Let's talk about a few things to catch you up on what happened.
So what happened today?
A few things.
Number one, day two of the pre-trial, the Charlie Kirk assassination case happened.
And of course, new video footage came out, which we will show you.
The president scored a win with Walmart where they were able to drop their grocery prices.
But, of course, the media has a different spin on it.
And another Democrat has been caught sympathizing with the Supreme Leader of Iran.
Let's go to what happened with the Charlie Kirk case today.
At any moment, we expect the prosecution's second witness to take the stand again.
That is state investigator David Hull, who testified that he reviewed up to 20 hours of video related to Kirk's assassination at Utah Valley University.
He says he saw Robinson on video four times before, during, and after the shooting.
And then against the defense's objection, identified Robinson in court.
Would you please point him out?
out and identify something that he is wearing. Yeah, I believe that Mr. Robinson is between Ms.
Nestor and other counsel wearing a gray suit jacket with a dark tie and a light colored shirt.
Yeah, so it's been a while since we got to talk about this entire mess, because that's exactly
what it's been online in regards to people's opinions about what happened that day.
Just so we're all clear right up front, most of the evidence has not been released publicly.
There was plenty of video footage just today that no one's ever seen in public.
And this isn't even the actual trial.
This is pre-trial.
So there's much more that they're going to put out there that I think will provide a different perspective about how we see essentially what happened that day.
And there's really two things that stand out right now that's been dominating the internet.
One is some people say his microphone exploded, which, okay, I'm not even going to entertain that.
And secondly, that's not actually Tyler Robinson in the video.
It's someone else.
Let's continue.
The first witness yesterday was police officer Chris Bagley, who was on campus the day Kirk was killed.
He testified he heard the gunshot, saw Charlie fall toward the white tent, and then chaos as people started screaming.
One young man was having a seizure.
Shortly after, the officer discovered what he described as Tyler Robinson's sniper's perch on a roof with a screwdriver left behind.
Tyler Robinson's lead defense attorney, Catherine Nestor, cross-examined the officer.
He told Nestor there were not metal detectors.
on campus and he doesn't know for certain which direction the gunshot came from.
So my hope that as this continues to go on, more the video footage gets released, photos
get released, statements are released that shows what the prosecution's case is really built on.
And then what we should do as concerned citizens is look at the facts, look at the evidence,
and then make up our conclusions from there.
But the problem with the internet is they don't want to waste any time coming up with their
own conclusions, even though they're not experts in this type of an investigation. They have no
experience in investigating something like this, prosecuting something like this, defending something
like this. All right. So let's go to this newest video footage they released today of what they
claim to be Tyler Robinson. That is the prosecution and the witness that they called,
where they saw him in the parking garage. They saw him in the stairwell. But let's go to this
video footage. What do we see displayed here now? Go ahead.
This is a video of Mr. Robinson returning back to campus the same way that he did previously
on foot. And this takes just a moment. And why, well, let me ask you this. You believe this is
Mr. Robinson returning to campus? I do, yes. And what do you believe is Mr. Robinson?
The shoes are the same and the images that we have are
From my viewing and seeing Mr. Robinson on the video, it's the same person.
He's noticeably wearing different clothing.
He is wearing different clothing, and he also is walking with a gate or a limp in this video.
With a gate or what?
A limp.
Okay, so that's the third item that is up for debate.
You have the exploding mic.
You have the idea that it's not Tyler Robinson, and then you have this idea that whoever
that person is in the video does not actually have a rifle in their pants because if you carry a
rifle in your pants particularly your pant leg there's no way you would be able to walk now i i would
just say if we wanted to use common sense you should test it for yourself and what's interesting is
if you are wearing jeans that are not tight right and definitely has room you can walk with a rifle
in your pant leg and what time is this it's just afternoon about 1215
On what day?
On December, sorry, December, September 10th, 2025.
Okay.
What just happened or what did we just see happened?
The individual actually kind of rolls over the railing onto the roof of the Lossie building.
All right.
All right.
And again, in the top left corner, the individual is now seen running across the rooftop of the Lossi building to what would be the southwest corner of the building.
crouching down and then crawling to the corner of the building.
And this is at what time?
Around 1223.
I think the timestamp on the video is 1222.
On the 10th?
On September 10th, yes.
So we're clear.
This is the roof of the low C building.
Correct.
Can you still see that individual?
Yes, you can lane prone.
All right.
Now, that video footage is also a problem.
And why I say it's a problem is because this always happens in these type of cases, right?
You don't always get the video footage you would ideally like.
For example, Carmela Anthony, we had video footage, but we didn't have video footage inside the tent, right?
So, I mean, you can only use what evidence you have, right?
Whatever video footage you have, they don't have an actual camera on the roof pointed at whoever the gunman was that day.
Okay.
So of course, people who disagree with the entire narrative, they're going to base their criticism on that very idea.
Hey, there's no evidence proving Tyler Robinson was there that day.
There's someone that looks like Tyler Robinson, but maybe he's a little shorter.
Maybe he's a little taller.
There's a lot of people who were wearing that particular shirt color.
That sounds like what the defense should be saying, by the way.
But this is what we're going to hear in this entire case.
All right.
One more. Here is video footage of him parking his vehicle. This is footage we haven't seen before.
Near the Utah Valley University campus after the assassination of Charlie Kirk. You can see Tyler Robinson parking the car, getting out of the car, returning the car, driving away.
The Utah Department of Public Safety says they identified this car as Robinson's because it has
really unique wheels. Now, I honestly believe that the reason why the prosecution wants to even do it
this way, and obviously the judge is approving this technique, is the prosecution has not been able
to dominate the narrative in the public about this case. For better or for worse, in these cases,
the last thing an attorney needs is the public being so loud that it could essentially taint
the jury. I mean, if you think about it, it happens.
And so I think this is an opportunity for the prosecution to release evidence that nobody has ever seen before except them, an evidence that makes it crystal clear, at least more than what we've seen up to this point about what happened that day.
And I think that's the only way a lot of these conspiracy theories are going to be put to bed.
All right, let's go to our next update.
And this is in regards to Walmart.
So unfortunately, well, let me say this.
Fortunately, the president has intervened in a corporation like Walmart to ensure prices are coming down for Americans.
So Walmart drops their prices, but they don't give any credit to the president.
Let's take a look at that now.
Walmart is slashing prices on thousands of items, including beef.
Now, remember, record high beef prices have strained the wallets of U.S. consumers for months now.
Other price cuts include produce, household products, toys, and apparel.
The retailer says they are to help customers make the most of money.
the summer season. On Monday, President Trump appeared to take credit for the move, but a statement
by Walmart made no mention of the administration's involvement in the decision.
Well, let's talk about the mechanics behind all this. Why is it that Walmart could drop their
prices essentially whenever they want? It's because they, in a sense, if I'm going to oversimplify
this, they own the supply chain from where it's originally coming from to when it arrives
on the shelf, right? They have ultimate leverage of what's happening there, meaning they have the
best prices. And so they could eat the cost, essentially, if they had to drop down the prices
for their groceries. And so what's happening now as a TDS reaction, MSNC is complaining that
Walmart is doing this because what about all the other corporations? If Trump did intervene
here and got his way and was able to get Walmart to drop their prices, what about the other
companies? The president is now applauding Walmart leaders calling them patriots yesterday
after they announced that they're cutting prices on thousands of items like beef,
Coca-Cola, and other things that you're normally buying in Walmart, right?
So the president is praising these giants who can also afford to do that.
What if you're one of thousands and thousands of other companies in this country
who cannot call the president and say,
let me hook you up with this or that companies that could you,
what happens to all of them?
Because when we talk about the stock market soaring,
we can all list a ton of companies that aren't soaring that are struggling,
but don't have the ability to offer Trump a golden ticket.
So I think that's the smart question, a smart way to think.
Bam!
You win the segment, right?
Thank you.
For the Democrat socialists out there, isn't this what you want?
Don't you want grocery prices to come down?
I mean, I thought this is what you are running on.
Okay, so there's that.
Secondly, I think they can't even celebrate it or acknowledge it because Trump is involved in
some way.
It's interesting.
But more importantly, secondly, here, this is temporary.
It's not like Walmart's going to lower their prices for that.
20 years. I mean, this is a summer thing, right? Seasonal. So we have to take that into consideration.
And number three, it's not the government's job to bail out companies every single day. They know
what they have to do to compete in this market. They know when they can drop their prices.
They know when they can. That's on them to focus on and worry about. Some of these prices,
Dana, are extraordinary. Yeah. I put on a screen, corn on the cob goes to 25 cents. It was 68 cents.
What's up with that? Red cherries are cut in half.
Well, the thing is for me.
I don't get it.
Okay.
How can you drop 50% on this?
Well, we don't know how long.
Well, yeah, you know, listen, they're in, they're for-profit businesses, okay.
But again, though, this gives them an advantage over the small companies that,
because food costs is the number of concern for a lot of these households,
you go out and you're going to go to Walmart and drive maybe a couple extra blocks or miles
to save money on this kind of stuff.
These are extraordinary savings.
They're already known for their savings.
but this even drives at home even more.
All right.
So bottom line is this.
When the president does something to improve the economy,
he gets zero credit.
The company he went to to make this happen,
Walmart gave him zero credit.
And then you have MSDNC complaining on behalf of the corporations
because they haven't been able to drop their prices.
And Democrat Socialists of America
who want prices to come down with groceries are silent.
I mean, this is just out of hand.
You just can't make this up.
And all of this, the person who is not recognized the most is the American people.
This is what they deserve, right?
Shouldn't people be able to afford groceries in America?
And the networks should be able to celebrate that move?
All right.
Let's go to our next update.
This is a Massachusetts political campaign organizer who's been exposed for essentially mourning the death of the late Supreme Leader of Iran.
Now, obviously, this comes as there's more strikes in Iran, by the way,
that just happened about an hour ago.
But this just goes to show how far gone Democrats really are.
A Massachusetts-based Democratic political organizer is drawing backlash for praising the dead leader in Iranian state media coverage of the days-long funeral for Ayatollah Kameen.
Kayla Walsh previously campaigned for several Bay State progressives like Senator Elizabeth Warren and Boston Mayor Michelle Wu.
But now she had this to say about the dead dictator.
He was a leader to all people of the world who struggle against imperialism, against arrogance, against Zionism, against genocide.
To me, he was the greatest anti-imperialist leader to have lived during my lifetime.
You know, when I hear that statement from her, I'm not even shocked.
Okay.
But what I am shocked by is that people are not noticing what's happening in United States of America and the political system here.
If you even care to see what happened in my latest video when we were talking about,
the view defending Grand Platner.
Margie Taylor Green was on there, and she essentially didn't even want to talk about the victim
who alleged that Grand Platner raped her.
She wanted to talk about how Israel and APEC and Jews are involved in all of that.
That's how bad it is, folks, that the Jews is what's the problem in our planet.
It's what's wrong with America.
Everything that is wrong in our country is because of Israel.
And so, you know, if you're running as a candidate, particularly on the Democrat side and you support Israel, it's over for you.
That's how bad it's gotten.
Okay.
Let's go to more of her clips where essentially she says the unthinkable.
I'm from the United States.
Margbar, America.
Margar, America.
So just quickly, that statement is literally her chanting death to America.
She has a First Amendment right to chant that, of course.
but I find the irony, particularly in females, who run to Iran when they're not even from there,
and spew this type of rhetoric.
I find it very interesting.
And also the fact that you have these leftists who cry about women's rights and how women in America don't have equal rights,
but they want to support Muslim countries.
I don't know how you make sense of that either.
Okay.
But then she goes on and makes the case that America has humiliated itself with this war with Iran.
Salam, my name is Kala Walsh.
I'm a journalist originally from the United States, but I live and work in Lebanon.
And this is my third visit to Iran.
The U.S. and Israel were mistaken in thinking that by assassinating the leader, that they could overthrow the Islamic Republic.
In fact, this aggressive move, this audacious move has actually only had the opposite of
effect and that the people. Okay, so just a couple of things. You heard that she's a journalist.
She's from America and this is what she's doing. Okay. You know, you can do whatever you want,
right? It's a free country. I just, in my opinion, I think there'd be better things to dedicate
your life to, but that's okay. Secondly, you can argue the merits of this war, of course.
I think at this point, nobody wants it anymore. I mean, I told you guys as time goes on,
it's going to become a problem for the president, and obviously is at this point because it's easy.
to get into a war, it's hard to get out of one. And if you're going to do this, right, and you want to
take out this, you know, terrorist leadership, so to speak, then you really got to go all the way.
And I just don't think politically America is willing to put up with that, essentially. And finally,
I wouldn't, even if I disagreed with President Trump on everything regarding Iran, I still wouldn't
sound like I'm sympathizing with this terrorist regime.
more determined than ever in favor of the revolution in defending the Islamic Republic and defending
Iran's sovereignty. And there is still continuity in the leadership of the revolution. Now, I think
it's fair to say that despite us not trusting the U.S. and Israel to fulfill their agreements,
we know this war is probably not over, but it's still fair to say that the U.S. has been more
humiliated than it has ever been before. Well, you know what, she does make a good point.
I think sometimes, and I'd probably say most of the time when America decides to intervene in the Middle East, the opposite ends up happening. Okay, it's easy to have certain intentions. It doesn't mean the outcomes will match those intentions, right? And so, again, this is part of the president's legacy. He's either going to be able to win on this part of history or he's going to lose. That's going to be on him to clearly defend. And the only way to defend it is seeing what the results are going to be in the end. But as we sum up this in time,
video, guys. Pre-trial for the Charlie Kirk assassination case. When there's new stuff that comes out,
we will talk about it, obviously. DeVorey's not interested in coming up with every single conspiracy
theory in the book. I like to see the actual facts that haven't been released to the public before I come
up with my conclusions. Secondly, I think the president is trying to make an effort in regards to
what's happening in the economy. But again, this whole thing with Iran is a huge
distraction. So whatever he does is going to continue to get overshadowed, especially because in
breaking news, as I said earlier, the U.S. just executed more airstrikes on Iran. So, you know,
it is what it is. And of course, Democrats, they will sympathize inside with terrorists all day
long. I think that's very clear. What do you think?
