So we have another fatal mistake that has been made by a judge that was appointed by Gavin Newsom. Her decision has laid to another senseless murder at the hands of an illegal alien. Let's take a listen. Good morning, Bill. Did the California justice system fail this victim at least twice? It let his accused killer go free when he could have remained in jail twice more. It could have honored an ICE detainer to deport him. Instead, each time, judges sided with Marcos Arate Valdez, who last week allegedly killed Todd Stewart. who confronted Valdez while trying to steal from his garage.

His criminal record, well, last year, Valdez's girlfriend accused him of domestic violence. She got a restraining order. He violated that, but instead of jail, he got diversion later accused of... Let me pause that because he's going kind of fast. So Mr. Valdez accused of domestic violence in 2025. He's in the country illegally, by the way. April 2026, accused of robbing someone. August 4th, he's arrested again for violating home detention.

So obviously someone was tracking him, maybe ankle monitor or something like that. The judge releases him again and what happens? A judge released him on home detention. He violated that pretrial release. Yet again, a judge released him. The next day, Stewart is stabbed to death. I'm glad they arrested him. It won't bring Todd back.

I don't understand why he was on the street. Those are the stories we keep hearing, but certain people let out, and then they go and commit more heinous crimes. The judge who released Valdez record, say Newsom appointee Nichelle Holmes, who told the law journal, quote, justice does not always mean a prison sentence.

Sometimes it means a treatment program or intensive counseling, and sometimes it means dismissal. Well, last year, ICE asked the county, to hold Valdez on a detainer. As a sanctuary state, it refused. And there it is. There it is.

What did Stephen Miller call it? Judicial tyranny. What did Dr. God's sad call it? Suicidal empathy. Deadly combo, by the way. What was her name? I'm going to look her up. Nichelle Holmes.

No shocker there. But hey, it's President Trump who are terrorizing our neighborhoods. It's President Trump and ICE that is terrorizing our neighborhoods. There she is. She's got her hair, her nice little makeup. She's making sure that she gives empathy for criminals because they're broken and someone needs to care about them. And what better way to care about them than to release them back onto the streets?

So the Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom now under intensive scrutiny for how this could have happened and whether the state failed to protect the public from a suspect accused of numerous offenses. It is unclear at this point how and when he entered the country. So the judge who allowed this to happen have that release is also under fire. She was reportedly recently appointed to that post by Governor Newsom. Justice does not always mean a prison sentence, but it does mean a fatal outcome, right? It means that. Let's actually fix this.

She should have said, justice does not always mean a death sentence. I'm not laughing, by the way, at this man who was killed. It's actually frustrating for me, but I'm trying to, I don't want to, you know, I don't want to get too upset, okay? Guys, this is, sometimes it means a treatment program, an intensive counseling, and sometimes it means a dismissal. But let's not forget where we started. It can also mean a death sentence. That's what's happened. Look at him.

Living his life. Todd Stewart woke up one day, or that day, which was his final day, thought it was going to be like the one yesterday. And a little did he know he was going to run into Mr. Valdez. The bottom line is of June of this year, ICE made more arrest than any time in history of ice. A historic month in June. What do we do the next month in July? We blew June out of the water. We got another

historic record. We're going to keep doing our job. You can make them more difficult. You can impede. You can interfere. Well, the good news is Valdez is, you know, back behind bars, but a bell set at 1.1 million as detectives continue digging into the killing. No, they should be digging into the judge that released them.

There should be an investigation into this judge. She should be brought up on ethics violation. How is that release ethical? Tell me, he already had a violent offense. Where in our society does it make sense to release someone who's had a violent history? Now, if you want to release someone who robbed a liquor store and it was nonviolent or stole some clothes because they were shoplifting, okay, maybe I'll reason with you on that. I still don't agree, but I'll reason.

But someone who's actually violently hurt someone already, how do you connect that? Oh, that's right. I forgot. She's all about the injustices. But what she's doing and judges like her, they're committing an injustice against the people. And I guess to top this off, you know what the left is doing instead? They are patrolling schools to ensure ICE doesn't come onto their property. On the first day back to school, the ride through downtown Los Angeles was about more than getting from one place to another.

I mean, I'd love to put those gloves on and slap around the inventor a little bit and see how he likes it.

Really, it's a, why not get cattle prods? You said in these kids to immigration court, their parents get taken. They got seven-year-old standing alone in the courtroom with no lawyer. They're doing away of legal services the federal government wants to. I was a legal service as attorney, the desperate people, but I mean children. And I mean, this thing with the, how is the audience with this? You're looking at this. How's this?

How far do you want to go to round up law-abiding migrants? Do you want to torture them? Do you really want to do that? Do you want, is this where America is at now? Law-abiding migrants. He just said that. Okay? He just said law-abiding migrants.

What world is he living in? Wait a minute. I thought you don't want eyes shooting people. Wouldn't this be a better alternative? I touch you. It's over in three seconds. Wouldn't that make sense? All I have to do is touch you and you're down in three seconds.

might be left behind? Maybe their father should have followed the law. How about that? A father sins. Don't want to take any responsibility for that, huh? I mean, based on his logic, they don't have to do anything right.
