Starting point is 00:00:00 All right, two big stories for you. Number one, President Trump once again has accomplished something historic on the border. A new report is out. We're going to take a look at that. Number two, CNN did a sob story on a family who is self-deporting. We're going to debunk some of the lies on that. And then obviously show you both sides in this video and then give you the bottom line. Well, new data shows President Trump is keeping his promises to curb illegal immigration.
Starting point is 00:00:29 CBP shows illegal migrant encounters at the southern border plummeting to a historic low of 6,072 this past month. The Biden administration regularly had that amount in just one day. CBP is also reporting a second straight month of zero migrant releases. That's compared
Starting point is 00:00:45 to more than 27,000 last June when Biden was present. Okay, so as I always say, results tell the story. Men live, women nine numbers don't. A lot of rhetoric on both sides, including the media and how noisy it is, but you cannot dispute the results that President Trump has been able to get on the border is nothing short of historic and
Starting point is 00:01:03 in a perfect world, mainstream media, Democrats, independents, Republicans, they'd all be given the president credit because we've never seen something like this before. Now, that's great news as it pertains to border security. But when it comes to the mass deportation, one of the issues that have come up is this accusation that ICE agents are racially profiling migrants. Now, this is happening in Southern California. It led to the TRO that was issued by a lower core judge. It's already been appealed by the Trump administration. So we'll see what happens there. But in the meantime, ICE agents set down for an interview with Fox News to share their side of the story. Here's what they said. What if I was outside of Home Depot because I like to do
Starting point is 00:01:42 some work around the house, not dressed in a suit. Would I be a target of ICE enforcement under Tom Holman? Probably. And it's just wrong. So the senators worried that if he's outside at Home Depot, he could be arrested by ICE. What's your reaction to that, Paul? For me, I believe that, honestly, it wouldn't happen. There are protocols to how we operate out there. We're not out just randomly arresting individuals. There's a process to it.
Starting point is 00:02:10 And there is an interview. There is a ask, whatever we do, we identify ourselves. And of course, we're asking for identification. We're asking them to let us know who they are. And typically, if that person can, you know, without a doubt, say that, hey, I am a U.S. citizen, we walk away. There is no one out there who are criminals. We're not criminals out there just randomly picking up people. There is a process to how we operate out there on the streets. So the suggestion is that the operations are just roving, driving around,
Starting point is 00:02:42 rounding people up. What do you say to that, Andres? I would say that's not accurate. We have our targets. We know who we're going to pick up. And we have our plan before. We don't just go out there and look for anybody. We know who we're looking for. You know what's fascinating about this interview is the diversity that you see there. Okay, that's number one. And I'm using Democrats logic. Okay, so don't attack me on that point.
Starting point is 00:03:08 Number two, the fact that majority of them are Hispanic, which brings me to point number three, it's not about skin color, but what it's about is Democrats claim that what ICE is doing is dangerous. It's nothing short of Hitler and Nazis. and, you know, it's the crime of all ages. Okay, so if it is, why is most of your workforce Hispanic? Don't you think they quit? Don't you think they'd go on strike?
Starting point is 00:03:32 Don't you think they'd push back? So I think that in and of itself proves that what Democrats are trying to argue just isn't going to land. Now, again, I'll show you what both sides are saying. Here is the mayor in response to what she believes these ICE agents are up to. Take a look. A bulk of the executive directive was around the city family, but we also are filing a Freedom of Information Act, because we want to know who these mask men are.
Starting point is 00:03:57 We want to know where the people are that they're detaining. Do you know they've detained hundreds of people? Families don't know where their loved ones are. They don't know if they're in Los Angeles, California, or even in the United States. They don't have access to legal counsel. So the court decision that happened just last evening basically said that people do have to have basic rights. Okay.
Starting point is 00:04:20 So let's make sure we're all on the same page about what the RRourke. argument is from Democrats' perspective. They claim that ICE agents are racially profiling migrants. They claim that they're being racist towards them. They also believe that wearing mask is unconstitutional and is a threat to the safety of the community. So it begs to question, what do ICE agents have to say about this? Well, here's what they said. Take a look. What do you think about? Senator Padilla is also among some other lawmakers who believe that you should never be masked. We do see officers who are sometimes, agents who are sometimes wearing masks. Why are they wearing masks?
Starting point is 00:04:58 And should there be, you know, is there a good reason for that? What would you say to him? Because like you just mentioned, they're putting their information out there. I mean, you stated yourself. They're putting it out there to put our identity out there. And this is different from what's happened in the past. Like I said, police officers have always had cameras in their face in recent times. And this is being done intentionally.
Starting point is 00:05:21 you know, to put our information out there. It's not just our face. They're trying to get our information out there. It's a way of attacking the agency. There are officers here who have been attacked. There are officers who have families, and they are well-known in their communities. And they operate in a way to whereas many people
Starting point is 00:05:41 don't let their families, don't let other family members know, don't let their community know that they work for ICE. There is a sense of danger. The mask is a sense of security for them. And they feel as though, like, you know, many of them own businesses. They do things outside of ice. And it isn't the same world.
Starting point is 00:05:58 It isn't something that, in a sense, right, we can be proud of our job, but people are not proud of us and we're a target right now. Now, what Democrats don't want to accept on this issue is that not only are ICE agents being targeted at a level that's never been seen before, but it's actually happening to their family and to their children. Now, the difference between ICE agents today and your regular police officer is there's not a nationwide protests against police officers right now. There is a nationwide protest against ICE officers.
Starting point is 00:06:36 So given the current political climate, they probably will need to do something they normally wouldn't do. And what is that? They got to mask up because they don't want people knowing who they are because they're going to go after their family. Now, don't believe me, I want you to listen to this debate between Ben Ferguson and a radical Democrat who does not buy this issue. In fact, she says that this is what ICE agents signed up for, so they shouldn't be wearing masks. Hold on. I can speak this personally. I have a good friend of mine that is an ICE agent. And not only has his home been attacked,
Starting point is 00:07:09 they had to move out of the home, and his children were doxed on the internet by groups that took pictures and then found where he lived and then put his four, seven, and 11-year-old children's faces and connected to the wife's social media, including the grandparents, and said, this is public enemy number one. Okay. I don't agree. How would you feel if I don't agree with any doxing of children? Let's just say that.
Starting point is 00:07:35 But you just said it wasn't happening. But how about the agent? So, I mean, let's, I have no reason to doubt, Ben, and other people have said it. Let's say that's true. Wouldn't that justify they're wearing masks? Yes. No, I think that's a convenient excuse, to be quite honest. They weren't doing it before they were being dachshed.
Starting point is 00:07:49 Let's say, let's say your uncle was a nice agent and he was dachshed. And he was identified by visually. You sign up with a job. Would you say it to a soldier? Would you say that to a police officer? Police officers don't cover their faces. They don't put their bad. They have IDs because they have a legal responsibility.
Starting point is 00:08:08 That's not true. SWAT individuals do it all the time. If you knew about law enforcement, you would know what you just says. It's not true. SWAT team members do this all the time and cover their faces. No, me. Have for 30 years. No, me, I say, I know you said you didn't support the dots and kids, but let's say
Starting point is 00:08:22 it's factually correct that agents who don't wear masks might have their kids dots and that it's happened. Would you still oppose their wearing masks? Would you still oppose their wearing masks because I know that. But would you still say it's part of the job? Yes, absolutely. Okay. I told you, these people are lunatics.
Starting point is 00:08:38 Now, before I go any further, please listen to this special message from today's sponsor, American financing. I got to ask you a question. What if you could delay your next two mortgage payments? That's right. Imagine putting those two payments in your pocket and finally getting a little breathing room. It's possible when you call American financing today. If you're feeling stretched by everyday expenses, groceries, gas, bills are piling up. You're not alone. Most Americans are putting these expenses on their credit cards and there doesn't seem to be a way out and we can thank Jerome Powell because he refuses to lower rates. And that's why American financing can show you how to use your home equity to pay off that debt. You need to call American financing today before you get
Starting point is 00:09:17 to a point where you can't make those payments. Their salary-based mortgage consultants are helping homeowners just like you restructure their loans and consolidate debt all without upfront fees. And by the way, they're saving customers an average of $800 a month. So all you have to do is call now 866-890-9392. That's 866-890-932 or hit the link in the description below. As I stated, I mean, some of these people, and the way they see this is just lunacy, in my opinion, okay? And just to correct the record here, military soldiers, because I was one, we do wear masks. In fact, if you saw the people that were a part of the riots in Los Angeles, the National Guard troops, they were wearing masks. That is a normal practice.
Starting point is 00:10:02 As you heard, SWAT wear mask. And given the current political climate, which I already touched on, it makes sense why ICE agents are having to wear mask. Now, the unfortunate part, as I stated, Democrats are not going to see that because their argument is, ice agents are pulling loved ones off the street. Okay, well, I have a response to that as well. Two things can be true at the same time. You could be a loved one, and you cross the border illegally, which means you're subject to deportation. You can be a loved one, and you could have been in this country for many, many years, never got your papers in order, you're undocumented, you're not in compliance, and you also are subject to deportation. So unless we change the law, we shouldn't be surprised when you're not.
Starting point is 00:10:41 when we see people being detained and deported. This happened under Obama. Now, let me show you another example. Here is MSDNC and their take on this. Take a look. That same Miami Herald article, and there's so much more, but this article had a lot of stunning details in it,
Starting point is 00:10:55 includes what I would consider a jaw-dropping detail, that a Florida Highway Patrol officer told an immigrant's lawyer that anyone who, quote, appears Hispanic, needed to be sent to Customs and Border Patrol to have their license verified. And Latinos are the second largest racial and ethnic group in your state. What are you telling your constituents or people who ask you what they should do?
Starting point is 00:11:18 It's such a great question because we're getting flooded with those types of messages of folks who have legal status or have mixed families and don't know what to do. And I want to just affirm this point about how the overwhelming majority of those being detained have no criminal background because it doesn't start at this Everglades detention center. It actually starts to your point when folks get pulled over for small traffic. violations, end up in a local jail under an ice hold, have no ability to seek due process. The reality is that a lot of these folks don't have the money to even afford an attorney. What do I have to say about that, number one? Then you shouldn't enter the country illegally, or you should have your papers in order. Brings me to point number two.
Starting point is 00:12:00 What would happen to you and me if our driver license expired and we continued to drive every single day and we were pulled over? Sooner or later, we're going to get around. arrested and go to jail. The first time, if you get a nice officer, they may let you go, but most of the time, they're going to tow that vehicle. And if they catch you again, you're going to jail. I don't understand why when it comes to Democrats, they forget about law and order on this issue. We are a country of laws. If you don't follow the law repeatedly, then the consequences are what they are. Now, let's have a little fun, because in Portland, there was a
Starting point is 00:12:39 protest at one of the detention facilities. And now the Trump administration is pretty much getting smart and trolling these people by using President Trump's voice. You just have to take a look at this to understand. Watch. out of the area on the driveway to allow for vehicular traffic remain on the sidewalk or across the street. Everyone must leave this restricted area that may be subject to detention or arrest for failing to depart the restricted area. Thank you. Now, that's really good. I hope they continue to do that at all detention facilities, honestly.
Starting point is 00:13:30 But listen, let's be more serious here. Now, CNN, of course, they did a whole story about a family who was self-deporting. And this is no short of what CNN we would expect them to do, of course, because they have a particular angle in regards to undermining the president, in regards to undermining President Trump. And this, they believe, will do it. So what we're going to do is take a look at a few clips of this story and talk about it. Let's start here. These are the main pictures from our house that we didn't want to just throw away. Sasha Mendoza has the impossible task of packing.
Starting point is 00:14:07 up her family's life in Pittsburgh into a handful of suitcases. It's really hard to tell a four-year-old that they can't bring their toys or their stuffed animal. There's just not enough room. We can't put a stuffed animal and then have no pants. I've literally never felt anxiety the way that I have in the last few years here. So you are saying bye to the U.S. for good. For good, yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:27 Yeah, for good. Fearful of President Donald Trump's immigration crackdown, Sasha, her husband Julio, and their three kids are leaving behind the life they built together. Okay, so are you paying attention? You see how CNN likes to focus on only the details that are emotional and then they leave out the pieces of information that would make someone say, oh, now I see the full picture of what's going on here. This isn't trying to make me feel bad about these people who are self-deporting. In fact, this is a smart move that they are self-deporting because they're not in compliance with the law. And if I don't like the law, then I should be
Starting point is 00:15:05 advocating for my congressional leaders to change the law. I say that, like, almost every single day, I'm sure I sound like a broken record at this point. But that's what we see in this first clip. Now, let's go to this second clip where you literally see how they don't really think much of being undocumented. It's almost as if it's not a big deal for migrants. They could care less. Take a look at this. Julio is an undocumented immigrant from Mexico. Sasha and their three children are all U.S. citizens. They decided to make the move together only moments after. after Trump took office.
Starting point is 00:15:37 There was an executive order being signed. And that was her call for her, said, like, what do you think about moving to Mexico? And I said, honestly, at this point, yeah, let's do it. We're going to move to Mexico. We're going to move to Mexico, not today. And with that, the family began to wind down their lives, sifting through keepsakes and moving out of their home.
Starting point is 00:16:01 Say bye to the house. Bye, hi, hello. miss you when you were dating did it your status as being undocumented come up at all and then our first day we kind of like we're mentioning it without mentioning it and at one point he ordered a drink and he asked for extra ice and I said no we don't we don't do ice here and he was like hmm that was like the only thing we did so by the way we across the U.S. southern border when he was 11 years old and he's lived in Pittsburgh ever since one of his first concerns when we talked about moving is
Starting point is 00:16:34 Like, how am I going to watch the Steeler Games? Now, I don't know about you, but when I grew up, I used to watch a lot of Judge Judy. And one of the biggest lessons I learned from her is you cannot come to court with dirty hands. Okay? So this guy is literally sitting down complaining about ICE agents, I guess, racially profiling migrants, and that President Trump is being mean. But this guy has been in the country illegally since he was 11 years old, never applied for DACA, and never bothered to fix this situation.
Starting point is 00:17:01 Give me a break. Now, it may suck for the children. because they're having to leave and go to another country. But that's not President Trump's fault. You're the man of the house. You are the husband. You're the leader of that family. Why are you not in compliance for your family?
Starting point is 00:17:16 There are no limits on being a target. The only main concern is like he looks brown. He looks different. He don't speak English. He's the one. It doesn't matter. Your reaction to what that man has to say and what the process is. That's absolutely false.
Starting point is 00:17:35 And, you know, I can tell you the individuals and the offices and agents you interviewed today, I've worked personally with them, the one veteran Paul that you talked to, him and I've worked together since our beginning of our careers. And I can tell you what the men and women of ICE do every day is amazing work. They're not out there racially profiling. They're a professional law enforcement agency. And when, you know, rhetoric like that or statements like that get out, it totally diminishes what ICE does. Kind of like the statement you had from the representative in Rhode Island, where he talked about our neighbors being arrested by the Gestapo. Well, what that representative failed to bring up was the fact that he was an MS-13 gang member who had a pending charge for fentanyl distribution.
Starting point is 00:18:15 So that's the problem when people start politicizing the law enforcement mission of vice. It really degregates what we're doing and what we're doing for the American people. See, it's the rhetoric that really hurts the most because people who don't do their research and quite frankly don't actually. a few more brain cells, they eat it up. And, of course, they're getting that every single day because Democrats continue to hold hearings and say things like this. Take a look. And these ICE agents running around our communities
Starting point is 00:18:46 like masked bank robbers, terrorizing women, they're going to get themselves hurt, and I hope that doesn't happen. And we're already seeing women are being targeted by people who are impersonating ICE agents. Well, the interesting thing about what the congressman had to say there is what is his reaction to the individual who impersonated a police officer to murder the Minnesota lawmakers. Right?
Starting point is 00:19:13 There are people who impersonating police officers every single day. And what disturbs me the most about Democrats, because I get it. It's political theater. They're playing politics. They got to disagree. I get all that. But can you show an ounce of respect for the people who wake up every day, they put their life on the line to keep this.
Starting point is 00:19:30 countries safe and ICE agents are a part of that. And this actually takes me to the most disturbing thing to me personally is what about the children? The children that were released into our country with people that were not vetted. What about the children who have been sex trafficked in our country? Being abused, used. Democrats have nothing to say on that issue whatsoever. I mean, you see that what the left is trying to do is pit Donald Trump against these, you know, empathetic families who are self-deporting or having family members deported. But the reality is the vast, vast majority. I mean, we're talking well over 90% of the children who are being trafficked sexually or for child labor are Hispanics. Donald Trump,
Starting point is 00:20:16 Christine Ome, our ICE officers and our Border Patrol are the greatest defenders of Hispanic children who are being exploited and they are not getting the credit they deserve. And I believe Hispanics, good, normal Hispanic Americans, get this. And really, Claudia Scheinbaum, the president of Mexico and many of those Latin American countries, they should be thanking Donald Trump. Joe Biden lost over 300,000 children. You were with me, Will, when we were in Bedminster and I asked the president, will you help find that already six months have gone by?
Starting point is 00:20:52 We have found Donald Trump and Christine Nome have found 10,000 of them, and they continue to find them and rescue them. These are rescue operations. They are not anything less than that, and they deserve the credit for that. Yeah, they absolutely deserve credit for what they're doing, but we know they're not going to get it because it's President Trump's presidency, okay? So this takes me to the point where I want to hear from you guys in the comments section to this entire story, all right?
Starting point is 00:21:22 Number one, you have this judge who already issued a TRO accusing ICE agents of racially profiling and being racist. Do you agree with that? I know you don't, but I want to hear your thinking about that. Number two, what about these children like we just discussed? It's crazy that Democrats are silent on the fact that ICE agents have been finding these children. And number three, what do you think about CNN's little puff piece there where they try to tug on
Starting point is 00:21:44 your heartstrings and make you feel bad for someone who's been in the country since they were 11 years old, didn't apply for DACA, and stayed on. undocumented. I mean, what is the true excuse there? Let me know your thoughts about all that in the comment section below. Now, yesterday, Democrats suffered another major legal blow as the Supreme Court handed President Trump another huge win. They are allowing the president to downsize the Department of Education. If you miss out on that story and more from yesterday, all you have to do is click on it because it's coming up right now. You know,
