What? I'm so back. Can you see Katie's not got the sunnies on? She's back and brighter than... Oh, it's still a little bit sore. I tell you guys, this is the best it's looked for two and a half weeks. And I had to go to the eye hospital. She did.

She's got all the remedies. She gets them out in the evening. I see her whip her head back. And she gets them out in the evening i see her with the head back and she puts these drops in these steroid drops but she can't really put drops in her eyes so she's blinking oh my god i have had to be an adult so fast i know by having to learn how to put eye drops in my eye i can't do it have you managed to do it yet i've been given three different drops to use um and i've been able to do it i think the key is now so i looked up online like how to put drops in your eye um because i was just shooting for gold but i keep anticipating and blinking

so i pull my eye down now and then you say you have to get it in the pocket of where you're pulling love it and then that's fine see i do when i have to put eye drops in for archie i trick him so i'm like three two one no i got three and then put eye drops in for Archie, I trick him. So I'm like, three, two, one. No, I go, three, and then put it in. So he waits for it, so I trick him. Because I'm a blinker. Yeah. I tell you what does it me out, though, is when people can't take paracetamol. Like, when they're like...

Oh, with tablets. I can't swallow it. I'm like... I always get a bit weird about people, and this is judgmental, when people can't, like, dry swallow pills. Yeah, get on with that. Like, if they're like, I need water. I'm like...

Oh, come on. It's's fine did adam and eve always have water no what do they crack on yeah i mean they just got on with it okay right tell me your mantra my mantra is one step at a time is still movement love that yeah love that yeah because at the moment i think you're trying to do the whole leap oh i'm trying to run a marathon when peach can't even run a 5k yeah so i i i think you just need to take your steps and that's nice because one step at a time is showing progression it's still moving but like you're wanting to just run the whole world oh i really am i'm doing spence matthews i'm trying to be a camilla harris

have you seen i mean that was crazy because i can't so i went to devon last last year and i brought my running gear with me and i tried to run on the sand no i could not fucking do it no the fact the fact that spencer matthews has run in the desert in the desert in the sand sand in the sand dunes yeah and done what 30 marathons 30 marathons you know he lost 10k not surprising he looked scary yeah i was scared yeah Yeah. and I'm just like, Cheshire Cat. When do tickets go on sale? Because I want to be there every night. So tickets will be, so the performances are in January, like 21st, 25th. It might be over.

we won't be able to do them all but we're going to do this more fluently we might do once a month we're trying to still work that out but we will catch you up with others because we've got so many people writing in but we can't do it all in one episode so through these dilemmas also we're going to talk about the outcomes that people have written in but for for the first few we're going to do a little quiz so for example i'm going to bring up an old dilemma read it to you and then, we're going to do a little quiz. So, for example, I'm going to bring up an old dilemma, read it to you, and then say, I'm going to give you three options. How do you think it ended?

And then you vote for one, and then I'll tell you the result. Gorgeous. So, before we go anywhere, Katie Peachy-Leach, Rebecca Mary Peachy-Leach. Hell yeah. Could you tell me your favourite dilemma that you would like to have an outcome from? Okay.

Yeah, tell me. There are a few that spring to mind yeah that was the one from april fools where the girl got asked out and wasn't sure whether it was a joke or not i need to know if it was like i'd like to know if anything came of that something did come up first so just to quickly recap our listeners let me try this girl really fancied this guy for about four years she got the courage to tell him about it that she'd love to go on a date she was tipsy at the time he laughed and said oh stop i know what you're doing it's april 1st she was really confused because she didn't know what that

meant then she realized and said i don't know what to do do i approach it again or is the fact that he laughed so it means that he's completely disinterested in the whole idea she's panicking she's seeing him tomorrow for a pub quiz what does she do so it's got three responses okay number a number a a number a letter, she expresses herself while she's drunk whilst doing karaoke at pub. Number two, one of her friends lets it slip at the pub that she loves him. No. Three, she never admitted her feelings and continues to pine after him. I hope for her sake it's not the karaoke. I hope for her sake it's not the karaoke.

I feel like I hope her friend intervened because I don't want her to have never confessed her feelings. I know. I'm going to go with the second option that her friend put their foot in it. You'd be wrong. No. You were a snob, my peach. It's the karaoke. Oh, no.

Let me tell you. Oh, my God oh my god hey girls so glad you're doing updates i've wanted to tell you this for a while here we go you're gonna love it we'll be the judge of that actually i'll be the judge of that so i did go to the pub quiz that night however i had one too many again oopsies maybe it's too much of a repeat when i saw him i was feeling so nervous and honestly felt i was going to be sick he came up to me gave me a hug and said hello you oh god the smell of his cologne made me melt and the way his arms wrapped around me oh sensational real anyways the night went on and the more quiz rounds the more drinks were flowing he was acting so normal around me but i personally felt weird as i just wanted to kiss him at any word he was saying

out of those lovely luscious lips but i don't know if he's interested or not and felt awkward about the whole situation the night before yeah so after the quiz the karaoke machine pops off and we all get up and start drunkly taking our turns oh god for a moment i look around i don't know where he's gone he then comes up to me he then comes up behind me and says i've put a song on for us to sing together shut up i was thinking oh that's quite flirty yeah maybe he is interested yeah we get up and the mics are in hand and i'm waiting for the song to come on and it's wait wait for it, I kid you not, All of Me, John Legend.

Oh, you're joking. My heart, now, if people don't know, all of me loves all of you. I'd cry, I'd deep that. My heart drops out of my ass and I look at him and he is smiling and the only, and he says it was the only song that he felt right for my lover. And then giggles.

Interesting. My palms are sweaty and I'm starting to stress as I can't read him. Is he taking the piss that I said I liked him April Fool's? Or is he saying it as a dig in the sense of being i like you too we start singing together but i'm so confused the little music interlude comes on and i turned him and i say i need to tell you something oh god what i said earlier i meant the fact it was april fool's day didn't mean anything and i have liked you for a while oh god shit i. Shit, I said it. I said it. Well, yeah, good on you, girl. He looks shocked and said that he wasn't sure that I meant it when I told him that I liked him.

And I say, well, I did. Yeah. He then puts his arms around my waist, pulls me in, and kisses me passionately. Fireworks. Also, girls, this is in front of all my friends who are whooping in the corner. Oh my God, girls, taking that risk paid off.

We have now been seeing each other for four months and he asked me to be his girlfriend on my B-day in August. Oh, yay! So although it wasn't the most glamorous journey, we got there in the end. Peace out. Love it. Oh my God, I'm so pleased you know

Oh, you're so in love. It makes me sick. We were dancing. Yeah, we were dancing together. And there was this little old woman with her dog. And she was like, oh, she's like, young love. We were like, right, right, Meredith. Yeah, right.

yeah shit like all this kind of stuff I need to know the end result of this yeah so for a bit more context for anyone that if anyone missed that episode so this guy had has been friends with the guy he asked to be his best man for years yeah childhood friends childhood friends so when and also as they all met on the same night he met met his now fiance with his best friend by his side. So he only felt it right that he asked to be the best man. Absolutely. When they got engaged. It's like me asking you.

Yeah. And you've been like, I've hated Archie for years. And I'm like, what? And she said, and he was like, no way, Jose. Not doing it. Not happening. Hate is crazy. So your options are. It's a strong a word it's a very strong because if they said like dislike like dislike i just don't like her or she's annoying

or she's irritating i'd be like do you know what i could get on that vibe because i'm annoying like no i i do annoy oh my god last night we i was in bed with archie and i was literally lying there with him and i was like who do you think would be the tortoise and who do you think would be the hat and he was like falling asleep he was like i he was so i think you'd be the hat and i was like yeah i thought i'd be the hat too actually and then i was like oh god i'm knackered he said well stop your yappering i was like i yeah i hate it when i ask these questions as well but i don't have a boyfriend that loves me unconditionally so like like when I ask them, I'm just not tolerated. Actually, when we're in Edinburgh, like my, my friends were like, you literally, you can't ask more than two questions like this a day. They hated it. I literally was like, guys, by proxy, you're saying you hate me. Yeah, right. Just say you hate me. Well, do you know what? You might not have a boyfriend who loves you unconditionally, but you have me.

A, the best man is actually in love with the fiancé, which is why he didn't. It's not the offer. B, they met up and he surprised him with his stag do and c they never spoke again as in stag do it was all uh as it was because they were he reached out the guy that rejected the best man proposal he reached out to organize something to they could speak it through again and meet up and chat so the option is that they met up and he said he surprised him with a stag do can i ask did he do that like was it a part of the joke that he didn't like that yes yeah i really hope it's not that because that's fucking evil that's mean that

is evil and imagine if he already told her and I also don't hope it's they never spoke again but then I'm also like are you seriously in love with your best friend's woman? Yeah. Get a grip. Good God, girl.

messaged me asking to meet up after he declined to be my best man because he hated my fiance we arranged to meet and he was very keen to speak which is why i agreed but i wasn't feeling great about the whole conversation i just basically felt between such a rock and a hard place we sat down for drinks and he immediately started crying. I was super surprised and even more surprised when he started apologising profusely in between sobs. Once we'd settled down,

I reassured him that although we clearly aren't as close as I thought, I still value him as a friend and I want to remain civil. I did explain that he should have just expressed his feelings earlier. God, I'm sorry, sorry.

Can I just stop a second? Yeah. This man's communication. Great. It's top notch. Like, he doesn't need the D-Base. It's one of his bags. I'm like, yeah, yeah.

Okay, keep going. I did explain that he should have expressed his feelings further, not that it would have impacted my relationship, but just so he didn't feel in a difficult position. Lovely answer. However. Lovely. He confessed he was dishonest because he's

been in love with my fiance since the day he met her we met all together and apparently he wanted to make a move but i just got there fast now i've been in an even worse position and i really don't feel comfortable having him at the wedding at all for now we've taken a break unsure how when the break will end oh that's my god imagine meeting the same girl at a house party and like me me meeting up what i think is the guy of my dreams and then if you're single you get there first and you end up getting married i wouldn't be able to do it no wonder he said no no what slightly like no wonder i am flabbergasted it's like that episode with joey and chandler where joey's like with that girl and then chandler's like kathy and then they get together i've got to say one thing yeah if you were truly his best friend you would have let

you would just tell the story and they go god you don't think she likes it god but really brian my best friend yeah no really not and he's liked her i think it's a bit slimy from him i feel like i know you so well yeah i know who you fancy yeah i can tell within an instant being like you fancy him don't you and you'll be like yeah i do i be like, you were flirting with him and you're like, yeah, I was. And I'll be like, oh my God, you actually want a shag? And he's like, yeah.

I can know within an instant. Surely as a, I know men aren't as intuitive as women, but surely maybe he'd be able to be like, because there's a difference. Look, there's a difference between thinking your partner, your best friend's partner's attractive.

And like, oh, he's a bit like Andy. Yep. But then there's a difference of being like... This is the thing, because I'm like, did you just, like... Because if I were the friend, I'd be like, oh, my God, he's only ever come round. I'd start going through and being like, he comes round when she's there.

Like, was he ever there to see me? Did he just want to spend time with her? i'd feel really insecure about that can i put something out there put it out there spanner in the works oh could this be a lie that what he's saying that because to try try and get out of being the best man get out no try get out of the fact that he hates her be like what could i say i'll just say i love her but actually i don't know if crying yeah i don't know if i don't know if you could turn it on i don't know if men would do that and sob yeah he said sobbing sobbing shit that's crazy oh do you know who this is great for the wife not being funny if archie came home he's like

Let's crack on. So we got some debrief listeners requests. So one girl wrote in and she said that she wanted to know about the Bill story. The Mamma Mia one. So just to give you guys an update, the Bill bill one this girl had this long time summer romance from she was 16 she's now 25 every year when she goes to greece she sees the same guy that yeah who's called bill but this year she has a boyfriend for the first time ever every time she goes to greece she always meets up with bill but because she had a boyfriend this time she was really apprehensive thinking oh god i really don't want to bump into him. Anyway, the boyfriend goes to sleep for a nap.

She goes to the supermarket to get some groceries. Bill puts his arms around her waist, pulls her around and says something like, where was that? Oh, she explained the situation. And before he could kiss me, he was devastated, looked me right in the eyes,

pulled me close and told me he was in love with me and wants to give it a go. He can wait anymore she was shocked ran out of that she's currently in bed right in this situation really confused is bill the one or is the boyfriends both have positive and negatives but i don't know that was the situation she there was also something else i was going to say about her oh the boyfriend doesn't know about bill yes that was the thing okay so she wrote him oh my god drama of the century so girls i heard your advice on the podcast and spoke to my boyfriend dot dot dot i told him about there being a guy out here that i usually see and that i'd bumped into him the other day in the shops. I told him everything.

Well, almost everything. The only thing I left out was doubting whether I picked the wrong guy and should be with Bill. Well, yeah, you're not going to say that. And then I thought, actually, I shouldn't be with you. I should be with Bill. He sat there with his fucking ex, Benny, like, what? He's like, right, okay.

Now, look, I wasn't looking for him to hit a wall oh this bit is so funny i wasn't looking for him to hit a wall trash anything but i expected a little bit of jealousy at least yes protection yeah he didn't seem bothered in the slightest i'm not being funny if you've just told this guy that you've seen and I just bumped into the supermarket and he's like, I want to give it a go. Also, quick side note, the reason they couldn't give it a go

is because they live long distance so they were like, we probably shouldn't be doing this. But from 16 to 25, for the last nine years, they've been like doing it. So they're like, should we just try now?

He said that to her. And she's told him this and he's not bothered. I'd be fuming. I'd be fuming i'd be fuming so he didn't seem bothered in the slightest in fact he even responded to me telling me this by saying oh thanks for telling me oh it's so annoying because he just seems so secure right but i'm like which is right but but like because he's so secure not not like

not even like a little like where is he where is he that where is he so funny peach okay he then continued that you're gonna love this you're gonna love this i'll be the judge of that i'll be the judge of that he then continued the holiday for the next five days lying by the pool going off early in the morning for cycles girls he even booked himself to do a kayak course for two days so i'm sorry girls but i want a man and i want passion. Oh my God. I love our listeners. Men can't win. I love it. Someone who can't help deny their feelings that they have to pull me in to buy a supermarket to kiss me

and want me in the shops. But no. Oh. I have a boyfriend that didn't want to spend any time with me nor any lust to want to show me or even have dominance and protection over me. He acted as if he couldn't care less. So I made up my mind.

I'll break up with him. No! Now girls, not just because of Bill, but because I don't want to be with someone like this. You want him to fight. Whilst he was out kayaking, for fuck's sake, I went to go see Bill. And I explained how I wanted to give it a go yeah and i wanted him but i can't do anything until i end it with my boyfriend

respectful okay when i got back home i ended it with my boyfriend oh that's so funny who seemed slightly inconvenienced but didn't fight for me in the slightest. Oh, okay.
