Starting point is 00:01:28 in a world of deceit telling the truth is a revolutionary act it's the david night show as a clock strikes 13 it's wednesday the 10th of december you of our lord 2025 there are so many different issues that is a polycrisis that is happening everywhere we see uh the rise of uh New financial systems and competition. We see the rise of new wars, pharmaceutical issues. We're going to talk about all about today. But the key issue here, folks, that we can see that is happening now, is what is happening with the consolidation of power and the concentration of it through artificial intelligence.
Starting point is 00:02:18 And we see both the administration's order on this as well as what is being done in the state of Alaska. This is not just something that is Trump doing this. This aligns with the global agenda that is happening everywhere in every country, all at once. This is the global governance. They don't have to erect a capital somewhere. It'll be distributed with artificial intelligence in each country. We're going to talk about that. Stay with us.
Starting point is 00:02:48 I'll be right back. Well, we have, it is kind of interesting. I played the clip for you the other day, and I'll play it again here. Pete Hick-Seth in 2016, repeatedly warning of Trump issuing unlawful military orders. And as a matter of fact, I don't know if we've got that or not. But the, I don't think I do have that in the deck today. I think we had to move that out.
Starting point is 00:03:33 Anyway, you heard the clip, and what was the context for that? Well, the context for it was a question that was asked in the presidential debates. In March of 2016, as Trump was consolidating his lead, he was asked in a debate by Britt Hume about unlawful orders. and Trump's response to that was Brett Bauer said, So what would you do as Commander-in-Chief if the U.S. military refused to carry out those orders? And he said, they won't refuse me. They're not going to refuse me. Believe me. And so he was pressed about warnings from former military leaders that U.S. forces are legally obligated to reject unlawful orders in 2016.
Starting point is 00:04:25 And at that time, Pete Hegseth, who was working at Fox News, went on with Fox and Friends and said that all the people in the military knew that they had to follow, not follow, but to refuse illegal orders. So I guess instead of the seditious six, we could now say there's the seditious seven and include Pete Hegseth in that, because he was saying at the time that, you know, they have a higher authority that they have to obey. Trump later walked that back. But, heck, Seth said at the time, what happens when people follow those orders or don't follow them?
Starting point is 00:05:02 It's not clear that Trump will have their back. Donald Trump is oftentimes about Donald Trump. And so you can't, if you're not changing the law, and if you're just saying it, you create even more ambiguity. In other words, his subordinates are going to be left to twist in the wind. Trump later walked back his comment saying in a statement the day after the debate, I will not order a military officer to disobey the law. And so here's yet another broken promise that we have seen. So that was the context of the clip that we played the other day.
Starting point is 00:05:39 But you've got people like Representative Don Bacon saying about Heggseth, I think I've seen enough to make a judgment about where this guy is coming from. And of course, he has criticized Trump as well, which is why he's not running again for Congress. However, what is really interesting is that Laura Lumer has pushed back against the lies in the Pentagon. Remember, she is now part of the Pentagon press along people like Jack Posovig. And it is now something of a joke. But she said fentanyl isn't being manufactured in Venezuela.
Starting point is 00:06:15 Hmm. How about that? Why would you say that? Well, of course, it isn't. Everybody has said that it isn't. And you even had the Navy SEAL, former Navy SEAL Admiral, who ordered the second strike, said it was all about cocaine. Nobody mentioned any fentanyl with this. They can't keep their lives straight.
Starting point is 00:06:35 So the Pentagon's new press corps, which includes her, Matt Gates, Jack Posobiot, and others, is really kind of a joke. It really is a clown circus. Remember, Posobiat was a guy who was put. pushing that fentanyl was coming from Canada. It's coming from Mexico. But he was pushing that it was coming from Canada and even went up to the border of a small town and said, look at this. You know, there's no guards.
Starting point is 00:07:04 There's no, you know, there's no fence or anything. People just walk across this area. We can't have freedom like that, you know. Where are the guard towers? We're the police dogs. We're the men with automatic weapons. What a joke he is in a sycophon. As this article points out, Lumer, Posovic, and so many others make their living entirely off of keeping a pro-Trump audience.
Starting point is 00:07:28 That's what this is about, folks. Keep your pro-Trump audience happy. Keep them in the dark. Give them a reason to believe that they didn't make a mistake, that they weren't deceived. They are financially incentivized to tow the line, to attack the left, and to never spark the ire of Trump, or their viewers. And that's why they tipto around like this. That's why occasionally you see Alex Jones step over the line and then quickly step back. No, no, I'm still on the Trump's side here.
Starting point is 00:07:55 Well, Galen Carpenter, dead Galen Carpenter, rather, at Anywar.com, points out that NATO is a menace, not a benefit to America. And this is coming as there's increasing tension between Trump and Europe in terms of pushing for peace in Ukraine. Zelensky and the EU don't want to have peace of. any sort. And as he said, NATO is a menace, not a benefit to America. I would say this is true of all foreign alliances, including Israel. George Washington said that was true of all foreign alliances, and he was right. He said, since World War II, we have embraced two key assumptions and continue to do so. One, that NATO is essential to the peace and security of the entire transatlantic region and will remain so for the indefinite future. The other,
Starting point is 00:08:49 sacred assumption is that the alliance is highly beneficial to America's own core security and economic interests. The toxic militaristic views towards Russia that too many European leaders are adopting have made NATO into a snare that could entangle the United States in large-scale war with ominous nuclear implications. Yeah, they should listen to Washington. Anyway, we see this as well with Israel, you have the IDF chief there, says, the yellow line in Gaza is now the new border. This is the IDF chief of staff, Lieutenant General, told that to the troops. The so-called yellow line is the vague boundary that separates the Israeli-occupied side of Gaza from the rest of the strip. It is the, quote, unquote, new border, as he said, suggesting that Israel is planning a permanent occupation.
Starting point is 00:09:45 Was there ever any question about that? I mean, you get censored for saying that. It'd be called racist, if you said that. It isn't anything at all about race. If it is about race, it's on the Israeli government's side. Israeli troops currently occupy more than 50% of Gaza. The IDF has continued to launch attacks across Gaza, killing more than 370 Palestinians since the truce was supposed to go into effect.
Starting point is 00:10:09 The IDF regularly claims to kill Palestinians who cross the yellow line, but it is not clearly marked on the ground and Gaza residents have reported people being killed well beyond the boundary before they reach it. This is the kind of actions that get us drawn into these unjust wars, but we don't need any help. I mean, we can do our own Venezuela's, can't we, and our Vietnam's. But it's just another issue. So in terms of national security, Trump is now threatening and saying that the Supreme Court is a big threat to the U.S. if they overturn the tariffs. They better watch their back.
Starting point is 00:10:49 They get a drone strike or something, right? No, his tariffs have been a total failure, and people are looking at the metrics now. We can see that it hasn't brought manufacturing back. It hasn't made manufacturing stronger. Manufacturing has declined. Why? Because of the chaos that he's brought. I don't care what his tax policies are.
Starting point is 00:11:09 If they're constantly shifting, you can't run a business, you can't run a farm. If you don't know what the products are, that's why they had the Chicago Border Trade, and that's why he has basically reversed all of that and cast it to the wind. So whether you're manufacturing, whether you're a retailer who is importing goods, or whether you're a farmer who's trying to grow crops, Trump's chaos has destroyed everything. And, of course, the stated goal to beat our Chinese competition. Looking for the right buyer for your business, start your next chapter in confidence with a successful Irish entrepreneur who's ready to invest. Starting point is 00:12:10 On the many days of Christmas, the Guinness Storehouse brings to thee, a visit filled with festivity. Experience a story of Ireland's most iconic beer in a stunning Christmas setting at the Guinness Storehouse. Enjoy seven floors of interactive exhibitions and finish your visit with breathtaking views of Dublin City from the home of Guinness. Live entertainment, great memories and the gravity bar. My goodness, it's Christmas at the Guinness Storehouse.
Starting point is 00:12:35 Book now at ginnestorehouse.com. Get the facts. Be drink aware. visit drinkaware.aer. Here's a newsflash. We don't compete as nations. We compete as corporations. And if you want your nation to succeed, you have to get your reins off of the corporations and businesses and let them be able to compete. They have tied everybody down with regulations to the extent that you can't do manufacturing in the United States or pretty much anything else as well. The biggest enemy of production and innovation in the U.S.
Starting point is 00:13:10 is the federal government itself. It's not foreign governments, not foreign corporations. As I pointed out yesterday, if you go back and look at the numbers that are now in, the Chinese have had their exports go up by 5% over a year ago. The U.S. has had their exports go down by 30% versus a year ago. And that's the reality of this. And the fact is the prices are going up because they have to be passed on or the businesses will go out of business. There's only so much that they can absorb and only for so long.
Starting point is 00:13:45 So the tariffs are an absolute failure unless raising taxes, killing small business, destroying manufacturing, unless those are the real goals that Trump had, which I wouldn't put it past them. Because when you look at the policies that he's doing, this guy is obviously the tool. of the UN, the World Economic Forum, Musk, and all the rest of these techno bros that are out there. Trump on Tuesday said that national security could be at risk if the Supreme Court rules against his tariffs under emergency law, arguing that it could pose the biggest threat to the U.S. So there you go. They better get some air defenses over the Supreme Court building.
Starting point is 00:14:26 If he tells Pete to do it, Pete'll do it. He doesn't care whether the orders are illegal or not. So, yeah, national security, the emergency threat. all these things people haven't caught on to this huckster yet everything is this national security it's an emergency it's a threat he says that about everything when he is really the biggest threat that we have so he said the biggest threat in the history of the u.s national security would be a negative decision on terrorists by the u.s. Supreme Court we would be financially defenseless how did we survive? How did we get to this point? What were the things that America had that made
Starting point is 00:15:08 America great? It was a lack of federal smothering of everything that we do. The federal government was very small. That's how America got great. It got great because of that. And everything that he has done under his benevolent dictatorship is not going to restore that greatness because he doesn't understand what made America great in the first place. So let me just say, this. If the Supreme Court approves of Trump acting as this bogus, bogus dictator, where he can declare an emergency and do whatever he wants, about anything, he then declare a threat when a threat doesn't exist. Everything is an emergency. Everything is a threat. Now he has the power to do whatever he wishes. If they allow that, the next Democrat president, and there will be a next
Starting point is 00:15:59 Democrat president will do whatever he wishes. You need to think about that, the people who are cheering this on because they like the particular policy that he's got. It's not about the policy. It's about the principle this here. So he goes on to say, talking about Emmanuel Macron, he said the Trump administration imposed duties on Chinese imports starting early this year. That has failed. He said, now Europe is going to use tariffs against China. We would not be allowed to do what others are already doing. Well, there you go. There's the argument.
Starting point is 00:16:32 Well, what about France? You know, can't make the argument. Well, what about the Democrats? They did that. Well, you know, we could have a situation in the future where the French are doing something we can't do. Yeah, the French have always tried to centrally plan and control their economy. That was what Alexis de Tocqueville was amazed at, how poorly that worked in comparison to the
Starting point is 00:16:53 freedom that we had in the United States. So, yeah, just do like the French. You know, what about the French? They want to follow Trump's failed strategy. Go ahead. During last week's oral arguments on the tariff case, some Supreme Court justices appear to cast out on Trump's authority to impose a broad range of tariffs under the 1977 International Emergency Economic Powers Act, IEPA.
Starting point is 00:17:17 Because this is a total fraud. Anybody who looks at this with a cursory glance understands this. You don't need to have detailed arguments about this. They're just trying to weigh the consequences. of what they do in terms of opposing him. Justice Coney Barrett argued that it could be a mess for the courts to administer refunds to U.S. importers who have paid tariffs that were declared illegal.
Starting point is 00:17:40 How does that have anything to do with the principle of whether or not this is allowed on the Constitution? You see what Trump is doing. He's telling people lies about it being an emergency, being a threat, being a national security threat. Then he acts as a dictator. Now that he has declared, that it is a phony emergency, he will use that phony declaration to essentially enact martial law.
Starting point is 00:18:07 And she's going to say that's okay because of practical issues. How do we refund the money that we've taken? Well, that's the other part of his strategy. He comes out with fraudulent lies and then he moves very, very quickly to make the mess that he has created difficult to unwind. and they will fall for that, evidently. So the question is, it's unclear where the companies will be entitled to refunds of more than $100 billion in Aipa tariffs that paid so far if the administration loses a case.
Starting point is 00:18:41 And that's why Costco filed that lawsuit. Think about it. The American government comes in and does things that are completely illegal, completely unconstitutional, based on a foundation of lies as even more apparent then the weapons of mass destruction lies that got us into the Iraq war. I mean, that was plausible. This is not even plausible. So they do that, and then the government's going to take the position that they can't get their money back.
Starting point is 00:19:10 It was collected illegally. So you have to sue them. This is like civil asset forfeiture, isn't it? Where the police come in, they don't even charge you with a crime. They steal your car. They steal your home. They steal your cash or whatever. And they keep it.
Starting point is 00:19:23 And you've got to sue them. in order to get it back. This is what happens when you're governed by bureaucrats making rules or presidents making rules and not doing it with Congress. Congress, they say, well, that's a law. We have to follow a due process. But if it's a rule that is just imposed by a dictatorial bureaucracy or a dictatorial president, sorry, you're out of luck.
Starting point is 00:19:49 You'll have to sue us to undo that. So the president said last month, there would be economic disaster. A national security disaster if we lost the case in the Supreme Court. No, it is his issues, and it's put out the big lie and then move real fast to put its tentacles throughout society so that it rips everything apart if you undo it. Meanwhile, Trump and Treasury Secretary, the Soros Soyboy Bessent, have said that there are many other ways to impose the government's tariffs. If the Supreme Court case fails, although the president has stressed that the current tariffs regime is more direct and less cumbersome than other methods, he will still find a way to get around the law, to lie about it.
Starting point is 00:20:38 That's what he's saying. He says, I have ended eight wars in 10 months. Total lie. Total lie. Because of the rights clearly given to the President of the United States. The President doesn't have rights. He has powers. States don't have rights. They have powers. And he doesn't have these powers under the Constitution.
Starting point is 00:21:03 Another good example of this is how he is... Looking for the right buyer for your business? Working very hard to completely destroy the 10th Amendment on one of the most foundational changes that we've had in America ever. And that is putting AI and its ability to
Starting point is 00:22:19 monitor and to manipulate the population in a police surveillance state. He is prohibiting any regulation of that at the state and local level. Now, that is in direct defiance of the 10th Amendment. He is not the president. He's not the commander in chief. He is the usurper in chief. Trump has also used tariffs as part of a separate negotiations of other countries, including illegal immigration and drug trafficking.
Starting point is 00:22:48 There you go. Hey, it works. Look, we don't have fentanyl coming in from Canada anymore. It wasn't coming in in the first place. But he's going to point out, I did that great. You know, fentanyl is bad, but things go better with Coke. Just ask. Alex Karp, we have a clip of him.
Starting point is 00:23:08 And actually, his own company, Palantir, kind of snarkily, as everybody was saying, he looks like he has strung out on cocaine. They kind of made a snarky joke about it, kind of more or less admitting it. I wouldn't be surprised. China's manufacturing is booming, despite Trump's tariffs, says the Wall Street Journal. And that was what we pointed out yesterday. They have had an all-time record-high exports of over a trillion dollars. Meanwhile, what do we do?
Starting point is 00:23:39 We spend, you know, they make a trillion dollars in profits. We spend a trillion dollars with the military, with the NDAA, which is coming up. They always do that. That is the Christmas gift to themselves. They always pass the NDAA. funding the defense businesses. It's such a given that you have them rushing to put all kinds of bills in that they think they might have a problem passing. Otherwise, they tack them on to the NDAA. U.S. pressure has only cemented China's status as the world's indispensable factory
Starting point is 00:24:14 floor, sending its trade surplus above a trillion dollars. Trump took the White House almost a year ago promising a manufacturing boom, and he got one. in China. All of these policies have backfired. Why would anybody think that it's a good idea to have the economy centrally managed by a guy, especially by a guy who bankrupted six casinos where you basically have a license to print money? Western carmakers, as we look at the deindustrialization of the West, of course.
Starting point is 00:24:49 That is a key part of it. They're in a fight for their lives against their Chinese rivals. says the boss of Ford. This is a joint appearance that he made with Renault. They announced a deal to make two small electric cars. They're going to go down to the golf cart business, I guess, is where we're going. But look, the technological advantage that we had has been banned. You can't have internal combustion engines.
Starting point is 00:25:15 That was a big technological advantage that Western industry had over everybody else. They had a lot of experience, making these very complicated things. they banned that. They also banned energy that you need in order to be able to compete and manufacturing. If your energy cost is much higher than China, and it is, because of the Paris Climate Accord and other things like that,
Starting point is 00:25:38 if that's the case, then deindustrialization is a given. And we've been saying this for over a decade. That's when they did the Paris Climate Accord. Now we're seeing the chickens come home to roost. Western carmakers are in a five-far line, against Chinese competition, said the boss of Ford, along with the boss of France's Renault. The two companies said yesterday they would work together on two smaller electric cars. The first will go on sale as soon as 2028.
Starting point is 00:26:07 They'll also look at producing vans together. We're in five far lives in this industry. There's no better example than here in Europe. Manufacturers like B.Y.D. And Cherry have gained market share by producing well-reviewed electric cars as much lower cost than Western manufacturers. Again, they can bring the Chinese price to bear, and it has just been put on steroids. It's no longer simply about intellectual property theft, currency manipulation, and slave labor. Now you can add to it a huge cost advantage in terms of energy.
Starting point is 00:26:45 Well, as all this is happening, Australia has launched their youth social media ban, saying that it'll be the world's first domino to fall and they expect that this is going to be their ability to shut down free speech and anonymity on the internet to push a global ID. I just have to say we have to look at all these different things and understand that there's a difference
Starting point is 00:27:12 between the intended or stated purpose and what is really going to come out of this. If parents are going to abdicate their responsibility to their children, so we want the government to do it. Well, guess what you're going to wind up with a nanny government? And the other aspect of this is that if we have kicked God out of our society, guess what's going to go into that vacuum? Government. So government needs to solve all of our problems. And they've just got a new toy that they tell us can do it, which is artificial intelligence.
Starting point is 00:27:48 That's the way Trump has put this out of it. It's going to solve all the problems that we have of the 21st century. No, it is going to be the seminal problem of the 21st century. And so they're going to have government enter the vacuum there. You have Godverment. Yes, yes. Personally, I think this is partially to do with the fact that there is a lot of right-wing content online, which it ends up resonating with a lot of young guys.
Starting point is 00:28:15 Naturally, young men tend to be more right-wing. And so they gravitate towards those sorts of. ideals and policies. And it's the one space where the government brainwashing isn't totally ubiquitous from every angle. So if you can kick these kids off the internet, they're not going to get exposed to any sort of right-wing talking points at all. But it's also about whenever they go to war with this. When they went to war with us over COVID, boy, they wanted to shut down. Anybody that opposed the agenda, if you say there's any alternative to lock down until we get the genetic vaccination, if you said that, you're out.
Starting point is 00:28:50 If you push back against their pandemic, you're out. You're shut down. We saw this over and over again. And if you push back against their wars, they want to censor you as well. More than a million social media accounts held by users under 16 are set to be deactivated in Australia in a divisive world-first ban
Starting point is 00:29:10 that's being closely watched elsewhere. This happens, folks. This is the end of liberty and anonymity on the internet. All, of course, in the name of protecting the children. always put that out there. And again, I want to protect children, but this is not the way you do it. This is just like the drug war. I would like for people not to do drugs, but the way the drug war is being done is not the way to do it. It has destroyed law enforcement. It has created these massive cartels. It has destroyed our justice and prison system as well. And now
Starting point is 00:29:44 they're using it for justification for a real war because they don't want to call it prohibition because you'd realize that prohibition was tried. It had to be done legally with the constitutional amendment. And it also failed. And this has failed now for 51 years. So the next step is let's make the drug war a real hot war. So can children and teenagers be forced off the social media en masse? Well, they're about to find out.
Starting point is 00:30:07 I don't think they can. How difficult is it for you to spoof the system? How difficult is it for them to get VPN? They can outlaw them, but there's a way that people will be. we'll get that out there. You want to prohibit anything? There's going to be a way around it if there's demand for it. We should have

Starting point is 00:31:33 And the United Nations, with its little puppets like Richard Nixon, who did that for the UN, they haven't been able to prohibit drugs. Not that they really want to. You know, they're some of the biggest traffickers out there. More than a million social media accounts held by users under 16 are set to be deactivated in Australia today. And again, how they identify these people. When you look at YouTube as I started doing this, as a matter of fact,
Starting point is 00:32:04 we kind of ran against it with the one computer. We just pull up like failed videos and stuff like that. I watch about 10 minutes or something at night and, you know, talk about it as we just relax or something. you know, nothing important. And so I started putting this thing up saying that we need to identify who we were. I guess it thought we might be teenagers because we're watching really stupid content. And I told Lance, I said, I guess we're going to have to watch some music from the,
Starting point is 00:32:31 listen to some music from the 40s and 50s, make them think we're a little bit older. And I mean maybe 1840s and 1850s, listen to some classical music because it's just looking at what you're watching and figured, well, if they're watching a bunch of cars, crashes and fail videos, probably a bunch of teenagers out there. So they need to verify their age. So I guess we need to get our YouTube tastes elevated here a little bit, a little bit too low brow. So they're going to be sucked into purgatory by predatory algorithms, said one person who designed this. But they're not talking about the ID. They're talking about what is going on with the internet. They call it behavioral cocaine.
Starting point is 00:33:14 So what's the answer to behavioral cocaine? The same answer, we have the regular cocaine. We prohibit it. And then it stops, right? We don't have cocaine anymore. I mean, we outlawed that 54 years ago. It's not around anymore, is it? Two 15-year-olds have brought a legal challenge against this to the nation's highest court in Australia.
Starting point is 00:33:35 Supporters say the rest of the world will soon follow the example set by the Australian ban, which faced fierce resistance from social media. companies because they're the ones who are going to pay the fine. They're going to be the ones who are going to do all the work, all the expense, all the investigation, and all of the purging. And if they don't do it, then the government can hit them with massive fines. Social media companies will be responsible for enforcing the ban, paying up to $32 million for serious or repeated breaches. Children and parents will not be punished for any infringements. Okay, well, there you go. That should make it easy. You know, that's actually
Starting point is 00:34:14 the way that the war on drugs actually began. At the very beginning, it was only the dealers who were being punished. The users weren't punished. And then Reagan decided that they would go after the end users, along with Biden. It might have been Biden's idea. And then we know where that wound up. We filled up all the prisons, the private prisons. They were fine with that because you can get some stock in those private prisons.
Starting point is 00:34:40 Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, X, Snapchat, Reddit, all set to be age-restricted under the law. Some have taken action before the ban even takes effect. So he had met us saying that they would be closing Instagram and Facebook accounts on December 4th. I don't know if that happened or not. I don't play in that space. According to a national study, the Australian government commissioned this year, 96% of children ages 10 to 15 use social media.
Starting point is 00:35:11 and they're saying 70% of them have been exposed to harmful content and behavior. Well, there's no doubt in my mind that it is harmful for kids. And there's no doubt in my mind that it's the parent's responsibility. And yet, who's not going to be held responsible? The parents. They want the social media companies to parent you. They want to be the nannies themselves, actually. They just want to have some substitute nannies that are doing this for them.
Starting point is 00:35:40 Well, we're going to take a quick break. folks, and when we come back, I'm not finished with war. We've got more to say about war, but just to let you know what's going on, Travis has not done the seed over here today, and that's because we've got Lance working on a special project, and so Travis will be kicking in with comments and things like that. Yep, I'm back. Yes, yes. You want to read the comments, or you want me to read them?
Starting point is 00:36:07 I can read them. Okay, go for it. Ivoos says, warmonger working for Fox. Huh. Don't forget Sensei Hannity. That's right. He's the guy out there. Isn't it amazing how these guys who are never in the military are such warmongers?
Starting point is 00:36:23 Maybe they've never had a friend they saw get blown apart. That's the reality of it. And they're detached from that reality. They mostly come from rich families that never had to worry about their son being sent off. They can make sure that they got placed in positions. if they were in the military that ensured they wouldn't see combat. Wackjaw says I saw that ridiculous speech last night.
Starting point is 00:36:45 Trump is a pure liar and very evil. This clown supposedly went to the Wharton School of Business and he can't even keep a casino open. A casino for God's sake. Yeah, that is. It's crazy. I guess he loves to set rules and things for people. But, you know, when you have a casino, typically they set the rules up so the house always wins.
Starting point is 00:37:06 It wasn't smart enough to do that. that. I have heard some people say he specifically tanked them for tax reasons, but who knows. Oh, come on. He wouldn't do that for tax reasons. It's his ego. You know, that was the thing when the Ross Childs came to him with Wilbur Ross. And Wilbur Ross got up there, big crowd around Trump. He goes, hey, I think we can use this guy. You know, he's a real snake drummer, right? Pied Piper. And so, you know, they, he basically let them do any. that they wanted. He just wanted his name on the building. He doesn't, if he wants his name on the building, he's not letting it fail for tax purposes. Remember in the original Batman movie
Starting point is 00:37:49 where Jack Nicholson says, you know, I want my face on the $1 bill? That's all I can picture. Defy Tirens 7076 says, wasn't Pesobic, the guy who said there was watermarked ballots? No, no, that's a totally different charlatan. Yeah, that's another guy who worked for the intelligence agencies, another controlled opposition mouthpiece that's out there. You know, people, they don't realize just how Operation Mockingbird works in the 21st century. You know, back when Walter Cronichite was doing it, they'd basically give them the script. What they do now is they establish these people in alternative media like Alex Jones' Info Wars. They put in Steve Pichenic, they put in Pesobit, and these are intelligence assets.
Starting point is 00:38:36 who, oh, they're retired now. Well, no, probably not, right? And they feed people all these lies about January the 6th and fentanyl coming across the Canadian board and all the rest of this stuff. Somehow I feel like it might be the mafia. There's no such thing as retirement. You're always at their beck and call.
Starting point is 00:38:54 That's right. We have so bogus saying if I don't have the right to murder someone because they are possessing drugs, how do I delegate the right to murder that person to government representatives? That's right. And that's exactly Ram Paul is making some of those statements
Starting point is 00:39:09 just like I did. You know, I said, so, you know, they've got very strict protocols, as Marky Mark in New Jersey pointed out, they have certain people, that's their specialty Coast Guard people and everything. They have to do it by the book when they interdict drugs at sea.
Starting point is 00:39:24 A quarter of the time, they're wrong when they think somebody's got drugs. So you don't just blow them out of the water. And then when you go there, you have certain protocols that you must follow because this is going to go through, courts and due process you don't want to get these if you're going to come after these people for your illegal war on drugs you don't want to have a legal loophole that they can get out of it
Starting point is 00:39:45 with it so it's a very precise protocol and as I said from the very beginning so you interdict these people and they're still doing that everywhere else the Coast Guard is still doing that and all other waters but you stop these people you search you find the drug on the many days of Christmas the Guinness Storehouse brings to thee a visit filled with fest Experience a story of Ireland's most iconic beer in a stunning Christmas setting at the Guinness Storehouse. That's why I played that clip. And, um, And basically, Rand Paul made that statement, a very powerful statement that he made yesterday.
Starting point is 00:41:10 So we're going to talk about that coming up as well. And we have, let's see, the real octo spook. We do have real nation security threats, and Trump's tariffs address none of them. That's right. That's right. Yeah. Yeah, you want to talk about the real national security threat. Why is he focused on the trade deficit and he doesn't care anything about the government
Starting point is 00:41:34 spending deficit. See, it's all about misdirection. And, you know, when we look at all these other things, and these are important issues that are happening, this is war and peace and things like that. But he's got all these other issues that are out there. All of them really are important to some level or the other. But as this is being done, he is completely restructuring our society to have all power concentrated into the hands of the government and the techno-brologarchy, as some
Starting point is 00:42:03 people called it, right? His brother oligarchs. And they're going to do that with artificial intelligence. And he's laying the legal, quote unquote legal foundation because he's putting out pronouncements from the White House. And that's what passes now for a legal process. They are laying the foundation for all of this stuff as reported the other day. And putting in a global ID system so that you won't be able to buy, sell, or trade. I mean, this is Mark of the Beast stuff. people need to wake up and pay attention to this. But that's what's going on while everybody's looking at all this other noise and disturbance that he's doing everywhere else on these other issues.
Starting point is 00:42:42 And it's not to say those other issues are not important. You know, he's setting fires everywhere. You know, and while that's happening, he's like a whole string of bombs that he can detonate remote control. It's just insane what's happening right now. Go ahead, Travis. That's right. We have Defy Tyrant 1776 again.
Starting point is 00:43:01 says, D.K., the Constitution is what created this cancerous leviathan. We govern ourselves just fine are the Articles in Confederation, but they needed to take control over the States, and that's what the Constitution has done. Well, I agree the Articles of Confederation were much better. But how did we get the Constitution? The argument for that was we need to have a common defense. And so we got backed into this thing, really, with a national security argument.
Starting point is 00:43:28 And the Constitution is really not that good of a document. if you don't have the Bill of Rights. And the Bill of Rights is there because James Madison and others recognized that with some of these clauses like the General Welfare thing that they proposed to do and the Commerce Clause and things like that, that if it wasn't directly opposed with the Tenth Amendment,
Starting point is 00:43:50 that could be very dangerous. Well, they put the Tenth Amendment in, but it's just ignored. And so we have the war on drugs is not, they don't have a constitutional amendment to let them ban all these different drugs. They just say, we can do it under the Commerce Clause. And so they're ignoring the 10th Amendment amended the Constitution. So if you want to make an argument that the drug prohibition can be done
Starting point is 00:44:16 under the Commerce Clause, well, if you look at the Constitution, I don't think you can make that case. But let's say that you did. Well, the 10th Amendment just shut that down. It was shut down and the general welfare clause the same thing if you want to make that case it doesn't really matter because if the 10th amendment applies and it does it shut down those loopholes that were put in there go ahead Travis all right we have the real on hold on there we go high boosts says what is david drinking inquiring minds want to know oh i'm drinking coffee I need to clear my throat more frequently now since the stroke. And so I used to wait until I'd take a break, but I have to do it more frequently now.
Starting point is 00:45:04 Coffee keeps the show running. That's right. Runs on coffee. Enigo Sonita says now, AJ has Patrick Byrne on pushing the war propaganda. Yes, multiple times. And even put up that he's an intelligence asset. Alex isn't trying to hide anymore that he's being controlled by the CIA shills. I mean, it was getting pretty obvious already before when we were there.
Starting point is 00:45:27 And again, when you look at Alex and you look at Tucker, how many people do you know that have a lot of family in the CIA? I never knew anybody that had been even tangentially involved in the CIA until I got there. And it seems like he's full of it. He really is full of it. Go ahead, Travis. That's right. Guard, Gold, says Madison said in the letter,
Starting point is 00:45:50 the Commerce Clause was remedial after state on state. state conflict over trade policies tariffs yeah yeah they were enacting tariffs between different states and that's really the point of the commerce clause it was to keep trade going instead what they have done with war on drugs it's a shut trade down if you don't look at it in that way and to assert control over everything commercial and so they took something just like they do that with everything they did it with the fiza act okay so the foreign intelligence surveillance surveillance Act. They said, you're not going to spy on people without a search warrant if they're in America, even if it's a foreign citizen in America, you're not going to spy on them. You can only spy
Starting point is 00:46:32 on foreign citizens in foreign countries. And so they used the FISA court then to turn that upside down and to get a to say, well, now the FISA court has given us a search warrant for Mr. and Mrs. Verizon. They told us we could search everybody's phone. So now see, we complied with the law. So they used the thing that was supposed to stop them from doing what they were doing at the very beginning. They were surveilling people through phone issues from the very inception of the NSA and the CIA. And that's why they had these hearings. And so they redirect it to their illegal coups and assassinations. And then when they get the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, you know, there wasn't anything that came out of the Church Committee hearing or the Pike Committee hearings to stop them from,
Starting point is 00:47:18 doing any coups, assassinations, or anything like that. So that wasn't the issue. It wasn't about the heart attack gun and things like that. It was about them spying in Americans without a search warrant. And the thing that came out of it was the FISA Act. And so then they used that to give themselves legal cover to do exactly what they were trying to stop. And that's what they did with the Commerce Clause.
Starting point is 00:47:43 The Commerce Clause, you're right, Guard, Liberty Conspiracy. It was because they were enacting terrorist terrorist. enacting, being enacted by one state against another state. They said, no, we want to have a free trade zone. And so that was a part of it. Now what they do is they say, well, we're going to use the Commerce Clause to prohibit drugs, and we're also going to use it to control all commerce. And we're going to prohibit commerce.
Starting point is 00:48:07 And we're going to come into your state and regulate you because regulate the businesses that are there that are sending products across state lines. They used it in exactly the opposite way than it was intended. Everything in the Constitution is being twisted, perverted, turned upside down, turned inside out, by these crooks that we have in government now. Well, we're going to take a quick break, and we will be right back. Let me see if I can find something here that I haven't played for a while. I mean, I'm going to be able to be.
Starting point is 00:48:51 I'm going to On the On the many days of Christmas, the Guinness Storehouse brings to the A visit filled with festivity. By the way, that reminds me, I played Ark the Held Angels sing. I changed the audio on that a little bit, as well as on the Charlie Brown Christmas time is here. I updated those.
Starting point is 00:51:21 If you got the link, if you bought the album last year, I made some minor changes in it. I was changing the visuals on these things, and I thought, well, you know, I think I could make that a little bit better. And so it made some minor changes. You may or may not even hear them, but it mattered to me. me. As they say, art is never finished. It's only abandoned. I had to abandon it a couple of years ago and put the album out. But I went back and I may wind up doing more of this stuff. But anyway, if you want the updated versions, it's been updated on the link there on Mega. We've got a folder there. Trump is pushing Ukraine to accept the peace deal, saying that Ukraine is losing. Well, he's absolutely right about this. And it's not that Trump is a peacemaker. It's just the amazing thing to me. His obsession and his desire to have the Nobel Peace Prize and the lies that he's put out about how many wars he has ended.
Starting point is 00:52:31 It's total nonsense. And you can see that he's not a peacemaker. He's not a peacemaker when it comes to politics, when it comes to domestic policy. He's not a peacemaker when it comes to a foreign policy either. He's out there with this dirty little war in Venezuela, and it is a dirty little war. So he's not blessed as a peacemaker. I think he's going to be cursed as a warmonger. But he dialed up the pressure there in Ukraine.
Starting point is 00:52:57 I think he just wants to have a war that he can win. He can win the war easily with Venezuela. He doesn't want to go to war with Russia. is a smart thing, surprisingly smart for Trump. We don't want to have a war with Russia. We don't want to have a nuclear war. Zelensky wants us to have one. The British, French, and German leaders want us to have one. They have absolutely no regard for their own people, quite obviously. And that includes a nuclear war. They're making preparations for that. And they're very angry with anybody who will pull back from their world war, their world nuclear
Starting point is 00:53:34 war. Trump wants to have war, but he wants it in places where there's an asymmetric dynamic going on. You know, let's bomb civilians in Gaza. Let's bomb civilians in Venezuela and let's blow up unarmed ships. Trump dialed up the pressure on Ukraine to swiftly accept a U.S. design peace plan. European backers insist that U.S. security guarantees are vital to a peace deal. exacerbating tensions between Europe and Washington, Trump lambasted European leaders is weak and said that Russia holds the cards in any peace negotiations with Ukraine. As I pointed out, they are rapidly taking land, rapidly advancing in Ukraine. I mean, it looks like Ukraine is collapsing.
Starting point is 00:54:22 And this is always the way this is going to turn out. And Trump even says that. He says, you know, they're too tiny to be able to beat Russia. Trump says Zelensky has until Christmas to accept the peace deal, or else what? You know, what is the or else? I don't know. But anyway, maybe they get a lump of coal in their stocking. Yeah, I was going to say he's going on the naughty list.
Starting point is 00:54:48 Yeah, Zelensky's been on the naughty list for a very, very long time. There's a very long list of naughty that he's involved in. Were you going to say, Travis? No, just say, he's going on the naughty list. He's not kidding you. Any more bombs. They put him on the no-fly list. Trump has told Zelensky that he has until Christmas to accept the deal to end the war with Russia. The president's envoys Jared Kushner and Steve Whitkoff.
Starting point is 00:55:13 I mean, what could go wrong with those two guys, right? Delivered the warning in a two-hour-long phone call with the Ukrainian leader after their recent talks with Putin in Moscow. And again, I reported yesterday Trump was saying, well, the weekend, he was very upset. But apparently Zelensky didn't even care enough about peace to look at the plan. He says, you haven't even read it. Of course he hasn't read it. He doesn't want peace. He wants war.
Starting point is 00:55:37 This has been apparent from the very beginning. And so does Europe. He is their cat's paw for these European leaders who want to have a war. Why did they want to have a war? For the same reason that all these people want to have wars, it's a wag the dog thing. Same reason that Clinton got us involved in that war in Yugoslavian, Serbia and things like that. because it's to distract people from what the bad things that are happening around him or the bad things that are happening to them in their own country. Netanyahu had big issues in Israel and
Starting point is 00:56:07 so therefore you get a war. Clinton has big issues. So we have a war. And they have created huge issues throughout Britain, Germany, France, in terms of immigration. Their industry is collapsing because that's what they've been working on. And when people see the result, realize that it was their policy. It wasn't something that happened accidentally. Then they're going to get the picks and the shovels and the torches and come after them. So the way that you stop that is you take people to war. In a separate wide-ranging interview, Trump said that Ukraine would eventually succumb to Russia if a deal was not signed. He also condemned European leaders as weak for failing to end the war and accuse them of presiding over a decaying continent, diminished by
Starting point is 00:56:54 illegal migration and political correctness. Trump is 100% correct about this. Again, you still have to watch what he does. Writing on social media on Tuesday night, Zelenskyy said that he was working very actively with European allies to formulate
Starting point is 00:57:10 a proposal to end the war. I don't believe that for a minute. He told reporters that he'd asked officials to draw plans to hold elections within 60 to 90 days under martial law. He declared martial law because under their law, law, there are no elections under martial law.
Starting point is 00:57:28 And so he is trying to appease these people one way. The guy is a petty little dictator and a crook. He and his wife have skimmed so much money. The corruption and the Zelensky administration is off the charts. And with Ukraine, just in general. Ukrainian law forbids elections being held during martial law, but Zelensky said they could take place as long as the U.S. and Europe provides security guarantees relating to the vote. And then this is thrown in by the UK telegraph.
Starting point is 00:57:56 Russia has been known to interfere in European elections. Prove it. But so what? I mean, we interfere in elections. We overthrew Ukraine with a coup. I mean, give me a break. What? True or not, what difference does it make?
Starting point is 00:58:15 All the elections everywhere are rigged and crooked. And that's especially true of Ukraine. so Trump told Politico he said in the interview he said Russia has the upper hand they always did they're much bigger they're much stronger in that sense and at some point size will win generally this is a massive size when you take a look at the numbers I mean the numbers are just crazy so this is what everybody was saying from the very beginning and you had some a few military analysts in the U.S but you also had people speaking out in India which is really not involved one way or the other. They weren't on Russia's side or NATO's side or whatever. And they said, yeah, this is, there's no way they're going to win this. And they're going to fight them to the last Ukrainian, which is really what the plan appears to be. We're going to keep fighting until we've got no more Ukrainians because what we want to do is weaken Russia.
Starting point is 00:59:11 And there are their puppets for doing that. And so, you know, what Trump is saying here, the size disparity is so amazing. And that's he realizes that about Venezuela. That's why he's doing what he's doing. doing in Venezuela. And we talk about what Putin did in terms of invading Ukraine. It's a lot easier to make a justification for that than there is to make a justification for Trump's war in Venezuela. After all, Ukraine was an area that was part of Russia for 400 years. And it was split off after the Soviet disunion. And then it has been a NATO cat's paw ever since for all of
Starting point is 00:59:51 that. Ask what would happen if Zelensky rejected the latest show's proposal. The president said, well, he's going to have to get on the ball and start accepting things. You know, when you're losing, because he is losing, so since the call with the president's invoice, Zelensky has visited London, Brussels, and Rome to shore up support from European allies for his little war. The White House previously endorsed a 28-point plan that demanded Ukraine unilaterally withdraw from its eastern Donbass region of Dinesk and Luhansk as the price to end the war. They don't have to withdraw. They're being thrown out.
Starting point is 01:00:29 Ukrainian negotiators warned this would be unacceptable, but they have not ruled out ceding territory as long as Russia is willing to make a quote-unquote reciprocal concession. Now, what would that be? They think that they're going to get Russia to give up land. this is beyond delusional. As a matter of fact, the only guy who's really such an interesting character and he never gets any exposure here in the United States. And that's Alexei Arrestovich. The guy who was, you know, when Zelensky came to power in 2019, the Civil War had been going on the aftermath of the CIA coup.
Starting point is 01:01:10 The Civil War had been going on for five years and they had been shelling these cities that they're now, upset about the fact that Russia is shelling these cities. And it doesn't excuse Russia doing it. It was wrong for Russia to do it. It was also wrong for Ukraine to do it. But that had been going on for five years. And so,
Starting point is 01:01:28 Alexei Arrestovich, as the Zelensky government came in in 2019, was part of a peace commission that was trying to shut this thing down. And he was the representative and he comes back and was interviewed on Ukrainian television. And
Starting point is 01:01:45 the reporter asked him, said, what's the chances of peace? He said, none. She goes, oh, that's terrible. And he goes, it gets worse. He said, in three years, we're going to be at war with Russia. Guess what? Russia attacked in three years. Hmm.
Starting point is 01:01:59 That's interesting. How do you know that exact timing? And then she said, that's horrible. And he goes, yes, Ukraine will be havoced. In other words, it's going to be, you know, decimated. But he goes, the good news is we get into NATO. Obviously, she didn't care. Who would care about that except a politician?
Starting point is 01:02:17 And so he's just right out there. He tells everybody he's like Donald Trump, right? And then he goes ahead and he does these horrible things. And when they had at one point in the war, if you recall, there were some cruise missiles. They were being sent in by Russia. They were fired upon by Ukrainian defense forces and hit them. And one of them went careening into an apartment building. And they tried to make that about the Russians attacking civilians, which the U.S.
Starting point is 01:02:45 Ukrainian government had been doing for five years before Zelensky even got into office, and they continued to do that. Restovich went on television and said it wasn't intentional. This thing went off course because we hit it. And that got Zelensky so upset that he fired him because he was telling the truth in a very candid way. Well, I mention all of this again because Restovich had said about three or four months ago, if you recall, I talked about it briefly.
Starting point is 01:03:17 He said, there isn't any resolution out of this. We're going to lose. So we need to get out in front of this and cut the best deal we can. And so he has been telling him the truth all along. It may be evil what he is pushing. You know, we just got to get into NATO. But that is the reality. You know, they're losing and they need to cut the best deal that they can while they can.
Starting point is 01:03:40 The longer they wait, the worse the deal. Ukrainian negotiators feel like they've not been offered. offered sufficient details about potential security guarantees from Washington and order to make a decision over the territory. Kiev is asked for a guarantee that would resemble NATO's Article 5. In other words, they want to guarantee that we will be dragged into a nuclear war with Russia over some territorial dispute with them in Russia. So, Kier Starrmer and Macron and Fred Mertz, maybe Ricky Ricardo, too, who know,
Starting point is 01:04:15 They get them all in there. The Coalition of the Willing, that's what they call it. Yeah, they're willing for what? They're willing for a nuclear war. Starting point is 01:05:21 and they are supporting Zelensky and all of this. Last week, in a national security strategy document, the U.S. claim that Europe was facing civilizational erasure. And I read you excerpts from that last week. And I was really surprised it has not really been reported on here in the United States. They don't consider that to be newsworthy. I thought it was very newsworthy. laid everything out there.
Starting point is 01:05:46 Some of that, Trump is saying now, whether or not they will do it, I don't know. But it made the case that Europe was weak, that it was committing suicide, attacking its own citizens of multiple ways, that it couldn't stand and that we didn't want to be drugged down with it. It was reported, the only people that I saw report that was Russia today.
Starting point is 01:06:09 I mean, I looked. I didn't see anybody else with that out there. Of course, Russia put that in there. because it showed a division between the U.S. and Europe, and it was a division that was, you know, big enough you could drive an aircraft carrier through it. Miles apart. 33-page document. Also blamed Europe for standing in the way of Trump's efforts to end the Ukrainian-Russian war
Starting point is 01:06:33 and called for renewed U.S. relations with Moscow. During the Politico interview, Trump suggested European leaders would continue their support for Ukraine's armed resistance aimlessly until they, quote unquote, until they drop, unquote, or until they suffer a military defeat. Trump said European leaders, quote, talk, but they don't produce, unquote. He asked whether he thought the Europeans were doing the right thing. He said, well, they can't be doing too right, because look at what's happened. The U.S. president added the Europe's immigration policies had made the continent a different place, he said. and if it keeps going that way it's going that europe will not be in my opinion many of those
Starting point is 01:07:17 countries will not be viable countries anymore their immigration policy is a disaster he said and then he singled out london and the leadership of sadik khan well absolutely but you know what these people are doing is deliberate they're bringing the barbarians into the gate to attack their own people and it's why they need to have war in order to stay in power a u.s national security strategy, berating Europe has triggered a wave of acrimony across the Atlantic, enraging and dismaying European officials who say the document has turned the Trump administration's vitriol against European democracies under formal policy. Well, the interesting thing is they're all reporting about the reaction of the European leaders to this. Guess what they're not
Starting point is 01:08:04 doing? They're not showing you the document. I mean, the document is something that you would see from somebody like the French Nationalist Party or Tommy Robinson or somebody. It's criticized the European government so strongly that the mainstream media here and there don't want to report it. What's in the actual document? And this is a document that is drawn up by the White House, the National Security Statement. So they will talk about the reactions to it, but they won't show you the document. It's a good document, right?
Starting point is 01:08:36 So good that I said, I don't think that Trump will follow through on it, that he was just using this as a negotiating tactic, you know, strongly criticizing Europe and so forth to make his case for this negotiation. Tensions erupted after the U.S. strategy painted the EU as a bigger threat than Russia or China and said that Europe risks civilizational erasure because of the immigrants and the progressive social policies. All of that is true. It really is a political suicide that's being done there. After that, also reacting to this document, Macron has warned that the U.S. could betray Ukraine in a leaked call between the leaders. So they leaked this out to
Starting point is 01:09:19 Der Spiegel. Europe rallied around Zelensky and sharply criticized Washington. Well, they demand war at any cost. Trump, however, is not a peacemaker. He just wants to have a situation where he's much bigger than the people he's attacking. He doesn't want to have a war with Russia. Good. I hope that is reality. But he is certainly not a noble. He doesn't deserve a peace prize.
Starting point is 01:09:48 He is not a peacemaker. He is a war monger. If you look at what it's going on with Venezuela. And, of course, he made comments yesterday. I think it was in this Politico interview that came out yesterday. Also talking about, well, you know, Mexico and Colombia have got some drug problems, too. Maybe we'll use a military against them. I mean, if you want to actually make this about the war on drugs and make it an actual war,
Starting point is 01:10:11 those would be the countries that you would be attacking. Not Canada, not Venezuela. The question is, when will he use the drug war excuse in order to use federal police to attack the cities, the cities that he doesn't like? And that's the key. You know, that's why when I did that Trumpocalypse, that was really what it was about. Love breath lies the end Of everything that stands the end
Starting point is 01:11:11 No safe to your surprise the end I'll never look into your eyes again Very unsafe prices And we're going to straighten that one by one They're saying you're trying to take over the rebut And this is going to be a major part for some of the people in this room. That's a war, too. It's a war from within.
Starting point is 01:11:37 I told Pete, we should use some of these dangerous cities as training grounds for our military. Can you picture what will be so little redness and free? Desperately in need of some. Strangers have a bit of desperate land Imagine gifting the choice of 17 luxury hotels across Ireland, from the tranquil setting of Farnham Estate to the world-famous welcome of Harvey's Point. Whenever you're ready to talk, Dublin Rape Crisis Centre will be ready to listen. Call the 24-hour National Helpline on 1-800-77
Starting point is 01:13:32 8888. Yeah, that's right. And, you know, that's my concern about it, is that all of this talk, and that's why I put that in from the very beginning, I said, this is, you know, this guy doesn't care what the Constitution says. And at the same time, he, you know, he's doing this stuff with the cities, he starts up Venezuela. When I did that, that was in response to him putting up his Apocalypse Now meme, and I
Starting point is 01:14:00 animated that. And then I said, I think that where this, he wants to go with all this stuff is using his federal police army of robots against people. And I really do believe that now. Because if you look at the justification for going against Venezuela, it's saying that the drug war is going to really be a real war now. We've got to go after Mexico. We've got to go after Colombia. We've got to go after other countries that don't have any drug trafficking. We'll go after them when they say they're doing fentanyl when they're not doing fentanyl. And so we thought project says, so does America first mean bombing Venezuela first?
Starting point is 01:14:41 The neocons are duping gullible Americans again. And I think the drug war is one of the biggest dupes that they have ever done. And I think that they will use that. They'll use it for conflict in the different cities. And he will use this as an excuse to federalize, to militarize, to use artificial intelligence, surveillance, and a police state, he will use the drug war. This has been the favorite hobby horse of government encroachment and destruction of the Constitution
Starting point is 01:15:13 since its inception by Richard Nixon. And it will continue to be used that way. As the U.S. crumbles from within, the government is using recycled propaganda to drag a gullible public into another census war in order to protect their crumbling power. See, same thing's happening in Europe. Same thing. You know, they're crumbling from within so they use a war to distract people. So, Washington is always busy cooking up the next distraction, even though you've got a $38 trillion deficit. They call this one the Operation Southern Spear. They tell you it's necessary to save your children from fentanyl. They tell you
Starting point is 01:15:53 it's about freedom. But if you've been paying attention for the last 20 years of American foreign policy, exactly what it is. It's a smash-and-grab robbery of the U.S. Treasury disguised as a moral crusade. The war drums beating in Venezuela are not new. They were beating in 2019 when Trump first threatened a naval blockade. Under the twisted legal logic provided by the administration, Secretary of War, quote-unquote, Pete Hegseth, recently proclaimed we have only just begun to kill narco-terrorists or anybody that they want to label as a terrorist. And of course, you know, they're now saying that dealing drugs is the same as violence. You know, the left said speech was violence. The right saying drugs are violence.
Starting point is 01:16:41 And they're both lying to you for their own purposes. When a boat is destroyed and men are left lobbying in the Caribbean, strafing them as they beg for their lives is not defense. It is an atrocity. But the facts do matter to the war machine. Don't matter to the war machine. As many free thinkers will recall in 2003, they told us that Iraq had yellow cake uranium, remember that, and aluminum tubes for nuclear weapons. It was all a lie. In 2011, U.S. Ambassador Susan Rice stood before the world and claimed that Gaddafi was supplying his troops with Viagra to encourage mass rape. It was a sensationalist fabrication. used to manufacture consent for a bombing campaign that turned Libya into an open-air slave market.
Starting point is 01:17:33 And oh, by the way, the Sarkozy guy out of France who just went to prison, he had a lot to do with starting that. And it was because of corruption. He was corrupt and getting money from Gaddafi. They cut him off, and he threatened him, and he made good on his threat. So, again, he goes to jail, but they're going to let him out. If they haven't already, I think they're already talking about pardoning him as soon as they put him in. While some Democrats feign outrage at Trump's escalation, they're ignoring the uncomfortable truth. Trump and Hegseth are cashing a blank check for carnage that was written years earlier by Obama.
Starting point is 01:18:09 As Jim Bovard previously detailed, Obama laid the foundation for the very extrajudicial killings that we're witnessing today. In his 2017 farewell address, he boasted, Obama did, we've taken out tens of thousands of terrorists. This is the same man who has a candidate in 2007, said, said, we will again set an example for the world that the law is not subject to the whims of stubborn rulers, unless it's him. Once in power, however, the whims of the rulers became law. When questioned about the killings of an American teenager, Obama's former press secretary, Robert Gibbs, callously remarked, well, I would suggest that he should have a far more responsible father. Obama loaded the gun. Now Trump is firing off the round.
Starting point is 01:18:56 just like Trump loaded the syringe and Biden mandated the injections. You see how it works, left, right, left, right. And it is bipartisan. They get everybody fighting over which tribe and which color they are. It's so pathetic to look at politics. It really is. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of this recycled war propaganda is a silence from those who once claim to oppose it. In 2019, when the first wave,
Starting point is 01:19:26 of regime change rhetoric was aimed at Venezuela, Tulsi Gabbard, was one of the few voices of reason. She correctly identified that U.S. intervention would only lead to, quote, death and destruction, unquote. Today, as Director of National Intelligence, Gabbard's silence is deafening. And folks, she joins Pam Bondi, Cash Patel, and Dan Bongino as a bunch of spineless careerists. They're the same. They're the there just to feather their nests and to do whatever the man in charge wants them to do. The woman who famously destroyed Lala Harris on a debate stage for her prosecutorial overreach is now overseeing the very intelligence apparatus that is feeding those lies to the American public.
Starting point is 01:20:12 It is a stark reminder that the problem isn't just the people in charge. It is the machine itself. When you step into the halls of power, you either grease the gears of the war machine, or you are crushed by them. There is no middle ground. And the real threat, if we're going to look at it, is domestic, just like the EU. Trump wants a war that he can win. The only difference is that the EU doesn't really care if they win the war.
Starting point is 01:20:39 That's how suicidal they are. So why Venezuela? Why now? Just look around you. The U.S. is collapsing from within. They have lied to us about every major conflict since Vietnam. If your guy is dropping bombs on innocent people based on a lie, Your guy is a tyrant.
Starting point is 01:20:59 I don't care if he's a donkey or an elephant, if he's red or blue or whatever. Spread the truth. When your family or co-workers repeat the Venezuela fentanyl narrative, show them the data, show them the history. The war machine relies on your fear and your ignorance. Deny them both of those things. I agree, 100%. Well, Ram Paul, talking about this, he said, would you also shoot them in the head? And this is what I've said from the very first day.
Starting point is 01:21:31 You know, when we interdict drugs using the Coast Guard, we have very specific procedures. And if they find the drugs, they take the drugs and they take the people and they put them on trial and they send them to jail. Well, what they're doing now is not even determining if there's any drugs on board and just executing everybody. So what if we had a middle position where you actually go through the procedure to make sure that this is not, as they point in, out 25% of the time it's not innocent people. So, all right, they really got drugs. So now we line up and shoot them in the head. Well, that would still be wrong. And so they try to make it into a war. They try to pretend that the drugs are actually violence. There are a lot of things, but they're not violence directly like that. The president has said earlier, about a week earlier,
Starting point is 01:22:19 that he would have no problem with a second video coming out. So this was Rand Paul being interviewed on Fox News. They said, do you believe that it should be released, Senator? He says, yes, without question, said Rand Paul. I think if people were to see the images of people clinging to the wreckage, there wouldn't be much sympathy for Secretary Hegseth to order the killing of people who are shipwrecked. It is clearly illegal, according to military justice, according to our own military laws. Excuse me. And he added, he said, and you know, I have members of my staff who are high ranking in the military. They tell me that this is done for the protection of our soldiers.
Starting point is 01:22:59 If our pilots have to eject from a plane, we show that we don't shoot people. We don't shoot pilots that are descending by parachute. If we blow up a boat and there are survivors, we don't shoot those people. We don't sidle up in a boat and take a 9mm pistol out and shoot them in the head. This is why, folks, I played the Great Escape. I said, this is what's going on. The people who are prisoners there in those Nazi prisoner of war, camps. They were pilots that had bailed out and survived. And then after they escaped enough
Starting point is 01:23:34 times, it became a pain in the behind to the Nazis. They just said, okay, we've had enough of this. Take them out into a field, a machine gun on them. He said, so you're going to put a gun to their head and shoot them? Nobody would do that. But just because the missiles come from a long distance doesn't make it any more right. We're in the middle of a war with unarmed people. Why don't they present evidence that they are even armed? Why don't they present evidence that these boats are even coming to the United States? Because the evidence is that they're not. They're not capable making that trip. And what we have found, and as I said, it's so reprehensible that some of these partisan cheerleaders are saying, you know, just like Kelly, I want to, I want more of this. I want
Starting point is 01:24:16 them to suffer. And then you got people saying, well, what if, you know, they, we went to rescue them. And what if they pulled out a pistol and they shot our brave Navy SEALs? Seriously? You don't think the Navy SEALs can handle that? But they pull out a pistol. These are guys who are struggling to not drown for 41 minutes. They can't even get the flotsam that they're in the midst of. They can't even get the boat righted so they have a chance to get back to shore.
Starting point is 01:24:49 And they're waving at the plane that's coming in that took them out. it was murder premeditated murder they talked about it for 41 minutes he said to make a crime into a war is to stretch credibility to the point that i think a lot of common sense people are not going to buy this and i think that's why you know they didn't call it prohibition they called it drug war he said if the admiral were there on the scene and he came in a follow-up boat would he take out his nine millimeter pistol and put it against the head of the survivors and shoot them in the head? Paul said, it's easy to sit here and say, oh, I just push a button. I'm in an air conditioned room 10,000 miles away, and I antiseptically blow these people up. But you know,
Starting point is 01:25:36 a month later, they didn't do that because I think somebody finally said, oh, you know what? We just read the military justice law of justice, and we're not supposed to kill survivors. And you know what they did a month later, they picked up two people who were not from Venezuela. They did not prosecute them for drugs. They collected no drugs. They collected no weapons. They just said, oh, you can go back home. One out of four boats the Coast Guard boarded before we came up with this, blow them out to Smithereen's policy.
Starting point is 01:26:11 One out of four did not have any drugs. So are we willing to accept an error rate of one and four and to kill people on these boats when They might be wrong one and four times. I think that's a tragedy. You know, so that would mean that about if that ratio were to hold. Imagine gifting the choice of 17 luxury hotels across Ireland. Starting point is 01:27:18 Whenever you're ready to talk, Dublin Rape Crisis Center will be ready to listen. Call the 24-hour National Helpline on 1-800-7-8-8-8-8. That'd mean about five of the boats. We're not doing drugs. And I see all over social media. People showing the black and white video that was taken, evidently, by the Reaper drones or whatever it is that they're using. And I say, look, they're going really fast. And look, they're throwing stuff out of the water.
Starting point is 01:27:48 So I guess they're throwing out lobster cages and all the rest of the stuff, making fun the fact that they're fishermen. Folks, it doesn't matter, really, if they were fishermen or if they were doing drugs. It's still murder if they were doing drugs. That crime does not carry the death penalty. Let's imagine that, I don't know, make up a crime. Let's say you're doing shoplifting, okay, which is no longer even a misdemeanor in California. But let's say that they treat it for what it is, that it really is a crime.
Starting point is 01:28:18 these people are not armed but they have committed a crime and in every jurisdiction except California for example they should be arrested and tried and jailed for shoplifting but let's say that your policy is then that you just shoot them in the back that's not justified and that's what they're doing there is no law that says there's a death penalty for moving cocaine in boats and while all that's happening you most likely had the guy running Palantir going to a presentation sky high on cocaine and they do it they get away with it. Hunter Biden gets away with it. Nobody's going to execute Hunter Biden with that stuff, right? He's got Secret Service protecting him. But anyway, Senator claims that Trump is sleepwalking
Starting point is 01:29:05 us into a war with Venezuela for oil. Well, that's what it is all about. Chris Coons, Democrat Delaware. said Trump and Hegseth are sleepwalking the U.S. into a war of Venezuela just to get the country's oil. Yeah, this is, we're back to war as a racket, Smadley Butler. Coon's call for more transparency on Trump's foreign boat strikes as he fears the real motivation is to spark a war between Venezuela and the U.S. Trump and others have accused the Venezuelan President Maduro of heading an operation, sending drugs in the U.S. Well, it's just as absurd as a lie that Canada was doing fentanyl. And if you want to get at the people who are really behind the drug trade, go to the CIA, start arresting those people. You see, the strike that kills two individuals standing on top of a floating piece of wreckage, waving at something, presumably the plane that is closing in on them to kill them.
Starting point is 01:30:01 And the larger frame, Coons saw the video. He said the larger frame here that matters is whether this entire undertaking is a good use of the exquisite and expensive resources of our special forces. Whether these drugs were on their way to the U.S. at all, there's been no proof of that. And whether this is the most effective way to actually interrupt the cartels that are poisoning Americans with drugs. I'm afraid that Hegseth and Trump are sleepwalking us into a war of Venezuela because they want the oil and gas of Venezuela. That's right. They don't have fentanyl. They just happen to have the world's largest known reserves of oil, bigger than Saudi Arabia.
Starting point is 01:30:40 And this is a 21st century colonialism, but it sets up a very, very dangerous precedent, I think. And that's the thing that really concerns me, is how is he going to use this? Are we going to have the police taking the war on drugs and making it a literal war? We've gotten pretty close to that already. So Trump is sending shockwaves through Mexico. and Colombia, insinuating that they are also in his sights for the quote-unquote drug war. So he didn't rule out expanding U.S. military operations beyond Venezuela to the places where they're actually doing the drugs, Mexico and Colombia.
Starting point is 01:31:20 President said in an interview taped this week that he would consider using military force in those two countries. He cited Mexico and Colombia's drug trade in the U.S. as he continues threatening to overthrow the Venezuelan government. is the primary country for trafficking a variety of narcotics, including heroin, fentanyl, and cocaine
Starting point is 01:31:41 in the U.S. Colombia is the largest producer of cocaine. Sure I would, said Trump, when asked by Politico, if he'd consider using force against targets in other Latin American countries with active drug trade. I don't rule it in or out. I don't want to talk about it.
Starting point is 01:31:57 I don't want to talk to you about military strategy. Oh, okay. So here we pull the veil of unwarranted national security over this. I can't talk to you about this. I'd have to kill you too, right? Is he planning to do this as a sneak attack? Or is this simply, you know, going to war against Mexico and Colombia as well?
Starting point is 01:32:16 Is that going to be another sneak attack against the Constitution as well as the countries? He wants to do this to sneak past Congress, the Constitution, and we the people, for his dirty little wars. Trump recently pardoned former Honduran president. Orlando Hernandez, who had been convicted on multiple accounts involving drug trafficking. A lot of people called him out on the stupidity of this. So how's this guy who really is a drug trafficker? How is it that you pardoned him when you are coming after a Maduro and you've even got to make up a non-existent organization, the cartel of the sons or whatever?
Starting point is 01:32:53 The Honduran president was actually doing this. And so you pardon him, but you're killing people that you say are part of a drug organization that doesn't really exist. The president said he knew very little regarding Hernandez's case, but they had been told by very good people that Hernandez was targeted unfairly. Who wanted the very good people? It turns out it was Roger Stone. Working in there and lobbying on behalf of this drug lord from Honduras,
Starting point is 01:33:25 and he had Trump's ear, you know, the one that wasn't shot, I guess. and says while the pardon was seen as contradictory for a president who's ostensibly fighting the drug war, Stone ran an aggressive campaign for Hernandez, framing him as a casualty of politically motivated legal attacks by the Honduran left and the Biden administration. Well, you know, if Biden wants to put him in jail, he must be a good guy. There you go. That kind of thinking works even on Trump, I guess. As Roger Stone did that. Roger Stone wants to, and I don't, I've made it pretty clear. I don't really have any respect for what Steve Bannon does at all. And, of course, Steve Bannon testified against Roger Stone. And Roger Stone is still not very happy about that, to say the least. He just did like a WWE type of thing because all this politics is really like WWE.
Starting point is 01:34:18 But he was in the ring with an announcer. And he was saying, yeah, I want to have a bare knuckles cage fight with this guy. And only one of us is going to be walking out. That's Roger Stone. It's like, I don't know, it really is professional wrestling in so many different ways, isn't it? But Trump administration is quietly building plans for what would happen if Maduro were ousted out of Venezuela. As I point out in this article from CNN, you know, we went into Iraq. It collapsed so quickly.
Starting point is 01:34:50 They didn't have a plan. It's like, okay, we won. Now what do we do, 2003? Well, you know, I don't know. We'll just stick around for a while, I guess. So what did they do then? they win? Do they then march on to Colombia? Do they march on to Mexico? What do they do? Or do they just stop when Exxon gets all the oil? I'm not really sure what the end game is here, right? So the
Starting point is 01:35:13 options for what the U.S. action could look like to fill the power vacuum, stabilize the country if Maduro voluntarily leaves a part of the negotiated departure, or is forced in leaving after the U.S. strikes on targets inside Venezuela or other direct action. Well, here's what's going to happen. And it's going to be a long war, asymmetric war, guerrilla war that's going to be happening there. They will get some people there in Venezuela that were on their side. And then you'll have a massive number of them as they're running death squads for the CIA against their enemies and things. Same thing will happen that happened in Afghanistan. And we'll wind up being flooded with Venezuelan immigrants.
Starting point is 01:35:49 And some of these people who have been trained as killers by the CIA, death squads, will wind up being just like this guy that killed a couple of National Guard people in Washington a week or two ago. That's where this is all going to happen. We've seen this movie before. You know, it's pretty amazing. When you look at Hollywood,
Starting point is 01:36:08 they've lost the ability to come up with anything original. It's all just remakes, one way or the other. And that's the way it is a politics. But one of the reasons they do it for politics is that it works. And they can keep doing the same lies over and over again. So, Marjorie Taylor Green says that she's going to vote no on the NDAA because of the foreign aid spending that is in it, arguing that the legislation directs U.S. taxpayer dollars towards foreign aid, she said. And so that is, you know, she points out the deficit that Trump doesn't want to talk about.
Starting point is 01:36:47 The deficit over what the government is spending and what it takes in. the $38.39 trillion. And so she says, we're already spending too much money. We got, the NDAA is filled with America's hard-earned tax dollars being used to fund foreign aid and foreign countries' wars. These American people are $38 trillion in debt, suffering from an affordability crisis, on the verge of a health care crisis, a credit card debt crisis at all time high.
Starting point is 01:37:18 Funding foreign aid and foreign wars in America. last and is beyond excuse anymore. I would love to fund our military, but I refuse to support foreign aid and foreign militaries and foreign wars. I'm here and we'll be voting no. Nobody ever votes no for the NDAA. They throw the kitchen sink in there
Starting point is 01:37:37 to get this thing through. Such a sure thing. So I'm glad she's doing that. Because we look at it, we got money for Taiwan. They're offering, authorizing up to a billion dollars for Taiwan Security Cooperation Initiative. for next year. For Israel, they have put in 500 million for Israeli missile defense, 80 million for U.S. Israel anti-tunnel cooperation, 50 million for U.S. Israel anti-drone
Starting point is 01:38:03 cooperation. And I don't know why they put this in here by this particular production, because there's a lot more that is going to Israel. It's going several billion dollars going there. Baltic Security Initiative, millions of dollars, a matter of fact, 175 million of security assistance for Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Overseas Humanitarian Disaster and Civic Aides authorizing $103 million for the Department of Defense Humanitarian Assistance Program for next year. All this stuff is there, and she has had to go to war
Starting point is 01:38:37 against, of course, Mike Johnson, who wants to rubber stamp all this as all of these speakers in the house do. Just an example of the stuff, it's not just the foreign stuff, stuff. It's what's happening here in America as well. Technocracy.com. We look at DARPA. What is that? That's attached to the Pentagon, to the defense stuff. And what are the things that they're doing? Like we talked about yesterday, the horrific projects about mind control that now are no longer simply about drugs and electromagnetic frequencies. It's now about brain computer interfaces and things like that. So the brain weapons that target perception, memory, and behavior. Where are those coming from? It's coming from DARPA and the funding that's in the NDAA. This is not national security.
Starting point is 01:39:26 This is not make our country safer. It is a threat to our country. This is a state-of-the-art science of social engineering, developed through technocracy, says Patrick Wood. And actually, this is an article from Daily Mail that he picked up, but he prefaced it. He said, I've been warning about this for 20 years. Convergence science, like the NBIC 2000 and Obama's Brain Initiative, he says that was 2013. He said, these were pitched as cures for disease.
Starting point is 01:40:01 In reality, the military and the spook organizations were lurking in the shadows to scoop up mind-altering technologies that could be used to control entire populations. And that is true, not just to the brain projects and brain computer interfaces, that's true of the Internet. And it is especially true of artificial intelligence. Starting point is 01:41:18 888-88, whenever you're ready to talk, they'll be ready to listen. We've got some comments here. Travis, you want to read those? Absolutely. Let's see. We have B.T. Taylor 246. It's as if the Constitution can be twisted and perverted like it is now. Isn't that just proof? It is a worthless document. Well, everything can be twisted and perverted. That's right. It is as... Russell Means said, he worked with the American Indians movement, and he had a book called Where White Men Fear to Tread.
Starting point is 01:41:55 And he began it by saying the federal government has broken every treaty that they ever made with the Indians. He said, white men, the Constitution is a federal government's treaty with you. They've broken every aspect of it. What are you going to do about it? That's the reality of it. And I think it's important to talk about the Constitution. Because we have to show people need to understand what this government is and how criminal it is.
Starting point is 01:42:25 Every person in government, and it doesn't matter if it's a federal government, state government, or local government, they all swear to pull the Constitution. When they violate the Constitution, when they oppose the Constitution, when they act in utter disregard of it, they have lost their authority. That's the key thing. And so you've got a lot of situations where that comes up. up. And we need to refuse to obey them. We understand that they have a lot of power, but they don't have authority. So we pick our battles. But we need to understand what crooks they are. That's why we talk about the Constitution, because these people are oath-breaking crooks. That's the bottom line.
Starting point is 01:43:10 We have Marky Mark in New Jersey, says speedboats are used either take drugs to or from a ship or drop point. They're used for the first or final leg of transporting the drugs. A ship or plane takes the drugs most of the way. That's right. And they said in these hearings when the Admiral was talking about and he said, I think, what was it? I can't remember the country that he said he was going to.
Starting point is 01:43:31 But he said, no, it wasn't going to the U.S. It was going to this particular... Some place in Europe, I believe. I think maybe France. Well, that was going to be the ultimate destination, but there was a country there in the Caribbean that it was headed for. And then from there, it would be sent to France. And so they even admit, A, it's not fentanyl, B, it's not coming to America.
Starting point is 01:43:51 Those ships were not coming to America. We've known that all along, and yet you'll still see these cheerleaders out there writing stuff about that and saying, oh, they're going to kill Americans with all that stuff. It's crazy. It really is. Cletus 555 says, can we send you guys Christmas gifts to the PO box that you have listed? Oh, that's really nice. As a matter of fact, we've got on Travis's chair since Travis was, um, uh,
Starting point is 01:44:15 going to be doing the producing today. We got on the chair here, very nice blanket here. They came from the, we have a listener who is a supporter on subscribe star.
Starting point is 01:44:31 And every year, I think he's close by where the Jimmy Stewart Museum is. And every year he would send us a, it's a wonderful life ornament. And we really do appreciate those. It was really nice.
Starting point is 01:44:43 And so we draped the carpet over here and not the carpet the um the rug i'm sorry and um you can't quite see it but it's the iconic picture that's kind of on the cover of the movie can you pull that in Travis do you have that where you can show people a little bit of that but anyway he sent that i want to thank him that was really nice and we do appreciate that we've had several people sent us christmas gifts we try to acknowledge them but go ahead yes thank you very much and i want to make sure i don't know if i said it but thank you marky mark we appreciate the tip as well. Yes. And Jerry Alitalo says, I always wait until the last moment for Christmas
Starting point is 01:45:20 shopping so I can get into fistfights with very large women over the last items on the shelves. Well, you know, however you spend your holidays, I suppose. Tis the season to give rights and lefts, so. Yeah. Bezano Vante 1776. The founder's admonition to avoid entangling alliances stems primarily from George Washington, 76 farewell address. In which he stated, it is our true policy to steer clear of permanent alliances with any portion of the foreign world. Thomas Jefferson echoed the sentiment in his 1801 inaugural address declaring peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations, entangling alliances with none. That's right.
Starting point is 01:46:04 And don't frag me, bro, says regardless of the evidence that the U.S. government may or may not have, is not an excuse or reason to be judge, jury, and executioner, period. That's right. That's right. this, it's like, you know, so what? If you weren't lying to us, which we know you're lying to us, you still don't have the authority to kill these people about any due process, even if you pretend that you have legal justification for your drug war, which you don't have, even if you pretend
Starting point is 01:46:28 that these people are bringing this stuff to the U.S., which they're not, even if you pretend it's fentanyl, which now they've admitted it, it was not, you still don't have the authority to just shoot and kill them. And you don't have a war going, and you don't have a conflict going, and you don't have a threat that is going. All of it is a lie, as Audi would say, with his podcast. That's the title of his podcast. It's all a lie.
Starting point is 01:46:51 Everything is a lie, damn it. Yeah, of the podcast. You can find that on Rumble as well. Yeah. We haven't seen Audi for a few days. He's probably very busy with everything. So I hope he's doing all right. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:47:02 Yeah. And now we have Defy Tyrant 1776. Christians love Gabbard, and she's a Hindu communist, L.O.L. Go figure. Yeah. People just don't seem to be able to suss this stuff out. It's amazing to me. We live in strange times.
Starting point is 01:47:20 Real Jason Barker says Venezuela is about sending the message to Mexico that they still need to pay for the wall. Going back to the Tulsi Gabbard thing, it's not just that she's a Hindu. She's a part of that radical Hindu party, that Modi, the prime minister or president, whatever his title is. they are engaged in a lot of religious murder against Christians, against Sikhs, you name it. And so, and she is very connected politically to Modai and the Hindu political party in India. So, yeah, it gets even worse than that. Very much so, it seems that Christians generally are the only ones that are interested in providing religious liberty to other groups. and when you have the truth on your side you can freely say you can believe what you want if the truth
Starting point is 01:48:18 always wins if you don't have the truth it takes a lot of enforcement a lot of crushing of dissenting ideas yeah if you know that you're lying to people that's when you get into the censorship stuff right you don't want to have that debate if you feel like the truth is on your side i think it was augustin he said the truth doesn't need to be defended it needs to be unleashed yeah the truth is like a lion It does not need to be defended. It just needs to be unchained. That's right. That's right.
Starting point is 01:48:43 And that's why I feel the way that I do so strongly about free speech. We just need to let that lion loose because other people are liars. And they're not liens. They're liars. Big difference. Mark Young 12 says when you blame the Constitution instead of those violating it, you're barking up the wrong tree. That's right. And I've said this many times before.
Starting point is 01:49:05 I'm sure I'm paraphrasing someone else. but the law of the land is always effectively whatever the people will tolerate. It does not matter what's on paper. Governments immediately and always start working towards their own end goals. They don't really care what the law is just what they can get away with. That's right. That's right. Well, we're going to take a quick break.
Starting point is 01:49:25 And when you come back, we're going to talk about a very important Supreme Court win. It's a win for those of us who want to have freedom of religion. and this is something that the Amish were fighting this fight. We're talking about this when we come back. We'll be right back. That's right, boys and girls. There's a post-election sale on silver and gold. Trump's euphoria has caused a dip in silver and gold.

You can get the Christmas night album at the David Nightshow.com for just, 1399. It's right in the second floor there, see? What'd you wish, George? Well, not just one wish.
Starting point is 01:51:42 A whole hatful. First, I'm going to the David Night Show.com and purchase the Christmas Night album. Then I'm going to listen to Christmas classics. Like, are you going to throw it up? I want the Christmas night album, too. Hey, that's pretty good. Oh, fellow, girls, can't you come out tonight?

And then I'll buy you your own download of David Knight's Christmas Night album. You know,
Starting point is 01:52:57 I'm going to be able to I'm going to be able to be. I'm going to be. I'm going to be able to be. You're listening to the David Knight Show. You know that Silver and Gold commercial has really aged pretty well. It really was on sale a year ago.
Starting point is 01:54:09 We could see that. And there's a lot of people talking about how they're picking and making their justification for why gold should go to 5,000 or even 10,000, several different articles about people making the case for $10,000 gold, looking at historical valuation. And I think it is still not a bubble, but it is a response to bubbles that are out there. but yeah people we got it last year they got it on sale they got the silver since it's had a hundred percent gain this year you got your silver if you got it last year you got it at 50 percent off and nearly that good on the on the gold which is up like 60 percent or something silver just hit an all-time high going over 60 but let's talk about what happened in the supreme court this is still very important to a lot of us a group of amish parents challenged the state New York's vaccine mandates for schools, ruling that the appeals court must reconsider the case. Today's ruling could have implications for other states that don't allow religious exemptions, said attorneys.
Starting point is 01:55:18 I almost want to call up Allen Dershowitz and say, hey, read this. He was the one who was saying, yeah, we could have vaccine mandates. We could force you to take this stuff. And I mean mandates, you know, not just saying you're going to lose your job. I send the police out, drag you out of your house and force that. that into your arm. And he goes, and you want to fight me in the Supreme Court? I'd take you to the Supreme Court and I'd win. Don't think so, Dershowitz. The U.S. Supreme Court today, yesterday, reversed a lower court decision against a group of Amish parents and school leaders who challenged
Starting point is 01:55:50 the state of New York's vaccine mandates for schools. The rule of the appeals court must reconsider the case. Today's ruling could have implications for other states that don't allow religious exemptions. So again, they reversed this lower court case. They said they asked the Supreme Court, the people who were filing this, asked the Supreme Court to hear the case, Miller versus McDonald, after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit dismissed the lawsuit in March. They said, we're not even going to listen to it.
Starting point is 01:56:23 And so typically what would happen is, you know, they make a ruling and somebody might appeal it from there to the Supreme Court, but they said, we're not even going to consider it. We're going to let the lower court decision stand. And so these people appeal directly to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court said, no, you're going to hear the case, which is kind of strong because it might mean, should mean that they're going to rule in the favor of religious freedom. This is huge, said one of the lawyers, because another case, Mahmood versus Taylor, a Supreme Court decision released in June, negated the Second Circuit's legal arguments for denying the Miller plaintiffs the right to a religious exemption.
Starting point is 01:57:03 All the reasons, basically, the Second Circuit cited to say they weren't giving relief were overturned in that case, Mahmood v. Taylor. So I don't see any way the Second Circuit could uphold the dismissals. By vacating the dismissal, the Supreme Court signaled that the Mahmood precedent applies to vaccine cases. Mahmood provides incredibly broad protection to parental religious rights infringed by school policies. For decades, a problem with religious protection has been a case called Smith,
Starting point is 01:57:37 where the Supreme Court said you don't actually get First Amendment protection for the exercise of religion until you can prove that law is burdening your religion, that that law is either not neutral, in other words, it's targeted just to your particular religion, or it's not generally applicable. Since vaccine mandates apply to everyone and aren't issued against a specific religion, it's been challenging for those seeking religious exemptions to obtain protection. Lawyers have had to argue that there are certain exceptions to that rule.
Starting point is 01:58:09 Well, you and I know that if you are forcing somebody to do something that violates their conscience, I don't care if it's a general rule out there for everybody or not. To me, these kinds of legal distinctions are like arguing how many angels fit on the head of a pen. It doesn't make any difference, and you're missing the bigger picture here. So in another case, Wisconsin v. Yoder, Amish families didn't send their kids to high school because it violated their religious beliefs. They said, even though the high school requirement is also neutral and generally applicable, the parents are still able to get strict scrutiny of that and get constitutional protection. So they cited the Wisconsin v. Yoder case as justification for the Second Circuit to grant the New York. Amish parents and school leaders relief from the state's vaccine mandate for school entry.
Starting point is 01:59:04 The Second Circuit disagreed, arguing the Yoder exception applied only to the exact situation detailed in that case. The Mahmoud v. Taylor case was about parents being able to opt out out of LGBT-themed elementary school books. Elementary school. Due to their religious beliefs, the Yoder exception basically applies. anytime parents have religious objection to a school policy, even if that school policy is neutral and generally applicable. That means that the Yoder case can be used as a potent legal
Starting point is 01:59:37 argument in vaccination contexts. That's what the Supreme Court did today by vacating, by nullifying the Second Circuit's decision in Miller and ruling that the Second Circuit has to undo its decision in light of these other cases. The Supreme Court's decision comes amid a litany of lawsuits seeking to restore religious exemption rights. So HHS announced last week that it is investigating a complaint that a Midwestern school disregarded a valid religious exemption and failed to get parental consent and vaccinated a student against the wishes of the parents. Today we're putting pediatric medical professionals on notice that you cannot sideline parents, said RFK Jr., HHS Secretary,
Starting point is 02:00:28 when providers ignore parental consent, violate exemptions to vaccine mandates, or keep parents in the dark about their children's care, we will act decisively. We will use every tool in our disposal to protect families and restore accountability. So that's all good news. That's really good news.
Starting point is 02:00:46 Meanwhile, as we heard Alex Newman talk about the COP 30, conference they call that cop is called conference of the parties it's the UN's climate nonsense and they had the 30th one there in Brazil Alex Newman was there and one of the things that he was talking about was how much pagan religion and phony Christianity was on display there as they worshipped the environment and this article is from American greatness said the godspin on climate change, inspired by the UN's 30th conference, COP 30, wrapped up last month with an offering of the usual suspect socialist solutions
Starting point is 02:01:34 for the acolytes to advocate. But it wasn't just that. It was, you know, and it wasn't just the fact that, you know, California is there, Newsom is there, in Brazil telling everybody, we're still in with all this stuff. But unfortunately, they said there's also substantial Christian presence at the climate conference. The organizations like Christian Climate Observers Program, CCOP. They should have come up with a different acronym, call them cooks or something. We report, they said, we report back to our constituencies, to our churches, denomination, schools, network, et cetera, about what we observe in an attempt to more effectively mobilize everyone for climate action.
Starting point is 02:02:21 What have they done? They have, this is a church organization that, you know, just like the Pope, blessing a block of ice and things like that. They have elevated this climate stuff to their own pagan religion. And they have replaced Christ with their climate religion. A climate observer who is a follower of Jesus who is observing on behalf of a Christian denomination or an NGO has additional responsibilities, they said. We believe, namely, that we have to interpret what they observe through a biblical framework.
Starting point is 02:02:51 and we have to act prophetically and priestly, they said. This person says, Heaven help us. Christians witnessing for climate salvation to more effectively mobilize everybody for climate action. Compromising with the world for Christ by putting a Jesus spin on highly dubious imminent collapse of God's bountiful creation is nowhere near preaching the truth of the gospel.
Starting point is 02:03:16 That's right. Christian enthusiasm for secular, disputable solutions. This is all about politics and money, folks. This has nothing to do with religion. I know that they're religious about it, but it has nothing to do with Christ. And even performative exercises like the Pope's blessing of a chunk of ice do not advance the good news of Christ. It's just more idolatry. This time it's done for climate change.
Starting point is 02:03:42 Other people do it for other issues, which brings us to this strange thing that we saw happening with Mike Huckabee in Israel. this organization called Friends of Zion and they flew in a thousand pastors into Israel but as we pointed out this Friends of Zion organism it's an organism not an organization it's like a parasite it is a part of the Israeli government and it works with the IDF it works with the tourist ministry it works with various organizations to promote Israel and that is its sole purpose. And yet, how do they do it? They do it by coming to getting Christians to get them to support the Israeli government, the political organization, and making them think that they are somehow supporting an entity that is following God.
Starting point is 02:04:44 That's not the issue at all. It is a secular government that is involved in a non-executive government. that is involved in an unjust war. That's it. And they're getting a lot of money and a lot of support from people like Mike Huckabee. So the title of this op-ed piece here from J.D. Hall is Mike Huckabee's 30 Shekel Summit.
Starting point is 02:05:05 He said, as a joke, he said, well, Judas got 30 pieces of silver. All these guys get is a fruit basket and an airline ticket to go back and forth. So, again, you know, it's pandering to people and politicians so they can make their career. That is the religion of Mike Huckabee. The state of Israel was an act of worship, a kind of political tithe paid in the currency of silence, and that spell is breaking.
Starting point is 02:05:37 The desperate spectacle in Jerusalem, where a thousand pastors were flown in to a government-managed narrative chamber and instructed by Ambassador Huckabee to ignite their pulpits on behalf of a foreign state, expose the machinery behind the myth. This is not a ministry. This was an influence operation. It was a culmination of decades of pressure campaigns, propaganda pipelines, curated tours, paid influencers, and the Friends of Zion Network that disguises political lobbying as Christian devotion.
Starting point is 02:06:10 And so it is a propaganda apparatus that's been built by this guy, whose last name as Evans. As a matter of fact, this is what happened with this situation. And I'm trying to find it. It looks like, oh, I know, it's right here. Here we go. Israeli leaders encourage the pastors to be bold and express gratitude for their support. Stand up and be counted. Tell the truth. Speak to young people. Speak up and be counted. I'm counting on you. Tell them about Christ? No, that's not what I'm telling you. That's what I'm telling you. That's what are destined. Tell them about my government and my war.
Starting point is 02:06:52 This is a fight for civilization. We are facing very much a civilizational struggle like we saw in the 30s between Nazism and the free world. Today, that Nazism is Islamism in coordination with communism, which today's expression is called woke. But it's the same thing. Behind the scenes, Shira Mills of the Friends of Zion Museum helped make the summit possible. Never been done before. This is something very unique, very difficult, but here we are. From my point of view, it's miraculous. The vision going forward, recruiting 10,000 more pastors in the next 36 months. Because there's a lot of misinformation out there, a lot of young people that are not for Israel, and they're just getting the wrong information.
Starting point is 02:07:43 So our whole idea here is to reach the youth of America and around the world and just show the truth. With a thousand pastors gathered at such a critical moment for the nation of Israel, when anti-Semitism is rising in our nation and global. It's not anti-Semitism. It's anti-Israeli government, anti-Netanyahuism. We're sick and tired of the unjust wars and the murder. And we're sick and tired of you trying to co-op people who say, say that they are pastors. These people are not pastors. They're imposters. They're impasters. I guess
Starting point is 02:08:19 we could call them. But, you know, this is, they want to have 10,000 of them. That's the amazing thing. Not just a thousand. This is the guy. And I want to say something. A decade ago, when I started this, I had a vision of establishing an ambassador program to commission imposters to become ambassadors. Impostors. I wrote the curriculum, and just in the last month, the Prime Minister of Israel has approved the program. He's going to sign the diplomas. He's going to speak at their graduation, and the chief of staff here is going to be flying the pastors to Israel for this ceremony. So he's our partner in this new initiative, this ambassador program.
Starting point is 02:09:10 Synagogue of Satan. The people who say that they're Jews and they're not. And, of course, he also had this to say that he was born to defend the Jews, he said. Born to defend all the Jews. Now, you wrote in your newspaper yesterday that this guy converts Jews. That's complete BS. Somebody did. He doesn't want to tell anybody about Christ.
Starting point is 02:09:36 He rejects Christ. He rejects Christ. My life to defend the Jewish people. He won't defend Christ or Christians. That's all I do. I do it full time. And I've got 22 death threats on me right now from crazies for doing it. And my son has them on him too.
Starting point is 02:09:54 And I'll tell you why. Why is this going on? Well, wait a second. Before I get into my thing, I've got to make an apology. I want to personally apologize to Natali Bennett. because I used some very harsh statements and some very rude language. And that wasn't right. Grovel to him, that's right.
Starting point is 02:10:19 The pastors were whined and welcomed, shepherded from a site to site. They were ushered into auditoriums where every camera angle, every applause line, had been choreographed long before their charter planes ever lifted off of American soil. It was not a pilgrimage. It was a state-engineered influence operation. The scent of propaganda clung to the proceedings like incense burning in the wrong temple. That's who this guy is. Then came Mike Huckabee, who carries himself less like an emissary of America and more like a press secretary,
Starting point is 02:10:51 hired to read the cue cards from the Knesset steps. He attacked critics. He chastised those who dare to question Israeli military actions. He rebuked those who refused to treat the foreign policy of an unbelieving nation as a sacrament. And these pastors, I'll call them imposters, cheered. They swallowed a narrative that's been prepared for them with the same meticulous care that goes into polishing state propaganda for foreign consumption. What actually occurred in Jerusalem was the culmination of a coordinated state-to-church influence pipeline that's been quietly expanding for years. They've got a thousand of them this time.
Starting point is 02:11:31 They want to get 10,000 the next time. The Friends of Zion Complex sits at the center of the center of the United States. that pipeline, built in partnership with the Ministry of Jerusalem and Heritage, promoted by the Ministry of Tourism and working in cooperation with the Israeli defense forces. The Israeli government describes the Friends of Zion as a, quote, strategic asset for public diplomacy, also known as state propaganda. Friends of Zion serve as the go-between between Nihahu's government and the little old ladies in the Bible Belt, whose both tax and tithe dollars support Israel's war.
Starting point is 02:12:09 Huckabee's speech was only visible was the only visible surface of the deep state operation in which Israel used an American-funded Christian institution as a turnkey propaganda platform for shaping the perceptions of America's
Starting point is 02:12:25 evangelical voting bloc. The fingerprints of state coordination were visible everywhere. Israeli officials control the itinerary, the messaging, the emotional pacing, even the storyboards of suffering that were presented to the visitors. The pastors, after getting generous gift baskets resembling those given at a Hollywood
Starting point is 02:12:43 awards show, were squirted through southern communities, shown military-vetted presentations and fed testimonies selected by government liaisons trained in information warfare. Meanwhile, the realities that contradict the propaganda were systematically hidden. No one showed them the charred remains of the Baptist and Orthodox churches in Gaza. No one explained that Israel continues to deny the right of return to ethnic Jews who believe in Jesus. That's how much they hate Christ. No one disclosed the missionary visas are routinely denied, and that evangelistic literature is confiscated at the border,
Starting point is 02:13:25 or that arrest for proselytizing spike whenever political pressure mounts. What they received was not revelation, but choreography. It was not a pilgrimage, but it was a simulation. It was crafted by a state apparatus that has learned how to turn Christian goodwill into geopolitical leverage. Anyone with eyes to see understood the message that Israel is losing its grip on evangelical imagination. Poles inside the U.S. have tracked a steep decline in automatic evangelical support for Israel, especially among younger believers. You have to look at the fundamental issues. The moral issues are very clear.
Starting point is 02:14:07 It's what we use to formulate the ideas of an unjust war. And, you know, don't overturn that with your ideas about what you think prophecy should look like. It is a completely backwards way of understanding the Bible. This public diplomacy has been weaponized against the conscience of the church. And I think their desperation to censor dissent. their desperation to censor even ethnic Jews who've accepted Christ as Messiah. I think that speaks more loudly than anything that can be said. At the center of their weapon sits the Friends of Zion and that guy, Evans, who obviously
Starting point is 02:14:51 is a disbeliever. If he believed Christ, he would want to, and if he really liked Jews, and if he believed Christ, he would not have said what he had to say. Friends of Zion is the branding arm of the Israeli government. So then Huckabee, I didn't realize this. I didn't know Huckabee's background. But during the last, during the 1980s, writes J.D. Hall, when the Southern Baptist Convention was locked in its defining struggle over the inerrancy of Scripture,
Starting point is 02:15:28 Huckabee did not stand with the conservatives who fought to reclaim the seminaries and the institutions from theological drift, Huckabee was elected in Arkansas as the preferred candidate of the moderates, the faction that sought compromise rather than confrontation, and resisted the efforts to restore biblical authority within the denomination. While others spent years battling for doctrinal fidelity, battling for what the Bible actually says, against administrators and professors who denied the very foundations of the faith, Huckabee made his name as a conciliator who avoided the hard fights, a politician. He never mustered the kind of ferocity when the Bible itself was on trial.
Starting point is 02:16:15 Yet in Jerusalem, he roared like a zealot on behalf of a foreign government. The man who once declined to risk capital for scripture now spent his capital defending a modern state that rejects the Messiah, rejects Christian evangelism, and treats belief in Jesus as grounds for legal exclusion. I often say to people here in Israel, and I say it to people in the U.S. The partnership we have is an important one for Israel, but it is equally important for the United States. Yes. And it is part of the message that I bring as an ambassador from the U.S.,
Starting point is 02:16:57 but also an ambassador of the truth back to the U.S., that, Every partnership relationship we have with Israel is beneficial many times over to the people of America. And it's something most Americans do not understand. Yes. But medical technology. Yeah, you're right. I don't understand it. And you don't understand the Bible either.
Starting point is 02:17:20 This guy begins, again, with a misquoting of Genesis. No wonder that he didn't care about biblical inerrancy. And just like Ted Cruz, they say, God blesses those who blesses Israel and curse us. curses those who bless, curses those who curse Israel. It doesn't say that. It doesn't say that. It says those who bless and curse you, thee, right? Talking to Abraham. And when it says that through you, all nations will be blessed, it's talking about Christ. It's not talking about a political entity. And it's not talking about an ethnic group. And Paul made that abundantly clear. He said, when it's talking about seed, it says it's singular, not plural. It's not talking about an ethnic
Starting point is 02:18:05 group of people. It's talking about the Messiah who would be a blessing to all nations. And they skip over that. There's absolutely no surprise that Huckabee would not be in the fight for biblical inerrancy because people like him and Ted Cruz, who are nothing but grifting politicians who are trying to use people who are Christians for their own purposes. they constantly misquote that. So there's absolutely no surprise that he would do that. Well, we are out of time and we have our guest, Dr. Shiva, is ready to come on. And we want to talk to him about his latest political campaign because there's other things involved in his political campaigns.
Starting point is 02:18:45 He uses those to organize people and to start redirecting them into things that they can do productively rather than trying to push on a rope. So we're going to take a quick break and we're going to connect with, um, Dr. Shiva and I'm going to get something to drink here because I'm getting anyway, we're going to do that. We'll be right back, folks. Stay with us.
Starting point is 02:19:10 Let's see. Let me grab something here. I haven't played. The D'EGELOCHOCH-GELDICTEN THEIRNEDKOLZANI, JANNEDAWOLZE JANGHAM
Starting point is 02:19:40 JORUZOZOXXIVI-GEL You're listening to the David Nightson. You're listening to the David Nightship. show. I'm going to be. I don't know. I'm going to be. We're going to be able to be.
Starting point is 02:21:16 I'm going to be. I'm going to be able to be. I'm going to be. And I'm I'm going to be able to be. I'm going to I'm going to go.
Starting point is 02:22:03 Oh. I'm going to be. I'm going to be. I'm going to I'm going to I'm I'm a
Starting point is 02:22:17 my... ...andah ... ... ... You're listening to the David Knight Show. All right, and joining us now is Dr. Shiva and Dr. Shiva Ayadoui, and he is running for Senate as an independent, right? That's a good thing.
Starting point is 02:23:05 website is shiva for senate.com. Thank you for joining us, Dr. Shiva. Good. How are you doing, David? Doing good. Tell us a bit about what you're doing here, what your goals are. Yeah. So I think, David, people know that fundamentally, those in power give people essentially only two options on their battleground and how to participate in politics, right? But these are the two promoted options, which is, you, You run for office in either the Republican or Democratic Party, take a left or right position, or you file lawsuits, you become a lawyer. So if you think about it, if you wake up at some point in your life and you say, you know,
Starting point is 02:23:50 I see injustice in the world and I want to change it, they give you these two vehicles. Legalism, become a lawyer, file lawsuits, or electoralism, right? Run for office. now the realities if you just take that those two positions you invariably get either demoralized or you get co-opted or you compromise and they know this because the judges the courts the legal systems the electoral process is all controlled by what I call the swarm and if people want to understand what that is they can go to shatter the swarm dot com and I describe that in a very scientific way the structures of power okay so but
Starting point is 02:24:33 What they do not teach David anymore or they rarely even talk about it is that actual changes come through bottoms of political movements of everyday people, organizing locally and building self-organizing systems, mass movements. That's right. And this is the fundamental way any changes come. So that's at the core. So if you have a movement at the core, and then you go participate in the electoralism or the legalism process as a vehicle for a, at minimum, building the movement, and a potential you may actually win some legal cases and participate much more robustly in the electoral process. So a prior, you have to have a movement. Without that, you're going to get compromised. Who was the, I think if somebody, anthropologist, I can't remember the name, said something like, you know,
Starting point is 02:25:28 small dedicated group of people is the only thing that's ever changed. Well, I'm paraphrasing. Maybe you know that quote. Well, yeah. Well, it's a dedicated. It's a dedicated group of people who have in any field, politics, science, medicine, who have really taken the time to apply the scientific method to understand how nature operates. And then once with that understanding, then you go do innovation, then you bring something to humanity. So example, for, since the time in Memorial people thought human beings could not fly
Starting point is 02:26:02 right then you had people understand Bernoulli's principle and then you had the creation of airplanes which came from that understanding or people never thought we would have lights you know we'd always live in darkness you had Maxwell's laws
Starting point is 02:26:16 these principles then people created all these gadgets that you know we have light we don't have darkness so when it comes to politics there's been a a view that there will always be the oligarchs and the rest of us have to suffer, right? There will always be the 0.01%.
Starting point is 02:26:39 And just like there will be darkness, only birds can fly, you know, just deal with it. That's okay? And then as a part of that, you were just talking earlier about Christian, you know, the fake Christians. In every lit religion, be it Hinduism, Islam, Christianity. The corrupt owners of these religions take these religions, and they create political ideologies to support the suppression of the masses of people by the few. In Hindus, and they called it karma, the Brahmins, right? Christian evangelism now supports another political ideology called Zionism, right?
Starting point is 02:27:17 Nazis, but the notion of rationalizing that there's no way out of this, that you simply have to accept the way things are, and if you do want to change it, run for politics, you know, raise money, you know, be Republican or Democrat, you're going to have to compromise or become a lawyer where you're doing dealmaking. You never really present in court anymore. So we have sort of shattered both of those, David, and it's been a long arc of a lot of hard work, you know, my personal journey, but also we've built a global movement. And it's taken a lot the hard work. It's something that should have been done several generations ago. But those in power brainwashed people to think Bernie Sanders was going to take care of it, or Donald Trump was
Starting point is 02:28:08 going to take care of it on the right. Or Tucker Carlson, who griffs all day long, it was a CIA agent. Yeah. Right. Or Nick Fuentes. Two feds, by the way, having interviews each other saying they're not feds, right? The biggest sci-op. That's right. So quite fascinating. So everything they do, and I want people to really, if there's one thing you get from this conversation that I want to share, is that everything that the swarm does, the elites do, is to disempower you from the even the thought, an iota of the thought that we must build bottoms up movements. That's right. That's it. And if you understand that, you will understand what we're doing, what my life has been about, what our movement. about you know our movement is truth freedom health you can go to truth from health.com and it's we educate people on history we educate people on engineering system science so just like
Starting point is 02:29:06 bernoulli's principle or maxwell's laws i've uncovered these natural laws david that come from engineering science that show the dynamics of nine principles how every system in the universe operates and the cool thing is i can teach this to anyone you don't have to go to mit okay but with that understanding, you get this very deep view of the dynamics of all systems. And you can apply to political systems. So truth, freedom health, there's no and there or dashes or emphasizing one or the other. They are three principles. The movement of information and matter and energy freely. That's freedom. The conversion of ideas to find what is real. That's truth. The conversion process and the vessel the structural process which contains truth and freedom that's your health
Starting point is 02:29:56 economic health your physical health etc now the principles of movement conversion and structure appear in everything i could do a whole lecture i don't want to bore you guys on that but we have founded a movement on scientific principles so you can't just do science you can't just be an activist fighting for freedom you can't just take care of your health you have to do all of it so you have seeing during COVID, you had all these yoga people and wellness people who talked about health, but they were all supporting masks and getting vaccinated, complete dysfunction. Then you have people who talked about freedom, but the same people who talked about freedom were supporting lockdowns. You see? Yeah. And those people who talked about science, truth, were making claims
Starting point is 02:30:41 that the only way to get out of this was you had to take the MRNA vaccine and you had to put people on respirators. I was the only first one. the early one who said gave a protocol as a scientist that the focus is the immune system. So when you take the systems approach, you see things as they are. This is why our movement and my work was always at the forefront. In 2020, we were the first ones to call out, you know, COVID. We were the first ones to expose the depths of election integrity. You know, it was like Ph.D-level stuff we did. And we were the first ones in our historic lawsuit to expose the fact that government has an unholy alliance in social media companies. We, we, we, we, we,
Starting point is 02:31:19 on our preliminary injunction, our lawsuit, we exposed the hypocrisy of people like Elon Musk, you know, where government ends and where Elon Musk begins, nobody knows. So our movement has grown now because we have leaders all over the world. We ran in 2017, 18, and we had a great meme, if you remember, I may have it up here, which says, only the real Indian can defeat the fake Indian. And it was a picture of me and Elizabeth Warren. Even though it was only seven or ten of us, we ended up getting about 150,000 votes in Massachusetts. And we were the ones who forced Elizabeth Warren to take the DNA test, not Trump, not Donald Trump Jr.
Starting point is 02:32:01 But it was, we had these signs, David, that went viral. We had magnet signs. I think thousands of them, I think I can show you a picture of them, if it's okay. Sure. Just to remind people of sort of the, you know, there is a creativity to. politics and it's really an opportunity where real art can thrive you know it's you know where um so if i can share my screen i think i can i think i need to send a request uh but anyway the the hatred against elizabeth warren was not a hatred against her individually david it was the
Starting point is 02:32:41 fact that she represented a fake indian all these fake politicians who say one thing and do another in In Elizabeth Warren's case, it was very much more direct because she said she was a Native American and was not. And because of that, she got jobs, a cozy tenured professorship at Harvard. And mind you, a professor at Harvard is like the Brahmin of ancient India. They're the ones who control ideas. They make $3 to $5 million a year. They get the best health care. They get free gym memberships.
Starting point is 02:33:12 Their kids get to go to school for free. And so it's quite hypocritical. So, but our slogan with my picture, with Elizabeth Warren in a headdress, by the way, you could put Donald Trump in the same headdress, you could put Elon Musk in a same headdress, Bernie Sanders. But at the depth of the subconscious, we were hitting something deep that these people don't work. That's right. And when she took that test, that really did hit home. I remember Babylon B. had a joke about it. They said, well, you know, Hillary Clinton did a test, and she found out she had more lizard.
Starting point is 02:33:47 Alien Lizard DNA than Elizabeth Warren did. I repeated that joke. And because of that, I had the Daily Beast tried to get me thrown off of Twitter because they repeated a joke about that. They absolutely are humorless. It's funny how humorless they are. When these came out, David, they tried to tell me to take the signs off my bus. It went into a federal lawsuit and I ended up winning it, okay, the city of Cambridge.
Starting point is 02:34:16 So, but the reason I bring this up, so that was 2017 and 18. That was our first foray into our electoral politics. You know, I spent 40 years in my life building movements. But the reason we decided to do that was we obviously knew that we had a very low chance of winning because the Democrats and Republicans control it. But we injected ourselves and it was a very successful work because we forced her to take the DNA test. We got on all these social media and platforms. but we built this broad understanding
Starting point is 02:34:46 whether people knew it or not about the hypocrisy of all these guys. So that was the first phase. Phase two was we ran in 2020 as a Republican. As everyone said, oh, you were against Pocahontas. Why don't you run as a Republican? Because they thought, I must be a Republican. So we did.
Starting point is 02:35:03 We gave the Republican Party in Massachusetts. It's an opportunity to have someone like me, four degrees from MIT, accomplished seven companies, who came from a bottom, built myself up. But the established from Republican Party in Massachusetts, which always works with the Democrats, had no interest in supporting me.
Starting point is 02:35:24 That's right. Nonetheless, we raised close to $2 million in 2020, all $1, $5, $20 predominantly donations. And we had 3,000 volunteers. We had 25,000 lawn signs up, 10,000 bumper stickers. It was quite extraordinary. Every part of Massachusetts,
Starting point is 02:35:40 you could not leave Massachusetts without receiving a Dr. Shiva billboard on the major highways etc you know even here here in tennessee when you ran for president there were shiva signs around here uh we saw quite a few of them you know so exactly so you got that shows that shows david not only the strength of people's affection towards our ideas but the fact that we have people on the ground all over the country that's right that matter now all over the world that's right okay and i like that what you've done to empower people and to get them to understand that it really is from the bottom up and you know Trump understands that. And then the establishment understands. It's one of the reasons why Trump is so adamant that they're going to shut down any state or local regulation of AI. It's only going to be in one rule to rule us all, right? And that's going to come from him. And it's going to come from Washington. But they're very afraid that when people see a problem, and they do see a problem, you know, they think most people don't buy into the climate change thing, but they do buy into the changes that AI could bring.
Starting point is 02:36:43 upon us and they don't like it they don't like the police state surveillance uh trump does and so he wants to shut that down anybody pushing back against it because that's where the real power is the real power is from the bottom up yeah and so if you look at the movements of the late 1800s early 1900s in the united states there was these very bottoms up organic workers movements which they try to leave relabel as red scare communists you see so that's what mccarthyism did Right? These weren't movements controlled by Russia. They were organic American working class movements. And they're the reason America actually did become great.
Starting point is 02:37:23 During 1970 to, I'm sorry, 1900s to 1970, as GDP grew, everyone's wages grew. Because the elites were afraid that working class Americans would take to the streets. In fact, during that period, David, there were 11,000 strikes, close to 200 million people. ordinary people wouldn't take BS, right? They would organize. And these were organic movements. We need to reclaim that. We've got to reclaim that because they're going to do it to us.
Starting point is 02:37:53 The world transport is going on now is incredible. So the right-wing McCarthyite branded those movements as communists, hijacked the fact that four American workers were hanged in the 1800s fighting for the eight-hour workday. And that's why the international working class, labeled that May Day, it wasn't a communist holiday. So they essentially created this false narrative. So between 1950 to 70, the Democrats like Bernie Sanders and other left trade union top down, people took over the unions, and Wall Street was given to the right wing.
Starting point is 02:38:31 So by 1970, there is really no more fight anymore. They destroyed these bottoms up workers' movements. And between 1970 until today, if you read the Rand report that came out a couple years ago, as GDP has grown, the wages of the first and second income quartile of hardworking Americans has gone down. And if you add it all up, if you do the calculus on it,
Starting point is 02:38:52 between 1970 until today, it adds up to $47 trillion. Of wealth has moved to Trump and Jared Kushner and Elon Musk's, etc. But here's the interesting thing, David. The left will do half-truths against the right, and the right will do half troops against the left.
Starting point is 02:39:12 That's right. Or they'll say, what about the fact that these guys did what you're accusing me are doing, you know, and so I get a pass to do it now. They set precedence for each other, right? It's like, but what about him? He did this crime, so I get to do the same crime, you know? Right. So they have, and so anything that they do that seems truthful is not truthful.
Starting point is 02:39:34 It's basically to split the middle, which the middle works, which means a working, the middle class. working people actually work Bernie Sanders has never worked Donald Trump has never really worked fucker excuse me Tucker Carlson has never really worked okay and if you look at these characters Robert Kennedy Jr. as I call him Boobie Kennedy has never worked. AOC has never worked so on the left and the right you have these leaders who essentially had the birth lottery given to them even this guy Mamdani his mother is a very very famous Hollywood director a lot of people don't
Starting point is 02:40:10 know this, Mira Nyer. And she directed her son. Yeah. This was not something he organically came up. Central casting, yeah. Right. So the left and the right have spent a lot of effort in manipulating people to think that they are actually in some fight. So this image that I recently developed, I don't know if you know, I have a degree in graphic design, Dave's space. So this image sort of captures our meme for 2026 in my U.S. Senate race. I don't know if you can see it. Yeah, yeah. The middle works.
Starting point is 02:40:45 So, yeah, even the fist, which was a left-wing, quote-unquote, theme, Trump started using the fist, if you noticed. Yeah. So we're saying, let's give the middle. And what do we mean by this? And, you know, this came to me actually in a dream on how to structure this, but it takes an effort to work on these kinds of graphics, you know? Yeah.
Starting point is 02:41:06 But we say the middle works, which means, We work for a living. Yeah. And we must, the middle must rise. So we have all these workers rising up through the middle finger. On the left, you have the donkey fearing people rising, AOC, Mabani, and Bernie, which are sort of the characters, the cast of characters who represent the left. And over you have, I like to call him Effra Carlson, but I know in respect to your show, I won't do that.
Starting point is 02:41:36 And you have a booby Kennedy. of Trump and the elephant. Both the donkey and the elephant are fearful if someone like me, David, who actually comes from below, right, that actually has built a movement, a brand even. I mean, no one gave me Dr. Shiva as a brand. See, this is the other thing. They don't want independent people getting limelight or getting fame because they have to own even that. So when I exposed all this stuff in 2020, the backdoor portal to Twitter, the COVID stuff, the election integrity, they created their own cast of characters two years later to literally plagiarize my material. And they still do it today because they cannot give independence the limelight
Starting point is 02:42:20 because they represent the people. So our view is the middle is rising. We must shatter the swarm. And what we are doing, David, is this meme is a very powerful meme because it goes to working people and saying, look, do you want to get over your own dysfunction? That's what our campaign's going to do. It's not about, forget them. We know what they're doing. But when you have someone like me running, why aren't you getting off your butt
Starting point is 02:42:49 and going to your neighbors and saying, you've got to vote for Dr. Shiva? Because it's not like they don't have a candidate anymore. So our campaign, I'm going to run, David, but I'm not going to run. Meaning the emphasis I'm going to do is someone, and we have a lot of people say, oh, Dr. Shiva, you were great.
Starting point is 02:43:06 Thank you so much for doing those videos. Great. Now, what are you going to do? That's right. Don't just say you like my videos. There's 4,000 of them. But are you going to go tell your neighbors to pledge their vote for me right now? So people go to Shiva numeral4 Senate.com.
Starting point is 02:43:23 You'll see what we've done, David. People can go right now and pledge their vote for me. Now, we're not waiting to next year. So if you're listening and you have friends in Massachusetts, tell them to go pledge their vote. But not only that, tell them. them to go talk to their neighbors and their family and their friends everyone needs to be a micro activist the old even me going out running i mean we did this right we drove all around massachusetts in our bus we put up all these signs it still was a set of us the only way we working
Starting point is 02:43:57 people can win is if it's a self-organizing system which is the principle of system science if individuals on the node all say hey i like this guy dr sheva i know he's proven he it's not my resume speaks for itself david you look at all these politicians let's look at if they ever in their life solved a problem we had uh he had trump who bankrupted six casinos exactly like the ultimate low achiever he's even sued the people who wrote a book about him who said that lucky loser they've got a a slot machine on the cover i think one of his professors that one of his professors word said he was a dumbest student he ever had So what you're looking at is, and booby-effing Kennedy, by the way, the way he applied to Harvard was just put his name, the hubris.
Starting point is 02:44:46 Yeah. And he gets in. His thesis is completely written by his roommate who couldn't get girls. So the trade was he would get him girls, and he wrote his thesis. So these people do not work. And you have to have a significant amount of hatred and anger at them. But the more important thing, David, is what we want to educate people is, why are you? you in this, why are you letting the left and the right divide us? And this is a personal dysfunction
Starting point is 02:45:15 people need to do reflection on. And so my job as an educator as a, you know, I think a penultimate candidate for Senate is I'm already, I've worked my work to get here. So people now working people need to say, wait a minute, this is one of us. Why do I vote for the left or right? They need to do their own reflection. And it's a one degree shift that needs to. take place and if enough people do you have these people who they double think that they're able to engage in is just amazing they absolutely hate uh x or why let's say they hate the the vaccine right but they love the father of the vaccine it's like how can you not see this i understand when it is sold to them by the people who make money by uh you know peasing these people and by telling the group
Starting point is 02:46:02 what they want to hear but the group think is absolutely killing us well well the reason it's occurring That's why this graphic is nice, David, because they have it down to a science. It's a psychological operation science. So Bernie Sanders or Mundani or AOC will attack these people as quote-unquote Zionists, okay? Mm-hmm. Or they will attack them and tell you guys are Nipo babies, right? Yep. Which is true.
Starting point is 02:46:26 Yep. And these guys on the right, you know, Trump will say Bernie and all these people just want free stuff, which is also true. Yeah. Okay? So the reality is Mamdani is not talking about like a workers' state where working people sees the means of power. He's talking about top-down socialism, state capitalism. No different than what Trump wants, what he's doing of then video, okay? That's why Trump and Mamdani meeting, I did a little blog post on this and being chums in some sense, each supporting each other, reveals the fact that the economic conditions in the United States were working people.
Starting point is 02:47:07 have been devastated. So what the elites are doing is that entire scene in the White House was telling working people on the left and the right, don't worry, we have it under control. Trump and Mamdani are meeting together. They're all on the same team. You don't have to do anything. They'll take care of it. That's right. And this is why the middle is so important. That's right. The middle must rise up in from a philosophical, spiritual, whatever you want to talk about it. Our 2026 campaign for U.S. Senate is going to be a very different campaign. We're going to ask the individual,
Starting point is 02:47:40 oh, you support me, but what are you going to do? What are you going to do? And we're going to go to all these working people and say, look, you work for a living. They don't. Why do you give all your self-respect to them? And I think this is,
Starting point is 02:47:56 if you study the psychology of abusive relationships, this is what happens. The abuser somehow brainwashes the abuse victim to keep coming back to them you see in all sorts and so it's basically a mass abuser abuse victim relationship
Starting point is 02:48:16 that's what we're fundamentally dealing with and the way they're able to get away with it David as this meme reflects is one group says half truths against the other and the other group says half truths against the other so people are literally split so Trump the elites the swarm created Trump
Starting point is 02:48:34 because they needed the white working class to have hope because the same white working class, at least 60% of them, who voted for Trump and voted for Obama. And his thing was hope, right? So they have this down to a theatrical physics. That's right. Yeah, we're supposed to believe that Trump is a blue-collar billionaire. Yeah, or Tucker Carlson, who wanted to be in the CIA, is somehow come to some, you know, holy revelation that he's fighting demons, as he says. in his sleep and now he wants to reveal truth well the revelation of truth is not sufficient to
Starting point is 02:49:14 change because now every grifter is exposing truth yeah quote unquote truth yeah but none of them will ever ever when it comes to talking about election integrity when i did all the um you know breakthrough work will ever mention my name when we were the one to expose a backdoor portal to twitter and accept a few people like yourself and maybe claite morris will say wait a minute he's the one who's want to do the work. But they literally steal our truth that we expose because they don't want the limelight coming to working people like myself who do the hard work. And this is what people need to understand. They do this consistently. Credit. They'll diminish you for saying, hey, I did that work. Oh, why do you want credit, David? Why do you want? But everything they do is about getting
Starting point is 02:49:58 credit. The Trump is a brand. The Kennedys are a brand. And they spend billions of dollars creating their brand equity. Well, I created the Dr. Shiva or Truth Freedom Health brand bottoms up. And that really pisses them off, David, because we understood their dynamics. And that's why in 2026 our
Starting point is 02:50:18 campaign in Massachusetts and we're going to win this campaign because we're going to win it because the previous campaigns were about exposing truth. But this time we're going to win this campaign. You know, 96% of the
Starting point is 02:50:36 under the age of 26 in Massachusetts are independents now. 65% of people under the age of 55 are independence now, Massachusetts. The work that we did, a lot of people moved to becoming independent. There's only 9% Republicans and 35% Democrats. So the majority is independence. Yeah. And they don't have a voice. So that's why the left and right create this fake dialectic to split the middle.
Starting point is 02:51:03 And so I think the great thing, with our campaign is we're going down to the heart the root cause of the issue it's not them it's us david yeah why is it we remain abusive victims that's right why do we listen to Tucker carlson the idiot got 25 million dollars working for fox and suddenly he's become a truth teller he didn't know anything about Israel for 40 50 years of his life suddenly you know or 9-11 you know he shut down people when they wanted to show videos or what was happening 11 you know and now I hear he's going to do some kind of a 9-11 documentary and reinvent himself. But all he said was, hey, if you talk about Building 7, they'll fire you.
Starting point is 02:51:43 So I won't talk about it. So who's controlling him? The age of disclosure, this movie about UFOs, right, with Marco Rubio. I mean, anything Marco Rubio is involved with is a joke. Okay, the guy is a joke. But anyway, they have gotten very clever with these cast of characters. And that is why our campaign is going to take all the learning. all the work we've done and focus on the singular point do you want to save yourself
Starting point is 02:52:09 period to the individual and why do you give up your self-respect to these fools who say one thing and do another they're all fake Indians that's right right well I think it's really coming there it's coming to a head now because I don't know if you are familiar with the work of Strauss and How on the fourth turning but I really do believe the research that has a lot of validity in it that we have the cyclical thing And you can see the institutions and the corruption that is there. You see the economic issues and the fact that all these different countries are trying to find war wherever they can get it to distract the people at home because they know that they're at war with the people at home. So let's get them focused on something over here where we can all unite and they can cheer and get behind us.
Starting point is 02:52:54 But, you know, they're talking about how there was an MISD study saying they could replace, and I don't know if it's true or not. they could replace a little over 12% of the workforce right now with AI. If they do that, 25 million people, yeah. Yeah, if they do that, that's going to be instant depression. You know, that was, most of the depression, we had about a 14, 15% unemployment rate. They could do that just like, you know, with a drop of a hat if they wanted to. And it doesn't matter if the AI really works all that well.
Starting point is 02:53:25 They could still fire you, you know. So people are looking at this. And when Hwang in video went to, um, um, um, went to D.C., people were talking to him. He says, yeah, everybody says it's going to take your job. No, you're going to work harder. You're going to have a job, and you're going to work harder. So I guess we can go back, forget about the eight-hour day, right?
Starting point is 02:53:44 That's what these guys would like to do. I guess it's take us back. That's his, that's the care of things. Well, I think what's going to happen, well, what's going to happen, David? I don't know if you know, I have the three earliest patents in tech space AI from 1993 that I used for a company. And it's interesting, right when those patents expired, a few months later, is when chat GPT came.
Starting point is 02:54:04 Okay? But anyway, so I know a little bit, I was in this field for 20 years. So when you look at AI, you know, as a senator, for example, one of the laws that people should think about is this, you have private companies over here, creating technologies to suck human knowledge and instantiated into a machine. Okay? Most of the AI requires what's called supervised learning. So you have to give it information.
Starting point is 02:54:35 So they have people in Africa watching images and deciding what kind of image it is. And eventually those people won't be needed, okay? Labeling, yeah. It's called a training set, okay? So the interesting question, and I think only someone like me could even bring this up, because I understand the bridge of team technology, politics, and engineering is, so if you are a worker doing some task, okay, let's say a radiologist. a radiologist and a machine which is a private company is watching your diagnosis it's getting all
Starting point is 02:55:08 that information and it's going into this private company's database eventually the radiologist will not be needed okay the radiologist was hired you know X salary for per hour he was not given any he will never be given any royalty or IP for his knowledge that was taken from his brain right so I, for example, first of all, I educate people like I'm doing right now, but more importantly, if knowledge is taken from a human being and put into a private company, no compensation is made, you could argue that private company owns a royalty stream to those individuals. For that matter, to all of us. Yeah, that's right.
Starting point is 02:55:50 You know, when Google is looking at all of our searches, because a few of them are monopolies, we are not as humans being compensated for the knowledge that they're. they're taking from us. Now, you could say to Google, if you have a web page, I don't want my web page indexed, which means you'll never show up. So they force you to give your knowledge to them, and there's no consideration
Starting point is 02:56:12 given to you for exchange of this value. So there's a fundamental issue here, and this is happening in the arts, right? Oh, yeah, most of these, you know, besides the A-list actors, who are also selling their rights by
Starting point is 02:56:28 them, and they'll get compensated. the majority of us who are working today, there is no fundamental structure to compensate you for the fact that random private companies funded by Silicon Valley are vacuuming up your brain, and you are not going to be compensated for that. That's right. So this is, there has to be some compensatory relief for that because it was your knowledge that trained these systems. You know, when I used to, I created a technology years ago for automatically reading an email, separate from the invention of email. analyzing it and routing it. So we were actually used to watch the call center reps, how they treated an email and our systems would learn.
Starting point is 02:57:07 So instead of doing six emails per hour, or call center representative could do 40 emails. Okay? So AI can be used as a significant adjunct to obviously creating more productivity. But the elites don't care about that. They're not going to say, okay, we have 100 workers. We're going to put in AI.
Starting point is 02:57:28 what they're and then we're in a basically the ideal model would be you compensate people fairly but maybe they don't have to work four days a week maybe five days a week maybe they work three days a week because their knowledge was used to train those systems instead what they'll do is fire 80% of the workforce and have the remaining 20% working three times more that's right you say yeah so it's one kind of what Disney did when they brought in the H-1B visa people they said well you know We'll give you a little bit more severance pay if you train replacement. And that's really what is happening across the board with artificial intelligence, as you pointed out. Yeah, I did a podcast years and years ago explaining, look, AI is not machine AI.
Starting point is 02:58:15 AI existed the instant that Henry Ford created the manufacturing line. Okay, that was AI. He took a very complex process of creating a car. He made it into a, you know, individual. task-based process and then he put these carbon-based beings along that manufacturer some of them just screwed on a bolt others put on the windshield wiper that was AI because you took human creative intelligence and localized it into doing one task now if you remove the carbon-based being and you put a silicon-based being that's still AI you see what I'm saying so people need to
Starting point is 02:58:51 understand that from the aspect of productivity which has been explosively growing. You know, capitalism has done that. There's a goal of capitalism is to maximize profit. Labor is the biggest expense in that formula. So you're trying to reduce labor, which you're trying to increase productivity. But the promise of that was not that you would lay off everyone, right? As productivity increased, the mass of human workers should be able to work less hours. Instead, the model that came from crony capitalism was you lay off 80% of the people, and then 20% are working harder. And that's what's going to happen with AI.
Starting point is 02:59:33 So if you learn how to use AI well, you don't need a certain set of low-level workers. But whenever new technologies come, David, the legislators in Congress were basically dumb as doorknobs, will always get manipulated in this case by Silicon Valley. So, for example, I know this personally, you know, when I invented email back in 78, there were no laws to patent software because the idiots in Congress thought software was a movie script. You were writing something, right? So the problem is when you have idiots who don't create who are in the political process, they can get manipulated by others. It was only 1994 could you patent software. In 1980, the Computer Software Act allowed you to use copyright law to protect software, which is what I did.
Starting point is 03:00:25 Okay? But the point is, when you have morons who have never created anything, right, right, very different than the founders. You know, they actually are architects. So when you are with your hands doing something, you are much more fair in the laws that you want to create. And you're thinking into the future. I mean, the founders were thinking too. 300, 300 years ahead, because they were creators. But if you look at the resume of 99% of the people in Congress or Senate,
Starting point is 03:00:57 and everyone should do this, this is to working people listening, why are you electing these idiots? Ask yourself, when they say, I will solve this problem. Well, have you ever solved a problem? Show me one problem you solve. I will fix this. Have they ever fixed anything? I will create this.
Starting point is 03:01:14 Have they ever created anything? And I think it's time people take this. approach. And the fact that people don't take that approach, David, again, it comes down to a dysfunction among the broad mass of people who have been manipulated to think Tucker Carlson making his grimaces and faces has some authority to talk about anything. I mean, he hasn't earned that right. I'm sorry. You didn't put it in the freaking time. Or Bernie Sanders talking about how he cares about working people. You've never worked a day in your life. So I think it's really important that working people derives some self-respect for themselves.
Starting point is 03:01:56 And it's like the slaves have forgotten. They're the ones who're doing all the work. That's right. Right? So the slaves need to wake up and want to save themselves, want to have leaders come from, there will be leaders, but why are you electing leaders who have nothing to do with you, who don't even want to be with you, who have great disdain for you? Why are you doing that? And that's because you're in an abusive relationship. And this is, I think, very, very deeply a fundamental issue that people need to reflect on. And that's why in 2026, David, I'm not going to run around. I'm not going to do all the work. So if people want me, you're going to have to do the work. That's right. So. Yeah, and that's a message of people
Starting point is 03:02:42 only need to hear because the plan, and they keep telling us, this is a plan. They want to pacify us. You know, well, hey, you know, you can have a job if you want to, but you don't really need to. We'll give you everything that you need. And he's just kind of like having a garden, right? You don't really need to have a garden. You can go down and buy all the food you want at the grocery store. But if you want to have a garden, because that's something you want to do, that's fine. It's a hobby.
Starting point is 03:03:02 So you can have some hobbies, but we're going to put you on universal basic welfare. And all the money is going to be made by us. And at the same time, he's doing that. Musk is saying at the same time he wants to have all the money in the world that belongs to him. he's saying well money's not going to mean anything right it's critical where did musk come from where did musk come from david he came from apartheid south africa where they had 3% of the population having 97% do all the mining
Starting point is 03:03:30 for emeralds diamonds jewels etc right that's right so that's what must comes from and he needs to justify his own legacy of exploitation right it's not like he's concerned for humanity the realities when you look at the aspect of, you know, AI and what can happen, he has no, you know, when he says everyone's going to, doesn't have to work, let me put it to you this way. This is what the quote unquote white man did the Native Americans. You don't have to work. We're going to put you on reservations. What's now happened is that we have a decentralized reservation. Yeah. That's exactly the model. Yeah. Yeah. So 70% of people are basically living hand to mouth, right?
Starting point is 03:04:20 I think 80% of Americans may have $1,000 in savings for rainy day. They are all exposed to some type of substance abuse, cannabis, which is, by the way, not a harmless drug. And we can do a whole discussion on that, okay? I agree. Or alcohol or smoking, right? I don't support any of that. I just, I'm against the drug war. But, you know, when you go back to the Indian Reservation, I think that really is the model that they've got. That's the model, then. In that particular case, it's people who supported themselves by hunting and gathering or whatever it was that they were doing. And they took that away from them by force, put them into this container. With us, for the most part, they're doing it with a program of pacification, you know, like you would domesticate a wild wolf or something. You feed them until they become dependent on you.
Starting point is 03:05:10 and yet they will go to the next level. That's only going to get a certain percentage of people. As you point out, it's decentralized. It's everywhere. The control is centralized. But yeah, and so they'll be able to have a situation where if you don't tow the line, we're going to cut you off from everything. And if you do tow the line, we'll give you all the free stuff.
Starting point is 03:05:32 I mean, that's what Bill Gates is doing in India with the Adhar system. You know, if you're poor and you're reliant on a handout from the government, That's fine. We'll give it to you as long as you take the number. If you need health care, we'll give it to you as long as you take the number. But that allows us to control you, to inventory you, and to know everything that you don't. Let you walk around freely, but you won't be able to do anything if you don't take the system that we're imposing on you. And so that's kind of the model. Yeah. Yes. So in the United States now, it was interesting, there's a butcher over here that I went to a young guy. and he said that, you know, he said, oh, I've got a lot of Bitcoin. This is like several years ago.
Starting point is 03:06:15 And I saw him a couple weeks ago, and he said, oh, I sold all my Bitcoin. And I said, how many did you have? He goes, oh, I had 280. I go, but how many did you sell? Oh, 20. I go, what happened to your other $260? He goes, oh, I got into on these online gambling crypto sites and I lost 260. Wow.
Starting point is 03:06:31 Okay, so they basically lost $20 million. Yeah. Wow. So they have the slaves gambling on drugs, right, and encouraging them not to work. That's a reservation. That's right. And this is happening. So you talked about the Aadar system in India, which was actually implemented by another scumbag
Starting point is 03:06:53 called Nanda Niliqani. He's the one who actually developed it, okay, originally. He was brought in by the former prime minister to do it. But they have China being the petri dish for. surveillance. That's right. And they have India being the petri dish for getting everyone on a card and how you incentivize people not to work. Look, 30 years ago in India, the kind of beta test sites, you know, they're beta test sites, mass populations. So, you know, it's very hard to get laborers to do anything in India now. Because this,
Starting point is 03:07:34 our system gives everyone a free TV, free laptops, free food. So people are working like, why the hell do I need to work? That's what scared to me so much about the lockdowns. I saw that as a Overton window normalization of this very type of thing. And I was surprised when they locked everybody down, everybody's going to take the hand out and then they get used to it, just like that. You know, I mean, it just took a hold of them. They didn't push back against it at all.
Starting point is 03:08:04 What's really interesting, David, I don't know if you've ever gone on safari in Africa. No. Have you done that? No. Well, it's an interesting thing. I went once and you're sitting there and you're seeing all these animals, right? Uh-huh. Lion's tiger, right?
Starting point is 03:08:17 And you see these monkeys, right? And they're living among each other and they're scratching, you know, whatever fleas off them. But they're living in this environment. And you think about the fact that we as humans at one time lived in very basic conditions, right? living off the land, you know, very simple stuff. And I think the swarm knows this, that they could keep diminishing the infrastructure and people live with less and less and less. So, right?
Starting point is 03:08:48 Like you could theoretically just live in the woods, right? You know, learn how to kill. I mean, you could go to that level of, you could say, I'm living off the land. But you could go to that level. So I think the elites have done their calculus. And they know that the bottom is pretty low. So you see in San Francisco, people are shitting on the streets. Yeah.
Starting point is 03:09:11 Right. Yeah. So I think a lot of very dumb activists, and this is the demoralization that's taking place to not build a bottom movement, they'll say, oh, Dr. Shiva, your movement won't be successful. You have to wait until there's a cataclysm. Then people arise up. It's actually not true.
Starting point is 03:09:29 When a cataclysm occurs, people go to a new state of oppression. And a newer state, in a newer state. So if you're, if you ever go to India, you'll see on a highway ride down Delhi, a guy taking a shower and pooping on the streets. And you'll see a guy like the Ambani's in Bombay, right? Mm-hmm. Who live in a billion-dollar skyscraper. So the elites know that the human mind can be manipulated.
Starting point is 03:09:54 So putting people on UBI is going to be the squeeze. So I think it's going to be a slow squeeze. They're not just going to go kill people. you're going to get 20 million jobs off AI, put them on reservations, let them get drunk, let them eat crappy food, and they're just slowly going to die off. Yeah, that's right. And that's what they did with the Native Americans, right? Right. So that model, I think, has been mapped out in some wonderful spreadsheet created by, you know, whoever, right? So I think these guys are very clever. And the only way out of this is, us building bottom-s-up movement. I agree. Intellectuals like myself.
Starting point is 03:10:37 And if we wait for a crisis, like you're talking about, that was what surprised me about the lockdowns and stuff in 2020. I thought, okay, they're going to change things rapidly enough, and they're changing them very rapidly. It's going to wake people up, you know, the whole boiling frogs thing. And yet when they sped up the change, it didn't wake people up. And I thought, wow. No, no, because this is this erroneous theory.
Starting point is 03:10:59 Yeah. That was put forward. That's right. Impression will somehow give a rise. Oppression oppresses. That's right. Oppression doesn't lead to liberation. So they have a set of fake activists telling people.
Starting point is 03:11:13 That's why they do all the doomsday stuff. Oh, Wall Street's going to crash tomorrow. And then people will rise up. It's nonsense. That's right. You have to build change is not something spontaneous. Change must be organized. It must be built bottoms up.
Starting point is 03:11:27 You have to have the right theory. You have to write, like anything. I mean, this iPhone didn't just pop out of it nowhere, right? Right. That's right. Someone had to think about it, apply the physics, the chemistry, the material science to make it. So this is what they don't want. Intellectuals are interesting, David. You could say, I'm an intellectual, right?
Starting point is 03:11:48 You're an intellectual. Now, intellectuals are interesting in the sense. They're not a class. You know, the swarm gave me the opportunity to go to MIT to learn this shit, right? But I could easily have taken my weaponry of the intellectual knowledge I got and been on Wall Street working at a hedge fund doing non-linear dynamic equations. Or I could say, you know what, I don't really want to do that. I actually want to learn how to shadow the swarm, the system's dynamics. So there was a time at the time of, let's say there were a revolution or the Renaissance, where intellectuals made conscious decisions.
Starting point is 03:12:26 Who did they want to serve? That's right. The majority of intellectuals in academia are practice the oldest profession in the world right now. That's right. Right? So there's not, so we have to actually go among working people and give them the knowledge. And that's what we're doing with our movement. So we train them on the same advanced system science that you would learn as a PhD. That's what I really like about your movements and about your campaigns.
Starting point is 03:12:51 The campaigns are a way to pull people around, organize them, and give them the real tools and the perspective that they need. need to actually activate them. And that's what that's really about. That is so much more important than the elections. But again, when people are paying attention to what's going on at least a little bit, that you can grab those people who are at least looking around and seeing the things that are out there and then focus them on getting actively involved themselves. And that's why that is so important.
Starting point is 03:13:22 Well, we're out of time. But thank you so much for coming on, Dr. Shiva, and we'll talk to you more about this. Shiva, the number four, and senate.com. Again, go there. That'll show people how they can get involved, and they can learn about the swarm, and how they can start to take control of this process instead of being controlled by it.
Starting point is 03:13:42 We need to be history's actors. That's what Carl Rove used to mock us and say, well, you're just watching what we're doing. Where the people are actually doing it. You can be the people who are actually doing it. That's the message from Dr. Shiva. Thank you so much. Appreciate it.
Starting point is 03:13:54 All right, David. Thank you. Yeah. And sounds like the Klan. Sound card is there for you. All right. Thank you. Bye-bye. Thanks, everybody.
Starting point is 03:14:01 Thanks for joining us. Have a good day. They created common core to dumb down our children. They created common past to track and control us. Their commons project. to make sure the commoners own nothing and the communist future. They see the common man is simple, unsophisticated, ordinary. But each of us has worth and dignity created in the image of God.
Starting point is 03:14:44 That is what we have in common. That is what they want to take away. Their most powerful weapons are isolation, deception, intimidation. They desire to know everything about us. while they hide everything from us. It's time to turn that around and expose what they want to hide. Please share the information and links you'll find at the Davidnightshow.com. Thank you for listening. Thank you for sharing.
