And they said, no, we're going to let the states decide it because, you know, we've got a constitution and there's a 10th amendment. Remember that thing? So, you know, that's a, and that freaked out everybody in Washington. You got Lindsey Graham out there. Well, no, we're going we're gonna we're gonna draw the line now in congress and we're gonna tell you when it starts that type of thing it's just you know again you could tell lindsey graham yeah our favorite i'm saying what the hell are you to say this little lindsey boy who do you think you are who do you think you are telling me what to do come over here Lindsay and you tell me what to do man to man or is it girl to girl I'm not sure some people made that comment about the

fact that he's he doesn't have to worry about birth control yeah or any other the closet yet lindsey you know save it man yeah well i'm not sure man lindsey whatever you are but you try to tell me man to man you come here and try to tell me what to do any one of you any one of you little political clowns come over here you try to tell me what to do yeah well we got about four minutes. You are going to see a crash in the commercial business office sector unparalleled in the real estate movement sectors. Here's the deal. The work at home trend is real yes they're going to bring people back to the office maybe two or three days a week but people don't want to commute an hour and a half each way when they locked everybody down

and people are at home they're saying holy christ i'm getting up five o'clock in the morning to go hour and a half try i don't want to do this anymore. And now with the high technology, you know, that's a reality. You don't have to. Here we are. We're Zooming now. Back in the day, this couldn't have happened, you know, back in, you know, like 15 years ago, 10 years ago. And they don't want you moving either because, you know,

the car was a big loophole on all their controls or anything. They want everybody in a 15-minute city. So they want you working at home as well. So now, they overbuilt before this even happened, the COVID war in 2020. New York City in 2019, east side, west side, all around the town, for rent, for rent, for rent, for rent, for rent. This is 2019. Germany, by the way, was a fraction of a decimal point away from going into an official recession in 2019. Then the COVID war begins in 2020.

They artificially prop it up with all the cheap money, as we know, and the government pumping in trillions and trillions of dollars to artificially pump it up. Going back to office building bust your office occupancy rate at the very best castle who puts it out all the time is around 50 percent wow all the businesses that depended on commuters going out of business no more happy happy hours. Whole different world. It's a whole different world. The damage that's been done by the COVID war is incalculable. I went to a New Year's Eve party in Woodstock. It's 15 minutes away from here.

I came back after 12 and there's Route 28, which is the major route. I counted five cars on the road. Back in the day, New Year's Eve, the car place would be packed with people going out, having a good time. It doesn't exist anymore. It's a whole different world. Going back to the office building bus, now interest rates have gone up, right? Oh, you have variable mortgages on these buildings, don't you? Oh, now you've got to pay more interest on it,

and you have people leaving. You have people saying, my business is going down. I don't need 15 floors anymore. All I need is three. You're looking at subleases hitting new highs, people trying to get out and lease them to somebody else. Everything is spiraling down, and that's the problem. All these things that were done with the lockdown, it is just a wrench that was thrown in the machinery that just keeps on getting worse
