Speaker 1 As the case against Joe and Hunter Biden crumbles before our very eyes, desperate
Republicans are now likening Hunter Biden's recent testimony to the Richard Nixon Watergate tapes,
which I know is going to be it seems a little bit over the top to make that
comparison.
I don't know.
I'm going to play a clip for you from Fox Business here of Congressman James Comer.
He's a Republican congressman.
He's been one of the primary cheerleaders of this entire farce.
And every time he is asked specifically, what policy did Joe Biden change in exchange for
money?
Well, he doesn't have any examples of that at this point in time.
What crimes did Joe Biden commit?
Well, that's what we're looking into.
They don't actually have anything, but it doesn't stop him from making analogies and and using these allegations to simply make unproven
accusations against Joe and Hunter Biden.
And here it is.
This is just like Watergate with respect to recordings.
You know, they said we don't need the recordings.
Well, Richard Nixon didn't think the Watergate committee needed the recordings either.
That's true.
And it doesn't matter what they want.
It's what the investigators want.
Right. And the reason we want it is because we've already proven this family was it was
an influence. We from her report, we know that Joe Biden mishandled the documents because he
was trying to get money. This is a greedy, entitled family. And we need to know exactly
which documents were mishandled. Now, the irony of saying that it's the Biden family that's greedy and entitled, given who
was just in office in the Trump family, Trump making one point six billion dollars while
he was president.
And it is the Biden family that is greedy. It is the Biden family
that is entitled. By the way, the thing about Nixon, when I was at the White House last week,
I was shown in Kamala Harris's area, which is actually in the Eisenhower office building,
which is like on the White House grounds. But next door, that's where vice presidents have their offices. She has a desk in the room we met in that it's sort of like the Watergate desk in the sense
that it was a desk Nixon used. And if you open up a little door, they showed this to us. If you open
up a little door, there's markings from where the infamous recorders from the Watergate tapes were taped and placed.
Incredible bit of history and a stark reminder that there is nothing analogous between Joe
and Hunter Biden and Richard Nixon and the Watergate scandal.
But the reason we are seeing this is they just don't have anything else.
And I hope that this becomes extremely a front and center for voters as we
approach November. And later on in the show, we're going to we're going to look at a few different
videos of people who are interpreting and analyzing what it is that Joe Biden has or hasn't
done and what's at stake and the competing visions that are present or will be present on the ballot
in November. If you vote for Joe Biden and if you vote for Donald Trump. And none of this is about perfection or
even seeking perfection. I don't know that we've ever had a perfect president. In fact, I can tell
you we haven't ever had a perfect president. These are just flawed individuals who do some good
things and some things we don't like. And it's a balance and it's an evaluation. But the Republican
Party of 2024 is
in a unique and unprecedented position in a couple of different ways. First of all, the logistics of
this forthcoming election we have never seen before. And what I mean by that is there has
never been an election in American history with these parameters where your two candidates are both former presidents, current presidents,
right? Biden running for reelection, Trump running for another term was also a president
and a rematch of a prior election. We've had former presidents run, but rematch against the
very same person they ran against previously. Both the oldest presidents
to date at the time that they were president, both Biden and Trump won under ninety one
counts across four criminal indictments. We have never had a situation like this. And
so the inputs are unprecedented to begin with. And
then you really have a Republican Party that just has nothing to offer. They have nothing to offer
and things are going pretty well. The economy is going pretty well. Biden's foreign policy,
you know, it's often like a throwaway. I mentioned this yesterday. It's often, well,
the economy is doing fine. Biden's a disaster on foreign policy, but overall it's better than Trump.
If you really want to be serious about the foreign policy and this isn't rah rah, it's
perfect.
We're cheerleading.
But even the foreign policy of Biden, it it's really not the disaster that so many are talking
about.
And I've talked about Ukraine.
I've talked about other areas. We've
talked about Europe and NATO and getting back into into being respected in that way. And on the other
hand, you have Republicans who they can't reasonably argue the economy is terrible anymore.
Now what they're saying is it's good because people anticipate Trump will be back.
Seems like a hard thing to convince voters to believe they have not made any
substantive policy proposals. We want to cancel Obamacare. Right. But what would you put in? Ask
something beautiful that would be better. Yeah, but what would it be? We don't know. And so all
that they have is we accomplished the overturning of Roe v. Wade, which is quite unpopular.
And meanwhile, we'll talk to you about litter boxes in school bathrooms and, quote, men
and women's sports and the anti trans stuff.
And Joe and Hunter Biden committed crimes.
This is really all that they have.
And so that's that why they're doing it.
It would be not only good for the country. But good for the political
discourse, for a party that offers nothing more than those vapid talking points to lose and to
lose badly. And if we want them to change and to be something different, part of it is you have to
lose with the approach that you're using. We will see if it happens up against the wall in Colorado.
Radical and repugnant Republican Congresswoman Lauren Boebert has a wild new conspiracy theory
about the recent resignation of Republican Congressman Ken Buck.
She says that it is the Uniparty.
Uniparty is something that these right wingers like to use
to say the establishment Republican Party and the Democrats are all working together.
MAGA is the only serious thing that's not bought and paid for and that the Uniparty
is working with Ken Buck to strategically time him quitting in order to hurt her personally.
And this is, again, egomaniacal narcissism.
This is, again, what some are calling main character syndrome.
Lauren Boebert thinks it is all about her.
So first, let me tell you what it is that she said.
Then we'll talk about the news out of Colorado.
Now, I will remind you,
as I told you yesterday, Republican Congressman Ken Buck from Colorado previously said he would
not be running for reelection. More recently said he's quitting next week. This puts Lauren Boebert
in the position of having to decide. Does she try to run in the special election on June 25th that will determine who fills that seat
until January? Or does she stick with running in the primary, which is also on June 25th,
which will determine who will hold that seat starting in January? Which is the best move for
her? She's made a decision. I'll tell you what it is in a moment. But here is her conspiracy theory because in her mind she is a legend at the center of it all. This entire Ken Buck
resignation thing is concocted by Democrats and Republicans with Buck as a willing participant
all to take her out. Wow. Why? The Uniparty is trying to do everything that they can to stop my candidacy to rig the election
in Colorado.
And, you know, this is breaking news as of yesterday.
It's really not breaking news because it's not what's happening.
And it's funny that if it's funny, it's scary that now having elections where people vote is considered rigging. Think
about how backwards the language has become, where they are saying 2020 was rigged. Well,
no, people voted and they voted for Biden. That's not rigging. That's an election. Now, the rigging
is that per state law, there will be a special election. Oh, it's all rigged. It's a
rigging. Ken Buck's announcement yesterday was a gift to the Uniparty. The establishment
concocted a swampy backroom deal to try to rig an election, an election that I'm winning by 25
points, forcing an unnecessary special election when the same day as the primary
election in Colorado. Now, let me mention one other thing. She says, I'm winning this election
by 20 points. This is one of the most deceptive pond scum sort of statements you could make any of the it's a red district.
OK, Ken Buck's district is a red district.
So what she's talking about is that a generic Republican, they haven't even had their primary
yet.
A generic Republican is likely to win.
In other words, because it's a red district, the Republican primary is functionally going
to determine who wins in
November, most likely.
She's not doing so well in the primary.
And what she says by I'm winning is merely whichever one of us of the Republican primary
wins the primary is likely to win in November because it's a red district.
That's not about her.
That's about it's a red district in Colorado. So
every aspect of this is deceptive. And this will confuse voters and it will result in a lame duck
congressman on day one and leave the fourth district with no representation for more than
three months. This is absolutely unacceptable. OK, so she's made a decision. And the decision
that Lauren Boebert has made is she is not going to be pursuing the special election
nomination. She will be on the ballot on June 25th in the Republican primary for the eventual
general election in November. She is not going to try to get into that special election.
So on June 25th, there will be two elections in CD for in Colorado. One will be who do
Republicans want to represent them on the ballot in November to start serving
in January of twenty twenty five.
The other election will be who do voters want to represent them until January of twenty
twenty five in the seat vacated by Ken Buck.
Here is the news from the Colorado Sun.
Lauren Boebert won't pursue special election nomination to replace Ken Buck after his abrupt
resignation.
Boebert is still running, however, in the Republican primary to be the Republican nominee
for the November election in the fourth congressional district.
That is the decision that she has made.
Is it confusing to Republican voters in Colorado?
Maybe it is.
I don't know what Colorado Republicans tend to be confused by, but maybe it is confusing.
Is it rigged to have people vote in accordance with the law, which means that when you have
an open seat more than a certain amount of time from the next election, you have a special
election?
No, that's just what the law is.
Is there something specific to this that Ken
Buck is doing to try to hurt Lauren Boebert? There's no evidence of that. Ken Buck certainly
seems disaffected, to put it lightly, with MAGA. Ken Buck has pointed out that in his opinion,
Congress is the worst that it's been in decades. And Ken Buck has decided that and he admits it.
He says he doesn't want to be on the sidelines for the
November election. He wants to be out of Congress and working on whatever is his next thing by then.
Is it a lucrative consulting gig, lobbying, whatever? I have no idea. But to me, it all
reeks of he wants to get a cushy position sooner than later, not about he's trying to hurt Lauren
Boebert or any such thing. There's no evidence of that in Lauren Boebert in Lauren Boebert's world. She is a legend and everything revolves around her.
I don't know that that's actually the case with Ken Buck. So what we can hope for is what we can
hope for is that Boebert loses the primary. I mean, quite frankly, that would be the best thing.
The winner of the primary is likely to win in November. So the outcome of Boebert
losing that primary on June 25th might end her political career. And that would be a really great
thing. She had no business being there to begin with. Let's see if Colorado voters say no more.
Please, no more. We'll take a quick break. I want to talk about the Elon Musk, Don Lemon fiasco after the break and so many other things.
Stay with us.
For years now, I have been using a Ridge wallet.
I've had a Ridge wallet at this point way before they became a sponsor.
They are celebrating their 11th anniversary.
A Ridge wallet can hold up to 12 cards plus your cash and it stays flat and comfortable
in your pocket.
So much slimmer than anything I've used.
I don't want to throw my back off kilter like happened to George Costanza with one of those
oversized wallets.
So this is great.
You can choose from over 30 colors and styles, including ceramic powder and leather. It was designed with RFID blocking materials to protect
you from any digital thievery. And Ridge even gives you the option of adding a little air
tag strap to the wallet so you'll never lose it again. Ridge also offers awesome key cases,
which can be used to secure one to six keys and importantly, prevent the keys from jingling. to the it comes, of course, with a lifetime warranty because of the extra durable material.
You'll get up to 30 percent off until April 1st at Ridge dot com slash Pacman.
That's R.I.D.G.E. dot com slash Pacman for up to 30 percent off until April 1st.

We all know that person who loves taking photos,
but they have hundreds or thousands or tens of thousands in the case of some folks I know
of pictures just wasting away on their phone. You can put them to good use with a unique,
stylish digital picture frame from aura frames. I gotura Frames for my parents and preloaded them with
pictures of the baby. And my parents love it. And I can add more pictures from wherever I am. And
they pop up on their frames. It's so easy to see why Aura has been named the number one digital
picture frame by Wired and by The New York Times. My favorite part is you can use a QR code on the outside of the box to load it with
pictures so you can still hand off the gift brand new in the box, but it's already preloaded
with the pictures.
Then you and the recipient can add pictures via the app.
No cables or USB.
It's all over Wi-Fi.
Super convenient.
And it comes with unlimited storage.
Load as many pictures as you want. For a limited time, my audience gets twenty dollars off their
best selling frame. Go to or a frames dot com and use code Pacman. That's a you are a frames dot com

X, the platform formerly known as Twitter and the unflinching supporter of free speech, Elon Musk,
have canceled Don Lemon's forthcoming program on X because Don Lemon had the audacity
to conduct a real interview with Elon Musk asking real questions about who
Musk is supporting in the November presidential election, Musk's alleged drug use and other topics.
And Elon Musk did not like it. We have clips and they are stunning. CNN reports Don Lemon says Elon
Musk canceled his deal with X after a tense interview.
And indeed, Elon Musk has launched what media describes as a bizarre attack on Don Lemon,
tweeting that his approach was basically CNN on social media, which doesn't work.
This is Elon Musk saying, you know what?
It turned out that Don Lemon wanted to do was CNN on social media. It doesn't work. And, you know, the and it's important to mention that
the cancellation is that it was going to be like a promoted kind of sponsored ad revenue program.
He's still he being Don Lemon is still allowed to post the content to X like
everybody else. But it's not going to be a contractual deal, as was said. So let's look
at some clips of this. I don't think it'll shock anybody in my audience to hear that free speech
absolutist Elon Musk is not as big on speech that puts him in a position to have to answer real
questions. I'm not even calling them tough questions like do you use drugs is not a tough question. Who are you supporting in November
is not a tough question. And I will even fill in some of the blanks with what Elon Musk could have
said rather than getting angry at the interviewer, which never looks good. All right. Let's start
with clip number one, which is why is this interview even taking place?
Don, the only reason I bring this interview is because you're on the X platform and you
asked for it. Otherwise, I would not do interview with this interview.
So you don't think you do you think that you wouldn't get in trouble or you wouldn't be
criticized for these things? Possibly I could care less.
It's I couldn't care less, by the way.
We need to say it right.
I want this phrase said correctly.
So for the framework for the interview, the baseline is already this isn't even an interview
I would consider doing.
It's sort of like an attack on on Don Lemon.
Like this isn't even worthy.
You're not even worthy of my time, except for the fact that, like, we're doing this
show with you on X.
And so I kind of like feel a little bit obligated to be here, but not not exactly like a great
start.
OK, so then we go to the topic of hate speech.
And Don Lemon brings up correctly that since Elon Musk has taken over Twitter now X, the
number of tweets or as I as we now call them excretions that have
hate speech in them has gone up dramatically.
And Elon Musk, all of a sudden now he is a free speech absolutist when it's convenient.
Elon Musk hasn't exactly done much to curb the rise in hate speech.
Another topic that Elon Musk really doesn't seem to want to talk about.
Hate speech on the platform is up. Do you believe that X and you have some responsibility to moderate hate speech on the platform, that you wouldn't have to answer these questions
from reporters about the great replacement theory as it relates? I don't have to answer
these great replacement theory as it relates to Jewish people. Do you think that I don't have to answer questions from reporters?
Don, the only reason I bring this interview is because you're on the X platform and you
asked for it.
Otherwise, I would not do interview with this interview.
So you don't think you do you think that you wouldn't get in trouble or you wouldn't be
criticized for these things?
Possibly.
I could care less.
OK, so we're only getting a little bit more of that part in this clip that was
released last night.
But the context was hate speech.
And Elon Musk's position is basically he just doesn't have to answer to anyone.
And this is the epitome of the entitled billionaire.
He's entitled to be entitled.
Anybody's entitled to be or feel entitled.
Whether everybody around you will kowtow to that and placate you is a different
question.
And listen again, this isn't about, oh, my God, this is the most groundbreaking interview
that Don Lemon is doing.
Musk doesn't usually subject himself to these sorts of questions.
They're pretty obvious questions.
Don Lemon had the audacity and I use that term very loosely to ask them because they
are obvious questions.
Instead of sending Linda Yakarino out, I'm going to ask you the questions because you're
here and the thin skinned nature.
And we see this with Trump.
We see this with with others, other rich guys.
They're extraordinarily thin skinned.
The topic of drug use came up and Elon Musk's drug use. There are concerns at all of Elon Musk's
companies, Tesla, SpaceX, et cetera, that his sometimes extreme micromanagement and involvement
is tinged and affected by his drug use. And there's a big Wall Street Journal report about
a lot of drug use. And listen, I don't even care.
The legality of it makes no difference to me.
But it is certainly a question if you're subjecting employees at all of these different places
to unreasonable demands and et cetera, as he has been accused of doing, if it's all
being influenced by being high a lot of the time, that's certainly a relevant story.
These are publicly traded companies.
The topic comes up. And OK, let's see what Elon Musk says about the drug use.
You talk about your ketamine use and depression. Have you you also have said the reason I should
say, like, like the reason I mentioned the prescription on the platform was because I
thought maybe this is something that can help other
people.
That's why I mentioned it.
I'm not a doctor, but I would say if someone has depression issues, they should consider
talking to the doctor about ketamine instead of SSRIs.
That's completely reasonable, by the way.
And we've actually done serious interviews about the possible uses of ketamine therapeutically, etc.
But of course, the real issue here are the allegations, including the very, very solid
piece in The Wall Street Journal. Was it The Wall? I think it was The Wall Street Journal.
I hope I'm right about that, which I know many of you have read about Elon Musk's rampant drug use.
And it's not a value judgment. It's
these are just questions. This is an interview. And Elon Musk really ends up proving his critics
right when he ends up being so unwilling to in a serious manner, engage with a lot of the substance
here. OK, one more clip here. And this one is about Donald Trump and who Elon Musk is supporting. We have to let's see
if I can get this exactly right, because I don't I don't want people I don't want the audience to
miss a moment of this insanity. Here, the topic of Elon Musk's political preferences comes up.
Trump. You recently met with Donald Trump in Florida. What did you guys talk about?
I was at a breakfast at a friend's place, and Donald Trump came by.
That's it.
What did you discuss?
I don't...
Let's just say he did most of the talking.
Did he ask you for money?
He didn't.
Are you going to loan him money to help pay his legal bills?
I'm not paying his legal bills in any way, shape or form.
Do you ask you for a donation? No. Are you leaning towards anyone? No,
you're not leaning towards it because you've been very much. I'm leaning, leaning away from
Biden. You're leaning. Leaning away from Biden. All right. So listen, this was a completely standard interview that what this temper tantrum
from Elon Musk over this interview confirms is the pathetically low standards for journalism
that too many have become accustomed to in this country. In listen, I don't I don't want to pinpoint, but to some degree in the UK, certainly in Spain,
France, Greece, Argentina, where I regularly consume this this sort of content.
This isn't even a tough interview. This is this is barely a serious interview in the sense that
these are obvious, predictable questions based on
what's in the media.
Anybody should expect to be asked this stuff.
Elon Musk, apparently because he had signed Don Lemon to this contract for putting his
content for the new Don Lemon show on X apparently expected a total softball interview.
Tell me how great self-driving is on Tesla's, you know,
or whatever. And that's not the interview he got. But it shouldn't be even interpreted that this is
a really difficult interview or that these were sandbaggy type questions. And so what we learned
is Elon Musk's critics are right. He's extraordinarily thin skinned. He's very
erratic. And with every single one of these questions, there are answers that you
just you you can give answers that don't expose you more than you want to be exposed, but that
don't come off as actually not liking speech when it's even remotely. It's not even critical. It's
just examining your beliefs. Hate speech on the platform. I am completely against it. Please
understand that there are X number of excretions posted every single day. I have an entire team
working on this and we are going to improve. Oh, OK. I mean, that's a specific it could be total
B.S. in the sense of his intention to reduce hate speech. But at least you're saying here's the
system that we have in place. Drug use. Listen,
my personal drug use is less the issue here. My primary concerns are the war on drugs. We should really be decriminalizing. There are really great opportunities to explore ketamine for therapeutic
uses, period. Say I'm not going to go into my personal drug use and not getting reactive in
this way. Asked about Trump. Listen, I run a number of
businesses that both depend on government contracts like SpaceX. And my mission to bring
electric vehicles to everybody is not a partisan mission. Starting to make public statements about
electoral politics and my preferences would be antagonistic to my broader goal of getting off of gas powered
vehicles. So I'm not going to do it. That's a fine answer. Right. And instead, it's attack
the interviewer. And I wouldn't be doing this interview. And now you're canceled.
Total misfire, total misfire and avoidable. Importantly, you will not believe who Republican Senator Katie Britt is blaming for her absolutely
bizarre and farcical response to Joe Biden's State of the Union speech.
Or actually, if you know anything about the modern Republican Party, maybe you will believe
it.
As The Daily Beast reports, Katie Britt blames everyone but herself in a shameless fundraising plea.
She is blaming the so-called far less far left media for her disastrous speech, despite
delivering the response with an affected voice out of Handmaid's Tale.
Despite making absolutely no sense in the response, she is blaming everyone but herself. As the article points out,
the first term senators stunted delivery was widely mocked, even among members of her own
party. That didn't stop her from blaming the far left media for the response. Following my speech,
the far left media didn't waste a second flooding the airwaves with despicable, disgusting messages about me.
They attacked my character. They attacked my faith. They attacked my identity as a mother
and a wife. It was mocked on The Daily Show, SNL by Jimmy Kimmel on the Oscars, etc. Fox News said
she did an excellent job. So she said in this fundraising email, as I watched the dishonest left
media, leftist media and the liberal elites making a mockery of everything I've dedicated my entire
life to protect, laughing at the destruction of the American dream, disrespecting how our country
has descended into a dystopian nightmare for countless families. I'm disgusted and I know
you are, too. So I'm counting on you to send message with me. I think
she means send a message. And what she means is give her money, send a message by giving her money.
Aren't they supposed to be like the party of personal responsibility or something like that?
And of course, this is so predictable. Instead of just apologizing for lying,
she told the story about a victim of sex trafficking and linked
it to Biden implicitly. And then it turns out it happened 20 years ago, had nothing
to do with Biden. And when they get caught, they double down. They say, oh, this is all
because of the far left media. And now she's actually going identity politics. This is
the funniest part of it. Here is an excerpt from Ted Cruz's podcast. I know Ted Cruz's podcast where she says it's because she's a woman that they want to silence
her.
I thought they were against identity politics.
Take a listen to this.
And you told a story about a woman being sex trafficked and the media has gone crazy, quote,
fact checking you.
The Washington Post gave you four Pinocchios. The story is from 20 years ago. It deserves four Pinocchios.
Unbelievable. The interesting thing for me has been that none of the media has covered the fact
that under Trump in 2018, that human trafficking was a 500 million dollar business. It is now
under Joe Biden, a 13 billion billion dollar business.
By the way, I looked for how they're calculating that was not able to find it.
It's like you can't even fact check it because I wasn't able to find what the math is.
Nobody.
They want to silence a conservative woman for speaking out on this topic.
They don't want to bring light and help the women who are actually being
trafficked. Well, and look, there is a reason. They view you as an enormous threat. The media
wants to tell the story. I had never even heard of her before the response, to be totally honest.
The only Republicans on planet Earth are old, fat, bald white guys. And you don't fit their narrative i don't like a young mom is going right at they
want voters to think i'm sorry if you're a woman you have to be a liberal democrat that's the only
thing allowed right and so it was it was sadly predictable that they went after you it was and
they didn't do their homework too i mean you've had to deal with this for quite some time.
But the liberal media isn't interested in the truth.
They're interested in burying the truth about Joe Biden and his border crisis.
But all they want to do is they have an agenda.
Right.
This sort of claim.
Is exactly the type of identity politics they claim to oppose.
They're going after me because I'm a conservative woman. Ted Cruz says they're going after you because you're a strong mother and a
conservative. I thought that you all were against this sort of identity politics. And of course,
the whole point of that anecdote about the trafficking story that she told in the speech
was to link Joe Biden's border policy to that particular woman who was trafficked.
And yet that happened 20 or so years ago.
They aren't actually against identity politics.
They're against it when they perceive the left to be invoking identity politics.
But when it's useful to them, they're going after me because I'm a mother and a woman
and a conservative woman.
They are pathetic.
And by the way.
Ted Cruz is just as pathetic as she is.
Ted Cruz is that, you know, it's really birds of a feather that flock together because Cruz
is also an expert at self victimizing.
These are these are the faces of the victims of the liberal media in the United States. So no surprise, the party of
personal responsibility blaming everyone other than the person who told the dishonest story,
not not coming as a shock in this media environment.
One of the longest running David Pakman show sponsors is Magic Spoon Cereal. They have been
with us for years, and it's only because my audience loves Magic Spoon. Magic Spoon has
really reinvented your favorite childhood cereals. Each serving has zero grams of sugar,
13 to 14 grams of protein and only four to five net carbs per serving. It is keto friendly.
It is grain free and you can relive the moments of watching your favorite cartoons
without the guilt and the sugar. My favorite flavor is maple waffle. So nostalgic. But it
also comes in great flavors like cocoa, fruity, frosted peanut butter, blueberry muffin.
And for a limited time, they have two new flavors, honey, graham and oatmeal cookie.
Also check out Magic Spoon treats, which are the perfect on the go snack. They are like the
marshmallow treats you had as a kid, but with only one gram of sugar, one to two net carbs and 11
grams of protein per bar. Magic Spoon is so confident in their product. It is backed with to the I've had such trouble finding a great razor where I am not cutting myself or getting those
nicks on my skin, which are so common with the cheap disposable
razors. You have to meet our sponsor, Henson Shaving. Henson actually manufactures parts for
the International Space Station and the Mars rover, and they are bringing that exact same
precision engineering to the shaving experience. It hurts when you shave because blades extend too far and thus
they wobble slightly.
But with their aerospace grade CNC machines, Henson is able to make metal razors that extend
just zero point zero zero one three inches.
That's less than the thickness of a human hair, which means a secure, stable blade with
the vibration free shave. It
also has built in channels to evacuate the hair and the cream. No more clogs, no more rubbing your
thumb on the razor to get the hair out. I use Henson at home. Shaving is a great experience.
Now, Henson wants to be the best razor, not the best razor business, which means you only
need to buy it once.
And it's awesome.

Failed former President Donald Trump's brain proverbially metaphorically leaking out of
his head in a new Newsmax interview, admitting to crimes, suggesting Joe Biden was on some
kind of drug at the State of the Union speech.
And this is what it looks like when you are an egomaniacal narcissist who's been told,
yes, your entire life and are throwing a temper tantrum for years because you genuinely lost
in November of 2020.
The interview, again, as I mentioned on Newsmax, here is Trump saying, I've been right about
everything. Isn't
humility a great thing, my friends? And so you've been right a lot, but nobody's right all the time.
Is there such a thing as overconfidence? Are you at this point tough to advise or I know you got
great advisors, but have you did you learn some negative lessons by being right when they were
wrong? And you might think, well, I'm always right. They must always be wrong. Well, they do have a hat on and I don't produce
and somebody else. Trump was right about everything. I mean, if you look at all of these
many, many things, I've been right about everything. I've been right about immigration.
There you go. I mean, just really humble and taking different views into account. He has been right about absolutely everything.
Concerning Lee, Donald Trump continuing his bromance with Viktor Orban, the Hungarian
strongman, authoritarian, borderline dictator. Here he is talking about how great he is.
Viktor Orban, a couple of news items. if you don't mind. Victor Orban said that
you told him that you want to cut funding for Ukraine as soon as you get there. Where's that
effect? He said that in an interview. Is he correct? Is that the plan? First of all, he's a
fantastic guy. Tremendous. He's taken in no illegal immigrants. He takes and he runs his country
very tough. And a lot of people don't like it, but he runs it very tough.
And Trump always impressed with the toughness of dictators and want to be dictators.
It's very well and there's no crime. They don't have when you look at what's happening in our
country where there's crime on every street corner and murdered death all over the place. And it's
going to get a lot worse because of the migrants coming in, you know, millions and millions of
people coming out of prisons and coming out of mental institutions that are all coming
in to the United States.
We had a great time.
We had dinner.
We get along very well.
But I told him what I told him is Europe is spending a tiny fraction of what we're spending
and the European.
All right.
So the answer here is Trump doesn't directly say.
But Orban's claim is Trump told me he
wouldn't give a penny to Ukraine if he became president.
And Trump is super impressed with Orban.
And he doesn't like that.
Other countries aren't giving what Trump believes would be their fair share.
Trump then admitting to crime, saying, listen, I took the documents and I took them legally
and I had a bunch of boxes.
But of course, that is the crime that it's it. It's
not up. Trump claims that it was all legal. It wasn't. And so really, it's about the Trump
take it. And he says, yes, I did. I took him very legally and I wasn't hiding them. We
had boxes on the front of the and a lot of those boxes had clothing and a lot. We're
moving out. So we're moving out of the White House and because we're moving out of the
White House, our country is going to hell.
But we weren't hiding anything.
It was all it wasn't just legal.
Understand that it was very legal.
And of course, it was not by any stretch of the understanding of what the law is.
Trump then suggesting that during the State of the Union speech, President Joe Biden
was on some kind of drug because he was jacked up. And you've got to wonder what's going on.
This is just Trump repeating the the talking points from Fox News and elsewhere that Biden
clearly was on something gets up and makes a speech the other day. He's screaming at everybody
like a lunatic. And everybody said, oh, he made it. You know, he made it. He made
it through barely. He made it through the speech and he was all jacked up. And you just
wonder what's going on. This is a very dangerous time for our country.
You got to wonder what was going on. He was jacked up. It just doesn't make any sense.
Newsmax asking Trump the really tough question of whether it ever gets lonely at
the top for him. And Trump has to one up and compare himself to Andrew Jackson. This this
guy was the president of the United States. Mr. President, I'm very curious about what
it's like for you, your life. You know, you're no one's gone through what you've gone through.
Nobody in human history has really. And I know you have supporters. By the way, these questions would make North Korean propagandists blush.
Friends, family, they say it's lonely at the top. And I'm actually curious,
is it ever lonely for you? I mean, no one can fully relate to what you've been through and
what you're going through. Are you ever lonely? So I was over the years. I love history. I study history. That's a funny state. He loves history. The only book we are aware of him even
owning is Hitler's speeches. And I was always told that Andrew Jackson as a president was treated the
absolute worst. He was just really lambasted. And I heard Abraham Lincoln was second, but he was in
a thing called the Civil War, so you can understand that.
But Andrew Jackson was really, really treated badly.
In fact, his wife died during the process.
I mean, a lot of people say she died because of the way they were treated.
I mean, she was heartbroken and broken in so many other ways.
And I heard that for years.
And I look now, even last night I was saying it.
I said, there's no I don't care.
Andrew Jackson or anybody else.
Nobody has true.
When you think of the fake things, nobody's been treated like Trump.
No, in terms of badly, Trump's been treated the worst.
Andrew Jackson, they used to say, but Trump really has been treated the worst of anybody.
Professional victim, perfect.
No personal responsibility, professional victim.
Everything that's happened to him is because of someone else's fault.
Trump was asked, do you have any advice for Hunter Biden?
This is pretty interesting.
Hunter Biden is saying he's not going to go to the hearing.
He's been invited to.
And look, you give him a hard time and he deserves a hard time.
But I am.
Imagine you ran into Hunter, by the way, the planes flying overhead.
This is an ongoing thing down at Mar-a-Lago.
This we know makes Trump furious.
And every longer form interview, you hear planes flying over Mar-a-Lago.
It's it's just a delightful little detail.
Biden say here in Palm Beach, for some reason, some crazy coincidence.
And you weren't talking
politics. I know that you know about addiction from your brother, Fred. You've spoken about that.
Just is there anything you would tell Hunter? Because his dad, apparently the president is
worried about him relapsing. Any kind of advice or encouragement that somebody like you could
give to Hunter Biden? Right. Well, I think what's happened is, you know, they went after the president of the United
States and I guess Republicans went after them.
And I think it's a very bad you know, the whole thing is very bad.
There's never been anything like what's happening right now.
If you're wondering where the comfort is coming from Trump, because, as you know, when people
need advice, life advice,
comfort, et cetera, Trump's a great person to go to for empathy. You're going to be waiting
a while for it. They go after a political opponent. When I say they I'm talking about
Biden. He's going after his political opponent. I think that's made and without even knowing it,
maybe I think it's made Republicans very angry.
The Hunter Biden stuff is bad, let's face it.
And if you believe the laptop from hell, there's a lot of money that's been exchanged.
And it's a lot of money and seems like a lot of proof.
They're going to find out.
And they certainly have found out because, look, a lot of money has been exchanged.
And from a lot of different countries, including China.
And that's serious stuff.
So not exactly inspiring advice there.
Trump asked, how will you reach Democratic voters?
Which is a very interesting question.
I mean, let's see if Trump even thinks that he needs to reach Democratic voters.
Right now.
Yeah.
The other night I saw you, I guess, Saturday night, you said I reached my hand out to Democrats He needs to reach Democratic voters. Right now. Yeah.
The other night I saw you, I guess it was Saturday night,
you said, I reached my hand out to Democrats right now,
if you want to join us.
And that was beautiful.
But it was in the middle of a rally that the other side's not seeing,
networks aren't carrying it.
To reach out to them,
to the people who've been lied to about you,
how are you going to do that?
And are you going to show another side to yourself or change anything?
So during my tenure, we had the most successful economy in history.
And it's very interesting.
I was called, all of a sudden, blacks, Hispanics, Asians, women, men,
with diploma, without diploma.
Everybody was doing great. And I was seeing real success. Asians, women, men with diploma, without diploma.
Everybody was doing great.
And I was seeing real success and I was being called by some very liberal or progressive.
You would want to use the term they don't like liberal anymore, but I'll call them whatever.
So I'm not going to play four minutes of him doing this.
Needless to say, when asked, how will you be reaching out to those who maybe aren't
already on your side? He says the exact same stuff he said leading up to the 2020 election,
none of which helped him win. So I guess he has no plan for reaching out to Democrats other than
they should recognize everything was great for them when I was president and they should just
know to vote for me. Interestingly, Newsmax asking Trump,
how do you grieve for your dead friends and family members? Potentially a sort of humanizing moment.
Let's see what Trump said. Experience loss like anybody else. Yeah. You lost your brother over
the past couple of years, your sister, your late wife, Ivana. How do you grieve? Because you were
like right back at work. You had to be.
And it's hard to conceive somebody like you shedding tears. And I'm curious as you're too
manly to cry. God, do they can they go two minutes without reinforcing whatever toxic stereotype
is is is on their mind? They can't even go two minutes. Did it happen then? Has it happened?
So I don't like to do it. I you know, when you lose somebody is very tough. I lost my mother-in-law
very recently. She was a great woman. She was very beautiful woman inside and out. And she died. And
I will tell you, you know, it's a it's a tough thing. I don't like to show that. I don't like to see it.
But you have a lot of people.
Sure you do.
You mean you do when you lose somebody that you really love.
My sister, my brother, when you lose your parents, it's a very tough thing.
And I find nothing wrong with it.
Nothing wrong with crying, but I don't like to do it.
You know, they wait around waiting for me to cry. The fake news media. And so I'll do it. Nothing wrong with crying, but I don't like to do it. You know, they wait around waiting for me to cry.
The fake news media.
And so I'll do it.
Listen, I'll do it if I have to.
But it's not something I love doing, really.
I just it's not it's not for me.
But I don't like I don't like to do it in public.
Now I have to tell you something.
I don't sometimes I don't think you can really help it.
And that's OK, too.
All right.
So Trump's view on grieving and crying is he doesn't like to do it.
Sometimes you can't help it.
He certainly doesn't like doing it in private.
What a weird interview.
And then lastly, Trump bringing up, of course, the foremost issue on the minds of voters,
Hillary Clinton's emails.
And again, he talks about bleach bit,
which is software. He seems to still think that he that Hillary Clinton literally bleached her
e-mails. Egregious what he did. But by the way, they released Hillary Clinton.
She hammered her phones. She used all sorts of acid testing and everything else. They call it
bleach bit. but it's essentially
acid that will destroy everything, you know, within 10 miles. Right. I mean, what she did
was unbelievable. It's almost like chemical weapons that Hillary Clinton used on her emails.
Again, just a reminder, bleach bit is software. It wipes data from a hard drive. It's not
literal bleach. It's not acid. And she wasn't cleaning hard drives with bleach
or acid. So a bizarre interview, not exactly projecting a different approach to 2024 than
we saw in 2020. The good news is he lost with this approach in 2020. So hopefully he'll lose
lose with it again in 2024. Let's take a very quick break and we'll be back right after
this. As many people know, I'm a white ale type of guy when it comes to beer. And even for those
of us who drink responsibly like me, sometimes you still feel it the next day and it can slow
you down, especially when you start to get up there in the years like me. Check out our sponsor Z Biotics, which is a probiotic drink created by Ph.D.
microbiologists. Z Biotics breaks down the byproduct of alcohol, which is responsible
for some of those feelings the day after. When you drink, alcohol gets converted into a toxic
byproduct in the gut. This byproduct, not dehydration,
is to blame for how you feel the next day. Z-biotics, pre-alcohol probiotic, produces an
enzyme to break that byproduct down. It's designed to work like your liver, but in the gut where you
need it most. You drink a tiny bottle of Z- biotics before having any alcohol. You then drink responsibly,
get a good night's sleep, and you will feel great the next day. Z biotics works for so many people.

The info is in the podcast notes. As many in my audience no doubt know, you need a driver's
license to drive in the United States. Driving is also not a right. And yet a Republican now says if you need an I.D. to rent a car, why don't you need an I.D. to vote?
Guy Reschenthaler, not exactly a genius congressman.
We've talked about some of his off color comments before is pointing out what he believes is a double standard or a hypocrisy.
You need an I.D. to rent a car. You don't necessarily need one to vote.
Why is that, Maria? And Maria Bartiromo on Fox News listening to this at least reacts as if it's
reasonable. It's always a question what Maria really believes versus whether she's playing
some kind of character here. But let's take a listen and then discuss any voter I.D. laws.
I find this amazing that the Attorney General is telling us he's
gonna vow to fight voter ID. It's quite remarkable you can't rent a car in this
country without showing an ID. There's office buildings in Washington DC you
can't get into unless you show an ID but then to vote that you don't need an ID
and the Democrats had basically admitted that one of the reasons they want
illegal immigrants is so they can have an inflation in the census and expand the areas that are under Democrat
controlled areas so they can they can inflate the Electoral College. They can inflate their
inflate the rep. How do you inflate the Electoral College? Like, do you what kind of a what kind of
a do you need a bike pump for that or what does that even really mean? Now, let's break this down
in a couple of different ways.
Number one, renting a car is not a right.
Driving is not a right.
You need a driver's license, period.
And so it's perfectly logical that to rent a car, something that is not a right.
And also, as required by law, you need to have a driver's license.
You would have to present a driver's license to Enterprise or to Hertz or to Avis or to whoever you use. It's not really the gotcha
that they think it is that you need a driver's license to drive a car. Voting is a constitutional
right. Driving is not a constitutional right. Renting cars is not a constitutional right.
But I want to go further because there's really a bigger conversation here about voter I.D.. I can't speak for anybody else, but I'll speak for myself.
I don't have a problem with voter I.D. in principle. The problems I have are that,
number one, in practice, it's not actually as free and easy to get such an idea as Republicans want you to think it
is.
And number two, I don't think it would actually be the blockbuster deterrent to so-called
undocumented immigrants voting that Republicans think it is, because if you're an undocumented
immigrant, you can't get on the voter rolls to begin with.
And so what we're talking about with voter I.D. is preventing, I guess, an undocumented
immigrant from showing up, showing up at the at the voting booth. No, you'd have to know Joe Smith
from New York City votes here. You'd have to go. You'd have to hope that Joe Smith hasn't already
voted and you'd have to claim to be Joe Smith. That's a really stupid way to try to steal an election.
And so even as a as a way to prevent the theft of elections, that's not happening.
It's not that that useful.
But they say, oh, it's you just get the idea.
It's free.
Number one, you often need documents to get the ideas that are not free.
The underlying documents aren't free to get copies of or whatever the case may be.
Those who have had housing instability are less likely to have those documents and more
likely to have to go and take time off from work because a lot of the offices you get,
the documents are only open nine to five.
So you are losing wages.
There are also maybe transportation costs involved, particularly when you are you are
in a state that has relatively few of these offices.
So also the claim that you just go and get it, it's free is often not the case.
But as far as the comparison to driver's licenses, driving is not a constitutional right and
you're required by law to be licensed to drive.
The analogy to voting is not a good one.
Yet another former Trump voter is coming out against Trump and declaring
that the choice is clear and he will be voting for Joe Biden. Yesterday, we featured Beth.
This time it's Eric. These are more anecdotes from Republican voters against Trump. That's
the name of the organization. Here's Eric from Louisiana who says, I voted Trump. I will never
do it again. Hearing from him is very instructive
in terms of thinking about other voters and thinking about November. The man literally
fomented and directed an insurrection against the very moment we were certifying an election.
My name is Eric. I was a 2016 Trump voter. I was a lifelong Republican.
I left Donald Trump in early 2020 at the onset of the pandemic. The man literally fomented
and directed an insurrection against the very moment we were certifying an election. I watched
it all with my students live. And I watched the gallows. I watched it all with my students live and I watched the gallows.
I watched the people screaming, hang Mike Pence. Where's Nancy? And I watched and waited for the
statement from the White House with my classes. I kept telling my classes, he's going to say
something. He's got to say something. Speaker 1

00,00,00 Speaker 2,00,00 Speaker 2,00,00 Speaker 2,00,00 say something. Now, I want to point something out here. OK. This is a normal reaction. If you are a
normal human. And I know that the term normal is fraught in some ways, but if you're emotionally
healthy. Cognitively healthy. Connected in any way to other people and things,
this is the normal reaction. And what this exposes
is when we see those interviews with the people at the Trump rallies and we say something seems off,
something is off with those folks. It's not just their moral compass. They seem to have low EQ. I'm
not even going to talk about IQ and intelligence, but even they seem to have low EQ. This is a normal reaction of a normal
person seeing what happened on January 6th and the entire the entire 90 minute class. There was
nothing. And after that, there was nothing. We all watched it as a country together. We know what it
was. Biden versus Trump 2.0. I don't think that's most people's dream race, but it is the easiest choice I've ever had.
And I was a longtime Republican who never considered voting Democrat. Even considering
that this is by far the easiest choice I would ever make. The choice is Joe Biden. Don't vote
for the Trump that you wish existed. Vote against the Trump that does exist.
So this one is actually kind of a bummer in one sense.
A lot of the Trump ists aren't like this guy.
And there's no amount.
Of convincing or presenting of facts that for some of the folks who have called
in and that we've talked to are going to get them to come around and be like this guy,
because you can just tell this is a different sort of person. This is someone who considers
reality. This is someone who understands the significance of what Trump tried to do. And
so this one's a little bit of a bum out in that
a lot of the Trump is simply aren't receptive in the way that this guy is. But the interesting
thing is that there are a lot of different paths leading former Trump ists to no longer be Trump
is. And maybe there's something optimistic there. We have a voicemail number. That number is two one nine two. David
P. Speaking of Trump is here is a self-described Maga who calls in and he's doing the thing
where he says, David, you're going to cry when Trump wins. It's going to be so bad for
you when Trump wins. Listen to this guy. Hey, David, this is you can call me a Maga supporter,
but I do like to look at the truth. Your propaganda spreading the radical
Democrat is really a concern. Remember, I'm not a Democrat. I've never been a member of
the Democratic Party. You just said a pathetic cheerleader, honestly, for Biden's. You don't
acknowledge anything wrong on the Democrat side. Couldn't be more wrong.
I love the critiques against the Democratic Party all the time on economic issues, on
foreign policy, health care, education.
Clearly someone who's never watched this show.
And all you do is attack the Republicans.
You compare Donald Trump to him just because he said that the immigration is a poison of
our country.
Well, it is not inaccurate to say that the idea of immigrants as a poison is similar
to something espoused by Hitler.
That doesn't mean Trump is Hitler, but it is something that is Hitler asked to say.
And that's what Hitler said.
And that's your guys is only argument to comparing asked to say. And that's what Hitler said. And that's your guys's only argument
to comparing Trump to Hitler is the fact that he might have said the same set of words. Listen,
they might have said the same thing, but that's it. That Hitler you then. So now Donald Trump is
Hitler. He is literally rounding up the Mexicans and sending them to a termination camp.
I don't know about an extermination camp, but Trump did say he's going to round up as
he called them illegals and put them in military camps.
So it's it's closer to what he said than what he didn't say.
That's for sure.
Yes.
Donald Trump is Hitler.
You pathetic radicals.
You guys, I can't make this up.
You guys radicals. You guys, I can't make this up. You guys are losing.
I can't wait for November 6th or so that I could just see all you so-called independent
media cry over it.
David, you're a wimp.
Speaker 1 There you go.
All right.
So again, as I said, Trump winning in November would be great for the show.
It would be four years.
That would be extraordinarily good for the show. It would be bad for the country, but it would be great for the show. It would be four years. That would be extraordinarily good for the show. It would be bad for the country, but it would be good for the show. The idea that
I'm personally going to cry if Trump wins. Probably not. I don't I don't expect that that's
what's going to happen on the bonus show today. Joe Biden has pledged billions to rebuild cities
that have been torn apart by highways. What does he mean? We'll discuss the world's first major a regulation bill has been passed in Europe.
What does it say?
What does it do?
What does it contain?
And Tick Tock is now turning to creators to fight the possible ban on the app that is
forthcoming.
Does this make sense to do?
We will discuss all of those stories and more on today's bonus show.
