Starting point is 00:00:00 . Welcome everybody. Another major outgoing sort of last minute in a way accomplishment for the Biden administration. We do have a ceasefire and hostage deal with Israel and Hamas. The question as is always the case with these deals, how durable will it be? Will it really get off the ground or will something interfere? There's already questions about that. And who is responsible, which is a subject that is already generating significant interest. So let's start with the terms. The Associated Press has a good write up,
Starting point is 00:00:42 which we will link to about this. And it says if the Israel Hamas ceasefire deal goes according to the current draft draft, fighting will stop in Gaza for 42 days. Dozens of Israeli hostages and hundreds of Palestinian prisoners will be freed in this first phase. Israeli troops will pull back to the edges of Gaza. Many Palestinians will be able to return to what remains of their homes as stepped up aid will flow in. The question is if the ceasefire will survive beyond that phase. That will depend, the Associated Press writes, on even more negotiations meant to begin within weeks in those talks, Israel, Hamas and the U.S., Egyptian and Qatari mediators will have to tackle the tough issue of how Gaza will be governed with Israel demanding
Starting point is 00:01:30 the elimination of Hamas. Without a deal within those 42 days to begin the second phase, Israel could resume its campaign in Gaza to destroy Hamas, even as dozens of hostages remain in the militants hands. Hamas has agreed to a draft of the ceasefire deal. Israeli officials say details are still being worked out. Details could change. The whole deal could of course fall through. Um, one in, so here are the specific terms of phase one. Hamas will release 33 hostages, including female civilians and soldiers, children and civilians over 50. Israel will
Starting point is 00:02:06 release 30 Palestinian prisoners for each civilian hostage and 50 for each female soldier. Fighting will halt. Israeli forces will move out of populated areas to the edges of the Gaza strip and displaced Palestinians will begin returning home as more aid will come in. Then we have phases two and three and the under one of the critical questions was, are there guarantees that the Israeli hostages that are part of phase one are alive? The implication is that they are because phase three includes bodies of deceased Israeli hostages exchanged for bodies of deceased Palestinian fighters. The implication, the assumption is that if that is outlined specifically for phase three, then in phase one. Everybody is talking about hostages that are alive to be released by Hamas. What some of the reporting I'm reading is that one of the things that could
Starting point is 00:03:14 really torpedo this would be if assumed living hostages turn out not to be so. We're getting ahead of ourselves. We will see. President Biden, flanked by Vice President Kamala Harris and Secretary of State Antony Blinken, speaking yesterday. Here is President Biden and the Secretary of State. Let's listen. Good afternoon. It's a very good afternoon because at long last I can announce a ceasefire and a hostage deal has been reached between Israel and Hamas. Okay, and then further from President Biden. I'd also note this deal was developed and negotiated under my administration,
Starting point is 00:04:02 but its terms will be implemented for the most part by the next administration. In these past few days, we've been speaking as one team. So that statement was taken to mean it is Trump who achieved this. Of course, that is not what Joe Biden said. And we are going to get back to that. But this very quickly became a subject of focus. Who gets credit for the deal? And Biden was asked this when wrapping up by a reporter. Thank you. Credit for this, Mr. President, you or Trump? Is that a joke? Oh, thank you. OK. So the question of course, would Trump take credit?
Starting point is 00:04:47 The answer we quickly found out is yes. And I want to talk about that next. There are 16 seconds of video from Joe Biden's announcement yesterday about the ceasefire deal between Israel and Gaza that have been taken by some to mean it is Trump who is responsible for this deal. It is the incoming administration of Trump and the transition team that we can thank for this ceasefire deal between Israel and Gaza and right on cue as predicted Donald Trump taking to truth social central and saying in all capital letters, quote, We have a deal for the hostages in the Middle East.
Starting point is 00:05:32 They will be released shortly. Thank you. And then subsequently, with another post on Trove, Trove Central fleshing out the delusions a bit by saying, quote, the epic ceasefire agreement could only have happened, could have only happened as a result of our historic victory in November as it signaled to the entire world that my capital A administration would seek capital P peace and negotiate deals to ensure the safety of all Americans and our allies. I am thrilled American and Israeli hostages will be returning home to be reunited with their families and loved
Starting point is 00:06:13 ones. With this deal in place, my national security team, through the efforts of special envoy to the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, will continue to work closely with Israel and our allies to make sure Gaza never again becomes a terrorist safe haven. We will continue to work closely with Israel and our allies to make sure Gaza never again becomes a terrorist safe haven. We will continue promoting peace through strength throughout the region as we build upon the momentum of the ceasefire to further expand the historic Abraham Accords. This is only the beginning of great things to come for America and indeed the world. We have achieved so much without even being in the White House. Just imagine all of the wonderful things that will happen
Starting point is 00:06:51 when I return to the White House and my administration is fully confirmed so they can secure more capital V victories for the United States. Lauren Boebert, Trump lapdog extraordinaire, jumping on this bandwagon as well, putting out an excretion on X Hamas has approved a ceasefire hostage agreement. President Trump's strong leadership is already making the world a safer place. Of course he's not the president, but much of this, I mean, listen, they would have, uh, thanked Trump regardless. But part of it is this a 16 second clip of Biden that's doing it.
Starting point is 00:07:27 I'd also note this deal was developed and negotiated under my administration, but its terms will be implemented for the most part by the next administration. In these past few days we've been speaking as one team. I'd also note. Okay. Um, it, let's just be very frank about the degree to which Trump may have played a role here and the degree to which he very much did not. Trump wasn't there for the months and months and months of negotiations. Recently, what Biden says is that a transition team member was in the loop about what was going on. And it is, of course, absolutely true that it will be up to the Trump administration to replace the Biden administration in this negotiating role during the implementation phase. That is absolutely clear. Beyond that, we have no reason whatsoever to believe that the Trump transition team or anybody affiliated with Trump played a role. That being said, I am not going to try to hide the reality that there
Starting point is 00:08:42 seemed to be a motivation for right wing Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu to try to time this, to shift it closer to Donald Trump. Like Trump, Netanyahu is a sort of authoritarian wannabe who wants like minded allies and has a thirst for power and control, uh, in particular over the Middle East. And we know from reporting that this Trump Netanyahu conversation that took place after Trump became president elect included the sort of understanding that everybody would prefer that they can figure out a way for Trump to get credit. Now, that doesn't mean Trump did anything. It just means that Trump and Netanyahu together seem to say it would be better for our ambitions and our thirst for power and control to try to
Starting point is 00:09:40 time this thing so that we can sort of push more of it towards Trump and away from Joe Biden. That is undeniable because of the reporting that we have. But from from the standpoint of the actual negotiation, the Qatari and other mediators and everything else, the idea that this is Trump's doing is completely without evidence. The question is, we transition now from Biden to Trump as we will do just let me think, 24, 48, like 96 hours from now, 100 hours remain in the Biden presidency. Roughly. The question is, we transition is whether the deal will continue, whether it will be abided by or whether it will implode and fall apart. Let me know what you think

You can sign up today at join pacman.com president Joe Biden delivered his farewell address last night to the American people and to the world simultaneously incoming president Donald Trump was on troth central ranting about psychos and sort of putting out his personal grievances and attacks on other people. It is really quite a contrast. I want to look at a couple of interesting clips from Biden's speech. In the first, Biden calls for a number of specific reforms. Let's take a listen to that.
Starting point is 00:14:41 We need to get dark money. That's that hidden funding behind too many campaigns contributions. We need to get it out of our politics. We need to enact an 18 year time limit, term limit, time and term for the strongest ethics and the strongest reforms for our Supreme Court. We need to ban members of Congress from trading stock while they're in the Congress. We need to amend the Constitution to make clear that no president, no president is immune from crimes that he or she commits while in office. Mm hmm. President's power is not limit. It's not absolute.
Starting point is 00:15:19 Now, of course, these are great ideas. And one reaction to this is to say and to ask rather, why didn't Biden do some of it while he was president? Then, of course, I think that's always a legitimate thing to ask. On the one hand, the president can't unilaterally do any of that stuff. On the other hand, I would have loved to have seen Joe Biden push for it more and talk about it more during his administration. Joe Biden making it clear he wants Trump and his administration to succeed. That is his goal. That is his desire. So much more. I'm so proud of how much we've accomplished together for the American people. And I wish the incoming administration success because I want America to succeed.
Starting point is 00:16:07 That's why I've held my duty to ensure a peaceful and orderly transition of power, to ensure we lead by the power of our example. I have no doubt that America is in a position to continue to succeed. This is, of course, something Trump would never say. It's something Trump would never feel. Trump has been hoping that economic numbers will tank in these last few months of Biden's administration to give Trump a better starting point from which his record will begin. But I share Joe Biden's wish on this. I want Trump to succeed. I don't want unemployment to go up. I don't want the. I don't want unemployment to go up.
Starting point is 00:16:45 I don't want the stock market to crash and inflation to go back up. It just so happens that if Trump executes on his economic plan, it's all going to be, uh, uh, in the wrong direction. We know that from history and how, uh, we know these economic policies that Trump is suggesting, uh, impact the country. But my hope and my desire is that the country is more respected than ever under Trump, that it is more prosperous than ever. I hope all of those things happen on January 20th. There will be a transition from Biden to Trump. And at that point, the the the race sort of the tracker begins on the Trump side of the
Starting point is 00:17:24 ledger. And we will see what happens. Joe Biden during his farewell speech sort of outlining once again the in a sense improbable landing for Biden as president of the United States based on his beginnings, the humble beginnings that he has talked about many times before. I've always believed and I've told other world leaders, America can be defined by one word, possibilities. Only in America do we believe anything is possible. Like a kid with a stutter from modest beginnings in Scranton, Pennsylvania, in Claymont, Delaware, sitting behind this desk in the Oval Office as President of the United States. That's the magic of America.
Starting point is 00:18:08 It's all around us. Upstairs in the residence of the White House, I've walked by a painting of the Statue of Liberty I don't know how many times. In the painting, there are several workers climbing on the outstretched arm of the statue that holds the torch. Reminds me every day I pass it of the story and soul of our nation and the power of the American people. I've always believed. and saying it's been a long 50 years of public service and his final words to the American people before Trump becomes president on Monday. After 50 years of public service, I give you my word.
Starting point is 00:18:56 I still believe in the idea for which this nation stands. Nation where the strengths of our institutions and the character of our people matter and must endure. Now it's your turn to stand guard. May you all be the keeper of the flame. May you keep the faith. I love America. You love it too. God bless you all. May God protect our troops. Thank you for this great honor. And there it is. President Joe Biden signing off four years that will be known primarily for domestic policy and achievements positionally as a sort of intervening term between two Trump terms, the second of which we don't yet know what it will bring. Certainly reasonable fears that this second Trump term will be a dark era.
Starting point is 00:19:54 I hope that it is not. I hope that I am wrong and truly in a kind of tale of contrasts as Joe Biden was delivering this farewell address, uh, address with humility and sort of respect for the American people and its institutions. Donald Trump was losing his mind on truth social. So so think of Biden at the Resolute Desk delivering that speech we just played clips from and Trump saying the following. As of today, the incoming Trump administration has hired over a thousand people for the United States government. They are outstanding in every way. And you will see the fruits of their labor labor over the coming years. We will make America great again,
Starting point is 00:20:37 and it will happen very quickly in order to save time, money and effort. It would be helpful if you would not send or recommend to us people who worked with or are endorsed by Americans for no prosperity headed by Charles Koch. Dumb as a rock. John Bolton, bird brain, Nikki Haley, Mike Pence, disloyal warmongers, Dick Cheney and his psycho daughter, Liz Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan, general Mark Milley, James Mattis, Mark Jesper, or any of the other people suffering from Trump derangement syndrome, more commonly known as TDS. Thank you for your attention to this matter. This contrast, this very obvious black and white distinction between Biden's words to the country last night and Trump's words to his followers at the same
Starting point is 00:21:38 time are really emblematic of and representative of some of the greatest differences between these two men. I believe it will be even clearer once Donald Trump is back in power and it is terrifying stuff. And by the way, who is eagerly awaiting Trump's return to power? Let's talk about that. Donald Trump's looming return to the presidency is sparking two very different reactions on the world stage. And it tells you everything you need to know about the kind of leadership that Trump offers because our traditional allies, mostly democracies, mostly Western liberal democracies are terrified. Countries like the United Kingdom and South Korea and others that have historically relied on the United States for our stability and our partnership. They are bracing for the chaos and division that are
Starting point is 00:22:38 inevitably going to come with Trump's second term. But authoritarian regimes, they're rolling out the red carpet. They love the return of Trump. We have new data about this. A recent poll by the European Council on Foreign Relations shows that while many people worldwide think that Trump may bring peace to some conflicts, traditional democratic allies overwhelmingly see Trump's return as a disaster. For example, in the United Kingdom, a country long known for its special relationship with the U.S. I will be there soon. In fact, working on some interesting projects.
Starting point is 00:23:15 Only 15 percent of people in the U.K. feel good about this looming Trump presidency and a whopping 54 percent think it's going to hurt their domestic security. You look to South Korea, even more anxiety, 67% in South Korea say Trump's leadership is going to make things worse for their country. These are the people on the front lines of democracy. They are not buying Donald Trump's promises. And meanwhile, countries like China, Saudi Arabia, Russia, longtime adversaries of the U.S. authoritarian regimes, they are very pleased with the idea of Trump back in power. Why? They know what Trump stands for, weakening the alliances and institutions that hold those regimes accountable. Trump has already signaled, for example,
Starting point is 00:24:06 that NATO countries have to pay their bills or the U.S. might not protect them, effectively undermining the very foundation of collective security of the West. Putin loves it. Don't forget Trump's bizarre Greenland invasion idea, which would directly threaten NATO ally Denmark. So this is not leadership. It's chaos. This is an approach that doesn't strengthen America's position on the world stage. It really isolates us and you just have to look at who's cheering when the liberal democracies are scared and the authoritarian regimes cheer.
Starting point is 00:24:41 You know that the shared values that the U S has had and stood by for decades are all of a sudden in question. Europe, for instance, increasingly viewing itself, uh, uh, in a different light where it is not clear that the Alliance with the U S is possible. And maybe Europe is going to have to go it alone in terms of perception protection. That is a seismic shift and Trump is accelerating it. And the real kicker is that many people worldwide believe Trump when he says that he will bring peace in a lot of these authoritarian regimes. For example, Trump has promised to end the Russia Ukraine war. First it was within 24 hours of becoming president elect.
Starting point is 00:25:22 Then it was within 24 hours of being inaugurated. Most recently it's with a hunt within a hundred days. It's all nonsense, but there are people who are falling for it. Despite Trump's track record, Trump's track record is one where he thrives on conflict. Trump doesn't thrive on fixing things and resolving conflicts. He thrives on conflict. And the only people buying the narrative that Trump is going to fix everything are those who are either in the cult or those who continue to believe that it is these strong men, authoritarians that are going to reshape global order in their favor. So the takeaway is we are almost at the eve of Trump's inauguration, the takeaway is quite simple.
Starting point is 00:26:05 Trump's second term is poised to again alienate our allies, embolden our adversaries, and potentially reshape the United States role in the world. I believe not in a good way. The authoritarians believe in a good way. If you care about stability and democracy and sort of the global order, this should be a massive wake up call. The question is, will people listen before it's too late or are we going to end up in a real mess of a situation six months from now? We have to wait and see. Ground news is giving my audience Well, it is a distinct pleasure to welcome back to the program today. Mike Lindell, CEO and inventor and founder of MyPillow, known to some as MikePillow, known to others eponymously simply as Pillow. And Mike, we haven't spoken for a while. I do want to recognize and acknowledge that today is an important day for you. 16 years of sobriety today. Is that true? That is true. 16 years ago today, and actually the cover of my book is where the drug dealers actually took the picture. I had been up for 14 days, crack cocaine,
Starting point is 00:29:53 alcohol, and by the grace of God, I prayed and I was freed of all the addictions overnight. It was a miracle in my life. And I talk about it with my new network, lindellrecoverynetwork.org. It's free. It's free help for anybody in addiction. And that's been my passion. And really just, I mean, overnight, cold turkey, no setbacks for 16 years? No, for 16 years. I prayed to God, please free me of the desire for the crack, the cocaine, and the alcohol. And I woke up in the morning. I'm going, wow, this is different. And God blessed me. Now, did I go to later on?
Starting point is 00:30:34 You know, I spoke at many, you know, many churches, many addiction things. I just dove into it and, you know, wanted to find out why I was an addict in the first place. And, you know, you get to that tense by Lindell recovery network came out of that, where people go online, they put in their age and their addiction and you get so many people, I call them hope matches are common people, commonality of a person of your that was in your addiction. And it gives you hope. It's like a hope match. So I, you know,
Starting point is 00:31:02 this is what before all the election stuff, everybody, this was my passion. I was going around to churches and everywhere in the country, prisons. I just came from a prison last week, got in there and they were just all, it gives them hope, gives them off of their addictions. And, and, um, people know it can be done with God. All things are possible. Well, listen, Mike, um, there are so many things to talk about. One of the things I'm so curious to hear from you about, and I know you wouldn't filibuster and answer something different or anything. I know you're going to answer all my questions specifically.
Starting point is 00:31:33 I always do. David, you always do. Come on. Come on. Why do you think that there was no talk of voter fraud after the November 2024 election by Trump or people associated with him. It's almost like a miracle. It just disappeared. No, no, David, I did. The night of the election, I want to tell you this. I was I was cornered at two thirty in the morning by political ABC, all the
Starting point is 00:32:00 reporters just like yourself. I mean, most of all most every single reporter in this country i have their direct uh cell phone number and they were they all cornered me uh cnn uh new york times new york post or i mean washington post and they were all there and they said mike so your friend donald trump got in do you um do you think this election was stolen and i said you guys i said you know that my passion has been to secure our elections, get rid of the electronic voting machine. And I said, I would not trust any election ever. And I stand by that ever done with computers. In this election, there was anomalies both, there was anomalies both ways and down tickets and everything else. And not just on one side or the other. And I said this,
Starting point is 00:32:42 and I stand by that. I have been trying to be outspoken, but the media doesn't want me talking about it. You're asking that question now. Do you doubt that Trump really won? Oh, no, 100 percent he won. And there's one thing that was shown by all the cyber guys. You know, the stuff that I have, my election crime bureau, we looked at everything, and everybody's seen that chart of Democrats. Now, I'm talking Democrats. With Obama, it's like 65 million, 65 million. Then it went to Hillary Clinton around 65.
Starting point is 00:33:14 I'm just paraphrasing there. Then it went up to 83 or 81 million for Biden, back down to 63 or 64 with Kamala Harris. Everybody's seen that chart. Something happened in 2020. We all know that. And now you look at other tickets. Remember, David, for four years, I have looked at down tickets and help both Republicans and Democrats. But Mike, hold on. I'm sorry, Mike, you're filibustering. You said you weren't going to filibuster. The question is super specific, which is this time around, you're saying there was still a voter fraud problem.
Starting point is 00:33:47 Oh, 100 percent. But you're confident Trump won. Donald Trump won. I'll give you the answer. Donald Trump won by more than what he did. There was at least four senators that that were basically taken. I know whether you're going to say, well, they were Republican or Democrat. My reports from my team, I've been very busy. I haven't seen all the reports. And there was a nine congressman in question, a lot of judges.
Starting point is 00:34:15 There's a judge. I think you all seen that North Carolina it's going on right now. Yes. And they said, Hey, you can, you know, we're going to look into these. I'm just very happy that with starting in 2020 and all the way through all the elections up to now, these things are starting to get looked into, even though they're not getting media attention. So let's stay specific, Mike. I want you to give the answer to this question should be the names of states that we recognize. Give me a state that was given to Kamala Harris by the media that you believe Trump actually won. No, no, no, no, no. This isn't the states are not in question there. It's just the number of votes overall, their number of it might have been. It's just like David, I've said before, with any election, if you're going to take an election, it's called
Starting point is 00:35:04 it's just like a casino if you skim off the top. Now, if I understand if you're going to take an election, it's it's just like a casino. If you skim off the top. Now, if there were so if I understand, I'm not saying that I'm not saying Donald Trump won more states. I'm saying that there is there are votes that are in question and both maybe both ways. But Mike, I want to try to be as specific as possible with you. Earlier in the interview, you said Trump really won. But in truth, hold on.
Starting point is 00:35:30 In truth, he won by more than what's being reported. So my but hold on. But let me get the question out. Let me get the question out and then you can answer. You made a claim three minutes earlier that Trump won by more than what's being reported. I asked you, is there any state that he truly won in your mind that was given to Harris? And you said no. So is the argument that he he only won the states he won, but he won them by more than
Starting point is 00:36:02 what's been reported? Is that your argument? There's not an argument there. This is just what the data shows. Realize, realize, David, we now have access to cast vote records and stuff. We didn't have access before in 2020. We have total access. If you guys go to the electioncrimebureau.com, my bureau that I have, all these things are coming out now and you can see all the stats there. I don't believe this is me. I haven't seen it all yet. I don't believe there's any states that are, that are going to be Donald Trump one more. I believe he won more of the popular vote across. Okay. So, so to be totally clear, the electoral vote results that we have are completely
Starting point is 00:36:43 accurate. I would say they're that they probably are. Like I say, David, I don't think it's enough to overturn anything. We have things like the other elections where that lady got zero votes in her own precinct, a Democrat. Now we've learned stuff from the last four years. So we're checking into all this. The ultimate thing I want, David, is to show both sides there are deviations in every election. I don't care if it's a Democrat that won or a Republican that won. It doesn't matter. We need to get to paper ballots and cards. That's always been my passion. I didn't change because Donald Trump won. That's why I want to come on your show and I want to make that clear with you, too, I have checked in and helped more Democrats in their elections than Republicans were out there.
Starting point is 00:37:30 Like when I've told you many times on the show, Democrats in Georgia, where they're one, this lady got zero votes in her own precinct. They looked into the machines and they said, oh, it was a computer glitch. That's right. Yeah. They admitted it was a computer glitch. Right. Right. So this is what I'm saying. My thing is take all the, let's just say it's all glitches, everybody, a computer error. 132 countries have banned electronic voting machine. I want the United States to have paper ballots and count like my own Senator Amy Klobuchar, like Kamala Harris, like they all said in the movie Kill Chain. We got to get rid of them. And I want to keep to that. I don't want everything that I've done for four years and my teams have done. They all said to me even a week ago when I got on the call, I said, Mike, are we done? No, we're not
Starting point is 00:38:16 done. Okay. I got it. We got through the biggest cover up of the biggest crime in history. Okay. We broke through and now we should be able to get to the finish line and have our country like 132 other countries. I got you, Mike. So I have so many I have other things to ask you about. But to put just a yes or no on this, I think would suffice. Although you're saying that you have not let up in any way, you have to acknowledge that after 2020, you said the electoral vote count reported then was wrong because the 2020 electoral vote count said Biden won. However, in 2024, while you generically insist there were problems, you're saying this time the electoral vote count was fine. You just yes or no. You acknowledge that that is a different stance. That is correct. Because you look at every state as a whole, how much was taken from each state, how much was taken from each county.
Starting point is 00:39:10 And we've looked at that. And in 2020, Trump won. Nobody can explain where 15 more million votes came for Biden than all the other Democrat elections in history, including Harris, including Clinton, and including Obama. All the I want to show there is, hey, there's a problem there, just like I did with the Democrat that got zero votes in her own precinct. You guys, these are computer problems. All these people didn't come in, David, and say, hey, let's go run across into Minnesota and vote for Biden. Who's with me?
Starting point is 00:39:39 People didn't do that. People are genuinely good people. People are genuinely good people. And there weren't, this wasn't a cabal of people that wanted to steal the election from Donald Trump. They couldn't even get this many millions of people to get that many votes. And if you remember, David, like Pennsylvania had more votes than voters in the 2020 election. It's never been addressed, but now they're going back.
Starting point is 00:40:01 That's of course, Mike, I don't want to rehash stuff we've already argued about. It's not true about Pennsylvania. Donald Trump is already in power now. So my job should be a lot simpler. Okay. It would be a lot simpler to be able to go back in time, go to the state. It doesn't matter to you or to anyone what happened back then. It's already behind us.
Starting point is 00:40:21 But what does matter is how did it happen? How did these things happen? And how do we correct the problem? It's like a business decision. We need to get rid of the computers in our election. Even Elon Musk has said that. Elon Musk said that in June. He's very smart guy said, hey, we got to go to paper ballots like all the Democrats said we need to go to paper ballots and get rid of the machine. I understand your passion. How come the Democrats have not spoke up and said we need to get rid of the computers like they did in 2018? I want to find that out. And I'm going to and now with my platform, now that Frank's speech is going to Lindell TV, I hope we have a big like we in order to really have this be productive.
Starting point is 00:41:02 We need to be able to guide the conversation in a little bit of a more sober way. And I apologize for using that term. I want to talk about the cyber aspect of this. You have been ordered to pay Robert Zeidman millions of dollars plus attorney's fees after he was successful in the prove Mike wrong challenge with regard to the records on 2020 voting. Will you pay up what you have been told to pay? Two things there, David. Number one, it's in the appeals court right now in Minneapolis.
Starting point is 00:41:38 If you did your due diligence, it's getting appealed. And we're waiting for the verdict. It's going to appeal to the Supreme Court or the court here in Minnesota. I'm aware. Okay. So that's it. I'm waiting for the verdict and say it's going to appeal that the uh supreme court or you have the court here in minnesota i'm aware okay so that's i'm waiting on the appeal we're waiting on the appeal and number two is what at that the evidence that they're talking about the stuff that went on there you do realize there's three different camera angles now that we had that we didn't have back then in the summer of 21 that all validate everything that was shown at that symposium. So there's more stuff out there. Now, whether these appeal court is going to look at that or they're just going to look at whatever was done wrong in
Starting point is 00:42:17 the, it was an arbitration where he lost first, then these judges said, no, Mike, no, Diamond, or he said he lost, then he said he no, Mike, no diamond, a diamond. Or he said he lost and he said he won. And now it's in appeals court. So, OK, if the court decides, though, that it was rightly decided, will you pay if that's what you're directed to do? I will never give up on proof and trying to prove what really happened, because the truth is that was election data from the 2020 election.
Starting point is 00:42:43 That doesn't sound like you're going to pay, Mike. I'm going to be honest. It's not sounding like it. And by the way, did you know, I don't owe that money. That's not me that owes that. It was a, it was a entity that put on that event. And so you keep saying Mike Lindell. I don't know. It's the entity you, you funded, right? I mean, it's, and I have nothing, I have nothing to do, whatever they do. That's, that's, it has nothing to do with me as a person. Oh, is that the new argument that you just have nothing to do. Whatever they do, that has nothing to do with me as a person. Oh, is that then you argue that you just have nothing to do with it? No, I have something to do with it, but that's me as a person, David. The purpose of your question here is what?
Starting point is 00:43:13 Now, are you going to continue to attack me for what my moral compass here? What are you attacking? No, no, I'm not attacking anything. I'm just wondering if you'll pay. If someone attacked you for four years, you've got to realize I'm the same person I was coming into this. I went around and spoke about addiction, sold pillows, was a great businessman, hired thousands here in the USA. My factory's right across the road. And then I'm attacked for four years because I want to secure our election and get rid of the machines.
Starting point is 00:43:42 That's what I've been attacked for for four years. Oh, it's because Donald Trump, because you back Donald Trump. Donald Trump's already in David. And I'm going to still every day you can have me on your show. You said, why aren't people speaking out about the machines now? I am. You're still speaking out. Listen, I want to talk a little bit about the business because so many things are floating around and I can't think of any way to get to the truth more quickly than to just go to the source. At one point, I was looking at the list of stuff that you were auctioning off, sprinter vans and pallets. No, hold on a second. Hold on. That's my pillow. You're why are you concluding convoluting the two? Well, you're the
Starting point is 00:44:22 CEO and you run the company, right? You talk about how you run the company. You sell pillows, right? Well, I have another company called MyPillow. That's correct. That's the company I'm talking about. Your company. Okay. If you're talking about that, don't go to Zyman.
Starting point is 00:44:35 No, I'm not. MyPillow. I'm talking about MyPillow. MyPillow, I'll give you a quick, I won't filibuster you. In January of 2021, when I came out and said, hey, there's problems with our elections. Yeah. And I came out with it. Every box store, almost everyone in the country attacked and they attacked the box stores.
Starting point is 00:44:55 They got afraid. They shut down my pillow in all of them. We lost. No, I know. I'm trying to ask you about that. And I'm going to answer this question. But I haven't asked the question yet. I know the question is, you're saying you have these auctions and all this stuff, right?
Starting point is 00:45:08 I haven't gotten to the question. I'm just telling you what I know. Here's my question. I saw that my pillow was auctioning off stuff, including sprinter vans and manufacturing equipment, et cetera. I saw that you have been ordered to pay DHL about three quarters of a million bucks that you owe them. And I'm seeing signs of trouble for the business. My question is a simple one, which is, is the business in trouble or is the reporting incorrect?
Starting point is 00:45:41 Okay. Let's go back to and answer your first part. The auction that you're talking about was June of 2023. Yes. Let's start with there. And what happened to everybody was at that time, because all the box stores had left, my pillows got two media things. One is direct sales to the customer. One is the box stores. Well, the box stores, we have two different warehouses, two different machines and packaging that make the different things. And I duplicate everything. So in the summer of 23, my manager down there said, Hey, can we get, can we sell off some of this retail equipment? I said, sure. I thought it'd be a little online or I mean a little auction on the 2121. No, it was worldwide news. My pillow is going bankrupt because they're selling their stuff.
Starting point is 00:46:26 That was the retail end and it was selling half of it. That's that. And when that happened, everybody piled on. My clientele is my pillow going broke just like yourself and everyone piled on. What happened is then vendors that I had forever squished our credit. Instead of having 90 day credit, they said, you need to pay us now within 30 days. Cause we're worried you're having an auction.
Starting point is 00:46:49 Right. Okay. So that was that we got through that. Now DHL two years ago, or a year and a half ago, we had a big dispute with DHL. Okay. We never went to court on it,
Starting point is 00:47:00 except for when that you owe this Mike Lindell, a big dispute. And yet that's in most of the articles you'll read. And we've we have been in a dispute for about a year and a half, three years now, a judge or a year and a half to two years. A judge rules that we owe them. We're still in that dispute. That's going to get a deal. That's an argument. Any business when you get when you have when you're wronged by another business, you want to go to court with them. And that's where that's at.
Starting point is 00:47:26 It's a big distraction. It's not a big distraction over here. So it sounds like you're saying the business is fine. The company is doing great. We had a great Christmas. My employees, we ended up hiring quite a few more employees in November. Made in the USA, everybody, our pillow, our pillow, our mainstay pillow, now that we've sold 84 million, that, that part is up. These are
Starting point is 00:47:53 the things we make in our own company. We make the, my pillow, we make the beds, everything, 100% made in the USA, beds, toppers, pillows. These are the things I wanted to lift up because my employees got hit pretty hard over the last four years. And media says, well, Mike, will you stand down and quit talking about securing our elections? And maybe you'll quit getting attacked by the media and by David Pakman. And no, they didn't say that, David. But we can only pray. I think that gives us a perspective on the business. Here's the last thing I want to ask you about today. Cause I know you're, I know you're a busy guy.
Starting point is 00:48:29 I was surprised for you, David. I got all day for you. I was surprised that you were not offered a role in this second Trump administration. And the reason I say that is that the most important value for Trump seems to be loyalty. And if anything, you've remained very loyal to Trump. Were you surprised, disappointed, upset that you were not getting that phone call? Well, you don't know what I am going to be doing. I will not tell you on your thing. So it do it. doing. I will not tell you on your things. So if I would have been called for anything you're
Starting point is 00:49:07 talking about, no, I would have said no, but thank you because I have one thing. Everything my team's been doing, we realized that my cause of America, the election bureau, this are Democrats and Republicans, non-partisan, goes out to 300,000 people across all 50 states. With all the data we have, which, by the way, there'll be a report coming out, and I'll send it to you. Wait, but Mike, I'm so sorry to interrupt. That is my passion, to save our country. And just, I don't want, just because Donald Trump's in there and stuff, I don't want this
Starting point is 00:49:42 to be a band-aid. I want everyone everyone if you elect someone whether it's a democrat or republican we the people need to have secure election platform yeah now will i be working with him on that and working with this i hope so and there you could be like voter fraud czar or something you know no there's a lot of thing that's not what it's not what it is david there's stuff stuff in place. Parts like CISA. These things are in there now. There's problems in our administration, the current administration, and going way back, where the ones that are supposed to be in charge, they deemed our elections critical infrastructure. We've got to treat them as such. I would not want to, I want to be outside helping the country with this and now maybe combining with something going on inside the administration where I can say, hey, we need this push through now. All of us do as a people, not just Republicans. This is all of us. And I really
Starting point is 00:50:37 feel strongly, David, the guy named Clint Curtis that worked for me, he was a Democrat, still is, he voted for Harris, he voted for Biden, But he knows a lot of the politicians of the Democrats that we've dealt with. We want them to come together and say, let's secure our election platforms for everybody, everybody, so I can vote for someone. And David, I'm happy with anybody that gets elected. And as long as they're elected, and you can sit here and say, well, Mike, you know, there was no fraud, whatever. Well, people disagree on both sides. And all we, we do know that 132 countries have banned electronic voting machines. And why not go with the system we have, which is paper ballots and count that we've already developed. It's already been tried here
Starting point is 00:51:20 in the United States. It's the best hand counting system in the world. We took, I took everything from all these other countries, combined it. It's an amazing system. And it's been done in our country already in this last election, about four different counties and done in 22 in Osage County. I gotcha. So that's where I'm at, David. That's where you're at. And maybe forthcoming news about a Trump role. I'm still very with Donald Trump. Yep. That hasn't changed at all, our friendship. And do I believe he will do a great job for our country? He has a proven track record when you got up to December of 2019. Everybody's lives here, it improves somewhat.
Starting point is 00:51:58 It was the highest consumer confidence in history. You know, I believe having a businessman in there that knows that can do problem solution is a great thing. And I believe he's going to do a great job because he's like final question for you. The body pillow, useful tool or just a scam. Well, here's the body pillow, everybody with the patented fill. It really does help because you can adjust it to your own body. You can adjust it to your own body. And I know you don't have a promo code. You all use promo code Mike. Get that body pillow for $29.98.
Starting point is 00:52:37 All right. Listen, Mike. David, when I invented my pillow, I want to quick tell you this. I did problem solution because I had a problem sleeping. I wanted something you could adjust. They didn't have that. I wanted something you could wash and dry. They didn't have that. I wanted something made in the USA.
Starting point is 00:52:52 They didn't really have that with pillows. And I want a 10-year warranty. And, you know, that's why we sold 84 million is because they work, you know. And I've told you this before. If you text me your address, I'll fix you up and you will come on and go, you will be a testimony. You'll get, you'll feel so good in the morning. We won't even know. Listen, Mike, I do want to, in a serious manner, congratulate you on the 16th anniversary of your
Starting point is 00:53:19 sobriety, Mike Lindell. Let's see what the next few years bring, Mike. Let's agree to that. Yep. And I'll come on any time to give everybody, give you updates on our election platforms. And David, I would like you to get behind, you know, if you think that there, or do you, maybe you think things are fine, you know, I would like, I think things are pretty good, but listen, we're at the end of the conversation. We can't open up. I'm going to send you, I'm going to send you that report. I'm talking to us. Send it, send it, send it. Maybe have me back on or whatever sometime. The eponymous pillow. Starting point is 00:55:09 Yesterday was the confirmation hearing for Donald Trump's replacement nominee to be attorney general. Her name is Pam Bondi. You might remember that Trump's first nominee, Matt Gates, completely bombed out and ended up having to say, I am not going to accept this nomination. I am removing myself from the nomination process. It became clear that he simply was not going to get confirmed because of a long laundry list of problems that he faced. Now my suspicion was Trump will pick someone less cartoonishly cuckoo, but it will be someone just as dangerous and most importantly to Trump, just as much of a doormat
Starting point is 00:55:46 lapdog type of loyalist. And that is indeed what we learned about Pam Bondi yesterday, as if we didn't know it. Now, remember the backstory before we even get into her confirmation hearings. Remember the backstory, which is that she was starting to look at investigating Trump university, that total scam. And then all of a sudden, like a miracle after Trump makes a donation to her, she says, we're actually not going to move forward with that investigation. This is someone who's openly corrupt and we've known that for awhile. So a trick question was asked of Pam Bondi, supposedly a trick question. Who won the 2020 presidential election?
Starting point is 00:56:33 And this is really becoming a sanity check where if you consider it a trick question, something is wrong with you, not with the question. Here's Senator Mazie Hirono, and it doesn't go well. I want to ask you a factual question. Who won the 2020 presidential election? Joe Biden is the president of the United States. Ms. Vonda, you know that there is a difference between acknowledging it and, you know, I can say that Donald Trump won the 2024 election. I may not like it, but I can say it. You cannot say who won the 2020 presidential election.
Starting point is 00:57:06 It's not that she can't. It's that she won't. It's disturbing that you can't give voice to that fact. This was a theme. This is being considered a gotcha now. And here is Senator Adam Schiff with the exact same topic, and she simply will not answer. It also requires you, if you're going to be a good attorney general, to be able to tell hard truths to the president. So my questions now are, can you tell hard truth
Starting point is 00:57:38 to the president? So let me start with an easy truth that you could speak to the president. Can you tell us, can you tell him that Donald Trump lost the 2020 election? Can you say that? Do you have the independence to say that? Do you have the gravitas, the stature, the intestinal fortitude to say, Donald Trump, you lost the 2020 election. Can you tell us that here today? Senator, what I can tell you is I will never play politics. You're trying to engage me in a gotcha. It's a gotcha. See, this is the funniest thing. This would have no relevance and would get no attention if for years they just said he did lose. We're going to win the next one. And he did lose. And now they could say he did lose. He won in 2016. He lost in 2020. I believe it was a mistake that the American people made, but this time he won and we're going to make America great again. This question goes away. If,
Starting point is 00:58:38 if they just start saying, yeah, he lost, but now he won and now we're back. No issue, but she just can't do it. They won't do it. It's a gotcha. I want to ask you a simple question. If you can speak truth to power, so let me ask you another. Like you did leaking your colleague Devin Nunes' memo. If you can't answer the question, let me ask you a different, what should be a simple truth, not a hard one. Was there massive fraud affecting the result of the 2020 election? Yes or no? Senator, I'm glad you asked that question. If you'll let me answer what I saw in Pennsylvania.
Starting point is 00:59:09 No, I asked a simple question about massive fraud. I can only tell you what I saw in Pennsylvania. I know you want to answer a different question, but my question is, can you tell us whether there was massive fraud affecting the results of the 2020 election? Yes or no? I can tell you what I saw when I went as an advocate to the campaign. That's not my question. So, so. This is basically the entire hearing.
Starting point is 00:59:31 The idea that who won the 2020 election is a gotcha, is hilarious, and it's also tragically sad. And Dick Durbin tried the same thing. I believe that central to the peaceful transition of power in a democracy is the acceptance of the results of an election. To my knowledge, Donald Trump has never acknowledged the legal results of the 2020 election. Are you prepared to say today under oath without reservation that Donald Trump lost the presidential contest to Joe Biden in 2020. Ranking member Durbin, President Biden is the president of the United States. He was duly sworn in and he is the president of the United States. Which is the most pathetic cop out they've come up with. There was a peaceful transition of power.
Starting point is 01:00:19 President Trump left office and was overwhelmingly elected in 2024. Of course, there wasn't really a peaceful transfer of power. It was delayed amidst a thousand arrests and violence and criminality in the Trump inspired riots. But other than that, it was completely peaceful. And then and then Senator Alex Padilla from California asking, will you defend birthright citizenship as the law of the land? Because it is the law of the land. And Pam Bondi says, well, I'm going to have to study it. Really?
Starting point is 01:00:52 You have to study whether you will defend the law. The 14th Amendment. Now, you've testified repeatedly to this committee that you will uphold the laws of this country and defend the Constitution of the United States. Do you believe birthright citizenship is the law of the land, and will you defend it regardless of a child born in the United States, regardless of their parents' immigration status? Senator, I will study birthright citizenship.
Starting point is 01:01:21 I would love to meet with you regarding birthright citizenship. You're asking us to continue to serve as the Attorney General of the United States and you still need to study the 14th Amendment of the Constitution? That is not helping me have more confidence in your ability. And of course, what she means is I don't like that we have birthright citizenship. And what I'm going to study is whether there are any arguments I could make novel interpretations maybe of the 14th amendment or any way that I could get out from having to continue allowing birthright citizenship, which is the law of the land. Now it's very popular among Republicans to say the U S is the only
Starting point is 01:02:05 country with birthright citizenship. Of course, it's not true. There are dozens of countries with birthright citizenship. Some, it is essentially identical to the United States. Some, there are various stipulations and conditions, but it is still a form of birthright citizenship. Dozens of such countries, but they don't care. They love these talking points. The U.S. is the only place that allows this. No, it's not absolutely untrue. And when she says she will study it rather than saying, I will I will, of course, defend it. She is saying, I'm going to try to figure out how to get out of it. So what we meant when we said less cartoonish than Matt Gates, but not less dangerous, not less incompetent, not less of a doormat loyalist to Trump.
Starting point is 01:02:47 Pam Bondi is perfectly emblematic and representative of that. She will certainly be confirmed to be the next attorney general of the United States. And it's really important for us, especially in independent media, especially in, you know, areas where, uh, there, there are a grievance, uh, grievance purveyors coming in with this forthcoming administration. We need to understand that she may indeed be the person who targeted targets us. I'm not saying me as an individual, but certainly independent progressive media, uh, journalism, et cetera. Pam Bondi is becoming the face of that. And just like she's going to see about whether to defend the 14th amendment, she's going to study it. Uh, there is no doubt that she and
Starting point is 01:03:31 her underlings are going to see what can we do to hamper the sorts of voices that also exist in progressive independent media. Scary stuff. Nancy Mace is completely and totally obsessed with gender, trans sports, bathrooms, genitalia, all of this stuff. And during a hearing yesterday on telework, remote work, the transition under the forthcoming Trump administration for federal government employees away from work, from home and back to being in the office. She courageously brought up the issue of our time apropos of nothing other than self-serving theatrics. Can you define what a woman is? I wish I were kidding, but I'm not. Can you, a candidate to be chair of the Democrat Party, define what a woman is for me today?
Starting point is 01:04:27 Madam, or Congresswoman. Can you define what a woman is? Oh, yes. What is a woman? You're going to ask me to define what a woman is? Yes, I am right now. Well, I'm talking. You just said you could.
Starting point is 01:04:38 Explain it to me. I'm talking to a woman right now, distinguished woman. What is a woman? I'm a representative. What is a woman? I think you're kind of denigrating the, distinguished woman. What is a woman? What is a woman? I think you're kind of denigrating the purpose of this. What is it? You can't define what a woman is.
Starting point is 01:04:51 All right. I'm married to a woman. In an effort to be fair and unbiased, can you define what a man is for me? I have two sons that are men. Yes. I like that O'Malley is just not even taking it seriously. But speaking of women, Nancy Mace is a woman with a real problem, a real obsession. And I think it's important that we kind of divide the reality here into its component parts. On the
Starting point is 01:05:19 one hand, a lot of these folks are genuinely obsessed with an issue that is of almost no relevance. Now, when I say that, I know some people get mad and they go, oh, David, you're saying women's issues don't matter. I'm not saying that you're saying issues of trans sports don't matter. I'm not saying that. What I am saying is that this issue is getting representation in media that is completely disproportionate to its relevance in the real world. And that's actually representative of how these Republicans operate. We they can't win on the real issues. They don't have solutions on actual problems facing the country. So instead, they will contrive and blow up issues that are of significantly less practical relevance, but of significant cultural cache. And that is in fact
Starting point is 01:06:13 what Nancy Mace is doing. But then there's another part. Nancy Mace, by all reports, is one of the most self-centered, egomani uh, individuals whose primary prism is what will get me attention. And this is designed to get her an attaboy or an attagirl, uh, on Fox news and in right-wing media and from Charlie Kirk and from whoever else. And the primary concern for Nancy Mace always is what's going to get me more attention. That is her specialty. It's not getting federal funds for her constituents. It's not improving the lives of Americans. It's what will get me attention so I can further, uh, my own sort of trajectory towards a celebrity
Starting point is 01:07:01 Congresswoman. Um, and to a degree it has worked, but at the same time it hasn't in that Donald Trump doesn't seem super impressed with it. He'll pay lip service to her occasionally, but it doesn't even really seem to be getting Trump's attention in a serious manner on the bonus show today. There is finally progress being made in putting out the California wildfires. The next step when the fires are finally put out is going to be air quality potentially for a very long time. I have friends just moving out of L.A. because they're saying, I believe the air will be carcinogenic for years.
Starting point is 01:07:36 I'm not saying that I know that to be true, but that is what some of my friends are saying. They're saying, I don't want to take the chance. Apple's Tim Cook will join Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk in a sort of group of tech CEOs at Trump's inauguration. They're throwing a big party for Trump as well. It's all looking very, very bad. And we will also talk about why Michelle Obama is skipping the inauguration, something which some are criticizing, but not all.

And again, as a close to final reminder, we now have nine days left to claim the free perks with my forthcoming book. I want to lay this out super clearly. The book comes out March 25th. But in order to make sure that my publisher can fulfill all of the requests for the free stuff, you must submit at www.davidpacman.com slash free book stuff by January 25th. We are drawing a line in the sand. No submissions after January 25th will be accepted for the free stuff. It includes a signed book plate sticker, other things. I won't be able to do anything about it.
Starting point is 01:08:52 I am not going to be involved in any way in the fulfillment of this stuff. It is my publisher. So if you've pre-ordered the book or you were going to, we now are up to 5,200 pre-orders. Incredible. Uh, you must submit your pre-order receipt at davidpacman.com slash free book stuff. You will not get the free stuff if you don't submit by that date and I will be unable to help. Okay. So very important. And I will see you on the bonus show. Important.
