As far as the suspect, can you confirm whether the subject's of male, female, we've heard that it's a transgender person is that something that he has in terms of information so what I can say right now that we have identified the person the suspect by a birth name the birth name was Robert Dorgan we have also learned that the person does go by the name of Roberta also uses a last name of Esposito but again that will be all confirmed throughout the cost of the investigation as to their status that really doesn't have anything to do with the investigation do you have an age an age of the suspect

Uh, 1969 he was born. Do you know what the down was legally purchased? At this time, it's still part of the investigation. So we will be investigating the firearms where they come from, where they were purchased, and whether or not they had a permit to carry. Well, the van that was towed away from the scene, the white van, did that belong in this aspect? Uh, anything that was towed from the scene is obviously, we believe that it might be involved in some way. So as part of the investigation, we are taking all precautions to make sure that we investigate all evidence that we may feel that was part of the,

the scene today. Okay, so number one, as you heard there, that's the police chief confirming exactly who this person is, what they try to identify as, and that's exactly what you want from your local authorities. Secondly, people are now discovering that he, one day before the shooting, defended Congressman McBride. Now, what do I mean by that? Well, this post, writes, Tim McBride is a man. Community note this if I'm wrong. The shooter responded by saying, keep bashing us, but do not wonder why we go berserk. And that is, again, another red flag. Now, I want to show you something that I've found to be interesting. When you go to his account,

which is still up, by the way, he actually has me blocked. Don't know him, never met him, never seen him. But I guess he's seen my content and felt the need to block me. I'm not even Matt Walsh when comes to trans issues, which I find to be interesting. The other interesting thing is his recent history of what he was posting on X. A lot of it is Thomas Massey, MTG, and Alex Jones really focused on Epstein files. Investigators have identified Robert Dorgan as the shooter. So I want to walk you through what we know about him. Just take a look here at this picture.

This is from his social media profiles. They say he also went by Roberta. So Roberta Dorgan, and sources tell Fox he was dressed in women's clothing when he showed up to his son's high. game yesterday afternoon. These pictures are looking at her for months ago, Bill, but witnesses and people we've talked to who were at this hockey game say that this was something that happened pretty often where he'd show up in women's clothing. So according to documents obtained by our affiliate WPRI, Dorgan had a history of family disputes. So let's get into him. Some involving conflict over his gender identity because he had gender reassignment surgery back in 2020.

See, the thing that pains me about people who buy into transgenderism is they've feel like they're not accepted. Like they must change their identity. Like God did something wrong. And I'm here to tell them, no. God is perfect. Made you perfect. Now, obviously, physically, no.

Spiritually, yes. And the problem in today's society is this underlying negative belief, like we need acceptance from our community. We don't. We need God's grace. That's what we should be leading in on. But it's, again, unfortunate because it led to his divorce and reports of his erratic behavior. Listen to this.

So WPRI reports that in these court documents, his trans identity led to the divorce with his ex-wife, reportedly detailing, she said, that he had narcissistic and personality disorder traits along with the transition. So his social media profiles under investigation, I want to point this out, just one day, one day before he opened five, He was defending trans congresswoman Sarah McBride. He wrote this in part on X. Keep bashing us, but do not wonder why we go berserk. So they're looking into all of these things on social media. As investigators say, it was a targeted attack.

That's one thing they know for sure. Sources telling Fox it was a dispute within this family that led to the tragedy. So the gunman shows up, kills his ex-wife, and one of his own kids at the hockey game. Police say three others are in the hospital fighting for their lives. So, as I said yesterday, please continue to pray for the family. and hopefully, yeah, so as I said yesterday, please continue to pray for the family. But this is the latest update we have about the shooter. Name has been confirmed.

History has been confirmed. I think we pretty much know what the motive is here. But we'll let the obviously investigation go on and maybe there will be something new to report on later down the road. Let's go to our next story, which is also heartbreaking. A school teacher was killed in a traffic accident because of an illegal alien was running away. was running away from ice. Depending on which side of the political spectrum you're on, you know who's at fault here.

And has K through 8 confirming that Dr. Linda Davis was killed in a car wreck just blocks from the school that Whitfield Avenue. The cause, a man without legal status, fleeing a traffic stop with immigration's enforcement. WJCL 22 News's Lydia Blackstone is live now.

And Lydia, tell us more about how this crash happened. Good evening, Greg and Shannon. The Department of Homeland Services says that a man was fleeing ICE officials when he ran a red light and took an illegal U-turn right here. This is the exit you would take when going on to the Truman Parkway. It was then that he hit and killed a Chatham County educator. Broken glass and bent car frames being taken off the roadways in Chatham County after an early morning crash. The deceased, a beloved special education teacher, Dr. Linda, Davis who worked less than a mile away at Hess K through 8. While students were out for President's Day, Monday was a workday for teachers like Dr. Davis. So number one, again, I hope she's resting in peace. I really do. Two, listen, if you're going to flee, okay, federal authorities, even local authorities,

it usually doesn't end well. Which leads me to my third point. Why won't the people who really care about the lives of, illegal aliens, tell them that. If they got you and they're on you, don't run, because if you run, you put innocent lives in danger. That's exactly what's happening in this story. Some, because they hate ICE this much, will say, nope, this is ISIS fault. They should have not been trying to arrest them. They should have not been trying to chase him. News flash, this happens every single day in our streets. Local police involved in a car chase. It happens. The bottom line,

is people need to comply, especially people who want to have a chance to actually live in this country. Okay. Let's continue to hear about the charges he's facing and also what he looks like. Watch this. The school responding, releasing a statement saying, we should all expect and try to understand that there will be a variety of emotions and responses as to what has occurred. The most important thing we can do is to be supportive and encourage an open expression of feelings.

As for what led up to it, police say ICE officers initially attempted a traffic stop of 38-year-old Oscar Vasquez Lopez. The Department of Homeland Security says he was initially stopped, then sped away running a red light and making an illegal U-turn, which caused the deadly collision. DHS releasing this photo saying he was in the country illegally from Guatemala. Vasquez Lopez has been charged with reckless driving, driving without a valid license, vehicular homicide and other offenses. Ice policy says in regards to a situation like this, ICE officials use reasonable and necessary force when someone resist arrest. Ice officers and agents prioritize safety, including the safety of the people that they arrest and are highly trained in de-escalation. Vasquez Lopez is currently in custody in the hospital. Authorities say

he did not suffer serious injuries in the crash. Yeah, I mean, it's just really breaks your heart when you continue to hear stories like this. And the reason why we show them is a careful reminder that we are pushing for the right policies here. That mass deportations should happen. The guy had no driver's license. Okay. No business driving on the road. All right. And then when he's caught, he does the unthinkable. He runs leading to her death. So it's just a sad state of affairs in my opinion. All right. Let's go to our final update. And this is a good one, especially when you're talking about your health. But it starts with AI,

And those are benefits. But I don't believe it's ever going to override our intuition and the patient doctor relationships that exist. Hopefully that all makes sense to you.
