Starting point is 00:00:25 in a world of deceit. Telling the truth is a revolutionary act. It's the David Knight Show. As the clock strikes 13, it's Monday the 27th of July, year of our Lord, 26. Well, today we're going to be focusing on what is happening with the global police state that is coming together right before our very eyes.
Starting point is 00:00:55 And, of course, the eyes of this global police state are the flock cameras and the axon cameras, cameras. Let's not leave them out either. And the brains that are being put out there are going to be the data centers. And then what are the hands and the boots on the ground and the boots stomping us forever in the face, just like George Orwell? That's the federal police, the ICE agents, who go about their business without search warrants, without identification, without uniforms. This is what is coming together very rapidly as Donald Trump. has an executive order to clear the way for these surveillance centers saying that they are military
Starting point is 00:01:38 installations and folks for once that liar is telling the truth we'll be right back stay with us well i'm going to begin today with um kind of an overview before we get into this what is the purpose of news what is the purpose of our free speech and of course as uh um uh ed snowden said and he got it exactly right. He said all these people say, I don't really care about being surveilled in public spaces. I've got nothing to hide. I'm not doing anything wrong. Yeah, well, he said, that's kind of like saying, I don't care about free speech because I've got nothing to say. Well, you may want to hear what other people have to say, or you may be concerned about the fact that these things are the hallmarks of tyranny. Censorship is the hallmark of a tyrant, a secret society. A secret society.
Starting point is 00:02:50 which is what national security state is, folks. It is a secret society. You're not allowed to know what they're doing to us, but they will know everything about you. That is the purpose of all of this. And I've been talking about this ever since I've been on air. I've been talking about geospatial intelligence. This is something that came into play in the late 1990s.
Starting point is 00:03:10 Of course, the Internet was designed by DARPA psychologist to manipulate people, not just to have a free reservoir of information. No, it is intergalactic computer networks. was a psychological experiment. But it was not practical until the late 1990s when the internet capacity, the switching circuitry got up to a sufficient broadband. At that point, they made their move.
Starting point is 00:03:35 The CIA went public with Incutel, a venture capital firm, and always in the past, if they channeled money to somebody, it was under the table secretly. Then they did it openly. And if you look at all these different venture capital firms, they are joined at the hip with the CIA, with the NSA, with this deep state, if I want to call it that, the intelligence community.
Starting point is 00:03:57 And they had people who were active or retired from the intelligence community setting on all the boards of these venture capital firms. And when you look at what is happening with founders fund, Palantir, you know, this is Peter Thiel's connection to all these different things. When you look at that, when you look at Mark Andreessen, when you look at Lucky Paul and Andrewil, these guys are all connected to the military industrial complex. And now they have the police state industrial complex. But before we get into that, this article caught my eye on World Magazine. This is a Christian magazine. I've disagreed with them on their Zionism.
Starting point is 00:04:43 But they got this part right. They said, news is an opportunity to see God's world through God's Word. It helps us to understand God's world more truthfully so that we can live more faithfully in it. They said, what triggered this article was something that the New York Times put in. They had an article how Times reporters talk to their kids about the news. And they said, well, we applaud that and we share many things with them. Of course, there is a fundamental difference as well. They emphasized honesty.
Starting point is 00:05:14 They said children should hear the news from trustworthy adults, language that is appropriate for kids, not to pretend that evil doesn't exist, but they also don't need to know of all the details of all the evil. That's what I try to do as well. So I said, yeah, we affirm all that, but the New York Times reporters just assume that the primary purpose of journalism is to help people understand and to navigate the world, and they're right about that. But it's not the fundamental purpose.
Starting point is 00:05:43 The fundamental purpose is whose world are we trying to understand? And what is the purpose? I remember an anecdote that was told by a preacher I heard once, and he said he had his kid in kindergarten. And he went in and they were talking about this activity that they were doing. And he went on for quite some time. And he raised his hand and said, what is the purpose of this? Oh, well, I don't know. You don't have a purpose.
Starting point is 00:06:11 It's not education. And so there always ought to be a purpose. Well, that is our purpose. to help us to live more faithfully in God's Word. He said, we don't want students just to know the facts of what happened today. We want them to understand the world as God's world. News is not merely information to be downloaded. God has revealed himself in two ways.
Starting point is 00:06:37 In general revelation, we say, throughout the world, and in special revelation in his own word. And so through those things, we can see the beauty and brokenness alike, as they point out in this world article. But it's only through God's special revelation, scripture, that we learn how to understand what we see and how to respond to it faithfully. Then they said, so when a war breaks out, it's like precisely, that's my issue with world. They excuse these wars, which if we look at the wars from a Christian perspective, there is no justification for what Trump is doing in Venezuela, in Iran, or what he wants to do in these other places. is they have not attacked us.
Starting point is 00:07:20 War is not a tactic that you use to take something that you want. That's the way Trump uses it. That's the way Israel uses it. And I have a real issue with that. I think the problem with that is that this whole canard of Judeo-Christian idea. Let me say that the people that we're talking about here, the Judeo part, they don't pay any attention to the Old Testament. It'd be bad enough if they just rejected Christ.
Starting point is 00:07:53 That would put them at odds with us, right? We would not have common ground on fundamental issues if they reject him as Lord and Savior. They reject his teachings, which they do. They think Gingas Kong and is better, said Netanyahu. Well, that is the way that they operate. But let's understand that it's not simply that they reject Christ. They reject the Old Testament that spoke of him.
Starting point is 00:08:20 That's the purpose of the Old Testament. All of it points to Christ. They reject that. They reject those fundamental morals. They reject what they call the Tanakh, which is what we call the Old Testament. They focus strictly on the Talmud, on rabbinical writings. It's the opinions and the doctrines of men. Pharisees and scribes, the lot of them.
Starting point is 00:08:42 and ruthless Gingas Khan wannabes. That's what we have in Israel. So why is it that Christians support these people instead of opposing them? I do not understand. So when war breaks out, students should certainly understand where it is happening and why. But we also want them to recognize the dignity of every person involved. Do you recognize the dignity of people involved in Gaza or Lebanon? Do you recognize that?
Starting point is 00:09:14 How about the school kids in Iran that we targeted? Do you recognize that World Magazine? No, I've seen them explain that away and wave that away with their hand almost as bad as Warpeat. How about the reality of sin or praying for those who suffer? No, we machine gun them in the water. That's what Warpeat does. How about confidence that history unfolds under God's sovereign care? You know, Israel says that God gave them this land.
Starting point is 00:09:45 The ultra-Orthodox Jews will say, yeah, and he's going to give it to us again, but we don't have to use the tactics of the Israeli government, Lakoud Party, what many people call revisionist Zionists. These are the radical jihadi Jews that are out there. And they're going to steal it. They're going to take it. They're going to kill people for it. The ultra-Orthodox say, yeah, God made a promise.
Starting point is 00:10:09 God will deliver on that promise. but not so with the Israeli government and the vast majority of people in Israel. They decided that like Abraham, well, okay, God promised me a son, but he hasn't delivered, so I'm going to take matters in my own hand. And you wound up with the father of the Arab nations as a result of that. So they said, when we report on scientific discoveries, we hope to cultivate wonder at God's creation, gratitude for his common grace. That's right.
Starting point is 00:10:40 And I would recommend to you, especially if you had kids, a great resource for this is answers in Genesis. It was something that we turned to for educational resources when we were homeschooling. And I got to say, I loved it personally. It was the antithesis of the way that I've been taught in school. Here are the facts. Okay, there's no dispute about the facts. This is what we see. Here's a fossil record.
Starting point is 00:11:05 Here are the fossils and so forth and so on. This is the way the evolutionists interpret it. This is the way we interpret it because we believe God's Word. And it makes a lot more sense that way. And there is a sense of wonder in creation. Not looking at what essentially I think evolution is a cult of death. It says death as a creating force. I reject that approach.
Starting point is 00:11:32 And so rather than looking at comparative vertebrae, you look at the unique design of all these different animals, and it truly is an amazing way to see God's world. When we report on politics, we want students to understand public life without imagining that politics is the center of everything. It is not where we get our meaning. I've said this over and over again about Hillary Clinton, the politics of meaning. And clearly for these people who grasp this, even beyond death, as we see happening with Mitch McConnell, They grasp these levers of power and try to hang on to them forever. They will not leave because that is the only meaning in their life.
Starting point is 00:12:15 Governments ordained by God, they deserve careful attention, yes, especially because when they no longer follow God's word, when they become illegitimate, it is the right and duty of the people to alter or to abolish those governments. We have a government that goes to war against the will of the people, continues that war against the will of the people, violates the law of the Constitution. When we have a government that creates this metastasizing cancer of flock cameras everywhere, and then when people push back on it, they double down, they bribe, they threaten. We have a government like that, when we have a government that is sending out masked thugs who do not show their identity, who do not wear uniforms, who have unmarked cars, who have no warrants, and they start brutalizing people on the street,
Starting point is 00:13:10 I don't care what the reason is. I support controlling the borders. I do not support the tactics of ICE. If you don't see where this is headed, when you have a political opposition coming in, what is a Democrat going to do with that kind of power, Maga? What do you think is going to happen with that? And so we need to understand
Starting point is 00:13:31 where this is headed. And we need to understand this is a government that doesn't even pay lip service anymore to the fact that it is of the people, for the people, by the people. Not at all. Not even close. They don't even care to pretend anymore.
Starting point is 00:13:48 They've dropped all pretenses. So this vision shapes the conversations many of us have with our children and grandchildren. We hope that those conversations help them grow in wisdom as they learn to see God's world through God's word. The Times reporters are trying to prepare their children for a world that they will inherit, and we admire that instinct, but we simply believe that preparation for the world
Starting point is 00:14:11 involves more than understanding current events. It means learning to see reality as God sees it. That's why we care so deeply about both the facts of today's news and the truth of Scripture. One of them tells us what happened. The other one helps us to understand what it means. And I think when you put both of those together, you can see where this is leading, quite frankly. And it's not a good place. We see, before I leave this, this guy who is spending millions of dollars, I don't know exactly how much he spends a year. But he is not quite a billionaire, even. He is a centa-millionary.
Starting point is 00:14:51 He's got hundreds of millions of dollars. But he doesn't have a billion. That's why when you look at the massive amounts of money of these people I have, hundreds of billions of dollars, it's just astronomical. We've never seen this kind of concentration of wealth before in history. Think about how wealth and power corrupted Solomon with all his wisdom. What do you think about these guys? They didn't start out from such a high place as Solomon did.
Starting point is 00:15:20 Where are they at this point? Well, this guy is talking about how he's cloning himself as a new. newborn to grow organs for transplantation. Well, that's not exactly what he's doing. They point out the headlines of this from futurism. That's a preposterous exaggeration. But that basically gets to where these people are ethically. He was the one who put up a picture of himself edited to look like a baby.
Starting point is 00:15:47 I guess he's watched 2001 too many times. But the ethics of what these people want to do, they see us as something simply to be used for their agenda for living and so forth. And so when you look at these people, the technocrats and their agenda of transhumanism, post-humanism, the singularity and all the rest of stuff, just understand. They see you as useless eaters, but also maybe as spare parts, simply things to be used for them. He said this may be scary to some people, maybe a dystopian future,
Starting point is 00:16:21 but for others, they will see that it is. is the inevitable future of help. Cannibalism. Just take the TH off of their better future of hell. That's right. It is truly amazing how we, everywhere we look,
Starting point is 00:16:38 we see people implementing this dystopian visions of novels and films that we've seen every, I can't think of one dystopian novel that they're not trying to make come true. And pretty far along the way. This guy's 48 years old. Also, I just have to say, How diluted, you know, just some people may look at me making a clone of myself as a baby and then harvesting its organs.
Starting point is 00:17:01 And they might think it's a little dystopian. But, you know, but yes. It's just normal. It's just the future, right? It's just the future. And, of course, if they can do it, as, you know, it was Michael Crichton, that was the central point of Jurassic Park. Just because you can do it doesn't mean that you should do it, right? But that doesn't get through to these people.
Starting point is 00:17:24 I mean, that's basically why he wrote that book. He was warning people about genetic modification and what was soon to be possible. And he was spot on about that. Well, one last story here before we get into flock. This is a Christian activist who is suing a Minnesota city for putting a price tag on his constitutional rights. This is a guy who would go to public gatherings and regularly hold pro-exam. life and gospel-centered placards on public property. He would wait peacefully and silently, speaking only to those who initiate conversation with
Starting point is 00:18:03 them. In other words, he's not staying there with a bullhorn. I mean, we've had situations like that. And, you know, that can be pretty annoying, even if you agree with a person. I remember when we were in Memphis, we stopped to get something to eat a trip from Texas to here. And Travis and I went back to get something from the car. And they had, what was it?
Starting point is 00:18:22 Black Hebrew Israelites. Hebrew Israelites. Denouncing us as white evil demons because of the color of our skin and things like that. We're like, oh. Good times. Yeah, I don't know. I don't have a weapon on me at this morning time. Anyway, it was, you know, so you can have various levels of that.
Starting point is 00:18:41 However, we're talking about the public square. And so he just stands there silently and holds placards. And if somebody wants to come up and talk to them, they can't. And yet the city didn't like that. He said, I block no one. I threaten no one. I sell nothing. He only asked to be left alone to speak.
Starting point is 00:19:01 And we have already seen this happening in abortion clinics in the U.K. Remember all the people who have been arrested for silently standing near an abortion clinic? They're not hectoring anybody. They're not even carrying a sign. And the police will walk up to them and say, are you praying silently? All right. Then you're under arrest. They've arrested one woman multiple times.
Starting point is 00:19:25 And the courts have not gone along with the police all these different times that they've done, but they keep doing it. That is what the police force wants, although right now the judges are throwing that out as they should. Initially, he paid a $20 fee in order to hold signs on public property during the hours that the market was operating. And I've seen this type of thing done before as well. I remember when we went to a great deal of trouble, we got on the ballot in North Carolina as a libertarian party as an independent party. That's difficult enough. And, of course, that consumes pretty much all your financial resources right there,
Starting point is 00:20:06 as well as a lot of volunteer energy. But we had a good candidate, and we wanted to amend the debates, the gubernatorial debates. And they wouldn't let us in. And so we showed up to protest. And then there were some socialist Democrats who showed up to protest us. Now, the people in the Libertarian Party understood, because they've done this rodeo before, that you've got to get a permit to protest, to stand there and hold a sign. These guys didn't.
Starting point is 00:20:37 So they came there to protest us. And it was, as they say, Chattinfroeder when we saw the police come and haul them off because they didn't have a sign. And where are you telling them? Do you see why you need to support the Libertarian Party? Because this is what it looks like when they don't respect your right to free speech, even in a public area. So we turned it into an object lesson for these people.
Starting point is 00:21:01 I don't know if they learned anything from that or not. But isn't that crazy that you have to get the government's permission to speak? And, of course, it always begins with religion, because politics is downhill from that. always is. Let's talk a little bit about what's happening with flock cameras because we've seen some very bad things happening over the weekend in terms of Donald Trump. Again, they're putting in this police surveillance state. It is a massive profit center and it is the same principle that they've operated censorship through social media on. It is the same principle that has led to the creation
Starting point is 00:21:42 in the military industrial complex, which has led to one war after the other. When you look at the massive amounts of money that goes into the military industrial complex, it is this unholy alliance between corporations and government for profit. And once they build this massive arsenal, you have politicians who, like Boromir, cannot resist the urge to wield that weapon. We just had a video clip. I apologize. I don't have it in the deck.
Starting point is 00:22:11 I had difficulty downloading it. but we had a video clip of Lindsey Graham before he died just gleeful about how wonderful Trump is. Oh, he gets in the zone. You know, he loves this war stuff. He's really good at this stuff, right? The two of them love killing people, love wielding the power. And he understood that. Lindsay Graham, this Grimer worm tongue, would, he knew that this is the moment to strike.
Starting point is 00:22:42 And so he told that snake, D.B. Netanyahu, he's like, yeah, he's puffed up with pride about Venezuela. And come in and finish him off. Lead him into war. I mean, it is so satanic when you look at the way this all unfolded, and that is exactly what happened. But it is a temptation, a temptation that people of no character, like Donald Trump and Lindsey Graham, cannot withstand. And so when we look at the weaponization and the massive buildup of resources, here to go to war with us using our own money, that's what they're doing. They're creating a system to go to war with us, and they're doing it in a very American kind of way. As this article
Starting point is 00:23:29 from Freethought Project points out, they said, if you look at the difference between the way China is doing it, the way the U.S. is doing it, they're coming back to the same exact place. It's what I've said so many times about fascism and communism. They all get you to the same place, the totalitarian hell. They come at it from different tactics. They come at it from different justifications. In China, they do it simply because, hey, we can. We can do whatever we want.
Starting point is 00:23:58 The people understand that. When we adopted our daughter from China, the family that they had placed her with as a foster family, She was old enough that they'd taken her out of an orphanage, and they put her in a foster home. And when we got there, the foster father wrote her a letter. We had the people with us translated for us. And he said, obey your government. And it was this whole thing about, you know, do everything that they say, mama. And it's like, just hammered.
Starting point is 00:24:28 They just hammered into them. And we laughed out loud with a guy, read that to us. I said, well, she's in the wrong family for that. we hold the government accountable to higher principles than just they said so. That's what I have. That's my beef that I have with Trump. He is a literal dictator. And we got another executive order that he did last Thursday, basically declaring that these surveillance centers, they call them data centers.
Starting point is 00:24:57 These surveillance centers are now military installations. Who knew, right? We knew this because they were already talking about how they needed to protect them against drone attacks. And I joked about it with one of my guests when we were talking about AI. It's like, why are they so focused on protecting these things? Why are they figuring out that people are going to want to attack them? And folks, it's not just that Iran or Russia or China want to attack the data centers. No, it's Americans themselves that are attacking flock.
Starting point is 00:25:29 It's Americans who don't want to have these data centers. And so they're going to make them a military installation, which has a slew of implications for it, including eminent domain. Meanwhile, Trump is bragging and boasting about how everybody's going to want to have these because it's going to bring so much money into the local and state governments. Isn't that the way that they always work? When you look at the corporate government fascism that has created the military industrial complex, it's that same corporate government. government fascism that is at work with a police state industrial complex. And of course, all of it is done. They get around the Constitution.
Starting point is 00:26:12 They get around the 10th Amendment by bribing people and blackmailing them with fiat currency. And so you have fiat rule, dictator rule, by executive order, and you have fiat currency to buy people off. It's exactly where we are. There's an excellent article about all of this, putting it in context. We'll only just begin on this before we take a break here. But the Fourth Amendment is being liquidated by subscription. This is from the Free Thought Project.
Starting point is 00:26:44 And it is a comprehensive article. And if you want to be able to answer the questions that people have for you, when you say, well, I'm really concerned, oh, it's just a picture. They're just taking a picture. You can take anybody's photograph in a public. square. That's not a problem, is it? Well, it's interesting how they then privatize that information. But the bigger issue is that these people are not seeing the forest for the tree. They see a camera and they think it's simply taking a picture. But that is simply one node
Starting point is 00:27:19 in a vast forest of cameras. And it is that vast forest of cameras. And the AI's ability to make sense out of that to find a needle in a haystack. So basically what they're doing is creating a massive haystack here so they can find you. A massive net. And isn't it interesting that the internet was always called the net? I don't know. It's just one of those things, right?
Starting point is 00:27:53 Yeah, it is like a net, isn't it? A web? And it is, these people are the spiders. and we are the bugs and their web. And so, again, fascism is a merger of government and corporations. It doesn't have to be authoritarian. It can just simply be corrupt. But in this particular case, it is both.
Starting point is 00:28:15 Corrupt and authoritarian and anti-constitutional. As a free thought project said, this is not merely a story about one overly ambitious technology company. Flock is the case study. But the real subject is, the creation of a public-private surveillance regime. Whenever you see the term public-private, that should make your spidey senses tingle. I hate that phrase. I mean, we see that. Another one that bothers me always is stakeholders, right? That means that these are the vampires who are
Starting point is 00:28:48 holding the stakes when we should be holding the stakes to drive it through their heart or whatever their agenda is. Corporations collect the data, venture capital finances the infrastructure, local governments purchase access, federal agencies find side doors into the system. And ordinary citizens are told that none of this is particularly concerning because they were technically visible while driving on a public road. Here we go. And as I said before, it is the same dynamics as a military industrial complex. It is war, profit, except this war is against us. Folks, we're going to take a really quick break, and we'll be right back.
Starting point is 00:29:31 Stay with us. Using free speech to free minds. It's the David Knight Show. Welcome back. And before we get back into the news, I just want to mention that Homestead Products, Not Shop. He's got a sale right now on Golden Rod Tincture. It is exceptional and alleviating upper respiratory congestion stemming from allergies, sinusitis, flu, or the common coal.
Starting point is 00:31:52 And I don't think I'll ever look at anything about allergies, again, without always remembering the fact that the Israelis hate these olive trees and they're destroying them everywhere. In Lebanon and other places, things that have been there for millennia. And were prevalent at the time of Christ. And yet 66% of Israelis are allergic to the olive trees when it only affects about 1% of the world's population. Another indication that the Ashkenazi are not from there. When they have a state that is built on ethnicity, you might want to take a look at this.
Starting point is 00:32:27 But I digress. The sale for Goldenrod tincture right now at Homestead Products. I'm sorry, dot shop. And it's on sale right now. So take a look at that. You might want to give that a try, especially if you have any allergies. Maybe you can send up a little of these to Israel. so they don't have to tear down the olive trees that have been there for millennia.
Starting point is 00:32:53 Let's get back to the flock stuff, though. Purpose of government, folks, is to protect our rights, isn't it? To protect our rights and liberty. That is the foundational document of America. That is the idea that America was founded upon. The Constitution is an attempt to try to put that into law, an attempt to try to control the consolidation and the power of government. But the fundamental principles, which is what we just celebrated the 250th anniversary of on this last 4th of July,
Starting point is 00:33:27 laid out in the Declaration of Independence. Because we have rights that we get from God, because we're created in his image, governments are created to secure those rights. And when the government does not do that, when the government itself becomes destructive of those, God-given rights, then it is the right and the duty of the people to alter or to abolish that government. And that includes these cameras. So again, when we look at what is happening, so many times, just as we saw with social media, they would stand aside and they would say, well, we're not the ones censoring you. The government is not censoring you. It is the
Starting point is 00:34:12 corporations that are censoring you. And they can do whatever they want. They're corporations. And I've seen this argument even from libertarians like the Cato Institute, Reason Magazine. John Stoss would say, well, they did to me again. They censored me again. I hate it when they do that. I think it's wrong to do that.
Starting point is 00:34:30 But they have a right to do that because they're corporations. No, corporations are created by privilege. They're government creatures by privilege. They do not have a prior claim to destroy our human rights. not even a fellow human has that ability. So if a fellow human kills somebody, then the government is supposed to step in and stop that, right? They deprive them of life.
Starting point is 00:34:59 If they deprive people of liberty, the government should step in and stop that as well. So get past this idea that government is just passively observing and they have no authority here. No, that is the purpose of government. to stop that kind of theft. And it is a theft of our liberty, a theft of our free speech. The social media companies are the digital public square.
Starting point is 00:35:27 Jack Dorsey said that about eight times in congressional testimony. And when he did that, I said, and of course, if you go back to when we tried to follow the Constitution a little bit, in the middle of the 20th century, you had the Supreme Court say, I think it was 1946, Marsh v. Alabama. they said the public square, even in this particular case, it was a town that was owned by, I think it was a coal company. And you had somebody passing out religious tracks there. They didn't like that. And so they prohibited that.
Starting point is 00:35:58 And the person took it all the way to Supreme Court. And the Supreme Court said, even if the public square is privately owned, they can't shut down free speech. I said that exactly applies to all these social media companies. As Jack Dorsey said, Twitter is the public. public square. And so the government has, the corporations have no right to stop that. And the government has a duty to stop the corporations if they try to take our free speech. And so the same thing holds true when we're talking about privacy. This is not to be a passive indifference either. They are not passively indifferent to all this. They are actively
Starting point is 00:36:42 pushing this and promulgating it. And they're using cynical legal prevarication to say that this is not a problem. It's just public square. We can do whatever we want to in the public square. You can't do whatever you want to in the public square of social media. No, no, no. But we can, for our purposes, weaponize the town square for these purposes. And so we see things happening as people are protesting this.
Starting point is 00:37:08 There's been reports that if they do have a town meeting on some of these things. In many cases, they don't even have a town meeting. And when questioned on it, they said, well, the corporation came in and the data center or flock or whatever, they had to sign an NDA, a non-disclosure agreement. We can't talk about this. So we had no hearing about it. All of a sudden, it just goes up everywhere overnight. Some of them are having town meetings, and they're getting a lot of pushback because nobody likes this. This is a unifying issue. Both Republicans, Democrats, there isn't anybody except this is the powerful versus the powerless. This is the way this divides out.
Starting point is 00:37:48 And so the corporations are going out and they're actually putting out some ads. They'll pay you $150 to go sit in some of these town meetings and fill up the chairs so that the people who want to speak against this are not allowed to get in. You just sit there and quietly occupy space like an MPC from a conference. game. But I guess this is really the NPC. No problem, it's a corporation. That kind of NPC. And so, they're using every kind of tactic
Starting point is 00:38:18 they can come up with. As a matter of fact, here's a guy who was taken out, arrested, simply because he was clapping at one of these meetings. I have right to class in a month. Come on. Drag you out. Come on. Drag me out. Come on.
Starting point is 00:38:32 Being really disorderly, isn't? Yeah. No, Jay. I'm just asking. You have a right to speak. If they think that clapping is disorderly, they ought to watch the debates of the House of Comments. Each person is given their two minutes, and we're trying to be respectful about snapping, clapping, clapping, any other rude comments or anything, we will ask you to leave. You've been finally warned and we're...
Starting point is 00:39:02 Rude comments. We are who matter. We are the people and the table belongs to us. Thank you. and you throw that town council out. So yeah, we've had other situations where you have a hot mic, and there's a hot mic. That's when he comes over and leans to the guy that's where he's got the microphones in front of him. And she started talking about how we need to block this and all this kind of stuff.
Starting point is 00:39:38 and he says her, well, we had this discussion months ago. This is coming up multiple times, and the town attorneys have told us we can't do that. And then she realizes that the mic is turned on. And she hits it off. And he gets this smirk on his face because he knew it was on the entire time. He'd let her just hang herself there in the comments. And then, of course, just a peaceful protest.
Starting point is 00:40:03 Here's a guy, an elderly man, sitting in a chair. he's got a pole and on his poll is a sign that blocks flock and says something like no flock or something like that. Well he's not allowed to do that in a public space.
Starting point is 00:40:19 The flock camera, however, can get a pole and they can put a camera on there and they are not only allowed to do that in a public space but the police show up to arrest this guy. Yo, what's that piece of shit hanging on the pole? That's a f*** camera, right?
Starting point is 00:40:36 And you got the boys out here protecting it. They got like, I don't know, $1,000 worth of gold. Yo, what's your name? I'll come bail you out. Carl Dunn? Gun? Gun? G-U-N-N?
Starting point is 00:40:50 If you hit the county, I'm coming to bail you out today. Thank you. F*** the flock cameras. And fuck you for not standing up for us. Yeah, so he's got a poll and he's got a sign. They got a poll and they got a camera. One of them gets protected. one of them gets arrested.
Starting point is 00:41:09 So much for the idea that it's a public square, right? And then there is a whistleblower who used to install these things. And he has some tips on how to de-install them as well as some issues that he has with it and the motivations behind all this. What's going on, everybody? I'm a former flock safety field tech. Here on the scene of the very first license play reader I installed is a field tech. We're going to theoretically take one of these cameras down.
Starting point is 00:41:37 What you would want to do is start by taking down the camera itself, which is this unit up here. That's that 8mm or 516s and freedom units. You want to get that camera taken down. You want to cut the cable as fast as possible. The solar panel itself is held on by eight set screws. Okay, to remove the solar panel, you have to loosen four of those set screws. Now, that's 13 millimeter. When you cut the cable, they're going to get a notification that you've been tampering with the camera.
Starting point is 00:42:05 What you want to do is get this camera off the pole as soon. as possible and start making your way back to your vehicle. You want to get back to your car and as you're walking towards the car, take that torx bit on that same impact or drill, whatever you are using. Put that T-25 or T-30 torx bit on and as you're leaving the scene, start unscrewing the camera housing. So by the time you get to your car, you can pull the battery backup out and they can no longer track your location. The moment you cut that cable, they're going to dispatch police to your location. So you want to flee the scene quickly and as you're fleeing the scene, start taking that. camera apart so you can get that battery backup out. Don't throw the battery backup out because they
Starting point is 00:42:42 could be used for tons of things. I've heard of people using them for remote controlled cars, remote controlled planes and different hobbies, even using them as a makeshift, you know, power source for lights and their work vans. A couple of things to clarify about the poll. This one is not mounted legally. Garrett Langley, the CEO of the company said it himself. They're kind of going based on brute force. They're just trying to install as many of these as possible, as fast as possible. And this is a good example. This is not safe. Not only is it not safe. It's, it's, it's, It's not stable. I barely touched it and look how much the thing is swing. Okay, if a car hits this, it can decapitate a driver.
Starting point is 00:43:15 The pole can be inserted through the vehicle. It's completely unsafe. What should be here should be a concrete slab and there should be mounted to the slab using a breakaway plate so that if a car does hit it, the camera will just fall over and break away. It won't provide any resistance. Nothing can penetrate the vehicle and decapitate drivers and make a bloody scene. Now, why are they trying to brute force everything? They're brute forcing as many of these cameras installing as many of these cameras
Starting point is 00:43:37 as the humanly possibly can because they're trying to IPO. They have private customers. This is a mosque, and the mosque is leasing this camera. Okay, the way it works is they pay for a year lease, and flock maintains the camera. Anything that goes wrong with it, whatever, they maintain it. But you never own it. You just have a login, you have access.
Starting point is 00:43:55 You can view what the camera records. Any plates that it picks up, anything that passes by and is recorded by the camera, you have access to. You have your own login. Now, this login, this access between private institutions, can be shared. For instance, police departments lease a lot of flat cameras, but between municipalities, they don't technically have a login. They only can log into the cameras that they lease, right?
Starting point is 00:44:17 So let's say Skokie Police Department wants to access cameras in Moran Grove. They'd have to make a phone call and get, you know, those videos sent over. But what they do is they share access. So Skokie can share access with Morton Grove and they can just log into each other's cameras. And this is done on a worldwide. Any private or public business can get a flat camera through a lease. And that's the key thing. That's part of the beard, right? Well, we've got a private corporation that's out here doing it. And they're contracting with private organizations. Like, could be a business, it could be a mosque, it could be anything like that, right?
Starting point is 00:44:49 Church, a school. Yeah, they just want to have a record of people who are coming in. And, you know, they contracted with us. They're leasing it from us. And so that's where the issue comes in. It's not the camera per se. The camera's just the front end. it's just the eye. The issue is the network that is there. That's the forest. The tree doesn't matter.
Starting point is 00:45:14 The picture doesn't matter. The camera doesn't matter. It's the network. It's the forest that matters. It is the forest that is a violation of us. It is the forest that is a warrantless search, not just the camera. You know, again, if somebody takes your picture, it doesn't matter. But if they are have thousands of these things, and they're using it to map out what you do. And I've talked about this from the very beginning. I started talking about it and I got sidetracked on another thing. In the late 1990s, as they start developing these not only the websites, they pick the people that are going to be competing to control the Internet,
Starting point is 00:45:54 to control their web, to control us. And then they let them compete, right? So you've got all the Zuckerbergs and the Googleites or whatever. that are out there, Sundar-Pichai and the rest of these people who are out there. So they compete, may the best man win, because we want to have competition. We just want to make sure that you don't have anybody in the contest that would oppose us if they want. That's the way they run elections. That's the way they run the web.
Starting point is 00:46:26 And so at that point in time, when they started coalescing behind a few people who were allowed to compete and they had tremendous piles of money. So everything is free for quite a while, right? Rice is starting to see that window disappear extensively in artificial intelligence. It's starting to get very, very expensive, very, very quickly, reduced ability to use any of this stuff. But it ran a while for the Internet, ran for free. And there was a lot of big stash of money that was provided to them by these venture capital firms that were allied with DARPA and the defense industry and the intelligence industry. It was all weaponized from the very beginning.
Starting point is 00:47:06 And what were they focused on? The fastest growing aspect of the intelligence communities was something called geospatial intelligence. I've talked about this over and over again. It's been a hobby horse of mine. Because geospatial intelligence gives them anticipatory intelligence. The original AI, right? Even before they had AI, they could look at your metadata. They could look at a lot of these other things that they were collecting.
Starting point is 00:47:31 They could look at your movements. and they could anticipate what you're going to do next. In many cases better than you could. And this was something was talked about by Zbign New Brzynski back in the 1970s when he wrote his book Between Two Ages. In the coming technocratic age, he said, The technocracy, as we call it today,
Starting point is 00:47:49 we will know what you're going to do before you do it. And they knew what they were going to do before they did it as well. It was their scheming. But this geospatial intelligence is really what this is all about. Don't let them fool you by just pointing to, well, it's nothing but a camera, right? Not a big deal, right? When the government installs a surveillance system, citizens may demand hearings, records, policies, and legal justification.
Starting point is 00:48:15 But when a shopping center or a homeowner's association or a mosque or a church or a school installs the sensor and later opens the data to the police, now responsibility becomes diffused. And so it's something of a shell game. And this is the key difference, really, between the way this is rolling out in America versus China. As I said before, China just comes in and says, you're going to do this and they have to do it. Here, they have to pretend that it's not really them. Plus, this allows them to wet their beak, as the mafia figure would say,
Starting point is 00:48:54 let's them profit personally out of this stuff as well. This is very much like when they use civil asset forfeiture. They say, well, you don't have any due process because you haven't violated a law. You violated a rule from a bureaucracy. And since it's a rule from a bureaucracy, it doesn't, the bill of rights does not apply. So you don't get to have a presumption of innocence. You don't get to have a jury trial or all the rest of these things, excessive punishment, all the rest of it. If this is something coming from the bureaucracy, they can do.
Starting point is 00:49:28 do whatever they want. And the bill of rights doesn't apply. And that's the reason why the Congress has kicked over their responsibility of some of these things to the bureaucracy. Because the FAA can come in at some point. They say, well, we're going to start licensing drones. Remember when they first did that? And they put it down at a ludicrously low weight, even to the extent that technically
Starting point is 00:49:51 toy drones would have to be registered with them. Oh, it's all right. It's only a $25 fee. But if we catch you using this thing without a registration, we're going to charge you, what was it, $20,000 or something like that? That's excessive, right? But they say, well, that doesn't, the Constitution doesn't apply. We can do whatever we want to. We're bureaucracy.
Starting point is 00:50:11 We're making rules, not laws. Laws are made by your elected representatives. It's like, no, they aren't. They are too busy holding show hearings. They have the president issuing executive orders and they have the bureaucracy issuing rules. That's the way Washington works now. Forget about schoolhouse rock. That no longer applies.
Starting point is 00:50:32 In March of 2025, Flock announced that it had raised another $275 million. And they have raised capital that is nearly a billion dollars, $950 million. They're getting it from the usual suspects. Isn't it interesting? It's always the same few that own and control everything. Andresen Horowitz.
Starting point is 00:50:56 Peter Thiel's founders fund, Bedrock and many others. Same names keep showing up all the time. Why Combinators another one. Reuters reported that they're nearly at a billion dollars in terms of funding. And of course, as they point out in this article from Freethop Project, proliferation was actually the product. They had to do this massive rollout because that is the, business model of Silicon Valley.
Starting point is 00:51:28 Move fast and break things. Get it up to scale really big. If you get it scaled really big, now it's worth a lot of money. Central question is not whether a camera has ever helped to find a murderer. It's whether the possibility of finding a murderer justifies continuously logging everyone else. You see,
Starting point is 00:51:45 that's the same principle behind Marsha Blackburn's Kids Online Safety Act or the parallel horrific, censorship that is rolling out in the UK. They call that the online censorship act. She just added kids at the front, but their justification is largely to protect kids. So how do you protect kids?
Starting point is 00:52:07 Well, you make everybody else prove their identity. And first you strip the parents away from the children, so they can't protect them. That's right. Then you put them in a school where the people there aren't just not going to protect them, but possibly actively predatory towards them. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. That's right. Yeah, yeah. Problem and reaction solution. Isn't it cynical to talk about protecting the kids? When you look at what they've done with
Starting point is 00:52:32 schools, when you look at what they've done with the vaccines and all the rest of stuff. And I'm not even talking about the Trump shot, the COVID vaccine. I'm talking about the fact that, what was it now? 40 years, let's see, it was 40 years ago, 1986, the Act that said that the pharmaceutical companies, even though at that point in time, they only had three vaccines. now they've got 72. But even then, they were doing so much damage to kids they were going to be put out of business, so they protected them to abuse the kids.
Starting point is 00:53:03 So Marcia Blackburn, don't talk to me about protecting kids. If you're not going to stop the vaccines, if you're not going to protect them from the genetic code injections of Donald Trump, don't talk to us about protecting kids. You know, they'll always say, well, in conservative states, we're not going to push this DEI and CERR. and all the rest of it says, we're not going to have the gender gas lighting, whatever. But that's only the most extreme abuse of the kids that we see in the school system.
Starting point is 00:53:34 But you are directly abusing the kids with the shots and these vaccines. And you won't stop that, will you? A photograph is not necessarily a tracking system, but having billions of searchable photographs turns it into one. That's exactly what I was saying. You've got to get rid of the idea that a single camera is a, threat to you. It's not the single camera. It's the network behind it. It's not the tree. It's the forest that you can't see because you're only looking at that tree, that pole that they've got
Starting point is 00:54:04 there. In a 2026 interview, the CEO of Flock described the public policy question as deciding what degree of listen to this, quote, privacy erosion, unquote. Americans are willing to accept in exchange for increased safety. Again, this is always the fool's bargain. of trading liberty for the promise of security. Matter of fact, Benjamin Franklin took that on directly. This is not anything new. It's human nature. They always promise to keep you safe if they take your liberty.
Starting point is 00:54:38 As he said, those who will do that don't deserve liberty. And I would say history has shown us that they don't get it either. It is a zero-sum game. To the extent that you have sacrificed your liberty, to that extent, you are a prisoner. a slave. And they are never truly safe, are they? There's also the fact that the government cannot engage in proactive measures.
Starting point is 00:55:04 All of their measures are reactive. That's right. Even if you believe this is a good thing, sit down and think to yourself, what good does this do you if you're the first person a murderer targets? This allegedly could be used to help them track down a murderer after he has committed a crime. Yeah. But you have to be responsible for your own safety. You have to be the one that is capable of defending yourself and your family. The government might be able to show up later and bring the guy to justice.
Starting point is 00:55:31 Maybe. Yeah, that's right. But you have to be capable of preventing the crime from happening in the first place. That's right. It's ultimately your own responsibility to protect yourself. And, of course, you could argue that, you know, if you've got somebody who's a serial killer, right? Then you get to the justice system. Well, the justice system punish a serial killer.
Starting point is 00:55:51 Well, there's a lot of open questions about that, isn't there? Photograph is not a tracking system, but the network is. And we're talking about privacy erosion. Are Americans willing to accept that in exchange for the promise of safety? Well, there are many who would say that. And to them, I would point, and you should as well, what Ed Snowden says. People who say they don't care about privacy because they've got nothing to hide. I haven't really thought too deeply about the issues because what they're really saying is that I don't care about this right.
Starting point is 00:56:25 When you say I don't care about the right to privacy because I have nothing to hide, that's no different than saying, I don't care about freedom of speech because I have nothing to say or freedom of the press because I had nothing to write. There's a seriously concerning trend in many liberal and advanced democracies where we see a growing appetite in government to narrow the limits of our rights. a draft speech that was quoted recently by David Cameron after the election implied that simply because you're following the law, simply because you haven't done anything wrong, doesn't mean you'll be exempt from governmental interference in your private life. And this is an extraordinary departure from the traditional operation of liberal societies.
Starting point is 00:57:06 The whole point of the law is that's the standard of behavior that you're held to. To go beyond that, and to say that the government's going to take a wrong, role not only in saying what is and is not lawful, but to actually say what is and is not proper behavior, reasonable thinking, an extreme idea, empowers the government in a way that I think without precedent in the kind of world that we grew up in. And we need to ask serious questions about, do we want to leave our children a less free world than the one that we ourselves inherited? And do we want to ignore the foundations of West's civilization. You know, he talked about the growing appetite of government. I would say that it's
Starting point is 00:57:51 because they can smell what's coming. You know, I've had situations. My, my, I didn't participate in sports, but I did a lot of water skiing when I grew up in Florida. And, you know, that was, we would do it for a very long time. And that was a lot of, a lot of exercise, you know, pulling back against that boat that's pulling you. And so it get really hungry. And I remember that many times would be a barbecue as well, and you would pull up and you're already hungry, right? Just like the government is already hungry for this stuff. They already want to do these things to us. Then you smell the barbecue smoke, and it becomes almost uncontrollable.
Starting point is 00:58:28 That's what's happening right now. They can smell the smoke of this barbecue that is being cooked in Silicon Valley. It's on the cusp of them having it. It's right there, and it is feeding. their hunger that they've always had. This has always been the hunger of people in power. And they are moving heaven and earth to get this stuff through. The Supreme Court has repeatedly recognized the aggregated location data can reveal intimate details about a person's life, even when individual movements occur in public or the records were maintained by a private
Starting point is 00:59:05 company. This is what geospatial intelligence is really about. And so we're going to take a quick break, folks, and when we come back, we're going to continue with this, and we're going to get into what's going on with the data centers. What is Trump up to with these data centers? Well, I think we know. He's began his administration greasing the skids for artificial intelligence, and, of course, combining it with MR&A technology. What do you think they're going to do with this network when they declare the next pandemic? Not really much to guess about with that, is there? We'll be right back, folks. Stay with us.
Starting point is 00:59:41 It's your move. And now, the David Night Show. Yeah, as we saw when I was playing that Snowden clip, whoever put that up, put up a little cartoon on the left side of the image there. And it's somebody with a holding a brain, the guy says, no, thanks. I think privacy is only for criminals. You know, we've heard that over and over again, haven't we?
Starting point is 01:01:44 Whenever they want to get rid of something, Oh, it's only criminals that are using this. So we heard that with Bitcoin, for example, cryptocurrency. And of course, that's not private. But they still threw that out there saying it's criminal because they wanted to stop it. Same tactic that they use and they say, well, we've got to protect the kids. So give us your ID. Good example of this.
Starting point is 01:02:08 The constitutional line is already under litigation, says Free Thought Project. Norfolk, Virginia became one of the first major battlegrounds. The city installed roughly 176 flock cameras. Two residents obtained records showing the system had photographed their vehicles hundreds of times. They sued, arguing that Norfolk had created a warrantless tracking network capable of reconstructing ordinary residence movements. Again, that is the geospatial intelligence there. And another example of this was January the 6th when they started arresting people
Starting point is 01:02:42 who were merely in the area. No indication of criminal behavior whatsoever. We just were suspect because you're in the area. And then Bank of America chimed in and said, and we'll coordinate that with anybody who has used our card to purchase guns. So they sued in January 26th this year. Federal judge ruled that Norfolk's system that was on the specific record before the court did not violate the Fourth Amendment.
Starting point is 01:03:14 So that may look like a victory for flock, but it wasn't a complete victory because there was kind of a footnote to it. The ruling noted that a denser camera network, longer retention period, or a more sophisticated analytical capability could change the constitutional analysis. Well, that's where we are, folks. We have a constantly increasing and more dense camera network. Who knows about how long they're going to retain things, but they have the ability now with these AI data centers at their building to change the constitutional balance of this. Again, don't get caught up on one camera. It is the network. Just like it's not a data center, it is a surveillance center.
Starting point is 01:04:03 Call it that. AI identifies additional attributes and separate databases become interoperable, I should say. That is the key thing also about this. The fact is that they used to have different jurisdictional areas, as a guy who used to work for them said, well, you know, the data that's here that's only accessible directly by this municipality. But if they want to, they can set up an agreement where they share this information with adjacent cities. And, of course, the information can also be shared with the federal government.
Starting point is 01:04:37 This is another trend that has been a part of the Trump, police state, and that is the removal of silos, data silos. In other words, the containment that is there. Typically, you know, when the intelligence agencies will work, they'll have compartmentalization, right? Well, you only know this little bit here. You can't know the entire operation. We're not going to explain that to anybody. Only a couple of people are going to know the entire operation.
Starting point is 01:05:05 So if there's something shady that's going on, some kind of a false flag or whatever, they protect themselves with compartmentalization. They are removing compartmentalization for us. They will retain it for themselves, but they're removing that from us. They're putting everything into a big pot so it's easily searchable and analyzed by artificial intelligence. Fox defenders frequently answer privacy concerns
Starting point is 01:05:30 by pointing to audit logs, access controls, and written policies, but they have not prevented abuse. We have a comment here from Jason Barker. He says Norfolk's case was built on a precedent that was overwritten, and so the case is still ongoing. Oh, good. He says the lawyers defending the flock network basically duped the judge and were dishonest. A lawyer? Disonest?
Starting point is 01:05:52 I can't believe it. Thank you, Jason, for clearing that up. Again, Jason's program is Knights of the Storm. And you can find that at nights of the storm.com. Yes, yes. Later reporting revealed that customs and border protection had access to more than 80,000 flock cameras. through a pilot program, sometimes without participating, police departments fully understanding the breadth of the arrangement. And they said subsequently that they had paused their federal pilot program.
Starting point is 01:06:20 I'm sure we can trust them on that, right? Anyone cheering warrantless immigration searches under one administration should consider how the same mechanism will be used by another administration for a different political goal. This is what the blinders that Trump has put on his follow. It's just truly amazing that they can't see the bigger picture of how this will be used by their political opponents. Right now, they just, oh, we're winning, we're winning, because we can do anything that we want to to people. You're creating a precedent of a lawless authoritarian government. And so you've had police officers tracking girlfriends. This one guy was a police chief in Sedgwick, Kansas, tracked his former girlfriend and her new boyfriend.
Starting point is 01:07:08 I've given examples of this and other jurisdictions. The Institute of Justice has identified at least 14 of these types of incidents. In one particular case, it was a police critic who instantly was put on the hot list to be followed. This is also in Kansas, Lenox, Kansas. Dorothy, we're not in Kansas anymore. This is completely alien to America. Used automated license plate readers while investigating a man who wrote an opinion. opinion article critical of the department's participation in immigration enforcement.
Starting point is 01:07:44 The investigation began the same day that his article was published. Police connected him to posters that were critical of ICE and used license plate technology to track his movements. Folks, this is Soviet style. This is Chinese communist style. This is not Kansas anymore. Not at all. And this is what the technocracy was designed to create.
Starting point is 01:08:07 And so when we talk about the license plate readers and all the rest of the stuff there now, and the analysis capability of these data centers is increasing. Flot has a new feature called Freeform, which doesn't just focus on the, we could call it biometrics, but the car is not alive. But it looks at the idiosyncrasies of a car. You know, has got a particular type of bumper sticker. Is there a flaw in the paint or a, dent in the fender or something like that that it can identify as well as the license plate reader.
Starting point is 01:08:42 Well, they're now doing that with people as well. Looking at tattoos, clothing, sports apparel, their race, and other physical descriptions. It is becoming a general purpose visual search engine without any warrants. One artificial intelligence, once they can search clothing appearance, race, behavior, associations, movement patterns, license plates become merely. one identifier among many. And of course, for the longest time, we've talked about how it can identify people.
Starting point is 01:09:15 By the way, they walk, by their gate. An automated informant that never sleeps, never forgets, never demands a warrant. And so, again, the false matches and the armed police stops that are really concerning, even if you haven't done anything, right? What if they identify you as somebody has. And we've had a couple of these incidences. And Eric Peters, last time I talked to him, he said he was getting kind of concerned about this because
Starting point is 01:09:44 there were several incidents where people who were driving a, they were automotive journalists and they were driving car. They didn't belong to them. It was provided to them by the manufacturer so they could drive it around for a while and do a car review, which is what Eric does as well at Eric Petersotos.com. And he said there's been a couple of situations where they pull them over at gunpoint because they think they've got a stolen car. then the depending on how trigger happy the cops are and remember this is something that began over a decade ago the shoot first curriculum that came out of Washington during the Obama administration and there was a New Mexico instructor at the New Mexico Police Academy quit he said I'm not going to teach the shoot first
Starting point is 01:10:30 curriculum so that's not the way we've ever done this before that's the way Washington wants us to do this And so now they have things that are going to misidentify people. I played the clip for you last week. The woman who was confronted by the cop said, you're a porch pirate, right? And so he goes through a door and, look, I've got the pictures here. I've got video from flock. You know, we've got you.
Starting point is 01:10:52 Well, it turned out that was all wrong. And they wouldn't listen to her for the longest time. We've had several incidents of this where people arrested. Many of them detained for a couple months before they were allowed to present their evidence showing that there were somewhere else. In her particular case, she had a dash cam in her car that showed that she was somewhere else at that point in time. And so, again, they can give false identification.
Starting point is 01:11:18 They have gone through and revised the terms of their contracts with people as well. This is a common tactic from Silicon Valley. How many times on any software that you use do you get to think that, well, we revised our terms of service. Click here to continue to use the service. Well, I don't want to use the service under those terms. Too bad then. What you paid for, you don't get to use.
Starting point is 01:11:43 And we see this happening continuously with the people in Silicon Valley. This is another one of their quote-unquote values. I guess we should start talking about silicon values. They are ephemeral. They disappear. They have contracts that they unilaterally write to their advantage once you start using their products or enter into a contract with them or buy. their service.
Starting point is 01:12:06 So, folks, the customer owns the data is an absolute lie. If that were true, then there would be not so much money in all of this. And so many people have suggested that, what are all the exclusive focus on flock cameras? Because they're not the only company, unfortunately, that's doing this. There's also another company that has been one of the founding members of the police state industrial complex. I guess we should.
Starting point is 01:12:36 We always talk about the MIC, the military industrial complex. I guess this could be the PSIC. That just be pronounced as sick. And this truly is sick, isn't it? So Axon is the company that is known for tasers. And they had a lot of blowback when they just offered to provide to schools, drones that were armed with tasers. That's what we need.
Starting point is 01:13:03 in our police state academy, the training for the new citizens of the future, right? That's the purpose of schools. They've always told us that. It's to train the citizens to live in our society. Well, that's the kind of society they're training them to live in, a police state where there's lockdown, where there's searches all the time,
Starting point is 01:13:22 and where they've got drones with tasers. In February, 2024, of course, it's tasers and it is body cameras that they sell a lot of this company, axon. Now they're getting into these surveillance cameras as well. And so they acquired a company that called Fustis, Fusus, I guess, or something. I don't know. Not Festis. It's not Marshall Dillon's deputy. They map alerts, they live stream, and they do public and private camera feeds. After they brought that in, now they can combine private and public video feeds.
Starting point is 01:14:03 officer positions, shot spotter alerts, floor plans, and other data into common operational picture. In other words, no data silos, put everything together, and one hopper. That's what they are trying to do. Here's an example. Flock versus Flaxon. Flocking is almost certainly a deep state siop. And I got all the receipts. You know, one of the content creators for the administration, basically a binder guy, and Epstein Binder guy all of a sudden saying, the flock cameras are wrong, and then you did a deep dive,
Starting point is 01:14:37 and you found out something really interesting. I've found pretty much like at least half a dozen cities that have canceled flock, but then signed up for another surveillance system, AXon. Except who has ownership in this company? Well, turns out Trump. Earlier this year, he bought $5 million worth of stock in AXon. The minions of President Trump,
Starting point is 01:15:03 going out now against Flock. And meanwhile, Americans don't realize they're just being replaced with a different surveillance system where Trump is getting some royalties on the side. Now there's reporting that this guy has come out with Tony Ortiz saying that he's spoken to at least two influencers that have been approached about getting paid
Starting point is 01:15:21 to post negatively about Flock. So there you go. Then I looked into the investors. So Flock is invested by Andresen Horwitz. That's Mark Endreason, part of the Silicon Valley Technocratic Elite. Founders Fund, that's Peter Thiel's group, as well as Y Combinator, that is a group that Sam Altman used to run. And if you look at AXon, Axon is a publicly traded company.
Starting point is 01:15:43 So that's old school. That's banker finance money. So their top shareholders are BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street. Right. Why are they pushing anti-flap? Oh, is it because potentially they want to steer these city contracts towards AXon? Is that a possibility? Yes.
Starting point is 01:16:00 one more thing to share. Yeah. This is the headline. Epstein could have made $100 million on a secret police tech investment. Former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak helped convicted sex trafficker quietly invest a million dollars into a police tech startup in 2015. So Axon just bought last year the company that Epstein founded back in 2015 called Carbon. So now you have the tie of Epstein and the Israelis involved with this Axon company.
Starting point is 01:16:27 And Trump. And Trump versus the technocrat. elites. But the thing is people aren't paying attention because everything is like anti-flock, de-flock, we need to get rid of these flock cameras, but they're quietly putting up these axon cameras in replacement. And they're tied to Israel, Jeffrey Epstein, Donald Trump, Black Rock, Vanguard. So that's the point. That's the point. It doesn't really matter what evil group is behind it. We need to make sure that we're knocking down all surveillance cameras. That's right. That's the issue, folks. It isn't about, you know, this corporation versus
Starting point is 01:17:00 is that corporation. It's about what they do. This is the way that they control us with the Democrats and Republicans. You build a loyalty or you hate one of these and you love the other one because it's the other side of the coin or whatever. No, it's what they do. That's why it's what these politicians do. It doesn't matter whether they have an R or D after their name. It's what they do. And it's issue by issue. And so flock and axon, it doesn't matter. They're both doing the same thing. But I think they're right. I think there is an orchestrated campaign to try to keep axon quiet. So these particular guys can make money out of it, Trump in particular.
Starting point is 01:17:37 And so when you look at America versus the Chinese model of surveillance, again, for the longest time, I remember when this first came out, first time I saw this, China called its program Sharp Eyes. Now, again, Eric Peters always laughed about the sheep and everything. So when he saw a flock, he said, yeah, the way to keep their eyes on. the sheep, well, that's not all this happening because now a flock is going to fly. So maybe it refers to actually a flock of cameras. Here's where they're going. You're going to have flying surveillance cameras. This is what flock is working on. Flock Alpha, the fastest DFR drone ever. So yeah, this is another dystopian vision of the future. Flying surveillance drones.
Starting point is 01:18:38 That's what flock is working on. So they're not the good guys in all this stuff. Neither is accent. They're both evil. Just like the Democrat Party and the Republican Party. The most powerful camera. Yeah, there we go. Eye in the sky.
Starting point is 01:18:55 Read license plates from 2,000 feet away. It's like half a mile. A drone dock purpose built for this. So it can go back and recharge itself. I get sent out again. There we go. Look at this. This is basically what Eisenhower warned us about.
Starting point is 01:19:26 He was talking about the military industrial complex, but it applies to technology in general, and this is the police state industrial complex. Sick. PSIC. The American model is less centralized, more commercially disguised. China built its panoptagon through state planning and party decree. The U.S. increasingly assembles comparable technical capabilities through municipal contracts, venture capital financing, homeowners association fees, federal police grants,
Starting point is 01:19:56 smartphone applications, and terms of service agreements that nobody reads. That's how we get to this point. And so as they point out in here, we're somewhat to blame because we didn't stay vigilant. When we look at this stuff, it comes in as a kind of soft tyranny. Well, we get the phones because they're, look, they're very, very convenient. And then all of a sudden, they are the spy device. I'll never forget some of the documents that Snowden released. Not all of them were reported on in the United States.
Starting point is 01:20:29 Because nobody wanted to criticize Apple, it was only in Germany in Der Spiegel that they published one set of slides that were taken from the NSA. And I've shown that over and over again. I don't have it to show you today. But basically, it said, who would have thought in 1984? and it shows the famous 1984 Mac commercial launching it. You know, that was the one that was done by Ridley Scott. It only ran once at the Super Bowl.
Starting point is 01:20:57 But people played it over and over again. It's one of those things like the Johnson Daisy commercial that he ran against Goldwater and everybody kept playing it over and over again. So who would have thought in 1984 when Apple was pushing back against Big Brother? And then they said that this would become Big Brother. And it shows Steve Jobs holding up an iPhone. And then the next shot, the next slide, is an Apple store that everybody lined up and it said, so that this would be Big Brother and that the, and I forget what they called us,
Starting point is 01:21:30 zombies or whatever, would line up to pay for it. We pay for our own surveillance because we don't understand what is really behind this and what they're truly doing with this. So Americans have been trained to confuse privacy with secrecy. The familiar assertion that people with nothing to hide have nothing to fear assumes that privacy exists primarily to conceal wrongdoing. Well, that is the case with national security, I would say. And so it is the epitome of hypocrisy and lies for the secretive national security state. And again, it goes back to Truman.
Starting point is 01:22:11 It was like FDR kicked off the welfare state and LBJ pushed it further down the race. road, but it was Truman who kicked off the surveillance state, who kicked off national security, who kicked off the idea that we are the world's policemen and began one futile war after the other, one wrongheaded, illegal, unethical war after the other. And so, as they point out here, privacy is a good thing. Privacy provides the breathing room that people need to develop beliefs from relationships, foreign relationships, seek medical care, communicate with confidential sources. And all of that, all of that is a benefit of privacy.
Starting point is 01:22:56 You have to have privacy if you're going to have a free society. People close bathroom doors, and that's not a crime. They seal lawful letters. They lower their voices during personal conversations. And they resent strangers who follow them home, even if the stranger remains on public streets. The reactions are not admissions of guilt. They reflect the basic human expectation that a person should be able to move through life without continuous examination by institutions that are processing them for greater power than the individual being observed. The thing is, if you were to tell an average
Starting point is 01:23:33 person that a random person on the street is following them, observing them, cataloging everything they do, they'd be freaked out. They'd think this is crazy. This is dangerous. Something is wrong here. But you tell them the government's doing that or these big businesses are doing that's like yeah well you know whatever that's right there was a comedian who made it's just as sinister yeah the comedian made that point he said when you look at the police cars i always say to protect to serve and goes so if that's true then why is it they when you look in the rear of your mirror and you see a cop is right on your bumper and following you very closely why is it that you don't feel safer does anybody feel safer under that circumstance you know what they're doing they're going through they're running your license plate
Starting point is 01:24:13 They're checking you out for every possible violation. Maybe they're going to pull you over, hit you with a fee, waste your time, whatever. Even if you haven't committed any crimes, they're going to find something to charge you with. And I mean, literally charge you in terms of dollar amount, dolitary. Deleterious dollars. Anyway, that's the bottom line. And so you think of these fly cameras, it's like having a cop following you everywhere that you go, waiting for you to have an infraction of something. Remember Harvey Silverglades book,
Starting point is 01:24:46 Three Felonies a Day. He said the law has become so comprehensive, so complex. Most people don't understand it or know if they're even committing a felony. He said most people commit three felonies a day and they don't even know it because the law is so complex. So again, Jason Bassler points out he says, so it's going to be real easy to go from 2020, 2006, we say, well, just looking for stolen cars and wrongfully pulling over some automotive journalists, for example. And then by 2028, failure to comply with lockdowns are detected, right? That was our escape route during Trump's prison state, moving the Overton window for that and seeing what we would put up with. And so, you know, when you look at these things,
Starting point is 01:25:35 these flock alpha thing, thermal vision, self-launching, self-launching, self-recharging, flies up to 60 miles an hour, live streams to the police, reads license plates from 2,000 feet away, and it's integrated with the flock network. It is a flying infrastructure of surveillance. It is the web. It is the net that they want for. So when we look at all this, what did the data centers come in? Well, as I point out, flock is the eyes. Data centers are the brain, and the federal policing that we see being tested with ice, that's the hands. And so the U.S. Data Center protests are also going national with a growing blacklash, and 86% of all Americans oppose data centers in their neighborhoods.
Starting point is 01:26:25 The Data Center Coalition says that they are, quote, mitigating any negative impacts to households and businesses. And so understand that if we're going to oppose them, just like Matt Trohieland, pointed out. I played that piece from him. He said, it's not, these things that they're doing in the neighborhoods and the amount of water that they're using and the electricity and they increased cost to us for our electric rates as well as increasing the unreliability because it's such a load being put on the grid. They may have to shut it down periodically if it gets out of control. Those are all big problems. Those are immediate problems.
Starting point is 01:27:07 But again, we don't want to focus on the immediate issue and not see the bigger picture behind it. The bigger picture behind it is the surveillance state that this is all part of. Opponents of the rapid buildout of data centers held 142 protests across 42 states on Saturday, the first nationwide effort to channel anger at the AI infrastructure expansion that's ramped up for the past year and royal local politics. It was coordinated by an organization called Humans First, co-founded by a former leader of the modern-day tea party. Well, we need a tea party for these things, just like they threw the tea overboard, these cameras overboard as well. But when you look at the modern day tea party, I was always somewhat critical of them because there was no real understanding of the fundamental issue.
Starting point is 01:28:00 Tea party, they said, stood for taxed enough already. ready. Okay, so your taxes are too high. We can all agree on that, can't we? Can any of us agree to what the solution is? Is the solution less spending? Then say so. We need smaller government. That's the real issue that is there. But they avoid the core problem there. The problem is we aren't taxed enough. And I got 40 trillion reasons to show you that we're not taxed enough. Or the other issue is that we've got a government that buys everything without any concern for the cost, uses its fiat currency to bribe and blackmail people constantly. That is the fundamental issue.
Starting point is 01:28:40 That was the issue that the modern Tea Party missed. So I hope that this organization, a follow-on to that, does not miss the fundamental issue of these data centers. And that is the surveillance that's there, just like the fundamental issue should have been for the Tea Party spending and unconstitutional spending and spending for things like this. She said that people just woke up one day and they found out that they're going to have this monstrosity in their community and they don't want it. Well, wait till they see what this Frankenstein monster is going to be used for. It gets even worse from here. We're going to take a look at that when we come back. Stay with us. We'll be right back. You're listening to the David
Starting point is 01:30:06 Night Show. In July of 1896, exactly 130 years ago, I warned this great nation of the government's planned to crucify mankind upon a cross of gold. Of course, that was before they started to bleed us dry with a death of a thousand fiat paper cuts. But after you bought every single commemorative David Night Show coin in gold color, the podcast's gold reserves are depleted. They issued 100 numbered gold colored coins and declared the mint closed. The people cried out, Free silver. Well, the likes of J.P. Morgan can't stop this all-new commemorative coin. Now in silver color, while supplies last, this commemorative coin does not contain precious metal,
Starting point is 01:30:58 but does keep the show on the air, equal to the gold color. This limited run is numbered 1 to 100. Get yours today at the David Knight Show.com. Hurry, because supplies are disappearing quicker than the purchasing power of the the dollar. That's right. The purchasing power of the dollar is disappearing quickly. They've been changing their metrics. This is the first contribution of Trump's new Federal Reserve Chair, Kevin Warsh. This contribution is, well, we're going to change the way we calculate inflation, so it looks better. If you understand what's really going on, you need to be getting into real gold and real silver.
Starting point is 01:31:36 Of course, that coin supports our show, but you can also go to David Knight. Gold and Tony Ardibon, who also supports our show, and he has gold and silver that you can buy, and it is private. That's the key thing. The privacy of having physical gold and silver that you own, that you know where it is, and that is something that is worth its weight in gold, isn't it? How's that for a slogan? But nobody ever thought of that, right? But anyway, you can go to Tony Ardibund's Weiss Wolf Gold, and you can, something that Tony does,
Starting point is 01:32:12 that I really like is the fact that you can set yourself up on a regular savings program and dollar cost to average this stuff off and gradually set aside some money to save your wealth because this is all about wealth confiscation. That's really what monetizing the debt and the types of things that the federal government is doing is all about. Well, again, when we look at these protests over the weekend, we had in this article here from technocracy news. They point out left-leaning guy,
Starting point is 01:32:44 his name is Ivan Del Sol, was leading a protest in the California desert where they were going to have 260 million gallons of water in the desert per year taken out of the Colorado River. And of course, this is one of the things that we talked about. Remember when they put up their big data centers for the NSA, the one that they put out in Bluffdale, Utah,
Starting point is 01:33:04 in the middle of the desert, where they've already got a water problem, using massive amounts of water and electricity, but pailing in comparison to what these data centers do. Teeny in terms of its impact. And yet, people were complaining about it then and was like, you know, what is going on with this? And when I talked to William Binney, the former global technical head of the NSA, he said, well, they're saving everything that they can off the Internet now because it won't be too long before they'll be able to go through and collate and search everything.
Starting point is 01:33:33 And that day is here. And that's what these AI data centers are. about. They built these data centers as warehouses to keep as much internet traffic as they could. Now they've got the analyzers that they're putting in. And this analysis, forget about artificial intelligence, analysis intelligence that they're putting in. And it's the way that they can go through and sort through all of this stuff to identify and pigeonhole everybody. The guy goes on who's talking about the massive amounts of water, he said, it's dystopian that you could use this much fresh water for AI.
Starting point is 01:34:10 Now, that's not dystopian. It's almost like crocodile Dundee. The guy pulls out a knife and crocodile Dundee, remember that movie? Pulls out this giant version of a buoy knife or whatever. He goes, that's not a knife. This is a knife. Well, I say this using the water is not dystopian. What the AI is going to be used for is dystopian.
Starting point is 01:34:32 That is the knife. And we better understand how that's going to cut. Well, adding to all of this is the fact that, as I mentioned, the beginning of the show, Trump just put out an executive order that made data centers military installations. And so the question is, and this is a question asked by Jane Ruby on X. So who is this guy working for Trump? He's not working for America, is he? You know, the bottom line is that they were already planning to defend these things like forts.
Starting point is 01:35:01 And when you look at it, the military doesn't care about water. The military doesn't care about an environment. You know, they just do whatever they want. I mean, you have one sad story after the other. Some of them, I remember Tully Blackwood, got onto a story of leaked hazardous chemicals out of this military base where they were putting all kinds of used equipment.
Starting point is 01:35:27 Much of it had been painted with radium paint to make it glow in the dark. And there were other things that they were doing. it was all leaching into the water system. Well, the military doesn't really care about that. They don't care about the environment. The government doesn't care about it. So the worst polluters are places like China,
Starting point is 01:35:45 where the government can pollute as much as it wants. Pollution really is a trespass, but if the government owns everything, it can't trespass. So it can pollute whatever it wants to do. So we look at water environment. When you look at lives, we look at businesses, does the military care about that? No.
Starting point is 01:36:03 If they got a war to fight, they don't care about any of that stuff. As a matter of fact, they now target civilian infrastructure deliberately. And so this is all running through, by the way, the so-called Department of War, which actually still is officially the Department of Defense. But the War Department is at war with us. We don't fund it, by the way, and that's one of the things the Tea Party didn't understand. We don't fund this. they are just borrowing the money for all of this stuff.
Starting point is 01:36:36 And so what is this executive order? Well, this is executive order 14, excuse me, 1438. It's titled Accelerating Federal Permitting of Data Centers, and it was put out last Thursday. The purpose is to fast track the construction of large-scale artificial AI data centers by reducing federal regulatory barriers and environmental review timelines. It directs federal agencies to provide loans, grants, tax incentives, other financial support for qualifying projects. Now, what are qualifying projects?
Starting point is 01:37:14 Well, those will be decided by the military, won't they? That's what's in this, the qualifying projects. Those are defined as data centers with investments exceeding $500 million. This is only for the big guys, right? small people need not apply. As a matter of fact, we've already seen and reported on the fact that in Illinois, they were going to not hold big criminals responsible, but only the small people who are using artificial intelligence.
Starting point is 01:37:41 So if you had an AI model that you spent more than $100 million in terms of its creation, then you got a free pass for any damage that you did. If you took more than, I think it was 100 lives, than with your AI. If it did something wrong and it impacted more than 100 people, then there's no penalty for it. It's only for the small people. Because only a few people are going to be allowed to have this technology,
Starting point is 01:38:08 this power that comes with it. So again, $500 million or electric loads greater than 100 megawatts. It mandates the streamlining of National Environmental Policy Act, the creation of categorical exclusions for these projects, and the use of federal land. to expedite development. Again, it is going to be determined by Warpede as a Secretary of Defense, what these qualifying projects are.
Starting point is 01:38:37 When I first looked for this, I saw some people talking about the fact this is part of the military, and we look at the original summary that's provided by some of the search engines, Brave Search, for example, didn't have anything at all about the military. So I'm looking for it until I could find it. And the reality is if you look at the actual law there, not law, I'm sorry, executive order, it's further thing from the law that you can imagine. But it's now a national security priority. And so when you have that, Constitution is not allowed.
Starting point is 01:39:13 It makes all the difference in the world if it's connected with the military. And the military will be deciding which of these projects are qualified. That'll be, as a matter of fact, it mentions specifically the secretary of the Department of Defense because even though War Pete calls himself the Department of Warhead, it is still officially the Department of Defense. As a matter of fact, Donald Trump has made it very clear how he's going to run this thing through. It's not just by, this is yet another vector of control that he's bringing into this. his primary vector is still the same type of stuff that he did in 2020 with the lockdown. Had so many people pushback against me and said, well, Trump's not doing this.
Starting point is 01:39:55 I said, yes, he is. This is the way every Democrat and Republican uses the power of fiat currency to bribe and blackmail people. Oh, that's a nice grant that you got there. Be a shame if you lost that because you don't do what I tell you to do. Or you got that great contract with the government. If you're a private corporation, if you're a hospital or whatever. So get your people vaccinated because I say so. Otherwise, I'm going to take that away from you, right?
Starting point is 01:40:19 The bribery, the blackmail. Because you have to convince your community how great these things. You can't fight it. You have to go with it. And you're going to have all that protection. And we're giving you automatic protection. But you're going to make a tremendous amount of money. You're going to reduce taxes.
Starting point is 01:40:34 And you're going to have something that if you don't have it, everybody else wants it. Yeah, remember this? They have to get the shot. The vaccinations are so important. this is really going around now. They have to get their shot. Yeah, that's what he was saying to everybody. About a year before, he rolled out the fake pandemic.
Starting point is 01:40:54 Hey, got to get this shot. Now you got to get the data center. Do you get the idea where this is headed? Got to get the shot. Got to get the data center. It's really going around. You're going to make so much money if you do this. You're going to have to have this.
Starting point is 01:41:08 And that's the way he's selling it to state and local government. I will pay you for this. Same thing. he did with a pandemic. Folks, they realized, just as Trump said about his own personal corruption, he said, I was very careful the first term. Then I realized that people really don't care. So now he's just going for it. And that's the same thing he's doing with this as well. And when you look at the fact that this is all happening as they are merging the military and the intelligence communities with the IDF, that is increasingly concerning, right? Again, the military
Starting point is 01:41:42 doesn't care about water, military doesn't care about oil, right? Doesn't care about the global economy. It doesn't care just like Trump didn't care about the mom and pop organizations on Wall Street. It was only the big companies that really mattered to him. We locked everything down. They didn't care about any of that stuff. They don't care about our lives. And so the fact they're going to make this a military tie-in is there to, as another cudgel to make
Starting point is 01:42:09 sure they're going to beat us into submission in terms of the same. you can't resist these AI data centers. And now there's also talk that they will use eminent domain. Of course they will. Could eminent domain be used to seizure land for AI data centers? Well, they say anything's possible. I would say that is very, very probable. Again, they have to have this surveillance state.
Starting point is 01:42:31 The flock system is their eyes and the nervous system. The AI is their brain. Ice is their hands. And the motivation and the manipulations are, coming from Israel. They do it anyway. So they're going to steal your land and steal your home. It's the same type of stuff that we've seen with radical Zionists,
Starting point is 01:42:51 the same kinds of plans that we've seen with the World Economic Forum as well. And so this article, which is kind of saying, well, you know, this could be a problem. No, it is a problem. They point out even that power companies in states like Georgia and Pennsylvania have already been considering the use of eminent domain because they've got to roll out this infrastructure and increase it so radically. we've seen this type of thing in the past, the Keystone Pipeline, which I supported the pipeline in the sense that, yeah, we need to get that oil and we need to get it down and think pipelines
Starting point is 01:43:24 are a much safer way to do it than doing that by any other means of transportation. Put it in a ship, that's probably the worst possible scenario because it can crash and spill everywhere. But as we've seen with the Exxon Valdez and other things like that. But the same thing can happen. it's on a train or if it's on a truck. A pipeline, yes, it can get a leak, but it is far more easily controlled with that.
Starting point is 01:43:47 However, this was the Keystone Pipeline is being run by a company that was Canadian. It's called TransCanada. And they were given the power to condemn property. And they were going through and destroying people's farms that they'd had for 150 years for this particular pipeline. I said, no, that is wrong. I'm not opposed to the pipeline per se, but I'm opposed to the eminent domain that came with it.
Starting point is 01:44:14 And the fact that they would give this ability to a corporation for their own use, and not only that, but a foreign corporation. We had seen this done once before. Remember the Kello decision out of New London, Connecticut. That was a 2005 Supreme Court decision. 5'4, it was very narrow. It was before Samuel Alito was there. But Sandra Day O'Connor wrote the opinion.
Starting point is 01:44:39 was joined by Rinkwist, Scalia, and Clarence Thomas. And they were concerned about the fact that the subordinate domain was being done to benefit a private corporation. I didn't realize until I went back and looked up the Kellogg case. The private corporation, folks, was Pfizer. It's such a small met group of criminals, isn't it? like I said before. It's a small world after all. It's like a Dickens novel.
Starting point is 01:45:14 We're all related to each other. Well, Pfizer, I guess, would be Uriah Heap. But anyway, it was a Pfizer facility. And even though they got the power to condemn it and they did condemn it, they didn't build the big facility that they're going to put there. Kind of like what Trump did to that widow who was like a real-life version of Up. When he had his casinos, he wanted to expand the parking. lot and he got everybody else to sell except for one holdout just like in the Pixar movie up and
Starting point is 01:45:45 She would not sell and so he went to the The government local government got them to condemn it Took her home then he declared bankruptcy with his casino never built the parking lot same type of thing happened with Pfizer Just the same M-O from the same criminals over and over again isn't it? Well South Dakota and Vermont have already backed up seizure by power companies in the grounds and the ground at their transmission lines provided some energy to in-state customers and short up the local power grid. However, if we went back to 1984, and of course, this is ancient history, we have strayed so much further from the Constitution, haven't we? But in 1984, the Mississippi Supreme Court denied a power company's condemnation because of the transmission line. The transmission line was
Starting point is 01:46:32 scheduled to run from Mississippi to Louisiana, but it would not have provided any benefit to Missouri customers. I'm sorry, Mississippi customers. So there you go. Now, the question is, on the basis of that, what benefit do we derive from these surveillance centers?
Starting point is 01:46:52 Well, that's a rhetorical question, isn't it? So, only Fox News had come up with this oxymoron headline. The surveillance camera on your street corner, is it lawful spying? it is never lawful for the government or for individuals to spy on you.
Starting point is 01:47:16 Got to get a warrant, right? Or is it constitutionally problematic? Yeah, we get a little bit of a constitutional problem with this. Don't worry, we don't pay attention to the Constitution. We can always come up with some kind of a legal pervarication. Trump does that on a regular basis, right? He does whatever he wants with an executive order, and then he comes up with some novel, absurd legal theory to try to back it up, to tie it up in the courts.
Starting point is 01:47:41 Law enforcement say the tools help them to solve crimes more efficiently. Yeah, it is more efficient to never get a warrant, isn't it? That's what Mike Johnson was saying. We're not going to do warrants. Can you imagine how long it would take us to do warrants to this stuff? No, forget about that. So then the flock people tell you you have no privacy in public. yet, as I pointed out before, people don't really value privacy and they don't see the flock
Starting point is 01:48:06 forest because they're only looking at that one camera. This is kind of interesting. Now, Tim Burchett, I've agreed with him on some issues, disagreed with him on some other issues. I think he's been grandstanding a lot on UFOs. But Tim Burchett has proposed the Protection Against Mass Surveillance Act. This week, to prohibit the federal government from purchasing or using mass tracking tools, in addition to banning states from using federal funding for the same systems.
Starting point is 01:48:34 I agree with that 100%. I haven't read the bill, but as stated there by Fox, I think that is excellent. And I would thank Tim Burchett for doing that. He said, we need to ban these dagum things. That's a quote. He argues the cameras are warrantless surveillance tools. He'd write about that. And that they violate the Fourth Amendment.
Starting point is 01:48:56 He said, Americans should never have to choose between. safety and liberty. Actually, we're not choosing between those two. We're choosing between the promise of safety and the reality of liberty that they want us to surrender. And finally, when we look at Facebook, as I said before, this has all been channeling through
Starting point is 01:49:17 these internet, Silicon Valley masters of the universe that they created. And here's another good example, Facebook. They now have a new little badge that you can have and who wouldn't want to have another Facebook badge. I mean, that's just so valuable to your life, isn't it? Why? They're the gold stickers that they put on your papers in school. I never cared about that. I never cared about my grades. But yeah, they want people are, that's part of the thing that school trained you for, I think, is the peer pressure
Starting point is 01:49:51 and the pressure from above. But yeah, you can get that badge on Facebook now. If you give them a video selfie of your face. So you turn on your camera and then you'll move your head from side to side and it can get a full biometric scan. Yeah, what's creepy about that? Remember in Sam Altman? First time I ever saw Sam Altman was way before he took over Open AI. He was pushing out his world coin and that was the thing where they got that orb. Looks like a big eyeball. But what you do is you put it up to your eyeball and it does a retinal scan. And why would you do that? Well, because he's going to graciously give you a little bit of his junk meme coin that he created, World coin.
Starting point is 01:50:34 So here, I'll pay you for that. He doesn't pay you for that. I mean, these cryptocurrencies are just like the fiat currency from the federal government, even worse, because most people don't accept it in payment. And so he aspired to do that. And, of course, we've seen this kind of aspiration for Mark Zuckerberg in the past as well. before they started pushing for the digital currency and the pandemic and all the rest of stuff, he came out with a white paper for a proposal for a digital currency that he was
Starting point is 01:51:07 going to operate. He called it Libra. Do you remember that? And in this white paper in the middle of it, he really buried the lead, if you know what I mean, because the key part of this white paper was at the very center of it, his sales pitch to the governments for why. they should let him create a global currency and be the world's central banker. The central pitch and all that was,
Starting point is 01:51:31 if you let us do this, this digital currency will become a de facto digital ID, and you can use that to track your people. Oh, well, let's buy into that, you know, many people said at the time. So that is where he's coming from. Just like Sam Altman, Mark Zuckerberg, is always looking to further the agenda of a global ID, something that they can monetize and something they can monetize and something they can sell to governments.
Starting point is 01:51:54 And it's one of the reasons why these people have been the hand-picked masters of the internet. This is arriving at the same month that Google added a selfie video sign-in. They records a user's face to recover a locked account. So again, Google and Facebook doing this at exactly the same time. Very similar to what Sam Altman wanted to do with WorldCoin. Age check laws in several U.S. States and in Britain already require a face or an ID scan to open in some accounts. And as a matter of fact, Apple is doing that with their iPhone in the UK.
Starting point is 01:52:27 So you buy an iPhone and it's going to block places on the internet. You can't use it to look at the internet if you don't give them the kind of ID that they're playing footsie with the tyrannical British government at the same time. These are all players that were backed again by the interlocking venture capital firms that had all of these national security spies, spooks. and liars on providing money to these people at the very beginning of all this. So again, when we look at this, yeah, we talk about flock, but remember, it's not simply about flock.
Starting point is 01:53:07 It is much bigger than that. It is the overreaching issue that we see happening here. Real quickly, before we run out of time, let's take a quick look at something's happening with ice. And, of course, we have seen these people rushed out. hyped up given quotas. Don't worry, we're going to cover you. Do whatever you need to.
Starting point is 01:53:28 It doesn't matter. Forget about warrants and all the rest of the stuff. So they're expanding their random door-to-door searches. Agents might come up to you and claim they have a right to enter your home. They do not. Not without your consent. Not without a valid judicial warrant. And there's a big difference between a judicial warrant and something that is signed by an ICE officer or an immigration judge.
Starting point is 01:53:52 So be careful about these people who are basically loose wheels by design, and they are operating under color of laws. They point out if you choose to even talk to these people, you don't have to talk to them. I mean, they might kick your door in, but make sure you record everything. If they've got a warrant, tell them to slide it under the door or to hold it up against the window so that you can look at it. Check the name, address, and areas that they are authorized to search. not ever under any circumstances. Talk to these people. This is a mistake people make all the time,
Starting point is 01:54:28 whether it's CPS, child protective services, or the FBI. Just because you're innocent doesn't mean they won't hang you. They're constantly looking for any kind of minor contradiction, and they'll hang you on that. You don't have to have committed a crime. It is a process trap when these people come. It is a fishing expedition, and there's no telling what they're going to find.
Starting point is 01:54:50 Like I said before, it's like the cop who rides your bond. He's looking for anything that he can find. And that's what these people do when they come to your house. A badge does not trump the Fourth Amendment, not even under Trump. And why is this an issue? Well, look at what happened. Just recently we had some ICE impostors. Kidnapped some people.
Starting point is 01:55:13 How is that possible? Well, because they don't have uniforms because they put masks on their face because they have unmarked cars. How can you tell ICE from a criminal? At 11 a warning from state police in the FBI after a group of men posing as ICE agents, they say, pulled over a driver in Clackamas County detained and then assaulted them. Catherine Cook spoke with community members. And Catherine, it sounds like this might not be the first time. No, David, and they fear this will keep happening as long as actual ICE agents conceal their identities and refuse to show warrants and other arrest documentation. On this dusty stretch of Highway 211, east of Woodburn,
Starting point is 01:55:52 three men allegedly posing as ice agents pulled someone over and assaulted them. This, according to Oregon State Police and the FBI. They say it happened the afternoon of July 17th. Investigators say the men were driving a blue or gray SUV with no license plates that had flashing red and blue lights. The men wore green shirts, face coverings, and tactical vests labeled police. and one of them had a rifle. After pulling the victim over, police say the men forced them out of their car,
Starting point is 01:56:23 searched them, held them in their SUV, and assaulted them before finally letting them go. This is the kind of attacks that we were afraid would actually happen. We know that when... Yeah, so then the question becomes, how do you tell an ICE agent from a kidnapper? And someone put up this helpful graphic, know you're ICE agent. And they have two guys that are absolutely identical and all the different, things that they point to, they have a mask, no identification, military grade arms, no uniform,
Starting point is 01:56:57 an unmarked vehicle, and camo pants and all the rest of the stuff from Walmart. And that's exactly the same whether you're talking about an ICE agent or a criminal kid. So there you go. But before we run out of time, I want to give you an update on Mitch McConnell. And I was struck by how similar this is to a running joke. That was on Saturday Night Live in the early days of Saturday Night Live, Chevy Chase would do his weekend update.
Starting point is 01:57:23 Our top story tonight, Generalissimo Francisco Franco, has been critically dead now for 11 weeks, and his doctors refused to speculate on how long he can last in his present condition. Mr. Justice from Spain, a medical team has announced that General Alissimo Francisco Franco is still valiantly holding on in his fight to remain dead. That was a running joke. As a matter of fact, the repression is, Spain. Again, this guy was an authoritarian fascist. It doesn't matter if it's fascist or communist. It's the
Starting point is 01:57:55 authoritarian aspect of it. And everybody was kind of shaking their heads to say, why do we care about this guy? He's been around forever in Spain. But now the reign in Spain is over. We now have a reign of tyrants here in the U.S. and they are lying to us constantly. Mitch McConnell continues to improve in rehab. Where's Chevy Chase when we need him? This is why they're now telling people out there. As one person put up, they said, well, we've got a new video of Mitch, and here he is as a puppet. See, I'm completely alive. And his wife has got her hand behind his back, presumably operating that puppet. The senator continues to meet with staff regarding Senate and Kentucky business, including discussions on defense appropriations, foreign policy, the farm bill,
Starting point is 01:58:40 constituent servants, and constituent federal grant requests, right? And yet, even the Democrat governor is not allowed to see him. Why is it that it is such a hobby horse of Trump to talk about the elections and corruption when he is promoting a guy who, by all appearances, is dead? And this is not to mock Mitch McConnell or make fun of the fact that he is dead. All of us face that. And yet the reality is that they have made him a laughing stock. They have made him an object of satire because of the obvious lies that they're putting out there. If he is in the condition that they say he is in, there should be no issue at all for him to come forward and to speak to people.
Starting point is 01:59:29 And yet, that is the level of in your face contempt. This is something that was typically, yet again, typically another hallmark of an authoritarian regime, the fact that we're going to keep the leader going forever, even if he's disappeared and presumably dead. And of course, Handy pointed out, who's had decades of experiences in EMS. He said, we have somebody in those kind of conditions that he was found in.
Starting point is 01:59:54 He's either brain dead or dead. Thank you for joining us. Have a good day. The common man. They created common core to dumb down our children. They created common past to track and control us. Their commons project to make sure the commoners own nothing
Starting point is 02:00:23 and the communist future. They see the common man is simple, unsophisticated, ordinary. But each of us has worth and dignity created in the image of God. That is what we have in common. That is what they want to take away. Their most powerful weapons are isolation, deception, intimidation. They desire to know everything about us while they hide everything from us. It's time to turn that around and expose what they want to.
