Yeah. So we're talking about mainly the Brat Summer movement, not to be confused with Hot Girl Summer. No. And let me define it for you.

Yes, I need a definition. Brat Summer encourages being bold, taking risks and embracing the uncomfortable. And as an underlying theme, unsaid, encourages sexual freedom or what some people might deem a slutty behavior. So I guess different from Hot Girl Summer because Hot Girl Summer doesn't really embrace the uncomfortable. it's saying like be be fun and feral but like but this is saying

be feral unapologetically yeah messy meet those boundaries face to face and wait at them challenge the lawn okay so this kind of opened up a can of worms and i will also say that i've been watching a lot of sex in the city oh which has also opened up a can of worms for me in terms of watching four women on your screens be extremely free sexually lover and being unapologetic for it yeah of course so my question to you is have you ever felt sexually free as a woman to do as you please without judgment without fear of judgment? and it was so very clearly angry really it was an upset like it was pussy oh that yellow like oh my god that is that is summer glad you're not blind yeah glad you're not blind and i'm sorry that you got a gonorrhea of the eye that's unfortunate um someone said this summer i lost my virginity i'm 26 yeah i know older than most but i've always been holding out for the right person of it honestly girls had enough of this shit i'm real i've put so much pressure on myself to find mr right and i mean where the bloody hell is he it's taken me longer than expected so this summer i said fuck it lost it to one of my really close male friends we've known each other since we're

Love it. I made a bet with my friends at the start of the summer that I would go on a date every single week. Dot, dot, dot. I did it. Good on you, girl. Every single week. Actually, on average,

I had about three to four dates a week. One week, I went on a date six nights with only one day of rest fuck on top of all of these different days and i swear to you not one of them was repeated all different people i love wow i save so much money lol no truly and i've come out of summer with feeling like hot shit loads of dms and i actually have realized i really like myself before all of this i had the problem why wasn't i in relationship why do people not want to be with me yeah something that i need to face i've realized i'm damn amazing oh yeah no truly i think this is what i need i feel

And it was like the easy, they were like ducks to water. And I had to have a long, hard look at myself and think. What am I doing?

within the brat summer movement is being messy as we've heard yeah but remaining unapologetic which i also love as you should so this usually falls in terms of hookup culture which i would actually argue is on the up because of this brad girl summer movement interesting so my question is do you think that one night stands are increasing hmm i think this is really interesting because i have to base off my surroundings and a lot of my really close friends recently have all been coupled up. Yeah. So it's really interesting. Like so many of my friends have now just got boyfriends and just got girlfriends or I'm like, I'm seeing this person long term. Yeah. So that's a switch. However, with the one night stands increasing,

I think there's a less pressure for it to mean something afterwards. Yes. I think before it's been like, okay, you're sleeping with him, but you're going to see him again, aren't you? Yes. What does this mean? What does this mean? Whereas I think now it can be like, well, it doesn't have to mean anything.

It can just mean that I'm horny and just want to feel something yeah it can be like why do I need to define why I'm sleeping with someone why can't I just live my so I think I think it is increasing however I think it's talked about less yes actually I think it is increasing however people are people are so like, well, I don't have the need to justify myself. party and i proceeded to get so blackout drunk all good decisions were out the window we knew that stage i went home with a 24 i went home with a 24 year old skateboarder oh love that get it girl the type of guy who's not very serious about life yeah okay well maybe that's what you need for now i woke up the next morning and left pretty swiftly without saying much of a goodbye or even really acknowledging that i was naked right next to him. I tell you, some days later, asking to meet up again. Yeah. But this time, can we be sober? It turned out great, and he seemed really sweet and shy.

But here's the issue. He never seemed to want to get to know anything about me. He got straight to the business, if you know what I mean. Oh. The goodbye was very uncomfortable. See you later. That was it. Oh. He hasn't made an effort to contact me yet since,

so basically me and my best friend set out to have the ultimate brat summer. Yes. We've been city hopping, bar hopping, and for me, bed hopping. Love that. Love that. We've been having the most amazing time and are creating such fun memories. Okay. However, I'm starting to get the sense that my friend is judging me for sleeping around.

I don't know, girls, but she keeps making snide comments like you'll go for anything, and she even called me the easiest person I know, which i'm sure can be taken as a joke however it came off really judgmental and rude i don't know whether to address it because i'm nervous that it might make the situation worse and i'm also worried that maybe i've taken it too personally i just really don't like being made to feel like i'm doing something wrong when i'm a single girl in my 20s trying to have some fun please help i think first of all assess assess how much did she say this was her best friend yeah okay well then this because i was about to assess how much this individual means to you yeah but if it's your best friend then clearly a lot i think be fucking up front yeah be like what'd you be like be like girl like the next time she says it,

which inevitably she probably will now. Yeah. Just be like, girl, I'm confused. I'm a single woman enjoying my life and I've got no boundaries at the moment. Yeah. Do you have an issue with this?
