We now have more information about that particular shooter. Also, California is in the news again for more fraud.

It just doesn't stop. We have so much to get to in this video, but let's start with what's happening at Old Dominion University. Take a listen. There were two deadly incidents today in the U.S., one in Michigan, the other in Virginia, just hours after Iran's new Supreme Leader vowed revenge. Authorities here in the U.S. have not yet officially tied it to the military action in Iran, but the two attacks come on a day when also Democrats in the U.S. Senate again refused to authorize funds for the Homeland Security Department as that partial government shutdown continues. We have Fox Team coverage. Alexis McAdams in New York has details of that incident in Michigan, and we're expecting a news conference soon. We begin with senior White House correspondent Jackie Heinrich. From the North Lawn on the Virginia attack, good evening, Jackie.

Good evening, Brett. The president was asked about both shootings today, one at the synagogue in Michigan, the other at Old Dominion University in Virginia. He said both were tragic. So far, only one's been confirmed by the FBI as an act of terrorism. Officials said lives were saved when our OTC students jumped in and subdued the shooter who died. President Trump has blamed Biden's open border for Iranian sleeper cells in the country, but he's also indicated that Americans should not be worried. The FBI says it's investigating a shooting in Virginia as an act of terrorism. Multiple federal sources tell Fox News the suspected gunmen who killed one person and injured two others at Old Dominion University

is a naturalized U.S. citizen from Sierra Leone. Muhammad Jalo was previously convicted of providing support to ISIS and released in December 2024. So we're essentially picking up where we left off earlier. We already know about the synagogue that was under attack. The shooter is dead, by the way. He was killed by a security guard burned in the blaze that he caused. But now we're going to shift gears to Virginia because there was a shooting at Old Dominion

University. And the interesting part about this is the reaction that is already unfolding from our politicians. Look no further to Democrats who end up saying things like this. This is Senator Slocke. Take a listen. But I will just say, everyone deserves the right to worship in peace. Everyone. And an act of anti-Semitism, an act of violence of hate, should be treated to the fullest extent of the law.

And I'm so sick of another one of these incidents all the time in my community, across the country, and I just, I think we need to acknowledge that we have a problem. And I'm just sick about it. So we will keep people posted. More will come out. We will learn about the intentions of this madman. But in the meantime, this is very personal. And I am, I'm just so sick of communities of all kinds, not being able to worship in peace.

and this time the Jewish community is again on the receiving end of abhorrent violence, and I'm just, I'm over it. Well, I appreciate her emotional reaction there. It's just, I wish she felt that way when we heard a Catholic school getting shot up, a Christian school, particularly a service that was shot up. She was nowhere to be found in those particular situations. Or the criminal legal aliens who continued to kill American citizens, or when your favorite commentator, Don Lemon,

also known as the best journalist in the world, and his crony stormed into a church and disrupted the service and harassed the pastor. She had nothing to say then. Now, let's go to what the president had to say after these attacks. Take a listen. I want to send our love to the Michigan Jewish community and all of the people in Detroit,

in the Detroit area following the attack on the Jewish synagogue early today. been briefed, fully briefed, and it's a terrible thing, but it goes on. We're going to be right down to the bottom of it. It's absolutely incredible that things like this happen. Yeah, now I think one of the biggest maybe bombshell details or shocking details out of this entire shooting in both of these situations, on one hand, we don't know much about the shooter at all. And on the other hand, we know about the other shooter because he used to be in the military. And the shocking thing is he was arrested for being inspired by ISIS. I mean, sharing information with ISIS.

I mean, why do people like that continue to run our streets? Right. I mean, you would think if you are caught communicating with the enemy, a terrorist group, you no longer can be a citizen of this country. You have to go. I mean, I think that's a worthy piece of legislation to bring to the floor. But let's hear more details about that. Take a listen.

Well, everything we don't know right now about the shooter in Michigan, we now do know about the shooter at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, where this individual walked into the class, asked if it was the ROTC class, then opened fire, we believe killing the instructor, wounding another person seriously before a third individual in the room took the shooter down. but the shooter has been identified as Muhammad Baylor Jailo, who was arrested in 2016 by the FBI for material support for ISIS. He was attempting to buy guns, which he allegedly believed were going to be used in an ISIS attack on U.S. soil,

and also allegedly attempting to travel to join ISIS. At the time he was a member of the U.S. National Guard, he was sentenced to 11 years, but got out early in 2025 and has been off the radar until he showed up today in that classroom committing this attack, which we have to, as you said, look at what are the odds as to what the motive for a former material support suspect convicted ISIS supporter would be doing, trying to kill a class of U.S. military people in a college. All right. So let's just take a break. I got to share this message because it's an important one,

especially for the people watch my show who happen to be on Medicare or you're thinking about getting on Medicare. You have to reach out to my friend's chapter. Why is that exactly? I think by now you would agree that the entire process is confusing, intimidating, frustrating. In some cases, you were sold that you were supposed to be on a particular plan. you actually go to use that plan and then you're stunned that you can't even use the doctor that you

want. There are countless stories about how frustrating it is for seniors out there who are on Medicare. So the next logical step is to talk to people that you could trust. And the reason you can trust them is because they've been saving seniors at least $1,000 a year on their health care costs. And they might be able to do the same for you. But you have to call them 323, 431, 5200. The number again is 323, 433, 4351, 52,000. 0-0-2-2-charge of your health care today. Now, I know I'm not in a position to issue an official motive from the FBI, but I mean, I don't think you have to do gymnastics to figure out the

motive here. Let me show you the photo of both of these terrorists. Obviously, the one on the left is the guy who did the synagogue situation in Michigan, and the one on the right is the one who went into the R2C area of Old Dominion University. They both share the same ideas, which is rooted in ISIS. So, you know, we'll let the authorities say whatever they are going to say. But again, it doesn't take a rocket science to figure this out. I mean, let's even go to this particular photo. Remember, it was Biden who said what?

Okay, so let me show you this particular video of the victim from Old Dominion University. He is the actual leader of the ROTC and professor of military science, Lieutenant Colonel Brandon Shaw. As you guys can see, decorate it there. Looks great. and I hope he's sitting nicely next to God himself. I really do. I hope he's in heaven. And I hope some type of closure comes to the family, as I always like to say,

because this is tough, you know, but he is one of the victims that they have identified. All right, so let me play you this next clip because I think what's going to happen here as time rolls on. They will blame the president. He decided to do this conflict with Iran, and he is the source of the problem here. But what they failed to tell everybody is how are these people in our country to begin with? Listen to this clip. Yeah. So, I mean, look, the bottom line is if our national security leaders thought that going to war with Iran would not result in impact here in the homeland, they were kidding themselves.

I mean, we know, for instance, in this, in this. situation. And there's a lot we don't know here. We don't know exactly. This person hasn't been positively identified, so we don't know exactly what his motives are. But the place that the registered owner of the car comes from, Dearborn Heights, has an enormous Lebanese population has been there for decades and decades and decades. So it's not beyond the realm of the possible to think that there might be people in that in that population who are personally touched by the violence that's happening back in Lebanon. There may be people in that population who are supporters of Iran or of Hezbollah. This is an area of counterterrorism investigations that's been

going on in that area for many, many years. We have found Hezbollah operatives in the United States before. This is not a new concept. So we have people here who might pose a threat to this country. We I deeply hope that the FBI is on top of their game right now because they are operating in a period of absolutely increased threat. And these are the type of things that people who are frustrated, who are filled with grievance, who are prone to violence, these are the type of acts that they'll engage in to draw attention to their cause. So, okay, so it begs the question for Democrats out there who continue to push back against ICE agents, against Border Patrol agents, against FBI, the federal authorities overall, how are we supposed to get terrorists like this out of our country? How are we

supposed to get criminals out of our country? How are we supposed to crack down on crime if you don't even want federal authorities going into sanctuary cities? Do you see how it comes full circle? It's fascinating. I mean, on one hand, they say, yes, please get the worst of the worst out of our country. But wait a minute, we don't want ice in our city. So which one is it exactly? I'll give you an example of that. Watch this exchange between Jessica and Jesse Waters. This is gold. Watch this. Great.

So I would advocate for you going and getting them because in these conditions, this is obviously going to be happening more and more often. The border was Trump's best issue. He is still in positive territory on securing the border making sure no one gets in here.

Who do you send? And what happens when all of these protesters show up to block you? Right. I don't. Who do you send, you send FBI, whoever the right. Not ice. Not ice. Are you guys really turning this into some sort of?

No, because we're used to it. We know that when you guys, like, you say get rid of the worst first, but then you didn't do that. And then you just pick up everybody. Because you guys let in everybody. But not everybody committed a crime. Jessica,

Fair amount did. People that cross the border illegally should be deported. Everybody knows that. Jessica, most of the country wants them all out. I can't believe you want to fight about this. literally take the L on it. They're having to do it. Commola took the L on it, Jessica.

On immigration, you have to redo the way that you do immigration. Mike Johnson's admitted it. We have to do a course correction. You have to tone it back. The course correction was electing Donald Trump. You guys. You guys. Sorry, guys. And you lost big time. Christy Gnome. Christy Gnome is now protecting the shield of America.

Oh, a much better job. All right. Well, bottom line is, Christy Gnome is gone. She's been replaced with someone who might be actually better suited for the job. We'll see if he gets confirmed, obviously. That's another conversation for another day. The bottom line is Democrats can't make up their mind. On one hand, they don't want federal authorities in their sanctuary cities, but on the other hand, they claim they want the worst of the worst gone. And when you're seeing these terrorist attacks that happen essentially every week

now, they better make up their mind quick. All right, let's go to this next story. It's a little lighter. Okay. I'll tell you that. This is about California once again in the news. So we have more information regarding this hospice fraud. Okay, at this point, Fox News, was able to figure out that a physician, his information, has been stolen and the fraudster's been using his information to essentially get away with $600 million of taxpayer money. Listen to it for yourself. The administration's health care fraud microscope is focused on California tonight.

Senior national correspondent William LaGenest tells us about one provider who does not even live in the state and is responsible for hundreds of. millions of dollars in billing. I'm looking for Dr. Faustina. This is his address of record with the medical board. He doesn't work here. He is your medical director, however. Isn't that correct?

He's not. Since when? I don't know. In December, New York Congresswoman Claudia Tenney asked the Trump administration to investigate health care fraud in L.A. The money's being sucked out of the system by these fraudsters. Specifically, she asked how a single physician, living out of state help providers build taxpayers for $600 million.

So let's pause. If this is happening and the amount is $600 million and that's one physician, imagine the amount that is still out there that they haven't uncovered. Think about that for a second. Now, while Gavin Newsom's making his tour around the country complaining about his disorder and attacking the president every day, he's got a lot of issues on his hand. I mean, just pick one. Homelessness, gas prices,

electricity prices, fraud, his wife and her nonprofit. I mean, the list goes on and on and on. It's fascinating. But the more fascinating thing, I suppose, is people will still look at Gavin Newsom and vote for the man. It's truly disturbing. Let's continue. Somehow, you are responsible for 29,000 patients.

And here's the billing information. That physician, 87-year-old Gilbert Faustina. These home health care agencies, but they're using your knowledge. I don't know them. Faustina lives in Las Vegas, but we met him at this apartment in Los Angeles. I'm not seeing anybody now. Last month, I saw about 10 or 15 charts when I would visit, but that's one day a week. Yet records suggest he filed 76,000 claims.

I don't do the billing. I've never billed Medicare for any of these patients. How many charts and so forth can you go through to approve their care? Oh, 15 or 20. But these documents suggest that you're seeing thousands of them. Well, the document is wrong. Federal documents show 335 providers build Medicare, $600 million over five years, using Fustina's physician number.

Yet he claims only to have contracted with three companies in this building. You guys know where this is going, okay? The reporter, the journalist, whoever goes to the building and starts asking questions and finds out, yeah, nobody's really there. I mean, this is fraud all over again. I mean, whether it's the hospice, now we're going to. got this, we got Minnesota. What is next? Now, the silver lining here, folks, is usually stuff like this one happened. I mean, we have to shout out to Nick Shirley because I think he really has lit a

fire under a lot of people and has really helped people take that next step and say, you know what, let me get off my couch, let me get away from my keyboard, and let me actually go to this place and start asking some basic questions. And when those questions can't get answered, it's pretty easy to see that the level of fraud is almost unexplainable. Let's continue. At this address, I have millions of dollars of health care provided at this location at both highlight and Ares and on call. There's more than 900 patients and $17 million has been billed out of this location. It certainly sounds unseemly to me. Dr. Ira Bayak is a national expert. They're all only serving a few patients, which keeps them at a level under the radar.

This isn't a mistake. This is a strategy. Records also link Faustina to 18 hospice providers. I am not associated with any hospice. And 3,000 claims. I'm not associated with the claim at all. I've never seen the claim. So what's going on?

Hospice in Suite 204. We visited several hospices billing under Faustina's Medicare number. Many look more like mail drops than medical offices. My name's William LaGena's, and I'm with five. We also spoke to one company that provides doctors and nurses to home health care agencies. He used to be employed with us as one of our supervising doctors. Days after receiving the tennie letter, Medicare ended Faustina's ability to seek reimbursement, and this company cut ties.

We are not sure what happened as well. You're not sure. We're not lose what happened. If there is fraud, Faustina says he's not getting a cut. So you think somebody's probably committing fraud on your behalf? Absolutely. Not on my behalf, on their behalf. Yeah.

Well, I think if he was actually defrauding, he probably wouldn't be living in a place like that. I think that's fair to say. I mean, there would be some evidence with shiny cars and, you know, I mean, that's kind of what usually happens with these fraudsters. They just can't help themselves. They have to get loud and shiny. He wants to get a lot of money. And I think their time is always coming, of course.

But this is definitely troubling because if you live in California, you're already complaining about gas prices, electricity prices. the quality of education and health care. It seems to me that your tax money is not really going to good use. I mean, it doesn't take a rocket science to figure out why people leave California. It's not that it isn't a beautiful state. It's a state where your money goes nowhere, except maybe in the pockets of these fraudsters and the politicians.

Let's shift gears to the Save America Act. New update, which I find to be stunning but also not shocking, is Senator John Federman has actually come out and oppose the piece of legislation. I guess you'll have to figure out if his explanation is a worthy one. Take a listen. Do you have time for a quick question on the Save America Act? No, I mean, I've been very front and center on it. I'm not sure what the agenda is. Now, if they have a serious conversation, that's just provide basic ID to vote. You know, like someone that could support that.

Okay, and what is it about the current legislation that you have a problem with? did support it before. Because it has no chance of passing. So like put up something that has a chance to maybe even pass, unless you just want empty kind of show votes. If they want that, that's their prerogative. I'll be a reasonable Democrat to say, showing ID to vote that's 83% of Americans agree with that.

71% of Democrats do. Make sure that you want to know who people are voting. Regular ID. You know, that's something I might get behind, not all the other things. So if you want to your feeling about the president's emphasis, hard emphasis on the so-called Save America Act. Well, there's a couple truths embedded in this conversation, too. I don't support in its current state to vote, save America. And the president is constantly critical on mail-in vote.

and that's ridiculous. It's safe. The president has been very clear on mail-in ballots. He's not talking about military or people who are disabled. They would be able to still vote by mail. He's talking about everybody else. But of course, I don't think the senator cares about that point. And again, if we talk about common sense, voter ID is a common sense issue. It's a 90-10 issue, not an 80-20, a 90-10 technically.

And Democrats will continue to distract everybody. by raging against this ABAC, by trying to make people believe that someone like me, a black man in America who has been oppressed for many years, who doesn't know what a computer is and can't read, is not going to be able to get the ID he will need to vote. Or my wife, who is a female, of course, she's married. She's not going to be able to get an ID either. Or maybe it's because we're too poor. I mean, they keep changing the goalpost, as you guys know.

But that's what's happening. So let's take you to this debate. This is John Cornyn going back and forth. So I don't understand how it could disenfranchise millions of Americans, and maybe he would explain. I'm happy to. Thank you for that question, because I think all of us should be aware of the fact

of what is required by this act when it comes to registering to vote. You have to present identification, correct? But your driver's license, which most people use and, of course of business, every single day is not acceptable. What is acceptable is a passport. 50% of Americans do not have a passport. Those who want to obtain it so they can vote

will pay $186 and wait three or four weeks for that to happen. Secondly, you can use a birth certificate. But any person who has changed their name as a result of a marriage or hyphenate relationship has to find not only their birth certificate but some correction of it to prove that they're eligible register to vote. No, the people who won't be voting will be the illegal aliens.

And here's the other thing. You guys know I like to play this game mentally. Let's say everything Mr. Durbin was saying is true. Okay, well, why don't you, federal government, create voter ID? Essentially, someone verifies their information through a federal government system and you mail them an actual ID card to vote in our election. Why not just do that? I mean, if you're so concerned that people are not going to have the opportunity,

they're not going to have the money, they can't figure out the actual documents, do it for them then. But they won't do that because they know that's not the actual issue. It's already been obviously confirmed that people who are already registered to vote, they don't have a problem. It's to people who will have to re-register because they've moved, they've changed their name, they've changed states, etc. On the Same America Act, what's your message to Americans who are incredibly frustrated with the pace at which this is moving?

I mean, it's virtually not getting done. And now Thune is talking about not even implementing the talking filibus or the way it was intended to work. Is there any way we can change this trajectory? I think it's not moving. I mean, that's the problem. It's completely stuck. And for those who say, all this is wild, this is extreme. No, it's not.

This is what we do in my home state of Missouri. We have voter ID. We have had for years. We have citizenship requirements. We have had for years. So this is not nuts. This is what most states do. It's just a few states who don't want to do it because they want illegals voting.

I think the Senate should pass it. And I think, as I said a second ago, if Democrats want to stall this and don't want to vote on it, they should have to go hold the floor like it used to be in the old days. They can go and talk as much as they want. But sooner or later, they're going to run out of time and then we would vote. And that's what I think we need to do. Well, as I continue to say, the fact that the Democrats have continued to leave DHS shut down, that means TSA agents are not getting paid.
