The David Knight Show - Interview:The Legal Shield at the Center of Vaccine Policy

Episode Date: September 25, 2026

Mary Holland, CEO of Children's Health Defense, draws a straight line from the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act — which stripped liability from manufacturers — to the 2005 PREP Act, to C...OVID, to the mRNA shots being added to the childhood schedule specifically to preserve liability protection before the emergency expired. CHD's position is unambiguous: COVID shots should not be on the market, the RNA technology has not been proven safe at population scale, and no vaccine mandated without stopping transmission has any ethical justification. Starting point is 00:00:00 Joining us now is Mary Holland. She is CEO of Children's Health Defense, and I was just telling her before we ran, I have used, as you well know, listening to the program. I've used the defender, their news articles. I've used that frequently because they are, I think, honest investigators, and they cover things that other people typically don't cover. Now, I like their objectivity, and I like the fact that they are not going to cave in order to appease people who are influencers.
Starting point is 00:00:34 When they disagree with RFK Jr., they point out that they disagree with him, and I really do appreciate that. We can have our differences of opinion and disagreements. We don't have to shill or be sick offense for people, and they aren't. And so we're going to talk about that. And he was just a keynote speaker at Children's Health Defense conference that they just had this last week on September 17th in D.C. And, Mary, you're still on the road, right?
Starting point is 00:00:59 I am still on the road. I left D.C. and came here to Detroit, Michigan, and spoke at an integrative physicians conference, which has been great. And I'm heading back to where I live outside New York later this evening. But yeah, we've been accused of being a sick offense. We're not sick offense. We do. We deeply appreciate the hard work that Secretary Kennedy, one of our founders, has done. But we don't agree with everything that he's doing as secretary. And yet we're very delighted that he is in the position that he's in. I do believe there have been some significant changes in the last two years with a focus on what we focus on, the chronic
Starting point is 00:01:36 disease epidemic among America's children. This has never gotten attention in recent decades, and it is a pressing problem for the future of our country, not to mention for all of the families involved. So we are great. And you know, the very name of the organization, Children's Health Defense. Why is it that we don't defend Children's Health? Why is it that in 1986 we gave them gave big companies a pass in terms of not defending children's help. That's the thing that I just look at, just shake my head. I know. So, you know, you're referencing in 1986, Congress passed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act,
Starting point is 00:02:14 and its primary goal was really to give liability protection both to vaccine manufacturers and to physicians. And that is a huge perverse incentive. And what we saw happen after 1986, allegedly, they were creating this compensation program that didn't work. Allegedly they were going to make vaccines safer, but they actually never convened the committee to report to Congress. What it did is basically create terrible perverse incentives to make a ton of money because you can mandate vaccines historically, and you don't have to pay for them if there's liability protection. People have to go to a federal
Starting point is 00:02:48 compensation program. So honestly, it completely perverted medicine, and we are still getting out of that, but I do believe that we're making some headway at this point in just bringing the truth. to people. These products were never properly safety tested, tested full stop. And that's criminal. That's literally criminal. Children cannot represent themselves. We, the adults, are responsible. And so we at Children's Health Defense are literally trying to defend children from that really important toxic exposure. It contains aluminum, mercury, live viruses, many other polysorbate 80, formaldehyde, sodium bromate, lots of things that are genuinely known as, poisonous substances. And then we look at other things, particularly we're very interested in
Starting point is 00:03:35 electromagnetic radiation and big tech in general. Children's lives are so transformed over what you and I had as children. Kids are like holding phones at one. I'm with a 21 year month old. This baby is looking at a phone and tablets and all kinds of electronic things living in a Wi-Fi environment, baby monitors. We've got to look at those. And we also look at food. We look at fluoride. We look at the air, we look at the water. We want to have healthy children. We want to have a healthy future for our country and for the world. I agree. Yeah, you know, for the longest time, I wasn't aware of what happened in 1986. It was really the early 2000s and I became aware of it. And when I saw that, I thought, wait a minute, you've given these companies liability protection for something that is potentially
Starting point is 00:04:18 very, very dangerous. And imagine if they did that for baby cribs. And yet they focused on children. And we saw that even more so recently because when you look at the fact that as they wanted to give themselves more legal cover, they had to get these things the temporary emergency authorization that they had. That gave them protection with the PEP Act. But then if the emergency was going to be removed, they had to get these things part of the children's vaccination schedule. And when I saw that, that was a second really aha moment. It's like, look at that. They're using these kids as a liability shield. Truly is amazing.
Starting point is 00:05:00 No, it's horrifying. So the 86 Act was a colossal error by Congress and the 2005 Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act. In the aftermath of 9-11, when people were so worried about global terrorism, they passed the PEP Act, which truly paved the way for COVID. And the PEP Act gives liability shield on steroids to the government planners, to the the industry that manufactures, all of these products, masks, tests, shots, medicines, and it gives the liability protection to the medical profession.
Starting point is 00:05:33 And these things create horrific, perverse incentives that we saw absolutely crystal clear during COVID, where literally if somebody died with a COVID diagnosis, even if they died in a motorcycle accident, the hospital makes money. The family makes money. It was absolutely monetized and militarized. and we still have not had the COVID reckoning that we need to have. You're absolutely right. I remember that case that was in Houston, I think.
Starting point is 00:05:58 The coroner said, you know, somebody died with a motorcycle guy. Well, it could have been COVID. Yeah, there's a positive PCR test. It's like, what are you talking about? This is absurd. That's right. So, yeah, we. And we see that's still happening again with the measles stuff.
Starting point is 00:06:13 And so my question is, when we look at these things, and RFK Jr. is talking about many good things here. but I look at it and over and above the fact that we would like to see, many of us would like to see the COVID shots not just, not mandatory, but just banned because they know how dangerous they are. And so the question is, you know, when is that going to happen? But the other thing that I don't see is I don't see any talk about the PCR tests and how this is being used because they ramp this stuff up as the creator of it,
Starting point is 00:06:43 the inventor of it said you can find anything anywhere. If they find something, they say you died with that. So we're going to count that same as if you died from it. Well, very important points. So Kerry Mullis, the inventor of the PCO, polarized chain reaction tests, said you can, you know, it's never, never was intended for diagnostic purposes. It was to take a small amount of something and then to basically study it at a very deep level and be able to see it more transparently.
Starting point is 00:07:12 It's never meant for diagnosis. The quote unquote diagnoses during COVID were ridiculous. It should have been somewhere like 28 to 30 cycles, and instead they had it over 40. It was giving false positives all the time. And you're absolutely right that we have to do something about that. Our position at Children's Health Defense is that the COVID shots should not be on the market. We do not believe that the messenger RNA technology has yet been proven safe, sufficient, that you could put it out on a mass basis.
Starting point is 00:07:40 So it's not even just the COVID shots. It also is the new flu shots, some of the other things that are under investigation. And cancer shots. Cancer shots are a little different. I would argue that cancer shots are somewhat different. That's somebody who's facing a fatal disease. Anybody who's facing a potentially fatal disease is in a position to take on a higher level of risk than someone who is perfectly healthy, who may or may not ever encounter the disease, let alone have a significant case of it.
Starting point is 00:08:09 So I'm not opposed. We are not opposed to innovation. We're not opposed to informed consent. On the contrary, we completely support informed consent. But the COVID shots, we know the injury and death profile is so significant that those really should never have been approved. And what we know, they made them at the speed of science, they were never tested to stop transmission. No vaccine should be subject to being mass mandated if it doesn't stop transmission.
Starting point is 00:08:39 That's just ludicrous. But that is what we did during COVID. Yes, absolutely. And so I think that's one of the key things that I don't see being addressed. The other one I would say, and of course, RFK Jr. in his book about Fauci did a great job, I think, of in Chapter 12, if I remember correctly, was about the germ game. And of course, at the inception of all this stuff, you know, the very first one of these germ games was dark winter two months before 9-11. Then we had the anthrax attacks two months later. They put out the model state legislation. And this is kind of in your area. When we look at the model legislation that was put in place at the state levels to enable them to, due to us what they did in 2020, being financially incentivized by the federal government to get around the 10th Amendment. What do we do at the local level to stop this type of thing? Well, two things. I think those germ games that you're talking about are these astounding simulations
Starting point is 00:09:33 that have been done over the last 25 years to literally prepare some of the government planners, some of the people in industry, some of the people in media for how are we going to respond and dark winter was the first that really predicted the anthrax attacks to a T and the most recent one before COVID was event 201 that absolutely telegraphed to the powers that needed to know how they wanted COVID to go down. So how do we how do I'm sorry I lost my track of thought. The question is the question is you know this is something that has to be addressed really at every state level. Is there anything that's really happening? I know there's some or organizations out there are focused on that. But, you know, I really do think that your organization,
Starting point is 00:10:17 when you focus on single issues, and of course, you're not just a single issue. You're food, drugs, EMF, and a lot of different things. But it is focusing on these issues one at a time, rather than trying to get involved in broad party politics where you get this shopping cart of issues, some of which you'll agree with, some of which you don't agree with. I think it's focusing narrowly on individual issues that's going to get things changed. And I don't really see a movement. And I don't really see a movement to try to undo these model state Emergency Powers Act. Emergency Powers Act. So let me, yes.
Starting point is 00:10:51 So I agree with you that change is, you know, one has to hold the line at the local level. And one of the things that was not publicized, but what we did see during COVID is there were people who called themselves constitutional sheriffs. And there were law enforcement around the country who would not enforce the mandates because they were overtly against the Constitution. There were law enforcement who did not enforce closing down churches or closing down private businesses. And there were law enforcement that supported private restaurants staying open, churches staying open, and other things, you know, not enforcing a certain number of people who could meet at any one time. And that's what has to happen. And I think what we did
Starting point is 00:11:33 see during COVID was remarkable differences, although, you know, I wish it had been more remarkable, but we did see remarkable differences between what we characterize as blue states and red states. There were big differences. We as a charitable organization don't, we're not a partisan organization. We don't support one party, but we do support all of the law enforcement,
Starting point is 00:11:56 the lawmakers who stand for the values that we do. And that is, no, people have bodily integrity. Nobody, not the state, not your doctor, can force you, not your institution, your job, your dormitory, your college. No institution should have the right to force you to take any injection, let alone an experimental one that was made in 10 months. The whole proposition of what happened in 2021 is truly staggering.
Starting point is 00:12:28 These experimental injections were literally forced on the global public. It's mind-boggling what we went through. and we still have not really gotten to the bottom of how did they make that happen? What were the lies that people bought into that would make them do something, frankly, so reckless as to take a gene modification, a gene therapy injection that had been tested for a matter of months. I agree. Yeah, I called it from everything I called it GCIs instead of MRIs, genetic code injection. Because that's what it was. That's what it was.
Starting point is 00:13:03 Yeah, exactly. And I think when we look at this, it's. It's the sort of thing where if we don't go back and look at really what is the proper role of government. And I've said this many times when we talk about free speech or we're talking about other things. Many people will say, and I guess this goes back to Mitt Romney's corporations or people too. I don't see corporations as people. I go back to the Declaration of Independence. I see us as human beings who are endowed by our creator with inalienable rights.
Starting point is 00:13:31 The purpose of government is to protect those rights. And I think that means to protect those rights from even a corporation. that's going to take that, especially if it's the government that's paying the corporation to try to take away your informed consent and other human rights. Well, I agree with that completely. I do not see corporations or the government as individuals. We are individuals endowed with our rights by the creator, and the job of government is to protect those.
Starting point is 00:13:56 And what we saw during COVID and what we see over and over again is some kind of agglomeration of the state and the corporate power, whether it's the state over the corporations, which is communism or it's the corporations over the state, which is fascism. I call what happened during COVID sort of communofascism because it was this new amalgam. But what we saw, what we experienced were these terrifically powerful public-private partnerships that are extremely deleterious. Literally, they were able to completely dominate the media and almost completely, thank God, not completely, but almost dominate the media sphere. And they certainly dominated corporate policy in every major corporation in the United States. So we don't, you know,
Starting point is 00:14:41 I do think that part of the answer here is decentralization. We certainly think that we should have decentralized decisions about our own bodies, but even in our local communities, one of the things that we fight for at Children's Health Defense is that local communities should decide where a cell tower goes. It shouldn't be possible that a cell tower that is going to radiate my home and my children is put 10 feet from my window. And yet that's the world that we're living in right now with these ideas of federal preemption and these ideas that corporations literally can lobby their way
Starting point is 00:15:12 towards liability shields. Like what we see for pharma, what was just granted for glyphosate to bear, those things should not be happening in a world in which individuals are the primary beneficiaries of government. I agree. I remember the story. Maybe it was from children's self-defense of the family, in New York and they wake up one morning
Starting point is 00:15:34 there's one of these 5G things right next to the kids window. And they said, open this up. They call the city to come do something about it. And they even had a warning label on there, you know, don't get within X number of feet of this thing. Well, you couldn't avoid it in that kid's room. And so the city's response was to come out and
Starting point is 00:15:50 to remove the tag the warning tag rather than removing the facility there that was on the pole. So typical, isn't it? It is. It is. Well, you know, when I joke about this, all the PPP that you talked about, you know, the private public partnership.
Starting point is 00:16:08 I said referring to the outlaw Jones line, when they say PPP, you know they're going to be PPPing down your back and telling you it's raining. But that's what we see over and over again from these. Let me ask you, how did you get involved with children's health defense? I've talked to Dr. Hooker. He got involved, I think, because his child had autism. What is your history? Did you have anything like that in your family? Very similar.
Starting point is 00:16:31 Yeah, very similar. I have a young adult son who regressed after getting his safe and effective childhood vaccines like Brian Hooker's son. My son was in the generation of children who got several mercury-containing shots before they got live viruses. And my son regressed. He lost all of his developmental milestones. He lost the ability to speak.
Starting point is 00:16:52 He lost the ability to control his muscles. He started drooling. He couldn't eat, although he'd been able to do that. And it took years to recover his speech. And, you know, he is permanently damaged by what happened with his vaccines. I'm a lawyer by training and I looked at the liability shield and I looked at the recklessness of the medical profession and I was shocked. I grew up in a medicalized world.
Starting point is 00:17:16 Both my parents were physicians. Two of my uncles were physicians. I have nothing against doctors. But when I realized how reckless this program was, I truly felt an obligation to educate the world. Like, this is insane. This is child abuse. This is institutionalized child abuse. You cannot have a one-size-it-all program with poisonous chemicals that you inject into
Starting point is 00:17:41 babies and think that it's a good thing. And it's going to end well. It's ending terribly. Over half of America's kids have some kind of chronic health condition, whether it's asthma or allergies or ADHD or autism or diabetes. It's crazy. Like, why are we doing this? This is insane.
Starting point is 00:17:57 Yeah. My son has autoimmune. and they got it from vaccines. And so it is a sadder but wiser situation that we look at. We just hope that we can stop this type of thing. And at least now there's enough awareness that he's able to get his son to a physician who, and they have to do it on a basically a subscription basis because of the pressure put on the pediatricians by the insurance companies
Starting point is 00:18:25 and by the formal institutions, the Academy of Pediatrics, and they put so much pressure. on the pediatricians that they'll shut your practice down if you don't do vaccines you get a certain percentage on it truly is a racket it's amazing it is a racket so we have a lawsuit right now against the american academy of pediatrics and we are accusing them of civil racketeering because this is a racket they literally basically force all the pediatricians to belong and if the pediatricians don't follow the aAP CDC schedule they are you know they're basically persona is non grata, right? They will not be able to have a successful product. So you're right.
Starting point is 00:19:04 One of the workarounds is kind of a concierge medical practice, but it's a racket. Basically, this schedule is sort of held up as if they know it's safe and effective. We know it's not safe and effective. We know that literally children can die from it. Children can be permanently injured by it. And they essentially gaslight people to say, no, no, no, that's all in your head. Oh, it had nothing to do with the shots that your kid got a half an hour before. It's ludicrous. And I think the myth, the mythology around this is falling apart. It's taken too long.
Starting point is 00:19:36 It always does. But the mythology is falling apart. And I think the science is becoming more transparent. And the truth wins out. That's my view. The truth will win out. And the truth here is very clear that these products are not helping our children. There are quite a few vaccinated versus unvaccinated studies, the most recent one with 20,000 children.
Starting point is 00:19:55 And the results are very consistent that the vaccinated children have a more. much, much higher likelihood of chronic conditions, be it allergic rhinitis and autoimmune conditions or neurological conditions. And that is just unacceptable that we would be subjecting our children to brain injury. It's just unacceptable. I agree. Yes. There was a case here in Tennessee where over a custody issue, the judge was very pro-vaccine. He agreed to give custody to whichever parent would catch up on the vaccines on their child. And so they caught up on all three of them, except for the daughter who had already had a bit of an issue. They gave it to her in stages, but they gave the two younger boys, all them at once.
Starting point is 00:20:36 They both went into intensive care. After a few days, one of them came out, but the other one's in for much longer. He's now so severely autistic, he's in a diaper. And so there's no question that if you give a massive amount of this stuff, and that's why I think it's a very positive thing to say we're going to space out the vaccines, maybe even separate them. I find it interesting that the pharmaceutical companies are saying, well, if we separate the MMR vaccine, that means we've got to go through the approval process.
Starting point is 00:21:03 And I can take a decade. Yeah. I mean, it's, I mean, we're very supportive that the president and Secretary Kennedy came out August 10 with an executive order to say, we want to maximize parental rights. We want the attorney general to go after the states that are not really permitting religious exemptions and maximal parental authority. And yes, we should be having available measles, mumps, rebella shots separately. We should be looking at the time. and the sequence of these shots. We should be looking at all of these things. We should be looking for reducing aluminum.
Starting point is 00:21:33 We should be looking at getting mercury completely out. We're very grateful for this attention at the highest executive level in the country. It's long overdue, frankly. I agree. Now, that's the positive stuff. Let's talk a little bit about the vaccine mandates that are coming back in the Navy. And they've got January 15th, if I understand it, is the deadline for all the Navy personnel to be vaccinated. This is coming just a couple of months after Hegseth was so proud of the fact.
Starting point is 00:21:57 that they were going to welcome back anybody who had been kicked out because they wouldn't take the vaccines that are being mandated for them, that were M RNA. And here we're looking at an MRNA flu shot. It's basically the same thing as the COVID vaccine. Well, I don't know that that's quite accurate. So the MRNA flu shot that has been approved by the FDA, I'm not a fan, that is for people 50 and above.
Starting point is 00:22:21 So I do not believe at the moment that what would be mandated for people in the Navy is an MRNA flu shot. It would be a more traditional flu shot. We do not support any mandates. I don't believe, I do believe that Secretary Hegseth is sincere in believing that there must be religious exemptions, there must be accommodations, and in trying to bring back so many of the thousands of people
Starting point is 00:22:47 who were discontinued during COVID. I think this is a very, it's a very serious area. is a very important investigation going on right now between Secretary Kennedy, Secretary Hegset, to look at what happened in terms of deaths from the COVID injections. So I believe this is an area that may, we may say significant change before we get to January and the mandate. But it is troubling. We produced a film that I highly recommend to your viewers that is on Roku.
Starting point is 00:23:21 And it is called Duty to Disobey. We believe absolutely strongly that the law prohibited the mandate of emergency use authorization injections to the military. There must be black letter law. There must be a presidential waiver before the military can mandate an emergency use authorization product. But what they did, what Secretary Lloyd Austin did, was to mandate EUA shots. And that was simply illegal. And there's actually a current lawsuit against the doctor in the military that did that.
Starting point is 00:23:52 And I think that's very important. And the evidence suggests that thousands of young recruits, thousands of people in the military died from the COVID injection. So I believe that this is an area that is subject to significant change in the near term. Yeah. And of course, I always think when I think of the military and injections, I remember going back 60 minutes, expose that was done on the swine flu. And that was when Wallace was there.
Starting point is 00:24:21 and he, Mike Wallace, and they had subjected that to the military, and they had somebody who died of flu, and they said it was from the flu shot. And the woman that he was interviewing at the time had Gianbrae syndrome that was really severe and debilitating had crippled her. She said, well, I looked at this and I thought, well, if these soldiers are dying from this swine flu, I better get my vaccine to protect me from that. But of course, we've seen, even if it is a traditional flu shot, that was one of the shots that had prior to COVID.
Starting point is 00:24:51 I think it had the most number of incidents in the Bears database. Maybe I'm wrong about that. Well, what's really important about the example that you cite is that, you know, first of all, CBS and Mike Wallace in 60 minutes covered it in depth. And after about, you know, somewhere about 40 deaths, they pulled the H1N1 vaccine. The swine flu vaccine was taken off the market. The government said, oh, my gosh, we have to compensate the people who did get Guillembray who died.
Starting point is 00:25:18 And that was basically the end of the story. that led to this 1986 act, in fact. But the truth is that that was after 40 people. We're now looking at over 40,000 people who have been reported to have died to the vaccine adverse event reporting system. We know that that is a vast undercount of the numbers who've actually died.
Starting point is 00:25:37 And yet, because I think of these incredible perverse incentives, it doesn't stop the program. It is astonishing the level of death and injury that we have that has not turned things around. I'm very excited, Senator Ron Johnson, whom we just honored last Thursday night, he's holding a forum this a week from the next Monday, September 28th in Washington, D.C.,
Starting point is 00:25:59 to really investigate the hospital protocols that also were perversely incentivized to harm people and to kill people. And hospitals were compensated for that. And we have to look at this really dark agenda very with clear eyes, or we will just repeat it again. I agree. Yeah, I remember.
Starting point is 00:26:20 remember it was very clearly, it was August of 2021 in the American Hospital Association. I call it my aha moment. When I saw, they were complaining, they said, wait a minute, you're not giving us our 20% bonus because we don't have the PCR test documentation. You told us you didn't have enough test and he told us that they didn't work. So you said, just do a clinical diagnosis. And we would collect our money. Now you're saying you're not going to pay us a bonus. It truly is amazing. But what you said before was they were bribing everybody, even the families of people who had been killed in the hospitals. Yeah. And don't forget, you know, they were bribing kids, you know, we'll give you college tuition, you'll get a free hamburger, you'll get a free joint. I mean,
Starting point is 00:26:58 what kind of medicine do you have to bribe people to take, right? I mean, that opened a lot of people's minds. You might win a million dollars in the lottery. Of course, that was a Republican governor who did that, DeWine in Ohio. That's a, I talked to people about this. Even back then, they say, oh, it's not Trump. It's just the bad Democrat governors. It's like he's paying them to do this. it has been a real wake-up moment for a lot of people. A lot of people have not awakened to this yet. And as I said, it's been years that I didn't know anything about the 1986 Act. And as soon as I saw that, you can't unsee that.
Starting point is 00:27:35 I think that's the real issue. You can't unsee it. That's exactly right. You can't unsee that. And when you understand that there is no government incentive to do the right thing, you know, that's got to change. Tell us a little bit about your conference that you just had last week. Of course, the keynote speaker was RFK Jr. A guest of honor that night was Senator Ron Johnson. You had other people that I've interviewed in the past, Andrew Wakefield. People have a great deal of respect for it were there. Brian Hooker was speaking. You had about 14 or 15 speakers and it was just one day conference. Tell us a little bit about that.
Starting point is 00:28:09 Well, we wanted to showcase some of the good work that is being done in Washington, D.C., in the administration in Congress. We couldn't have said that. five years ago for sure. And we really couldn't have said that 15 years ago, that there were several people whose work we thought was really aligned with our mission, which is to end the epidemic chronic childhood disease. So we were very blessed to have Senator Johnson, Senator Rand Paul, who's really fighting on the sort of gain of function bio-weapons front, Congressman Tom Massey, Secretary of HHS, Robert Kennedy, Andrew Wakefield, Sayer G, the founder of GreenMed Info, and then staff from Children's Health Defense to talk about, and other people in the media, Jan Yackelik of Epic Times,
Starting point is 00:28:52 to talk about what we encountered in the censorship arena during COVID, how we've tried to overcome that, what are the things that we're going to need to do, and then what we do at Children's Health Defense and what are the bills that these people in Congress are putting forward, and for Kennedy, what he has done and what he hopes to do. And, you know, I think in reality,
Starting point is 00:29:12 he's done a small fraction of what he hopes to accomplish, before he leaves that office. But it seemed to me quite clear that he is very committed to staying in that office and continuing to fight. I mean, he said so much. And then we honored Senator Johnson because truly, there's no one in Congress who has cared more deeply about the plight of the people who were injured by the COVID injections and by the COVID protocols that were put in place. He deeply cares about that. That's why he ran for a third term. And we were very, we were very grateful to have the opportunity to honor that work that he's done. I agree. Yeah. It's amazing to me that nobody, that people just turn a cold shoulder to this type of stuff. And it really is,
Starting point is 00:29:55 it's like, how do you do that? How do you just, how do you sleep at night when you do something like that? I mean, that's what he said. It's like, one, you can't unsee this. How can you be a decent person and think it's okay to force people to take injections that kill them? I don't understand it. Well, I think it's money. It seems to be the root of all evil. The love of money seems to be the of all evil. Tell us a bit about, since you're kind of on your backgrounds as a lawyer, tell us a little bit about some positive bills that you see being introduced, either at the federal level or at the state level. What kind of initiatives do you see in the works? Sure. Sure. Well, I think at the state level, we are big fans of the bill that passed in Idaho,
Starting point is 00:30:34 the Health Freedom Act, which basically said that people get to make up their own minds. There does not need to be a religious exemption. There does not need to be a medical exemption. It's up to you. And the opt-out rate for childhood vaccination in Idaho is 15%, the highest in the country. We think that that is likely to promote better health among children. At the federal level, we wanted to showcase some of the work that's being done. So for Senator Paul, he has endorsed in the Senate and the vaccine carve-out. So the 86 Act railroads people into this compensation program that doesn't work. And this bill and the vaccine carve-out would allow people, not force them, but it would allow them to go to civil litigation against the manufacturers, against the doctors, which I think
Starting point is 00:31:18 is absolutely necessary. That will diminish the perverse incentives. Also, Senator Johnson is certainly doing really important work in terms of investigations of what really happened during COVID. Congressman Massey has really made available the Epstein files. We do believe that those Epstein files are very important documents about how the deep state really works. And there's four million more records that need to be released. And we support what Congressman Massey is doing to try to get those available. We are going to be publishing a book in November, which is called Shadow Empire. And it's really about how Jeffrey Epstein was in the thick of everything COVID.
Starting point is 00:32:00 How was it financed all of the pandemic preparedness sort of ventures are deep public private partnerships. And Epstein was all over them. So we do think that there's some good work being dealt. in Congress and we wanted to support that. Unfortunately, Congressman Lance Gooden was unable to be there, but he was going to be talking about pushing back against some of this federal preemption by the Federal Communications Commission, basically disallowing local communities from making decisions about where electromagnetic towers are being situated. Yes. And, of course, that was a bill that was about, wasn't that 1996? The Telecommunications Act? Yeah, so the Telecom Act. Yeah, so the Telecom
Starting point is 00:32:42 Act, and we have a legislative initiative called 704 no more, section 704 says the telecom industry has federal preemption. You know, you cannot sue for health effects of federal towers. Like, so insane. And we've got to end that, right? I mean, again, that's not just saying corporations are on the par with people. It's saying corporations literally have rights above people. Same thing for the 86 Act with pharma. That cannot beat the right outcome. Yeah, we've had situations where, because it's easy for them to get approval. They would go to a school area and put up cell phone towers. And that concentration and proximity would cause cancer clusters with the children that were there.
Starting point is 00:33:26 And to me, it was amazing. It was another one of these issues for the Telecom Act of 1996. It's another one of these issues where we're going to just do whatever we want. And we're going to focus this on kids. One of the things that they had in it was they said, you can object to a telecommunications tower on the basis of aesthetics, but not on the basis of... Right. Aesthetics or property value, but not help. I mean, it boggles the mind. It boggles the mind. That tells you it's about money, doesn't it, right there. That's where you follow the money with all this stuff. What about the state levels other than Idaho? Have you seen anything at state levels that is encouraging in terms of repealing some of the groundwork that's been laid or
Starting point is 00:34:10 over the last two to three decades in terms of setting up the authority for this? Well, I think the leading state during COVID without question was Florida. I think Governor DeSantis did not drink the Kool-Aid. He allegedly called Deborah Burke's head of the COVID Commission. And he said, has this ever been done before, locking down a, you know, a whole country-era state to end the public health emergency? And she said, no. And he said, well, I'm not running this experiment in my state.
Starting point is 00:34:39 and the Surgeon General, Joe Latipo, has been just stellar. And I think that they did not lock down the state. We know that they had lower levels of deaths and serious cases of COVID than other states. And they have really, I think, to great extent, worked with the health freedom community to ensure religious exemptions, medical exemptions, and to have a state that really prioritizes individual rights around health. not to say that it's perfect, but I think unquestionably, Florida has been at the forefront. Oh, that's good. That's good. Yeah, you know, we talked about the difference between different states,
Starting point is 00:35:18 and, of course, Illinois was pretty bad. But I remember interviewing a local pastor who had gone in defiance of the governor there. The governor, Pritzker, in Illinois, was one of the first ones to say, I'm going to use the state police to shut you down if you don't shut down your churches and lock everything up. He said, well, the local sheriff here has said that's not going to be allowed. And he actually sent his officers out there to protect the church to make sure it wasn't going to be shut down. And so that's an example, I think, of why it's so important at the local level. Yeah, the sheriffs, like you were saying. Absolutely. That's what we're saying like these constitutional sheriffs.
Starting point is 00:35:54 And I think there was much more of that than, you know, was publicized. But those people were very important who made their own decisions. They're elected officials. And they said, this is not consonant with the Constitution. which, of course, it was not. And I'm very grateful to those people who, you know, stood in the breach and resisted this authoritarian tendency that swept the world. I agree. And I want to say to you, I'm very grateful that you stood in the breach along with Children's Health Defense. I thank you so much for the information that you put out there and the hard work that you have done.
Starting point is 00:36:26 It's made a difference. I really do think it has. And I hope that you keep this up and I'm sure that you will. Thank you so much for joining us. Thank you so much for having me. Thank you. The common man. They created common core to dumb down our children. They created common past to track and control us. Their commons project to make sure the commoners own nothing. And the communist future.
Starting point is 00:37:03 They see the common man is simple, unsophisticated, ordinary. But each of us has worth and dignity created in the image of God. That is what we have in common. that is what they want to take away. Their most powerful weapons are isolation, deception, intimidation. They desire to know everything about us while they hide everything from us. It's time to turn that around and expose what they want to hide.
