Tonight's sanity report CNN is forced to admit that the Republicans might just win the midterms. Take a listen. The GOP was underestimated by more than two points in major statewide races. It's happened a lot. It's happened a lot recently. Look, in 2002, it was three points. That was after 9-11. How about, we're going to get back that green fund.

How about in 2014, it was three points? How about in 2016? I think we all remember that. Donald Trump shocked the world. The polls underestimated him by three points in the average statewide race. How about in 2020? That was the biggest underestimation of Donald Trump. Actually, look at that.

It was a five-point underestimation. And then in 2024, the same thing happened. The Paul's underestimated Donald Trump's Republican Party and across the Senate races, those statewide races, by not one, not two, but three points. If the polls underestimate Republicans by two to four points. Well, remember all that blue that was on the map before? All that blue went, bye-bye.

See you later. Adios amigos. Sayanara. those Democratic chances and those Democratic hopes down there into Lake Erie. Look at this. Now what we're dealing with if, in fact, the polls underestimate the Republicans is 53 Republican Senate seats compared to 47 Republican seats. And on the House side, what about this?

I'm on the House side. If the polls undershot the Republicans by greater than three points, well, that's all you need. That is all you need. And ladies and gentlemen, let's give Harry Inton an A plus for telling the truth. Why? Because we've seen this phenomenon happen quite often. I think it's a pattern. What does that mean? Well, when they go out to poll people, Democrats are oversampled and Republicans are usually undersampled, especially rural Republicans. So if history repeats itself, that means that the Republicans are poised to maintain a supermajority. And by the way, some numbers for you. President Trump is sitting on about 800 million in different PAC money that he could use. to fund these campaigns over the next 60 days or so versus the RNC who's only sitting on about 20 million versus the DNC who has a few million. So I think he has some money to play with

if that makes sense. All right, let's go to New York City and Times Square. A knife-wielding woman killed one person, injured another, while Mondani claims that the city is safe. Take a look. Crime falling to record lows under President Trump, but violence in blue cities, it's still a major issue. In Times Square, NYPD officers shooting and killing a knife-wielding woman who allegedly went on a stabbing spree. She injured a 68-year-old man and then tragically killed 32-year-old Bank of America executive Aaron Piacenti. She had just celebrated her second wedding anniversary. New York City Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch detailing the chaotic scene. During the encounter, she told the officers, quote, I'm not dropping anything. I would

rather kill both of you. She repeated, I will kill you. The subject began waving the knives in advance towards the officer. So this is the same thing that happened in the city of Chicago where the mayor was out there celebrating that crime is low and then it was a deadly weekend. Same thing with Mandani. He just said that crime is low and then you hear about someone doing this in Times Square. But let's go a little further with Mondani. He claims that we need social workers or mental health professionals showing up to events like this. Tell me where a mental health professional could have stopped this woman from stabbing someone and killing them. I really would have wanted him to run that over with me, right? Show us a great example of that mayor. Yeah, this is why Mandani continues to get a D in my book

as far as being the mayor of New York City. He does not respect the NYPD, and I think he puts more New Yorkers in harm's way than what he claims ICE is doing. Just when you thought things couldn't get any worse for Abdul al-Saheed. Now Van Jones is coming out and saying this about his campaign. These people are incredibly dangerous. Abdul, who, you know, I work with the CNN, I know Abdul, his positions on Israel and foreign policy are insane. They're not reasonable reactions to anything. Look, some Democrats are going to say that we should condition military aid that, you know, Israel's gone too far in Gaza and the West Bank and in Lebanon. I think that's a defensible position if you're a Democrat. Barack Obama thought that the Israeli people were in such a tough neighborhood.

They needed to be able to knock down rockets. So you're telling me you're smarter than Barack Obama. You have better ideas about foreign policy than Barack Obama. and you want to de-plug and defund and take away Israel's half the world's Jews ability to defend themselves. Well, we know that Van Jones is pro-Israel, so you have to understand why he is even saying that to begin with. But more importantly, I mean, he flat out just tells us what me and you already know.

Abdul El-Sahid is an individual who has dangerous ideas. I mean, that's the problem with Democrat socialists overall. They're confidently wrong. they're confidently ignorant. And if they got in control of this country, you can kiss it. Goodbye, no doubt about that, which is why I criticized the GOP. I think they should be, I think they should be moving with a greater sense of urgency. They should be messaging much more than Democrats are, but that's another thing for another day. But Van Jones, can I get Van Jones an A? Is that okay?

At least he's telling the truth and willing to say it out loud about individuals who are trying to run in his own party. All right, let's go to just take the L. about people who refuse to accept the reality of their situation. And we're talking about Leader Thume, who went on the Fox News, just like one of his colleagues, a week ago and made the same damn excuse about the Save America Act. Take a look. The Save America Act, I know, is, you know, something that is very frustrating to you. You have said you don't have the votes to get it.

Right now in the House, there's a possibility that they may vote on a stripped-down version of it as part of their, you know, abandoned socialism. bill that's going through there today. So one more time, where are we on this? Is there any future for this act? Well, first off, there are 36 states that have photo ID to vote, but those that don't need to have it. And it should be a national requirement. And I'm a co-sponsor of the Save America Act. I was a co-sponsor of that in the last session of Congress before it became popular. And we've tried to get it. We had it voted on now six different times, Martha, every single time, every single Democrat has voted against it. We don't have the votes in the Senate.

to get rid of the legislative filibuster, which is the only way we could pass it at 51. Otherwise, it takes 60, meaning we have to have Democrats. And that's why we need to elect more Republicans to office, because the Democrats now on six different occasions. There's the excuse, once again, we need more Republicans. No, we need more Republicans with a backbone, with a spine, with some balls, as the streets may say. And unfortunately, that just doesn't exist, especially in the Senate. Listen, even the president calls out Leader Thune. Even the president has said that the Republicans are weak on this.

And they shouldn't be. It's almost, what, a 90-10 issue at this point? Shrip it down if you have to. Pass one part of it if you have to. But getting on to Fox News in front of a camera and giving us the same old excuse, Leader Thune, this is why, and I'm going to be harsh here. You get an F in my book. And why you should definitely just take the L, man.

All right. So what is the difference between men and women as relates to Lindsay Clancy? Well, this next video will show you just that. Justice for Cora, Dawson, and Callan. I've never heard of him. Have you heard of Lindsay Clancy, the mom that strangled her three? These are her kids. Oh.

I believe that she should spend life in prison for killing her own kids. What's your take? Killing our own kids, yeah. Common sense. Yeah. If a woman kills her own kids, no matter what the reason is, she should go to jail. Yeah, that's for sure. Yeah.

One person is supposed to protect you. Perfect. Yeah. It seems there might be some thoughts. What's your take? I feel like the husband could have been more of a man. And that's my take on that. I feel like it's very unfortunate how it unfolded. What could he have done differently?

Because he did choose to work from home. Take care of his wife. Her mental, he could have probably picked up and helped her with her workload, racing all the kids by herself. That's what he could have did. Well, he was a pretty active father. He changed to work from home. He took a very long extended paternity leave.

He supported her through her medical appointments with her medications. He did a lot of support. I haven't been following it, so I really don't want to speak too much. Where do you get your news from? Just curious. TikTok. And there it is. TikTok, ladies and gentlemen, again, one of the most destructive platforms ever created on this planet. I mean, I think it's more destructive than Facebook, in my opinion. Listen, women overwhelmingly, if you ask them on the streets,

especially women who aren't even following this case, are going to support Lindsay Clancy. It is what it is. Men think more logically. If you're murder someone, you should be held accountable, no exceptions. It's really that clear. And when we're literally going into the fifth day, by the way, we're on the fifth day. Okay, well, technically tomorrow will be the fifth day of deliberations. Yes, the jury still hasn't come to a verdict. Ladies and gentlemen, I think Lindsay Cancy is going to be found innocent, unfortunately. And for women out there, in my opinion, you guys are going to have to get a D for this. Okay, so what is the difference between objectivity and doing no harm? Well, listen to

Angela Rye, a black progressive, who goes off on black men who refused to get with the program as relates to what Democrats want us to think. This isn't about objectivity. In this era where black people are under attack on all sides, including from ourselves, our charge is not to be objective. Our charge is to do no harm. That's the charge. And if you don't know what time it is, whether you're Enis Cancer or Stephen A. Officer Tatum or whomever else, then you, in fact, are the problem. As the kids say, you dobs. That's exactly what Justice Clarence Thomas said in his recent podcast appearance with Ted Cruz,

that when you're black, especially if you have some type of influence, you're in front of a camera, people like her expect you to think, look, and sound, and even dress a certain way. And unfortunately, for her, there are more black men than ever probably, especially in recent modern times, that are rejecting the Democrats in the way that they think. No, black men who think for themselves are not actually the problem. They are part of the solution. Black women, if that's what she is, I suppose, they are the problem. I mean, I would argue black women is part of what went wrong with the black family.

I mean, and it's also part of why black women are more obsessed with becoming a boss, babe, than they are with being a mother. Okay, so yeah, I think Angela Rye, you should probably focus on black women before you come over here to black men. So that's why she gets an F in my book, just for peak ignorance, okay? Hmm, that's a great question. I think I have two. One is more personal development driven. Secondly, is more political driven. So personal development would be Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, Chapter 9, decision. That probably shaped my views on so much in regards to life. Most people do not know how to make a decision, which means they do not know how to take action. Part of the reason why that is is they care too much about what people think.

The moment we understand that in life, sky is the limit. And politically, more economically, I suppose, from Thomas Sol, who wrote a book called The Anointed it. This is in regards to politicians who have good intentions, but it leads to terrible outcomes that misdiagnosed problems in our society and how we can pick up on those red flags as Americans. All right, let's go to our sanity, when this is a story that reminds you of the positivity and the good part of humanity that still exists, which takes us to a Bronx pizza owner who decided to do this for a homeless woman. Take a look. Handwritten sign in the window of this Bronx pizzeria is getting attention all across the country.

But owner Daniel Romano says it all started with one woman, one discarded slice of pizza, and a belief that no one should ever go hungry. The sign is simple, handwritten in marker and taped to the window of DiRamano's pizza in the Throg's next section of the Bronx. But the story behind it started outside when Romano spotted a woman taking food from his trash. He says he saw it and brought her inside. I grabbed her by the hand and I bled it to the peacheria. And I went in the oven and I got a refreshed slice and I put it in the oven and gave it to her. Sat down. She started crying.

I said, don't cry. Eat. This is not a problem. I don't want you eating out of a garbage. So I came up with the concept, feed people that are hungry. Afterward, Romano grabbed a marker and made sure anyone else in her position would know they can come through his door. To the people eating out of my garbage, I have more love for you than you think. Then the promise. Please come in and tell me you're hungry. I will forever give you a slice and fresh water to drink.

Yeah, so this is such a positive story. And I know when we're driving down the road and we see the homeless asking for money, you know, depending on who you are, you probably will automatically push back on that. You will tell them no. Some people say yes. I remember we were in downtown Austin. We had just purchased some donuts from voodoo donuts, by the way, which is a great place. I had, I think I had a couple of bites and I was like, you know what, babe, I'm good.

I'm not going to eat these donuts whatsoever. So we're at this light. And you know who was there a homeless man? We gave them the actual donuts. I wasn't going to eat it. You know, I don't think there's anything wrong with that, especially if you have the food to give out. And by the way, how many pizza slices from pizzerias in the, the Bronx actually end up in the trash anyway. So it makes total sense. So a plus to this business

owner out there for doing something that I find to be common sense. Okay, so let's go to our one more thing. This is where I go over a particular fact, data point or number that I think you guys should be aware of. And we're talking about a fact today. Did you know that there's a difference in the standard of justice between men and women as it relates to psychosis and PTSD, especially when that individual ends up murdering their kids. Yes, a man by the name of Timothy Ray Jones Jr. strangled his five kids to death during a schizophrenic psychosis situation. The jury only deliberated for two hours.

He got the death penalty. Yes, that is correct. So, what's going on with Lindsay Clancy then? Should she get the death penalty? Well, she's not in that state. I'll tell you that right now. So you might as well get that out of your head. And number two, the fact that it's a case based on insanity tells you the difference in regards to the laws in her state.

But more importantly, does she deserve to be in a mental institution or in prison? You guys let me know in the comments section. But I'm just highlighting the double standard here. And by the way, Timothy Ray Jones Jr. is not the only one. There's been other men who have had PTSD, murdered their spouse, murdered their son. whatever, and you know what happened every time they did not end up in a mental institution. So that's just some food for thought and a couple of facts I wanted to share with you on our one more thing for today. So that is our San Indy report of tonight.
