Democrats are literally turning on each other after this latest vote to condemn socialism.
Take a listen.
The House of Representatives quickly passing a post-recess resolution condemning socialism.
And they even had a couple of Democrats get on board with the measure, although a few Republicans dissented.
Well, that was a win, though, overall for the Speaker of the House.
Mike Johnson, his minority leader, Hakeem Jeffries, is struggling to rein in the DSA candidates.
A House GOP leadership really felt the need to put this on the record after the DSA scored several wins in primaries this summer.
But the headline here, eight Democrats voting in favor of this, embarrassing the House Democratic caucus.
Most, of course, of these members having to defend competitive swing districts this fall.
You see some of these Democratic members, eight of them in total who voted yes on the socialism resolution.
Okay, so we live in a world today where Congress spends its time, drafts,
up resolutions to publicly and officially condemn something they don't agree with, such as socialism.
I think me and you would probably prefer them to do other things that are actually going to deliver
some results at our own kitchen table, but fine, I guess we'll have to take what we can get.
But guys, the real story here is you had eight Democrats who went along with this.
And now Hakeem Jeffries is literally panicking over all of it because of these particular two
Democrats. Take a look.
We also have two other Democratic members who voted primarily.
on this very socialism resolution, Maggie Goodlander of New Hampshire and Chrissy
Hulahan of Pennsylvania.
Now, the procedural rule to get this resolution to the floor almost failed, but for the help
of two Democrats, Jared Golden of Maine and Marie Glucent Camp Perez of Washington State,
completely catching leadership off now.
Hakeem Jeffries and company putting out this very fiery statement saying this, that the
decision by two of our colleagues to blindside the entire House Democratic Caucus and
join with the Republican majority's pass a procedural rule on the brink of failing represents a
significant breach of trust. It is an action that necessitates a serious response. And we have asked
the committee on caucus rules to take this up in short order. Yeah, can you believe what you're
hearing right now? Hakeem Jeffries is not holding back. Calling this defection a direct breach of
trust that demands real consequences. You meaning you're going to essentially punish someone for
condemning socialism? Yeah, that's who we're talking about. That's what we are talking about.
Some leader, Hakeem Jeffries, is, right? It just doesn't make any sense. And by the way,
this isn't a great look going into the midterms where you continue to have Democrats who trash the
DSA publicly on live TV. When you now have Democrats in the House voting to condemn the DSA,
I mean, all hell is breaking loose. Two House Democrats, Dan Golden and Marie Goose and Camp,
Glucent-Camp Perez broke ranks and joined Republicans to force a 210 to 108 vote advancing the resolution condemning socialism, which the House then adopted.
How do you feel about that? Because the DSA and socialism has been a big issue and it's going to be a big issue going into November.
You know, listen, we issued a statement yesterday that was pretty clear from House Democratic leadership indicating that we viewed the fact that.
that we were blindsided by two of our colleagues
as a significant breach of trust
with respect to a procedural vote
that was on its way to failing
had everybody remain unified
and every single Democrat who was present,
but two voted against the rule.
We indicated that it was a significant breach
that requires a serious response,
and we have,
have referred the matter to the committee on caucus rules for further discussion and action.
Well, you mean you both love to see the Democrat infighting because as long as that is taking
place, that means they're not unified and they're not going to be able to respond with what
President Trump has coming down the pipeline.
As we approach the midterms, that convention, by the way, that was President Trump's
idea, is going to be happening next week.
It's going to be huge, although it is happening the first week of NFL,
football, so don't know how the ratings are going to look, but point is they're doing something,
and there's more to come. So Democrats, please, I want you guys to be discombobulated. I want you guys
to continue to engage in a civil war with the DSA, because that means you guys can't do everything
at one time and you're scattered all over the place. So I'm sure you agree with me. And I'm sure you're
also going to agree with what Senator John Fetterman, who continues to break ranks, obviously,
had to say about the DSA earlier today. This was that Fox News poll.
back in mid-July saying that Democrats had a favorable opinion of the DSA and socialism at 52%,
DSA at 59%. You've been warning the Democratic Party that it's critical to separate.
And one of the things I learned recently is that Republican enthusiasm for the midterms in terms of
participating and voting has grown in the last two months as this story has gotten more and more legs.
I feel like they're going to have to turn around at some point and say John Federman was right.
Yeah, no. I mean,
I think it was on Jesse's show.
I said maybe four or five months ago,
I said the Democratic Party is becoming an orgy of socialism,
and that continues to move in that direction.
And then we are electing some of these worst people
in the political spectrum.
And I've been the one guy to say, like, look, have your own party.
You can run on the crazy stuff about abolishing
all of the things that you're showing on your screen.
It's indefensible,
and they're often living in.
in very expensive homes, and they come from a very wealthy backgrounds too.
But let me share this message from our sponsor today, Cozy Earth, which is a personal one
for me because I have their beach towels.
We use them every day.
My son is an ISR.
He's always in the pool.
My wife loves swimming, probably more than I do.
And in Texas, it's currently hot right now.
I don't know how long it's going to be hot for.
But at any rate, there's nothing worse than, you know, swimming and then you get out, and then
you're having to use a thin towel that.
does not dry you off. Well, this beach towel from Cozy Earth will do the job properly,
which is why they're offering my audience a 20% off. All you have to do is use promo code

on. And that's the problem with Democrat socials, which is why black voters do
support them because for some reason it's interesting how black democrats can see through this
but they can't see through the other nonsense within the other part of the Democrat party that is.
And part of it is because they keep eating up propaganda from people like I'm about to show you
this former Obama stapper who tries to make the case why everything is just fine.
And that DSA and a traditional Democrat, we all want the same thing allegedly.
Take a look.
Is the Democratic Party undergoing a transformation?
because I can't help but think about what we saw with the Tea Party and how that moved the Republican sort of center after that was all through.
I would argue that, you know, there is, there are some similarities, but moreover, the American psyche has changed.
I think that the Democratic Party is having to reckon with, and the Republican Party as well, to that extent,
having to reckon with an American population than is a lot more populous, one that is driving the conversation when it comes to and driving the narrative when it comes to affordability,
because they see their bills.
And the Democrats who may not identify as that, but are more in the moderate reading,
are also learning how to walk and talk to talk.
When it comes to policies, it actually makes sense to people in their pocketbooks back home.
That is the schism.
It is affordability, affordability, affordability.
Can you make it make sense for people whose dollars are not stretching?
If you cannot do that, you will not get elected?
I just find it fascinating that Democrats want people to believe that they are the party to fix affordability
when they broke it to begin with.
Okay. Record inflation under the Biden administration. That is a factual statement. A broken health care
system created by the Democrat Party. That's a factual statement. Bigger government, more regulations.
That's because of the Democrat Party. So, you know, I don't think they're going to fix anything.
They will attempt to, and in the process make everything worse. Yeah, I think that's what's going to happen.
So the bottom line here is they're in shambles. All hell is broken.
They can't get on the same page, and I'm here for every step of the way.
All right, now let's go to our breaking news update.
This is coming out of the city of Chicago.
After the president offered his help once again to the city of Chicago, you know what
the mayor had to say about all of this?
Take a look.
Well, Dana, Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson is defending his approach to crime and criticism
from President Trump.
This comes after a really violent weekend in the windy city, including a mass shooting
that left one person dead and 14 others hurt.
Mike Tobin tracking it all for us.
live from Chicago. Hi, Mike. And Bill, as you just mentioned, we just said another weekend that ranked
among the highest for shooting victims in the city of Chicago. 41 shot, three of them dead. And that set
off another social media battle between the president, the mayor of Chicago, and the governor of
Illinois. The president took a familiar jab posting. The city will die if the federal government,
a fine-tuned fighting machine is not invited in by the mayor or the governor to help. I'm awaiting
the call. Well, he'll be waiting until he leaves the White House, essentially, because
Mayor Johnson isn't going to do it. I mean, he does not really care about black lives in the way that you think he does. He doesn't care about the people of Chicago in the way that he wants us to think he does. And how do we know that? All we have to do is look at the results. All we have to look at his priorities. What is he always talking about? And what is he actually doing? There's a true disconnect. Not only is he discriminating against white business owners in regards to business opportunities downtown, but he's done nothing to bring crime down.
essentially. He's only handicapped local police from working with ICE. And he definitely doesn't
want the president's help in regards to sending in the National Guard and other federal resources
to help the people of Chicago get a break here as relates to public safety. There's even
petitions going around town demanding the mayor to crack down on crime. But that's not the story,
according to the mayor or the governor. It's about this. Illinois governor, J.B. Frisker, spent
his weekend pouring and downing shots attempting to break a
world record. And earlier today, Chicago mayor Brandon Johnson didn't seem likely to take Trump up on his
offer. I find him to be a sorry individual. And if he was serious about driving violence down,
not just in Chicago, but across the country, he would not be engaged in endless illegal wars.
He has an open invitation in Chicago and across this country to reverse the last.
largest upward transfer of wealth that he placed into the hands of the ultra rich and actually fund
the institutions and operations that ultimately provide safety and security for the people of this
city and this nation. Well, I would argue that Mayor Brennan Johnson's doing that. He is funding
the protection and the resources for people who are in this country and lawfully at a higher rate
than he has people who are in the country lawfully, particularly his own constituents. I mean,
I'm sure the south side of Chicago has a lot to say about the mayor. There's no doubt about that.
I'm sure they have a lot to say about the fraud that went on with real estate developers and these
shelters that were supposed to house illegals, but it ended up being vacant, but they still got paid anyway.
I mean, there's a lot going on there. And of course, the mayor isn't going to talk about it.
And we know why that is. But, you know, in a perfect world, guys, Mayor Brandon Johnson would do what the Memphis mayor did, would do what the San Francisco
mayor did, would do what the New Orleans mayor did, and they would pick up the phone,
they'd have that conversation with President Trump because he is a businessman, they would cut a deal,
and then everybody gets what they want.
But when you have Trump derangement syndrome, you potentially become a person who lacks all logic
and common sense.
Let's hear this perspective.
Well, it's terrible, and the criminals know that they're not going to obey the law,
so they don't care about the law and that they're not supposed to have guns.
It's unfortunate because you have kids that are being killed, young children, families being torn apart.
People feel like they are being held hostage in their own homes because they are afraid of this violence has taken place.
The governor and the other officials, I don't know what they are thinking.
They don't care about the safety and security of their own people, their constituents.
They've already said they're not going to call Trump.
I mean, they've already made that clear.
Sure.
And, Johnson, has been clear about it.
Yeah, that's why the only call to action at this point, especially if you live in a city like,
Chicago is you. You are the only reason why anything will change. It won't be because of Mayor Johnson.
And when I say you, if you are from Chicago, I think you have an obligation at this point
is to do as much as you practically can to educate your community, even people who disagree with
you politically. Because the direction that Chicago is going down is one that I don't think
they're going to be able to recover from, especially if they re-elected.
him again. So do something that Los Angeles has failed to do and other places across this country
has failed to do. Take control of your city. Because Mayor Brandon Johnson, he's not going to do it.
Governor Pritzker put out a tweet that has always blamed President Trump for everything. And talking
about that if Trump had not withdrawn federal funding from his programs, he says, you know,
we would have it all down. He said it was working. He is confusing correlation with causation.
gun deaths fell 22% nationwide before Trump withdrew that funding.
And it continued to fall afterwards.
So if he's going to tout any of those programs, show us the receipts.
Give us the numbers.
Tell us because where I'm from, what I see is that three quarters of the people murdered
in Chicago are black.
Nine out of 10 are men.
The average age of the killer is 20 and over half are under 30.
They have discarded those young black men.
And the fact that they are putting all of the effort towards saying that the president is sorry,
that the president is to blame.
And here's what fixes it.
As you're saying, it's making mandatory those jobs.
And it's putting the people who deserve to be in prison.
In prison, what a novel thought.
Because when you dig down to those arrests and those homicides, 90% of those committing homicides have been arrested before.
So the argument that she's making is one rooted in facts and common sense and probably what me and you already know,
generally speaking about Chicago. And that's why I said, the only way it's going to change is if the people
decide to do something about it. This is why I often quote what Justice Clarence Thomas said at the UT Austin.
You know, this is your country. It's your city. You should treat it as such. It's the people of Chicago who
put Mayor Brandon Johnson in charge to begin with, and they're the only ones who are going to be able to
fire him when that election comes. So hopefully, if you're watching and you're from Chicago,
I'm praying for you, that you guys will be able to do the right thing. Well, that's the episode
for today. So why don't you guys share your thoughts in the comments section below,
especially in regards to this Democrat infighting that continues to happen?
I think it's escalating. It's becoming much more normal. I mean, I can't tell you how many
videos we've done over the past two weeks. And that's why I say they are essentially all over
the place. But please, if you guys got value from today's video, make sure you are subscribed

last night's sanity report, click on the next video because it's coming up right now.
