Breaking news, James Comey, the former FBI director, has been issued a subpoena in response to the Russia gate probe that the DOJ is pursuing.
Also, Zeran Mondani's wife, she's in hot water for making some racist comments and what the heck is going on with Iran and the president calling out Israel.
Well, we'll get to all of that in today's video.
But let's first hear this whole James Comey situation. Take a listen.
Turning to some news that has broken since we've been on the air, Axios reporting that former director of the
FBI, Jim Comey, has been subpoenaed in a wide-ranging grand conspiracy case against the ex-officials
who investigated and some who would go on to prosecute Donald Trump. That's according to two
sources with knowledge of that situation. The subpoena for Jim Comey was reportedly issued last
week and relates to his alleged role in the drafting of a January 2017 intelligence
community assessment concerning Russia's election interference that favored Donald Trump.
This so-called grand conspiracy case is based in the Southern District of Florida.
And it relies on the belief that officials who worked for President Barack Obama and later
Joe Biden broke the law back then before they knew who would win the 2016 election
to try to undermine Donald Trump from his 2016 election through his federal indictments in 2023.
It sounds bat bleep crazy, but it's really happening.
No, it's not bad shit crazy.
It should happen. It should have already happened, quite frankly.
In my own opinion, when you have the president of the United States and his intelligence agencies coming up with manufactured intelligence to claim that Russia was trying to manipulate the 2016 election to favor Donald Trump at the time.
Yeah, you absolutely deserve a subpoena, an investigation. Someone should have been prosecuted over it.
And we're still letting me talk about the classified files that was found on Hillary Clinton's server, by the way.
So, yeah, this is them panicking.
like it. They're going to bitch moan and complain. They're going to act like victims.
But in the end, I'm not even convinced anyone's going to get convicted over this,
but could be wrong here. Let's go to this reaction. Take a listen.
Let's start with you. A lot of people in Magaland have been very upset that really nobody's
been held accountable at the beginning of this second Trump term. A lot of the criminal
prosecutions have gone away. Bringing this to Florida, going after Comey, maybe Brennan and
others. What do you think?
Comey, Clapper, Brennan, the whole group, as you well know, lied before Congress, lied about this president.
Remember, this government is very large. There are about 3 million federal employees across this country.
And so when you get a new administration like the Trump administration that will get the truth out sooner or later, it takes a while to dig through all the paperwork because it's not like the last administration, the Bidens with the comies of the world, left stacks of paper on their desk that said, here's how he screwed over Trump.
You've got to piece this stuff together.
And while there will be more transparency, the question always is, and you and I have talked
about it before, Ed, where is the accountability?
These people tend to fail up in this town all the time, get caught, and then get all these
great TV gigs.
I think you're starting to see these dominoes begin to fall, though, because they've had some
time.
They're piecing these things together.
Folks are getting some serious trouble.
All right.
So if you're sitting at home wondering, why should you care about this announcement or this
particular story?
Because it's the latest attempt from the Trump administration to.
to get some level of accountability.
I mean, listen, there are plenty of things people should be prosecuted for, in my opinion,
but I would say at the top of the list, okay, at the top top of the list, the 0.01% of it all,
it has to do with the manufactured intelligence, okay?
The fake dossier, as we all know it, the fake intelligence, the fact that the president at the time Barack Obama knew about it,
and no one's been held accountable in that regard.
Yeah, this is at the top of the list.
Now, of course, again, you're going to hear the same talking points, which is that,
oh, my God, here's Trump again.
He's weaponizing the DOJ, et cetera.
Again, if he was weaponizing the DOJ, in my opinion, he's doing a shitty job of it because
nobody's been convicted.
But let's go to MS disinformation.
Here's what they're now saying.
Take a listen.
Brendan Ballou, I mean, they have tried this out in court.
It has failed over and over again on court.
I get that it's really hot on the Internet.
but the fact that they are choosing to double down on this,
what does that tell you about where they're thinking is?
I think it tells you that they've more or less given up on their efforts in the Eastern District of Virginia,
which, as you know, and as your viewers know, really struggled in their prosecutions of James Comey and Letitia James.
You know, those cases basically have had about a half dozen reasons to fall apart and fell apart on just one of them.
So even if that gets revived on appeal, there's all sorts of reasons why that could fail.
So it seems like they've tried to move the effort to go after Trump's political opponents in a potentially more favorable jurisdiction.
The Southern District of Florida.
And there it is.
They are admitting right then and there that one, the evidence wasn't left like we heard earlier on the top of the desk for people to use and then obviously try to go after these people.
But number two, it is in Southern Florida, which means the case actually might be looked at more fairly versus New York as an example or D.C.
and everybody knows this might now.
I mean, there's plenty of judges across this country
that the only rulings they're issuing
is 100% politically affiliated, if that makes sense.
And that's why I always say
judicial tyranny is on our hands.
But again, in case you missed it,
130 subpoenas have been issued over this.
This is all about the Russia Gate, folks.
So all that talk from Democrats
about Russia, Russia, Russia.
Let's talk about it then, right?
Let's go to Lindy Lee.
Here's her reaction.
See, I want to give you a fair crack at this.
You used to raise some money
for Joe Biden. You got disillusioned with the
Democrat Party? What are your thoughts? I mean, I played
a clip a few moments ago of
J.B. Pritzker saying, look, if the Democrats
win in 29, we're
going to throw Trump people in prison.
They're saying that on camera.
So doesn't it make sense, Lindy, for the
Republicans to say, I don't think they should do it
willy-nilly. But if somebody did something
wrong, to hold them accountable. How do you
react? That's
absolutely right. And frankly, I'm
still angry that I fell for the
Russia hoax. I believed it all, because when
You have the entire intelligence community coming out and signing a letter saying that Hunter Biden's
his laptop was actually Russian interference when it was actually a real item that the Department
of Justice uses evidence against Hunter in the court of law.
But they gass lit us and lied to the American people about the nature of information.
So someone has to be held accountable for that as well.
I haven't seen anything.
You know, how could they just get away with interfering and lying to the American people
about something so important as our presidential election.
Yeah.
All right.
So let's just take a break.
I got to share this message because it's an important one,
especially for the people watch my show who happen to be on Medicare
or you're thinking about getting on Medicare.
You have to reach out to my friend's chapter.
Why is that exactly?
I think by now you would agree that the entire process is confusing,
intimidating, frustrating.
In some cases, you were sold that you were supposed to be on a particular plan.
You actually go to use that plan.
and then you're stunned that you can't even use the doctor that you want.
There are countless stories about how frustrated it is for seniors out there who are on Medicare.
So the next logical step is to talk to people that you could trust.
And the reason you can trust them is because they've been saving seniors at least $1,000 a year on their health care costs.
And they might be able to do the same for you.
But you have to call them 323-4-3-4-3-4-2-0.
The number again is 3-2-3-4-3-4-3-1-5-200-0.
take charge of your health care today. See, in the end, even if the one was held accountable for
this, okay? This is how I've always seen him. He's still got the last laugh in the end. Why?
Well, because he got elected twice. Even after they manufactured this evidence, even after they impeached
him, even after, according to the way that I saw it, they set him up on January 6th, then they
raided his home, they got rid of his business partners, intimidating them, then try to get him
on a RICO charge down in Georgia, then try to get him off the ballot in Colorado, then try to
take him out when an assassination attempt. Yeah, I think in the end, he's still won here. Okay. So I think
they're not sleeping great at night knowing they essentially failed. I mean, their whole goal was not only
to derail his presidency, but to prevent him from becoming president again. And that was an utter failure.
Let's go to this other story. This is actually fun for me. This is about Mondani and his wife now in
hot water. After old social media accounts have been, they've come to light where she used the N-word
and called people gay on the internet.
And so again, the internet for the win here.
Now, this comes as Mondani is trying to get more mental health professionals to respond to 911 calls.
All right.
All right.
Let's go to our next update.
This is just fun for me.
Two things.
Montani, what a bad day for this guy.
One, he announced that he wants to send more mental health professionals in response to 911 calls versus sending police officers.
Now, the second thing is more dramatic.
His wife, her old social media accounts.
Yeah.
actually come to light where she was caught saying the N-word and calling people gay.
Let's first hear this policy announcement from Mondani. Take a listen.
New York City Mayor, Zohan Mamdani, announcing the expansion of a be-heard program that employs
EMTs and mental health professionals instead of police to some 911 calls involving people
experiencing a mental health emergency.

Getting ready for a game means being ready for anything.
Like packing a spare stick.
I like to be prepared.
That's why I remember 988, Canada's suicide crisis helpline.
It's good to know, just in case.
Anyone can call or text for free confidential support from a train responder anytime.
988 suicide crisis helpline is funded by the government in Canada.
Today, officers have to handle 200,000 mental health calls a year.
That is not a system that is working.
Our deputy mayor will oversee policy implementation, reform, and expansion of be heard.
to ensure that when New Yorkers are in a mental health crisis,
they will actually receive the care that they need
and that their only option is not simply a police response.
Now, if you guys are curious about the data point
or the study that's behind this decision-making from the mayor,
look no further to this account called Vera Institute of Justice,
according to them.
In 2025, 911 call takers assigned nearly 3.7 million calls
for an NYPD response.
Only 42% of these calls were related to crime.
Too often, police are the default responder
and forced to address situations outside their areas of expertise.
If you're in New York, you're going to have to let me know in the comments section.
Were you at on this decision?
Now, outside looking in, I'm not from New York, I'd be like, I'm a know all the way.
I'm going to trust my men and women in blue to do the right thing and be there because how do you
know that someone who's experiencing mental health episode won't get violent?
And if mental health professional shows up with no police and they can't protect themselves,
I think we know exactly what's going to happen.
Let's continue.
Former New York City official under Mayor Eric Adams telling the New York Times, quote,
they buy into this absurd idea that you can respond to a majority of these calls with no police at all.
I've not heard enough from them suggesting they understand the need to teach police and clinical professionals to work together.
With that, we bring in David Asman, Fox Business Anchor and Raphael Mangual, Senior Fellow at the Manhattan Institute,
contributing editor at City Journal and member of the Council on Criminal Justice.
So, Raphael, let me start with you.
What's your reaction to this program?
I mean, I think people need to understand what the limitations are, and I don't think Zohran Mamdani really understands them.
Be heard as it is only responds to about 25% of the calls in the areas in which they operate.
And it's because, as a matter of policy, they will not respond to calls involving people who have access to a weapon,
who have expressed suicidal ideation, or who have shown violent tendencies as indicated by the caller.
So this idea that police are somehow no longer going to need to respond to more than 100,000 of these mental health calls a year,
It's just nonsense. It's impossible to take police completely out of the equation. And that's just one of many challenges.
I mean, when you think about challenges, they have not conserved what makes New York City a great city, right? They've essentially just let it go. And what do I mean by that exactly? Well, when you allow illegal immigration to flood the streets, when you allow crime to go unchecked, when you allow housing to get out of control, you're asking for a system that will pretty much crumble on itself.
Now you have to attack on homelessness and this mess where we know the NYPD is not truly supported by the mayor's office.
This is a disaster.
Now, I could be wrong again.
Maybe he's thinking outside the box.
Maybe this might work.
But the results are going to have to show that because so far I don't think anything's been working.
Now, just to back up my statement here, I want you to pay attention to this clip.
Watch this.
New York City spending big time on the homeless, $368 million last year alone.
yet more people are ending up on the city streets.
The Washington Post took a deep dive into the numbers and found spending more money on homelessness is not helping.
FBN's Madison Allworth has got more.
She's in our New York City Newsroom. Hi, Madison.
Hi, John. In fiscal year 2025, New York City spent $368 million on unsheltered homeless services.
That is over triple what we paid in 2019, $102 million.
With roughly $4,505 unsheltered people, that comes out to a cost of roughly $81,700 per person.
To put that in perspective, the city's median household income is just $81,228.
Let's just pause really quickly here.
When you hear that the veteran affairs in that state is being cut, particularly in New York City,
when you hear that the NYPD is getting cut as far as their funding is concerned,
this is an example of why.
See, this is all about socialist policies.
They want to shift the money to programs that inherently don't work.
It doesn't matter to them.
Someone's getting paid.
Think about this for the second.
Where is the money ultimately going?
They're going to spend over $300 million on homelessness.
I thought they would have learned from California already, which they spend billions.
It doesn't work.
And so the number one question New Yorkers should be asking themselves is,
Where is the money going, actually?
Well, we know they don't know the answer to that,
and they won't tell them what the answer is because I don't think they even know.
In 2019, the city had 3,58 on sheltered people today up to 4,505.
Spending increases are not only outpacing population growth,
but the problem is getting worse as we throw more money at it.
In a statement to Fox Business, the New York State comptroller said,
the number of people living on the street in New York has continued to grow.
even as a city has been effective at providing shelter for the majority of the homeless population.
The escalation in spending, driven by the increase in the unsheltered population, however,
merits greater focus on where resources are going and what services are working.
Critics say we need to adjust because we could be incentivizing them to stay on the street.
Anybody who watch my show, if you're from California, you already know what the problem is.
That's exactly what she said at the end.
you're incentivizing these people to stay on the streets.
Number one, you're incentivizing people to run scams on these homeless people, by the way, because that happens.
Because, again, they can't tell you where the money's going.
And whether or not where it's going is it working.
The fact that they can't even answer those questions tells you it's a scam.
But this is what taxpayers are paying for.
And then the mayor has the balls to ask New Yorkers, hey, can you kick in a little bit more money?
You just can't make it up.
All right, one more clip here.
This is the mayor himself.
Watch.
Keeping New Yorker safe requires more than one approach.
And it is indicative of our city government's belief that if we want to keep New Yorker safe,
we have to also ensure that we are not just asking police officers to respond to every single issue
that comes as a result of the fraying of the social safety net.
Today, officers receive, I'll just say quickly, today officers have to have to have to
handle 200,000 mental health calls a year. That is not a system that is working. Today marks the end of that.
Anytime he starts off a sentence talking about what keeps New Yorkers safe, I'm already tuning now.
Because even in the short period of time, he's yet to prove that he can keep New Yorker safe.
We still have incidents happening on the subway. We still have police officers trying to stop terror attacks.
And he won't even recognize. I mean, has there been a ceremony or a recognition of that police
officer from the mayor himself? Oh yeah, that's right. Doesn't exist. Doesn't exist. And why is that?
Because we know, we know who he really is. All we have to do is look at his wife's behavior.
Listen to this story. The news more radical social media posts made by Mayor Zoran, Marxist Kami
Mamdani's wife have now come to light. According to a report by the Washington Free Beacon,
the now First Lady of New York City previously shared several posts praising Palestinian militants
and reposted messages attacking Tel Aviv's existence.
In one post, going back away, is when she was 15.
She even used the N-word, apparently, according to that report.
That is just too funny, man.
That's the internet.
That's why you have to be careful of what you put on the internet
because it's never truly gone.
Here is the actual account that she has since deleted.
She used the word.
I think it was the gay people from Instagram
that finally motivated me to get off the internet.
And then someone responded,
then she respond, hell yeah, in words, super duper genius, excuse you.
Even worse than that, she has another post that essentially, I'm not even going to say it,
but bottom line is this is when obviously she was a teenager, she wasn't thinking,
she didn't have her mental faculties, et cetera, but hey, you know, of course the mayor won't
respond to this, then I'm going to entertain this story.
But again, it just shows you the behavior, the character, in my opinion.
I think the mayor is very sympathetic to criminals and terrorists and illegal aliens.
I know it sounds like hyperbole, but guys, just look at the results.
Her reaction, a host of Outkick, Clay Travis.
I guess that's, you know, she's not a public figure.
She's only the first lady in New York.
So I guess it shouldn't matter.
And if Donald Trump did this or Melania did this, I'm sure, well, she's not, you know, no big deal, right?
I think, Sean, the key thing about this story is she still has.
the same opinions that she had when she was 15, 16, 17 years old as a 28-year-old.
And so what we have is a consistent pattern of denigrating Jewish people and actually rooting
for them to be killed, including celebrating October 7th.
And when you consider that there's over a million Jewish people who live in New York City
and all Mayor Mamadani has said in her defense is, well, she's not a public figure,
I think we need to hear from her.
And I think she needs to say once and for all, does she apologize for this?
Or does she actually believe it?
Because all of the evidence, Sean, is that she believes it, that she hates Jewish people.
And I think that's significant.
If there were any other racial or ethnic group that she was denigrating in the same way,
we wouldn't just sloth it off and claim, oh, she's not a public figure.
Again, can you imagine if this were Melania Trump?
Can you imagine if Melania Trump had given, for instance, illustrations to a awful and vile
book that was denigrating
any member of an ethnic minority group?
I can absolutely imagine what would happen.
They would be rioting in the streets. They'd be calling
for somehow for her to be
removed this first lady. They'd probably be
attempting to impeach the president. I mean,
they would be going all out, full core press.
But obviously the media is silent
on this. And then when people do bring it up,
they just said they're a bunch of right wing.
You know, I think you guys
know where I'm going. Right. All right,
let's get to our next story here.
And this is an interesting
one. Every single day, there's an update regarding this conflict in Iran, whether it's the hearing
earlier today with Tulsi Gabbard and John Ratcliffe, the CIA director, or it's, you know,
some of these Gulf countries finally coming to the table and saying, we will assist in securing
the Strait of Hermose. There's always an update. What we heard from the Qatari Prime Minister
speaking just a few minutes ago was Iran needs to stop its attacks at the patience of the region
has a limit. We heard the very similar language from the...
The Saudi foreign minister speaking in the early hours of the morning here, saying that they don't believe, the region doesn't believe, that Iran is listening to the efforts for diplomacy.
Indeed, we've heard from the Iranian foreign minister today talking about the possibility, as you were discussing earlier, of support from Europe and Japan to help create a safe strait of Homo's indications are after there's a ceasefire in the main war.
but the Iranian foreign minister essentially saying that any country that joins the United States,
trying to keep open the Straits of Hamas, they also effectively become targets.
So ratcheting up and escalating militarily and diplomatically as well, following Israel strike on that gas field.
Now, the background on this particular story started off earlier today when the president went to choose social and called out Israel for essentially a violent,
destroying a major facility known as South Pars gas field in Iran. This is a relatively small section
of the hole has been hit. The United States knew nothing about this particular attack.
And the country of Qatar was in no way, shape, or form involved with it, nor did it have any
idea that it was going to happen. So because Israel strikes Iran, then Iran turns around
and strikes Qatar, if that makes sense. I know it doesn't really make sense, but I'm just telling
you that's what happened. Yeah, a lot of what we're seeing now in terms of the price
is because Israel launched the attack against the PARS South gas facility on mainland Iran.
I guess all that stuff gets pumped from the center of the Persian Gulf to the shoreline.
Here's what Abbasaraji said about the counterattacks against places like Qatar.
He said, our response to Israel's attack on our infrastructure employed fraction of our power.
Could be because they've only got a fraction left.
The only reason for restraint was respect for requested de-escalation.
Zero restraint if our infrastructures are struck again.
any end to this war must address damage to our civilian sites.
I mean, Iran's a bit of a paper tiger, though, it can really cause havoc.
But I thought it was also interesting that he said any end to this war.
Yeah, I think that this is another indication of how dug in they are
in the sense that this is a regime that understands that it's fighting for its life at this point,
and that it has experienced such a great loss of both leadership and resources,
the capability to project power for them has already been.
dramatically reduced. The president is rolling the dice on this because he believes that it's something
that can be successful. He's had amazing successes before that came very quickly. This one is going to
take longer, but he still seems to be confident. And I think that that confidence is something that
his supporters still believe in and have faith in. We'll see how long that lasts. I mean, yeah,
that's actually a very good point because we saw the poll from yesterday, you know, 100% approval
from MAGA, 98 or, excuse me, 89% GOP as far as military action in Iran.
So on the right side of things, people support exactly what is doing unless you go on to the
internet, obviously, and you'll find that corner of the internet that's raging against
the president and everything that he does, especially if Israel is in the same sentence.
But let's go to an actual credible individual that I find to be in Congress, Representative
Ten Burchard out of the state of Tennessee.
Here's this stunning comments from earlier today about the country of Iran and this overall
conflict. Take a listen.
We need to find an exit strategy as fast as possible.
I don't want to put Americans on the ground out there in any shape, form or fashion, unless
of course it's, unless they open the gates and say, we want you here, we want you to be
able to check to make sure we're not building nukes and things like that.
But I don't want to put anybody on the ground.
Okay.
So number one, I agree with Tim Burchard as far as the timeline is concerned.
The longer this goes on, the more likely it is that people will start to waver in their support
for this. All right. Number two, boots on ground. That is a non-starter. There's no reason for that today.
Not with the amount of money we've given the Department of Defense. We don't need boots on ground.
We have military advancement that me and you won't even hear about until 40 years in the future.
Okay. So we don't need that. Number three, you heard they're fighting for their very existence.
And this is the thing that I think Western civilization sometimes doesn't understand when you try to
intervene or do something with the Middle East. They're not just going to go away quietly,
And I just want to make that clear.
So, you know, the president is continuing to experience these challenges, but he's committed.
Clearly, he's committed.
All right.
Now, let's go to Posing View, Democrat.
And the unfortunate part about this clip, guys, it's as if Democrats are seeking to help the IRGC here.
He's literally laying out the playbook for them to gain leverage over our own president.
Listen to it for yourself.
What is your sense of our preparation for the threat environment we face now with the addition
of the war in Iran?
Well, we're seeing it, right?
And I can only hope that the Oval Office,
that the President didn't think that this was going to be a Caracas,
where we overwhelmed them, you know,
kill 40 Cuban bodyguards and were gone,
or even the bombing of the nuclear sites,
which went flawlessly, right?
This is now us, with all of our military capability,
up against somebody who understands
that they don't need to sink our aircraft carriers
or down our aircraft,
although they would like to do that.
What they need to do is they need to bring the American economy
and the global economy to a halt
by keeping the Straits of Hormuz closed.
They need to create enough chaos
so that Westerners and investors are fleeing the Gulf states.
They need to, and this is to your question,
they need to create fear in the Western countries
by what we call asymmetric stuff,
activating, trying to inspire people
to undertake terrorist attacks,
and that is a very real risk today,
much more significant than it was three weeks ago.
When West Jet first took flight in 1996,
the vibes were a bit different.
People thought denim on denim was peak fashion,
inline skates were everywhere,
and two out of three women rocked, the Rachel.
While those things stayed in the 90s,
one thing that hasn't is that fuzzy feeling you get
when WestJet welcomes you on board.
Here's to WestJetting since 96.
Travel back in time with us
and actually travel with us at westjet.com slash 30 years.
I mean, why don't we give a round of applause to this Democrat, Representative Jim Hines,
for truly laying it out for the enemy exactly what they should do?
I mean, you just can't say any better than that.
But this is the world that we live in, folks.
Their disagreement and hatred for the president is so deep that even in that statement
of what he made, he believes he's saying the right thing.
It's fascinating.
Just fascinating.
All right, I think it's time to get your guys' thoughts and opinions in the comments section below.
What did you make of this entire situation with Iran?
