Starting point is 00:00:00 In today's video, the $1.8 billion anti-weaponization fund is causing a lot of heartache on Capitol Hill. It actually led to a heated argument between Congressman Byron Donald's and Pamela Brown on CNN. We'll also be reacting to the NWACP and what they're doing to black athletes. Let's hear the summary on this story. Take a look. The newly announced nearly $1.8 billion, so-called anti-weaponization discretionary fund, is already seeing pushback from lawmakers, even from members of the president's, own party. Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania told reporters yesterday he's going to try to quote, kill it.
Starting point is 00:00:39 Congressman, what do you make it this $1.7 billion fund for, you know, parties? We're going to try to kill it. You're going to try and kill it? Wow. Okay. And how? Well, we're considering legislative options. We're going to write a letter to the AG to start, but we're considering a legislative option. Okay. We're trying to unpack exactly, you know, what the legal machinations are, but can't do that. Can't do that. The congressman sent acting Attorney General Todd Blanch this letter
Starting point is 00:01:08 yesterday demanding more information on the fund. It reads in part a massive discretionary fund with no oversight or approval from Congress represents a dangerous backsliding in the transparency of our institutions and our commitment to the American taxpayer. Okay, so this announced
Starting point is 00:01:23 that from the administration has definitely turned some heads. Now, the criticism that you guys will hear about is the wrong one, in my opinion. As I often say on the show, I think people make the wrong arguments about what this administration is doing every time they disagree with something. So allow me to make the correct argument. And here it is. Even though these people were wrong by the previous administration, no doubt about that. The grievance is real. People were targeted for political reasons. No doubt about that either. Even the president experienced that. But by implementing this
Starting point is 00:01:57 fun. He is now setting up the next administration to do the same thing. So the question is, is it worth it in the end? If we do it, which triggers them to do it down the road, is it worth it? That's a phenomenal question. All right, let's go to Byron Donald's because he has been endorsed by the president to run for governor of Florida. And he got into an heated argument with the CNN host over this very issue. Let's take a listen. There were many people that the Biden Justice Department overcharged with respect to what happened on January 6th. That is a fact. That's what happened if you look at some of the trials that were conducted during that time period.
Starting point is 00:02:34 Number two, that fund, as I understand it, is open to anybody, Republican or Democrat, independent, no matter what your political viewpoints are, if you were subject to a weaponized prosecution by the federal government, then that fund is available in order to make the necessary payments, quite frankly, for pain and suffering and mental anguish with your government choosing to persecute you for political purposes. Yeah, but as you know, people have pointed out that this is primarily going to benefit Trump allies and to be clear, Congressman, yes or no, should individuals convicted for violence against law enforcement, law enforcement that continues to protect you on a daily basis as a member
Starting point is 00:03:16 of Congress, be eligible for compensation from the federal government. Yes or no on that? Well, no, it's more detailed than that. You're just saying yes or no. They're convicted. Convicted of attacking a police officer. Let me explain why. The question that remains is who can actually benefit from this fund?
Starting point is 00:03:33 Anybody at all levels? There's plenty of people who were wrong by the federal government in the previous administration, even wrong by local governments. Will they get paid too? What about content creators, influencer, podcasters, who were banned off social media because of COVID and also they had a disagreement with the Biden administration. Do they get compensated too? These are questions that should be answered, by the way, because it really frames the debate.
Starting point is 00:04:04 And so that's kind of one of the things that came to mind when I first heard about this. All right, here's where things go off the rails. You are a fiscal conservative and you're running as such for governor of Florida. Is it a fiscally responsible decision for the Trump administration? to launch this $1. billion fund when Americans and Floridians in particular are struggling with high gas prices. Well, you're conflating issues. No, I'm not.
Starting point is 00:04:30 If you want to talk gas price, yes, you are. I am not complaining issues. I'm a vehicle for the concerns that come from everyday Americans. Let's be very clear. Let's be very clear about gas prices. The reason why oil prices are high on the world market is because the Iranian regime, once again, a theocratic dictatorship, is wanting to force the straight clothes because they would rather foment terror and have nuclear weapons, and they want to put pressure on the West through
Starting point is 00:04:55 oil prices. That's why gas prices are high. That's not because of economic policy in the United States. That's because of the Iranian regime's death grip on power. That's a very different situation. President Trump launched this war, and then the Iranians shut down the Strait of Hormuz. That is an accurate statement, correct? You just said, you just said what I just said. The Iranians shut down the Strait of Hormuz. Why did they do that? They shut it down because they are trying to inflict economic pain on the rest of the world because they would rather have a nuclear weapon. They would rather put those nuclear weapons on the tips of their ballistic missile systems, which, by the way, they lied to the world.
Starting point is 00:05:30 Those ballistic missile systems can go 4,000 kilometers, reaching our allies in Europe, reaching American bases overseas. And they are so hell-bent on having that. They would rather inflict pain on the world when it comes to oil prices. All right. So Pamela Brown, going back and forth with Congressman, Byron Donalds represents exactly what the debate is. If you hate the president, you're screaming high gas prices right now.
Starting point is 00:05:56 You're screaming that he broke his promise in regards to no new wars. If you support the president, you're like, this technically isn't a new war. This is a war that he's finishing because Iran has been at war with us for 47 years. And Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. And the president's been saying this for at least 30 years. And so both sides are not even remotely on the same page. So that's why I thought this exchange was really mind-blowing because I'm like, yeah, this is exactly what the problem is. I don't want to see high.
Starting point is 00:06:29 No question. Iran wants to inflict pain. But let's be very clear. The false lies with the Iranian regime, not with the president of the United States. You can make that argument, but let me follow up on that. It's not an argument. It is an empirical fact. It is not an argument.
Starting point is 00:06:41 It is what is happening on the ground. that the U.S. and Israel launched the war, and then the straightforward moves became an issue. So President Trump was asked about this and said, as you're negotiating, should you factor in, is it weighing on you, American's financial situation, such as the gas prices? And he said, quote, I don't think about American's financial situation. He later doubled down on that comment, calling it a, quote, perfect statement. I'd make it again. Do you agree with that? I think when the president is trying to figure out how to bring this Iranian conflict to an end,
Starting point is 00:07:13 He is thinking about making sure that the Iranians do not have a... Yeah, I mean, listen, it's clear that those are two separate issues, the high gas prices because of Iran, and this $1.8 billion fund. You guys let me know in the comment section if you support the fund or do you see a problem with it based on the idea that the following administration may do the same thing, if that makes sense. All right, let's go to our next update. It's called Venice AI. You already know that they tell us that our personal data is not being sold, but it is. Your chat history when using chat GBT for an example is being saved, even though they tell you that it's not. And I'll even show it to you. In this story that I'm about to update you on, this is in regards to the arsonist who truly was behind the Pacific Palisades fire.
Starting point is 00:08:00 I want you to hear what Brett Baer says about the case and the evidence that is being included by the judge. Take a look. Fox 11 in Los Angeles says a federal judge rules AI-generated images showing a city in flames and people fleeing cannot be presented at the upcoming trial of a man accused of starting last year's deadly Palisades fire. Instead, jurors will hear about the prompts. The suspect entered into Chat-GPT to create the images. The Palisades Fire burned 6,800 homes and killed 12 people. So imagine that. Chat-GBT-GBT is saving the prompts at a minimum, which means they have to. to be saving the personal data. How else would they have known that it was him? This is crazy. It really is. Starting point is 00:09:01 All right, let's go to our next update. NWACP still is experiencing a lot of backlash after they called for young black athletes to boycott their life-changing money, their life-changing opportunity for politics. Take a listen to this. The NAACP and several top Democrat leaders are calling for black student athletes and fans to boycott college sports programs in the South. This in response to red state redistricting. Ridiculous. Griff Jenkins joins us live from Washington with the details. Good morning, Griff. Yeah, good morning, fellas. Hey, so much for sports transcending politics, because the Congressional Black Caucus and the NAACP are now urging black college athletes to boycott state schools in southern states. Take a look here. You can see in the list. It's particularly SEC
Starting point is 00:09:46 programs, and they're doing it over GOP-led gerrymandering of congressional maps following that Supreme Court ruling on the Voting Rights Act with the House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries leading the charge. In the absence of fairness as it relates to black political representation, there should be know athletic participation as it relates to institutions that are housed in states that are experiencing a dramatic return to racially oppressive Jim Crow-like tactics. The NAACP issuing a statement saying the NWACP will not watch the same institutions that depend on black athletic prowess to fill their stadiums and their bank accounts remain silent while their states strip black communities of their voices.
Starting point is 00:10:34 is now this so-called out-of-balance campaign targets athletic programs that generate over $100 million annually, and it's pushing athletes to delay commitments and coaches and athletic directors to take a public stance. So we've talked about this issue, I think it was a couple of days ago, and here's the bottom line. Who pays the price and who has to deal with the consequences when these athletes go down this road
Starting point is 00:10:58 of boycotting their opportunities? See, isn't it interesting that the same organization, organization, the same politicians who cry about black people not getting opportunities, want those opportunities to be taken away because they want them more engaged in political activism. How do you make sense of that? You see, if it was me, you stick to politics, let them stick to athletics. They have no business being involved in this. They're getting an opportunity to rise out of poverty, some of these kids, rise out of a terrible situation.
Starting point is 00:11:33 and you want them to focus on something they don't understand, you got to give me a break. That is insane. Mind you, no African-American voter, no black voter in this country has lost any political power whatsoever. What's going on with redistricting, what happened with the Voting Rights Act ruling in the Supreme Court, it did not take away the voting power of anybody in this country,
Starting point is 00:11:56 white, black, or otherwise. And what you're seeing out of the NAACP and this rage from Democrats is, It has nothing to do with black voting power. It has nothing to do with black representation. It has everything to do with Democrat voting power and Democrat representation. So what they're doing now is they're asking these athletes, these gifted African-American athletes who go to these big schools and make millions of dollars doing it now with the NIL. They're asking them to stop doing that.
Starting point is 00:12:22 Somehow, Hakeem Jeffries and the NAACP have contorted themselves into believing that we need to re-segregate the South. That's effectively what they're calling for. But if you were to listen to people who actually support this move, they would say that's not what they're calling for. In fact, they would double it down and say, hey, we've used this technique in the past to create political change in America. When we shut down the local economy, when we cause economic harm, we can get what we want. That's what they believe. I'll prove it to you. Let's go to Sonny Holston.
Starting point is 00:12:54 Here's what she had to say about it. Take a listen. I think that there has to be strategy. I mean, you know, athletes have been involved in protests and politics for a long time. Yeah. Remember the Olympics and you had, you know, John Carlos and you had Muhammad Ali. But these were athletes that were established already. These college athletes stand to get a free education.
Starting point is 00:13:17 They stand to make money because of the NIL now. And so I think it is asking a lot. But I think it's economic damage and economic harm. has long time been a very effective tool in civil rights. Here's what the NWACP had to post just hours ago. They gathered on the steps of the Tennessee Supreme Court following oral arguments in the NWACP, Gloria Sweet Love versus the state of Tennessee governor
Starting point is 00:13:44 for challenging the unlawful process leading to adoption of the state's racially discriminatory, congressional map. And so that is the issue. When everything is racist, nothing is. Right? I mean, that's what they're doing. If everything is Jim Crow, then nothing really is. It's really sad what the NWCP has become. When you're advocating for young black men who are trying to get ahead to put those opportunities to the side, to engage in political activism, especially with something they don't understand, as I said earlier, because that's not their willhouse. You're doing the very opposite of what you say your organization is about. Make it make sense. Okay, so this next story, it definitely doesn't make any sense, but I will try to make it make sense because this is an individual running to be in Congress.
Starting point is 00:14:39 And the way she's doing it is by twirking on the camera and posting it on social media using sexual behavior, of course, to whip up votes for her campaign. And I want to get your guys' reaction to it if you haven't seen it already. Well, twerking her way into office. At least that's the hope for a local want-to-be politician. Her TikTok videos might make you blush, but they're gaining some serious traction tonight. I am an ethical person. Do you think that twerking is going to get people to the polls? Pardon the pun?
Starting point is 00:15:14 Oh, I know. Yeah, honestly, like I said, men are kind of, we all know how they are. Look at the men that are in power now. hopeful Shelby Campbell says sex sells twerking for your vote in the 13th district. I'm classy. I'm classy. I'm not. I don't do only fans like everybody just keeps saying. I was just having fun. You know, I'm young, and I'm taking advantage of social media. She says she's got booty and brains, a law student, mom of two and former line worker, now making cheeks blush across TikTok
Starting point is 00:15:50 in an attempt to clench votes. On one hand, she's accomplished what she wants. wants to accomplish already because we're talking about it. The purpose of doing so is to get attention. I mean, it is step number one in sales. You got to get somebody's attention. This is her way of doing it. I wouldn't do it and I don't support doing it that way. But that's what she's doing. Okay. So that's number one. Number two, she's not the only candidate coming from the Democrat side doing radical things to get people's attention. So this should be nothing new. Now, will this actually end up getting her elected? I don't think so. But it's possible. said I'm a I'm a great but would you know what if you saw one yeah what was behind all
Starting point is 00:16:33 that they were calling me a so I just like to be sarcastic and if you're going to call me names I'm going to make you feel awkward for doing so like I'm just going to dish it back because why do you think you can talk to me like that you know her opponent incumbent congressman shri tanidar whose campaign strategy is let's say more traditional what's your thoughts on him just want younger people in office and he's a millionaire so I don't have that and he does so it's very hard for him to relate to the people doubling down on the critics with more posts to come can we expect more uh maybe controversial videos from your tic-tok yeah oh yeah of course I have to keep it going a little bit like I don't know what sadder is the fact that this is what she has decided to do in order to get elected
Starting point is 00:17:20 or the district that she would potentially represent has been failed every step of the way I mean the guy in there now, he has filed more articles of impeachment than actual pieces of legislation. I mean, he's an example of what's wrong with Congress. But it's not for me to tell someone how to live their life or how to sell themselves to get votes. But I will call this out because in this next clip, here she is, in my opinion, disrespecting the military. Take a look. Quit thanking the troops for sacrificing their lives.
Starting point is 00:17:51 Let's start saying, hey, government, how about you go fight? these wars if you decide. I don't want to thank these men and women who join the military because they had no other option. Like they didn't want to go to school. They didn't have the resources. They don't have the knowledge.
Starting point is 00:18:09 They don't have people that love them. And they go to the military. Military praise on vulnerable populations. All right. So peak ignorance would be the best way to describe her. People in the military they joined for a multitude of reasons.
Starting point is 00:18:24 You join because your family has done it. So your program to do it literally. You join because you have nowhere to go. Or you join because you're trying to get ahead because of your, you know, career. Maybe you went to college. You want to be an officer or something like that. Maybe it's a step in that direction. Maybe you want to do a little military and then get into politics.
Starting point is 00:18:42 You know, everybody has their thing. And they should be thanked for their service, just like first responders, just like law enforcement. And just like parents who stay together and parent their children. in the proper way. People should be thanked for doing the right thing for our country. But I don't think that's in her nature to do so. And that's all I'm going to say about that, because if I say what I really think, then it'll turn into a whole rant. So why don't you tell me what you think about these stories in the comment section below? What do you think of this $1.8 billion fund to compensate people who were wrong by the Biden administration? Good optics, bad optics,
Starting point is 00:19:23 do you support it or not? Do you believe the next administration will probably do the same thing? What did you make of the NWACP and this woman running for Congress? Make sure you hit that like button, share the show with your family and friends, and please not forget to subscribe to the channel.
