You're listening to The David Knight Show. That's the clock strikes 13. It's Thursday, the 7th of November, year of our Lord, 2024. Well, we're going to take a look at some of the rumored changes coming from the Trump administration, as we've now had La La painfully admitting defeat. And it was painful for her. And so we're going to play a little bit of the back and forth, not so much of liberal tears, but we're going to take a look at hatred and lawfare

and how it's going on both sides. What are the chances of Trump being pardoned? What are the chances of Trump giving pardons? And is he going to listen to people like Bannon who wants to escalate the fight just for revenge? We'll talk about that. We're also going to talk about crime that is now going to be punished again in California. Smart cities and what is happening with TSMC, one of the largest, if not the largest, semiconductor company in the world, moving to a phoenix, the clash of cultures, neo-feudalism.

We've got a lot of things to talk about. We'll be right back. Well, I want to say before we begin, I want to thank everybody for your prayers. Travis's wife and new son are doing great. He was born, we're not really sure what time. 11.27. What's that? 11.27 a.m.

And so thank you so much for your prayers. Really do appreciate it. We're all very happy about that. Let me talk about the people who are not too happy about what this week has delivered. We'll start out with Son Sunny Hostin on The View. And it's an interesting clip because she starts calling everybody else racist. And this is what they do. This is what all of these people are doing. Everybody's a racist because you didn't vote for Lala because of her race, you see.

And so they just project these values onto everybody else. Here is Sunny Hostin. I'm surprised at the result, but I'm not surprised. As a woman of color, I was so hopeful that a mixed-race woman married to a Jewish guy could be elected president of this country. That's her qualification with policy. I think this was a referendum of cultural resentment in this country. Yeah, it doesn't have anything to do with policy or competence or anything like that.

It's all about DEI and people in a sense. She's right. It is about resentment of your racism your dei values yeah wait why is sunny hostin there because she's a black woman quite frankly uh would she be there for any other reason no and you can say that about all these people on the view there it's all identity politics that they're playing that's what they live by that's all that they see to them you're nothing but your skin color and your imagined gender right and that's what people are pushing back against and rightfully so she's wearing all black and um she says that she's worried that her

daughter will now have less civil rights than she does i I'm worried about that too, because I watched Trump do lockdowns, saw Biden people do mandates. I've seen both of them putting out censorship and speech rules, surveillance and police state, pushing us into wars, crippling debt and taxation. And those are things on which there's no difference between them. You know, when you look at the fake pandemic and all the rest of this stuff and all the kill shot that's going out there, there's no difference with either party, not just with Trump or Lala. This is a selection, folks. Whether or not you think the votes were counted honestly, it was a selection.

They selected Trump. They pushed him in. We'll talk about what's going to happen now with all these made-up criminal charges. Everybody understood they were made-up criminal charges. It was outrageous what they were doing. And it made Trump into a martyr. They selected him. He didn't have to talk about his past administration.

He didn't have to defend what he had done. He didn't have to talk about his past administration. He didn't have to defend what he had done. He didn't have to talk about the vaccine. He was able to escape all debates, all challenges. And of course, she never stood for election. You know, this is the first time that she ever ran for president, really, and got a vote. She dropped out before the first votes were held in 2020. She was selected, too. It was incredibly phony. And so, yeah, in a sense, Sunny Hostin is right. I think a large part of this was a pushback against what she represents dei uh this kind of meritless racism and sexism and everything they see is racism and sexism and she said this black women tried to save

this country again last night did they uh what we do not have is white women who voted about 52 for trump uneducated white women in my understanding and you have latino men actually voting more for him she sees everything along racial lines sex gender lines um it's just amazing what a disgusting person she is and i think america's americans have had it with this nonsense really had it with it uh very hateful person quite frankly uh she said so why do you think uneducated white women voting against reproductive health freedoms and why do you think latino men voted in favor of someone who is going to support a majority of his community? So another one also dressed in black and in mourning. So, yeah, reproductive freedom.

It's a license to kill. What about reproductive freedom? You don't have the freedom to kill anybody. Never should. And to talk about uneducated white women, are these the white women that didn't get a degree in gender studies or something at a university? Does that make you educated or does that make you indoctrinated? What a bunch of nonsense.

And it's true in the sense, not education, but the unfortunate experience of having gone to college and paid a lot of money to be brainwashed and all this nonsense like her. I don't think white women like being called uneducated white women, said Alyssa Farrah Griffin. Also in black. They're all in black. It was morning. Morning in America with a u uh whoopi goldberg refused to even mention trump's name he's the president i'm still not going to say his name

and then you got nancy pelosi who is seen at the concession uh speech uh you know holding back the tears they're barely just before the election she had this to say now remember that nancy pelosi is 84 she just got re-elected i mean she's doing fine uh mentally let's say um except for except for the distress of losing the election and she shows no signs, really, I guess, of cognitive decline. So I think people who are thinking about voting— Freedom of the press? which is the guardian of our freedom and our country. So I think people who are thinking about voting for him, I know that he can't last as president for four years with his brain deteriorating at the rate that it is, and it's clearly evident. And they may be voting for President Vance, which would be a horrible thing for our country. You're right. Our family has experienced the violence. Where is Nancy? Where is Nancy? Coming into our house, violating the sanctity of our home, the safety of my husband, looking for me, echoing, echoing what was said on January 6th in the Capitol. Where is Nancy? Where is Nancy? He was coming up to punish

me for what I had said about Donald Trump. I don't know. Can her eyebrows get any higher? That's what I want to know. How many facelifts does it take to get your eyebrows halfway up to your hairline? But yeah, kind of, again, projection, isn't it? The racist calling everybody else racist. And the lady who at 84 just got re-elected and she's showing a little bit of signs of cognitive decline i think there in that interview uh talking about how old trump is and then you got fetterman uh fetterman who has had really pretty much a recovery since he first got elected i mean he was out of it, but he was going to go on with Jon Stewart, and then this happened.

Whoops, that didn't happen. Okay, well, we don't have that clip. He canceled just 30 seconds before he was supposed to come on, and Jon Stewart was, oh, well, then this happened, and he's making a joke of it, but he doesn't know what to say. I looked it up. How long? I've never watched watched his show i've never seen one of his shows i've occasionally seen a clip or two of it but how long is his show yeah he's gotta carry this without a guest i've looked it up it's a half hour show come on those little baby things you know you do a half hour live show try a three hour live show

and you just have to roll the punches and i looked up he's 22 minutes is actually the amount of time that he's actually on air the rest of the time uh is uh commercials and that's pretty much par for the course you know out of each uh hour on typical clock which is what i had when i was at info wars it's only about um you know a third of the time is it's going to be commercials uh so yeah it was tough tough for john stewart so sorry for him i think no one's show was live frankly then we go to joe scarborough uh and he said the loss by lala shows that black and hispanic men have race issues and misogyny and of course his co-host is uh mika was dressed in black as well um so uh lala uh his race issues and misogyny for black and Hispanic men, they will never learn.

They'll never learn. And maybe we will never learn. Because how do we get people like this? And how do we get people? The astonishing thing is that anybody would vote for Lala or Trump, right? But the astonishing thing is that there's absolutely nothing there from her. She even plagiarized, I've never seen that before in a campaign, where he says, I'm not going to tax waitresses' tips.

And she says, me neither. And I've never seen anybody as camera shy and as shy of being interviewed either as Lala. We all know why uh but people would still vote for her because of racism because of identity politics because of dei and if we're going to stop that folks we're going to have to stop the pubic schools it's time that we stop giving them money it's time that we stop churning this stuff out and i mean it's not just you know k through 12 it's also especially especially college but they that's where this all began a couple of generations ago you would only get this stuff if you went to college

now they're pushing it down to k through 12 and nobody's getting an education now on the other side you've got as deranged as these people are you have other people on the other side, you've got as deranged as these people are. You have other people on the other side that are delusional and dangerous. 3D chess. Dangerous, delusional, and deranged. Steve Bannon does another one of his vengeance tour things. And he wants vengeance. And he's pushing for this publicly.

I just want to remind you, though, of what was said in 2020 on October the 31st to a group of people. I played this earlier this week to a group of people i played this earlier this week uh to a group of people who um uh were he was telling them what was going to happen with the 2020 election more of our people vote early they count theirs voted mail and so they're going to have a natural disadvantage and trump's going to take advantage of that's our strategy he's going to clear himself a winner

so when you wake up wednesday morning it's going to be a firestorm we're going to have advantage of it. That's our strategy. He's going to claim himself a winner. So when you wake up Wednesday morning, it's going to be a firestorm. We're going to have Antifa crazy, the media crazy, the courts are crazy, and Trump's going to be sitting there mocking and tweeting shit out. You lose. I'm the winner. I'm the king. And he'll be all over.

He'll be going, where's Hunter? Is Hunter on a crack pipe? I mean, no. He'll be... Because then it doesn't matter. Remember, here's the thing. After that, Trump never has to go to a voter again. He's going to fire Ray, the FBI director. He's going to say, fuck you. He's done his last election.

Oh, he's going to be off the chain. He's going to be crazy. Also, if Trump is losing by 10 or 11 o'clock at night, it's going to be even crazier. No, because he's going to sit right there and say they stole it. Yeah, agreed. I'm directing the Attorney General to shut down all ballot places in all 50 states.

It's going to be nuts. He's not going out easy. If Biden's winning, Trump is going to do some crazy shit. Yeah, that guy is some crazy excrement himself. You know, he just came back from, you can say that he's maybe even worse now after spending some time in jail. Why did he go to jail?

He went to jail because he was too stupid to plead the fifth. And I mean stupid. He was absolutely boneheaded stupid. Alex Jones had the same situation. What did he do? He went and just said to every question, I plead the fifth. I plead the fifth. That's all you have to do. Bannon didn't know that. Or did he want to be a martyr, right? Oh, now he's got street creds because he went to prison because he was stupid, right? A little bit too much hubris there, Steve. And, uh, fortunately, um, we didn't have Trump doing what he was pushing him to do.

And I hope Trump doesn't go off the chain and go crazy listening to people like Steve Bannon. Again, a lot of this stuff is just for audience, you know, just like Alex tears his shirt off and all this other kind of stuff a lot of it is just hubris and and professional wrestling garbage but he's still at it this is what he just said you stole the 2020 election you've mocked and ridiculed and put people in prison and broken people's lives because he said they were going to claim it was stolen even if it wasn't stolen thing is getting swept out biden's getting swept out. Kamala Harris is getting swept out. MSNBC is getting swept out.

The Justice Department is getting swept out. The FBI is getting swept out. You people suck, okay? And now you're going to pay the price for trying to destroy this country. And I'm going to tell you, we're going to get to the bottom of where are the 600,000 votes. You manufactured them to steal the isn't that amazing he's still going back four years ago go back a couple of months before that and say we're going to get

to the bottom of what happened in this lockdown and pandemic you want to do that steve you shill you goldman sachs grifting con man and he's been convicted more than once of being a con man it's just disgusting to see this guy he belongs in jail he has grifted his own supporters he and guo just like alex did just like trump did quite frankly with january the 6th but he still wants to go back and look at the elections we can either have a backwardlooking vengeance or we can look ahead. Yeah, you do need to get rid of the FBI. All of it. You got RFK Jr. out there saying, well, we need to take a look at the CIA.

We need to get rid of a few people here and there. No, get rid of it. Get rid of it. Just clean it out. Start from scratch if you think you need something like that. I don't think you need something like that, quite frankly. We need to be a bit more transparent. Yeah, I know.

You're going to say that I'm naive. I'm not naive. I think we lead from the front as good guys, not these backstabbing spooks. Every time you create an agency like this, you had Truman, CIA, created the NSA with an executive order. All that stuff happened right after World War II. And I think he thought he was moving against the FBI, which he said was trending towards a Gestapo. And yet, you're not going to stop one Gestapo agency by creating two other Gestapo agencies. Even if you pretend that they're going to be foreign only, that'll never be the case.

And so this is a guy who was saying in 2020, we're going to lose and we're going to say that we won. And he's still doing that. And he's still demanding more of that. And he's still trying to focus everybody backwards backwards so um you know he says you know trump is a good man all there's a why didn't this good man pardon the january the six people he wants to talk about how january the six people were there well again he put them he used the january the six people as a shield he could have pardoned them, but that would have increased his jeopardy. So he let him go to jail. He let them twist in the wind. So what happens to Trump's criminal and civil cases now that he's been reelected? So I wanted to get CNN's take on this because

they're going to be the most hostile to it. And you the the media is so divided you can either get sycophants or you can get critics i'd rather in this particular case see the most critical eye uh they said never before has a criminal defendant been elected to the nation's highest office just as an ex-president has never been criminally charged until last year does that mean anything everybody discounted that because that is absolutely meaningless and we all knew it they made a martyr out of him as i said before it was part of the selection process to do that to him and if they had done it once and it had turned him into a martyr then you could say okay well okay, well, they really, you know, in the words of George W. Bush, they misunderstood what would happen here.

But they didn't misunderstand. They kept doing it again and again and again, and they knew exactly what they were doing. And you had Democrat operatives saying, you're making a martyr out of him. I was saying it as well. Everybody knew that was the case. You had DeSantis, who was at the very beginning, he decides that he's going to try to focus on the issue of CBDC. He holds a 20-minute conference, Stop Digital Big Brother Money, where he had the signs and all the rest of the stuff. He talks for 20 minutes about the evil of cbdc and then opens up for questions first question is what about trump are you going to allow them to extradite him to new york and it was just all about trump and all this political persecution so as of wednesday uh smith jack smith is in active talks with the justice department leadership about how to end the federal cases against Trump.

This is CNN talking. A DOJ official familiar with the discussions told CNN. Drudges got articles saying there's a lot of pressure that is building on Biden to pardon him. That would be a very smart thing for Biden to do. That'd be a way for him to go out on a high note. But it's also going to be necessary for him to protect himself. That'd be a real insurance policy to keep Trump from coming after the real crimes and the real obvious crimes of the Biden family.

And he's mentioned this before. He said they're the real crime family. And if you look at what Hunter Biden was doing, what Joe Biden was doing in Ukraine and many other places with China and so forth, there is a ton of real crime that is there. And I don't want to see this developing into a tit-for-tat type of thing. Kind of setting up a precedent that if you lose the election, you get prosecuted. Maybe the way that we don't have that happen is to have a better class of people.

You know, they're not sending us their best people when they get to the ballot. We get a bunch of criminals and grifters on the ballot. Maybe that's the problem. But still, you know, if Trump does go against him, that's going to be the issue. So Biden, for his own personal benefit, to be remembered as somebody who took the high road, but also to protect himself from prosecution, needs to pardon Trump. Will he do it? I don't know. So they go through the different things. You've got state charges in New York. What do you do about that? Well, Trump is scheduled to appear in New York courtroom November the 26th.

That is conviction earlier this year on 34 counts of falsifying business records. Again, just obvious nonsense. Obviously, political persecution. Trump's attorneys are expected to enter a filing in the coming days arguing that as president-elect he is entitled to the same constitutional protections as a sitting president and should be protected from any action by state prosecutors and so you know they can't full-on pardon him with that since it's a state charge but they can argue that and again the question is what is Letitia James going to do?

She's one of the most corrupt politicians anywhere in the country. She came after people left and right that didn't live in New York. Oh, maybe somebody bought your product here in New York, as she did about silver. She did that to Infowars. She also did it to Jim Baker, who was selling like a silver toothpaste or something like that. And we all know that silver kills infectious diseases. It's wonderful. She tried to pretend that wasn't true, tried to come after them for fraud.

And, you know, in his defense, Alex never said that silver toothpaste is going to cure a flu or COVID or whatever they want to make up. I mean, that's just ridiculous. Anyway, they had federal cases in D.C. and in Florida. Trump's election victory is poised to have the greatest impact of the two federal criminal cases brought against him by Smith in Washington, D.C. and in Florida. Trump, when he was asked about what he would do, he said, will you pardon yourself? Will you fire Jack Smith?

He says, oh, it's so easy. It's so easy. I would fire him within two seconds. And so then CNN says, what can Trump fire Jack Smith if elected? Because more than a half dozen people who are close to the special counsel's office or other top Justice Department officials previously told CNN, they believe Smith doesn't want to close up shop before being ordered to do so or before being pushed out by Trump. Under federal law, he must provide a confidential report on his office's work

to the attorney general before he leaves the post did you get that tps report ad yeah could you do that by this afternoon please georgia's rico case this is the one that is really scraping the bottom of the barrel this is where fanny is fanny be tender with my love uh hinges on whether fulton county district attorney fannie willis a democrat disqualified from prosecuting the matter after her prior romantic relationship with her fellow prosecutor she's comically corrupt you know leticia james is uh obviously corrupt she is comically corrupt.

This case is effectively on hold while the appeal court decides whether or not to disqualify her. That's how bad it is. If she is removed, sources told CNN they think it's unlikely that another prosecutor would want to take up the case and effectively go away. It was all just politics. And again, you have to look at this stuff. Were there motivations to career and attention and fame? Or was this part of the selection? And then there are civil suits facing Trump. A civil fraud case in New York brought by, again, Letitia James, $454 million in damages.

And I think the clock is ticking on it with interest as well. Trump lost two defamation cases to E. Jean Carroll. In 2023 and 2024, a federal jury found him liable for sexually abusing her, subsequently defaming her. Two juries awarded her $5 million and then $83 million. A federal appeals court heard Trump's appeal to dismiss the first Carroll verdict in September. They have yet to issue a decision. A state appeals court heard arguments in Trump's efforts to dismiss the Letitia James $454 million civil fraud judgment against him, in which a judge found that he, his adult sons, and his company fraudulently inflated the value of Trump's assets to obtain better loan and insurance rates. This is also nonsense.

Absolute nonsense. I'm not so sure about the E.G. and Carol thing. I mean, based on this, it's a bit credible. But this other stuff, certainly there was no fraud, right? The banks didn't complain about any fraud. Nobody lost any money either. You know, you can lose money and there not be fraud. They didn't lose money.

Trump is also still facing civil lawsuits brought by Democratic lawyers and others over his role in January the 6th. Well, Politico kind of sums it up this way. Trump is due to be sentenced in three weeks. It probably won't happen. Probably won't. Reason says Trump has many grudges. Look at that long list there. And those are big grudges. Look at that long list there. And those are big grudges.

No president has ever come into office carrying as many grudges on his shoulders. And Reason says now he's got a chance to act on them. In his second term, the former and future president will have more freedom to follow his worst instincts. This is from Jacob Sullum. And he said back in 2016, after Trump was elected and then, he said, if there is an advantage to electing a preening, petty, thin-skinned, whiny, vindictive, vacuous, mendacious, boorish bully to the White House, it may be that he prompts a reconsideration of the absurd hopes and the cultish veneration that surrounds the presidency.

And I 1,000% agree with this. I read the op-ed piece from Lou Rockwell that was spot on last week. And he said, you know, the biggest problem is the presidency and this cultish veneration. That's the phrase that Jacob Sullum used. You know, the idea that all of our problems must be solved by government and that the president can solve all of our problems. And that is the biggest problem that America faces is that ridiculous belief, that servile belief, that socialist, collectivist, passive, vicarious belief so he said at that time he said i suggested a ridiculous president would encourage

americans to take the presidency less serious did biden encourage us to take it less seriously all these people are saying who's running the country then he's out there saying i'm not only running the country i'm running my campaign see See how mentally competent I am? Well, whether or not you're mentally competent, you're constitutionally incompetent if you think that you're running the world and the campaign and the country and all the rest of it, which is what he said. We don't elect presidents to run the world. We don't elect presidents even to run the country. Was Trump any better? No. Can we finally learn that lesson and move on to pay attention to our lives and our community and our family and our state and the things that really

matter instead of being so obsessed with Washington and especially with the presidency? Jacob Sullivan said, well, that didn't quite work out as I'd hoped. It didn't discourage people from venerating the presidency. Trump was predictably ridiculous as president. The comedy turned into a tragedy by the end of the term. By the end of the term? No. Because he starts talking about January the 6th. It turned into a tragedy when Trump locked us down.

We've never had anything like that. And you might want to pay attention to the fact that everybody was doing the same thing globally. Does that look like a conspiracy to you? It looks like a conspiracy to me, and I'm not going to support somebody that's part of a globalist conspiracy. And Trump was. He did exactly the same thing that everybody else did. And so did Biden. Both of them are part of the globalist new world order.

Ever been as much as any Bush or Clinton or Obama? Perhaps even more so. They did it right in our face. And all of these people who write, whether they are conservative, liberal, libertarian, they want you to forget about all this stuff. I'm not forgetting about it. So, but you know, just move on.

Just move on. It never happened. And we can now flush it down the memory hole. You know, there's a lot of stuff that's happening in terms of the internet archive. Boy, it's been under attack for many, many months and it's still not working now. And then you've got Google flushing stuff

as they always do. And you've got Alexa flushing stuff. There's about five or six different places where the internet has been archived. All those are being shut down, no longer operating. But who needs the Internet when you've got all of the political media telling you that nothing happened until January the 6th and Trump's term? Nothing really unusual, right? Well, Jacob Sullivan says Trump is still angry.

He said, if we win, and when we win, we're going to prosecute people that cheat on this election. Well, good. I think that is a crime. It should be prosecuted. Now, you know, we were told by Steve Pachinik that they'd already sent out 20,000 National Guard two days after the election. They were already arresting people.

Is this another one of those fictional pieces i will appoint a real special prosecutor to go after the most corrupt president in the history of the united states of america joe biden and the entire biden crime family he said in a june 2023 rally i will appoint a real special special prosecutor to investigate the biden bribery and crime ring this is why i said a biden pardon of trump may be necessary for biden to save himself i mean he's a real criminal with this stuff uh trump is angry also at mark zuckerberg i know we should be we should uh uh not have any schadenfreude here but um in his 2024 book save america trump complained that zuckerberg steered facebook against me during the 2020 election he said we're watching him closely and if he does anything illegal this time he's going

to spend the rest of his life in prison you see how much trump is like lala you know we need to take away twitter and we need to put elon musk in jail trump wants to do the same thing to his perceived enemies uh they want to talk about how free speech has been saved and i see this all over the place uh no trump is angry at everyone who supported his second impeachment in March of 2023. He said the committee's members should be prosecuted for their lies and, quite frankly, all uppercase treason. Uppercase treason. Yeah, that's the worst kind of treason, you know.

Trump declared. It's like a special class. Class one treason trump declared liz cheney should go to jail along with the rest of the unselect committee trump has said that smith whom he accuses of illegally leaking to the press quote unquote should quote be special uh i'm sorry should be hang on should be prosecuted for all uppercase misconduct trump is more justifiably angry about his 34 felony convictions in new york says reason jacob sullam he thinks manhattan d.a alvin bragg like smith should be prosecuted for leaks trump is angry about new york attorney general leticia james's civil fraud case him, which resulted in a staggering and puzzling, says Jacob Sallum, $364 million disgorgement order.

But now, you know, I think even the 454 is a low figure because they keep adding interest to it. Trump said that both James and the judge, Arthur Ingaron, quote, should be arrested and punished accordingly. Trump is angry at news organizations for covering these and other controversies in ways that made him look bad. He said they're, quote, enemies of the people. Is Trump serious about any of this, he says? Glenn Beck said, well, if you're president again,

he said in August of 2023, will you lock people up? His response was, the answer is you have no choice because they're doing it to us. Now, I would agree with that if he says you would have no choice because we have to have an honest government. But you notice what he's focused on. You have no choice because they're doing it to us. This is nothing more than tribal warfare. This is not about having a justice system that is fair and equal. This is not about punishing people who have weaponized the Justice Department. This is about weaponizing the Justice Department against your enemies that's the problem that's the big

problem and uh so you know trump is out there in his acceptance speech they say i want to start a war i want to end the wars you know well i don't know i think he was talking in the context i don't know if he was talking about they say i want to start a war i don't know if he's talking about domestically uh but i it certainly sounds like he wants to start one war. I don't know if he's talking about domestically. But it certainly sounds like he wants to start one domestically. And so even though we don't have this fight over when the election is going to be decided, it's interesting to me that they're able to figure out the votes for president and for Senate and for governor, state legislatures for the most part. I mean, Arizona's a mess. They don't know what's going on with any of the races.

Here we are, two days after the election, they still don't have any answers. But it's hard for me to believe that there's that many close congressional races in the House that they can't decide. I think there's a rigging process that they're trying to pull off there. Already, the Republicans have flipped six seats and the Democrats have flipped two seats.

So it's a net of four so far for the Republicans. They're a lot closer, but they're not there yet. As I said yesterday, nobody had called it. But as of even Tuesday evening, they were still saying, same people have said that there was like a two-thirds, you know, like 66 to 70 percent chance that the Senate would win. We're also saying that the Senate would be won by the Republicans. We're also saying that the House would be won by the Democrats, same margin, 66 to 70 percent chance that that would happen. I haven't seen them update those odds.

I said when I looked at it, I could see why they were saying that, because most of the places that had not put the results in were mostly Democrat areas. But it's amazing to me to see how many jurisdictions have only counted 50% of the votes, 60% of the votes. And yeah, if you got a close election you still can't call it at that point but how in the world can they not count uh how does it take them two days only count half of the ballots um you know when when i was a kid they had the results right away we didn't wait days weeks for this kind of stuff um did they not see this coming we're gonna have to count what we got to count the ballots oh we better get started

right now it ended uh yesterday uh anyway getting back to the um the warfare here sean hannity said people are claiming you want ret, people are claiming you want retribution. People are claiming you want what has happened to you done to Democrats. Would you do that ever? Trump said, well, what's happened to me has never happened in this country before. You will use a system of justice to go after your political enemies. That's what he said. I would have every right to go after them, he said, although I know that you want me to say something so nice, but I don't want to look naive. And again, it's important to hold these people up to the standard. It's important to at least have the decency to pretend that you're doing this to support the rule of law,

not for a personal vendetta. But he won't do that. I mean, he doesn't have any problem. As a matter of fact, he probably would prefer this to be seen as pursuing a personal vendetta because that empowers him. He would probably rather not have it be seen as a rule of law because it makes him look like a tough guy, mafia figure. Will Trump's angry, vengeful rhetoric amount to anything?

There are several reasons to think that it might, says Jacob Sullen. During his first term, Trump was restrained by calmer, more experienced officials who pushed back against hot-headed proposals, such as yanking broadcast licenses from news outlets that offended him. He's still talking about that, but he was talking about it back then as well. And shooting protesters or migrants in the legs. According to John Kelly, Trump's second chief of staff, his former boss did not even comprehend the idea that his subordinates had a higher duty than obedience to his will.

Now, John Kelly certainly hates trump and so a lot of people are going to discount a lot of the stuff that he has to say about it and i don't know if it's true or not yes the question is why do so many people who work closely with him hate him so much but isn't this clearly what we see the fact fact that he is, as Ty Cobb, his formerordinates have a higher duty than obedience to him personally. That is out there for everybody to see about Trump. That pretty much characterizes his personality. This time around, Trump is apt to rely on advisors who are less inclined to question his instincts, says Jacob Sullivan. Maybe Trump will give up his grudges and let bygones be bygones in the interest of bipartisan comedy.

Not C-O-M-E-D-Y, but C-O-M-I-T-Y, getting along. And it might be professional wrestling comedy. But that would require self-restraint, charity, and considered judgment qualities that he has rarely demonstrated, except with Hillary Clinton. Although I'm not sure that that was done because he rose above the occasion, but perhaps because they knew a great deal about him and Jeffrey Epstein. That might be the only thing that will restrain him, is his connections to Jeffrey Epstein and the people who know him well.

I'm going to take a quick break because I've been going for about 43 minutes. And when we come back, I want to talk about what's going on with the January 6th people still being arrested. Some of the people who were set free by the Supreme Court, re-arrested by the Department of Justice. Yeah, there needs to be some prosecutions for this stuff. These people don't need to just lose their jobs. They need to be prosecuted. They should not have prosecutorial immunity when they weaponize their office like that. To me, what the Department of Justice is doing is absolutely no different than a cop who, you know, exceeds, use excessive force, kills somebody for, in an unjustified manner for an unjustified reason they need to be held responsible for that but we are not doing that

we're not doing that to the police there's not even any calls for him to do that to the department of justice so you're going to allow this to happen and you're going to get the same thing that we got in california people can just come in and stuff, and we'll never do anything about it. If there is no punishment, if there is no deterrence, they'll just keep doing it over and over again. And the same people will keep doing it over and over again if you don't lock them up. that uh we have this revolving door between criminals and politicians it's really hard to tell where one ends and the other one ends. But Handy says, if I wanted to just make it personal, Trump made me a felon overnight with a bump stock ban. Yeah. Sure, it's stupid. And it's an expensive novelty. But it's just a gun stock.

That's right. And you can, as people point out, you can achieve the same type of thing. Connecting it to your belt, you know, and just having something that makes it bounce back and forth. Yeah, it was a stupid idea. And what's really bad was the fact that the NRA really didn't care. And so then Trump did it again. Trump also put in the pistol brace ban that conservatives conveniently forget about. He also did that by executive order.

The difference was that the NRA opposed him when he did the pistol brace ban. And so when he was fighting over whether he should stay and trying to decide whether he should stay in the White House, he removed that in December of 2020. He put it in in 2019. He removed it in 2020. And then Biden put it right back in. The gun owners of America, though, opposed the bump stock, opposed the pistol brace. They were consistent on principle. Just remember that. Not the NRA, but gun owners of America. And it's important to understand, we've got several different gun rights groups, and they're good or bad in different ways,

just like we've got a lot of different pro-life groups. That's how you get things done. You have people who form around an issue, and that is far, far more important to get people, even if, you know, I understand that there's a lot of grifting and stuff like that that goes on in these things. But only when you organize around a central issue

are you going to get really something done, I think. Not so much around the politicians. They can put pressure on the politicians. And if you've got enough pressure on the politicians, even the ones that are not with you will move. But if you're only focused on the political party, and if you're going to become a cheerleader for the politician, you will never get anything that you want.

It's going to require special interest organizations there. All right, let's talk about the January 6th protesters and prisoners, because we all hope to see them pardoned as soon as possible. And to just show how the Biden so-called Justice Department never gives up, they're still arresting people. Weekend before the election, they were out there arresting more people, charging them with January 6th. And here's somebody who went to jail and was freed because of a Supreme Court decision, rightfully set free. And now the Department of Justice is trying to put him back in jail. Freed January the 6th protester says that the Department of Justice is trying to put him behind bars again.

This is coming from LifeSite News. His name is leo kelly i don't see anyone at the doj upholding justice these days do they even have a loyalty to what that agency's purpose is for he said in a phone call this week by the way so many of these charges are conspiracy shouldn Shouldn't the people in the Department of Justice be charged with a conspiracy? Because that's exactly what this is. This is a conspiracy to use their office to punish political dissidents and people that they don't agree with. It is a conspiracy. Send them to jail for conspiracy americans are betrayed by congress

betrayed by the judicial branch betrayed by our local governments our mayors and everything what are we supposed to do he said well what he doesn't mention is that they were also betrayed by trump they were betrayed by trump by alex to stop theal thing where they grifted them, sent them off on a fool's errand. There was nothing to be accomplished on January 6th. And so I told everybody, I said, it's going to be loaded with agent provocateurs who will do things and blame you, right? What a surprise. Kelly was sentenced to 30 months for what was deemed to be a felony for obstructing

a governmental proceeding along with six misdemeanors he was not charged with any violence here by the way you know we're talking about things like well you were trespassing you obstructed a governmental proceeding well guess what we've got a first amendment that says that you have a right to redress your grievances and if he wasn't breaking stuff or beating people, they don't have a leg to stand on. This past June, the U.S. Supreme Court even ruled that the felony charge for many January the 6th prisoners was to be dismissed. The felony that was based on obstructing a governmental proceeding. The Supreme Court ruled that that's nonsense. We always knew that was nonsense, right? And even the Supreme Court has sided with that.

So in September, his dad, Chris, and several other family members called the Minnesota-based prison where he was being detained. Shockingly, they learned that he was being released in three hours. Yeah, don't bother to let you know, but it was good news for them. He told LifeSite on Tuesday during a phone call that his son should have been freed in June as he had acquired credits toward an early release thanks to Trump's First Step Act, the bill that was signed during the first Trump administration. He should have been released as soon as the Department of Justice threw out the felony also.

The Bureau of Prisons was probably in a panic to get rid of him because it is false imprisonment. He was sent to jail for a made-up felony that has been thrown out by the Supreme Court, and he was still there. So when they saw the court decision, they said, let's get him out of here. The AP, however, Associated Press, Associated Propaganda, propaganda associated with the Democrats and the global governance.

The AP picked up his story. They said the Federal Bureau of Prisons mistakenly released an Iowa man from custody and they cited a Justice Department court filing that said that he was free due to a quote misinterpretation of a court order unquote. But Kelly's father said there was nothing mistaken about his son's release. He said after the Supreme Court's decision the appeals

court told the Department of Justice to quote not burden us with these cases to review. Just tell us which ones you're going to drop the felony charges on. So they gave the list to the appeals court, and Leo's name was on it. They now want a resentencing. But he doesn't have a felony, only misdemeanors. And he's already served a year. And so the maximum that he could have served in prison for all of these misdemeanors was a year, and he's already served it. The made-up felony charge, those weaponized prosecution, political persecution by the Biden Department of so-called justice,

has been thrown out by the Supreme Court, but they're still trying to put him back in jail. Isn't that amazing? That's why it's not enough to just fire these people. They will come back in another future Democrat administration. You've got to punish them and make an example out of them. It appears that the local officials understood the implications of the lack of a felony, so they let him out, he said. The D.C. prosecutors seem to be blaming the local authorities for releasing him,

so they want a resentencing hearing. But again, the felony is gone, and there's no point in resentencing because the maximum he could have served for the misdemeanors was a year, and he's already done that. What the government is trying to do to me pales in comparison to the injustice that was done to our Lord on the cross 2,000 years ago, said Leo. God is my defender, and my quote-unquote mistaken release was not a mistake. Liars will always lie. He said the law was used as a weapon against us. Our government is corrupt and lawless right now. America needs to repent,

to humble itself, and to turn from our wicked ways so God will heal our land, he said. Trump's victory is a step in that direction, but there's more to be done now. Well, we look to God for forgiveness, but we look to government for justice. They should not be bearing the sword in vain. Their job is to make sure that we have a justice system, not political vendettas. And as I said before, my concern is that Trump is not going to be, you know, even if his motive is a political vendetta, he ought to have the decency to, and as a leader, he ought to try to at least pretend that what he is doing is to restore the rule of law.

But I think he'll go the opposite direction because I think he'll want to be seen as somebody to be feared. I'm a big man. I'm a tough guy. I'm the biggest mobster on the block. More than 1,200 Americans have been charged of breaking the law in Washington, D.C. on January the 6th. Trump may issue pardons. Well, I hope he does. And of course, LifeSite News also talks about what about these other political prisoners, you know, the ones that are pro-life? There's a lot of them as well. Not 1,200, but they've gotten very severe sentences for violating this FACE Act.

And the FACE Act stands in violation of our free speech as well as our free exercise of religion and conscience. That must be stopped. And yet, do you see that as a priority for Mike Johnson and the GOP when he was there? I tell you, you know, I look at this, I want the Republicans to win the House because I want them to be held responsible. If they've got all three branches of government, they don't have an excuse. And so it's either put up or shut up at that point, right? But if they lose the House, it's going, oh, we can't do anything because Hakeem Jeffries won't let us or Nancy Pelosi won't let us and all the rest of this stuff.

There'll be a little bit of truth to that, but for the most part, they're going to use that as an excuse. So I hope they get all three. But we've got to stop this kind of persecution against free speech as a barney would say we got to nip it nip it in the bud except it's uh it's not in the bud it's taken root and so uh in september 2023 uh the the president-elect and this is referring to trump promised to review the case of every political prisoner unjustly persecuted by the biden administration and assign their pardons or commutation on day one and that doesn't just apply to j6ers either so they said today life site news is calling on President Trump to remember his promise

and to set the captives free. Marxists and Stalinists in the administration got a Washington, D.C. jury to convict five pro-life activists who are now facing up to 11 years in prison for a simple act of protest. And Trump said that during a speech in 2023. He was referring to pro-life activists. I'm going to read off all their names, quite a few of them under the FACE Act. On the day of Trump's speech, pro-life rescuers Joan Andrews, Bell, who is 74, Jonathan Darnell, 40, Gene Marshall, 72, were all found guilty of the same charges in connection to their involvement in the same rescue on the day that he made that speech.

They're found guilty, sent to jail. the remains of roughly 100 aborted children, including five extremely late-term babies from a discarded box in Cesar Santangelo's facility, and reported to the Washington, D.C. Police Homicide Unit only days before she and her fellow pro-life defendants were arrested. You see? The GOP never talked about that either. They allowed the Democrats to portray themselves, oh, we got all these women who are going to be victims of these abortion laws and everything. They don't have any victims.

They're imaginary victims. We got real victims of homicide. And when you report the homicide, what do they do? Well, they arrest the whistleblower. They arrest the person who reported it. Just like Lala Harris came after David Daleiden of the Center for Medical Progress when he exposed the trafficking and body parts. And then as part of this ordeal that he's been going through for 10 years, practically, I think it started in 2015. As part of this ordeal that he's been going through and discovery, they found out that the U. government was one of the big, uh, uh, customers of planned parenthood Fauci in particular, telling them to murder for hire babies,

give them, you know, take the baby out. It's got to be alive. So the organs not damaged. We schedule this. So we can cut the baby into pieces, take the parts, put them on ice, ship them out to Fauci so he can create humanized mice. That's the level of our government. I don't ever talk about Nazis. They're nothing compared to our government. And, of course, the GOP doesn't want to talk about that.

They don't want to talk about Lauren handy finding all of these late-term babies we've seen the pictures they've put them out but the republicans won't talk about it trump won't talk about it they pretend that never happened and so as a result you know it keeps going on oh yeah we got this albatross of abortion around our neck well you know what why don't you hang some of the dead babies around the necks of these Democrats and show what they're so proud of. LifeSite News published a petition in March 2024 asking then-candidate Trump to do the following four things. One, grant a full pardon of all charges and convictions of the arrested pro-lifers, immediately release them, protect them from any attached penalties. Number two, pledge to defederalize prosecution of pro-life rescuers. And by the way, let me just

insert here, nobody was harmed with any of this stuff. It's just like these protesters on January the 6th. That's a common thing, right? Don't you dare talk about me or to me or what I'm doing, or I'll put you in jail. That's the Biden administration's response to this stuff. Number three, never allow any Department of Justice or FBI employee who had anything to do with pro-life persecutions to ever hold a job in federal law enforcement again, including agents who conducted raids by obeying orders, quote unquote, and showing themselves unfit to wield such power. Well, I think you need to add another thing.

One on 11-6, the other on 11-7. Let's talk a little bit about what happened in California. Californians vote to make crime illegal again. MCIA, make crime illegal again. And this is a big turnaround and long overdue. For a decade, California has been suffering from these Soros district attorneys and from a law that was put in and supported by Lala Harris to not lock up people who have committed less than $1,000 in terms of shoplifting and things like that. Not even the Wall Street big box retailers, who essentially have access to unlimited funds,

as long as they can keep the happy stories coming, not even they can withstand this. Crime has been bad in California since Proposition 47 was passed in 2014. Voters took the word of then San Francisco D.A. George Gascon and California Attorney General Lala Harris and passed Prop 47. And these, as this person calls it, BJ Media, Victoria Taft calls them Soros-inspired chaos agents, and they absolutely are. That was the purpose of all this stuff.

But isn't it interesting to contrast Lala Harris, who decides that she's not going to lock people up for crime, but she will, and of course, consistent in that, she's not going to lock up anybody at Planned Parenthood for doing murder for hire, but she'll lock up the whistleblower who exposes it, right? George Soros' Open Society and the Ford Foundation were the ones who were behind this Prop 47. It magically redefined felonies, making them misdemeanors

in the same way that they invent felonies to obstructing an official proceeding. Oh, we're going to make that a felony, and we're going to lock, you know, obstructing an official proceeding. Oh, we're going to make that a felony and we're going to lock people up for years with that. But anyway, for real felonies, they made a misdemeanors. And instead of spending money on prisons for the state's ever increasing number of criminals, the state reckoned that it would save money by not building prisons and by fast tracking criminals back into society. Crime spiked, but the researchers told the increasing number of crime victims to settle down.

The crime rate was actually going down, but everybody saw the opposite. Even the Wall Street chains had to leave San Francisco. You can walk into a store, you can steal $950 worth of goods, and you cannot be punished. And if anybody tries to stop you, they get punished. Organize gangs of thieves, walk into stores, and steal thousands of dollars worth of goods because they know that no one will stop them. This is an old story because this has been on now for nine years. It took people in California nine years to stop this. And they've had multiple efforts to try to recall Gascon and the Chaz Boudain or something,

who was raised by Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dorn in the weather underground, you know, while his parents were serving time in jail. Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dorn and the Weather Underground, you know, while his parents were serving time in jail. Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dorn raised this radical. He was one of these Soros district attorneys. He was in San Francisco. They were able to recall him the last election. But George Gascon was able to finesse out this recall thing in L.A. last time. Not this time.

This time he got recalled. He only got about a third of the votes. Two-thirds of the people wanted him out in LA. And the local district attorney in Oakland, same thing. She only got about a third of the votes. Two-thirds of the people want her out in Oakland as well. And then they had a proposition to amend or essentially to replace proposition 47 to make shoplifting and things like this a crime again and to make real crimes real crimes again

so um the um we've seen the the retail theft gangs we've seen knockouts on the streets of Chinatown, says this PJ Media article in San Francisco. Luxury store lootings and laws transformed stores into museums of food. Don't smudge the glass. Just look at the food

behind the glass and you have to call somebody to unlock it. The Walgreens has chained up the freezer section, tweeted one person workers said that normally shoplifters clean out all the pizza and ice cream every night and they usually hit 20 times a day 20 times a day as long as you don't take more than a thousand dollars per visit you

can just keep coming back so they put chains on the freezer, and you've got to call an employee to undo it. And this was July of last year, 2023. Now it's 10 years later, and it's taken millions of dollars, thousands of man hours, and multiple attempts to exterminate this ridiculous set of laws. The place has become a ghost town in many areas because of this. Will these businesses come back? On Tuesday, voters took a decisive step towards sanity by passing Proposition 36. Under this change, crime will be illegal again.

M-C-I-A. Make crime illegal again. Oh, we should make the CIA illegal, too. Let's do that. Acts of theft will be combined to reach the threshold requiring punishment. And addicts will be incentivized at drug court to go into treatment. But it's a start. L.A. voters also made a big move getting rid of George Gascon and, again, the other person.

By the way, they tried to get Lala to back proposition 36 and she refused to do it she still after 10 years of this she still supported it um and again we can see what she does in terms of coming after whistleblowers and innocent people so that modification to to make shoplifting a crime again was approved by 71 percent of voters you still had a third of voters in california who don't want to prosecute crime isn't that amazing uh new york times called the race soon after the polls closed despite california's notoriously slow vote counting yeah Yeah, they still haven't figured out who they're going to send to Congress for the most part. It was vigorously opposed by Democrats like Gavin Newsom. And when he realized that he was on the losing side,

that three out of four people were against him, he shut up. Lala Harris refused to endorse it and uh you know gavin newsom is also coming out i just saw that he's out there now trying to get attention again now that um the um the presidency in four years is kind of open uh he wants to run again so he immediately comes out and he goes, federalism is the most important principle of our government and we are the United States of America and we're going to stand on our state sovereignty

and all the rest of this stuff, right? It's so funny to see them do that kind of stuff. Anybody who's a conservative says that, oh, you're some kind of a neo-Confederate. You want to push us into a civil war well um i when trump got elected uh my program started in july of 2017 and already you know for the first six months uh the liberals in california were going nuts we got to get out of the United States. And so they'd already created several organizations to try to secede from the United States, not just to nullify, but to go to secession.

And so that was my first guest on my program was somebody from California as part of a secession movement. And I said, how can I help you? Like for you to go, if you can can't and i had a lot of conservatives in orange county other places and you know don't do that i said well if you can't control these people where they're going to have you're all going to have to leave you either leave california if you can't control it or we need to get california to leave us uh but um he's now trying to put himself back and get some attention about this.

And, you know, we talk about this. It's not about states' rights. States don't have rights. Corporations don't have rights. People have rights because we're created in the image of God. And people create governments to protect those God-given rights. And then you have institutions that are created by government. The federal government, unfortunately, was one institution that was created by the states.

It's been cursed ever since. But corporations are created by the state. Corporations don't have rights. They have privileges uh governments that are created by people made in the image of god have powers they don't have rights and of course they were careful to uh specify that in the 10th amendment they said power is not delegated to the central government or retained by the states and by the people. So people have powers. They have rights.

States only have powers. So she refused to endorse it. But again, Oakland, L.A., they kicked him out. They had kicked out this guy. And her name was Pamela Price, the one that was in Oakland. They kicked them out before. let's talk a little bit about smart cities china hopes to roll out its smart city model along as a model to brics nations and this is from expose news.com in the uk and they said if you think that bricks is some kind of a counter opposition

to the new world order to the un's plan for global governance and all the rest of this stuff you're sadly mistaken uh because um the bricks company countries uh russia china fully on board with cbdc fully on board with social credits fully on board China, fully on board with CBDC, fully on board with social credits, fully on board with censorship, fully on board with smart cities. They embrace all of this stuff, just as they embrace the pandemic. BRICS is not there as some system to be embraced as an alternative. They're as bad as Western countries and in many ways worse. China's approach is a little bit different from the Western models.

Unlike Western models that emphasize data privacy and public participation, China focuses on rapid, large-scale implementation. That's not expose news. They're quoting the BRICS info publication. Well, that is unlike Western models that falsely promise data privacy, right? The West does not. The people who are putting out these smart cities or the so-called freedom city that Trump was talking about. They're not about data privacy.

They're not about getting your feedback and public participation. But the interesting thing about it is that China and Russia don't even pretend. See, that's the difference. You know, the Western countries, they don't want to get the pushback. So they pretend that they're doing these things when in reality they're acting exactly like the russians and the chinese but the russian chinese are shameless about it where did this all begin well it began in 2010 they started talking about all this stuff the un 2030 agenda smart cities and all the rest of this stuff it went public in 2015 but it had its origin back in 2010.

And also, this is a UK publication. They're talking about it from the UK standpoint. It was also pushed very heavily by the Marxist mayor of Paris. And so both in Paris and in the UK, they were pushing this. It was a think tank in the UK, Forum for the Future, proposed the concept of a planned-opolis, one of four scenarios of megacities on the move. The report was a collaboration between Vodafone, FIA Foundation,

for the automobile and society. Isn't that interesting? How dishonest of them. They don't want an automobile. These urban planners have said over and over again, the guy who was the CEO for Lyft was, you know, propagandized indoctrinated as an urban planner in college. And he said,

cities are the best invention that man has ever had. And cars are the worst invention. And we've got to get rid of them. We don't want to have any urban sprawl. We don't have any suburbs got to concentrate everybody so we can control everything efficiently. Right? So they said, they call for a highly controlled, regulated environment where the government has planned

citizens' lives to ensure efficient use of resources and activities. Isn't that what you want, right? Now, of course, that didn't begin in 2010. Actually, Patrick McGowan came up with that idea, I guess, in 1967 with the Prisoner's Village 57 years ago. But it was predictable. We could see the impulses. We know what humans are like, right?

This is all coming from the heart. And so we know what people who want power, we know what they crave. And so all you have to do is just say, well, okay, when they get better tools, how are they going to try to use those tools against us to fulfill, for wish fulfillment of ruling over us and tyrannizing us? And just remember, as we're talking, thinking about the next Trump administration, just remember how fanatically he pushed 5G. And remember how he was so concerned that Huawei, the Chinese company, not be involved in that.

Why is that? Because it's about surveillance. And as soon as you say, well, 5G is about total surveillance, you're a conspiracy theorist. Well, they know that it's all about surveillance. That's why they didn't want the Chinese as part of it it's all about surveillance so hang zhao's city brain system is what they call it the city brain system it has reduced traffic congestion by 15 percent in shanghai smart grid technology has boosted energy efficiency by 10 percent and cut carbon emissions by 15 percent. See, it's just like Hitler. They make the trains run on time,

right? And the trains are nice and clean. Clean trains running on time. Isn't that worth everything? All of your freedom and dignity? Yeah, just put everybody in chains and starve them it'll be great for the metrics that we've got here think about how everything will be on time then we don't have all these messy people trying to get on a train uh expose news comments and says you know the effectiveness of public services seems to relate in their writings they call this responsive and coordinated governance, a euphemism for centralized control and tyranny. A survey by McKinsey, going back to the Bricks publication, a survey by McKinsey found that 80% of residents in Chinese smart cities are satisfied with their quality of life.

ExpoZay News says, do you expect them to say anything other than that the place where they're ruling and lording over them with the social credit scores i'd like to have your opinion on something like oh please don't ask i mean it's compared to you talking about people being shy you know we got shy trump voters out here they they want to vote for trump but they don't want to tell anybody they're going to vote for Trump because they'll get hated on. Well, imagine you're living in Shanghai. You're likely to get Shanghai'd right out of there. Compared to other BRICS countries, China's proactive engagement in foreign partnerships has allowed for rapid growth, making it a model for nations seeking to expedite smart city development.

The question is, to what purpose, right? Is production and growth, is that what fulfills us in our life? Is that the meaning of life? I think the founders of this country got it right when they said it's all about life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. And the pursuit of happiness was not just hedonism. They had a much higher level of happiness. And the pursuit of happiness was not just hedonism. They had a much higher level of happiness. They were talking about pursuing virtue. They were not as childish

as contemporary Americans are. But I mention that because I want to go back to this gigantic factory city that is being built by this Taiwanese semiconductor, giant semiconductor company out of Taiwan, being built in Phoenix. And I talked about that. I said, you know, they've put $12 billion into it, that company. They've also gotten $12 billion in matching grants and subsidies and everything from the federal government because of part of this CHIPS Act. And it's a very interesting example of where they want to push us. And are we going to allow ourselves to be cogs in a factory? And are we going to allow this paranoid government of ours to rob us blind on things that are doomed to failure? Because that's what's happening with this thing.

It is a situation that is going to fail. The guy who started, and just as a little bit of background, TSMC is one of the Taiwanese semiconductor manufacturing company, one of, if not the biggest semiconductor manufacturers in the world. It was founded by a guy named Morris Chang, who is now 91 or 92 years old. He's retired, but he's still like one of the most revered people in Taiwan. He worked for Texas Instruments for 25 years. He left in 1983, the same time I left. No relation. I was not important to the company at all like he was, and I'm sure he didn't know

who I was either. He didn't leave because I left. He left because he could see a couple of things happening, and I saw those things happening even as an entry-level engineer. First of all, with their state-of-the-art memory chips, they could not successfully get them manufactured in America. They didn't have the kind of discipline with the American workers that they did in Japan. And so the Japanese front ends, as we called them at the time, fabrication centers, were producing pretty much nearly a hundred percent they were charitable some of the people said well 50 but it was closer to 100 when i was there of their output and so he looked at that number one number two he saw the texas instruments was moving into calculators and other things like that and away from uh fundamental semiconductor manufacturing.

And that was his specialty. He had been with him for 25 years. And so he left and he moved to Taiwan. He was originally from China. He wasn't from Taiwan, but he's from China. He goes to Taiwan. He gets involved as a consultant to government to try to get industry built up in the semiconductor thing. And they wind up funding TSMC. The Taiwanese government is still the largest shareholder in the company, although

the majority of shares are owned by people, foreigners outside of Taiwan. Still, they have a massive investment in it, and it is a massively important company for Taiwan. One third of their stock market value is this company. It's very profitable. It's very important. It is the fabrication unit for NVIDIA, as well as Apple and a lot of other companies. You see, a lot of companies that design chips like NVIDIA don't actually do all the manufacturing themselves. What they do is they design the chip and then they send it out to a company to have it that specializes just in semiconductor manufacturing.

So fast forward to 2020. He has left the company two years earlier, but now the people who are running the company in 2020, after the lockdown, the Pentagon and the U.S. government starts to get kind of paranoid about the fact that they've got supply chain issues that they created. And so they start looking as to how they can onshore some of this stuff, because these are the chips. They are so large that in terms of their footprint and what they manufacture that this is one of the concerns that people have in terms of china invading taiwan if that happens

we don't have chips for the jets we don't have chips for all kinds of things not just consumer stuff but military stuff and so that's why the government put together the CHIPS Act and started throwing tens of billions of dollars at these various companies to try to get them to start manufacturing in America again. And so what TSMC has done is they've taken essentially a smart city approach. You know, we're going to create a smart city approach. We're going to create a smart city, and it is a very, very authoritarian corporate culture that they have created there. And so this is an article from a publication called Rest of the World.

And they talked to a lot of people who had signed on to work for them and this experience. And, and of course as they made the determination that they're going to come to America they hired a bunch of American engineers and they said we want you to come to Taiwan to learn the business we're going to teach you here so that you can do this you know when we open up the facility and so a lot of them have been doing this now for three or four years and and this thing has continually been delayed. Currently, they're thinking it's going to be in place in 2025. So in this particular story, they don't talk so much about the smart city aspect of it, which, again, it's more like these factory cities that you would see in China that Foxconn would open up, that they would put the suicide nets in.

And that's the problem with it. It's a very, very structured, authoritarian, abusive corporate environment that people in Asia are used to working with. They like to abuse people, publicly abuse them. They have people working 12-hour shifts. They decide that if something breaks down in the middle of the night, they're going to call you up and you're going to come down right now. You're not going to wait until the morning to fix it. And they brag about that. They say, that's part of our success. And it is. But is that really what our life is about? We're going to continue this on the other side. We've got Tony Ardaban joining us, and we've had a lot of things happen in the wake of the election with finances, and so I wanted to get Tony on to talk about that. We've seen big changes in the stock market, in crypto, in gold

Always great to be here, David. It's crazy what we've seen.

We had the stock market. Dow Jones went up 1,500 points to a record high after Trump won the election. You know, we saw before this, I remember Drudge trying to make a case that Lala was going to win. And he was saying, well, there's one outlier. You know, even though all the CEOs and all the editors of these liberal newspapers are running away from Lala and running to Trump, he said the stock market is doing really well. So that says that those in power, they anticipate this to continue. So that usually means that you're going to have the incumbent win. Well, she wasn't the incumbent.

Trump was more of an incumbent. And so they're looking at this and they're thinking that this is going to have the incumbent win. Well, she wasn't the incumbent. Trump was more of an incumbent. And so they're looking at this and they're thinking that this is going to be good for Wall Street. Tell us a little bit about your perspective on the stock market thing before we get into crypto and gold and silver. Well, sure. Well, I want to say from last week when we spoke

and prior to the election, wanted to discuss the outcomes of whether it was a Harris win or a Trump win. And today I get to know how it feels to be Gerald Cilente all the time because I called it last. So here's the headline on Kitco. Trump's victory spurs Bitcoin surge to 76,000 all time high stock in the stock rally while gold and silver tumble. And that's what I said I thought would happen if it was a Trump trump selection there would be a downturn in the precious metals markets temporarily because what that is it's nothing uh

unsound about the fundamentals of that market or that it's overpriced it's people selling off their positions to get into cash and then buy into the stock market and because it's a psychological threshold that was crossed with a trump victory because it signals a lot of things that are going to be different than in a harris administration and again it's it may not even be policy but it's it's the perceived changes and that's what's going on it's all psychological i mean trump's not president he has no he cannot affect policy that's right and uh that's it i mean that's that's he cannot affect policy. Um, and, uh, that's it. I mean, that's, that's just a, it's a psychological move. And plus what he's discussed with Bitcoin is what,

you know, with the Nashville conference that I attended and, uh, RFK junior being, um, you know, in the periphery of his administration, that's driving that as well, but fundamentals, David, this again, there's what you can get very wealthy uh dabbling in stocks um you know there's many examples of that and i know people that do i don't get into that side of the business because i don't believe that their projections of profits or their what they show equals wealth um you know because they can always paper over it. That's the thing about stocks. You can always increase the amount of shares just like you can with the fiat currency. And so much of that, I mean, is hidden, you know, like the people that held Lehman stock or Enron

or something like that, or WorldCom. I mean, they got burned and it looks good on, you know, temporarily, but again, it um these trends that aren't necessarily built on anything it's just a perceived value and that's what happened after the uh the trump went on tuesday yeah i got burned very bad in stock market with a dot-com crash i looked at it's like well i'm not betting on any of these companies it really is a bet but i thought well i'll go with the the real big manufacturers of switching circuitry because we know that internet's going to be there right and um but they all went down i mean intel everybody went down you know it wasn't pet.com that went down it was everybody crashed because they built

up the expectations we're going to see the same thing happening with ai i think as well but yeah it is a betting market and we saw one of of these whales that was betting on the election. And I think he put in like 50 million and he made like a 25 million dollar profit or whatever. But it is a it is a bet. And that's really kind of what these guys are doing. It's kind of the same thing is going through there because i think tony what are they kind of betting on well they're kind of betting on that trump is going to lower taxes and he's going to do this and he's going to do that and what's going to happen with that that's going to be um feeding the deficit more it's going to be more inflation right so you know that's uh when you look at the inflation stuff, it's really the hedge against that is not necessarily the goal of the stock market. The hedge is really gold against that type of inflation or crypto, if you look at it that way. And I think the crypto thing, you went to the Nashville conference, as you pointed out, where Trump was there and RFK Jr. was there. And they were talking about crypto and the fact that maybe we'll even have some of that as keeping that in reserve,

have the federal government buying that. So I think that's a big part of what is happening to crypto right now. Well, I think the big story really is what Larry Finker BlackRock wants. I mean, really at the end of the day, the most successful ETF launch in history was BlackRock's Bitcoin ETF. I talked about that right in January when it was announced it was

going to go through. And I said, now watch the price of Bitcoin. I think Bitcoin was $35,000 or $37,000, whatever it was back in January. And I said, this is going to change the game because now you've got these big institutional players. It at least accelerated the timeline for Bitcoin. Anybody who's been in Bitcoin a long time knows that Bitcoin will stand on its own. But if you really want to drive the price and drive scarcity, that's what you'll do. So I really think that those proposals, maybe not so much from RFK Jr., but from Trump, or those are coming from other places. Those aren't coming from Trump's mind. I remember when he was talking in Nashville, it's like he was reading it for the first time, because when he come across the he said in Bitcoin finally surpassed the the market cap of silver.

And he goes, wow, like he's like I read it the first time. I don't think I don't think his mind is on Bitcoin. But definitely there's a lot of people backing him that have showed him what they plan to do. I don't oppose that. I mean, as long as you can still hold your private wallet, private keys, all the rest of that. I don't recommend buying ETFs, but I think that's really to get to the point. driving uh this perceived you know a shift in what the administration uh the you know the the friendliness uh to bitcoin as you've seen like the biden administration was totally anti-crypto and as a matter of fact the trump administration wasn't very friendly either um you know the previous one i think i think though with this new new proposals and what's been discussed in

nashville um there's, there's a lot that's going to happen in Bitcoin. That's something to watch. But again, it's not coming from policy necessarily as it's coming from BlackRock. And that is a big, significant difference between the two of them. And that is their attitude towards crypto. As you pointed out, they were not friendly towards crypto in the Trump administration. And you had Jared Kushner and Steve Mnuchin start to talk about how they're going to do central bank digital currency. Of course, that's a competitor to crypto. And then with the Democrats, they went full on war. And we're going to just we're going to stop this.

We're going to intimidate people. Don't make yourself an exchange for people to get in or out of this. And, you know, when shut your bank down, if you get into this type of thing, I mean, it was already full on war and it was going to accelerate. And so when Trump took the opposite approach and then when he wins, that is a, you know, really juicing this thing at this point in time. As I look at the CBDC, the Western countries, especially the Five Eyes, the U.S., U.K., Canada, New Zealand, Australia, have pulled back on their push for CBDC.

I think they're not giving up on it. I think they're just trying to do it by stealth, and I think they're going to outsource this. And I would not be surprised if they do something like I played yesterday, a clip from Elon Musk. He said, I think I can make half of the world's financial system. It's exactly the same type of thing that Zuckerberg was trying to plot with Libra, except I think Musk is smarter about it. And he might actually be used by them to put in a de facto central bank digital currency, digital money, global IDs and stuff like that for a while. And then after people get acclimated to it, then they can just take it over. I don't know, but that's kind of the path that I see happening with that.

What do you think? I think you're right. I think it'll come through corporations. And now that we have, you know, kind of a clear view forward, we're no longer in the election process. It is interesting. You step back and you wonder, these CBDC plans, you know that they were going full tilt towards that. And how do you get there? I mean, in order to build something back better, you have to destroy it first. I mean, I look at what they've done, not doing anything about the petrodollar,

weaponizing the dollar all around the world. I mean, the ubiquitous sanctions and going full tilt into that, even though when it's hurting dollar utilization and increasing de-dollarization worldwide, it just made me think, okay, you've got a plan here. We're going to destroy the dollar and people are going to beg for something different or something stable. And that would be a central bank digital currency. And you could get your credits credits loaded up or you just give your biometric data and all the rest and you sign up for this this new wallet so that's what i was thinking i'm not sure now i mean you may be right this with the um the corporation links and uh you know the silicon valley uh paypal mafia link to this new administration we have to watch that very closely that the technocracy uh really knows no party and then that's that's the cue here

they don't uh they don't recognize party and they use both the you know establishment parties the duopoly for their own end so that's what we still have to be very cautious about that and the timeline may have changed a bit but it's still coming cbdc will be a reality. You know, the World Economic Forum wasn't wrong. Ninety seven percent of countries have adopted some some form of a plan for central bank digital currencies. So, yeah, there's a this is a change for sure. This this result on the election is going to change some things. But ultimately, all that's still on the table. D dollarization still on the table, David.

Every all the fundamentals that people forget. Trump printed 40% of all the dollars ever made. It was Biden said, hold my beer. And he doubled it. I mean, so I see, you know, again, we have a history, we already know what a Trump administration looks like. And, you know, when he ran in 2015, 2016, he ran against the stock market. He ran against the Federal Reserve. He said, we got to audit that. We got to look into that. And, you know, it was vague, but he ran against it. He said the stock market's a bubble. And then when he was elected, he said, look, greatest stock market of all time. That's right. You know, and I think that's the issue is that the stock market's built off of debt and its ties to the central bank and how much liquidity it can get and, you know, the lowering of interest rates, which is inflation.

All of that is inflationary, and I think Trump will push more of that. I mean, it'll look good on paper. Your 401K might look good for a little while, but the fundamentals of that is that the currency is losing value, and I don't think that these companies are sound. A lot of them that are seeing these rallies right now. Oh, I agree. Yeah, that's the difference between the approach of the two.

You know, the Democrats will come on you straight ahead, right? And so Biden, back in 2022, he's saying, okay, I want everybody in the swamp, you know, everybody that's all the agencies that are under the executive branch. One of these four areas is going to redesign the financial system. We're going to figure out how law areas is going to redesign the financial system. We're going to figure out how law enforcement is going to force it on people. We are going to write the code, and we're going to tell people how we're going to do it to save the environment. And then all of a sudden, they look at AI, and it's like, oh, wait a minute. We've got to think about number four.

We're going to have to pivot a little bit here because this energy thing is not working out for us. And then they realize that people know what they're going to pull. And so they're going to step it back and they're going to do it iteratively, as Fauci said, right? Step by step. And that's the danger of the Republican approach. They always get this stuff in. You know, the people will say, oh, we've got a Republican president now, so I'm not going to buy any guns. And so they stop buying guns. When a Democrat gets in, they know, the people will say, oh, we've got a Republican president now, so I'm not going to buy any guns. And so they stop buying guns.

When a Democrat gets in, they buy the guns. And then it's the Republican who comes in and says, we're going to take the guns and do the due process later. We're going to start doing gun control by executive order. So they always run this stuff in. Sometimes it's a frontal attack. Sometimes it's just in the, you know, they get people's trust and they exploit that trust and get people to go to sleep. And that's the key thing.

That's why I want people to realize that this agenda that they've got is not going away. And none of the fundamentals, as you were talking about in terms of deficit and money creation and all the rest of this stuff, de-dollarization, none of that is changing under Trump any differently than it would have been under Biden, except that people are going to be kind of pacified and not really paying attention as much because it's going to be coming from Trump, I think. Yeah, well, count me out of being pacified on any of that stuff. I pretty much saw what was going to come in this rally in the stock market.

Gold and silver take a dive for a bit. But it all comes back. It'll come back because the fundamentals are still there. There's something wrong with our currency. There's something wrong with our policy. You know, and if there is a massive change, a sea change geopolitically by the Trump administration, that could move things. But I don't see that happening.

I mean, you know, the personnel is policy. Last time he hired everybody who didn't vote for him so i don't know i mean will he will he bring uh some sort of ease from the tensions geopolitically with you know things like russia and ukraine will he actually stop that uh will he slow down the accelerated accelerated path to world war iii i hope so i hope i hope i'm wrong um but i think uh you know again central banks are buying gold at a record pace that will continue because the dollar is losing purchasing power. And in order in order for the government to function, David, I mean, all these plans, all these things that they want to do, neither candidate in this election ran on fiscal responsibility or balancing the budget or anything that would have been talked about in the 1990s. That would have been out front, by the way, in the 1990s. And they would have shown the debt clock and everything else. They stopped doing that a long time ago because the numbers are so bad.

It gives up the game. I mean, literally, if you have a brain at all, if you're paying attention, you go, well, those numbers aren't sustainable. Well, no, they're not. And so it will stop. Eventually, you will have to have to be. And that's why they float these terms like reset, financial reset worldwide. That's what these banks, folks, that's what it's not because they necessarily think that they're going to be a wealthier country.

It's because they want to have a functioning country. These central banks are buying gold because they're going to re-denominate all of their currencies in gold that's what they're doing they're going to reset all these balance sheets and stuff that's been held over since by the way a lot of this a lot of the gold that's held in these balance sheets is marked at 35 an ounce it never moved because that was the way it was at breton woods in 1944 a lot of these countries never rebalanced it and never revalued it. And a lot of that's what all this stuff with the BRICS is for, for their cross-border payments.

What they're doing is they're not setting up a unified currency. They're setting up a way for all of them to trade currencies against their gold across their borders and for trade. That's really what this is. The dollar is already lost. You know, when the Bank of International Settlements gave gold, you know, tier one reserve asset status, I think it was only a few years ago, that was massive because it had only been currencies and gold got listed and now it's supplanted the euro as number two. one is the dollar for uh most held reserve asset that's those days are just passing and i

think a lot of these countries especially the ones that the central banks that are buying the most gold to see that and that's what's going to change um again the the dollar a trump victory a harris victory the dollar's been damaged it's mortally wounded um and it's going to have to it's going to have to change in form it has to um just based off of uh again the debasement and larry fink blackrock says it doesn't make any difference between the two of them right he said uh you know for what we're doing it doesn't make any difference he knows that it's not going to make any difference and you know when you look at when everything starts to crash and we've got all these different derivatives

and we've got ETFs and all the rest of this, what does it go back to? It's got to go back to something real. Well, you could look at things like land, but it's hard for most of us to own the land outright. And of course, with property taxes, you never will. Gold, you can actually own that outright. And so it's a different perspective.

And, of course, somebody that's really bearish on all of this stuff. I think that's where the people who are looking at gold are not seeing a very bright path ahead for the financial aspects of this. This kind of stuff, I tell you, the more regulations that they have, it's harder and harder to do any kind of startups.

And you have to have a certain type of banks, and it takes forever. So with my schedule, it takes three times, four times as much as it used to take me because I can't devote much brainpower to it. I have to put it in the morning, and I look at it and say, we'll do one thing, two things, and maybe get to something later. And that's where I am with Wise Wolf Bitcoin. But by the end of the year, we will be functional. And we can see that. We can see just how much they have ramped up all these know your customer rules and all the rest of this stuff you know because uh on rockfin when

people give us a tip they convert it into their own cryptocurrency or whatever and then i gotta hop out of that i've gotta hop into ethereum and then from ethereum into a dollar type of thing and and to have to deal with um you know these exchanges, the regulations that are coming out of Washington to try to shut that down, essentially, with rules and regulations. I can't imagine what it's like to be a dealer and have to deal with that. I mean, you've got to be a big corporation, really, to try to jump through these hoops. Maybe that will change under a Trump administration. If they're friendly to crypto, one of the key things that they should do

is start removing all of these arbitrary regulations that have been put into, kind of de facto shut it down, I think. Yeah. Well, I think that is a big difference. You know, we talk about the duopoly and most things are the same, whether it's left or right paradigm. I totally agree with that. But in this instance, and I think again the reason it's so stark contrast is because of things like Blackrock Larry Fink there's with the ETFs again with the with Bitcoin that's what's primarily driving this policy change Blackrock's going to get their return they made a bet on Bitcoin they're going to get their return and I think with the just the fundamentals of everything

that came out of the Biden administration and Elizabeth Warren and, you know, their useful tools against things that are anything free market. So that's just, you know, nobody would believe them. It'd be like, you know, it's the reason that LBJ and JFK could have never opened China, but Nixon could, you know, because he was anti-communist, you know. So it's like the perceived free market, you know, advocate as people perceive Trump as. But I don't. You know, he's, you know, so many crony capitalist moves or eminent domain stuff that you and I would never do. But he's come along and backed this. And for good or ill, I think, and I think for Bitcoin and people that are private holders of Bitcoin

or understand this is going to be, this is the bull market. This is going to be, this is life-changing. You know, again, if he follows through, even if he's 30, 40% into what he said, you know, some of the things that were discussed in Nashville, David, were, you know, RFK Jr. saying that if he was elected, he would order the Treasury to buy like 500 Bitcoin a day

until it reached 20% of the world's reserves, just like we supposedly have 20% of the world's gold reserves. We don't, by the way, spoiler alert, we don't have that. But that's what he said that he would do as president. And then, of course, Trump came and had a lot less specific policy rolled out, but he did mention a strategic reserve asset and that he would not move the current Bitcoin that was held over from seizures like Silk Road and things like that.

You need to give that back to Ross Ulbrich when you let him out. Hopefully he'll let him out. But, yeah, they just had a bitcoin policy institute just put out a 53 page report about setting up a strategic bitcoin reserve exactly what they were talking about at that conference yeah that's right yeah there's a there was a move made after trump uh announced that too by the Biden administration kind of answering him. They sold off a big chunk of the Bitcoin that it already held because he said he was going to hold it. I don't know if you followed that. So there was a difference.

And this may be like one of the most underlying differences, glaring ones that actually existed between the two candidates. And I think moving forward, it's going be, Bitcoin is in a bull market now and will continue indefinitely. I mean, you might see some pullback and I'm not giving investment advice, but if you don't know about Bitcoin and you take a look at the fundamentals here,

really it's about how much supply is there. And it's not what you mean, it's not a heavy supply. I mean, especially with the inflows they're doing in these etfs um and they're just buying it up in massive quantities so something to watch there i don't i think i think the bitcoin market continues to be bullish uh gold and silver will continue to do what they do it just won't be as fast i mean i think that some of the things that that were driving the price of gold and silver gold especially under the b administration, was just there was no moves made economically to help anything to bolster the strength of the U.S. economy.

I mean, we saw moves like just depleting the strategic petroleum reserves and then not refilling stuff like that. It was at war with us. It was absolutely at war. It was like looting the treasury. Yeah. Yes. Yeah. But but you know one thing that's not going to change i see this headline from kitco can the u.s survive its debt

the doom loop trap and golden future golden dollars future under trump that's that's the you know with this debt that trump escalated is really a doom loop and And I fully expect for him to do that as well this next time. I think he's going to do exactly the same type of thing. And so, you know, I think, first of all, the debt is crushing and it's going to continue once he changed the slope at which it was increasing. Biden kept that going. And I think I think Trump is going to do that again, if not set it on a whole new trajectory, a steeper slope. And so I think that doom loop is a trap. And I think that the debt thing is not going to change regardless of, you know, Trump coming in.

None of that's going to change. It may actually get worse. It may actually get worse. Yes. And again, because, you know, Trump is looking to reform or so-called reform i think what you're going to see is just a lot of bipartisanship and other things that the government got bigger under trump i mean there was a huge amount of spending increase and especially with covid 1984 it really remains to be seen this he's not a fiscal hawk he doesn't see it that way and

you know his rhetoric has always been that he leverages through debt and that's what the u.s economy's built off of i would love to see some jobs coming back you know if he's going to be strategic about tariffs or anything well again we'll just see if it's on the table uh we don't know what's going to happen yet i just have the past to be my guide i know what if i know what four years of the trump administration looked like prior you know 2017 to 2021 so i know that and that's what i'll be going off of and there was massive increases in spending uh you know the debt uh continued to to balloon um maybe a little bit of uh deregulation but uh again um the fundamentals of creating a sound economy just weren't there so i'm i'm gonna cons i'm gonna see that you again, there's a boon in the stock market.

It's temporary. And, you know, the precious metals markets, which gold and silver are money, they're going to continue to strengthen and they're going to continue to grow in value. Or if you want to say value, it's really the loss of purchasing power of the dollar. The dollar will continue to lose purchasing power

because that's built into a fake fiat currency. Yes, yes. And I think a lesson for all of us is take a look at what is happening in China, for example. They had this Potemkin wealth. They built all these Potemkin villages everywhere, Potemkin skyscrapers. And a lot of people became paper billionaires. Now, a third of all the billionaires have lost their billionaire status because of this property market that is crashing so i think that's one of the key things when you look at it what are you going to do to protect your wealth and as i said before even with with property um you know the the taxes that are attached to it and everything it has to be maintained like that whereas if you have gold as kind of a wealth insurance, once you get it,

you've got it, that type of thing. And so that's what I look at, that and trying to be outside of the digital system. That's a real premium for me to be outside of this whole digital system. So tell us a little bit about what's happening specifically at Wise Wolf. Well, I mean, after the election, we saw there was an uptick and there was some liquidity people selling, as I predicted, because they're going to get out of the precious metals. They feel like it's safe to return to the markets and I hope they do well and they'll be back. That's OK. And that, you know, we're buying and selling in whatever kind of market. It doesn't matter. And the main priority right now is just to make sure we have supply i was talking i did an interview with andy sheckman from uh miles franklin on the wise wolf golden crypto show this week we had a great conversation and you know he reminded me he said most people don't understand but you do you know that uh if there was massive

orders right now uh placed for physical precious metals, it would break the system. There would be no metals. And that would dramatically change the price structure. And that's what's wrong. And that's what we both agreed on is that there's something fundamentally wrong with the pricing structure of precious metals because the law of supply and demand really doesn't fit here because of the paper, because of the contracts and things that are out there. So I'm going to release that in the next couple of days is a great talk, but really that's, you know, coming from somebody like Andy, who's been in this for,

for decades and with his father and just seen just about every market, he and I both agreed, the number one pressing issue was supply. It's the reason I have, I'm in Texas right now, but the reason we have the secondary physical location, I can't see how I could do a third, but we definitely need supply. And that's the thing is just supplying Wolfpack is hard. And, you know, we can buy from wholesalers, but to really pass on the savings and things, it's just tough. It's tough to get supply. It's tough to get delivered. Yeah. Well, you've always been able to do it up to this point. You've done a great job. We've had crazy market for the last month, every week, setting a couple of new all-time highs and everything. So it is time that we're going to see kind of a buying opportunity. I

think that's the way a lot of people might think of this if they want to look at it for the long term in terms of wealth insurance and that type of thing. I was talking before Tony came on about TSMC and about the U.S. government's desire to onshore them, this kind of production, heavily subsidize it. And, of course, they're not just doing it with TSMC, the Taiwanese company. They're also doing it with Intel and others.

They're desperate to try to get that kind of manufacturing back into the United States. But what was interesting about this article, I think, was the clash of cultures, the different attitudes towards work. And we can pull back and say, you know, Americans have a very different attitude towards this. And, you know, who's right on this? it's a different culture and i guess it depends on what you want out of life when you look at it so they followed the example of this guy's a young engineer bruce he goes to taiwan to be trained and he gets there and everything is going everybody is speaking in mandarin chinese or taiwanese and so they can't

understand anything they They're supposed to have a buddy who goes around with them translating everything. But he says they're working everybody so hard that the translators aren't really bringing them along and telling them anything. And it's kind of interesting because I went to work for TI. They were doing at that point in time, they were trying to get into, that's 44 years ago, they were trying to get into this semi-custom semiconductors. Like I said before, they're kind of a fab unit for what TSMC has done is to fabricate semiconductors for Apple and for NVIDIA.

Of course, one of our customers is Apple. And we would go through this process where we would do the beginning steps of chip construction, making just a generic array of gates or transistors. And then the final customization step would be to route those all together into a custom circuit. And so we're trying to sell it to people to replace an entire circuit board

and bring it down to kind of a black box IC, which is going to help them in terms of cost and power consumption, but also protect them somewhat from reverse engineering and piracy, which would be very easy. If you've got a print circuit board, people could reverse engineer that. So that was kind of the business that they were getting into. But this guy who founded TSMC saw that TI was really kind of getting out of that business and going more into end products like calculators and other things like that.

So he founded this country. And when I was there, they had people, when I began, the group that I was in, we had, I was there as the American, and they had somebody from Germany, from France, from the UK, from Japan, all these places where they were going to do business with corporations, and they were all learning the system. And they spoke English to one degree or the other. The French and German guys spoke a little bit of English. The Japanese guy spoke absolutely no English at all,

but he never socialized with anybody either. He just kept his head down. He could read English great, and he's a great engineer, but he didn't socialize with anybody at all. But that was kind of what was happening in China when these guys go over there and it was um a very difficult situation for them wearing them down and so as they come back to the u.s uh trying to get these things going in the u.s they brought over a lot of the um

taiwanese people and as as this um uh the guy who was running it, Morris Chang, he had told Nancy Pelosi when they passed the CHIP Act, he lectured her on the challenges that the U.S. would face in mastering the microscopic precision required in chip production. Chang has also since warned about the lack of manufacturing talent in the U.S., how hard it would be for Taiwanese managers to supervise Americans. Speaking to the podcast called Vying for Talent in 2022, Chang concluded that the U.S.'s attempts to onshore semiconductor manufacturing would be, quote, a very expensive exercise in futility. And it was exactly what happened. They're trying to, so it'd be like trying to copy Chinese text into a handwriting recognition program. It's not going to work very well. But they have combined this with the kind

of mentality that is prevalent in Asian societies of just head down and you're working as hard as you can and you sacrifice your private life. And that was something that they just could not get the Americans to do. And can we blame them? I mean, do we really want to work in an environment like that? That's what I thought was interesting about this. He said when he was comparing Taiwan's competitiveness compared to the U.S., he said, if a machine breaks down at one in the morning in the U.S., it'll be fixed in the next morning. But in Taiwan, it will be fixed by 2 a.m. He said the wife of the Taiwanese engineer would go back to sleep

without saying another word. But that's not going to happen in the U.S., and should it? Is that really what we want out of life, right? Managers sometimes applied what they called stress tests by announcing assignments due to the same day or week to make sure that Americans were able to meet tight deadlines and to sacrifice personal time, like the Taiwanese workers did. And so they were pushing them to do tasks that the Americans understood were not necessary.

It's just to see if they would sacrifice their lives to the company. Is that really what we want out of life? I mean, when I look at this, it's like, there's no way that I would have anything to do with this. And I imagine most Americans wouldn't either. And so they would openly insult them and browbeat them in front of other people. This is also an Asian thing, pretty much. I remember when we adopted our daughter, the family that she was staying with gave her a letter of advice, and we had it translated,

and the guy said, always do what your government says and always do what your, you know, obey, obey, obey, obey. We said, well, he's come to the wrong family for that kind of stuff. Several former American employees said they were not against working longer hours as long as the task was meaningful.

In other words, don't just waste my time. I mean, you want to talk about efficiency? What about the efficiency of my time? And there was absolutely no recognition of it. It was a very imbalanced relationship where we're going to tell you what to do and you're going to jump. And when we tell you to jump, you're going to jump and when we tell you to jump you're going to jump even higher and that is a key part of this bruce said working conditions didn't improve once i got to arizona the american workers didn't get any more of a say in how the company was run they found the obsequiousness of their taiwanese colleagues

to be irritating the americans also resented that taiwanese colleagues stayed late in the office for no good reason. He said, that really makes me angry. So they're just doing this to show off and to show that they belong to the company. Do we want to live by slavery? That's the key thing, right? We don't want to live by lies, but we don't want to make ourselves slaves to this kind of techno-feudalism. And that's really the mindset from where these smart cities are coming from. my lies, but we don't want to make ourselves slaves to this kind of techno-feudalism. And that's really the mindset from where these smart cities are coming from.

This is what the corporations want from you. This is what Elon Musk demands from his engineers, I've heard. And so is that really the existence that we want to live under? I remember one guy was talking about visiting his child's classroom in kindergarten on a parent-teacher's day or something like that. And the teacher was talking about their activities and all the rest of the stuff and how this is. And he goes, he raised his hand, he goes, what is the purpose of this? I said, purpose? I don't know what the purpose is.

And it's like, you don't have a purpose in all of this? We never think many times about what the purpose of anything that we do in life is, right? Four American employees described TSMC culture as a save face culture. In early 2023, they held weekly English language and cultural classes for the Taiwanese managers. A former TSMC staffer who worked on the education program said that managers were instructed not to yell at employees in public or to threaten to fire them without first consulting human resources they would say okay okay i get it i'm not going to do that and then they would go do it anyway it's just the culture that they had workers started joking that joining tsmC was just a stepping stone to Intel, which was also expanding in Arizona.

An engineer who has worked at both Intel and TSMC said that Taiwanese colleagues had also asked him about vacancies at Intel. You see, just because they're Asian, they don't like to be abused. That is something that is expected and pushed in that society. This company, as I said, is about a third of the stock market value, a massive company, and a company that is so strategically important that in Taiwan they talk about it as a mountain that protects the country against chinese aggression but the um so tsmc one person said one american was the worst possible place on earth to work he said it was like having a purely

authoritarian work structure but it fits perfectly into this smart city thing. And they are expanding this. Initially, they put in $12 billion, and the U.S. government put in $12 billion. They have now upped the ante, but they still don't have it up and operating. And so one person said the only thing they need this Phoenix site for is to make sure the U.S. government doesn't turn against them. There's always these alternative motives that are out there. And I mention the culture, and I mention the work environment because I wanted to end up with this story here. Gen Z is getting very interested in skilled trades. The interest in skilled trades is rising.

The interest in going to college is falling. And that's true of both Generation Z as well as their parents. 55% of Gen Zers are considering a skilled trade career, up from 12% just last year, including 72% of those who already have a college degree. There's a company called Thumbtack that helps people to care for and to improve their homes. It helps them to find a skilled tradesman nearby. So you get into that, and that's kind of your marketing approach, outreach to people. 84%, they said, of both Gen Zers and their parents expressed high respect for skilled trades. 67% of Gen Zers, including 78% of those with a college degree, said that social media has increased their interest in these professions. The word

is getting out that we need to have the ability to not be part of a collective cog. That's the problem with these big corporations. That's the problem with the big cities as well. And if we're going to follow the prescribed path that business wants us to, you go to college and they brainwash you with the DEI, they get you pacified into this corporate culture, and you become a cog in the wheel. Or you can start to learn individual skilled trades that are going to give you some level of independence and freedom. And that's what people are starting

to realize. It's a very important contrast, I think. Compared with an office job, the trades offer an opportunity to run your own company, to control your own schedule, to pursue a career you enjoy. Only 41% of Gen Z reported having any access to trade programs in school, however. Gen Z college graduates are seven times more likely to regret attending college than pros who attended a trade school. 83% of pros would still choose a skilled trade career if they could turn the clock back and decide again. 80% of parents agree that learning a skilled trade can be a better pathway to economic security than going to a college. However, 77% of parents still say they've encouraged their kids to attend a four-year college because they're trapped in this mindset you know i talked about it briefly the amish

and how um at 13 you know they stop formal education by that time they don't mess around with a pubic school uh they've been learning how to do math and reading and all this other kind of stuff. And they start an apprenticeship and they start to learn a skill. They then have a job and independence and that type of thing. And if we want to have that kind of society, and that really is what makes a strong and resilient country as well. It's not being subservient to these multinational corporations or to government and to serve them in their system. We've got to think outside of this box that they're putting us in. And I think that's one of the most important things that we could pass on to our children and grandchildren is to try to get outside of the system that they have because it is as smothering and as confining as the smart cities.

Because the corporate culture, even whether or not they have a smart city there in Phoenix, that corporate culture that's been created in Taiwan, it's great for the people at the top. To have all these little worker bees there. But they don't have a life. And we've seen this in the Japanese society. We've seen it in China as well. We don't want a society that runs on suicide nets. We want a society where people have life and liberty and can pursue independently, pursue their happiness. When we come back, we're going to take a look at Bill Gates.

Be happy and eat some bugs Using free speech to free minds it's the david knight show well let's talk a little bit about bill gates and about um his efforts to enslave us into this kind of techno feudalism uh the gates foundation has now purchased diplomatic immunity in Kenya. One person said, this is a big red flag. Under this new status, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and its employees are exempt from legal action for acts that they perform in Kenya as part of their official foundation duties. You know, like poisoning people with vaccines. And not only that, but they've got a kind of diplomatic immunity for Bill and Melinda Gates, the foundation, its employees. They call them, in the diplomatic immunity thing, they call them servants. That's a good way to describe them.

Serfs, servants, slaves. Under the new status of foundation, its employees are exempt from legal action for acts performed as part of their official foundation duties, injecting people, poisoning people. They're also exempt from paying taxes on their salaries. And they can own property. They're exempt from paying property taxes. I wonder how Donald Rainwater did in Indiana.

Think about that. He had a great idea about a terminus point for property taxes. You pay 7% when you buy it, 7% of what the market price is. That's fair, right? Don't keep reevaluating what the market price is. And don't keep charging people, raising the rates and changing it. No, you charge 7% and you can pay it all up front, put it in your mortgage, amortize it over 30 years, or you can pay it over seven years in equal installments.

He was running for governor. But that was a great idea. I really think that's a perfect way to handle that issue. But back to this. What is happening in Kenya? While nations around the world have long treated Bill Gates as a head of state, it's now been practically codified into law in Kenya. I wrote the author of The Bill Gates Problem.

He wrote a book about it. His name is Schwab, not Klaus, another Schwab. I'm just going to tell you the story about my friend Bill Gates. He's going to tell all book by Klaus Schwab. Now, this is a different Schwab. He said the decision has raised alarm bells within the country and across the world because they expect other organizations to do this, maybe in the same country or in other countries.

Concerns have also arisen that other nations be pressured to follow Kenya's lead and to offer immunity to the Gates Foundation in exchange for continued access to the massive resources that they pour into the African countries. The government of Kenya's announcement comes just a week after farmer organizations and religious leaders across the continent called for reparations for the damage that the Gates Foundation has inflicted on African agriculture, the so-called Green Revolution program. They say the foundation promotes corporate industrial agriculture at the expense of local practices and African ecosystems. And we've seen how this has worked in India, for example. Pierre Omidyar, the guy who bankrolled, what's the name of that intercept that Glenn Greenwald worked for initially? That was bankrolled by a billionaire named Pierre Omidyar.

And he had a lot of Indian farmers that were committing suicide, primarily because of the types of programs that Amityar was putting out and Monsanto, where they would take these poor farmers and they would sell them Monsanto GMO seeds that could survive glyphosate. And it would kill the weeds weeds and then the plant would rise up and you get a you know poisoned plant for people to eat but the land was also poisoned and you could not plant any other seeds other than Monsanto seeds and you had to buy them every year and they kept putting the price up and so these farmers had lost everything

and they were large numbers of them were committing suicide well gates is playing that same game in africa much of the gates foundation investment in africa and agriculture happens through a an organization called agra stands for alliance for a green Revolution in Africa, AGRA. The Gates Foundation is AGRA's co-founder and its biggest donor, and it has been given at least $872 million by the Gates Foundation. This alliance promotes the use of synthetic fertilizers and commercial seeds controlled by big ag and the restructuring of seed laws to criminalize criminalize the trading of seeds if they are not certified by big ag think about that not only do they get you to poison your

land and become dependent on it but if you try, if you don't want to go that route, if you're smart enough to avoid that, they will criminalize the sale of other seeds. That's what happens when they buy the government. They prohibit this stuff. And that's what we have to be concerned about with meat and dairy. And that's why I talked yesterday about how important these local solutions and state solutions are. Just within the last week, we saw six counties in Idaho say, we're going to ban this vaccine, this Trump shot, this mRNA vaccine. And then we had an election where they were talking about marijuana, whether they were going to make it recreational or not.

And regardless of the issue of marijuana, what you think about it, the principle is that we have a UN agenda, which is what the War on Drugs is. And the UN created these schedules, and they put marijuana in as a Schedule 1, saying that it doesn't have any medical use. And yet two-thirds of the states have refuted that. They have nullified not only federal law, but the federal law that was slavishly following a UN agenda. And so we can, and we need to understand that principle.

Regardless of, you know, don't get hung up on the marijuana issue. The principle is nullification and the fact that you can stop this at the state and local level. That's why they would always say, think globally, act locally. We can block them locally if we understand what they're doing. And when they come in and want to prohibit not marijuana, but meat and dairy, which they have said they want to do, when they come in with a meat and dairy prohibition, we know how we can stop it.

We've already done it in many different places. So the foundation has financial ties to Monsanto, now Bayer, and it pushed those seeds on African farmers, just like they have been pushed in India. Kenya becomes the testing ground. That is the big concern, and that is the big red flag, because he's bought his way in with this corrupt government, very corrupt government, Kenya becomes the testing ground. In terms of food sovereignty, as we give Gates these privileges and these immunities, Africa is going to be not food sovereign, not seed sovereign. We're going to be slaves, slaves to big corporations. You see, this is how they get us through that kind of buying out the government. Schwab said the move by the Kenyan government and the concerns raised by critics, quote, get to the heart of the Gates anti-democratic influence and power, which at least in Kenya appears to be reaching all new levels no one ever elected or appointed gates to lead the world on any topic says schwab yet he's able to buy a seat in the democratic decision-making table and apparently he can also buy diplomatic immunity

now he's got a place a country that he can go to live where they won't lock him up. What's he worried about? He knows very well what he's done. Why would you go in and buy a bunch of politicians so that you have legal immunity for what you're doing if you know that you are doing the right thing? Gates's massive investment in Africa extends beyond agriculture into public health, more recently into digital ID in Kenya. And again, that's not surprising. When we look at the things that Bill Gates is focused on, ID 2020, where he wanted to have global ID by 2020, and he'd already started that in India, partnering with the

Indian government to put in the Aadhaar system. There was going to be, well, you take a number, take the mark of the beast, the mark of the government, or you're not going to get, in this particular case, not a job or other things like that, or banking. These are the poorest people that they leaned on. They said, well, we'll give you welfare, we'll give you health care, but you're going to have to take a number. And your child will have to take that number.

And so Bill Gates has been working very hard. He wanted to have the goal of a global ID by ID 20, you know, ID 2021, have it by 2020, made a lot of strides with the vaccine passports and other things like that in 2020. He also has another goal, and that is IA 2030, Immunization Agenda 2030, and the subtitle of that organization, if you go to their website, is Everyone, Everywhere, Every Age Immunized, implied for everything, right? Six dozen shots or whatever by the time you get to a young age. And then the agricultural aspect of it. So he's focused on id he's focusing on vaccines depopulation and also on food depopulation that's why it's really key you know when we look at the

fda rfk jr says well we go in the fda we're going to need to get rid of entire departments. No, you need to get rid of the entire FDA. Food and drugs. That is really what Gates is focusing on. If you want to kill people, you focus on food and drugs. And that's what he wants to do. He wants to kill people. He wants to control you, to number you, but he also wants to control your food, and he wants to drug you, demands to drug

you. He has the Target Malaria Project in Africa, where they introduced genetically modified mosquitoes, and critics say the program is based on flawed ecological thinking, of course, backed by the same agribusiness interests that have been devastating agroecological farming systems. Schwab pointed to the widespread criticism of Gates' program to implement mass circumcision in Swaziland and Zambia to curb the transmission of HIV. Well, now, that is interesting because that has been shown to make a big difference in the transmission of HIV. I remember when Dean Adele, talk radio back in the early 90s,

he was one of the pioneers of talk radio, one of the first nationally syndicated things. He was a doctor, and he just became so obsessed with circumcision. He was Jewish, and he hated circumcision. It's like, okay okay we've heard it move on you got something else you want to talk about and then they find out and he kept and and he had a chip on his shoulder about he says so you tell me did god make a mistake is that why we got to get circumcised all it's like well they have found that it does stop the transmission or greatly reduce the transmission of hiv So Gates is correct about that.

However, it's another one of these things that's been a, let's say, a point of irritation between him and the native population. Gates' most wide-reaching investments in Africa have been, of course, with vaccines. In April 2013, he said that eradicating polio was his top priority, even though there had only been 19 cases of it worldwide that year. It sounds like just like the COVID shots, right? And remember when you had Trump on with Rogan. As soon as Rogan even remotely breached the topic of vaccines, Trump pivoted away from his shots that he's so proud of usually and the mrna vaccine he pivoted away to polio and even though rogan wouldn't hold his

feet to the fire on the covid shots uh he said well no that polio stuff he said oh look at the polio such a success story of vaccines and he said and rogan says yeah but the um look at the polio, such a success story of vaccines. And Rogan says, yeah, but look at what they're doing in Gaza. The only cases that they've got there are polio, what they've inserted there with their vaccines. And so that's exactly what happened with Gates. We had, in 2013, 19 cases worldwide. We got an epidemic. We got to vaccinate everybody, right?

Since then, there has been a global explosion in polio cases, which in 2017, the WHO admitted were being caused predominantly by the vaccine itself. Gates also promoted the use of a dangerous DPT vaccine in Africa, even after it was banned in the U.S. Think about how dangerous this must be if the FDA banned it. The FDA doesn't ban anything. They give them, as I've said before, FDA stands for

free to do anything, they tell the pharmaceutical companies. If the FDA banned it, think about how bad that must be. And it was bad. He did it in Africa. So people are on to him. They said, look, what he's trying to do is population reduction.

And of course, the Gates Foundation was always connected to Planned Parenthood. The family has always been a part of that. In 2009, the Gates Foundation funded tests of experimental HPV vaccines on 23,000 girls in rural India. At least 1,200 of them suffered severe side effects, including autoimmune and fertility disorders, and seven of them died. Well, hey, look, Fauci would say that's just rare. It's rare. It's rare, right? Hey, you know what? 95% of the people didn't have a problem with it. You only had 5% of the people get it. It's rare. Well, see, that's not the standard. That should never be the standard.

Rare should never be the standard. The standard should be first do no harm. No harm. Not 1,200 people out of 23,000. No harm. The Indian Government Investig investigations charge Gates Foundation had committed pervasive ethical violations. They had pressured vulnerable village girls into the trial. They had bullied parents.

They had forged consent forms and refused medical care to the injured girls. Well, you know, if you go back and you look at 2009, what was happening in Texas with Rick Perry? Now, he didn't forge consent forms. Now, he didn't have the authority to stop medical care to people, but he would try to push that in in Texas. Yeah, Republican Rick Perry was pushing some of the first vaccine mandates for education. And it turned out that one of his former chief,

one of his former staff members, wasn't chief of staff, but a high-ranking staff member, had gone to work for Gardasil. And so then Perry decided that, hey, we should mandate that for all girls in school. Same type of thing. Despite Gates' troubled history with the HPV vaccine in India, Gavi, with funding from Gates, announced that it is investing more than $600 million to reach the goal of vaccinating 86 million girls against HPV in low- and middle-income countries, including

India, by 2025. He just keeps going. When word gets out with enough people, he's going to need to have a country that he can escape to. And he knows it. Gates also funded GlaxoSmithKline's trials, GSK's trials, for its experimental malaria vaccine that killed 151 African infants and caused serious adverse effects, including paralysis, seizure, febrile convolutions, I'm sorry, convulsions, convulsion reverb, convulsions, and 1,000 out of 5,900 children, about one out of every seven, 14%. Is that rare?

During the COVID pandemic, Gates Foundation invested in MRA vaccine production and several African producers. You know, it's interesting. This is coming from Children's Health Defense. It's interesting that they ignore the fact that musk did that with his cure vac gates invested in mra vaccine production so did musk but we must not speak evil of musk he's going to be a protected individual just like trump earlier this year gavi unveiled an ambitious 12 billion dollar plan including nine billion dollars in new funding to vaccinate 500 million children by 2030

with existing and new vaccines why doesn't gates get a hobby he's got enough money you know what what is it about this guy that he is so incredibly evil that his life's purpose is killing and crippling children and depopulation. It is absolutely satanic what he does. Earlier this month, Business Daily Africa reported the Gates Foundation will advise Kenya

on the rollout of a new digital ID system that they call Maisha Namba. And again, this is like what he did with India with a Aadhaar system. The plan envisions every newborn being assigned a Maisha Namba. And N-A-M-B-A, like a number, right? A Namba. You've got a Namba, which is like Mamba but with an N, which stays with them throughout their life. The system will be run through schools, ensuring that every child born is assigned a Masha number.

Namba. So Gates is already facing a lawsuit. They've already said that he has to stand trial in the, I think it's the Netherlands. It's one Scandinavian country. I think it was the Netherlands. And now we find out that he is bought legal immunity for himself in Kenya. Dr. Mumba Saraki said on X, if they meant us well, would they need immunity? Rick Grinnell, the guy who has traded on the fact that he's homosexual. I really, you know, if you go back to the don't ask, don't tell thing, what was wrong with that, right? Why do you need to make it all about what you do in bed instead of what you do in the army or the navy or whatever service you're in? Make it about your job. I really don't want to know about these people's sex lives.

I'm not asking them about it. Please don't tell me about it. Yeah, let's talk about the woke military stuff, because people are talking about that. And we have, let's see if I can find this here. I've got a lot of different, here we go. Let's start with Thomas Massey, since we were just talking about agriculture. There's been a lot of rumors that Thomas Massey might become Trump's Secretary of Agriculture. And there was rumor that was put out by Joel Salatin, who I don't know who he is.

I say noted farmer. I don't know who Joel Salatin is, but he put out that he had been contacted by the Trump transition team to be an advisor to the secretary of agriculture. And he said, my favorite congressman, Thomas Massey from Kentucky, has agreed to go in as secretary of agriculture, said Salatin. And he said there's no better person for the position. I would agree with that because Thomas Massey has been at the forefront of defending these Amish farmers who are doing raw milk, who are raising cattle on their land and being attacked by the U.S. Department of Agriculture or in Pennsylvania, actually, I think it's coming from the State Department of Agriculture. But Thomas Massey gets it. He farms. He understands that principle. And I pretty much like everything that Thomas Massey has done, except for his endorsement of Trump.

I don't feel like that's necessary. But, hey, if it gets him in as Secretary of Agriculture, that would be a good thing to see him in as Secretary of Agriculture. Now, what he said, what Massey said was, he said, I stand ready and willing to help the president with any part of his bold agenda to focus on the health and well-being of Americans, but I have received no commitments or offers from President Trump's team. Any discussion of the transition is premature, he responded. So again, he put that out. In other words, I'm ready to do do that but that's not what has happened and so he had to comment because that was put out by joel salatin so we will wait and see what happens with it again i think that would be uh you know he's

going to he's not a guy who is um boxed in by uh the establishment that is there. He's going to say what he thinks about this stuff. And so that would be a very good thing to have him there. As I said earlier, RFK Jr. says entire departments at the FDA have to go. Well, you know, if you're going to follow the Constitution, the entire FDA has to go, quite frankly. The FDA has to go. The CDC has to go. As a matter of fact has to go. The CDC has to go.

As a matter of fact, just go all the way up to the top at HHS and shut the whole thing down. Because all of that, there is no, all of that is in violation of the Tenth Amendment. The federal government doesn't have any of those powers. They have not been specifically delegated to the federal government by the Constitution. And so they have been inferred as like a general welfare clause or something like that. The Tenth Amendment was put in to make sure that people did not infer these things, look at the general welfare, you know, and so forth. No, we are not going to infer from that that they have carte blanche to do anything that

they want to do. That's why they put in the Ninth and Tenth Amendment. Said, if we didn't forget anything, we still retain those rights. And oh, by the way, if there's anything that you think you should be able to do or you think you need to do, if it's not specifically enumerated, you't have that power that belongs in the states so everything that is being done by hhs everything's being done by fda usda cdc all the rest of stuff we have health inspectors and we have all that stuff at the state level it doesn't need to be part of the federal government there's nothing magic about the federal government doing it. That all needs to be done at the local level. And so the entire thing has to go. And unfortunately,

you know, when you hear this, this is just kind of the weak, it kind of tips the hand to me, how weak and partial any of these moves are going to be they don't even understand or support the constitution rfk jr wants to clear out entire departments in the fda they have to go he said well it's not just entire departments but it's the entire thing and it goes above fda all the way up to hhs everything that's there uh in terms of was a DGA. I think that said that about the military, how he's going to unwoke the military. So there's some discussion about that. The fact that Trump said we're not going to have transgender troops in because it's going to in his previous administration. People need to be focused on the task. people need to be focused on the task.

They need to be focused on what their job is. He said they cannot be burdened with tremendous medical costs and disruption that having transgenders in the military would entail. By the way, we got our first transgender Congress thing. Man, woman, I don't know who cares what it is. If they don't know if they're man or woman, I don't know if they're man or woman. I'm not going to try to jump into it. But first person has been elected of that persuasion, we should say, I guess.

Because they have persuaded themselves that they're something that they're not. Anyway, he has also talked about the Confederate base names. This is something I expect him to see because this would be a dog whistle to the base, something that he could easily do. They've been going around changing all of these military bases that were named after Confederate generals. You know, when you conquer a country, the approach of the American government has been, you know, when they defeated the South, they put military bases all throughout the South. But to kind of appease the people, they named them after Confederate generals. Okay, that's the history. It's been there for a long time. But then the Biden administration hates America, hates history so much, they went through and decided that they

would change the name. So Fort Bragg became Fort Liberty liberty or whatever trump said he's going to rename that base he said um changing the name from fort bragg which named after braxton bragg was rewriting history uh nine army bases that previously honored confederate leaders were renamed uh in congress by process that was passed in 2021 over Trump's veto. So it's not clear whether or not he'd be able to undo that. And he has opposition in Congress. Troops in Europe. Trump may look to move U.S. troops around Europe or pull them entirely. Trump pushed to move 12,000 troops out of Germany in 2020.

But that proposal was rebuffed by Congress. How could that be? You know, you've got Trump as commander-in-chief of the military. What does Congress have to say about that? Nobody's paying any attention at all to the Constitution or how any of this is supposed to operate. And, oh, Matthew Ronson has got a, say, put a tip there so we would see this. He said, why are my comments getting grayed out?

Karen says, it's not me, I promise. We don't know why your comments are getting grayed out. I don't know. Is that on Rumble? Do you know? Is that on Rumble or Rockfan? Where is that? Rumble.

Rumble, yeah. I don't know. We'll try to figure out what's going on with it, but I really don't know. I don't have any idea why that is happening. And then other things like moving Space Command headquarters. But as he was saying in the comments, you know, is he going to unwoke the military by putting rick grinnell there and again rick grinnell was not dressing up in ladies clothes you know like sam britton or whatever or dick divine but um you know he makes every time he talks it's not about the military it's not

about his job it's about his sexuality shut up about it we don't care uh don't make it about that and uh it won't be a problem but they're also talking about i mean this is the big uh reform are we going to have a space force in colorado or we're going to have it in alabama and the people are fighting because they want to have it in their area are we going to have a space national guard what does that even mean you got a space force do you need a Space National Guard? Air Force One. Are we going to change the color of Air Force One? These are pressing issues, folks, and it's so important. We can be so happy that we've got Donald Trump in place for all of these pressing issues. Before we run out of time, I want to talk a little bit about some other people's responses

to this. Franklin Graham, for example. Okay. This is, as I'm looking at the delusional stuff, and I've been talking about this, a lot of Christian leaders, oh, they think there's such a big difference on the vital issues. And yet there isn't a big difference Franklin Graham compiled compiled a long list of winners from the 2024 presidential election in America winner winner chicken dinner this is from a guy Franklin Graham who pushed the Trump shot who took the Trump shot, who got pericarditis, and still doesn't know what's going on.

I mean, and the other thing about Franklin Graham and his organization is that, you know, they went into New York City that was supposed to be the epicenter of the global pandemic that didn't exist, And it didn't exist in New York either. And just like that massive 2,500-bed hospital, Army hospital under a tent that Trump erected and they showed all the massive sea of 2,500 beds, they never used it. They packed it up and took it away. Hospital ship for New York City,

another hospital ship for LA, they never used them. They went away. Franklin Graham sets up his Samaritan purse, sets up hospital stuff there because 2,500 beds is not enough or whatever. Never used it. They went away. It's like, why doesn't he say something about it? Because he's in on it. And again, maybe he's a true believer in all of this stuff. Because he did get pericarditis and had to have open-heart surgery for that. So he lists all the winners. He says it's a win for the family. It's a win for the economy.

It's a win for millions of unborn children. It's a win for freedom of speech. It's a win for religious liberty. It's a win for law and order, for American manufacturing and farmers. Okay, so let's look at some of this stuff. A win for the family. Specifically, in what way? How does Trump help the family? Does he set an example of what the family should be? Does he talk about what the family should be? That's your job, Franklin. If you're a Christian leader, you need to be talking about that. It's not a win for the family. This is just generalized nonsense. It's a win for the economy.

In what way? In what way? What is he fixed in the economy? What do you think he's going to fix in the economy? A win for freedom of speech, he says. No, there's absolutely no difference when it comes to Trump and Wawa. They both want to censor their enemies. They both despise the principle of free speech. It's a win, he says, for religious liberty. You're talking about the only president in American history to shut down churches. And you want to say this is a win for religious liberty? He paid governors to do it. He shut down churches. Well, on the other side, we've got Chuck Baldwin, who many of you may remember,

he ran in the Constitution Party as a third-party candidate. He's a pastor, and he wrote this op-ed piece. He said, how I evaluate candidates. He wrote this before the election. And even though you've got all these people out there hectoring you and saying, well, you're not a Christian if you don't vote, and all this other kind of stuff, and if you don't vote for Trump.

He said, I made a decision decades ago that if I determine that both candidates for a particular race come short of the liberty principles on which my convictions are determined, I will not vote for either candidate. I firmly believe that not voting for an anti-liberty candidate, who I know will be an enemy of those principles, is more honorable than voting for such a one. I believe every ballot should have none of the above option. That's right.

That's one of the things we always did. And the whole idea behind the none of the above is that if none of the above wins, all the people who were above, we have to have a new election. And those people can't run again. They're all kicked off the ballot. If none of the above wins, you just nullify all these people. Wouldn't you have liked to have had that this time around? I know I certainly would. I looked at the ballot in Tennessee and the people who were on the ballot.

It was definitely a none of the above. Besides Trump and La La, you had a bunch of literal socialists and communists. I mean, literally. And Greens. Same thing. Anyway, he said, so I look at a couple of different issues. He said, first of all, the life issue. The real test of whether a candidate is pro-life is not his or her rhetoric saying I am pro-life.

Here in Montana two years ago, the Republican Party had a Republican governor, a Republican supermajority in the legislature, and it was the GOP leadership in the state, most notably the Republican Speaker of the House, that would not even allow a personhood amendment to be presented in the legislature for a vote. Isn't that such an amazing thing? You know, the argument is not whether or not a baby is human. The argument is whether or not the baby is a person. That was the same argument that was used to enslave black people. Well, they're not a person. They're not fully a person, that type of thing. And it is the same argument that will be used to kill people, maybe to kill you, when you are infirm or you have a stroke. Well, their quality of life's not really good.

They don't really know what's going on. They're not a person any longer. And so he says on this issue, he said, Harris is obviously radically pro-abortionortion but trump has no real convictions about it either he's not a zealot like she is but um he doesn't advocate for life as a matter of fact he's run from it you know that's why i said give the glory for what happened with the overturning of roe v wade give the glory to god see it as answered prayer Don't see it as an answer from Trump. He didn't want it. He was surprised by it. He ran from it. He's been running from it ever since. On the Second Amendment, he says, well, you know, Trump claims to be pro-Second Amendment. She wants to eviscerate it.

But, you know, he points out the take the gun and do the due process later. He doesn't mention the executive water gun control, but that's there as well. Number three, the First Amendment, freedom of speech. He said here they're both two peas in a pod. They want to censor their enemies. On the Fourth Amendment, the surveillance society, domestic spying, the police state. Here again, virtually no distance between the elephants and the donkeys. On medical mandates, he said he said once more i find no

significant difference between harris and trump on the issue uh it was trump who first shackled the american people with an executive order the catalyst for the medical mandates for the lockdowns the rest of the stuff he prepared it he paid people for it uh on the warfare state he said the wars against afghanistan iraq libya syria somalia ukraine iran ad state, he said the wars against Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Somalia, Ukraine, Iran, Adnazium, he said here again, very little difference. He says, as a matter of fact, remember, Trump murdered the Iranian General Soleimani, who was the political equivalent of America's vice president. Remember also that it was General Soleimani who was one of the three Arab leaders who defeated Al-Qaeda and ISIS. This is a good point that I've not talked about. The U.S. was never at war with Al-Qaeda and ISIS.

The U.S. created Al-Qaeda and ISIS. And we gave them weapons as well. As an excuse to fight Israel's wars in the Middle East. And so maybe that's why they killed him, because he defeated our surrogates there. In the U.S. Congress, there is only one party, the war party. And so then he looks at energy, he looks at illegal immigration on the woke agenda.

He finds very little difference between them. And that is the reality that we see as we look ahead for this. Again, fundamentally, nothing has changed. As he said, you know, we're going to have war for Israel. We're going to have war with Iran. I think that is going to happen. They are absolutely, either of them were owned by Israel. I think Trump perhaps will pull away from Ukraine. But again, I think that it will be, we'll have a war with Iran, which Lindsey Graham and the Warhawks have always wanted. We may perhaps continue to move towards a war with China, which they have been plotting for quite some time and could easily be kicked off, beginning with a trade war and with sanctions.

And the communist future. They see the common man as simple, unsophisticated, ordinary. But each of us has worth and dignity created in the image of God. That is what we have in common. That is what they want to take away. Their most powerful weapons are isolation, deception, intimidation. They desire to know everything about us while they hide everything from us. It's time to turn that around and expose what they want to hide.
