Take a listen. Chicago's mayor Brandon Johnson launching his re-election campaign right now. He's hoping voters in the city of Chicago will give him four more years in City Hall. But only 13% of the city's residents say they want to see him run for re-election. Of course, he has faced ongoing backlash over the city's rollout of make that the city's out-of-control crime and his handling of illegal immigration. I mean, at this point, you can make a serious argument that he is literally

trolling the people of Chicago. Me and you both probably have a thousand reasons on why he has no business running for re-election. But the reality is here that Brandon Johnson is just like Joe Biden, looking at the numbers, looking at the disastrous results, and still deciding to run for re-election because they were selfish in that moment. I hope the people of Chicago, especially the ones who watch this show, they absolutely reject this nonsense. But there's more. My name is Brandon Johnson. and I'm running for re-election. With just over five months till voters cast ballots, Brandon Johnson casting himself as the progressive

in a crowded field for mayor. With his family by his side at the South Side announcement Sunday, Johnson was eager to tout his wins. Progress has been made because this city is better, stronger, and safer than what I inherited. His positives, crime numbers have come down sharply in Chicago on his watch as tourism numbers absurd. He has the support of the powerful teachers union

and has high name recognition. His negatives, recent polls show just 25% of Chicagoans think he's done a good job. Only 15% want him to run again. And the city, with a $900 million budget hole, Johnson has a bruising relationship with the city council going into budget season. Despite all that, experts say he has a lane to victory. See, the fact that he has a lane to victory speaks to the people in Chicago.

Because I want you guys to understand something. We the people still mean something in 2026. Now, the powers that be would love to make sure that the American people don't believe that. They want us divide it. They want us distracted and they want us demoralized. But the bottom line is, if Chicago absolutely knows what's good for itself, it would not reelect him. This is the same message I have for Los Angeles.

But unfortunately, we see how that turned out. and the result of that upcoming election is going to be disastrous, whichever way that it goes. But you can look at the numbers, you can look at the outcomes, and in the end, he still has a chance. And I guess the question is why. I'm perplexed why he would even want to keep in that job. Do you think it'll happen? I don't know. I mean, he is really the poster child of leftism.

I mean, Chicago is facing a massive budget crisis. He's been driving the city deeper and deeper into debt. You mentioned the out-of-control crime crisis that is. is still plaguing Chicago. And yet Brandon Johnson's priorities are, apparently he wants to give reparations to people affected by ice raids. He wants the city to give preferential treatment to companies that explicitly discriminate against white people. And he also thinks that the true emergency facing Chicago is transfemicide, whatever that is supposed to mean. So give him another eight years and look, he's going to be on a presidential ballot. She absolutely nails it for so many

reasons, but one of the things I want to focus on is this relationship with the Democratic Party and Black America. Isn't it fascinating that Democrats continue to hand out reparations without hesitation to illegal aliens? Why are all of the black, black, blackity folks so quiet? Why is Black America so quiet? They are literally getting spit in the face and they have nothing to say. And they keep thinking that President Trump is the reason why they can't get ahead. President Trump is the one terrorizing their communities and oppressing them. Sounds like the Democratic Party is really the ones who are oppressing people as they continue to do everything in the name of illegal immigration. And Brandon Johnson is at the top of that list. But what do

his staunchest defenders have to say about this move? After generations of having to speak truth to power, we finally got somebody on the fifth floor who's practicing truth in power. I know what mayor's doing what they don't do. But I know what we need and I know what we want. I want a person who is full of integrity, who believes in practices what he preaching, who is courageous enough to stand against the tide. Yeah, no doubt they're living in a different planet than me and you. I would argue a lot of Chicagoans out there probably strongly disagree with everything that was just said there. A man of integrity. Yeah, a man who has to walk around with 150 police officers when those numbers or those officers could be

use to actually fight crime, a man who allowed rampant fraud to take place with immigration shelters when that money could have gone to the school system. And of course, the school system is guilty of fraud as well, whether that's the teachers union, whether that is the actual school system and allowing their employees to run up the tab on luxury hotels and travels and vehicles. We could go through countless stores. And we're not even talking about violent crime at this point. I mean, the case is so clear. We have to ask a question. what is really going on here? Now, what of his opponents dropped this ad, and it's a good one.

Watch this. Would you be willing to cut your security detail from 150 smart police officers and put those police officers back on the street where they can protect real Chicago? So we're very proud of the work that we're doing collectively. He'll never answer that question, but I will. On day one is your mayor, I'll cut my security detail in half and put more police on the streets.

He has 150 officers protecting him. You deserve to have those officers protecting you. You see, this is why education is so key in America today, why we need more people speaking out than ever before. We need people from Chicago. We need people like even yourself with your friends, your colleagues, your family, especially have people in Chicago. You need to continue to educate them because they only know what they know.

And when we assume that people truly know what's going on in the city of Chicago and why Mayor Brandon Johnson is a catastrophic choice, we're making a fatal error, okay? You'd be shocked at how many people don't know. And so we can make that case to so many people in so many different ways. I would just continue to encourage people to make the case. Do not think for a second that your voice doesn't matter because that's exactly what would work in favor of Johnson here, okay? Because we know it's not the working class that's going to vote for him. It's these, you know, intellectuals, these highly educated people, these progressives that need that intellectual itch to scratch, as I say, these are not real people with real issues, if that makes sense.

And I think that's why, if we're going to cap off this story, Kaylee McGee had this to say. What Brandon Johnson has figured out is that in order to be a good leftist, it doesn't actually matter if you're good at governance. The left could care less about the numbers of success that cities are supposed to put forward. What they care about is how committed you are to their revolutionary agenda. And this guy's all in. You can't deny it. So I don't know if he wins over the many black Chicagoans who are clearly upset that they're not getting good governance.

Okay, so if you're from Chicago or you know someone who is, please share your thoughts below to this madness. Now, speaking of madness, let's go to Texas. Longhorns pulled off one of the greatest upsets or greatest comebacks in history, 24, 23 over Ohio State. That's not even the story. The story is about a social media post that went viral, and now the left is calling Republicans racist. Texas erupted over the weekend, A, because one of the most amazing college football comebacks

we've seen, Texas over Ohio State. But tied to that, there was a picture of the celebrations, right? In Beau French, who was a Republican candidate for Railroad Commission, which is a statewide office, and pretty important in Texas, he posted this photo and he said, I heard UT graduation this year look like this. believe it. The problem is now obviously far worse than anyone imagine. Now, people took this to mean that he was saying this crowd was too diverse for his taste, celebrating the win of the

Longhorns. Now, Senator John Cornyn, the outgoing Republican senator, man, did he take issue with that tweet? He goes, this is the Republican nominee for statewide office or other Republican elected officials going to condemn the intolerance and racism or look the other way while it becomes normalized. This is how great political parties self-destruct. All right. So before we even get to John Cornyn and whether or not that post is racist, let's let the numbers do the talking in regards to what's happening at UT Austin. These are the enrollment numbers by race. Okay. You have American Indian and Native American. All right. So obviously American Indian is what was in that image. Asian, black, Hispanic, Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander, white or two or more racist. Okay. So if you were to go back to 2015, no question. that white enrollment was up. Now, as you start going through the decade and you arrive at 2025, white enrollment is down. There's no question.

It went from essentially 23,000 down to 17,000. All right. So that's a 6,000 total number dip, sort of speak. What about Hispanics? Well, Hispanics actually went from, if we're rounding up, 10,000 to now 14,000. So there was an increase there. What about black people? They went from 2000 to 2,400.

Okay, a slight increase. What about Asian? Asians went from 8800 to 12,000. So a big increase there. And then we get to American Indian, which are really small numbers. They started in 2015 with 80. They've gone up. They've gone down.

And currently they're at 65. I mean, these are what the numbers say. Okay. So before we even get to racism and John Corny's nonsense, I just want to make sure you have the numbers. Now, let's hear this perspective, and then I'll add more. When you look at John Cornyn finally calling this out, right, because he has nothing to run for anymore,

because he lost his Senate seat, because Donald Trump supported Ken Paxton over him. You have to ask yourself, like, why was John Cornyn not like this from the very beginning? And again, the answer is because he thought that he could live like this, that he thought he could use this to get reelected. And that's how you get to a moment like this

where the only Republicans who are willing to stand up for what's right are the ones who have been so, you know, have had their faces eaten too. Okay, so let me get this straight. When you have MSDNC propping you up and essentially applauding you for calling out racism, you know there's something to miss here. And I gave you guys the numbers, okay?

So, you know, according to the numbers, migration of people from India as it relates to U.T. Austin really isn't a thing unless the report I was looking at is wrong. So according to that image, if we just go back to it here, because obviously visuals do everything. When you see this, you're thinking the whole crowd looks like that. But how many people are even in that image? Maybe 20? Maybe. So does that truly represent who's enrolled at Austin? U.T. Austin? No, it doesn't. But at any rate, So both French ends up going on saying, I heard UT graduation this year look like this. I didn't believe it. The problem is now obviously far worse than anyone even imagined.

Then John Corny makes it out to be something that it's really not. And then James Tyler Rico hops on it and says, well, thank you, John Cornyn for your leadership. Racism has no place in Texas. Ken Paxson, will you condemn this blatant racism or will you cover or cower to extremists? Well, he asked for something he wasn't ready for because the attorney general said this. I condemn racism in all of its forms, including James Tyler Rico, saying white men are America's top terror threat and that he prays to overcome his own whiteness, whatever that means. Only one person in this race has a history of dividing Texans by race and is James Tyler Rico.

I will continue to focus on uniting our state and bringing together the broadest possible coalition to fight for Texas, our values, and our families. And if you need an example of what James Tyler Rico actually said, here it is, white skin gives me and every white American immunity from the virus, but we spread it everywhere we go through our words, our actions and our systems. We don't have to be showing symptoms like a white hood or a Confederate flag to be contagious. Ladies and gentlemen, that potentially could be the next senator of Texas. What the heck is going on? Well, Republican operatives couldn't have put together a more ideal candidate than James Talleyco to run against. And yet,

they're worried because what do we see from President Trump when it comes to Ken Paxson? He keeps turning him into a punchline at the midterm convention. He made fun of the way that he talks, of the way that he dresses. It's a bold strategy. We'll see if it works out. But the Republicans that I'm talking to, they are concerned because this is a seat that they don't feel that they normally need to defend. Some of that money's coming in late, but they are getting the distinct impression that perhaps President Trump has buyer's remorse after showing corn in the door. All right. So directly here, what Beau French posted on social media overall was not factual. according to the numbers. I'll tell you what is factual, though. If you're out of Dallas, Fort Worth,

particularly that's where the concentration of people from India have immigrated to. Yeah, you probably see a lot of Indians. And for the record, where we live outside of Austin, I see a lot as well, but that doesn't mean they make up the majority. That's why I showed you guys the numbers for UT Austin. One pitcher can make you feel like 90% of the enrollment is people from India. It's not. It's less than 1%. Okay. So that's number one. Number one. Number two, why James Tolerico thought it was a great idea to hop on this and call out racism, he's ridiculous for that. We know how he feels particularly about white people. And as I get to this next clip, we now know how he feels about black people because he's still trying to make an

effort, I guess, at the last minute as relates to them, which is why he did this interview on MSDNC. Take a look. There has been a lot of chatter about black voters all across this country, but especially black voters in Texas. There was a TSU survey. that recently came out. And in that survey, about 77% of black Texans say that Texas Democrats, they believe, take their vote for granted. So why should black folks in Texas believe that you're different? And they're not wrong about that. You think Texas Democrats have taken black voters here for granted? I think the Democratic Party as a whole, including Texas Democrats, have taken black voters for granted. The fastest way to lose an election is to take any voter, any community for granted.

I hate the idea of a base because it assumes that people are going to show up and vote for you because you've got a letter by your name. And what that ends up looking like is elected officials and candidates don't actually show up and listen to the needs of a certain community, in this case, black communities across the state of Texas, because they assume they've got their votes in the back. And we've seen in recent election cycles what that leads to. Okay, just so you guys understand, James Tilarigo has really no interest in Erick. earning black boats. He waited to essentially campaign to them at the last minute. They were last on the list. Hiring a black consultant was last in the list. He clearly has not been able to amend his relationship with Jasmine Crockett, and he's not going to. And the reality is it's a problem for him. Now, one thing he has going for him is the results of Ted Cruz. I mean, according to the

polling back then, Ted Cruz was up big on Beto. And then in the end, he only won by two points. So maybe that happens again. Maybe he actually wins. We don't know, but here's what I do now. This issue in regards to UT Austin, what we're really arguing about is H-1B visas. There's no question that program has been abused. There's no question there's been a significant amount of migration from the country of India to a place like Dallas, Fort Worth, as an example. And those issues are definitely credible and should be argued about, right? But last time I, check, the only people who can truly stop it, it's going to have to come from Congress. And as I said, and as I always say, Republicans are incompetent. So I'm not too sure there's a

high chance of that changing in the short term. And in regards to the posts, I think he's making the correct argument. I just don't think the post he used was appropriate for it, if that makes sense. I mean, I think the photo should have been the photo out of Dallas Fort Worth in front of this tech company showing how most of the employees are from India. I mean, I think that would have been a better image to use, not a university where less than 1% of the enrollment are people who are American Indian. I mean, I don't know. I like to call it what it is on both sides of it. And so some people are going to disagree with me, but that's the way that I see it. And the other thing, as we wrap up here, Chicago, please, do not do this to yourself.

Do not do this to yourself. Do not reelect someone like Brandon Johnson. He doesn't really care about you. I'm sure in his heart of hearts he thinks he does. But, of course, According to the results, he doesn't. And I think that's what the American people and particularly people in Chicago should be doing is using something called accountability.
