he pleaded the fifth on every single question that he was posed, and then secondly, his attorney got kicked out the building. Let's start here with his exchange with Senator Josh Hawley. Honesty like taking the fifth, huh, Doc? Let's try something. What day the week is it today? On the divisive counsel, I respectfully declined to answer based upon my rights under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution. What color tie you're wearing? On the advice of counsel, I respectfully declined to answer based upon my rights under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution. What colors the carpet in front of you? On the advice of counsel, I respectfully declined to answer based upon my rights under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution.

All right. So, Dr. Anthony Fauci, that's how he wants to play it. And so what happened during this hearing is essentially he got obliterated. They called them out. They expose his corruption and his business dealings and how he made money off COVID. And that's not even his biggest crimes, in my opinion. I think what happened under COVID, as me and you both know, as far as social distancing is concerned, trust the science is concerned. One could argue they definitely lie to the American people. And no wonder people don't trust the science today. And Fauci would be better off just, you know, admitting to things.

he has a pardon, so it's not like he's going to get prosecuted, in order to build trust with the American people again in regards to the science community. The advice of counsel, I respectfully decline to answer based upon my rights under the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution. Let's just get one thing straight. You don't have any rights under the Fifth Amendment, because you've been pardoned, as you very well know,

as a Supreme Court has been clear for a century and more, Brown v. Walker, 1896, when he has been pardoned, he may not stand upon his privilege. You know that. Your lawyer is sitting behind you now shifting nervously in their chairs. They know it. This isn't about the Constitution. This isn't about the law. This is about contempt. Contempt for this body and contempt for the American people. But I think I know why you're doing it. It's because you don't want to answer questions. It's because you did all kinds of terrible things. It's because during the pandemic, you got rich, didn't you? You got rich while people were dying, hundreds of thousands of Americans over a million. in the end and you were getting rich

and not only were you doing that, you were using federal employees with taxpayer money to apply for and solicit cash prizes for you personally. Cash prizes totaling over a million dollars. You did all of that during the pandemic.

So you know, there's really two takeaways from what we are dealing with in our country. We have a federal government and the previous administration that essentially covered up Dr. Anthony Fauci's crimes, okay, and gave him a full pardon. And that's the tradeoff of having a constitutional republic, the current U.S. Constitution as it stands. The pardon is the only

essential order throughout any person who has authority in our government that they could issue this order and there is no going back. You know, all orders technically could be overturned, you know, appealed, repealed, not a pardon. So that's the the part that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. However, the president knows how to at least find something to laugh about. And here he is before the Senate hearing where he wrote this on true social. Fouchi told everyone he was a great basketball player. So I assume that he would be easily able to throw a ball to home plate. It turned out that he was a phony on that as well, just like he was on everything else. See below. He was a terrible athlete. And this is by far the

worst throw of ever seen in years. Oh, man. This is a throwback. He didn't throw it today. This is a throwback during a go-head. Look at this throw. Look at this. This is great. So he's warming up. Let's see how this goes. This is great. Whoa. What happened there, man? All right. Right. Let's go to this next exchange, which is where things really start to get heated. You're not recognized. You're not recognized. If you are unruly, you will be removed from the proceeding. You are not recognized. And you are not recognized, sir. Sir, you are not recognized. You are not recognized. Security, we'll hold off. but you will respect these proceedings.

You were told not to sit at the table. You insist on sitting at the table. And we told you you would not be recognized. You are not invited here for testimony, sir. You are being disruptive. Would you behave this way in a courtroom? No, because the judge would put you in jail. I can't do that today, but I can have you escorted from the premises.

So I would say, sir, sit quietly and don't say another word. I said, sit quietly. you are not recognized. Another word and you're gone. Okay, so as you guys can see on the right side is Anthony Fauci. To his left is his lawyer. He's not actually supposed to be sitting at the table. The only people who are supposed to be sitting at the table are people

who are actually called to testify as a witness. He's not. He's his lawyer. That's why usually lawyers sit behind them in that first row. If you guys can really see to your right in the back, Laura Ingram is in the house. And I don't know if I see anybody else I can recognize.

But at any rate, so he gave this attorney this clear warning. Like, don't talk. Don't interrupt. You're not a clear witness. The fact that we even allowing you to sit at the table is a whole other thing. Well, guess what happens next? He finally kicks him out. So, Mr. Chairman, I'd like to hear what the attorney has to say. He is not recognized by the committee or the chair. If he speaks again, he will be removed from the room. This testimony is from Anthony Fauci. This is not a game with his lawyers. He can advise. His lawyers can give him advice. He's got a half dozen here. They're all allowed to talk to him. Yes. All right. But the attorneys are not recognized. In fact,

the attorney was told not to sit at the table, and he's not obeying that recommendation. There's a row behind you, sir. That's where you were told to sit, and you're not. And now you're disrupting the proceedings. And so, look, this is the way Anthony Fauci wants to be remembered. For a lawyer not listening to the rules, that's the way you want to be remembered, and that's where You're going to do your not recognized, sir. Security, please, we're moving from the room. Can you do me a favor in the audience and stand up if during the time of the COVID pandemic, you were called a racist for calling the virus?

Wuhan virus or the China virus. If you thought the six-foot rule was total crap, if you thought the vaccine wasn't something that you should take, if you thought it was outrageous the way the mass policy was rolled out, if you were fired from your job for not taking that vaccine, including members of the military, if you thought closing schools was catastrophically stupid, and that you thought that during these times saying these things made you somehow a lesser human being. Dr. Frasch, can you just turn around and look at the people behind you? You're not willing to do that?

That's not a question. It's not a question. To your lawyers, not a question. It's a request. All you have to do is look up from your lawyers and look at the people who were absolutely shamed for saying what we know now to be the truth. You can't even look at them? He's not going to look at him because he's a coward.

That's number one. Number two, I would have actually brought in the military personnel who was kicked out of the military for not taking the vaccine. I'd bring them in because it's those mandates that led to that type of outcome. What country kicks military members out of service for not taking an experimental vaccine? Explain that. A country who has allowed people to be in charge, essentially, that are tyrannical. So that's why I push back on a lot of what Democrats say,

because the results show they are so much more tyrannical than President Trump has ever been. He's not kicking anybody out of anything. And I think that's fair. All right, let's go to this exchange, where essentially Fauci says that Senator Paul is unhinged and obsessed with him. Given Senator Paul's obvious obsession

with calling for my prosecution, his repeated slanderous comments about me, and recently his publicly releasing my unredacted personal diary aimed at embarrassing and intimidating me, the only conclusion I can reach is that the sole reason he is calling me before this committee is to get me to say something, anything that could vindicate his repeated public pledges that I end up, in his words, quote, behind bars, unquote.

Well, I think a lot of Americans, if you did a poll, would want to see Dr. Anthony Fauci prosecuted. I think you'd find that across political lines, for the record. I don't think this is an obsession that Rand Paul has in particular, like he's unhinged or something. I think it's an obsession that definitely warrants accountability, unfortunately. the pardon essentially mutes that. But yeah, if we did a poll, I'm sure most people would want to see someone prosecuted from the COVID error. Not just people who were scamming the system with PPP loans or defrauding funds at the local level, even government officials. There's a lot of accountability there that I think American people would definitely want to see.
