Starting point is 00:00:00 Be Souls, when is the last time that you felt unstoppable? Last time I out of ten-piece. What? I felt unstoppable. Felt like destiny? Out of all avenues in life, it's a ten-piece that made you feel unstoppable. How fast do you finish it? The first two pieces, because I didn't divide the materials.
Starting point is 00:00:24 All ten? An hour. That's a fucking lie. A 10 piece in an hour. I actually don't know. Is that good or bad? That's terrible. And one hour for a 10 piece?
Starting point is 00:00:35 You can do that. Do you think I can't? Can you? Yes. I mean, I can't eat a 10 piece, but like, if I had the stomach capacity, you eat a 10 piece without feeling gross, I can for sure kill it in like 30 minutes. Like, yeah. The pace wouldn't be the issue here.
Starting point is 00:00:48 If I had the ability to get that much mass down, it wouldn't take any way close to an hour. So, like, pound for stomach, what's the equivalent for you? Is that like a six piece? Probably like a six piece. Yeah. That's a lot of fried chicken. Yeah, I can probably get six down in like 30 minutes. Well, actually, I eat really fast.
Starting point is 00:01:04 So six people I can probably get down like 20. I'm going to feel disgusting after. I have a problem where I eat really fast. Yeah, yeah, forget about that. I eat really fast. We're talking about raw output here. You should be hiccuping. I like eating faster than my brain realizes I'm full.
Starting point is 00:01:20 So I go real fast and get it all down. And then I stop and I'm like, oh, I regret it. It's a real eater right there. Just real speed eater. But the volume is in what it used to be. An hour, 20 minutes? I think I could get it down. Again, if I came in with intent, 10 pieces, give me like, give me 25 minutes.
Starting point is 00:01:43 Also, what's the distribution? Because it's not like, it's not like 10 breasts or 10 thighs or anything. Like it's a mix, I'm assuming how many drums, how many wings? Because that also makes a big difference. Usually it's just thighs and drums. For real, for real. And most of the time, in the 10. They get like, they get like four thighs.
Starting point is 00:02:03 They get four thighs. Killing that. Killing that. I'm glad you have an avenue and left it fell unstoppable. Yeah. Mo, any way you fell unstoppable? Oh, fuck, yeah. Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:02:14 Bro, I feel unstoppable so often. I'm sure you do. Anytime I need to feel unstoppable, I just go back to Atlanta to my 13-year-old brother, 1V-1 his ass. Dunk on him? Yes, bro. Lower the room a little bit. Like 2012, Braun, what the fuck?
Starting point is 00:02:30 Hell yeah. As you guys see by the title, we're here today. 2012 mention again. 21, 2012. It's bronze. It's the best version. As you guys see what a title, we're here today to talk about the most unstoppable players in NBA history.
Starting point is 00:02:46 We are going to have a bracket of 32 players that are absolutely unstoppable for their time. Some of them are today. Some of them are past. We're going to go through that bracket until we get a king of the most unstoppable NBA players. Okay, prepped well for this. Let's do it. Yeah, lots of prep going into this one. this one will be interesting for sure.
Starting point is 00:03:01 A vintage off-season episode. But that is not the number one thing I've talked about today. I should say that isn't the only thing. If you're clicking on this video and you're expecting us to talk about Kauai Leonard and the fact that the feds did a sweep and found some motherfucking evidence of the Clippers, don't worry. We've already posted a video talking about it. Go to our channel.
Starting point is 00:03:17 We posted 49 minutes of Kauai Leonard and Clippers conversation last night. Breaking news went down. So go watch that. Don't come back to this episode and watch. Outside of that, we've been on about a six or seven week. hiatus from Monday episodes talking about news and everything going on the world. Summer hours.
Starting point is 00:03:34 Summer hours have been on. Summer's coming to an end. We're in September now. And to match that, this coming Monday, which is what, the 8th, I think of September? 7th. 7th. Whatever it is on Monday. Yes, the 7th.
Starting point is 00:03:46 Monday episodes are returning. So this is the last week. You only get one episode from us. On Monday, you'll get the new episode that starts this next year. And for the rest of the season, we will get two episodes a week until next summer. Ah, man. and then how many weeks from then does NBA Media Day start?
Starting point is 00:04:03 I think like three. Okay. Yeah. So we get a few weeks and we happen about nothing and then media day comes around. Okay, okay. I'm excited.
Starting point is 00:04:11 We're locked. We're back. Summer's over. We're throwing it back. Whoa. That's crazy. He was bragging. I hope you didn't say.
Starting point is 00:04:27 The cranium is crazy. Oh my God. Crown eaters rejoice So let's jump straight into this bracket Let's get ready to debates Be Souls who is up first in a round of 32 First Zion versus the king
Starting point is 00:04:48 Who is more unstoppable It's hard to beat LeBron An unstoppable argument Yeah But if there's someone who can like I see where this is going already Match LeBron's physicality They're going to put him at the time
Starting point is 00:04:59 Yeah what's that guy right there Says Brian I'm sorry When does Braun not win? This is the instance where he possibly could not win. If there's somebody that's going to match him unstoppable nature, like, Braun doesn't have the size advantage, for real. He's a little more length than Zion.
Starting point is 00:05:15 The weight isn't there. I don't think... We're doing it right now? Or prime? Well, this is an all-time conversation. So let's go peak for peak for everybody. Okay, so peak for peak, I think... I think Bron has the speed on him.
Starting point is 00:05:29 Yeah. Zion has power on him. But it's close, though. If Zion takes him to the ground and uses his strength and his more stocky build on the ground, do you think, can't, can LeBron grapple? Yeah, yeah, he definitely can. He most definitely can. Just because he's broad?
Starting point is 00:05:46 Yeah, he's brawn. I've seen him. The way he boxes out sometimes, like, he can definitely grapple, bro. But one important element that we cannot forget, so this is, if Zion got like no durability, bro. One punch to the gut, blinking red. What's his stamina like you think? He's terrible.
Starting point is 00:05:59 He don't play no defense. I already know what it's like. I don't think his motor's that high for this. I think he's not going to want it bad enough probably. I don't think he's not going to want it bad enough. I think these guys are a good match for each other physicality-wise. Probably have similar hands, probably have similar grappling ability. We know the strength is similar.
Starting point is 00:06:12 They're both as strong as anybody. I think motor-wise, I'd probably bet on LeBron James to come out on top in a very close fight. I don't know, but like if they do go to the ground and they do grapple, I feel like Zion would have an advantage. I feel like Bron is taller than him. And so I think he has long arms. So, like, his limbs are there. I think Zion has an advantage to get leverage on Brown on the ground.
Starting point is 00:06:38 I don't think he has a motor to use that leverage. And also, how long can he use that leverage for? He's going to be tired. Well, if he can get it in like, if we're doing a five-round thing, if he can do it in the first round, then I think he's there. Do we think that, though? Do we think he's, he's the overmatch LeBron and enough to me to imagine it's a quick bout? That's his strategy.
Starting point is 00:06:56 I think if you, I think first and second rounds, that's where Zion has to make his money. if it gets past the second, then it's done. And I don't think you can overpower a 2012 LeBron in two rounds. So I think we have to go LeBron James for stamina. For sure. I think I got LeBron ultimately overall. Yeah, that's La Cratos. Lecredos goes to the next round. Sorry, Zion.
Starting point is 00:07:17 Next. Tough fight, though, for sure. Nicola Yokich or Kevin Garnett. Kevin Garnett's fucking Yokic. Yokich, he's going to have no defense. I don't know. Listen, Yokic is, Yokch's a big dude. And especially like he slimmed down over the last couple years.
Starting point is 00:07:34 You go to 2020, 2020, 2021, Yokic. He definitely has the size advantage where I don't know. Like KG definitely has the speed to get to get around him. But I don't know if he can actually do damage like consistently over and over and over again. I think it's going to have to be like a one punch type of thing. So I think most times Yokits might be. be able to get them. You're making a good point.
Starting point is 00:08:03 It's like a, what's the name of that big, giant fat block here that was in his prime few years ago? I don't remember. Um. Jim Browner? No. The white one. Fury.
Starting point is 00:08:15 Yeah, Tyson. Yeah, I think he's like Tyson Fury. I think he's going to have this body that can like take hits and can take a pounding. Yokic's stamina is amazing. That's why he's so good on the court. I imagine that, that translates. So he can take a beating. He can hold the stamina for a long time.
Starting point is 00:08:29 I'm sure he's powerful himself. I'm sure if he gets his hands on you, he can do something with it. He might, maybe can't sleep on him because as fierce as KG is, it's a lot of talk. That is, you're right. Listen, I'm not going to be the one to accuse KG of just talking. Me neither. But when Yokish is there, all I'm saying is the fierceness we feel from KG is because of the talk in the eye of the tigerness, not because he has some undoubtable hands.
Starting point is 00:08:54 So I think despite the reputation, I could see maybe Yok is doing some damage. I think Yokers could do damage. only thing is that I don't know if he will have enough stamina or enough like power physically with his own hands to get to KG. I just I just I think he's better than getting both those things. Yeah I actually disagree. I think Yokic has shown his power before. So I think
Starting point is 00:09:16 that's that's very clear. I think he overmatches KG in that in that sense. And in terms of in terms of sport, one of the thing that always elevates one athlete over another is being able to process. And not to say that KG's dumb, but Yokic is one of the best processors of all time. And I'm sure that his ability to understand where people are in space, that does probably help with his stance and where he's at. So I think it's going to be very hard unless KG. Now, KG's motor is unmatched. So. So I'm saying. Like, there's nothing worse. I think it's the opposite of the last one where if we get to like four or five rounds, I think KG can get them
Starting point is 00:09:56 there. KG's also very agile for his size, right? I think he has way better technique and like body shots. His jabs are much cleaner. Like his technique is much better, I think. And he's powerful himself. He's throwing John Jones elbows too. Like, if they start to wrestle though,
Starting point is 00:10:12 he's probably a better striker. If they start to wrestle though a little bit and Yolkits gets in in some type of like headlock or anything like that. KG real skinny though. He turned and said he could slip out. You know, like. But he's also real skinny, though. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:10:29 He's bald, though, too, as well. And that allows for more like... Bald boost. Ball boost. It's going to be more like lubricant in his head and all that. And he could squeeze out anywhere. I think I do want to go kid you. I just think when it comes to power, my last thing on that, his...
Starting point is 00:10:44 I don't think Yokic could throw hard enough hits because he has a soft touch. He's going to be accurate for sure. And he's going to, like, give you a lot of bunches. I was a bunch of how soft that touch is. I think he's also strong. He's strong. You're right. That was a cheap.
Starting point is 00:10:56 shot. So if we're, it was a strong as cheap shot. I'm saying if if Markey would have seen it coming, he probably could have obviously would have been able to do something, you know, against that. So I think KG being able to see the punch instead of just being shoved in the back. I think that makes a difference. I think I'm I think KG. I think I think you, you convinced me even though that I didn't agree with your points. I do think that you commission. And that's always the best. You can be right for the wrong reasons.
Starting point is 00:11:28 All right. It would be an upset to see KG go in the first round of an unstoppable bracket. So we're going KG. KG. KG. Okay. I do think there's a world where Yoki should come out on top
Starting point is 00:11:37 a lot of these times if we've simmed it a hundred times. Yeah, yeah. But we can go KG. It is. It's only right. Next. James Johnson or Wilk Chamberlain. I think James Johnson is frying them.
Starting point is 00:11:49 How tall is James Johnson? Six, eight? Yeah. But I think Will is too tall. I think he's too tall. I think James can get on the inside very quickly and mess up Will today. So I'm going James Johnson pretty easy. Doesn't he do like he's a black bow or something like that?
Starting point is 00:12:07 He's a black bow. The technical skill gap is gigantic. What is Walt going to do to like try to maneuver through anything? He's too skinny also as well. Well, he's also incredibly fluid. We're acting like this is like Bobon. This is a big guy that moves better than like any big guy ever. I think he probably has some abilities to be more fluid than you think and not just be a guy on stills.
Starting point is 00:12:30 I think there's just an error thing as well. Like once he sees like a high kick to the fucking ear, I don't know what Will's going to be able to do for real. They invented high kicks in 1995. There are a lot of. Now, the one thing going for Wilde is like, I don't think he's getting hit in the face. But that makes the body shots that much more powerful. That means that means James Johnson. when he gives that roundhouse kick to the leg,
Starting point is 00:12:54 take him out there, what is Will doing? I don't think he's quick enough to evade that. I think James Johnson got him. Seven foot, turn into 5-1. Then after that, you'll use him in his fucking chin. Those guts are not safe. Jab, jab, jab. If I sweep the leg and then James Johnson comes up with the uppercut after,
Starting point is 00:13:11 that's a tough combo. Yeah. Okay, so we can either go Wilth because he is a physical anomaly in history and can maybe use that in his advantage, or he go to James Johnson because despite the lack of size, he's going to destroy those guts with jabs James Johnson 100% James all right
Starting point is 00:13:25 let's go James advances wow Wilts gone immediately we're done with you people would assume what was far an unstoppable bracket James is gonna make a run people would have assumed Wilk makes a run too
Starting point is 00:13:36 an unstoppable bracket there's just a bad matchup for him no honestly yeah all right yeah he could have be he could be he could be KG too probably yeah James it is next
Starting point is 00:13:49 Dennis Rodman or Patrick Beverly. Yo, pack him up. What is Patrick Beverly doing here? He's getting crumpled up like a trash compactor. Can he win? Fuck no. Can Pat Bev win?
Starting point is 00:14:05 Absolutely the fuck not. I've never seen such a 0% chance of victory in a bracket. The only way some like Pat Bev can like get an advantage and he's smart too. They'll probably like spit in his eye. Literally he know Dennis Robbins is disgusting. He loves that shit. Just amping up even more. He just gave him more fuel, dummy.
Starting point is 00:14:23 Do it again. I think Dennis Robin is actually violent. Yeah. So it's a different level of like... He's going to be like to do it again. Yeah, do it again. And even if he didn't like it, you think you're going to out spit him? You think you're going to out dirty work, Dennis Rodman?
Starting point is 00:14:38 Yeah. He's the dirtiest. Yeah. Not to mention being 6'7 and like incredibly strong. He's fucking brolic of shit. Yeah. Pat Pebb is like, you're right. Like this is no advantages.
Starting point is 00:14:51 at all. Like maybe Pat that's probably smarter than Dennis Rodman. Good luck. He's not smart enough. Where are we doing this though? Is this sanctioned or not? I think we've been talking a lot about as if it was. It sounds like we're talking about an oxygen.
Starting point is 00:15:05 If it's sanctioned, Rodman. I do think if it's unsanctioned, Pat is dirty enough to where he'd do anything. If it's unsanctioned, Dennis Robin is gouging eyes and shoving fingers and ears. I don't know. No, no, no. No, un-section helps Robin.
Starting point is 00:15:21 Have been like, have a good. Bro, Dennis Robin has a missile from North Korea on standby. He got numchucks ready on his fucking hip. What the fuck does that mean to him? The more rules and avenues for a clean fight you remove, the closer we are to Dennis Robin winning this whole thing. Dennis Robben does have like an AC130 just on hand. Literally.
Starting point is 00:15:43 And we're like, how did you get that? And he's like, oh, I don't know. He's a tell some story. He's like, I just picked the. it up. All right. Dennis Rodman, it is. They got him at the thrift over there.
Starting point is 00:15:53 That's what he's going to say. It's going to some much transition to some traumatic story. You're like, oh, okay. Dennis Rodman in five. Next. Part four. Michael Jordan or Jimmy Butler. Ooh.
Starting point is 00:16:05 I actually think Jimmy Gits him. Really? I don't think Jordan is crazy like that. He punched Steve Kurt. Yeah, but he's punching down. Like, he'd never punch Scottie in the face. He wouldn't have done that. Whereas like I think I think a majority of of the times that we do here
Starting point is 00:16:26 Jordan punching somebody it's it's Steve Kerr and then he puts some somebody else But they're there they're always people of lower stature he's punching down I don't I don't think that he's going wasn't the second dude punched white too Yeah I thought the dude's the center though for what it's worth it was like will Purdue or something But he's not it's like it's will Purdue you know like we'll produce not not this all-star not somebody that can actually like look him in the eyes in that in that way the power dynamics are all i think with jimmy jordan loves a power dynamic for sure fair for sure exactly but i think jimmy jimmy don't care about any of that i'm going jimmy here jimmy would be the aggressor in the fight for sure it's just like does jordan have the like raw physical abilities to outmatch him and like not really
Starting point is 00:17:14 Jordan doesn't? No Like that translates to this? Pure strength? Probably no. No, not really. I mean... Pure strength, but quickness matters. Yeah, how much does it matter, though?
Starting point is 00:17:22 What's that? What does that matter? It's a lot. Nothing. The first is not going to do too much. Jimmy's not exactly a slouch. He's not a slouch, but... He has eye of the tiger.
Starting point is 00:17:32 It's a different level of athleticism that I think that Jimmy can't, Jimmy can't overcome at all. If I get you into the corner of the ring and I'm Jimmy and I have the motor to keep you in that corner, I don't know if Jordan is just escaping unscated. I think Jimmy might have the aggression and get him on his back foot.
Starting point is 00:17:48 I don't know if the vert in first step is going to translate to this avenue for Jordan. I don't think it's the first step. I think it's Jordan's creativity that'll like allude to him getting more licks off. You think he actually don't know if he's super creative because he like especially second half Jordan. It's very mechanical in where he's getting to. He's getting to his spots. He knows exactly where it's at. I don't think the, the creature is very like very much on the on the front end i think the one avenue for jordan that we can consider is maybe he's floyd mayweather and it's just like impossible to hit him and he's so he's that he's that technical and he's that technical that maybe it's just really hard to get a hand on him and it's like
Starting point is 00:18:28 floyd weather fights where all these aggressive scrappy guys who trying to fight for their spot to get there feel they're going to come in and we're going to outwork the pretty boy and they just can't touch him and i think that's what jordan is honestly i doubt it and that's the thing he's probably When he got into that fight with Reggie, because he ended up, he like choked Reggie out. It was like a shoving match. Yeah. But I don't think he was, I don't think he really did it. Because it took a lot to get him there because I don't think he ever like loses his temper.
Starting point is 00:19:00 Jimmy's coming in temper loss. So I think very early on the aggression that you're talking about, that's why I think Jimmy can get him. Yeah. And we've shown Jimmy like, Jimmy will die in that ring to make sure you die a minute before he does. like the unrelenting effort of Jimmy Butler is coming about those fighters that you see where their face is completely swollen shut they can barely move and they're still swinging
Starting point is 00:19:20 Jimmy Butler's going on like Naruto where he's getting destroyed and he's gonna keep swinging I don't know I think MJ would very much have that same exact mindset I don't know if he would he's a pretty boy that grew up being the richest guy in America and so beloved I don't know if he does have that he's a pretty boy but he's demented though too
Starting point is 00:19:37 like he's a dickhead I'm watching film right now he's kind of he even even the so the interesting thing is like jordan has really really big hands but if it's sanctioned and and the hands are in like gloves and stuff then that kind of nullifies the grip of of his hands so i don't think he can if we're like grappling i don't know if that's necessarily as much as an advantage and at least here he was moved off the spot like they were they were separated fairly quickly so not to say that obviously jordan has very good balance but I do think Jimmy can get hit.
Starting point is 00:20:11 My gut said Jimmy crushes him. I'm going to one. I got Jordan. Damn, I'm voted out. What do you think of you so? I got Jimmy, man. Okay, Jimmy three of one. Okay.
Starting point is 00:20:22 All right. Next. Isaiah Stewart or Carl Anthony Towns. Shout out to Big Purr, man. Shout out of Cat. If he's a three-point competition, cat's smoking him. Oh, yeah, yeah. Many things.
Starting point is 00:20:35 If it's a fashion competition, he's smoking him. Skills competition? Smoking him. I bet he could cook way better than Isaiah Stewart. I bet he's way more disgusting at Cod. He's probably a better driver. Oh, I'm sure he's better driver. I'm sure if we get them both on dancing with the stars,
Starting point is 00:20:48 Cat makes it much further. I bet Cat knows way more about how to make pastilitos than Isaiah Stewart. But there's one thing. Cat. Cat smokes. For sure. But there's one thing that's just undeniable. And that's how they store's hands.
Starting point is 00:21:03 Yeah, man. It's the hands. It's the want to. It's the mentality. He is smoking him. I should take it back. Isaiah Stewart's smoke him to spelling B2. Do you think so?
Starting point is 00:21:12 Got to give him something other than hands. I don't know. I'm crazy. Yeah. So you think you could out spell me, huh? Yeah, we got to go as days. I mean, I don't know. He's got to made that his brand.
Starting point is 00:21:22 I think it's okay. Yeah, yeah. It's still a little strange. All right. We're going on I say. If it was Isaiah Swir versus Luca, yes. Yeah, like this guy can't think. He's also great at spelling.
Starting point is 00:21:35 He probably knows way more geography than Carlithetowns. All right. Beasts who it is next Kobe or Stephen Adams Stephen Adams is murdering him I don't think Kobe lasts 10 seconds Dude what is Kobe gonna do?
Starting point is 00:21:50 He has not a damn thing He's fast but that quickness don't mean none He's too much eyes He's gonna he's immediately kicking him in the dick Like instantly He's probably poking eyes for sure But Steve and I'm gonna read that shit As soon he lift up his leg just
Starting point is 00:22:04 Catches his hands He'll just stare at his eyes And he's not staring at his arms off. Yeah, it's a complete mismatch, obviously. Because even on the court, Kobe's been pieced up before. Stephen Adams had been kicking the balls before.
Starting point is 00:22:19 And he ate that shit, too. Yeah, he ate that shit. Yeah, I felt like he went, he had to sell it for the call a little bit. He didn't get a call, but of course he had to build up the narrative. Stephen Adams, this is one of the more definitive results that we have here.
Starting point is 00:22:31 It's going to be hard for a guy with six inches less actually not six, five inches less fight to come back and come out of. of this. It's a big man's game. And just pure strength. It's not close. Being big and strong helps you be unstoppable. Okay. Let's go to Stephen Adams.
Starting point is 00:22:48 Next. Ron or Test or Dremont Green. Oh my God. The heavy, this should be the finals. Yeah, what a crazy first time. In the first round. Yeah, this is one of the dirtiest guys in the league. Neither one of these guys can lose in the first round.
Starting point is 00:23:04 Damn. They both have like film out there. They both are like, veterans of the game. Damn, man. They got tape on, tape on tape out there. And you know what? I know it's some sacrilegious.
Starting point is 00:23:16 Don't do it. I think Dreba might be more unstoppable. I disagree. I don't know. Obviously, Ronor Test has the 60-point game, has the number one, like, iconic piece of film in the malice. I think in Draymond's film, he does more damage. I think he is connected on more.
Starting point is 00:23:30 He has a higher volume, more of a undying need to continue in this field when he really shouldn't. I think that translates to a better motor. the ring that I think there's similar size, probably similar technical abilities. Also, more damage. I, I disagree there. Well, you can't. We don't got to get into specifics, but there's definitive proof.
Starting point is 00:23:50 The elbow? No, no, no, no, no, my. Oh, oh, oh, you're saying for Ron. Yeah. Sure, sure, sure. Okay. Oh, shit, man. Yeah, I think I got a runner test.
Starting point is 00:24:02 He's, he's massive, bro. And I think when it comes to brute strength, he's bigger than Dramon. For sure. Germany's more like creative when it comes to how he is he is more swole that doesn't always matter though Dremont's hands have power clearly like they do but also the long arms do really he really translates power through that arm incredibly well but also I think I think with Dremont something that we've seen is like he's very wild and his arms they they're very wide and he goes he goes out and goes out and comes comes back in he leaves a lot of lanes for
Starting point is 00:24:38 Ron to just go very direct on the inside. And I think Ron can get him. Bro, Draymond has a clean forward jab. I'm not going to lie. We see the film. But his hook is, his hook is sloppy is what I'm saying. Okay.
Starting point is 00:24:50 And Ron, Ron's taking advantage of that. Yeah. Do we feel like, so obviously, especially if we go to the ground, Ron our test has the strength and just pure muscle advantage,
Starting point is 00:25:00 battle IQ. Drumon's very, very smart. To his own detriment. I feel like that matters. in such a close circumstance. This is Ron Artesto. It is, it is.
Starting point is 00:25:15 In battle IQ? I don't know if Roder does battle IQ is through the roof. They say we warriors. You just wanted to say that. I love that song. I do think that matters. I have to feel the singing child, so I see you putting on. Oh, man.
Starting point is 00:25:34 Shout out to 2K10, man. How IQ is important. I think that might be the. biggest like because we know like the ferocity is pretty goddamn close i think the want to and the abilities of their hand are pretty goddamn close who is more equipped to take hits raw i don't know that's that's like the difference they're both gonna get take blows ron is more stout than than drin muscle doesn't always mean you're equipped to take hits though like who has higher pain tolerance probably ron for that part i think it's wrong but i think that's a different
Starting point is 00:26:06 combo i think in terms of being able to take a take some hits to their sides like Having some blubber on you helps too. Like, have we've seen, have we've seen Draymond take hits? We've seen him dole out hits. Exactly. He's never seen him taking,
Starting point is 00:26:18 people don't have a chance. He do be sneaking guys. Yeah, that's exactly. He has a highlight tape but sneaking people. And that's the battle like you. He's gonna catch you when you don't see it coming. Has he scrapped with a scrapper for a, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:26:29 Yeah. Ron has. He hasn't, there hasn't been like a hockey situation where you're throwing down the gloves and now we're, now we're, now we're,
Starting point is 00:26:39 engaging him. And that's the best argument. Maybe his defenses aren't quite what you'd expect. Yeah. I think he's, he's very good. If it's a Trojan horse situation, right? By surprise, he got that. But if it's, yo 10,000 man, my 10,000 man, we're just running in the middle, see who comes out on top. Spears and shields. Yeah, I don't know if that's his game. I don't know if that's the way that he's going to win. That's why I would go run our test. For sure, for sure. I think if I was like to pick between the two, who would I rather have as like for a duo when it comes to fighting, taking Draymond. Because you sneak in you in any time.
Starting point is 00:27:10 You don't know where the fuck he's coming from. And he's going to have a plan. For sure. I need someone with a plan. Not someone that's going to run in guns blazing and just like, but one-on-one, I'm taking Ron for sure. All right. Looks like we're going on Ron.
Starting point is 00:27:22 A general? Dremont is definitely the general. I want a general on my side, but I get my general fight you. The generals never fight. Every movie like this. Exactly. I need a word. They always say, how about we settle this like, man.
Starting point is 00:27:32 We don't have to have the bloodshed. And the smart generals are always like, go fuck yourself, buddy. My army's bigger. So Draymond would probably They always do that They have the 10,000 men And everyone's, everyone's Russian The general was just walking through
Starting point is 00:27:43 Looking around Just like, look at this wreckage, this is crazy Yeah, the general never wants to do the fighting himself Okay, sounds like Jermont and Ramsey Bolton loses Okay
Starting point is 00:27:55 Ron it is Next Yannis or Wembe Yeah, it's a Wembe man Probably knows Kung Fu He does You know He's training with the monks and all that
Starting point is 00:28:07 He could do a split I don't know how useful that is in a fight I think it is kind of useful to be flexible Like it helps It's not nothing To do a split It's like What we're talking about last week
Starting point is 00:28:18 He put his legs behind his ears Yonnas trying to fight him He's like yeah What's you want to do it down Yeah I think he can see You're the clams slam So obviously
Starting point is 00:28:28 We'd probably be inclined to think Yonis wins We should be in I think that's the answer Yonis will break him bro I forgot what I forget what I forget
Starting point is 00:28:37 which comedian said it, but somebody made the joke of like, karate's only good if both people are doing karate. Like, if you're over here doing all this stuff, what does that mean to me? You know, you're over here bowing me respectable and I'm not your head off. I'm in yonness is whooping them.
Starting point is 00:29:05 Very easily. This is basically. Based on nothing, you know, there's always guys that are like insanely athletic, maybe like football players that you see that you would assume are just like these beasts and they get a fight and get their ass float because they just don't have hands, it doesn't translate. This is based off nothing. Part of me can imagine that being honest for some reason because he's so ferocious and so like he dunks and are yelling.
Starting point is 00:29:27 Something tells me that maybe he's never done a puncher for it and could get caught off guard by somebody with crazy length. You think the yelling's a defense mechanism. He can't really fight like that. Something tells me that it can all. past trauma coming up. Yeah. It could be something there
Starting point is 00:29:40 that maybe he's that type. I don't know why I'm thinking that. He's just coping. I feel the vibes of Yonnes being performative in nature and then not translating. I could understand that, man. But maybe he'd still,
Starting point is 00:29:53 maybe even still he can still take care of Wemby, but I don't know. I just don't think fighting is Wemby's forte at all. He's too easy of a target. 101 on an island. He feels like a pacifist,
Starting point is 00:30:04 but then surprisingly he's fucking pressure point and you're dead. bro his pressure points are mad easy to hit though like you can't miss it you know is that real i remember as a kid is always those kids that are like i know pressure points and i could knock you out with one finger is that stuff real i'm sure it is to it to knock it on the one finger yeah obviously but it is real to yeah to a degree and if you're like bruce lee and you're that's all you study like i'm sure i'm sure you can hit a certain spot but i don't think it's like go to sleep
Starting point is 00:30:33 in movies you just see us walk up yeah I don't think it's that I think it takes a little bit more force yeah I guess it makes sense
Starting point is 00:30:44 your temple's a pressure point because if I hit you their heart as fuck you're gonna go out I guess that makes sense your liver's a pressure points okay sorry we're going Janus yeah it's honest
Starting point is 00:30:54 okay all right Janice it is next but don't expect to get too far I honest I do anyways Chet versus KD yo these yo they're actually really interesting
Starting point is 00:31:02 wow Is it? Does Chet want to fight for a fact, Katie doesn't want to fight? He's been the force to tell us every time fights come up when he's on a podcast, he's, man, nobody really wants to fight. Like, and that he, you know he's talking about himself. But does Chet want to fight KD though? Probably not.
Starting point is 00:31:19 He'll probably just get down and start praying immediately. Chez prays. Has he got, has he got, has he got? Has he got. Oh, yeah. OD, OD, OD, OD, OD, OD, OD. Trey ball, tray balls. Yeah, he's not going to fight KD, but.
Starting point is 00:31:33 You'd rather dive if I kidd The dog is a prayer mad situation I was saying inshallah He's not doing that person I was like what do you mean It's like would have Cheb become spiritual as a persona Yeah I think
Starting point is 00:31:48 I think out of the two We have to go with Katie Because clearly we've seen Chet be Approached by an aggressor And he does not want anything of it And the response to the aggressor Is not there
Starting point is 00:32:01 Yeah I think even Prime KD, he probably may not want to do it, but if you put him in that situation, he's like, I guess this is what we're doing. I'm a killer, but don't push me. Yeah. I know, I just, I know for a fact that if you told Chet right now to punch a punching bag, it would look hilarious.
Starting point is 00:32:16 I just know, like, unless he does that in the off season, which I could imagine, I guess, but assuming he doesn't now, I can just imagine his punches look hilarious. He wouldn't do that to himself. The Stephen A. Hooks. Yeah, exactly. I saw I imagine Chet. And like, they're both skinny, obviously and not like fighter builds. It's kind of, it's different, though.
Starting point is 00:32:33 Yeah, because even being skinny and then being basically the same height, Katie's thing is he's that tall, but I'm also quick. I'm also fast. I'm also fluid. I think Katie gets him. Yeah, I just feel like Chet with like his knees would knock into each other and you just fall down. Yeah, nah, too clumsy, right. I don't see it.
Starting point is 00:32:50 Okay. KD. It is. Next. Dylan Brooks or Mugsy Boggs. Dylan Brooks looks hilarious, right? Y'all wrong for doing Mugsy like this. He's going to put his ass in a rest.
Starting point is 00:33:03 cycling bin, bro. Not the trance for the cycling where's a headbutter him and it's good. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:09 Dylan Bush is for sure a headbutter. Yes. For sure a head butter. What if Mugsy moves
Starting point is 00:33:14 like Spider-Man though? He climbs up his back. Pulled his brain just take the deck. On some
Starting point is 00:33:20 Ray Mysterio shit, man. Bad, quick. I can turn under the legs. He ducks and runs behind him.
Starting point is 00:33:25 Headlocked from the back. 619. Maybe that's like in there. Low key. Dylan
Starting point is 00:33:32 Brooks is 6-7 225 though. Yeah, he's strong. I'm going Dylan Brooks here. I think that's the right choice. I don't know. Maybe when you think about this a little longer, because you got me with the 619.
Starting point is 00:33:46 One like, boiaka, just going through. Dylan Brooks doesn't have that good of hands. You know, he's not like, his handle's not that good. So I have to assume like the grip is not that good as well. It's kind of hard to grasp onto someone like Mugsy Bowels was how.
Starting point is 00:34:03 quick he is. I think Dylan Brooks will probably box. I think he does box. He strikes in the type that he probably boxes in the offseason for cardio and he's low-key probably has it. They're probably mad at him. They're like, bro, get in the gym. Yeah. He probably boxes too much. I bet he can jab and I bet he has good defenses too. I bet he's like practice. I bet he has the rope and he does a little drill,
Starting point is 00:34:23 bouncing back and forth on either side working on his neckwork. Hey man. Mugsy Boggs is playing weight. How much is your weight? $152. 136 Oh my God No way it's true
Starting point is 00:34:35 That's on basketball reference 136 No 136 I can curl Mugsy Bugs I can curl Mugsy Boggs Go the last time I weighed 136
Starting point is 00:34:46 I was probably in like fifth grade Brough Not even I doubt it Like What the fuck 136 Yeah
Starting point is 00:34:53 All right Sorry Sorry man All right It's Dylan I give Mugsy a fair shot man Yeah you made You did make the best case for him.
Starting point is 00:35:03 He's half the weight of LeBron James in Miami. Dylan Brooks is 225. Well, how did I get that exactly right? Actually, that's a general last number. They probably just put that on there. That's such a like, yeah, about 225. So, basically 100 pounds on them. Okay.
Starting point is 00:35:21 It's a lot of pounds. We're going Dylan Brooks. Next. Steph Curry or Ben Wallace. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Why did you just present me with the death of Steph Curry? Now we have to imagine Dremont is there somewhere in the corners lurking
Starting point is 00:35:34 Like Steph is never alone, right We know this So it's really 2V1 Steph is going to be distracted Just running around him la la la la la la la la la I'm I think in that circumstance Steph is almost a non-factor That you said 2v1
Starting point is 00:35:50 It's a 1v1 Dremont's gonna handle it And be like get behind me Yeah And even at then You still might lose Yeah I'm taking bed Currie's to be watching
Starting point is 00:36:00 And then when Jermont gets his fucking neck ripped off, Curry's like, is this a bigger mismatch than Dylan and Mugsy? Yes. Well, I don't know. Either way, it's 100% mismatch. So, too, he's the road, I guess. He had no contest.
Starting point is 00:36:15 Let's go, Ben. John Morant or Trey Young. Oh, Treyon, don't fight. He grew up privilege, bro. He is not fighting at all. I don't know if Jah is either. Jai. Bro, he just fought someone at fucking Foot Locker a couple years ago.
Starting point is 00:36:30 you mean. Yeah, the teenager. Yeah. Trey would never do that. That does. Okay. That doesn't signify a damn thing.
Starting point is 00:36:38 I think once again, right outcome, wrong point. I think the want to from Jha is what pushes him over the edge, but I think in terms of skill and ability, they're both not. You think Jail wants to use hands? Clearly, he has, clearly he's more willing to go there than, than Trey. So I think, I think that that could be. the the tiebreaker. Yeah, I mean, no matter what, we just can't pick fucking
Starting point is 00:37:03 Trey yoke. Yeah, like. All right, who weighs more? Jha, I'm sure. Probably like a little bit. Trey probably weighs 165. 164. Holy shit, I know ball. John's at 174. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:16 Cut off them dreads, though. He's at 170. Still weighs a little bit more. He wins. You know, actually you're right. All right, let's go, John. He's going to get destroyed next round. Next.
Starting point is 00:37:27 Nate Robinson or Lamello Ball. Lowe's losing, bro. He's just, I don't believe in him for a second. I've seen Nate Robinson get knocked out cold. Never seen the Melo can knock out cold. Lemelo's not a fighter. He'll never step into a day in his life. I mean, hey, he's a fighter.
Starting point is 00:37:41 He had the smacked out of somebody. But that's all you can do. But it was like a smack here and run. Yeah, he can slap. Like, if it's a slap boxing, he might have an opportunity. He has like a foot of reach on him. He does. But Nate is mad nifty, though.
Starting point is 00:37:55 Yeah, I think that's a disadvantage here. He's getting those guts again. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Yeah. I think the body shots, the liver shots, I think that's what takes Lamello out here. I think I would go Nate Robinson in two rounds. I think we have to.
Starting point is 00:38:09 The first size mismatch that we see that we go towards a small guy. We got to go Nate. It's a bad matcher for Lamello. Yep. Nate has been knocked out cold on live television, but at least he got in the ring. Also, Spider-Man argument again. Works favor of Nate Robinson. It's more like a Wolverine argument, though, because he's short, stocking, and powerful.
Starting point is 00:38:25 He's going to right in you? He's not jumping. Wolverine's not tall? Wolverines 5'3. What? Yeah, see, the movies fuck it up because they cast Hugh Jackman's big rollic ass.
Starting point is 00:38:35 Wolverine's like small and mighty. It's 5.3. He's like small, heavy, and like ferocious. Yeah. Like a Wolverine, one might say. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:38:43 Yeah. All right. Nate Robinson, it is. Russell Westbrook or Zach Randolph. Ooh. Wow. I like this match. I definitely think Russ can fight.
Starting point is 00:38:55 And we know the motor's there. And he's going to be, again, on Naruto timing, where his eyes are shut cold. he's still fighting. And that's why this, it feels wrong,
Starting point is 00:39:04 I'm gonna go Russ. I think the stamina just over, over the course of five rounds, I think he wins. What stamina good for if you're not landing anything, though?
Starting point is 00:39:13 Yeah, I mean, you get one hit, K.O. Because Zibo, Zibo. Yeah, exactly.
Starting point is 00:39:16 Like, I don't think those punches will land necessarily accurately. No, but that's assuming that Russ can't fight. No,
Starting point is 00:39:21 he can't fight. It doesn't matter. I think Zibo is that type where it's like, if we're in a, if we're in a ring, Russ is more agile. I think Russ can,
Starting point is 00:39:29 I think Russ can get a couple jabs in. And once we get to the third round, Zibo, he's not, he's not moving like that for an entirety of a fight. He's a turret. He doesn't got to move. I think he's going to, fights coming to him. And he's just, you're going to see that movie trope where I can't think of any examples all top of my head. But there's some kind of like bout. And there's a little guy that's all fast.
Starting point is 00:39:49 And the fight starts. And he's like, moving around. And the big guy just like, it's over. That type of thing. That's what we're going to see here. Yeah. Those couple of jabs at Russ and Mike. get in like Zibo's a tank. That's not going to mean none to him at all.
Starting point is 00:40:05 So, so do you guys think it's going to be like one round? Kind of. Not one round. I don't think he's going to be in one round, you know? I kind of do. I don't think Zibo can grapple. I think he can grab him and put him against the wall. I think it's going to be like a childhood bully situation. You know what? That's not really based on anything in reality. I just feel like Zibo has that aura that like he's like sneakily the strongest man in the world. is kind of how we talked about with Stephen Adams earlier where it's like
Starting point is 00:40:33 it's not going to look like a normal fight because the weight classes are so different and he's like so grown man strong that he's kind of just going to kind of Yeah It's over He did say where he's from Bullies get bullied
Starting point is 00:40:47 Yeah So I think you got Zbo for sure Yeah Okay Let's go Zbo It feels bad It does
Starting point is 00:40:55 It feels bad It's just a bad matchup for Russ That's it No one's saying Russ isn't unstoppable. No one's taking that from him. I mean, we literally are.
Starting point is 00:41:04 He's first rounded. He's a movable option. You went up against the bully. Yeah. All right. All right. Let's go Zibo. Shack or Bobon.
Starting point is 00:41:16 Who. Sorry, Bobon. You think Bobon got some sneaky shit at him that maybe like, you don't see coming? Like, he's also huge. Just not like, Bobon wasn't John Wick.
Starting point is 00:41:24 He was. He was. He was in John Wick. He had to learn something on that set. Shack has learned a lot of shit, though. Well, how to be a DJ. DJ.
Starting point is 00:41:35 No, it's how to rap, bro. He knows how to make candy. Barely, though. He's definitely taking a karate class. Who's Shaq? That was for fun. That's like for fun. He wouldn't, he wasn't for real on that.
Starting point is 00:41:48 Oh, I was going to say, who gives the fuck? I don't even think Shaq needs no real skill to go. I think he's going to run really fast towards him. He is fast. And he wins. That's it. He is fast. Like the juggernaut.
Starting point is 00:41:59 He's a red boat fast and just runs through him. Just one spear. That's all you need. it's over with. Bobon's not like heavy said dude. He's kind of, he's been slender.
Starting point is 00:42:07 You know, he has muscle, obviously, but he's not like sturdy for real. Magic and he's speared by Shat. Where's Boban from again? Somewhere to Eastern Europe.
Starting point is 00:42:16 That side of the world produces some tough guys. He's Serbian. Eastern Europe produces some tough guys. Listen, the Serbians are, they are tough people. Yeah, they look like they fight polar bears.
Starting point is 00:42:26 That is true. Shaq, Shaq has an army background, like military family background. And he also, that guy that's, I grew up bigger than everybody and he's a dickhead because of it. Like, nobody could really, like, test him. Like, what I mentioned earlier with Janus, that's definitely Shaq, right? Like, it has to be that.
Starting point is 00:42:43 You see Shaq has hands at all. Nobody doesn't need hands for real, because he's Shaq. Exactly. So, but also I could see Shaq just taking some boxing classes and feeling like I need hands. That just sounds like a Shaq side quest, isn't it? It does. And if he did just enough that he's going to secretly piece Bob on it off? Yeah, like, I don't think it takes too much to piece Bob on up.
Starting point is 00:43:03 Like, shout out to him. him, you know? Oh, you think very little of Bobon's abilities. I think Bobon, like, could have proceeded in, like, in more matchups, but this is just not a good one for him right now. I don't know, man. Shack's just so big. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:43:14 Again. Like, if Shack, now, again, Boban's taller, so I don't know, so he can't really come over the top. But Shaq probably has more power. I think we have to go Shack here. And he's quicker, too. Yeah. It's just hard to beat.
Starting point is 00:43:30 Yeah. Okay. Shack continues. All right. Let's go Shat. but and that is the end of round one i don't think shacks going far here me neither so that is the first round on to the round of 16 here are the names that continued a couple upsets in there a couple iconic names in an unstoppable bout that didn't make it out of the first round condolences to them r i p
Starting point is 00:43:50 r p stuff man it's got it got ripped off it's r api step jermont your presence will be missed in the final four for sure but on to the round of 16 let's move on b souls who is next all right next we have here we go LeBron or Kevin Garnett Oh See I wish I wish we could have
Starting point is 00:44:11 We could have seen this So obviously Kevin Garnett Has the whole like I would assume he wants to fight more Than LeBron does Just because he's so aggressive as a man He definitely does He even today
Starting point is 00:44:24 I think he still has Some hate in his heart for LeBron Now is that hate going to help him or hurt him Because he's he can be more emotionally invested in the fight and hasn't come back to hurt him because he's going to shoot his load too fast and tire himself out. Yeah, he might like tear his ACL or something like that trying to do some crazy shit. Yeah, so many means necessarily to kill Brown. I don't think he's composed as LeBron. Yeah, I don't know if he's obviously like an intelligent. Brown's stronger? Yes, for sure. Yeah,
Starting point is 00:44:52 Braun's stronger. And I think Bronc and with can take a beating more, I think. I think in these convos, bronze stamina and ability to take a beating is going to be his best strength. But how many headbutts can KG can LeBron take from KG? Yeah, because we talked That's gonna happen. We talked about Dylan Brooks being a headbutter. KG's the headbutter.
Starting point is 00:45:07 For sure. And he's gonna fight dirty. Yeah. This is really tough. This is one headbut and you nuke like LeBron's 50% of his strengths, bro.
Starting point is 00:45:16 What do we, I mean like LeBron is very LeBron puts in the work. I think he would in this instance like put in the time to have competent hands and like know some technical abilities. I don't think he's gonna be out there
Starting point is 00:45:30 just like a novice, right? I mean, are we talking about today or are we giving them six weeks to prep. No, they don't get prep time. So maybe he's never, he's too much for basketball. He says too much time getting his body right.
Starting point is 00:45:39 He's not out there getting his hands right. Yeah. How much is he actually dabbled? Does KG really dabble though? Or does KG just like imagine dabbling? He has the war of dabbling. Dabble aura. Dabble.
Starting point is 00:45:53 I think, I think for strength and for ability to take hits, I think, I think, I think Bronne wins here. But it's, it's close. I think it'll probably be like a split decision. Who's heavier?
Starting point is 00:46:05 Bron probably. I think Braun. Is Brown the type of guy does be good at everything? Because some guys are like that where they're just really good at everything. Some guys aren't. And like,
Starting point is 00:46:15 I don't know that Bron has to be that guy. Not saying that because he's Bronn, but like, you know what I mean? Some guys are just like, you catch on, you learn things really fast. Does that strike you as Braun? Or is he just really good at basketball?
Starting point is 00:46:26 I think I think fighting could be in there. I don't think it's every sport. Like some guys, like you see them like playing with like a soccer ball or something and it looks very fluid I don't think that's like I think Lucas one of the type of guys where he probably picks things up and it's just like really good at things and people are like this guy's good at everything like pick up a video game for the first time within a couple hours you kind of understand it now
Starting point is 00:46:48 I feel like Luke is a type of guy Shay might be that type of guy curry's a type of guy is that LeBron. Bronn might be that type of guy we've seen it cross sport but we're not but we're not giving them prep time we're not yeah I know I think I do think Bronn's like that type of talent where he could see something not even once for real and just trying to like gather things not even once for real. He understood.
Starting point is 00:47:09 Yeah. Pne cognition. I think so. Like he just knows. It's not place. You're calling him Dr. Strange. They're like that he doesn't have to see. But if you want it, you could do it for me.
Starting point is 00:47:20 But he does have to see something in real life before. He's not saying that. I'm saying that. That he has omnipotive knowledge. You got a sharring gun, man. Exactly. Exactly. I think this is a,
Starting point is 00:47:31 I think it's a good. matchup for Bron here. So I'll take Bronn over KG. Okay. Okay. Let's go, Braun. Sorry, KG. Next.
Starting point is 00:47:40 James Johnson or Dennis Rodman? Oh, shit. Oh, shit. Same height. They're both around 6'7. Dennis Robbins is more ferocious. James Johnson is more trained and capable. James Johnson.
Starting point is 00:47:54 I'm taking James Johnson. I do feel like Dennis Robbins' ferociousness will allow me to make up for a talent gap. Is this the one? I don't know. I got to think about it. But I do think that like, I also don't think,
Starting point is 00:48:06 I don't think he's incapable hands-wise. I bet he knows some shit too. No, but James Johnson, when you get hired for your hands, just to be muscle, that goes a long way for me. Well, that's Dennis Robbins' entire career. He was hired to do that for like 10 years.
Starting point is 00:48:21 That's all he did. No, no, no. He was drafted to do that. To be like, and I understand he was raised in the dark arts. He came up with the bad boy pistons. I do get that. But he's also,
Starting point is 00:48:32 he's he's hired because he's getting rebalance but do you get that do you really understand what that means to be raised in the dark arts of the Detroit Pistons think that's a lot really get that and then he went out in his own volition and went to went to Korea for some time bro you don't think he learned some extra shit there too if we're if he's not bringing the the nukes back with him and he's by himself say buddy's over there I thought we already established you brought the nukes back with him though that was just in the last round them already?
Starting point is 00:49:03 You can't use too many news. They're not giving you that many. Friendship will get you one. I don't know if it'll get you multiple. So I think James Johnson is trained enough that somebody with his... Trained or not, what's you going to do
Starting point is 00:49:18 when I bite your ear off? Then what? You're going to be panicking. Who can't believe he actually did that? We need to establish again. If that happens and this is sanctioned, you're disqualified, you lose. I think Dennis Rodman, the same
Starting point is 00:49:31 The same way that some of the other people that we were talking about KG, he might be too emotional. He might go too fast, too early. That can happen with Dennis Robben. I think in this scenario, listen, we're not talking about what happens after. We're talking about who comes out on top. I think Dennis Robben would kill somebody in the ring. I don't. But can he killed James Johnson is a question.
Starting point is 00:49:56 I don't think he feels unkillable. I don't think he's killing anybody. Unconsciously. I think the highest. He is not knocking him out. No, no, he won't knock him out in a traditional sense, that's for sure. But he might, like, gouged his eyes out, like I said. And, like, cheat.
Starting point is 00:50:09 And I do think that he's going to cheat. Yeah. And we don't get too far on the technicalities of, like, in this tournament of the arts, do you get disqualified? Like, this is a one-on-one thing in a vacuum. I think Dennis Rama will cheat. And I think he can lose. But it's going to take- If he cheats one, he better win the first time he cheats.
Starting point is 00:50:26 Because if he doesn't, and he establishes- and he establishes that we're cheating. And now the more trained guy also cheats, James Johnson gets him. That's a fair argument is that if he shrugs off the first eye gouge and now he's like,
Starting point is 00:50:39 okay, I'm twisting your nipples. James Johnson can win. Now what? I think if you... I think if you send this 100 times, James Johnson comes out, you're a dummy. James Johnson comes out on top
Starting point is 00:50:55 more times than not. Hmm. Okay. B-Sills, what are you thinking? I'm not going to like. I'm gonna take the dude that can take the spitz to the face. I'm taking Dennis Rodman. This is bad, man. I'm going Dennis.
Starting point is 00:51:12 This is so bad. It's uncanny, I know, but that's just who Dennis Robben is. You guys are picking him because he's a freak. Yes, and freaks rule this world. What do you not understand about that? Who run the world freaks? Yes. Double entendre.
Starting point is 00:51:26 I know it doesn't make sense because James Johnson can fight. I understand that it doesn't feel right. I do truly believe Dennis Robben. a loose cannon and also like athletic is fucking clearly has hands i do think he's enough of a maniac that like it's okay i think he can go pretty far he said who's gonna go on a run too yeah i this is this is not this is not right this is this is wrong i don't i don't like this man three one then the trojohn moves on he's unstoppable in nature jimmy butler or isaiah stewart I think Isaiah Store wins just because he's bigger
Starting point is 00:52:02 David versus Goliath situation I think I think Jimmy Butler can be a David He can't he can be But Isaiah Stewart is He's just he's a bigger guy also he's not even He's like 6 8 6 9 He's not huge and still He's still much heavier than Jimmy is
Starting point is 00:52:18 Jimmy is Jimmy Butler is more skinny than you would think When he's seen without a shirt on he's especially these days He's much more slight than you to imagine He has broad shoulders so it gives him kind of the stature especially he has a basketball player but if we're just talking about hands,
Starting point is 00:52:31 Isaiah Stewart got him. We got to go, Isaiah Stewart. Does he, though, for real? I don't know. Come on now. You're right. You're right. I have seen the full work
Starting point is 00:52:40 from his boxing videos. I also, we remember the rage in his eye going out for LeBron for no reason. Now he has a reason because he be both trying to kill him too. And I'm going to give Jimmy credit. Jimmy can land punches. But Isaiah Stewart and as we've seen, if he,
Starting point is 00:52:57 if he sees his own blood on his hand real quick he's losing it yeah but will he like lose it to the degree where like he just no it's over it's all senses it's over it's gonna be like an avatar situation that happens to Narato those guys
Starting point is 00:53:12 is a tailed beast inside of him he sees his own blood for the first time and he loses his mind I think that's what happened here I'm going beef stew I say your steward is Garra he can go forward all right next Stephen Adams or Ron Artest oh fuck Yo
Starting point is 00:53:27 Ron just might be outmatched I don't know man I don't okay I think we have to settle down on Stephen Adams being literally Thor to something else Literally awkward Yeah Because I mean just
Starting point is 00:53:39 I don't think he's a fighter I think he's incredibly hard to deal with Because he's so strong He is a fighter bro He's a big fan of MMA Is he? Yes Maybe I don't know
Starting point is 00:53:47 Maybe I'm not familiar with his bag then Yeah Okay So what I was going to say is His insane strength And insane ability He's like get him pretty far Yeah bro watch
Starting point is 00:53:55 But when you got a real demon with the hands coming up, I don't think we can automatically go to Stephen Adams is all I'm saying. We don't have to interrogate it and not let the big strong guy just win because he's very strong. What makes you think Stephen Adams is not a real demon? He's just concealed. I don't think he's a fake demon. I just think that I know for a fact Ronor Tess is a demon. There's no question about it.
Starting point is 00:54:12 Sure. It makes it more of a... I think Ronor Tess is big enough, strong enough, long enough, long enough wings band. If somebody is a regular dude that's ferocious and hard to deal with and you're a demon, I think he can beat the bigger dude. But if you're telling me that Stephen Adams is, also a demon. I'm just not familiar. I'm more than open to hearing the argument for Stephen Adams' demonhood.
Starting point is 00:54:30 Yeah. It's just like... Hey man, I'm going Stephen Adams. I'm watching film right now. What did you see? He's tossing guys? Yeah, he's in. Granted, it's a very big skill gap between Rod Artis and Mason Plumbley here. However, the ease with which he's able to pick somebody up, I think that he can, I think that he can grapple. And I would go with Stephen Adams. Can you throw Ron Artax to the side though? He could. Stephen Adams can't. You could?
Starting point is 00:54:59 You sure? Yes. Martin Test can't hold his own there? Like in terms of just like plant his feet and not get completely ragdled? Sorry, man. It's not going to be ragdoll where it's like, where it's like a Thanos store situation where he's like throwing him back and forth. But he can be moved and I would take Stephen Adams in there. Sounds like it's Steven Adamson.
Starting point is 00:55:17 All right. Steve what is. Shout out Steve. Next. Janice or Kevin Durant. we have to assume yonnas fucking folds him right what do you mean why like a fucking omit
Starting point is 00:55:30 what do you mean why I think Kevin around probably has the most fragile ribs in the world Katie also Katie also seems like an eye poker not more than yannis Janus is from the slums Janus will get out by
Starting point is 00:55:42 yeah you can poke his eye but yon is like he's gonna start throwing fists just swinging like helicopters where he's gonna hit something he's bigger faster and stronger and more ferocious like there's not a single thing that goes Kevin Durant's way except for like elderly wisdom I guess
Starting point is 00:55:54 yeah maybe he's like more I thought we were doing probably and he can open his hips up a little bit more. Oh, if we're doing prime, he's honestly, he's more equipped as an old man. I think in terms of his prime hand-to-hand when he was skinny. When he's at his basso prime, he's a fucking twig.
Starting point is 00:56:07 Yeah. It's Janice. Yeah, I try to give Katie some credit shots. Honest it is. Next. Dylan Brooks or Ben Wallace. Real demons walk through. All of a sudden, people start shaking.
Starting point is 00:56:20 It's a crash of the 300 fandom situation right here. Dylan Brooks really does kind of cosplay that era of bad boy. like Ben Wallace. Like he's really trying to beat that 2000s Enforcer. Now the real deal comes through. Ben Wallace is killing him. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:56:34 I feel so bad for doing, man. He wears Y2K, Ben Wallace's Y2K. Yeah. My culture is not a costume. Here's an elbow. All right, Ben Wallace is. Pretty easily. Next.
Starting point is 00:56:51 John Morant or Nate Robinson. Nate Robinson is doing damage. I can't believe John Moran. made it out the first round. You're lucky, Trey Young somehow got it through the door. I don't know why the bouncer let him in, why he was allowed to put his name in the goblet of fire, but you're lucky that you saw that.
Starting point is 00:57:05 I'm trying to figure out ways like Zah could have an advantage and it's just like hard. Maybe you could. You know the advantage. It's illegal, though. So. I mean, some places. True.
Starting point is 00:57:16 We got metal detectors, though, in this venue. Yeah, it's Nate, man. Yeah, Nate got him. Also, Nate got middle too. I don't know. I need it in Zach Randolph or Shaquille O'Neal? Oh
Starting point is 00:57:32 Zach could be sneaky here Oh How far just being big and crazy Athletic gets you when the real bully comes through That is strong enough to withhold your strength To some extent But he's a lot smaller than you Shack is also quicker too
Starting point is 00:57:45 We're allowing grappling I think Shaq can definitely like neutralize Zebo there You think Shaq without grapple Zibo I think he could hold on to him real quickly Yes, I think it's going to be tough, but yes, he could. It's not going to be like a walk in the park at all. He could slow him down.
Starting point is 00:58:02 I think if they're on the ground, I think Zibo can do some work. But if Zibo's like, Zbo's attacking, I think, I think Shaq can just bear hug them, push him off and keep him at bay there. I think Zeebo has made a career at a not being barehooked by guys, shack size, which obviously no one's shack size for real, but you know what I mean? That's the difference. Sure, but there's, he's used to dealing with guys bigger, faster, stronger than him and still being tough
Starting point is 00:58:28 and winning with toughness. That's his whole life is being tougher than the guys bigger than him. I am a big fan of getting on the inside. Yeah. It matters a lot. And bringing the fight to Shaq. And like, we got to be careful because if we set this precedent and we get this thinking with Shaq, like he's the super soldier, he's
Starting point is 00:58:46 going to win. Well, there's a couple guys that I don't think Shaq can beat. But I think I don't know, Shack is four inches taller, maybe five inches taller than Zibo. Is he like a true 6-10? I was thinking like from 6-9. Yeah, something like that.
Starting point is 00:59:03 I think it's one of those situations where Shaq would look at someone like Zibo, yeah, I'm taller or faster stronger than him. He'll just be overly cocky. I think he won't every single time and his ego will get the best of him. And this is one of those moments where like, yo, just one quick jab to the nose, he's going to be leaking. It's going to be over. He's going to be confused.
Starting point is 00:59:24 You're right. You know what? Just to get Shaq out of here also. I do, I do agree. But let's get Shaq out of here. Let's go Zbo. Yeah, it's going to be Zbo. All right, let's go Zbo.
Starting point is 00:59:33 Next. Oh, that's it. That's a round of 16. Okay. Off to the elite eight. Shack does not make it to the top eight. Sorry, Shaq. You know, I don't think he deserves it.
Starting point is 00:59:42 I think his own... I think that's fair. Yeah, I think his own fragility will end up costing him against a guy who's, like I said, used to dealing with the guys bigger than him. There you go. All right. Let's move on to the next.
Starting point is 00:59:54 round starting with a tough one lebron or dennis rodman shit not a tough one man we let dennis robin get past james jones he's destroying lebron james is he he's working obliterate lebron james if he's killing the fighter he's beat lebron he's a king slayer is it's not going to be a competition but you have to understand too any fight that lebron walks into that motherfucker's not going to be alone black chuck surrounded the whole arena i'ma be there too We have the entire Republic of North Korean military. You're not out of black trucking me. Again, I'm bringing tanks.
Starting point is 01:00:29 The repercussions are different. But if we just put them two in the octagon, Dennis is winning. What happens after that happens? But I think Dennis gets... You're right. There would be a war, clutch versus North Korea. And who knows who wins that war? That is going to be, honestly, altering the course of history.
Starting point is 01:00:46 As society, we'll probably never recover from that war. The powers that be are that powerful. Someone whoever loses, like, loses that war. war you got to get out of earth. Yeah, it won't be good for any parties involved or where the war is held. But before that, I do think the thing that ignites that war is Dennis Robman fucking cracking LeBron James' neck. Man.
Starting point is 01:01:05 I'm taking Robman. We're really putting like humankind at risk for this. And so be it. LeBron walked into that arena. He did that of his own volition. Like three precautions are like science. The man in this arena. Going Robben.
Starting point is 01:01:21 He doesn't stand a single bit of a chance. What's Bronny going to do with how LeBron, man? avenge him hopefully get in the love start his hero art Jesus Christ I've seen this anime before he can get it done
Starting point is 01:01:34 okay Dennis Rodman it is Next Isaiah Stewart or Stephen Adams Okay You'd think you're crazy And so you really meet someone
Starting point is 01:01:45 Who's crazy than you Who's the crazier one here in this situation Crazier is beef stew But I don't think Stephen Adams is crazy at all I don't know
Starting point is 01:01:53 Which is the scary part Exactly That's what makes it crazier to me me. I think he's like super calm calculator and isn't like bothered. He's just like yeah, mate. But it's kind of insane and it is crazy to like be in a
Starting point is 01:02:05 hostile situation and it's just like unfazed at all. You're unmoved at all. I can see I can see beef stew throwing a right hook and Stephen Adams just being like all right. And just just catching it.
Starting point is 01:02:20 All right. Come on. I see this is what I'm talking what we're doing with Stephen Adams. What the fuck is that? Don't catching. Don't. Don't Don't start with this. Don't start with this. We let freaking Dennis Rodman get over here on the power of nukes. No, we let him get here on the power of biting ears off and gouging eyes out because he's demented.
Starting point is 01:02:37 I think when it comes to a matchup like this, like, yeah. If you can do fan fiction, so can I. That's not fan fiction. That's Dennis Rodman. That's Dennis Rodman. But that's just reasonable as hell. Come on. We didn't say a single bit of hyperbole with Dennis Rodman.
Starting point is 01:02:52 I don't know. I think we did. Not even a little bit. I think we did. We kept it calm. I don't know if the hands are going to work for Stephen Adams, man. He just got like a couple bull rushes in him. He's also like 6-10.
Starting point is 01:03:03 He's not that big in terms of over. This isn't like a, if Steve Adams is a 7-2, I think we could do the Aquaman overpowering you thing. He's not that much bigger than Isaiah Stewart. He's wider and obviously has the bulk on him. He's not insurmountable. He is, he is. You're right.
Starting point is 01:03:16 I'm just saying it's not insurmountable to where we can't consider Isaiah Stewart. The guy's from New Zealand. Fuck. He's from over there. They deal with creatures and stuff like that. He's New Zealand and Polynesian, too. Yeah. So it's like, that's even worst.
Starting point is 01:03:28 Apollody's his strength. Different. Where's Isaiah Stewart from? Let's figure this out first. Jamaica. He's Jamaican. Oh, what does that say about him? I mean, they are.
Starting point is 01:03:37 I mean, he's strong. I think he's from New York to somewhere a little bit. Yeah. It's a, it's a dangerous combo. He was born in Rochester, New York. Yeah. Upstate. Okay.
Starting point is 01:03:46 But he'd be in Jamaica. However. Upstate New York. All right. Brother bitch, mate. What you know about the LTA, man? I guess I got to go with Stephen Adams The hands gap is going to be huge
Starting point is 01:04:03 Grisel will have something to say The hands gap is so probably got to be huge though Between who I imagine Isaiah Stewart has much more developed hands Maybe but like It's not nothing isn't it He's not nothing Listen he just mentioned though
Starting point is 01:04:19 Steve Adam's got that Polynesian strength You see Moana And that's the light version That's the clean-up version didn't he eliminate Ron Artes Stephen Adams yeah he did
Starting point is 01:04:33 so by power scaling fair Ron Arnottes would be Isaiah Stewart there you go okay there you go Steve Adams advances All right next Janice or Ben Wallace Again Ben Wallace has made a career
Starting point is 01:04:47 of dealing with guys that are the strongest biggest in the world Ben Walt's right now right now is the time to test you there You Janus has gotten through just off of matchups
Starting point is 01:04:57 because you don't think he can actually fight. Oh, I think Ben Wallace is smoking him. Okay. This is a different type of strength that Janus has never seen before, right? Apparently, he's seen Stephen Adams, and apparently Stephen Adams is God. So he's seen strength before.
Starting point is 01:05:12 It's Ben Wallace. But strength plus mindset. I don't like the distance, but you're putting all Stephen Adams right now, man. That's not my fault of y'all. I don't think he's seen it, like Ben Wallace's mindset with strength. We can go Ben Wallace here.
Starting point is 01:05:28 Okay. Ben Wallace, it is. Next. Nate Robinson or Zach Randolph. Shout out to Nate for getting to the elite eight. Every Cinderella has their run. But then they get there and the Blue Bloods play them. They lose by 25.
Starting point is 01:05:44 Let's go with Zbo. Going up against Duke right now. All right. All right. That's the end of round three. Okay, off to the Final four. Final four are in front of us. Yeah, Nate Robinson could have been to the final.
Starting point is 01:05:57 That would be nasty. So yeah, Stephen Adams, Dennis Rodman, Ben Wallace, and Zach Randolph. All of it makes total sense so far. I like this. I like three. Yeah, it's a good final three. A good end. Final four.
Starting point is 01:06:09 All right, let's go to the final four. First matchup. Dennis Rodman or Stephen Adams. Tell me about your mutant. He really is, though. That's a pretty good way to describe him. He's not normal. like the rest of us.
Starting point is 01:06:27 Like, yeah, I agree. I wouldn't be surprised if Dennis Robman was in Korea, came up with some new technology. He wasn't been pissed up. You're going to find him being pieced up, and you're going to find him getting up and continuing to fight because he's a mutant. Yeah, like he's been in so many fights
Starting point is 01:06:40 where you're bound to get pieced up, you know? Yeah, like he's going to do that, and he didn't continue to go forward with his mouth bloody. Like, Dennis is not the type to go ahead and duplicate himself, and he has another version of himself coming up the sewer. But if he's getting, if he's getting pieced up, then I think that's like the initial. argument for why he's going to lose this where he he his style lends himself to a very erratic
Starting point is 01:07:04 style he opens himself up and he can get knocked out definitely he definitely can for sure again i'm going to need to see it from somebody with like certified hands that we know is in take advantage of those windows i think he can out ferocious guys it's kind of the ben wallace thing they've made their career and they've made their millions of being more ferocious than guys bigger than them, that they should theoretically stand no chance to because they're six inches shorter and 30 pounds lighter than. That's Dennis Robin's entire life. If you're going to see somebody to take advantage of those windows of his erraticness, it's got to be somebody with a very, very pristine jab, I think. Yeah, Stephen Adams isn't the type to have a nasty jab
Starting point is 01:07:44 in his bag at all. But we need a counterpuncher that takes advantage of windows. And that's not anything we describe Stephen Adams' game with. We've established Stephen Adams bringing the action to you and we just overwhelm you, you can't overwhelm by Ben Wallace or Dennis Rodman. You're going to have to have some abilities there, I think. Incredibly different strengths. This is a weird fight. It's a very weird fight.
Starting point is 01:08:02 It could go either way, I guess. Yeah, I can. I mean, I think, I think the size here, I think we're slightly over-indexing on the, on the one. I do think that the difference between having somebody crazy and having somebody who's extremely calm in this situation
Starting point is 01:08:21 and has the physical strength just to deal with Dennis Rodman. I think that that's very important. Yeah, what side of the mental framework do we reward here? Because it's a game of matchups, and sometimes the crazy guy can, and it makes up for it. Some guys are so calm, they can be better than crazy because they're calculated. Some guys are calm and they just get overwhelmed. Like, how calm and collected do we feel Stephen Adams is? Does that net out in his favor?
Starting point is 01:08:46 I've never seen them rattled. Yeah, he hasn't. But I think if Stephen Adams understands, like, the one thing about Stephen, I think he knows when to, he'll probably know when to quit. That is true. I don't think Dennis Rama would like ever die for real. Like he's just everlasting. He's an unkillable man. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:09:07 Facts. Like he's just. He'll never die. Yeah, he'll just keep on coming. You all Stephen Adams. He just focused on his piece, bro. He'll just like, damn. This is it.
Starting point is 01:09:17 One love. One love. He's not Jamaican That's not that's not scarier to you What? That somebody who is It could be That somebody who is physically capable
Starting point is 01:09:29 Of Of being like a dangerous person But it's like focus on On like their piece It's like a whole situation Where you know He's trying to stay calm all the time But then the moment
Starting point is 01:09:41 Something pops off It's like stay in there And then boom Hulk comes out And once that happens Then it's you know The building's going down Does he have the Hulk in him, no? Does he have it in him to
Starting point is 01:09:51 expel all that kept up energy? I don't know if we can assume that. Maybe he is just a gentle giant. And his version of gentle is mental. He's obviously not gentle physically. That's why he's in the final four. But maybe he doesn't have that upper level of maniac to explode with. Oh, man. This is the real finals on this. And you think that that upper level is necessary? I would think so.
Starting point is 01:10:19 Listen, I'm a big fan of his work. I would go, Steve. than Adams, but I understand the Rodman argument here. Lower center of gravity, too. Like, you're not taking, he, see, Adams cannot take Dennis Robbin down on the ground. He has to fling him. So it has to be like, I just ragged all you.
Starting point is 01:10:38 Because he tries to bring him down, Dennis Robbins is, which is possible, though. He can, he can throw him down. Dennis Robben, if one thing, like, he can hit the ground. Yeah, he can go to the ground. The question is, will he get back up real fast?
Starting point is 01:10:52 Yeah, yeah, but he can hit the ground. Yeah, he's movable. I think I might land on Dennis, but just slightly. Just slightly. I think the hands gap is the biggest thing, too, that, like, he's going to get into his frame and be able to uppercut him to death. I don't think he happens to do much about that,
Starting point is 01:11:07 but backing up. Yeah, but if there's one thing about Stephen Adams, he has a strong-ass chin, like, he can take a couple uppercuts. Take a lot of them. Can't take 42 and 42 seconds? That's a lot, I don't know. Remember that headline from, like, 2016,
Starting point is 01:11:23 the Machine Girl Kelly, punching the chest 127 times What the fuck I remember that By like a random or what? Yeah there's his headline that I think it was
Starting point is 01:11:32 Machine Gun Kelly got in a fight Like a festival or something And the headline I don't know if it was exactly 127 But he got punched in the chest A bunch of times And that was the headline
Starting point is 01:11:43 He's ate that shit He was punching the chest 65 times Yeah that's a lot And so he cancelled the show He canceled the show Anyway that's how Dennis Robin is doing people 65 of these and you're just not going to stop he's relentless that's the thing i don't know if
Starting point is 01:12:03 stephen adams is relentless yeah dennis robin you could fling him down to the ground a bunch of times he's getting back up every time yeah so i think he got dennis man okay let's go dennis rodman the star was performing his hit bad things at the seminal casino when bad things started happening and he stopped the show and dashed off stage for a little for a little medical assistance i got in the chest 65 times. He told fans when the gig resumed with Kelly still in Pamp. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:12:31 All right. Rodman, it is. Next. Ben Wallace or Zach Randolph. Shout it to Zach Randolph, man. This is basically Zach Randolph versus Zach Randolph. That's a lot more athletic.
Starting point is 01:12:42 It's the final boss of bullies, bro. Yeah. Sorry. Yeah. This is like a heavyweight matchup that they both have the mental to keep going, but at the end, one guy's gas and one guy's
Starting point is 01:12:50 more punch left than him. Yeah, man. Shout out to Zach. This is a sweep. bro. I don't, it's not a sweet. It's not a sweet.
Starting point is 01:12:57 This is a seven game series. Yeah, this is seven game series or one guy has one more punch left than him. Yeah. Sevens generous. It's really not the, the stamina and the agility from Ben Wallace is,
Starting point is 01:13:08 that's ultimately going to decide the match, but he wins. I think the athleticism gap is just too massive for me. I don't think. What do you mean, athleticism gap? Ben Wallace is. Yeah,
Starting point is 01:13:21 you think, you think Zach Randolph is more athletic? I think Ben Wallace is more. more athletic. Oh, okay. Yeah, Ben Wallace is way more athletic on all fronts, bro. And I don't know if he could be able to take those type of hits from a dude that big and that powerful.
Starting point is 01:13:35 Zach Rano was pretty powerful himself. And he looks like he's a tank. You can take some damage. Again, Blubber helps you take damage. He's sneaky, yeah. Quarterbacks keep some fat on them so they can take some hits. It's important. However, Ben Wallace got him.
Starting point is 01:13:47 Yeah, Ben Wallace got him. Okay. Ben Wallace moves on. And that is the final four. Grand final. Dennis Rodman, versus Ben Wallace, where are we going? The biggest versus the largest, okay.
Starting point is 01:14:00 It's fitting. Both these guys aren't that big. They both made a career of dealing with guys bigger than them and having ferocity to make up for their lack of pure size, but because of that, they also have the stoutness and the hands and all this stuff that comes with being undersized and strong. Very fitting.
Starting point is 01:14:14 They're both in the finals. What the fuck did we decide this with? The arguments are the same for both of them. One guy is a maniac. One guy is a cool, conflicted, fucking killer. We say that. Ben Wallace and his actions were the thing that started the whole events of the malice. Yeah, I may not say calm.
Starting point is 01:14:33 I shouldn't use that word. But I think he's more in this scenario focused and like about it intense, but like in a very direct fashion. He's a laser beam of fury and effort. Whereas Dennis Rodman is just like shooting missiles in every direction and everybody's catching it. He's crazy and hard to deal with. He's a Tasmanian devil. I don't know which one wins that conversation. So Ben Wallace is bigger than
Starting point is 01:14:56 Stronger than him Yeah but like more swole than Yeah but I don't think that's a huge factor to me though Because Dennis Robin's also pretty strong But you're right He has more mass on him Yeah For what that's worth
Starting point is 01:15:06 He probably weighs like 10 pounds more So you have more mass on one side Agility goes to Rodman Oh yeah Quicker hands shiftyer Probably better defenses Or dodging punches Do you think Rodman grapples better
Starting point is 01:15:23 Yeah, he's the worm Like if they did, yeah, if they did groundwork You'd think Robin is Is beating him? I think Robin would have a blackout In jujitsu He has to I think we have to go with Robin then
Starting point is 01:15:36 I think it is Robin But I don't know if it's that easy Yo, can anybody in history beat Robin Can we put any name up here to beat him? Any name in history? I mean NBA history obviously Yeah
Starting point is 01:15:50 I would have nominated James Johnson The fighter. I wonder how good he is MMA because we know he does MMA and we like, we had that in her heads like he actually fights. I want to see
Starting point is 01:16:05 is he like, is he dope? Like is he good at it? Like how much credit should we give him for that is all I'm asking. Like just getting in the door is more than most players. So just by going to two MMA classes, you'll fuck up the average NBA player. See, but that's the thing. He's not he's not just going to class. I know, I know what I'm saying.
Starting point is 01:16:24 So I'm asking like is he like an expert level? that we should have given more credit than just he dabbles? I think so because I think he has like multiple... He actually fights. He has like multiple black belts across trainings. Does he? That's what I'm asking. Does he have multiple black belts?
Starting point is 01:16:37 Yeah. I just don't know. Yeah. Because you can get... I think it's like... I think it's like degree you can get multiple black belts. Yeah. And stuff like that.
Starting point is 01:16:46 Definitely. I think he can't. Yeah. Yeah. Sounds like Dennis Robin wins this and is the most unstoppable NBA player of all time. There you go. Do you think Dennis Robben versus Shaq? Oh, it's Dennis.
Starting point is 01:17:00 I'm 100%. Yeah, same type of thing we'd be doing. Like, Dan, again, Shaq doesn't have the mental. That's all. This is what Robin does is deal with guys like Shaq. Yeah. I think Dennis takes it all, man.
Starting point is 01:17:13 Who could possibly beat Dennis? I don't think there's anyone today who comes close at all. Who are their maniacs? Like, I'm trying to think of big guys that have size and their maniacs. Hakeem could he do something to the Kim? because that could be interesting Is he a chemo maniac like that? He's seen some shit.
Starting point is 01:17:37 He's seen some shit. Yeah. James Johnson And didn't know this according to Wikipedia Samoan Heritage. Oh fuck. Yo, that changes a lot.
Starting point is 01:17:49 I didn't know. Did not know these Polynesians are crazy. I didn't know that. Oh, that didn't do a lot for me. They say he claims a kickboxing record of 20 and no how what it's it says it says however new uh it's saying it claims his kickboxing record of 20 and oh and to have also fought in m m m m however neither of these claims have been corroborated okay yeah how was he fighting time for 20 kickboxing fights
Starting point is 01:18:18 during an NBA career it's i mean you can have some like fugazi fights and then i'd be like sanctioned or whatever that'll be none of me don't he just trying to build up his lore That's like that's like unbelievable You should have done something more reasonable Yeah, nah If you fought 20 times kickboxing We know about it We'd have footage
Starting point is 01:18:35 Yeah for sure A lot of times No cameras no none You don't want to like Pop your shit about being 20 and O You're fighting alleys So that was that was on You're taking unfair fights bro
Starting point is 01:18:45 That was on Wikipedia The Dallas Mavericks Did a story on him Saying That he has a perfect 20 and O record in kickboxing matches including a perfect 7 and 0 in mama matches you know that just doesn't feel real bro i believe him that he does these things i'm just like where these numbers come from yeah i'm like during his playing career too you need a maveritzer i mean he's been in and out the
Starting point is 01:19:16 league for a minute so he he definitely had had time but i think samoan mma trained that's a pretty strong resume it is and he made it far yeah to be one of the more unstoppable guys really he lost to the champion of the bracket yeah true versus the ex-man so yeah he lost the wolverine bro like it's fine so all right yeah that that would have been my pick my two my two picks to beat Dennis Rodman that or like the nominees would have been the the Samoans I'll see that yeah yeah I'm calling James Johnson some one now. Okay. Okay. That's a moment. And there you go.
Starting point is 01:19:59 Dennis Robman is the most unstoppable unstoppable player in NBA history. On to Producer Corner. Beasles, what are we discussing today? Yes. All of today's been producer Quarlinger. To keep the theme of unstoppableness, but loki, not really. I'm going to give y'all some categories.
Starting point is 01:20:15 And y'all tell me, what is the best in this category? Okay. Okay. First one. Sports franchise. What is the best sports franchise out there? I don't know. Like Savannah bananas, probably. bro they were here a couple weeks ago and I was walking by ridgly field um sold it out savannah
Starting point is 01:20:33 yo people were run rolling deep for savannah bananas yeah it's almost like they have a spell on middle america it was crazy how many people were out here in jerseys like that and if if i told you i was going to some to a savannah bananas show would you think less of me or more of me you have a job at this point nope i'm me then yes You think less of me? Yeah. I think you have to have a child with you to go to Savannah bananas.
Starting point is 01:21:01 Honestly? It's either that or it has to be like a fantasy football punishment. Are you sure you want to take your child to that? That's not my culture. Okay. So I thought that wouldn't be my child's culture. So I was thinking about it on the walk. It could be.
Starting point is 01:21:15 Whenever I saw him because I was like, man, this stuff is so lame. But also at the same time, I'm like, bro, they're just doing whimsical things. Like this is for church. It's okay. You know, it's totally okay. I respect people having a good time to use the Rhone. It just couldn't be my child's culture.
Starting point is 01:21:30 I wouldn't want to raise my kid to think that's entertaining. If my kid likes baseball, these are basically like the baseball globetrotters. Yeah, fine. We'll do it. Yeah. If they wanted to go, I'm not against it. I'm just not sure I'll be putting my kids on to the Savannah bananas. No, no, no, no.
Starting point is 01:21:44 Your kid might be going to hate you, bro. They're like, what if that's all they wanted to be in life? Savannah banana. That's a mom bitch and that don't want me to watch that shit at all. If my kid hates me because I won't let him be a Savannah banana. I failed on several fronts. We had several missteps, but mischaps getting here.
Starting point is 01:21:59 But yeah, I would definitely take him if you wanted to go. Imagine he never wanted to be in that MOB, just savannah banana. And I took that from him? Yeah. I don't explore, man. Okay, so best. It's not the savanna bananas.
Starting point is 01:22:14 We're not, we're not, when we're absolutely not rolling with that. I'm gonna go. This will get clipped. Exactly. I'm going with the, with the Yankees.
Starting point is 01:22:22 Only, only because I, I'm going purely off the strength of their logo. That the logo. It was going logos. You can bring several teams up front from the conversation. I actually don't think it's close. I think the Yankees have the best and most iconic logo in all the sports.
Starting point is 01:22:40 And then for that team to have the success that they've had, I would go with them. Okay. Logos plus success. Overall, like, competence. I can understand that. But pure logo? So I've already decided Savannah bananas So my input is in
Starting point is 01:22:56 Spanamanderbana is in Okay I can't even speak English What the fuck To have my hand Subamanaanae Alright All right next
Starting point is 01:23:06 Video game Best video game of all time Best video game of all time Best video game of all time I feel like it has been One of the longstanding ones That is lasted right Like Minecraft
Starting point is 01:23:14 Fortnite GTA5 One of those That just have like A decade long plus Legacy Yeah my video game bag Is not that deep at all
Starting point is 01:23:21 I'm on Yeah 2K Little bit madden here and GTA. I'll go Minecraft. But if you want to go Minecraft, Minecraft is like one of the ones that I've dabbled in the line. Yeah, some people will go with like,
Starting point is 01:23:32 at the peak it was legendary, like an old game, like from the 90s, or like with the best story of a game ever. Maybe like, if they loved the last of us or something, I don't know. I'll go Minecraft. Then Minecraft on your iPhone 2. What? Volume 2. There you go.
Starting point is 01:23:48 The list is subjective. Next. Fast food chain. Greatest fast food chain. McDonald's? McDonald's? Come on, man. It's the greatest.
Starting point is 01:23:57 I mean, I guess they are, they're Bill Russell in this. They are the go, they have the most rings, the highest legacy. Yeah, but it's also like, Chick-Flage Jordan.
Starting point is 01:24:05 No, it's not. It absolutely is. Absolutely not. The fuck? Yes, it is. Absolutely not. What is it? LeBron?
Starting point is 01:24:14 Two different sides. That's one of, nah, that's one of the worst thing. Who's chick flayed? I don't know, but it's not Jordan. What that? Who else would be?
Starting point is 01:24:22 This is going to be. be gladys. McDonald's is Russell, Jordan, yeah. McDonald's has absolutely everything. It has, it has the baseline,
Starting point is 01:24:33 it has the longevity, it has the peak, it has the worldwide reach. They have the innovation too. You know, McDonald's is everything. McDonald's is Kobe is overseas. You can have nothing
Starting point is 01:24:45 in your country. You're going to have a McDonald's. You're going to have a McDonald's. You can have, you have Wi-Fi McDonald's and a dream. You can make it anyway. I think McDonald's clears everybody.
Starting point is 01:24:57 They serve fried chicken in the Philippines. It competes with Jolabin now. Yeah. And now, see, I'm Mr. Jolaby. Because other fast food restaurants, you go overseas and they change up the menu. McDonald's does the same.
Starting point is 01:25:11 But, like, I had, I had KFC overseas. Awful. Had none of the 13 herbs and spices. None of her? None. Neri a spice? Honestly, it was
Starting point is 01:25:23 It was less season than Cain's chicken. Dang. What? You know why? McDonald's stole the spices because they're the earth, the moon, the sun,
Starting point is 01:25:34 and all above. You go to McDonald's anywhere. You are going to get the baseline of consistency. There's 7 billion people in the world. Everybody knows what a Big Mac tastes like. Everybody knows what a quarter pound to taste like.
Starting point is 01:25:45 McDonald's is definitely like that. I think it's not even close. Who's the greatest? Who's the biggest? Who's the largest? is Mickey D's. Wow. Facts.
Starting point is 01:25:54 You are Mr. Mickey D. here. Apparently he wants it more than I do so you can have it. Wow, okay. All right. Next. Cartoon. Best cartoon of all time. Best cartoon of all time.
Starting point is 01:26:04 SpongeBob's up there. Yeah, it's probably got to be SpongeBob. Tom and Jerry's hard to tell though, too. Again, Tom and Jerry, for real is like Bill Russell. You ever watch SpongeBob as an adult? That's Bill Russell. It holds up. Yo, SpongeBob is an adult.
Starting point is 01:26:16 That shit is hilarious. It holds up. Yeah. I'm assuming we're just talking American cartoons at that. Yeah. It probably has to be Spongebob, unless you want to be like a fucking unk and be like, Looney Tunes was innovating in the day. And you're probably right.
Starting point is 01:26:27 You're probably right. Like those early cartoons are probably innovative as hell. Yeah. I wasn't there. SpongeBobbing. Yeah, Spencebob and the Simpsons. I probably wanted to. Okay.
Starting point is 01:26:36 Next. School lunch. Best school lunch item. Those little. I always love tater tots in school. You can't fuck up a potato tot. They were always really crispy and good at most schools I went to. That was the main entree at your school?
Starting point is 01:26:51 Obviously not. Jesus Christ. It's Tanner Todd day. Okay. I mean, low-pee, but they were better than the fries. Oh, fries at school always sad. Ass. It's terrible.
Starting point is 01:27:02 You're right. Tad tots for some reason they crisp up well in every environment. They're always good. Goat-side. And I didn't, yeah. Go ahead. It's not school lunch, but it was like school-provided meals. The breakfast pizzas that they used to give us.
Starting point is 01:27:13 I like those. The bagel pizzas? Yeah, because I, to be honest, I forget what lunch was like in middle school. And then in high school, you had people selling different, um, different food from like different restaurants. Like the, like the football team was selling like Chick-fil-A. Oh, you went to a nice high school. The Chick-fil-A? What the f-you-is? He was living life. They sold, they sold Chick-fil-A sandwiches.
Starting point is 01:27:38 That happened to me, but only like on Fridays when they were game days. No, that was, that was every day. Oh, you went to good school? We went to, like for Ben, we were selling Quizno sandwiches. Whoa. And that's- What? What? Wow.
Starting point is 01:27:51 And so we would get an order of like 100 sandwiches and then we would sell them for both lunches. Wow. Yeah. I had bread. I had a good boiled hot dog. I was about to say like nachos or something. Fuck no.
Starting point is 01:28:04 Fucking footlongs and quiz nose. Oh, it was about chip for late sandwiches. Yeah. Now we eat different. We grew up the same. Yeah. But my school had a, it was in neighborhood. There was fast few places like around the neighborhood so you could walk to.
Starting point is 01:28:15 So once you hit like junior year, most people just like walk to get chicken or McDonald's or something. But the school lunch, which is school lunch, there wasn't no special shit like that. On a consistent level, I think chicken tenders are the best for me personally. Sometimes they just never miss. I think a hot dog is consistent. It sucks. It's just a boiled hot dog.
Starting point is 01:28:33 But again, it's like Tatar Tadolk. It will be a boiled hot dog and it'll taste like a hot dog. It's never special, though. The variance isn't that different between a good hot dog and the best hot dog in the world and a bad hot dog. Whereas some of these other stuff, there's variants, obviously, but not compared to some other stuff. About to get my bag. Yeah, you're a Polish fric, whatever. But like, you're about a brat.
Starting point is 01:28:50 the fuck I'll go hot dog and say your thoughts as the most consistent go to you school you know what is underrated though and I didn't give it a shot until like my senior year or something like that
Starting point is 01:28:59 sloppy jails you went into a senior year to get a sloppy Joe and you loved it it was valid I agree I like sloppy Joe I'm fine I haven't had most like graduated high school
Starting point is 01:29:12 a really middle school valid that used to be a staple in our in our for dinner we used to have sloppy Joe Yeah, like
Starting point is 01:29:22 We said Wait, what's funny about that? What is funny? It's just a sandwich. Slopi Joe Tuesdays, okay. I'm laughing, but I don't understand what's funny. He was going to say at school lunch. He's like,
Starting point is 01:29:47 no, my parents can't hold and said, I don't want to give up that. nutritious meal for my children. Sloppy job. Not everybody has nutritious meals every day. No, no, no.
Starting point is 01:29:58 I used to be not like look forward to, but I enjoyed it. Like we had that and I never was upset. Yeah, you're never upset. It's just such a 98, sitcom ass dinner. I had my sloppy Joe for the TV
Starting point is 01:30:14 and we watched the late show. It was those. It was those two, the two things that I consistently remember. remember having like on a weekly basis were sloppy Joe and spaghetti oh and you also love meatloaf so it does make sense you have a very meatloaf boy hey hey I'm sexy a theme here he's just old as fun hold up my look his parents aren't that old but these are very old 1880s hold up meatloaf I made a meatloaf this week you made it this week yes I was I made it on on Tuesday when I tell you
Starting point is 01:30:51 it was the highlight of my week I was looking because I knew I was going to make it on like Sunday and so I was looking forward to it for those two days and it delivered I did a very good job
Starting point is 01:31:04 that thing came out I FaceTime my mom I said look I did it I was just happy man I was that's been my favorite dinner this whole week I love me look when I used to come home from school my mom would always ask
Starting point is 01:31:16 like oh like what do you want me to make I would ask her to make to make me Meetloaf. Mom, can you make a freak? No. He's a little dumb ass. Fuck, no.
Starting point is 01:31:26 Chill a little dumb ass away from it. Take this taco bell bitch. What the fuck? Meatloaf? My God. He's a fucking freak. I was a fan. Can I have some Salisbury steak?
Starting point is 01:31:38 I was a fan. I rightly never really like that. Never really rock with it. Meatloaf. But. Oh, my. That's also as bad as. What's that bread called?
Starting point is 01:31:47 It's like, it's disgusting. What bread? Um, it's like a, it's like a candy bread or something like that. There's like, I forget, it's like fruit bread. I think it was called fruit cake fruit cake. Oh my fucker. It's a banana bread. No, it's not banana bread.
Starting point is 01:32:01 I've never had it. I think it's fruit cake. Yeah, fruit cake. You get on like Christmas? Terrible. I always thought that. I don't remember what fruit case tape. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:32:08 We never really had that. This is a very similar conversation to meet love. If you're out here, I love fruit cake. Fruitcake. You're a freak. Yeah. Oh yeah. I've never, never really.
Starting point is 01:32:16 Terrible. Terrible. So every day. came up from school. Meatloaf. Sloppy Joe. I was happening, dude.
Starting point is 01:32:26 Woo! It's meatloaf night. Well, hell yeah. He slept with his fork in this plate. He smoothed his flat top. You're not ready.
Starting point is 01:32:38 Woo. I was having a good time. I was living life. I thought he sounded like blues clues. Tighten his bolo tired. Oh, my God. So I didn't get home from school.
Starting point is 01:32:50 It's a meatloved day. I couldn't fucking wait. He ran home for that loaf. Yeah. All day thinking about it. Stuff was good, man. Shout to my mom, man. Shout to his mom.
Starting point is 01:33:05 The meatloaf was spectacular. And that is it. We can close it off. Meatloaf. Oh, my gosh. Mr. Meatloaf. We got to get you a meatloaf brand deal. Who's the official?
Starting point is 01:33:22 I don't know, Stovers. I don't know. Kid Kizzie. Not beneath them. Not for nothing, though. It's not believe me. It's just for the record. It's not beneath me.
Starting point is 01:33:36 I enjoy their products a lot. Kit Kiz. Kizzi. I had their products. I had their products. It got me through some days when I was a kid. It was good. It was good.
Starting point is 01:33:47 Now, if we had a ground, beef sponsorship, boom. They, if big ground beef was sending this ground beef once a month, come on, man. Oh, you're on that grass fed time?
Starting point is 01:34:00 I don't really care. Okay. Beef is beef. Yeah. As long as in a loaf, I'm happy. Just give it to me. As long as you put that bitch together in his cube,
Starting point is 01:34:09 I like it. I'll figure out the format later, but you get that ground beef in my freezer? Mm. We're doing good. And there we go. If you're still here, comment, congratulations, Mr. Love.
Starting point is 01:34:19 Let's go on in TikTok time Welcome to TikTok time Today per usual We are going to begin with a draft And we're running back The 2 V2 drafts Today the teams are Mo and B. Souls
Starting point is 01:34:35 versus me and Donovan Okay Last week me and B Souls Drafted you guys silly This week Things are gonna be different Beasol's back-to-back wins Yes
Starting point is 01:34:46 What's this? Sell this for me What do we got here? Rupees? No. Central Bank of Gambia. Yep.
Starting point is 01:34:53 I'm fucking rich, $200. Hey, Yola, I'm taking it. It's like 705 cents. Keep keep on. The topic of today's draft, we're going to spin the wheel, get a different team for every round,
Starting point is 01:35:06 only players who have never been an all-star. So no current all-stars. If you get lucky, you get a star that's playing today that's young and hasn't gotten there. Great, you're lucky. Most of the picks that are going to have to be non-all-stars, role players, type of guys.
Starting point is 01:35:18 Okay, let's do it. Me and, no, Mo and Beasol is go first, spin that wheel. All right. Team number one. Oh, Pacers up first. Zero All-Stars. No All-Stars.
Starting point is 01:35:33 We can go one or two ways. Do you want the first pick? You can go first. I think it's going to be hard to find a quality big. So give me Zubach. Fuck. He gave me an all-star team two years ago.
Starting point is 01:35:46 A lot of people forget. That's all I was thinking about was Zubach. Yeah. You could have gone. Went Nemhard. That would have been all right. but I think there's so many like other guards of that caliber.
Starting point is 01:35:56 Oh, all time too, okay, yeah. Yeah, Zubai's still a good pick though. You want my first pick? Do you have any of you good to be good mind? I can go if you don't. Now you got it. Let's go throwback. Loving that lob again?
Starting point is 01:36:09 Danny Granger at R2. He wasn't an all-star? I don't believe so. Not one time? Not one time? I don't think he was a one-time all-star. I think he might have gotten in. Okay, let me, are you sure?
Starting point is 01:36:19 Let's see. I think one time. Yeah, I think he was like he, right before he got injured. Was he an alternate? I think he was an alternate. Yeah, he was an all-star. One-time All-Star forgot. 2009.
Starting point is 01:36:27 Yeah. He was 25. 20 points. Yeah, he deserved it. He deserved it. Fuck. All right, well, I just thought about Danny Greenger
Starting point is 01:36:33 and that's it. Shit. I thought he was one of those best non-all stars. Blocks by B. Shit. Okay. I could just go to M.
Starting point is 01:36:41 Hard, I guess, out of. No other options I'm thinking about. No other options? Bro. It's got antique time. He was All-Star. Damn it.
Starting point is 01:36:51 Blots by him. See, that's such a stupid-ass, All-Star selection. when they all got in. Such a fake all-star. Can you think of anybody? Just go Nymard. All right.
Starting point is 01:37:01 We can't think of anybody else. I got a Grandin'Harm. Damn. It's okay. Could have went George Hill. He was right there. I'd rather go NMhardt. You'd go in Lent Stevenson.
Starting point is 01:37:10 He was right there. I'd rather go in NMardt. All right. Go ahead and spin it. Team number two. Listen, we're coming back with it. Donovan, you are picking for the Thunder. Damn.
Starting point is 01:37:20 Let's see. Jadub has made it. Chet just made it. Chet's made it. Shays made it. Damn it. Can't pick Shay. Aw.
Starting point is 01:37:29 Fuck. So close. I feel like. A lot of history of this team. Does Sergei Baca ever make an awesome team? I don't believe he did. Fuck, no. Super, no.
Starting point is 01:37:39 He did not. Yeah, let's take a stretch big. So glad you thought about him. Yeah, let's take Sergei Baca at the four. Perfect. Hell yeah. Damn. It's good.
Starting point is 01:37:47 That's good. We're building the defense so far. I was going to pick Ibaka too. Damn. Okay. There's a clear answer. Yeah, buddy Lou Dort, it's all you. Come on now.
Starting point is 01:37:56 Oh, no. Don't do that. Isaiah Joe? What? Big Isaiah Joe. I'm thinking. I'm still thinking. Okay.
Starting point is 01:38:05 There's a clear answer here, though. There is a clear answer. I don't know what you're thinking. I don't think that counts. If I'm thinking what you're thinking. For sure. It counts. Well, this guy's never stiffed an all-star game.
Starting point is 01:38:13 Okay. Maybe we're probably thinking something else. If it for sure counts. I think I, yeah. Maybe I know. And we're picking the player as he was on this team, right? Yes, but they also, they can't make an all-star anywhere else. Okay, okay.
Starting point is 01:38:24 Yeah. So I thought you were thinking James Hartman for a second. No, I was like, I don't think that counts. No, that can't count. I can't count.
Starting point is 01:38:31 I'm, no, I think I don't. Maybe fucking up here. I'm thinking of that one year of Dennis Schroeder. Yo, what are we doing? No. Dennis Schroeder. You're thinking of A.J. Mitchell? No, I'm going to pick.
Starting point is 01:38:40 Ask Cruso. Get the best defender on here. Oh. You took Dennis Schroeder? What the fuck? Hey, Dennis had some moments. What moments? How's a 43 wins.
Starting point is 01:38:53 Dennis is good. That one year, he was good now, come on. He's good enough to have, never good enough to keep. He was good because, Fox. Chris Paul was there. And Shane. Yeah, me. He took Dennis.
Starting point is 01:39:05 Chris Paul's an all-star. I couldn't pick him. Yeah, you couldn't. That is a okay pick him. He couldn't pick the house. Curuso. Fuck. Listen, the shoulder, Zubotch, pick a roll.
Starting point is 01:39:12 That's going to be nice. Yeah. Yeah. Dennis won't pass. Not too much, man. We're still in this. We're still in this, man. All right, Mo, your turn.
Starting point is 01:39:20 Redemption. Exactly like Caruso's fucking. Exactly. Michael Emmick, Scottie Pippin. A lot of Hawks for you. That's everybody. There you go. They don't have all-stars.
Starting point is 01:39:29 Who's the worst? Pick on Yucca, you love him. Since you're the best GM in the world. I am. And you know everything. I know everything. I know everything. Okay.
Starting point is 01:39:43 Who's the best non-off? Damn, Kyle Corver made an all-star team. That's fucking crazy. See, we got got with team time and now Kyle Corver. 13 points a game. Yikes. That fucking team, man. Al Horford been an all-star
Starting point is 01:39:54 Paul Millsup has The best guys here are Risa Who? Rishi Shane? Oh I was thinking Damari Carroll
Starting point is 01:40:05 Junkyard Dog you know But that's a good pick I mean you have a number one overall pick Go off my dick He's still Teddick
Starting point is 01:40:16 Dallas please You can fix you here again If you want If you want Double Dennis I'll allow it We'll allow duplicates the first time. I refuse that.
Starting point is 01:40:25 Okay. Or I could go Jamal Crawford and have a little bit more fun. You could. You're gonna fucking lose. I wouldn't. I wouldn't. But I think for the sake of good defense, give me Demarri Carroll. Nice.
Starting point is 01:40:38 That's your play? Yeah. For all that shit talking about it. Bro. I love the defense. Listen, they're trying to separate us right now. We're here. You're doing that to yourself.
Starting point is 01:40:48 You're not. You started it, man. There was a decent. There was an obvious pick there. But go ahead. So I just put 20 point for game elite defense in a kill Alexander Walker? I can't do that. Oh, wait.
Starting point is 01:40:59 Or C.J McCollum and get a bucket? Which path do I go down? World is yours. The world is mine. We have Nem Har already. We don't have any bucket getters. Do we want to bet on getting a bucket getter later at the three and going N-A-W? You can't lose.
Starting point is 01:41:15 Thank God you reminded me of his acronym. We'll go double elite defender. We're going to build an elite role player defense. Give me Nikil Alexander Walker. Y'all not scoring. You're not scoring. at all. We'll see.
Starting point is 01:41:24 Nymard at point guard. N.A.W. at the two. Okay. Hey, man, we got clamps. Oh, my goodness. Wow. What is the Mike Carroll doing?
Starting point is 01:41:35 He's not dribbling once. Coaching, man. What do you mean? Coaching. Defending. Running around. He drafted a coach. He's a coach on the court.
Starting point is 01:41:42 Exactly. You draft them in his prime. All right. Next team. Donovan, you are drafting from the Pacers again. Oh, fuck. Shit. Double baser sucks.
Starting point is 01:41:54 Damn. I'm not doing this. No, this is tough. This is rough. There's probably plenty of old players not thinking about, though. 100%. Hibber made a fucking All-Star team.
Starting point is 01:42:06 Yeah. When I say knee-Smith. Hey, role player is super team. Yeah, that's kind of tough. Look, it would be. We clap everybody. We could use a big scoring forward for sure. Yeah, but the big scoring forward is make the All-Star team.
Starting point is 01:42:20 They don't come. off the bench. They're not role players like that. It's hard. Yeah. Damn. Here's your turn. I can't do it.
Starting point is 01:42:29 I got an idea, though. Yeah, I think I'm kind of stuck. I think all the big men that they had back in the day were making all-star teams. Jalen Rose made an all-star team. Fuck. Yeah, I think I'm going to go Neesmith. I think I'm going to Neesmith at the three. All right.
Starting point is 01:42:49 Role player three and D team continues to be built. We need a scoring fucking seven. Damn, okay. All we need is Yolkitchen, we're good. We need Jalcich and a four. We need Jalil Okalore. Oh, we're in there. Did David West ever make All-Star?
Starting point is 01:43:03 Yeah, he was an All-Star. With the Pelicans? Yeah. This is tough. I'm assuming Germain O'Neill did. Oh, yeah. All NBA teams. Like four of them.
Starting point is 01:43:15 How good was Rick Smith, man. He might have made All-Sort team, too. Damage. Do you want Rick Smith? He's also like, who? He's a center and not a power forward. Yeah I assume he did
Starting point is 01:43:25 Rick Smith's He's a one time All-Star Yeah For everybody's a one-time All-Star Yeah That's why I didn't pick him
Starting point is 01:43:30 Well how high Are you on OB Topin? I'm gonna kill this thing Ah fuck Oh My God Mind you can't answer That either
Starting point is 01:43:48 You're not supposed to be talking Back and forth Anyways Take them Y'all had a whole dialogue, man. Get the fuck out of here.
Starting point is 01:43:54 I really talk to myself even say shit back. Pacers, payers. It's not a bad pick, though. honestly. When you had to Marry, Carol, it's only up from here. I want to just run him up and pick T.J. McConnell or something.
Starting point is 01:44:07 The hell yeah, pick him. Yeah, he's mad annoying. Damn, I hate that we got the Pacers twice. I do that everything, bro. Damn. We have to go pizza.
Starting point is 01:44:19 Okay. We're fried? problem. I would have a big bubble DJ Warren. It's super dependent on whoever you guys pick it as a five.
Starting point is 01:44:27 I wanted to bubble T.J. Warren's the three. Yeah. From a basketball sense our team makes hell of sense. Sure, I guess.
Starting point is 01:44:32 Like you got a good creator, a good creator and Dennis Schroeder he's in the key's gonna get yeah. Yeah, if you have Michael Jordan
Starting point is 01:44:37 to run the offense. You have no center right now. We'll see. What the fuck? Yeah, because we haven't done it yet. We'll see.
Starting point is 01:44:43 We'll see. We'll see. I'll see. I'll see you, I have versatility. All right, last team. getting no boards mo you're drafting from the nets for the final pick okay nuts players i need a card yo this sucks net's guards you haven't sniffed the goddamn all-star team so
Starting point is 01:45:04 so mcale brown junior he just got drafted yeah there you go uh i'm not picking cam thomas because why would i do that because you need a bucket joe harris was a bucket for some time um yeah I know oh man Darren you did your job
Starting point is 01:45:28 all star oh man I don't feel good about this at all at all take Joe no take the barista
Starting point is 01:45:42 nah I can't I hate the guard spot is terrible too That's terrible. I hate that Jared Allen made one all-star. Because, yeah.
Starting point is 01:45:51 They made, like, they have so many, like, excuse me, man. Joe Harrison would be bad because he is going to get those threes up. Take him. Yeah. I don't know if I want to, though. You need some shooting. Who?
Starting point is 01:46:05 I'm trying to see if someone made all-sart team. Oh. Hey, man. Stop the conversation. Ah, man. Mo. Yeah. Lock in there.
Starting point is 01:46:17 Hey, man. There's an obvious one. I'm just saying locking. That's, oh, you know who never been an All-Sart team? I'll give you this. Cam Thomas. I just said I'm not taking him earlier.
Starting point is 01:46:26 Listening. That wasn't. You're just talking. Yeah, I need to lock in. You need to make a pick. Taking too long. I'm going through the decades right now on my head, bro. That's lost.
Starting point is 01:46:39 Let's go take breath. What's the best dude here? Jeremy Linn. Who would that be? Please. Do you have Mohawk here or was it with Houston? Oh, Charlotte, Charlotte, Charlotte, sorry,
Starting point is 01:46:53 Lock in, Mo, please. Who am I missing out on here? I'm going to sleep. I guess just give me Joe Harris for that one year he couldn't miss. Oh my God, you have the worst team ever. They got to make the fake. I'll tell them.
Starting point is 01:47:11 Okay. I have a center any take. That's fine. Actually, I don't have to be center. I don't know if you're thinking about centers. I don't have to take a center. I don't have to. Oh, that changes everything.
Starting point is 01:47:21 Oh, shit. Putty Baca at my center and put Michael Porter Jr. at my power forward. We're spraying this bitch out with offense. I was going to pick Claxton. That's what I was thinking. Yeah. But Michael Porter Jr. goes to power forward.
Starting point is 01:47:35 Because Kenyon Martin made an all-star team, right? Yeah. Probably made a couple. I think so. Yeah. Oh, wait. Did he? Brook made one.
Starting point is 01:47:40 Yeah, I'm pretty sure it did. Yeah. I was thinking of Richard Jefferson. Oh, that would have been a good pick. Yeah. Oh, that'd been a very good pick. Yeah. That'd been a very good pick.
Starting point is 01:47:48 The average 23 points one year. Yeah, that would have saved us. Like I'm a great pick. I sold. A, our team is three and D. Super role player team. Yeah, man, we sold. You have fries.
Starting point is 01:48:01 We're frying. We could have one more RJ. No, you couldn't. You're Damari Carroll. It would have been decent. I'm not going to lie. Shroder's a good pick, but you also kind of lost it there. No, you lost it to Marry Carroll.
Starting point is 01:48:14 It's Damari Carol. Yeah. The Marquale wasn't bad. What do you mean? DeMarkele and Obie Topping were the worst two-fits. That's crazy. Those standard NBA players. Kept it down for a long time, man.
Starting point is 01:48:26 How do you feel about Obitopening is? You couldn't think of anybody above average? You could have big C.J. McIntyme, are. Were there any better names at that point? Yeah, I picked Nikolk Alexander Walker after him. Yeah, I could have picked a better player than DeMarri-Carroll him. Or Cidtner. For the Pacers.
Starting point is 01:48:41 Oh, uh, if you want to get creative, you could have tried to get the bubble T. T.J. Warren shit off. See if the crowd would have accepted it? I wouldn't have. Yeah, I'm about to say, would the crowd have accepted it? I would have to let you have it. Just because I was thinking about it, too. So I would have to have it.
Starting point is 01:48:59 It would be funny. Off precedent. Yeah, like, I got it. I would want it so I can't let you know. That's a real friend right there. You can get a list. Let us know the comments. Who had the better team here?
Starting point is 01:49:12 Next thing we're going to do today, we are going to play NBA. the price is right. Beesols is going to show us something NBA related could be a player's career earnings, could be the cost of a championship ring, could be anything related to the NBA. We all have to guess how much it cost, write it down, and the closest person to that correct price gets the points. Only rule is you can't go over the price. If you overshoot it, you're automatically out. Okay. So we all have our whiteboards. Beesoles, go ahead and show us the first thing we're guessing the price of. First thing. How much did someone pay at an auction for a U-S.
Starting point is 01:49:46 have curry mouth gone. Ew. Oh my God. We can't go over the price. We cannot. I have no clue what this could be. Yo. Is this a massive amount?
Starting point is 01:49:54 I've seen this before years ago. I'm not 100% sure. They'll pay thousands, I'm sure. But we're not talking like 50,000, are we? It's a mouthpiece. How much does somebody want Curry DNA? How much would flight pay for? Fri.
Starting point is 01:50:11 You're asking the right questions. Yes. Bank don't got that cash available. I got my answer I think I got my answer Okay I'm gonna You got your answer fast Donovan Because you paid for it
Starting point is 01:50:22 My marker is old and not working as well Listen man don't let me win the lottery There will be signs Hey my marker is garbage now You're my Oh you got a full expo Yeah but it's like not working well I got like push down real hard
Starting point is 01:50:41 Okay Three two one Four thousand dollars Oh, so it's huge. 90K. 170,000. Oh, wow. God.
Starting point is 01:50:51 Well, um, Aliya went over. Damn it. Fuck. It's 3,100. Oh, no points for us. What?
Starting point is 01:50:58 I figured it wouldn't be exorbitant like that. 170K. That's what you think is worth. Damn. Because I assumed it was like from the finals or something. Yeah. Or even then. Yeah, if it's like a finals thing.
Starting point is 01:51:10 It's kind of weird. Damn. It all was close. Of course it's weird. You're bidding on a mouth. piece. The premise is weird from the start. No, I know. That is weird. Are you binned on a mouthpiece? Okay.
Starting point is 01:51:22 That's what I'm saying? Like, if you're, if you're a doubt to do that, hey man. Like, what are you going to do? The problem is nobody else is that down. So they're not bidding the price too high. 3,000 is still a crazy number. Yeah. I'm sure you can get two freaks in the same room with some money. I've seen a lot of rooms, two freaks in them.
Starting point is 01:51:39 Some rich freaks in one room? Let's see what happens. Oh, those are exists. They definitely exist. Their stories. memories about it. Exactly. There's global news scandals about it. Exactly. All right.
Starting point is 01:51:51 Next. Anything is possible. What was Bill Russell's annual salary in 1965? Damn. 1965. Okay. I'm going with my gut. A number popped in my head.
Starting point is 01:52:05 We're just going to roll with it. Yeah, maybe this is right? Yeah, it's probably not. I don't think I'm going to overshoot it, though. Okay. Three, two, one. $1,000. It's a $35.
Starting point is 01:52:15 You're damaged. You're not going to overshoot it. Yeah, you're not. 16,000. Moe, 35K. Moe wins this one. It was $100,000 and $1. Wow.
Starting point is 01:52:24 Okay, but this is kind of, how many years into his career is this? Like six. Okay. So the money has started to rise over time. Okay. Funny enough, the $1, he wanted to make exactly $1 more than Will. Nice.
Starting point is 01:52:34 That's funny. I love that. I love a good idea. Mad, buddy. All right. I wonder what is Ricky deal was. I wonder if it was around 16K. That's actually insane.
Starting point is 01:52:44 100K in 1965. That's a lot. That's wild. It's like 60 mil today. All right, next. 1,000 is like if it was 1865. How much did Michael Jordan's jersey from game one of the 98 finals? 1865 and 0.
Starting point is 01:53:04 Oh, shit. Okay, game one in the 90. What a jersey is going for? Because that's some elite memorabilia. All right, we're going. That's going to be a big number, right? Yeah, I got my number. I don't know what people are.
Starting point is 01:53:21 I'm just writing stuff down. Okay. I'm thinking this clear six figures. This might be my worst guess here. I'm thinking a jersey is worth six figures. But is it? That also sounds crazy. Now I'm singing it out loud.
Starting point is 01:53:35 Never mind. I don't think it's worth six figures. I don't think he's worth six figures. He's scrubbing the hell out that. I'm doubling back. I'm going to go. That was mad efficient, bro. This marker sucks ass.
Starting point is 01:53:50 I got to scrub it. I know you watch cars good. Just. 3, 2,1. 40,000. $1.25K. What the fuck? What the fuck?
Starting point is 01:54:02 Crazy enough. Donovan does get this one. It was $10 million. Yes. 10 million. Wow. That's why I was super high on the mouthpiece. Wow.
Starting point is 01:54:14 I know you're high mouth That's crazy I thought six figures There's too much Fuck no You went down What was your initial guess 100K?
Starting point is 01:54:27 Okay It was like 110 All right So Donovan gets a point There you go And Mo has a point Next I'm still a nice to zero
Starting point is 01:54:34 Next What is the minimum salary for an NBA player In the 2027 NBA season Minimum Is this veteran minimum Or minimum period minimum period
Starting point is 01:54:44 you sure yes okay minimum period that's what I looked up at least okay because I know there's like
Starting point is 01:54:51 it's the better yeah it's the veteran minimum versus like the last second one pick it's like it's different this is an NBA minimum salary
Starting point is 01:55:01 for a rookie oh for a rookie see there you go because veteran minimum is like three mil okay yeah for a rookie okay
Starting point is 01:55:08 oh I actually don't know what it is for the me neither I'm gonna let's say yeah I only know a veteran minimum I'm scared I'm scared I'm gonna go over
Starting point is 01:55:20 this might be like super low and we just don't hear about it because who talks about the 60th picks oh does this count as undrafted players too yes it does uh let's go here you can probably pay an undrafted player
Starting point is 01:55:35 minimum wage no got the number caps are convention If I see an undrafted player with a Daktronic sponsorship. Yeah, let's do it. 3-21, 800K. 870.
Starting point is 01:55:55 870. Donovan gets this one. It is $1.3 million. Oh, I had $1. Yeah, 1.1. I had $1.1. Same. I didn't want to shoot it.
Starting point is 01:56:05 So I trying to get strategic. I thought it was like $1. All right. Two points for Donovan. Damn it. I could have got that. That's too much strategy. All right.
Starting point is 01:56:15 Next. What was the launch price of Lonzo Ball's original... You got that immediately. Zero two prime shoes. There's two numbers in my head. Me too. I think there's... I think it's the first one?
Starting point is 01:56:29 A random, like, exact number came into my head, and I'm hoping it's right. I think it's this, but... But I know that, like, it's a crazy branded thing, so I think it might be the other one. I'm gonna go with the first one. Go with your gut. Yeah, I don't want to overshund. You gotta go with your gut. You know the ball family.
Starting point is 01:56:48 Bebe, beat. You know ball deep in your gut. Bebe, beat. All right, I got it. Ready? Let's do it. Three, two, one. 300.
Starting point is 01:56:59 450. 425. Donovan gets it again. It is 495. Oh, yes. I see, I knew the five of the answer. That's why I said I had a random number in my head. That was exact.
Starting point is 01:57:09 I knew it was something with a five. That and that makes sense. But the other number I was going to get $500 because I just remember people saying, oh, it's a $500 shoes. Yeah. That would have been smart. But you know what even went over. You would have lost. That's my word.
Starting point is 01:57:20 That's my word, 450. Good strategy. Yeah, I knew it was in the 400s and it was an odd number that, like, wasn't ending with a zero. But yeah, I wasn't going to think $4.95. Damn. I thought it was closer to four. At first, my, my, I said $1.45. I'm like, hell no, I remember.
Starting point is 01:57:33 No, he was taxes. Yeah. Ridiculous. And they broke when you wore it. And most people just never got him. They did shit. They're just scamming motherfuckers. All right.
Starting point is 01:57:45 Next. They really got to arrest them. What was the total value of Magic? What was the total value of Magic Johnson's history, 25-year Lakers contract? Got it. I'm on that. I'm on that. I feel fairly confident.
Starting point is 01:58:05 I better get this one. All right. Let's do it. Three, two, one. $25 mil. Oh, fuck. Because it was a million a year. Yep.
Starting point is 01:58:15 Yep, Isaac and Donovan get this one. Damn! On the dot. I finally get a point. I'm glad you wrote 25 million that question, because I almost thought it was 30 years, 30 million. And I stopped myself, oh shit, he said 25 years.
Starting point is 01:58:28 100 million in 19- I know. Fuck. I thought he was looking like Bezos. I don't know, I don't even know, Bill Gates is worth that much back then. I got one point on the board. There you go.
Starting point is 01:58:38 All right. All right, next. How much did Kobe Bryant's former Staples Center Locker sell for at an auction? Locker. People. His locker was on. That's a lot.
Starting point is 01:58:47 That's nuts. What the fuck do you pay for that? The Jordan jersey was $100 million. Or $10 million? Mm-hmm. Yeah. Jordan jersey for the finals was $10 million. Is this more or less than that, you think?
Starting point is 01:58:58 Let's see. I'm going to write my answer down. I'll tell you. All right, man. So, fuck fuckers are competitive. Trying to win, man. Mm.
Starting point is 01:59:13 A locker. This is. You can put a locker in your home. home you have like a mansion that's pretty cool to have like a room with a kovi locker this is weird you're definitely getting it for the main cave i think it breaks into the seven figures i'm assuming a lot of this stuff does yeah but i'm not assuming 10 mil like okay i got my answer you know what i got it let's do some numerology 824 you guys ready yeah 321 2.4 mil 7 mil 2.3 um okay allie all all went over.
Starting point is 01:59:47 Fuck. Damn it. Oh, never mind. It was 2.8. Oh, so I get it. No, I went to 24. Get fucked.
Starting point is 01:59:53 Damn. That's why you're doing numerology. 2.4 comes back to win. Look at that. Said that's for Kobe. Everything is something. All right. Next.
Starting point is 02:00:06 Dom, you have three points? Four. Oh, you have four points? Yep. What the hell where the one comes from? I've been, I mean, keep you the score. I thought you had three. I would have been like, don't worry about it.
Starting point is 02:00:16 All right, next. What was the retail price of Stefan Marbury's original Starberry one sneaker? I have no fucking idea. Those are pretty affordable, weren't they? They were very affordable.
Starting point is 02:00:26 Yeah, and when they come out, like 2002? I think so. I had a pair. An affordable pair of shoes in 2002. This was gonna be real easy to overshoot.
Starting point is 02:00:33 I didn't call my mom. Can I photo? No. Okay. They were going to be mad affordable, but how affordable is that? We're going with a small range here. Somebody doesn't overshoot it.
Starting point is 02:00:47 Ooh. Um, I'm gonna say Jordan's back then we're like, I'm gonna say it. All right, let's do it. Let's go. I think Jordan's back there were like 105. $45. Say $52.
Starting point is 02:01:05 I'm going $25. None of y'all got this. This was $14.99. Damn it. Oh, damn. There was that you. $15 for some shoes? Damn it.
Starting point is 02:01:15 I knew it. So were these like pay less? Yes. Oh, okay. Yeah. I didn't know. I didn't know they were quite that accessible. Wow.
Starting point is 02:01:22 Okay. Damn it. That was my other guess and I just did not trust me. Damn. Trust yourself. Been there. Go with your dad. Damn.
Starting point is 02:01:30 $15. Good for him. Give him back. Yeah. All right. LeBron round. Okay. Oh.
Starting point is 02:01:38 How much had LeBron James earned an NBA salary through the end of the 2025, 2026 NBA season? God Lord. Okay. 23 seasons. The money didn't. The money didn't. start getting crazy until you went back to Cleveland.
Starting point is 02:01:54 I don't want to overshoot it. I forget what the contract was in Miami. The first, I know that, but I don't know how what it is because it inflates so much towards the end that is really hard. I think he was making that much over for. I'm going to assume the other one is there. All right, I got my answer, I think.
Starting point is 02:02:15 Me too. I'm just scared to overshoot it. Yeah, same. I'm going to say. One billion. My goat's breaded. We'll go with this number. You good?
Starting point is 02:02:30 Let me wipe my math off. You wrote down math? 575 million. 321 million. 520 million. 321's way too low, but we might have overshot it. I didn't want to overshoot it. Isaac got it.
Starting point is 02:02:45 581 million dollars. Yeah. Damn. New Zoh-500K. Damn. It's like if you just, if you just, if you just, if you just, you doubt my LeBron James knowledge in any capacity. It's like, who the fuck you can talk to?
Starting point is 02:02:58 It's like, do you even know me? You got three. Got three. Okay. Next. Give me another LeBron round. This is the Shaq round. Fuck.
Starting point is 02:03:06 When Shaq was traded to Phoenix, approximately how much did he spend during one late night Walmart trip? Oh, I saw him talk about this. I don't remember. But I don't remember at all. I don't remember the number. I'm writing something down. I don't know, bro.
Starting point is 02:03:18 Same. Okay, let's do it. I remember I saw this fucking podcast clip. Every time you do a podcast clip, I've seen it. But I don't remember exactly. Backtrack, backtrack, backtrack, backtrack, backtrack, back. I feel like this is a stupid number to guess. It is.
Starting point is 02:03:34 It was a number that you're like, damn it. At Walmarts? Like, it's a huge number. Three, two, one. So 30K. 200K. 50K. Donovan gets it.
Starting point is 02:03:45 It was 70K. Damn it. What the fuck. Yeah, still a stupid number. Damn. I thought it was stupid. 60K at first. 70K is insane.
Starting point is 02:03:53 I mean, he had to be biased for other people. Yeah, exactly. That makes sense. That's what it was, he said. Like TVs and shit back then were more expensive. Okay.
Starting point is 02:04:02 Next. Probably on couches of Walmart. Yeah. On theme with the clipper stuff. How much did the NBA find the Timberwolves for their illegal secret agreement with Joe Smith in 2000? How much money?
Starting point is 02:04:12 Oh, I have no idea. I just know the five first round picks. Yeah. I'll give you a hint. It wasn't $30 million like Walmart. I was for damn sure. Yeah. And the five went down to three.
Starting point is 02:04:20 three too. It did? Yeah. Oh, I don't know. They negotiated it down. They did, yeah. Man, what? Yeah.
Starting point is 02:04:28 Wouldn't it be crazy if the Clippers, like, on some good behavior stuff? Getting let out in parole. Yeah. They got to plant some trees. Imagine. I have my number. It makes sense in my head. Don't know for sure.
Starting point is 02:04:51 Okay. Feels dumb. Let's do it. I don't care. Three, two. one five million one million 300 k i was thinking five million uh i think isa technically closer but donovan did not go over it was 3.5 million damn it's damn uh damn it we're gonna do one million too fuck yeah i keep shooting over i love winning on technicalities
Starting point is 02:05:14 damn i would have five points if the overrule wasn't in play all that makes it hard all right next what was the original retail price of the Air Jordan won in 1985. I have a good answer. 1985. I know what it was like a little bit later. 85 is tough. Every year.
Starting point is 02:05:42 Don't want to overshoot. Don't want to overshoot. There's about $5. Let me go down. Don't overshoot. There's two numbers in my head that feel right. I'm good.
Starting point is 02:05:56 going to go with this number minus five because I don't want to understand. Three, two, one. $120. $45. $60. Uh, Isaac got it. Damn.
Starting point is 02:06:08 It was $64.99. See, I almost went 70. Thank God. I put it down 10 to the overshoot. I thought it was 50. Yeah, I do it was around here. Jays were 65, man. That's the time.
Starting point is 02:06:18 I noticed. I've seen the ads of like the old East Bay ads when they first came out. It's around here. And people were mad, too. Like, how day you try 65 for overshoot? Exactly. Exactly. I even saw when it was 1-10.
Starting point is 02:06:28 I was like, damn, even 1-10? Yeah. That was like when like the 11th came out or something. Yeah. All right. You're like, you paying 65 to play basketball? Next. What was MJ salary during the 1998 last-hand season?
Starting point is 02:06:42 He got two big payments. I think it was. Talking about like it's a wire transfer. Oh, was it? Okay, again, don't want to overshoot. No, because like the last two years of his career were crazy. Yeah. we're much bigger.
Starting point is 02:06:59 I feel like I know the number, but I'm scared to overshoot some real a little bit lower. I feel, I feel really confident that this is the number. So I'm just, I'm trying to shoot my shot. You've been common makes me less confident because now I'm like,
Starting point is 02:07:09 fuck, maybe I don't know. Listen, maybe I'm wrong. I can't go out. That's crazy. I'm scared I might be just below this number, which makes you want to go down again. But then what if I was right the first time? Because I could definitely be off by.
Starting point is 02:07:21 I have no idea, man. Okay. Three, two, one. Say nine mil. 33 million. I wrote 18 million. Some reason I thought it was 20 mils. It was 30. It was 30.
Starting point is 02:07:31 Fuck. Donovan got it, man. Damn it. I thought it was 20. 33. Wow, yeah, you knew. Yeah, you knew. I thought it was 20. Now, his last few years were like 33 and like 38 or something.
Starting point is 02:07:42 Yeah. I remember they didn't have a salary, a max contract, so it was like way more than everybody else. Yeah. And I was like, am I thinking about Kobe? When I think about 30? So I thought 20. Jeez. All right.
Starting point is 02:07:52 Next. Man, I'll be mad if I was Scotty too. I'm getting paid $1.2. At the end of this dynasty I get it now I go to Portland too Next Oh got this
Starting point is 02:08:02 What was the total value Of Timofay Mosgov's infamous 2016 contract with the I'm on that I'm on that Oh you just know Oh you should know Like what on rice
Starting point is 02:08:10 I don't remember exactly I know the general range I think But Don't know exactly All right Let's do it Three two one 70 mil
Starting point is 02:08:20 64 mil It was 64 mil Okay I do know I do know Fuck, I haven't got a point in a minute. I'm dry. You have been quiet.
Starting point is 02:08:31 Fuck. He's blue ball. I got five points now. Jesus Christ. I'm at eight. You're at eight. Yeah. Just bring it up.
Starting point is 02:08:41 Oh, money spreads. Jesus. All right. Next question. Oh, yeah. There was 60 more. How much was Mark Cuban fined in 2018 after publicly saying that losing was the Maverick's best option?
Starting point is 02:08:55 Oh, I don't know, group. I don't even remember this happening Yeah, I don't remember this at all In 2018 Oh, when they tanked for For the movie? Yeah Where'd have been to after protection? He was like, yeah, let's tank some more So, I'll do a number that makes sense, but I have no
Starting point is 02:09:13 Fucking clue Yeah, they're not gonna, it's not gonna be a crazy number Because he's just saying something, he's not doing anything crazy Yeah, but he's also a billionaire and they gotta make that shit sting Uh You know, this is too big of a number We're gonna go here Damn, bro
Starting point is 02:09:27 I put a big number as if we did a crime Let me not. Let me not overshoot. But I. You guys ready? Yeah. This is before all the like. That's also overshooting, aren't I?
Starting point is 02:09:37 This is a, my number is a big fine, but also like, if Adam Silver is trying to not have tanking, I could see him. But around this time was the conversation as big? No. No. I'm going to go down way lower than I initially had. I'm hopefully it's not too low. You're, you're scaring me. I'm scared of myself.
Starting point is 02:09:54 You're scared me now. I had a no word in that first. There's no way. That's too much. Let's put a discount on this. Me too, 321, 100K. I got 100K too. Donovan got it.
Starting point is 02:10:03 It was 600K. Wow. I just had 300K written. I scared myself down. 250K was my first guess. Fuck. Then just now I had 300. Wow.
Starting point is 02:10:12 That's 600K back. Hey, low key, we make fun of Adam. He low key be giving out some punishment. He laid his belt for sure. Damn, I should have kept it out 300. Is Adam Silver strict? Is he a dictator? All right.
Starting point is 02:10:28 Last question. question. How much did the Lakers find Vladimir Radmonovich? All right, brother. After he injured himself snowboarding and initially claimed he slipped on ice. What year was this? I don't have a written down. Probably like 09. Whatever he was on the team.
Starting point is 02:10:47 I have no fucking food. How are you going to injure him? He's already hurt. I just find a funny that he claimed to slip on ice first. How are you going to find him? He's already hurt. How did they find out he was lying? They got footage.
Starting point is 02:10:58 So Vlad's not making crazy money. Yeah. So they're not going to take his whole salary. No, fuck no. But at that point, minimum players are still making a million, right? Were they? Well, if the minimum now is at 870, the minimum... Well, that's for like 60th pick.
Starting point is 02:11:15 Like, veteran minimum by then. Or was he on a rookie contract then? I don't know. No, probably not. So like, very minimum. Like 1.2 somewhere around there. Yeah, I think better minimum had to be at least a mill. Let's go here.
Starting point is 02:11:26 Finding someone for a line like that? it was an 07 this is a this is a big number for a player yeah I don't know who's making that much but I'm scared it won't be as crazy as we think yeah okay you're ready I don't think so 40K so 5 75 wow Donovan gets it it was
Starting point is 02:11:48 500K damn he must have missed like a bulk of the season and they're taking back some of his money that's crazy 500K wow this dude injured it snowboarding in Utah. Wow.
Starting point is 02:12:01 Did he miss, like, the whole season or something? Um, I'm not sure. I'm guessing that's like half his pay or something. It was 10% of his $5.2 million. Oh, he was paid. Yeah. Bam, that's sold a lot of money, man. That's crazy.
Starting point is 02:12:13 That is a lot. Apparently, the team also had the legal right to completely void his five-year $30 million contract. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, if you lie about an injury. Yeah, definitely. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:12:24 Wow. Damn, man. That's so nice. I wonder what the injury was How bad he fucked himself up Apparently he broke a shoulder Oh whoa Well your yeah for sure
Starting point is 02:12:35 He separated his right shoulder Separating your shoulder Did he have a clause in his contract That's like you can't do this dangerous Or don't all players have that though Nowadays they do because of him With him I know like just like a motorcycle clause
Starting point is 02:12:52 That like after after After J. Williams Oh yeah Yeah, it goes way deeper than faults. All right, there you go. Dominance at the most points. Ten points. Damn.
Starting point is 02:13:05 Shooting over is tough to avoid. I know. I'm will. You want you $200, but? Yeah, sir. Yes, money. 75 cents, right? I'm going around the corner.
Starting point is 02:13:22 It's not 75. This is like $5, I think. Okay. Or like 10. Nice. Next thing we're going to do today. Man, how much? He doesn't even know.
Starting point is 02:13:29 He said 75. He has no $5.10. I was joking. He's like, actually, it really is $200. Paper's paper. Paper. Can we find out specifically for you real quick? I'm going to guess it is $4.
Starting point is 02:13:42 $6. You can't go over. Can't go over. Yeah, this price is right. $6.42. I'm going to say, I'm saying $200 is worth $4.19. You said, how much is it?
Starting point is 02:13:57 $6.42. cents. $1.450. It's $288. Damn. That's a stain. Yeah. All right.
Starting point is 02:14:09 It's not big old. There you go. Putting your money clip. In light of recent events and recent headlines, we are going to rank the NBA teams with the 10 worst futures. 1 through 10 on this tier list as well as a couple of honorable mentions, the teams that for the next 5 to 10 years, whatever you quantifies, future have the bleakest outlook.
Starting point is 02:14:30 All right. So number one, who has the worst future in the NBA? Where do we begin? I wonder who. I wonder. Who has the least amount of graphics going into the next, say, five years? The ball man. Who has the worst fan base right now?
Starting point is 02:14:46 The ball man. Who doesn't have a fan base right now? The ball man. Yeah, put the clips at one. Clippers number one. Absolutely. Your whole Rico just got taken down. You have to rebuild your organization.
Starting point is 02:14:58 from the ground up what are you prepared to do you got Brandon Ingram with you till death do you part he is staying yeah young thugs lawyer man they're young no resources yeah they got Loddurks away Steve Bomber's going to jail tonight
Starting point is 02:15:12 Drewski's dead boy Ah Sianara That's okay He has money in the commissary Yeah obviously Clebers have the worst outlook You can't imagine being in a worse spot
Starting point is 02:15:28 right now all things considered they got no young core outside of King Wagler bro like Darry's what 26 years old Ingram's 29 they better hope Wagler is like the next steal the draft bro the third praise Tyre's steal the draft fifth overall yeah
Starting point is 02:15:42 he's better who I'm saying the better hope he's a steal for that spot he's the best player in the draft yeah over a jade their feet good luck yikes Caleb sheesh
Starting point is 02:15:55 yeah who has a second word future who is in any way comparable to the clippers i think the sacramento kings just out of nature being the kings i mean they have all their picks though yeah but they what they're gonna do with them currently yeah i think that they've shown that their ownership
Starting point is 02:16:10 group is one of the worst they don't currently have a young core they have acuff yeah and a cuff that's it okay you know what it is i think really outside of the kings it might have to be the sons or at least are for contention because when it comes to picks they just made the playoffs yeah they made the competent right now. But they have like,
Starting point is 02:16:27 we don't know what the Kings ever reached a height they've made the playoffs. The Kings might not ever do that the next five years. Oh,
Starting point is 02:16:33 we're talking about worst future. It's super matters. The Kings might not reach the floor of the Suns. If the Sun, they can pick another quality like young player
Starting point is 02:16:41 next year and all these conversations are gone. Stop. They won't. It's the Kings. They won't. Yeah. You know they won't.
Starting point is 02:16:46 If the Sun, if the Suns were the 10 seed this year you know it will work. It's the game. Would you be shot? Why are we pretend to be on the most of the
Starting point is 02:16:52 No, But I mean, that's not like an inspiring future. No, but that's something that they could do in the next three years that I don't think the Kings will be doing in the next three years. I know the Kings won't be doing. They're one of the bleakers. Yeah, one of the bleaker futures. The Kings are easily too to me. Okay.
Starting point is 02:17:09 The sons belong here. I can agree with that. But eventually that sleeper might have to be the New Orleans Pelicans. They might not be in New Orleans anymore. Oh, no, I actually think it's very awake. I don't think it's sleep at all. I was gonna Yeah I was gonna have the Pelicans 3
Starting point is 02:17:24 The only problem is they If they're so inclined And if they fire their GM And next summer they blow things up They can get a lot of picks for the guys If they fire the GM that they just hired last year He's there for another two years minimum So I think they're gonna let him try to go
Starting point is 02:17:38 Yeah I think we have to operate But they have a lot of good players But they don't do What are they gonna do? What are they gonna do? I don't know I'm just wondering if it's bleaker Like are the bucks a bleaker outlook If a training yon is
Starting point is 02:17:48 They got a lot of stuff back But it's not like there's premier picks in there? No, I think, considering they got Brandon Berries and Native men too, they have like
Starting point is 02:17:56 interesting title of heroes there. Things somewhat make sense. They got young pieces. Those names aren't better than Zion, Trey Murphy, Herb Jones,
Starting point is 02:18:05 Derek Queen, Jeremiah Fears, kind of. Pelicans have their own picks. I do want to toss the Warriors into the mix as well. Yeah, well, probably is,
Starting point is 02:18:13 what's stuff for you are like two more years? Yeah, but like, what are they doing in the next two years? Yeah, I don't know.
Starting point is 02:18:17 Maybe they can probably get on here towards the end for sure. I think you're cooking. I would say New Orleans just because Yeah, I'll go New Orleans. Okay. Yeah, they also, their fan base is, I think it's worse than the Bucks fan base.
Starting point is 02:18:30 Yeah. And they. Can the Bucks be four? Sure. The Bucks can. Yeah, sure. I think nothing. The Bucks thing could work out if Braid and Bers is really good.
Starting point is 02:18:39 Ryan Rollins continues to grow. It could also not work out and they don't make the playoffs for seven years. Yeah. But also, new lottery odds. They could be mid. They don't have control of their picks. Oh, true. We forgot about the.
Starting point is 02:18:50 that bro they tread in yonnes and don't have control their picks they have to be three i don't know though but the stupidity of new orans is just they just do it to themselves the bucks are stupid as fucking somebody else will reap the benefits they can get the number one pick and somebody else gets it do you think in the next two now this could go either way when we talk about relocation for new orleans because it could be a good thing that they just get out of that city and go somewhere else or do you think that losing your team means you have a bleak future. For their fans, it's definitely bleak.
Starting point is 02:19:22 So if that keeps him at three, okay. You know what? Hold on, I just forget. So we talked about how the Bugs don't have their pick. Yeah, that's because the Pelicans have control that pick. Okay. Yeah, flip a Bucs three. Oh, my gosh.
Starting point is 02:19:39 For the Pelicans. The TrailBudgeon's owner came in and immediately fuck shit up immediately. They might not be in Portland, which would be devastating. Yeah. He's using rewards points to pay for the team. Bro, not even.
Starting point is 02:19:53 He has a fucking business card from a frozen yogurt shop is six holes poked in. He's giving that to a head coach to come work for him. Seventh hole gets a free pro yo. He's using Miles. Bro, he's using Popeye's app
Starting point is 02:20:06 rewards. It was a Micah Norrie they hired? Popeye, yeah. Mycinole's like, Beck, give me. I think the trouble should have to be there just because of how bad
Starting point is 02:20:18 the ownership situation is. They definitely are. They have talent, obviously. It's not the best talent in the world and it is the worst ownership in the world. Also, Shady Sharp just got hurt.
Starting point is 02:20:25 A guy that you've been waiting for to make the leap. Once again, you're not going to be able to see that. I think they're definitely on here. Very true. Anytime relocation is in the air, you're up here.
Starting point is 02:20:36 For sure. Anybody else that's like, a lot of the tanking teams right now are in a decent spot. Yeah. No, no. We kind of pushed out of the suns. I think the Warriors
Starting point is 02:20:46 probably belong here. The Nets just drafted five rookies. a year ago, one of them are good. Yeah, they got two confident players. Five for some picks on a draft and you drafted four absolute nothings. That's embarrassing. I think the Nets are in, the Nets could be good because anybody can be good if they land a draft or two. They have nothing going for them as of yet.
Starting point is 02:21:04 Yeah, but they have a lot of future picks too of other teams, I believe. Sure. So I think that's a little different. And you have two promising young players in your back court too who I think they're going to be really good. I do too, but I think everybody has players that could be really good. And then they traded for their own picks back a couple years ago. That was Lashire, and the new jack shit with it. They didn't tank.
Starting point is 02:21:24 Yeah. I would want to put the normal basement dwellers like Washington, Utah, but they just got their top picks. They're good. They just got their elite score. Yeah. You just found hope. So I think Golden State and Phoenix is in this area. Okay.
Starting point is 02:21:39 The guys that are mid now and have no way of being a championship contender. Personally, I will pick the Warriors for sure because. Actually, I don't know. Keep in mind. they're now sucks because they're not jeopardized in the future. When Steph Curry goes
Starting point is 02:21:52 they'll be a normal rebuilding team I don't know can they be normal because even when they try to rebuild and pick draft pick young players
Starting point is 02:21:58 they've missed on every single one of them sure sure can they be good Bob Marge isn't there anymore like the new people making decisions
Starting point is 02:22:04 once Curry retires they'll be a regular rebuilding team yeah but I think I don't know the fact that he's that he's still there and they don't have
Starting point is 02:22:12 any avenue of like getting another superstar to go help him at the end, they've kind of, they've, they look like they've accepted their fate. And that, that's kind of bleak. To me, that's for the present. Their present is bleak.
Starting point is 02:22:27 Once Curry retires, they're going to tank, get a top five big. That means we got to put the sons in, though, because their current is bleak and their current is bleak and also their futures fault too. Correct. The sons are next. We have to be the sons. You're right. And the warriors can go right after it because at least they have their picks when
Starting point is 02:22:40 Curry retires. Yeah, yeah. That's fair. That's fair. I feel like Curry's retirement is going to drag too, like on some Kobe Laker shit. He's here for four more. years. Yeah. They're like fucking hand them.
Starting point is 02:22:48 Oh my god. But we got to retire him as a warrior. You're ruining our plan. Okay. That makes sense. I mean, the jazz are the jazz. Yeah, but they have a lot of young players. You just got just got Derby. Now it's kind of hard. Because a lot of these things are What's the magic for you to really look like, man?
Starting point is 02:23:05 Oh, let's talk. Let's fine. Let's fly. They are. Oh, they got no picks. You're right. And they're tied to a court that's clearly not good enough, but it's clearly not good enough to be apparent and blow it up. But they've only been like, They've been good when they're all healthy and they're all there. We just never see them. But they're never healthy.
Starting point is 02:23:21 And no one's ever fully healthy. You've got to deal with that mood of weather the storm. They can't. But you're right. They're probably not top 10 worse. But they don't. They really don't have no control picks after this, bro. I mean, the Bulls are still the Bulls.
Starting point is 02:23:30 I like Caleb Wilson. He's in a Bulls uniform end of the day. But they kind of, you have a new regime there too. Yeah. New regime, you got modest. You got Caleb Wilson. Okay. Well, now compare that to everybody else we can say.
Starting point is 02:23:41 It's not like that's blowing our socks. I mean, I like that cool more than the Nets. I've been said the net should be here, so I agree We'll put the nets Yeah, I'm down with the net Yeah, I think the Nets go here Because right now they're tied to MPJ and Julius Randall Hoops
Starting point is 02:23:53 And you just drafted all these guys None of them have hit yet I think they're up here Okay, two more spots in the top ten I don't know if you have it on here Can you, is it Can you put Jalen Duren up here? I do not have a picture of Jailen Duren
Starting point is 02:24:08 That's the worst feature is Oh no, he'll get $30 million dollars a year, the horror Oh, I wanted 35 Damn, who would be here? He wanted 50 Yeah The Mazz are lucky
Starting point is 02:24:22 They got Cooper Flax so they're not on here No I'm not gonna lie Might have to be the magic For real Would you rather be the magic or the Hawks Magic? I'd rather be the Hawks
Starting point is 02:24:32 Why? Why the fuck would you want to be the Hawks In the universe? Because they're better And we got all our Pretty much all our picks And you're gonna be exactly Where you are forever
Starting point is 02:24:40 We got flexibility though We don't got like. A flexibility be lying to people. We're paying Jill and Zonson's a 30 mil a year for the next four years, but we're straight. To what avail? Flexibility be the 60 instead of seven. You'd rather be the magic go ahead. You have no pins?
Starting point is 02:24:55 Yeah, I've, being mid pays off in the future. The magic has a chance to surprise us and be good. The Hawks don't. Nah. Yeah, if we're not good, though, we're against what, number one pick on our way. Yeah, I'm sure. I'm sure that'll be what happens.
Starting point is 02:25:06 Or hear me out. They just go back to back on this list. Magic and Hawks. I think the Hawks are a good place. Hey, how do we, well, so it's kind of different, but how do we feel about Denver? Hey, their future post-yoga is looking sticky, but Yolkitch is going to be there for like four more years at least. Yeah, but in terms of, I think it's kind of bleak knowing that you have this all-time great player and you're unable to put a team around them. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:25:35 And the team that's been dwindling every single year and a front office that is very, clearly we're not going to pay the tax going to the second apron. They just got bouncing the first round by the backup by the backup of the wolves. Yeah. You want to put them on here? I think I'd rather put the magic on here before the for the nuggets. We've got two spots left. They can both be on here.
Starting point is 02:25:58 If we're really so inclined. Yeah, let's pause. It feels a little unfair to the magic, honestly, just because they have younger players. Like they have pivots. Do they have pivots? Yeah, they could trade ballot today if they wanted to. So who's doing it? Fucking Trillblitz or something.
Starting point is 02:26:11 I don't know. Oh, no. I don't know. I don't know what his markets looking like, through. They could get it off, I think. The Celtics don't ball in here, right? Fuck no. Fuck no.
Starting point is 02:26:18 Fuck no. You got. Tapix. Okay. I would lean, we finish this list off with the Hawks and the Nuggets. The Hawks are going to be the Hawks forever. It's not great. And the Nuggets could implode.
Starting point is 02:26:32 And Yoko should request a trade in a year. And shit is disgusting. But you don't understand, like, in this new university you live in, being the Hawks pays off, bro. You're not going to convince me to not put the Hawks. Bro, we can go ahead and get the number of the world. You don't want to be the Hawks. So wait, you agree with you for the Hawks here. Is that me of the Bulls?
Starting point is 02:26:50 Both mid. Picker, okay. So the Hawks have been better mid, but. I don't want better mid. Spiritually, I do think that you guys have kind of acquiesced to this, like, forever state of being made. But you might have to look that word up. I think, I think the, I think the magic might be worse.
Starting point is 02:27:11 I think the magic are worse for sure. Because at least the Hawks had, the Hawks had their guy in Trey Young that was like their mid-commander, but he's gone now. The magic still kind of have that impal and they're trying to figure out. They're just not starting out. I'm out-voted. Sounds like the Magic and the Nuggets finish this list.
Starting point is 02:27:29 And then for honorable mention. Hawks and Bulls got to be there because they're mid. Hawks Bulls. You could put the Hawks there in order. Oh, no, magic nuggets for the last two? Yeah. Cabs in honorable mention? They have Evan Moby locked up for,
Starting point is 02:27:41 minute. They're going to be decent. You're trying to speak that into existence. I'm just, I'm just asking a question. Yeah. We're getting into like middle of the tier anyways. Honorable mentioned now with the hornets in there for the last one. There's a world where they traded La Mello and it doesn't work out and they look fucking silly and they also remain mid for a long time. How high are we really on the Grizzlies core as clearly because good? They don't belong here at all. And they're smart and they do things the right way. Yeah, there's no chance every long. Yeah, they're mad smart. They'd sooner be 10th for me than 20th. Yeah. nothing.
Starting point is 02:28:11 Actually, there's 10 really good teams. I mean, I go that far. But I have a lot of faith to figure it out. Can we put the clippers on here twice? Hey, that's not bad at all. Other alma mention the clippers. Everyone else in the league is pretty much in like a good spot. The Bulls and Hawks a little bit of a reach.
Starting point is 02:28:26 Yeah, it's about half and a half. We're in a state with a lot of smart teams. There's only six real down bad teams. And even then some of those, like you can convince yourself, it's all right? Yeah. There's really like three and a half shitters. The true demies? Now the true dummies, I would say Sacramento, New Orleans
Starting point is 02:28:42 and Portland now that they're being cheap. And the Clippers. Yeah. So there's four more ones. The bucks and sons just missed on some stuff. Well, are the clippers? Well, okay. They're dumb because they got caught.
Starting point is 02:28:54 Yeah, yes, they're dumb for that. But like, in the way that they normally operate, do you think that they're dumb? No, they're smart. Not really. Lawrence Frank is so overrated. She wasn't looking great. Like, think about what's happened this past over years. They're just criminals, but I don't know if they're dumb.
Starting point is 02:29:05 They weren't dumb on their level, but they've been very mediocre. And Lawrence Frank has kept the job. because he knows where the bodies are buried. He has been nothing but disappointing in this era where they built a super team. They've been exceptionally underwhelming and now they're criminals. They weren't in the bottom barrel talks
Starting point is 02:29:19 but they also weren't geniuses either. Wait, how's Lawrence French been underwhelming? I don't really see that. Nothing good has happened in this era. But that's not because of him necessary. Like you're playing a part of the shit. Yeah, but that's all unlike the star players
Starting point is 02:29:31 that you actually had and you just so happen. Name me a single player they drafted or developed on the bench. Draft, that's different. That's terrible conversation. And that's why he sucks. But no. let alone, though, all the rules around the edges he's been great at, bro.
Starting point is 02:29:42 And what? Getting a Reggie Jackson, getting veterans are going to play with Kauai? Staying above water is value. Zuba? That's good. That was, that was, frankly.
Starting point is 02:29:49 That was before, I think. I think that was, and that was magic being a fucking idiot. But yeah, that's the last great movie they made besides the Kauai and Paul George Singh, which was good, obviously. They did that, and that matters.
Starting point is 02:29:58 He has not been spectacular at all. Clippers fans be the first to tell you that people were surprised he still has his job. You think getting James Hardin? Is, was that a net positive for them? Yes. I would think so. It helped you stay afloat for sure.
Starting point is 02:30:12 I'm just trying to parse out the big moves. I like the rest move for them. Yeah, the most, the rest move was decent, you know? We signed rush their better minimum after you got bought out and then we didn't resound the next year. Genius. It's all right.
Starting point is 02:30:24 I mean, not given, not giving PG the four year contract. He said, I want whatever Kauai got. Yeah, all right. That's more deal time that is. That honestly, having that foresight, that's a very good move.
Starting point is 02:30:36 That's gutsy. Okay. Because Paul George is decent for you. that year. I'm not arguing either way. I'm just pointing out stuff. Yeah. So I think he's been...
Starting point is 02:30:42 Getting after nothing in the draft is like not something we can just brush off. Like... For sure. Same thing with Rob Polinka. They both... At least I've got fucking Reeves
Starting point is 02:30:51 and found a way whenever they traded picks. Like they found a way to get things. Well, that makes it better. They found him in the draft a class. Yeah, I'm the number one critique of the fucking clippers
Starting point is 02:31:00 when it comes to not getting any young talent. And in today's day age, that's like not acceptable one anyway. Like, that's a complete non-starter from a good GM. Yeah. I can understand that.
Starting point is 02:31:09 But all the outer edge moves, I think they've been good at. So we're only doing two honorable mentions? Sure. Okay. Because the clippers are on there again. Sick. Next thing we are going to do today. We are going to pick the best NBA moment for every single season since 2000.
Starting point is 02:31:29 Starting with 2026, pick the best moment we just saw, and go back in time until we have the top moment in our hearts from all these years. Okay. So first off, the 2025, 20s. 2026 season. We got to go BAM 83, right? Um, BAM 83. Remember at opening night,
Starting point is 02:31:45 when be like, Sir, please stop talking. What's going on? It's the New York Knicks winning the title. Was that good? That was actually terrible. No, it's actually amazing.
Starting point is 02:31:53 You know how people got beat up in the streets of New York for no fucking reason? Texans at that. You're okay with San Antonio resident violence. Not very Texan. You're from Texas and you're not putting on. Hey, man.
Starting point is 02:32:02 Wow. You should, you should have known what you were walking into. And you're okay with that. I'm a victim blame here. I'm gonna do it You walked outside of Madison Square Garden With the Spurs jersey on
Starting point is 02:32:14 I'm not saying I condone it But I understand what happened Now if you don't want to go to the championship as a whole I do think them whooping the Hawks by 50 By 60 at a point I think that's definitely up here You're right we can go the whole next run The whole next run was legendary
Starting point is 02:32:31 And deserves to be the best monumental moment of this year Dude they didn't lose for a month That's ridiculous In the playoffs ridiculous And they weren't supposed to be that good And they just locked the fuck in nothing really touches it bam hey sorry to the hawks
Starting point is 02:32:41 sorry bam hey you're on here for something all publicity is good publicity always involved championship runner-ups you're always a part of the story no one can call you irrelevant we beat the next twice this year right no one can say that no one can say that
Starting point is 02:32:54 in the playoffs yeah yeah fair enough when we can't say that all right next 25 season the luca being trade was fucking crazy as shit but I ain't go why like, yo, that finals run from the Pacers.
Starting point is 02:33:09 Yeah. I feel like I've never seen specifically against the Knicks. Yeah. Specifically the game winning shots against the Knicks. That would have no more. That means. He blitz.
Starting point is 02:33:18 Yeah. Him choking sign against the Knicks. Yeah. It's got it. It's got to win. That was tough. We got the chip. Is it better than Luke a moment, though?
Starting point is 02:33:25 Because that show was crazy. That was, like, you woke up at like 1 a.m. Only the reason I wasn't going to say it because some people wouldn't consider it a good moment. They'd be mad because he's a leg or no. But that's my favorite moment of the year by far. The genuine shock in everyone's eyes
Starting point is 02:33:38 Like no one this is the last thing On everyone's mind that could happen No one even knew he was up for trade Fuck it there you go Luka Donchage's you can trade to Lakers Is the best moment of the 2025 season Yeah It altered the trajectory of my life
Starting point is 02:33:49 For the better I'm not the same man I was before this It's always cool when you can See something to happen And be like oh we we are living in history Yeah Like the day of people said this It's the craziest trade
Starting point is 02:34:00 In American sports history And it wasn't really the hyperbolic It was so bad It's so many Mazz fans Off at the point to where I remember they brought coffins outside the stadium, bro. Yeah, the reactions, the nine month to a year-long saga that we had, a runway, where we could just make fun of Nico Harrison and the maps, that was good.
Starting point is 02:34:20 And like every podcast ever, when they talk to NBA player, they get to be like, what did you think when you saw the Luca Dostra trade happen? It gave ammo to creators forever. Everyone was, man. I thought it was fake. All right, next. I was asleep. Oh, 2024.
Starting point is 02:34:35 What's the best? moments. Luca gaming over Gobert was a good moment for sure in the playoffs. I remember that. We were in Mexico watching that
Starting point is 02:34:42 eating wings. That was a good moment. Yep. I know mine. That's just me though. The finals is ass. Yeah, I don't think people care.
Starting point is 02:34:49 No one's giving a fuck about the following. The Celtics title wasn't necessarily like an amazing moment. It was cool for them. Yeah, if I'm being objective, I get it. I'm not though. I think
Starting point is 02:34:58 I think the wolves beating the nuggets in game seven. Because even though the aunt didn't play well, that whole moment And that series felt really, really big. And the Nuggets were defending champs. And it was like down goes the Giants.
Starting point is 02:35:10 We expected to be in the finals. All year we talked about, the Celtics are amazing. They can't defend Yokic. When we get to the finals, Yopich is going to get him. His ass didn't get there. Yeah. I'm not going to lie. Once the Timberwolves beat the Nuggets,
Starting point is 02:35:22 that's when I thought we had it for real, for real. As you should have. That was fair. Yeah. Because everyone was trying to big up the Mavs. It was a good moment. But yeah. It was never going to happen.
Starting point is 02:35:32 Oh, Bronny got traded or he got signed to the lake this year too. I remember that. That was cool. Fuck the Timberwolves. Bronny draft it to the Lakers. We got double LeBron James on the Lakers. The cat was also traded to the Knicks. I don't care. We got double LeBron James on the Lakers. We're going there. All right. I ain't going to argue it.
Starting point is 02:35:49 Two LeBron's, one city. Never been seen before. Never will be seen again. True. All right. Next. 23 season. Never be in the same city again? Never. Rani's carving his own path. How many people do you think are to name their kids like LeBron and like 15, 20 years from now? At least one. You might see a lot. You?
Starting point is 02:36:05 You might see a lot. Yeah. I think you'll do it. I can't do it. That's a lot. LeBron's name is so unique. It's like if I name my son, LeBron, like, that's crazy glazed. People will do it.
Starting point is 02:36:19 You can't really play it off. People would do it, yeah. Is that more glazed than the heat retiring Michael Jordan's number? Yes. Nah. I name my son Rajan. What does Michael Jordan meet to the heat? A Filipino name of Rajan.
Starting point is 02:36:33 Hell yeah. He doesn't. just born in the blackface. Where'd you get your name from? You didn't give him a chance. All right. 23 season. I mean, it's got to be LeBron breaking the scoring record, right?
Starting point is 02:36:45 Yeah, that's cool. Whatever. This season had a lot of moments. It did. As I was doing research. There was a lot of funny moments, too. Is this the year where Patrick Beverly had the camera and showed it to the ref? I think so.
Starting point is 02:36:54 What's he there? This is that moment. Everyone was like, this is the funniest season ever. That was this year, I think. Maybe. You don't think playoff, Jimmy? That was tough. That's a very good moment.
Starting point is 02:37:04 I think playoff. Playoff Jimmy going insane and him fighting with the Celtics all the time. I kind of like that. Yeah. The Brown broke the scoring record. I think it's LeBron breaking the scoring record for sure. The Draymond Poole moment also happens here. Yeah, best one of the year.
Starting point is 02:37:19 Sick. I love it. Light the beam. This is the like the beam here too. True. Honestly, light the beam was. It was cool. They had a moment.
Starting point is 02:37:28 It was one of the better moments. Just a moment. But not the moment, though. Yeah, I think it's got to be LeBron James breaking the scoring record. Yeah. Thanks. 22 season it's hard to not go with something
Starting point is 02:37:41 Curry related this kind of cemented Curry's legacy getting his finals MVP winning without Kevin Durant again I'm sorry it's Curry it's kind of hard to not go with the champs yeah it's Curry specifically pointing at the ring finger that was cool in game 6 pointing at the ring finger the cocky shit being like oh it's over it wasn't over like
Starting point is 02:37:58 yeah he did that in the like the third quarter I was going to say more more game four that 43 where he's putting up over everybody. Yeah. Because they were down to one in that in that game as well. So being able to even up the series, I would go game four. But yeah, that entire series is the best moment. When you think about how popular stuff, Curry is and like just how much you rose up NBA history, people were saying Curry's top five all time now in 2022 summer after this.
Starting point is 02:38:23 Like this was truly us watching history of one of the game's greatest legends. I saw a narrative's fucking die that night, bro. It was crazy. The NBA literally was never the same. Yeah. The way it was talked about change for us. after May 2022.
Starting point is 02:38:36 Mavs and Bear Sons in Game 7 was fun. That was good. That was fun. People calling Luca Devin Booker's dad for like two years. Even now.
Starting point is 02:38:44 Still was dad. True, yeah. I just wish he did it against the heat, man. I forgot Luke had a 60 point triple double. We don't care about that. Yeah, we don't.
Starting point is 02:38:55 All right, Corey, it is. Next, 21 season. It's hard not to pick the champs every time, but I did. I did love watching Janus ink himself into history,
Starting point is 02:39:04 and the way he did it with the lob and the block, that felt like history in a way. I can't remember that many guys being crowned that way. Fuck all that bullshit. It's the James Hardin trade. Nope. Fuck all that bullshit, too. It is really the end of Ben Simmons' career.
Starting point is 02:39:17 The Hawks run to the Eastern Conference finals. That's real. It's the James Harden trade. The moment that K.D., Kyrie and James Harder all get on one team, that shakes the NBA to a different level. And obviously, like, they don't play all the time. and that's a different thing. But for a singular moment
Starting point is 02:39:35 and the stress in everybody's voice of like how are we actually going to do this, I do think that's kind of peak. That's the only time we've seen since KD went to the Warriors that we see a team put together and say, wow, is this just as good as the 2017 Warriors?
Starting point is 02:39:49 It would have been wrong, but that was a thought people had and we're excited to see happen. They're the best offense we've ever seen. Yeah. For seven games. Yeah, true. And that's it.
Starting point is 02:39:58 That KD. Flip moment was, the discourse afterwards was hilarious. Yeah. In that same game, too, Didn't he have like a 30, 40 point triple double or something crazy like that? He had a 49 points. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:40:08 That's crazy. I don't know if it was a triple double or not, but it was 49 points, I think. Yeah, I think he went out swinging. He had a triple double. Yeah. Zero points in L2. Yeah. He did have zero points in OT.
Starting point is 02:40:20 All right. Next. 2020 season. The bubble. I think Dave. That's honestly like the most electrification. Dame in the bubble. Just a combination of all the bubble performances.
Starting point is 02:40:32 Yeah. The bubble crazy. T.J. Warren, Dame, Anthony Davis, Jimmy Butler, everybody who couldn't miss in the bubble, it was cinema. That was the best version of Anthony Davis has seen in my life. Those Murray-D. Mitch battles. Oh, yeah, they're giving each other like 50 and 40. The electric shooting of the bubble from all involved.
Starting point is 02:40:48 T.J. Warren. Yeah. The video that we were getting or the story where Dwight Howard was the only person to show up to the party that they had. Like all the small little details that were coming out. It's just a bubble in general. That's obviously, I mean, Is it a great moment?
Starting point is 02:41:03 It's a moment. But like, it's definitely the defining moment of the 2020 year. Russ yelling at babies through screens. Yeah, that's tough. Lemon pepper, Lou. Lemon pepper, Lou. True. Then bubble was cinema.
Starting point is 02:41:15 There's so much entertainment. The Clippers blowing the 3-1 lead. Oh, that's it right there. That was the start of the downfall. Yeah. All right. 2019 season. Is it dame shot or Kauai shot?
Starting point is 02:41:25 That's the real question. Two amazing shots. I think the, the dame shot to me is better because that, you You hit that to end the series. So did why. Kauai's in Game 7. That is true. It's not be Kauai.
Starting point is 02:41:39 The legendary. The fact that I'll do championship is part of it, the four balances. Kauai is in the middle of this superhero run. We're watching the best player in the world. It's got to be Kauai shot. Dane took a step back from 35 feet. And he was talking shit to the entire series with Russ. It did.
Starting point is 02:41:56 They also beat a regular playoff team. The Raptors beat the team that we were talking about should come out the east because Jimmy Butler came and they had the best starting five in the conference and they didn't have a chance that wasn't Bede's best chance wasn't Dane's game winner
Starting point is 02:42:09 like for 50 points too? Was it? I don't remember I don't know could be he definitely he did have a big scoring day though I remember that Joel and B
Starting point is 02:42:20 to me and him crying after this dude just in all the way just being a wild way we could also just say LeBron going to the Lakers no fuck no he did
Starting point is 02:42:30 Dave got 50 with that bucket that's crazy nuts. Now, the first, in terms of just moments, the first back and forth of LeBron's first game with the Lakers, where he's going back and forth with Dame and they're dunking the ball on both sides of the floor. That was a very, very fun back and forth. We also can't forget. The Toronto Raptors shot happened the same time for the final season of Game of Thrones. So we watched that and then watched about O'Winterfell. It was quite the moment. It was quite a crazy night of pop culture and sports coming together. I knew you were going to say that. That wasn't insane. That was an
Starting point is 02:43:01 insane night to be an American you go to be an American why because everybody's watching Game of Thrones and everybody's watching Kawhi Shot yeah of Norway no I'm kidding you can be from Norway too
Starting point is 02:43:17 to be a human then fuck it it breaks borders I guess just because Kauai shot was around later we're going to Kauai Shot okay fair next 2018 that Jar-Smithmsman she would never kill me.
Starting point is 02:43:32 It will never not kill me. LeBron's whole playoff run, but I think game one of the finals is the best moment, funniest, because you have the performance, you have the meme, and then you just have the clashing of him
Starting point is 02:43:44 versus the unstoppable warriors again. I would do that. We're never going to stop talking about that was a single best game I've ever seen the Bronn play and the drama of it not mattering. It's crazy. Single best is debatable.
Starting point is 02:43:58 Sure, sure. But like it felt like it. Given the moment, Like it felt like oh my god It's hitting every post fade LeBron's never been better He's so locked Is he gonna do it?
Starting point is 02:44:07 Yeah Nope To be fair The only reason It is debatable is because he lost So if you Oh you're saying if you want it would have been It would have been the best
Starting point is 02:44:14 For me yeah It'd be strong contender Over over 45 in Boston 40? Yeah Let's move on to the next Govon to the next one Let's move on to the next one
Starting point is 02:44:26 All right 2017 Russ's MVP Russ is MVP shot Hell yeah. That entire season is defined by Katie going to the Warriors. And then you have their dominance, but then you have on the other side, Russ who's like, oh, you left me. Let's see what happens.
Starting point is 02:44:43 And everyone's coming into the season saying, oh, Russ is about to go crazy. And then he goes crazy, wins the MEP, scores 50 in the last game of the season. Like ends the- On top of-of- When you end the regular season with a buzzer beater, that's pretty momentous. But on top of that, too, you know, the Nuggets needed to win that game. He eliminated him from the fucking playoffs. I'm going to Russ. Tough. I'm going to rest his moment.
Starting point is 02:45:05 That's fair because the biggest moment is KD. And this is a video called the best moment of every season. And nobody likes the Kevin DeRat moment. So we'll go with Russ. Yeah. Yeah, no, we don't give a fuck about that moment. But we give a fuck. People just hate it.
Starting point is 02:45:17 They give a lot of fuck, actually. It was one of the worst moments. Shout to IT as well. Salute. All right, next. 2016. Obviously. Well, actually, I was going to say, obviously,
Starting point is 02:45:27 the dunk contest is crazy. Steph Curry's whole run for unanimous MVP is crazy Obviously Kobe's last game if you're so inclined But it's got to be the block right It's got to be the one comeback for sure It's a legacy defining moment of his entire career These four pictures you see why everybody romanticizes The 2016 season
Starting point is 02:45:44 That's an insane four moments for one year Mind you Okay so we have Stephs Curry's MVP is the best MVP at the last 15 years And that's three on this list Wow You can have his his individual shot that he had in the regular season.
Starting point is 02:45:59 And we didn't even say 73 wins? Yeah. You didn't even mention that. The fifth best moment of the year is breaking the regular season win total. That's crazy. Have y'all seen that game seven recently? I haven't watched that.
Starting point is 02:46:12 It's a rock fight. It's missing. The last like three minutes, fun watch. I don't think I've watched it like five years. The energy's electric. Mad, rewatchable.
Starting point is 02:46:22 They're just running around boxing, running up and missing shots. For everyone's tired. It's crazy. Bro, on the rewatch, I didn't see LeBron James' block. I was like, oh, shit. You watch a movie, the twist still gets you? Dude, that's what I love.
Starting point is 02:46:39 I wait like seven, eight years after I watched a movie, so the twist can hit again. Never watched this. You have no long-term memory. He is Tyler Darden? What? Dude, started watching Infinity War again lately. The twists are twisting. No.
Starting point is 02:46:56 No, bro, you're literally a fish, man. A fish? Okay. Yeah, we won't come back, man. There'll never be a moment like it. Facts. That's big sports. And didn't we?
Starting point is 02:47:09 No, it was 2017, we got the Brady comeback. Back to back years, we got crazy comebacks. Damn. Oh, yeah, it was a... Oh, no, it was 16. It was a 2016. Right, 17 was the Eagles game where they shoot out. So, yeah, in February, we got Brady coming back against the Falcons.
Starting point is 02:47:22 And then in May or June, we got LeBron doing it. Cubs won this year too. What a year of sports. Maybe 2016 is the best year. Facts. Uzi came out too. They'll be starting. Uzi came out 15.
Starting point is 02:47:38 Okay. Not a day one. You weren't there for money longer to show? It was XS. Hell freestyle. Anyways, 2015. Is it LeBron coming home? I think it's LeBron coming home.
Starting point is 02:47:52 That's cool as shit. I just put the 2015 Hawks on there. Hell yeah Nobody could pick him Four all stars Regular ass moment Actually it's not regular It's not regular
Starting point is 02:48:02 It's not regular Four allsars is crazy You never see that again As we shouldn't That was ridiculous Five It's the whole star It's the whole star
Starting point is 02:48:09 It was four Yeah What a testament Oh they gave him the player Of the week Oh yeah The player of the week Or play of the month
Starting point is 02:48:15 The whole starting five got it Yeah his defense Man I'm telling you It's crazy Yeah It's 2015 It's got to be Lebron coming home It's what a moment
Starting point is 02:48:22 Storybook Literally It's perfect situation you got a young guy and Carrie trying to figure it out and you go ahead and trade four you get the number one over a big trade that shit get Kevin Love in the building, amen he's finishing business
Starting point is 02:48:35 oh cool it is that we're in the era of the big three he forms one leads and forms another one by going home yeah it's like motherfucker did it again yeah that's something we're like he's got to stack the deck yeah me I was like ooh cool team I like it Wiggins never played a second
Starting point is 02:48:51 I know it's like that's one of the more heartbreaking things if I was an NBA player one of the last things that I want to experience is being drafted to a team and either the star player who you got drafted to who you were looking forward to play with left or they trade your ass immediately. That should much suck. Was it a funny part of it was immediately. If it's a draft night trade, okay, you don't really care at the whiplash. You forget about that team.
Starting point is 02:49:12 They traded them like a month after the draft, didn't they? Yeah. Did you play some movie for them? No, and he didn't play at all. Yeah, probably. No, I think they probably held them out of that because they knew they were going to do something. Yeah. I think he got traded in like August for Kevin Love, if I remember correctly.
Starting point is 02:49:24 Damn. That's such a holdup on your life. Maybe he did play some of the film, actually. I don't remember. I can't remember, bro. I can't remember. But I know it wasn't, I don't think it was draft night. I think it was weeks till a month after.
Starting point is 02:49:35 He did the same thing to Colin Sexton, man. I was like, I'm ready to Hooper Pra, man. No. I said, I'm not going to be here. I guess what? He just did the Colin Sexton again. Yeah. He said this guy stinks.
Starting point is 02:49:48 Keep him away from me. All right, next. 2013, 14. Hmm. The Kevin Ryan MVP was cool. is it the spurs being the shit out of the Miami Not that wasn't fun to see like that The brawls catching cramps
Starting point is 02:50:01 He had to be carried off the fucking court Uh Dame Tuesday shot I think it's Katie This isn't a crazy year of moments I think it's Katie's MVP speech specifically Yes Is the best moment
Starting point is 02:50:13 Fair yeah I'm talking to his mom That can get it Is that the last time Katie was likeable to people To the masses? Yes One of the last times for sure That's a awful weird When kids that are born like last year
Starting point is 02:50:23 Grow up and they hear about Kevin Rand They hear about everybody hates them. They call them a snake. They call them insecure, whatever. And they go back and see this footage. It's like, wow, I love this guy. I wonder why they grew up to hate him. Just wait two more years. Yeah, just wait on it. It's coming.
Starting point is 02:50:38 All right, next. 2013. Okay, so the streak, so wow, 2013 is a really good year too. It's a Ray Allen shot. It's the Ray Allen shot for sure. The people were leaving the stadium. Spurs fans were bringing up the tape ready to win the finals, and they just didn't. That's crazy.
Starting point is 02:50:56 Ryan Goliath, the birth of Lob City, too. Not even the birth of a lot. Just that dunk. Just that dunk. That's up there. That's up there. But the Ray Allen shot is like fucking modern myth being built in front of your eyes. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:51:08 And the heartbreak of the other team, beautiful. Can you mat like backtracking and having enough spatial awareness to be in front of the three point line? So you get your three points. But also not step out of bounds too while being somewhat off balance because you're going full speed. That's just crazy. Fans were leaving the arena. Ready to hit South Beach. They had to try to scramble back.
Starting point is 02:51:25 in like ants trying to get back in the arena and they got told no that's something i will never understand as a fan i will never leave the game unless you're getting blown by like 40 especially the finals game yeah you're dumb with all the money that you paid for that ticket only only only only only he families would do that they're they're miami residents spoiled they got other shit to do they are spoiled it's a very young franchise they got all these chips yeah okay next 2012 oh you know exactly what it is yeah it's about damn time Is that better? Is that singular moment better than 45 in Boston?
Starting point is 02:52:01 Yeah, I think that I... I think 45 moment in Boston's just like, that's a mythical creature right there. It is. But also you can't underestimate just how specialist to see LeBron finally hold that trophy after all the angst of getting there after years of he can't get it done
Starting point is 02:52:14 and then 2011 happens and that gets magnified and to come back from that horror of a season, just seeing him hold a trophy, like the euphoria that must have swept through the nation of LeBron fans. But that hard to replicate That LeBron game though
Starting point is 02:52:26 Is it better than Linsanity? Yes, come on Please Shout out Linsality The two week run of Linsanity And the Just the peak of that It was cool
Starting point is 02:52:36 Was that during the 27 win streak No, the 27th week Was that after that Oh okay okay But he's going He's hitting game winners He's going bucket for bucket With Kobe
Starting point is 02:52:46 Like Oh you got me Fuck LeBron Linsanity gets it Come on man This is the This is the turning point of Lebron's career
Starting point is 02:52:52 That game He said I refuse to lose I'm going to insanity. Jeremy Lina, free to lose too. All right. Got paid.
Starting point is 02:52:59 True. Hell yeah. Let's go. Next, 2011. The Ro's MVP. I'm not thinking twice about that shit either.
Starting point is 02:53:10 So for best moment, I agree. I think defining moment is the decision. But that one was so polarizing. I don't think you can say it's the best.
Starting point is 02:53:22 Yeah. It's the same thing with, with the finals and the choke. Yeah. So, yeah,
Starting point is 02:53:29 having the youngest MVP somebody who hoops the way that he does. Yeah, it's the youngest MVP. Like that sentence is crazy. Like,
Starting point is 02:53:36 that's the moment that most people will look fondly on. Not me. I'll go with the decision. But I get it. Yeah, it was very,
Starting point is 02:53:43 yeah. And they hate it, you love it. But most people would pick the Derrick Bros. Mm-hmm. Okay. Next.
Starting point is 02:53:48 2010. I don't, I don't know why the LeBron picture. Yeah, I was like, oh? You're wrong.
Starting point is 02:53:55 Brian? What? It's one the previous one. It's Lakers Celtics game seven. I think it should be that. One of the best games of all time. What? One of the best games of all time.
Starting point is 02:54:05 Storage franchises of all time. It's quite picturesque. The game itself sucked, but it sucked in like a fun way because it's a rock fight and nobody can make anything. And Kobe wasn't shooting well that game. And so there's still this tension of like, is he ever going to turn it on? They're going back to back. You have the Celtics trying to get, you know, trying to win twice over them.
Starting point is 02:54:25 That's the best moment. Did you shed a tear that night? As a young Kobe fan? Of course I did. You shed multiple? Of course. Were you bawling? Yes.
Starting point is 02:54:34 Were you heaving? I was on the floor. Did you almost throw up? Throw up, no. Okay. That's what the line it is. Okay. Heaving, rolling around, but no vomit came up.
Starting point is 02:54:42 Okay. Fair enough. Dude, I had hope till the last second. I don't know if you don't remember that late Rondo 3. Yeah. I was like, oh my God, we're still in it. Were you watching this while you're in the Philippines or you're like here? I was already here.
Starting point is 02:54:55 But I still didn't have like a good grasp of the moment for a real for real. But it was cool. Yeah. My happiness was, you was crying? I wasn't crying. Okay. But I feel like if I was the fan that I was now, I probably would have for real for real. But it was just like my first year.
Starting point is 02:55:14 So I had, you know, still had a lot to love. As a LeBron fan, I've experienced too much loss at the highest level growing up. So I can't cry over a loss anymore. Like, she made you a man. I feel you. 2011 take it to the chin yeah
Starting point is 02:55:26 and it happened like four more times yeah fuck the next year the first dude with the warriors ones it hurt 2015
Starting point is 02:55:34 oh okay Kyrie busted his knee cap I knew it was over it was over it was crazy it is I hit his knee real hard on the floor
Starting point is 02:55:42 yeah what the hell that doesn't happen I've never seen that again yeah I'm jumping for joy at hell yeah
Starting point is 02:55:49 I take his other knee 2009 let's see LeBron's first MVP, those Celtics Bulls series, Kobe gets his first one without Shaq. It's got to be that, right? It's got to be Kobe getting back to the mountaint without Shaq. Like, there's really not another competition for this year. Yeah, that's the alternate fuck you moment for sure.
Starting point is 02:56:08 Yeah, like that. Honestly, that defined him as the top 10 player of all time that people know him as now. Before that, I don't think if he had never got no 9 and 10, which to get 10, you had to get 9, I don't think people would be having the convos of like, that's my third best player of all time. Yeah. Yeah, especially because that's their, because they came back. from losing to the Celtics the year prior
Starting point is 02:56:27 so the fact that you can come back make it to the finals again get the chip and you know get that narrative off and it cemented this new era of Celtics versus Lakers rivalry kind of getting back to that 80s feeling
Starting point is 02:56:37 getting two in a row against them like yeah wait no mind this is one against Magic 10 was the one against Lake Celtics never mind corny Lee out of smoking lips to see LeBron get his first MVP
Starting point is 02:56:48 that's pretty cool it meant something yeah 09 LeBron was different that that game That game winner. Oh my God, yeah. It's one of my favorite game winners.
Starting point is 02:56:58 The one against Pissons? No, that was against the magic. Which one? The first one. That one. The bottom. What's the third picture? I can't see that very well.
Starting point is 02:57:06 That's Bulls Celtics. What was that game winner? Nah. It's just the whole series. Okay, I can barely see what that picture is. Is that the Ray-Out of shot? No, that's Paul Pierce shooting, but yeah, right, right-ray-on had some moments. Oh, Paul-Pier.
Starting point is 02:57:19 I thought a bull was shooting. The picture's so small from the far away. That's all period. I was like, what am I looking at? cool next 2008 Houston wins 22 straight games Kobe's first time VP
Starting point is 02:57:31 Celtics win 17 do you want us to pick the Celtics win the O8 championship hell no I just know what I'm picking I'll do whatever do you want us to give it to you you can do whatever you want man do you want it
Starting point is 02:57:44 do you want it I don't know should we give it to him Houston winning 22 straight was pretty pretty exciting I was tapped in You're tapping? No way. City was jumping back then?
Starting point is 02:57:57 They actually was. I bet it was. 22's crazy. 22 straight? They thought that like, you know, oh, this is the year. Like, we're actually going to give back. We're going to get back. I think we had to give it to him.
Starting point is 02:58:10 Okay. Let's go. I don't know. Kobe's first MVP. And really, and that one being the only one when you're coming off of these years where you're playing with Smush Parker, Kwame Brown, all these other.
Starting point is 02:58:22 Like cathartic. Yeah. I'll be dealing with that anymore. Hey, man. I'm going to go. I'm going to go. Yeah, go what y'all want. I know my favorite.
Starting point is 02:58:29 I'll give you the Celtics, man. I gave it to you. Best moment? I'll give it to him. First big three. KG finally getting a ring. If I was watching back then as a big fan, I would have been very happy for KG.
Starting point is 02:58:39 Yeah. KG's scream of anything as possible makes it. Yeah, exactly. I love how KG is the only reason, like, non-Seltics fans remotely rocked with the Celtics. I don't give a gamble. Exactly. respects.
Starting point is 02:58:53 Shout out Ray Allen. He's like the link to mainstream that being in. I don't give a single fuck about Paul Pierce's legacy. Cage is the most likable out of them all. Yeah. All right. Next. 2007.
Starting point is 02:59:07 LeBron scores Cleveland's final 25 points. Kobe scored 62 and three quarters. Do we believe? We believe Warriors. Is we believe better than Brown's going to 25? I wasn't there for that that we believe moment to know. but I imagine it's got to be we believe. I imagine back then seeing an 8-1 upset
Starting point is 02:59:26 doesn't happen a whole lot. Oh, Kobe's a different year, my bed, yeah. Kobe's here? Yeah. Different year, different year, different year. Oh, okay. You don't get a whole lot of 8-1 upsets, especially not ones that get a tagline to it,
Starting point is 02:59:36 a slogan attached. Yeah. This one, but, so it happens against the Mavericks, and especially given where the NBA was at, it gives a lot of people ammo. To slander this European star, they don't respect to be soft. People must have loved that.
Starting point is 02:59:50 I imagine, remember when, like, Yonis was the one. getting bouncing the first round and everyone was slandering the shit out of him and beat a bunch of times this is the OG of that
Starting point is 02:59:58 and the other team is likable I think I'll go we believe yeah it has to be like that's clearly number one okay
Starting point is 03:00:05 because the finals was a nothing burger nobody I don't anybody was jumping for joy that LeBron got smacked with no help
Starting point is 03:00:10 around him like nobody really cared yeah let's go we believe I just move no one okay 2006
Starting point is 03:00:16 oh six oh six Wade oh I think it's Kobe 81 I think so because I think Kobe 81 has more mythology around it even even D Wade now I feel like you used to have to go back and keep reminding people Wade did this in 06 fair this is this is something that happens Kobe 81 was treated as the scoring record yeah it is even though that's not this is this is way in year three right yeah yeah yeah leading a team to a championship it's it's the craziest it's one of the craziest
Starting point is 03:00:48 accomplishments but nobody really thinks of it in that way. Yeah, it's definitely like the most impressive accomplishment and the most impressive thing to happen that year for sure. Being down 02 in the finals, winning four straight. I'm going that. Shout out of Kobe 81. I think winning, being a superstar averaging 30 points per game to win a finals and year three is berserk.
Starting point is 03:01:07 Like that, that is insane. That is a beautiful moment. It is crazy. And for Shaq to get a ring post Kobe. I don't need him. He was second MVP that year, right? Like, he's still amazing. Yeah, I'm still going Kobe.
Starting point is 03:01:17 06, 06 finals. He runs crazy. No, I fucks to Steve Nash. Yeah. And again, the Mavs lose. So twice in a row he's a laugh at the Mabs. Yeah, you'd have been having a field day laughing at the Mavs. If you were 16 years happened, you would have hated the Mavs.
Starting point is 03:01:31 You would have been like, Dirk sucks shit. Sick of this guy. Fraud. Next, 2005. Spurs Pistons, go to seven. This is the Kobe. Mousinabas. I was, yeah.
Starting point is 03:01:44 I don't know if that's the best moment. To me, as somebody who wasn't bad, right? Brown back then, looking back, best moment. Yeah, for sure. I'll take that. I'll take that. I was there. I don't.
Starting point is 03:01:58 You might get punched. No, no, like just living in the moment. Okay. You might have to Minnesota. You might have to be jealous. Oh, hell no. You throw beers? No.
Starting point is 03:02:08 I've seen you throw a beer too. Yo, why do you like it? Your own sex, man. It's your blood. What do you mean? Yeah. What? I've seen you curse at a player before.
Starting point is 03:02:18 things. Alright, don't put this on me, man. Yeah, we can't take you nowhere. I mean, it's not, but it is Malice in the Palace just because I want it to be. I forgot.
Starting point is 03:02:29 We'll never see that again. I think it's Malice and the Palace. Like, it will never happen again. I like it's a terrible moment, obviously. Yeah. I guess we're terrible. Yeah. But you know that.
Starting point is 03:02:41 All right. Next. 2004. La debut. We gotta go La debut. No, we do. Yeah, we do. DeFish's point four shot was here too, KGMVP.
Starting point is 03:02:54 I imagine back then people really, actually, I was going to say, did people love watching the Pistons beat the Lakers? I doubt it. People must have fucking hated them, yeah. I think back then that was the age of monoculture. I bet the Lakers more loved. No, but you had, they had already three-peated. Any time that you three-peat.
Starting point is 03:03:10 Do you think the masses are running against them now? Yeah, at that point, it happens. I don't know. People really loved successful teams up until, like, 2010. And like, but especially before the internet was really like as big as it was, monoculture and rooting for the defined team of an era was a big deal. I still think the Pistons is, is up there. Winning with no superstar score, just pure defense and willpower.
Starting point is 03:03:32 Yeah. And you have this era because you can also look at the Lakers and be like, oh, you guys, even though it's not the case because Gay Payton and Malone were past their primes. It's like, oh, you guys have the super team just stacking the deck and doing all this stuff. I think I would go to Detroit. Fair. Okay. 2003, Tim Duncan's near quaddub, just O3 draft in general,
Starting point is 03:03:55 Jordan's final game and Kobe's nine game 40-point streak. And move out the way, Mike. Move out the way. New guys here. It's a new guy. Get over it. Woo! Yeah, that's the O3 draft.
Starting point is 03:04:09 O2 draft is ridiculous. It's not even close. Having that many legends in one draft. Crazy. Was that four defining superstars? Also the fits that were at the O3 draft? I conic as hell.
Starting point is 03:04:17 We still waiting for the O3 draft. Are we going to sit around? Who's compared to the O3 draft? Best draft since O'3? None sniffed yet so far. They don't do a whole lot of those. Yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 03:04:26 Next, 2002. Robert always game four buzzer meter. Lakers Kings game seven is the Lakers three peeting. Lakers Kings game seven. That's so controversial. Yeah. Not a good moment to a lot of people. I'm not going to say that's a good moment.
Starting point is 03:04:39 But I think in general, the Lakers three pinning, you got to give it to that. A three pete is crazy. You got to give it to that. Yeah, that's their era for sure. Yeah, a crowning achievement of, like just literally NBA history. A crowning them is like one of the best teams of all time. Yeah. Maybe the second best team of all time.
Starting point is 03:04:53 If you go air by air to some people. Yeah. For sure. Salute. 2001. Alan Naverson step over. AI. AI.
Starting point is 03:05:02 AI. The whole AI. In any context. Let's go specifically him winning one game in the finals. Yeah. Yeah. Because that gets treated like. Like another ring.
Starting point is 03:05:11 Like a ring for sure. It's the final MVP to me. And the fact that it was game one. Like if it was game three, it would have been just like, oh, okay, it's whatever. To start the series that way. Set the tone. It gets looked at as a different way. Do we care that they didn't win another game?
Starting point is 03:05:25 No. Because I got one. Actually, is it step over from game one? Yeah. Yeah, so there you go. And he dropped 50. Imagine that happened today. Yeah.
Starting point is 03:05:34 Like, I can't even know. How do we even quantify it? There's no super team like the Lakers today. That'd be if if LeBron won game one. That'd be it. Yeah, against in 2018? Yeah. Yeah, I guess so.
Starting point is 03:05:43 Or like. But also, Lebron's LeBron. Alan Arverson is like amazing, but he's still, he's a little guy, he's not quite if the Blazers made the finals in 19. Yeah. And they won game one. Yeah. That would have been it.
Starting point is 03:05:56 And they went crazy. Yeah. Yeah. Wow. Or like, Harry going crazy in the finals. One of them too. Yeah. All right.
Starting point is 03:06:04 Last year, 2000. Kobe takes over a game four of the finals. Shaq MVP season. I think it's the dunk contest. Don't contest. Might be the only all-star game moment. bro for i i do think it's the it's the dunk contest i think that vince carter and the show it's over yeah and the showing that that he had there is still regarded as the best dunk content like singular
Starting point is 03:06:28 dunk contest performance and it set a standard that basically at this point everyone's like hey just canceled the the dunk contest because you can't go back and replicate the the aura from that moment the human body the only capable of so much and vins hit like 99% of that in two thousand. It's a dunk contest. Yeah, I agree. Kenny got to let that, um, it's over giving it go. You got to let that go, man. He's never going to. He's over. He does it every year. Yeah. And it's never over. He says it's over. They give him like a 45. You're just bad at calling it. It's actually mad close. It couldn't be less over actually. It's actually just beginning. All right. That is every moment. Next thing we're going to do,
Starting point is 03:07:13 are going to play NBA better or worse. I'm going to name you a player. We're going to do two rounds of this, a subject. Then I'm going to name you 10 other players. You tell me if they're better or worse than that player. Okay. First name, lamello ball as a subject. Are these players better or worse than Lamello?
Starting point is 03:07:27 Tyrese Maxie. Better. And it's not hard. Better. Yeah, it's not close for me. And he's firmly better too. Yeah, maybe like a talent level is close or whatever. I would easily rather play around the Mello Ball style of play.
Starting point is 03:07:38 Oops. I said that wrong. I would easily rather play around Tyres Maxie. You want to be frustrated sometimes. Yeah, I don't know a single team that I'd rather in the league right now that I'd rather have Lamello over Tirees. Yeah, when you consider the health and reliability, you're not trading Tairis Maxi for Nasreed. Yeah, no. Not happening.
Starting point is 03:07:54 Which is still crazy. We have really, I don't know if he digested that enough. That's insane. He got traded for Nauseried. And some picks. And some picks. But like not a ton of picks. Not a whole by any means.
Starting point is 03:08:03 Two, that's it. Some picks. Yeah. Okay. Better than Lamello. John Morant's. Lamello. Lamello's better.
Starting point is 03:08:10 John Rant worse? Yeah, Jow worse. Yeah, Jow worse. no conversation either. He's not so much to prove and no one's really looking forward as well. Damn. I don't know about that.
Starting point is 03:08:21 We just kind of set him in a shot. He's not looking forward to it. I'm not. He's not praying for his downfall. He's not room for him. He just doesn't care. Are you looking forward to it? Like, are you expecting?
Starting point is 03:08:30 I am also indifferent to John Morant's career at this point. Yeah, like, he had his moment. That's crazy. We moved on as NBA fans, bro. We're at indifference. Yes.
Starting point is 03:08:39 I got people flag to root for. I got Kate Cunningham looking forward to him as well. like this so many other interesting things happening wow Trey young worse Worse I'd rather have Lamello same same strengths and weaknesses
Starting point is 03:08:53 low key but Lamello's taller he's taller less of liability defense at times So they're both locked in I guess and I think he brings a little more dynamic The most locked in one more one more swipe Yeah exactly I don't really have faith these days in Trey young scoring being that valuable I'm gonna say better I'm sure you will historically he's healthier.
Starting point is 03:09:15 Historically, he's culture. You know, safe driver. He is healthier and a safer driver. You were not incorrect about those things. Exactly. Probably has better interior design on his homes. There is old facts.
Starting point is 03:09:27 I bet he has bad interior design, but still better than Lamello. No, I can show you right now. Okay. Is he married? Yes. Okay, no, so his wife decides. I mean, Lamello's deciding his bullshit. At least try as a woman's touch.
Starting point is 03:09:41 The Mello has no influences, but his own. fucking brain. Josh Giddy. Worst. What are you doing? Sorry, Josh. That name caught me off.
Starting point is 03:09:50 You're not even sorry. I am a little bit because you belong here, man. I'm not sorry. I'm not sorry at all. Tyreys Aliburton. Better. Even post Achilles. Yeah, I take him day one.
Starting point is 03:10:01 Are you looking at your phone because you're still looking up his interior design? No. Is it his bookmarks? No food. No. The privacy screen. De Aaron Fox. I'm going to say worse at this point
Starting point is 03:10:14 I think I'd rather If I was the Spurs I'd rather have I almost rather have Lamello on my team than Dian Fox Because the playmaking bump is ridiculous Yeah I would take Lamella right now Yeah and the spacing that he would provide Compared to Fox is like it's I don't hate on Fox as much as some people do online
Starting point is 03:10:31 I don't think he's terrible But I think I'd rather have the Mello Yeah If you're the Spurs or even the Timberwell's Like both of those situations You'd rather want Lamello and have his playmaking The hell of Dierin's probably more reliable game the game but you gotta show me again we haven't seen held in de aaron as of late so i'll go lamello
Starting point is 03:10:45 i actually i really don't know the answer to that question i feel like they're they're fairly even but i guess i mean i guess de erin just had a worse showing yeah so i'm gonna go lamello but also lamello's like on a consistent basis he the idea of him is more additive to a lot teams and basically any way you frame the question if i'm talking about next year if i'm redrafing them if i'm redraft them for a decade one year any version of that i'm probably going to pick lomello Yeah. Okay. Make the money even.
Starting point is 03:11:12 I'm probably going to pick Lamella. So I don't even know what mental gymnastics and what framework I'd have to do to pick the Aaron right now. The only way I would do is like if I'm been money on who's going to be healthier next season. Yeah, I'll probably put money off Fox. What a specific question? Exactly.
Starting point is 03:11:27 That's the only way I could pick Fox. Austin Reeves. Rees. I'm thinking Reeves. Better. Better. Not hesitating. Yeah.
Starting point is 03:11:34 Derek White. Derek, I forgot to shoot last year. It's a complicated. I'm saying worse, though. He forgot, if he was still shooting 38% from three, I'd go better. But you're going to, at this point, you're going to have to prove it to me. You still got that.
Starting point is 03:11:46 This man, here, one bad year. A year is a long time to be bad. One year? Seven months are just straight 32%. That's tough. You never had a slump? That's not a slump, brother. That's your life.
Starting point is 03:11:59 It's a recession. Yeah. They're just the way it is now, man. I'll say, me, below. Please. Please have a boss out here. Yeah, I'm going to say worse for sure. James Hardin.
Starting point is 03:12:15 Worse. Worse. That's tough. I'm going to say worse. I guess worse. He's only getting older. There's just, in no world am I taking James right now.
Starting point is 03:12:24 I don't know if La Mello Ball would ever allow himself to be placing a humiliation ritual where he's getting ISO by Brunson for like 45 straight seconds. Blow by, blow by, blow by. Because he's going to be like, D. Mitch can't guard this motherfucker. Yeah. Myel's not doing it. James Hart's like, I got it.
Starting point is 03:12:39 He didn't have it. He didn't have it. Let's do it again. His hands are just out. Get it's slutted out. That shit's crazy. At least he went down swinging. He tried.
Starting point is 03:12:51 It's also one thing. It's one thing like like Dehren Fox was doing that because the air fox is like super quick, super fast. Brinson's not crazy fast. He was just, I'm putting my head down. I'm giving me one crossover and get to the ring.
Starting point is 03:13:04 It's pretty quick though. I don't know. Yeah. Okay. That is a mellow ball better or worse. one more. We're going to do it with Chad Holmgren. Chad Holmgren today. First name, victim woman Yama.
Starting point is 03:13:14 Worse. Worse. This guy's better. I'm not reading anything. He's not worth work. He said chat better. Not just worse. Not too late.
Starting point is 03:13:28 Zubach. Zubach. That's actually mad close. Cheb better. I'm going to have some belief in a chat bounce back. I'm still going to say chat better. But if you don't want to have that belief, leaf. It's not even a
Starting point is 03:13:40 bounceback, but it's like one series. And also, yeah, Zubach had that one good year. It wasn't amazing last year. We can go chat. It's pretty easy, actually. But everybody else you're probably better. We'll think about it. We'll think about it. Okay, you'll go chat. I'll go Chengoon. Chat. Chet better. Is Chengoon worse?
Starting point is 03:13:56 Yeah. Shingoon is worse for sure. You're going to pissing people off because people think about and they think about an absolute liability. Not one-on-one basketball. No cameras. Four of the players off the court, they get Shangoon 100%. Great.
Starting point is 03:14:12 A king of the court game. A one of one basketball. A private king of the court game. Can't even stream it. But 5B five, I listen, if you want to tell me this is the one summer in which you're going to say Shangoon better because Chet went out. No, you can't do it. They lost in the Lakers.
Starting point is 03:14:27 Not even a good summer for that. I'm not dealing my sentence. I'm still going to say you're wrong, but I at least won't call you ridiculous. But I'm not picking Shangoon over Chad in any circumstance. It's not even a good summer. It's a rainy summer. Shingoon with ass, too. But exactly, if they're both so ass,
Starting point is 03:14:42 you want to tell me you'll go to that shiny your ass, okay, maybe Shingoon's a little fatter. But I'm still digging shit. Real, real? Maybe, right? Do what you gotta do, man. Maybe. If you put it that way, I mean.
Starting point is 03:14:57 Jalen Dern. Worse. Damn. Stinky, man. Everybody's out frotting shit? A lot of bigs were not sad, huh? Yeah. Maybe it's just hard to be a big.
Starting point is 03:15:09 Maybe we're just giving it too much flag for all these guys. Nah, man, not paying attention and getting like cooked by back nor passes all the time. It's just like, uh, Wendell Carter out muscled you and your whole thing is muscle. Yeah, like, what? How does he make any sense to me right now? How is he up muscle? Your ex was posting you on Instagram on her stories every single night. Because you're out here putting up 10 points.
Starting point is 03:15:30 That's the word. Not even 10. Six. Oh, yeah. Single digits. I wish it was 10 points. Walker Gessler. it's weird
Starting point is 03:15:38 I'm gonna say I'm gonna say Walker hasn't played in a year yeah I say Walker is worse worse okay yeah we don't know I don't know I doubt it talks
Starting point is 03:15:50 I doubt he's better than Chet I bet Evan Mowbly worse I still rather have Chet that's a combo I think Chats the better defender though offense is like whatever
Starting point is 03:16:02 I'll take Chet Mobbly's worse I think Mowgli is a better creator. They're kind of in the same boat. Yeah, they're the same way to me. Yeah. They're both great defense.
Starting point is 03:16:12 But you know what? Mowgli, even as frustrating as he is, he's not getting four points. He's like an incomplete bitch. You're right. Well, I'll get eight. He'll get 11. Awesome.
Starting point is 03:16:24 Yeah. More than four. True. Better rebounder. I think it has more playmaking tops, too. So actually, I'm going to say, I'm going to say he's better than, than Chet right now.
Starting point is 03:16:33 What we saw from Chit was. Because of playmaking? that's not my reason and he's more of aggressive score he's a better score in general no he's not than Chet no he's not
Starting point is 03:16:41 I'll say he better rebounder though that could be the needle movie to me he's a better score I just think dog in general what we've seen from Chet that's that's that's stripped
Starting point is 03:16:49 I think if you want if you want to go Evan Moby's physicality and both like I guess Doggill plays into that but like he actually if you play by the power forward you're playing big
Starting point is 03:16:56 you're being physical you're beating him up on the boards there's times where Chet feels like a small forward and you don't feel like you have that exercise advantage yeah he can't get no threes off
Starting point is 03:17:05 exactly fake stretch big yeah Evan Moby he'll try to get threes off but that's not really his bag he understands that better score though Evan Moby is for sure better score for sure they're both so mid that like I mean I actually can think that
Starting point is 03:17:18 but like for sure though like I don't have to think much about it there's only difference yeah I don't think I can take a hardline stance either way I don't know I think I do think you were to ball out Moby's probably frying him in a one-on-one I don't know dude that's gonna be a nasty one-on-one I'm going to be great one.
Starting point is 03:17:37 Where are you going to 11? 11. I'm going to say 9-211. Evans way. Okay. I thought I was going to say 9-2. God, no, no, no.
Starting point is 03:17:48 Yeah, I guess Evan could win one-on-on-on. I guess more physical lay-up through him. But, like, Chet's good at depending on that. I don't know. Yeah. I don't think Chet's going to get his game off like that. Is the game streamed? Is it streamed?
Starting point is 03:17:58 Yeah. Who's at an advantage towards? Mobley. Mobley. Flights are brighter. It has to be streamed Okay Chad might have a bad
Starting point is 03:18:07 A decent bag in a one-on-one We didn't have to process The court And it's just one-on-one Like he might be kind of decent At that Might be a jump shot sophomore He's gonna
Starting point is 03:18:16 He's processing slow as hell Who's stronger? Mobley for sure Yeah, Mobley's winning That's Mobley's big a strain That's why he's like Better physical on the boards Yeah
Starting point is 03:18:22 So Moble? Yeah We'll take one Where do you go bare? Yo this is mad interesting Do you? Dude guys You don't feel good about
Starting point is 03:18:32 Do you? I feel good about of Rudy Gobert. Me too, but the offense is just so crazy different. Against Wemby, Chet was looking like O'Bair in offense, but worse.
Starting point is 03:18:41 I'm going to say worse. I'm going to say worse. Because Rudy and Chek can give you the same type of production. It's tough because Rudy doesn't have the expectations of being better on offense. So he'll never feel like
Starting point is 03:18:50 it's a terrible performance. You expect terrible offense. So for what he does well, being a genius defensively, being better than Chet still, you feel better about Gobert, but it's also because we expect less. Yeah, exactly.
Starting point is 03:19:00 If Gober has a 12-point game, you're like, fuck what a great game by gobert highlight real this dude didn't do shit I mean I'm kind of at that point with jet nah it's different expectations I don't know I can't get that
Starting point is 03:19:14 series out of out of my head I can't get the fact that he took four shots and took two of them in the first quarter like you're gonna go bear better yeah but Rudy does that shit on the norm though he just expectations is different Rudy though
Starting point is 03:19:28 Rudy's bad but he doesn't He doesn't get clowned in the same way. He gets conceding. No, no, no, I'm saying his hands are, like, his hands are bad. He can't, he can't do stuff. But he's not getting punked.
Starting point is 03:19:43 Chet's getting punked. True. Rudy doesn't, I mean. But again, this is all about expectations, though. Like, that's, you're describing, when you say he's getting punked, you're describing him being significantly worse than you expect, really. He's kind of the crux of it. He, yeah, he's, he's bad because of skill.
Starting point is 03:19:56 I can work around bad skill. I can't work around bad mentals. Rudy's been punked before like the whole Terrence man shit shit happened A couple years ago
Starting point is 03:20:06 He has been But also That was like five years ago And he just punk Obert I mean by he just punk Yokic That's also very big True But two years ago
Starting point is 03:20:14 Or was it Three years ago now I'm talking about right now You're talking about the old day Stop it You say Rudy has a catalog Of being punked Chet's in the middle
Starting point is 03:20:23 of the biggest punking That we've seen In still going In five years Yeah Sounds like Ober is better For not being in the middle
Starting point is 03:20:30 Of a punking punk prime look either the same right now yeah yeah I'm probably last name out of bio band better band better better better for sure he scored 83 Ted didn't there's there's no way in hell Ted's ever scoring 50 who he has to be going against like I would say the same thing about no no I think man I think band could have scored 50 in the game I think you get some bitches up I obviously 60 80 like that's that's ridiculous yeah but if you tell me on a random night Bam got 50, okay. If you asked me a year ago, could Bam get 50?
Starting point is 03:21:05 I'd probably say no way in hell. Especially not year. I wouldn't. Yeah, I'd probably say no way in hell. Well, Chet's taking over that mantle now the no way in hell. Can you score 50? Yeah, nah. That's too much.
Starting point is 03:21:16 What's just your career high? Probably like 33 or something. 32. I don't know. Maybe 28, actually. I don't know if he scored 30. I don't know. 26.
Starting point is 03:21:25 What's your guess? 26. 31. I'm going to say 27. 36. Oh, okay. He scored in 2023 against the Warriors. Will he ever score 40 in his career?
Starting point is 03:21:36 Yes and no. Probably. I'm gonna say no. 40's a lot. 40's a lot. You got 36 in year one though. That was a risk for three years. That was a hip replacement ago.
Starting point is 03:21:51 Fair. Damn. Fair, honestly. Yeah, I'm gonna say now. Okay. Last thing we'll wrap up this long ass episode. You guys, 20 again.
Starting point is 03:22:04 You guys need a blind rank these NBA controversies 1 through 5. Okay. First off, the Clippers Cap circumvention for Kauai Leonard. It's one.
Starting point is 03:22:14 We never seen no shit like that before. Find $30 million. So you guys ranking is based on your favorites or the worst? How are you define these rankings? The worst, I think. Yeah, I think the punishment makes it one.
Starting point is 03:22:26 So you're ranking these based on the most severe, the most embarrassing. Is it worse than Donald's, being racist Hey let's put this at two But I don't know Let's put this at two
Starting point is 03:22:36 Listen let's leave room for racism guys Yeah Let's leave space In the conversation This whole space It's all the space I don't know man Let's start a dialogue
Starting point is 03:22:46 It's a good outline All right Can put it at you Hell yeah You post a black square Who's on my story Black rectangle Stand what you're
Starting point is 03:22:58 Number two Next up Malice in the palace. It's like four maybe. It's pretty bad. I don't know. They beat a fan. They deserve that shit, though.
Starting point is 03:23:08 They got so much, like, anger off their test with that. Bro, Ronda Tess was on the sideline, posted up. Yeah. Squared up. Ready to go. He's a fucker through a beer at his face. But you're 6-9-2-50, you make millions. You can't be on TV beating people up in any circumstance.
Starting point is 03:23:26 They provoke you like that. You can. You almost kill people. All right. It's different. We might have to go over racism. No, no, no, no, no, no. Three.
Starting point is 03:23:39 Let's do. Really? It's that bad. It's high. It's high. Yeah, it's that bad. It's really that bad. Bro, you fought fans.
Starting point is 03:23:45 They got to spend it for a year. We need to bring that shit back, man. Like, sometimes, like, fans need to know their place. I was, I would say, honestly, with the way that fans are talking to players now about all the gambling and stuff. We need to bring it back. Okay. Now is really. What are you prepared to do about it?
Starting point is 03:24:00 So we go with three or four? I say three. All right. It's up there. We're saving room for racism in my world. Okay. Holding space,
Starting point is 03:24:07 naturally. Jonte Porter's gambling ban. Damn, these are big. It's Johnte Porter, though. I'm so waiting for a star to get caught low key. I think that's really
Starting point is 03:24:18 what's going to shake shit up. You don't think Jontay Porter is a star? No. You weren't grinding Mizzu tape enough? I think because he's not a not a good player,
Starting point is 03:24:29 I think we have to go five. Did he get banned for the NBA for life for life? Exactly. He could have been in the league. He's not, he wasn't terrible. Like him and. Trey Lawson's job right now.
Starting point is 03:24:40 This is either. Straight. Good player, by the way. Solid forward by the way. Trade Lauer's job. Solid bench. He's like he could be that caliber.
Starting point is 03:24:54 A guy. It's either one or five, honestly. Because this either threatens the integrity of the game so much. than you put it at one or he sucks so we put it at five I'm a whole space racism Beau what's worse racism or gambling you're holding this much space or racism as
Starting point is 03:25:10 as you can't stop here I don't know there's been boasts I think you put it at a five yeah he can't stop it for johnson afforded yeah in terms of longevity racism and gambling have been they they got a neck and neck yeah right so you're going five yeah he sucks so five you got one and four remaining terry roger gambling band four he's slightly better every way or all right this better be racism at the top kevin guard no it's not Kevin Durant burnergate oh dang him calling Russell Westbrook a this is really five here we go one though
Starting point is 03:25:43 here we go on one I mean for what he said about Jabari Smith okay you can convince yourself he's a bad teammate I mean other shit got exposed to yeah right certain investments certain investments and he's like the best player on walldish yeah certain jokes about investment yeah Maybe it's one. We held space for something.
Starting point is 03:26:03 Okay. That was a good thing to hold space for her. You got damn right. It was. Good. All yeah, one. Yeah, honestly, I think this might be the best one or the worst one. Yeah.
Starting point is 03:26:13 That's best. God almighty. Oh, my. And what that means said? Yeah, Ed this shit. Go ahead. Yeah. If you're still here, comment.
Starting point is 03:26:30 your favorite controversy and what you're holding space for. Your favorite controversy. We'll see y'all next week on Monday for the first Monday episode of this season. We're back, yes. Back to double weeks. We'll see y'all later.
