In today's video at breaking news, thousands of children across the country are skipping school to protest the president and ICE agents.
Democrats are calling this May Day. Also, Grand Planter, the candidate who has a Nazi tattoo.
Well, it seems like he's going to win the primary after his opponent dropped out.
So much more to get to in this video.
Let's hear more about these protests happening around the country.
Take a look.
A statewide protest is more than 20 school districts canceled classes today.
Chicago stopped short of canceling classes, but the mayor is encouraging kids.
to join the protest today.
And so young people today,
you're here by choice.
You are here because you are creating action
that will turn into power.
Do not let anyone take your power
away from you as young people.
Thank you for being a part of this movement.
Thank you for raising your voices
as young people.
And as we mentioned yesterday,
these rallies come as our nation's kids
struggle with math and reading proficiency,
especially in Chicago.
So who's funding these protests?
Well, a Fox News digital probe
shows that an American-born tech tycoon
is a key financial backer
behind hundreds of groups
organizing thousands of rallies today.
The report says a range of leftist organizations
are leading a network of hardline
communist and socialist.
It also claims that the businessman
is promoting propaganda on behalf of the CCP.
Who knew we'd live in a country where people who are affiliated with the CCP would be spending
almost $2 billion to fund these protests across the country.
And now it's at a level where it's infected K through 12.
You have children literally writing these signs that say anti-ice, that speak in political
terms against the administration.
And it's just interesting how teachers have turned into political activists and
have forgotten to actually educate the children they are responsible for. I mean, that's literally
what's happened at this point. So the socialist are getting the kids to skip school. What could
go wrong there? Professor, your thoughts. Well, like you said, in the People's Republic of Berkeley,
every day is May Day. And I want to send up a May Day. Get me out of there. But look, I was just
walking over here, and I tried to get into the New York Public Library. And there was a May Day protest
trying to prevent people from reading.
And that's what's going on all around the country.
They don't want people to read.
Because if you read, you would know your history.
And history shows socialism has failed every time we've tried it.
I'll go to a post that I've seen last night.
And here it is for us.
I have it pulled up.
Last night I had dinner with a friend who teaches undergrads.
He made a point I had not considered for these kids.
Their whole formative experience has been dominated by Trump.
Imagine growing up thinking this is the way leaders are supposed to behave.
it's appalling. I said that their whole experience has been programmed by algorithms and professors
who are political activists first, teacher second. And that's what we're seeing with these protests right
now. See, it's gone from the university level down to the elementary level. This is a crisis,
ladies and gentlemen. This is not just a moment to commemorate. This is a day of action. And shout out
to all of the students in our Chicago public schools and our
educators that have declared this day of civic action. The labor movement is in good hands because
we have students across this city that are raising awareness of what justice looks like, not just in
Chicago, but all over the world. I mean, the damage that this mayor has done not only to the
city of Chicago, but to the black community overall is really historic, in my opinion. He's a
walking hypocrite, but it's not even really about him. It's really about the policies.
that are doing the opposite of what they say they are going to do.
I mean, this is a man who claims he wants to develop black kids.
He wants to keep black kids safe.
He wants them to get an education.
But why is it that Chicago continues to fall behind?
Oh, maybe a part of that is because millions are being spent on fraud with the Chicago
public school system, meaning the teachers and the educators are too busy taking
lavish trips.
I mean, that's a whole other story.
And let's not even get into the budget.
that's been going to a legal immigration.
Imagine if he cut off a legal immigration, he took that amount of money, which is over a billion dollars, and put it into the school system.
Imagine.
The Chicago Teachers Union wanted to get the day off to get involved in Mayday activities this year.
CPS decided to leave it up to the schools to allow teachers and students to take part in the afternoon rally planned and the March downtown that will follow.
Participating schools will have to follow normal field trip procedures.
today. The school district says a full instruction day is still happening for those who opt out of any
May Day activities. It came with immediate pushback. As you mentioned, Marie, from parents who are worried
about tying in political advocacy into the school environment. Some say it was created without
parental input and could put students in a high-risk situation. Parents in terms of the reason
why they wanted children to be in school, the number one by far reason was student learning and student
instruction. And after this plaque installation ceremony, Marie, there are a lot of civic activity
situations or I should say places around the city, different community centers where people can go
take part in May Day activities. Organizers tell us that the day will end with a rally in Union
Park and then a march to Daily Plaza. Yeah, so expect to see some clips on social media of the
mayor continuing to say radical things.
And this isn't just in Chicago, folks.
This is nationwide.
This is almost like no Kings protests, but kids are involved now.
And it's being originated and being hosted and led by teachers and educators.
Let's go to that next clip.
This is Fox News reporting on that.
Take a look.
Organizers are putting their progressive message front and center on this Friday.
And they say they want to see higher taxes on the.
the rich tax the rich ice abolished and wars opposed those are some of the rallying cries behind
today's protests that our critics are now saying are flat out un-american so these may-day walkouts
and staffing issues are disrupting schools our kids educations especially in blue states and
cities like madison wisconsin like chicago out in north carolina more than 20 districts are
affected by these protests one wisconsin mom says
this is more about, this is more than just a day off.
All right, let's go to this update.
Rumble Wallet, something you should know by now.
You probably have heard me talk about it a thousand times.
So why is it important and why should you take action now?
Well, I'm sure you would agree that you want the government out of the way.
I'm sure you would agree that the last thing you would want to know or to experience is to wake up in the morning and see the big banks debank you, cancel your accounts,
which did happen, by the way, especially on the Biden administration.
So how do you protect yourself exactly?
You download Rumble wallet.
You buy crypto in the app.
You buy gold backed by real gold bars.
And you can use it to tip your favorite creator on Rumble.
All you got to do is hit that button that says tip jar and you can donate.
So I really appreciate what Rumble is doing here.
Not only are they the forefront of free speech, but they're backing up with a real asset known as Rumble wallet.
So guys, download it today.
The link is in the description.
below. Now every voice can be heard and tipped in Bitcoin, stable coins, and more. Free speech
meets financial freedom with Rumble Wallet. All right. I think we've seen enough. I think you've
heard enough. You understand how bad this has become. They are now going after children with
this type of mindset, which is not good. They are already struggling when it comes to reading and
English and math and science and history. Now you're really going to confuse them with this
nonsense. And then let's not even forget about the whole transgenderism stuff. I mean,
think about what children are facing today that me and you did not have to go through. This is a full
out assault on their development. Okay. And I don't think that's hyperbole, by the way. But anyways,
let's go to our next update. This is now about elections. So Graham Platner, who's now
essentially the foregone conclusion to be the candidate on the Democrat side for the Senate as far as
the state of Maine is concerned because his opponent, the governor, dropped out of the race all of a sudden.
And now Democrats are caught in a position where are they going to defend a man who truly did believe
in some of this Nazi ideology?
Because he clearly had a Nazi tattoo.
Let's not even get into his unhinged rants on Reddit, which has also been exposed.
So they're in a tough spot again.
Take a look.
A Maine governor, Janet Mills, the handpicked candidate of the Democratic establishment, announced that she's suspending her
campaign in the state Senate race due to weak fundraising numbers. Her primary challenger,
Graham Platner, has consistently led in the polls and in fundraising. But the progressive oyster
farmer and military veteran has faced significant controversies over a series of offensive
online posts that he's apologized for and a tattoo resembling a Nazi symbol that he's
since covered up. Senate Democrats are brushing off concerns about Platner's electability,
but their enthusiasm over whether to embrace him appeared to very very.
I think we need to clarify what
Latter has said in the past,
but I think his heart is in the right place.
We now have another person who's running,
and we're likely supporting him.
Democrats have a candidate.
Our candidate is Graham Platner,
and I feel really happy for the people of Maine.
I think the data indicates that he can win.
But, I mean, he's got a lot of controversy in his past.
Now, this is a great example of how deep the hypocrisy exists within the Democrat Party, because Graham Planter is exactly what the party complains about when they are talking about the president or Republicans in regards to their allegations.
This is a guy who served in the military, is a former U.S. Marine, okay?
And when he was younger, he got a Nazi tattoo on his chest.
Okay, that's just the bottom line to it.
Now, since then, he covered it up.
And another part of his pass are these unhinged Reddit posts that he put up as well.
So a lot of it's been in the public.
But that's not really the story.
The story is his opponent, which is the governor of Maine.
She dropped out of the race because essentially she wasn't raising any money.
And it seems like he's going to be the candidate who's going to win this primary and actually have a chance to flip that Senate seat in the state of Maine.
So it's very interesting when you finally have someone like an Abby Phillip who was calling out the nonsense regarding this candidate.
I want you to see it for yourself. Take a look at what she said.
Now, if this were a Republican candidate who had had a Nazi tattoo, covered it up when he was running for something and had said all the things that he had said about black people, about women, about rape, et cetera, do you really think there's a world in which Democrats would be?
like, let's just let bygones be bygones.
That's the past. Today's the president.
I think we're entering a new era, and we'll see what the base wants.
We'll see who wins when the actual election happens.
But for the past decade, Democrats have been unified by our opposition to Donald Trump.
And now, Graham Platner has a forward-looking message.
So if Donald Trump or if another Republican had a Nazi tattoo, I don't know.
Donald Trump has dinner with Nazis.
It's not that far from, you know, it's happening.
But there's also plausible deniability regarding Graham Platter's tattoo.
We don't know if he knew.
We don't know what he knew.
But it's not just the tattoo.
It's not just the tattoo.
Listen.
That sounds so pragmatic.
If Republicans want to clutch their...
So ruthlessly, you want to win, so you're willing to overlook his Nazi tattoo?
If Republicans want to clutch it.
Yeah, I think that kind of sums it up, right?
But let's go to the numbers, because the numbers are screaming here on why this is occurring, okay?
If you can't beat him in this primary, eventually you have no choice but to drop out.
I'm talking about his opponent, Governor Mills, and it wasn't looking good for her.
Take a look at this.
she see? She saw that there was no
way forward. I mean, just look
at the primary polling. I mean,
look, she was getting blown out.
Grant Platner was up 64%
to 26%. Now, this is just
one of the polls, but I could have shown you any
slew of the polls. The bottom line is
this. Platner was absolutely
crushing Mills, an incumbent
governor. He basically came
out of nowhere and has pretty much
led wire to wire in this
race. It's quite a stunning
political development. It's not just a
stunning political development, but it's also a clear warning for what's coming in the future
for America as the Democrat Party continues to be hijacked by radicals and progressives.
I mean, Graham Platner is definitely a radical.
Abdul al-Sahid in Michigan, he is a radical.
We know Mondani is a radical.
It seems to me, Abigail Scamberger, she's definitely a radical based on her actions so far.
and that's just a small collection of the ones who either won an election already or ones who are leading their primaries, but more is to come because the planter wins his election and flips that seat.
Okay, and understand what I'm saying.
And El Saheed wins his seat.
Democrats are going to continue to double down on this because it's what wins elections.
They're willing to sell out all of their principles, everything they say that they stand for if it means they can win elections and impeach the president.
that's how bad it is. Let's continue.
We have the support of Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, and part of this is being seen
as a generational battle inside the Democratic Party.
Yeah, absolutely right. I mean, you look at these numbers and you see an incumbent governor,
a fairly well-liked incumbent governor, in fact, at least within the Democratic Party,
trailing by nearly 40 points ago, what the heck is going on out here?
Well, this is part of a larger trend. I think, you know, you take Maine and you sort of spread it out
across the political map. How do Democrats feel?
Well, the bottom line is this.
They say that they're elected officials in D.C.
That they're too old.
I mean, look at this.
86%.
Say most D.C. elected officials are too old.
I mean, my goodness gracious, you talk about identify as liberal.
Of course, Plattner was running from the left.
We're talking about an all-time higher, 59%.
You put all that together.
Remember, Joe Biden had to drop out of the 2024 election.
And I think that that ghost was very much haunting Mills,
who's 78 years old in this race.
and you see that, you combine that with a Democratic Party that is shifting to the left,
and you put those two together, and you had a perfect storm for Graham Platner,
who by most accounts has acquired a lot of support in Maine and run a fairly good race.
And this is just, now this echoes what we saw with Jay Jones in Virginia, right?
He's now the attorney general for that state.
We know that text messages are real.
They were not doctored or it was not reported in a way that was misleading.
it was very clear that he wished death upon his political opponents and his political opponents' children,
but he still got elected in the end.
That speaks volumes to the state of mind that exists within the Democrat voting base.
It really does.
And when you have podcasters and people who lean left in their coverage of the party questioning what's going on here,
I think we know they're going in the wrong direction.
Take a look at Senator Chris Van Hollen, who we know is in love with illegal aliens, of course,
And he doesn't have a great track record either defend Grand Platner and his Nazi tattoo.
Take a look.
The dude hasn't had a Nazi tattoo.
I mean, let's be clear about what's going on here.
I mean, is that, how do you view that?
I mean, it seems to be at least somewhat disqualifying and traditional.
Certainly historical.
I mean, let's take a couple issues, including the comments he's made in the past.
I mean, he's been very clear that he went into combat on behalf of the United States.
He went through a really rough period.
PTSD-type period.
And he is himself said.
There are lots of things he's done and said that he completely regrets.
And I do believe people should have second chances and that people can learn from their mistakes.
And I think he's been doing that.
That is exactly right.
And, you know, I'm not stunned here, but I like bringing the story up because it's another reminder of what's coming in the future.
here as progressivism continues to gain steam, and it's because the establishment is willing to use
that radical faction of the base to leverage these wins in the election cycle that is coming up,
and it's dangerous. It's a dangerous game that they're playing. I mean, they can mess around and have
people like AOC in charge of things. I mean, I think that's the last thing our country would want,
right? Okay. Let's go to our next story. So DHS is finally
Funded. Yes, it is funded. And I guess what you should know up front here is that Border Patrol and ICE is not funded in this bill. That's going to be funded through the reconciliation process. So this is really finding the execution of what was agreed upon a few weeks ago. But it's finally manifest in itself in actual legislation that's been signed by the president. So let's hear more information on this. Take a look.
The state is finally over. The House passes a bill that funds most of DHS except for ICE and CBP, Customs and Border Protection.
The record shutdown lasted nearly 80 days, leaving some workers without paychecks and under stress, of course.
And yesterday on Capitol Hill, New York Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was asked if the shutdown was worth it.
Here's what she said.
I think it is important to block that CBP and ICE funding without accountability.
And I think that's what transpired.
were looking for never got enacted. Are you concerned that those reforms didn't be enacted? Well, I mean, of course,
of course. You know, that CBP and ICE funding did not pass through and it should not and it should
continue not to pass through without those reforms. So depending on, you know, what side you lean,
this was a loss for Democrats because what they set out to do in the very beginning essentially is not
what they got in the end, which is reforms to ICE. Now, they did get the ability to say that a
funding bill for DHS does not include ICE or Border Patrol. So I guess you could say maybe that is a
slight win, but that's for people who clearly are tribal and bias towards the Democrat Party. Now,
for the Republicans, I would say that, number one, at least they have a pathway forward to
fund ICE and Border Patrol. And we're talking about people who are working in the office doing the
admin and the support of these agents. So those are the people we're really talking about as it
pertains the funding that is needed. And that's going to happen through the reconciliation process,
which is a whole monster in and of itself. And it's a very slow process, might I add. So we'll see how
long it takes them to do that. But overall, this continues to demonstrate how incompetent Congress is
overall on both sides of the aisle. That's as clear as I can make it. An 80-day shutdown of the
Department of Homeland Security. I think that'd be the last department besides the Department of Defense
that would be shut down. But that's just me. Okay.
Let's go to Mark Wayne Mullen.
Here's what he had to say this morning.
AOC is a socialist Democrat that wants open borders and keep all the felons running amok on our cities.
The truth is what we have now is an opportunity to actually move forward.
What was taking place was tearing homeland altogether from the Coast Guard all the way down to ice and everybody in between.
Just TSA, we lost almost 8% of the workforce, which is almost double.
what our attrition rate typically is.
Yeah, so how do you replace those people?
Well, it takes four months.
Well, it's not really.
It takes about four months to onboard people.
Just SISA, who's over, Sisa, by the way,
takes care of our cybersecurity.
We're down 1,100 people.
Down?
Down.
So almost a third of the workforce is no longer with us.
76 days being shut down,
not going to be operational.
People say, well, but they were getting paid.
We had State Department paying our electricity bill.
We had DOW, Secretary HECSeth,
was paying our gas bill for the United States Coast Guard to operate.
We may be able to pay paychecks, but we couldn't do anything.
We had contractors walking off the border wall.
We have drone defense companies that were subcontracting from that was walking off jobs.
Now, think about what he is saying.
Democrats are willing to hurt innocent people if it means they can send a message that they are against the Trump administration.
Is that a party who's truly about democracy?
Is that a party who's truly about doing the work for the American people?
No, that sounds like an activist party, a party who's all about disruption and
competence and not getting anything done.
And when they do get something done, usually they're implementing policies that do the
very opposite of what they say the policy is supposed to do.
Because we have MOUs, memorandum of understanding with law enforcement that's got to deliver
these 11 cities that we got FIFA coming to with the World Cup that haven't been paid since
February. It was absolutely absurd. And AOC wants to sit there and say it was worth it. We are
tasked to protect the homeland. I don't care where AOC lives or how she votes. My job is still
to protect her constituents. And she thinks it's worth it to put their lives at danger. Because
no other agency protects the homeland. DHS protects the homeland.
she thinks it's worth it, is said.
Yeah, and you guys know me.
I'm not in the business of trying to tell people who they should vote for,
what party they should be registered under.
My thing for me is just showing both sides.
And for the life in me, if I was a registered independent,
yes, I'm not happy with the Republican Party.
I think they're very incompetent.
Congress has done nothing literally.
And some of the choices that the president has made is not to my liking.
But is that enough for me to say,
know what, I'm going to vote for the party that believes in vaccine mandates, the party that
believes in open borders, the party that believes boys can play in girls' sports, and we can cut off
child's body parts, and parental rights, that's not a thing, and free speech only for us, but not
for you.
I mean, is that the party we want in charge?
Now, speaking of reality, let's go to TSA because we know their experience or their stories
were a big part of all of this DHS shutdown.
I mean, so many of them have quit.
I think it's over a thousand, which is a huge problem.
But here's more information on that.
Take a listen.
Twice now in the past year in batches,
1,100 TSA officers have left the job.
So that basically leaves the agency begging
as many of those officers to come back as possible.
There may be a way for them to do that,
a path for them to do that.
So if we take a look at a graphic here,
This has happened twice now.
1,100 for this government shut down and 1100 for the previous government shut down.
That is remarkable and that is a huge hole to dig themselves out of here,
considering we're heading into the busy summer travel season and global events like the World Cup.
That's going to mean even more people at the airport resulting in even longer lines.
And it could take weeks, even months for things to get back to normal.
According to the American Federation of Government employees,
the union which represents the more than 45,000 TSA officers say there's a return to duty policy
that could help attract and get more workers back during this busy travel season.
Well, it sounds like to me that when they get the numbers back up, okay, we're already going
to be at the next government shut down.
I mean, that's literally in September.
And I could be wrong.
I hope I am wrong.
But based on recent history, I don't think it's a stretch to say.
that Democrats are hoping a government shutdown happens at the end of September because it's going to roll into the midterms,
and they're going to try to weaponize that in a way to blame the president and negatively impact the Republican candidates.
I really believe they're going to do that.
43-day government shutdown, 80-a-day government shutdown.
Yeah, I think the results show that they're that petty and they're willing to do damage to innocent American lives if it means that they can stop the president.
So having said that, why don't you guys share your opinion and your reaction in the comments section below?
What do you make of these May Day protests where children are walking out of school to engage in political activism,
especially at a young age?
It's really a damaging thing they're doing to our society.
But why don't you guys let me know if you agree with that.
